00:01:04.640 Welcome. It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz. Ben Ferguson with you as well.
00:01:08.860 Senator, we've got a lot to talk about, including Democrats having no moral compass.
00:01:14.000 In fact, their moral compass is only polling data.
00:01:16.880 And now they've turned on Graham Plattner because they're afraid he's going to lose,
00:01:20.780 just like they did with Eric Squalwell in California, even though the warning signs
00:01:25.120 were always there. Well, you're exactly right. Graham Plattner is imploding. This was the least
00:01:30.780 surprising thing to have ever happened in the history of the planet Earth. It was predictable
00:01:36.340 and indeed not just predictable, it was predicted on this podcast a month ago. We predicted what
00:01:42.460 is happening was exactly what would happen. Graham Plattner will drop out of the Democrat race as you
00:01:49.180 and I are recording it Tuesday night. He has not yet dropped out, but he will drop out before July
00:01:54.780 13th. July 13th is the deadline for the Democrats to replace him on the ballot. We predicted that,
00:02:01.080 as I said, a month ago on this pod. He is dropping out because there are now credible allegations
00:02:08.320 that he sexually assaulted a woman, and this woman apparently can be believed because she's
00:02:13.360 a left-wing Democrat. But that's not actually why he will drop out. He will drop out because
00:02:19.200 the Democrats have decided they must get him off the ballot because, as you noted, he is losing.
00:02:25.040 We're going to break down the Graham Plattner mess, the steaming pile of manure that is his
00:02:31.700 campaign and the mess of a life that this guy has led. But we're also going to break down how
00:02:37.980 this Graham Plattner fiasco demonstrates the utter hypocrisy of Democrats, that there is not
00:02:46.300 a Democrat in the United States Congress, with the lone exception of John Fetterman,
00:02:52.180 there is not another Democrat who has demonstrated even the tiniest shred of integrity when it comes
00:02:58.980 to Graham Plattner. We're going to come and we're bringing the receipts. You're right.
00:03:03.120 it's just like eric swalwell and before that it's just like joe biden all today's democrats care
00:03:09.840 about is winning and anything else they're willing to overlook but don't just believe
00:03:14.960 what ben and i are saying we're going to come with the receipts right now before we get to that i want
00:03:19.820 to tell you real quick about uh an important thing that's happening in this country and there are so
00:03:24.860 many brands today that offer and they claim to stand for american values but most of the time
00:03:31.140 it's all talk and no action. And that's what makes Patriot Mobile so different. For more than 12
00:03:37.300 years, Patriot Mobile has been living their values and standing in the gap for every American who
00:03:42.680 believes freedom is actually worth fighting for. Their business was founded on a simple conviction.
00:03:48.620 If culture is being shaped through commerce, then Americans deserve a real conservative 0.55
00:03:53.540 Christian alternative. Well, today, Patriot Mobile has become America's only Christian 0.98
00:03:59.620 conservative wireless provider they offer you and your family or your business premium priority
00:04:05.700 nationwide service on any of the three major u.s networks they also have unlimited data plans
00:04:11.820 international roaming and 100 usa-based customer support and with patriot mobile you can even have
00:04:19.140 two separate networks on one phone giving you unmatched coverage and the peace of mind you can't
00:04:24.680 get with other carriers. That is probably my favorite part about my phone is I literally have
00:04:29.260 two networks on all the time and it switches to whichever one has the best coverage.
00:04:34.720 Now, besides the great tech, what truly sets Patriot Mobile apart is their mission.
00:04:39.420 Every year, Patriot Mobile contributes millions of dollars to organizations defending free speech,
00:04:45.560 religious liberty, and the sanctity of life, as well as our Second Amendment and America's real
00:04:49.960 future. So join the movement today. Go to PatriotMobile.com slash verdict. That's PatriotMobile.com
00:04:58.420 slash verdict or call 972 Patriot. If you use the promo code verdict, you'll get a free month of
00:05:04.060 service. That's PatriotMobile.com slash verdict or 972 Patriot to make that switch and make a
00:05:10.040 difference with every call you make today. So Senator, you and I talked about this predicted
00:05:15.820 a month ago on this show.
