Bannon's War Room - Episode 2710： The Attack On The Supreme Court

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.080 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.680 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.440 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do

00:00:23.820 people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these

00:00:31.540 people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer

00:00:38.500 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:46.980 Perhaps the most important fact, the most important takeaway is that Enrique Tarrio,

00:00:57.460 leader of the Proud Boys, was convicted of seditious conspiracy and other felony federal

00:01:04.440 offenses, even though he wasn't even at the Capitol that day. He wasn't even in D.C. that day.

00:01:11.440 That, my friends, is an important bit of what I'll call atmospheric precedent.

00:01:18.440 You know why?

00:01:20.440 You know who else wasn't at the Capitol that day?

00:01:24.440 Steve Bannon, Mike Flynn, Roger Stone, Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, John Eastman, Donald

00:01:32.940 Trump.

00:01:33.940 They weren't at the Capitol that day.

00:01:36.440 But to be responsible for the crimes that occurred at the Capitol that day, presence is not required.

00:01:45.480 Buckle up, fellas.

00:01:48.340 You know, friends, I sat in on some of the Proud Boys trial, not nearly as much as I sat in on the Oath Keepers trial.

00:01:54.420 But I was in the courtroom for some of the closing arguments.

00:01:58.060 I heard some of the prosecution's argument.

00:02:00.440 I heard some of the defense attorneys make their closing arguments.

00:02:04.020 And you know what my favorite line was?

00:02:06.440 it didn't come from the prosecutors it came from one of the defense attorneys

00:02:11.400 he argued to the jury ladies and gentlemen donald trump's statements let's go to the

00:02:18.200 capitol and i'll be right there with you let's march to the capitol fight like hell or you

00:02:24.200 won't have a country anymore now go to the capitol and stop the steal the defense attorney argued

00:02:33.320 ladies and gentlemen those statements will be government exhibit number one in the future

00:02:39.680 criminal prosecution captioned united states of america versus donald trump

00:02:46.440 i couldn't agree more with that defense attorney and his argument in fact i think it was prophetic

00:02:54.120 was inexorable prosecution i said earlier that i never would have imagined

00:03:00.060 mild-mannered merrick garland as inspector javert in uh in the famous musical but he but he has

00:03:07.220 been i'm just curious uh where you think this might still go as joe said we we have this figure

00:03:14.300 i'll call him the unindicted co-conspirator to use the watergate term uh who sits atop this

00:03:21.220 garland has shown that he is willing to go harder and farther than people might have imagined

00:03:28.520 What do you see as coming next?

00:03:30.720 Remember that.

00:03:31.300 Surprises down the road.

00:03:32.360 Remember, David, that unindicted co-conspirator was individual one in a southern district of New York indictment charging Michael Cohen.

00:03:41.120 That said, this is a case where you take Merrick Garland at his word.

00:03:46.620 He said he was going to follow the facts.

00:03:48.620 That's precisely what they've done.

00:03:50.260 He said he was going to hold people responsible who committed crimes on January 6th and in connection with that.

00:03:56.880 and that's what he's done i think there's an important point here that folks often miss

00:04:01.780 the department of justice by design has an extraordinarily thin political layer

00:04:07.440 overwhelmingly the men and women who are bringing these cases in the u.s attorney's office

00:04:11.840 investigating these cases for the fbi overwhelmingly are career prosecutors and investigators this is

00:04:18.500 what they do and they're good at it now garland deserves the credit when they do it well and he

00:04:24.080 deserves the blame when they do it poorly. But there is an inexorable march toward justice here

00:04:29.760 because career prosecutors and agents are following facts. To Ken's point, there's a lot of witnesses

00:04:35.980 out there. You know, I know this not as a criminal, but as a former prosecutor, committing crimes and

00:04:42.080 getting away with it is extraordinarily difficult. As an example, you know, the ongoing investigation

00:04:48.480 at Mar-a-Lago regarding the documents and perhaps the movement of the documents, the obstruction of

00:04:53.100 the investigation. There's a lot of people who know stuff about that. You ask those people

00:04:58.620 questions and you follow the facts. Well, Tim, on the topic of the courts, what is your reaction

00:05:04.600 to the latest revelations about Clarence Thomas? And then do you want to put a wager down on when

00:05:10.120 you think Senator Feinstein will return to the Senate? Well, I'm jealous, a little jealous of

00:05:16.560 Clarence Thomas. I guess I don't want to breathe very many rules, but it must be nice to have a

00:05:21.020 billionaire sugar daddy paying for tuition, paying for your mom's rent, you know, taking on private

00:05:26.280 jets. It's a good gig if you can get it. Look, I think the latest from the Washington Post is the

00:05:32.340 most troubling thing yet in all seriousness. If you look at this deal between Leonard Leo and

00:05:38.540 the Federalist Society, where he tells Kellyanne Conway, you know, to pay Jimmy Thomas, but not to

00:05:44.200 report it. I mean, that is a direct, possibly violation of the law. Certainly another example

00:05:50.660 of corruption and look i just i don't think anything's going to be going to happen because

00:05:55.640 there's no way that the republicans are going to push clarence thomas out while joe biden gets to

00:06:01.460 nominate the next supreme court justice and you know there's no way to get 66 or whatever it'd be

00:06:06.560 67 votes in the senate to impeach clarence thomas without republicans so i mean it is it is obviously

00:06:13.080 corruption uh the republicans have shown they don't care about that they didn't convict donald

00:06:17.860 Trump after he tried an insurrection. So I just I don't see them convicting Clarence Thomas over

00:06:22.460 this. So there is a huge domestic terrorism problem in this country, as the Department of

00:06:28.940 Justice and the FBI understand. That is one of the reasons, as was just noted, this is such an

00:06:35.600 important victory for not just the Justice Department, but for all of us to combat the

00:06:42.360 idea that you can uh not just voice your opinions but you can do so through violence um this is now

00:06:48.840 the 14th conviction of the most serious charge seditious conspiracy which did where um we had

00:06:55.540 nine convictions with respect to oath keepers we now have had five convictions with respect to the

00:07:02.100 proud boys i do think it amps the pressure up on jack smith because so far the leader the person

00:07:11.340 who caused all of this to take place has not yet been charged.

