00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.740 Guaranteed human.
00:00:05.540 Senator, nice to be back with you in studio.
00:00:07.700 And we have got so much to cover.
00:00:09.660 This is going to be a really important show.
00:00:11.960 One that I think people are going to want to make sure they share,
00:00:14.360 especially the clips.
00:00:15.760 That's why we're doing this one in video,
00:00:17.400 because there's going to be a lot of clips that come out of this
00:00:19.120 that people are going to want to let their family and their friends know.
00:00:22.220 There was something very interesting that happened this week.
00:00:24.720 And as I was watching it, as you were watching it,
00:00:27.420 I think we're not surprised.
00:00:29.380 But we're also glad to see it come out.
00:00:32.000 And that is the prosecutor who was fired in Ukraine
00:00:35.980 that was investigating Burisma has now come out and said,
00:00:39.380 this is why it happened,
00:00:40.780 and kind of gave the timeline of how the Biden influence came down on him
00:00:44.720 and destroyed his career.
00:00:46.740 That's exactly right.
00:00:47.940 There's been in this last week significant new evidence
00:00:50.760 of Biden family corruption.
00:00:53.000 And if you watch CNN, if you watch MSNBC,
00:00:55.640 you'll hear none of it because they don't actually cover news.
00:00:58.220 They're propagandists.
00:01:00.240 But starting off with this new interview that Viktor Shokin has given.
00:01:06.040 Now, what is the relevance of this?
00:01:08.120 The central charge against Joe Biden is bribery,
00:01:11.740 that he solicited and received multimillion-dollar bribes
00:01:15.360 from foreign nationals, in particular Ukrainian oligarch.
00:01:19.200 As you'll recall, the essence of bribery is quid pro quo.
00:01:22.800 The Latin phrase is this for that.
00:01:26.500 Now, the this, the quid,
00:01:30.540 is alleged to be the firing of Viktor Shokin,
00:01:34.280 the prosecutor who was investigating the Ukrainian oligarch
00:01:38.220 who owned Burisma.
00:01:40.540 The quo was allegedly millions of dollars
00:01:44.180 that that Ukrainian oligarch paid both Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
00:01:48.900 We know that he paid a million dollars a year,
00:01:51.920 $83,000 a month to Hunter Biden to be on the board.
00:01:56.180 And to be clear, that was just part of funneling that money.
00:01:58.420 They knew they couldn't send a whole check for the full amount.
00:02:01.260 They had to make it look legitimate.
00:02:02.680 And they said, OK, we'll put you on the board, in essence,
00:02:06.480 and we'll funnel it to you over an extended period of time
00:02:09.580 and so that it won't look like we just flat out handed you five million bucks.
00:02:13.780 Right. And the allegation in the FD 1023,
00:02:17.300 which is the report from the confidential human source
00:02:19.560 that came into the FBI,
00:02:21.580 is that the oligarch paid Hunter $5 million
00:02:24.480 and the oligarch paid Joe $5 million
00:02:27.200 and funneled it through multiple different sources.
00:02:30.160 But to assess whether Biden is guilty of bribery,
00:02:32.980 you've got to prove quid pro quo.
00:02:34.560 Now, the quid part of it,
00:02:36.540 that Biden is responsible for firing Shokin,
00:02:39.860 that's undisputed.
00:02:41.460 And let's go back to, because Biden has bragged on air
00:02:45.620 about getting Shokin fired.
00:02:47.820 Here, take a listen.
00:02:48.760 I went over, I guess, the 12th, 13th time to Kiev
00:02:53.180 and I was supposed to announce
00:02:55.920 that there was another billion dollar loan guarantee.
00:02:59.040 And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko
00:03:02.020 and from Yatsenyuk
00:03:04.820 that they would take action against a state prosecutor
00:03:07.300 and they didn't.
00:03:08.580 So they said they had,
00:03:09.640 they were walking out to the press conference,
00:03:10.760 I said, no, I said, I'm not going to,
00:03:12.360 we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
00:03:15.280 They said, you have no authority,
00:03:16.740 you're not the president.
00:03:17.580 The president said, I said, call him.
00:03:20.500 I said, I'm telling you,
00:03:21.400 you're not getting the billion dollars.
00:03:23.260 I said, you're not getting the billion,
00:03:24.620 I'm going to be leaving here
00:03:25.540 and I think it was, what, six hours?
00:03:26.980 I looked, I said, I'm leaving in six hours.
00:03:29.000 If the prosecutor's not fired,
00:03:30.520 you're not getting the money.
00:03:31.980 Oh, son of a bitch.
00:03:34.300 You got fired.
00:03:35.040 And they put in place someone who was solid at the time.
00:03:39.860 Solid at the time, solid for the Biden team.
00:03:42.920 So, the Biden White House's defense to this
00:03:47.160 is they say, well,
00:03:49.320 the prosecutor, Victor Shokin,
00:03:51.060 he was fired because he wasn't tough enough
00:03:53.940 on Burisma and the Ukrainian oligarch.
00:03:58.260 That's their claim,
00:03:59.860 that they were really seeking rule of law.
00:04:03.500 Now, mind you, the FD-1023 says
00:04:05.780 that the Ukrainian oligarch specifically said,
00:04:08.400 get this guy fired.
00:04:10.040 The reason we hired Hunter Biden
00:04:12.240 was to get this guy fired.
00:04:14.860 But what is new now is that Shokin has come
00:04:18.100 and done an exclusive interview with Fox News
00:04:20.280 and what he says is really striking
00:04:22.220 because it is directly contrary
00:04:24.780 to what Joe Biden and the Biden White House has said.
00:04:28.140 Here, listen to the first part of that interview.
00:04:29.960 Not only the position of President Poroshenko,
00:04:33.140 the office of President Poroshenko was humiliated,
00:04:37.000 but the entire country of Ukraine was humiliated.
00:04:40.380 And I developed a very firm understanding
00:04:43.640 of the fact that the vice president
00:04:46.640 was only acting in his own interests.
00:04:49.460 He, generally speaking, handled Ukraine
00:04:52.420 like it was his own backyard.
00:04:54.760 He would put people that were suitable for him,
00:04:58.580 he would arrange for them to be put in certain positions.
00:05:01.280 Somebody said the other day, by the way,
00:05:02.840 and I thought this was a very interesting point,
00:05:04.820 the billion-dollar loan guarantee,
00:05:06.720 if that would not have gone through in Ukraine,
00:05:10.060 they said that was like almost a trillion dollars in America.
00:05:13.320 The amount of money that he was-
00:05:14.400 The massive amount of money in Ukraine.
00:05:15.900 In Ukraine, I mean, a billion dollars
00:05:17.360 could have wrecked parts of their economy
00:05:19.200 if we wouldn't have fulfilled that promise.
00:05:21.960 And that's putting a gun to the head of that country
00:05:24.360 saying, I'm getting on a plane.
00:05:26.340 And I think sometimes people hear a billion,
00:05:27.960 they think, oh, that's not that much money.
00:05:29.340 I know people in America that are billionaires.
00:05:31.220 This amount of money in Ukraine
00:05:32.600 was enough to destroy things in their economy.
00:05:35.760 Well, and look, what Shokin is saying there,
00:05:38.560 that Biden treated Ukraine like his own personal playground,
00:05:42.680 like he put people in place where he could control them.
00:05:46.300 You know, the clip we just played a second ago,
00:05:48.200 Biden bragging that he said
00:05:49.520 it was his 11th or 12th time going there.
00:05:52.120 That is bizarre.
00:05:54.080 Why is a vice president going 11 or 12 times to Ukraine?
00:05:58.080 Like, it is weird-
00:05:59.980 For a vice president to go that much.
00:06:01.420 For a vice president to go over and over and over again.
00:06:06.100 And what Shokin is saying is the reason he's doing it
00:06:10.060 is because he had corrupt business interests.
00:06:14.120 And we know it was very profitable for Hunter.
00:06:17.180 Here, listen to what Shokin went on to say.
00:06:19.320 I do not want to deal in unproven facts,
00:06:23.580 but my firm personal conviction is that,
00:06:26.560 yes, this was the case.
00:06:28.620 They were being bribed.
00:06:29.620 The fact that Joe Biden gave away $1 billion in U.S. money
00:06:35.940 in exchange for my dismissal, my firing.
00:06:40.120 Isn't that alone a case of corruption?
00:06:42.680 He also said, and I want to make sure I have this right,
00:06:45.000 he said that up until his firing,
00:06:47.600 there were no complaints about his performance
00:06:51.140 in the investigation.
00:06:53.260 He said the only problem was that
00:06:54.700 he was investigating Burisma,
00:06:57.520 which means he was investigating the company,
00:07:00.360 which was funneling money to the big guy
00:07:02.000 and to Hunter Biden, who was on the board.
00:07:03.760 He said before that, no one had even brought up
00:07:05.820 that there could possibly be anything wrong.
00:07:08.740 Look, it really is striking
00:07:09.940 that the Ukrainian prosecutor who Joe Biden got fired
00:07:13.040 says that he believes Joe Biden was being bribed.
00:07:17.080 I mean, that's an explicit allegation.
00:07:18.780 By the way, did you see that on ABC News tonight?
00:07:21.980 Did you see that on NBC?
00:07:22.920 No.
00:07:23.240 How about CNN?
00:07:24.000 None of them.
00:07:25.080 They don't cover that.
00:07:26.080 They don't cover that a Ukrainian prosecutor
00:07:28.500 who was investigating a corrupt oligarch,
00:07:30.720 who Joe Biden bragged about getting fired
00:07:32.680 and bragged about holding a billion dollars
00:07:34.920 in U.S. loan guarantees hostage to get him fired,
00:07:38.140 says the reason Joe Biden did that
00:07:40.680 is Joe Biden was being bribed.
00:07:42.980 Yeah.
00:07:43.260 That's a big damn deal.
00:07:44.420 Yeah.
00:07:44.660 And by the way, it's exactly what Sokin said.
00:07:47.000 Listen to this.
00:07:48.300 There were no complaints whatsoever,
00:07:50.020 no problems with how I was performing at my job.
00:07:54.020 But because pressure was repeatedly put on President Poroshenko,
00:07:59.980 that is what ended up in him firing me.
00:08:05.180 I read this guy as very believable.
00:08:07.520 I read this guy as a guy that was hired to do a job,
00:08:10.800 to investigate,
00:08:11.480 and then all of a sudden he's like,
00:08:13.200 wait, there's the president,
00:08:14.580 vice president of the United States of America,
00:08:15.860 son on this board.
