Alex Jones Show - 20040614_Mon_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:22.000 All right, my friends, another Monday, a whole week spanning out before us.

00:00:44.000 The 14th day of June, 2004.

00:00:48.000 We'll be live for the next three hours.

00:00:50.000 In the second hour, we have joining us Michael Bagnerik.

00:00:55.000 He is the Libertarian presidential candidate, won out over to Aaron Russo and others.

00:01:01.000 That's in the second hour.

00:01:03.000 In the third hour, back from Italy, from the Bilderberg Group Conference, what is 26th year covering it, Jim Tucker from American Free Press will be giving us the inside scoop on the intelligence he got inside from his moles inside the Bilderberg Group.

00:01:21.000 So that's in the third hour.

00:01:24.000 And then tomorrow, we're going to be having a poll Joseph Watson on, who we normally have on, on Mondays.

00:01:30.000 A lot of other great big guests this week as well.

00:01:33.000 Jumping straight into the news, Treasuries fall as faster inflation may support Fed rate boost.

00:01:43.000 Now, if you don't care about economic numbers and the lending rate, you really should.

00:01:50.000 We'll be getting into that.

00:01:51.000 Also, gas prices dropped for the first time this year.

00:01:55.000 And months ago we found out, the Saudis even said that, oh, we've been asked to lower gas prices with the oil companies in Congress together, working together.

00:02:06.000 I don't mean in the U.S.

00:02:07.000 Congress, I mean together, you know, the Saudis and the oil companies working together in Congress.

00:02:15.000 And so Bush can get re-elected.

00:02:18.000 Well, really, it's bigger than that.

00:02:20.000 They squeeze us for a while, and they let off some of the pressure, but notice the gas prices aren't going back down to what they were two years ago.

00:02:28.000 No, they get it well above $2, then drop it down to $1.89, and you think, oh, this is just so wonderful.

00:02:34.000 And then you're trained, again, to accept higher prices.

00:02:37.000 It's just like the oil shortage.

00:02:40.000 That's admittedly a staged event back in the 70s.

00:02:44.000 Prices never went back down to what they were.

00:02:46.000 This is part of training you.

00:02:48.000 They jack up the price, then they lower it a little bit, and you consider yourself lucky.

00:02:53.000 But it never goes back to the previous level.

00:02:58.000 Also, they're going to put retina scanners in the airports.

00:03:01.000 They were talking about this, but people complained, oh, then it was just for foreigners, and oh, now it's for citizens.

00:03:06.000 Well, yeah.

00:03:08.000 I mean, they face scan and thumb scan people in almost all the states, so why wouldn't they do it to fly on airplanes?

00:03:14.000 This is Big Brother Control Grid going into place.

00:03:19.000 Also, out of the Times Union, Terror Inquiry snares art exhibit.

00:03:26.000 There was a well-known professor, a white guy, wasn't even an Arab.

00:03:29.000 He'd been in big trouble if he was an Arab.

00:03:31.000 Real discrimination there.

00:03:35.000 And he put on a display about genetically engineered crops.

00:03:40.000 You know, with some petri dishes and stuff for students that would come through.

00:03:43.000 I mean, this is pretty simple stuff.

00:03:47.000 It was an art display about genetically engineered crops.

00:03:51.000 Again, had some petri dishes and some beakers and things.

00:03:55.000 Well, the police came to his house because his wife, he's an older gentleman, had died of a heart attack.

00:04:01.000 They saw some Petri dishes and went ahead and arrested him.

00:04:04.000 Doesn't matter if there's video and photos of him at art displays about genetically engineered crops.

00:04:10.000 They're going ahead and got him under terrorism charges for this.

00:04:14.000 Pretty interesting.

00:04:17.000 Also, speaking of DNA, proposition to take DNA and arrest stirs privacy fears, mandatory sampling, on November ballot.

00:04:26.000 And this is out in California.

00:04:28.000 The problem is that they'll take that blood to frame you.

00:04:33.000 Remember a few months ago here in Austin, Texas?

00:04:37.000 They had troops at UT harassing people for their political views.

00:04:40.000 Plainclothes military secret police.

00:04:43.000 Finally hit Newsweek, but they say, you know, it might be needed.

00:04:47.000 No big deal.

00:04:47.000 Troops watching us, you know.

00:04:50.000 And just a bunch of other news.

00:04:51.000 I haven't even scratched the tip of the iceberg.

00:04:53.000 Believe me, you're going to want to stay with us.

00:08:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:08:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:08:10.000 You want answers?

00:08:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:08:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:08:24.000 That's right, my friends, across the United States, in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, all the ships at sea, Listening to us on WWCR, Global Shortwave at 9475, Monday through Friday from 11 to 2 Central Standard Time during the day, back from 9 to midnight at 3210.

00:08:46.000 Blasting out on the internet at infowars.com and prisonplanet.tv and of course on a growing wonderful list of AM and FM affiliates across the land.

00:09:00.000 we have a presidential libertarian candidate the representational candidate i should say michael bagner

00:09:06.000 is from austin texas a good friend of mine

00:09:08.000 coming on the broadcast in the next hour than a third hour beg jim tucker forty six years of infiltrating the bill to

00:09:16.000 burr group for the first ever even report on it back when it didn't

00:09:21.000 exist twenty-plus years ago

00:09:22.000 He's got inside scoops for us yet again, fresh back from Italy, and he'll be joining us in the third hour as well.

00:09:30.000 Our normal Monday guest, Paul Joseph Watson, webmaster for the Prison Planet websites, my websites, will be joining us tomorrow with his special reports.

00:09:40.000 Man, where to start?

00:09:41.000 There's a bunch of secret military police news articles about how they're watching us and taking care of us, and how they're going to take our DNA, and how it's good, and how Big Brother wants to help us.

00:09:52.000 I mean, every day I see Big Brother being recast as a helper.

00:09:55.000 Kind of like he was in 1984.

00:09:56.000 Kind of the view of the Ministry of Truth.

00:10:00.000 So we'll be getting into that.

00:10:01.000 Some good news, I guess.

00:10:02.000 I mean, U.S.

00:10:03.000 High Court lets public schools use Under God in pledge.

00:10:07.000 So if they can remove that, they can remove everything out of our system of government.

00:10:12.000 Though the Under God wasn't added until the last century.

00:10:15.000 Did you know that?

00:10:16.000 In fact, we don't even really have a pledge of allegiance.

00:10:19.000 But interestingly enough, they did create it, but I wish that there would be more fervent defense of the Bill of Rights itself.

00:10:28.000 I mean, it's good that people are defending the pledge, but how about we defend the Bill of Rights itself?

00:10:34.000 This is out of Bloomberg News, public school teachers can continue to lead Recitations of the Pledge of Allegiance with the phrase, Under God, as the U.S.

00:10:45.000 Supreme Court threw out a challenge to the practice by a California atheist.

00:10:51.000 The justices, eight to zero, overturned a federal appeals decision that said a California school district violated the constitutional separation of church and state by requiring teachers to lead the pledge.

00:11:03.000 Five of the eight justices in California, atheist Michael Newdow, lack the legal right to do so, the court said.

00:11:11.000 Three others said the practice is constitutional.

00:11:15.000 Now, and if you want to read the case, it was the case is Elk Grove Unified School District versus Newdow, 02-1624.

00:11:25.000 If you want to go read it, we have a link to it on the website.

00:11:27.000 But look, The same Supreme Court has held up Lord Bush and Hillary Clinton's campaign finance reform where I can't have, say, Larry Pratt of Gun Owners of America on my radio show 60 days before an election.

00:11:45.000 Of course, we're not going to follow that.

00:11:47.000 We'll do whatever we want.

00:11:48.000 It's called the First Amendment.

00:11:50.000 But people thought the Supreme Court would rule against us.

00:11:52.000 Oh, there's no way they'll, you know, allow this censorship.

00:11:55.000 You know, liberal groups can't have their non-profit environmental group on 60 days before an election.

00:12:02.000 But the corporations can give double the money!

00:12:05.000 That's your reform!

00:12:07.000 Silence the people, silence money individuals can give, silence the different organizations that are out there, But double the amount of money corporations can give.

00:12:20.000 You know, the Supreme Court just loves that.

00:12:22.000 The Supreme Court's been ruling against the Second Amendment in different cases.

00:12:26.000 Other federal courts have been doing it.

00:12:27.000 The Supreme Court has been ruling against our borders and saying, oh, we can have open borders and, you know, trucks pouring across violating even our own laws.

00:12:39.000 State laws on traffic and maintenance of the vehicles.

00:12:45.000 The Supreme Court, across the board, says, hey, we don't have to pay you if we have a taking of your land, if it's taken as public domain.

00:12:57.000 The Constitution says the government can do that, but they have to pay you market value.

00:13:01.000 No, no, no.

00:13:02.000 I mean, there's all these Supreme Court rulings that are just horrible.

00:13:07.000 But then they'll do something like, oh, you can leave under God and the Pledge.

00:13:11.000 Because to them, it means nothing.

00:13:14.000 To them, it's just a way to look conservative.

00:13:17.000 You notice they even have these so-called liberals on the Supreme Court, you know, unanimously going along with this.

00:13:23.000 Meanwhile, they're going to go along with Bush's faith-based initiative, billions of dollars, tens of billions of dollars a year to federalize churches, to turn them into government bodies.

00:13:36.000 And of course the churches aren't complaining.

00:13:37.000 They love that idea.

00:13:39.000 Talk about separation of church and state. 0.59

00:13:41.000 The First Amendment says Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

00:13:49.000 That means the government isn't involved in the churches.

00:13:52.000 It doesn't mean that the government regulates and runs the churches and tells you what tax forms to fill out and tells you what you can preach from the pulpit.

00:14:00.000 But that's exactly what they're doing.

00:14:01.000 So the government's saying, oh, that means we're to run the churches.

00:14:05.000 That's separation of church and state.

00:14:07.000 We're to keep their ideas out of government.

00:14:10.000 No, it means government stays out of the regulation of religion, and religion does whatever it wants to.

00:14:18.000 I mean, and that is so strong in the First Amendment, that's why the Hopi Indians are allowed to take, you know, peyote. 1.00

00:14:27.000 Because it's part of their religion.

00:14:28.000 The government's drug laws don't even apply to Native Americans.

00:14:33.000 And frankly, they shouldn't.

00:14:35.000 Because that's the First Amendment.

00:14:37.000 But you see, the Indians, the Native Americans, can go out and take their hallucinogens all day. 1.00

00:14:42.000 The voodoo people can cut goats' heads off in their backyard. 1.00

00:14:46.000 They can do all that stuff.

00:14:48.000 But you, say, working at AT&T or Dell Computer or any of these places, can't have a cool cross at your desk.

00:14:55.000 But right next to you can be the Muslim moon and star or a Wiccan cross. 0.99

00:15:02.000 Folks, it's selective enforcement persecution against Christians.

00:15:09.000 And the so-called Christian leaders are too busy out-promoting the Patriot Act and the police state and world government to be involved defending the Christian population in America. 0.73

00:15:19.000 It makes you very, very angry.

00:15:20.000 So, just window dressing.

00:15:22.000 High Court lets public schools use under God and pledge.

00:15:22.000 The U.S.

00:15:27.000 Why do we even have public schools?

00:15:28.000 There shouldn't even be a debate about this.

00:15:30.000 Public schools, public brainwashing centers.

00:15:34.000 Oh my goodness.

00:15:36.000 You see, when everything's government, they have total government control.

00:15:39.000 But before I continue with all of this, let me give you the toll-free number.

00:15:42.000 We'll take a lot of calls in this first hour.

00:15:44.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:15:45.000 The point I was trying to make is this.

00:15:45.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:15:47.000 two thirty one one eight hundred two five nine nine two three one

00:15:52.000 the point i was trying to make is this the supreme court along with congress and the president

00:15:57.000 republicans democrats alike are dismantling america

00:16:02.000 dismantling the bill of rights and constitution and then having these giant debates

00:16:08.000 over under god in the pledge of allegiance

00:16:13.000 meanwhile republican appointed judges and attorney generals elected

00:16:17.000 i'd get rewards for going after judge roy more with the ten commandment

00:16:21.000 situation in alabama and then bush nomination for you know how even higher

00:16:26.000 courts but because they persecuted more

00:16:29.000 There's the real action!

00:16:33.000 There's the real violation!

00:16:36.000 But you don't hear a discussion of that.

00:16:37.000 Oh, it's a praise Bush, the good Christian conservative.

00:16:42.000 Oh look, Bush is getting our oil prices lowered.

00:16:45.000 Yeah, his owners are the ones that jacked him up to begin with. 0.99

00:16:47.000 I mean, it's just pathetic. 0.97

00:16:50.000 Now, a few months ago, it was in the Wall Street Journal. 0.96

00:16:53.000 It was first in the local student paper.

00:16:55.000 In fact, I got a call on my TV show a week before it was even in the student paper, the Daily Texan.

00:17:04.000 I got a call on TV.

00:17:05.000 I didn't know if it was true or not.

00:17:06.000 They said, yeah, I was at UT at a peace meeting.

00:17:11.000 And there were these guys with shaved heads in suits, getting in people's faces, shoving them around, and they said they were there from the Army and we'd better watch it or we'd be arrested under the Patriot Act.

00:17:23.000 And I said, OK, send me some information.

00:17:25.000 Call local newspapers.

00:17:27.000 I don't know if this is true.

00:17:28.000 Sounds like stuff we've seen before.

00:17:30.000 Then a few days later, I remember it was four or five, six days later, I get emailed the daily text in the student newspaper and it says, well the troops came in and threatened the Dean and demanded video of the conference and said they'd been there at the meeting and that was basically what we got in the mainstream news and the Wall Street Journal picked up on it and elaborated on it and it turned out to be true!

00:17:52.000 Intelligence!

00:17:52.000 The Pentagon's spying on America!

00:17:54.000 Now it's in Newsweek, folks!

00:17:57.000 Now, by the way, for at least I don't know.

00:18:01.000 15, 16, none work.

00:18:02.000 For 17 years, I've got news articles and interviews and documents that this has already been going on.

00:18:08.000 But then it was just thousands of troops in plain clothes.

00:18:11.000 Now, ladies and gentlemen, there are at least 100,000 Lane closed.

00:18:19.000 Sheep dip is what they call it.

00:18:20.000 Where they take a military operator who's taken the questionnaires and says they'll fire on Americans and done all this.

00:18:27.000 They will take them and put them outside the military but still under the military branch.

00:18:32.000 Kind of like special forces and delta force.

00:18:35.000 Where they're above the law and give them basically 007 powers.

00:18:39.000 And you will see 25 year old punks in suits driving Cadillacs around.

00:18:48.000 Harassing people, dealing drugs, framing mayors, running dirty tricks.

00:18:55.000 It's scary, people.

00:18:56.000 It's very scary.

00:18:57.000 And they're ballooning the numbers of these people.

00:19:01.000 June 21st issue.

00:19:03.000 This is the latest news week.

00:19:05.000 Last February, two army counterintelligence agents showed up at the University of Texas Law School.

00:19:11.000 Folks, I've been at rallies before and had these guys bump into me and threaten me and laugh at me and stick a potato in my tailpipe.

00:19:17.000 I don't know if it's these guys, but the same group.

00:19:21.000 It continues, last February, two army counterintelligence agents showed up at the University of Texas Law School and demanded to see the roster.

00:19:28.000 They threatened the dean, people, from a conference of Islamic law held a few days earlier.

00:19:34.000 Their reason?

00:19:35.000 They were trying to track down students who the agents claimed had been asking suspicious questions.

00:19:40.000 I felt like I was in law and order.

00:19:43.000 By the way, that was a separate event where they went to the peace rally.

00:19:47.000 The one getting the attention was the law school where they had military there talking and they didn't like the questions these guys asked.

00:19:52.000 So, multiple issues here.

00:19:54.000 We'll come back, get into the new freedom of the commissars, the political police.

00:20:59.000 Have you ever felt like the United States government knows way too much about your financial affairs?

00:21:05.000 I continue to hear stories about property seizures, frozen bank accounts, confiscation of stocks and bonds.

00:21:11.000 It makes me wonder if the U.S.

00:21:12.000 citizen will ever again have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

00:21:17.000 Unfortunately, with the Drug and Money Laundering Act, the IRS Revenue Ruling 6045 of 1984, and the Trading with the Enemy Act in Franklin D. Roosevelt's Executive Order of 1933, some precious metal holdings are subject to government intervention.

00:21:30.000 For this reason, Midas Resources has prepared a report explaining the boundaries of trading precious metals privately.

00:21:36.000 Whether if you have any intention of trading with Midas Resources or not, I have instructed my representatives to give this report out free.

