Bannon's War Room - Episode 2394： The Secrecy Of The CIA

00:00:00.000 this is the final scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval

00:00:10.240 on these people you're just not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people

00:00:16.400 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you've tried

00:00:20.400 to do everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen

00:00:23.600 and where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any

00:00:31.520 of these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that

00:00:38.400 answer is to save my country this country will be saved here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:47.200 catch by a vote of 68 to 29 meaning lawmakers are one step closer to keeping the lights on and

00:00:58.880 avoiding a government shutdown the package includes aid for ukraine more money for emergency disaster

00:01:04.400 relief and an overhaul of the electoral count act senate majority leader chuck schumer celebrating

00:01:10.000 in a news conference just in the last half hour

00:01:12.240 we've concluded this congress one of the most productive in decades with one of the best omnibus

00:01:19.500 packages in decades and here's one of the things that amazes me the amendment process made it better

00:01:27.960 the bill now heads to the house where lawmakers are under a really tight deadline with government

00:01:33.120 funding set to run out tomorrow let's bring in nbc news capitol hill correspondent julie sirkin so julie 0.71

00:01:38.960 will the house get this done before the deadline tomorrow look lindsey this morning i was a little

00:01:44.680 bit nervous there but now that the senate finally squeaked this out and was able to pass this bill i

00:01:48.920 think the general shutdown meter is pretty low here in congress but of course there's a lot of things

00:01:54.140 the house needs to do to process this procedurally before they can actually vote on it on the floor

00:01:59.100 and that's in part because the senate was able to last add some last minute amendments that passed today

00:02:04.800 expanding postpartum care expanding maternal care including for women who are breastfeeding in the

00:02:11.320 workplace so some major wins on that end that senators on bipartisan way we're trying to get 0.60

00:02:16.320 into this bill so what happens now they just passed it 68 to 29 in the senate it heads over to the house

00:02:22.400 where it will go to the rules committee they're going to work on adding those amendments in but one

00:02:26.480 thing that could potentially gum up this process and make it a little bit longer in the house 0.99

00:02:30.640 is that of course house republicans are whipping against this bill kevin mccarthy the leader who

00:02:35.380 is vying for the speakership gavel needs to stay strong uh in his original ask of trying to pass

00:02:41.220 a continuing resolution to 2023 uh to then have republicans in the house take the full omnibus up

00:02:46.620 but look all signs are pointing to this passing the house well before the midnight deadline tomorrow

00:02:51.680 and president biden of course signing it too okay welcome uh it's thursday 22 december the year of

00:02:57.840 2022 and we're going to get to um viva fry is going to join us in a moment from an airport with an

00:03:04.180 update on the carry lake we have i think 27 000 25 000 30 000 on our getter feed right now watching

00:03:12.500 the trial in in progress i want to welcome everybody that maybe is dual processing this

00:03:18.000 um because there's a hot live chat over there captain ben and uh grace chung are running it want to make

00:03:24.280 sure people knew a day that will live in infamy here uh these are endorsed trump senator 21 senators

00:03:31.060 um these are endorsed uh trump endorsed senators and from some of the reddest states in the country

00:03:39.280 blunt and these are the ones that are retiring blunt enough apportment shelby and burr voted for this

00:03:45.760 monstrosity but here's the ones that are the true traitors boozman of arkansas capito of west

00:03:51.200 virginia corny of texas cotton of arkansas tom cotton of arkansas uh provost remember that when

00:03:58.060 tom cotton comes running around looking to be uh looking to be uh president of the united states

00:04:02.840 of course lindsey graham uh mcconnell uh jerry moran strong endorsement from trump in kansas should

00:04:09.360 have been primaried um romney what do you say about that rounds from south dakota thune from south dakota

00:04:16.340 both south dakota senators south dakota you should be ashamed of yourself to be represented by two

00:04:22.480 individuals like that wicker of mississippi barrasso wyoming and kramer of north dakota another

00:04:28.160 blowhard should never be in the u.s senate um and uh three non-endorse murkowski of course collins and 0.58

00:04:35.420 young of indiana and the people in indiana should be humiliated that uh young voted for this um it

00:04:41.660 basically gives let me just cut to the chase it's totally unfinanced they're making this excuse and

00:04:47.320 we'll get in some numbers tomorrow that oh it adds uh you know over 10 years it adds 1.5 trillion no

00:04:53.800 no unless they can prove otherwise with tax revenues collapsing and the hard payments for social security

00:05:00.960 medicaid and medicare approximating 3.5 trillion dollars this is going to be immediate deficit this

00:05:06.800 year the good news here it's going to bring up the debt ceiling fight big league okay these people

00:05:13.260 right here took the gavel out of kevin mccarthy's hands if kevin mccarthy was looking for a vote of

00:05:19.160 confidence he did not get one here this is a vote of no confidence right this is a vote of no confidence

00:05:24.780 uh and i think people have to ask that question is kevin is kevin mccarthy up to the job here's the

00:05:31.120 good news and we're gonna get with russ vote and we're gonna walk to make sure the war room

00:05:34.860 understand posse understands this when they talk about a debt limit it's the cash comes in it's

00:05:40.120 kind of a waterfall like in a bankruptcy we they're going to sit there you're going to go you're going

00:05:44.840 to affect the full faith and credit these these securities are going to have are going to be

00:05:49.880 downgraded we're going to have a sovereign debt crisis well hey the cash comes in and the first

00:05:54.840 order is you pay the debt the second order is you pay social security and medicare and then

00:06:00.700 you got cash left over hey you do it on the you do it on what's available yeah you might have to

