Bannon's War Room - Episode 2019： Biden Tests Positive For Covid, Get The Federal Government Out Of Education, Pence Turns On MAGA Again

00:00:00.000 The virus has now killed more than 100 people in China,

00:00:03.000 and new cases have been confirmed around the world.

00:00:05.460 So you don't want to frighten the American public.

00:00:07.760 France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.

00:00:10.460 But you need to prepare for and assume

00:00:13.400 broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.

00:00:17.840 That this is going to be a real serious problem.

00:00:19.860 France, Australia, Canada, the U.S., Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.

00:00:24.300 Health officials are investigating more than 100 possible cases in the U.S.

00:00:28.320 Germany, a man has contracted the virus.

00:00:31.740 The epidemic is a demon, and we cannot let this demon hide.

00:00:35.200 Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.

00:00:38.500 Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.

00:00:44.380 We have to prepare for the worst, always.

00:00:47.160 Because if you don't, and the worst happens.

00:00:50.620 War Room. Pandemic.

00:00:52.840 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:55.160 Welcome back to the War Room.

00:00:59.740 My name is Terry Schilling, filling in for the legendary leader of the War Room Posse, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:01:08.040 We still have a lot to get through today.

00:01:12.800 My goodness, Biden gets COVID.

00:01:15.000 Jack, you just made a point in the break.

00:01:19.600 I want you to talk about the crisis of the vaccinated.

00:01:23.980 I mean, these guys keep getting COVID.

00:01:26.260 It's not stopping anything.

00:01:29.000 Right.

00:01:29.540 And so we were told, how many times were we told going into the winter,

00:01:33.420 this is going to be the winter of doom, right?

00:01:36.120 The winter of doom, the pandemic of the unvaccinated. 0.98

00:01:40.140 And this is why this was the same political rhetoric, Terry, and you know this,

00:01:45.320 that the Biden administration used to impose those federal mandates on not only the federal workforce,

00:01:51.840 but the United States military.

00:01:53.980 And tens of thousands of people were either forced to take it,

00:01:58.340 and then thousands more were kicked out of the military.

00:02:02.260 Highly trained individuals.

00:02:04.380 This is the reason, by the way, that we're now seeing the recruitment numbers go down,

00:02:07.660 in addition to the military, going completely woke, right?

00:02:10.620 Recruitment numbers are so far down that they're reducing the size of the United States military

00:02:15.540 at the same time that the administration, as Ben was just pointing out,

00:02:19.380 is picking a fight with Russia in Eurasia.

00:02:22.580 That's, you know, just a great strategy right there all around.

00:02:25.580 Then you had people who were, every single one of these religious men,

00:02:30.380 or excuse me, religious exemptions in many of these cases was denied.

00:02:34.300 They were not given the religious exemptions when people said they,

00:02:36.900 and because they had specific, they had specific concerns over the fact that these vaccines,

00:02:42.940 and yes, I'm going to say it, were developed through the use of abortion-derived cells.

00:02:49.680 We know this.

00:02:50.820 That was part of the testing process.

00:02:53.640 And there are a lot of people, Terry, you and I find ourselves in that same camp,

00:02:57.400 that have a huge problem with using something that is derived from abortion

00:03:02.780 because of the moral implications of that, to be a product that you and I would take,

00:03:09.320 and then would give to our children, our wife, et cetera, et cetera, right?

00:03:13.820 These are huge issues.

00:03:15.560 But the Biden administration said for all of this, that because the unvaccinated,

00:03:19.620 that the only way to stop the transmission, and Deborah Birx, 0.99

00:03:22.660 we have her lies too, by the way, she told us that the vaccines will stop transmission.

00:03:27.560 She knew it was a lie.

00:03:28.460 She said it wasn't a lie.

00:03:30.100 It was a hope.

00:03:31.080 It was a hope.

00:03:32.320 Well, where's your hope now for Joe Biden, who apparently has got cancer and COVID?

00:03:37.380 Jack, they're using this to purge our military of, like, the cream of the crop, right?

00:03:43.520 I mean, if you're still not vaccinated, if after all of that hysteria, right,

00:03:47.720 and you didn't get vaxxed, you're either principal, a critical thinker, right,

00:03:52.420 a creative thinker, you're the type of person that you actually want in the military, right?

00:03:57.440 I got a guy, a neighbor of mine, his son went to West Point.

00:04:01.060 They kicked him out of the military over not getting vaxxed.

00:04:04.220 They denied his religious exemption.

00:04:06.100 And it's like, are you familiar with any legal groups that are representing these guys?

00:04:13.420 You know, I know that the military has a totally different legal system,

00:04:15.940 but, like, I mean, how do they fight back?

00:04:18.300 Is there anyone actually fighting over it?

00:04:19.900 Yeah, there is.

00:04:21.820 And I'll tell you who is.

00:04:23.280 And this is something that was said recently.

00:04:27.800 And the guy doesn't get a lot of credit for it.

00:04:29.380 But there is one leader in the United States who said that he was going to make it a priority

00:04:35.040 to make sure that every single person that was kicked out of our military,

00:04:40.460 every single one of our honored troops that was treated this way, 0.99

00:04:44.380 treated like garbage, by the way, like absolute garbage, kicked to the curb 0.99

00:04:48.320 after having sworn an oath to stand up for the country. 0.99

00:04:51.940 I'm sorry, I get a little passionate about this one.

00:04:53.600 There was one person who said that he would reinstate them in full with time served,

00:04:58.600 and that is Donald J. Trump.

00:05:01.480 He said it at a recent rally.

00:05:03.040 I think it's one of the best things.

00:05:04.320 It's one of the best political moves he's made.

00:05:06.300 Donald Trump has this great ability in politics to find free money on the table

00:05:10.380 that nobody else is picking up and just walking over and picking it up.

00:05:13.320 You haven't seen anyone else.

00:05:15.520 We've got Pence is talking about running in 24 now.

00:05:17.980 He's doing meetings in D.C., by the way, next week.

00:05:21.000 We know he's speaking at Heritage about this.

00:05:23.760 And also, by the way, President Trump coming back to D.C. next week

00:05:27.160 and speaking at the American First Policy Institute in Washington.

00:05:31.480 I believe that's on Tuesday.

00:05:32.980 So you've got Pence and Trump in D.C.

00:05:34.580 We've got these sort of these sounds.

00:05:38.280 You know, we've got this noise from the Nikki Haley camp that she might be running.

00:05:41.100 A lot of people are talking about Kristi Noem, potentially Liz Cheney.

00:05:44.960 Who do I don't know?

00:05:45.560 I think Liz Cheney, maybe she's trying to be the VP for for Mike Pence. 1.00

00:05:49.540 You get Pence Cheney in there.

00:05:51.120 And I think that would be like the establishment's dream team of a dream team,

00:05:55.300 essentially of a ticket.

00:05:56.520 But it was Donald J. Trump.