00:05:17.380 It seems that you and I are really good
00:05:19.400 at understanding politics 0.96
00:05:20.960 and how scumbags the Democratic Party 0.99
00:05:23.260 are always on an expiration date. 0.98
00:05:25.820 This one, as you mentioned, is the 13th.
00:05:28.300 They've got to get him off the ballot,
00:05:30.600 meaning he's got to drop out by then
00:05:32.180 or they're stuck with him on the ballot.
00:05:34.280 I want to know your prediction.
00:05:36.760 Do you think the same people
00:05:38.840 that created Graham Plattner
00:05:40.060 that are now trying to destroy him
00:05:42.040 are going to be able to get him off the ballot
00:05:43.560 by the 13th?
00:05:44.360 Or do you think he says,
00:05:45.120 you know what, I'll drop out the 14th just to stick it to all you guys that are coming after me.
00:05:49.540 No, he's a Marxist. He'll drop out. He'll drop out this week. It'll be by the 13th. They'll
00:05:55.200 replace him. And understand, look, for Democrats in Congress, the fact that the guy had a Nazi 0.83
00:06:03.120 tattoo on his chest, that was not disqualifying. They were happy to support him. And not just any
00:06:08.620 nazi tattoo a totenkampf the symbol of the ss at the death squads in world war ii that's what he
00:06:16.500 had tattooed on his chest democrats just fine with that the fact that he self-described himself
00:06:21.820 as a communist they had no problem with that at all uh the fact that he described that he would 0.99
00:06:27.860 have masturbation fantasies in porta potties which is just weird i mean i mean i mean it's just that 0.98
00:06:34.420 that's a very odd dynamic. That didn't scare any of them away. The fact that he 0.99
00:06:40.520 had a prior girlfriend accuse him of being emotionally, verbally abusive, that didn't
00:06:49.260 scare him away. The fact that he used repeated racist insults attacked African Americans,
00:06:54.900 Democrats were just fine with that. The fact that he was a vicious misogynist, no problem with that 0.94
00:06:59.160 at all the fact that he attacked a decorated combat veteran yeah and he said he wished that
00:07:07.300 the veteran had died well the democrats were just hunky-dory with that uh and don't forget
00:07:13.380 the anti-semitism as well let's throw that in there well you know that that kind of runs with
00:07:18.360 anyone that puts a nazi tattoo on their on their chest like but like the venn diagram to use a 0.53
00:07:23.800 Kamala Harris term of Nazis and anti-Semites, that would be a 100% overlap in that all Nazis 0.95
00:07:30.620 are anti-Semites. And by the way, the fact that he described that he had a fantasy 0.53
00:07:38.640 of raping men who broke into his house, although he said, quote, not in a gay way, 0.99
00:07:45.160 just raping men in the heterosexual way. None of that was problematic. And I want to go through 0.99
00:07:52.220 the receipts. All right, Chuck Schumer. On June 2nd, I endorse Graham Platter. This is after
00:07:58.360 almost all of this stuff had broken. How about Bernie Sanders? Bernie Sanders, quote,
00:08:04.100 I personally think he is an excellent candidate. I'm going to support him and I look forward to
00:08:08.280 him becoming the next senator in the state of Maine. Ruben Gallego goes and campaigns alongside
00:08:14.180 him. Tim Waltz, I'll be in Portland tomorrow with Graham Platter to kick off his campaign to retire
00:08:21.600 susan collins let's go win this thing that was in april elizabeth warren all right this is one
00:08:26.780 of my favorite elizabeth warren boy she was all in understand progressive powerful advocate for
00:08:34.920 equality what nonsense okay so here's what elizabeth warren says quote he's a combat veteran
00:08:41.420 an oyster farmer and has inspired people with his populist agenda for a government on the side of
00:08:48.080 working families, not the billionaires and giant corporations. She also said, quote, I endorse Graham
00:08:54.020 Plattner because I know he's a fighter on behalf of working families and because he doesn't take
00:08:57.880 any corporate PAC money. And we need more people in Washington who are less about go along to get
00:09:02.920 along and more about fighting to make the kind of changes that families need. And I want you to
00:09:07.400 listen to what Elizabeth Warren said about Plattner on April 18th. Here, give a listen.
