Bannon's War Room - Episode 2738： The Rise Of The Collective Mind; The Failures Of Barr

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.700 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.300 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:21.060 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.640 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.460 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.400 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.620 uh we're coming up on an election i mean it's a ways away but it's going to all start um

00:00:58.280 yeah president trump is allowed back on the platform he hasn't actually come back right

00:01:03.260 but one would imagine if and when he does or there are others who will say 2020 election was rigged

00:01:08.280 is that something i assume that's not something you believe i well i think the the answer the

00:01:16.240 the answer is is nuance like do i believe uh uh biden won um yes i believe he won and you voted for

00:01:24.400 i did actually do you regret that i mean

00:01:27.560 man

00:01:30.740 i i wish we could have just a normal human being as president that's what i want

00:01:38.260 i think if if we could you know there's that that old saying of like we're better we're better

00:01:43.960 off being run by um uh by people picked at random from the phone book than the faculty of harvard

00:01:50.040 yeah i don't know who said that but somebody who's very wise um and and i i i i would i would say if

00:01:56.240 we could do that for the president that that would be great you think that would be beneficial

00:02:00.040 so you're not obviously you're not happy with buying don't we all just want a normal human

00:02:04.100 being whatever that means whatever i'm not even sure anymore what normal means no but i mean like

00:02:09.000 you know just i don't know just sort of you want somebody who's competent that's helpful

00:02:13.780 yes i think uh definitely um somebody's executive ability is underrated since the president is

00:02:19.580 effectively the chief executive officer of the country um it actually matters if they are a good

00:02:24.100 executive officer yeah it's not simply a matter of do they share your beliefs and you know

00:02:29.180 um but but are they good at getting things done there's a lot of decisions that need to be made

00:02:35.220 every day um many of them uh unrelated to uh moral beliefs um you know right and um and you just want

00:02:43.340 a good executive because they're they're ceo of america they are they are we want a good ceo of america

00:02:51.140 patient of this i mean um you know you do some tweets that seem to be or at least give support to

00:02:57.440 some who would call others conspiracy theories well yes but i mean honestly you know

00:03:05.280 some of these conspiracy theories uh have turned out to be true which ones well like the hunter

00:03:15.020 biden laptop that's true yeah yeah so uh you know that that that was a pretty big deal there was

00:03:21.640 twitter and and and and others engaged in active suppression of information that was relevant to

00:03:26.860 the public um that's that's a that's a terrible thing that happened that's election interference

00:03:30.700 i'd say so my overall kind of vision for x or twitter is uh to be a cybernetic collective mind for

00:03:42.040 humanity all right slow down there buddy okay billionaire elon musk bought twitter back in october

00:03:48.420 it's a micro blogging site i like it a lot but like let's just okay he bought it for a whopping 44

00:03:54.140 billion dollars it's a private company now so we don't know what its business internals look like

00:03:57.800 but by all accounts advertisers has absolutely fled his new subscriber service doesn't look like it's

00:04:04.120 doing very well people think the company is worth it's wednesday 17 may in the year of our 20 in the

00:04:09.320 year of our lord 2023 it's not many days that we start the worm off with kudos to um chris hayes

00:04:17.080 who absolutely nailed it right there and was the only person to pick up i watched that interview with

00:04:22.880 david faber and david faber fawning over and let me be brutally frank uh elon musk is a man child

00:04:31.240 he may be the greatest engineer since tesla right that i don't know but i hear and at least from

00:04:40.240 reports and some of the things in tesla and other things he's done he seems like he's an extraordinary

00:04:44.660 you know engineer he's also a man child he has the maturity of an 11 year old boy

00:04:51.760 right appetites of 11 year old boy he's an 11 year old boy he's a man child

00:04:55.400 the lack of sophistication the lack of understanding um no we're not looking for the cca the president 0.96

00:05:02.840 of the united states to be the ceo of america this is another foreigner like soros and like murdoch 0.88

