00:01:43.000 And we're in the process, you know, these lawsuits, they come in ebbs and tides.

00:01:52.000 And most of it is done, you know, in confidential, what's called discovery litigation.

00:02:02.000 We're facing very strong resistance from the government.

00:02:17.000 We're also challenging the constitutionality of the so-called USA Patriot Act, as they call it.

00:02:25.000 And Patriot Act 1 and 2, with number 2, In the wings that the government plans to introduce this year, which will be even more severe than Patriot Act 1.

00:02:36.000 And in this new one, Patriot Act 2, they're going to give Bush the right to declare any American citizen a, quote, enemy combatant, end quote, arbitrarily, and then take away your citizenship.

00:02:58.000 We found some very interesting documents and memoranda including several of those advisors around Bush, namely Wolfowitz, Wormser, Fyfe, Pearl, the rest of them.