00:09:11.720 I am here because Washington needs fighters and Graham Plattner is the fighter we need.
00:09:21.340 You bet.
00:09:23.300 I said to myself, that's my kind of man.
00:09:28.140 Because that is a man who not only has the values, but a man who believes in accountability.
00:09:38.080 and we need a little accountability coming out of Washington right now.
00:09:43.880 We need Graham Plattner to come in and get rid of the corruption in Washington.
00:09:50.200 Time for new laws.
00:09:53.240 Get rid of that corruption center in Washington.
00:09:56.220 I mean, it's just that simple, right?
00:09:57.720 You just say a man's a good man, forget all the red flags,
00:10:01.340 and you just make sure that no one ever knows it even happened.
00:10:05.140 That's my kind of man.
00:10:08.080 I want you in fact I want to just just just play play that again listen again to Elizabeth Warren
00:10:15.320 on Graham Plattner that's my kind of man I believe her by the way I believe her as much as I believe
00:10:24.020 any Democrat right now they love this guy until they just decided oh wait he may not be able to
00:10:29.280 win and by the way every one of those now has now called on Plattner to drop out so Chuck Schumer
00:10:34.580 tonight. He and Kirsten Gillibrand put out a statement. Quote, the allegations reported today
00:10:39.380 are incredibly disturbing. Violence, abuse, and sexual assault are absolutely unacceptable.
00:10:44.060 The DSCC will not invest in Maine Senate if Plattner remains on the ballot. Bernie Sanders,
00:10:49.940 I have spoken with Graham Plattner about the best path forward for Maine. In light of these
00:10:56.280 very serious allegations, I have recommended that he step aside. How about Ruben Gallego? Quote,
00:11:01.780 the allegations against Graham Plattner are troubling and deeply serious. I am rescinding
00:11:05.840 my endorsement. How about Tim Waltz? Quote, the allegations of sexual assault against Graham
00:11:11.280 Plattner are deeply disturbing. He should drop out and make way for a candidate that can defeat
00:11:15.840 Susan Collins in November. How about Elizabeth Warren? Quote, now more than ever, we need 0.97
00:11:23.540 leaders in Washington to reflect our values. There could be no tolerance for sexual assault.
00:11:27.260 Working families are counting on Democrats to win the Senate election in Maine,
00:11:30.440 to unrig our economy and hold Donald Trump accountable with so much at stake.
00:11:34.500 The best path forward is for Graham Plattner to step aside as the Democratic nominee
00:11:39.300 and address these serious allegations outside the Senate race. 0.54
00:11:43.420 Now, among other hypocrites, and I won't necessarily go through all their quotes,
00:11:47.220 Ro Khanna, happy to stand with Graham Plattner with all these allegations. 0.91
00:11:51.180 Chris Van Hollen, well, when he was asked about the Nazi stuff, the misogynist stuff,
00:11:56.660 the racist stuff, Chris Van Hollen said, quote,
00:11:58.720 people should have second chances sheldon white house what did sheldon white house say
00:12:04.620 uh here here's a a quote from from politico white house has been among plattner's most
00:12:11.980 constant supporters among lawmakers in the u.s senate calling the controversial candidate quote 0.87
00:12:17.420 wonderfully appealing sheldon white house nazi communist misogynist racist oyster farmer 0.96
00:12:26.300 Wonderfully appealing. 0.98
00:12:27.420 What else did he say?
