00:00:00.000 ...where hard work will get you something and help you succeed for all Canadians.
00:00:18.760 because after this lost liberal decade crime is up costs are up our economy is down and under the
00:00:33.040 thumb of the Americans and I think you'll agree with me that the liberals do not deserve a fourth
00:00:40.660 term. It is time to put Canada first for a change. Under a new Conservative
00:00:56.340 government that will axe taxes, build homes, unleash our resources, stop the
00:01:03.060 crime and bring home jobs to stand up to Trump from a position of strength.
00:01:15.840 Pierre Polyev is the only one to bring real change to Canada.
00:01:22.180 So it is my great honor and my great privilege to introduce to you the only leader that will
00:01:29.040 bring real change to Canada, Calgary's own Pierre Polyev.
00:01:59.040 There's something all generations can have and can hold
00:02:05.840 We break down the walls and break out of the walls
00:02:09.780 And we fight for what's right
00:02:11.820 We're wild and we're free from the mountains above us
00:02:16.040 And all you can see is more than just a place
00:02:19.920 Where freedom rolls
00:02:23.480 It's our own, it's our own, it's our own, there's something that's logic about, there's
00:02:45.760 something brand new about.
00:02:47.700 Yeah, you'll leave and you'll miss it
00:02:51.960 Then come back and kiss it
00:02:53.960 You'll travel the distance
00:02:55.840 We're so proud of it
00:02:57.880 We fight for what's right
00:02:59.840 We're wild and we're free from the mountains above us
00:03:04.060 And all you can see is more than just a place
00:03:07.900 We're free of wrong
00:03:11.160 It's all
00:03:14.140 It's our home
00:03:23.900 It's our home
00:03:30.900 Yeah, we fight for what's right
00:03:34.360 We're wild and we're free from the mountains above us
00:03:38.580 And all you can see is more than just a place
00:03:42.480 Where freedom rolls
00:03:45.980 It's our home
00:03:49.480 There's something tender about
00:03:54.260 There's something hidden about
00:03:58.200 There's something all generations
00:04:02.420 Can have and can hold
00:04:04.420 We break down the walls
00:04:06.340 And break out of the mold
00:04:08.280 Yeah, we fight for what's right
00:04:10.340 We're wild and we're free from the mountains above us
00:04:14.600 And all you can see is more than just a place
00:04:18.460 Where freedom rolls
00:04:22.060 It's our home
00:04:25.200 It's our home
00:04:34.920 There's something nostalgic about
00:04:42.200 There's something brand new about
00:04:46.280 Yeah, you'll leave and you'll miss it
00:04:50.500 Then come back and kiss it
00:04:52.500 You'll travel the distance
00:04:54.380 We're so proud of it
00:04:56.420 We fight for what's right
00:04:58.360 We're wild and we're free from the mountains above us
00:05:02.580 And all you can see is more than just a place with three of wrongs.
00:05:11.680 It's all wrongs.
00:05:18.580 It's all wrongs.
00:05:27.580 It's all wrongs.
00:05:29.580 Yeah, we fight for what's right. We're wild and we're free from the mountains above.
00:05:36.980 And all you can see is more than just a place. We're free.
00:05:44.620 Calgary, are you ready for change?
00:05:51.500 Are you ready for food and homes you can actually afford for a change?
