00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.660 Guaranteed human.
00:00:05.820 Senator, nice to be back here in our home studio.
00:00:08.480 We've done some of these on the road recently,
00:00:10.200 but it's going to be back here.
00:00:11.700 And the American people were told a story this week
00:00:15.560 that a special counsel is going to get appointed
00:00:17.760 to look into Hunter Biden, the Biden crimes.
00:00:20.560 I feel like we're getting screwed here.
00:00:22.280 I'm not buying this.
00:00:23.820 Your reaction?
00:00:25.440 You're right.
00:00:26.000 It is an utter and complete crock.
00:00:27.980 It is a cover-up.
00:00:30.000 Uh, you ought to be pissed at this announcement
00:00:33.300 because this is an announcement that is cynical.
00:00:36.360 It is cynical from Merrick Garland.
00:00:38.540 It is cynical from Joe Biden.
00:00:40.360 It's illegal and it's designed to cover up wrongdoing,
00:00:45.840 cover up wrongdoing of Hunter Biden,
00:00:47.860 cover up wrongdoing of Joe Biden
00:00:49.620 and cover up wrongdoing of Merrick Garland.
00:00:52.440 This is entirely about appearing to enforce the law
00:00:58.060 while at the same time obstructing investigations into doing that.
00:01:02.460 You said it's illegal.
00:01:04.360 By law to become a special counsel, you have to,
00:01:06.800 and I'm going to quote it,
00:01:08.040 be a lawyer with a reputation for integrity
00:01:10.480 and impartial decision-making,
00:01:13.680 conduct investigations expeditiously and thoroughly.
00:01:16.720 I read that,
00:01:18.320 and the guy who let the statute of limitations run out
00:01:20.980 on the most serious financial crimes, tax crimes,
00:01:24.120 is the guy that they're now saying is impartial
00:01:26.180 and is going to run this as a special prosecutor.
00:01:28.860 He also said he could do all the things
00:01:30.680 they're now given the power to do before,
00:01:32.560 so why even appoint him?
00:01:34.920 For political cover.
00:01:36.460 This is entirely political cover,
00:01:38.080 and this is entirely obstruction.
00:01:40.960 There's even more directories,
00:01:42.460 and look, you raise a point why David Weiss
00:01:44.420 is an exceptionally poor choice for this,
00:01:46.640 but there's an even more straightforward reason
00:01:48.500 why this is an illegal choice.
00:01:50.400 So the Department of Justice has regulations
00:01:53.080 that govern special counsels,
00:01:54.720 and when you appoint special counsels,
00:01:56.660 and here's what section 600.3 of the regulations state.
00:02:00.460 Quote,
00:02:01.720 the special counsel shall be selected
00:02:05.120 from outside the United States government.
00:02:09.620 David Weiss is the sitting U.S. attorney for Delaware.
00:02:12.500 He is not outside the U.S. government.
00:02:15.060 Under the Department of Justice's regulations,
00:02:17.580 his appointment is illegal.
00:02:18.960 Now, I suppose Merrick Garland can rest comfortable
00:02:22.260 because he's doing something illegal,
00:02:24.460 but those same regulations, section 600.10,
00:02:28.720 makes clear that no one can sue Merrick Garland
00:02:31.180 for refusing to follow his own regulations.
00:02:35.760 So why is he doing it?
00:02:37.120 Why is he appointing someone who's on his face illegal?
00:02:40.880 The reason is he wants this guy.
00:02:43.360 He wants this guy
00:02:44.520 because he doesn't meet the provision that you just read.
00:02:46.940 He's not fair and impartial.
00:02:48.740 He's not gonna vigorously prosecute the case.
00:02:50.940 And how do we know this?
00:02:52.140 Because for five years, we've seen the job he's done.
00:02:55.220 He hasn't vigorously prosecuted the case.
00:02:58.200 And in fact, to the contrary,
00:03:01.120 David Weiss has slow-walked this investigation
00:03:04.540 for five years.
00:03:05.680 For Pete's sakes, we have pictures and video
00:03:09.800 of Hunter Biden with prostitutes and crack and a gun.
00:03:13.940 And they're trying to prove that he had a gun
00:03:16.260 while using drugs.
00:03:17.400 Like at some point, the Keystone cops can figure it out.
00:03:21.620 And it's not that they couldn't figure this out.
00:03:23.800 They didn't wanna figure this out.
00:03:26.480 So they spend five years investigating.
00:03:29.760 Then what they do, and you pointed out,
00:03:33.660 this is one of the most shocking aspects of it.
00:03:36.840 David Weiss allows the statute of limitations
00:03:39.380 to expire on the 2014 and 2015 tax offenses.
00:03:44.020 Those were by far the most serious tax offenses.
00:03:46.320 From a lawyer's perspective,
00:03:47.360 I wanna know when you're doing a case,
00:03:49.340 and I think so many people may not understand this,
00:03:52.140 you look at what you're looking at
00:03:53.800 when you're charging someone with crimes.
00:03:56.140 I'm assuming that's normal.
00:03:57.360 And you would look at the statute of limitations.
00:03:59.520 It's not like they would sneak up on you.
00:04:01.140 Is that correct?
00:04:01.740 You know it absolutely.
00:04:03.080 The statute of limitations for the crimes here
00:04:04.800 was six years.
00:04:05.920 So you know when the statute of limitations
00:04:07.860 is going to expire.
00:04:09.180 Now, the IRS whistleblowers have said
00:04:11.420 that Weiss initially inquired
00:04:14.240 about prosecuting those crimes.
00:04:16.460 One of them would have to be
00:04:17.280 in the Central District of California
00:04:18.560 because you had to bring the crimes,
00:04:20.260 the prosecution where the crime occurred.
00:04:21.900 Another would have to be in DC.
00:04:23.800 And according to the IRS whistleblowers,
00:04:25.400 the U.S. attorneys in DC
00:04:26.940 and the Central District of California said no.
00:04:29.680 Now, Merrick Garland told the United States Senate
00:04:32.300 under oath in response to my questioning
00:04:34.300 that Weiss had all the authority
00:04:36.540 to bring those cases.
00:04:38.900 According to the IRS whistleblowers,
00:04:40.600 that was a lie.
00:04:45.380 Weiss then came back and said,
00:04:47.060 no, no, no.
00:04:47.700 I had all the authority to bring those cases.
00:04:49.760 So, if Weiss is telling the truth,
00:04:54.700 then he chose not to bring the cases.
00:04:57.780 And he chose to let the statute of limitations expire.
00:05:01.040 And what that means is
00:05:02.020 you can't prosecute Hunter
00:05:03.940 for those crimes anymore
00:05:05.800 because the statute has expired.
00:05:07.260 But it's worse than that.
00:05:08.640 And it's worse than that doubly over.
00:05:11.580 Number one,
00:05:12.560 it's not just the tax offenses
00:05:15.920 in 2014 and 2015 that have expired.
00:05:19.460 You know, all the criminal conduct
00:05:21.360 and corruption,
00:05:22.220 the $20 million that was paid
00:05:24.600 to Biden family members
00:05:26.160 and associates while Joe Biden was president.
00:05:28.720 Keyword, while he was the vice president.
00:05:30.640 Right.
00:05:30.900 And to be clear,
00:05:32.180 our last podcast went a deep dive into that.
00:05:35.020 If you didn't listen to Friday's podcast,
00:05:37.520 go back and listen to it
00:05:38.440 because we walk through
00:05:39.580 what the House has put out now,
00:05:41.260 bank records, wired records,
00:05:43.000 more than $20 million
00:05:44.420 paid to Biden Inc.,
00:05:47.620 to all the Biden family members
00:05:49.180 and associates
00:05:49.740 while Joe Biden was vice president.
00:05:52.520 You know what the statute of limitations
00:05:54.020 has run on?
00:05:55.520 All of that.
00:05:57.200 Every minute of Joe Biden's vice presidency
00:05:59.880 is now miraculously,
00:06:02.000 gosh, the statute has run.
00:06:03.200 And why is the statute run?
00:06:04.640 Because David Weiss wanted it to run.
00:06:07.180 And we know that
00:06:08.040 and we know that
00:06:09.260 because,
00:06:10.780 and the single most stunning thing
00:06:12.220 the IRS whistleblower said
00:06:13.600 that almost no one has commented on,
00:06:16.340 the IRS whistleblower said
00:06:18.160 that Hunter Biden's attorney
00:06:19.880 said to David Weiss,
00:06:21.880 we'll toll the statute of limitations.
00:06:24.740 Now, what does it mean to toll?
00:06:26.140 To toll the statute of limitations
00:06:27.480 means a defendant agrees,
00:06:29.120 okay, you can extend it.
00:06:30.520 You can prosecute me beyond,
00:06:32.280 we can just put a pause
00:06:33.460 on the statute of limitations.
00:06:34.960 And Hunter's lawyers were doing this
00:06:36.940 because they were trying
00:06:38.040 to negotiate a global plea deal.
00:06:40.420 A sweetheart deal.
00:06:41.720 And what the IRS whistleblower said
00:06:43.700 is that David Weiss said,
00:06:45.000 no, no, that's okay.
00:06:46.340 You don't need to toll
00:06:47.320 the statute of limitations.
00:06:49.100 I'll just let them expire.
00:06:50.740 I'll give you a get out of jail free card.
00:06:53.400 That's what he did.
00:06:54.520 That is a stunning statement.
00:06:56.860 No prosecutor would do this.
00:06:59.200 And so for five years,
00:07:01.500 David Weiss has been covering up,
00:07:03.140 he's been obstructing,
00:07:04.160 and let's be clear,
00:07:05.000 those IRS whistleblowers,
00:07:06.560 their testimony is that lawyers
00:07:08.140 who work for David Weiss
00:07:09.300 obstructed this investigation
00:07:13.000 from day one.
00:07:14.480 They gave Hunter Biden a heads up
00:07:16.040 before they questioned him
00:07:17.440 to let him prepare for the questioning.
00:07:19.040 They gave Hunter Biden a heads up
00:07:20.720 before they executed search warrants
00:07:22.500 to let him presumably destroy
00:07:24.780 incriminating evidence.
00:07:26.580 They prohibited investigators
00:07:31.140 from asking any questions
00:07:33.040 about Joe Biden,
00:07:34.300 about the big guy,
00:07:35.420 about his dad.
00:07:36.140 They said, nope, nope,
00:07:37.220 you're not allowed to ask,
00:07:38.200 not allowed to ask,
00:07:38.940 not allowed to ask.
00:07:39.840 They viewed their job
00:07:41.040 as protecting the big guy.
00:07:43.040 They blocked those off.
00:07:44.420 They also,
00:07:45.340 according to the IRS whistleblowers,
00:07:47.260 prohibited investigators
00:07:48.400 from examining GPS data
00:07:51.520 to determine whether Joe Biden
00:07:53.480 was sitting next to Hunter Biden
00:07:55.080 when Hunter Biden sent the text
00:07:57.180 to the senior Chinese communist official
00:07:59.500 saying, I am sitting here
00:08:01.440 next to my father
00:08:02.680 and shaking him down
00:08:04.040 for five million dollars.
00:08:05.240 And within 10 days,
00:08:06.020 they got the money.
00:08:06.640 And within 10 days,
00:08:07.500 they got the money.
00:08:08.140 We know the text was sent
00:08:09.260 or the WhatsApp encrypted message
00:08:11.400 was sent,
00:08:12.100 and we know that five times
00:08:13.980 in that text,
00:08:15.300 Hunter says he and his father
00:08:17.020 that he's doing it
00:08:17.800 on behalf of his father.
00:08:18.860 It was a simple matter to say,
00:08:21.060 well, Hunter says twice
00:08:23.040 in that text
00:08:23.700 he's sitting next to his father.