00:05:07.280 that doesn't understand our revolution doesn't understand our framers

00:05:11.740 he's chief magistrate commander in chief and maybe ceo of the government but the government is not america

00:05:19.400 this is this this weird techno um impulse to authoritarian rule but the buried lead and the

00:05:30.280 whole thing by the way just to be blunt he's not maga he's not deplorable and all the all the fanboys

00:05:37.100 and conservative ink that fawn over this guy every day also if you look at him most of them are man

00:05:42.900 childs also and i hate to throw my my brother darren beady into that crowd but hey

00:05:48.700 if the phrase fits you got to wear it this guy's dangerous and let me say why he's dangerous chris

00:05:56.180 hayes picked it up and chris hayes is the only guy to pick it up cybernetic collective mind for humanity

00:06:04.280 well let me think about that for a second cybernetic collective mind for humanity and where chris

00:06:09.780 hayes talk about what's just a micro blocking site yes it's a crime scene brother we know that

00:06:16.660 because of the government's involvement and what the government did what the fbi did

00:06:21.980 uh what the intelligence agencies did

00:06:24.940 but it's not just a micro blocking site they have greater aspirations and who is his financier

00:06:31.700 who has he never been asked the question cnbc's on there yesterday you think cnbc might have an interest

00:06:38.080 an understanding instead of david faber embarrassing himself fawning over well can you you know this

00:06:45.700 little voice and kind of walking through there and gosh can i have another couple of minutes

00:06:50.120 david faber man talk about everybody's getting on collins this thing was a disaster it was a disaster

00:06:59.080 for for for for musk because he showed his true self let me repeat that what i've built is a cybernetic

00:07:07.880 collective mind for humanity a cybernetic collective mind for humanity

00:07:15.420 and later in the conversation to connect dots brother hayes they talk about and he actually says

00:07:24.960 that tesla is really an artificial intelligence company in fact he makes all these claims and if

00:07:30.940 i can have my crack staff maybe pull the last half last half of his thing about the about the

00:07:35.620 artificial intelligence he makes incredibly bold claims about chat gbt really which he was one of

00:07:42.820 the founders of and when it was a not-for-profit not being anywhere near tesla and he goes yeah you

00:07:49.300 know we could have a thousand five thousand five million cars driving uh simultaneously with our

00:07:56.960 but that's all be going to be driven by the cybernetic collective mind for humanity

00:08:03.700 i'm here today to give you signal we got we got a lot of guests we're going to go through a lot

00:08:09.440 but there are things there are forces uh at least in the world today that will change the direct the

00:08:19.380 direction not just of our own beloved republic but change the direction of all humanity this is why

00:08:25.360 we've got joe allen who will be with us tonight at 6 30 joe's working on a very big project which

00:08:31.200 we'll be able to talk about i think in the next week or 10 days so but i got him at 6 30 tonight to

00:08:36.320 go through the testimony yesterday which this show was one of the driving forces to make a big deal

00:08:40.780 and make sure we can get that testimony which i thought was pretty interesting not great

00:08:44.220 they're talking about putting a label on it let's put a label on like we put a label on uh

00:08:49.160 it's a pack of cigarettes yeah i don't think that's going to solve the problem um the cybernetic

00:08:56.020 collective mind free humanity and then he talks about tesla really being an advanced ai company

00:09:01.980 no chris this is not a micro blogging site it's a it's a site that's got a lot of engineering

00:09:07.460 for getter is much more sophisticated on the engineering site as a micro blogging site

00:09:11.700 but he has much higher aspirations and things are already working on

00:09:15.640 and i just also want to go into the whole fact he didn't vote for trump he's not maga he how could

00:09:22.080 you not vote for trump in 2020 if you don't vote for if you vote for biden you're part of the problem

00:09:26.980 okay if you supported biden you're part of the problem uh and he's a big part of the problem and

00:09:34.480 he only gets to be a bigger part of the problem every day everybody runs around oh he's made a