00:08:16.960 You keep digging,
00:08:18.020 and all of a sudden you get a phone call,
00:08:19.380 hey, you're fired because we need a billion dollars.
00:08:21.900 One, I'm honestly surprised he's still alive
00:08:25.000 if this is how things work in that part of the world.
00:08:27.920 And two, I'm shocked that he was willing
00:08:29.780 to do this interview at this point.
00:08:31.220 Yeah, and let me say,
00:08:32.700 look, I don't know if Sokin is someone
00:08:36.060 who has integrity or not.
00:08:37.700 And I'm certainly not vested in saying
00:08:39.620 the guy was a paragon of virtue.
00:08:43.960 Ukraine is a country that has a long history of corruption.
00:08:47.660 Many say it's worse than even Russia.
00:08:49.520 Yes, and it's been tragic.
00:08:50.780 The corruption that's in Ukraine.
00:08:52.740 But that makes it all the more questionable.
00:08:55.940 Why does Joe Biden turn it into his playground?
00:08:58.220 You know, if you go to a place
00:08:59.340 that is infamous for corruption,
00:09:01.420 you know what people do?
00:09:03.320 Apparently they offer you millions of dollars.
00:09:05.260 Like, it's a pretty profitable place.
00:09:07.320 If you're a senior government official,
00:09:09.200 you go there over and over and over again.
00:09:10.780 And by the way,
00:09:11.320 you bring a billion dollars
00:09:12.860 of US taxpayer money with you.
00:09:14.220 If you want to get corruption,
00:09:15.880 having a billion dollars in your pocket
00:09:17.560 that doesn't happen to be yours,
00:09:18.820 but you can choose to give it or not,
00:09:21.600 is an awfully good way
00:09:23.540 to attract a ton of interest.
00:09:28.040 Listen to what else Sokin says.
00:09:29.160 I have no doubt
00:09:31.440 that there were illegal activities
00:09:33.640 engaged in by Burisma.
00:09:35.520 As a matter of fact,
00:09:36.160 the criminal case had been started before me.
00:09:38.660 It continued to expand.
00:09:41.120 And Zlochevsky,
00:09:42.080 who at the time held the post to administer
00:09:44.140 and was the founder
00:09:45.540 and CEO of Burisma,
00:09:48.160 started bringing in people
00:09:49.840 who could provide protection for him.
00:09:51.720 Hunter Biden was among them.
00:09:53.840 And the corruption network
00:09:56.160 expanded as a result.
00:09:57.760 So, yes,
00:09:58.800 to answer your question,
00:10:00.220 there's no doubt in my mind
00:10:01.840 that Burisma was engaged
00:10:03.780 in illegal activities.
00:10:05.560 There's a lot of people,
00:10:06.860 including business partners
00:10:07.800 of Hunter Biden,
00:10:08.480 that have said
00:10:09.060 that if Joe Biden
00:10:11.020 wouldn't have gotten involved
00:10:11.880 with Burisma,
00:10:12.880 gotten Sokin fired,
00:10:14.120 the investigation started
00:10:15.360 before Sokin got his job,
00:10:17.260 that this company
00:10:18.580 would have gone under.
00:10:20.180 Yeah, look,
00:10:20.620 Zlochevsky is a billionaire.
00:10:23.040 He's an oligarch.
00:10:24.520 There were massive allegations
00:10:26.360 of corruption.
00:10:28.240 He was also a government minister,
00:10:30.000 so it was very profitable.
00:10:32.080 One of the ways
00:10:32.700 Burisma made so much money
00:10:34.080 is they had access
00:10:34.980 to the government leases
00:10:36.340 for natural gas.
00:10:38.080 And gosh,
00:10:38.740 when they were sold to himself,
00:10:41.400 it made a whole lot of money.
00:10:43.040 And this investigation from Sokin,
00:10:45.500 look,
00:10:46.320 Sokin was going after Burisma.
00:10:48.960 That's undisputed.
00:10:50.640 And the Biden folks say,
00:10:53.400 well,
00:10:53.760 we wanted him fired
00:10:54.740 because he wasn't going
00:10:55.480 after tough enough.
00:10:56.360 Well, you know what?
00:10:56.900 Once Sokin was fired,
00:10:59.420 the investigations
00:11:00.960 on Burisma largely disappeared.
00:11:03.960 So the objective
00:11:05.800 that is alleged
00:11:07.660 in the FD 1023,
00:11:09.120 which is get rid
00:11:10.300 of the prosecutor
00:11:11.100 that is investigating
00:11:12.040 the corrupt oligarch,
00:11:13.520 that objective
00:11:14.420 was accomplished.
00:11:15.880 and the Biden White House
00:11:19.060 has really no defense.
00:11:21.060 And here,
00:11:21.400 listen to what else
00:11:21.920 Sokin says.
00:11:22.940 It is public knowledge.
00:11:25.040 Everybody knows
00:11:26.140 that it was
00:11:27.900 because of
00:11:29.060 Joe Biden's actions
00:11:30.580 that Russia
00:11:31.640 was able to claim Crimea
00:11:33.440 without firing
00:11:34.580 a single shot,
00:11:36.000 which, of course,
00:11:36.740 eventually led
00:11:37.480 to a full-scale war
00:11:39.040 that is currently
00:11:39.800 underway.
00:11:41.760 It's full circle,
00:11:43.000 in a sense,
00:11:43.720 what we're now seeing.
00:11:44.540 I mean, he's talking about
00:11:45.480 not only Crimea.
00:11:47.000 We're talking about
00:11:47.460 the war now.
00:11:48.380 We're talking about
00:11:48.740 a weak policy
00:11:49.460 that now, I mean,
00:11:50.680 for a guy that was
00:11:51.260 an expert on Ukraine
00:11:52.180 and watching what's
00:11:53.520 happened in Ukraine
00:11:54.300 and then now trying
00:11:55.680 to send tons of money
00:11:56.860 over to Ukraine.
00:11:58.040 Billions, tens of billions.
00:11:59.300 Yeah, and people
00:11:59.800 are worried about that.
00:12:00.780 Where's the money going?
00:12:01.780 Follow the money.
00:12:02.840 How much this money
00:12:03.600 is actually going
00:12:04.100 to the battlefield
00:12:04.560 and how much
00:12:05.060 is going to oligarchs
00:12:06.280 who are in Warsaw
00:12:07.220 and five-star hotels,
00:12:08.380 which is where they are
00:12:09.100 and a lot of their families are.
00:12:10.080 And are any of the oligarchs
00:12:11.320 continuing to pay
00:12:12.060 the Biden family?
00:12:13.440 You know,
00:12:13.760 one of the things
00:12:14.460 about people
00:12:15.020 who engage in bribery
00:12:16.220 and corruption,
00:12:17.680 they tend not to stop.
00:12:19.040 Yeah.
00:12:19.720 And that,
00:12:21.080 the amount of money
00:12:23.120 that Biden is
00:12:24.080 shoveling towards Ukraine,
00:12:25.480 and remember,
00:12:26.180 shoveling after
00:12:27.180 Biden waived
00:12:28.600 the sanctions
00:12:29.160 on Nord Stream 2
00:12:30.280 on Russia and Putin,
00:12:31.280 which caused
00:12:32.220 the Ukraine war right now.
00:12:34.560 And right now,
00:12:35.260 Biden is funding
00:12:35.960 both sides of this war.
00:12:37.800 He's sending billions
00:12:38.900 to Ukraine,
00:12:39.720 but he's also
00:12:40.580 refusing to enforce
00:12:42.620 oil sanctions on Iran.
00:12:44.060 Iran is using
00:12:45.060 the billions of dollars
00:12:47.240 they're making
00:12:47.800 to produce drones
00:12:48.640 that they're giving to Russia
00:12:49.580 and the drones
00:12:50.080 are killing Ukrainian soldiers.
00:12:51.880 So Biden's funding
00:12:52.660 both sides of this war.
00:12:53.840 And by the way,
00:12:54.440 war profiteers
00:12:55.300 for a long time
00:12:57.060 have funded
00:12:57.560 both sides of war.
00:12:59.080 And I'll tell you,
00:12:59.960 if you have corrupt oligarchs,
00:13:02.240 funding both sides
00:13:03.020 of a war
00:13:03.460 can be a very profitable way
00:13:05.080 to pursue it.
00:13:06.520 And so Shokin's allegations
00:13:08.180 are very serious.
00:13:10.980 Will Congress
00:13:11.660 do anything
00:13:12.420 with this intel,
00:13:13.460 with this information?
00:13:14.440 I mean,
00:13:14.560 is there a way
00:13:15.040 that Congress
00:13:15.600 could bring a guy
00:13:16.380 like Shokin over
00:13:17.180 and say,
00:13:17.600 we want you to testify
00:13:18.400 after seeing this?
00:13:19.980 Would that be a smart move
00:13:21.020 for House Republicans?
00:13:22.440 I think that's entirely possible.
00:13:24.520 I would expect
00:13:25.280 the House of Representatives
00:13:26.280 to do it.
00:13:26.960 I would expect
00:13:27.660 either James Comer
00:13:29.340 or Jim Jordan
00:13:29.980 to do that.
00:13:31.260 I'll tell you what
00:13:31.820 I don't expect.
00:13:32.500 I don't expect
00:13:32.980 the Senate to do it
00:13:33.780 because Senate Democrats
00:13:34.500 don't want to know.
00:13:35.420 Not a single Democrat
00:13:36.600 has any interest
00:13:38.140 in knowing
00:13:38.700 whether Joe Biden
00:13:39.580 has received millions
00:13:40.600 of dollars of bribes
00:13:41.560 from foreign nationals.
00:13:42.940 They're never asked it.
00:13:43.860 They don't ask
00:13:44.300 any questions about it.
00:13:45.900 They are ostriches
00:13:47.200 with their head
00:13:48.260 buried in the sand.
00:13:49.680 They don't want to know.
00:13:51.120 And much of the media,
00:13:52.620 the New York Times,
00:13:53.380 the Washington Post,
00:13:54.160 they don't want to know either
00:13:55.160 because they have abandoned
00:13:57.720 any pretense
00:13:58.820 of being real journalists.
00:14:00.220 I want to tell you
00:14:00.760 about our friends
00:14:01.200 over at Patriot Mobile.
00:14:02.280 If you are conservative
00:14:03.300 and you are sick and tired
00:14:04.680 of giving your money
00:14:05.300 to woke companies,
00:14:06.640 you need to grab
00:14:07.920 your cell phone
00:14:08.700 and switch to Patriot Mobile.