00:08:25.460 Was he sitting next to his father?
00:08:27.180 We can compare the GPS data.
00:08:28.980 Is Joe sitting next to him?
00:08:30.460 And what did David Weiss
00:08:31.440 and his lawyers say?
00:08:32.400 Nope, nope,
00:08:33.220 you're not allowed to know.
00:08:34.680 It's like the three monkeys,
00:08:36.140 see no evil,
00:08:36.780 hear no evil,
00:08:37.360 speak no evil.
00:08:38.360 That's just evil.
00:08:39.620 They're covering it up.
00:08:41.600 And so I got to say,
00:08:42.620 look, I look at this announcement
00:08:44.080 and I'm pissed.
00:08:46.400 And let me make a movie analogy.
00:08:48.640 You've seen The Untouchables.
00:08:49.880 Oh, yeah.
00:08:50.260 One of the greatest movies
00:08:51.500 of all time.
00:08:51.980 Yeah.
00:08:52.840 Can you imagine
00:08:53.820 in The Untouchables
00:08:54.820 if Elliot Ness
00:08:56.860 was told
00:08:59.140 the prosecutor for Al Capone
00:09:02.500 is going to be
00:09:04.540 Al Capone's accountant?
00:09:05.860 Yeah.
00:09:06.580 Is going to be the guy
00:09:07.760 that covered it up,
00:09:08.980 that hid it all,
00:09:09.980 that stopped him
00:09:10.980 from being caught.
00:09:11.940 He's the prosecutor.
00:09:13.120 That's what Merrick Garland
00:09:14.240 has done.
00:09:14.880 He's put someone
00:09:15.800 who has been covering up
00:09:16.940 for Joe Biden
00:09:18.080 for five years,
00:09:20.000 ostensibly in charge
00:09:21.120 of the investigation.
00:09:22.260 There's also been
00:09:23.220 some fodder online
00:09:24.280 and I want to know,
00:09:25.640 and I think I know
00:09:26.560 the answer to this,
00:09:27.260 but I think a lot of people
00:09:28.100 have been saying this online.
00:09:29.260 I want you to clarify it.
00:09:30.780 There have been Democrats
00:09:31.580 saying,
00:09:31.940 well, hold on a second.
00:09:32.700 A special prosecutor
00:09:33.400 is a very important deal.
00:09:34.860 It's a very big deal.
00:09:35.780 It could put them
00:09:36.320 in serious risk
00:09:37.260 and it could extend
00:09:38.880 the statute of limitations.
00:09:40.140 That's not true.
00:09:41.580 Once it's run,
00:09:42.540 the special prosecutor
00:09:43.420 doesn't have any way
00:09:44.280 to magically revive
00:09:45.660 the statute of limitations.
00:09:46.160 So it's not like
00:09:46.920 because he's been named,
00:09:47.760 now he can say,
00:09:48.480 okay, I'm going to go back
00:09:49.300 and look at all these things.
00:09:50.300 The time's up.
00:09:51.560 The stopwatch has ended.
00:09:53.260 The game's over
00:09:54.040 on those other crimes.
00:09:55.300 And listen,
00:09:55.480 I and many others
00:09:56.320 called for a special counsel
00:09:57.580 to be appointed
00:09:58.480 two years ago,
00:09:59.420 to have a prosecutor
00:10:00.300 that was actually
00:10:01.040 vigorously investigating this.
00:10:03.220 Merrick Garland
00:10:03.740 refused to do that.
00:10:05.480 But in this case,
00:10:06.360 it's even more obstruction
00:10:07.420 than that
00:10:08.040 because what's happened
00:10:09.780 between those two years
00:10:11.040 is now David Weiss himself,
00:10:12.540 there are real allegations
00:10:14.520 that he committed
00:10:15.500 obstruction of justice.
00:10:16.940 There are very serious
00:10:18.020 allegations
00:10:18.600 that Merrick Garland
00:10:20.140 lied under oath,
00:10:22.580 which is a felony,
00:10:23.640 and obstructed justices
00:10:25.640 into this investigation,
00:10:27.040 which is a felony.
00:10:28.020 As you and I have talked
00:10:29.320 about on verdict,
00:10:30.760 the House of Representatives
00:10:31.780 needs to have a hearing
00:10:32.840 with the IRS whistleblower
00:10:34.900 sitting there,
00:10:35.520 with David Weiss sitting there,
00:10:36.720 and with Merrick Garland
00:10:37.700 sitting there
00:10:38.300 because all of them
00:10:41.640 can't be telling the truth.
00:10:43.120 If the whistleblowers
00:10:44.220 are telling the truth,
00:10:45.280 then David Weiss
00:10:46.160 and Merrick Garland
00:10:46.860 are both lying
00:10:47.840 and both face
00:10:49.000 criminal liability individually.
00:10:50.780 Now, what Merrick Garland
00:10:52.520 has done is said,
00:10:53.520 hey, who's one of the
00:10:54.580 key witnesses against me?
00:10:56.220 Let me name him
00:10:56.860 a special counsel
00:10:57.780 so then it'll look okay
00:10:59.900 when he refuses
00:11:00.580 to testify to Congress.
00:11:01.700 This is about,
00:11:02.960 this is not just covering up
00:11:04.580 Hunter and Joe Biden,
00:11:05.520 although it is in a very
00:11:06.380 significant respect
00:11:07.440 covering up Hunter
00:11:08.500 and Joe Biden.
00:11:09.500 This is Merrick Garland
00:11:10.760 covering his own ass.
00:11:12.340 This is saying,
00:11:13.660 who's the chief witness
00:11:14.720 against me
00:11:15.600 that can show
00:11:17.420 that I lied under oath
00:11:18.840 and committed a felony?
00:11:19.940 Well, let me appoint him
00:11:20.680 special counsel
00:11:21.340 because I know
00:11:22.180 he will be complicit.
00:11:23.280 And let me be clear.
00:11:25.980 From the IRS whistleblower's
00:11:29.760 testimony,
00:11:31.040 we don't know
00:11:32.520 if David Weiss
00:11:33.560 was an active
00:11:35.640 and aggressive
00:11:37.120 partisan
00:11:38.540 covering up
00:11:40.120 for Hunter and Joe Biden
00:11:41.180 if he himself
00:11:43.300 was the one doing so
00:11:44.460 or if he was
00:11:46.680 simply complicit,
00:11:47.760 if he was simply
00:11:48.460 so weak
00:11:49.360 that he let
00:11:50.920 the active
00:11:51.520 aggressive partisans
00:11:52.660 at Maine Justice
00:11:53.480 do so.
00:11:54.160 It's not clear
00:11:55.040 from the IRS testimony
00:11:56.260 who was the decider,
00:11:58.460 although it's worth
00:11:59.340 listening.
00:11:59.920 All right,
00:12:00.140 so listen to one
00:12:01.000 of the IRS whistleblowers
00:12:02.820 describe when he had enough
00:12:05.560 with David Weiss.
00:12:06.340 Give a listen.
00:12:07.280 The Justice Department
00:12:08.420 allowed the president's
00:12:09.280 political appointees
00:12:10.140 to weigh in on
00:12:10.860 whether they're charged
00:12:11.560 the president's son.
00:12:12.980 After United States
00:12:13.760 Attorney for D.C.,
00:12:15.220 Matthew Graves,
00:12:16.060 appointed by President Biden,
00:12:17.640 refused to bring charges
00:12:18.580 in March 2022,
00:12:20.300 I watched United States
00:12:21.340 Attorney Weiss
00:12:21.980 tell a room full
00:12:22.780 of senior FBI
00:12:23.620 and IRS senior leaders
00:12:24.880 on October 7, 2022,
00:12:26.880 that he was not
00:12:27.940 the deciding person
00:12:28.860 on whether charges
00:12:30.460 were filed.
00:12:31.520 That was my red line.
00:12:34.040 I had already seen
00:12:34.700 a pattern of preferential
00:12:35.660 treatment and obstruction.
00:12:37.520 Now, United States Weiss
00:12:38.580 was admitting
00:12:39.160 that what the American
00:12:39.940 people believed
00:12:40.880 based on Attorney General's
00:12:42.320 sworn statement
00:12:43.440 was false.
00:12:44.440 I can no longer
00:12:45.040 stay silent.
00:12:46.280 So listen,
00:12:47.440 he just said
00:12:48.240 he'd seen a pattern
00:12:49.300 of preferential treatment
00:12:51.660 and obstruction
00:12:53.100 and he'd seen
00:12:54.860 the Attorney General
00:12:55.720 lie under oath.
00:12:56.580 He's alleging
00:12:57.400 multiple felonies
00:12:58.980 not just by Merrick Garland
00:13:00.460 but implicitly
00:13:01.320 by David Weiss as well.
00:13:02.360 The pattern of obstruction
00:13:03.380 and what he describes
00:13:05.860 with David Weiss,
00:13:07.080 it may be,
00:13:08.020 and I don't know Weiss
00:13:08.900 at all,
00:13:09.160 never met the guy,
00:13:10.240 don't know anything
00:13:10.980 about him personally.
00:13:13.020 It may just be
00:13:13.960 that he's exceptionally weak,
00:13:15.220 that he's a patsy,
00:13:16.000 that he's someone
00:13:16.660 that Merrick Garland's like,
00:13:17.860 okay, we can stick him in
00:13:19.380 because he'll just roll over.
00:13:21.420 We can bully him
00:13:22.280 and he'll do whatever we want.
00:13:23.160 That's possible.
00:13:24.620 Or he himself
00:13:25.740 might be a partisan now.
00:13:27.840 The corporate media
00:13:28.720 says till they're
00:13:29.620 red in the face
00:13:30.820 that Weiss
00:13:32.120 is a Donald Trump appointee.
00:13:33.900 Yeah,
00:13:34.240 they've said that
00:13:34.840 a thousand times.
00:13:36.020 And the nice thing is
00:13:37.320 verdict listeners
00:13:38.060 know the answer to that,
00:13:39.420 which is the way
00:13:40.260 U.S. attorneys
00:13:40.860 are appointed.
00:13:41.740 You cannot be appointed
00:13:42.880 U.S. attorney
00:13:43.700 without the sign-off
00:13:45.520 of both senators
00:13:46.440 from that state.
00:13:47.480 Delaware has two senators,
00:13:48.860 both Democrats,
00:13:50.080 Tom Carper
00:13:50.620 and Chris Coons.
00:13:51.620 Hardcore liberals,
00:13:52.620 let's be clear about that.
00:13:53.480 The only way
00:13:55.200 David Weiss
00:13:56.820 could be appointed
00:13:57.480 is if both Tom Carper
00:13:58.940 and Chris Coons
00:13:59.800 said,
00:14:00.320 yes,
00:14:01.620 we sign off.
00:14:03.340 And so,
00:14:04.400 look,
00:14:04.740 I don't have
00:14:05.640 any affirmative evidence
00:14:06.940 that Weiss
00:14:07.740 is a partisan Democrat.
00:14:08.980 He was not a big
00:14:09.740 Democrat donor.
00:14:10.700 There are others.
00:14:11.520 Yeah.
00:14:11.700 The U.S. attorney
00:14:12.540 in D.C.
00:14:13.640 who turned down
00:14:14.420 prosecuting Hunter,
00:14:16.120 he was a partisan Democrat
00:14:17.280 who had been a donor
00:14:18.060 to Joe Biden.
00:14:18.860 The U.S. attorney
00:14:19.480 in the Central District,
00:14:20.260 California,
00:14:20.840 who turned down
00:14:22.020 prosecuting Hunter.
00:14:23.260 He was a partisan Democrat
00:14:24.400 who had been a donor
00:14:25.120 to Kamala Harris.
