02:51:49.000But I hear this message, which is the only thing that matters is preventing Iran from having a nuclear bomb.
02:51:57.000And the first thing that I think of, of course, is the parallel to the war in Iraq.
02:52:04.000Which is to say, this sense of obligation that the United States is going to be the world's policeman, that it's our job to go into Iran and prevent them from acquiring this arsenal.
02:52:53.000I think basically you would not have a President Trump or a Trump campaign in the first place if you never had the war in Iraq, because it was the war in Iraq.
02:53:06.000I believe, which in part propelled Obama into the presidency.
02:53:11.000It was frustration over the war with no exit strategy, the war that it turned out that the pretext for the war was a farce, the war which cost all the money and created so many casualties, the war which appeared to be never ending.
02:53:28.000And in part, Obama parlayed that into his victory.
02:53:31.000And it was his failure even to extricate us from the war, I think, which propelled Trump into office.
02:53:39.000It was that people saw Obama at one point as the hope and change candidate who was supposed to end the war and be a breath of fresh air and a change of pace, reorient our country away from the foreign expeditions and back towards health care, back towards building American industry like the auto industry.
02:54:00.000And I think it was Obama's failure that then, out of frustration, many voters said clearly DC isn't getting the message.
02:54:09.000It's not Republicans that are the problem or the Democrats.
02:54:27.000And then Trump came on the scene and famously came down the escalator and specifically attacked the legacy of the war in Iraq.
02:54:36.000And if you remember, and I do very vividly, back in 2015, it was Jeb Bush.
02:54:42.000The governor of Florida, who was basically the front runner in the Republican presidential primary for 2016.
02:54:51.000And it was Trump who used Jeb Bush as a foil initially to become popular.
02:54:58.000Trump came into the race, set his sights on Jeb Bush, and targeted him ruthlessly as part of the Bush dynasty, and therefore emblematic of the problem, which is that dynastic Republicans and Democrats, Bushes and Clintons, Have had us at war in the Middle East for 30 years, in Iraq in particular, but also elsewhere.
02:55:21.000It's these dynastic families in the Republican and Democrat parties that have implemented free trade, open borders, all these globalist policies.
02:55:32.000And it was Trump versus Jeb Bush, I think, which is what made Trump the frontrunner in the Republican primary, maybe propelling him to be the nominee and then the president.
02:55:48.000We can't keep doing all of these policies that put Americans last.
02:55:54.000We can't sacrifice our country on the altar of what they call democratic globalism, opening our markets, opening our borders, fighting everybody else's wars.

03:00:43.000He was running as a radical departure from the legacy of Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush Sr., who were fighting this war in the Persian Gulf.
03:00:54.000In 1990, fighting this war in the Persian Gulf in 2003, fighting these wars, the ISIS war in 2013 and 2014.
03:01:05.000He was supposed to be a departure from all of this, and now he's a part of it.

03:01:31.000And now, Trump, who defeated Jeb Bush, who ran in contravention against Bush's legacy as a rebuke against Obama's failure to overturn Bush's legacy, now Trump is basically doing it on their behalf, re entering the Persian Gulf in epic fury to finish the job against Iran.
03:01:54.000And who is the ultimate beneficiary of this?
03:02:00.000We all know that in the end, All of these wars from 1990 until now, you could even argue from the Iran Iraq war, going back to 1980, for 40 years, for just as long, we've been fighting Israel's enemies, fighting Iraq, fighting Syria, fighting Iran in the Persian Gulf under this pretext that we can't let them get a nuclear bomb, destroying those Arab countries and Persian countries,

03:02:36.000And in the meantime, we are spent trillions of dollars, division, people don't trust the government anymore.

03:03:47.000It was that anger and that grievance and what it represented, which is that our leaders are over in the Middle East redrawing the map while Americans at home are dying and becoming more poor and being replaced and their jobs are being taken away.
03:04:03.000That was part of the anger that made Trump the president in the first place.
03:04:08.000And you fast forward, and it's not like he failed to live up to it, it's not like he tried and it didn't work or he encountered political opposition.
03:04:18.000He is now the Pied Piper that has brought all those people that were angry at Bush's legacy that are now enthusiastically supporting Trump's agenda to go to war in Iran.
03:04:30.000And to me, that's the sickest thing of all.
03:04:33.000And this is when you have to realize where we are historically.
03:04:37.000It's important to remember the context, it's very similar to what we just talked about with the Indians.
03:04:42.000Getting back to first principles, why did this whole thing happen?
03:05:30.000And it's not the case that Trump has transformed the system and made it America first and nationalist and representing the will of the people.
03:05:38.000Rather, the Trump movement has been made to serve the agenda of the system.
03:05:50.000Trump is now leading his strongest and most loyal and sycophantic supporters into supporting the system's agenda more enthusiastically than anybody else.
03:06:13.000It has become captured and is now just another part of the system and therefore our enemy.
03:06:20.000Trump, it's not to say that his entire legacy is bad, but as it stands right now, Trump is acting as the enemy.
03:06:28.000His followers are acting as the enemy.
03:06:31.000As long as he is driving us to another regime change war, Over fake nuclear weapons in the Middle East to the detriment of Americans, this is indistinguishable from Bush and Obama.
03:06:46.000Therefore, what must be done is we must now have a radical break from Trump and we can honor his legacy.
03:06:55.000You can say it this way and you could say that Trump went astray, that Trump deviated from the plan, something went wrong and he betrayed it.
03:07:07.000The legacy of 2016 as a compelling chapter in the story, but we must acknowledge that it has gone wrong.

