00:00:36.720 that are asking the question now,
00:00:38.260 did the FBI lie to Congress about this,
00:00:41.580 saying, I don't know, we didn't do this,
00:00:43.300 and now it's coming to light
00:00:44.160 that in fact this was actually happening?
00:00:45.880 Your initial reaction to that?
00:00:48.180 Well, I think these reports are very concerning.
00:00:51.180 We have seen that the Biden Justice Department
00:00:54.320 has a persistent animosity to religious faith
00:00:59.020 and that they are willing to weaponize
00:01:02.740 the Department of Justice and the FBI
00:01:04.620 to target people of faith.
00:01:06.780 We've seen that in a host of different contexts.
00:01:09.480 We've seen that, for example,
00:01:11.740 in their unwillingness to prosecute
00:01:15.020 the protesters who are committing federal crimes
00:01:18.880 by protesting outside the homes
00:01:20.680 of Supreme Court justices.
00:01:23.540 And because the Attorney General
00:01:28.140 disagrees with the Dobbs decision,
00:01:32.100 he refuses to prosecute
00:01:33.960 even a single one of them.
00:01:35.080 At the same time,
00:01:36.460 we've also seen the Attorney General
00:01:38.260 and the Department of Justice
00:01:39.240 and the FBI
00:01:40.120 bring very limited prosecutorial resources
00:01:45.020 to going after violent terrorists
00:01:48.980 who are attacking,
00:01:50.280 who are vandalizing,
00:01:51.680 who are firebombing
00:01:53.820 crisis pregnancy centers.

00:01:58.660 they don't prioritize

00:02:07.980 because of a whistleblower
00:02:09.020 who had leaked it,
00:02:10.460 that one of the field offices,
00:02:12.340 the Richmond Field Office of the FBI,
00:02:13.940 had written a document
00:02:16.140 that was entitled
00:02:17.140 Interest of Racially or Ethnically Motivated
00:02:21.660 Violent Extremists
00:02:23.360 in Radical Traditionalist Catholic Ideology
00:02:27.260 Almost Certainly Presents
00:02:29.660 New Mitigation Opportunities.
00:02:31.620 And so this memo,
00:02:35.640 it was called a Domain Perspective,
00:02:38.140 was leaked by a whistleblower.
00:02:40.380 And when Chris Wray,
00:02:43.940 the head of the FBI,
00:02:45.200 was asked before the Senate Judiciary Committee
00:02:47.220 about it,
00:02:48.340 he denounced the document.
00:02:49.900 And he said the document was appalling
00:02:51.980 and that it had been withdrawn.
00:02:54.020 Well, what has now broken this week
00:02:56.560 is that Jim Jordan
00:02:57.920 and the House Committee
00:02:59.300 on the Weaponization of Law Enforcement
00:03:02.580 has made public
00:03:05.060 that the FBI,
00:03:07.020 and in particular,
00:03:07.580 the Richmond Field Office,
00:03:08.960 was using
00:03:10.780 undercover
00:03:11.920 agents,
00:03:14.940 and in particular,
00:03:17.000 at least one undercover employee,
00:03:19.180 to try to
00:03:20.780 penetrate
00:03:21.560 local Catholic churches.
00:03:24.720 And
00:03:25.120 so, for example,