00:05:56.700 are you ready to pay some lower taxes for a change
00:06:02.340 are you ready to lock up the criminals so that we can be safe on our streets for a change
00:06:10.380 are you ready to unleash our resources so we can take back control of our economy for a change
00:06:21.120 wow it is great to be back in my hometown of calgary here with thank you very much
00:06:33.660 calvary's ready for a change here with my family my mother marlene is here everybody
00:06:40.260 give marlene a round of applause my biological mother jackie is in town great to see you jackie
00:06:49.860 my brother Patrick countless other relatives yesterday in Saskatchewan I
00:06:56.220 was told there were 34 relatives that were at our rally and here we are in the
00:07:01.680 prairies again celebrating the great Canadian promise that I lived out here
00:07:07.660 growing up in this community memories of walking my dog and fish crew park
00:07:15.540 delivering the Calgary Sun and I was a paper boy working at the Calgary Stampede
00:07:21.780 picking up garbage cleaning up the canteen countless other amazing
00:07:27.920 memories that and lessons that I learned right here in Calgary but the most
00:07:32.560 important lesson of all was that this is a country where hard work gives you a
00:07:40.120 great life where anybody or it didn't matter if you started off at the top of
00:07:50.160 the hill or the adopted son of two school teachers if you worked hard you
00:07:55.060 could build an incredible future for yourself you could become anything you
00:07:58.740 wanted that this prairie sky was the limit and we all know that the prairie
00:08:03.820 sky is the biggest sky in the world isn't it that was the promise of canada but that promise
00:08:15.580 after the lost liberal decade is broken housing costs have literally doubled crime chaos drugs
00:08:26.940 and disorder are overtaking our once saved streets the government has attacked our biggest industries
00:08:34.780 and pushed a half a trillion dollars out of our economy and it's going to get a lot worse
00:08:41.100 if god forbid the liberals get a fourth term just today just today mark carney went to a steel mill
00:08:50.540 to announce that he wants to jack up the industrial carbon tax on steel that's his plan
00:09:00.620 yeah he he actually said the carbon tax on steel would be good for the steel industry
00:09:08.140 remember that sounds an awful lot like when justin trudeau told us that a carbon tax at
00:09:13.660 the pumps would be good for your pocketbook we all know that turned out to be a lie
00:09:18.620 Now, Mark Carney is repeating the same lies on this and other things in order to distract
00:09:24.700 Canadians from the lost liberal decade.
00:09:28.220 He not only wants to continue Trudeau's identical policies of overspending, overtaxing and blocking
00:09:35.240 our industries, his platform, which was originally written for Justin Trudeau, calls for $130
00:09:42.860 billion of additional, uncosted spending, bringing the total planned debt that Liberals
00:09:50.200 would add over the next four years to $250 billion, a quarter of a trillion dollars more
00:10:04.080 inflationary debt that would drive up the cost of living, of food, of accommodation,
00:10:10.380 of living in this country.
00:10:11.920 My friends, we cannot afford a fourth Liberal term.
00:10:16.220 Canada needs change, change, change, and it's not just about the past.
00:10:32.800 It's about the future.
00:10:34.760 We know the Liberals have published this document.
00:10:37.040 Has anybody had a chance to have a look at this?
00:10:39.040 It's called Policy Horizons.
00:10:41.380 This really is the Liberal platform right here.
00:10:44.760 This is what the Government of Canada predicts that life will look like in 15 years if things
00:10:51.940 continue on their current track.
00:10:54.500 They say social mobility will be almost unheard of in Canada.
00:10:58.060 People will no longer be able to get ahead through their hard work, and more likely,
00:11:02.380 they will be falling behind.
00:11:03.680 In 2040, owning a home is simply not realistic, they predict.
00:11:09.420 They further go on to say that the economy could shrink and become even less predictable.
00:11:16.040 Finally, they say that we'll be headed towards an aristocracy, that's their word, not mine,
00:11:22.840 as money and wealth are concentrated in the hands of a shrinking class of privileged insiders.
00:11:30.360 And it will get so bad, they say, that people will no longer be able to afford to go to
00:11:36.440 grocery store, they'll have to hunt, fish, and forage on public lands in violation of government
00:11:44.200 regulations just to stay alive. My friends, this is what the Liberals say they have in store for us.
00:11:53.240 I encourage every Canadian to go and read this report, Future Lives, Social Mobility in Question.
00:11:59.240 Look at the section called More Snakes Than Ladders. That is not the future we need. That is
00:12:05.560 not the future we will have.
00:12:07.520 What we need is to bring home
00:12:09.620 change and hope
00:12:11.360 for every single Canadian.
