03:25:20.000Now, in 2024, according to a report from the New York Times, he's given Republicans nothing, no money at all.
03:25:30.000And specifically, they say Tim Allen is boycotting Republican Senate candidates because they have not passed the SAVE Act.
03:25:39.000SAVE Act was supposed to restrict mail in ballots, which would help Republicans, hurt Democrats.
03:25:45.000We would have passed it in the Senate, but the Senate leadership led by John Foone would not break the filibuster rule to pass it without Democrat votes.
03:25:54.000So now Tim Mellon, because Republicans cannot pass legislation, is not going to give him any money at all.
03:26:01.000And I saw this story today, and it's not a huge deal because, for what it's worth, Republicans have a lot more money than Democrats, regardless.
03:26:10.000The Republican Senate Leadership Fund has $80 million more than the Democrats.

03:27:12.000Everybody needs to show up and support Trump and all this kind of stuff.

03:27:23.000John Foone, who's the leader of the Senate Republicans, he's not acting like it's urgent.
03:27:28.000If it was, maybe he would have passed the Save Act to restrict mail in ballots and help Republicans if he thought that it was such an important thing to defeat the Democrats.
03:27:40.000If the donors really cared, maybe they would be putting up $200 million to bolster Republicans, specifically in the Senate, where it looks like we're losing in states where we should be winning, like Texas and Ohio.

03:47:27.000Got up to $45 million in 22, $197 million in 24, now down to basically nothing, and actually $0 for Senate Republicans, where they're defending a lot of very precarious seats, where they're fighting for their lives with Susan Collins in Maine and Lisa Murkowski in Alaska and Ken Paxton in Texas, and they're fighting for their lives against Sherrod Brown in Ohio and Abdul Al Sayed in Michigan and against John Assoff in Georgia.

03:48:01.000And Tim Mellon, who was a loyalist for the GOP for every cycle going back to 18, he's now giving no money.

03:48:16.000Well, we don't have to wonder because he said the reason he's not giving any money is because Republicans have not passed any legislation.
03:48:25.000Specifically, Trump and Elon promoted the SAVE Act, the Save America Act.
03:48:32.000And what the SAVE Act did, among other things, is it had a major crackdown on voter ID in Democrat states.
03:48:41.000It basically said that Democrat run states that do not have voter ID are going to lose federal funding.
03:48:47.000And so, this would impose something like a federal, nationwide voter ID rule on every single state.
03:48:54.000That's not something the federal government technically can do, but that would have been the effect.
03:49:00.000And obviously, this would have been a game changer because I believe, and I think a lot of other people understand, that a lack of voter ID is what allows Democrats to cheat.
03:49:10.000This is really the essence of the problem that where you have these big political machines in the big cities in the swing states, Like Atlanta in Georgia, or Philadelphia in Pennsylvania, or Detroit in Michigan, Milwaukee in Wisconsin, Phoenix in Arizona.

03:49:33.000And this is where, if you've got Democrat poll workers and if you've got very liberal mail in ballot rules, then you could probably do a lot of ballot harvesting from operatives that are signing the ballots and filling them out on behalf of other people.
