Bannon's War Room - Episode 2096： MAGA Is Ready To Turn Out In Florida; Sabatini Breaks State Election Records For Most Doors Knocked; Trump Doesn't Need Approval To Declassify Documents

00:00:00.000 from some of your piece. It's titled, Christian Political Ethics Are Upside Down. You write this,

00:00:05.900 the church has formed its members to be adamant about policies that are difficult and contingent

00:00:10.700 and flexible about virtues that are clear and mandatory. You're not kind until kindness doesn't

00:00:16.600 work. You're to be kind even through the most brutal acts of repression and in the face of

00:00:21.560 complete political defeat. When the world is greedy, you are generous. When the world is cruel,

00:00:26.320 you are kind. When the world is fearful, you are faithful. When the world is proud,

00:00:30.760 you are humble. How do you know we're Christian? By our love. Yes, we say yes to all of this,

00:00:36.720 right until the moment when we think that our kindness, our faithfulness, or our humility

00:00:40.640 carries with it a concrete political cost. We think we know what's just and we can't do justice

00:00:46.940 without power. And so in our arrogance, we think we know better than God. We can't let kindness or

00:00:52.540 humility stand in the way of justice. Yet we're sowing the wind and now we reap the whirlwind.

00:00:58.320 The world's most Christian advanced nation is tearing itself apart and its millions of believers 1.00

00:01:03.980 bear much of the blame. You know, in 2016 and 17, David, I know you heard this when you'd ask about

00:01:11.000 Donald Trump, how can you support a man who's so cruel and profane and who pays off porn stars after 0.97

00:01:16.700 having affairs while his wife is pregnant? The laundry list is long. They say, we are electing 0.99

00:01:22.320 a president, not a saint. He's going to stand up for us. He's going to stand up for our way of life.

00:01:27.180 And boy, has that been exposed in the last few years? Yeah. And I always hated that saying because

00:01:34.380 no one was arguing that we're going to be electing saints, but there's a world of a difference between

00:01:39.820 holding someone to a standard of a saint and no standard at all. And this is what has happened

00:01:46.080 is that now there has become no standard at all. You know, one of the things that I do in the piece

00:01:51.140 is I contrast the movement that is dominating, for example, the MAGA right with the civil rights

00:01:58.220 movement, which was Christian to its core, which was thoroughly Christian and was confronting an

00:02:03.220 injustice as grotesque as Jim Crow and yet confronted that injustice with an ethic of nonviolence, with an 0.78

00:02:11.540 ethic of love and of grace. I quote John Lewis in the piece to that effect. And here we have a MAGA

00:02:18.880 movement that is proclaiming some sort of national emergency, but it's not a national emergency,

00:02:24.860 anything on the scale of Jim Crow. It's not even within shouting distance of that. And yet they have 0.56

00:02:31.160 utterly abandoned in many ways, even the most basic requirements of human decency. And again,

00:02:37.720 in their interactions with each other, in their interactions with the political opponents,

00:02:42.040 in their interactions with truth. And this is this is turning that Christian political ethic

00:02:47.780 utterly upside down. Look, look, that was Steve Stern and Dan Schultz. Just go to the site.

00:02:53.360 We have a unique opportunity to destroy the Democratic Party as a national political institution

00:02:59.640 from school boards, the county commissions, the state legislatures, to the House and Senate.

00:03:05.880 But we have to deliver. And once we win the House, do we have a better Speaker of the House than MTG?

00:03:12.440 Look at that. Courage. Are we going to need her as Speaker of the House to take it to the Democrats? 0.95

00:03:29.800 All right. We got it. We got to bring. I got to get Jeff on here.

00:03:33.440 Well, I got a plane to catch. Yeah, I got a plane to catch. We have to go.

00:03:37.680 But do you believe the machine's got to go? I'm a machine guy.

00:03:41.940 Yes! Steve's a machine guy now!

00:03:46.500 If we convince him!

00:03:48.720 It only took...

00:03:49.180 Roger is already a machine gal.

00:03:51.180 It only took eight hours, but I'm there.

00:03:55.500 You guys are terrific. You're the backbone of the country. Remember, on November 8th,

00:03:59.340 we got to win. We have to close. And then the hard work starts.

00:04:02.700 The hard work starts. And I promise you, I will be there holding our party accountable

00:04:08.140 to get the job done for all of you. Thank you so much. Thank you, Mike.

00:04:12.700 I want to tell you. How about with the communication to the country, Marjorie and Steve have gotten the word out. God bless you both.

00:04:24.200 I would have said anything. I'm just kidding. Monday, 22 August, 2022. That was the summit.

00:04:31.020 And Mike Lindell, I think we left at 9 o'clock after the audience had been there at 9 o'clock.

00:04:35.720 Since 9 o'clock in the first part of the show was The Great Awakening. Mike was there until midnight.

00:04:40.280 It was unbelievable. We're going to get into a lot of that about the day.

00:04:43.800 We want to start tomorrow's... We're still grinding here.

00:04:47.120 And tomorrow is two huge primaries in Florida and New York.

00:04:50.960 I want to go to Florida. Anna Paulina Luna in Florida, 13.

00:04:55.640 She's running through a tape. Air Force veteran.

00:04:58.980 This morning, there's a big turnout or event in this campaign that happened this morning.

00:05:07.280 Can you tell us what it was, Anna Paulina?

00:05:09.160 Oh, yeah. I was actually just recently on with Mike Falta.

00:05:13.160 He has one of the biggest radio shows in Tampa Bay.

00:05:15.580 And he actually dropped a photo where one of my opponent appears to be in a photo, or I guess, advertising with porn stars.

00:05:23.320 There's some context. He has information.

00:05:25.580 But, you know, it's interesting.

00:05:26.980 So many people, when they're running in these open Republican seats, they try to say, you know, that they're Christian, conservative, etc.

00:05:33.280 And then there'll really be establishment plans that are working against the America First candidate.

00:05:38.340 And come to find out, these people are being exposed left and right.

00:05:41.520 So I think when you're fighting for the right things, the truth always comes out.

00:05:44.500 And we fully intend to bring home the win tomorrow evening.

00:05:49.280 Anna, answer me this.

00:05:50.900 Yesterday at the conference, you know, we spent the first day going through the 50 states and yesterday going through the machines.

00:05:56.180 But in the morning, there was a prayer session and, you know, talking about the Great Awakening and this concept of Christian nationalism.

00:06:03.040 The guy that just opened on Morning Joe, that's David French.

00:06:06.080 We call him around here President French because, believe it or not, that guy actually did run for president against Donald Trump.

00:06:13.040 The ego of these guys is unbelievable.

00:06:14.700 He actually ran for president.

00:06:15.880 We always refer to him as President French.

00:06:19.460 What about his hit on Christians actually getting involved?

00:06:24.600 You know, since this is a Judeo-Christian nation, Christians getting involved actively in politics.