00:12:19.340 Bring it home.
00:12:35.560 And we have a plan, and we have a plan for change, a plan that is going to reverse the
00:12:43.400 lost Liberal decade, to do exactly the opposite of what we've seen over the last 10 years.
00:12:50.000 First of all, it proposes to cut the Liberal deficit by 70 percent by eliminating 50—that's
00:12:56.800 right, give that a round of applause. 0.94
00:13:01.100 We are going to cut $54 billion of bureaucracy, consultants, foreign aid and other wasteful
00:13:08.860 spending to bring down the inflationary deficits.
00:13:17.220 We'll put that money back in your pockets.
00:13:20.080 We believe that hard work should actually pay off.
00:13:22.200 You shouldn't be punished for the crime of working hard.
00:13:25.020 You should have reward for putting in those long hours, for helping your family.
00:13:30.700 now we have something. It's a fine. A fine for the crime of hard work. Who would like a copy of
00:13:35.980 the platform? I'm going to give a copy of this guy right here. There you go. The crime of hard work
00:13:41.180 is punished with high liberal taxes that increasingly eat away at your paycheck. In fact,
00:13:46.860 today, after a lost liberal decade, Canadians spend more money on taxes than on food, clothing,
00:13:55.100 and shelter combined your income tax is the crime you pay as the tax you pay the pine the fine you
00:14:02.460 pay for the crime of working hard we can no longer afford these taxes and that's why conservatives
00:14:08.860 will cut your income tax by 15 so hard work pays off for a change
00:14:14.780 but we won't stop there our plan will cut taxes on energy we know that energy powers our economy
00:14:27.980 the liberal carbon tax has crippled us over the last several years we know that mr cardi says
00:14:33.260 the tax should go up on industry and we know they'll put it back at the pumps the day after
00:14:38.340 the next election if, God forbid, they get a fourth term.
00:14:42.260 Not Conservatives.
00:14:43.600 We know that energy is necessary, energy abundance, energy wealth, and that is why Conservatives
00:14:50.220 will axe the entire carbon tax for everyone, for real, for a change.
00:15:04.580 And then we'll cut taxes on cars.
00:15:08.720 The Liberals don't believe you should be able to drive a gas- or diesel-powered automobile.
00:15:16.080 So they've come up with this plan.
00:15:19.620 I call it the Carney tax.
00:15:22.880 The first syllable says it all.
00:15:25.000 They want to tax any automobile powered by gas or diesel that goes above their preset
00:15:32.260 ever-declining quota so their goal is to beginning beginning next year to begin
00:15:37.500 banning the sale of gas and diesel tire powered vehicles anybody live out the
00:15:43.300 country yeah did you get can you survive out in Lloydminster or Fort Mac or car
00:15:52.780 stairs driving out to the farm in a electric car in minus 40 degree weather
00:15:58.420 in February? Well, Mr. Carney believes that you have to. His plan would put a $20,000 car tax
00:16:09.100 on any diesel and gas-powered vehicles that go above his preset quota, a quota that will decline
00:16:17.420 every year until 2035 when he says these cars will be banned altogether. Conservatives will
00:16:24.640 axe the carney tax we will put you back in the driver's seat and let you decide what car to drive
00:16:32.320 for a change
00:16:38.880 not only that but we want to bring home automobile construction here to canada
00:16:44.400 we will axe the federal sales tax on vehicles made in canada
00:16:54.640 But we're not done. We are going to bring it home. Who's this guy? He's very excited.
00:17:04.960 What are you so excited about? He's excited about an economy that works for people like
00:17:11.520 him. I agree with him on that. But we're not done there. We need housing that people can
00:17:22.000 afford for a change canada yes you you want a house don't you are you living with your mom
00:17:32.240 they want to have more space her and her partner want a little more space 1.00
00:17:36.160 there's a little there's a nice young lady there who you live with your mom 1.00
00:17:39.840 but you want to have your own house amazing well we've got a plan to make that happen
00:17:45.360 We're going to axe the federal sales tax on new homes.