00:05:58.000 It was Donald Trump who said that if I return to office,

00:06:00.860 actually, he said when I return to office,

00:06:03.100 that I'm going to make sure that every single person that was kicked out of our military

00:06:07.260 over this will be brought back in, will be reinstated.

00:06:11.140 And with time, so that's that's time and grade.

00:06:13.760 So the time that you are out to make that's time on your way to your next promotion.

00:06:17.300 Right.

00:06:17.780 And so all the time that we both agree.

00:06:21.800 I think we both agree that we do need to purge in our military.

00:06:25.980 They're purging the wrong guys.

00:06:28.220 Oh, I'm with you know, the whole military, the whole government for at it.

00:06:33.260 I want to go full Bolsonaro on our government.

00:06:36.220 Yeah, yeah, no, that's right.

00:06:38.040 All right.

00:06:38.580 I want to take it to my good friend and someone I've really grown to admire, Russ Vogt.

00:06:45.060 Russ, talk to us.

00:06:47.280 Tell the audience what just happened in Congress with this vote on marriage.

00:06:54.200 Right.

00:06:54.480 The I think it's they're calling it the Respect for Marriage Act.

00:06:58.540 There were 47 Republicans who voted for this.

00:07:01.520 It basically codified Obergefell.

00:07:03.520 But I think I actually went a little bit further.

00:07:04.660 I want you to talk about that.

00:07:06.100 But I think one of the things that was most surprising to me was the the the head of the

00:07:12.280 House Freedom Caucus, Scott Perry out of Pennsylvania, was one of the people that voted

00:07:17.380 for.

00:07:18.580 Tell us what's going on and what this all means.

00:07:22.460 Yeah, I think on this one, it's helpful to kind of give a linear account, which is how

00:07:25.740 you and I lived it, which is earlier in this week, we found out that the Democrats were

00:07:30.880 going to do a flash vote.

00:07:32.300 They didn't put this on the schedule.

00:07:33.540 They didn't tell anyone this was coming.

00:07:35.700 You and I were texting to figure out how to respond most effectively.

00:07:39.880 And so what they did was they put a bill on the floor and it would attempt to try to move

00:07:44.480 away from where they believe they're vulnerable on the rumor issues and tie this back to, you

00:07:49.960 know, the definition of marriage and an affirmation of Obergefell.

00:07:53.420 But they went further and they also included essentially an ability for any state's definition

00:08:00.340 of marriage will be recognized federally, which has grave implications because you could 0.84

00:08:06.100 have a polygamy decision at the state court that now has to be recognized federally across

00:08:13.520 the country.

00:08:14.760 Very, very problematic.

00:08:16.220 This is something that the members voted on as well.

00:08:20.000 They tried to tie in things like interracial marriage, which is literally no one is talking

00:08:24.440 about messing with that at all.

00:08:27.880 It's an equal protection violation in and of itself.

00:08:32.620 Stop, stop, stop.

00:08:33.540 Stop.

00:08:34.860 Interracial marriage.

00:08:37.400 And if I'm not mistaken, this whole thing is related to the opinion drafted by Clarence

00:08:46.040 Thomas, who is himself in an interracial marriage.

00:08:49.460 Is that right?

00:08:50.960 That's right.

00:08:51.680 And so they are so they are so reeling in the cultural wars, which everyone needs to understand

00:08:56.660 and the viewers know we are in a culture war.

00:08:58.540 They're reeling that they have to go back to the fact that somehow create a protection issue

00:09:04.260 about interracial marriage.

00:09:05.520 And that has to be included in a bill that is largely about the definition of marriage.

00:09:10.960 And so you had members having to vote on this.

00:09:14.360 You and I put out statements immediately to run to the sound of the gun because we knew

00:09:18.200 that you cannot allow the debate to be set as Republicans overwhelmingly go back on the

00:09:25.760 definition of traditional marriage.

00:09:27.240 We have to stand for truth.

00:09:28.380 And culture may be against us, but culture was against us in the early 1970s.

00:09:32.780 And people got out of the wreckage of Roe v. Wade and started a movement and changed hearts

00:09:37.060 and minds over a period of time.

00:09:38.420 And that's what we need to do on this as well.

00:09:40.980 So fast forward to the vote.

00:09:42.620 You have a lot of people working it.

00:09:44.340 We were working it.

00:09:45.080 You were working it.

00:09:45.860 Members on the floor were as well.

00:09:47.940 And we got to a fairly good result.

00:09:50.180 I was encouraged by most of the Republicans, about 140 plus, stayed strong on the definition

00:09:56.560 of marriage as a union between man and woman.

00:10:00.740 Unfortunately, we lost the chairman of the House Freedom Caucus.

00:10:03.780 We didn't lose a single other member of the House Freedom Caucus, but we lost Scott Perry,

00:10:07.080 gravely disappointed.

00:10:08.820 He knows I'm disappointed in his vote.

00:10:11.680 But it is very troubling.

00:10:13.780 And that's really one of the main flaws of this week's largely success in being able to

00:10:21.000 keep Republicans on board.

00:10:22.660 But this bill is dangerous.

00:10:23.960 It's now going to the Senate.

00:10:25.480 The Senate, it could pass it.

00:10:26.960 And we've got a lot of work to do.

00:10:29.660 And people might be thinking, why are we talking about this right now?

00:10:33.780 It's because we are in a culture war.

00:10:36.180 And when you are in a culture war, you've got to be able to articulate truth in the midst of that

00:10:41.140 and do your best even when the culture and the society is against you.

00:10:47.280 Because with confrontation, you have the ability to educate the country about what is true and what

00:10:52.820 is not true.

00:10:53.560 And you can't go out there as a leader in Congress and say, this untruth is something

00:10:59.280 we're going to embed in our laws. 0.89

00:11:01.060 That's not what leadership looks like.

00:11:04.040 No, no, that's exactly right.

00:11:05.760 I mean, look, from my perspective here on this vote, I think, one, it upsets me because it was

00:11:12.960 a missed opportunity.

00:11:14.360 What's happened since Obergefell, right?

00:11:16.660 What has happened?

00:11:17.300 We're going after bakers. 1.00

00:11:18.780 We're going after florists. 0.96

00:11:19.820 We're shutting people's businesses down because they don't want to participate in gay weddings, 1.00

00:11:24.300 right? 0.68

00:11:24.540 So that's huge. 0.99

00:11:26.140 But I think the even bigger thing is we now have transgender children who are getting sex 1.00

00:11:31.280 changes, hormone treatments.

00:11:33.300 They're putting boys and our girls' sports.

00:11:35.580 They're making billions of dollars a year off of all of this stuff, by the way.

00:11:39.660 And they're using the LGBT movement to literally eliminate Christianity from this country. 1.00

00:11:46.860 And so it's like, guys, all you have to say is in your, I mean, there's two things you

00:11:51.460 could actually say in voting down this is, I don't think that things have really progressed

00:11:56.680 in the best way since Obergefell, since we've mandated nationwide abortion or gay marriage. 0.92

00:12:02.400 But the other thing is, is what the Democrats say when we pass women's sports legislation.