00:14:10.580 It is so easy to switch
00:14:11.980 and you get the same
00:14:13.060 great coverage
00:14:13.760 that you have right now
00:14:14.820 except when you pay your bill,
00:14:16.360 this is what happens.
00:14:18.100 They take a percentage
00:14:18.940 of your bill every month.
00:14:19.780 They give it back
00:14:20.280 to conservative causes
00:14:21.460 that you help
00:14:22.700 choose to support.
00:14:23.500 We're talking about
00:14:23.920 setting up for the rights
00:14:24.760 of unborn children.
00:14:25.980 Children,
00:14:26.420 we're talking about
00:14:26.960 supporting the First
00:14:28.000 and Second Amendment rights.
00:14:29.320 We're talking about
00:14:30.000 helping our veterans,
00:14:31.180 our first responders,
00:14:32.240 our policemen,
00:14:32.960 and our fallen warriors.
00:14:35.320 That is why
00:14:36.180 I love Patriot Mobile.
00:14:37.360 Now,
00:14:37.620 Patriot Mobile
00:14:38.280 has the same
00:14:39.340 great coverage
00:14:40.020 that you have right now.
00:14:41.220 You don't have to worry
00:14:42.220 about that.
00:14:43.280 The other thing is
00:14:44.000 you can keep
00:14:44.400 your same cell phone number
00:14:45.500 if you want to.
00:14:46.080 You can usually
00:14:46.640 keep your same cell phone
00:14:47.660 you have right now
00:14:48.400 in your hand
00:14:48.820 or you can upgrade
00:14:50.280 to a new one.
00:14:51.440 If you're tired
00:14:52.580 of giving money
00:14:53.760 to corporations
00:14:54.380 that fight against
00:14:55.160 your values,
00:14:56.180 then switch a bill
00:14:57.220 you're going to have
00:14:57.840 every month
00:14:58.340 no matter what.
00:14:59.060 That's your cell phone bill
00:15:00.000 to Patriot Mobile.
00:15:01.340 Go online
00:15:01.860 to PatriotMobile.com
00:15:03.380 slash verdict.
00:15:05.320 That's PatriotMobile.com
00:15:07.080 slash verdict.
00:15:07.720 You'll get free activation
00:15:08.620 and the best deals
00:15:09.540 of the year.
00:15:10.640 878-PATRIOT
00:15:11.640 is their number as well.
00:15:12.560 That's 878-PATRIOT
00:15:13.980 8-7-8-PATRIOT
00:15:16.520 or PatriotMobile.com
00:15:17.840 slash verdict.
00:15:19.600 You look at
00:15:20.540 also Ukraine.
00:15:21.600 One other question
00:15:22.240 on this.
00:15:23.940 Statue of Limitation
00:15:25.020 seemed to be part
00:15:26.080 of the play
00:15:26.740 of Weiss
00:15:27.920 and we're going to deal
00:15:28.520 with that with China
00:15:29.380 in a little bit.
00:15:30.300 But you look
00:15:30.880 at Ukraine now,
00:15:32.500 it's like we're
00:15:33.220 finding out everything
00:15:34.200 or maybe we're
00:15:34.960 confirming it, right?
00:15:36.300 We've known about
00:15:36.940 a lot of these
00:15:37.380 accusations for a while.
00:15:38.960 But Weiss and his team
00:15:40.240 at the DOJ
00:15:40.840 have done one hell
00:15:41.540 of a job
00:15:41.900 of making sure,
00:15:42.720 oh yeah,
00:15:43.000 that's too far
00:15:43.860 in the past.
00:15:44.860 We can't even
00:15:45.740 look into it
00:15:46.540 if we wanted to.
00:15:47.480 What a great alibi.
00:15:48.800 Well, we know
00:15:49.540 from the IRS
00:15:50.460 whistleblowers
00:15:51.240 that the Biden DOJ
00:15:52.980 forbade
00:15:54.000 any investigation
00:15:55.460 into Joe Biden,
00:15:56.300 any questions
00:15:56.960 about the big guy,
00:15:57.780 any questions
00:15:58.440 about what he did,
00:15:59.760 that was off limits.
00:16:00.780 So no wonder
00:16:01.580 the investigation
00:16:02.300 doesn't cover
00:16:03.160 whether Joe Biden
00:16:03.920 has received bribes.
00:16:05.280 The Biden DOJ
00:16:06.420 ordered the investigators,
00:16:08.000 you're not allowed
00:16:08.820 to inquire
00:16:09.560 whether Joe Biden
00:16:10.340 received bribes.
00:16:11.680 And I got to say
00:16:12.500 it's effective
00:16:13.320 because they still
00:16:15.700 haven't even
00:16:16.400 begun to examine
00:16:18.380 it in any serious way.
00:16:19.620 There's a second part
00:16:20.700 of this story,
00:16:21.560 obviously,
00:16:21.960 just with the Bidens
00:16:22.760 and there is now
00:16:24.620 Biden staffers.
00:16:25.800 I'm reading this
00:16:26.500 because I want to make
00:16:27.080 sure I get it right.
00:16:28.320 Biden staffers,
00:16:29.480 we now have confirmation
00:16:30.800 and this would be
00:16:32.660 contradicting
00:16:33.460 what the Biden
00:16:34.040 White House has said
00:16:34.860 and what Joe Biden
00:16:35.560 has said.
00:16:36.400 They met with
00:16:36.900 special counsel
00:16:37.560 Jack Smith's aides
00:16:38.820 just weeks before
00:16:39.700 Trump was indicted.
00:16:41.500 Jack Smith,
00:16:42.420 special counsel
00:16:43.180 that brought the charges
00:16:44.440 against President Trump
00:16:45.360 for allegedly
00:16:45.860 mishandling
00:16:46.320 classified documents.
00:16:47.720 There's a guy
00:16:48.160 by the name
00:16:48.640 of Jay Bratt
00:16:49.800 who joined
00:16:50.460 the special counsel
00:16:51.400 team in November
00:16:52.140 of 2022.
00:16:53.400 He took a meeting
00:16:54.340 in the White House
00:16:55.440 on March the 31st
00:16:57.060 of 2023
00:16:57.860 with Caroline
00:16:59.680 Sabbat,
00:17:00.420 the deputy chief
00:17:01.100 of staff
00:17:01.520 for the White House
00:17:02.140 counsel's office.
00:17:03.340 Now,
00:17:03.520 this is proven
00:17:04.320 through White House
00:17:05.260 visitor logs.
00:17:06.500 They were joined
00:17:07.200 in a 10 a.m.
00:17:07.980 meeting,
00:17:08.300 we're being told now,
00:17:09.240 by an FBI agent
00:17:10.760 in the Washington
00:17:11.580 field office.
00:17:12.840 This is nine weeks
00:17:13.900 after meeting
00:17:14.880 on June 8th,
00:17:16.120 Trump was indicted
00:17:17.040 by Smith's office.
00:17:18.960 Interestingly enough,
00:17:20.720 here is what Biden
00:17:21.740 had to say
00:17:22.260 on the exact day
00:17:23.460 of Trump indictment
00:17:24.840 about saying,
00:17:25.760 I've stayed out
00:17:26.380 of this.
00:17:26.740 Clearly,
00:17:27.040 the White House
00:17:27.440 logs these meetings
00:17:28.300 prove that's a lie look.
00:17:29.920 You notice,
00:17:30.860 I have never once,
00:17:32.740 not one single time,
00:17:35.100 suggested to the
00:17:35.960 Justice Department
00:17:36.460 what they should do
00:17:37.360 or not do
00:17:38.160 relative to bringing
00:17:38.820 a charge
00:17:39.280 or not bringing
00:17:39.700 a charge.
00:17:40.700 I'm honest.
00:17:42.100 He's not honest.
00:17:43.480 Okay,
00:17:43.840 that is a flat-out lie.
00:17:46.240 He says he's never
00:17:46.980 once suggested
00:17:47.700 to the Justice Department
00:17:48.560 what they should do
00:17:49.320 or not do
00:17:50.120 regarding Trump.
00:17:51.440 That was in June.
00:17:52.280 Let me read you
00:17:53.820 a quote from
00:17:54.360 the New York Times,
00:17:55.320 hardly a right-wing source,
00:17:56.600 on April 2nd,
00:17:57.440 2022.
00:17:58.240 Quote,
00:17:59.240 and while the president
00:18:00.020 has never communicated
00:18:01.040 his frustrations
00:18:01.900 directly to Mr. Garland,
00:18:04.380 he has said privately
00:18:05.940 that he wanted
00:18:06.620 Mr. Garland
00:18:07.320 to act less
00:18:08.460 like a ponderous judge
00:18:09.940 and more like
00:18:11.620 a prosecutor
00:18:12.260 who is willing
00:18:13.080 to take decisive action
00:18:14.740 over the events
00:18:16.020 of January 6th.
00:18:17.580 Now,
00:18:18.100 listen,
00:18:18.640 this is reminiscent
00:18:19.860 of England's
00:18:22.520 King Henry II
00:18:23.400 who said
00:18:24.760 about Thomas Beckett,
00:18:25.860 the Archbishop
00:18:26.480 of Canterbury
00:18:27.180 in 1170,
00:18:29.460 who will rid me
00:18:30.560 of this troublesome
00:18:31.360 cleric
00:18:32.020 where he says it
00:18:33.420 out loud
00:18:34.080 and promptly
00:18:35.860 his knights
00:18:37.520 went
00:18:38.120 and murdered Beckett.
00:18:40.760 Well,
00:18:41.400 in this instance,
00:18:42.880 Biden's defense
00:18:43.780 is I didn't
00:18:44.800 directly tell
00:18:45.940 Merrick Garland
00:18:46.600 what to do.
00:18:47.180 I just said,
00:18:48.780 gosh,
00:18:50.240 who will rid me
00:18:51.280 of this troublesome
00:18:52.140 ponderous judge
00:18:53.420 and get him
00:18:54.780 to act like
00:18:55.340 a prosecutor
00:18:56.080 and actually
00:18:56.680 prosecute
00:18:57.660 Trump?
00:18:59.660 That's according
00:19:00.420 to the New York Times.
00:19:02.000 If the New York Times
00:19:03.180 is telling the truth,
00:19:04.220 then Joe Biden
00:19:04.920 in the clip
00:19:05.340 you just played
00:19:06.040 was flat out lying.
00:19:08.160 And then this
00:19:08.680 breaking news,
00:19:10.320 look,
00:19:10.620 the fact that Bratt,
00:19:12.600 one of the senior lawyers
00:19:14.360 in the special counsel's office,
00:19:15.640 met
00:19:17.240 with the White House,
00:19:18.940 with the White House
00:19:19.460 counsel's office,
00:19:20.320 not just the counsel's office,
00:19:21.840 met with political,
00:19:23.520 senior political leaders
00:19:24.820 in the White House.