00:06:06.740 tighten defense there is tom cotton's running around we got a 10 increase the defense parties 0.67

00:06:11.700 that's not a good thing if we're talking about fighting kinetic wars right now you guys don't

00:06:17.280 quite understand what's going on we can take down the chinese communist party we can block the chinese 1.00

00:06:22.580 communist party we can do anything we want with the chinese communist party by full-on economic warfare 0.97

00:06:28.500 and cut them off from technology bring them to their knees and allow live allow baijing to overthrow 0.98

00:06:34.780 them you just saw what happened you just saw what happened with the covid lockdowns hell you get a

00:06:39.420 couple thousand people and and they're running around there all sudden hey we don't have covid

00:06:43.580 just take all the covid restrictions off this is all economic warfare there should not be i'm as big

00:06:50.160 a hawk as you have heck i'm fully sanctioned by the chinese communist party being head of the super

00:06:54.500 hawks according to the the rogan book on uh on the chinese and trump and she and trump

00:07:00.880 the head of the super hawks which is the ones that want to take down absolutely take apart the chinese 1.00

00:07:06.900 communist party so i'm no wilting flower here you should have a hundred billion dollar cut to the

00:07:11.800 defense budget not a massive defense increase and i think that plays to the to the bozos like mccall 0.69

00:07:17.840 on these clowns that are in the uh then the house in the senate we can't afford it the national security 0.99

00:07:24.140 crisis we have is over at dead i i i i see viva i've got it team thanks my ever cracked production 0.94

00:07:30.920 teams tell me i see the lovely visage of viva fry staring at me right now on the screen i'm gonna get

00:07:37.120 back to this in a second so just just all the happy look any one of the senators could have stopped 0.59

00:07:41.680 this or in conjunction could have stopped it and don't let them tell you otherwise oh we don't

00:07:46.600 control it no the senate rules are very different than the house let's go so hold it the debt ceiling

00:07:52.100 let's let's let's let's get serious about the debt ceiling let's we'll get and we'll spend a lot of

00:07:56.280 time with this viva fry you've been following quite closely this trial in maricopa county give us your

00:08:02.980 blunt unespurgated bark on assessment of of what's going on and where we stand sir well it's going to

00:08:10.340 end today i had to tune out this afternoon but um it's quite clear why they didn't want this to go to

00:08:15.960 trial even though it went to trial on two limited counts of the 10 counts i look carry lake is

00:08:21.980 probably still going to lose just because it's such an uphill battle to begin with but it didn't go well 0.93

00:08:26.640 for the for katie hobbs in maricopa county they look like incompetent buffoons at best uh and today 0.70

00:08:33.380 i just put out a clip on twitter where you have i don't know if it's a state recorder basically saying

00:08:38.420 they knew that they had problems with the fit to print ballot issues that they never disclosed to the

00:08:43.920 public that they were printing a 19 inch image on a 20 inch page paper and it wasn't being read in the

00:08:49.120 ballots they knew it was a problem they've been doing since four of an audit they've never disclosed

00:08:53.520 it to the public if nothing else this has revealed the voting process it's a it's a it's a gong show

00:09:00.120 it's a clown show uh yesterday went as well as it could have gone for for carry lake today katie hobbs

00:09:06.160 and the other defendants had their witnesses who didn't really do enough in my mind to undo the damage 0.75

00:09:11.780 from yesterday and in cross they're doing even worse today probably a done deal uphill battle too much

00:09:16.860 to win but it's been interesting to watch and eye-opening to anybody who's been watching it and a lot of people

00:09:21.600 have been watching from a legal perspective because to prove it in a in a in a court of law is obviously

00:09:28.260 quite tough were voters not just in maricopa county but in the other counties around uh around

00:09:36.780 maricopa and the rest of the state the more rural counties were they were these voters disenfranchised

00:09:42.860 let's just leave it at incompetence the procedures that were presented and it was done i'm gonna leave

00:09:47.600 intent off for a second but were they disenfranchised sir well it's it depends on how you define the term

00:09:54.440 uh this morning it was clear they admitted that there were uh what's the word they used not

00:10:00.020 interruptions but there were issues with voting the day of long lineups uh they were trying to

00:10:05.540 highlight the fact that it might not have been tabulator issues it might have just been

00:10:08.640 massive lineups even the defendant's own witness said there were lineups like two hours long almost

00:10:14.460 two hours long people turn away they were saying how do you know how many people walked away and

00:10:19.820 didn't vote got disenfranchised they don't know uh but it's clear they've admitted massive delays

00:10:25.220 massive issues whether or not they're attributed to the to the ballot on demand or not they recognize

00:10:30.800 there were massive delays on election day proper uh and they also acknowledged 70 percent republicans

00:10:36.720 vote on election day so there was clear disenfranchisement if you understand by that

00:10:41.520 frustration of the ability to vote on election day itself which disproportionately affected republican votes

00:10:47.360 the situation with the ballots and the chain of custody issues uh do you believe that kerry lake's

00:10:54.720 team has been able to prove intent that this was done on on purpose that this was intentionally done

00:11:00.640 well that's where i mean the chain of custody issue is one to sow doubt uh where i think it's so i'm not

00:11:09.360 as clear on the chain of custody bottom line argument other than the fact that they don't know how many

00:11:14.460 ballots they had going from drop-offs to counting stations uh they're you know they're going by weight

00:11:20.300 not by count that's to that you know plants some doubt shows the fact that there is reason to be

00:11:26.020 concerned that chain of custody was interrupted possibly tainted but where it becomes undeniable