00:09:37.780 free speech hasn't made a free speech look at uh look at our friend uh dr shiva up in massachusetts

00:09:44.400 he's laid it out how he's not you they haven't and i met people this conference i went to still

00:09:49.480 banned on twitter for supporting trump or or for having things about uh the vaccines or having

00:09:56.080 things about the mass mandates or particularly about the ccp the cybernet collective mind for 0.54

00:10:00.820 man you don't think the chinese communist party which david faber never asked about his financing

00:10:05.460 he's 100 financed by the ccp the only thing he can borrow against the only thing that he has of any

00:10:11.600 value is the tesla shares right and the margin you know he can do he can do margin loans against the

00:10:18.980 tesla stock and the joint venture in shanghai that gives him the cash oh by the way the one he went

00:10:23.440 over a couple weeks ago and now it's another big battery uh venture with and that sequoia capital

00:10:29.560 a front for the chinese communist party is the second biggest investor in it second biggest investor

00:10:34.200 and we're talking about the arab is talking about the saudis the guys are now in business with the ccp

00:10:39.140 oh and binance let's throw them all in there right so the man child and the one thing he said when he

00:10:45.740 asked me about the conspiracy theory oh what did it was uh was hunter's laptop well hey brother i was

00:10:51.040 a guy on hunter's laptop and what did it show elon musk that the bidens are completely compromised by

00:10:58.940 the chinese communist party just like you so i thought it was ironic you used that as the one

00:11:03.980 example of hunter's laptop doctor we'll have rudy on here was rudy and myself for the rudy was the one

00:11:08.840 that got it and then i went and broke the case on um on the ccp involvement of which they lied about

00:11:14.560 so it was russian disinformation total and complete lie so we got all that do i have time to play any of the

00:11:20.060 ai um maybe i don't okay so the head yes yesterday on the artificial intelligence we also had that

00:11:27.220 um we've got a lot to get to morning joe uh went after us how long is the morning joe piece

00:11:33.260 that's longer than this is too okay fine so we're going to start the next segment

00:11:37.080 with a morning joe i got lee smith so we're going to go back

00:11:40.700 i don't think it's been misinterpretation i just want to make sure i'm i'm clear about durham and

00:11:46.060 we're going to play morning mika that had their opinions on it um the durham yes obviously the

00:11:51.860 durham uh report showed that crossfire hurricane and all of that was completely made up and the

00:11:58.740 fbi was weaponized and that's why we've been pushing for the church commission here this show

00:12:03.000 the very first people to do it years ago and now we've got it and obviously it shows the problem

00:12:08.940 the the problem i have with durham it's once again these weak need weak willed non-confrontational

00:12:19.140 non-aggressive republican establishment types particularly on the legal side that will not get

00:12:25.020 that will not get engaged this ties back to marjorie taylor green and congressman green tells me today

00:12:30.480 her impeachment week is going to come out full bore and she's going to drop in more bombs to try to get 1.00

00:12:36.280 her on at five o'clock today and no and she doesn't have her conference in back of her right now she

00:12:41.260 knows that but she's putting that out there and trying to drive it who else has taken on graves 0.94

00:12:46.040 remember yesterday when she took on graves and lit him up right and andy biggs lit him up you had

00:12:52.900 republican congressmen with timmons and armstrong defending him and trying to give him more resources

00:12:57.640 to go off to j6 the issue we have here and this is why it gets back to the untouchables movie it's

00:13:04.140 everybody knows where the whiskey is do you have the will to take the axe and beat down the door

00:13:11.340 and as sean connery tells kevin costner once you go through that door you can't come back

00:13:15.820 once you go through that door you've crossed you've crossed their line and that's what we need right now 0.98

00:13:22.320 we need a full-on okay political confrontation with the administrative state president trump said it's

00:13:29.540 our number one enemy and now durham had four years and unlimited money spent six million bucks he could

00:13:34.940 have spent 60 million dollars unlimited budget and he didn't get it done the the administrative state