00:22:04.000 Have you ever wondered what former President George Herbert Walker Bush meant in 1990 by saying the Desert Storm War was a good chance to start the New World Order?

00:22:14.000 The New World Order would cause us to lose our freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution and also our national sovereignty.

00:22:21.000 Is this what Americans want?

00:22:23.000 To be merged into a communist-style one-world government?

00:24:05.000 This show is documented.

00:24:07.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:24:15.000 Alright, continuing with Newsweek and how they're about to radically expand the powers of the secret military police that aren't going to be secret much longer.

00:24:24.000 They're going to be talking to you and your family.

00:24:27.000 They're going to be organizing the neighborhood watch teams, the new Homeland Draft.

00:24:32.000 They're going to be our bosses.

00:24:34.000 They're going to be the police bosses.

00:24:37.000 Last February, two Army counterintelligence agents showed up at the University of Texas Law School and demanded to see their roster from a conference on Islamic law held a few days earlier, where the military spoke and they were confronted.

00:24:48.000 Their reason?

00:24:49.000 They wanted to track down students who the agents claimed had been asking suspicious questions.

00:24:54.000 I felt like I was in law and order, said one student, after being grilled by one of the agents.

00:24:59.000 Oh, the school offered him up to them.

00:25:01.000 The incident provoked a brief campus uproar and the Army later admitted the agents had exceeded their authority.

00:25:07.000 But if the Pentagon has its way, now put your ears on folks, if the Pentagon has its way, the Army may not have to make such amends in the future.

00:25:15.000 Without any public hearing or debate, Newsweek has learned.

00:25:18.000 Oh, you learned?

00:25:19.000 What's in the new Patriot Act?

00:25:21.000 What I call 2.5, because they passed Part 2 last year.

00:25:24.000 This is 2.5.

00:25:26.000 What they didn't pass in war.

00:25:28.000 Newsweek has learned defense officials recently slipped a provision into a bill before Congress that could vastly expand the Pentagon's ability to gather intelligence.

00:25:37.000 Oh, they've been gathering.

00:25:38.000 Inside the United States, including recruiting citizens as informants.

00:25:43.000 Oh! 0.60

00:25:44.000 The Pentagon is going to have citizen informants.

00:25:47.000 They already do.

00:25:48.000 This is now the coming out of the closet, you could say.

00:25:54.000 Oh my goodness.

00:25:57.000 And man, I tell you, there's nothing like when you're out bullhorning the governor's mansion on a city sidewalk to have one of these guys bump into you and go, excuse me, and bug their eyes out at you. 0.70

00:26:07.000 There's nothing like having them working with the police trying to provocateur rallies to try to cause a fight so the black scheme-ass police across the street can attack the gathering. 0.92

00:26:16.000 It is not fun. 0.96

00:26:18.000 And I've been dealing with these people for eight, nine years, and I'm sick of them!

00:26:22.000 They're destroying this country!

00:26:27.000 Well, you don't support the troops?

00:26:28.000 You don't support them in plain clothes, sneaking around, harassing people?

00:26:35.000 Folks, this is it!

00:26:39.000 Okay, now, I'm telling you, conservatively, 100,000 of these goons, and as I told you, they're gonna have, they're gonna be over all the neighborhood watches, they already are in some areas.

00:26:50.000 And all crime is terrorism.

00:26:52.000 They're not going to find a real terrorist to fight, so it's going to be their bosses carrying out the terror.

00:26:57.000 So it's going to be harassing you and your family.

00:27:00.000 It's not enough to have the helicopters based out at Bergstrom here in Austin and in your town surveilling us every evening.

00:27:07.000 That's admitted.

00:27:08.000 I've had JAG officers on this show.

00:27:10.000 I've got family out there at the airport.

00:27:12.000 No, it's not just that.

00:27:13.000 No, it's going to be proactively in your life about your political views and what you're doing and what you're saying and I mean, this doesn't intimidate me.

00:27:21.000 It makes me real angry.

00:27:25.000 So, this is the new America. 0.80

00:27:27.000 And they're announcing all of it now, so when their bosses carry out more terror attacks, they can say, see, it's needed, and you just follow the orders of these young men with their machine guns.

00:27:37.000 They're here to help you, driving around in their vans and their Crown Vicks and their Mercedes and they drive a lot of fancy vehicles around, driving around in their Suburbans, you know, playing, playing G.I.

00:27:48.000 Joe's Spy 007, harassing people that are fighting against the electronic voting machines, harassing people that are against these wars, harassing land rights activists, harassing Second Amendment rallies.

00:28:00.000 That's their new job!

00:28:01.000 Yes, that's what the military's for!

00:28:05.000 And I dug back out the Associated Press article and the London Guardian article about the $70 million in fake newscasts we're now enjoying here in the country.

00:28:14.000 $70 million buy!

00:28:15.000 Just one of the buys from the government.

00:28:18.000 We got General Eberhardt popping off a few months ago in the LA Times about how troops on the streets and watching you were good, and Tommy Frank spouting off about setting aside the constitutional government for military government.

00:28:31.000 I mean, they're talking about it!

00:28:32.000 Openly!

00:28:33.000 Let me just give you a cue.

00:28:36.000 Military in plain clothes is even worse than regular military out on the street corners.

00:28:40.000 I mean, this is so East German, so Soviet, so Nazi, so Communist China, so Fidel's Cuba, so Nicaragua, it doesn't even... it is amazing.

00:28:54.000 I mean, I might as well try to transport myself back to 1980s Guatemala to live in this type of wonderful police state.

00:29:01.000 Just get in the time machine and go back to 1965 East Germany.

00:29:06.000 I mean, this is so un-American, so blatant, and now they want to, they already have turned them loose on us, but they now want to pass the law so they don't get embarrassed and in trouble when they do this. 0.97

00:29:19.000 And shame on you and the military that are doing this.

00:29:22.000 You know, they get young, young guys that are on power trips and give them, you know, the credit cards and the car and all this and they run around with their spy equipment and it's just, just so much fun.

00:29:30.000 But look at who your targets are, boys!

00:29:35.000 You know, you're not in Russia, you're not in China, you're not parachuting into North Korea to take, you know, infrared video of the concentration camps.

00:29:43.000 No, you're at the University of Texas harassing law students! 0.90

00:29:47.000 You are traitors and should be arrested! 0.81

00:29:51.000 We're on the march, the Empire's on the run. 0.95

00:29:55.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:01.000 It's finally here!

00:33:08.000 because there's a war on for your mind alright my friend your calls are coming up here in just a

00:33:22.000 few seconds you

00:33:26.000 A few minutes, I should say.

00:33:27.000 At 1-800-259-9231.

00:33:31.000 But, I mean, I really want you to comment on this, callers.

00:33:34.000 You can talk about whatever else you want, but will you first just comment on this?

00:33:37.000 Newsweek!

00:33:38.000 Now, at first it was, again, on my TV show here in Austin, then the local student newspaper, then in the Wall Street Journal, now in Newsweek.

00:33:45.000 Now, let me just read this one more time.

00:33:48.000 Intelligence!

00:33:49.000 Spying in America!

00:33:49.000 The Pentagon!

00:33:51.000 Last February, two Army counterintelligence agents, and it's a lot more than that, showed up at the University of Texas Law School and demanded to see the roster from a conference ...held the law school a few days earlier.

00:34:03.000 They were trying to track down students who the agents claimed had been asking suspicious questions.

00:34:03.000 Their reason?

00:34:09.000 I felt like I was in law and order, said one student, after being grilled by one of the agents.

00:34:13.000 The incident provoked a brief campus uproar, and the Army later admitted that agents had exceeded their authority, but in the Pentagon had its way, the Army may not have had to make such amends in the future.

00:34:25.000 Without any public hearing or debate, Newsweek has learned defense officials recently slipped a provision into a bill before Congress that would vastly expand the Pentagon's ability to gather intelligence inside the United States, including recruiting citizens as informants.

00:34:42.000 And these guys are actually outside the purview of the Defense Department.

00:34:45.000 They're under CIA control.

00:34:46.000 They've been around for decades, but now it's ballooning, exploding, has nothing to do with terrorism.

00:34:53.000 And again, I have been to, I went to two of the New World Order conferences, they were actually called New World Order conferences, at the LBJ Presidential Library last year.

00:35:05.000 One of my friends went to all five, Kevin Smith.

00:35:09.000 And there'd be 20 people with video cameras.

00:35:12.000 They'd walk over to me, threaten me, turn it off, we'll have you arrested.

00:35:14.000 I'd say, no, go ahead.

00:35:15.000 They'd leave me alone.

00:35:16.000 But the last three times, I didn't go.

00:35:18.000 They'd have CIA directors there, you name it.

00:35:21.000 And they would bump into Kevin, push him, shove him.

00:35:23.000 I had some of that happen to me.

00:35:24.000 You know, young guys with short haircuts and suits.

00:35:27.000 You know, we're here with the general.

00:35:29.000 We're here with the general, business general.

00:35:34.000 MAGUS.

00:35:34.000 What is it?

00:35:34.000 It's over UT.

00:35:36.000 Looks like Darth Vader or something.

00:35:37.000 This guy just radiates evil.

00:35:40.000 And so that's the new America. 0.52

00:35:41.000 We've already had some fun with them.

00:35:44.000 You know, they're just there to make sure the higher learning institutions, you know, there's no rule against videotaping unless you're against this.

00:35:49.000 And then the troops are just going to tell you to shut it off and they'll arrest you.

00:35:52.000 It's all part of having troops.

00:35:52.000 Troops!

00:35:55.000 And so this is the new America.

00:35:57.000 I mean, you ought to try being in a small town in northern Florida.

00:36:02.000 In Brooksville and having police and military in plainclothes threatening to arrest you, you know, for walking down the street.

00:36:10.000 Because you're, you know, exposing their Delta Force takeover drills.

00:36:13.000 And by the way, that's all in the takeover.

00:36:17.000 My second police state film.

00:36:18.000 I mean, this is what's going on, boys and girls!

00:36:22.000 And this isn't America!

00:36:24.000 Now, what do you think about this?

00:36:26.000 By the way, these articles are on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com and I know Paul Watson's listening from England, the webmaster for PrisonPlanet.tv and PrisonPlanet.com.

00:36:39.000 Paul, we all get the Daily Texan article from a few months ago, the Wall Street Journal from a few months ago, I think we have them saved, and this Newsweek article.

00:36:46.000 Let's post them all in a little section, because people can't believe this.

00:36:50.000 Also, post a little section if you can.

00:36:52.000 I'm giving orders here on the air, folks.

00:36:54.000 That's how busy I am.

00:36:56.000 I want to post a section Take the New York Times, the Associated Press, and that London Guardian article about the $70 million in fake newscasts that are airing around the country.

00:37:05.000 People still can't believe that, even though we've posted it and it's been in the news.

00:37:09.000 I want to just, you know, these are key issues.

00:37:11.000 We've posted the cancer viruses and the mercury in the vaccine section.

00:37:15.000 That was done for you last week.

00:37:17.000 What happens is we post these every few weeks, and one of these articles comes out, and then it gets buried in the archives.

00:37:22.000 We're trying to put them all in subsections for you as resources.

00:37:26.000 Let's go ahead and go to the calls.

00:37:28.000 Emmett in Pennsylvania.

00:37:29.000 Emmett, go ahead.

00:37:32.000 Good to talk to you, Emmett.

00:37:33.000 Hello, Alex.

00:37:35.000 What's next in our institutions of higher learning?

00:37:39.000 Lecture shock to make sure that the students believe in the government?

00:37:46.000 Guy Trait or whatever, in the right way?

00:37:49.000 Yeah, well, let me ask you.

00:37:51.000 Here they are.

00:37:52.000 I've been laying this out for years in my films, but now it's just mainstream.

00:37:55.000 Well, the troops are going to be organizing your neighborhood watches, and watching you, and fighting terror and crime, and manning the cameras in your cities, and just playing close troops, driving around in black vans, grabbing people.

00:38:06.000 What's wrong with that?

00:38:08.000 Well, the city of Baltimore, Maryland, they're wired with TV.

00:38:11.000 Camera scanning for Homeland Security.

00:38:14.000 Every city is now.

00:38:16.000 All these cameras are wired through Homeland Security.

00:38:18.000 Now, last Thursday morning, three individuals were on After Dark with George Norrie, talking about 9-11.

00:38:26.000 And they didn't seem to get too far.

00:38:31.000 They were just, you know, like, guessing and moving around.

00:38:34.000 But then, Saturday morning, Art Bell, who would believe in outer aliens and so on, He says, oh, 9-11, that wasn't a government thing.

00:38:47.000 There's no real concrete proof.

00:38:49.000 If the government had anything to do with 9-11.

00:38:51.000 This is Art Bell.

00:38:53.000 Yeah, I wish I could come on the show to talk about 9-11, because they specifically, you know, and George did let me talk about it some when I was on by myself.

00:39:01.000 When I was on the roundtable, it was all about secret societies.

00:39:04.000 By the way, they're going to re-air that roundtable July 1st, I'm told.

00:39:07.000 Oh, thank you.

00:39:08.000 Yeah, but who knows?

00:39:10.000 Someday I'm going to get on there about 9-11, hopefully.

00:39:12.000 I've been, believe me, trying.

00:39:14.000 Have you, did you hear Tech's Mars program this weekend?

00:39:18.000 He talked about Nick Berg working with the Israeli Mossad to cause hatred among the Arabs.

00:39:26.000 No, I missed that.

00:39:28.000 Oh, that was excellent.

00:39:30.000 I'll have to get text on about that.

00:39:31.000 Yeah, that was excellent.

00:39:32.000 Very good.

00:39:33.000 Alright, what else is on your mind, Emmett?

00:39:35.000 That's it.

00:39:36.000 Thank you.

00:39:36.000 Alright, good to hear from you.

00:39:39.000 Look, I can only commend how much truth they're allowing out on that national show.

00:39:43.000 I mean, it really has shifted gears.

00:39:46.000 Before, they'd have about one, you know, guest about the New World Order out of ten.

00:39:50.000 Now it's five out of ten.

00:39:51.000 And a lot of powerful guests.

00:39:54.000 I mean, I'm impressed.

00:39:55.000 I have to admit it.

00:39:57.000 Russ in Alabama.

00:39:58.000 Russ, you're on the air.

00:39:59.000 Go ahead.

00:40:00.000 Good morning, Mr. Alex.

00:40:01.000 This is Russ in Alabama.

00:40:04.000 I heard a reading of that Supreme Court ruling regarding the pledge.

00:40:10.000 Yes.

00:40:11.000 And I haven't been able to see it online yet, because I've got my line tied up, obviously.

00:40:17.000 What I heard was astoundingly alarming.

00:40:21.000 Evidently, this ruling was a pretext to rule against parental rights.

00:40:30.000 Because the quote that I heard of Gary Brownfield reading the article said that the Supreme Court ruled that this particular atheist Did not have the authority to speak for his own child on whose behalf he was

00:40:50.000 Well, that's the point I was making.

00:40:51.000 While the government takes over the religions in the country, takes over the Christian Church, abolishes the Bill of Rights, and I do have the article here in front of me, it is true, that's why the liberals, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, voted for it. 0.85

00:41:03.000 I mean, wake up folks!

00:41:05.000 8-0!

00:41:05.000 Do you really think that?

00:41:07.000 I mean, you know, what's wrong with you out there?

00:41:10.000 Oh, we can have under God, but yes, you're right.

00:41:13.000 Then there's the twist of, now there's no parental rights, Great point.

00:41:17.000 I'm glad Brownfield made that.

00:41:19.000 I didn't hear him make it.

00:41:20.000 No, he didn't make it.

00:41:21.000 He glossed over it.

00:41:22.000 But he read this in the quote.

00:41:25.000 Now, interestingly, you know that this is a major departure from the entire common law traditions of this country and before.

00:41:33.000 Well, people, you know what?

00:41:34.000 This is a very serious, complex issue.

00:41:37.000 And frankly, I'm against pledges and oaths because the Bible says you're not supposed to do it.

00:41:42.000 but at the same time it's such a balkanized issues the so-called liberals act like they're against something when it was actually uh... it was a big socialist national magazine that brought forward the pledge and got this added They bring it forward, and then under that pretext, we don't particularly have a problem with under God and all that.

00:42:00.000 I mean, I believe we're under God and all that.

00:42:01.000 We should be.

00:42:02.000 Then they can make us do other pledges, you understand?

00:42:05.000 And then kind of this East German lining up and chanting.

00:42:08.000 So it's a sophisticated issue, and overall I agree with you, and of course they did something bad in this, but people won't see that, and so why even talk about it?