00:11:32.000 is that on election day itself they had massive problems like it's it's as though it's the first

00:11:37.040 time they've ever done this it's just inexcusable problems that they said at 20 of the locations

00:11:41.500 according to bill gates the maricopa county recorder 20 of the locations is an underestimate and that

00:11:47.100 doesn't include the amount of machines and the fact that it grossly impacted the vote on the day of

00:11:53.000 when it was 70 republican vote on the day of i mean chain of custody is another issue but what's clear

00:12:00.000 is that they it's it's as though they've been running elections for the first time and not you know this

00:12:04.380 is their job and they get paid a lot to do it 170 000 bucks a year to the recorder to do this and it's

00:12:10.020 like they've never done it the the issue of statues they have a procedures manual that's all in by statute

00:12:16.640 do you believe that kerry lake's team proved that major statutes that lay out procedures and

00:12:24.660 processes for handling election for for tabulation for where votes are counted chain of custody all that

00:12:30.660 were the uh were statutes breached and broken sir i think they've shown definitively that their own

00:12:41.380 rules were not followed uh the issue becomes the narrow scope on which kerry lake proceeded on two

00:12:48.400 of her claims the judge said you gotta prove it was intentional done with the specific intent of

00:12:54.040 impacting the votes and three that it in fact impacted the bottom line outcome i think they've

00:12:59.800 proven it enough and i you know i hope i'm not projecting or reading too much into it it looks like

00:13:05.100 the judge is amenable or at the very least shocked by what he's seen the question is going to be does

00:13:10.040 he have the political audacity to say i've seen enough to know that this is not done properly i'm

00:13:15.920 not declaring kerry winter but my goodness you're going to go back and have a you know a runoff type

00:13:20.660 election and do it properly because the world has now seen you know 30 000 people were watching this

00:13:26.120 on my two streams yesterday 45 000 on right side broadcasting news people have seen this i don't think

00:13:32.640 people can have faith in the system having seen this whether or not it was intentional done with

00:13:36.980 the intent of uh impacting the vote and it in fact did people are watching this and they know that their

00:13:42.300 own rules and procedure were not followed i think it's been proven pretty clearly that they're doing

00:13:46.700 their own audits but not disclosing to the public they had issues in the first place just keeping it

00:13:51.460 nice and tidy that oh we had problems with the ballot on demand we're doing a forensic audit but we're not

00:13:56.600 letting the public know and it all came out at trial on you know despite the fact that kerry only got

00:14:01.920 two of her 10 claims to go to trial right we got we have over 30 000 right now on our getter just

00:14:08.300 watching it so the audience here is massive it's amazing it's amazing and these are people uh viva i

00:16:21.660 to the mass disenfranchisement of arizona voters did occur the morning of election day man they have

00:16:44.720 florida supreme court approves ronda governor ron de santis grand jury to investigate mrna covid19 vaccine

00:16:52.600 manufacturers we're going to have dr naomi wolf we're going to have natalie winters and we're going to

00:16:58.620 have dr jeffrey tucker and dr tucker is traveling overseas but he's going to be on the six o'clock

00:17:03.960 hour we're going to talk about this plus are the topics related to the vaccine let me repeat that

00:17:08.220 this is at a request of dr joe joseph latipo the surgeon general florida working obviously

00:17:15.060 in conjunction with governor de santis governor de santis made a request the florida supreme court has

00:17:21.500 approved a grand jury to investigate mrna covid19 vaccine manufacturers so explosive news and we're

00:17:32.280 going to get to that at the six o'clock hour also developments occurring even as we speak in the trial

00:17:37.200 uh seb uh let me start in uh because i know you and i are are like two peas in a peas in a pod we do

00:17:45.000 disagree on occasions this is one where we're not totally in sync um the uh last night's performance

00:17:52.300 of zelinski uh his request the whole ukraine situation we just had this debacle the 1.7 trillion

00:17:59.560 and i gotta stop calling that because they haven't fully loaded in the finance charges

00:18:03.100 this is 1.85 million minimum minimum and when you add really the real finance charges because

00:18:12.080 it's going up we're going to have to pay it is um interest rates are going up it's too totally

00:18:17.760 unfunded uh what 55 billion in new cash for ukraine part of that military equipment part of it just

00:18:25.720 good old cash to the oligarchs your thoughts sir oh and by the way 11 billion for the fbi which is more

00:18:32.900 than the biden administration asked for so you know 18 gop senators decided to give the fbi the fascist

00:18:39.520 bureau of intimidation which is our hottest selling t-shirt by the way uh more money than the fbi 0.94

00:18:46.040 actually requested look uh when it comes to zelinski i i've got my personal baggage you you're a cold

00:18:51.760 war warrior you serve this nation with honor in in the u.s navy my father died uh with the scars

00:18:58.380 on his body of the communist secret police who tortured him in a political prison so guess what i hate 0.98

00:19:05.720 kgb kernels and they will all burn in hell fire forever and i remember a time when all conservatives 0.99

00:19:12.040 hated kgb kernels so let's cut the crap about vladimir putin being a pro-christian champion for 0.99

00:19:18.580 the west he persecuted christians in the kgb so cut the bull please okay and a kgb kernel invading 0.98

00:19:26.460 other people's countries be they corrupt or not is always a bad thing because guess what america's 0.97

00:19:32.140 corrupt washington tc is bloody corrupt that doesn't mean china gets to invade us nevertheless 0.95

00:19:37.220 nevertheless sending him pallets of cash is sheer bloody insanity another 44.9 billion dollars for what 0.96