03:07:58.000And we have to recognize there's not going to be anything new coming out of this.
03:08:03.000There's not going to be anything dynamic or progressive or forward thinking.
03:08:07.000The only direction that Trumpism can go into is degeneration.
03:08:13.000And so, this is why understanding the context is important.

03:08:21.000If Bush gave us Obama, if Obama gave us Trump, Trump now needs to give way to something even more radical.
03:08:30.000Trump now needs to give way to something that is refined, that is not looking backward and saying, let's do 2016 again, but is taking into account the lessons of Trumpism and where it failed.
03:08:41.000But we do now need something that is more revolutionary to come.
03:08:45.000In its place, because clearly this is not salvageable if that's the message.
03:08:50.000The message is now basically America last and neocons first.
03:08:56.000The message is quite literally I don't care about Americans or their concerns or their finances or their costs and their purchasing power, and I don't care about any of that.
03:09:09.000What I care about is that if Chinese students come into America, that's going to keep the universities in business.
03:09:14.000And I care about Iran doesn't have a nuclear bomb.
03:09:17.000And I need to make sure that the Farmers have the seasonal illegal aliens that they need.
03:09:23.000It's become about everything else, just like every other administration, just like every other politician.
03:09:35.000And you could say, and I think just to play devil's advocate, I think you can credibly say that for Trump to express this and say, I'm not even thinking about gas prices, you could say that's a negotiating tactic.
03:09:50.000In other words, if the Iranians are expecting that Trump will fold, If there's enough political pressure, which comes from the high gas prices, then that probably confers an advantage upon them if they think their pressure is going to work, if they think there will be a breakthrough and eventually Trump will buckle and he will bow to the political pressure inside the country.
03:10:11.000And so for Trump to say, I don't care about that, I'm going to push ahead no matter what, I don't care how bad gas prices get, you could see how that might take the wind out of the sails of the Iranians.
03:10:23.000Regardless, though, I don't even think it's disputable at this point.
03:10:27.000Because we are at war in Iran, it's a distinction without a difference.
03:10:32.000Whether he says it or not, we are there.
03:10:35.000He staked his second term, he staked the well being of Americans on this project.
03:10:40.000And so it basically is true that this is all that matters to the administration.
03:10:45.000And the last thing I'll say about it is this consider the following.
03:10:49.000Trump says, My legacy as president, the only thing that matters to me is that Iran doesn't get a nuclear bomb.
03:10:57.000And what is implied is that Iran getting a nuclear bomb would be the greatest existential threat to America.
03:11:06.000Consider what he is not talking about as the biggest existential threat that combating is worth at any cost, that he would be honored if that were part of his legacy.
03:11:31.000The real existential threat, whether Iran has a nuclear capability or not, is the invasion of Europe and the United States by foreigners that are killing us and that are outbreeding us and that are taking political power over and against us.
03:11:47.000That's the real existential threat of our time.
03:13:02.000It is us as one distinct, coherent civilization, the West, The Europeans, Christendom against the world.
03:13:12.000And when Trump addresses the UN at the end of 11 years, he doesn't say his legacy.
03:13:17.000He doesn't say that the number one threat worth combating is the ethnic genocide of our people, the destruction of our civilization through immigration and political subversion.
03:13:29.000He says, no, it's that Iran is going to get a nuclear bomb.
03:13:35.000And we will and can do anything to stop this because this is the number one threat of all.
03:13:42.000And it turns out, even apparently, immigration is not as big of a deal as this.
03:13:47.000And I'm one of these people where if somebody tells you what they're about, you should believe them.
03:13:55.000So people will say, you have to vote Republican because it's about immigration.
03:14:00.000You have to vote Republican in 26 and 28 if it's Vance, if it's Vivek, no matter who, because it's all about immigration.
03:14:29.000It's arguably maybe not even in the top five.
03:14:32.000And so, for all these people that say, vote Republican, it's all about immigration, I would say if it was all about immigration, why did we not forfeit the midterm elections and blow up our popularity and approval rating and sacrifice everything to do mass deportations?
03:14:47.000Why did we use all that political capital on Iran instead?
03:15:01.000We would have tagged Trump's approval rating.
03:15:03.000There would have been riots in the streets.
03:15:05.000But at least at the end of it, maybe there'd be 10 million fewer illegal aliens.