00:06:29.900 It's got the left's, the progressive left's head is blowing up right now, calling us all right-wing Christian nationalists.

00:06:37.400 What's your feelings and what are the feelings of folks down in your district?

00:06:41.820 I mean, I can tell you that there's a lot of pastors that are now getting involved.

00:06:45.380 People forget that during the Revolutionary War, you had the Black Order pastors that were the black robes that were basically fighting alongside the revolutionaries.

00:06:53.380 But ultimately, many churches now, you can't really say that you are a Christian and not get politically involved because you have one party, the Republican Party, that is protecting life, that is protecting the right for freedom of religion.

00:07:06.600 And then you have another party, the Democrat Party, that is pushing everything that stands against what our Christian values are.

00:07:13.220 I tell people many a times that they started attacking the Hispanic demographic because we are extremely Catholic, extremely conservative.

00:07:21.080 And they started saying that that was an issue.

00:07:23.300 Now they're using that and they're going after the churches.

00:07:25.700 And they will weaponize the 501c3 status and attempt to remove these statuses of churches that are becoming political.

00:07:32.020 But, you know, part of the reason why we're an amazing country is because we have our freedom of religion.

00:07:36.240 That's why the Pilgrims founded the United States.

00:07:38.940 And frankly, I'm really excited to say that I am unapologetically Christian.

00:07:42.540 I'm unapologetically conservative.

00:07:44.760 And I plan to be a voice for this demographic once I get to D.C.

00:07:47.540 What about, tell me about the rally on Friday, MTG, because she left your rally.

00:07:53.560 I think she went to Sabatini's and then she came.

00:07:55.800 She spent all day Sunday in Springfield with the summit.

00:07:59.800 Talk to us about the rally on Friday, particularly if something came up at the end about your service.

00:08:05.300 I mean, you've served your country with honor.

00:08:07.980 And I know these smear tactics, as you get down to the end, the mud really starts flying.

00:08:12.500 Walk us through what MTG said from the stage.

00:08:14.580 Well, we had over a thousand people that showed up to our event.

00:08:18.160 So for any congressional race, that's pretty unheard of.

00:08:20.560 It was an incredible rally.

00:08:22.200 But, you know, as she was driving to see us, there were political operatives that were texting her.

00:08:26.620 These are people that claim to be tied to President Trump, of which they're not.

00:08:29.780 They're just drifting.

00:08:30.960 But they were texting Marjorie Taylor Greene saying that I was never in the military.

00:08:34.180 And I actually sent Marjorie my DD-214, which is my service record.

00:08:38.220 And I also sent her my guard record, which is something that I never publicly released.

00:08:43.200 Because I thought, you know, if these people are dirty, they're going to try to say that I didn't serve honorably or that I got out early.

00:08:48.640 So I showed her that as well.

00:08:49.660 And she lit these people up on stage.

00:08:52.480 She said, how dare you attack a service member?

00:08:55.340 Ana ought to sue you guys. 1.00

00:08:57.040 And she called them out to their face. 0.83

00:08:58.420 So this is public notice.

00:08:59.560 If you attack my service, I will sue you.

00:09:01.460 Because I didn't serve honorably.

00:09:02.760 And how dare you attack my service?

00:09:06.860 Ana, tell us where you're going to be today.

00:09:08.960 People get to the campaign.

00:09:10.240 How do they follow you on social media?

00:09:12.260 Well, we'll be door knocking all day today.

00:09:14.140 But we will be out at the polls tomorrow.

00:09:15.920 You can follow me and what I'm doing on the campaign trail at VoteAPL or Real Ana Paulina.

00:09:20.880 We are very excited about this race.

00:09:22.900 Again, I'm the only Trump endorsed candidate in Finalis County.

00:09:26.020 I'm pro-life, pro-God, pro-gun, and anti-globalist.

00:09:28.660 And I actually am running against people that are well-funded by dark money.

00:09:31.840 So remember, these seats are incredibly important.

00:09:34.520 We're one of the only or few open Republican seats here in the state of Florida.

00:09:37.580 And when I win, we are going to be going to Washington, D.C. and joining the Freedom Caucus.

00:09:42.000 No, I tell you, it'd be one of MTG's wingmen.

00:09:44.580 This is why it's so important, particularly for the establishment that's coming in hard.

00:09:47.720 So, Ana, Paulina, Luna, good luck today knocking on doors.

00:09:51.740 And we'll follow this closely on your social media.

00:09:54.100 Thank you.

00:09:56.000 One of the young warriors that are out there.

00:09:57.740 And I've got to tell you, at the summit, it was absolutely amazing.

00:10:00.040 One of the best things I've ever been to.

00:10:01.420 CPAC in the summit, almost back-to-back, incredible.

00:10:04.880 Mike Lindell's going to be on later.

00:10:06.900 The trial of the machines was excellent.

00:10:09.440 But I've got to tell you, the 50 states would have blown you away.

00:10:12.940 The roll call of states and the level.

00:10:15.240 We got to meet virtually every state group yesterday or for the two days that had presented.

00:10:20.760 We're going to have all 50 states on here over the next three or four weeks.

00:10:24.740 We're going to fit them in in parts of every show.

00:10:27.000 It's just absolutely incredible what people have found.

00:10:29.440 And I keep telling people, some of the red estates, Montana, Alabama, Utah, you'd be shocked about the voting.

00:10:36.320 Really, the process of voting, the voter rolls, the canvassing.

00:10:40.580 It's out of control.

00:10:42.140 And these people are setting it right.

00:10:43.760 Let's go to Mike Davis.

00:10:44.780 Mike, what updates?

00:10:47.120 Liz Harrington, the president's comm director, was at the summit for two days.

00:10:52.160 She was our guest yesterday in our special Sunday edition with Real America's Voice.

00:10:57.360 And she said this week the president's going on offense.

00:11:00.100 I think you had mentioned something, 41G.

00:11:02.400 I think that's kind of in people's minds now.

00:11:04.340 Could you walk us through where we stand this morning as you see it?

00:11:09.420 We had the Thursday hearing.

00:11:11.160 But also, what about the president going on legal offense, sir?

00:11:14.700 Yeah, so again, the president of the United States has the absolute constitutional authority

00:11:22.940 to declassify anything he wants for any reason he wants in any manner he wants.

00:11:28.680 And he does not have to report to Congress or any bureaucrat.

00:11:32.220 He does not have to report.

00:11:33.340 So, Mike, hang on right there, because I got guys on MSNBC and Fox nonstop saying that,

00:11:39.300 oh, no, there's all kind of procedures and processes, and he didn't do it.

00:11:43.020 And you've got to have these processes.

00:11:44.180 And there's certain things that are actually above that, and he can't do it.

00:11:48.660 I mean, it's just nonstop.

00:11:50.020 The MSNBC, it's all day long, right?

00:11:52.260 So what do you say to those guys?

00:11:54.680 Because they're rolling out their heaviest guns on this very specific point.

00:11:59.260 What would Mike Davis say to them?