00:07:15.420 And so the question of should there be charges against the former president

00:07:20.460 becomes one that I think answers itself when you see people,

00:07:25.340 lower level people, such as people who are just convicted,

00:07:29.660 being brought to justice, but you don't see the leader yet brought to justice.

00:07:33.940 So you can be sure that the Department of Justice feels that pressure today.

00:07:37.360 friday 5 may the year of our lord 2023 we've got a lot to go through the day so uh so buckle in um

00:07:46.700 and we've got to start with and i want to make sure people understand exactly what's going on

00:07:50.940 here they can't stop the trump movement they can't stop you and they're infuriated that you

00:07:57.500 have a say-so in your country they're particularly infuriated that you know how to use leverage

00:08:03.280 okay so they're they're they're they're it's driving them mad mad that you have a say so

00:08:11.060 particularly your head of the creditors committee new york times a day uh lead editorial on the

00:08:15.580 times from paul krugman who uh won a nobel prize was awarded a nobel prize talking about minting

00:08:22.640 i'm not kidding you in the pages of the paper of record of our beloved republic

00:08:28.440 printing the one trillion dollar platinum coin to get to make sure the MAGA extremists can't

00:08:36.800 get spending cuts we're gonna get to all that but here's the point the polling you know and

00:08:42.340 trump is grinding up the primary is over they're not gonna be any debates um you know the rnc's

00:08:47.720 got it dave bossy got to wake up here and understand what's going on trump's numbers are

00:08:52.560 now they've shocked the establishment in the apparatus i think harvard harris has him up i

00:08:59.960 think it's 45 41 rasmussen 47 or 48 41 the key number is the bottom number there the denominator

00:09:08.540 that would be biden biden is hanging around in the low 40s and not moving and these are the best

00:09:14.760 numbers he's ever going to get because this economy is cratering uh around us as the regional

00:09:19.700 banks as the regional banks balance sheet implode so the only way they're going to stop trump

00:09:26.720 is lawfare the only way they're going to stop these great judges that president trump nominated

00:09:34.160 for the federal bench in the supreme court is to come at them and smear you know it's either

00:09:39.620 scare them with assassinations not protect their homes uh everything there's never been a court

00:09:45.780 there's never been justices and this is one of the most organized well orchestrated hits i've

00:09:51.400 ever seen on one of the finest men in america let me bring in mike davis and mike first off thank

00:09:56.680 you for carving out time i know you were out with the war room posse last night in in michigan

00:10:01.900 delivering a fire breathing speech as only you can um but i want to talk about the j6 what's

00:10:08.860 happened here in the last 24 hours and clearly obviously they don't care about the proud boys

00:10:13.460 Just like they didn't care about the Oath Keepers.

00:10:16.480 You got a valley girl, Andrew Weissman, as Julie Kelly, you know, properly pointed out last night.

00:10:23.840 He sounds just like a valley girl.

00:10:25.700 He's going over the Galleria later, right, to look at, do some shopping. 0.70

00:10:30.880 That's a L.A. joke for people from Los Angeles.

00:10:35.140 Mike Davis, your thoughts, observations about what's happening, what's really happening here.

00:10:40.660 So first, I want to thank the Manistee County Republicans for having me come out and do their Lincoln Day speech last night.

00:10:46.220 It's a 6,000-person town and 200 of them showed up.

00:10:49.680 And we talked a lot about this weaponization of our justice systems, our politicization and weaponization to go after Trump, Trump, Trump's top aides, Trump supporters.

00:11:01.160 Now they're even going after conservative Supreme Court justices.

00:11:05.200 People need to understand that this is lawfare.

00:11:07.600 That's, they fear they can't beat Trump in the polls in 2024.

00:11:12.820 So they simply indicted him in New York with Alvin Bragg's bogus case against Trump.

00:11:19.460 And they're going to indict him down in Fulton County, Georgia.

00:11:22.520 And Jack Smith's going to indict him in D.C.

00:11:25.240 So this is lawfare.

00:11:27.600 It's unprecedented what the Democrats are doing.

00:11:31.900 These charges are bogus.

00:11:33.440 Remember what happened on January 6th.

00:11:35.460 The protesters had a permit from the National Park Service to protest on January 6th.

00:11:42.300 The Electoral Count Act of 1887 specifically allows presidential candidates to object to presidential elections.

00:11:52.320 So does the First Amendment. 0.94

00:11:53.720 It is not a it is only a crime to object to presidential elections in third world Marxist hellholes. 0.90

00:12:01.880 And what happened on January 6th was a protest, got out of control, and turned into a riot. 0.50

00:12:08.180 It was not a seditious conspiracy.

00:12:10.820 It was not an insurrection.

00:12:13.520 Do you think that every grandma who showed up and walked into the Capitol and took selfies on January 6th was part of some seditious conspiracy or insurrection?

00:12:23.580 No, it was a protest that got out of control.

00:12:26.960 And remember, Democrats are the kings of protests that got out of control.

00:12:32.400 We had BLM and Antifa riots destroy our country for months.

00:12:36.560 They attacked the White House. 0.79

00:12:38.280 They attacked the Portland Federal Courthouse on a nightly basis.

00:12:42.500 They took over federal land and shot at cops.

00:12:45.480 They burned St. John's Church.

00:12:47.600 They attacked Senator Rand Paul, a U.S. senator, leaving the White House.

00:12:51.520 Let's talk about dangerous riots.

00:12:53.980 They weren't charged with seditious conspiracy.