00:42:16.000 Well, you know, in the freedom traditions of our country, the husband speaks for his wife and the parents speak for their children.

00:42:24.000 So they're taking the opportunity to appear to uphold God and eradicate, you know, 200, 300 years of common law tradition.

00:42:32.000 And here's an example of how that works.

00:42:34.000 The neocons come out and are for school vouchers.

00:42:38.000 The so-called liberals put on an act like they're against it.

00:42:41.000 But then I read their own policy reports, they love it!

00:42:44.000 Because that will federalize all the private schools and set up the curriculum there as well and bring control in.

00:42:52.000 And then conservatives go out and promote vouchers when it's exactly what they want.

00:42:56.000 You don't want a voucher.

00:42:57.000 You want a pure tax credit, folks.

00:42:59.000 But no, we're not going to have that.

00:43:00.000 We're going to have tens of billions of dollars of vouchers taken over the schools.

00:43:03.000 It's like a faith-based initiative.

00:43:05.000 Democrats act like they're against it, while covertly actually promoting it.

00:43:09.000 Federal control over churches.

00:43:11.000 It's incredible, people.

00:43:13.000 And the other point that's made is equally valid.

00:43:16.000 If you want to know what it is to pledge allegiance, just look up allegiance in a law dictionary.

00:43:22.000 It's sort of like everybody saying, I'll whoever, in the morning, the children being made to do it.

00:43:28.000 And that's an ancillary issue, but the parental rights thing is in your face, and oh my gosh.

00:43:32.000 Well, that's about it, Alex.

00:43:33.000 Yeah, I've actually got the lengthy ruling here.

00:43:35.000 Let me dig it out.

00:43:36.000 I'll try to find that quote.

00:43:37.000 I did scan over it this morning and had forgotten about it.

00:43:40.000 Thanks for pointing it out.

00:43:41.000 Thank you.

00:43:42.000 You can link through in this AP article about it and read the ruling for yourself on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

00:43:50.000 You know, he's absolutely right.

00:43:51.000 And again, things are more sophisticated than just, you know, the issues they put out there.

00:43:55.000 They'll tell you one thing when it's really another.

00:43:59.000 And that is very, very interesting points that Russ just made, and I hope you were listening to him.

00:44:06.000 But this is all just very, very serious.

00:44:08.000 Eric, where are you calling us from?

00:44:11.000 I'm calling from Tennessee, Alex.

00:44:12.000 Welcome, go ahead.

00:44:13.000 How are you doing today?

00:44:14.000 Good.

00:44:15.000 What I was wanting to call about, I have actually got a whole lot of things on my mind, but I'll try to keep it brief.

00:44:21.000 First of all, I am so relieved that the week of deifying Ronald Reagan on the news is over with.

00:44:29.000 I tell you what, I thought I was watching a sequel to Weekend at Bernie's or something.

00:44:33.000 They wouldn't put the guy on the ground, would they?

00:44:35.000 They kept sitting there deifying him like he was a Soviet leader.

00:44:39.000 You know how the Soviet Union When they were still in power, and they're in power now over here in the United States, they just moved from Russia to here, but I'll tell you what, they would sit there and they would be like 30 days parading the guy around over there, like Brezhnev and all them, and last week reminded me just that, that he was being deified, and our glorious leaders are now being put up on these super high pedestals that we have to start worshipping. 0.66

00:45:04.000 Well, my wonderful soul surviving grandparent is no blobs ronald reagan 1.00

00:45:11.000 uh... but she she's a devout christian and she said you know if you get it

00:45:15.000 really was idle worship it really was leader worship it really did go too far

00:45:22.000 why can notice the so-called liberal media was out there praising him and

00:45:25.000 and and all he's the best ever Because it makes you love the government.

00:45:30.000 It makes you love the system.

00:45:33.000 It's a huge boost for Bush in the polls.

00:45:36.000 That's right.

00:45:37.000 His dad up there crying, that was totally staged.

00:45:40.000 Yes, it was.

00:45:41.000 I mean, all of this is disgusting propaganda.

00:45:46.000 You know, using the memory of Ronald Reagan for their own age.

00:45:49.000 And it went on, and it's still going on.

00:45:52.000 Oh, I know.

00:45:52.000 They're still putting blips in.

00:45:54.000 But they also got the big benefit of covering up a lot of big news that took place last week.

00:45:59.000 Well, I didn't watch a lot of the different services, but I will read the transcripts.

00:46:03.000 A lot of Illuminati language in there.

00:46:05.000 Yep.

00:46:05.000 A lot of weird statements.

00:46:07.000 It was something else.

00:46:07.000 attention to what's going on around me. Well I didn't watch a lot of the

00:46:10.000 different services but I will read the transcripts a lot of Illuminati language

00:46:14.000 in there. Yep. A lot of weird statements. It was something else. Thanks for the call.

00:46:19.000 And again Ronald Reagan and George Herbert Walker Bush hated each other.

00:46:24.000 This was in major newspapers in 1980.

00:46:25.000 Reagan called him a globalist, trilateral commission member.

00:46:29.000 It's clear that the Bushes were intimately involved with the Hinkley's.

00:46:33.000 They've already gone over all this.

00:46:34.000 And to have Bush Sr.

00:46:35.000 I didn't see that up there crying. 0.96

00:46:37.000 It was just amazing propaganda, people.

00:46:41.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Eric in Connecticut.

00:46:43.000 Eric, go ahead.

00:46:43.000 Hi, Alex.

00:46:44.000 Greetings from Skull and Bones country.

00:46:46.000 That's right.

00:46:46.000 Welcome.

00:46:47.000 Thanks.

00:46:48.000 Interesting.

00:46:49.000 The Posse Comitatus Act seems to be getting run through the shredder more and more every day.

00:46:54.000 And I emailed you an article from my local paper, The New London Day, and it is a news article about what's going on in my own hometown of East Lyme.

00:47:03.000 Town National Guard Ponder Partnership.

00:47:06.000 The only plant currently under consideration calls for East Lyme to collaborate with the Connecticut National Guard and move its Police Department Fire Marshal's Office Emergency Management Department, Dispatch Center, into a 37,000 square foot building at Camp Roland in Nianic.

00:47:22.000 And they go on and talk about the cost.

00:47:24.000 They talk about how they're going to set up cameras in town to monitor and surveil.

00:47:30.000 And they also... Did you send that to tips... tipsitinfourwars.com.

00:47:34.000 This is a big story out there.

00:47:35.000 When did you send this?

00:47:36.000 This morning.

00:47:38.000 Okay, also go to prisonplanet.com and it says contact Webmaster.

00:47:42.000 Email Paul as well to make sure that gets posted.

00:47:44.000 Now look, I've seen this coast-to-coast.

00:47:48.000 Here in Austin, the old Berkshire Air Force Base was turned into an international airport.

00:47:54.000 And about a third of the base, a little under a third, is still a military base.

00:47:58.000 And they've merged the APD and a bunch of other offices in with the military, with the regular Army, National Guard, and the APD, as well as the Sheriff's Department.

00:48:08.000 And nationwide, they've run the cameras out of the command base.

00:48:11.000 And yes, military bases over every city.

00:48:14.000 And this is total martial law being set up right in front of us.

00:48:18.000 Please continue.

00:48:19.000 Thanks Alex.

00:48:20.000 They talk about the locals wanting to set up a Homeland Security liaison.

00:48:24.000 See, and that's what the Newsweek just said.

00:48:28.000 The secret military in plain clothes running your local neighborhood watch.

00:48:32.000 They said it's the country's first such municipal guard.

00:48:35.000 Yeah, they always say it's always the first and we're so proud it is not.

00:48:40.000 And you know what Alex, it's scary.

00:48:42.000 This is happening right now.

00:48:43.000 It's funny, I was about to say, does the article say we're the first?

00:48:45.000 It always says that.

00:48:46.000 Yeah, well it does right here.

00:48:47.000 Oh yeah, it says, the first such collaboration on a national, uh, first such municipal guard collaboration on a national guard base.

00:48:57.000 Total lie!

00:48:58.000 And you know what, it's scary Alex, because this is now, this stuff is happening in my own backyard.

00:49:03.000 Of course it's happening everywhere!

00:49:05.000 Yep, but you know, it's funny because now, Now all of a sudden, people don't care until Errol Knox gets gored.

00:49:12.000 Oh, so people are starting to understand that having the entire city government under the military's control isn't a good idea?

00:49:20.000 Exactly.

00:49:21.000 And they talk about one of the local state senators, Melody Peters, the Democrat of Old Lyon, says it's going to save the town millions, Peters says.

00:49:29.000 It's going to save the federal government and the state money by forming a partnership it's just ideal because our

00:49:34.000 biggest concern and threat since 9-11

00:49:36.000 has been the safety of the residents of this area. Now bear in mind that we're here...

00:49:40.000 By the way, they've been reporting for two years they're putting in CIA offices in every major city now they're

00:49:45.000 moving into the medium-sized towns and and and

00:49:47.000 folks folks I just read Newsweek saying this and So in that partnership, there's the ability to be able to respond quickly to more global issues besides just the local issues.

00:49:59.000 Hey, here's what you better do.

00:50:00.000 You better form a local group against it, hand out hundreds of flyers, thousands of flyers, explaining what it is.

00:50:06.000 You better have public showings of my police state videos, and you better do it now.

00:50:10.000 Yeah, well, I'm planning on it.

00:50:11.000 I'm also working on a letter to the editor of the paper.

00:50:14.000 Uh, exposing this and talking about this as well and explaining why this is not a good idea.

00:50:20.000 Well, it's the same thing all over.

00:50:21.000 I mean, these are the command bases and it even says the cameras are wired through it.

00:50:26.000 Wow, they're being quite honest.

00:50:27.000 Yeah, they actually say that and it's, you know, basically they're talking about the town being married to the Connecticut National Guard.

00:50:35.000 I mean, that's wonderful.

00:50:38.000 Wonderful!

00:50:39.000 Why don't you tell us the news headline and the name of the paper?

00:50:42.000 It's the New London Day in Connecticut, and it's Town National Guard Ponder Partnership.

00:50:49.000 And I emailed it to tipsitinfoldwars.com, and I will send a link of this to Paul.

00:50:56.000 All right, very powerful information.

00:57:51.000 Clayton in Missouri.

00:57:54.000 Go ahead, sir.

00:57:55.000 Hey, good morning Alex.

00:57:56.000 How you doing?

00:57:57.000 Pretty scary stuff going on.

00:57:58.000 Yes, it is.

00:58:00.000 It's getting scary.

00:58:01.000 You know, I was watching the news this weekend and they broke the story that what happened at Abu Ghraib was not an aberration.

00:58:09.000 They actually showed the Pentagon documents from two years ago, where they changed the definition of torture, where it basically allowed just about anything except killing them.

00:58:20.000 Yeah, that came out last week.

00:58:21.000 We covered it.

00:58:22.000 Just the Pentagon saying, we are above the law.

00:58:24.000 They actually said, we are above all laws.

00:58:26.000 Right.

00:58:27.000 And to connect in, are we going to a break?

00:58:30.000 Yeah, keep going.

00:58:32.000 Tex Morris was talking about Nick Berg, that he was a Mossad agent on the CIA payroll.

00:58:37.000 And the same Iraqi prisoners that were tortured were the ones that executed Nick Berg under the orders of the CIA.

00:58:47.000 Very interesting.

00:58:48.000 Stay there, we'll talk more about it.

00:58:51.000 Skyrocketing oil prices, the economy on the brink, the plunging dollar, terrorism, the government spending $1.80 for every dollar it collects.

00:59:00.000 Never in the history of our country have we faced so many threats to our freedoms, rights, and individual security.

00:59:05.000 How long can we continue without a fracture occurring?

00:59:08.000 With the events that recently rocked the elections in Spain, what will happen as we get closer to our own elections?

00:59:13.000 Now is the time to begin preparing for such threats.

00:59:48.000 And tell them Alex Jones sent you.

01:00:00.000 Government cover-ups.

01:00:02.000 You want answers?

01:00:04.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:05.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:09.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:15.000 All right, my friends.

01:00:17.000 Now into the second hour of global transmission against tyranny.

01:00:21.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

01:00:24.000 Michael Bagnerik, the Libertarian Presidential Candidate, a good friend of mine from out here in Austin, Texas, is joining us.

01:00:30.000 Then in the third hour, Jim Tucker from American Free Press, 26 years covering the Bilderberg Group, he just got back and has posted some new articles that we have on the website from the Bilderberg Group meeting in Italy.

01:00:43.000 That's in the third hour.

01:00:45.000 In the first hour, I got into this Newsweek article admitting that secret military police are going to run our neighborhood watch programs, are going to control our lives, How they're harassing people at rallies, going after people.

01:00:57.000 A total, you know, Sovietization of America, Nazification. 0.93

01:01:01.000 And then callers call in going, oh yeah, the National Guard's taking over our police department, merging it, you know, with the new city building.

01:01:08.000 And the same thing here in Austin.

01:01:09.000 I mean, that isn't freedom, ladies and gentlemen.

01:01:13.000 But going back to Clayton in Missouri, I haven't heard the show.

01:01:17.000 People are saying Tex Marge was getting into Nicholasburg.

01:01:20.000 He supposedly got his head cut off.

01:01:23.000 All I know is that Nicholas Berg has a classic intelligent agent background.

01:01:27.000 He drops out of an Ivy League school with an almost perfect grade point average with a bag of electronic tricks to help people worldwide.

01:01:34.000 He works with a member of the Iraqi group that's been caught in smuggling things for organized crime.

01:01:41.000 He was also on the payroll of the State Department.

01:01:43.000 He works at Abu Ghraib Prison.

01:01:45.000 He's involved with two of the hijackers On and on and on.

01:01:50.000 Then, where he supposedly gets his head cut off, it's the same color paint as Abu Ghraib.

01:01:54.000 He's sitting in the same white chairs they've got.

01:01:57.000 On and on and on.

01:01:58.000 All I know is it stinks to high heaven.

01:02:00.000 And top forensic experts, I mean, major university heads in the U.S.

01:02:03.000 have said the video's obviously fake.

01:02:05.000 Just from forensics, then video experts have looked at it and said it's fake.

01:02:09.000 So with that background, go ahead and say what you're going to say, Clayton.

01:02:12.000 Well, that's basically most of what Tex was saying.

01:02:17.000 That he was a low-level Mossad agent, but he was on the CIA payroll, which makes me wonder... He did have the Israeli passport, but what other evidence did Tex have that he was Mossad?

01:02:27.000 I think the evidence shows CIA.

01:02:30.000 Well, he was on the CIA payroll, but he was recruited by Mossad, which... I wanted to ask you the question, does this mean that our intelligence agencies are intertwined?

01:02:41.000 Of course they are.

01:02:43.000 Okay.

01:02:44.000 But, I mean, if you want to know who the heart of it is, the big bosses, the real experts are the British. 1.00

01:02:50.000 They sit above our intelligence and Israel's below that. 1.00

01:02:53.000 Okay.

01:02:56.000 And I want to ask a question.

01:02:57.000 Are intelligence agencies intertwined across the world, like the British MI6, the CIA?

01:03:03.000 To some degree.

01:03:04.000 Okay.

01:03:05.000 So, yeah, they do cooperate and do black ops together.

01:03:09.000 But, yeah, he basically said that He was sacrificed to deflect attention from the torture on the Iraqi prisoners.

01:03:19.000 He laid out, well he talked about it for about a half an hour.

01:03:22.000 It would be nice if you could get text on the air and go over it.

01:03:25.000 Yeah, I will.

01:03:26.000 Thanks for the call.

01:03:27.000 God bless.

01:03:27.000 I appreciate it.

01:03:29.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Alan.

01:03:32.000 Alan, you're on the air.

01:03:33.000 Where are you calling us from?

01:03:34.000 I will.

01:03:35.000 Let's put him on hold.

01:03:36.000 Let's put him on hold.

01:03:37.000 It's a big rule on Talk Radio to turn your radios off.

01:03:42.000 And we don't have time to go to calls right now.

01:03:44.000 We've got a guest coming up, but we'll go to your calls when Michael Bagnerik, the Libertarian presidential candidate, joins us coming up here in the next segment.

01:03:52.000 Then, of course, we'll get into Bilderberg Group in the third hour.

01:03:55.000 I've got a bunch of news on the interest rate, a bunch of key news on oil prices.

01:04:03.000 And we'll also get into just a ton of other police state news.

01:04:08.000 Plus, researchers exposed to anthrax.

01:04:10.000 We talked about this some on Friday.

01:04:12.000 This is out of the Associated Press.