00:19:25.720 It is difficult
00:19:26.740 to overstate
00:19:27.760 what a massive breach
00:19:29.620 of protocol this is.
00:19:31.400 Listen,
00:19:31.900 line lawyers at DOJ
00:19:33.320 don't meet
00:19:34.440 with the White House.
00:19:35.780 If you're an AUSA,
00:19:36.860 an assistant U.S. attorney,
00:19:38.100 you don't go meet
00:19:38.720 with the White House.
00:19:39.400 You're not taking that.
00:19:40.020 I mean,
00:19:40.120 they wouldn't let you
00:19:40.780 probably go.
00:19:41.300 They are very rigid.
00:19:43.300 I was at the Department
00:19:45.340 of Justice.
00:19:45.940 I was an associate
00:19:46.580 deputy attorney general
00:19:47.720 under George W. Bush.
00:19:48.920 There are strict rules
00:19:50.440 that limit
00:19:51.180 who from the Department
00:19:52.920 of Justice
00:19:53.460 can meet with the White House
00:19:54.660 and it is run
00:19:55.440 through very narrowly
00:19:57.460 circumscribed channels
00:19:59.300 precisely to avoid
00:20:01.640 political interference
00:20:02.740 with prosecution.
00:20:04.720 So a line prosecutor
00:20:06.500 would pretty much
00:20:08.540 never meet
00:20:10.000 with senior officials
00:20:10.880 at the White House.
00:20:11.520 Now,
00:20:12.680 Bratt's not just
00:20:13.360 a line prosecutor.
00:20:14.520 He is with
00:20:15.000 the special counsel.
00:20:16.660 So he is charged with,
00:20:18.860 which everyone knows,
00:20:20.840 investigating Donald J. Trump,
00:20:23.180 investigating the chief
00:20:25.280 political opponent
00:20:26.280 of the president.
00:20:27.520 The idea that a senior lawyer
00:20:29.520 for the special counsel
00:20:30.500 is over at the White House
00:20:31.700 is in meetings
00:20:32.780 with the White House
00:20:33.520 just weeks before
00:20:34.960 Trump is indicted,
00:20:36.500 just weeks before
00:20:37.960 Mar-a-Lago is raided.
00:20:39.480 And by the way,
00:20:39.960 Bratt was intimately involved
00:20:41.500 in the Mar-a-Lago raid.
00:20:43.380 There is no innocent
00:20:44.960 explanation for it.
00:20:46.280 Any Department of Justice
00:20:47.460 with even a shred
00:20:48.320 of integrity,
00:20:49.560 if you were to suggest
00:20:50.820 the special counsel,
00:20:51.760 let's go meet
00:20:52.220 with the White House,
00:20:54.400 any real prosecutor
00:20:56.020 would say no
00:20:57.120 to the hell no.
00:20:58.020 Yeah.
00:20:58.500 That's not going to happen.
00:20:59.780 But let's be clear,
00:21:00.640 this Bratt guy,
00:21:01.520 and I don't know him,
00:21:03.040 but there are real evidences
00:21:04.880 that this Bratt guy
00:21:06.640 is deeply involved
00:21:08.300 in corruption
00:21:09.080 and cover-up.
00:21:09.740 And I'm going to read
00:21:10.400 from NBC
00:21:11.120 a story June 8th, 2023.
00:21:15.420 The title of the story
00:21:16.760 is Lawyer for Witness
00:21:17.700 in Trump's Dox Probe
00:21:19.120 Alleges Prosecutorial Misconduct.
00:21:21.160 Here's what NBC reported.
00:21:23.700 The source said
00:21:24.560 Woodward's allegation
00:21:25.860 could raise questions
00:21:27.720 about any prosecution
00:21:28.760 of Nauda,
00:21:30.140 a military valet
00:21:31.480 in the Trump White House
00:21:32.420 who went to work
00:21:33.080 for the former president
00:21:33.980 at Mar-a-Lago,
00:21:35.780 adding that the Justice Department
00:21:37.240 appears to be taking
00:21:38.100 the allegation seriously
00:21:39.340 and plans to respond
00:21:40.320 to the judge.
00:21:41.900 The source says
00:21:42.880 that Woodward alleges
00:21:44.840 that Bratt,
00:21:45.460 same guy,
00:21:46.000 same guy who's over
00:21:46.640 at the White House meeting,
00:21:48.520 source says that Woodward
00:21:49.620 alleges that Bratt
00:21:50.600 had with him
00:21:51.860 a folder of information
00:21:53.220 related to Woodward's bid
00:21:55.900 for a judgeship
00:21:57.460 and told him,
00:21:59.120 quote,
00:21:59.300 I didn't take you
00:22:01.360 for a Trump guy.
00:22:04.300 Quote,
00:22:05.020 the implication
00:22:06.320 was that the judge thing
00:22:08.100 would go badly for him
00:22:09.360 if his client
00:22:10.940 didn't cooperate,
00:22:12.120 the source said.
00:22:12.780 Now,
00:22:12.920 I want to break up
00:22:13.580 what that means.
00:22:15.520 So,
00:22:16.280 Woodward is a lawyer
00:22:17.140 who's representing Nauda,
00:22:19.840 who's Trump's valet.
00:22:21.380 Nauda's one of the defendants.
00:22:22.800 Yeah.
00:22:23.620 Woodward comes in
00:22:24.720 to meet with DOJ,
00:22:26.520 to meet with Bratt,
00:22:27.340 senior lawyer
00:22:29.040 in the special counsel's office.
00:22:31.060 Now,
00:22:31.520 unrelated to this,
00:22:32.820 Woodward had applied
00:22:33.900 to be a judge,
00:22:34.660 had an application
00:22:35.260 to be a judge.
00:22:37.840 And,
00:22:38.440 according to Woodward,
00:22:39.680 Bratt shows up
00:22:40.700 with a folder of,
00:22:42.340 here's your application.
00:22:43.620 I know who you are,
00:22:44.720 I know what your dreams are,
00:22:46.020 I know what your life goals are,
00:22:47.480 I know what you've applied for,
00:22:48.980 and he's basically saying,
00:22:50.160 I'm holding your life
00:22:51.520 in this folder
00:22:52.120 and your life's work
00:22:53.320 in this folder,
00:22:53.940 and I can either possibly
00:22:55.140 make it happen
00:22:56.060 or make sure it never happens
00:22:58.180 and you never reach this goal.
00:22:59.540 Is that not what he's doing there?
00:23:01.280 If this is true,
00:23:02.440 it absolutely is.
00:23:03.560 It's reminiscent of someone
00:23:04.740 walking into an establishment
00:23:06.840 going,
00:23:08.120 nice little bar you have here.
00:23:10.260 Shame if something happened to it.
00:23:12.460 That's a threat.
00:23:13.780 It's almost a scene
00:23:14.940 out of a movie.
00:23:15.540 It is a scene out of a movie,
00:23:16.840 and to be clear,
00:23:18.340 if this happened,
00:23:20.180 and it's only an allegation,
00:23:21.240 but if it happened,
00:23:23.740 Bratt would and should face
00:23:25.600 serious legal discipline
00:23:26.980 for threatening
00:23:28.320 to tank someone's
00:23:30.700 judicial application
00:23:31.840 if that lawyer
00:23:34.300 didn't get his client
00:23:36.380 to cooperate with the prosecutors.
00:23:38.040 That's not what a prosecutor
00:23:39.500 is supposed to do.
00:23:40.300 Those two are not supposed
00:23:41.260 to be connected.
00:23:42.300 That is something
00:23:43.280 corrupt prosecutors do.
00:23:45.240 That is something
00:23:46.000 political prosecutors do.
00:23:48.120 And I-
00:23:49.040 Can I ask you a question?
00:23:49.560 You were at the DOJ,
00:23:50.940 and I just want people
00:23:52.480 to understand
00:23:52.980 how abnormal this would be.
00:23:54.460 This is not opposition research.
00:23:56.180 When you're a lawyer
00:23:57.120 in this position,
00:23:58.520 to even get your hands
00:23:59.840 on that application
00:24:00.880 to become a judge,
00:24:02.600 you're not working
00:24:04.560 in the best interest
00:24:05.220 of the American people
00:24:06.100 and justice to that point.
00:24:07.840 You're working
00:24:08.620 for the Democratic Party
00:24:10.320 or for Joe Biden
00:24:12.740 and saying,
00:24:14.440 go in there
00:24:15.040 and you better tell this guy,
00:24:16.220 give us something good
00:24:16.940 on the president,
00:24:17.640 give him up,
00:24:18.280 the former President Trump,
00:24:20.200 and we'll reward you
00:24:21.220 with something if you do it.
00:24:22.440 And yes,
00:24:23.580 and by the way,
00:24:24.720 the natural follow-up question
00:24:26.300 is who gave Bratt
00:24:27.280 that folder
00:24:28.740 of the application
00:24:29.680 to be a judge?
00:24:30.320 Look, when he applied
00:24:31.000 to be a judge,
00:24:31.640 he didn't submit it to Bratt.
00:24:33.820 That folder would have been
00:24:35.120 at one of two places
00:24:36.080 in DOJ
00:24:36.880 or in the White House,
00:24:38.340 probably in both places.
00:24:40.060 So it's entirely possible
00:24:41.640 in his meetings
00:24:42.240 in the White House,
00:24:43.080 the White House
00:24:43.640 political operatives
00:24:44.540 gave him that folder,
00:24:45.900 said,
00:24:46.120 here's something you can use
00:24:47.380 to pressure the lawyer
00:24:48.600 to get Trump's assistant
00:24:50.920 to flip.
00:24:52.360 I don't know
00:24:52.980 that that happened,
00:24:54.120 but Bratt either got it
00:24:56.000 from the White House
00:24:56.800 or from DOJ,
00:24:57.820 but to be clear,
00:24:59.060 DOJ,
00:24:59.940 the office that is in charge
00:25:01.140 with reviewing
00:25:01.620 that application,
00:25:02.520 is not in the
00:25:02.880 special counsel's office.
00:25:04.160 It's not the people
00:25:05.120 prosecuting Trump.
00:25:06.020 It's somebody else
00:25:07.120 who said,
00:25:07.900 hey, we got it,
00:25:08.480 we got it,
00:25:08.900 we got you something
00:25:09.600 you might want to take down
00:25:10.420 there to meet with him.