00:12:56.000 They weren't charged with insurrection. They were barely charged. Many of them got amnesty. Many of them, the charges were dropped. But this is the Biden Justice Department politicizing the justice system, working with local DAs, these woke Marxist DAs around the country. They're trying to take out Trump because they fear they can't beat him in 2024.

00:13:16.560 for mike and we're going to hold you through the break i understand you got to bounce but but i

00:13:22.940 want to hold you through the break but before we go to break uh because we'll get to justice thomas

00:13:27.120 after that um the trump is going to be up five six seven eight points in the polls over biden

00:13:35.760 is merrick garland going to cause and trigger a constitutional crisis if they try to do this in

00:13:41.780 August, September? Well, I mean, this is the same Merrick Garland who authorized an unprecedented,

00:13:48.340 unnecessary, and unlawful home raid on a former president to go get documents that the Justice

00:13:54.160 Department was not entitled to go get because the Presidential Records Act specifically allows

00:13:59.260 a former president to have his presidential records in the office of former president,

00:14:03.360 which is funded by Congress and protected by the Secret Service with staff and security

00:14:08.860 clearances and skiffs. Yes, Merrick Garland, Merrick, we dodged the biggest bullet ever when

00:14:14.700 my former boss, Chuck Grassley, blocked Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court and then Trump won

00:14:20.180 and put my other boss, Neil Gorsuch, on the Supreme Court because it would have been a much

00:14:24.100 different country if Merrick Garland were on the Supreme Court. Let's hang on for one second. Mike

00:14:29.740 Davis, who's leaving to catch a flight, having given a great speech out in Michigan with a ton

00:14:35.720 of War Room Posse showing up.

00:14:38.920 By the way, Cortez was in Montana.

00:14:41.720 Same thing.

00:14:42.200 I want to thank the War Room audience

00:14:43.540 for supporting our great contributors

00:14:45.460 as they show up to bring fire

00:14:48.540 to the hinterland,

00:14:51.720 the heartland of this country.

00:14:53.000 Short commercial break.

00:14:53.880 Back in a moment.

00:14:54.820 The attack on the Supreme Court

00:14:56.260 is relentless.

00:14:59.660 In my younger days,

00:15:01.020 I was a naval officer on a destroyer. 1.00

00:15:03.580 In fact, I was the A-gang officer 0.70

00:15:05.140 in charge of all the engineering systems that were not main propulsion.

00:15:09.940 And one of those was air purification.

00:15:12.440 And I can tell you the standards of the United States Navy are second to none.

00:15:15.960 If all home air purifiers are the same,

00:15:19.460 why did the U.S. Department of Defense select EnviroCleanse

00:15:22.500 to protect and purify the air on board our Navy ships?

00:15:26.200 Because EnviroCleanse, advanced mineral technology

00:16:23.760 code steve ekpure.com code steve here's your host steven k band

00:16:31.060 okay welcome back um brother davis walk me through the supreme court one of the most um

00:16:42.120 important institutions in our nation and probably the world um from time immemorial

00:16:50.320 and now just a relentless assault the audience has to understand something this is a political war

00:16:56.740 and our opposition will use any means necessary for to win and to have control

00:17:03.980 and we don't we don't what they're doing the supreme court and what they're doing the justice

00:17:10.060 thomas is one of the most organized hits i've ever seen in my life and i've seen a couple

00:17:14.960 to organize hits, maybe run one or two in my life. This is pretty awe-inspiring. They're coming

00:17:20.920 at every different direction. They've done years of research on this. They've weaponized it,

00:17:25.940 and it's all to take out Justice Thomas. Mike Davis, your thoughts and observations?

00:17:31.860 Yeah, we talked about this last night at the Manistee Republican Lincoln Day

00:17:35.980 dinner, and it's, look, we've had a, we, for the first 150 years of our republic,

00:17:42.920 But the Supreme Court understood its critical role was to keep the federal government in

00:17:48.880 check to protect everyday Americans from government overreach and government breakdown.

00:17:54.860 And that was perfectly well understood until about 90 years ago.

00:17:58.560 And when the Democrats threatened to pack the Supreme Court because the Supreme Court

00:18:03.020 was striking down FDR's New Deal program as unconstitutional, then there was the switch

00:18:08.640 in time that saved nine. 0.86

00:18:09.840 And they threatened to put six more justices on the nine-member Supreme Court, this liberal supermajority, to make sure that they rubber-stamp everything that these politicians in Washington wanted to do.

00:18:22.280 And for the last 90 years, we've seen how badly that's turned out for our country, where we have the federal government that's completely out of control.

00:18:31.020 Our founders would be stunned to find out what they have created with our federal government.

00:18:35.880 We flipped the Constitution on its head and said the federal government has unlimited powers, essentially, instead of limited powers that are enumerated in the Constitution.

00:18:46.880 Then we have this administrative state where this fourth branch of government thinks it's the legislature, thinks it's the executive branch, and thinks it's the judiciary.

00:18:59.860 It's just gotten out of control.

00:19:01.120 The Supreme Court has changed.

00:19:03.060 President Trump transformed the Supreme Court with the appointments of Justice Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett, and it's the first constitutionalist majority on the Supreme Court in nearly 90 years.

00:19:14.320 And they're on the verge of rolling back the federal government.

00:19:17.200 We have the Chevron case this term, where hopefully by July they're going to overturn Chevron deference and put a major check on these administrative agencies.

00:19:26.920 And that's what the Democrats fear.

00:19:29.280 That's why they're doing this organized campaign to go after the Supreme Court.

00:19:33.900 They're trying to delegitimize the Supreme Court justices so they can destroy the Supreme Court, either cow the justices to rule the way the Democrats want or destroy the Supreme Court with court packing, impeachment, jurisdiction snatching, term limits.

00:19:52.180 And that's what they're trying to do.

00:19:53.280 They have hated Clarence Thomas for 40 years since he escaped the Democrats' plantation.

00:19:58.280 Jenny Thomas, his wife, never worked in the Democrats' kitchen.