01:04:14.000 This is another example of how dangerous these bioweapons labs are. 0.55

01:04:17.000 Every month or so I hear of some lab leaking something.

01:04:20.000 A Russian dying of Ebola in a foot and mouth in England.

01:04:24.000 West Nile here, botulism there, and now they're going to create even more deadly strains.

01:04:30.000 We know they're already created.

01:04:31.000 They say they're now creating them.

01:04:32.000 You know that means it was a decade ago.

01:04:35.000 At these level four bioweapons labs all over the country.

01:04:38.000 So we'll get into that as well.

01:04:40.000 The websites are infowars.com, prisonplanet.com, and prisonplanet.tv.

01:04:47.000 Stay with us.

01:04:48.000 The Libertarian presidential candidate straight ahead.

01:04:53.000 Alex Jones here, announcing the release of my new film, Police State 3 Total Enslavement.

01:08:00.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:08:06.000 We're now 8 minutes and 20 seconds into this second hour.

01:08:13.000 Thank you for joining us.

01:08:14.000 Again, next hour, Big Jim Tucker, American Free Press.

01:08:17.000 His 26th visit to the Bilderberg Group meeting.

01:08:20.000 He just got back from Italy.

01:08:21.000 Always gives us big scoops.

01:08:23.000 We're talking 10-12 months before they develop, because Bilderberg Group really does set much of the policy for the globe, for the world.

01:08:31.000 Over the next 50 minutes, we're joined by Michael Bagnerich, a good friend of mine, who has done a lot of great work.

01:08:40.000 He's a libertarian right here in Austin, Texas.

01:08:42.000 He beat out Aaron Russo, the libertarian presidential candidate spot.

01:08:47.000 And he's, I mean, I couldn't think of a better candidate.

01:08:49.000 Both those men were great.

01:08:50.000 And he is truly informed of the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

01:08:54.000 And I've got questions for Michael Bagnerik, how he would handle things, what he's going to use this powerful stump bully pulpit to get the word out.

01:09:04.000 And it's great to have him on with us.

01:09:06.000 Mr. Bagnerik, good to have you on, buddy.

01:09:08.000 Hey Alex, how are you?

01:09:09.000 Good to talk to you again.

01:09:11.000 You bet.

01:09:11.000 I tell you, so many people, friends of mine, are out there just having huge effects all over the globe and this is really exciting and it's been great to see you on C-SPAN and see you getting the word out about the New World Order.

01:09:27.000 Well, we thank you for all the work that you have done and you have been just basically an icon here in Austin.

01:09:35.000 I commend you for all the hard work that you do.

01:09:38.000 Well, I don't want to go into it.

01:09:39.000 I mean, thanks for those kind of words, but I mean, Michael, you've done such amazing work.

01:09:43.000 A documentary you made with Chris Athanas a few years ago about the Constitution, I consider to be preeminent on that subject.

01:09:50.000 I mean, you have truly studied this thing up one side and down the other and put it into function in your daily life.

01:09:57.000 But before we go any further, just in a few minutes, What was the process like as you were chosen by the delegates to be the Libertarian presidential candidate, beating out some formidable competition?

01:10:10.000 Well, Saturday was the debate, and I was under the impression that I had a 15-minute speech to give, and I had been preparing that.

01:10:18.000 And then discovered that I had a three-minute opening and a five-minute closing, which, you know, was fairly easy.

01:10:25.000 I was able to listen to Aaron and Gary Nolan give their answers most of the time, which gave me just a few minutes to prepare for my answers.

01:10:36.000 Now, showing my ignorance, a week ago the station was reporting that you had won, or was that just one round?

01:10:43.000 Well, that was the debate.

01:10:46.000 I clearly won the debate, just basically because my answers were short, to the point, and I constantly referenced the Constitution.

01:10:55.000 I was trying not to talk to the delegates in the convention, but to the people watching C-SPAN.

01:11:02.000 I was trying to deliver my message to non-libertarians, so that we can grow the party and make a real difference.

01:11:09.000 And apparently the delegates saw that, they saw how effective my answers were, and I was a come-from-behind candidate.

01:11:16.000 And the vote was taken on Sunday afternoon.

01:11:20.000 And what was the result of that?

01:11:22.000 Well, the result, there were actually three votes taken.

01:11:25.000 It was a very close race.

01:11:27.000 Aaron Russo, Gary Nolan, and I all came with 33% of the vote.

01:11:33.000 All three candidates got Uh, roughly the same number of votes within, like, twelve votes of each other.

01:11:40.000 And so, the drama, the suspense, waiting for additional votes, and at the end, when the smoke cleared, I had come ahead and beat Aaron Derouso in the third vote.

01:11:54.000 How did Aaron take that?

01:11:56.000 Aaron was very graceful.

01:11:58.000 Aaron and I have been friends for as long as he's been in the campaign.

01:12:02.000 The people from the Aaron Russo campaign have been helping the Badnarek campaign.

01:12:07.000 The same is said for Gary Nolan.

01:12:10.000 In previous libertarian conventions, the membership has become, you know, divided and split because of hard feelings as to who won the candidacy.

01:12:22.000 And I fully admit that I was not everyone's First choice.

01:12:26.000 But I think that I was everyone's favorite second choice.

01:12:30.000 And when I won the nomination, I think that 80 or 90 percent of the Libertarian membership was fully behind me.

01:12:37.000 We are pulling the party together.

01:12:39.000 We're developing a large amount of energy and synergy as all of these previous campaigns start to working together.

01:12:46.000 And we are having a huge media that people are calling to find out about the come from behind candidate.

01:12:55.000 And I point out that if I can come from behind in our party nomination, that there is a possibility that I could come from behind in the election.

01:13:04.000 Well, Mike, I have no doubt that if they actually let you on the stage with the two cousins, the two Skull and Bones members, that you'd wipe the floor with them.

01:13:13.000 If you were given proper media attention, I have no doubt that you wouldn't be our next president.

01:13:17.000 Four of the CIA voting machines didn't get in the way.

01:13:20.000 But, bottom line, you'll be able to educate tens of millions of people in the process, and grow the Libertarian Party, and get more of what I would call Constitutional Libertarians, that's kind of the more conservative Libertarians, I would put you in that strata.

01:13:35.000 That's my job, and I appreciate you having me on the show.

01:13:39.000 What I'd like to do is point people to our website, lp.org, which is obviously for Libertarian Party.

01:13:46.000 They can also call 1-800-Libertarian.

01:13:50.000 6-8-2-1776.

01:13:51.000 And we will be happy to send you more information about my campaign and about the Libertarian Party in general.

01:13:57.000 Absolutely.

01:13:57.000 I'd like to keep you with us for a while so we can take calls and get more into your platform.

01:14:00.000 But first off, you're here in Austin.

01:14:03.000 A couple months ago, secret military police out harassing people, threatening them at the law school just because they asked a general a serious question about the treatment of detainees at Abu Ghraib.

01:14:16.000 Even before that was breaking in the news, folks, they brought up the mistreatment and they got pretty shook up by that.

01:14:21.000 I've been at meetings at the LBJ Center where we had the military in plain clothes bumping into us, harassing us, telling us we can't videotape while everybody else can.

01:14:33.000 Newsweek reports that they're going to set up military garrisons in the cities, have them running neighborhood watch.

01:14:38.000 The total violation of the Tenth Amendment and the Posse Comitatus Act.

01:14:42.000 Number one, I'm sure you're aware of all this.

01:14:44.000 How would you counter this if you were president?

01:14:47.000 What we need to do is we need to scale back federal power.

01:14:50.000 We need to, in most cases, give that power to the state and in several other cases give that to the county governments.

01:14:58.000 We, the people, ordain and establish the Constitution.

01:15:01.000 We invented Congress and therefore they work for us.

01:15:06.000 Clearly they are acting.

01:15:08.000 As if they work, you know, as if we work for them.

01:15:11.000 And so, as you said earlier, my job is to spread the libertarian message, teach people about the Constitution, so that we, the people, can take back our cherished Republic.

01:15:22.000 Amazing!

01:15:23.000 And, I mean, the Patriot Act 1 and 2, now they've got 2.5 because they passed part of 2 last year, now they're trying to pass the rest and more.

01:15:34.000 I mean, speak about the Patriot Act, your knowledge of it, and how you're going to try to educate people on that subject.

01:15:39.000 Well, the Patriot Act is the most egregious named piece of legislation.

01:15:42.000 It is anything but patriotic.

01:15:44.000 It violates the Fourth Amendment because, theoretically, government agents could come in and do a search of your home without a warrant.

01:15:53.000 Which violates the Fourth Amendment.

01:15:55.000 The Sixth Amendment protects your right to assistance of counsel.

01:15:59.000 And according to the Patriot Act, theoretically, they can label you a terrorist, throw you in jail with no indictment, no time frame, no phone call, no assistance of counsel.

01:16:09.000 And the truth of the matter is that in the United States, we are innocent until proven guilty.

01:16:15.000 So, in reality, you are not a terrorist until after the trial.

01:16:21.000 Well, that's a good point.

01:16:22.000 I mean, I say this every week because it's true.

01:16:25.000 They can say black people are slaves again, but we're not to follow that law.

01:16:29.000 That's an abhorrent law.

01:16:31.000 How do we judge which laws are proper to follow and which aren't, Michael?

01:16:35.000 Well, we, the people, need to become more familiar with the Constitution.

01:16:38.000 The purpose of the Constitution, and the only purpose, is to protect your rights and your property.

01:16:44.000 Any time that the government is doing anything to take your property, for example, coming into town and using eminent domain to take your property, they will condemn a perfectly good building and then sell it to some corporation so they can make another billion dollars.

01:17:00.000 In fact, all over the country they've caught big real estate firms controlling city councils, stealing elderly people's homes.

01:17:07.000 They seem to, like wolves, target weaker members of the flock.

01:17:11.000 And the sad thing is that the people that we have elected to protect our rights are precisely the people who are taking advantage of those rights.

01:17:20.000 You know, abusing a child is certainly considered reprehensible, but when it's a parent or a babysitter, someone who has taken the responsibility or has the responsibility to protect those children, when the person responsible for doing the protection is the same person violating The child.

01:17:40.000 We just consider that more reprehensible than normal.

01:17:44.000 And so our people elected to office have a fiduciary responsibility.

01:17:49.000 They're obligated to protect our rights.

01:17:52.000 It's not just a good idea.

01:17:53.000 It's the law.

01:17:55.000 And it's the big law, not some regulation they pull out of a hat.

01:18:00.000 That's correct.

01:18:01.000 And we, again, we the people have created Congress.

01:18:05.000 They started out working for us, and over the course of time, We the people have become lazy.

01:18:12.000 Every one of your individual rights has an associated responsibility.

01:18:16.000 I may have a right to keep and bear arms, but I have a responsibility to make sure that you don't get hurt with that weapon.

01:18:26.000 I have owned my own life.

01:18:27.000 I am responsible for treating myself.

01:18:29.000 I'm responsible for putting a roof over my head.

01:18:31.000 Well, I am also responsible for saving for my own retirement.

01:18:35.000 When we gave that responsibility, or where our parents and grandparents gave that responsibility to the government, you know, the social security system, nobody feels secure.

01:18:45.000 And that's because we have given someone else the responsibility to care for us, the government has fallen down on the job, and now we are suffering the consequences.

01:18:54.000 Absolutely.

01:18:54.000 I want to talk about your platform and then get your take on some of the current issues that are developing and taking place, but We've seen the size of government explode under Bush, explode under Democrats.

01:19:06.000 I mean, it's got to be more obvious than ever that we don't even really have a two-party system.

01:19:11.000 Well, it's clear to me, and, well, we do have a two-party system.

01:19:14.000 The first party are the Democrats-Republicans.

01:19:17.000 The second party are the Libertarians.

01:19:19.000 The Republicans and Democrats want to increase your taxes, increase the size of government, increase the number of regulations that violate your rights.

01:19:27.000 Libertarians want to lower taxes or eliminate them.

01:19:30.000 We want to eliminate regulations that deprive you of your liberty to decide how to live your life.

01:19:36.000 We want to make the government smaller.

01:19:39.000 Michael Bagnerik, LP.org.

01:19:41.000 Stay right there.

01:19:42.000 We'll be back after this quick break.

01:20:03.000 But how do you protect your family during such a crisis?

01:23:54.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines,

01:23:59.000 the information war continues.

01:24:02.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:24:08.000 We got calls from Hawaii and Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, many other great places around America for Michael Bagneri, the Libertarian presidential candidate.

01:24:21.000 Coming from behind, because of his eloquence, his intelligence, believe me, I've got a chance to watch him on local television about 50 times, and he's very impressive, knows his stuff.

01:24:30.000 Because when you know your stuff, you know when somebody else knows what they're talking about, and sometimes his knowledge of certain subjects even plumbs the depths past mine.

01:24:39.000 We can all learn from each other, and I think you'd make a great president, but bottom line, he's going to have a great chance to educate a lot of people.

01:24:47.000 Now, we'll go to your calls, I promise, in the next segment, so be patient and be ready and be at your phones.

01:24:52.000 But, Mr. Bagnaric, continuing, let's talk about the war in Iraq, the draft, the Second Amendment, and electronic voting machines.

01:24:59.000 But first off, the war in Iraq.

01:25:01.000 Give us, in a nutshell, your take on that.

01:25:04.000 Well, the war in Iraq is unconstitutional because it was never declared.

01:25:08.000 Iraq has never attacked the United States.

01:25:11.000 They have no Air Force and no Navy.

01:25:14.000 There were no weapons of mass destruction found.

01:25:17.000 And they are really not the threat that George Bush told us that they were.

01:25:22.000 And the United States is basically there throwing their weight around for no good reason.

01:25:27.000 We were told that Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban were the ones who brought our World Trade Center down.

01:25:34.000 And I don't know necessarily that that's true, but that's the information that we were told on television.

01:25:39.000 So we should send our military after Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban. 0.95

01:25:44.000 Not transferring all of that energy to another country that had little or nothing to do with that attack.

01:25:50.000 But we can't go after Bush's business partners!

01:25:53.000 Well, you know, one of the things that the Constitution allows us to do is to do national defense.

01:26:00.000 It does not give us the authority to do international offense.

01:26:04.000 And I think that it's not fair to the American taxpayer for them to be spending their hard-earned money to have our military protecting Germany, Japan, Korea... Well, they've already spent $400 billion off military budget, which is $400 billion, incidentally, a year by itself, so $800 billion in the last year and a half.

01:26:25.000 It'll be over a trillion Coming up here in just another year or so.

01:26:31.000 All of that just so they can have the three trillion in oil that's in Iraq.

01:26:35.000 What would you do with the Iraq situation?

01:26:37.000 I mean, it's clear that they've appointed a puppet government, and then our government has the nerve to call that democracy.

01:26:44.000 So address that and also the difference between a democracy and a republic.

01:26:48.000 Well, first of all, we are making the claim that they have sovereignty.

01:26:53.000 But that's not true if the American military can ignore their sovereignty and, you know, trump any motion that they want.

01:27:01.000 We in America love our freedom, we love to be free, and we don't allow anyone else to tell us how to live our lives.

01:27:08.000 We need to have the same respect for the people of Iraq and let them decide how to live their lives.

01:27:13.000 But it's like, let's say if you were my employee or I was your employee, and then you said, Yes, it is definitely a use of power that is not authorized by the Constitution.

01:27:20.000 with you i mean they they appoint these people than their appointees backed up

01:27:24.000 by a hundred forty four thousand our military then they say all we want you to stay alone in the make all

01:27:29.000 that freedom i mean what the fraud

01:27:32.000 yes it is is definitely uh... i'd by use of power that is not authorized by the

01:27:36.000 constitution you're asking me about the difference between a republic

01:27:40.000 and a democracy most people are surprised to learn that we are not a

01:27:44.000 democracy That word does not appear in the Declaration or the Constitution anywhere.

01:27:50.000 We are a constitutional republic.

01:27:52.000 And the difference is that in a democracy, you can vote on anything.

01:27:57.000 You know, my friends could get together, we can vote to take away your land, which means you have no rights.

01:28:03.000 In a republic, the rights of the minority, Individual rights and private property are sacred, and a unanimous vote cannot take property away from someone.

01:28:14.000 And I'll go back to the issue of slavery.

01:28:17.000 If 51% of the white people say, let's make black slaves again, in a democracy, ladies and gentlemen, that happens. 0.93

01:28:24.000 And that's what always happens in a democracy. 0.64

01:28:27.000 I can get together with the town, get 51% and say, we're going to make the other 49% of you our slaves, that will happen. 0.98

01:28:35.000 And that's why Republicans and Democrats promote democracy, because then if 51% on the new CIA voting machines say there's no Second Amendment, that happens.

