00:00:34.240 Plus, the FBI, we've now found out, had at least 40 sources that were giving them information on Biden crime family activities.
00:00:45.980 What did they do after the information was coming in for these informants?
00:00:49.720 They shut down the investigations as fast as they possibly could, covering for the Biden family.
00:00:57.440 And finally, why would the president of the United States of America pay millions of dollars in cash for his beach house?

00:01:19.420 Senator, I want to play for you quickly the White House.
00:01:22.320 And the White House got themselves in some trouble because the president has mostly been saying the right things.
00:01:29.060 But the White House and the staffers, completely different story.
00:01:33.940 Take a listen to the White House press briefing.
00:01:36.100 What is his level of concern right now about the potential rise of anti-Semitism in light of everything that's going on in Israel?
00:01:43.220 So a couple of things.
00:01:44.880 Look, we have not seen any credible threats.
00:01:50.500 I know there's been always questions about credible threats.
00:01:53.940 And so I just want to make sure that that's out there.
00:01:56.760 But look, Muslim and those perceived to be Muslim have endured a disproportionate number of hate-fueled attacks.
00:02:03.800 And certainly President Biden understands that many of our Muslim, Arab-Americans and Palestinian-American loved ones and neighbors are worried about the hate being directed at their communities.
00:02:14.780 And that is something you heard the president speak to in his address just last Thursday.
00:02:20.640 And so one of the things that the president has done is directed his homeland security team to prioritize prevention and disruption of any emerging threats that could harm the Jewish, the Muslim, Arab-Americans or any other communities.
00:02:34.760 And that is something that the president has sought to do since day one.
00:02:39.380 And as you know, the president ran on protecting communities, obviously, but bringing people together, protecting the soul of the nation.
00:02:50.860 And so that is something that the president takes very, very seriously.
00:02:55.740 And we're going to continue to denounce any sort of hate towards any American here.
00:03:01.300 And so that's what we're going to continue to be steadfast on.
00:03:03.800 And again, he has advised, directed his homeland security team to make sure that they're on top of this.
00:03:09.980 Now, Senator, the part about this that's so laughable is the White House press secretary has now come out and said, quote,
00:03:17.960 she misheard the anti-Semitism question only because of the massive backlash from that answer.
00:03:25.780 Well, it really is striking that the White House press secretary is unwilling to stand up and clearly and unequivocally condemn anti-Semitism,
00:03:32.520 say anti-Semitism is wrong.
00:03:34.600 It is evil.
00:03:35.340 It is a unique evil that has existed on the face of this planet for thousands of years.
00:03:40.160 And we are completely opposed to it.
00:03:42.680 Moreover, we will ensure that law enforcement resources are there to protect Jewish Americans.
00:03:48.220 I'll tell you, Jewish communities across this country have a level of concern and a level of fear unlike any time I've ever seen.