00:13:43.220 and its weaponized aspect of the deep state and the fbi is the american gestapo and the doj buried into

00:13:48.720 the doj right these these operations that are anti-american and anti-american freedom at every level

00:13:56.860 you've seen it all over durham had every opportunity to to to pursue to pursue those types of things

00:14:04.060 given given the platform we have we're gonna have lee smith on here in a moment lee smith as an

00:14:08.960 independent investigative reporter is already connecting amazing dots and he ain't got an

00:14:15.220 unlimited budget and he doesn't have a huge force he's doing it himself so we're gonna we got a lot to

00:14:21.460 get through they we got a lot of uh of information a lot of guests we're gonna be connecting dots

00:14:26.660 lee smith's gonna join us uh next to talk about durham not to talk about durham and all this thing

00:14:31.960 with the pom-poms out oh durham the report's so good the report sucks because it's a report and it's not

00:14:39.060 indictments it's not trials it's not litigation it's not prosecutions it's not guilty verdicts it's none of 0.78

00:14:49.480 that it's more of the controlled opposition of the feckless republican party next lee smith

00:14:56.640 president trump recently issued a warning from his home at mar-a-lago and i want to quote this

00:15:06.980 our currency is crashing and will soon no longer be the world standard which will be the greatest

00:15:12.840 defeat frankly in 200 years end quote he did that in the interview that i had with him a couple weeks

00:15:18.900 ago at his home now there are three reasons the central banks are dumping the u.s dollar

00:15:25.960 inflation deficit spending in our insurmountable national debt the fact is there's one asset that

00:15:34.960 has withstood famine wars and political and economic upheaval dating back to biblical times that would be

00:15:41.660 gold gold gold has been a hedge against chaos from time immemorial and you can own it in a tax

00:15:50.840 sheltered retirement account with the help of birch gold that's right birch gold will help you convert

00:15:55.880 an existing ira or 401k maybe from a previous employer into an ira in gold and the best part

00:16:04.840 you don't pay a penny out of pocket let me repeat that you don't pay a penny out of pocket just text

00:16:21.200 that birch gold professionals will hold your hand through this entire process now think about this

00:16:27.900 when currencies fail gold is a safe haven it always has been how much more time does the dollar

00:16:35.860 actually have protect your savings with gold like i did birch gold has an a plus rating with the better

00:16:42.920 business bureau and thousands of happy customers text bannon to 989898 get your free info kit on gold

00:16:51.580 text again bannon to 989898 remember the best part is you don't pay a penny out of pocket

00:17:00.720 to get this information to start the process do it today take action advisor steve bannon is blasting

00:17:07.740 special counsel john durham's report into the fbi even as most other republicans claim it vindicates

00:17:14.600 their long-running conspiracy theory about a deep state plan to bring down the former president

00:17:20.280 speaking on his podcast yesterday bannon ripped durham's report for failing to recommend criminal

00:17:28.360 charges or even present a strong legal argument that could lead to charges against those named in his

00:17:35.360 four-year investigation people come to me all the time steve why don't you spend more time on durham

00:17:41.540 why don't you do so the durham had the correct me if i'm wrong brother but that's the epic failure of

00:17:47.620 durham that shows you when you say the courts there's got to be some kind of driver prosecuting

00:17:53.580 it's got to be a prosecutorial attitude in the courts the court says i'm going to sit there and

00:17:59.440 just get like gods deem this to be true you have to bring cases before them isn't this the epic

00:18:06.060 failure am i missing it i'm not a lawyer but isn't this the epic failure of durham uh david road uh you

00:18:14.100 cover national security among other things just your thoughts on this overall it's um disappointing

00:18:21.420 i mean i think it's on our responsibility on everyone's part when a special counsel comes out

00:18:25.540 with a report to accept that there's basic facts here robert muller said he did not find enough

00:18:31.080 evidence you know to to accuse the trump campaign of coordinating or colluding with russia and some

00:18:38.120 democrats were disappointed and still think you know something was missed but you have to i think