00:12:00.580 I would say that they should go look up a 1988 Supreme Court case called Department of

00:12:07.500 the Navy v. Egan, where the Supreme Court made very clear, reaffirmed, that the president

00:12:14.120 of the United States, as the commander-in-chief, has the inherent constitutional power to declassify

00:12:21.060 anything he wants in any manner he wants for any reason he wants, and he doesn't have to

00:12:25.060 report to Congress or any bureaucrat or jump through their hoops.

00:12:27.680 And he has power separate from any statute or any regulation.

00:12:32.700 The Espionage Act or any other statute or any other regulation that deals with classified

00:12:37.800 records applies to everyone else on the planet except for the sitting president of the United

00:12:44.020 States, period, full stop.

00:12:45.980 I guarantee you that that is right.

00:12:48.000 I guarantee you that's the position the Supreme Court will take because that's what they took

00:12:52.280 at 1988, and they reaffirmed prior cases.

00:12:55.380 And the reason is that the president has that power under the Constitution.

00:13:00.480 So a Congress or a bureaucrat does not get to trump constitutional power with a statute

00:13:06.780 or a regulation.

00:13:08.260 So I'm telling you that I'm right on this.

00:13:11.240 And I think that they're even starting to acknowledge the smart people on the left, the non-hacks on 1.00

00:13:17.340 the left are starting to acknowledge this.

00:13:18.760 And the reason I know that I'm right, why didn't Attorney General Merritt Garland go to the Office

00:13:24.960 of Legal Counsel at the Justice Department, OLC, which is the de facto general counsel for the

00:13:30.920 executive branch, and get a legal opinion before he ordered this unprecedented, unnecessary,

00:13:36.340 and unlawful home rate.

00:13:39.120 And Merritt Garland leaked to the press.

00:13:42.420 He thought he was helping him.

00:13:43.280 I'd actually heard him.

00:13:44.280 He leaked to the press that he deliberated on this decision whether to order this home

00:13:48.880 rate for weeks.

00:13:49.800 Well, if he had weeks to deliberate on this decision, he had time to get an OLC opinion.

00:13:54.700 And the reason that Merritt Garland did not get an OLC opinion is because he knows that

00:13:59.780 OLC would take the position that I'm saying, which is that the president has the inherent

00:14:03.600 constitutional power to declassify anything he wants, because that's what the Supreme Court

00:14:09.020 said in 1988.

00:14:10.960 Separate from that, the president has the sole statutory power to determine whether something

00:14:16.620 is a presidential record that belongs to the government that almost certainly goes back

00:14:21.160 to the former president's library after it's categorized, or if that record is a personal

00:14:26.360 record.

00:14:26.760 And that is confirmed by an Obama judge in the District of Columbia in 2012 when there was

00:14:32.920 a dispute between Tom Fenton and Judicial Watch and President Clinton over audiotapes

00:14:38.080 of the Clinton presidency that Bill Clinton had in his soccer.

00:14:41.880 So it's not a question.

00:14:44.480 Hang on one second, Mike.

00:14:46.500 I want to finish this conversation on the side.

00:14:48.220 Mike Davis from Article 3, citing cases and referring to cases.

00:14:53.500 Next, in the war room.

00:14:55.460 We rejoice when there's no more.

00:14:57.220 Let's take down the CCP.

00:14:59.720 You know what's never good?

00:15:01.420 When your nation's supposed authority on economic policy completely misses the flashing red lights

00:15:08.220 of impending inflation.

00:15:10.260 Now, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has finally admitted, quote, there's been an unanticipated

00:15:15.800 and large shocks to the economy that have boosted energy and food prices and supply bottlenecks

00:15:21.180 that have affected our economy badly that I didn't, at the time, fully understand.

00:15:27.760 End quote.

00:15:28.640 You know who understands the real threat of inflation?

00:15:31.560 People who invested in gold and silver with Birch Gold Group.

00:17:22.320 Let's go to Anthony Sabatini.

00:17:23.500 We're staying in Florida, the huge primary tomorrow, particularly for these MAGA candidates

00:17:27.680 that are running hard through the tape, the Trump-endorsed candidates.

00:17:30.380 Anthony Sabatini, Florida 7.

00:17:32.660 Anthony, you've now, I think, officially set a record for us.

00:17:35.400 It's the first time we've seen you not in a car.

00:17:37.160 But we were actually questioning where the house was in the district or if the car was

00:17:42.460 your residence.

00:17:43.900 Talk to us about that.

00:17:45.360 Well, Steve, usually I'm out in the field knocking doors.

00:17:48.320 Our campaign actually broke the state record for door knocking.

00:17:51.980 We hit 103,000 physical households, which is by far a state record.

00:17:56.840 I don't know anybody who's hit 50,000, which is why I'm always usually in the car.

00:18:00.520 Today, I get to relax just for a little bit, do some media hits, and I'm here in my beautiful

00:18:05.240 little house that built a couple years ago and not in a car.

00:18:09.120 Hold it.

00:18:10.460 One of your guys, with 103,000 doors you knocked on and your team made personal contact or left

00:18:17.520 a hangar with a voter, with a citizen?

00:18:21.720 103,000 physical houses.

00:18:25.440 We hit 60,000 houses, probably gated communities down here.

00:18:28.820 So we hit 60,000 ungated houses and then hit the same houses another 45,000, 47,000 times

00:18:35.180 on top of the, we hit 45,000 of the 60,000 a second time.

00:18:39.440 It is by far a state record.

00:18:41.240 Nobody's ever done that.

00:18:42.220 We had 25 full-time cameras first full-time.

00:18:45.080 We kind of kept it quiet, didn't broadcast our moves to our enemies, but this is what

00:18:49.080 we've been focused on.

00:18:50.060 I personally hit close to 5,000.

00:18:52.180 My wife hit another 4,000.

00:18:54.220 And that's what we've been doing, getting the message to the people.

00:18:57.440 We don't do what they call lit dropping.

00:18:58.820 We don't just drop it off on the door handle.

00:19:01.000 We actually knock on the door, talk to the voters.

00:19:02.920 We hit, we talked to 27,000 individual people in this race.

00:19:07.100 And that's why when the McCarthy and Swamp money came in against me, the 1.4 million, 0.81

00:19:11.160 it really hasn't changed the polls that much because people already knew me.

00:19:15.120 They knew me.

00:19:15.680 They knew my team.

00:19:16.500 They know the guys, the MAGA guys.

00:19:17.920 They walk around with a MAGA hat and a Sabatini shirt at every door.

00:19:21.060 And so they, they weren't swayed by the false ads.

00:19:24.980 No, this is the way that MAGA has to run. 0.96

00:19:26.900 Cause you're always going to be the, the establishment is always going to have more money.

00:19:30.360 As you went around and actually the made the contact with the 27,000, tell me what the

00:19:36.000 district is telling Anthony Sabatini about the nation and the direction of the nation.

00:19:40.980 Well, they're extremely angry generally at the Biden administration.