00:25:11.040 We got some leverage
00:25:12.960 on this lawyer
00:25:13.940 and we got
00:25:15.740 a political objective.
00:25:17.060 We want to get
00:25:18.060 Donald Trump.
00:25:19.060 Look,
00:25:19.520 I actually am stunned
00:25:22.180 that they would do
00:25:24.720 this meeting
00:25:25.340 at the White House.
00:25:26.600 I'm absolutely stunned.
00:25:29.120 As I said,
00:25:30.940 I cannot think
00:25:31.980 of an instance
00:25:32.700 where a line prosecutor
00:25:35.760 ever meets
00:25:36.880 with the White House,
00:25:37.620 where an AUSA
00:25:38.480 ever meets
00:25:39.220 with the White House.
00:25:39.820 Typically,
00:25:40.880 White House meetings
00:25:41.600 are done by senior officials.
00:25:43.540 They're done by
00:25:44.160 the Attorney General.
00:25:45.480 They're done by
00:25:45.900 the Deputy Attorney General.
00:25:47.320 They're done by
00:25:47.940 an Assistant Attorney General.
00:25:49.260 They might be done
00:25:50.020 by a Deputy Assistant
00:25:51.300 Attorney General
00:25:52.120 or an Associate
00:25:53.220 Deputy Attorney General.
00:25:54.380 Those are the,
00:25:55.120 and they're
00:25:55.760 pretty much always done
00:25:57.820 with a Ledge Affairs
00:26:00.000 staffer from DOJ
00:26:01.560 in there
00:26:01.960 to make sure
00:26:02.940 that the communications
00:26:04.240 are appropriate.
00:26:05.060 So you might get,
00:26:05.900 if they're discussing
00:26:06.520 some criminal justice legislation,
00:26:08.960 you might have
00:26:09.740 DOJ meeting
00:26:10.680 with the White House
00:26:11.380 and saying,
00:26:11.840 okay, here's
00:26:12.620 what we think
00:26:14.160 in terms of this legislation.
00:26:15.340 That would be something
00:26:16.160 that would be appropriate.
00:26:17.440 There are lots of issues
00:26:18.420 that are policy-based
00:26:20.340 that are appropriate.
00:26:21.620 There are lots of issues
00:26:22.620 DOJ,
00:26:23.500 the National Security
00:26:24.360 prosecutors,
00:26:25.080 might be meeting
00:26:25.560 with the White House
00:26:26.220 to say,
00:26:26.620 hey,
00:26:27.260 we got some threats,
00:26:28.680 we got some terrorists
00:26:29.660 who are raising threats.
00:26:30.840 That's an appropriate area.
00:26:32.600 But it's senior people.
00:26:34.500 It is political appointees.
00:26:36.380 And if anyone below senior
00:26:37.660 even goes into that meeting,
00:26:39.860 that's with a significant
00:26:41.460 amount of approval.
00:26:42.480 Like, hey,
00:26:42.880 you're going to go
00:26:43.480 take this meeting
00:26:44.100 because we're working
00:26:45.180 on this stuff,
00:26:45.820 but give them an update maybe.
00:26:47.080 That could be possible.
00:26:48.400 But you don't just
00:26:49.100 randomly get to go
00:26:49.820 make a meeting
00:26:50.360 at the White House
00:26:50.940 on your own, right?
00:26:51.620 Like, your boss
00:26:52.260 is going to tell you.
00:26:52.980 I do not know
00:26:54.000 of a single instance
00:26:55.300 in which an AUSA,
00:26:56.580 an assistant U.S. attorney,
00:26:57.920 has ever had
00:26:58.740 a White House meeting.
00:26:59.480 I'm not saying
00:26:59.880 it's never happened,
00:27:00.520 but I don't know of it.
00:27:02.260 But then take the whole thing
00:27:04.100 and put it on steroids.
00:27:06.040 This guy isn't just
00:27:07.240 some random AUSA.
00:27:08.820 He's a senior lawyer
00:27:10.400 in the special counsel's office.
00:27:12.120 The whole point,
00:27:13.360 why do you appoint
00:27:14.140 a special counsel?
00:27:15.400 You appoint a special counsel
00:27:16.840 because there's a conflict
00:27:19.240 of interest
00:27:19.820 with the White House,
00:27:20.620 because politically
00:27:21.520 you need some separation
00:27:23.400 from the White House.
00:27:27.060 For a lawyer
00:27:28.220 from the special counsel's office
00:27:29.640 to go meet
00:27:30.160 with the White House,
00:27:30.960 no one has articulated
00:27:33.500 an innocent explanation,
00:27:35.600 and I don't think
00:27:36.380 there can be one.
00:27:37.280 This is corruption
00:27:38.220 on its face,
00:27:40.900 and apparently
00:27:41.980 the meetings went well
00:27:42.940 because,
00:27:44.680 contrary to Joe Biden's lie
00:27:46.240 that he's never told people
00:27:47.080 what to do,
00:27:47.980 right after the meeting,
00:27:49.060 what did they do?
00:27:49.660 They went and raided Mar-a-Lago.
00:27:50.960 They went and indicted
00:27:51.600 Donald Trump.
00:27:52.680 They did exactly
00:27:54.160 what the political operatives
00:27:55.480 at the White House
00:27:56.160 wanted to do,
00:27:57.340 and I got to say,
00:27:58.680 the corruption
00:27:59.240 on the face of it
00:28:00.280 would make
00:28:01.320 the Ukrainians blush.
00:28:03.780 Canadian women
00:28:04.880 are looking for more,
00:28:06.200 more out of themselves,
00:28:07.260 their businesses,
00:28:08.200 their elected leaders,
00:28:09.160 and the world around them.
00:28:10.360 And that's why
00:28:10.840 we're thrilled
00:28:11.340 to introduce
00:28:12.000 the Honest Talk podcast.
00:28:14.120 I'm Jennifer Stewart.
00:28:15.300 And I'm Catherine Clark.
00:28:16.540 And in this podcast,
00:28:17.680 we interview
00:28:18.140 Canada's most inspiring women,
00:28:20.140 entrepreneurs,
00:28:20.980 artists,
00:28:21.640 athletes,
00:28:22.260 politicians,
00:28:22.920 and newsmakers,
00:28:23.840 all at different stages
00:28:24.880 of their journey.
00:28:25.960 So if you're looking
00:28:27.040 to connect,
00:28:27.840 then we hope you'll join us.
00:28:29.020 Listen to the Honest Talk podcast
00:28:30.480 on iHeartRadio
00:28:31.640 or wherever you listen
00:28:32.600 to your podcasts.
00:28:34.740 I want to tell you
00:28:35.520 about our friends
00:28:35.960 at Augusta Precious Metals.
00:28:37.460 You've been seeing
00:28:38.060 what's going on
00:28:38.560 in the economy.
00:28:39.340 You've seen the bank failures
00:28:40.360 that happened earlier this year.
00:28:41.980 You've also seen
00:28:42.720 the interest rates
00:28:43.520 that are now skyrocketing.
00:28:45.040 House interest rates
00:28:46.060 are at a 21-year high.
00:28:47.660 So now people are saying,
00:28:48.680 all right,
00:28:49.120 especially if you're in retirement
00:28:50.680 or close to retirement,
00:28:51.540 how do I protect
00:28:52.560 my hard-earned dollars,
00:28:53.900 my assets?
00:28:54.880 How do I make sure
00:28:55.860 that I'm not losing money
00:28:57.280 right now
00:28:57.860 because there's no time
00:28:59.300 to make up losses?
00:29:00.440 Well, that is where my friends
00:29:01.540 at Augusta Precious Metals
00:29:02.780 come in.
00:29:03.920 Augusta Precious Metals
00:29:04.880 can sit down with you
00:29:05.780 and talk to you
00:29:06.420 about how to protect
00:29:07.120 your retirement
00:29:07.700 in this crazy economy
00:29:09.000 with a gold IRA.
00:29:09.960 I trust Augusta Precious Metals
00:29:12.460 and I can tell you this.
00:29:13.620 They do two things
00:29:14.580 that are really unique.
00:29:15.640 One, they're going to send you
00:29:16.860 the free investor's guide
00:29:18.220 on gold.
00:29:18.920 But number two,
00:29:20.040 they do a face-to-face
00:29:21.460 web conference
00:29:22.240 to answer all of your questions
00:29:24.180 about gold
00:29:25.320 and how to protect
00:29:26.560 your assets in an IRA.
00:29:28.460 If you've never talked to them,
00:29:30.140 you should call them
00:29:31.040 and they will do this conference
00:29:32.860 with you for free.
00:29:34.740 877, the number four,
00:29:36.760 gold IRA.
00:29:38.640 That's 877, the number four,
00:29:41.020 gold IRA.
00:29:42.000 Or online at
00:29:42.660 AugustaPreciousMetals.com.
00:29:45.440 That's AugustaPreciousMetals.com.
00:29:48.080 Or 877, the number four,
00:29:50.700 gold IRA.
00:29:52.420 One other thing you mentioned
00:29:53.800 about the meetings
00:29:54.460 is this other meeting
00:29:56.060 prior to the appointment
00:29:57.280 of the special counsel.
00:29:58.800 Brett met with Saba
00:30:00.320 at the White House
00:30:01.080 in November of 2021.
00:30:02.200 Trump was involved
00:30:04.220 in negotiations
00:30:04.880 with the National Archives
00:30:06.380 who were demanding
00:30:07.900 the return of the
00:30:08.640 presidential records
00:30:09.400 from his Mar-a-Lago estate
00:30:10.540 before a formal investigation
00:30:12.240 had been opened.
00:30:14.140 We then find out
00:30:15.120 that Brett had a third meeting
00:30:16.560 with the White House
00:30:17.340 in September of 2021
00:30:19.540 with Catherine Riley,
00:30:21.780 an advisor to the White House
00:30:23.320 chief of staff's office.
00:30:25.660 The logs, we also...
00:30:27.020 By the way,
00:30:28.660 that woman is not
00:30:29.700 in the White House council.
00:30:30.920 So, typically,
00:30:32.700 if there's a meeting
00:30:33.260 with DOJ,
00:30:34.720 you meet with the White House council,
00:30:36.020 you meet with the lawyers.
00:30:37.480 He's meeting with an advisor
00:30:39.480 to the White House
00:30:40.140 chief of staff.
00:30:40.980 That is bizarre.
00:30:42.560 That doesn't happen normally.
00:30:43.960 That does not happen normally.
00:30:46.000 And it,
00:30:46.780 on the face of it,
00:30:47.840 it stinks.