00:03:55.180 As the anti-Semitism on college campuses, there was a Jewish student at Columbia who was beaten with a stick in recent days,
00:04:04.960 the threats of violence on campuses because the anti-Israel, the Jew-hating far left is so extreme
00:04:14.060 that there is a real threat of violence against the American Jewish community
00:04:20.020 and for that matter, the Jewish community worldwide in Europe and elsewhere.
00:04:23.120 And I've got to say, her answer to that was striking in that the Babylon Bee,
00:04:30.120 which does a fabulous job as a humor and satire site,
00:04:34.540 they had an article that they hadn't published, but they tweeted it out today,
00:04:40.340 and they said it's hard to stay ahead of reality at the Babylon Bee.
00:04:43.220 We had this written up last night only to wake up and see the White House doing exactly this
00:04:48.340 before we had a chance to publish.
00:04:49.560 And here was the fake satirical headline that they had written,
00:04:53.820 and they were getting ready to publish when Corrine Jean-Pierre beat them to the punch.
00:04:57.240 The fake headline read,
00:04:59.560 In strong response to rising hate crimes against Jews, Democrats denounce Islamophobia.
00:05:05.560 That's exactly what she did.
00:05:07.160 Yeah.
00:05:07.240 And it's, and I tweeted out, no longer satire, just sad, because their view,
00:05:13.100 listen, when it comes to the anti-Semitic bigots, when it comes to the squad,
00:05:18.620 when it comes to the 35 student groups at Harvard and the radicals running our college campuses,
00:05:25.680 the Biden White House, and I would have to assume including Corrine Jean-Pierre,
00:05:29.800 side with the radicals against the people of Israel and against even American Jews.
00:05:34.900 Their answer, they say, we've seen no credible threat of anti-Semitism in America, really.
00:05:41.740 Well, where the hell have you been if you haven't seen any?
00:05:44.620 Because I got to tell you, the Jewish community is feeling it acutely,
00:05:48.980 and we've seen multiple horrific acts of violence directed against Jews,
00:05:52.880 directed against synagogues, including mass murders in the United States.
00:05:56.520 And for the White House to say they've seen no credible threat is truly absurd.
00:06:01.140 Yeah, I was talking literally today to a dear friend of mine who's Jewish
00:06:05.240 that works very close to Times Square in a largely Jewish community,
00:06:10.200 and he said they had been told by local law enforcement to really be on high alert and be careful,
00:06:16.860 and even had recommended that they travel together in groups, not be isolated alone,
00:06:21.420 and to be careful at their places of business.
00:06:25.000 That is what he said to me today,
00:06:27.160 and yet the White House is acting like none of that's happening at all.
00:06:29.980 It is sad, and today's Democrat Party is captive to the far left.
00:06:36.260 And I will say, I've had conversations with multiple people on the left
00:06:40.520 who are not deeply political,
00:06:42.820 who are shocked at the open anti-Semitism that is arising on the far left.
00:06:50.960 It's been there for a long time, but if you're not paying close attention,
00:06:54.080 it takes something like the events of the last couple of weeks
00:06:57.080 to really bring in a stark relief, and I hope this is opening some eyes.