00:17:50.880 We will incentivize municipalities to speed up permits, free up land, and cut their development charges.
00:17:58.220 The goal is to take $100,000 of taxes off a home to save you money on your purchase
00:18:04.820 and to speed up the permitting, sell off enough federal land,
00:18:09.560 and train up enough young apprentices
00:18:12.440 so that we can build 2.3 million more homes
00:18:18.180 that our people can afford for a change.
00:18:26.900 And we need the people who live in those homes
00:18:31.100 to have powerful paychecks again.
00:18:33.700 And that is why we are going to unleash a boom
00:18:37.440 in our resource sector like we've never seen before all in all we will reverse all of the
00:18:49.280 anti-liberal anti-energy liberal policies that have been brought in with the support and continued
00:18:55.840 backing of mark carney these laws need to go so that we can quickly get our resources out of the
00:19:02.580 ground and off to market. Mark Carney says he wants to keep 50% of Canada's oil in the ground.
00:19:10.780 He says he will keep Liberal Bill C-69 and the energy cap. Nothing will ever get built. Nothing
00:19:21.800 will change with a fourth Liberal term. Only Conservatives will bring real change. We will
00:19:26.980 repeal the no development law c69 the energy cap the industrial carbon tax we will approve pipelines
00:19:38.180 for a change
00:19:48.260 we will unleash we will build pipelines and lng export plants
00:19:53.700 we'll take the 1 300 trillion cubic feet of natural gas that we have right beneath our feet
00:20:00.580 we'll pump it to both coasts we'll send it to quebec and to the east coast we'll send it to
00:20:07.140 the west coast so our coastal first nations can develop those resources my friends we have
00:20:13.700 incredible advantages here do you know how long it takes to ship gas from the canadian pacific coast
00:20:19.460 to Asia 11 days smart guy smart guy how did you know that you ever done it he
00:20:25.880 watches my videos that's why he's so informed smart guy how long does it take
00:20:31.280 to ship from the US Gulf Coast 20 days almost twice as long so how is it they're
00:20:37.880 able to ship their gas to market and we're not furthermore you think it's
00:20:42.740 more expensive to liquefy gas here where it's nice and cold and the weather does
00:20:47.180 25% of the job for you, or in the States where it's burning hot, it's cheaper here in Canada.
00:20:53.700 We've got the clean hydroelectricity. We can liquefy that gas by turning it down to minus 161
00:21:01.380 degrees Celsius, putting it on a ship to Asia to break Asian dependence on dirty coal, send it off 0.98
00:21:08.780 to Europe to break European dependence on Putin, and turn dollars for dictators into paychecks
00:21:15.040 for our people for a change we will build the Canadian pipelines with
00:21:27.520 Canadian energy and Canadian steel benefiting Canadian workers this will
00:21:33.520 allow us to go around the Americans being less dependent on them and more 0.97
00:21:37.900 focused on taking care of our own people that's what it means to put Canada first
00:21:43.120 after all isn't it I think we've got a flyover I arranged a flyover here
00:21:54.120 everybody you can hear that in the background also powered with fossil fuels
00:21:58.840 right we're gonna give Carney any ideas he's gonna ban fossil fuels from
00:22:06.460 aircraft. I don't think that would fly, quite literally. You know, we're also going to
00:22:14.720 stand up for Western Canada. Albertans, people of the prairies, and all across the West deserve
00:22:20.600 to be a fair and full part of our country for a change. We want this to be a country
00:22:32.240 that is united we also want it to be a nation that is safe after the lost liberal decade
00:22:40.000 of catch and released criminal justice we see more and more criminals turned loose on our streets
00:22:47.040 able to re-offend tear apart our communities commit one offense after another being released
00:22:54.160 often within minutes of their latest arrest it starts with liberal law c75 catch and release
00:23:01.520 bail that allows it requires judges to release offenders at quote the earliest opportunity under
00:23:09.480 the least onerous conditions in vancouver they had to arrest the same 40 offenders 6 000 times