00:20:01.440 They've tried to destroy the Thomases for 31 years that he's been on the Supreme Court.

00:20:06.400 It's not going to work.

00:20:07.760 They're only going to embolden the man.

00:20:09.640 And it's the Clarence Thomas Court.

00:20:12.480 President Trump delivered from the 5-4 left of center court to the 5-4 Clarence Thomas

00:20:18.400 Court.

00:20:18.860 And it is the last line of defense protecting Americans from these politicians, power grabs

00:20:24.340 and tyranny and anarchy.

00:20:27.680 I want everybody in the audience to understand, because this is going to be a major strategic element when we talk about saving this republic and taking the country back.

00:20:37.120 And what Mike Davis walked you through this morning is absolutely of the highest. 0.81

00:20:41.980 So it's one of our – this and the parental rights, the stopping not just the woke agenda but specifically as part of that woke agenda, this out-of-control transgender ideology and all the grooming in the schools and the libraries with these activists called teachers. 0.86

00:20:59.180 Those are two on the domestic side. 0.97

00:21:01.120 The economy and the war of geopolitics are also massively important.

00:21:04.680 Don't get me wrong.

00:21:05.220 But these two, the courts and the parental rights are what firing people up.

00:21:13.040 Trump comes out of nowhere, gives a list of 20 judges he's going to put up, including Gorsuch, who nobody knew at the time, because of his brilliance in understanding how to deconstruct the administrative state.

00:21:26.400 Nobody really knew this guy except people inside the system like Mike Davis, who knew he was a brilliant, brilliant Alito-like, Scalia-like intellect and writer.

00:21:38.240 You had that upset kept Garland.

00:21:41.560 You know, they would have ruled forever with the Clinton administration.

00:21:44.040 This is the power of Trump's victory in 16.

00:21:47.080 Then you had these two decisions by the Trump court, and Mike Davis was there to shepherd these amazing justices.

00:21:55.220 through and remember the kavanaugh fight and i said if you look at the kavanaugh fight when it

00:22:00.100 was over they ran across the the they ran across from the capitol the supreme court remember banging

00:22:05.360 on the doors i said it was just like the french revolution that was the signal right there they

00:22:10.340 were off the chain and they've got two aspects of this the emotional which is the dobs right which

00:22:15.140 gets all the emotion they got all the emotion of their shock troops in the streets on the dobs and

00:22:19.480 abortion and all these but the one that they really fear the smart money the west virginia

00:22:24.900 decision and now putting chevron putting chevron on the agenda when you have brains like kavanaugh

00:22:31.560 you have brains like gorsuch and alito it's game of this is the way you have to have a multi-prong

00:22:36.140 attack to take that to deconstruct the administrative state you have to come at it in in

00:22:41.600 multiple ways but the one way we have to do it is the tip of the spear is illegal

00:22:48.020 Mike Davis, this is why, and I'm telling people right now, you ain't seen nothing yet about what they're prepared to pull on Trump.

00:22:54.800 And this is what I'm telling you.

00:22:55.760 There's not going to be a primary.

00:22:57.780 There's not going to be a primary.

00:22:59.600 I don't care what Asa Hutchison and Chris Christie and, you know, and Vivek, good guy, don't care.

00:23:08.440 Nikki Haley, don't care.

00:23:10.240 Tim Scott, nice guy, love the story, don't care.

00:23:13.340 We're at war.

00:23:14.700 And they're coming.

00:23:15.620 And the only way they're going to stop the onslaught that we have set up for them and the Lisa Monaco people know that, hey, they're going to be looking at jail time for what they've done once we get into the records.

00:23:28.360 Lisa, Sequoia, what you're hiding, Lisa, Sequoia.

00:23:36.100 They know it.

00:23:37.540 And these people know how to play.

00:23:38.780 They know how to play smash mouth.

00:23:40.160 Do they not, Mr. Mike Davis?

00:23:42.580 Oh, yeah.

00:23:42.900 I mean, this is not our parents' or grandparents' Democrat Party.

00:23:45.860 These are leftists.

00:23:46.720 These are Marxists.

00:23:47.580 All they care about is power.

00:23:49.740 And like good Marxists, they're willing to put in prison their political enemies and the supporters of their political enemies.

00:23:56.360 Now they're going after the judges, the Supreme Court justices who are in their way.

00:24:01.260 This is a transparent attempt by the Democrats to destroy anything that gets in their way.

00:24:07.780 And remember, these Democrats who pretend like they care about separate branches of government and democracy and insurrection have cheered on from the Biden White House and the Biden attorney general's office.

00:24:19.740 They have cheered on illegal obstruction and intimidation campaigns outside of Supreme Court justices' homes for months.

00:24:27.220 They gave a stand-down order to the U.S. Marshals, where the U.S. Marshals could not arrest these illegal protesters for obstruction of justice under 18 U.S.C. 1507.

00:24:39.160 And the people in the know understand that this stand-down order almost certainly led to Justice Kavanaugh's 1 a.m. assassination attempt against Kavanaugh, his wife Ashley, and their two teenage daughters,

00:24:49.960 because these U.S. Marshals had a stand-down order

00:24:52.680 and they couldn't tail the guy after he left the front of the House

00:24:56.220 and he went behind the House and almost killed the Kavanaugh's.

00:25:00.280 Mike, last thing, I know you've got to bounce,

00:25:02.440 and I appreciate you doing this before you head to the airport.

00:25:06.240 Justice Alito gave an interview to the Wall Street Journal,

00:25:08.840 which they very rarely do,

00:25:10.260 and this is a guy of the highest moral and ethical standards.

00:25:13.520 I mean, he laid it out right there about Dobbs,

00:25:15.600 how it got leaked, why it was leaked, and the intimidation,

00:25:17.960 and actually brought up they wanted to assassinate us.

00:25:20.260 What were your thoughts of Alito's actual comments, which I found stunning, sir?