00:12:28.540 White House said, quote, he's off to a really strong start and has a wonderfully appealing local background and story.
00:12:36.680 Just last month, White House dismissed a New York Times report quoting women who accused Plattner of, quote, intimidating and disturbing behavior.
00:12:45.600 White House said, quote, seems like a lot of nothing.
00:12:48.980 I mean, the only one who had anything to say that seemed unsettling was a woman who works for right-wing political operations.
00:12:56.960 Apparently, in Democrat worlds, you can sexually harass, you can assault Republican women, and they don't count as women, so apparently that's just fine. 0.70
00:13:06.900 By the way, what happened to the Democrats' mantra, believe all women? 0.82
00:13:10.060 When did that get thrown out when it comes to Squalwell? 0.87
00:13:12.960 It was always a lie.
00:13:14.860 It was always a lie.
00:13:15.980 These are the same people that defended Bill Clinton over and over and over again that launched.
00:13:21.140 Remember, Hillary Clinton launched the smear campaigns on every woman that came forward with allegations against Bill Clinton.
00:13:27.140 It was never true. Zoran Mondami.
00:13:30.780 Mondami's several of his top aides, including his strategist, Morris Katz, his press secretary, Joe Covello, played leading roles in in Plattner's campaign.
00:13:42.080 Hassan Piker.
00:13:44.360 All right, here's what Piker said on June 10th, not very long ago.
00:13:47.540 Quote, do I want Graham Plattner to win this rates?
00:13:52.460 Absa-effin-lutely, although he did not abbreviate effin.
00:13:55.840 I do for a million different reasons.
00:13:58.020 He's great on message. 0.81
00:14:00.380 What kind of lunatic thinks this guy is great on message? 0.80
00:14:04.840 Now, where are we today? 0.75
00:14:06.960 Everyone I've gone through has said, okay, time to get out, time to get out, time to get out.
00:14:11.100 except let me tell you one knucklehead who do you think is right now the lone knucklehead who said
00:14:18.560 he doesn't want uh grand platter to drop out i i would have guessed if i didn't know better i would
00:14:24.060 have said bernie sanders but he's even said it now i well we got a serious reservation yada yada
00:14:28.740 so give me i i outside that i have no idea give me give me give me the name stephen king
00:14:35.700 Really?
00:14:36.920 Maine, he lives in Maine, left-wing, radical, filled with hate.
00:14:41.200 Here's what he put out Tuesday night.
00:14:43.480 Quote, Graham Plattner may drop out.
00:14:47.880 I hope he doesn't.
00:14:49.880 But meanwhile, the abuser-in-chief just keeps on keeping on. 1.00
00:14:55.320 So Stephen King is the one guy that says, give me a Nazi, communist, racist, misogynist, alleged rapist. 1.00
00:15:04.960 And I'm good with him. Why? Because Susan Collins and Stephen King's world is way too conservative for him. 0.99
00:15:14.120 Canadian women are looking for more. More out of themselves, their businesses, their elected leaders, and the world around them. 0.56
00:15:20.480 And that's why we're thrilled to introduce the Honest Talk podcast.

00:15:25.360 And I'm Catherine Clark.

00:15:51.900 makes you angry you don't want to live your life like that hey i'm jack armstrong he's joe getty

00:15:58.280 We try to bring you the truth.
00:15:59.440 And help you figure out this crazy modern world.
00:16:01.820 How about something about a comedic tone?
00:16:06.260 We have a winner.
00:16:07.820 Yes.
00:16:08.820 Listen to Armstrong and Getty on demand on the iHeartRadio app,
00:16:11.920 Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:16:14.940 What God started in my life, he's going to finish.
00:16:17.660 The Joel Osteen Daily Podcast.
00:16:19.920 Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life.
00:16:23.780 What was meant for my harm, Lord, I want to thank you right now.
00:16:26.820 You're turning to my advantage.
00:16:28.460 Your daily source of hope and encouragement.