00:19:47.480 that's more than the russian defense budget so let's be clear from the get-go as a former mi guy in the

00:19:53.920 british army reserves i said all that we should be giving the ukraine is soviet-era equipment that they

00:20:01.120 know how to use they don't you know patriot missile batteries are you nuts they don't know how to use

00:20:05.800 those give them all the soviet garbage that was left over in hungary poland in the baltic states 0.99

00:20:11.360 when they joined nato give them ammunition for soviet-era equipment like 12.7 millimeter ammunition

00:20:18.900 and then just give them one last thing one last thing one last thing keep going is isr packages we have

00:20:26.700 the best you know spies in the sky give them the isr packages to make the russians bleed and let them 1.00

00:20:32.020 fight for themselves hang on for a second your father and i think your family you were uh it was

00:20:38.160 in hungary right i just want to make sure i got that correct it was hungry okay you've seen victor

00:20:42.320 orban isn't with everything you just said in the kgb kernels by the way on the show we've been adamant

00:20:47.640 that that putin and the guys around him are corrupt and bad bad hombres uh the russian people and the 0.93

00:20:52.740 chinese people are different they're led by the worst criminals on earth that being said isn't this 1.00

00:20:58.380 a is isn't the the border dispute on the eastern russian speaking a border of ukraine ukraine in 0.88

00:21:05.540 quotes isn't that something that hungary and germany and france isn't that a haven't we bailed

00:21:11.840 haven't we bailed out uh europe in world war one world war two the cold war we brought down the evil 0.98

00:21:19.160 empire isn't it europe that should step up and orban is showing us and other countries are showing us

00:21:24.780 the europeans don't have a belly to to escalate and what we have to do now even someone that you've

00:21:31.380 had disagreed with so many times henry kissinger who has had the pom-poms up for this war at the

00:21:36.620 beginning the other day had that big piece out that said hey we got to get to the negotiating

00:21:41.500 shouldn't we not have zielinski trying to be a mini churchill and and coming to the house 0.86

00:21:47.760 represents historic joint thing shouldn't we be trying to de-escalate get them to the table so 0.85

00:21:52.560 fewer ukrainian civilians and ukrainian military because the russians are not going to stop sir as

00:21:59.300 you know yeah uh look it gets my dander up when anybody is compared to churchill especially you

00:22:06.200 know vladimir zelinski so let's not not compare anybody to the greatest statesman as somebody born

00:22:11.280 in the uk the greatest statesman of the 20th century who saved western civilization um you can't

00:22:17.960 negotiate with with a kgb colonel because they never act in good faith this is a guy who 20 years ago and

00:22:23.160 for the last 20 years has been saying not just the ukraine but the baltic states and poland are

00:22:28.180 illegitimate they are not actually nation-state so this guy is going to take everything he can take

00:22:32.980 uh when it when it comes to you know the isolationist neo-bucanonites like tucker carlson i got a

00:22:39.200 wake up call for you listen listen to bannon listen to you know read your spikeman your makinder 0.93

00:22:44.820 you can't just write off you know the eurasian landmass and say screw you it doesn't matter

00:22:50.940 ukraine supplies most of the food for africa if you think egypt being unprepared to feed its

00:22:59.000 population is something we're going to get to ignore i got a bridge to sell you in connecticut so

00:23:04.660 you may want to say screw everybody else pull the shutters up on the pacific and atlantic coast but

00:23:10.360 it doesn't you know not the pacific and not the original is your belief as a strategist come this

00:23:19.480 winter when they roll out the big artillery of the russian army that there's going to be a massive

00:23:23.780 offensive and right now is the time to get to the negotiating table and hey maybe ukraine's not

00:23:29.620 going to take back crimea maybe that one's gone maybe they're not going to take back these some

00:23:33.360 provinces but if the allies if france and germany because the people there don't want to support

00:23:38.540 this and they're not prepared to write 100 billion dollar checks the only people that that's going to

00:23:43.000 the elites in our country will do it uh even they don't care if the american people are furious about

00:23:47.800 it but is there any do you see any prospect of continue at military kinetic escalation of this war sir

00:23:55.020 the russian military uh it's worse than a paper tiger their latest tank the sexiest latest tank

00:24:03.360 they have they had one of them for their mayday parade everything else has been sold by the generals

00:24:08.560 to line their pockets uh you you you this is an existential threat for ukraine this is the survival

00:24:14.300 of their nation it's not an exit whatever they say it's not an existential threat for russia russia has

00:24:18.780 11 time zones come on guys yeah you think a nation which is ranked 22nd in military power is an

00:24:25.180 existential threat to the one that has nuclear weapons so no my prediction is the following the

00:24:29.580 ukrainians will fight to the last 12 year old because of the holomador because of the 8 million that 1.00

00:24:34.220 stalin starved to death they will never stop fighting and sadly this there will be no you know peace

00:24:40.720 treaties on the deck of a of an aircraft carrier in the black sea what we're going to have here is sooner or

00:24:47.540 later a frozen conflict like transdenistria like moldova like south of setia and it'll grind to a

00:24:53.760 halt ukraine will never get back crimea and then things may change in five years when when putin dies

00:25:00.120 that's about it but but but you put you put turkey and france and some consortium together to keep the

00:25:06.080 peace is is that so the 40 000 civilians have died if they had two rocks to rub together i mean seriously

00:25:12.920 when you look when you look at france has one aircraft carrier that it shares with the uk i mean

00:25:20.800 that's like a monty python skit you know tuesdays it's like sharing the kids after a divorce you can