00:18:42.140 accept those facts for the future of our democracy so to have steve bannon declaring that there was a

00:18:47.700 giant deep state conspiracy i wrote a book about the alleged deep state you know it's just false and

00:18:53.620 and reckless and dangerous you know this is what i worry could eventually spark violence so i again i'm

00:19:00.160 a journalist i'm biased but there's some basic facts here and i give durham credit for first not

00:19:05.340 indicting anyone else he criticized the fbi but he didn't you know lay out a giant conspiracy theory

00:19:10.900 and again he deserves credit for that so david the durham investigation lasted four years almost to the

00:19:17.320 day of its report being published cost almost seven million bucks that got 300 pages or so but not a whole

00:19:24.080 lot new in there didn't name names didn't suggest new indictments what's the end result of all this as you look

00:19:31.420 through this big document that he put forward after four years what did we learn we learned and i i get

00:19:37.340 again i'm trying to be sort of glass half full for republicans who felt you know president trump was

00:19:43.000 treated unfairly there was evidence that the fbi maybe moved too quickly that they should have started

00:19:47.180 a preliminary investigation which they've conceded yes they have yeah and but the broader message here

00:19:53.080 is that when you hear donald trump claiming he was the victim of the crime of the century is that there

00:19:58.220 is no evidence of this like to believe in our court system that he didn't feel he had enough evidence

00:20:03.460 to can you know present to a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that there was some kind of deep state

00:20:07.520 conspiracy so let's move forward let's not stop you know living in this conspiracy theory where you're

00:20:15.320 just trying to you know amp up your your maybe steve bannon's ratings and you know voter turnout

00:20:20.640 chancellor mayor your thoughts i mean republicans bannon aside we've heard some republicans who are

00:20:28.660 still actually turning trying to claim a victory out of this that they're trying to allege the

00:20:32.300 germ did find evidence of wrongdoing of a deep state conspiracy notices those warnings to reprimands

00:20:40.260 the fbi while ignoring the fbi already made a bunch of the changes the germ suggested but it's going to

00:20:45.980 fuel uh mika it's going to continue this sort of distrust of so many american institutions by so

00:20:52.520 many on the right and this is from donald trump's playbook he has from day one attacked the fbi to

00:20:58.880 justice department he's attacked of course congress sometimes the supreme court and he gets his followers

00:21:04.060 to believe him and this is going to allow him people on the right say to me to further paint this as

00:21:10.500 a conspiracy against him which we're going to hear more of in the months ahead as likely the

00:21:16.660 indictments pile up that that special counsel jack smith we know is working on both january 6th probe

00:21:23.000 and the classified documents uh found at mar-a-lago and this is trump is going to use as more fuel on the

00:21:30.720 fire to suggest that it's biased that it's rigged that he's the one being persecuted also look for doj's

00:21:36.520 eventual decision on the hunter biden case whether the son of the president will face any sort of

00:21:41.000 charges that will work into this too so i i agree with what david said a moment ago this feels like

00:21:46.420 it's kindling it's building mika uh building back towards potential you know not just political

00:21:52.960 disagreement maybe even political violence you know joe um joins us uh these investigations among

00:22:00.720 other things are what trump and his followers use to take a baseball bat to facts and the truth and

00:22:07.340 no matter what the outcome they just use it and um the the biggest impact or i don't know you could

00:22:13.640 argue there's a lot of um parts of our democratic norms that are absolutely negatively impacted by

00:22:20.720 this behavior but our our institutions uh the fbi um the institutions that are built to

00:22:29.520 make americans safe and they raise questions that don't exist about all of them and it's their way

00:22:38.740 to basically desensitize americans raise questions we'll play this morning mika by the way she's so good 1.00

00:22:48.860 don't bring in don't bring in joe you can do the show yourself you need we need to rename the show and

00:22:54.440 you need to get the pay raise overthrow the patriarchy on morning joe it's morning mika