00:14:27.060 We don't have
00:14:27.740 that same information
00:14:28.760 on David Weiss,
00:14:29.880 but we also don't have
00:14:30.640 any information
00:14:31.240 that Weiss
00:14:31.820 was a Republican,
00:14:33.200 was a donor to Trump
00:14:34.060 or any Republicans.
00:14:34.940 We don't have information
00:14:35.780 on that.
00:14:37.080 We do know
00:14:37.960 the two Democrats
00:14:38.840 in Delaware
00:14:39.640 signed off,
00:14:40.400 and Delaware
00:14:40.760 is a very small state.
00:14:42.660 It's a state
00:14:43.160 where the relevant players
00:14:45.660 all know each other,
00:14:46.860 so they presumably
00:14:47.600 knew what they were getting.
00:14:48.640 And what we do know
00:14:51.060 is the job he has done,
00:14:52.380 and the job he has done
00:14:53.660 has been disgraceful.
00:14:55.700 This sweetheart deal
00:14:56.800 that was negotiated
00:14:58.140 with Hunter
00:14:58.680 was designed
00:14:59.940 not only to be a slap
00:15:01.940 on the wrist to Hunter
00:15:02.640 and get him off,
00:15:03.480 but the entire purpose
00:15:04.700 was to protect the big guy.
00:15:06.580 It was a cover-up
00:15:07.560 of Joe Biden,
00:15:09.200 and this latest
00:15:10.100 special counsel appointment
00:15:11.100 is exactly that.
00:15:12.140 I want to tell you
00:15:12.620 about our friends
00:15:13.080 at Augusta Precious Metals
00:15:14.140 real quick.
00:15:14.680 If you are planning
00:15:15.880 for retirement,
00:15:16.620 you're close to retirement,
00:15:17.600 in retirement,
00:15:18.880 you know how important
00:15:19.780 it is right now
00:15:20.480 to protect your assets
00:15:21.740 and diversify.
00:15:22.960 Well, all over the world,
00:15:23.920 people are using
00:15:24.540 gold and silver,
00:15:25.660 and they're using them
00:15:26.880 in their IRAs
00:15:27.760 and their 401ks
00:15:28.620 right here in this country.
00:15:30.100 And that is why
00:15:31.000 I want you to know
00:15:31.540 about Augusta Precious Metals.
00:15:33.100 You've seen what's been
00:15:33.980 happening with our economy,
00:15:35.160 inflation,
00:15:35.780 you've seen what's happened
00:15:36.460 with some bank failures
00:15:37.380 this year as well,
00:15:38.480 and that's where
00:15:39.340 gold and silver
00:15:40.160 can come in
00:15:40.760 to help you
00:15:41.160 protect your assets.
00:15:42.600 Now, if you are
00:15:43.360 in retirement,
00:15:44.300 you know there's
00:15:45.160 no time
00:15:45.800 to make up losses.
00:15:46.760 That's the other reason
00:15:48.180 why you should call
00:15:49.220 Augusta Precious Metals.
00:15:50.700 They're going to do
00:15:51.220 two things for you
00:15:52.020 when you call.
00:15:52.500 Number one,
00:15:52.900 they're going to send you
00:15:53.400 the information guide
00:15:54.440 on gold,
00:15:55.500 specifically with your IRA
00:15:56.920 and your 401k.
00:15:58.780 Then they're going to do
00:15:59.620 a one-on-one
00:16:00.500 web conference with you
00:16:02.180 to answer all
00:16:03.420 of your questions
00:16:04.380 so that you know
00:16:05.400 if gold is right
00:16:06.740 for you
00:16:07.460 in diversifying
00:16:08.920 your hard-earned dollars.
00:16:10.820 Call them right now.
00:16:12.120 877-4-GOLD IRA
00:16:15.640 877-4-GOLD IRA
00:16:19.200 or online
00:16:19.880 at AugustaPreciousMetals.com
00:16:23.140 Tell them I sent you
00:16:24.560 and you'll get your fees
00:16:25.620 for up to 10 years
00:16:26.540 covered with a promo code
00:16:28.080 VERDICT.
00:16:29.580 AugustaPreciousMetals.com
00:16:31.660 or 877-4-GOLD IRA.
00:16:34.740 Two more questions
00:16:35.760 on this, Senator,
00:16:36.300 I want to ask you.
00:16:36.980 One,
00:16:38.100 there seems to be
00:16:40.540 a walking contradiction now
00:16:42.360 just to the fact
00:16:44.140 they appointed
00:16:44.760 Weiss as special counsel.
00:16:46.240 They said he had
00:16:47.060 all the power
00:16:47.520 he needed to do
00:16:47.980 his job before.
00:16:49.180 He said he had all
00:16:50.160 that he needed
00:16:51.540 to do his job before.
00:16:52.720 So if that was true
00:16:54.020 and Garland was telling
00:16:55.360 the truth
00:16:55.800 and Weiss was telling
00:16:56.560 the truth,
00:16:57.340 why then appoint him
00:16:58.880 right now,
00:17:00.020 special prosecutor,
00:17:01.040 when the fact of the matter
00:17:02.040 is you've said
00:17:02.560 he didn't need
00:17:03.360 this staff to do his job.
00:17:04.860 Does that open them up
00:17:06.080 to even more criticism
00:17:07.460 about what they've been doing?
00:17:08.640 Yeah, it's pure politics.
00:17:10.740 This appointment was done
00:17:11.940 so Merrick Garland can say,
00:17:13.340 see, we're being tough.
00:17:14.280 I appointed a special counsel.
00:17:15.760 Does that mean by default
00:17:16.660 they were being weak
00:17:17.340 before then?
00:17:18.080 Well, he's trying
00:17:19.120 to demonstrate,
00:17:20.100 look, I'm responding.
00:17:22.020 Like, holy crap,
00:17:23.100 last week the House
00:17:23.940 released wires
00:17:25.500 and bank records
00:17:26.940 of more than $20 million
00:17:28.520 paid to the family
00:17:30.320 and associates of Joe Biden
00:17:31.800 while he was vice president
00:17:33.760 from foreign nationals
00:17:35.340 in Russia, Ukraine
00:17:36.440 and Kazakhstan.
00:17:37.720 That's a big damn deal.
00:17:39.500 $20 million
00:17:40.080 and by the way,
00:17:41.160 another $8 million
00:17:42.000 from Chinese communists
00:17:43.760 in the few months
00:17:44.400 after he was vice president.
00:17:45.720 So $28 million.
00:17:47.160 And most of that,
00:17:47.960 you're now saying
00:17:48.440 sexual limitations-wise
00:17:49.600 has already disappeared.
00:17:50.860 Thanks to David Weiss.
00:17:52.080 Nice job.
00:17:52.960 I mean,
00:17:53.120 he did a great job
00:17:54.180 of dragging his feet
00:17:55.040 long enough
00:17:55.620 that he gave
00:17:57.140 a significant degree
00:17:58.500 of immunity
00:17:58.980 to everyone
00:17:59.620 who broke the law here.
00:18:01.040 But look,
00:18:02.720 what we started off
00:18:03.680 in this podcast
00:18:04.560 on it's worth
00:18:06.000 going back
00:18:06.580 and reflecting on,
00:18:07.360 I pointed out
00:18:08.000 that under the DOJ rules,
00:18:10.520 David Weiss's appointment
00:18:11.540 is illegal.
00:18:13.300 The special counsel
00:18:14.480 is designed to be someone
00:18:15.520 from outside of government
00:18:16.500 and that's not an accident.
00:18:17.640 There's a reason.
00:18:17.860 But what does that look like
00:18:18.700 for people that may not know that?
00:18:19.840 So there's a reason for that.
00:18:21.500 You appoint a special counsel
00:18:23.060 when there's a conflict
00:18:24.060 of interest
00:18:24.600 within the Department of Justice.
00:18:26.140 When it's not possible
00:18:27.540 for DOJ
00:18:28.320 to fairly investigate it,
00:18:29.700 you appoint someone
00:18:30.320 from outside the government
00:18:31.440 who can actually
00:18:33.240 take it on
00:18:34.160 and be fair
00:18:34.960 and impartial.
00:18:35.800 So that's calling
00:18:36.660 a law firm
00:18:37.420 a top person
00:18:38.220 saying,
00:18:38.700 hey,
00:18:39.060 what qualifies you
00:18:40.220 for that?
00:18:40.600 So it's typically
00:18:41.460 a former prosecutor
00:18:42.620 who is outside of government
00:18:44.080 who is usually
00:18:45.520 of the opposing party.
00:18:47.000 So for example,
00:18:48.340 think back to Bill Clinton.
00:18:49.700 Yeah.
00:18:49.900 When Bill Clinton,
00:18:50.860 Janet Reno,
00:18:51.460 is attorney general,
00:18:52.240 when she decided
00:18:53.140 they needed to appoint
00:18:54.340 a special counsel,
00:18:55.820 who did they appoint?
00:18:56.980 Ken Starr.
00:18:57.640 Yeah.
00:18:57.820 Ken Starr
00:18:58.580 was a prominent Republican.
00:19:00.460 He was not a friend
00:19:01.260 of Bill Clinton.
00:19:01.900 He was not a crony
00:19:02.620 of Bill Clinton.
00:19:03.580 He hadn't been signed off on
00:19:05.140 by two Democrat senators
00:19:06.420 in Delaware.
00:19:07.420 He didn't have five years
00:19:08.680 of dragging his feet
00:19:09.660 and covering up
00:19:10.480 Hunter Biden
00:19:11.180 and Joe Biden.
00:19:12.120 The reason
00:19:12.820 the special counsel's rules
00:19:14.280 say pick someone
00:19:15.020 from out of government
00:19:15.820 is it should be someone
00:19:17.660 who cannot reasonably
00:19:19.620 and plausibly be said
00:19:21.340 is going to be a patsy
00:19:23.280 for the president
00:19:24.500 and the party in power.
00:19:25.660 You know who they
00:19:26.080 ought to appoint?
00:19:26.600 They ought to appoint
00:19:27.860 someone like John Ratcliffe.
00:19:29.760 John Ratcliffe
00:19:30.660 was former acting
00:19:31.800 U.S. attorney in Texas,
00:19:33.540 was head of the Department
00:19:34.520 of National Intelligence,
00:19:35.860 was a U.S. congressman.
00:19:37.440 Now, John is a conservative Republican.
00:19:39.280 John is a real prosecutor.
00:19:41.060 And by the way,
00:19:42.520 if John Ratcliffe
00:19:44.160 were appointed special counsel
00:19:45.760 to investigate Merrick Garland
00:19:48.500 for lying under oath
00:19:50.000 and obstruction of justice,
00:19:51.100 to investigate Hunter Biden,
00:19:52.520 and most significantly
00:19:53.920 to investigate Joe Biden,
00:19:56.280 if John Ratcliffe were appointed,
00:19:58.220 it would scare the living crap
00:20:00.180 out of Joe Biden,
00:20:02.680 out of Hunter Biden,
00:20:03.680 out of Merrick Garland,
00:20:04.620 out of every partisan Democrat,
00:20:06.160 because you'd actually have
00:20:07.380 a prosecutor willing
00:20:08.400 to follow the facts.
00:20:09.320 And by the way,
00:20:09.980 I haven't talked to John
00:20:10.720 about this.
00:20:11.220 He has no idea
00:20:11.860 I'm suggesting his name
00:20:12.860 until this podcast comes out
00:20:14.840 and then he'll find out,
00:20:16.000 presumably.
00:20:16.280 But that's the kind of person
00:20:18.660 you'd appoint,
00:20:19.840 which is a serious prosecutor
00:20:21.680 on the other team.
00:20:23.880 That's the whole point.