00:23:23.200 because they were released so that each one of them committed 150 crimes in a year
00:23:29.160 in a year you got to be working at it full time to get arrested 300 150 times in 365 days and yet
00:23:39.140 we keep turning them loose again and again and if it isn't catch and release bail it's house arrest
00:23:45.120 so the same repeat offenders who steal the cars and attack our people can do the sentences in
00:23:52.660 the company comfort of their living room watching netflix or playing grand theft auto only to walk
00:24:00.100 out on the streets to reoffend again and then there's the get out of jail free card for paul
00:24:04.980 bernardo c83 that allows this mass murderer and others like him to serve their sentences not in
00:24:12.100 a maximum security penitentiary but in a medium pen where they are a risk to prison guards and
00:24:17.940 support staff my friends the era of catch and release liberal chaos is coming to an end we we
00:24:27.380 need change our plan will repeal these catch and release laws catch and release bail c75 gone
00:24:42.580 house arrest c5 gone get it a jail free card for paul bernardo gone we will pass the three strikes
00:24:51.940 and you're outlaw three violent offenses and you never again have chance for bail parole
00:24:58.180 probation or house arrest it'll be 10 years minimum in a slammer as long as a life sentence
00:25:03.940 and you don't get out unless you have perfect behavior clean drug tests and you learn an
00:25:08.820 employable skill we will stop the crime for a change and that change will go
00:25:22.200 even further multiple murderers who now get bulk discounts today because of a
00:25:29.820 unfortunate Supreme Court ruling that the Liberals supported multiple
00:25:35.060 murderers are able to get a discount. They only serve one 25-year sentence
00:25:40.120 guaranteed, even if they killed seven or eight people. One guy killed six people
00:25:46.660 in Quebec, and he was the subject of this ruling. He only gets a guaranteed
00:25:51.740 sentence of 25 years. That means only four years of prison time for each person
00:25:58.740 he killed. How is it that a human life for an innocent person is only worth four
00:26:04.820 years for a guilty person. This does not make sense, my friends, and I will put an end to this
00:26:11.480 chaos. I will use the notwithstanding clause to lock up multiple murderers until they die. 0.93
00:26:26.920 After the lost liberal decade of skyrocketing crime and chaos, the choice is very simple.
00:26:33.480 Do you want to continue to turn criminals loose on our streets by giving the Liberals a fourth term, or do you want to lock up the criminals, secure the borders, and bring home safety for a change? That is the decision.
00:26:46.500 and then there's the drugs fentanyl meth and countless other drugs have increasingly victimized
00:27:00.140 decent honorable people who had fallen on hard times oriented with the wrong crowd maybe they
00:27:05.400 were just out for one night of drinking when they were tempted to take something they normally would
00:27:10.400 not take. And then their whole lives changed. We've lost 50,000 people to drug overdoses.
00:27:17.600 More people have died of drug overdoses in the last 10 years under the Liberals than died
00:27:24.400 fighting for Canada in the Second World War. And this tragedy is only getting worse as the
00:27:31.000 government liberalizes laws, reduces penalties for mass marketers of this poison, and gives out
00:27:37.200 tax-funded opioids under the false name of safe supply. There's nothing safe about it. Our borders
00:27:46.560 are open for drugs to come in through the 99% of shipping containers that don't get inspected
00:27:53.580 at all. My friends, we are going to stop the drugs. We will ban hard drugs, bring in
00:27:59.780 life sentences for mass marketers of fentanyl. We will secure the borders with high powers
00:28:07.020 scanners of shipping containers and a thousand more frontline 2,000 more
00:28:11.980 frontline CBSA officers and we will go further we will cut off the taxpayer
00:28:23.480 funded drugs and we will put the money into treatment and recovery so that we
00:28:29.200 can bring our loved ones home drug-free incredible programs incredible programs

00:28:46.660 interventions that help people fix their bodies, cleanse their stoles, and start all over again.