00:30:49.000 We also know
00:30:50.060 that apparently
00:30:50.840 he was one of the guys
00:30:52.980 that went down
00:30:53.980 to Mar-a-Lago
00:30:54.840 when they were negotiating
00:30:56.960 on the records
00:30:58.120 to see the
00:30:59.060 secure room
00:31:00.460 slash location
00:31:01.800 where they read,
00:31:02.660 where Trump was holding
00:31:04.020 these documents.
00:31:05.460 So,
00:31:06.000 how on earth
00:31:07.080 being this intertwined
00:31:08.980 could you possibly serve
00:31:11.220 on a special prosecutor
00:31:13.260 as part of that team
00:31:14.700 knowing that you were
00:31:15.820 in all this
00:31:16.520 before they'd even named him?
00:31:18.300 Look,
00:31:18.820 because I think
00:31:19.480 this entire thing
00:31:20.260 is a sham
00:31:20.720 and I think it's corrupt.
00:31:22.120 I think the Biden DOJ
00:31:23.400 is corrupt.
00:31:24.060 I think they targeted
00:31:24.940 Donald Trump
00:31:25.880 from the beginning.
00:31:26.580 I think these indictments
00:31:27.480 are corrupt.
00:31:28.320 I think this was designed
00:31:29.720 to defeat
00:31:30.440 their political enemy
00:31:31.420 and to abuse
00:31:32.560 the administration
00:31:34.200 of justice to do so.
00:31:35.500 I think
00:31:35.800 that these clowns
00:31:38.040 have done
00:31:38.540 massive damage
00:31:39.620 to the integrity
00:31:40.460 of the Department of Justice
00:31:41.540 and the FBI.
00:31:42.960 And as an alumnus
00:31:44.040 of the Department of Justice,
00:31:46.000 that saddens me
00:31:47.140 profoundly.
00:31:48.980 Listen,
00:31:49.520 David Weiss,
00:31:50.300 who is the fake
00:31:51.040 special counsel.
00:31:52.280 So Merrick Garland
00:31:53.080 nominated the guy
00:31:54.560 who is accused
00:31:55.640 of participating
00:31:57.060 in obstruction
00:31:57.640 of justice,
00:31:58.760 of blocking investigations
00:32:01.400 into whether Joe Biden
00:32:02.820 solicited and received bribes
00:32:04.480 has been now named
00:32:05.840 the fake special counsel.
00:32:07.600 The fake special counsel,
00:32:09.760 the guy who Merrick Garland knows,
00:32:11.380 and by the way,
00:32:11.880 we talked about this
00:32:12.620 in an earlier pod,
00:32:13.420 it was illegal
00:32:14.020 to name David Weiss
00:32:14.920 a special counsel.
00:32:15.780 Why?
00:32:16.420 Because the DOJ guidelines
00:32:17.640 say a special counsel
00:32:19.120 must be someone
00:32:20.040 from outside DOJ.
00:32:22.020 Merrick Garland
00:32:22.480 just ignored the law,
00:32:23.440 said,
00:32:23.660 nope, nope,
00:32:24.640 I got my guy.
00:32:25.880 I know he'll do it right.
00:32:27.180 Why?
00:32:27.520 Because he's been doing it right.
00:32:28.600 He's already been
00:32:29.680 willing to engage
00:32:31.500 in corruption.
00:32:32.320 And remind people
00:32:33.100 of this,
00:32:33.580 if they miss
00:32:34.240 our past podcast,
00:32:37.000 you said
00:32:37.700 the problem is
00:32:38.800 the reason why
00:32:39.300 Garland can get away
00:32:39.960 with doing that
00:32:40.760 is because
00:32:41.700 if that protocol,
00:32:43.200 that law is broken,
00:32:44.600 who do you go to
00:32:45.820 to whistleblow
00:32:46.740 that the law
00:32:47.140 is being broken?
00:32:48.880 Merrick Garland.
00:32:49.800 Yeah,
00:32:50.020 and the DOJ guidelines
00:32:51.100 say that it's non-justiciable,
00:32:52.660 in other words,
00:32:53.040 that you can't challenge
00:32:53.820 it in court.
00:32:54.520 So he violated the law,
00:32:55.740 but he knows
00:32:56.220 that no one will force
00:32:56.980 him to follow the law,
00:32:57.980 and he knows
00:32:58.520 the press will ignore
00:32:59.400 the fact that it's illegal.
00:33:00.940 Now,
00:33:01.180 why is it
00:33:02.000 that the DOJ guidelines
00:33:03.040 say it should be
00:33:03.880 someone from outside DOJ?
00:33:06.120 Because you appoint
00:33:07.280 a special counsel
00:33:08.080 when there's a political
00:33:08.900 conflict of interest.
00:33:10.340 Let me tell you
00:33:10.900 something David Weiss
00:33:11.740 has done,
00:33:12.200 which again,
00:33:12.760 nobody in the media
00:33:13.460 has reported on.
00:33:14.240 David Weiss
00:33:15.940 in the last two weeks
00:33:18.040 has given Hunter Biden
00:33:20.180 and Joe Biden
00:33:22.080 and the Chinese Communist Party
00:33:24.780 a get-out-of-jail-free pass
00:33:27.540 on the mountains
00:33:29.360 of evidence of corruption
00:33:30.980 concerning China.
00:33:31.880 And I want to walk
00:33:32.420 through this in some detail
00:33:33.720 because nobody's
00:33:34.800 reporting on it
00:33:35.500 and it's really important.
00:33:37.300 Andy McCarthy
00:33:37.840 at National Review
00:33:38.500 has done a very good job
00:33:39.480 of highlighting it,
00:33:40.080 but almost nobody else
00:33:40.800 is focused on it.
00:33:42.100 All right,
00:33:42.320 let's go back
00:33:43.000 for a second
00:33:43.580 to the WhatsApp text
00:33:46.340 that Hunter Biden sent
00:33:48.020 and I want to read it again.
00:33:50.340 The WhatsApp text said,
00:33:51.960 quote,
00:33:52.020 I am sitting here
00:33:52.840 with my father
00:33:53.680 and we would like
00:33:55.320 to understand
00:33:55.860 why the commitment
00:33:56.420 has not been fulfilled.
00:33:57.800 Tell the director
00:33:58.680 that I would like
00:33:59.300 to resolve this now
00:34:00.400 before it gets out of hand
00:34:01.460 and now means tonight.
00:34:04.120 And Z,
00:34:04.500 if I get a call
00:34:05.240 or a text
00:34:05.700 from anyone involved
00:34:06.460 in this other than you,
00:34:07.520 Zhang,
00:34:08.100 or the chairman,
00:34:09.280 I will make certain
00:34:10.380 that between the man
00:34:11.360 sitting next to me
00:34:12.300 and every person
00:34:13.640 that he knows
00:34:14.800 and my ability
00:34:16.160 to forever hold a grudge
00:34:17.340 that you will regret
00:34:18.220 not following my direction.
00:34:20.360 I am sitting here
00:34:21.580 waiting for the call
00:34:22.640 with my father.
00:34:24.200 That's five references
00:34:25.060 to Papa Joe
00:34:25.940 in one text.
00:34:27.900 Now,
00:34:28.620 that was
00:34:30.380 a message
00:34:31.620 that was sent
00:34:33.600 to Henry Zhao.
00:34:35.220 Who is Henry Zhao?
00:34:36.720 Henry Zhao
00:34:37.400 is the CCP-connected
00:34:38.800 general secretary
00:34:39.880 of China's
00:34:41.480 Harvest Fund,
00:34:43.120 which was part owner,
00:34:44.740 along with Hunter
00:34:45.500 and others,
00:34:46.840 of Bohai Harvest
00:34:48.220 RST Partners.
00:34:50.740 And by the way,
00:34:52.460 Hunter appears
00:34:53.480 to have transferred
00:34:54.540 his 10% stake
00:34:57.160 in that venture
00:34:57.880 to Kevin Morris.
00:34:59.520 Now,
00:34:59.640 who is Kevin Morris?
00:35:00.460 Kevin Morris
00:35:00.960 is the Hollywood lawyer
00:35:02.360 who paid
00:35:04.380 Hunter's millions
00:35:05.640 in delinquent taxes.
00:35:06.660 Now,
00:35:08.700 the Zhang
00:35:09.320 that Hunter mentions
00:35:10.420 appears to be
00:35:12.200 CEFC
00:35:12.920 executive director
00:35:14.040 Zhang Jinjun,
00:35:16.440 who is
00:35:17.140 a CCP heavyweight
00:35:19.240 who accompanied
00:35:20.780 President Xi
00:35:23.240 to a 2017 meeting
00:35:25.580 with Vladimir Putin
00:35:26.600 in Moscow
00:35:27.240 as China
00:35:28.340 sought a stake
00:35:29.200 in Russia's
00:35:30.280 state-owned
00:35:31.040 energy giant
00:35:31.980 Rosneft.
00:35:33.240 So these are
00:35:34.280 high-ranking
00:35:36.040 Communist Party
00:35:36.840 officials.
00:35:38.180 Now,
00:35:38.860 the chairman
00:35:39.480 appears to refer
00:35:41.300 to Yi Jingming,
00:35:43.240 who is the
00:35:44.020 CEFC chairman
00:35:45.020 and a former
00:35:45.620 Xi protege
00:35:46.900 who began
00:35:48.340 his business
00:35:48.980 relationship
00:35:49.580 with Hunter
00:35:50.000 in 2015
00:35:50.740 while Joe Biden
00:35:53.200 was vice president.
00:35:54.260 And Yi
00:35:54.780 gifted Hunter.
00:35:56.180 What do you think
00:35:56.580 Yi gave Hunter?
00:35:57.820 I know now
00:35:59.080 only too much
00:35:59.880 because we've covered this,
00:36:00.780 but it's either
00:36:01.220 got to be,
00:36:01.780 it's got to either be
00:36:02.660 A, a car,
00:36:03.780 B, a diamond,
00:36:04.840 or C, an airplane.
00:36:05.860 Let's just go with that.
00:36:06.860 All right,
00:36:07.100 that's good.
00:36:08.340 It's door number two.
00:36:09.460 This particular one,
00:36:10.380 it's hard to keep
00:36:10.980 corruption.
00:36:11.760 By the way,
00:36:12.020 you forgot the watch.
00:36:12.920 I forgot the watch.
00:36:13.760 It's a nice watch,
00:36:14.580 by the way.
00:36:14.900 This is not the watch.