00:16:31.380 Your second wind is on its way.
00:16:34.220 God is about to breathe on your life in a new way.
00:16:37.080 Listen to the Joel Osteen Daily Podcast on the iHeartRadio app,

00:16:45.520 All right, I think it's time.
00:16:47.260 You and I haven't had a verdict bet in a long time,
00:16:49.480 and we both like Mexican food, so I think we should bet Mexican food.
00:16:53.180 I'm going to throw it out there.
00:16:55.100 I think Graham Plattner is going to be so mad that this has happened to him
00:16:59.520 that he's not going to drop out before the deadline.
00:17:02.400 All right, you are so buying me enchiladas and margaritas.
00:17:05.560 I actually feel bad.
00:17:06.860 This is like taking money from a baby.
00:17:09.400 Is it too easy?
00:17:10.360 No, this is so easy.
00:17:11.680 If I'm him, though, and all these people got you to do this,
00:17:14.320 and all of them got you in, and then they all helped you raise money,
00:17:17.820 and they all said all these things, and then right before the end,
00:17:20.340 they're like, we're going to trash you like Swalwell.
00:17:21.900 So I just think, maybe I'm wrong. 1.00
00:17:25.140 I think a guy is crazy, crazy enough to have a Nazi tattoo, 0.99
00:17:28.540 is crazy enough to say, watch this. 0.99
00:17:31.340 On the 14th, the 15th, I'll drop out, but not before then. 0.79
00:17:35.540 Look, you don't understand communists.
00:17:39.020 They take orders.
00:17:40.100 All right, tell me the other side of the bet.
00:17:42.100 They take orders. 0.99
00:17:43.260 One of the other, so buy the other Mexican.
00:17:45.020 And so when you buy me Mexican, I'm going to,
00:17:47.100 by the way, I'm not going to order just an ordinary margarita.
00:17:49.540 I'm going to say, give me the topish shelf.
00:17:51.340 I knew you were going to say top shelf.
00:17:53.300 Top shelf all the way.
00:17:54.960 I believe you.
00:17:55.600 And the large queso.
00:17:56.920 Keep going.
00:17:57.420 I'm ready.
00:17:57.720 And not just like the ground beef enchiladas.
00:18:00.400 I want shredded beef.
00:18:01.560 I want, what do we mean queso?
00:18:02.840 I want real melted cheese.
00:18:04.540 I want good stuff on that.
00:18:06.420 But look.
00:18:06.840 I cannot wait for this bet.
00:18:09.060 Anyway, keep going.
00:18:09.800 So tell me why you think there's no way he'll do this.
00:18:12.780 Okay, let's go back to Swalwell.
00:18:15.800 And we covered this when Swalwell, when the scandal broke.
00:18:18.780 Look, Swalwell was one of the leading candidates to be governor in California, and all the Democrats were happily behind them. 0.91
00:18:27.360 And from all the reports that came out of his being a repeated sexual assaulter, abuser, harasser, 0.90
00:18:34.380 and I mean, it really was pretty shameless conduct that just went on and on and on. 0.91
00:18:39.280 You know, it was so commonplace that the Democrats all knew about it.
00:18:44.000 Everybody knew about it. It was talked about in D.C.
00:18:45.680 OK, not everybody knew about it. I didn't know about it, but I don't know Swalwell like I don't run in the circle of House Democrats.
00:18:51.880 So I had no clue that the guy was a predator. But the people palling around with him obviously did.
00:18:57.780 The Democrat staffers obviously did. You don't behave like Swalwell did without that becoming common knowledge in the circus.
00:19:04.900 He was not hiding it. He was not at all circumspect. He was open and brazen. Why?