00:09:14.080 I want to move to this other big topic as well.
00:09:16.620 And that is this Fox News report that has come out saying,
00:09:21.060 quote,
00:09:21.140 The FBI maintained more than 40 confidential human sources
00:09:26.940 on various criminal matters related to the Biden family,
00:09:32.100 including President Joe Biden,
00:09:35.260 dating back to his time as the vice president,
00:09:37.920 according to information obtained by Senator Chuck Grassley.
00:09:43.260 You've got a lot more on this,
00:09:45.020 and I want you to take it from there.
00:09:46.380 Well, that's exactly right.
00:09:48.220 The evidence against Joe Biden and the Biden crime family
00:09:51.580 has extended for a long time.
00:09:54.740 According to the Fox News reporting,
00:09:57.300 the confidential human sources providing criminal information to the FBI
00:10:00.500 relating to Joe Biden, James Biden, and Hunter Biden.
00:10:04.520 Those confidential human sources were managed by multiple FBI field
00:10:07.900 offices across the nation, including the FBI's Seattle field office.
00:10:14.120 But, and this is something also that my colleague Chuck Grassley
00:10:17.220 has learned and reported,
00:10:18.720 an FBI task force within the Washington field office
00:10:21.360 sought to, and in some cases successfully,
00:10:24.000 shut down reporting and information from those sources
00:10:27.480 by falsely discrediting the information as foreign disinformation.
00:10:32.700 That effort caused investigative activities to cease.
00:10:35.740 So understand, they're getting confidential human source
00:10:39.820 after confidential human source after confidential human source
00:10:42.420 saying these guys are crooks.
00:10:44.300 These guys are selling favors from Joe Biden
00:10:47.340 to foreign nationals, to foreign oligarchs,
00:10:50.140 to corrupt Ukrainians, to corrupt Russians,
00:10:52.220 to corrupt Chinese, to foreigners.
00:10:55.080 And the response of the top brass at the FBI is,
00:10:59.280 nope, nope, we don't want that.
00:11:00.460 Shut it down.
00:11:01.020 Don't talk about this.
00:11:02.440 This is foreign disinformation.
00:11:04.220 The disinformation was coming all right,
00:11:06.380 but sadly it was from the FBI.
00:11:09.180 And Senator, your colleague Grassley
00:11:12.260 alleges, in essence,
00:11:14.660 look, the FBI and the DOJ
00:11:17.900 were in essence part of a cover-up here.
00:11:20.280 They sought to shut down
00:11:21.700 the investigations into the Biden
00:11:23.980 while knowing that the FBI
00:11:26.520 had received this criminal information
00:11:28.060 from over 40 confidential sources.
00:11:30.620 Now, to be clear, 40 sources,
00:11:33.180 Senator, is a hell of a lot of confidential sources.
00:11:35.540 When you're talking about people
00:11:37.140 that are telling you about illegal activity
00:11:39.380 they believe they're witnessing
00:11:40.500 on Hunter Biden, on James Biden, on Joe Biden,
00:11:44.100 and then they're like,
00:11:45.080 yeah, yeah, we know about this.
00:11:46.140 We just want to shut it down.
00:11:47.600 That's not normal.
00:11:48.460 So that's exactly right.
00:11:51.320 The only thing that I disagree with you
00:11:53.740 is you said that Grassley alleged
00:11:55.520 this is, in essence, a cover-up.
00:11:57.520 No, he didn't say, in essence, a cover-up.
00:11:59.280 He alleged it was flat-out a cover-up.
00:12:01.060 Let me quote from Chuck Grassley.
00:12:02.460 Quote,
00:12:02.700 Based on the information provided to my office
00:12:05.460 over a period of years
00:12:06.700 by multiple credible whistleblowers,
00:12:09.700 there appears to be an effort
00:12:11.000 within the Justice Department and FBI
00:12:13.260 to shut down investigative activity
00:12:15.940 related to the Biden family.
00:12:18.160 Such decisions point to a significant political bias
00:12:21.320 infecting the decision-making
00:12:23.340 of not only the Attorney General and FBI Director,
00:12:26.480 but also line agents and prosecutors.
00:12:29.180 And I got to say,
00:12:30.040 the politicization of the FBI,
00:12:33.040 particularly under Joe Biden,
00:12:35.180 and the politicization of DOJ
00:12:37.280 is one of the worst
00:12:39.300 and most damaging legacies
00:12:40.940 of this administration.
00:12:43.160 Put your lawyer hat on for a second.
00:12:45.040 Explain this terminology used.
00:12:46.940 It says,
00:12:47.260 The confidential human sources, quote,
00:12:49.180 provided criminal information to the FBI
00:12:51.860 relating to Joe Biden, James Biden,
00:12:54.160 and Hunter Biden.
00:12:55.200 Those confidential human sources
00:12:56.780 were managed by multiple FBI field offices
00:12:59.880 across the nation,
00:13:01.380 including the FBI's Seattle field office.
00:13:04.220 So when they use words like
00:13:05.560 provided criminal information,
00:13:07.900 what does that mean?
00:13:10.080 That means you've got individuals,
00:13:12.300 informants,
00:13:12.940 who are coming forward saying,
00:13:14.180 Hey, I have evidence of a crime.
00:13:15.760 Evidence of a crime committed by Joe Biden
00:13:17.680 or Hunter Biden or James Biden.
00:13:19.440 Now, some of them may not have been telling the truth.
00:13:22.540 Some of them may not have been pointing to actual crimes.
00:13:24.800 But when you have 40 different sources
00:13:26.580 coming up saying,
00:13:28.160 I've got evidence of a crime,
00:13:30.580 that's unusual.
00:13:31.840 That doesn't happen.