00:25:26.400 have the aircraft carrier on weekends we'll have it on the weekdays the only serious fighting force in

00:25:31.560 the region is turkey and turkey we can't talk about this on an open channel turkey is already pretty

00:25:37.280 heavily involved but doesn't this get to the point of all the phoniness we're hearing every day about

00:25:41.900 nato you know this there's no there's no combat capability i think i think all nato combined correct

00:25:48.180 me if i'm wrong all nato combined couldn't put up two combat divisions right if called to so so

00:25:54.800 absolutely not the turks are hardcore but turks don't have projection capacity nobody has production

00:26:00.860 capacity the only people who have projection capacity is us and biden's trying to destroy that as well

00:26:05.720 ladies and gentlemen now you see that even in the american first time what i have to do

00:26:11.260 is non-stop behind the scenes you don't know because seb's my brother here uh seb talk about

00:26:17.360 let's i want to hold you to the break all right we are unified in our hatred of kissinger

00:26:21.280 absolutely i want to i want to uh i want to i want to pivot to what happened today uh in the senate

00:26:28.920 and particularly the implications globally of this debt and what it's going to mean to us and quite

00:26:34.020 frankly president trump 18 18 the people were endorsed by president trump

00:26:37.480 so i'm going to pivot i'm going to use that to pivot to the clip i used from you today uh from

00:26:44.840 the war room on on my show america first when you said it's time for president trump to hang up the

00:26:50.180 golf clubs and get busy so you know was he wrangling votes was he on the phone was he uh making sure that

00:26:56.720 the manga message is strong and it's intimidating to the rhinos in the swamp what happened i had a caller i had

00:27:03.280 an elderly woman an 80 year old woman calling to the show to say she gave her last dime to eight

00:27:08.400 gop candidates in the last election and she feels utterly betrayed today utterly betrayed and i said

00:27:14.180 you have every right to feel betrayed so nothing has changed they betrayed us again and they've done

00:27:18.840 an end run around the midterms even the pathetic result of the midterms has been you know completely

00:27:24.560 had an end run done around it by mitch mcconnell who says i don't care if the house has the purse

00:27:29.420 i'm i'm the big boy in the senate and i'm going to do an end run around you with my 18 buddies

00:27:34.600 so uh it's a catastrophe it's an abortion it's an embarrassment okay hang on for one second uh we're

00:27:40.900 going to stick with dr seb brooker short commercial break be back in the war rooms in a moment

00:27:44.260 it's all started everything's begun and you're all over because we're taking down the ccp 1.00

00:27:54.320 spread the word all through hongkong we will fight till they're all gone we rejoice when there's no 1.00

00:28:01.580 war let's take down the ccp covidtaxrelief.org got a small retail business almost eighty thousand 0.97

00:28:09.960 dollars covidtaxrelief.org got a manufacturing business nearly 250 grand and covidtaxrelief.org

00:28:28.800 church or non-profit and paid your employees through all or part of the pandemic you could qualify

00:28:36.480 for up to 26 000 per employee through the government's cares act but beware of clickbait 0.99

00:28:50.560 covidtaxrelief.org receives a low reasonable commission only after you receive your refund

00:28:57.780 and with 300 cpas and tax experts no one is better at getting you the maximum benefit

00:29:03.920 than covidtaxrelief.org visit covidtaxrelief.org now because this plan expires soon that's covidtaxrelief.org

00:29:16.120 covidtaxrelief.org the refund examples are not a guarantee and not all businesses qualify

00:29:23.720 that's why you have to check today with covidtaxrelief.org

00:29:29.220 okay if we can uh denver i got this to you a little late uh because i haven't put it up on

00:29:38.900 gator yet i haven't got my headline uh but the daily mail had a lead story today that talked about

00:29:44.060 facebook and talked about head the cia fbi people they've hired it's just look these are intelligence

00:29:50.300 apparatuses and was so big said it from the beginning these are these are intelligence operations you know

00:29:56.500 um uh elon as we said when the deal was first announced back six seven eight months ago i said

00:30:03.220 he's buying a crime scene not a company and you're gonna find it's not a real operating company now

00:30:08.180 he's found out now shockingly he's found it on the engineering side which was something that was beyond

00:30:12.100 my pay grade and specialty but the rest of it has been totally shocking and now the fbi is putting out

00:30:17.680 oh you know it's just normal course of business in fact can we get the sandra smith if we can get the 0.94

00:30:22.240 sandra smith a piece on the fbi up in denver and let me know when it's ready so seb now that we've

00:30:27.700 seen twitter we're gonna have michael benz who did that great interview with you the other day we're

00:30:31.280 gonna have him on here in a minute but i gotta ask you about this facebook this daily mail story

00:30:35.260 uh and first i gotta ask you so did did pozo steal from you the uh twitter is a crime scene did he get

00:30:41.300 that from you a hundred thousand i'm not even a question pozo steals just checking just checking my

00:30:46.380 sources it's no by the way it's not it's not he's not stealing it's an homage right

00:30:51.180 but anytime anytime i'm copying anybody it's an homage i appreciate it i'll take it um the but i

00:30:58.480 want to go you mentioned the buried lead in this in this fiasco of the uh of the omnibus oh by the

00:31:05.680 which changed the electoral count act because the way the elected count act was originally drafted and

00:31:12.220 was in uh december of 2020 was exactly how president trump and eastman and others uh you know

00:31:19.500 utilizing electoral count act as it should be they had to change that they stuffed that into the

00:31:24.300 omnibus because they didn't have the votes to pass it but you mentioned 11 billion even more than