00:19:44.420 They're mad at the Biden administration and they're mad.

00:19:46.880 Public are fighting hard enough.

00:19:48.480 They always want real solutions.

00:19:50.000 They don't want to hear messaging.

00:19:51.040 They say, what are you going to do?

00:19:52.060 What are you committing to do?

00:19:53.140 Uh, you know, they're very suspicious of most Republicans.

00:19:56.260 Uh, thankfully in my little trifle pamphlet, I demonstrated everything that I've done for

00:20:01.280 the last four years.

00:20:02.000 In fact, I tell them, I say, listen, the fact that this congressional district even exists

00:20:06.380 is because guys like DeSantis and the Warren Posse pushed to get through a good congressional

00:20:12.480 map that are good for the country, good for the state and not being weak.

00:20:16.040 Like some of the legislators in Florida originally wanted to do, which was going to create three

00:20:20.200 new Democrat seats.

00:20:21.320 So, you know, that sort of, uh, actual physical manifestation of, of what we've done, you

00:20:27.640 know, telling them, listen, you know, this seat's in play because we had strong people

00:20:31.420 who have been fighting along with all the other rest of the record, you know, how it helped

00:20:35.360 get rid of the state vaccine mandate that exists on the books and stop the COVID tyranny 0.97

00:20:40.260 here in Florida, uh, stop the insane critical race theory, uh, fight for all different types

00:20:45.920 of conservative parental rights, um, things like that.

00:20:49.340 Stop the Biden crime wave.

00:20:50.980 We passed a bill to stop the lawless rights existed during the George Floyd, uh, uh, crazy 0.84

00:20:56.280 riots that, uh, erupted in 2020.

00:20:58.880 People see the record and that's why they've been attracted to my campaign over the folks

00:21:03.960 that talk about some of the issues, but don't have the record of actual demonstrated fighting.

00:21:09.780 Anthony, as you're out and about today, how can people follow you on social media?

00:21:12.700 How they still find out more about the campaign?

00:21:14.640 This is a campaign is a total grassroots campaign.

00:21:16.600 This is a classic Anthony and a Paulino, you know, it's just like the Joe Kent.

00:21:21.400 You're always going to get hammered.

00:21:22.540 You're always going to get hammered with, uh, with more money.

00:21:24.800 So how do people find you?

00:21:28.560 Sabatini4Congress.com is the website.

00:21:31.120 Sabatini4Congress.com.

00:21:32.120 Uh, and the social media handle and also forms of social media is at Anthony Sabatini.

00:21:37.400 They can reach, uh, uh, any last minute donations or help.

00:21:40.420 If you know, uh, friends or family in the district here in Seminole and Volusia counties, give

00:21:44.540 them a call, give them a text, let them know what's going on and, uh, hope they're in their

00:21:48.940 support.

00:21:49.380 I appreciate it.

00:21:49.980 Thanks, Steve.

00:21:50.380 Magus ascendant, Anthony Sabatini running in Florida seven.

00:21:54.180 Thank you very much.

00:21:54.960 Okay.

00:21:55.200 By the way, lots of numbers, a poll over the weekend that showed that, uh, 74% of the country

00:22:00.400 think we're on the wrong track.

00:22:01.760 38%.

00:22:02.400 I think, no, over 40% think America's best days are in back of it.

00:22:06.500 We'll never turn this thing around.

00:22:08.100 Super depressing numbers, except for MAGA, who knows that we're fighting through this.

00:22:12.520 We're going to take control here before too long and set things right.

00:22:16.100 As we say, also, uh, natural gas hit a 14 year high today.

00:22:21.380 Uh, Citibank said in England, they expect 18.6% inflation right now.

00:22:27.960 Uh, of course the VIX, uh, for the market opens a day on fire.

00:22:31.860 So a lot of turbulence in the second hour, we're going to have Philip Patrick from Birch

00:22:35.340 Gold, Dr. Peter Navarro and our own Dave Walsh on energy, this energy situation of Ben

00:22:40.660 Harnwell is going to join us here really for this energy situation and take down the German 1.00

00:22:44.440 government.

00:22:44.760 I've been saying this forever.

00:22:45.700 Take down other governments too.

00:22:47.380 Let me go back to Mike Davis about the situation in, in, uh, in Mar-a-Lago.

00:22:51.180 Mike, I, in, over the weekend, Mike, at the summit were thousands of, of patriots there

00:22:56.760 for the weekend.

00:22:57.260 I had so many great compliments about you and what people really appreciate is how

00:23:01.100 you break down certain things that other people on TV don't do.

00:23:04.320 So they really understand this whole kind of Supreme court system and the judicial system.

00:23:09.040 The no, and so nomenclature is very important for us.

00:23:11.280 I want to go back to OLC.

00:23:12.620 This is one of the most, and I didn't even know OLC existed.

00:23:16.160 I'm not a lawyer, uh, until I got into the white house and then it hit me given my years

00:23:20.660 at Goldman Sachs and hostile takeovers and M and a, you, you have the best law firms in

00:23:24.620 the country on M and a, whether it's Wachtell Lipton, Lipton or Cravath or Davis Polk or Sullivan

00:23:30.200 and Cromwell.

00:23:30.780 And they, and the investment banker at the board, they always write what's called fairness

00:23:35.240 opinions along with the investment bank to protect, uh, to give, uh, protection to the

00:23:40.560 board of directors that they, you know, they, they fulfilled their fiduciary responsibility.

00:23:45.440 OLC is essentially the in-house law firm for the justice department.

00:23:49.840 You, as you always do, you, you have focused right on the smoking gun in this situation.

00:23:54.120 If Merrick Garland, when he was whining to the Washington post and trying to be like

00:23:58.060 Hamlet, right?

00:23:58.720 He was just, this thing was so, so incredibly important.

00:24:01.780 He really had to think, you know, his, his brow was knitted and he, and he prayed and

00:24:06.180 he really thought about it for weeks and weeks and weeks.

00:24:08.720 Your point is, Hey, there's Supreme court cases out here.

00:24:12.460 Where's OLC?

00:24:13.260 You have an in-law in-house law firm.

00:24:15.260 And I want you to tell people how this is the elite of the elite in the justice department.

00:24:19.960 Tell us about OLC and why the smoking gun here is why there's not an OLC opinion to

00:24:25.640 back up Merrick Garland's rash, uh, illegitimate and illegal move, sir.

00:24:31.220 So, yeah, as, as we talked about Merrick Garland sought an unprecedented, unnecessary and

00:24:36.980 unlawful home parade of a former president, a former president who also happens to be the

00:24:41.880 number one political enemy of Merrick Garland's boss.

00:24:44.900 And before Merrick Garland did this, he said he leaked to the, to the media that he deliberated

00:24:51.620 for weeks.

00:24:52.220 He's trying to do damage control because he realizes that he screwed up by ordering this

00:24:56.100 rate.