00:36:16.020 So Yi gifted Hunter
00:36:17.400 a 3.16 carat diamond
00:36:22.140 worth $80,000
00:36:24.560 to seal the deal.
00:36:26.540 Ben,
00:36:26.960 you're a good-looking guy.
00:36:28.300 You're a charming guy.
00:36:30.000 Has anyone ever given you
00:36:30.840 a 3-carat diamond?
00:36:31.780 No.
00:36:32.200 Why not?
00:36:33.020 Probably because I'm not
00:36:33.940 corrupt as hell
00:36:34.640 and probably because
00:36:35.340 I don't take bribes.
00:36:37.000 Well,
00:36:37.160 and you also don't have
00:36:38.220 the ability to deliver
00:36:39.180 favors from the
00:36:39.860 vice president
00:36:40.260 of the United States.
00:36:40.940 If you were selling
00:36:42.100 favors from daddy
00:36:43.740 and daddy happened
00:36:44.380 to be vice president
00:36:45.200 and perfectly willing
00:36:45.880 to give favors,
00:36:47.340 then maybe you'd get
00:36:48.120 3-carat diamonds
00:36:48.940 from senior
00:36:50.120 communist officials.
00:36:51.340 Side note,
00:36:51.740 by the way,
00:36:52.100 on the diamond thing.
00:36:53.120 This is interesting to me.
00:36:54.300 I had no idea.
00:36:55.780 Apparently,
00:36:56.340 about 15 years ago,
00:36:57.920 I was told this
00:36:58.660 from a diamond broker,
00:37:00.260 a guy that's been
00:37:01.020 doing this in New York City.
00:37:02.060 He said,
00:37:02.960 out of nowhere,
00:37:04.320 China got into
00:37:05.060 diamonds big time
00:37:06.020 and they started
00:37:07.120 coming in and out
00:37:08.540 of the diamond district
00:37:09.460 in New York
00:37:09.900 and they said it was
00:37:10.560 because they realized
00:37:11.500 it was the easiest way
00:37:12.480 to funnel money
00:37:13.240 on airplanes
00:37:13.980 that you could not trace
00:37:15.300 because you could
00:37:16.620 take something
00:37:17.260 that's 3-carats
00:37:18.020 and 3-carats is,
00:37:19.020 you know,
00:37:19.300 I mean,
00:37:19.480 we're talking
00:37:19.920 something very small.
00:37:20.880 the size of a dime
00:37:22.320 or smaller.
00:37:22.820 A lot easier
00:37:23.360 than A,
00:37:24.380 when you're tracking
00:37:25.040 money through bank accounts,
00:37:26.200 right,
00:37:26.460 with suspicious activity reports.
00:37:28.240 B,
00:37:28.740 you can bring
00:37:29.400 a billion dollars
00:37:30.340 in a little bag
00:37:31.740 and they said
00:37:32.720 they noticed
00:37:33.340 a massive influx
00:37:34.380 of these diamonds
00:37:34.920 coming in
00:37:35.420 from shady characters
00:37:36.360 and they said
00:37:36.760 what they figured out
00:37:37.620 was you could hold
00:37:39.040 in your hand
00:37:39.740 hundreds of millions
00:37:40.880 of dollars
00:37:41.420 in diamonds
00:37:42.040 and you could
00:37:43.200 disperse them
00:37:43.820 to people around
00:37:44.440 the world
00:37:44.860 that you needed to
00:37:45.700 and they were coming in
00:37:47.100 and they said
00:37:47.440 like they'd never seen before
00:37:48.480 because they understood
00:37:49.200 this was a way
00:37:50.080 to bribe people.
00:37:51.860 Well,
00:37:52.200 you saw
00:37:54.040 the money
00:37:54.800 that came in
00:37:57.720 and by the way,
00:37:59.660 the text,
00:38:00.500 the WhatsApp text
00:38:01.380 that Hunter sent
00:38:02.200 that says
00:38:03.440 I'm sitting next
00:38:04.180 to his father,
00:38:05.160 we know from
00:38:05.800 the IRS whistleblowers
00:38:06.900 that the Biden DOJ
00:38:08.180 forbade
00:38:09.020 any examination
00:38:10.520 and GPS data
00:38:11.480 to determine
00:38:11.960 if Joe Biden
00:38:12.580 was in fact
00:38:13.180 sitting next to him
00:38:14.000 but we also know
00:38:15.440 from photographs
00:38:16.140 on Hunter's laptop
00:38:17.060 that the laptop
00:38:18.840 that Hunter
00:38:19.560 was at his father's
00:38:21.220 home
00:38:21.620 the day
00:38:23.380 that message
00:38:24.080 was sent
00:38:24.600 so he was physically
00:38:25.600 at daddy's home
00:38:26.360 what we just
00:38:27.860 have not confirmed
00:38:28.820 and we haven't confirmed
00:38:29.700 because Merrick Garland
00:38:31.000 doesn't want us
00:38:31.520 to confirm it
00:38:32.160 is whether Joe Biden
00:38:34.320 was physically
00:38:35.020 next to him
00:38:35.780 or not
00:38:36.260 and we could have
00:38:37.160 figured that out
00:38:37.740 that was easy
00:38:38.380 100% could have
00:38:39.320 figured that out
00:38:39.820 he said
00:38:40.480 we don't want to know
00:38:41.300 because I think
00:38:41.740 you knew the answer
00:38:42.420 they didn't want to know
00:38:44.680 it's see no evil
00:38:45.920 is their view
00:38:46.500 by the way
00:38:46.920 here's some other things
00:38:48.320 Hunter said to Zhao
00:38:49.180 quote
00:38:50.100 all too often
00:38:51.540 people mistake
00:38:52.300 kindness for weakness
00:38:53.500 and all too often
00:38:54.940 I am standing
00:38:55.660 over top of them
00:38:56.920 saying I warned you
00:38:58.840 from this moment
00:39:00.320 until whenever
00:39:00.920 he reaches me
00:39:01.680 it is 945 a.m. here
00:39:04.100 and I assume
00:39:04.600 945 p.m. there
00:39:05.940 so his night
00:39:07.680 is running out
00:39:09.020 ask yourself
00:39:11.300 is that threatening
00:39:12.200 okay here's something
00:39:13.540 Zhao responded
00:39:15.160 and told Hunter
00:39:15.940 he would call
00:39:16.480 him on WhatsApp
00:39:17.300 and here's
00:39:18.000 Hunter's reply
00:39:19.080 okay my friend
00:39:21.280 I am sitting here
00:39:23.080 waiting for the call
00:39:24.020 with my father
00:39:25.980 I sure hope
00:39:27.760 whatever it is
00:39:28.400 you're doing
00:39:29.100 is very
00:39:30.500 very
00:39:31.840 very
00:39:33.080 important
00:39:34.280 that's what
00:39:36.500 he's saying
00:39:36.960 back and forth
00:39:37.660 and you know what
00:39:38.540 what was the response
00:39:41.840 to these threatening emails
00:39:43.440 daddy's getting ready
00:39:44.480 to punish you
00:39:45.080 well
00:39:45.340 the next day
00:39:47.160 Hunter got in touch
00:39:48.080 with Gon Weng
00:39:49.180 Kevin Dong
00:39:50.440 who has been described
00:39:52.360 and some of these names
00:39:54.180 seem like something
00:39:54.940 out of a John Hughes movie
00:39:56.220 like Pretty in Pink
00:39:57.340 but set that aside
00:39:59.240 Kevin Dong
00:40:01.000 has been described
00:40:01.940 as his CEFC partner
00:40:04.700 in the United States
00:40:05.580 and an emissary
00:40:06.540 of Chairman Yee
00:40:07.800 three days later
00:40:09.580 an LLC
00:40:10.140 known as Hudson West III
00:40:12.040 began establishing
00:40:13.820 checking accounts
00:40:14.680 what happened
00:40:16.460 with the checking accounts
00:40:17.420 the following day
00:40:19.320 CEFC Infrastructure
00:40:21.580 Investments LLC
00:40:22.440 which is a US based
00:40:23.880 CEFC subsidiary
00:40:25.580 that listed
00:40:27.320 Gong Weng Dong
00:40:28.960 as its director
00:40:30.020 sent Hunter Biden's
00:40:32.320 Owosco firm
00:40:33.380 a payment
00:40:33.980 of $100,000
00:40:35.860 $100,000
00:40:37.540 so that was a good text
00:40:38.580 100 grand
00:40:39.460 boom
00:40:39.800 that's worth more
00:40:40.560 than your three carat diamond
00:40:41.880 that was only 80 grand
00:40:42.800 but you know what
00:40:43.520 100 grand is chump change
00:40:45.900 four days later
00:40:47.600 that same CEFC
00:40:48.660 Infrastructure Investments
00:40:49.900 LLC wired
00:40:51.460 how much you think
00:40:52.040 they wired Hudson West
00:40:53.260 it's got to be
00:40:53.780 $100,000 plus
00:40:54.820 $5 million
00:40:55.620 wow
00:40:56.140 $5 million
00:40:56.780 over the next
00:40:58.460 seven weeks
00:40:59.100 almost all
00:41:00.080 of that $5 million
00:41:01.780 and specifically
00:41:02.960 $4,790,000
00:41:04.960 $375
00:41:06.480 and $0.25
00:41:07.620 was transferred
00:41:09.660 from Hudson West
00:41:10.800 the third
00:41:11.780 to Hunter's
00:41:13.280 Owosco firm
00:41:14.080 by the way
00:41:14.580 if Owosco
00:41:15.760 is
00:41:17.160 familiar to you
00:41:19.140 remember
00:41:20.160 Owosco
00:41:20.700 is one of the things
00:41:21.600 that David Weiss
00:41:22.300 wrote in the plea deal
00:41:23.140 that says
00:41:23.540 we will exempt
00:41:24.700 everything
00:41:25.320 and you will be
00:41:26.000 forgiven from
00:41:26.560 everything Owosco did
00:41:27.660 so the plea deal
00:41:29.120 whitewashed
00:41:30.200 all of this
00:41:30.940 immunity from everything
00:41:32.160 we've ever looked at
00:41:32.940 anything on your laptop
00:41:33.940 all of it
00:41:34.920 you did
00:41:35.380 it doesn't matter
00:41:36.220 and we're just
00:41:37.460 going to say
00:41:38.060 sign your name
00:41:39.040 on this piece of paper
00:41:39.660 don't go to jail
00:41:40.640 don't do any jail time
00:41:42.140 don't worry about
00:41:42.980 the gun problem
00:41:44.020 that you've got
00:41:44.640 it'll all just go away
00:41:45.840 and remember
00:41:46.600 we covered this
00:41:47.320 in an earlier podcast
00:41:48.120 also
00:41:48.720 the Biden DOJ