00:19:09.740 because he understood that that the leftists today they will defend anything anything yeah
00:19:18.020 if it keeps them in power what was swalwell's uh cardinal offense it was when he was splitting
00:19:25.540 the vote and suddenly it looked like the republicans had a chance of becoming governor
00:19:29.280 and i mean they the democrats ruthlessly took him out with no hesitation at all let's go back to
00:19:35.680 joe biden yeah to be clear every democrat in congress knew that joe biden was well into
00:19:43.960 dementia that he was not remotely competent to be president of the united states his first term
00:19:49.240 much less a second term they knew that that he could not be trusted to have his finger on the
00:19:56.000 button they knew that none of our enemies feared him because they knew that he was a man deep into
00:20:01.260 senility. And you know what? They all circled the wagon. And in fact, you know, they kind of
00:20:07.180 sounded like, you remember the old movie, The Manchurian Candidate? Yeah. Well, The Manchurian
00:20:14.280 Candidate, all these folks who had been brainwashed all said the same thing about the candidate that
00:20:19.460 was put forward. They all said, Raymond Shaw is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human
00:20:24.820 being I've ever known in my life. They all repeated that word for word. Yeah. That's almost exactly
00:20:31.020 what every democrat said about joe biden joe biden is quick he's on the ball oh my goodness
00:20:35.740 it's the most incredible encyclopedic memory he's doing he's doing like like nine digit
00:20:40.620 multiplication in his head i mean it's like you know fire shoots out of his fingertips i mean it
00:20:45.980 there wasn't even a tiny bit of hesitation yeah a tiny bit of gosh this is bad for our country
00:20:56.920 They didn't care. Yeah. And when did they pull the plug on Biden after the debate when they're like, oh, no, we can't hide this anymore.
00:21:05.100 Look, they would have been glad to weekend at Bernie's Joe Biden, literally have him die in office, put him there and just raise the hand like weekend at Bernie's when they had the dead man they pretended is alive.
00:21:14.180 The Democrats were fine with that. They did not care if the president of the United States was any longer competent.
00:21:21.480 They did not care if Eric Swalwell was a sexual predator, and they didn't care if Graham Plattner was a sexual predator. 0.98
00:21:27.680 What changed was suddenly they thought there's a real risk of losing. 0.95
00:21:33.080 And listen to what Zoran Mondami said today about Plattner.
00:21:38.440 Hey, how's it going, Tom?
00:21:39.600 Good, how are you?
00:21:40.280 I wanted to ask, given that you have a sort of ascendant role in the Democratic Party,
00:21:45.780 could you talk about the main Senate race?
00:21:47.760 Do you think that Graham Plattner should drop out of the race?
00:21:50.440 And do you have any intention of endorsing any candidates in competitive races outside of New York,
00:21:55.740 Al-Sayed, or anyone else?
00:21:57.700 I believe that it's time for him to drop out of the race.
00:22:01.020 And when it comes to my own endorsements, I've made eight endorsements at the state and federal level.
00:22:07.400 They've all been right here in New York City.
00:22:09.260 I'm incredibly excited at the fact that they won their races, and that's where my focus is for now.
00:22:14.060 I mean, there it is, in his own words, right?
00:22:16.320 Like, that's it.
00:22:16.920 That's it.
00:22:17.480 You know, just go along with what everybody else says at the very end when you've got to get rid of somebody.
00:22:22.940 There you go.
00:22:23.740 Commie's going to commie.
00:22:24.660 And look, Mondami's saying, look at all the communists I'm electing in New York.
00:22:28.360 There'll be time enough to get communists everywhere else. 0.96
00:22:30.980 But to be clear, he didn't care that Plattner was a racist, misogynist Nazi communist. 0.95
00:22:38.660 That didn't matter. All that mattered is, uh-oh, he's going to lose. So here's what the AP is 0.98
00:22:43.900 reporting tonight. Succession fight is already underway as calls mount for Plattner to drop out
00:22:49.740 of Maine's Senate race. Democratic nominee Graham Plattner hasn't resigned from the Maine U.S.