01:28:44.000 That's right.

01:28:45.000 Rosie O'Donnell and her million moms went to Washington in March with the idea that if they just got enough votes, that they could take away my Second Amendment rights. 1.00

01:28:54.000 Well, if Rosie O'Donnell can vote away my Second Amendment, another group of radicals can go to Washington. 1.00

01:29:00.000 51% can vote away your freedom of religion.

01:29:02.000 They can vote away your freedom of speech.

01:29:04.000 The Bill of Rights does not give you your rights.

01:29:08.000 You have your rights because you are alive, because you are born.

01:29:12.000 The First Amendment does not say you can go to any church you want.

01:29:16.000 The First Amendment says, Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion.

01:29:23.000 So, the Bill of Rights are further restrictions on government power.

01:29:27.000 We need to remind our politicians that that is true.

01:29:30.000 Okay, we'll get into the draft, the Second Amendment, and the voting machines when we get back.

01:29:34.000 But first, we'll go to these loaded phone lines, 800-259-9231, lp.org, to check out Michael Bagnerich.

01:32:57.000 He rode a blazing saddle, he wore a shining star, he had his job to offer better.

01:33:11.000 Alright my friends, it's Monday.

01:33:13.000 We've reached the halfway point in this global transmission against tyranny.

01:33:17.000 I'm honored to have the presidential candidate for the Libertarian Party, Michael Bagnerik, joining us.

01:33:23.000 You can check out his platform, his ideas, at lp.org.

01:33:29.000 we're about to go to these loaded phone lines and we'll get in the builder

01:33:33.000 burke group of big jim tucker in the next hour as well uh... going back to our guest uh... michael

01:33:43.000 uh... before we were going to your calls as a second but the draft situation

01:33:48.000 let's talk about that briefly because draft is indentured servitude it is slavery

01:33:53.000 and now this new drafted just for the grabs of eighteen to twenty one-year-old

01:33:58.000 they're talking eighteen to forty nine some of the bills eighteen to twenty six

01:34:01.000 professionals You'll have to serve here domestically as part of these tattletale squads.

01:34:07.000 Our government literally is setting up kind of like a puppet government, like they're doing in Iraq, with little local military bases merging with the police departments.

01:34:19.000 So please speak to the draft.

01:34:21.000 Well, the Libertarian Party and I are adamantly opposed to the draft.

01:34:26.000 I do believe that it is slavery.

01:34:29.000 If we have a genuine threat to the United States, I believe that many, many people will voluntarily sign up for the military to help protect our liberty.

01:34:41.000 Anytime the government has to force you, To go and fight.

01:34:44.000 That's a real clear indication that the general population does not support that military.

01:34:50.000 But isn't the government the boss and we work for them?

01:34:53.000 Isn't that what freedom's about?

01:34:54.000 Where you're a slave and the government tells you what to do?

01:34:57.000 Well, clearly not.

01:34:58.000 The preamble says we the people ordain and establish the Constitution.

01:35:02.000 We invented government, and they work for us.

01:35:05.000 It doesn't say, we the authorities, we the... You know, government now calls us civilians.

01:35:10.000 Mayors even call us civilians.

01:35:12.000 That's a dangerous piece of nomenclature, is it not?

01:35:15.000 Yes, it is.

01:35:16.000 And I am here to run this campaign, to challenge the idea that Congress can tell us what to do, that they can run our lives.

01:35:24.000 I am here to put forth the idea that the Constitution does not apply to us.

01:35:30.000 It applies to government.

01:35:32.000 It puts limitations on the government.

01:35:34.000 It does not give you your rights.

01:35:36.000 And it is time for someone to stand up and speak the truth.

01:35:40.000 And that is what I'm attempting to do.

01:35:42.000 To teach people about the Constitution.

01:35:44.000 To teach them about their rights.

01:35:45.000 And to put government back in its place as the servant of the people.

01:35:50.000 How do folks get involved in your campaign?

01:35:53.000 Well, they can visit my website at badnarik.org.

01:35:58.000 That's B-A-D-N-A-R-I-K. 1.00

01:36:02.000 They can start talking to their friends.

01:36:05.000 The idea that we are not supposed to talk about religion or politics in social circles is a lie.

01:36:11.000 If we started talking more about politics, then we wouldn't have these problems. 0.99

01:36:15.000 Oh yeah, people aren't stupid. 0.94

01:36:17.000 They're focused in on issues of no significance. 0.95

01:36:20.000 The average male knows all about how to guzzle beer and watch the football game.

01:36:24.000 But does it spend any time knowing what his rights are, or what his children's rights are?

01:36:29.000 And same thing for women. 1.00

01:36:30.000 If we started spending a little more time being informed, we'd find out, number one, that our rights have been violated, we're being enslaved, and number two, that it's exciting to be informed, it's exciting to be involved.

01:36:41.000 Is it not, Mike Lumme?

01:36:44.000 You started your fight a few years ago, and now you're a presidential candidate for the third largest party in the country.

01:36:50.000 And it's very exciting, it's exhilarating, and I am having so much positive effect.

01:36:55.000 People are coming up to me, asking me questions, they like our platform.

01:37:00.000 Everyone loves Liberty, and when they find out that there is a political party that is actually trying to protect your rights, trying to help you retain your liberty, they also get very enthusiastic.

01:37:12.000 So, I'm seeing a great deal of support.

01:37:16.000 People can contribute to my campaign at Amazon.com.

01:37:21.000 Amazon.com has a place where you can vote for any of the presidential candidates.

01:37:26.000 I am currently running third, and I am only a few thousand dollars behind George Bush.

01:37:31.000 So it would gather a whole lot of publicity if your listeners would go to Amazon.com to contribute, put me ahead of George Bush, And then I think ABC and CBS would start to contact me because of the impact.

01:37:45.000 Is there a link at Bagnaric on the website to that?

01:37:49.000 I believe there is.

01:37:50.000 You can go to Bagnaric.org and you can also contribute directly at Bagnaric.org.

01:37:54.000 So, they've kind of got a contest going on Amazon.

01:37:57.000 There's a big contest on Amazon.

01:37:59.000 I am currently in third place, but I was in third place when I arrived at our national convention.

01:38:05.000 And, you know, I was not, admittedly, Everyone's first choice.

01:38:11.000 But I was everyone's favorite second choice.

01:38:14.000 And when the voting started going back and forth, and people realized that Gary Nolan was no longer an option, they selected me as their second choice, and I was able to inch out Aaron Russo.

01:38:27.000 And the wonderful thing is that all of the Libertarian Party has now come together behind my campaign.

01:38:33.000 We have a lot of energy, a lot of synergy, a lot of cohesiveness, That we did not have after some of our other conventions.

01:38:41.000 All right, let's go to some calls.

01:38:44.000 And we'll go ahead and try to go to Tennessee and speak to Allen in Tennessee.

01:38:50.000 Allen, go ahead.

01:38:52.000 You're on the air, Allen.

01:38:55.000 Okay, that's the second time we tried to go to him.

01:38:57.000 We'll go ahead and let him go.

01:38:59.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Mike in Hawaii.

01:39:01.000 Michael, go ahead.

01:39:03.000 Yes, thanks Alex.

01:39:04.000 I've got a question for Mr. Badnarek.

01:39:09.000 What's the difference between... First off, I want to say I really enjoy his answers, Alex, like you said.

01:39:15.000 Clear, concise, and it's so refreshing to hear a constitutional basis for the answers to questions that a candidate is given.

01:39:22.000 I'd like to ask Mr. Badnarek, what's the difference between his party, the Libertarian Party, and the Constitutional Party?

01:39:30.000 Well, we have very many similarities.

01:39:33.000 We all talk about the Constitution.

01:39:36.000 The Libertarian Party stops at the Constitution.

01:39:39.000 The Constitution Party takes it one step further and goes to the Bible.

01:39:43.000 And I am fully in favor of the First Amendment.

01:39:46.000 I support everyone's freedom of religion.

01:39:49.000 And if someone believes in the Koran, I think that's just as valid. 1.00

01:39:56.000 That is a decision that you make with your Creator.

01:40:00.000 And so I'm a libertarian because I believe that that supports freedom of religion just a little bit better than the Constitution Party does.

01:40:09.000 All right.

01:40:09.000 Anything else, Michael?

01:40:11.000 Nope.

01:40:11.000 That's it.

01:40:12.000 Thanks, Alex.

01:40:12.000 Thank you.

01:40:14.000 Chris in Kentucky.

01:40:15.000 You're on the air.

01:40:15.000 Welcome.

01:40:16.000 Mike, congratulations on it.

01:40:18.000 I'm glad you got in the nomination.

01:40:19.000 My question is, is the bureaucracy of the public school system getting the federal government completely out?

01:40:26.000 And that would be one of your top priorities, right?

01:40:28.000 Oh, absolutely.

01:40:30.000 We started the Department of Health Education and Welfare back in 1953, and last year we just experienced 50 years of government control of our schools.

01:40:40.000 In the 50s, American students were number one in math and science.

01:40:45.000 And today, we spend ten times as much per student, and our students are functionally illiterate.

01:40:50.000 We're behind every industrialized country, and behind a bunch of third-world countries, and if you follow the graph of federal spending, the test scores drop along the line of the graph, and that's because, by design, and I've had former heads of the Department of Education on this show, they have handbooks on how to dumb people down.

01:41:11.000 This is by design.

01:41:12.000 Michael?

01:41:13.000 Yes.

01:41:14.000 The Department of Education is unconstitutional.

01:41:17.000 There's no authority for the federal government to do that.

01:41:19.000 And we should eliminate that department simply because they're inefficient.

01:41:23.000 The only way to get real education is to put the curriculum back in the hands of the parents and teachers, the people who know the children, who care for the children.

01:41:33.000 A parent has a responsibility to teach their children values and teach them to grow up to be good citizens.

01:41:39.000 If parents give that responsibility to government, It's little wonder that our children grow up not having the values that we want them to have.

01:41:48.000 Okay, anything else from Kentucky?

01:41:51.000 Yeah, I'm just going to go ahead and spread the word about this.

01:41:53.000 I'm really pumped up and I've got a former congressman who does a radio talk show and I'm going to mention about this and see if he can get you on as a guest.

01:41:59.000 Oh, excellent.

01:42:00.000 Thank you so much.

01:42:01.000 Yeah, that's a way to really help Michael McNair and his constitutionally-based libertarian platform.

01:42:07.000 I think he's one of the best libertarians out there.

01:42:09.000 He doesn't go too far into the left or into the fake neocon side of things.

01:42:15.000 And yeah, help get him on other radio shows.

01:42:17.000 That's a great way to reach millions of people.

01:42:20.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Richard in Alabama.

01:42:23.000 Richard, you're on the air.

01:42:24.000 Welcome.

01:42:25.000 Michael, I want to hear your position.

01:42:30.000 Okay, that's the tall order.

01:42:41.000 The court systems that we have in the United States are fairly corrupt.

01:42:46.000 They are the ones that are supposed to be protecting our rights, and they're not.

01:42:49.000 We need to have fully informed juries.

01:42:53.000 John Jay was one of the writers of the Federalist Papers, he was the first Supreme Court Justice, and his instructions to the jury were that they were supposed to decide the facts of the case and also to determine the law, to determine whether a particular law was applicable in that situation.

01:43:10.000 Today, judges routinely instruct the juries determine the facts but they insist that as the judge they

01:43:16.000 will determine the law and the jurors are required to uh... use

01:43:21.000 the judges interpretation there are countless examples were judged while

01:43:25.000 the jury see the law he will tell them how to rule that's right and uh... even when juries find someone i'm

01:43:32.000 not guilty it is there have been back cases when judges overrule that was the way

01:43:37.000 to go ahead the waco criminal case in ninety four

01:43:40.000 They were found not guilty, but the judge said, well, I find you guilty of using weapons in the commission of a crime, but they were found not guilty of all the crimes.

01:43:47.000 Right.

01:43:48.000 And when our government, when our judges overturn the law and they take the law into their own hands, they literally become outlaws.

01:43:59.000 And we the people are the source of all political power.

01:44:02.000 The jury system is the strongest check.

01:44:06.000 on government intrusion into our lives and people need to become more informed

01:44:10.000 about their rights as a juror we need to stop avoiding jury duty like it's a plague or

01:44:16.000 you know being kept after school and if we the people want to take back

01:44:20.000 our rights we need to have more people on jury

01:44:24.000 uh... you know contradicting

01:44:27.000 uh... what the judges are currently doing I hate to, yeah, these petty tyrants. 1.00

01:44:30.000 I hate to hurry you, but try to answer those other two questions.

01:44:33.000 We've got a lot of calls.

01:44:34.000 The immigration, basically on free trade, we believe that people should be free to come and go.

01:44:39.000 The United States is the greatest country in the world because during the late 1850s and early 1900s, millions of people came from Europe.

01:44:48.000 Uh... the Jews, the Polish, the Italians, I mean everybody came here, they set up their little businesses, and they all came with the clothes on their back to get a small... Okay, right there, right there, let me stop, because I've had a chance to hear you talk about this for an hour, and it made sense, but...

01:45:05.000 You have to go through the rest of the policies or people won't understand.

01:45:08.000 If we had a true free market, if Mexico had a true free market, if China had a true free market, if the government wasn't paying massive welfare and putting ads in foreign newspapers to get the people to come here, the market would keep it from happening by the tens of millions that then drives down our wages.

01:45:26.000 So because we don't have a free market, we cannot allow open borders, plus there's the security issue.

01:45:31.000 Speak to it, please.

01:45:32.000 That's true.

01:45:33.000 And our free trade agreements, NAFTA and GATT, are called free trade, but what they do is they create a hostile economic environment which forces companies to move their manufacturing and jobs elsewhere.

01:45:44.000 Yeah, so NAFTA's 14,000 pages long.

01:45:47.000 I mean, that's not free trade.

01:45:49.000 That is not free trade. 0.86

01:45:51.000 And people say, well, Americans couldn't possibly compete with all the slave labor in China, which is ridiculous.

01:45:58.000 In the United States, we have technology, we have automated assembly plants, and you cannot make me believe...

01:46:05.000 That our American technology cannot produce better products faster at a cheaper cost.

01:46:10.000 But the elite have shut it up to where that won't work.

01:46:14.000 Where China can have a 42% tariff on us, we have a 2% on them.

01:46:19.000 So at this point, Michael, and we certainly can't allow 20-something million people here who aren't documented just to do whatever they want, can we?

01:46:28.000 No.

01:46:28.000 No, we can't.

01:46:29.000 And the fact is that during the immigration of the 1800s and 1900s.

01:46:36.000 We have policies at Ellis Island, which made sure that people who were coming to this country were not known criminals, so they did not have diseases.

01:46:44.000 And there were a certain percentage of people at Ellis Island who were turned back and sent back to Europe.

01:46:50.000 But for the most part, anybody who wanted to come here to work hard, to increase their own standard of living, and to help make the United States a great country, which is exactly what happened.

01:47:00.000 So you would stop the welfare, and then that would cut out about 80% of it?

01:47:04.000 Absolutely.

01:47:05.000 Absolutely.

01:47:06.000 Definitely.

01:47:06.000 Welfare is theft.

01:47:08.000 If I take $100 for you at the point of a gun, That's theft.

01:47:12.000 If I spend that $100 on ice cream for orphans, that does not suddenly, miraculously... Okay, so what would you do at the point, though, of, while it's set up like this, not a free market, you know, we have to control the border, deport the people who are here illegally by the tens of millions, and then fix the internal mechanisms before going back to, I mean, trying to get back to a free market.

01:47:34.000 What do you say to that?

01:47:35.000 Well, I'm not sure exactly what the sequence is.

01:47:38.000 I'm just basically trying to spread the message I would have a lot of people on my cabinet who are smarter than I am about the economy and smarter than I am about the military.

01:47:48.000 I would surround myself with people who have studied this.

01:47:51.000 I've studied the Constitution.

01:47:53.000 I know that my powers as President would be limited.

01:47:57.000 We're supposed to have a system of checks and balances, and right now, Congress passes unconstitutional laws, the President rubber-stamps them, and the Supreme Court, you know, willfully misinterprets them.

01:48:07.000 Yeah, they don't even read it.

01:48:08.000 Thanks for the call, Richard.

01:48:10.000 Quickly, folks, Regina in Pennsylvania.

01:48:12.000 Go ahead, Regina.

01:48:13.000 Hey, Alex, how about if he hires you for that consultant, please?

01:48:18.000 We need it bad.

