Summary

Grain prices drop across the grain and oilseed markets on the first day of spring wheat and soybean sowings. Grain markets are mixed across the United States and across the world. May wheat, soybeans, corn, and wheat futures are all down on the day. Cattle markets are higher and soybeans are higher. In the pulse markets, nearby red lentils are trading at $0.29 a pound and yellow peas remain at $12.50 a pound.