00:41:49.980 didn't want to
00:41:50.400 prosecute any of this
00:41:51.080 at all
00:41:51.360 wanted no
00:41:51.980 no criminal charges
00:41:53.400 wanted no guilty plea
00:41:54.600 wanted to give
00:41:55.540 a complete
00:41:56.520 exoneration
00:41:58.000 but let me tell you
00:41:59.680 how they did
00:42:00.220 give an exoneration
00:42:01.160 today
00:42:02.840 is August 28th
00:42:04.780 2023
00:42:05.240 let's go back
00:42:07.360 and look at the calendar
00:42:08.120 because the dates
00:42:09.100 are incredibly important
00:42:10.880 Hunter's WhatsApp message
00:42:13.720 happened on July 30th
00:42:16.620 2017
00:42:17.900 now the statute of limitations
00:42:19.360 for most of these violations
00:42:20.620 is six years
00:42:21.420 that means the statute of limitations
00:42:23.840 for a charge
00:42:24.940 related to Hunter's WhatsApp message
00:42:26.920 expired July 30th
00:42:29.180 just a few weeks ago
00:42:30.040 the $100,000 payment
00:42:32.680 that rolled in
00:42:34.020 was on August 4th
00:42:36.740 2017
00:42:37.440 that means the statute of limitations
00:42:40.180 expired on August 4th
00:42:41.900 just a few weeks ago
00:42:43.260 the $5 million payment
00:42:45.800 that followed
00:42:46.920 was on August 8th
00:42:50.000 2017
00:42:50.600 that means the statute of limitations
00:42:53.760 expired
00:42:55.280 20 days ago
00:42:58.040 now David Weiss
00:42:59.560 has known about all of this
00:43:00.880 for years
00:43:02.520 and he sat there
00:43:04.720 and did nothing
00:43:06.780 those texts
00:43:09.420 are corrupt
00:43:10.300 as hell
00:43:11.240 this money trail
00:43:12.520 is corrupt
00:43:13.600 as hell
00:43:14.520 and David Weiss
00:43:15.560 is directly responsible
00:43:16.700 and with Merrick Garland's blessing
00:43:18.180 and by the way
00:43:19.120 Brat
00:43:19.560 going to White House meeting
00:43:21.180 after White House meeting
00:43:22.020 after White House meeting
00:43:22.920 said look
00:43:23.400 all we got to do
00:43:24.360 is get six years beyond that
00:43:25.920 and it is now
00:43:27.420 incredibly difficult
00:43:30.060 to prosecute
00:43:32.080 Hunter Biden
00:43:32.660 or Joe Biden
00:43:33.340 for their corruption
00:43:34.040 with China
00:43:34.680 and that was a deliberate
00:43:36.260 objective
00:43:37.140 I believe
00:43:39.360 of David Weiss
00:43:40.180 of Merrick Garland
00:43:40.900 and the Department of Justice

00:44:41.600 what you just said
00:44:42.800 a moment ago
00:44:43.240 is obviously
00:44:43.780 very depressing
00:44:44.480 because it feels like
00:44:46.400 we're getting played
00:44:47.160 in real time
00:44:48.480 and we're watching
00:44:49.400 this happen
00:44:50.040 in real time
00:44:50.680 and by the way
00:44:51.860 is anyone covering this
00:44:52.900 no no one is
00:44:53.900 Jake Tapper
00:44:54.540 no
00:44:54.900 how come
00:44:55.960 Jake
00:44:56.520 you want to be
00:44:57.920 a journalist
00:44:58.360 you pretend to be
00:44:59.140 a journalist
00:44:59.780 how about on
00:45:01.160 State of the Union
00:45:01.840 on Sunday
00:45:02.380 you walk through
00:45:03.020 that time frame
00:45:03.720 you walk through
00:45:04.360 the WhatsApp
00:45:04.840 you walk through
00:45:05.580 the $100,000 payment
00:45:06.660 you walk through
00:45:07.440 the $5 million payment
00:45:08.620 and then you make clear
00:45:09.680 that David Weiss
00:45:10.400 just let the
00:45:11.060 statute of limitations
00:45:11.880 expire in the last
00:45:13.180 few weeks
00:45:13.660 that would be CNN
00:45:14.500 actually covering news
00:45:15.780 and the chances
00:45:16.720 that Jake does that
00:45:17.720 I think are 0.0%
00:45:19.420 because if you're
00:45:20.520 the apologist
00:45:21.180 for the regime
00:45:22.080 you don't cover facts
00:45:23.680 that are problematic
00:45:24.340 you don't cover facts
00:45:25.660 like senior lawyers
00:45:27.000 for the special counsel
00:45:27.960 are going to the White House
00:45:29.080 over and over and over again
00:45:30.200 in a way that is
00:45:30.900 obviously corrupt
00:45:32.860 last thing on this
00:45:34.280 and that is
00:45:35.420 Jim Jordan
00:45:36.080 and James Comey
00:45:36.880 have both said
00:45:37.520 that they are going to have
00:45:38.740 more banking records
00:45:40.000 come out
00:45:40.480 we're now
00:45:41.760 I think
00:45:42.380 north of 50 million
00:45:44.500 that could have come
00:45:45.240 into the Biden family
00:45:46.360 and we keep seeing
00:45:47.860 the statute of limitations
00:45:48.880 run out
00:45:49.460 if we find new money
00:45:51.040 is there anything
00:45:51.800 that the House can do
00:45:52.860 or is this going to
00:45:53.640 just straight up
00:45:54.140 be an election year issue
00:45:55.260 where you say
00:45:55.760 hey
00:45:56.040 if you want this guy
00:45:58.240 who we know is corrupt
00:45:59.160 we can prove he's corrupt
00:46:00.380 who's been taking bribes
00:46:02.060 who has compromised
00:46:03.120 at the highest levels
00:46:04.160 of government
00:46:04.560 from our adversaries
00:46:05.560 if you want to get him
00:46:06.660 out of the White House
00:46:07.400 is that maybe
00:46:08.160 the best case scenario
00:46:09.100 at this point?
00:46:09.900 So look
00:46:10.320 statutes of limitations
00:46:12.260 don't apply to impeachment
00:46:13.660 so one remedy
00:46:15.600 that remains there
00:46:16.580 is impeaching Joe Biden
00:46:17.740 for bribery
00:46:18.280 and if the House
00:46:20.020 demonstrates
00:46:21.880 evidence of bribery
00:46:23.340 the House should impeach him
00:46:24.620 and the Senate
00:46:26.200 if Senate Democrats
00:46:28.600 had a shred of integrity
00:46:29.860 if it's proven
00:46:30.600 that the President
00:46:31.180 of the United States
00:46:31.900 solicited and received
00:46:33.000 millions of dollars
00:46:34.120 of bribes
00:46:34.600 from foreign nationals
00:46:35.480 he should be removed
00:46:36.440 from office
00:46:36.980 now
00:46:37.680 I'm not naive enough
00:46:38.940 to think that there's
00:46:39.680 even a single Democrat
00:46:40.660 who cares
00:46:41.300 we could literally
00:46:42.820 have video
00:46:43.540 of Russian
00:46:45.180 and Ukrainian oligarchs
00:46:46.600 handing Joe Biden
00:46:47.700 bags of cash
00:46:48.760 or three carat diamonds
00:46:50.140 or sports cars
00:46:52.140 or watches
00:46:53.980 and that would not be enough
00:46:57.120 to move a single Democrat vote
00:46:58.740 but impeachment
00:46:59.480 is one remedy
00:47:00.960 that's unquestionably there
00:47:02.180 in terms of criminal prosecution
00:47:04.540 listen at some level
00:47:05.560 it doesn't matter
00:47:06.200 because Merrick Garland
00:47:07.120 I think will never
00:47:08.160 ever ever prosecute
00:47:09.460 Joe Biden
00:47:10.460 for the corruption
00:47:12.020 that right now
00:47:12.640 the evidence
00:47:13.180 is really growing
00:47:14.880 and growing
00:47:15.360 on a daily basis
00:47:16.320 Merrick Garland
00:47:17.680 sent his own integrity
00:47:20.380 up the river
00:47:20.920 and it's sad
00:47:21.640 because the guy
00:47:22.340 used to be
00:47:22.940 a respected federal judge
00:47:24.320 and he's gonna go down
00:47:26.580 in history
00:47:27.620 I believe
00:47:28.240 as the most partisan
00:47:29.280 attorney general
00:47:31.960 in U.S. history
00:47:32.960 whether you could
00:47:34.820 prosecute Hunter and Joe
00:47:36.600 for all of this
00:47:37.340 China activity
00:47:38.480 depends
00:47:39.860 you can't prosecute
00:47:41.600 it directly
00:47:42.380 for something
00:47:43.660 that has exceeded
00:47:45.300 the statute of limitations
00:47:47.080 it is possible
00:47:48.220 that DOJ
00:47:50.020 could take a page
00:47:51.000 out of
00:47:51.700 Fannie Willis
00:47:52.760 the Georgia
00:47:53.400 prosecutor
00:47:54.400 is going after Trump
00:47:55.600 and bring a RICO charge
00:47:57.540 and a RICO charge
00:47:58.680 of a criminal enterprise
00:47:59.580 if you demonstrate
00:48:00.520 an ongoing RICO charge
00:48:02.140 with conduct
00:48:03.120 that falls
00:48:03.740 within the statute
00:48:04.580 of limitations
00:48:05.220 you might still
00:48:06.360 be able to focus on it
00:48:07.500 but at a minimum
00:48:09.000 David Weiss
00:48:11.160 fulfilling his job
00:48:12.540 as protector
00:48:13.320 and chief
00:48:14.000 of Joe Biden
00:48:14.900 has given
00:48:16.240 a very strong
00:48:18.340 legal shield
00:48:19.260 to protect
00:48:20.460 against any
00:48:21.880 criminal charges
00:48:22.720 for bribery
00:48:23.980 and corruption
00:48:24.700 between the Bidens
00:48:25.760 and communist China
00:48:26.900 it's gonna be a campaign
00:48:27.800 issue for sure
00:48:28.600 in this presidential
00:48:29.220 it should be
00:48:29.920 one
00:48:30.140 and it's certainly
00:48:31.400 one of the hacks
00:48:32.060 and the media
00:48:32.420 should be covering
00:48:33.080 but they're not
00:48:33.720 so that's why
00:48:34.500 you should share
00:48:34.920 this podcast