01:48:19.000 Mr. Bednarik, I just wanted to say real quick, remember when the Trade Promotion Authority was passed, they gave Bill Clinton that fast-track trade authority, Uh, the Constitution, Article 1, Section 8 says that the Congress is to regulate trade.

01:48:32.000 So, you know, when we say all these things, let's keep in mind we already gave everything away, and I want to ask you... That's what he just said.

01:48:39.000 We've got to go back to the limitation, the separation of powers.

01:48:42.000 Well, I wouldn't give it to anybody else.

01:48:44.000 I wouldn't refer it to any other entity other than him to make the decisions, because I don't trust the guy.

01:48:49.000 No, no, but see, that's how this starts.

01:48:52.000 He has to reduce his authority immediately to get back to the Constitution.

01:48:56.000 Okay, I want to ask him real quick here.

01:48:58.000 Number one, I want to try to get his petition signed in Pennsylvania because I am excited about this, but I just want to put a heads up on this.

01:49:06.000 I don't know if this is something that's just a small detail that isn't being resolved, but somehow the people that have the petition don't have your name as the first person.

01:49:14.000 If you could answer, if you know anything about this, tell me what to do.

01:49:17.000 The second question is, this whole thing now, It seems to me that every time that we have somebody like, you seem to be not so much, I believe, into this.

01:49:28.000 I've listened to Alex.

01:49:29.000 No sales tax.

01:49:30.000 No national sales tax.

01:49:32.000 Now we have this movement, HR 25.

01:49:33.000 It's being pushed by the Christian Coalition.

01:49:36.000 They got their words out.

01:49:37.000 They got their flyers out.

01:49:39.000 And I just read it, and it made me kind of sick, because basically our little mouthpiece up here in the Pittsburgh area, who pushes everything that's Republican, this is after they threw our country away.

01:49:49.000 Yeah, I gotta let you go.

01:49:51.000 Ballot access, getting Libertarians on the ballot everywhere where they've been thrown off, and then secondarily, this new sales tax meant to run in tandem with the income tax.

01:50:01.000 Go ahead.

01:50:02.000 The ballot access laws in Pennsylvania are horrendous.

01:50:08.000 They violate freedom of speech, basically, by preventing the Libertarian Party from being on the ballot.

01:50:15.000 They force us to jump through hoops.

01:50:17.000 It's the same as giving blacks the right to vote, but then having poll taxes and Jim Crow laws that make that impossible to follow through. 0.71

01:50:26.000 uh... the sales taxes i've my goal is to eliminate the iraq at dot replace it

01:50:31.000 with anything what we need to do is we need to reduce the size of government so

01:50:35.000 that we don't have to pay for those first place constitution was ratified

01:50:39.000 seventeen eighty nine that we didn't have an income taxes till nineteen

01:50:43.000 thirteen we had a well for a hundred years with the united states with the

01:50:47.000 most prosperous country in the world will be right back to stay with us

01:50:53.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here.

01:50:55.000 And the behavior of our police is a reflection of our government.

01:50:58.000 One look in the mirror and we know our country is entering a high-tech police state.

01:51:02.000 Here's just a sample from my documentary film, Police State 2 The Takeover.

01:51:06.000 In downtown Seattle today, the First Amendment ended.

01:51:10.000 The civil emergency was created by the police.

01:51:12.000 Riot police attacked people on the streets indiscriminately.

01:51:16.000 The medical bills!

01:51:18.000 Are going to be enormous for me.

01:51:21.000 You see them here with their hands cupped behind their backs.

01:51:24.000 They are being led into the Sandpoint Brig.

01:51:27.000 The neighbors in that area of Sandpoint Naval Air Station were shocked to hear that the old brig was being reopened.

01:51:34.000 This information is absolutely vital for all freedom lovers in the United States.

01:55:04.000 And go to lp.org and check out Michael Bagnerik or his website.

01:55:10.000 We'll plug here in just a second.

01:55:13.000 Uh, Rich in Pennsylvania.

01:55:15.000 Go ahead, you're on the air.

01:55:16.000 Yeah, hi Michael and Alex.

01:55:18.000 Uh, Michael, are you a born-again Christian and what is your personal position on abortion and what is your party's position?

01:55:24.000 Uh, appreciate your answer, buddy.

01:55:26.000 Okay, um, I will refuse to answer religious questions because Article 6 of the Constitution says that no religious test will be taken.

01:55:34.000 What you need to know is that I will defend your right to religion.

01:55:39.000 So if I were to, for example, say that I was Buddhist, which I'm not, but all the Buddhists would be in support of me and, you know, other religions would not.

01:55:48.000 So I refuse to answer that question.

01:55:49.000 I will definitely defend your religion.

01:55:53.000 The Libertarian Party believes that a woman owns her body, and that she has a right to choose.

01:55:58.000 I understand that this is a controversial issue, and it will remain so until we can determine... Well, I went to a Libertarian meeting a few months ago, and they believe a woman has a right, but that the baby is separate from her, and it has a right. 0.56

01:56:10.000 And so there's a large debate raging in the Libertarian Party concerning that.

01:56:14.000 That's right.

01:56:14.000 The Libertarian Party is split.

01:56:16.000 There's a large group of Libertarians that are opposed to abortion.

01:56:20.000 Our official party platform is that, at this stage, that a woman's body is hers.

01:56:26.000 And that is really the question.

01:56:29.000 When does the baby take ownership of its body?

01:56:32.000 When does the baby's rights begin?

01:56:35.000 Well, I certainly believe it's a human being and then it moves into the whole eugenics field from there and we need to stop the practice. 0.99

01:56:41.000 Let's go ahead and make another quick call here.

01:56:44.000 Let's talk to, who's up next?

01:56:47.000 Brooke in Rhode Island.

01:56:48.000 Brooke, you're on the air.

01:56:49.000 Go ahead.

01:56:50.000 Yes, thanks Alex and thanks Michael for taking my call.

01:56:54.000 I have a question for you and I'd like to know what is your position on Masonic Affairs Basically, the private secret intelligence agencies are mafias.

01:57:15.000 Your comments on those?

01:57:17.000 Well, I believe that we the people own this government.

01:57:21.000 They work for us.

01:57:22.000 Anything that is secret is suspect.

01:57:25.000 I mean, you can have your privacy at home for your personal life, but when you take an oath To protect and defend the Constitution, to protect other people's rights, to have any other oath that would supersede that would definitely be a conflict of interest.

01:57:42.000 Yeah, that's a good point, I agree with that.

01:57:45.000 Last caller we have time for, Wesley in Tennessee, go ahead.

01:57:49.000 Hello?

01:57:49.000 Yes, sir.

01:57:50.000 Hi, this is Wesley from Eastern Tennessee.

01:57:53.000 How are you today?

01:57:54.000 We've got about 30 seconds, I'm okay.

01:57:58.000 Can you hold me over?

01:57:59.000 Oh, Mr. McNair has to leave us now.

01:58:01.000 Do you have any questions or comments?

01:58:02.000 Yeah, I was just going to say, that's kind of a cop-out about that answer about what religion he belongs to.

01:58:09.000 Everybody said that when Jack Kennedy was elected that the Pope was going to run the country, and we know that was a bunch of malarkey.

01:58:17.000 Well, I think Michael... I mean, we're just having him on so you can hear his views.

01:58:20.000 I think he doesn't want to get into the whole Balkanized situation.

01:58:23.000 We're playing people off against each other.

01:58:24.000 He's saying he'll defend everybody's rights.

01:58:26.000 And I would hope that would include the unborn, but that's a debate in the Libertarian Party.

01:58:30.000 I've got to let you go, Wesley.

01:58:32.000 Michael Bagnarek, great having you on.

01:58:33.000 What's your website?

01:58:35.000 Uh, my website is Bagnarek.org.

01:58:40.000 And they can call 1-800-686.

01:58:45.000 Through the years of providing water filters to America, you've come to us and we've listened.

01:58:49.000 You asked us to make the water level visible to eliminate the guesswork when refilling the water.

01:58:54.000 We listened.

01:58:55.000 You asked for an elevated base so the system could be used in places beside on the edge of a counter.

01:59:00.000 We listened.

01:59:01.000 You asked us to develop a filter that was made in the USA.

01:59:04.000 We listened.

01:59:05.000 You asked us to include an emergency light for camping and during power outages.

01:59:10.000 We listened.

01:59:11.000 After 9-11, you asked us to develop a filter that was more powerful in removing chemical agents.

01:59:16.000 Again, we listened.

01:59:18.000 Introducing the Berkey Light, the gravity filter requested by America, designed by Americans, and made in America.

01:59:57.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:02.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:00:08.000 All right, my friends.

02:00:09.000 Now into the third and final hour.

02:00:11.000 We've got Big Jim Tucker, American Free Press.

02:00:14.000 26 years of infiltrating the Bilderberg Group.

02:00:16.000 Fresh back from Italy.

02:00:19.000 Joining us here in just seconds.

02:00:20.000 I'll definitely have to have Michael Bagnarik, Libertarian Presidential Candidate, back on here in the near future so we can take more of your phone calls and have more of a debate and see where he stands on the issues.

02:00:32.000 But just briefly, Michael, I appreciate you holding through.

02:00:35.000 Just give out your website and phone number one more time for those that missed it.

02:00:39.000 Okay.

02:00:51.000 Okay, and can we have you back up next week for an hour or so to take calls?

02:00:54.000 I would certainly hope so.

02:00:56.000 I will put that into my publicity guy, and I'd love to do that.

02:01:00.000 Okay, God bless you and take care.

02:01:01.000 Thanks for all the work that you're doing, Alex.

02:01:03.000 You bet.

02:01:04.000 We'll see you, Michael.

02:01:05.000 Yeah, I've told him on air just in the last segment I disagree with the Very good.

02:01:10.000 camps libertarians party on the abortion issue that's really about it most of the jury dot talk to our

02:01:14.000 against it so yeah i want to write a sort of the baby

02:01:17.000 spokane now we're done with that i got jim talker on we're about to break

02:01:21.000 uh... jim it's so good to have you on with us up for those that just joined us

02:01:26.000 and don't know who you are given some nutshell uh... kind of sixty seconds

02:01:30.000 uh... you know how you got a builder berg what what older burgers

02:01:33.000 now i come back with your information on it very good it's nice to be with you

02:01:38.000 uh... bill berg as you know it's organization of international

02:01:41.000 financiers political leaders from all over europe and north america

02:01:46.000 They try to hold a secret meeting each year at a different location.

02:01:49.000 This year it happened to be in Strasa, Italy near Milan.

02:01:53.000 And my job is to make it not secret.

02:01:57.000 And it's a lot of fun.

02:01:58.000 Now, I only know of one other newspaper reporter, and that was in the 50s, what, 54 that talked about it?

02:02:04.000 Westbrook Tegeler.

02:02:05.000 Yeah, for 26 years, though, you've been the preeminent person exposing it.

02:02:08.000 You've snuck in many times.

02:02:10.000 It's been on national television, you being chased by the Secret Service types.

02:02:13.000 Tell us about Jim Tucker.

02:02:15.000 Then we're going to break and come back and give us the info you got this year from Bilderberg.

02:02:20.000 Well, I'm a fat 69-year-old paper boy.

02:02:23.000 Spent my first 20 years with daily newspapers.

02:02:27.000 And until 1975, when I was first being interviewed at Liberty Lobby for the purpose of getting pregnant and creating spotlight, I'd never heard of Bilderberg.

02:02:36.000 And I was absolutely shocked.

02:02:38.000 At first, I didn't believe it.

02:02:40.000 Right-wing conspiracy theory or something, but it's so well documented that I became a believer immediately and outraged at the fact that I could hold high positions with daily newspapers for 20 years and not know that the Bilderberg existed.

02:02:57.000 And for the last, I guess more than 26 years then, how long have you been covering Mildenberg?

02:03:02.000 Oh, since about 1980, physically.

02:03:04.000 Before that, for the first five years at Spotlight, I presided over coverage.

02:03:08.000 Of others, and then I started doing it myself.

02:03:10.000 So we're talking 25, 26 years plus.

02:03:13.000 Yes.

02:03:14.000 Now again, if we have 100 Hollywood stars meeting in secret, it would be besieged by helicopters and news media, but you've got 140 or 120, depending on what year, and about another 100 minions meeting in secret, and we're not supposed to talk about it.

02:03:29.000 We're weird if we ask questions.

02:03:31.000 It is something the establishment press simply cannot answer.

02:03:36.000 Many times in the National Press Club in Washington, just mingling with other paperboys, I would put exactly the same question. 1.00

02:03:44.000 120 film stars, 120 NFL football players, beating behind armed guards in a sealed off resort for three days.

02:03:53.000 You would try your best to find out what's happening.

02:03:56.000 You'd climb fences, you'd go through drain pipes.

02:04:01.000 You would try your best to find out what transpired.

02:04:03.000 Now that may be significant to football fans, of which I'm one, or to movie fans, of which I'm not.

02:04:14.000 But certainly, when 120 of the world's most powerful men meet secretly to make decisions that affect you and me and most of the people on earth, there's no curiosity whatsoever.

02:04:25.000 And many of them frankly told me they wish they could.

02:04:29.000 And today, First time I was back in Washington with the American Free Press in my hot little fist.

02:04:36.000 I've only packed away 20 knowing that down at the press club today, I'll have to give away 20 copies to the press.

02:04:41.000 We got a break.

02:04:41.000 Stay there!

02:04:42.000 We'll come back and talk about it.

02:04:45.000 So what's in your shampoo, bath soap, and dish soap?

02:04:48.000 Chlorides, dyes, ethanol, sulfates, sodiums, formaldehydes, etc.?

02:04:52.000 Read the labels.

02:04:53.000 Inhaling exposure can lead to coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, headache, and nausea.

02:04:58.000 Also may be irritating the skin and mucous membranes and cause you to seek medical help.

02:05:02.000 Perfumes, also known as fragrance on a label, can indicate the presence of thousands of separate ingredients.

02:05:07.000 Now, just by one example, here's what's in my CalBen Pure Soap Shampoo.

02:08:20.000 i mean to give him enough laurels my friends uh... jim talker for twenty five twenty six seven years

02:08:26.000 uh... has been sneaking into the builder berg groups sneaking through

02:08:31.000 drainpipes climbing fences

02:08:33.000 he gets their days before finds out the secret location because of his contacts

02:08:38.000 publicizes that now other media especially in europe are now starting to

02:08:42.000 come and show up and then he tells us

02:08:44.000 uh... years before when the soviets are gonna supposedly fall

02:08:49.000 And how it's going to happen.

02:08:50.000 He tells us that we're not going to war with Iraq in 2002, like they say.

02:08:54.000 It'll be 2003.

02:08:55.000 I mean, major breaking story after breaking story.

02:08:58.000 So people get an idea of what we're talking about.

02:09:01.000 What are some of the major stories that you've broken, in some cases years before, because of your moles, that is employees, at these resorts that you get to tell you about and to get you materials from inside Bilderberg?

02:09:14.000 Well, two come immediately to mind.

02:09:18.000 Bilderberg pressured President Bush, the elder, to break his Read My Lips, No New Taxes pledge, and within the year he did, reversed himself completely.

02:09:29.000 It may have cost him the election in 1992 to Bill Clinton by breaking that pledge.

02:09:39.000 This is a story on the downfall of Lady Thatcher as Prime Minister Britain.

02:09:48.000 She should have attended one Dillenberg meeting, had nothing to say and left.

02:09:54.000 But they were angry at her for resisting the euro and resisting surrendering sovereignty to the European Union.

02:10:02.000 And so they said she must go and she was replaced by a trapeze artist from her own party, by her own party.

02:10:09.000 And later I had the privilege of talking briefly for a few minutes with Lady Thatcher at a reception in Washington, and I asked her reaction to what Bilderberg had done, and this is almost a direct quote.

02:10:22.000 This is a very close paraphrase.

02:10:24.000 She said that she considered being denounced by Bilderberg, quote, a tribute quote.

02:10:30.000 The call, she said, no national leader should surrender one bit of sovereignty to an international body.

02:10:36.000 And, of course, that stood in the way of the great super-state, the European Union, being developed into the United States of Europe.

02:10:44.000 And they're taking some licks this year because of the results of the parliamentary voting in Europe among the European Union nations, including the ten new ones, that ended Sunday.

02:10:57.000 And the people running for European Parliament who opposed the European Parliament's existence, many of them gained seats.

02:11:05.000 And they're trying to have their draft Constitution ratified, but they're going to meet in Brussels in a day or two to approve the draft of the European Union Constitution.

02:11:15.000 They call it the Constitution for the United States of Europe, if that has any historic ring to it.

02:11:22.000 And by the way, it's very draconian, no real liberties.