00:12:07.300 This is a solution in search of a problem.

00:12:09.980 Why are we voting on this?

00:12:11.480 Right.

00:12:12.900 And just real quick, I just, sorry, you got me on a soapbox here.

00:12:18.040 The thing is, they're retreating though, right?

00:12:22.240 Like the bigger, so there's signal and then there's noise.

00:12:25.840 The noise is, is that this bill like really, I think changes that much, right?

00:12:30.200 We already have gay marriage across the country.

00:12:32.560 This was not like a huge victory for Democrats.

00:12:35.140 The signal here though, what you need to pay attention to is Dems are losing on the other

00:12:42.340 fronts and they're recalibrating.

00:12:44.100 They're retreating back to where they're more comfortable and they're not just retreating

00:12:48.100 to gay marriage.

00:12:48.740 They're retreating back to interracial marriage. 0.99

00:12:51.620 Like that's how badly they're getting their butts kicked is that they had to retreat all 0.98

00:12:55.940 the way back to interracial marriage. 0.98

00:12:57.180 Something that's not on anyone's radar.

00:12:59.680 No one cares about it. 0.62

00:13:00.680 No one's really talking about it, uh, besides anyway, weirdos.

00:13:04.840 Um, I don't know.

00:13:06.180 I don't know what your reaction is to that Russ, but it's, it's just, these guys are so 0.87

00:13:09.960 lame. 0.99

00:13:10.480 They're so weak. 1.00

00:13:11.420 They can't be creative.

00:13:12.700 Like this was not a hard vote to take in reality.

00:13:17.000 They are so desperate.

00:13:18.620 They have a hundred year strategy. 0.65

00:13:20.260 They have a strategy that says we're going to call the, the RMEs bigots and racists, and

00:13:26.620 we will do whatever is necessary to be able to maintain that.

00:13:30.120 And it doesn't work anymore.

00:13:31.680 Parents and moms, you just talked with one of them, have risen up across the country

00:13:35.940 and said, we know you're going to call us a racist, but we don't care anymore.

00:13:38.980 We know we're not.

00:13:40.080 We have the moral high ground.

00:13:41.260 And in a cultural war, we have to have the moral high ground.

00:13:44.960 We will maintain the moral high ground.

00:13:47.240 We need members in the arena who don't feel like they have to explain their vote when they,

00:13:53.980 when it is on the, on, on the high ground of defending traditional marriage.

00:13:59.180 They need to defend their vote when they are going against traditional marriage.

00:14:03.160 And unfortunately, a few of the people that voted the wrong way are having to do that

00:14:06.960 right now.

00:14:08.440 Russ, how do people find you?

00:14:09.620 How do they get to you?

00:14:10.180 How do they find out more?

00:14:12.240 Americarenewing.com.

00:14:13.220 And they can get me at at Russ vote on all the channels.

00:14:16.620 My man.

00:14:17.360 Thank you so much, guys.

00:14:39.360 You know what's never good?

00:15:15.440 and large shocks to the economy that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks

00:15:20.800 that affected our economy badly that I didn't at the time fully understand, end quote.

00:15:28.280 You know who understands the real threat of inflation?

00:16:23.040 Where there is no quick fix, it is going to be multiple confrontations, and this could

00:16:29.160 be a generational struggle or at least a decades-long struggle.

00:16:33.460 But I do think that there are signs of hope.

00:16:37.260 Fawn, let's stick in Arizona.

00:16:39.700 Rusty Bowers, a man who has displayed enormous character publicly standing up against Trumpism,

00:16:45.420 censured last night.

00:16:46.660 Yeah, this was the gentleman who was subpoenaed and did his obligation under the law to come

00:16:54.640 and testify before Congress about the pressure campaign that was applied on him to overturn

00:17:00.560 the Arizona election results.

00:17:02.860 And just two nights ago, the Arizona Republican Party censured him and said that he is no longer

00:17:08.460 a Republican in good standing.

00:17:10.640 He could potentially be booted from office two weeks from now.

00:17:13.100 He has a Trump primary challenger against him.

00:17:16.500 You know, actually, Bowers was just talking with a good friend over at our sister station

00:17:20.600 in Phoenix, KPNX, Bram Resnick, last night.

00:17:23.240 And he referred to this apparatus around Donald Trump as the, quote, orange mafia.

00:17:29.280 He said that he will not be bullied.

00:17:31.080 And I think that that's where all of this comes down to.

00:17:33.140 Frankly, it's easier to be a Cary Lake Republican.

00:17:36.360 It is easier to be Kelly Ward.

00:17:38.020 It is easier to work under the assumption of politics is chaos, that it is facts, that it

00:17:44.420 is moderation, that it is, frankly, decency here.

00:17:47.860 For Rusty Bowers, he has been targeted.

00:17:50.160 Nobody in Arizona questions the East Valley Mormon conservatism of Rusty Bowers.

00:17:57.060 But look what has happened to him.

00:17:58.520 And he may be booted from office.

00:18:00.100 Tomorrow, Donald Trump is coming to Arizona, campaigning alongside Cary Lake and supporting

00:18:06.020 the individual that is running against him here.

00:18:08.980 You know, I was talking to some folks in Arizona, those that have known Cary for a long time.

00:18:13.480 And I said, what ultimately triggered her from being news anchor to running for governor

00:18:17.040 and essentially taking the chains off of who she was?

00:18:19.880 And it was the moderation part of it.

00:18:22.020 When you're in journalism, right, you have to have some form of self-reflection, humility,

00:18:28.280 being open ears and helping a conversation and dialogue take place.

00:18:31.420 But when you can run for political office, you can be whoever the hell you want to be.

00:18:36.020 And you can say whatever.

00:18:37.640 And guess what?

00:18:38.700 Controversy stirs up engagement.

00:18:40.920 She now has more than 300,000 Twitter followers.

00:18:43.360 She is a right hand to Donald Trump.

00:18:45.340 Somebody, if she wins this primary and ultimately the general election, her rise in this Republican

00:18:49.780 party will only continue to climb.

00:18:51.660 And she's going to prove to other Republicans ahead that that sort of conservatism, that sort 0.67

00:18:56.060 of right wing politics works, not the Rusty Bowers type of politics.

00:19:00.040 My word.

00:19:04.460 These, every time I see a clip from MSNBC, it's like I'm looking at people living in an alternative

00:19:10.380 universe.

00:19:11.660 It's, it's truly shocking.

00:19:13.660 But what's interesting is we know who they're afraid of, right?

00:19:16.960 They're, they're afraid of, of Carrie Lake.

00:19:19.400 They're afraid of Blake Masters.

00:19:21.580 They're afraid of Mark Fincham.

00:19:23.340 They're afraid of us.

