00:44:43.560 um what I think this has the potential so let me take a step back because we're

00:44:49.880 analyzing this in real time this has the potential to change in many ways the

00:44:55.720 narrative surrounding Jan 6 itself if instead of a crazed uh group of Trump

00:45:02.080 terrorists uh there were also individuals here who are uh you know this

00:45:08.220 individual uh is maybe just a left-wing radical

00:45:12.960 that was also involved in this that really kind of changes the 0.93

00:45:16.840 oh these are crazy white supremacist Trump supporters narrative doesn't it

00:45:21.020 doesn't it challenge things it definitely does Clay and that's why 0.93

00:45:24.600 and I was saying this earlier in interviews this morning before we even knew

00:45:28.760 you know the individual's name but there was some reporting that he

00:45:32.340 was tied to Antifa is that that explains why the investigation was dropped

00:45:38.940 because it completely contradicted what FBI director Christopher Wray and I will

00:45:45.000 be posting these clips shortly on x doing underscore Kelly to Christopher Wray's

00:45:50.800 insistence that Antifa played no role in the events of January 6th now he was

00:45:57.060 saying this as early as March of 2021 when he designated January 6th an act of

00:46:02.760 domestic terrorism but he was insistent that no one from Antifa was involved

00:46:08.420 there was no way for him to know that Clay but because you had the president

00:46:13.200 because you had people who were there on January 6th who can who were saying that

00:46:18.720 they saw Antifa there they saw Antifa getting out of buses we also have right now

00:46:26.040 finally I think it was discovered last year or in 2023 undercover DC metro police

00:46:31.880 officers arriving at Capitol grounds telling people that they were there to find

00:46:37.280 Antifa so this would have been not just decimated the entire January 6th

00:46:43.500 insurrection narrative but also contradicted Chris Wray because he was desperate to

00:46:49.040 help develop this insurrection narrative and use it against the president and the

00:46:53.180 MAGA movement so we have a much bigger scandal on our hands rather than just 0.99

00:46:57.980 taking a man into custody who was on the scene on that video on January 5th

00:47:04.420 this is a huge cover-up on a massive scale of Chris Wray's FBI and Joe Biden

00:47:11.580 Mayor Garland's Department of Justice keeping this from the American people

00:47:15.820 keeping it out of legal proceedings J6 defendants could have used something like

00:47:21.000 this as exculpatory evidence because you had judges calling this an insurrection

00:47:25.540 incited by the president so there are a lot of consequences legal ramifications

00:47:31.560 of what Chris Wray's cover-up is that is indeed the fact of this individual who

00:47:38.960 planted the pipe bombs and then prompted the first week of panic and even

00:47:42.920 evacuations that day right as the joint session was convening at 1 o'clock

00:47:46.660 all right let me read this is the court's tran let me see I want to make sure I

00:47:52.640 get the official because my producer this is the affidavit in support of the

00:47:57.360 criminal complaint that has been filed and released and I'm reading through it

00:48:03.300 live with you right now Cole lives in a single-family house with his mother and

00:48:08.240 other family members he is 30 years old resident of Woodbridge Virginia the

00:48:15.240 evidence laid out here Julie and I'm reading this in real time the FBI has

00:48:19.640 identified one bank checking account six credit cards used by Cole to they

00:48:25.900 allege purchase multiple items consistent with the components used to manufacture

00:48:30.700 the pipe bombs and they say that he bought these things in a physical retail

00:48:37.700 locations in northern Virginia and then it runs through the specifics of exactly what

00:48:44.260 was included in these pipe bombs and where they were able to find and trace the

00:48:51.260 purchases at home home depot they then say that they were and this is very detailed

00:48:58.600 about the things that were purchased that they believe were directly used in the

00:49:03.460 pipe bomb that they were able to to analyze they also then say that since at least as

00:49:10.800 early as January 5 2021 they have identified his cell phone number and they have been able

00:49:17.780 to obtain historical cell site records located in the immediate vicinity of the RNC and the

00:49:25.160 DNC at the time at which the bomb was placed and these are cell phone towers location data

00:49:32.560 records obtained and again I'm reading from this in real time from the cell phone provider provide

00:49:38.160 service to Cole's cell phone show that he was in the area and that they are able let's see