00:28:52.700 When I was at Harvest House in Moncton the other day, I was meeting with a group of young people
00:28:59.060 who were getting off drugs in rehab, and they said, you know, thank you for all your help.
00:29:03.920 And I said, I'm not the one offering help. I didn't come here to offer help. I came here to ask you for help. I need you. I need you to get better because you're going to get out of this place. You're going to go onto the street and grab someone else off the street corner. You're going to drag them in here. They're going to get better. Then they're going to go back out on the street and they're going to pull another person in. And that cycle of hope is going to help us to defeat this terrible scourge.
00:29:30.000 So have hope. Hang on. Help is on the way. A better day is coming for our people. We're going to save 50,000 lives across this country through treatment and recovery services. Lives that will turn around and give people a chance at a better life. What do you think, Mr. Gill? What do you think? You think it's time that we stop the crime? Come on over here. Which riding are you running in again? It's Skyview.
00:29:56.880 Do you think it's time to stop the crime?
00:29:59.780 Of course it is a time to stop the crime.
00:30:02.240 It's been the last 10 years since we have seen the roads are not safe for Calgary and for throughout all Canada.
00:30:08.080 Let's get rid of C-55 and C-5. 1.00
00:30:10.500 We need strong.
00:30:11.920 Bring home safety.
00:30:13.720 There you go.
00:30:15.180 Bring home safety for a change.
00:30:18.960 Are you hearing the same thing?
00:30:21.260 Are you hearing the same thing?
00:30:22.560 What are you hearing in your writing?
00:30:23.780 Are people tired of paying high taxes and facing more and more crime?
00:30:28.260 Come on up.
00:30:29.540 Yeah, I'm in the real estate for the last few years.
00:30:33.300 And, yeah, I have seen many problems for the people listening for the house affordability.
00:30:39.600 The homes are not affordable.
00:30:41.480 They're paying more for the groceries.
00:30:43.580 So it's very difficult to buy, like, groceries, homes, and living with lots of crime.
00:30:49.460 We need to stop the crime.
00:30:51.180 Yeah.
00:30:52.180 stop the crime with this incredible conservative team

00:31:40.620 I've got bad news.
00:31:49.060 I've got some bad news and some good news.
00:31:53.140 It's just bad news for the politicians here.
00:31:56.020 It's good news for everybody else.
00:31:58.080 I made a little announcement today.
00:31:59.600 Did you catch it?
00:32:01.280 Did you make some adjustments to your plans?
00:32:04.160 So here's the plan, my friends.
00:32:06.620 We can't wait for change.
00:32:08.300 So I've announced that we're going to have 100 days of change.
00:32:12.680 We are going to pass three major bills in the first hundred days.
00:32:19.540 Here's what they are.
00:32:21.220 There's the Affordability for a Change Act, which will cut taxes, bureaucracy, and spending.
00:32:28.240 There is the Safety for a Change Act, which will crack down on crime and drugs.
00:32:35.340 And there's the Bring It Home Our Jobs for a Change Act, which will repeal the anti-energy laws and cut taxes on investment.
00:32:45.160 We want all of these things passed within 100 days, 100 days of change.
00:32:54.600 That's the good news.
00:32:55.920 The bad news for the politicians is I've said that I'm cancelling the summer vacation on Parliament Hill until all these bills are passed.
00:33:13.100 Canadians need change more than politicians need vacations.
00:33:18.400 You agree with that?
00:33:19.300 so all the politicians you can go sell your golf clubs on ebay
00:33:27.920 get rid of your your little cottage your cabin you're not going to be using it this summer you
00:33:35.120 can rent it out to a deserving family that needs a break what other plans are you canceling shuv
00:33:41.260 what were you going to do yeah he didn't have any other plans than to work that's the kind of guy
00:33:47.100 We are going to announce that we need 100 days of change for Canadians. 0.96
00:33:58.100 In the 100 days, we are going to adopt the law of accountability to change, to cut taxes,
00:34:06.100 deficits and bureaucracy to change. We are going to adopt the law of security to change,
00:34:15.100 who will put criminals in prison and protect our borders,
00:34:18.340 and we will adopt and bring our jobs to the law,
00:34:23.660 and we will do it in 100 days.
