00:00:00.000 On the site today we've got a very interesting story from our Melanie Rizdin. It was announced
00:00:05.180 recently that the leading cause of death in Alberta was unexplained deaths and so Melanie
00:00:11.180 has taken a deep dive into that and has talked to doctors and lawyers and just to see what exactly
00:00:18.200 was going on and you know the fact that all these unexplained deaths started at really the beginning
00:00:23.900 of the COVID vaccinations but government still doesn't want to look into that particular angle.
00:00:31.440 Jason Kenney, Alberta Premier, celebrated his last one as Premier today with his annual
00:00:36.520 Stampede Breakfast in between flipping pancakes. He announced a new commemorative date. From now on
00:00:43.700 every September 1st will be Alberta Day and unfortunately from what I understand it's not
00:00:49.920 going to be an extra holiday so you're not going to have a super duper Labor Day long weekend but
00:00:54.800 it's just to mark the province and its history. Our Dave Marsden has written a column on Lake
00:01:02.960 Socomey. Always a fun place to go with the kids in the summer but the NDP if you remember brought in
00:01:08.640 an admission of five bucks a piece, five bucks a person and Mr. Marsden is arguing that that should
00:01:15.100 be removed and points out the NDP hypocrisy in opposing the user fees for Kananaskis country that
00:01:23.820 the UCP brought in. We've got a couple of drowning tragedies to report on this morning Corey. It looks
00:01:32.060 like three people have died in an accident in the spray lakes area near Canmore. A boat overturned,
00:01:39.660 one person was able to make it to safety, one was recovered deceased and two are still missing.
00:01:46.380 And if you remember that young Saskatchewan boy, Frank Young who a month or so ago disappeared and
00:01:53.740 there was a massive search, his body was found on the weekend. Sad ending to that story. So the best
00:02:01.740 story of the day coming up shortly, Corey. It's the naked news, literally.
00:02:11.420 Cell phone coverage of the guys streaking through downtown St. Albert and being chased by the RCMP.
00:02:18.140 So that's kind of fun. That'll be up within minutes. Yeah, just to point out, you know,
00:02:21.820 I can see him back there still busily working behind you. I think Rob worked very diligently to
00:02:26.140 make sure that nobody has any glimpses of that fella's dong as he's running by, right? 0.94
00:02:30.620 Rob has been dong invested all morning. He's looked at it, stared at it for hours.
00:02:36.540 Well, he's going to have dong on the mind for quite some time after this, I'm sure. 1.00
00:02:41.260 All right. Well, thanks for the updates, Dave. Looking forward to that story being posted.
00:02:45.740 Thanks, Corey.