00:31:28.920 they asked for coming to the uh coming to the fbi how shocking is now we know it's an entire national

00:31:34.980 security apparatus correct we know that with this with the daily first things first first things first

00:31:40.680 and i i i i never do this and i'm going to do it now mike benz is like this um

00:31:47.560 3 000 carat diamond that has suddenly just washed up on the shore and we can win if you listen to what

00:31:58.520 this man says he just did you know a seven hour twitter spaces he has all the receipts on how this isn't

00:32:05.600 just twitter this is the foreign policy establishment using their weapons against populism that they used

00:32:11.060 abroad against trump and maga back home so you've got to pay attention to mike your your challenge

00:32:16.280 steve is to get him to condense all he knows into a short interview so with regards to the cia look

00:32:23.160 um there's only two reasons you hire a member from the ic at a private company i don't care whether

00:32:29.240 it's crowl associates or whether it's twitter or whether it's coca-cola number one to do your

00:32:34.280 government relations to get you the juicy contracts that's it or if they're an sme if they're a subject

00:32:39.800 matter expert if you want to stop you know child pornography on facebook you hire the child

00:32:46.500 pornography sme from fbi those are the only reasons you don't hire mr fiser who is the chief counsel for

00:32:56.480 the fbi at the center of the clinton hunter biden russia collusion hoaxes as your deputy chief counsel

00:33:04.100 there's only one way that james baker is scrubbing the materials for matt taibbi because the doj the

00:33:11.300 fbi or the biden white house told him to do so and on top of that let's be clear twitter is fun musk is fun

00:33:17.580 but the far more important and influential platform is facebook for the the real voting demographic

00:33:23.860 most people get their political information from facebook and we know nothing until this daily mail

00:33:29.300 story today with the dozens of cia former agents at the fbi at the facebook they're not former agents

00:33:36.820 they're deep state steve what can we do now that we've given up the the uh ability to cut off their

00:33:44.500 funding immediately because the senate the republican the collaborationists have basically cited and let

00:33:49.860 nancy pelosi have for another year how do you go about stripping the 51 uh intelligence uh officers 0.99

00:33:56.980 uh and uh in operatives on the uh on the laptop from help plus these people at facebook and uh and

00:34:04.820 twitter of their security clearances immediately seb the the only way sadly you know that the security

00:34:12.000 clearance system is built for one man and one man alone and that's the incumbent in the white house so

00:34:16.920 unless the executive you know decides for security reasons inside the various departments to strip

00:34:23.360 somebody of their clearance it's really the white house that can do that at the just the you know at

00:34:28.260 a click of a of a finger so it's not until 2024 that that happens however and let me just share with

00:34:34.440 something that kind of gave me a different perspective today there's a very iconoclastic uh political

00:34:40.060 commentator on youtube who was on my show for an hour today he's called razor fist he's like the the manly

00:34:46.300 version of uh ben shapiro very very very mega very very insightful and he he takes no prisoners and i did the

00:34:56.040 kind of black pill who cares if we we have these revelations from twitter files there will be no

00:35:01.040 consequences with mitch mcconnell and kevin mccarthy he said we have to remember seb that you and i are inculcated

00:35:09.480 in politics 25 hours a day we know this stuff but most americans don't so the most important thing we

00:35:17.340 can do and that's why war room exists that's why america first exists on salem is to get the information

00:35:24.040 out how many people until today even thought for a millisecond that there's more than one cia person

00:35:30.560 working at by accident at facebook nobody who is not political now they know so we have to bang the

00:35:37.300 drum and sooner or later these things get momentum the work of mike bends the work of you know

00:35:43.040 investigative journalists like john solomon we just keep telling the truth until there is a crescendo

00:35:49.560 and until the hobbits come out of the shire with their pitchforks uh seb i disagree with you slightly

00:35:56.220 on the security clearance but we'll talk about that later i think there is a way to force by to force

00:36:00.600 biden to force his hand to make him keep those security clearances for those individuals we'll talk about

00:36:05.960 offline uh seb how does everybody get to your how does everybody get to your content uh we're on all

00:36:12.080 social media platforms except the fascist at youtube so follow us on uh true social or twitter

00:36:18.380 facebook instagram the website is seb gorka.com for the show 24 hours a day that's s-e-b-g-o-r-k-a

00:36:25.780 seb gorka.com and if you're looking for some last minute stocking stuff has got a seb gorka store.com

00:36:32.340 for all your america first gear and then lastly the most exciting one is the latest my exclusive

00:36:37.720 content at sebastian gorka.substack.com that's my name sebastian gorka.substack.com but stay on and

00:36:45.060 listen to mike bends because he's going to give you the receipts dr gorka thank you very much

00:36:52.420 appreciate honored to have merry christmas merry christmas sir um mike bends i met you in the uh

00:37:00.300 in the administration you're working for dr ben carson i met you and uh darren beady you guys do

00:37:05.280 a lot of work together walk us through first this this twitter stream you had about the foreign

00:37:10.520 policy establishment and twitter i want to make sure make your you got four or five minutes here just

00:37:14.680 roll out your case sure so it sort of follows on what what uh you were just talking about with

00:37:20.560 sebastian there which is that what you had after the 2016 election in the united states and the 2014

00:37:27.240 brexit vote was a was the construction of the same the same intelligence tools that were used

00:37:37.020 for american hegemony during the cold war the sort of department of dirty tricks that was authorized

00:37:43.340 under the 1947 act and through nsc memo 10-2 and through all of the different tools that we entrusted

00:37:50.640 to the national security state to the state department to the cia to the pentagon uh to uh