00:19:25.040 And they're telling us that.

00:19:26.860 So it's, it's incredible.

00:19:29.260 Someone though, that I just want to be clear that I'm really not afraid of is Kamala Harris.

00:19:34.740 Jack, talk to us.

00:19:36.420 I mean, we still got to go back to this COVID thing.

00:19:38.200 I mean, what's, what's your take?

00:19:40.860 I mean, people are coming in.

00:19:43.020 What's going on?

00:19:43.660 Well, I actually think, you know, Terry, that, that last, uh, that last bit you just played

00:19:47.020 there from MSNBC, I actually said, you know what?

00:19:49.540 I agree a hundred percent.

00:19:51.620 I do want the kind of candidates that are willing to challenge the establishment.

00:19:56.680 I do want the kind of candidates that don't run from the fight.

00:20:00.120 Oh, he's saying, uh, if, if they're fighting, if there's controversy, that breeds engagement.

00:20:05.120 No, no.

00:20:06.320 People follow someone when they see someone fighting for their interests.

00:20:12.020 That's all it is.

00:20:13.020 That's all conservatives have ever wanted in this country.

00:20:15.940 That's all working class, uh, voters have ever wanted in this country, middle-class voters. 0.83

00:20:19.840 They just want someone who represents them and represents their interests.

00:20:23.260 And that's what you see with Carrie Lake and Blake masters.

00:20:26.340 That's why they're doing well.

00:20:28.160 It doesn't have anything to do with any specific one, you know, Oh, because they pledged fealty

00:20:33.320 to Donald Trump and some kind of, you know, you know, with the ceremony that we all go

00:20:37.020 through, Terry, you know, the fealty to Trump ceremony with the hoods and everything, you

00:20:40.340 know, it's very late at night.

00:20:41.280 There's a giant owl statue.

00:20:42.940 It's very interesting.

00:20:43.740 No, but, but there is, there is something I wanted to get into here.

00:20:46.460 Kamala Harris.

00:20:47.260 We've got the statement now, folks, Kamala Harris.

00:20:50.480 She's just come out with this.

00:20:52.240 Here we go.

00:20:52.680 I'm going to read it in full.

00:20:53.480 President Biden is positive, but he's positive because he's not negative.

00:20:59.520 And as a result of his positive condition, this means he is no longer negative as to

00:21:05.400 his condition of positivity.

00:21:08.880 Thank you.

00:21:09.520 The illustrious words from our great, our great soon to be acting president of the United

00:21:14.720 States.

00:21:15.100 Kamala Harris.

00:21:15.580 Can you feel it?

00:21:16.380 Are you ready?

00:21:16.780 No, that's not real.

00:21:18.240 No, that's not real.

00:21:19.260 That's not real.

00:21:21.320 Yes, it is, Terry.

00:21:22.680 Yes, it is.

00:21:23.240 How bad is it?

00:21:24.320 It has to be real.

00:21:25.280 How bad is it that I thought that?

00:21:26.540 It has to be real.

00:21:27.280 No, it's not real.

00:21:28.860 I thought that was real.

00:21:30.740 You thought it was.

00:21:31.240 Because of all of her quotes.

00:21:33.600 It's, I mean, if we had an actual SNL, Terry, we should, we should go in and make like an

00:21:39.360 actual SNL kind of show or something because I mean, the content is just for days.

00:21:44.640 You got content for days from these people.

00:21:47.180 Yeah.

00:21:47.580 No, hire Shane Gillis.

00:21:48.840 First hire of the day would be Shane Gillis.

00:21:50.920 There you go.

00:21:51.460 All right.

00:21:51.740 I'm going to take it to Mark Fincham.

00:21:53.580 Mark, what's going on with the, you guys are in district court with the Dominion machines.

00:21:59.780 Talk to us about that.

00:22:02.100 We've got a lot going on in Arizona and it's good to see Jack.

00:22:05.840 I haven't seen him in so long.

00:22:07.680 Number one, we have today, the U.S.

00:22:10.800 District Court is going to hear motions to dismiss.

00:22:13.660 Kerry Lake and I filed suit in the U.S.

00:22:15.400 District Court, a civil rights suit, to ask for a preliminary injunction against using

00:22:20.300 the Dominion voting machines, actually any black box ballot tabulation equipment, until

00:22:27.020 such time as we can inspect the code to verify whether or not there is nefarious code

00:22:31.120 hidden within it.

00:22:33.360 This morning, Judge Tisci will hear the motions to dismiss and the defense against those.

00:22:39.020 And then he's also already scheduled time this afternoon to hear evidence and testimony

00:22:44.920 supporting the temporary injunction.

00:22:47.640 An interesting twist in our minds.

00:22:49.720 So now, Terry, I want to go forward.

00:22:55.940 So you're looking at, you've got this case going forward, but the primary is coming up

00:23:00.420 and it's what, August 2nd, is that correct?

00:23:02.660 And as well as early voting has already taken place.

00:23:05.900 And we've interviewed a bunch of people along.

00:23:07.300 We had Kerry on earlier this week about this.

00:23:09.240 Tell us, will this affect the current election?

00:23:11.940 And what are you seeing?

00:23:13.100 What kind of trends are you seeing going towards that?

00:23:15.740 Are you seeing, especially, obviously, from Republicans?

00:23:19.100 Yeah, it's unfortunately, we don't have time for it to affect the primary.

00:23:23.980 What we're seeing right now is a lot of undervoting.

00:23:27.620 Folks are waiting until the last moment.

00:23:31.460 We also are hearing that there's a lot of people who have now become so suspicious of the mail-in voting process

00:23:37.840 that they want to go to the polls and vote at the polls.

00:23:40.720 I myself have.

00:23:42.000 I'm all for it.

00:23:43.500 Yeah.

00:23:44.260 I mean, that's the only way that we're going to be able to make a dent in this.

00:23:48.220 We've got stories from all over the state.

00:23:51.300 Individuals receiving more than one ballot where they've never received more than one ballot before.

00:23:54.980 So it's very clear that somehow the zone is being flooded with paper.

00:24:00.820 And it helps that people are waking up and recognizing that going to the polls is going to help resolve that.

00:24:08.260 Now, if we are able to get the TRO, that will take effect for the general.

00:24:14.380 That doesn't mean, though, that we aren't able to come back.

00:24:17.440 You know, we're going to be doing exit polling.

00:24:19.120 We've already got a pretty good idea on where people are coming from, you know, whether they'll vote for me or my competition.

00:24:26.980 We're dialed in on that.

00:24:28.680 And if it's too far off, if the result is too far off of that, we'll use the information in this case to demand a hand count.

00:24:37.260 The same thing, frankly, for Tina Peters up in Colorado.

00:24:40.940 I think that they're preparing to use our argument up there, which I think is a wise argument.

00:24:45.740 If you can't verify that the machine that's tabulating votes is free of nefarious code, why would you use it?