00:49:46.060 the particular sector that engaged and basically that he was there during the time that they

00:49:53.840 believe that these pipe bombs were actually placed so again I'm reading in real time the specific

00:50:03.020 pinging you may or may not have this in front of you Julie this will be ultimately for a court to

00:50:08.760 determine guilt or innocence but they have it appears him purchasing the items that were used to make

00:50:15.860 the pipe bomb with his credit card and then his cell phone being in the location where the pipe bomb was

00:50:23.160 placed on that night that is circumstantial they obviously have video footage of an individual as well

00:50:29.040 he's covered up he fits the height size uh maybe they'll be able to find some of these clothes I

00:50:34.920 don't know uh but uh this is very detailed it was not discussed at the press conference so your reaction

00:50:42.520 to uh to some of this obviously is it's coming down in real time right so this does appear to confirm

00:50:50.340 that the FBI has the right person in custody so that's that's a good sign we don't want you know

00:50:58.720 a rush to judgment here and that does not appear to be the case but what was said during the press

00:51:04.560 conference today and I would have liked to have seen a lot more details on the suspect and where

00:51:10.000 this investigation is headed and the cover-up apparently by Chris Ray's FBI rather than sort of

00:51:16.340 you know this teamwork um uh performance that we got instead um so this this affidavit this

00:51:23.820 complaint will be helpful in giving putting some more meat on the bone but Clay what was said during

00:51:29.200 the press conference is very important this discovery identifying the suspect was not based on new

00:51:35.560 information or evidence yeah right they were working off what they already had just putting new

00:51:40.680 investigators fresh pairs of eyes on this which means that the Ray FBI has had had that for years

00:51:48.080 so this was an intentional decision by someone whether it was Chris Ray whether it was Steven

00:51:53.680 Dan Tuano who was the DC uh FBI chief at the time overseeing the pipe bomb investigation

00:52:00.880 so someone or somebody made the conscious choice not to pursue this but to pretend at the same time

00:52:08.560 that the FBI actually was looking for this person so um you know as I said there are big ramifications

00:52:15.860 for this and I hope that we hear more from the FBI and the DOJ about what they had when they had it

00:52:35.860 have a crazy day uh we're trying to make sense of it all but I think certainly the idea that this was

00:52:41.760 a white supremacist led revolt against the United States government would be challenged if the most

00:52:48.660 violent alleged perpetrator was a young black man connected to Antifa as the uh details seem to suggest

00:52:56.780 he was um based on the uh based on the information that is coming out here so uh right put yourself

00:53:04.440 put put us back to April of 2021 let's say that Chris Ray does announce this arrest of this individual

00:53:10.320 and he's a young black man no ties to MAGA but has ties to Antifa there would be no January 6th

00:53:17.900 insurrection narrative it would have been over yeah they could not allow that to happen and this is a

00:53:23.540 scandal of massive proportion and that should be the biggest takeaway today and then I think Julie 0.95

00:53:30.520 to build on top of that a lot of people are going to start to say okay what motivated this 25 year old

00:53:37.300 at that point in time to decide to do this and then he vanishes for five years and doesn't do anything

00:53:44.280 else and he's living at his parents house in northern Virginia and we suddenly find him like

00:53:48.540 what is his back it just there are an awful lot of lone wolves it seem who engage and I'm using

00:53:55.780 quotation marks for those watching on video who engage in acts of violence that we hear oh well

00:54:00.840 they had no connection to anyone else isn't it kind of suspicious how often that seems to happen

00:54:06.160 it is happening more often and I think that this is something that that FBI that cash and ban are going

00:54:13.120 to have to address straight on I mean if we are expected to believe that this individual did this

00:54:18.660 on his own we could see him on a phone we can see him using his glasses to like peer for an address

00:54:25.060 we can see him retracing his steps this was not a sophisticated you know operation that this kid did

00:54:32.120 on his own who was he working at his behest and then Clay like you and I and you Buck and I have talked

00:54:39.120 about for years the very suspicious surroundings of um related to the discovery at the RNC and the DNC

00:54:46.960 I still believe that something more nefarious happened in that timeline that day on January 6th

00:55:00.760 well remember I mean there's that video of Kamala Harris supposedly an incredible danger coming within