00:24:56.380 So he, he leaked out that he was very deliberative when he did this.

00:24:59.260 Well, if he deliberated for weeks on this unprecedented, unnecessary and unlawful home

00:25:04.020 raid, where he went to a biased judge, magistrate judge, Bruce Reinhardt, and got an illegal

00:25:09.260 home raid from a biased judge, why didn't he take the time to go to the office of legal

00:25:14.860 counsel within his own justice department or OLC?

00:25:17.580 These are the best and brightest lawyers in America, uh, top students from top law schools,

00:25:23.980 best clerkships, including on the Supreme court.

00:25:26.400 This is essentially the mini Supreme court for the executive branch.

00:25:30.940 Their opinions at OLC are binding on the executive branch.

00:25:35.100 And that is, I would imagine precisely why Merrick Garland did not get an opinion from

00:25:40.420 OLC while he was deliberating for weeks before ordering this unlawful, unnecessary, uh, home

00:25:46.880 raid, unprecedented home raid of, of president Trump.

00:25:49.600 And the reason is, is there is case law that is clearly on point here.

00:25:53.960 Number one, the Supreme court in 1988 reaffirmed that as commander in chief, the president of

00:26:00.580 the United States has the inherent constitutional power separate from statutory authority, separate

00:26:06.540 from regulations.

00:26:07.420 He doesn't have to get Congress, Congress's permission or a bureaucrat who works for him.

00:26:12.360 He doesn't have to get that bureaucrat's permission to declassify anything he wants for any reason

00:26:17.280 he wants, uh, in any manner he wants.

00:26:19.080 Right?

00:26:19.520 So there's that, there's that, uh, 1988 Egan case.

00:26:22.980 So there goes the espionage act violations that Merrick Garland are looking at, because it's

00:26:27.660 impossible as a matter of law for the president to violate the espionage acts by declassifying

00:26:33.200 records.

00:26:33.580 And a good example of that is in 2012, March, 2012, president Obama leaned over to the dictator

00:26:42.100 of Russia, the president of Russia, our enemy. 0.57

00:26:44.680 And he got caught on a hot mic.

00:26:46.740 Obama got caught on a hot mic telling the Russian president that Obama would have more negotiating

00:26:52.340 room after the presidential election in 2012.

00:26:55.040 That is highly classified material.

00:26:57.180 That is certainly detrimental to America for Russia to have that information.

00:27:01.240 But the reason that the president of the United States in that case, Obama could not be charged

00:27:06.240 under the espionage act for that is because he is the president.

00:27:09.260 He is the ultimate declassifier.

00:27:10.920 The authority comes from him constitutionally and it's delegated to others via statute and

00:27:17.060 regulations.

00:27:17.740 So the statutes and regulations apply to everyone else on the planet, except for the president

00:27:22.420 of the United States.

00:27:23.240 And then the other reason that Merrick Garland should have got an OLC opinion is because it

00:27:28.020 is the other charge that they're looking at is that President Trump stole or misused or

00:27:34.320 destroyed government property.

00:27:35.700 Well, if you look at this 2012 decision from an Obama judge in the district court, Tom Fitton

00:27:40.860 at Judicial Watch sued President Clinton because he had tapes of his presidency in his sock drawer.

00:27:49.000 And this was John Solomon at Judicial Watch who found this.

00:27:52.580 So credit to him for this.

00:27:53.640 But what this Obama judge said is, is that he has the sole statutory authority to determine

00:27:59.100 whether this is a presidential record that belongs to the government and then is given back to the president's

00:28:03.740 former library or it's his personal record.

00:28:05.680 Mike, hang on for one second.

00:28:08.420 We'll hold you briefly through the break.

00:28:10.500 Ben Harnwell is going to join us all next in the war room.

00:28:14.280 Americans are discovering that if we want to change this nation, we have to change the

00:28:28.140 way the marketplace works.

00:28:29.420 Look, woke corporations are seeking to divide us. 0.94

00:28:31.600 Big banks are freezing the accounts of people who disagree with their political views.

00:28:36.120 And our supply chain is dependent upon countries that actively work against our values like the

00:28:41.560 Chinese Communist Party.

00:28:42.820 It's time for a change.

00:28:45.020 And that change starts with you and your wallet.

00:28:47.960 That's why I'm proud to partner with Public SQ, the largest network of patriotic, freedom

00:29:38.400 Public SQ.

00:29:39.440 That's Public SQ.

00:29:40.820 Public SQ.

00:29:41.580 Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play.

00:29:44.960 Take action.

00:29:46.600 Do this today.

00:29:48.240 In verse 7, it says something very significant.

00:29:51.400 And I want you to really pay attention to this because this is going to give you great

00:29:54.680 hope for what God is doing and what the future will hold.

00:29:57.180 It says in verse 7 of Judges 5, the inhabitants of the village, they didn't fight, they held

00:30:02.940 back.

00:30:03.840 Now watch this word that somehow pops off the pages of our scripture as we look at it.

00:30:10.680 It says, until.

00:30:12.000 Underline, circle, highlight the word until.

00:30:15.020 Notice everything was getting off course.

00:30:18.240 War in the gates.

00:30:19.520 They forgot the name of their God.

00:30:21.160 They were getting off the main road and the main issues of what made them great, what

00:30:25.800 God blessed.

00:30:26.940 And then there's this word, until.

00:30:28.840 In other words, there's always an until moment that happens with God.

00:30:33.640 It may be dark.

00:30:35.460 It may seem like that evil prevails.

00:30:37.940 But I promise you, we are in that until moment that God Himself is injecting Himself in America.

00:30:46.220 God is stepping in and He's looking for us to do what?

00:30:50.040 Step up.

00:30:51.160 That's exactly what Deborah did. 1.00

00:30:53.780 She began to arise, the Bible says, as a mother in Israel.

00:30:58.540 Now here are four things, if you're taking notes, that God is looking in the process of

00:31:04.620 doing.

00:31:04.960 The first thing that we see in Judges 5, of how God began to get the country, the nation

00:31:11.800 back, is He raised up judges.

00:31:15.660 The Bible says that Deborah, Judges 4, was a judge.

00:31:21.220 So you see in verse 7 of Judges 5 that I just read to you, that she arose as a mother.

00:31:26.320 She was a judge.

00:31:27.620 So what God is going to do in the United States of America is He's going to begin to see great

00:31:33.940 victories.

00:31:35.380 Things that we've been fighting for.

00:31:37.020 Things that we've been believing for.

00:31:38.420 Things that they ignored before in the courts.

00:31:40.700 They're now going to have to acknowledge because God's hands on them.

00:31:44.660 And there's going to come Judges of the land.

00:31:48.720 Judges that are going to arise.

00:31:51.300 The courts are going to begin to shift in this nation.

00:31:54.600 And there are going to be great victories that God is going to bring through the Judges of 1.00

00:31:59.460 the land.

00:31:59.940 Welcome back to the war. 0.81

00:32:03.080 And that's yesterday in the summit, the Great Awakening portion of that that was in the

00:32:06.380 morning.