00:37:57.640 to all the civil society entanglements with our national security state we used those as battering

00:38:04.540 rams against fascism in the rump to world war ii and against communism during the entire span of the

00:38:09.820 cold war and even in the war on terror uh at the at the start of of the 21st century when

00:38:15.980 when the brexit vote and then the trump election happened there was a panic in the national security

00:38:21.520 state over losing control over the domestic drivers of foreign policy and these folks looked around and

00:38:28.560 they said we have no weapons to suppress a domestic insurgency that is going to take foreign policy out

00:38:35.160 of our hands how do we used to deal with this problem well during the cold war we had these weapons

00:38:41.220 that we used against communism we can just rev that up and just say that that currently the present

00:38:48.220 populist groups are threats to democracy just as communism was and we are going to take our same

00:38:53.820 playbooks in fact much of the same players and simply you redirect them from managing our overseas empire

00:39:03.200 to managing the american people walk us through give us that's that's a good overview of of what

00:39:10.980 happened here walk us through how that manifests itself particularly what we know here over the

00:39:15.420 last couple of weeks the cia refusing uh the biden administration not to let out uh the last what

00:39:21.560 10 or 15 percent of the kennedy files uh bobby kennedy coming up on tv and saying that my father my

00:39:28.220 uncle was taken out by the cia tucker carlson having that on tv everything all the revelations on twitter

00:39:34.360 now today's revelations on the cia uh make that make sense for us sure so my role here is on the

00:39:41.900 issues of censorship and digital freedom i'm the executive director of the foundation for freedom

00:39:45.600 online and our task is to restore the free and open internet the golden age of the internet that existed

00:39:51.400 really from the dawn of social media until shortly after the 2016 election when the age of censorship was

00:39:57.880 ushered in now one way that this manifests itself with the national security state and the intelligence

00:40:03.220 agencies not just putting their thumb on the press of electoral processes at home but actually dominating

00:40:08.520 it is the example of the 2020 election now the department of homeland security's cissa division

00:40:13.900 cyber security and infrastructure security agency they were tasked in 2018 with cyber security of

00:40:20.680 elections they said misinformation is an is a threat to cyber security and then developed long-arm

00:40:29.240 jurisdiction for cyber censorship they knew they could not censor directly so what they did is they

00:40:34.620 outsourced censorship powers to four groups in the private sector one of whom is the atlantic council

00:40:40.940 the atlantic council digital forensics research lab now the atlantic council has seven former cia

00:40:45.480 directors on its board of directors and the atlantic council was responsible for this group that

00:40:50.060 censored 22 million tweets in the five months before the the the 2020 election about mail-in ballots

00:40:56.400 about early voting drop boxes about challenges to voting tabulation you have a london-based

00:41:02.420 nato think tank with seven cia directors on its board censoring your opinions about mail-in ballots

00:41:09.860 now chris krebs who who ran cissa is just recently started a new venture called the council on responsible

00:41:16.740 social media now he started that with two cia directors leon panetta and porter goss so you have

00:41:24.660 you have the foreign intelligence agencies repurposed for domestic censorship at every layer here and i

00:41:31.080 could go on here if you want me to keep the list going yeah i want to keep going we got about another

00:41:36.620 minute i want to hold you through the brakes yeah keep going definitely because i think people need to

00:41:40.060 hear this but why why krebs the krebs lie when he said it was the safest election because remember he

00:41:46.640 told president trump he reported president trump i think he was selected by president trump when he

00:41:50.700 told the world it was the safest election in american history on on the cyber side of it i don't know my

00:41:57.840 technical uh subject matter expertise is not in in the in the technicalities of that but i'll tell you a few

00:42:02.680 things that are interesting about it uh one is that this same obscure brand new cyber security agency

00:42:09.900 that chris krebs has tapped to head uh not only was in charge of cyber security it was in charge of

00:42:15.980 cyber censorship of issues around cyber security when when chris krebs and cissa outsourced censorship to

00:42:22.500 the election integrity partnership the number one narrative that they censored and they documented this

00:42:28.500 in a 292 page after action report you can find this on the foundation for freedom online website

00:42:33.800 or even on my on my twitter you'll see all the receipts for this but they censored they there were

00:42:38.960 over 7 million tweets that the department of homeland security by proxy censored in the five months ahead of

00:42:45.960 the uh of the 2020 election so you had a a full-scale artificial intelligence powered censorship across 15

00:42:54.440 different social media platforms organized by chris krebs at the department of homeland security

00:42:59.280 censoring your thoughts on the voting machines so that so the technicalities that i don't know but

00:43:04.360 yeah hang on one second michael benz gonna stay through the break we'll join us on the other side

00:43:09.920 we got crom carmichael top of the hour breaking news out of florida there's a grand jury going to be

00:43:15.740 impaneled to review wait for it the vax naomi wolf dr jeffrey tucker natalie winters will join us

00:43:23.300 then sure commercial break back in a moment

00:45:43.600 wait for it over twitter hey don't know if it's elon moss but somebody's at twitter they're banning people

00:45:50.820 we're going to have in the second hour a couple of influencers that were banned on twitter today for

00:45:56.260 talking smack about the con artist and lobbyist from ukraine zelensky okay

00:46:01.540 you know putting up stuff on zelensky gone off of twitter so it's a long i know even uh darren b

00:46:09.620 is on join us tomorrow morning he even told me he's going to come on tomorrow talk about it he said

00:46:13.160 for right now both his pom-poms are down and you know how much that hurts darren b to say that okay