00:20:25.440 With a fresh set of eyes.
00:20:26.440 Yes.
00:20:26.560 It wasn't involved
00:20:27.200 in any of this,
00:20:28.040 in any capacity.
00:20:28.620 Who has no credible argument
00:20:31.180 that they're going to be a patsy,
00:20:33.440 they're going to be a rubber stamp,
00:20:34.520 that they're going to cover up,
00:20:35.940 who doesn't have
00:20:37.280 a political reason
00:20:38.780 to want to protect
00:20:41.720 the President of the United States.
00:20:44.000 That's what the special counsel
00:20:45.660 law is for.
00:20:47.360 It's why people don't like it,
00:20:48.920 because it can be,
00:20:50.060 it can have real bite to it,
00:20:52.160 that when you put
00:20:52.760 a real prosecutor
00:20:53.680 who is not your guy,
00:20:57.100 bad things happen.
00:20:58.400 Let's break down
00:20:59.240 the media aspect of this as well.
00:21:00.980 The media erupted this week
00:21:02.800 when it came out
00:21:03.760 there was a special counsel appointed.
00:21:06.020 They played it up
00:21:07.160 as a really big deal
00:21:08.020 to look like there was
00:21:08.760 some sort of accountability here.
00:21:10.360 Oh, if there is a crime
00:21:12.000 that's been committed
00:21:12.580 by the Bidens,
00:21:13.320 now it's going to really be found.
00:21:15.660 Catherine Heritage at CBS
00:21:17.100 said this, take a look.
00:21:18.840 Former federal prosecutor
00:21:19.940 I spoke to just before this event
00:21:22.000 said to me the appointment
00:21:23.220 of a special counsel
00:21:24.280 would have the effect
00:21:25.340 of delaying a resolution
00:21:27.160 on the Hunter Biden matter,
00:21:29.260 in his opinion.
00:21:30.320 And it would certainly delay
00:21:31.800 any anticipated testimony
00:21:33.560 from the U.S. attorney
00:21:34.560 in Delaware
00:21:35.380 to Republicans on Capitol Hill
00:21:37.860 who have been seeking
00:21:38.540 that testimony
00:21:39.260 for several months.
00:21:40.740 So it's an extraordinary development
00:21:42.860 considering where the two parties
00:21:44.860 were two weeks ago
00:21:46.480 to wrap up this year's long case
00:21:48.660 now to the appointment
00:21:49.760 of a special counsel
00:21:50.820 that will have these broad authorities
00:21:52.880 most importantly
00:21:54.280 to continue this ongoing investigation, Margaret.
00:21:58.060 Now they say extraordinary.
00:21:59.800 You notice how the word extraordinary
00:22:01.740 was here.
00:22:02.940 They were reporting on this
00:22:04.520 like this is a massive thing
00:22:05.800 when they think
00:22:06.280 they already know the fix is in
00:22:07.560 and that Weiss is already the guy.
00:22:09.640 I mean, they act like Weiss
00:22:10.700 is somehow like a new guy.
00:22:11.940 He's the same guy
00:22:12.720 that just did the investigation
00:22:13.940 that just allowed
00:22:15.000 for the statute of limitations
00:22:16.040 to come out.
00:22:16.760 And you compare that
00:22:18.200 to Jonathan Turley at Fox
00:22:20.120 who's coming out saying
00:22:20.780 this is not a big deal.
00:22:22.580 In fact, this is a cover-up.
00:22:23.980 Take a look.
00:22:25.200 I was not surprised
00:22:26.440 but I was not nearly as delighted
00:22:29.000 as I would have been
00:22:30.840 two years ago
00:22:31.780 when many of us
00:22:32.660 were calling for this appointment.
00:22:34.760 They waited for the appointment
00:22:36.420 of a special counsel
00:22:37.760 after the statute of limitations
00:22:40.760 has run on critical crimes
00:22:43.300 like the tax violations
00:22:45.180 in 2014, 2015.
00:22:48.520 They waited until Weiss himself
00:22:50.500 was accused of slowing
00:22:52.940 or suppressing efforts.
00:22:56.820 At least the whistleblower suggested
00:22:58.600 that he was not able
00:22:59.960 to pursue cases
00:23:00.960 and didn't aggressively
00:23:02.300 push back on that.
00:23:03.920 So there's going to be
00:23:04.420 a lot of questions here.
00:23:05.660 This is occurring
00:23:06.820 as Congress is moving aggressively
00:23:09.760 to pursue some of these issues.
00:23:12.540 This new status
00:23:14.020 can certainly slow
00:23:15.020 that process down.
00:23:16.780 Weiss was at the top
00:23:18.220 of the list of Congress
00:23:20.060 to be brought in
00:23:21.280 to explain
00:23:21.940 why did you allow
00:23:23.060 the statute of limitations
00:23:24.000 to run?
00:23:25.160 Why were Biden people
00:23:27.520 tipped off about raids?
00:23:29.420 Why was there an interference
00:23:30.780 with investigators
00:23:32.000 and trying to interview
00:23:33.040 Hunter Biden?
00:23:36.160 All of those questions
00:23:37.360 are now likely
00:23:38.260 to be delayed
00:23:39.200 before they are answered.
00:23:41.740 Now, he said delayed
00:23:42.760 and I think it was
00:23:43.480 he was saying exactly
00:23:44.500 what you said, by the way,
00:23:45.560 two years ago
00:23:46.020 you were calling for this.
00:23:47.560 That was an honest media assessment
00:23:49.120 of what just happened here.
00:23:50.200 But he also, I think,
00:23:51.440 is foreshadowing,
00:23:52.420 hey, this could get delayed
00:23:53.600 into or even past
00:23:55.800 the presidential election
00:23:56.640 where Joe Biden's up
00:23:57.520 for re-election now
00:23:58.360 with the special counsel.
00:23:58.900 Are you saying something's
00:23:59.500 happening in November
00:24:00.200 of next year?
00:24:00.760 Yes, something's happening.
00:24:01.840 And you're suggesting
00:24:03.360 maybe the White House
00:24:04.460 is aware of that date
00:24:05.440 of November of next year?
00:24:06.720 Yep.
00:24:07.080 And maybe Merrick Garland
00:24:08.320 is as well?
00:24:09.140 Yeah.
00:24:09.660 And maybe all of the press
00:24:11.700 that are treating this
00:24:12.540 as, ooh, look how exciting,
00:24:13.820 yay, yay, a special counsel.
00:24:15.060 Oh, well, year and a half,
00:24:16.260 nothing more to see here.
00:24:17.420 Let's go back to talking
00:24:18.360 about our favorite topic,
00:24:19.440 which is the 437th indictment
00:24:21.540 of Donald Trump.
00:24:22.160 Yeah.
00:24:22.980 With more coming this week,
00:24:23.980 more than likely out of Atlanta.
00:24:25.100 I expect this week
00:24:26.780 we will be talking about
00:24:27.760 indictment number four
00:24:28.660 of Donald Trump.
00:24:29.460 Every time something bad
00:24:30.420 comes out about the Bidens,
00:24:32.120 they indict Trump again.
00:24:33.900 Look, Catherine Herridge on CBS,
00:24:36.000 I want to give her a shout out.
00:24:37.220 She is about the only reporter,
00:24:39.420 I think, in the entirety
00:24:40.820 of the corporate media
00:24:42.820 who is covering this.
00:24:44.160 So that is significant.
00:24:45.820 And she's acknowledging,
00:24:47.100 she acknowledged rightly,
00:24:48.540 that this naming Weiss
00:24:50.660 as special counsel
00:24:51.380 is going to delay everything.
00:24:52.680 Turley said the same thing.
00:24:53.860 They're both exactly right.
00:24:55.900 And that is not a bug.
00:24:57.540 It's a feature.
00:24:58.420 It's the entire point.
00:25:00.280 And it was striking
00:25:01.440 when Merrick Garland
00:25:02.780 made this announcement,
00:25:04.000 he took zero questions.
00:25:05.880 Yeah.
00:25:06.480 Just made the announcement
00:25:07.260 and walk off the stage.
00:25:08.240 The appointment's illegal,
00:25:09.620 but you know how you don't
00:25:10.320 get questioned
00:25:10.860 on an illegal appointment?
00:25:12.200 You don't take questions.
00:25:13.960 I am the king
00:25:14.980 and the king can do no wrong.
00:25:17.100 That is Joe Biden's view.
00:25:18.480 That is Merrick Garland's view.
00:25:20.120 It's good to be the king.
00:25:21.580 Screw the law.
00:25:22.500 That's how they are
00:25:23.360 approaching this
00:25:24.300 and there still
00:25:26.540 is not a single
00:25:27.180 Democrat who cares.
00:25:28.180 Final question on this
00:25:29.420 before we move to the border
00:25:30.420 and that is,
00:25:31.740 is there a chance
00:25:32.900 that having this
00:25:34.120 special prosecutor
00:25:34.960 appointed,
00:25:36.720 that it could actually
00:25:37.800 hurt us
00:25:38.520 from getting information
00:25:39.880 in Congress
00:25:40.960 with the investigation
00:25:42.200 that James Comer
00:25:43.260 is doing,
00:25:44.100 Jim Jordan is doing,
00:25:45.100 because they can say,
00:25:46.020 hey,
00:25:46.320 we got a special prosecutor
00:25:47.640 right now.
00:25:48.620 We can't answer
00:25:49.980 that question.
00:25:50.740 We can't talk about this.
00:25:52.080 I worry that this
00:25:52.960 actually can help them
00:25:53.840 protect themselves
00:25:54.840 from new intel
00:25:55.580 coming out in Congress.
00:25:57.000 Well, sure.
00:25:57.640 That's their intention.
00:26:00.740 We talked about
00:26:01.740 in the last podcast
00:26:02.920 how Comer intends
00:26:04.120 to subpoena
00:26:05.000 Hunter Biden
00:26:06.180 and presumably Joe Biden.
00:26:08.100 I don't think
00:26:08.540 either one of them
00:26:09.160 is going to testify
00:26:09.820 in the House
00:26:10.360 whether or not
00:26:10.880 you had a special counsel.
00:26:12.400 Hunter Biden
00:26:12.840 will plead the fifth.
00:26:14.220 No lawyer worth his salt
00:26:16.280 would let Hunter Biden
00:26:17.140 answer questions.
00:26:18.260 At this point,
00:26:18.980 the criminal liability
00:26:19.800 Hunter Biden is facing
00:26:20.700 is significant.
00:26:22.540 Joe Biden,
00:26:23.680 he isn't going to do it.
00:26:24.780 He's going to scream malarkey
00:26:26.200 and refuse to come.
00:26:28.500 That was true
00:26:29.380 regardless of whether
00:26:30.500 or not Weiss
00:26:31.760 was named special counsel.
00:26:33.100 The person
00:26:33.660 who this does the most
00:26:36.080 to decrease the chances
00:26:37.120 that he testifies
00:26:37.940 is David Weiss
00:26:38.640 because David Weiss
00:26:40.380 is the most important witness
00:26:42.320 against Merrick Garland
00:26:43.700 for Merrick Garland's
00:26:45.140 potential lying under oath
00:26:46.700 and obstruction of justice.
00:26:47.780 So they now have
00:26:49.340 an excuse to say,
00:26:50.320 no, we won't give you
00:26:51.020 David Weiss
00:26:51.540 which protects Merrick Garland.
00:26:53.460 I think that was
00:26:53.980 a big part of it.
00:26:55.280 I think part of it
00:26:56.200 was Merrick Garland
00:26:57.020 protecting his own rear end
00:26:58.380 and part of it
00:26:59.880 was Garland wanting
00:27:00.780 to do something
00:27:01.500 that seems tough
00:27:02.720 that in fact
00:27:04.580 will continue
00:27:05.500 to obstruct
00:27:06.360 the investigation
00:27:07.400 into Hunter
00:27:08.760 and Joe Biden.