00:13:34.020 ordinary public servants
00:13:35.740 don't live a life
00:13:36.680 where you have 40 people coming forward

00:13:38.680 Hey, I've got evidence of a crime.

00:13:41.920 flooding into them
00:13:42.720 from communist China and Ukraine
00:13:43.980 and Russia and everywhere else.

00:13:45.960 that is not typical.
00:13:47.420 Look, I serve in the United States Senate.
00:13:49.140 My colleagues are not getting millions of dollars
00:13:51.380 from communist China or Russia or Ukraine.
00:13:54.200 That is exceedingly unusual.
00:13:56.920 And to have 40 different sources coming forward,
00:13:59.640 a normal law enforcement process would say,
00:14:02.040 Hey, this is really concerning.
00:14:04.800 We need to investigate this.
00:14:06.440 What's going on?
00:14:07.560 And, and what Grassley is alleging
00:14:09.960 is that the evidence is
00:14:11.100 the FBI field office in DC
00:14:13.400 shut it down and said,

00:14:18.620 Like, like, like they just did not want
00:14:21.280 to look into crimes committed by Joe Biden.
00:14:24.940 And, and I got to say, uh, that.
00:14:28.480 Well, and they also use the words
00:14:30.160 they wanted to shut down
00:14:31.740 or they did the Washington field office,
00:14:33.540 uh, in some cases,
00:14:35.120 successfully shut down reporting.
00:14:37.620 So they were saying,
00:14:39.060 see no evil, hear no evil.
00:14:41.900 If you have something
00:14:43.520 that deals with a Biden last name,
00:14:45.760 we don't even want you to report it,
00:14:47.580 much less give us the information
00:14:49.280 that we would receive.
00:14:50.900 We don't even want it to come in the door.
00:14:53.520 Well, and this is part of this
00:14:55.240 is the consequence of the whole
00:14:56.600 Russia, Russia, Russia nonsense.
00:14:58.500 And, and we saw for years,
00:15:00.500 the FBI and DOJ wage war on Donald Trump,
00:15:04.000 alleging Russia, Russia, Russia.
00:15:05.400 And we now know the vast majority
00:15:07.260 of that was nonsense.
00:15:08.140 It was made up.
00:15:08.960 It was fabricated,
00:15:09.900 included actually an assistant
00:15:11.600 general counsel at the FBI,
00:15:13.260 literally fabricating an email,
00:15:14.980 creating a false email
00:15:16.140 and submitting it to a federal court,
00:15:17.720 which is a felony,
00:15:18.420 because they hated Donald Trump so much
00:15:21.660 that they wanted to go after him.
00:15:23.080 But the danger of the Russia,
00:15:24.500 Russia, Russia narrative
00:15:25.680 is when you had the Hunter Biden laptop,
00:15:28.480 the FBI could just say,
00:15:29.460 well, this is Russia disinformation.
00:15:30.960 Nevermind that at this point,
00:15:32.600 Hunter Biden's lawyers
00:15:33.480 have essentially admitted,
00:15:34.880 yes, it is his laptop.
00:15:37.020 By alleging all evidence of criminality
00:15:40.040 is Russian disinformation,
00:15:41.320 they convinced law enforcement
00:15:43.540 to ignore what,
00:15:45.180 what is enormous evidence
00:15:48.920 of corrupt conduct
00:15:50.200 by Hunter Biden,
00:15:51.500 James Biden,
00:15:52.200 and Joe Biden.
00:15:52.960 Well, and one of those critical
00:15:54.740 FD 1023s we talked extensively
00:15:57.240 on verdict about
00:15:58.440 was first reported earlier this year.

00:16:02.780 that included the reporting
00:16:04.040 from a quote,
00:16:04.740 highly credible,
00:16:06.080 confidential human source
00:16:07.500 who alleged a criminal bribery scheme
00:16:10.320 between then-Vice President Joe Biden,
00:16:13.020 his son Hunter Biden,
00:16:14.420 and the founder and the CEO
00:16:15.880 of that Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma,
00:16:18.840 where we know that Hunter Biden
00:16:20.580 was on the board.
00:16:22.420 If that's one example
00:16:25.040 of what we were getting
00:16:26.340 from these 40-plus informants,
00:16:28.680 what other intel do we not have?
00:16:31.960 And is there a way to go to the FBI
00:16:33.800 and for you guys in a sense
00:16:35.300 to even get it?
00:16:36.900 Well, we don't know.
00:16:38.200 There should be.
00:16:38.880 But unfortunately,
00:16:39.840 this FBI and this DOJ
00:16:41.380 believes that they are not accountable
00:16:43.060 to the United States Congress.
00:16:44.380 They're not accountable
00:16:44.980 to the American people.

00:16:59.140 where I was questioning him.
00:17:00.800 And as I asked questions,

00:17:02.460 well, I don't want to answer that.
00:17:03.380 He said, I asked, why not?
00:17:04.520 Because I don't want to.
00:17:05.580 Like, who the hell?
00:17:06.320 What do you mean you don't want to?
00:17:07.580 That this is not just a chat
00:17:09.620 at a coffeehouse, damn it.
00:17:11.240 You're giving testimony
00:17:12.300 in front of the Judiciary Committee
00:17:13.800 of the United States Senate.
00:17:15.400 And you have an obligation.
