In this episode, I speak with a Canadian citizen who managed to cross the border back into Canada after crossing the border from Mexico to Vancouver, Canada. In this episode we discuss how he managed to get through the border and how he was able to pass through customs without being required to wear a mask.

00:01:10.000my rights there as well so once you have that knowledge and I have I'm very comfortable exercising
00:01:17.620that knowledge as well so what I did was when I got when I landed in Vancouver first of all before
00:01:23.860landing in Vancouver when I when I got my boarding pass in Mexico the lady at the counter said that
00:01:31.860you know are you aware that you're going to Canada you required an arrive can app and I said yes thank
00:01:37.360you that was all that's you know that's all I said but I never downloaded any app never would
00:01:42.460and got on the plane no one confirmed anything no one asked me anything otherwise I I was ready to be
00:01:49.180there for two or three days fighting this and standing my ground because they're not allowed
00:01:53.440to deny me access to a plane to get back to my country so but again you have to be calm and stand
00:02:00.020your ground but nothing happened there so got on the plane got on the connector got in the Mexico City
00:02:05.140got on the flight to Vancouver again it was no issues and as well I did not wear a mask I refused to
00:02:12.040wear a mask I've never worn a mask in this in these two and a half years or before so and I stood my
00:02:18.540ground on that as well then when I arrived into Vancouver the scan my passport got the printout
00:02:26.580it's actually thermal paper it's a larger printout that you get from scanning in your passport getting
00:02:32.040in the line line up to speak with the customs officer and as soon as I arrived at the customs officer and
00:02:39.000he informed me that you know you so he asked me why I'm not wearing a mask and I said I don't wear a mask
00:02:44.820and that was that then he said oh I noticed you don't have your arrive camp built out I said that's
00:02:51.540correct and then he said that I must fill it out and I says I don't require it you're I told him you
00:02:59.820know very well you see these passwords all day long that on the first page it says you cannot deny a Canadian
00:03:06.580citizen entry into Canada and for any other reason and he continued to say well then he'll ask me
00:03:16.960questions and he'll fill out the paper document of the arrived can and again I said I do not consent and
00:03:22.840I will do not comply with that very calmly very clearly and and and again the key is is being calm and
00:03:30.640confident and and and also respectful and and then he started asking me the basic questions about where I went
00:03:39.600what city how long I was there and what what goods that I bring back with me and and so I answered those
00:03:45.600questions I have no issues with those then he went on to ask me the questions and the paper document that they
00:03:51.520arrived and in terms of whether I was vaccinated or not whether with the COVID vaccine whether whether what what is my phone number my cell
00:04:00.480number was where's my address and again I simply and calmly refused all that I said do not consent do not comply with any of that
00:04:07.680information I don't require it then he said he threatened me with calling the RCMP and and I just decided to raise my voice a
00:04:17.520little bit so everyone else around can hear everyone in the lineup behind me I said oh great you're gonna call the RCMP wonderful
00:04:25.440then I'm gonna tell the RCMP all the unlawful demands you're asking of me and then his jaw just dropped
00:04:31.760he didn't know what to do then he said okay wait here I said sure he stood up grabbed my passport and
00:04:38.000print out and started walking out and right away my alarms about my alarms went off and I thought okay
00:04:43.280he's gonna be handing this to a health officer I do not want this in the hands of a health officer so
00:04:48.320immediately I called him out I said do not hand my passport you know and I said it was my property
00:04:54.400um and I said it has to stay here in my site you do not hand it to anyone without my authorization
00:05:00.240he sheepishly turned around put the passport back on the counter and walked out and that's uh then then
00:05:07.200then he came back two minutes later with by himself he didn't bring anyone and he started punching
00:05:12.560into the computer again and again demanding me of uh answering the questions and uh and and and
00:05:19.520requiring that I have to do a testing uh covet testing I'm required to quarantine I'm required
00:05:25.120to speak to the health officer and again I I just said clearly I do not I do not comply I do not consent
00:05:31.200to any of this and uh I refuse this and then he said okay um take this passport and give it to the next
00:05:38.800customs officer on the way out so I walked out I thanked them I walked out got my luggage walked
00:05:44.400in the next line up to walk out of the uh out of the airport I handed my paper document to the uh
00:05:51.360customs officer it happened to be female and she right away out loud oh you need you're required to
00:05:57.040test you're required to quarantine and and again I just said no I do not comply I do not give consent
00:06:03.920to any of that then they asked me to to walk out uh the doors there to speak with a health officer
00:06:11.200and um and I I just walked out and if I encounter them on the other side of the door I would just
00:06:17.120walk right by them there's no reason to for me to do to engage with them whatsoever so I would walk
00:06:22.480out those doors nobody's there no health officer no RCMP officer no customs officer and I just proceeded
00:06:29.360to walk right right out of the airport it was literally that simple I I I thought it was going
00:06:34.480to be a lot more than that but it wasn't it was very simple and I was calm the whole time ready for
00:06:40.000it and I video radio recorded the the whole process so that's basically what happened yeah