00:24:53.900 I mean, and then ask the question, is it certified, which I'm pretty sure it's not.

00:25:00.580 I mean, 2020, it wasn't certified.

00:25:02.400 But I would like to go back to Rusty Bowers for a moment. 0.98

00:25:04.980 This whole Orange Mafia crap. 0.87

00:25:07.360 I hand delivered evidence to that man in front of another member at his office in front of another member. 0.97

00:25:17.400 I want to emphasize that there was a witness that I delivered evidence.

00:25:20.940 And I told him, frankly, we have a problem in Pima County.

00:25:24.640 We have a problem in Maricopa County.

00:25:26.440 And we need to get ahead of it.

00:25:28.920 So for him to go to Congress and say, I didn't see any evidence, that was willful disregard of what was placed in front of him.

00:25:35.760 And that makes him derelict in his duty.

00:25:38.000 I absolutely think that the Arizona GOP Executive Committee did the right thing.

00:25:43.180 He has been derelict in his duty repeatedly.

00:25:45.240 In fact, this guy wouldn't even hear bills that were designed to bring reforms to the election process.

00:25:52.380 He shelved them.

00:25:53.900 He shelved them.

00:25:55.580 When we knew what the problems were, he shelved those bills.

00:26:00.380 He does not have the right to be a leader in the Republican Party.

00:26:03.620 Well, you know, and it's and it's sad, too, because you look at things like this and one of when you mentioned about people going back and they wanted to vote in person and use the paper ballot, get rid of the mail.

00:26:15.320 I can remember one of my first memories of anything in the political process was going with my father and I, you know, he let me come in the booth with him.

00:26:26.160 And that was back.

00:26:27.400 You actually still had the, you know, the levers.

00:26:29.640 Right.

00:26:30.080 And you had to wear these little almost like a cash register right in Pennsylvania.

00:26:33.420 But understanding.

00:26:35.160 And my father never impressed his politics on me, never said you have to vote for this party, that party.

00:26:39.500 But he was he said it's important to make sure you vote and it's important to be part because you're doing your part for your country.

00:26:46.520 There's something that we lose if we take away these rituals.

00:26:50.980 These are national rituals that are part of our country.

00:26:54.440 They're part of our traditions and they're actually trying to take it away.

00:26:57.980 That's how you pass it on to your children and that's how they pass it on to their children.

00:27:02.280 But they want to take everything of that away and they want to use these new systems that, of course, which they control.

00:27:09.500 Or it interferes with the chain of custody.

00:27:12.880 Correct.

00:27:13.560 Anytime you have something goes between the voter and counting the vote, that is an interference in the chain of custody.

00:27:21.260 And it's we can't tolerate it.

00:27:22.980 But but the establishment fighting the grassroots, they want to make it about Trump.

00:27:29.220 Truly, this is the established establishment to the grassroots. 0.98

00:27:32.640 Sit down and shut up. 0.85

00:27:34.440 I mean, we've got evidence of this right now. 0.99

00:27:36.240 Tomorrow, President Trump is going to be in Prescott Valley.

00:27:39.500 This has been scheduled for a couple of weeks.

00:27:41.500 We had this postponement because of Ivana's passing.

00:27:45.080 Mark, we're running up into a break.

00:27:47.700 We're going to carry this to the next segment.

00:27:49.300 OK, so stick around.

00:27:51.040 Hang on tight.

00:27:51.980 We want you.

00:27:52.440 We want you here.

00:27:52.960 This is important stuff.

00:27:54.400 Arizona is hot, hot, hot country right now, especially in the summer with everything going on.

00:27:58.700 Guys, stay tuned.

00:27:59.620 We still got a great show for you.

00:28:01.680 We'll see you after the break.

00:28:02.540 Bring it on and now we'll fight to the end.

00:28:05.020 Just watch and see.

00:28:06.200 It's all started.

00:28:08.420 Everything's begun.

00:28:10.200 And you are over.

00:28:12.820 Because we're taking down the CCP.

00:28:16.900 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.

00:28:19.160 We will fight till they're all gone.

00:28:21.700 We rejoice when there's no more land.

00:28:23.940 Hey, did you hear where this Arizona real estate agent found the home she lived in listed for sale?

00:28:28.960 Well, hey, the problem was she wasn't selling her home.

00:28:33.160 She was the victim of home title fraud, a devastating crime happening all over the country.

00:28:38.180 According to the expert at Home Title Lock, the crime is incredibly profitable and hard to detect.

00:28:43.920 An identity thief simply fakes a title transfer for your home and refiles it as the new owner.

00:28:50.080 Then he takes out loans on your home or sells it.

00:28:53.740 Typically, identity theft services don't cover you.

00:28:56.420 And neither does homeowner's insurance, but Home Title Lock does.

00:29:00.880 Home Title Lock puts a barrier around your home's title.

00:29:03.780 The instant they detect anyone tampering with your home's title, they help shut it down and help get your home back in your name.

00:29:10.560 Here's what you should do.

00:29:11.940 Go to HomeTitleLock.com and read the testimonials from FBI agents and government officials.

00:29:18.320 Then register your address to see if you're already a victim and don't even know it.

00:29:22.340 And when you protect your home, tell them Steve Bannon sent you to get your free 30 days of protection.

00:29:29.380 HomeTitleLock.com.

00:29:31.100 HomeTitleLock.com.

00:29:32.820 30 days free protection if you do it today.

00:29:37.320 War Room.

00:29:38.700 Pandemic.

00:29:39.720 With Stephen K. Bannon. 0.81

00:29:41.280 The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.

00:29:45.080 War Room.

00:29:46.180 Pandemic.

00:29:47.200 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:49.560 Good afternoon, War Room Posse.

00:29:54.980 It is me, Terry Schilling, filling in for the legendary Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:59.960 We're going to actually go to someone that's been in the courthouse in a little bit, but I want to take this back to Mark.

00:30:07.600 Mark, wrap this up.

00:30:09.200 Tell people what they need to know.

00:30:10.580 What do they need to do right now?

00:30:12.000 If you're in Arizona, how do they get engaged?

00:30:14.320 How do they take care of this thing and finish this fight?

00:30:17.460 Yeah, thanks, Terry.

00:30:19.500 So I'm starting to highlight for you that we have an event tomorrow in Prescott Valley that's, I think, limited to about 5,000 people that's been on the boats for quite some time.

00:30:29.940 And out of the sky blue, Mike Pence, Mike Pence, Doug Ducey, Jan Brewer, they're going to hold an alternative event supporting the swamp creatures here in Taylor Robson, Bo Lane, their alternative slate of establishment types.

00:30:50.440 I would remind you that Bo Lane is actually a Democrat plant.

00:30:53.400 He's given repeatedly to Act Blue, to Greg Stanton, a Democrat congressman.

00:30:58.800 In fact, that's the seat that actually flipped Arizona from red to blue in our congressional caucus.