00:27:10.520 Additional witnesses,
00:27:12.560 Congress will continue
00:27:14.380 to investigate.
00:27:15.940 The House has been
00:27:16.540 the only place
00:27:17.240 we've made progress
00:27:18.300 on this issue.
00:27:19.500 I expect them to continue
00:27:20.560 issue subpoenas.
00:27:21.580 I expect if witnesses
00:27:22.680 refuse to respond
00:27:24.380 to the subpoenas
00:27:25.040 that the House
00:27:25.600 will vote to hold them
00:27:26.520 into contempt.
00:27:27.660 And then I expect
00:27:28.760 Merrick Garland
00:27:29.660 at the Department of Justice
00:27:30.620 to refuse to prosecute
00:27:31.860 those contempt holdings
00:27:33.680 because Merrick Garland
00:27:34.940 wants nobody
00:27:35.780 to testify to Congress
00:27:36.920 because he wants
00:27:37.960 this information covered up.
00:27:39.260 Merrick Garland's
00:27:42.040 behavior as Attorney General
00:27:43.220 is making John Mitchell
00:27:44.480 roll over in his grave
00:27:45.680 and John Mitchell
00:27:46.440 was Nixon's
00:27:47.200 corrupt Attorney General
00:27:48.240 who served 22 months
00:27:49.800 in jail
00:27:50.360 and Garland's comment
00:27:51.980 is more lawless
00:27:53.020 and more partisan
00:27:53.900 than John Mitchell
00:27:54.620 ever was.
00:27:55.340 Chances this is wrapped up
00:27:57.220 before Election Day,
00:27:58.940 general election
00:27:59.780 next year?
00:28:00.480 Zero.

00:28:41.980 and you're sick and tired
00:28:42.860 of giving your money
00:28:43.500 to woke companies
00:28:44.340 that are fighting
00:28:45.440 against your values,
00:28:46.460 you now have a choice
00:28:47.320 with your cell phone.

00:28:54.120 and it's the best coverage
00:28:56.180 in your area.
00:28:57.480 And when you pay your bill,
00:28:59.160 you are actually supporting
00:29:00.620 conservative causes.
00:29:01.620 That is exactly
00:29:02.620 what Patriot Mobile does.

00:29:16.840 our first responders,
00:29:17.960 our heroes
00:29:18.500 that have fought
00:29:18.920 for this country.
00:29:20.000 This is a company
00:29:21.300 that when you pay your bill,
00:29:22.580 you know you're standing up
00:29:23.880 for what you believe in.
00:29:25.280 They take a portion
00:29:26.300 of your bill every month
00:29:27.400 and they give it back
00:29:28.740 to these causes
00:29:29.520 at no extra cost to you.
00:29:31.320 So, stop sending your money
00:29:33.680 to woke companies
00:29:34.860 that are fighting
00:29:35.460 against your values.
00:29:37.200 Many big mobile companies
00:29:39.100 are giving money
00:29:39.920 to Planned Parenthood.

00:30:11.640 Center, I want to move
00:30:12.280 to the border.
00:30:12.980 There was a shocking picture
00:30:14.280 and I want to put it up
00:30:15.120 of our men coming across
00:30:17.400 the border caught on camera
00:30:19.460 this past week
00:30:21.740 and this is now
00:30:23.700 where we are with the border.
00:30:25.040 Now, this is what we've seen,
00:30:27.080 what you've seen for years,
00:30:28.700 what we've witnessed for years.
00:30:30.740 But what's happening now
00:30:32.200 is Democrats are coming out.
00:30:34.780 Mayor Adams in New York,
00:30:36.260 another state in this country,
00:30:37.720 declared a state of emergency
00:30:38.760 and all of a sudden
00:30:40.140 sending migrants
00:30:41.240 around the country
00:30:42.100 to blue states
00:30:42.760 is having a big impact
00:30:44.020 on them saying,
00:30:44.680 hey, this is out of control
00:30:46.400 and I would say
00:30:47.000 welcome to Texas.
00:30:48.400 Well, this is a photograph
00:30:49.640 of two men
00:30:50.680 coming across the border illegally.
00:30:53.360 They are both carrying weapons
00:30:55.400 that appear to be,
00:30:56.500 they may be machine guns,
00:30:57.620 it's hard to tell
00:30:58.380 from the granularity
00:30:59.200 of the picture
00:30:59.580 whether they're machine guns
00:31:00.800 or whether they're semi-automatic
00:31:02.580 but they are serious weapons
00:31:04.760 crossing the border illegally.
00:31:06.900 They are heavily armed men
00:31:08.300 and I got to say
00:31:09.640 for all the Democrats
00:31:10.920 in the corporate media,
00:31:11.980 how do you not call this
00:31:12.960 an invasion?
00:31:13.980 When you literally have armed men
00:31:15.400 coming across the border,
00:31:17.060 we don't know
00:31:17.640 if these individuals
00:31:18.460 are sicarios,
00:31:19.360 if they're hit men
00:31:20.120 for the cartels.
00:31:21.600 We don't know
00:31:22.020 if they're just human traffickers
00:31:23.460 who are heavily armed
00:31:24.700 and dumb enough
00:31:25.220 to get photographed.
00:31:26.320 We do know
00:31:27.220 that we are facing
00:31:28.320 the worst illegal immigration
00:31:31.280 in the history of our nation,
00:31:32.800 more than 7 million people
00:31:34.160 have crossed illegally
00:31:34.940 under Joe Biden
00:31:35.800 and Joe Biden wants these men
00:31:37.660 coming into your community.
00:31:39.180 You mentioned the hit men
00:31:40.040 and I think we should expand
00:31:41.020 on that for a moment
00:31:41.680 because I don't think
00:31:42.400 people realize what's happening.
00:31:43.960 There are enforcers
00:31:45.020 that are coming into America
00:31:46.280 from the cartels
00:31:47.320 that are coming across the border
00:31:48.580 and when there's people
00:31:49.800 that haven't paid them,
00:31:51.320 there's family members
00:31:52.180 that came across
00:31:52.980 and they haven't done
00:31:53.860 their obligations.
00:31:55.540 They will come in
00:31:56.580 and go after them
00:31:57.540 either to shake them down
00:31:58.740 for the money they're owed
00:31:59.540 or even kill them.
00:32:01.060 There's also,
00:32:01.640 there's people that try
00:32:02.280 to get out of the drug trade
00:32:03.260 or the human trafficking trade
00:32:04.360 that owe them
00:32:04.980 and that's how they're
00:32:05.440 paying off their debt.
00:32:06.460 They come in as enforcers
00:32:07.900 and they send a clear message.
00:32:09.960 That is part of what's coming
00:32:11.380 across the border
00:32:12.080 that no one seems
00:32:12.980 to want to talk about.
00:32:14.260 The crime,
00:32:15.280 the lawlessness,
00:32:16.220 the murder,
00:32:17.060 the brutalization
00:32:18.340 that has happened
00:32:19.100 because of this
00:32:19.960 Biden border crisis
00:32:21.840 is truly horrific.
00:32:24.920 853 migrants died last year
00:32:26.820 crossing illegally.
00:32:28.760 Tens of thousands of children
00:32:30.320 were brutalized
00:32:31.180 crossing illegally,
00:32:32.220 physically assaulted,
00:32:33.140 sexually assaulted.
00:32:34.440 Tens of thousands of women
00:32:35.900 were brutalized,
00:32:37.680 sexually assaulted,
00:32:38.740 crossing illegally.
00:32:40.460 Over 100,000 people died last year
00:32:45.120 of drug overdoses,
00:32:46.400 two-thirds of which
00:32:47.200 was illegal Chinese fentanyl
00:32:48.960 flooding across the border
00:32:50.320 and all of that
00:32:51.880 is enforced through fear,
00:32:53.740 through violence,
00:32:55.140 through vicious drug cartels.
00:32:57.400 We've talked before
00:32:58.360 about the bracelets
00:32:59.700 that the migrants wear.
00:33:01.260 The bracelets are color-coded
00:33:02.560 for how many thousands of dollars
00:33:04.160 they owe the cartels.
00:33:05.480 And Mayarkas said
00:33:06.280 he didn't even know
00:33:06.780 what those were.
00:33:07.260 He had no idea.
00:33:08.420 He admitted
00:33:09.280 he doesn't care about
00:33:10.600 doing his job.
00:33:11.420 He's never apparently
00:33:12.200 been to the border
00:33:12.920 and looked down
00:33:13.640 because you see thousands
00:33:14.680 of those colored wristbands
00:33:17.000 in the grass
00:33:17.840 along the Rio Grande Valley.
00:33:19.660 I have a number of them
00:33:20.560 in my office
00:33:21.040 that I just picked up
00:33:22.020 from the grass right there.
00:33:23.880 He doesn't know
00:33:24.600 and they correspond
00:33:25.500 when they owe thousands
00:33:26.840 of dollars to the cartels.
00:33:28.840 It's men like that
00:33:29.800 that enforce
00:33:30.400 the thousands of dollars
00:33:31.440 and that threaten
00:33:32.100 to kill the families
00:33:33.740 of those migrants
00:33:34.600 if they don't pay
00:33:35.200 the money back.
00:33:35.960 This is a multi-billion dollar
00:33:38.880 criminal organization
00:33:40.500 that has been made rich,
00:33:42.700 has been empowered
00:33:43.640 by Joe Biden
00:33:44.520 and Kamala Harris
00:33:45.420 and every single
00:33:46.760 congressional Democrat
00:33:47.840 who has facilitated
00:33:49.360 this lawless open borders.
00:33:50.840 I had to almost laugh
00:33:52.300 over the last 10 days
00:33:53.420 at what's been happening
00:33:54.780 with Democratic leaders.
00:33:56.240 One of them
00:33:56.760 is the Massachusetts governor
00:33:57.800 who came out
00:33:58.580 earlier this week
00:33:59.600 citing an influx
00:34:00.660 of just 20,000
00:34:02.240 illegal immigrants
00:34:03.060 into the state
00:34:03.940 saying that this is up
00:34:05.840 from the 3,100 families
00:34:07.360 a year ago
00:34:08.020 which amounts
00:34:08.520 to an 80% increase
00:34:09.920 and now has declared
00:34:11.200 a state of emergency
00:34:12.120 begging for federal funds
00:34:13.580 because 20,000
00:34:14.720 illegal immigrants
00:34:15.520 in the entire state
00:34:16.620 in Texas
00:34:18.160 that's like
00:34:18.720 can be a day or two.
00:34:20.100 Yeah.
00:34:20.460 So the utter hypocrisy
00:34:22.380 of Democrats
00:34:22.980 has now gotten
00:34:24.160 blindingly obvious.
00:34:27.240 We have had emergencies
00:34:28.560 declared in the state
00:34:29.540 of Massachusetts
00:34:30.000 by the governor,
00:34:31.120 in the state of New York
00:34:32.400 by the governor,
00:34:33.200 in the city of New York
00:34:34.380 by the mayor,
00:34:35.180 in the city of Chicago
00:34:36.480 by the mayor
00:34:37.200 and every one of them
00:34:38.920 and in Martha's Vineyard
00:34:39.820 by the way
00:34:40.300 all of them
00:34:40.960 have declared emergencies
00:34:41.940 and if you want
00:34:42.760 to go through
00:34:43.300 I want to take a minute
00:34:44.860 and actually focus
00:34:45.620 on this
00:34:46.140 and quantify
00:34:47.060 A, the hypocrisy
00:34:49.720 of all of these Democrats
00:34:50.980 but B, the point you made
00:34:52.600 I want to quantify it
00:34:53.780 the comparative difference
00:34:55.460 between these blue cities
00:34:56.820 and blue states
00:34:58.340 and Texas.