00:22:55.520 Senate race following an allegation of sexual assault, but the succession battle to take his
00:23:00.020 place was already underway Tuesday. The allegation reported Monday prompted a chorus of calls for
00:23:06.160 Plattner to depart the high-stakes race against Republican Senator Susan Collins, which could
00:23:10.120 decide party control of the Senate. Plattner's longtime backer, Senator Bernie Sanders, quote,
00:23:15.760 recommended that he step aside. Then, Tuesday evening, the Washington Post reported that an
00:23:21.640 ex-girlfriend of Plattner had accused him of removing condoms during sex without her consent.
00:23:27.600 Plattner, who has denied all the allegations, has been mum on whether he'll step aside,
00:23:31.920 And the main Democratic Party, charged with creating a process to pick his replacement, hasn't publicly announced their plans.
00:23:39.760 On Tuesday night, Executive Director Devin Murphy Anderson released a video saying the party is developing an, quote,
00:23:47.040 open, inclusive, transparent, and fair process, but won't disclose details until Plattner withdraws.
00:23:54.640 Plattner's team has repeatedly tried to, quote, put their thumb on the scale, she said.
00:24:00.940 Quote, we have repeatedly reiterated to Graham Plattner's team that they will have no role in determining our next Democratic nominee for the U.S. Senate, nor in determining what this process looks like.
00:24:13.820 An official for the Plattner campaign responded that it, quote, has reached out to the party to try and understand what this process would look like.
00:24:20.800 And, quote, at no point has the campaign tried to put its finger on the scale.
00:24:24.920 the official added that the thousands of main residents who voted for and volunteered for
00:24:30.040 platner and they should play a role in the decision so understand once you're no longer
00:24:38.620 useful to the communists yeah you will be discarded yeah quickly by the way quickly with
00:24:46.260 no hesitation and and and and let me look folks listening to this you could be forgiven for being
00:24:53.740 somewhat cynical for saying, oh, come on, both parties do this. And listen, it is true. There
00:24:59.380 are candidates for both parties that are less than ideal, that have real problems, real faults.
00:25:05.620 That's true because, you know, candidates are human beings and human beings are flawed and
00:25:09.860 fallen creatures. But I will say I'd like to draw a contrast between this race and Roy Moore in
00:25:18.220 Alabama. So Roy Moore was the Republican nominee for the Senate in Alabama. Now, I did not support
00:25:25.180 Roy Moore in the primary. Once he was the nominee, I endorsed him. I offered my support because I
00:25:31.800 wanted to win the seat. I wanted the Alabama Senate seat to be held by a Republican.
00:25:36.720 After he was the nominee, there were serious, credible allegations of sexual improprieties
00:25:44.100 of Roy Moore with with young teenage girls. They were multiple. They were serious. They were
00:25:50.300 credible. And I actually called Roy Moore and I said, look, I want to hear your response to this.
00:25:54.460 I want you to lay out and convince me this is not true. And I will say that conversation was
00:26:01.440 one of the least satisfying conversations I've ever had with a candidate. He did not have any
00:26:05.660 response that I found remotely credible. And so what did I do in that race? I explicitly rescinded
00:26:12.580 my endorsement because I said, look, I'm not going to support someone who is sexually assaulting 0.57
00:26:19.820 teenage girls. That is not. And you know what happened? Republicans lost that seat. They
00:26:24.540 elected Doug Jones, a Democrat to the Senate. And by the way, a bunch of Republicans, after I did
00:26:30.680 that, followed by withdrawing their support. On the Democrat side, you had John Fetterman,
00:26:36.660 who was alone in showing real courage.
00:26:40.820 And I want you to listen to what John Fetterman said this week
00:26:44.080 about Graham Plattner and about the real fault and culpability for what happened.
00:26:50.340 Yeah, I mean, I refuse to overlook that.
00:26:52.560 But honestly, I would really call Bernie Sanders to apologize
00:26:58.140 for pushing this kind of predator more than anyone he helped him elect
00:27:04.000 and now apologize to the victims.
