00:09:32.000 And, out of the different scenarios that I saw developing three years ago, when the reauthorization of the Patriot Act began to heat up, because even then they were trying to expand it and pass Patriot Act II, remember?
00:09:49.000 Because it had a five-year sunset.
00:09:51.000 Well, they had already implemented Patriot Act 2 despite the fact they never even passed it.
00:09:57.000 They're doing everything that's in Patriot Act 2 without even having a law and Bush just claims he can do it through executive fiat.
00:10:05.000 So understand, they were doing everything they're doing in the Patriot Act long before they ever passed the Patriot Act.
00:10:13.000 And they've been doing everything that's in Patriot Act 2 since they signed Patriot Act 1 on the record.
00:10:20.000 So all of this talk about how if it expires they're not going to be able to keep us safe and the terrorists are going to get us is just a political football.
00:10:30.000 Now remember that Bush has been running around telling us that all he wants to do is keep us safe.
00:10:51.000 And so we've got to reauthorize this Patriot Act.

00:11:27.000 And so three years ago, one of many times he did this, when the Vice President, Dick Cheney, got up on Meet the Press and said, if you continue to investigate 9-11 and our supposed failure, you're ensuring Al-Qaeda will strike and it's going to be nuclear.

00:11:49.000 We've heard this over and over and over again. 1.00
00:11:52.000 If you question anything they do or anything they say, the terrorists are going to get you.

00:11:59.000 Then you look at who's behind the terrorism, and in case after case, time after time, it is criminal elements inside the military-industrial complex, bought and paid for by the big global central banks that openly run our country and 90 plus percent of the world.
00:12:16.000 And any nation that they don't like, whether they're good, bad, or indifferent, I'm not defending those nations, Has one thing in common.

00:12:24.000 They don't have one of the big private central banks controlling them.

00:12:32.000 And so we're in the middle of a global government forming around us.