02:11:26.000 And on top of all of this, we have the Bilderberg Group, of course, many of our leaders attending it.

02:11:36.000 Jim, do you have that quote in front of you of David Rockefeller thanking the news media for covering all this up?

02:11:42.000 No, I don't have it right in front of me, but I've heard it many times.

02:11:49.000 Yes, he's surely grateful.

02:11:51.000 Of course, there's the media that participate on their promises of secrecy.

02:11:55.000 The Washington Post's Donald Graham was there, as usual.

02:11:58.000 They don't list Jim Hogan, which does not mean he was not there.

02:12:01.000 He may not have been, but they left Oh, what's his name, that kid who, Microsoft guy.

02:12:10.000 Gates.

02:12:11.000 Bill Gates.

02:12:12.000 They had his wife listed, but not Bill Gates, but Bill Gates is there.

02:12:15.000 We've got a photograph.

02:12:16.000 He's been positively identified by a group of reporters, me and several from Italy, which incidentally, they got the most attention they've ever had from the Italian press.

02:12:28.000 Leading page one at a time when President Reagan's dying, President Bush is in Rome to talk to the Pope and to Bersaglione, who Bersaglione attended, and gearing up for the D-Day commemorations.

02:12:43.000 Yet, on the major newspaper, he was the lead story.

02:12:46.000 Dillenberg was the lead story.

02:12:47.000 They jumped inside the two full pages of photographs and other Dillenberg stories.

02:12:53.000 And five years ago that was unheard of, Jim.

02:12:55.000 You were being attacked by the mainstream media for believing in an imaginary group when you had photos and news articles and everything.

02:13:03.000 Well, it was several years ago when then the Spotlight readers did something I should have thought about years earlier. 0.94

02:13:11.000 Fool that I am.

02:13:13.000 We've learned that Bill O'Byrne is going to be in Helsinki far in advance. 0.98

02:13:17.000 So we have the story far in advance.

02:13:18.000 At the same time, for European readers, it's of course very expensive to have a subscriber in Europe.

02:13:26.000 Normally they'll send the mail by sea instead of by air to save some money.

02:13:33.000 One subscriber tends to subscribe for 20 others because it's so expensive.

02:13:37.000 They got it so early, they simply wrote us letters saying, That was before they had e-mails and faxes.

02:13:43.000 They wrote us a letter saying, is there any way we can help?

02:13:45.000 Should we alert the local media?

02:13:47.000 And we said, well, I surely please do that.

02:13:49.000 And now that started to snowball to where it's in the front page of papers.

02:13:53.000 And so now the BBC's having to come out and admit Bilderberg would try to demonize anybody that's against it.

02:13:59.000 Jim, in a nutshell, Explain to people what Bilderberg is and the type of royalty and bankers and people that attend.

02:14:11.000 And then I want to get into the most important subject, the information you got this year.

02:14:16.000 Yes, so Bilderberg has its usual stalwarts there.

02:14:22.000 Rockefeller, Kissinger, high officials of our Defense, Treasury and State Departments, heads of state from Europe, regularly attend.

02:14:34.000 The Rothschilds still attend. 0.93

02:14:35.000 In the early years, there's an Edmund A. Rothschild.

02:14:38.000 He decides to die.

02:14:39.000 There's Evelyn Rothschild.

02:14:40.000 I first thought it must be a woman, but it's a man.

02:14:42.000 Now, the Rothschilds are there under the identified Rothschild Yeah, it says representative of Rothschild Europe.

02:14:57.000 Yeah, that's it.

02:14:58.000 So the Rothschilds have never missed a meeting since they first met under that name in 1954.

02:15:05.000 There's also European royalty.

02:15:07.000 We get the Dutch royal family and others.

02:15:10.000 Who does the British crown send?

02:15:13.000 As a representative.

02:15:14.000 Oh, that's a good answer.

02:15:15.000 He once had Bonnie Prince Charles, but, well, he's not a serious representative.

02:15:18.000 He is a token.

02:15:20.000 There's many from Great Britain, John Brown's bill, I'm just scanning the list even as we speak, or the British types, Kenneth Clark, a regular, he's a member of Parliament, former Chancellor Exchequer, a conservative member of the British Parliament.

02:15:39.000 He's, well, I talked to him some years ago, Admitted eyeball-to-eyeball about the Billibergs grant scheme for the NAFTA is through the Free Trade Agreement of the Americas is to expand into the American Union and the dollar will be our euro.

02:15:57.000 The dollarization process has begun.

02:15:59.000 Then the Asian Pacific Union will be the third major region in the world for the convenience, administrative convenience of the world government, which is the UN.

02:16:09.000 And he just acknowledged that directly, not happily, but directly.

02:16:13.000 Eyeball to eyeball, in the presence of other reporters.

02:16:17.000 Now, in the last two years, again two years ago, the government was saying, we're going to invade this summer, it's going to be 2002, and you said, nope, from inside Bilderberg, I got the word, it's going to be in 2003 in March.

02:16:31.000 And then exactly that happened, what, 11 months later after you reported it.

02:16:37.000 Jim, this year, what was it like when you got on the ground?

02:16:40.000 What information did you get for us?

02:16:43.000 Well, this year, Bilderberg has chastised the United States and Britain, and we anticipate that in an advanced story, for not giving enough In the way of foreign aid to poor countries of the world, we should increase taxes in the United States and send more money abroad.

02:17:03.000 And of course when we hear that, that really means give money to the IMF and World Bank and go enslave third world countries. 0.95

02:17:09.000 They're the main conduits of sending American tax dollars overseas.

02:17:13.000 The British were kicked around some too for not giving enough away.

02:17:17.000 The United States of course kicked around for the invasion of Iraq with some justification. 0.63

02:17:28.000 The Bilderberg from Europe gave some concessions to the United States, because they do recognize that beneath it all, the United States funds one quarter of the UN's operating expenses, one-fourth of an organization of 188 nations.

02:17:48.000 It's suggested that the economy in Europe should contribute a little bit more, perhaps.

02:17:53.000 And one-third of the 16 so-called peacekeeping missions uh... and all of the uh...

02:18:00.000 specifically ill-advised invasion of iraq so uh...

02:18:06.000 they'll back up a little bit when things get too edgy between the united states

02:18:10.000 because they do not want to have to make up the difference in one quarter of their general

02:18:14.000 operating costs and one third of their so-called peacekeeping missions which is a tremendous

02:18:20.000 amount by the same little clicker.

02:18:22.000 I mean, they own the U.S.

02:18:23.000 and use us as the bad cop to do the dirty work for them.

02:18:26.000 What other little tidbits do you have for us that we're going to see on the horizon?

02:18:30.000 You always get us some major development that Bilderberg is pushing for in the next year.

02:18:39.000 Well, one thing that the United States' promising effort to placate the British Was it in Iraq we try to hunker down to more of a defensive operation and let a few or so destroy missions and for that the uh... See I'm trying to remember something uh... Oh, this is a bigger thought crossed my mind.

02:19:07.000 Now I know you're sitting there with all of your notes and you just got back from Europe.

02:19:10.000 One of our guys, still a little jet lagged, one of our guys I had a photograph of David Rockefeller having lunch with one of these magic cameras that can zoom in from a football field away.

02:19:22.000 And he said, Mr. Rockefeller is a very sloppy eater.

02:19:26.000 He puts his head down over the plate and slurps in his food.

02:19:29.000 I could have a photograph of that, but we do have photographs, but not the perfect one of him, but the food's sloppy.

02:19:37.000 Stay there.

02:19:38.000 I want to hear about all the stuff that's coming up and your issues.

02:19:41.000 Jim Tucker's our guest, AmericanFreePress.net.

02:19:45.000 Introducing the most efficient gravity filter available.

02:19:48.000 You know, if you were to throw 100 ball bearings at a magnet, most would bounce off.

02:19:53.000 But, if you placed them on the magnet, all would stick.

02:19:56.000 The same principle applies in water filtration.

02:19:58.000 Most filtration systems force water through the filter at 60 to 90 PSI, causing water molecules to race through the filter in less than a second.

02:20:07.000 The Berkey light is different.

02:20:09.000 Water molecules take 5 to 10 minutes to pass through the torturous path of the self-sterilizing filters.

02:20:15.000 This allows the proprietary media formulation to remove and reduce pathogenic bacteria,

02:20:21.000 cysts, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, organic solvents, foul tastes, odors,

02:20:26.000 heavy metals, and nitrates.

02:20:27.000 It is so powerful, it purifies raw, untreated water from remote lakes, streams, and stagnant ponds.

02:20:34.000 Get the advanced Berkey Light for only $259 by calling New Millennium at 888-803-4438.

02:23:44.000 Music Alright, Jim just got back from Europe.

02:23:55.000 He's got all his notes there with him. They're in the bright room.

02:23:57.000 We're going through them.

02:23:58.000 He's got some major developments for you as the spotlights are now American Free Press articles come out.

02:24:04.000 We're posting them on PrisonPlanet.com and InfoWars.com.

02:24:08.000 Or you can go to AmericanFreePress.net.

02:24:09.000 We'll tell you how to subscribe later.

02:24:11.000 Your calls are coming up in the next segment.

02:24:13.000 If you want to join us, 800-259-9231.

02:24:14.000 Jim's going to be with us for the rest of the hour.

02:24:20.000 Jim, you end direct tax.

02:24:22.000 You broke the story years ago, literally, before it was even in our media, what, a decade ago?

02:24:27.000 The plan of this Tobin tax on money transfers.

02:24:30.000 Now you're saying during the break that they're leaning towards an oil tax because they already controlled that through the cartel, the Arabs are puppets for them. 1.00

02:24:38.000 And this will be trillions of dollars, even though it's a small tax, in the aggregate in the next decade, off of total world oil supply, and bring in international regulations.

02:24:48.000 Speak to that, please.

02:24:50.000 Yes, both proposals from Bilderberg have been pending before the United Nations for several years now, though not reported in the mainstream press.

02:24:59.000 One proposal was a tax on international financial transfers and the other was a tax on oil at

02:25:06.000 the wellhead per barrel tax.

02:25:10.000 Now they've tilted toward the oil tax this year because for one psychological reason,

02:25:19.000 not everybody is involved in international financial transactions.

02:25:23.000 Most people use oil directly.

02:25:26.000 They're putting it in their car, their lawn mower, or directly by riding public transportation

02:25:31.000 or whatever.

02:25:32.000 So this will establish the principle of me personally paying the tax directly to the

02:25:37.000 when I put gas in my car.

02:25:39.000 It'd be such a tiny amount that I would not even notice it'd be a fraction of a penny.

02:25:44.000 But that would establish the principle of the U.N.

02:25:47.000 directly taxing me and you and every other individual.

02:25:50.000 And then they can ratchet it up later.

02:25:52.000 Yes, just like the income tax in the United States was ratcheted up later.

02:25:58.000 So that's why they tilt toward the Oh, and that's what they'll be pushing in a subterranean manner before the UN.

02:26:08.000 That is just massive.

02:26:11.000 In fact, every big global G8 or whatever meeting they have, they now openly talk about this, and I think you and your paper have had a lot to do with that, because ten years ago, five years ago, they totally denied all this.

02:26:22.000 Now they admit it, but I hadn't heard the inside info that they were moving towards the gas tax.

02:26:27.000 Yes, they prefer that over the financial transaction deal, which will not be withdrawn because they want a tax.

02:26:33.000 But their strong preference now is the oil tax over the tax on international financial transactions.

02:26:41.000 Amazing!

02:26:42.000 And also we know that there's other stuff like they don't want the US troops to leave Germany.

02:26:52.000 Why is that?

02:26:53.000 This is amusing.

02:26:55.000 The Americans are being I think it's a mistake also, and many good patriotic Americans do.

02:27:05.000 Learning that the Pentagon was considering reducing troop levels in Germany and other places, the Bilderberg reaction was just terrible.

02:27:13.000 They argued it would undermine unity, etc.

02:27:18.000 Now, the reason for this is that an American military base in Germany is a local economic generator.

02:27:27.000 The way those soldiers spend their money, and when they have their families with them living off base, they just do not want the Americans to go away for economic reasons, not military concerns whatsoever.

02:27:38.000 Now we'll get into the Brits and getting spanked because they can't get their people to accept the Euro, but before we do that, I wanted to You know, talk about the Bilderberg Group and their larger designs.

02:27:50.000 I mean, obviously, according to your reports two years ago, they said, hold off on the war for a year.

02:27:57.000 That was their request.

02:28:00.000 And obviously the EU and the rest of them are profiting from this because they own much of our nation.

02:28:07.000 And they want us to play the part of the bad cop.

02:28:10.000 But why were the Bilderbergs, Now you're saying, spanking us for the war, or why were some of them against it?

02:28:19.000 Well, they were opposed to the invasion of Iraq when they started being built up two years ago, partly because of political pragmatism.

02:28:30.000 People all over Europe were horrified by the idea of invading Iraq, the United States going it alone.

02:28:36.000 So they think that the Anglo-American bloc was moving too quickly?

02:28:41.000 Of course, without UN permission, all that stuff, we should get permission slips, as Bush would say.

02:28:45.000 But at that meeting in Chantilly, let's see, not this year, not last year, the year before, 2001, I think it was, Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld roared out from the Pentagon to Chantilly, which is about 30 miles away in Virginia, near Dulles Airport.

02:29:08.000 To promise the Europeans that the invasion would not come this year. 0.52

02:29:14.000 It will not come this year.

02:29:16.000 By that time, all the newspapers were reporting that the war will start by late summer or early fall at the very latest.

02:29:24.000 And oddly, Jim Hoagland, the associate editor for Washington Post and the Billerberg Regular, along with their publisher Donald Graham... Stay there, we'll finish when we get to...

02:29:35.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

02:29:39.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:29:46.000 One of America's greatest patriots, Patrick Henry, said, give me liberty or give me death.

02:35:41.000 And your support also makes this broadcast possible, and the films we produce possible, and your support is needed.

02:35:47.000 Going back to Jim Tucker, you were talking about how There were members of the press corps there, one of the owners of the Washington Post there, some of their writers there, and they knew that the war had been put off a year.

02:36:01.000 You got that information, we're the only person to publish that, and they decided to just ignore it and not tell the people.

02:36:07.000 Talk about ignoring a major scoop!

02:36:09.000 Talk about violating public trust, Jim!

02:36:11.000 What I cannot understand is why Jim Hoagland, he hates to be called Jimmy Lee Hoagland, I should remember that, Jimmy Lee Hoagland, Associated Editor of the Washington Post did not even go over to the World Desk, his own newspaper, and say, boys, pipe down on war by late summer, early fall.

02:36:31.000 I've got reason to believe it will not occur until next year.

02:36:33.000 When he was there hearing, Rumsfeld promised it would not start this year.

02:36:38.000 He didn't say when it would start, but he promised it would not be in the year 2002.

02:36:43.000 It would be no earlier than the year 2003.

02:36:46.000 That was an effort to pacify the Uh, uh, European Bilderberg members, and it marked the first time, uh, in history, there's been known to be a, uh, a serious rift in Bilderberg, which has been, uh, traditionally a very congenial group, and they still have their, uh, common goal, of course, of world government and all that jazz.

02:37:10.000 But, uh, then the rift still persists to this day, uh, with criticism over the Asian, although The United States cut some concessions and they pressured the UN Security Council to vote unanimously to endorse the occupation of Iraq as it is now.

02:37:31.000 But the American Bilderberg guys on Bush's behalf, especially the Defense and State Department guys, wanted the Europeans to support NATO's formal involvement in the war.

02:37:45.000 NATO said no, effectively saying we're not going to clean up your mess afterwards.

02:37:52.000 You got in by yourself, you didn't consult NATO, you did it without consulting NATO or

02:37:58.000 the UN and so the UN is going to take a very, even blessing the occupation is to be now

02:38:06.000 with the sovereignty handed over, there's not going to be a heavy UN...

02:38:10.000 presence as far as helping the United States.

02:38:12.000 So again, they're playing the part of the good cop, the savior.

02:38:15.000 I want to shift gears just briefly and then want to go straight to calls, Jim.

02:38:19.000 We're honored to have you.

02:38:20.000 You're a journalist, been in the newspaper business, a writer for major papers for what, 40 plus years?

02:38:29.000 Fifty some years now, about 51 years.

02:38:31.000 Okay, I wanted to get your take on this, because you're in Washington, you're around this.

02:38:35.000 I call it propaganda placement, not product placement.

02:38:39.000 Where the government is paying for stuff in sitcoms, dramas, movies, fake newscasts, newspapers, radio stations, it goes on right here in Austin.