00:31:03.740 So we have the swamp versus the establishment, or I'm sorry, the establishment versus the grassroots.

00:31:10.300 And I think it's interesting that they chose a place not more than 20 miles away from where President Trump is going to be.

00:31:15.780 And at an exact same time.

00:31:17.960 So this is truly a grudge match between the establishment, you might say, Doug Ducey and President Trump.

00:31:25.240 I think that the Trump event is sold out.

00:31:28.540 I would love to see like 12 people in circles at the Pence event.

00:31:32.580 Not sure that probably is too much to ask for.

00:31:34.860 But if people want to help me, and by the way, we are about five points ahead of the competition.

00:31:40.960 That's still a little too close for my comfort.

00:31:43.640 We're seeing undervote with independents and even with Republicans.

00:31:48.560 So I'm hoping that people will go to the polls if they haven't done their early voting.

00:31:53.040 And, of course, vote for me.

00:31:54.280 But if they want more information on me, if they want to donate to the campaign, because this is getting expensive.

00:31:58.800 This is the most expensive primary in Arizona history.

00:32:01.660 They can go to votefinchem.com.

00:32:03.920 That's V-O-T-E, F like Frank, I-N-C-H-E-M.com.

00:32:09.560 And click the donate button up in the upper right-hand corner.

00:32:12.120 Or if they want to watch the previous interviews so that they know that I'm the real deal, they can click on news.

00:32:18.140 So thanks for your time, guys.

00:32:19.300 I really appreciate getting the word out.

00:32:21.180 And this truly is, in Arizona, the swamp fighting the grassroots.

00:32:26.860 They want us to sit down and shut up.

00:32:29.440 That's not happening.

00:32:31.660 Mark, keep fighting the fight, brother.

00:32:34.800 We appreciate everything you do.

00:32:35.900 Guys, we got to get engaged.

00:32:37.160 We got to get them over the top, over the finish line.

00:32:39.980 We only have a few more days left.

00:32:42.020 This is what this country is all about, is winning elections and taking back power from evil people.

00:32:47.620 Thank you so much, Mark, for joining us.

00:32:50.400 Guys, we have Joe Nierman is on the ground.

00:32:55.100 He just literally, this is how great War Room is.

00:32:57.800 We've got people everywhere.

00:32:58.640 Joe literally just stepped out of the courthouse.

00:33:02.460 Joe, can you talk to us about what you're seeing, what you're hearing, what's going on there?

00:33:08.200 Sure.

00:33:08.680 So, today, yesterday, the prosecution rested.

00:33:12.500 And it surprised everyone because they only brought two witnesses.

00:33:15.180 And they had little more than one full day of testimony.

00:33:18.580 And those two witnesses, it was Kirsten Amling and then a special agent Hart.

00:33:22.840 And they said prosecution rests.

00:33:26.560 Now, with respect to today, we started at 11 o'clock.

00:33:30.160 The judge told us we're going to have a late start.

00:33:32.000 And he made reference at that time to, when we get started, the defense can bring their Rule 29 motion for judgment of acquittal.

00:33:44.140 So, under Federal Rule 29, when the prosecution rests, the defense has the opportunity at that time to ask the court to give, basically, a directed verdict that no reasonable jury could possibly find for a conviction.

00:33:59.340 And these motions are always made, and invariably they are granted.

00:34:04.780 But there are strategic reasons why attorneys bring it.

00:34:08.720 I'm saying this as a New York litigator who came down here to cover this trial and provide some insight, in that once you bring this motion, you lock in place all the information that the prosecution has put before the jury.

00:34:24.880 And anything that would come up down the road, which may somehow enhance the prosecution's possibilities of conviction, that would get excluded.

00:34:34.060 So, even though you know you're going to lose your motion, and everyone loses this motion, I can assure you that Steve is not going to win on this motion today.

00:34:41.800 But those are the motions that are brought.

00:34:45.180 The problem that came up this morning, though, is the judge realized that he said that in front of the jury.

00:34:51.260 And he is concerned, very concerned, that since he made reference to the defense bringing this motion, and then he's going to deny the motion, that the jury will misinterpret that as him weighing in with his opinion that they should convict him, that they should not acquit him, that they should convict him.

00:35:08.280 So, he's very concerned about that, and he was asking both sides what steps they want to take to cure it.

00:35:14.240 And he was thinking about saying, look, you might have heard me say yesterday that they're going to bring a motion to dismiss, but you need to understand my role in denying that motion or sitting on that motion is different than your role because I have to look at the facts and light most favorable to the prosecution, and that's not your role.

00:35:31.540 And what an interesting bit of strategy here is both the prosecution and the defense said, we don't want you to go through all that because if you go through that whole lengthy explanation, you're only calling more attention to it than if you say nothing and you just explain the difference in your roles without making reference to that Rule 29 motion.

00:35:50.460 It's a really interesting thing because the judge is arguing with them.

00:35:53.620 He doesn't think it's enough.

00:35:54.740 He's very concerned, and he's like, even though both sides are saying they don't want me to do it, I don't feel comfortable with just leaving it at your traditional instruction.

00:36:03.240 I really want to make sure I'm addressing this specific concern so they don't misinterpret what I said.

00:36:07.960 So, that was what was happening right when I came out.

00:36:10.600 There's a lot of questions that people have and different speculation.

00:36:13.860 Will Steve take the stand or will he plead the fifth?

00:36:16.120 Will he succeed in getting any members of Congress to actually appear, any members of the committee be compelled to appear, as he's been very hopeful of?

00:36:28.400 And if not, who does he have left to come and appear on his behalf?

00:36:32.400 Because the only witnesses one can think of would be him taking the stand himself, which that would be, oh my God, that would be crazy to watch.

00:36:40.440 Joe, what's the mood in the room?

00:36:44.400 I mean, who does it feel like is winning, right?

00:36:47.500 Like, is the prosecution pretty confident?

00:36:50.020 Are they throwing high fives?

00:36:51.160 You know, what's it like in there?

00:36:53.380 It's actually very sedate on both sides.

00:36:55.600 When you're in the courtroom there, it's got the same type of atmosphere as, I mean, when you step into a funeral parlor.

00:37:05.120 It's like everyone's very respectful.

00:37:06.320 The jury sits far recessed and you can't really see that they've been engaged from what I've seen.

00:37:14.500 They've certainly been looking back and forth.

00:37:16.160 It's not one of these long trials where they have time to zone out.

00:37:18.780 I mean, they were sitting there for a total, what, one day?

00:37:21.380 So it's not like they've been engaged.

00:37:24.500 Some of them have been taking notes.

00:37:26.160 Others just seem to be looking, you know, back and forth.

00:37:29.480 You know, as far as how this is going, it's how you would expect it to go.

00:37:32.940 In the sense that we're in Washington here.

00:37:35.160 This is a zone which is going to be very hostile to Steve Bannon by nature.

00:37:39.120 When I was watching the jury selection, some people got up there and they were like, I don't like his former boss.