00:25:25.580 Well, he's spot on.

00:25:26.900 There were Supreme Court justices who had to get moved to safe houses after the Dobbs leak,

00:25:32.340 and that was the intent of the Dobbs leak.

00:25:33.840 There's no question that the law clerk, one of the 12 liberal law clerks to the three Democrat-appointed Supreme Court justices,

00:25:40.740 almost certainly leaked the Dobbs decision.

00:25:43.140 They leaked the draft decision along with the internal deliberations of the Supreme

00:25:48.380 Court justices conference discussion.

00:25:51.200 So it had to have been one of the nine justices or one of the 36 law clerks to the nine justices.

00:25:57.620 It's almost certainly one of the 12 law clerks to the three Democrat appointed justices because

00:26:03.320 they had the access and the motive.

00:26:05.600 And the motive was to get Justice Kavanaugh, Justice Barrett, one of the justices to switch 0.92

00:26:10.880 their vote or get them killed.

00:26:12.460 And that almost played out as planned. 0.91

00:26:17.920 And here's what they also know.

00:26:20.040 The three liberal progressive left-wing justices they have on there are no intellectual heft, no gravitas, no ability to write an opinion.

00:26:28.760 They're not only outnumbered by votes.

00:26:32.280 They're massively outnumbered by intellect.

00:26:35.260 Am I incorrect on that, Mike Davis?

00:26:37.580 I mean, I think – look, I've met Kagan.

00:26:41.220 I've met Sotomayor.

00:26:42.040 I know them. They're very good people. I don't know Justice Jackson. You and I did a number on her during her confirmation. But look, I think Kagan has the most intellectual heft. If I were Democrats trying to pick off Kavanaugh and Roberts from time to time, I wouldn't have picked Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson because she's not going to persuade them on anything.

00:27:04.780 right exactly uh mike what's all your uh what's all your uh your coordinates here because

00:27:12.020 you now become one of the lead elements in this fight because they're coming for trump

00:27:17.160 they're coming for trump because they can't beat him at the ballot box they can't beat him at the

00:27:22.200 ballot box and they certainly can't beat his movement at the ballot box so they're coming

00:27:25.860 for him and they're going to come as hard as you've ever seen it in the next 90 days ladies

00:27:30.120 gentlemen so strap in mike davis how do we follow you sir i just say finally if conservatives don't

00:27:36.100 win in 2024 the white house and the senate we're going to lose the supreme court we're going to

00:29:54.100 Well, the virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed

00:29:58.960 around the world. You don't want to frighten the American public. France and South Korea have also

00:30:03.780 got evacuation plans. But you need to prepare for and assume broadly warning Americans to avoid

00:30:09.920 all non-essential travel to China.

00:30:12.280 This is going to be a real serious problem.

00:30:14.280 France, Australia, Canada, the US,

00:30:16.500 Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.

00:30:18.740 Health officials are investigating

00:30:20.100 more than 100 possible cases in the US.

00:30:22.780 Germany, a man has contracted the virus.

00:30:26.180 The epidemic is a demon 0.95

00:30:27.480 and we cannot let this demon hide.

00:30:29.640 Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.

00:30:32.940 Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there

00:30:35.840 and infected more than 4,500.

00:30:37.900 We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't, and the worst happens.

00:30:44.980 War Room. Pandemic. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:30:51.880 Yesterday, the emergency committee met for the 15th time and recommended to me that I declare an end to the public health emergency of international concern.

00:31:04.460 I have accepted that advice.

00:31:07.900 It's therefore with great hope that I declare COVID-19 over as a global health emergency.

00:31:17.520 However, that does not mean COVID-19 is over as a global health threat.

00:31:25.440 Okay, there you have it.

00:31:28.300 It's official on 5 May in the year of our Lord, 2023.

00:31:32.160 The WHO, the arbiter of all this, declared that the pandemic's over.

00:31:39.800 You know, I kind of miss, I love the new open, but I kind of miss pandemic.

00:31:44.860 I kind of miss Fauci's voice over there.

00:31:47.300 That was the great Raheem Kassam that put that together in the opening days of pandemic in January 2020.

00:31:53.680 Fantastic job, Raheem.

00:31:54.980 And now you get WHO and the World Health Assembly

00:32:01.040 Trying to change everything so they take our sovereignty

00:32:05.400 We'll get to all that 0.50

00:32:07.240 I want to go back to where we stand

00:32:09.840 And make sure people understand the importance

00:32:13.100 Of you and this audience in this drama

00:32:17.520 You are

00:32:22.640 Right now the key to saving this republic

00:32:25.720 And here's why

00:32:26.480 Do you have the power

00:32:28.420 To

00:32:30.020 Execute 0.99

00:32:33.280 On everything you want executed on 0.99

00:32:35.640 To save this country

00:32:36.620 No you do not

00:32:37.380 But where you are right now

00:32:39.840 Is a blocking

00:32:41.460 A strategy of denial

00:32:42.920 There's a book written by one of the Trump guys

00:32:46.720 about China.

00:32:49.260 Very good book talking about

00:32:50.660 how you deny them certain

00:32:52.520 things they want to do in control

00:32:54.820 of Asia, the Eurasian landmass, everything like that.

00:32:56.780 He misses the main point. You've got to take down

00:32:58.880 the CCP, which is, we could

00:33:00.760 do that in 100 days.

00:33:03.140 The head of the snake's gone.

00:33:05.260 The snake dies.

00:33:06.780 Nobody wants to focus on that.

00:33:08.480 They don't want to focus on that.

00:33:10.020 But that is what has to happen.

00:33:13.120 And the powers that be understand

00:33:14.700 that this audience gets that.

00:33:16.720 This audience also knows how to use power now.

00:33:20.780 You've done a tremendous job so far in this debt negotiations.

00:33:27.640 And I realize we haven't gotten any cuts yet.

00:33:30.400 We've stopped the rate of growth, maybe.