00:32:06.660 I want to go back to Mike Davis.

00:32:07.820 Mike, as OMB is to the administration, you know, and we have Russ Vogt on the time, the

00:32:12.820 last head of OMB for President Trump.

00:32:14.580 I keep saying outside of Chief of Staff, Director of OMB is the second most important job next

00:32:19.660 to President or Secretary of Staff, then OMB.

00:32:24.440 OLC is essentially the OMB of the entire justice apparatus.

00:32:29.420 Am I correct, sir?

00:32:31.000 Yeah, they are.

00:32:31.980 Their decisions are binding on the executive branch.

00:32:35.120 So what they say as a matter of law is binding on the executive branch.

00:32:39.840 By the way, and so President Trump, remember the travel ban we did in the first couple of

00:32:43.880 weeks of the administration, we had an OLC opinion.

00:32:48.780 And President Trump, this is why President Trump didn't want to back off the first travel

00:32:51.740 ban.

00:32:51.880 Remember, Madison guys talking about taking Iraq.

00:32:54.320 Their boys are fighting with us.

00:32:55.500 It's all BS, right?

00:32:57.340 This is just Madison and Tillis, complete weaklings, wanting to cave.

00:33:02.960 Trump says, hey, I got an opinion.

00:33:04.340 I got an opinion from OLC.

00:33:06.560 And of course, the Supreme Court verified that when the travel ban was blessed. 0.77

00:33:12.680 First, Mike Davis, they talk about the special master, talk about all kinds of offensive

00:33:16.940 moves.

00:33:17.360 Do you see a lot of offense that you've got the big hearing on Thursday?

00:33:21.160 President Trump says he wants to make the whole thing, you know, accountable and apparent.

00:33:28.300 And so people can kind of see everything, right?

00:33:31.380 Totally, you know, open to everybody.

00:33:34.020 He wants to release all the videos.

00:33:36.000 What do you think is going to happen this week?

00:33:37.260 So I think with this hearing, you're going to see that the Biden Justice Department and

00:33:42.360 this biased U.S.

00:33:44.140 Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhardt both have a vested interest in making sure that the

00:33:50.020 material that was in this affidavit doesn't see the light of day.

00:33:52.820 So they're going to redact everything.

00:33:54.880 They're going to over-redact.

00:33:56.140 Bruce Reinhardt and the Biden Justice Department need to cover their tracks.

00:34:00.020 They sought and authorized an unprecedented, unnecessary and unlawful home raid of a former

00:34:07.800 president.

00:34:08.300 So I don't think they're going to redact much.

00:34:09.800 I think what President Trump and his lawyers need to do is file a Rule 41-G motion under

00:34:15.240 the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

00:34:17.520 It's a motion to get his property returned.

00:34:20.440 And as part of that motion, you can tee up these legal issues we've discussed, like the

00:34:24.780 president's absolute constitutional authority to declassify, his absolute statutory authority

00:34:32.140 to determine whether presidential records belong to him or if they belong, if they're

00:34:36.660 a presidential record that belongs to the government and gets categorized by the...

00:34:40.840 Hold on, let me get this right.

00:34:42.740 Biden and these guys talk about transparency all the time.

00:34:45.520 Trump, who had the raid and the ransacking done on him, he's going forward and says he wants

00:34:50.260 total transparency.

00:34:51.900 Why would the government not concede that?

00:34:53.280 Why do we have to redact anything?

00:34:54.660 And you made the point, this could be done.

00:34:56.540 If Mike Davis was there, you could have sat down with a Justice Department lawyer.

00:35:00.160 Am I correct?

00:35:00.580 And you've looked at the documents.

00:35:01.740 And we're taking you a couple of hours to figure this out, the redaction.

00:35:04.640 They're taking a week.

00:35:06.460 In a bizarre position where the guy that gets the weight dropped on him is saying, let's

00:35:11.700 be totally transparent.

00:35:12.660 He's supposed to be the greatest criminal in the history of the United States.

00:35:15.660 Remember, it's so urgent.

00:35:17.740 For national security purposes, it's so urgent, right, of the nuclear codes or to get

00:35:23.220 his passport, which is they want to put their hands on and rummage around there, either

00:35:27.640 plant stuff or figure out something else that's going on.

00:35:30.500 It's so urgent.

00:35:32.440 Isn't it odd that Trump wants to be transparent and the government's taking a whole week sitting

00:35:36.560 there with the blackout pens?

00:35:38.160 Mike, have you ever seen a situation like this?

00:35:40.900 This is unprecedented territory, certainly.

00:35:44.120 And like you said, President Trump is the target of this.

00:35:47.160 He wants it out there.

00:35:47.960 Get it out there.

00:35:48.580 If you need to redact the names, fine, redact the names.

00:35:53.120 And if you have to redact some sources and methods, some methods separate from the names,

00:35:58.840 great.

00:35:59.420 You can consider that. 0.99

00:36:00.520 They're just going to take the blackout pen to the whole damn thing. 1.00

00:36:03.940 We're not going to see the fraud, the political charade that they did here to go get these 0.98

00:36:10.340 records.

00:36:10.740 There's no legal basis for this home rate.

00:36:13.240 They know it.

00:36:13.860 They know that this judge is biased.

00:36:16.480 He just recused on June 22nd from Trump's civil lawsuit versus Hillary Clinton.

00:36:21.100 He should have recused this time.

00:36:22.720 It's unclear why he did not recuse this time.

00:36:24.720 That could be part of the Rule 41 G motion.

00:36:27.260 They know that President Trump has this absolute constitutional power to declassify.

00:36:32.060 They know he has this absolute statutory power to determine whether something's a personal

00:36:36.580 record or a presidential record.

00:36:38.060 So the love notes from the North Korean president, do they belong to Trump or do they belong to

00:36:42.660 the government and get sent back to Trump's library, right?

00:36:45.020 There are so many issues.

00:36:46.620 They've been lying all along.

00:36:47.740 They lied to Newsweek that Attorney General Merrick Garland did not authorize this rate.

00:36:53.360 Well, he has since had to admit that he did.

00:36:55.460 They just keep lying.

00:36:56.300 They're saying that Trump had the nuclear launch codes, essentially.

00:36:59.580 They had nuclear documents.

00:37:00.760 Well, if he had those, why didn't they go get them for 18 months, right?

00:37:04.500 And if he had them, why did Merrick Garland deliberate for weeks to get this, to authorize

00:37:12.040 this home rate search warrants application?

00:37:14.740 And if he had these nuclear documents, why did they wait three days after the magistrate

00:37:19.460 judge authorized the rate to go get the documents?

00:37:22.320 It's just nonsense.

00:37:23.300 If they had the nuclear documents, how come the inventory of the material they went and

00:37:27.920 raided, how come they don't have Q-level classification on that inventory?

00:37:31.580 They have TS, TSSEI, and SAP.