00:37:46.580 I think that he's guilty.

00:37:47.700 One person got there and said, I think he's guilty.

00:37:49.860 The judge was like, okay, next.

00:37:52.440 You know, you wouldn't have that most places, right?

00:37:56.100 Where like a potential jury gets up and says, I think the guy's guilty.

00:37:59.840 I think he did it.

00:38:00.740 And I don't know what I'm even wasting the court's time for.

00:38:03.500 So, yeah, I mean, that's the overall attitude.

00:38:06.940 I have more respect for the ones who admit their prejudice than the ones who pretend and say, hey, look, you know, I think that, you know, I think that I've never been a big fan.

00:38:19.580 I'm very, I vote left all the time, but I think I can be fair here.

00:38:22.640 I can set that aside.

00:38:24.660 Those are the people who make me that much more nervous, didn't they, right?

00:38:28.020 They're the ones who were trying to get on the jury.

00:38:30.760 Yeah.

00:38:31.080 So I respect the other side when they want to, when they come out and say that's where they're coming from.

00:38:36.940 But I've been going on.

00:38:37.640 If you guys have more specific questions, please.

00:38:39.100 Hey, Joe, so I'm down here in Tampa.

00:38:42.140 You and I were together in the courthouse for a couple of days there.

00:38:45.680 You know, I saw it.

00:38:46.820 And we saw Steve, right?

00:38:48.660 And I think for the audience, I think they would like to potentially know that, you know, he's in there and he's, he's sitting, he's rock solid.

00:38:56.800 He's, he's not, he's not wavering.

00:38:59.200 He's not quivering.

00:39:00.220 Right.

00:39:00.760 He's looking around.

00:39:01.980 He's paying attention.

00:39:02.820 He's taking his notes.

00:39:04.040 He is engaged as he's ever been because, mark my words, it looks like to me that he is going to be using all of this.

00:39:12.400 Right.

00:39:12.680 He's collecting receipts for something in the future.

00:39:15.860 Tell me what Steve like in there.

00:39:17.940 What do you think that when you, when you look at Steve, by the way, did I hear they're taking the masks off that he doesn't have to wear the mask anymore?

00:39:24.660 Not just, this is what happened.

00:39:26.320 First of all, since day one, he's been sitting there as if it's not his own trial.

00:39:30.400 Even he seems so comfortable.

00:39:32.560 He's just sitting there just watching what's happening.

00:39:34.400 He's, he's definitely engaged.

00:39:35.660 He's definitely, you know, curious.

00:39:37.200 But even when they would get on the husher and he has a phone there, a husher is when there's private things that the gallery is not supposed to hear as private information.

00:39:45.720 And he has a phone there that the same way all the attorneys have to get on the phone with the judge and talk directly.

00:39:50.760 He doesn't even bother picking up the phone.

00:39:52.300 He's like so not, he's the, he is the least concerned accused ever.

00:39:57.000 And when they, when the judge came started yesterday after the jury was in panel, so the judge says, anyone sitting in the well, my rule is if you want to leave your mask on, you cleave your mask on.

00:40:09.900 If you want to take your mask off, you have every right to take.

00:40:14.260 And before he finished the sentence, Steve yanks the mask off his face and throws it down.

00:40:20.200 It was hilarious.

00:40:22.320 He literally yanked it off and threw it down in disgust.

00:40:25.280 And like, he was easily the first, the guy, the judge did not finish his sentence when he threw it off and slowly, but surely pretty much everyone in that well, on both sides, they just started slowly pulling off the mask, pulling off the mask. 0.99

00:40:40.000 Cause no one wants to wear this stupid thing. 0.98

00:40:41.980 They make us, they make us sitting in the gallery and the media wear it. 1.00

00:40:45.380 They make you wear it to walk into the wall.

00:40:46.900 But, uh, I mean, it's, it's all, there's no medicine behind it.

00:40:52.140 It's all just, it's, it's just virtue signaling medicine.

00:40:56.600 So it's whatever.

00:40:58.880 I don't, I don't want to, I'm going to get into that.

00:41:00.880 We've been there and we've been, and we've been, uh, you know, we've been covering it.

00:41:04.300 And of course, um, you know, of course, Steve, believe it or not, it was, has still been up on his getter feed.

00:41:09.940 Right.

00:41:10.540 When he's not in court.

00:41:11.840 And I think there were some getter posts that were brought up in a, in a trial.

00:41:15.000 I wonder if this is the first time that getter has been brought up in a, uh, in a criminal trial, let it on a federal trial.

00:41:21.500 But, um, yeah, I actually can't think of any, any other time that's happened, but when it comes to the actual situation, right.

00:41:30.760 Do you think that Steve is, is worried because we do know that there is a potential, and I'm sure the prosecutors are going to go for this.

00:41:39.320 They want to put him behind bars.

00:41:42.100 Yeah.

00:41:42.860 Yeah.

00:41:43.080 I think, I think they do.

00:41:44.720 I don't think Steve has any concerns about that in the slightest.

00:41:48.020 That doesn't mean he won't spend time in prison, but because the minimum sentence is 30 days.

00:41:53.320 The maximum is true is, is one year for each charge.

00:41:56.860 There are two charges that he can be convicted of.

00:41:59.020 So the maximum sentence that he could get would be two years, but he has no, my knowledge, he has no record that comes into account.

00:42:06.100 It's hard to imagine him spending more than like 60 or 90 days in prison.

00:42:11.280 And what I expect to happen is this.

00:42:13.580 I think the thought process, if you want to see a route for him not to spend time in prison, despite the fact that he's being tried in a political trial by his enemies in the most hostile arena in the world,

00:42:25.880 the most likely way for him to allude that would be if he brings an appeal and he asks the court to stay execution of his sentence until after the appeal is heard.

00:42:38.880 And the appeal could take some time to be heard.

00:42:40.640 Hey guys, I got some breaking news about this case real quick.

00:42:43.080 CNN just announced that Steve Bannon's team will not prevent or present a defense to the jury.

00:42:50.200 So they're just going to let it go.

00:42:51.940 They're not going to let it go here.

00:42:53.780 Wow.

00:42:54.920 Wow.

00:42:55.620 It's bold.

00:42:56.660 It's bold.

00:42:57.040 Very bold.

00:42:57.860 Very bold.

00:42:58.460 You can't expect anything less.

00:43:01.120 Yeah.

00:43:01.360 Cause he's basically saying,

00:43:02.780 I don't believe in anything about this whole system that you have set up here. 1.00

00:43:06.100 Your whole committee is crap. 1.00

00:43:07.440 This whole charge is crap. 1.00

00:43:09.160 And yeah. 0.99

00:43:09.860 We're going to carry this into the break.

00:43:12.660 Stay tuned guys.

00:43:13.880 We'll be right back.

00:45:26.620 Download now.

00:45:29.540 Welcome back to the war room, everyone.

