00:03:37.680 We saw that with Merrick Garland
00:03:41.720 ordering the FBI to investigate parents
00:03:44.720 as domestic terrorists.
00:03:47.000 We saw that with Merrick Garland
00:03:50.100 refusing to prosecute protesters
00:03:53.680 at the homes of Supreme Court justices,
00:03:56.740 despite an explicit federal criminal statute
00:04:00.400 that makes it a crime to protest
00:04:02.180 at a judge's house while a case is pending.
00:04:04.140 These are protesters that are inherently
00:04:07.140 threatening violence, being at the home

00:05:15.760 their harassing and haranguing him.
00:05:18.700 Mind you, this is just a few weeks
00:05:20.380 after he had faced an attempted murder
00:05:23.140 of a guy who came from California
00:05:25.180 with a gun and a knife and zip ties
00:05:27.060 to murder Justice Kavanaugh.
00:05:30.980 And it is,
00:05:32.600 this continues a pattern that we see
00:05:36.160 going back for years,
00:05:38.320 going back to 2020,
00:05:39.540 going back to the Antifa
00:05:40.940 and Black Lives Matter riots
00:05:43.760 all across the country.

00:05:48.420 is there's the violence on the ground,

00:05:52.720 the Antifa violence,
00:05:53.800 the regular thugs in the streets

00:06:23.440 about why he's not doing more
00:06:24.960 to protect Supreme Court justices.