00:37:34.520 They have every other classification.

00:37:36.180 Why not Q, which is the Department of Energy classification for the nuclear documents?

00:37:41.400 This is bogus what they've done here.

00:37:43.860 It's legally bogus.

00:37:44.840 It's politically bogus.

00:37:45.780 They know it, and they're trying to cover it up.

00:37:48.600 Mike, how do people get to you on Article 3, and how do they get to you on social media?

00:37:52.480 It's article3project.org, article3project.org.

00:37:56.460 And on my getter, Twitter, and truth, at article3project, at article3project.

00:38:02.860 And then my personal is at MRDDMIA, MRDDMIA.

00:38:07.380 Thank you, Steve.

00:38:08.740 Mike, thanks for taking the time this morning.

00:38:10.520 Okay.

00:38:11.220 Remember, that's all a misdirection play to try to crush Trump and stop.

00:38:15.000 It's totally political.

00:38:16.580 But there's so much signal going on in the world.

00:38:18.580 Number one, a major assassination attempt over the weekend.

00:38:21.840 We reported yesterday on the show that we did Sunday morning from the summit about Alexander Dugan.

00:38:26.900 He is the geostrategist that's kind of the intellectual thinker of this Eurasian landmass strategy of Putin.

00:38:34.720 Let's have a call over.

00:38:36.140 We're bringing Ben Harmwell from Rome. 0.83

00:39:37.640 Well, Ben, a lot of news over the weekend.

00:39:39.960 Zelensky, the European nations have cut him off.

00:39:42.940 The July numbers for him to have aid sent to him did not come from, I believe, any European nation.

00:39:51.360 There's all kind of discussion now about the corruption there, what's happening to the weapons they're going.

00:39:55.340 They're being funneled back.

00:39:56.860 Walk us through.

00:39:57.580 Zelensky, Ukrainian intelligence, CIA involvement, all of it, sir, in this takedown of Dugan, the inner circle of Putin.

00:40:05.740 Good morning, Steve.

00:40:07.980 Well, of course, you're absolutely right.

00:40:09.920 Not a single European Union member state has given any fresh support to Ukraine for the whole month of July.

00:40:17.480 But don't worry.

00:40:18.400 I know you're...

00:40:19.060 Hold on, hold on, hang on, hold on.

00:40:20.680 I just want to make sure you repeat that, because we're going to have Philip Patrick, Dave Walsh, Navarre in the second hour talking about economics throughout the world as stuff starts to crash, particularly the German economy.

00:40:31.880 Natural gas in the U.S., all-time 14-year high today.

00:40:35.520 This is before this LNG factory comes on.

00:40:38.300 I have people that are major owners of natural gas resources in this country say the number in the country is going to go to 12 bucks plus when that LNG facility comes on that really supports Europe.

00:40:49.440 I want to just repeat this, because the mainstream media is not reporting it.

00:40:53.480 All these commitments and all the European nations and all the stuff we got our nose rubbed into, not one nation in Europe made their commitments to Ukraine for the month of July.

00:41:05.960 And here's the reason.

00:41:07.700 It is the third most corrupt nation on Earth.

00:41:10.420 There's all coming unwound there.

00:41:12.260 You see it.

00:41:12.700 Nobody knows where this cache is going.

00:41:14.640 You see all these reports from the front line.

00:41:16.220 I don't know if the Ukrainian troops are getting it or if the weapons are being funneled back to criminal gangs as the oligarchs make money.

00:41:23.000 The Europeans are the ones that shut them off. 1.00

00:41:25.660 Ben Harnwell.

00:41:27.840 Yeah, that's absolutely right.

00:41:29.380 And I know you're concerned with the Zelensky regime.

00:41:33.080 You're worried about where the money is going to come from.

00:41:35.180 Well, I've got some great news for you so you can relax on this front, Steve, because President Biden pledged 500 million around seven, eight days ago.

00:41:45.340 And of course, so days ago, pledged a further 750 million.

00:41:49.860 So the money's not going to run out just yet, even though, as you've just confirmed, not a single European Union member state made any fresh pledges of support for the whole month of July.

00:42:00.300 America is always there to step in and keep the tawdry, corrupt system going.

00:42:06.660 I've got some more.

00:42:07.940 Perhaps I should give way for the break and then I'm going to come back and give some analysis on the on the fascination.

00:42:14.120 Just just real quickly for the we're going to go to break.

00:42:17.500 But just real quickly on the assassination.

00:42:19.940 Is this a big story in Europe?

00:42:22.540 It was a big story over the weekend.

00:42:23.860 But is this a big story this morning, particularly the official party line on the, you know, taking it to the a soft target to the inner circle of Putin?

00:42:32.420 Is it a big story in all the European newspapers?

00:42:35.860 Absolutely, Steve.

00:42:36.840 It means really since Saturday evening, probably more due to yesterday when when further news came in that newspapers could start to print with a degree of courage.

00:42:46.480 But it's pretty much the leading story across all of the major European newspapers yesterday.

00:42:52.040 And I'm going to go.

00:42:52.620 I want you to give your analysis.

00:42:56.340 Let's take let's take a short break.

00:42:57.800 We've got Ben Harnwell in Rome.

00:43:00.200 We've also going to have a huge story in Mother Jones today about how mothers for moms for liberty are the new face of the Republican Party and the most powerful women in the nation.

00:43:09.900 So we've got Tiffany Justice.

00:43:11.280 We're going to have a tons of economic analysis as as the world's markets finally catch up with the underperforming economies.

00:43:19.180 OK, short break.

00:43:20.520 Ben Harnwell from Rome on the update on what's happening on the border that Biden's focused on.

00:43:27.520 That's the Eastern Russian speaking border of Ukraine all next in the war room.

00:43:32.520 Because we're taking down the CCP.

00:43:37.480 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.

00:43:39.720 We will fight till they're all gone.

00:43:42.260 We rejoice when they're no more. 0.97

00:43:44.160 Let's take down the CCP.

00:43:46.000 The new social media taking on big tech, protecting free speech, and canceling cancel culture.

00:43:55.640 Join the marketplace of ideas.

00:43:57.760 The platform for independent thought has arrived.

00:44:00.100 Superior technology.

00:44:01.820 No more selling your personal data.

00:44:03.980 No more censorship.

00:44:05.680 No more cancel culture.

00:44:07.580 Enough.

00:44:08.760 Getter has arrived.

00:44:10.540 It's time to say what you want the way you want.

00:44:14.000 Download now.

00:44:14.920 OK, welcome back.

00:44:17.840 Let's go to the Ukraine, European. 1.00

00:44:20.360 Now we've got natural gas exploding because of supply.

00:44:23.780 You've got oil dropping because of recession fears.

00:44:26.940 It is turmoil.

00:44:27.720 We're going to get it all sorted in the in the second hour of this.

00:44:30.520 I want to go to Ben Harnwell.

00:44:31.440 Ben, walk us this.