00:33:34.300 But they realize that you're a player at the table.

00:33:37.880 And to wit, today's New York Times, and this is not a small thing because Krugman, although I think he's crazy.

00:33:46.380 And remember, he missed inflation.

00:33:47.440 I don't really think he's an economist.

00:33:48.820 I think he's just kind of a columnist.

00:33:52.920 He's got this thing.

00:33:54.000 This is where we force him to.

00:33:55.680 This is where we force the great Paul Krugman with his Nobel Prize.

00:34:00.180 This is your work.

00:34:03.000 This is what you've done as head of the creditors committee.

00:34:06.800 This is what you've accomplished.

00:34:09.060 And this is not small.

00:34:10.940 on the pages of today's New York Times

00:34:14.660 the paper of record

00:34:16.240 and remember this is kind of the news

00:34:18.520 for the Wall Street Journal

00:34:20.980 I'm going to get to the FT in a second

00:34:23.320 the FT is obviously much better

00:34:25.060 as from the globalist perspective

00:34:27.560 Paul Krugman

00:34:28.940 and if the Denver can kind of pull in

00:34:31.780 I know it's kind of tough as I put my papers up

00:34:33.760 oh you got it

00:34:35.680 oh you've actually got it from the

00:34:36.940 man oh man my hey baby

00:34:39.520 it's not quite the feel as I got it

00:34:42.160 but it's the Rachel Maddow thing is what they do

00:34:44.180 okay let's put it up there

00:34:45.080 Paul Krugman didn't have a chance to underline it

00:34:48.240 but he's talking about

00:34:50.360 and we're not making this up

00:34:53.120 this kind of gimmick

00:34:54.360 this weird thing about the trillion dollar coin

00:34:57.800 that could get you through any kind of debt ceiling

00:35:00.800 he's talking about it

00:35:02.180 he's actually offering up

00:35:03.960 he says I know it's a gimmick

00:35:05.120 I know it's a gimmick

00:35:07.100 as for the platinum coin

00:35:08.840 the law allowing the government to mint a trillion dollar coin was never intended as a way to bypass

00:35:14.700 debt limit extortion but the debt limit was never intended to provide a mechanism for extortion

00:35:21.900 either one of you guys have enough guts to come forward and let's talk it's not the debt ceiling 0.76

00:35:28.740 quad the debt ceiling it's the out of control spending that buries the working class and the

00:35:37.740 middle class more they say oh no no we're providing us no you give them little it's

00:35:42.960 little tips you're giving them crumbs maybe a crumb here's a crumb but overall in the macro 0.97

00:35:48.240 sense you bury them more and more and more and more and it's not going to stop it's not going

00:35:53.780 to stop it's not going to stop even even uh the comment today is uh in there about mccarthy they're

00:36:00.800 already talking about the next what they call the next hostage taking because they know it's here

00:36:05.560 they have not come up

00:36:08.320 and they have not had enough respect for you

00:36:11.560 and somebody said the other day

00:36:14.380 one of the people were on here

00:36:15.980 one of the comments said

00:36:16.820 we show the love every day for this audience

00:36:19.340 love is not a term I use loosely

00:36:21.820 it's respect

00:36:24.440 we respect you

00:36:26.000 when we do this show

00:36:28.340 we put this show together for my grandfather and dad

00:36:31.000 two guys I respected

00:36:32.060 one went to the third grade

00:36:34.080 the other graduated from high school

00:36:35.460 and but they were the two smartest guys i knew and read voracious readers they're like much of

00:36:41.040 this audience you didn't go to cambridge you didn't go to harvard you didn't go to georgetown

00:36:44.920 you didn't have those opportunities but guess what i've been in the rooms with those guys in

00:36:50.200 the board rooms and all the meeting rooms and the bing ba bang ba bung and you're just as smart if

00:36:55.280 not smarter you want to get this country sorted out give me the first hundred people that show

00:37:01.360 up at a trump rally with a red ball cap on give me those versus the top you give me you know if

00:37:08.420 i had a combination of either the u.s senate as a hundred or if i took 50 mckenzie mckenzie's top

00:37:13.840 partners and added the 50 top partners at goldman sachs i want the guys in the red ball caps

00:37:20.400 the common sense the humanity the lived experience i'll take that if we had that we

00:37:29.100 wouldn't be in this jam and we're in a jam and they don't like it they don't like it at all you

00:37:34.860 know what they don't like you know it drives them absolutely crazy you know what drives this is what

00:37:39.540 gets them the most up until trump it was totally complacent that's what that's what um that's what

00:37:46.200 controlled opposition means that's what controlled opposition means think about it think about you and

00:37:53.140 your own personal life what you supported that you rang doorbells and gave money for for the bush

00:37:57.680 junta for these wars all over the world for the increases of debt that the republicans put it i'm

00:38:03.900 not saying they're not blameless they are no the republican party and many of the leaders of the

00:38:08.160 republicary 100 that's what they're trying to get mcconnell into this negotiation of kowtowing to

00:38:14.500 the ccp of losing our sovereignty of letting this country be invaded consistently with now i don't

00:38:22.200 know 10 20 30 million illegal aliens in the country 10 million on on it'll be 15 million by

00:38:27.880 the first year the first uh and only term of this regime 15 million as president trump said last

00:38:34.020 week on this show what drives them absolutely nuts and they hate trump that's the power trump's books

00:38:42.360 letters to trump that's trump pre coming down the escalator he was beloved by these folks

00:38:50.400 right and he's hated why is he hated not because of being trump because he gave you this seat at

00:38:59.340 the table not in the room not in the deal take your number two pencil you got to write that down

00:39:06.440 not in the room not in the deal not only you in the room now you chair the creditors committee

00:39:13.120 and they hate that god they hate that your betters hate that that you've actually been

00:39:19.240 able to fight and to get this small majority in the House. And I realize it ain't 100 seats and

00:39:26.260 it ain't for 100 years, but we're going to get there. We just stick with the program. We're

00:39:30.860 going to get there. And the first thing we're going to do is take away what's important. And

00:39:35.480 what's important is their ability to spend and spend and spend. Look at Cortez's daughter was

00:39:42.720 here the other day. Just gave you five minutes of it, 10 minutes of it, of what's in the woke

00:39:47.200 and weaponized it's enough to make you vomit what you're paying for

00:39:51.220 and what another one out 50 50 50 percent of the people can't put 400 dollars the hands of 400

00:39:58.780 dollars in cash that's been out there for a while what are we going to do about it what are you

00:40:04.020 going to do about it here's what we're going to do about you're going to turf out anybody that

00:40:07.780 doesn't have your back because right now you've had a belly full of this it's instruction and

00:40:13.940 And here's what they're doing.