00:34:59.080 So let's start
00:35:00.280 with Mayor Adams
00:35:01.640 and what he tweeted out
00:35:02.760 right when he was coming in.
00:35:04.640 Okay, so this is
00:35:05.240 October 20th, 2021.
00:35:07.560 We should protect
00:35:09.020 our immigrants, period.
00:35:11.060 Yes, New York City
00:35:12.400 will remain a sanctuary city
00:35:13.860 under an Adams administration.
00:35:16.420 Hashtag, I love this,
00:35:17.480 Eric on NBC.
00:35:18.660 Like, promoting his time
00:35:20.500 on TV while pushing this.
00:35:22.760 Well, and to be clear,
00:35:23.900 NBC is a wholly owned
00:35:25.040 subsidiary of the DNC
00:35:26.500 and so it's understandable
00:35:28.260 that he's promoting NBC
00:35:29.360 because he knows NBC
00:35:30.400 will promote
00:35:31.140 his partisan propaganda
00:35:32.520 every single day.
00:35:34.280 All right, so that's what he said.
00:35:35.460 New York City
00:35:36.640 will remain a sanctuary city.
00:35:38.100 Well, now fast forward
00:35:39.140 to what's happened
00:35:40.320 to New York City.
00:35:41.220 Let's listen to him
00:35:41.980 more recently.
00:35:43.180 We are past
00:35:44.320 our breaking point.
00:35:46.780 New Yorker's compassion
00:35:48.480 may be limitless
00:35:49.620 but our resources are not.
00:35:51.700 We expect to have
00:35:52.760 more than 100,000
00:35:55.200 asylum seekers
00:35:56.280 in our care
00:35:57.300 by the end of June 2025.
00:36:00.200 We're also asking
00:36:01.220 the federal government
00:36:02.000 to declare
00:36:02.680 a state of emergency.
00:36:04.220 This will allow
00:36:05.780 federal funds
00:36:06.640 to be allocated quickly
00:36:08.080 to help address
00:36:09.180 the urgent challenges
00:36:10.720 we face.
00:36:11.940 If we don't get
00:36:12.700 the support we need,
00:36:14.380 New Yorkers could be left
00:36:15.580 with a $12 billion bill.
00:36:20.180 If they care that much
00:36:21.300 about the money,
00:36:21.940 the $12 billion
00:36:22.480 as you mentioned there,
00:36:23.760 like this could be
00:36:24.360 a $12 billion bill.
00:36:25.600 Well, if it's federal funds,
00:36:26.960 it's still a bill
00:36:27.640 on the American people
00:36:28.640 and the American taxpayer.
00:36:29.800 Now all of a sudden
00:36:30.400 they're worried
00:36:30.720 about the money
00:36:31.280 they're spending on this.
00:36:32.280 So I want to lay out
00:36:34.460 and go through
00:36:34.900 the math on this.
00:36:36.800 So New York City,
00:36:37.780 what Mayor Adams said
00:36:38.960 is that they could face
00:36:40.940 100,000 or more
00:36:42.420 illegal immigrants
00:36:43.160 in New York.
00:36:43.840 Now 100,000
00:36:44.520 illegal immigrants,
00:36:45.820 according to the
00:36:46.260 U.S. Census Bureau
00:36:47.760 estimates for 2022,
00:36:49.380 New York City
00:36:49.900 has a total
00:36:50.520 of 8,335,897 residents.
00:36:55.040 So 100,000
00:36:55.840 illegal immigrants
00:36:56.640 out of 8.3 million
00:36:58.360 is 1.1% of the city.
00:37:01.320 So 1.1% of the city
00:37:03.220 of illegal immigrants
00:37:04.120 is an emergency
00:37:05.440 which he's declared
00:37:06.400 and by the way
00:37:07.100 he declared an emergency
00:37:08.120 on October 7, 2022
00:37:09.600 and then on May 9, 2023
00:37:11.900 Governor Hotchul
00:37:13.560 declared a statewide emergency
00:37:16.480 because of the just over
00:37:18.360 1% of illegal immigrants
00:37:19.800 in New York City.
00:37:21.300 Now, New York is not alone.
00:37:24.340 Chicago.
00:37:24.760 Chicago has received
00:37:28.780 just over 12,000
00:37:31.280 illegal immigrants
00:37:32.000 in the last 11 months.
00:37:34.440 According to the U.S. Census Bureau,
00:37:36.360 Chicago has 2,746,388 residents.
00:37:40.400 Doing some quick math,
00:37:42.240 that means the 12,000 people
00:37:43.980 is 0.4% of the population
00:37:47.540 of Chicago.
00:37:48.120 So less than 1%,
00:37:49.220 less than half a percent.
00:37:50.560 It is 0.4%.
00:37:52.260 And yet on May 9, 2023
00:37:54.500 then Mayor Lightfoot
00:37:55.840 declared an emergency.
00:37:57.560 So less than half a percent
00:37:59.580 in Chicago
00:38:00.400 is an emergency.
00:38:02.620 1.1%
00:38:04.120 in New York City
00:38:05.700 is an emergency.
00:38:06.560 By the way, Boston.
00:38:08.380 Boston has had
00:38:09.580 more than 20,000 individuals
00:38:11.240 in the state shelter.
00:38:13.560 Boston's population
00:38:14.600 according to the census
00:38:15.520 in 2022
00:38:16.280 is 650,706.
00:38:19.280 So 20,000
00:38:20.380 is roughly 3%
00:38:21.600 of the population.
00:38:23.420 So Boston got it worse
00:38:24.420 than New York.
00:38:25.000 Yeah.
00:38:25.400 About 3x,
00:38:26.380 about 6x
00:38:27.480 Chicago.
00:38:29.280 And what did the left-wing
00:38:31.260 governor of Massachusetts do?
00:38:33.140 Who, by the way,
00:38:33.740 campaigned on saying
00:38:34.600 Boston and Massachusetts
00:38:35.880 will be sanctuary cities
00:38:36.920 in a sanctuary state.
00:38:38.280 She declared an emergency.
00:38:40.280 Now, I want to compare that
00:38:42.020 to Texas.
00:38:43.560 El Paso.
00:38:46.740 City of El Paso
00:38:48.100 has a population
00:38:49.200 according to the census
00:38:50.060 of 687,000.
00:38:52.720 El Paso recorded
00:38:54.360 26,067 illegal immigrants
00:38:57.120 in May of 2023.
00:39:00.660 In one month.
00:39:01.380 Yeah.
00:39:02.280 26,000.
00:39:03.480 By the way,
00:39:04.200 for fiscal year 22,
00:39:06.040 El Paso had
00:39:06.780 204,034 illegal immigrants.
00:39:11.580 What does that work out to?
00:39:12.640 34% of the population
00:39:15.440 of El Paso
00:39:16.320 in one year.
00:39:17.700 Mind you,
00:39:19.560 according to New York,
00:39:20.380 1% is a crisis.
00:39:21.600 According to Chicago,
00:39:22.560 less than half a percent
00:39:23.460 is a crisis.
00:39:24.580 El Paso has had
00:39:25.600 34%.
00:39:27.680 How about
00:39:28.740 Laredo?
00:39:31.600 Laredo.
00:39:33.820 Population is
00:39:34.540 255,205.
00:39:36.680 In fiscal year 2022,
00:39:37.840 there were 87,600
00:39:39.560 alien encounters
00:39:40.420 in the Laredo sector.
00:39:41.920 What is that?
00:39:42.640 34% of Laredo.
00:39:44.480 How about the Rio Grande Valley?
00:39:46.200 Rio Grande Valley.
00:39:47.940 Population of the Rio Grande Valley
00:39:49.440 is 1,291,798.
00:39:52.860 In fiscal year 2022,
00:39:56.980 there were 377,970
00:40:02.440 encounters with illegal aliens.
00:40:05.500 That is 29%.
00:40:08.060 Yeah.
00:40:09.980 Left-wing mayors,
00:40:11.260 left-wing governors,
00:40:12.040 say 1%
00:40:13.220 is a crisis.
00:40:16.280 We've got cities
00:40:17.740 throughout South Texas
00:40:19.020 where it's
00:40:19.920 30,
00:40:21.220 35,
00:40:22.140 34,
00:40:22.660 35%.
00:40:23.400 And let me give you
00:40:24.800 the cherry on top.
00:40:26.980 You want to understand
00:40:28.300 this issue
00:40:29.360 perfectly.
00:40:30.480 I want to contrast
00:40:31.620 two dramatically
00:40:32.940 different communities
00:40:33.720 about the same size.
00:40:36.000 Martha's Vineyard
00:40:36.720 and Del Rio.
00:40:39.520 So,
00:40:40.440 Martha's Vineyard
00:40:41.220 Martha's Vineyard
00:40:43.460 has a population
00:40:44.400 where
00:40:45.020 in the wintertime
00:40:46.480 when it's in low season,
00:40:47.640 its population
00:40:48.200 is about 16,000.
00:40:50.760 In the summertime,
00:40:51.940 in high season,
00:40:52.700 when people like
00:40:53.460 Barack Obama
00:40:54.160 and Michelle Obama
00:40:55.060 and rich liberals
00:40:55.740 go out there,
00:40:56.860 the population
00:40:57.700 soars to about 200,000.
00:40:59.420 So,
00:40:59.600 it varies widely
00:41:00.540 depending on the season.
00:41:03.160 Ron DeSantis
00:41:03.720 sent 50,
00:41:05.340 5-0
00:41:05.980 illegal immigrants
00:41:06.820 to Martha's Vineyard.
00:41:07.860 Now,
00:41:08.020 mind you,
00:41:08.360 a year before Ron
00:41:09.060 did that,
00:41:10.200 I had filed
00:41:10.880 legislation
00:41:11.500 proposing that
00:41:12.160 we send
00:41:12.500 illegal immigrants
00:41:13.200 to Martha's Vineyard
00:41:14.520 and Nantucket
00:41:15.380 and Palo Alto
00:41:16.680 and the Hamptons
00:41:17.780 and all the fancy
00:41:18.460 places rich liberals
00:41:19.340 go.
00:41:20.400 The county executive
00:41:21.620 in Martha's Vineyard
00:41:22.380 when I filed
00:41:22.940 my legislation
00:41:23.600 said we would
00:41:24.460 welcome
00:41:25.160 illegal immigrants
00:41:25.920 here with open arms.
00:41:27.120 Yeah.
00:41:27.420 Cruz does not
00:41:28.280 understand
00:41:29.120 what's happening
00:41:30.280 at the border.
00:41:30.880 He doesn't understand
00:41:31.620 illegal immigration.
00:41:32.600 Well,
00:41:33.180 DeSantis sent 50,
00:41:34.320 5-0.
00:41:36.120 Within 24 hours,
00:41:37.740 Martha's Vineyard
00:41:38.340 declared an emergency.
00:41:39.560 50.
00:41:40.260 Now,
00:41:40.520 let's do the math.
00:41:42.560 At their low point,
00:41:43.880 in other words,
00:41:44.460 when all the rich liberals
00:41:45.340 go home
00:41:45.860 and it's just the sort
00:41:47.080 of serving class
00:41:47.920 who are mowing the lawn
00:41:48.720 and cleaning the estates,
00:41:51.460 when it just has 16,000,
00:41:53.880 50 people is 0.3%,
00:41:56.340 so less than half a percent.
00:41:59.720 When Martha's Vineyard
00:42:00.900 is flush with liberals,
00:42:02.200 50 people
00:42:04.500 is 0.025%,
00:42:09.180 so it's less than 1%,
00:42:10.860 it's less than a half a percent,
00:42:12.660 it's less than a tenth of a percent,
00:42:14.440 it is one quarter
00:42:15.540 of one tenth of a percent.