00:34:26.260 No adoption of these laws, no vacation for politicians,
00:34:30.300 we will work all summer to bring change to the law.
00:34:35.460 That's what we will do.
00:34:45.100 more than ever we need hope in this country we need hope after all these
00:34:49.600 desperate years people have been clinging and holding on by a thread
00:34:54.580 trying to feed their families hoping that better days are coming hoping that
00:34:59.440 they'll be able to afford their lives and build their dreams hoping that they
00:35:04.100 can grow their businesses and hire more people hoping that our country can once
00:35:08.140 again be united and safe we know that hope can only exist with change and hope and change
00:35:17.340 are the two ingredients that are propelling me forward through these next few days but
00:35:23.260 the only way we're going to get change is if you vote have you all voted yet
00:35:28.140 are you going to go out and drag your friends and family to vote for a change
00:35:43.980 are you going to reach out to all the people who may have given up on life
00:35:47.500 and tell them that there's hope if they vote for a change
00:35:50.460 we need the biggest voter turnout in canadian history to deliver the change that canadians need
00:35:59.420 politics is not a spectator sport the old saying is if you're not at the table you're on the menu
00:36:07.740 so you got to get out and vote you've got to spread the message now in these final critical
00:36:13.180 days that change is on the way and that hope only comes with a vote and so that is my message to
00:36:19.580 to those people who may be giving up out there,
00:36:22.140 to the senior who's at home choosing between eating and heeding,
00:36:28.020 I'm here to say hope is on the way, change is on the way.
00:36:39.360 To the single mother who goes to bed with her fridge empty, 1.00
00:36:44.340 her bank account empty, and her stomach empty,
00:36:47.320 My message to her is that hope and change are on the way for you too.
00:36:56.680 For the person living on the street, desperately addicted to drugs, unable to find help, thinking of giving up on life, my message to you is hope and change are on the way.
00:37:08.200 We are going to save your life.
00:37:09.420 to the young man i met working in the warehouse in toronto not so long ago who said he feels ashamed
00:37:21.040 because he works non-stop and has no time for his family and no dreams of buying them a home
00:37:28.280 i know i want you to all not only know that hope and change are on the way but that your kids
00:37:34.800 are going to grow up to know that their dad was a hero
00:37:38.320 and that he sacrificed everything for them.
00:37:43.760 To the soldiers, sailors, and airmen
00:37:47.600 who feel left behind by a government
00:37:49.720 that has underfunded and mismanaged our military,
00:37:53.320 I want you to know that Canadians back you
00:37:55.760 and hope and change are on the way to rebuild our forces.
00:38:05.800 To the veterans mistreated by the Ottawa bureaucracy,
00:38:09.580 the veterans for whom we are so grateful,
00:38:12.620 the veterans, hope and change are on the way
00:38:15.680 for you too, my friend.
00:38:17.320 Thank you for your service.
00:38:22.900 To another veteran, we have veterans here,
00:38:24.860 everybody up, give it up for the veterans in this room.
00:38:27.700 hope and change are necessary to bring our country forward and to restore the canadian promise the
00:38:40.660 promise that was made to me as a small child growing up in this city a promise that was made
00:38:46.020 to every single person born here or who arrived here that anyone from anywhere can achieve anything
00:38:53.460 that hard work gets you a beautiful life and an affordable home and a safe street
00:39:00.500 protected by brave police and soldiers under a proud canadian flag we need change my friends
00:39:09.620 Let's bring it home! 0.94
00:39:39.620 We fight for what's right, we're wild and we're free from the mountains to mothers
00:39:49.960 And all you can see is more than just a place of freedom
00:39:55.460 It's all
00:40:00.380 Thank you.