02:38:49.000 This was out of the London Guardian, it was also the New York Times, but only one small piece of this.

02:38:54.000 U.S.

02:38:54.000 government fake Bush news reports, TV news in America, that show President Bush giving a standing ovation for political voters have been exposed as fake.

02:39:04.000 It has emerged the U.S. 0.91

02:39:05.000 government admitted, this is London Guardian, it paid actors to pose as journalists in video news releases sent to TV stations and paid for, by the way, a $70 million ad buy.

02:39:15.000 Intending to convey support for new laws about health benefits.

02:39:18.000 And that's just one little piece.

02:39:20.000 I mean, how far down the big brother police state propaganda chasm have we slipped when only one article about, you know, $70 million media buy with fake newscasts, Jim?

02:39:33.000 Yes, they made a small one.

02:39:35.000 I think it was FEC or one of those bureaucracies said that that was illegal.

02:39:41.000 They were saying under the theory that you're explaining the health care benefits Yes, it was.

02:39:47.000 They have been told, although not widely publicized, that that was illegal.

02:39:50.000 Don't do it anymore.

02:39:51.000 like a newscast uh... yes

02:39:54.000 uh... it was uh... they have been told all the top-level publicized that

02:39:58.000 uh... that was illegal don't do it anymore so they stopped it

02:40:01.000 well that particular program i saw a bbc article two years ago

02:40:06.000 where the queen didn't want to meet with actual people in this african country

02:40:09.000 so they want to a soap opera set and had a stage meeting with her and children and then it

02:40:14.000 wasn't even announced that it was fake to a letter when she got caught

02:40:17.000 I mean, how much other stuff is fake, Jim?

02:40:19.000 Well, it's certainly not hard to do.

02:40:23.000 You can pick out your sweetheart reporters and have a press conference.

02:40:27.000 You can call them into your Oval Office for a personal interview.

02:40:32.000 And they're not going to make the President mad.

02:40:34.000 They're gloating over the fact that they have an exclusive.

02:40:37.000 The pool reporters flying on Air Force One and the press plane following behind.

02:40:46.000 Newspapers do pay their share of the cost for traveling with the President.

02:40:51.000 The taxpayers don't do that.

02:40:52.000 Then they have the pool reporters.

02:40:54.000 It changes among the leaders, New York Times, AP, and so forth.

02:40:59.000 but people reporters are oblique honor bound to come back and people do the

02:41:02.000 reporters on everything transpired so it's easy for a person to walk back to the rear of air

02:41:08.000 force one or invite the uh... pool of four five pool reporters 0.65

02:41:12.000 into his private cabin somewhere and uh... matter way at them

02:41:16.000 and uh...

02:41:18.000 but the death of a billion uh...

02:41:20.000 i'll take no questions called up to this is the uh... hotline me light up in a minute we're not even

02:41:25.000 talking about old-fashioned corruption like that.

02:41:28.000 We're talking about fake newscasts here.

02:41:31.000 Yes, I'm not aware of many actually fake newscasts.

02:41:37.000 Some press conferences.

02:41:40.000 Well, this particular article that you were aware of is where they spent $70 million paying for these fake newscasts to air on TV stations.

02:41:47.000 I even saw one in Austin last year and I was like, man, that's a weird newscast with these fake newscasters going, people love the president, it's all good.

02:41:54.000 I didn't personally see that when I read about it.

02:41:57.000 Yeah, but I mean, imagine, well, it's like the fake letters from troops with fake signatures.

02:42:05.000 Yes, there was occasions where uh...

02:42:09.000 in iraq some of the uh...

02:42:11.000 officers or whatever sitting back with glowing reports of how how how morale is

02:42:16.000 uh... in iraq even though we did have enough life of those uh...

02:42:20.000 best uh... bulletproof vest to save some lives of course some of that could be blamed on president clinton

02:42:26.000 for cutting back the military

02:42:28.000 and he used military all over the world to Like Monaco, the Windscale Stage 1 invaded Yugoslavia, preventing the threat of Yugoslavia bombing Washington.

02:42:39.000 I tell you what, let's take some calls, Jim.

02:42:41.000 Sure.

02:42:42.000 Again, thanks for joining us.

02:42:43.000 Brian, in Virginia, you're on the air with Jim Tucker.

02:42:46.000 Go ahead.

02:42:47.000 Thank you very much.

02:42:48.000 I'm just now going on a terminally from the U.S.

02:42:51.000 Navy, and there's a The reason for that as far as not being enlisted or staying in, because I spent three years overseas and just came to Virginia and just was shocked by the plan.

02:43:01.000 Basically almost like a police state.

02:43:03.000 But my big question is why it's not in the news that half our Navy fleet got deployed to their new Navy search program.

02:43:09.000 There's no real news coverage of this.

02:43:11.000 That's right.

02:43:11.000 Last week a massive naval deployment.

02:43:14.000 Any idea what that's for, Jim?

02:43:16.000 No, I'm glad to hear about it.

02:43:17.000 I'll take all the information I can get.

02:43:19.000 Yeah, seven battle groups.

02:43:21.000 Uh-huh.

02:43:21.000 Which is about almost 100,000 sailors got deployed.

02:43:24.000 10 aircraft carriers.

02:43:27.000 Right.

02:43:28.000 Or, say now, an aircraft carrier doesn't travel alone.

02:43:30.000 An aircraft carrier travels with a group of destroyers, frigates, flyships, submarines, and X amount of air weight, depending on size of the carrier, can hold about 100 aircraft.

02:43:40.000 There'll be a lot of bombing coming up, a lot more bombing.

02:43:43.000 Well, they say they're going to Syria.

02:43:46.000 That's where the carrier battle fleets are going. 1.00

02:43:48.000 What, four or five of them?

02:43:49.000 The others are going over by South Korea.

02:43:54.000 Is that accurate to what you know, being in the Navy, sir?

02:43:56.000 Well, there's deployed troops from South Korea to Afghanistan, I think it is.

02:44:02.000 Yeah, 4,000.

02:44:03.000 Where the Navy's take on it is this.

02:44:05.000 What they want to say is, from now on, this is going to be the new way.

02:44:08.000 Instead of having just two Carrier groups out at a time with two that come out and replace it every six months.

02:44:14.000 Now they'll go out at once and no one, if you're aboard or whatnot, has no idea when it's going to return.

02:44:23.000 Now we do not know when they're going to return.

02:44:25.000 It could be one month, it could be nine months.

02:44:27.000 There is a whole armada, half the East Coast Navy, if not most of the East Coast Navy, out at sea.

02:44:34.000 What are people inside the Navy that you just got out of saying it's for?

02:44:38.000 They're shocked.

02:44:39.000 They have no idea.

02:44:40.000 And I don't understand how they even want to stay in the Navy.

02:44:42.000 Most of it's going to the Middle East.

02:44:44.000 Thanks for the call, Brian.

02:44:45.000 Well, there has been some speculation that we'd hit Syria very quickly if the Iraq War had calmed down as quickly and neatly as the administration mistakenly expected.

02:44:57.000 I hope this is not a build-up for an invasion of Syria before we Can even settle down a rock.

02:45:06.000 Well, the administration might have some helpful terror events, like they said in PNAC documents, that get us all behind that in the new national draft.

02:45:14.000 Any talk of the draft in Bilderberg, Jim?

02:45:19.000 Not so much talk of the draft at Bilderberg that I'm aware of, but there are draft bills pending in the Congress, and President Bush is now quietly Filling in the manpower at the old draft boards that we knew before.

02:45:37.000 Kids were told to simply go down and tell the post office where you are in case we ever need a draft.

02:45:42.000 That's right.

02:45:42.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Tom in Ohio.

02:45:44.000 Tom, go ahead.

02:45:45.000 Yeah, Alex, I got a little information.

02:45:47.000 I didn't know if you know any of it or not.

02:45:51.000 On the gun shows now, I've got a friend of mine.

02:45:54.000 He said he's seen them take pictures, you know, with their phone.

02:45:59.000 People buying guns.

02:46:02.000 And I got some information on the troops all leaving this summer.

02:46:07.000 They're going to pull them all out of here.

02:46:10.000 And I got that from two different people.

02:46:13.000 Pulling troops from where?

02:46:16.000 They're going to take them all out of this country. 0.99

02:46:20.000 Now, but specifics, sir, like the last caller, I mean, it's admitted there's this record armada leaving, but I mean, what's your specifics?

02:46:28.000 Are they taking them to Iraq?

02:46:30.000 We know they're upping the number of troops in Iraq.

02:46:33.000 Anything else, Tom?

02:46:36.000 Yeah, I went through some chemtrails.

02:46:38.000 We're getting rained on about every day here in Ohio.

02:46:43.000 I went 60 miles west of me.

02:46:45.000 No, it was east.

02:46:47.000 The other day, it was on Saturday, and this stuff that looked like spider webs was coming down out of the air.

02:46:53.000 Well, they admit there's a lot of bizarre testing going on.

02:46:55.000 Thanks for the call, Tom.

02:46:57.000 Any comments, Jim?

02:46:59.000 Our Mike Blair has had a lot to write in recent years on chemtrails from speculation about manipulating the weather for military purposes.

02:47:10.000 Yeah, there's a lot of that going on.

02:47:12.000 Wesley in Tennessee, you're on the air with Jim Tucker.

02:47:14.000 Go ahead.

02:47:15.000 Kudos to you, Alex, for having such an excellent and fine guest on today.

02:47:19.000 I really appreciate his presence.

02:47:21.000 Okay.

02:47:22.000 Thank you.

02:47:23.000 Jim?

02:47:24.000 I would like to ask you if you believe that Maybe not necessarily the Bilderbergers by themselves, but the Bilderbergers in combination with the Trilateralists and these other large secret groups are in a position to have enough strength to dictate pretty well what the President can and can't do in the United States.

02:47:24.000 Yes?

02:47:46.000 Well, as demonstrated so many times, they can bring tremendous pressure.

02:47:50.000 And understand now that every presence since Ford up until Excluding Reagan to a certain extent, but up until the current president has been a member of either Bilderberg or Trilateral Commission.

02:48:05.000 And as you know, they have an interlocking leadership.

02:48:07.000 The Trilateral Commission is a little bit more public.

02:48:10.000 They have an office in Washington.

02:48:11.000 You call them, they'll say, yes, our meeting will be here.

02:48:15.000 We'll have a press conference when it's over and hand out the Well, we have the leaders of the Trilateral Commission being at Bilderberg.

02:48:24.000 Isn't the CFR and Trilateral Commission basically just management companies for Bilderberg?

02:48:29.000 Well, they carry on a common agenda.

02:48:30.000 The CFR with 3,000 members, their job is to produce a Well-reasoned white paper reflecting what Bilderberg wants done.

02:48:42.000 For instance, the year that Big Bush was moving toward breaking his No New Taxes Pledge, the CFR comes out with a big white paper on why it's in every American's best interest that they pay more income tax.

02:48:56.000 And they came out with a white paper before 9-11 saying, give all your rights up, have dribs on the streets, we're about to be hit.

02:49:02.000 And the people went, oh, you're such geniuses when it happened.

02:49:04.000 The CFR is the Propaganda Ministry for Bilderberg, and the Trilateral Commission includes Japan.

02:49:11.000 Deals with the economy, right?

02:49:12.000 Yes, and there's always a common agenda, interlocking leadership, Rockefeller and Kissinger.

02:49:22.000 Now, their numbers fluctuate.

02:49:23.000 How many members of Trilateral?

02:49:25.000 They're roughly about 320, while Bilderberg is typically 120.

02:49:27.000 They have 130 this year, bringing in that Senator from North Carolina.

02:49:36.000 What's his name?

02:49:39.000 The one who's running for President.

02:49:42.000 Yeah, the one who was running against Kerry.

02:49:46.000 Yeah, John Edwards.

02:49:49.000 Lost his Virginia to Bilderberg this year.

02:49:51.000 Now Bill Clinton, a little-known governor, went in 1991.

02:49:57.000 What does this mean to see John Edwards there?

02:49:59.000 They probably think he should be on the ticket with Kerry.

02:50:03.000 And so they'll own both horses in a two-horse race as usual.

02:50:10.000 I said a moment ago that Reagan was not a member, and officially he was not a member of the Trilateral Commission.

02:50:16.000 When he was running in the Republican primaries in 1980, he had his staff denounce the Trilateral Commission in order to embarrass Big Bush.

02:50:28.000 And Big Bush resigned, saying that the Trilateral Commission is misunderstood.

02:50:32.000 Uh, then he comes on the ticket with Reagan.

02:50:34.000 The following March in Washington, D.C.

02:50:36.000 for Trilateral Smith, uh, the Vice President Bush addressed the Trilateral Commission meeting.

02:50:45.000 Hey folks, Alex Jones here, and I'm very excited to announce the release of my bombshell documentary film, 9-1-1, The Road to Tyranny, on DVD.

02:50:52.000 That's right folks, DVD.

02:50:54.000 The original film was 144 minutes long.

02:54:11.000 We'll give you a number here before he leaves us to subscribe by phone if you'd like.

02:54:18.000 Jim, I kind of want to end this interview like we started it, but maybe elaborate on it.

02:54:23.000 If you've got five movie stars at the beach, 50 reporters go out there.

02:54:28.000 Yes.

02:54:29.000 If you get 120 somewhere, it's a major television event with 30 million viewers.

02:54:35.000 If they were hiding in secret in a mansion doing something, as you said, people would be catapulting themselves to the windows.

02:54:42.000 But 120 richest people in the world, royalty, people who were normally followed by the paparazzi, Suddenly, they're meeting in secret, admitting it's about government, but if we ask questions, somehow we're bad.

02:54:54.000 The BBC, I don't know if you saw that article, viciously attacked those.

02:54:58.000 They said, well, McVeigh and Bin Laden talk about this.

02:55:01.000 Maybe if you talk about it, you're with them.

02:55:03.000 I mean, this is really childish psychology they're using.

02:55:07.000 Comments to that?

02:55:08.000 I don't know how, in what context they used it.

02:55:11.000 They called me, and asked me if I'd do a five-minute interview, and I said yes.

02:55:16.000 Now, after doing the interview, which seemed friendly enough to explain the rough summation justice we've done here, it's very polite now. 0.95

02:55:24.000 I don't know if they stuck that in the middle of a broadcast where they said, here's a fat old fool who's paranoid over Bilderberg or not. 0.91

02:55:31.000 I don't know how it was handled. 0.69

02:55:32.000 I didn't see you in this particular BBC text article.

02:55:35.000 I think it was strictly radio calls.

02:55:37.000 I was doing it from the hotel room.

02:55:39.000 I think this is just radio.

02:55:40.000 Yeah, but did you see the text report where they attacked anybody that investigates it?

02:55:44.000 No.

02:55:45.000 It was disgusting. 0.92

02:55:46.000 Go ahead.

02:55:47.000 No, I haven't seen that.

02:55:48.000 I don't know what they did.

02:55:51.000 Although, the newspapers in Italy, some of the big metropolitan big papers, Which gave such heavy attention, and of course I can't read Italian, so the other reporters, when we gather for our evening meetings to compare notes and exchange information, they gladly said that they treated me nicely in a couple of interviews by their newspapers of me.

02:56:17.000 Well, that's great.

02:56:18.000 Well, I mean, it seems like the Italians know about secret government and know it's a bad thing. 0.71

02:56:23.000 Why are we so naive in America and England?

02:56:26.000 Because the press, well, The press of the United States is very easily controlled.

02:56:34.000 The heads of the major newspapers have all attended at one time or another.

02:56:39.000 The Washington Post is regular, but they've had the New York Times, the LA Times, all the major network anchors at one time or another on a lifetime promise of absolute secrecy, report nothing, say nothing.

02:56:52.000 Now that's admitted!

02:56:54.000 So they bring major newspaper editors in, you sign a non-disclosure agreement, that's admitted, and then now you can't have a report on any of those issues.

02:57:02.000 I mean, this is criminal! 0.98

02:57:04.000 Well, they're journalistic prostitutes. 1.00

02:57:06.000 I'm saying that Jimmy Lee Hoagland is a journalistic prostitute, as is his boss, young Donald Graham, as were the late Mrs. Graham and the late Phil Graham before him, going all the way back to Not 1954 and well this year as usual to the guys from the Economist of London Gideon Rockman and Adrian Wooldridge were there as rapporteurs they call them. 0.95

02:57:36.000 They've made that promise, and there's several others. 0.75

02:57:38.000 I'm scammed this evening.

02:57:39.000 Well, you've never made that promise, and you infiltrate, and you get the info out.

02:57:44.000 And Jim Tucker, I look forward to talking to you again on this subject, and God bless you.