00:40:16.820 They can't beat you at the negotiating table in May and June of 2023.

00:40:23.460 And they're going to make damn sure.

00:40:26.540 Take your number two pencil out and write this in the book, too.

00:40:30.160 They're going to make damn sure that Trump is not back.

00:40:33.860 I said this at CPAC.

00:40:35.780 Old man Murdoch, the guys on Wall Street, the oligarchs on Wall Street, Silicon Valley, the oligarchs.

00:40:42.480 They had Peter Thiel come out.

00:40:44.480 I like Peter.

00:40:45.100 Peter's a good man.

00:40:46.300 Peter Thiel's a very good man.

00:40:48.220 But Peter's coming out now.

00:40:49.220 First, he wasn't going to be in it.

00:40:50.080 Now, if DeSantis is the nominee, I'm all in.

00:40:54.280 Hey, Peter, go back to doing bank runs and being a transhumanist and doing bank runs on Silicon Valley Bank.

00:41:01.800 Go back to do that. 0.80

00:41:02.640 We don't need to hear your voice about it.

00:41:03.920 DeSantis is done.

00:41:06.340 He got weighed and measured in London and came up short.

00:41:10.260 He is not going to be President of the United States this cycle

00:41:14.660 And if he doesn't fire 0.98

00:41:17.040 That clown staff he's got 0.97

00:41:19.900 And if he doesn't stop listening to Ken Griffin 0.91

00:41:22.980 He ain't going to be President of the United States in 2028 or beyond

00:41:27.380 To be brutally frank about it

00:41:30.600 And the reports of people I talked to in London

00:41:33.480 Were ten times worse than the awful press he got

00:41:36.540 So you got Trump

00:41:39.560 he's an instrument he's an instrument of the will of the american people the forgotten man

00:41:47.420 and woman and you ain't forgotten anymore i got paul crew i got proof i got a receipt

00:41:54.260 i got a nobel prize winner i got a nobel prize winner talking about printing a platinum i mean

00:42:02.820 not a gimmick a bizarro i got him rational and he's and he justifies that at the end

00:42:08.480 he says it's a gimmick he says but i need a gimmick because what they're doing is a game

00:42:13.760 and no what we're doing is saying you cannot continue this madness because they talk about

00:42:21.420 well biden put up a plan three tree one three tree and does have these tax had the tax uh all

00:42:25.960 the tax on the wealthy by the way i think they should i told my god you should have passed those

00:42:29.760 immediately and led by and dare him to sign it he ain't gonna sign it all the wealthy or

00:42:34.980 progressive democrats or establishment republicans that hate everything you stand for and don't care

00:42:42.180 if your kids are overwhelmed by the radical ideology that they're trying to jam into the

00:42:49.040 school by these marxist activists with the blue hair and the green hair called formerly called

00:42:53.900 teachers or librarians and you don't think they'll stop at nothing you don't think this 0.80

00:42:59.720 the french revolution go back and look at the clip when they ran across the plaza started banging on

00:43:03.600 the doors of the supreme court because that bang is right now what they're doing in an organized

00:43:08.860 hit on clarence thomas one of the finest men in modern american history

00:43:19.100 and they're coming for trump they're coming for trump because they can't beat him at the ballot

00:43:27.060 box. And if they can't beam at the ballot box, that means you get a bigger role. You get more

00:43:33.920 seats at the table. You get seats at more tables. And they are not prepared to do that. They will

00:43:43.440 not allow that. Short break. Back in a moment. I don't know about you. It takes a lot to shock

00:43:56.120 me these days. But to see our judicial system resemble a third world banana republic, to see

00:45:57.500 Getter has arrived

00:45:59.080 It's time to say what you want

00:46:01.240 the way you want

00:46:02.620 Download now

00:46:04.300 This new one looks pretty good

00:46:06.980 Really?

00:46:08.260 Did you know Ron DeSantis backed deep cuts to Social Security and Medicare?

00:46:12.460 Ron DeSantis?

00:46:13.820 Yeah.

00:46:14.360 He voted to cut Social Security or Medicare not once, not twice, but three times.

00:46:19.200 DeSantis even tried to raise the retirement age to 70.

00:46:22.740 I thought DeSantis was one of the good ones, but he's just another career politician.

00:46:29.020 America needs Trump.

00:46:30.760 Make America Great Again, Inc. is responsible for the content of this advertising.

00:46:34.280 You know, Governor DeSantis just signed some great bills down in Florida.

00:46:41.920 The assembly down there is doing, I think, a terrific job.

00:46:48.840 I don't buy the theory of the case that 2024 is going to be about, well, it's going to be a major element of it.

00:46:54.920 I think Carrie Lake actually tweeted that out this morning about the economy and World War III and other things that are going on, small things,

00:47:02.700 like the destruction of the American economy, global war in the Eurasian landmass

00:47:05.960 that we're instigating, at least the western front of that.

00:47:12.380 It's not that it's not going to be important.

00:47:14.540 Those, particularly the way they poll, are massive winners for us.

00:47:19.080 The parental rights movement and everything around it, the radical ideology.