00:46:18.260 christmas season we need everybody to with all the gift giving and everything you do in this holiday

00:46:24.300 season to think also about yourself crown carmichael the greatest gift someone can give uh themselves is

00:46:30.400 to take care of themselves particularly one of the most important parts of everything associated

00:46:35.940 you your heart and your cholesterol and your blood pressure and all of it walk people through

00:46:41.400 salty sir yeah steve once again thanks so much and by the way merry christmas to you and the posse

00:46:47.860 and your whole crew you all do such a wonderful wonderful job um thank you brother steve i've seen

00:46:54.460 i'm going to tell you a story it's a sad story it's about a fellow by the name of scott menard

00:46:59.440 scott was 63 years old and was working out on wednesday and he and he died of a heart attack

00:47:06.240 uh he was a chief scott scott menard is a legendary wall street investment officer i think he runs

00:47:12.560 guggenheim manages 285 billion but one of the nicest guys on wall street a legendary figure doing his

00:47:18.440 normal workout dies suddenly dies suddenly from a heart attack uh today it is uh i think it was at

00:47:25.580 his home with his own workout equipment associated with the global chief investment officer so you

00:47:30.920 would think a guy in that position at age 63 you just think off the top of your head well what a

00:47:36.800 healthy guy he is but but he had heart disease and probably did not know it and so i really want to

00:47:43.480 talk to your posse about how important it is to start taking care of your heart as early as you can

00:47:50.120 and and the metaphor that i like to use is if you buy a brand new car you take care of that car engine

00:47:57.240 by changing the oil every seat every three to five thousand miles from the very first day that you own it

00:48:04.000 you change that oil and our heart is no different than a car engine if you take care of your heart

00:48:10.060 it will last a longer time and you'll be and you'll be healthier that entire time and so

00:48:16.780 our product and we have a lot of science to back it up it's right there on our website

00:48:21.080 under the our science tab but um it is uh it's it's a product that i've been taking for 18 years

00:48:28.300 i'm 74 years old my bad cholesterol was 130 when i started taking our product and it went down to 89

00:48:35.960 it's been under 90 ever since my blood pressure is in great shape i take zero prescription drugs

00:48:41.960 and we get letters and and emails from our customers a lot telling us how it's benefited them

00:48:48.100 and so i really encourage your folks here at christmas and then going into the new year new

00:48:52.800 year's resolution to take care of yourself and the way to do it is to go to war room health.com

00:48:59.280 that's war room health.com and use the code war room at checkout and you'll get a 90 a 29 and 95

00:49:16.320 basis subscription is three bottles for the price of two and we pay the freight we ship every 90 days

00:49:22.780 you take two capsules a day and um and and then you know just check your cholesterol at the beginning

00:49:29.640 90 days later check your cholesterol because it does take time to take effect because it is all

00:49:34.900 natural and our product inhibits the growth of cholesterol in an area that's different in your

00:49:40.760 liver that's different from statins and so i encourage your folks to sign up for soul tea by going

00:49:46.720 to war room health.com that's war room health.com and use the code war room at checkout steve thanks

00:49:53.960 so much for having thanks brother and have a merry christ i want everybody to go and check he's got

00:49:58.240 all the information all the studies are there and it's what 70 cents a day 70 cents a day 70 cents a

00:50:04.360 day on two two two two little uh gels krom merry christmas thank you brother thank you for doing

00:50:10.960 this for everybody merry christmas take care of yourself uh mike and i'm gonna hold you here and

00:50:19.140 we're gonna take a 90 second break in a second but ben's i first met you i think you're working for

00:50:23.420 dr ben carson and you and bd teamed up and this is how good ben's is ben's you guys came over and i

00:50:30.360 think it was in february or march of 18 and you said hey you you guys are not thinking about this

00:50:36.600 correctly you got to see you snuck up on silicon valley but that won't happen again and you actually

00:50:41.760 showed the film of what happened in 16 the days immediately after our incredible come from behind

00:50:49.040 victory tell us about that and why did you warn why were you and bd there to warn me and others

00:50:54.920 about what was in store in coming in the in the 2018 midterm well it was uh it was pretty plain to

00:51:03.300 see i mean we everything that's come to pass has been something that uh you know that that folks

00:51:09.200 who've been been studying it could put together you know so this was something that uh you know i've

00:51:14.960 found existential uh it's i mean there's there's no two ways around it we lose freedom of speech we

00:51:21.000 lose the free world um and that's you know that's that's part of what uh drove me to pursue uh you know

00:51:27.180 going to the state department and uh trying to do professionally uh what i could in this space to

00:51:32.680 advance the cause of freedom um tell us about i tell you what i'm gonna hold you through the break

00:51:38.580 because i want to talk about the institution you've set up now the organization how people can find out

00:51:42.520 more about it because uh ben's is like darren beady one of the smartest guys i know and has been

00:51:48.140 somebody that's been on top of this from the very beginning and he's called the shots that were going

00:51:53.320 to happen now that this is being exposed at the corporate level and you got daily mail more this is

00:51:57.520 going to come out every day and you realize that this is a uh this is a massively serious problem

00:52:03.920 we've got to deal with okay michael ben's going to hang with us we're going to take a uh a short break

00:52:08.540 we've got dr jeffrey tucker he's overseas but brownstone institute uh talking about the red

00:52:14.460 contagion exercise he's got all the receipts that go through that we've got naomi wolf about this grand

00:52:20.540 jury down in florida governor de santis asked for it they're now there's just a news announcement

00:52:33.540 own uh natalie winters is going to be with us about this situation with uh on twitter right now