00:42:18.220 That,
00:42:18.920 in Martha's Vineyard,
00:42:19.840 is an emergency.
00:42:21.720 Now,
00:42:21.960 let's contrast it
00:42:22.840 to a city
00:42:23.200 about the same size.
00:42:26.080 Del Rio.
00:42:27.920 Del Rio
00:42:28.680 has a population
00:42:29.720 of about
00:42:30.500 34,500.
00:42:32.900 Small town.
00:42:33.680 It's a very small town.
00:42:37.400 In June of 2023,
00:42:39.960 one month,
00:42:41.580 Del Rio
00:42:42.020 saw 29,941
00:42:44.380 alien encounters.
00:42:45.920 In other words,
00:42:46.340 the entire population
00:42:47.320 of the city
00:42:48.060 in one month.
00:42:50.440 In fiscal year 2022,
00:42:53.180 the number of alien encounters
00:42:55.240 in Del Rio
00:42:56.720 was 480,000.
00:43:00.620 That is
00:43:02.060 1,400%
00:43:06.100 of the population
00:43:07.720 of the city.
00:43:08.780 In New York,
00:43:10.000 1% is a crisis.
00:43:11.360 In Chicago,
00:43:12.100 a half percent
00:43:12.780 is a crisis.
00:43:13.880 Del Rio, Texas,
00:43:14.900 which is not a wealthy city,
00:43:16.300 it is a poor city
00:43:17.380 on the Rio Grande Valley,
00:43:18.820 had 1,400%
00:43:21.160 of the population
00:43:21.980 of their town
00:43:22.640 come through illegally
00:43:23.960 because of Joe Biden,
00:43:25.140 and the Democrats
00:43:26.440 all say
00:43:27.140 no crisis at all.
00:43:29.000 Well, I'll tell you
00:43:29.740 how ridiculous
00:43:30.340 the hypocrisy is.
00:43:32.040 I want you to listen
00:43:33.160 to Chuck Todd
00:43:33.980 on NBC.
00:43:35.240 Yeah.
00:43:35.620 Eric Adams
00:43:36.300 points out
00:43:37.080 NBC is his
00:43:38.520 captive propaganda network.
00:43:40.180 Well, listen to what
00:43:40.840 Chuck Todd
00:43:41.420 was forced to admit.
00:43:42.840 Coming up,
00:43:43.440 New York City's
00:43:44.960 growing humanitarian crisis.
00:43:46.280 The shelter system
00:43:47.040 slammed by an influx
00:43:48.460 of migrants.
00:43:49.980 New calls
00:43:50.460 for federal help.
00:43:52.000 I guess Greg Abbott
00:43:53.020 was right.
00:43:54.100 He said,
00:43:54.860 once he got
00:43:55.520 blue cities
00:43:56.220 to deal with this,
00:43:57.360 that they would be
00:43:58.140 very upset
00:43:59.820 at the federal government.
00:44:00.660 You're watching
00:44:00.880 the press now.
00:44:02.080 Which really means
00:44:02.740 the Biden administration.
00:44:04.040 He says federal government,
00:44:05.620 no, they're mad
00:44:06.200 at the White House
00:44:06.740 because the White House's
00:44:07.600 policy that's allowed
00:44:08.560 for this open border.
00:44:09.440 They changed everything
00:44:10.260 that was working
00:44:10.780 the day they got into office,
00:44:12.500 January 20th
00:44:13.340 of the first year
00:44:14.040 of Joe Biden's presidency,
00:44:15.140 and they never looked back
00:44:15.920 from that time.
00:44:16.660 And by the way,
00:44:17.420 it's worth noting
00:44:18.220 that the mayor of New York
00:44:20.300 the mayor of Chicago,
00:44:22.040 the mayor of D.C.,
00:44:23.160 the mayor of Boston,
00:44:24.460 the mayor of San Francisco,
00:44:25.840 they're not asking Biden
00:44:27.900 to secure the border.
00:44:29.300 They're asking for more money.
00:44:30.200 They're just saying,
00:44:30.640 give me money.
00:44:31.140 Yeah.
00:44:31.900 They actually agree
00:44:33.260 with the political objective
00:44:34.600 of let tens of millions
00:44:35.920 of people in illegally
00:44:37.060 because they look
00:44:38.600 at those illegal immigrants
00:44:39.600 and they say,
00:44:40.320 ooh, future Democrats,
00:44:41.360 we want them.
00:44:42.560 They just would prefer them
00:44:43.920 not to come to their city,
00:44:45.020 send them elsewhere,
00:44:46.700 make other people pay for them,
00:44:48.400 and they said,
00:44:49.200 would you please send us
00:44:50.200 billions of dollars?
00:44:51.060 By the way,
00:44:51.720 who's sending billions
00:44:52.660 of dollars to Del Rio?
00:44:53.880 Yeah.
00:44:54.400 But do they care about that?
00:44:56.160 No.
00:44:56.500 No.
00:44:56.880 It is caused
00:44:58.060 not just by Joe Biden,
00:45:01.260 not just by Kamala Harris.
00:45:03.200 If Eric Adams
00:45:03.700 wants to yell at someone,
00:45:04.720 how about Chuck Schumer?
00:45:05.460 He lives in your city.
00:45:07.560 Chuck Schumer
00:45:08.240 blocks every single effort
00:45:10.460 to secure the border.
00:45:11.860 Chuck Schumer
00:45:12.320 is directly responsible.
00:45:13.700 Send the bill to Chuck.
00:45:15.020 Chuck ought to pay for it,
00:45:15.900 $12 billion.
00:45:17.220 You know,
00:45:17.640 Chuck can probably get
00:45:18.880 Hunter and Joe
00:45:20.160 to shake down
00:45:20.760 some Ukrainians
00:45:21.520 and they'll pay for it for them.
00:45:22.660 Or they'll end up
00:45:23.480 going to a hotel
00:45:24.120 that's owned by some oligarch
00:45:25.280 in some other country
00:45:26.040 right now
00:45:26.380 that they own
00:45:26.760 in New York City.
00:45:27.760 No matter how bad it gets,
00:45:30.380 the Democrats
00:45:30.980 put partisanship above.
00:45:33.140 They don't care about
00:45:34.300 the people
00:45:34.780 who are brutalized.
00:45:35.940 When you see,
00:45:37.740 look,
00:45:38.200 in Texas,
00:45:38.820 we've got a whole stream
00:45:40.100 of Democrats
00:45:40.660 who are suddenly
00:45:41.200 running down to the border.
00:45:42.560 First time in two and a half years
00:45:43.580 they've gone down
00:45:44.040 to the border.
00:45:44.560 Why?
00:45:45.140 Because Governor Greg Abbott
00:45:46.320 put buoys up
00:45:47.260 and suddenly they're out
00:45:48.480 showing their enormous care
00:45:51.360 not for the 853 migrants
00:45:52.940 who died in the last year
00:45:53.920 crossing illegally,
00:45:54.860 not for the tens of thousands
00:45:56.180 of children brutalized
00:45:57.180 by the cartels,
00:45:57.980 not for the tens of thousands
00:45:58.980 of women raped
00:46:00.200 by the cartels,
00:46:01.260 not for the 100,000 people
00:46:02.560 who died of drug overdoses.
00:46:04.060 Nope.
00:46:04.860 They're mad
00:46:05.420 because the buoys there,
00:46:07.320 that might be risky
00:46:08.660 and that means Abbott
00:46:09.640 is responsible
00:46:10.380 if something happens
00:46:11.240 in the buoys.
00:46:11.700 They do not care
00:46:13.000 about the human suffering
00:46:14.320 their policies cause.
00:46:15.760 It is only politics
00:46:17.420 all the time
00:46:18.180 for Democrats
00:46:18.860 and it's disgraceful.

00:47:15.140 There's one other aspect
00:47:16.440 of this at the border
00:47:17.220 as well, Senator,
00:47:18.080 that I think has to be
00:47:18.880 talked about,
00:47:19.420 and that is
00:47:19.900 when Greg Abbott
00:47:21.520 and you were another
00:47:22.480 one of those
00:47:22.960 that was out there
00:47:23.540 on the federal level
00:47:24.300 saying,
00:47:25.640 we're going to put
00:47:26.460 people on buses
00:47:27.560 and send them
00:47:28.380 to these places
00:47:29.260 like Martha's Vineyard,
00:47:30.600 they referred to it
00:47:32.100 as a stunt.
00:47:33.260 Yep.
00:47:33.800 And they said
00:47:34.700 that this is inhumane,
00:47:35.880 it's a stunt,
00:47:36.640 and we said,
00:47:37.240 no, we're just going to,
00:47:38.060 you want to be
00:47:38.820 a welcoming city,
00:47:40.100 you want to be
00:47:40.840 an open city,
00:47:41.740 like Mayor Adams'
00:47:42.720 tweet was out there
00:47:43.420 that he put out there,
00:47:44.280 and we said,
00:47:45.120 okay, we will send you
00:47:46.480 busloads of illegal immigrants
00:47:47.980 that we're dealing with
00:47:48.780 in Texas every single day.
00:47:50.340 And they said
00:47:51.080 it was a stunt,
00:47:51.700 and guess what?
00:47:52.440 It clearly now worked
00:47:54.320 because these mayors
00:47:56.120 are terrified
00:47:56.820 and these governors
00:47:57.720 are terrified
00:47:58.340 they, A,
00:47:59.300 can't handle the problem,
00:48:01.000 and B,
00:48:01.500 they're afraid
00:48:01.860 they're going to run
00:48:02.360 out of money
00:48:02.740 if they don't get more
00:48:03.400 from the federal government.
00:48:05.000 When you look at it
00:48:06.000 from that perspective,
00:48:07.860 how right was Texas
00:48:08.980 to say,
00:48:09.820 here's part of our problem,
00:48:11.340 enjoy it?
00:48:13.080 Unquestionably right,
00:48:14.000 and let's just contrast
00:48:15.560 the utter hypocrisy
00:48:17.500 of these elected Democrats.
00:48:18.740 So I'm just going
00:48:19.780 to read their words
00:48:20.640 so you can assess
00:48:22.340 the difference.
00:48:22.900 All right,
00:48:23.540 Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass,
00:48:25.860 when she was running
00:48:26.680 for mayor
00:48:27.200 in October of 2022,
00:48:28.660 she answered questions
00:48:30.140 from a Latinx news outlet,
00:48:32.680 whatever the hell
00:48:33.280 a Latinx news outlet is.
00:48:35.240 Here's her quote.
00:48:36.520 Los Angeles is
00:48:37.320 and should remain
00:48:37.920 a sanctuary city,
00:48:38.900 and the LAPD
00:48:39.600 should not be burdened
00:48:40.880 with the federal government's
00:48:42.020 responsibility
00:48:42.580 to enforce immigration law.
00:48:44.580 I do not support
00:48:45.700 an ICE presence
00:48:46.540 in local state
00:48:47.880 correctional facilities,
00:48:49.000 nor do I support
00:48:49.920 ICE transfers
00:48:50.780 absent a judicial warrant.
00:48:53.960 Fast forward
00:48:54.680 to June of 23,
00:48:55.760 when Governor Abbott
00:48:57.000 sent 40,
00:48:58.640 4-0,
00:48:59.680 illegal immigrants
00:49:00.440 to L.A.
00:49:01.360 Mayor Bass
00:49:03.020 released a statement
00:49:03.780 that said,
00:49:04.340 quote,
00:49:05.160 it is abhorrent
00:49:06.080 that an American
00:49:07.120 elected official
00:49:07.840 is using human beings
00:49:09.020 as pawns
00:49:09.840 in cheap political games.