00:44:33.580 I've said from day one since Jonathan Swan gave that interview of Axios, gave the interview at the World Economic Forum in Davos of Zelensky.

00:44:40.380 And Zelensky's lecturing the war room, specifically us, because he realized we were the anti-escalation voice in America, right?

00:44:48.640 With Mike Pompeo and, quite frankly, Tom Cotton embarrassing themselves about how they like little boys jumped into this thing.

00:44:54.500 It didn't think through the geopolitical, you know, second and third order issues here.

00:44:58.480 When he lectured us about reading the memoirs, you know, you haven't read enough memoirs of World War II.

00:45:03.660 Hey, dude, I've forgotten more.

00:45:04.920 You're an actor.

00:45:05.540 I've forgotten twice the amount about World War II that you'll ever know, right?

00:45:09.960 And I realize I was grandfathered for me.

00:45:11.400 Fine.

00:45:11.700 I'm glad you grandfathered for the war.

00:45:12.980 It's fantastic.

00:45:14.260 We know that 10 times better than you.

00:45:16.520 And I told you, you should read the best and the brightest about a guy named President Diem in Vietnam. 0.98

00:45:22.140 Because when the CIA is finished with you, they throw you to the side like trash.

00:45:25.720 And this assassination has all the earmarks of not the Ukrainian intelligence, has all the earmarks of CIA.

00:45:33.180 And Alexander Burns, the head of the CIA, needs to come forward immediately and let the world know that the CIA had absolutely nothing to do with this Ben Harnwell.

00:45:42.700 You know, Steve, you've just basically killed my buried lead.

00:45:45.540 One of the theories, one of the three theories into this assassination comes from a former Russian member of parliament who's now in Kiev called Ilya Konomarov.

00:45:59.040 Now, he said that this assassination was due to the work of an organization called the National Republican Army, which is an anti-Putin front working behind the scenes on Russian territory.

00:46:11.920 And reading up about this, this organization, I have to say it's got Langley's fingerprints all over it, if this is the correct hypothesis.

00:46:21.680 The other theory, leading theory, of course, in fairness, I have to note that the Ukrainians have come out and absolutely very strongly denied any involvement in this, as you'd expect them to do. 0.71

00:46:36.540 They're saying that they're not a terrorist state.

00:46:39.680 And the other theory is from the Russians' secret service.

00:46:45.420 Their intelligence says it was a female operative, a Ukrainian operative, who has already fled into Estonia.

00:46:55.820 So those are the three principal explanations circulating right now.

00:47:01.320 What I'd like to say to you, to break this down a moment, is that there's a Russian expression that the Kremlin has many towers.

00:47:07.680 What that means is, not just because the old Secretary General of the Soviet Union said something, or something took place, it didn't mean that the Secretary General was literally behind it, pushing it.

00:47:20.640 There were a lot of people involved behind the scenes.

00:47:24.220 And I would say that's even more so looking at today's Ukraine, which a lot of people call an oligarchist.

00:47:30.580 But I think a fairer term would be to call it a thugocracy. 0.50

00:47:34.520 Now, we know that Zelensky isn't a career politician.

00:47:40.440 He came in on the back of an oligarch called Ihor Kolomoisky, who has since been sidelined, the wealthiest man then in Ukraine.

00:47:49.980 And looking at how these, you know, to give an idea to a non-Eastern European view on this, on what it means to say that Ukraine is a thugocracy.

00:48:03.080 It's basically saying that, what I mean by that is that if you take the top 200 people of power and influence behind the media in Ukraine,

00:48:10.860 they're not like the very worst of politicians that we have in the state or in the UK.

00:48:17.780 They're like Don Corleone.

00:48:18.980 If you imagine a country where all the decisions are made by people like Don Corleone from The Godfather,

00:48:28.460 that gives you an idea of why this country in 2015 was ranked by The Guardian newspaper as the most corrupt country in Europe.

00:48:36.640 And it's an absolute disaster.

00:48:39.320 So what I want to say here, this is really important.

00:48:42.120 This is my point.

00:48:43.240 OK, what I'd like to say is that it might perfectly be proved that Zelensky had nothing to do with this.

00:48:49.480 But there are more than enough people who are behind Zelensky to ensure that his presidency continues.

00:48:58.160 These are the people that hold the power.

00:49:00.200 And as much as the president does hold power, there are also these people around him who hold the power.

00:49:05.160 And, you know, they're all causing 10 percent.

00:49:07.680 It's in their interest that this war continues.

00:49:11.380 I don't think I got that, but I don't I don't I don't think Zelensky had anything to do with this.

00:49:17.200 I think they're setting this thing up.

00:49:18.820 Look, Zelensky is one of his welcome.

00:49:20.620 Tom, they leaked a Tom Friedman three or four weeks ago that the whitehead, they're trying to distance themselves from Zelensky.

00:49:27.260 Zelensky is like he's just the new Tony Fauci.

00:49:30.560 Right.

00:49:31.040 These guys, they try to make a media stars to propel their lies.

00:49:34.500 And then when they wear themselves out, where's where's Tony Fauci right now?

00:49:37.660 They're cutting him loose because they understand we're coming from Fauci for the investigation starting in January.

00:49:42.440 So Tony Fauci is not up there talking about the president's having a covid.

00:49:46.480 He's not out defending the scathing report on CDC.

00:49:49.920 He's not defending the CDC.

00:49:51.360 Same with Zelensky.

00:49:52.760 Zelensky is getting to be inconvenient, just like Diem got to be inconvenient. 0.96

00:49:56.760 And what Zelensky crossed the line is when he started inviting the CCP and to have talks about how you make Ukraine a bridge into Europe.

00:50:03.100 He's looking for a new sponsor.

00:50:05.240 He's looking for a new spice trying to leverage it, looking for it because he understands his current sponsor is going to get too much political pressure from the war room because Europe has basically said we're not sending any more money to these corrupt SOBs. 0.99

00:50:18.440 They're taking the weapons and funneling back to this.

00:50:20.820 The Financial Times told us that they're funneling the money, the weapons back into the gangs of Europe and making security in Italy and France and these countries harder.

00:50:29.120 And they're skimming all the cash off the top.

00:50:31.080 Nobody knows where that $8 billion or $10 billion a month is going, right?

00:50:35.360 And now you've got Zelensky, his own people on it, because Zelensky said, yeah, I didn't tell anybody about the imminent invasion.

00:50:40.400 I didn't tell anybody about the CIA information.

00:50:42.720 You think the CIA likes that?

00:50:43.880 Hey, we gave you this information.

00:50:45.160 You didn't do anything because you thought you had a better idea and not tell the Ukrainian people.

00:50:48.960 Read the best and the brightest, bro.

00:50:51.220 Guy named President Diem went through the same thing.

00:50:53.140 He was their golden boy until he's not.

00:50:55.480 And then he's not.

00:50:56.200 They said, oh, we'll get you out of the country.

00:50:58.220 Well, you know what happened?