00:27:06.660 especially the woman that she claimed that he raped her.
00:27:11.060 So I don't know why you want to keep pushing these kinds of people.
00:27:14.900 Maybe he should consider set a few out and stop pushing these kind of communists and people.
00:27:20.820 And now people, you know, like P. Hussle now, he has been incredibly accused of rape.
00:27:29.180 And that's fairly recent, too.
00:27:31.020 That was only less than five years ago.
00:27:32.840 well he said that allegations are untrue but that he's basically reviewing his options
00:27:39.880 his he's obviously going to drop out correct there it is i love that he's obviously going
00:27:46.060 to drop out correct i i think he'll drop out i just i i think the date i i i i hope that i'm
00:27:52.780 right here for so many different reasons but i i just think it'd be amazing to watch the guy go
00:27:56.780 okay you guys want to burn me down fine you're all going down with me ben i'm looking forward
00:28:02.500 to some damn fine mexican and and i i i will say this look the chances that bernie sanders 0.84
00:28:10.040 apologizes as john fetterman called him on him to do i think are 0.0 percent bernie's not going to 0.94
00:28:16.900 apologize chuck schumer is not going to apologize i agree waltz is not going to apologize elizabeth
00:28:21.960 warren is definitely not going to apologize they are perfectly fine sheldon white house is not
00:28:27.360 going to apologize none of them care it is all about power it is all about their ability to be
00:28:36.620 in power and it doesn't matter they they are look you want to know what the democrats message from
00:28:42.640 this cycle is elizabeth warren put it best that's my kind of man it's it's it's pretty accurate
00:28:53.380 isn't it? I mean, it's just, that's like my favorite quote from her besides being Pocahontas.
00:28:59.300 Well, and I will say it is a sad expose of the Democrat Party because they're going to take
00:29:05.800 him out. Plattner will be gone, which he should have been gone a long, long time ago. He should
00:29:11.080 have been off the ballot. Someone like this should not be in the United States Senate.
00:29:16.340 But they're doing this. The only reason that they turned on him is because his poll numbers
00:29:23.340 dropped and they believed, uh-oh, this guy's going to lose. Let's dump him overboard and find someone
00:29:28.460 else. And by the way, the someone else, if they find another Nazi communist oyster farmer, racist 0.99
00:29:33.660 misogynist sexual predator, if his poll numbers are decent, they'll stick with him. If his poll 1.00
00:29:42.020 numbers drop, they'll dump him as well. Final question on this. What type of candidate do you
00:29:48.600 think the Democrats will go with when they replace him? Will they go with another radical
00:29:53.360 because there was momentum, they feel like, for him before all of this? Or will they find kind
00:29:59.760 of a vanilla Democrat statewide office holder, maybe someone in the past that's easy to deal
00:30:06.600 with, that there's not any of these types of discoveries that will come out? What do you
00:30:10.480 think the Democrats will do? So I don't know. I'll confess, I don't know the main Democrat
00:30:15.400 Party, so I don't know the decision makers there. The most obvious choice would be Janet Mills, 0.99
00:30:21.800 the Democrat governor who ran against Plattner and lost, although Mills has said publicly that
00:30:27.680 she's not running for Senate, although that's the kind of statement I am not currently running for
00:30:31.740 Senate is not the same thing as I would turn down the nomination. If I were to guess, I would
00:30:36.960 cynically say that's who they pick because they think she would have the best chance of winning,
00:30:41.660 But who knows? They might grab some crazy radical off a commune up in the Maine woods. 0.93
00:30:49.440 And the Democrats don't care. It doesn't have to be anyone with any qualifications.
00:30:53.400 It doesn't have to be anyone. Look, if you're willing to go with a Nazi communist oyster farmer, you're willing to go with anyone. 0.83
00:31:00.060 Their only test is going to be who do we think can win? 0.97
00:31:02.940 And if they can get can win plus crazy for them, I think that's a plus.
00:31:08.360 Yeah, there it is