00:49:12.360 Here's Philadelphia Mayor
00:49:13.440 James Keeney.
00:49:15.120 June of 2018,
00:49:17.160 Keeney literally dances
00:49:18.640 in support
00:49:20.680 of a court ruling
00:49:21.500 in favor
00:49:22.040 of Philadelphia's
00:49:23.420 sanctuary city policies.
00:49:24.780 He said,
00:49:25.620 we are a sanctuary city.
00:49:28.620 Fast forward
00:49:29.200 to October 2022,
00:49:30.260 when Governor Abbott
00:49:31.220 sent 28
00:49:32.920 illegal immigrants
00:49:34.720 to Philadelphia.
00:49:35.460 Mind you,
00:49:36.120 Del Rio has had,
00:49:37.100 what,
00:49:37.220 400,
00:49:37.640 480,000?
00:49:39.140 Philadelphia got 28.
00:49:41.260 Here's what Mayor Keeney said.
00:49:43.580 Quote,
00:49:44.420 it is truly disgusting
00:49:45.880 to hear today
00:49:46.600 that Governor Abbott
00:49:47.400 and his administration
00:49:48.280 continue to implement
00:49:49.260 their purposefully
00:49:50.600 cruel policy
00:49:51.600 using immigrant families,
00:49:53.540 including women
00:49:54.100 and children,
00:49:54.660 as pawns
00:49:55.380 to shapelessly push
00:49:56.980 his warped
00:49:58.060 political agenda.
00:49:58.980 All right,
00:50:00.100 let's take Chicago.
00:50:02.340 Chicago Mayor
00:50:03.140 Brandon Johnson,
00:50:04.180 when he was running
00:50:04.780 for mayor
00:50:05.180 on his website,
00:50:06.040 he said,
00:50:06.520 quote,
00:50:07.500 Chicago is a sanctuary city.
00:50:10.000 As such,
00:50:10.760 we must always resist
00:50:11.760 attempts to pit
00:50:12.520 communities against each other
00:50:13.760 and extend the sanctuary promise
00:50:15.580 to everyone
00:50:16.960 who needs it
00:50:17.900 in our city,
00:50:18.940 both longtime residents
00:50:20.380 and newcomers alike.
00:50:22.220 Come to Chicago.
00:50:23.640 That's me.
00:50:24.320 Come on,
00:50:24.820 come all, right?
00:50:25.820 May of 2023,
00:50:26.820 Brandon Johnson
00:50:27.740 said this
00:50:28.300 about Republican governors
00:50:29.300 sending illegal immigrants
00:50:30.180 to Chicago.
00:50:31.220 Quote,
00:50:32.220 it's wicked.
00:50:33.780 It's unconscionable.
00:50:35.660 But as you know,
00:50:36.420 the city of Chicago
00:50:37.200 is coming together
00:50:37.900 to make sure
00:50:38.520 that people who wish
00:50:39.340 to find real comfort
00:50:40.940 here in the city of Chicago
00:50:42.120 that we provide that.
00:50:44.060 And let me just give you
00:50:44.740 one more.
00:50:45.660 San Francisco Mayor
00:50:46.480 London Breed.
00:50:47.620 So in July 13, 2020,
00:50:50.200 here's a press release
00:50:51.160 from Mayor Breed
00:50:52.420 on San Francisco
00:50:53.200 being a sanctuary city.
00:50:54.560 Quote,
00:50:54.840 here in San Francisco,
00:50:56.800 we will always demonstrate
00:50:57.820 our values of diversity
00:50:59.100 and inclusiveness
00:50:59.960 by being a sanctuary city
00:51:02.120 that stands up
00:51:02.980 for all of our residents
00:51:04.760 and neighbors.
00:51:05.840 The court ruling today
00:51:06.780 further validates
00:51:07.760 what we already know.
00:51:09.040 The Trump administration's
00:51:10.260 attempt to overreach
00:51:11.240 and bully San Francisco
00:51:12.560 into abandoning our values
00:51:14.480 and complying with unfair,
00:51:16.580 unjust immigration enforcement laws
00:51:19.000 is unconstitutional.
00:51:21.020 All right,
00:51:21.300 so that's in 2020.
00:51:22.700 Let's fast forward.
00:51:23.760 Oh, and also in 2020,
00:51:25.460 another quote from her is,
00:51:26.820 our sanctuary ordinance
00:51:28.060 makes our entire city safer.
00:51:32.080 Okay?
00:51:32.480 Safer.
00:51:33.000 Being a sanctuary city
00:51:34.100 makes San Francisco safer.
00:51:35.940 Two years later,
00:51:37.200 October 2022,
00:51:38.860 Mayor Breed
00:51:39.480 blames the drug crisis
00:51:41.480 in San Francisco
00:51:42.480 on illegal immigrants
00:51:43.860 coming from Honduras.
00:51:45.840 Here's her quote.
00:51:47.040 There are, unfortunately,
00:51:48.380 a lot of people
00:51:49.220 who come from
00:51:50.600 a particular country,
00:51:52.160 come from Honduras,
00:51:53.420 and a lot of people
00:51:54.780 who are dealing drugs
00:51:56.200 happen to be
00:51:57.580 of that ethnicity.
00:51:58.960 It is nothing
00:51:59.920 racial profile about this.
00:52:02.680 We all know it.
00:52:04.220 It's the reality.
00:52:05.940 It's what you see.
00:52:07.640 It's what's out there.
00:52:08.940 Those are quotes.
00:52:09.620 I'm not editorializing at all.
00:52:11.160 Can you imagine
00:52:11.180 if Republicans said that?
00:52:12.540 I am reading her words,
00:52:13.940 by the way,
00:52:15.040 then in May,
00:52:16.220 when she's talking about
00:52:17.340 the drug and fentanyl crisis
00:52:18.660 in San Francisco,
00:52:19.660 particularly in the
00:52:20.280 Tenderloin District,
00:52:21.840 here's what she said,
00:52:22.720 at the end of the day,
00:52:24.600 we can't keep
00:52:25.880 just throwing our hands up
00:52:27.400 and think all of a sudden
00:52:29.160 what we're doing
00:52:30.000 is working.
00:52:31.360 Compassion
00:52:31.920 is killing people.
00:52:34.300 And we have to push forth
00:52:36.280 some tough love
00:52:37.840 to change what's happening
00:52:39.980 on the streets
00:52:40.660 of San Francisco.
00:52:42.160 No kidding.
00:52:43.440 Yeah.
00:52:44.360 And you know what?
00:52:46.160 Let's see if the mayor
00:52:47.420 can use some rocket science
00:52:49.600 to figure out
00:52:50.560 whose policies it is
00:52:52.200 that has let
00:52:53.300 7 million people
00:52:54.260 into this country,
00:52:55.100 including drug dealers,
00:52:56.260 including gang members,
00:52:57.640 including criminals,
00:52:58.720 including people
00:52:59.500 who commit horrific crimes.
00:53:01.120 Let's see if any
00:53:02.080 of these Democrats
00:53:03.060 can figure out
00:53:04.120 what caused it
00:53:06.500 and if they dare
00:53:07.940 to admit it out loud.
00:53:08.880 I will end
00:53:09.680 with a brilliant
00:53:10.680 political commentator
00:53:11.920 that reminded America
00:53:13.560 this week
00:53:14.080 you shouldn't mess
00:53:15.100 with Texas
00:53:15.820 when it comes
00:53:16.840 to illegal immigration.
00:53:17.760 I remember when they said
00:53:19.440 that Greg Abbott
00:53:20.140 was doing a political stunt
00:53:21.360 by sending illegal immigrants
00:53:22.420 to places like New York.
00:53:24.020 I think it's pretty clear now
00:53:24.980 don't mess with Texas.
00:53:26.220 We've been dealing with this
00:53:27.280 and if you think
00:53:28.000 it's an emergency
00:53:28.660 now in New York,
00:53:29.980 come to Texas.
00:53:30.860 This is one one-thousandth
00:53:31.980 of what we deal with
00:53:32.660 every single day
00:53:33.760 and this idea
00:53:34.640 that if you just send money
00:53:35.920 that it's going to fix a problem.
00:53:37.440 You mentioned
00:53:37.680 I hope more money comes.
00:53:39.180 It's not a money issue.
00:53:40.320 You have to secure a border.
00:53:41.920 It doesn't matter
00:53:42.400 how much money you spend.
00:53:43.660 If you have an open border,
00:53:45.260 it's going to continue
00:53:46.220 to happen this way
00:53:46.960 all over the country.
00:53:48.240 I couldn't agree
00:53:48.980 with that guy more, Senator.
00:53:50.400 I mean, what a great point, right?
00:53:52.680 So let me say,
00:53:53.520 number one,
00:53:54.880 that's an awfully good-looking
00:53:56.880 political commentator.
00:53:58.160 Thank you.
00:53:58.680 Thank you.
00:53:59.080 Let me put that up again
00:54:00.540 and play like the first few seconds of it.
00:54:02.660 See, this is when I know
00:54:03.500 he's about to give me a hard time.
00:54:04.980 Greg Abbott was doing
00:54:05.900 a political stunt
00:54:06.620 by sending illegal immigrants.
00:54:07.440 Just pause right there.
00:54:09.300 All right.
00:54:10.060 Before I talk about
00:54:11.500 the wisdom
00:54:12.720 that is emanating,
00:54:14.220 I just want to talk
00:54:15.120 about the visual.
00:54:16.240 I'm ready.
00:54:16.960 That's my good blue suit there.
00:54:18.560 So look,
00:54:19.140 I'm the father
00:54:20.340 of two young daughters.
00:54:22.820 And I will say,
00:54:23.780 young girls everywhere
00:54:24.760 are told,
00:54:25.680 cross your legs
00:54:26.380 at your ankles.
00:54:27.920 And you notice
00:54:28.740 all the women there.
00:54:29.300 This is the last time
00:54:29.460 we ever play a clip
00:54:30.520 of me on this show.
00:54:31.380 All the women there
00:54:32.320 have their legs crossed
00:54:33.920 at their ankles
00:54:34.640 and with your boots,
00:54:36.100 you are being
00:54:36.780 a very dainty lady.
00:54:38.060 Yes, yes.
00:54:38.420 You're crossing your boots
00:54:39.320 at your ankles.
00:54:40.120 I'm just saying it's nice.
00:54:42.980 It's a good look.
00:54:44.400 Never again
00:54:44.980 am I playing a clip.
00:54:46.740 Don't mess with Texas.
00:54:47.840 Just remember that.
00:54:48.640 I'm just saying
00:54:49.380 for what it's worth.
00:54:50.180 I actually have no idea
00:54:50.920 what you said.
00:54:51.600 Yeah.
00:54:52.380 This is shameless
00:54:53.580 self-promotion.
00:54:55.080 And I will admit
00:54:56.120 I'm no stranger
00:54:56.900 to shameless self-promotion.
00:54:57.980 I am in elected office
00:54:59.560 for Pete's sake.
00:54:59.960 You fly all the way
00:55:01.040 to New York,
00:55:01.580 I just wanted to have
00:55:02.280 the moment.
00:55:03.080 You know,
00:55:03.520 you look profound
00:55:05.220 and I'm pretty sure
00:55:06.280 you're saying
00:55:07.180 New York Mayor Adams,
00:55:09.040 you are an absolute
00:55:09.920 total hypocrite.
00:55:11.060 There you go.
00:55:11.780 As you have New York
00:55:12.700 in the background
00:55:13.360 and on that
00:55:14.220 you are unquestionably correct
00:55:15.760 as you are when you said
00:55:17.480 rightly,
00:55:18.580 don't mess with Texas.