00:47:22.260 Also the court. The court and the justice, the American people, are not going to let this happen.

00:47:26.860 That's going to be another big winner.

00:47:28.360 But we're going to have to bring more than that.

00:47:29.660 and it's going to be this is going to be a fight like you've never seen before and you're about

00:47:34.820 this summer you know don't get too far away from the uh from the war room or from uh the podcast

00:47:40.880 you listen to or the the tv the news you watch which should not be fox you should turn that off

00:47:45.840 that's an insult to your intelligence and what they're doing in in in tucker's what they're 0.97

00:47:51.380 doing tucker carlson is is and remember this is all the murdochs they're taking all this stuff

00:47:56.260 they've had for years they've never had he's never had any issue with management ever and never had

00:48:03.580 any issue with management after he gave his deposition these are pure evil people understand 1.00

00:48:09.060 that they're pure evil the murdochs ought to be run out of this country a bunch of foreigners over 1.00

00:48:13.780 here and they have played this so there really hasn't been an opposition that's what i want you 1.00

00:48:19.800 to understand that's nothing but the washington generals to the radical left's harlem globetrotters

00:48:25.700 It's just performative

00:48:27.420 As long as they get their tax pay

00:48:29.660 By the way, you ought to go in and take the illegal way

00:48:32.320 He became an American citizen

00:48:34.080 In the middle of the night

00:48:34.980 So he could on a broadcast

00:48:35.940 And the broadcast would be taken away from

00:48:37.340 The way it got it

00:48:41.680 Not even about the economics of what they have

00:48:44.240 Because I know that's quite different

00:48:45.600 Given the mergers and the sales

00:48:47.900 And everything they've done

00:48:48.700 But what they're doing

00:48:52.480 The Tucker

00:48:53.020 is premeditated and what they're doing to tucker is because that time slot as tucker became a

00:49:03.360 popular he's the first man he wasn't a populist in fact he gave that great speech at heritage

00:49:06.980 that is a landmark speech is josh hammer the great josh hammer newsweek came on the show

00:49:14.340 the first guest we had monday morning exactly why i had josh to start the week off

00:49:18.620 that monumental speech of tucker where he went through his life starting as a as a copy boy or

00:49:24.900 junior editor at uh at some newsletter and then the heritage all that he went through the ranks

00:49:30.180 as a journalist and then as a broadcaster and he talked about the changes in the country and

00:49:38.100 the changes in him but go back and look at it it's because there wasn't a fight there wasn't a fight

00:49:46.260 when we had a reagan and took down the evil empire that was a fight

00:49:50.180 when we had reagan there to try to stop the madness coming out of the 60s and 70s that was

00:49:56.500 a fight then jim baker and all those corrupt uh bush guys and bush uh the bush 41 and remember 0.95

00:50:06.480 bush and scowlcraft and all that crowd are the first guys when the chinese people when lao 0.77

00:50:12.280 Beijing stood up in that plaza for weeks and weeks and weeks and when they put up Lady Liberty

00:50:18.640 on Tiananmen and faced down the most monstrous dictatorship of the 20th century and baby that's 0.66

00:50:25.240 saying something that's a pretty high you got Pol Pot you got Adolf Hitler you got Joseph Stalin

00:50:31.620 you got quite a crowd there and they murdered more people in cold blood and starved more people 0.82

00:50:37.460 and brought more and aborted and killed more bait it just the slaughter of the chinese communist 0.52

00:50:42.800 party is is indescribable when you really study the history of the cannibal what the people went 0.52

00:50:49.160 through what laobai jang what the what the little guy went through when you can say it was worse 0.87

00:50:55.220 than the ukraine in the 30s when you say it's worse than what the soviets did when you say it's

00:50:59.520 as bad as what hitler did you're saying something and and who had their back who flew scott skull 0.99

00:51:07.240 over 30 days into it bush 41 bush 41 cut a deal with the ccp we'll keep you in power 0.92

00:51:14.280 we're gonna cut some big deals here we're gonna change a little the economics so we get a bigger

00:51:17.900 taste not conspiracy that is you read james man you read anybody and talk to the people were there

00:51:24.640 that's exactly what they did and that is what has created the existential threat and they still

00:51:29.840 won't back off it and you know what stands between this country in the abyss you know

00:51:37.220 know what stands between this country in the abyss you you not tucker carlson not steve bannon not

00:51:44.260 donald trump you that's why they're after donald trump and that's why they're after tucker carlson

00:51:49.780 and remember always remember this as hard as the left came after tucker every night he's this

00:51:57.520 replacement theory he's terrible he's awful he hung in there and took it up the next level

00:52:03.840 always ratcheting it up get a base go up next boom tucker carlson 0.57

00:52:08.880 the murdochs took him out remember that if you watch fox you're supporting that

00:52:16.660 that's that's just a hard reality and i know president trump doesn't totally agree with me

00:52:23.380 on that there are many people don't agree with me on that and they've got some fine folks over

00:52:26.400 there some people i really respect and admire that's not the point the point is there's a 1.00

00:52:33.280 fifth column in this country and they're a part of it and they will kowtow to the ccp as much as 1.00

00:52:39.900 anybody heck murdoch i don't know of the 12 wives he's had you know one of them was the ccp asset 0.98

00:52:47.480 wendy dang cc hardcore ccp asset ccp intel asset when he met her when she was the anchor of what

00:52:56.440 sky news sky news china or the asian tv with um the the um hudgeson wampoa family richard lee and

00:53:07.560 family okay short commercial break we've got a lot to get through and we're going to get through it

00:53:14.280 all but today's a day for reflection for you sitting there and understanding it's you it

00:53:22.800 It ain't Trump, it's not Tucker, it's not Bannon, it's not anybody.

00:53:27.700 It's you.

00:53:29.800 As we stand on the edge of the abyss.

00:53:34.220 A lot of people complain about the state of our country or the way woke corporations treat us and their employees.