00:45:31.980 I wanted to read a quick quote that we got.

00:45:34.960 So, from the case, Nichols asks, Bannon's defense, you're not intending to put any evidence to the jury.

00:45:42.680 Correct, Your Honor, Schoen said.

00:45:46.500 Guys, we should be so proud of this guy.

00:45:50.140 Total, bold move, totally aggressive.

00:45:53.560 You can't expect anything less.

00:45:55.460 And, you know what, frankly, we need to treat this as what it is, a huge show trial that's a joke.

00:46:00.640 It's unserious.

00:46:01.660 It's fundamentally tyrannical.

00:46:04.200 And it's a show trial.

00:46:06.100 I want to take it back to you, Joe.

00:46:08.580 Close us out.

00:46:09.380 What are the last things you want to leave us with, and how can people find you?

00:46:11.960 So, what this tells you is that he recognizes the left wants to make a martyr out of Steve Bannon. 1.00

00:46:21.560 They basically, they're so foolish. 0.99

00:46:23.960 Every time they try suppressing the right, every time they try sending a message that we're going to punish you, 1.00

00:46:30.040 we're going to make an example out of you, all it does is it just raises the megaphone louder.

00:46:35.020 It makes the figures larger than life.

00:46:36.740 Now, they're basically turning him into a political martyr.

00:46:40.480 I think that they're so short-sighted.

00:46:42.780 They want to get a 10-second win and not realize that you're basically making Steve Bannon into an icon that is that much stronger. 0.99

00:46:52.420 And I just don't – it's very, very foolish.

00:46:55.000 The thing that's puzzling to me – what's puzzling to me is obviously Steve Bannon is not a guy that likes to win as much as he likes – 0.91

00:47:06.880 or as much as he hates losing, right?

00:47:09.160 Like, he is about winning, but only because he hates losing.

00:47:12.460 You're never – that is a type of mental condition that is tough to beat.

00:47:18.580 When you have an allergy and you're allergic to losing, you'll do anything to win, right?

00:47:25.160 And that's what we're seeing from Bannon.

00:47:26.860 He's never going to back down on this stuff.

00:47:29.720 Right, right.

00:47:30.660 And that's why he's like, I'm not going to bend the knee.

00:47:32.920 I'm not going to give you what you want.

00:47:34.760 I'm not even going to participate in your trial here.

00:47:38.440 You want to just send me to prison?

00:47:39.840 Go send me to prison.

00:47:40.840 Go punish me the way you want to, and I'll take it on the chin,

00:47:43.920 and I will just keep going and growing and getting stronger and stronger.

00:47:48.480 So that's just –

00:47:50.000 Joe, where can people find you?

00:47:52.140 So my name is Joe Nierman.

00:47:53.460 You can find me on YouTube.

00:48:08.940 It's a fun show.

00:48:09.780 That's Good Logic on YouTube.

00:48:11.420 Also, you can find me on Twitter at NiermanJoe.

00:48:15.520 That's N-I-E-R-M-A-N-J-O-E. 1.00

00:48:18.440 And I appreciate the opportunity to come on here, and you guys are great.

00:48:22.440 Keep going strong.

00:48:24.800 Joe, my friend, thank you so much.

00:48:27.520 Jack, we are in the final minutes of this show.

00:48:30.420 You know what?

00:48:30.780 There's a clip I actually want to play.

00:48:33.100 Cameron, can you get that up?

00:48:35.840 There's no excuse.

00:48:37.660 No excuse for anyone being unvaccinated.

00:48:39.880 This continues to be a pandemic of the unvaccinated. 1.00

00:48:44.600 So we've got to make more progress.

00:48:48.900 This continues to be a pandemic of the unvaccinated from the quadruple boosted, triple-mast commander-in-chief. 1.00

00:49:00.400 Jack, what's your reaction?

00:49:01.600 No, Terry, and it was one year ago today at the CNN Town Hall where President Biden said,

00:49:08.260 if you get the vaccines, you will not get infected.

00:49:12.600 How many times did he tell us this again and again and again?

00:49:15.760 But we're just seeing now coming across the desk here from a former Hillary Clinton advisor stating, right?

00:49:23.440 And I told you, the sharks are circling the water because they can smell the blood.

00:49:27.920 They can smell the weakness.

00:49:30.120 Hillary Clinton officially considering a run for the presidency 2024.

00:49:35.840 So we're going to have to break all that down tomorrow.

00:49:38.960 Is that real?

00:49:40.260 It's so real.

00:49:41.640 And by the way, Rasmussen, they sent me over a – yeah, that one is real actually.

00:49:45.860 And they sent me over a piece – let me get the numbers up this morning.

00:49:49.840 Because in the new Rasmussen coming up today, 69% of voters do not want Hillary Clinton to run for president.

00:50:00.320 Again, 69%.

00:50:02.780 So pretty much her approval ratings are right around where Joe Biden's approval rating is. 0.98

00:50:07.760 Because they look at her as a loser. 0.98

00:50:09.480 They look at her as a failed candidate. 0.97

00:50:11.140 They look at her and Joe Biden as part of that same kind of, you know, click of the old guard of the Democrat Party that they want to get rid of.

00:50:19.140 But even though Kamala is sort of like – she's like the Hillary of California anyway, right? 0.94

00:50:23.520 She's at least someone that they'd be willing to get behind because she's just not one of them.

00:50:29.480 But, you know, as we close it out here today, I just want to let everybody know that we're down here at SAS.

00:50:34.580 We're at Turning Point.

00:50:35.340 We'll be doing the show here from the studio again today down here.

00:50:39.840 And I want to also thank Rumble for letting me use – this is the Rumble booth.

00:50:44.080 Of course, War Room loves Rumble. 0.99

00:50:46.400 If you're watching War Room or if you want to catch it after the show, right, you can catch it live on Rumble.

00:50:51.520 You can also catch it in the clips that go up every day.

00:50:54.640 You can catch the episodes every day.

00:50:56.220 I personally – I'm a 2X guy.

00:50:58.080 I like watching it when I – if I'm not on, right, and I'm watching and I can't watch live, I go back.

00:51:03.320 I listen 2X.

00:51:04.300 Rumble is a great, great platform to do that.

00:51:06.460 And I really appreciate them coming in very clutch, like almost midnight last night, and then getting us all set up so that we'd be able to do the show from here, from Turning Point SAS, which is going to be – which is the center of the conservative galaxy this weekend.

00:51:21.100 You're not kidding.

00:51:22.300 And you really – I just want to say you have to go to one of these Turning Point events.

00:51:27.160 It can be Student Action Summit.

00:51:28.340 You don't get it until you walk in those doors and you see 10,000 young kids screaming at the top of their lungs for Tucker Carlson and Charlie Kirk.

00:51:38.980 Charlie's built a great organization over there.

00:51:42.360 Jack, thank you so much.

00:51:44.360 Real quick, before we sign off, we've got about a minute left.