00:22:59.480 fantastic job lee smith the raising questions that shouldn't be raised raising questions that

00:23:06.080 shouldn't be raised cybernetic collective mind for humanity baby we're on a roll today lee smith uh

00:23:13.460 brother you connected dots with uh this amazing piece but i gotta have you comment observation lee smith

00:23:21.200 is the best of the best of investigative journalists that have drilled down on this

00:23:27.240 entire thing uh give me your assessment and observations and i just want to say make sure 0.95

00:23:31.460 everybody understands the murdochs the scumbag foreigners that own fox news david rhodes right 1.00

00:23:38.080 there from cbs news david rhodes is who murdoch wanted to run fox ailes would tell me all the time 0.94

00:23:44.280 they're trying to force david rose on me they want the he the murdochs wanted david rhodes to run fox

00:23:49.540 news he he's that he's a chairman of sky news right now but they wanted rhodes to run and he's

00:23:57.220 ben rhodes brother a total left winger you saw him right there false dangerous false reckless and

00:24:05.140 dangerous they're trying to set this up as all these bad guys they're all violent they're all going to do

00:24:09.520 this lee smith your thoughts and observations uh well let's start with durham i agree with you

00:24:16.160 entirely from my perspective durham was over by august 2020 uh and i i i put the fault mostly

00:24:24.780 or almost exclusively on william barr uh barr's job was to make sure that people were held accountable

00:24:31.620 before the 2020 election cycle if they were not held accountable and by which i mean being held

00:24:38.380 accountable not just uh having their name included in a lengthy report like the durham report we have

00:24:44.400 before us but that they were not led away in orange jumpsuits we were going to see the same sorts of

00:24:50.260 problems in 2020 which is exactly what happened so i lay most of the blame here on william barr i'm not

00:24:57.560 making excuses for durham but given the circumstances what we have here this plus 300 page report it's

00:25:04.320 hardly surprising that um you know that that it is we've been hearing since 20 since 2017

00:25:11.380 right it's like oh well you know the fbi they might have made some mistakes they might um you know that

00:25:17.940 this might not have been entirely squared away but you know it was just mistakes they're not corrupt

00:25:22.540 there's nothing criminal here so we can hardly be surprised that this is what we get in uh may this

00:25:29.660 this is my point hang on this this is my point yes reporting by the way the stuff that happened

00:25:36.220 across for hurricane is so obviously illegal and he says yes some mistakes and they and so

00:25:42.320 jake tapper comes on and says it's a bad day for the fbi yeah because they're a corrupt institution

00:25:47.140 they finally got called out somewhat but it's some mealy mouth white paper you might as well have just 0.71

00:25:52.220 some think tank put it could have been this could have been written by a think tank just going off

00:25:56.340 the you could have written this entire thing by just googling lee smith uh investigation of

00:26:02.820 administrative state and d state i could have taken lee smith's of his radio hits his tv hits his books

00:26:08.680 his articles i could have done a better report than this lee am i wrong in that that we could have had

00:26:14.180 a harder tougher sharper report if we just wanted to report he wasn't there to write a report he was

00:26:20.000 there to prosecute criminals sir right all we had to do was tweak chat gbt a little bit right and that's

00:26:27.620 what that's what basically this is this is how uh this is the product that the establishment trying

00:26:35.220 to cover its trails would leave right this is what they would do and they'd put this into ai and this is

00:26:41.600 the kind of product that you would get it would take all the information that's already out there

00:26:46.520 and it would cushion it with all these different excuses all these different rationalizations i mean

00:26:51.880 it's insane some of the rationalizations that durham comes up with for not bringing any criminal charges

00:26:58.280 in this at all look i'll say that for um for someone like me who's been looking at this very closely

00:27:05.100 there are useful details here to help me fill out the story for readers for people who don't follow

00:27:11.060 it as closely the fact is though what we needed here was not a book right we didn't need a report

00:27:17.680 and i've been saying this from the beginning we don't need a report we need indictments since i've

00:27:23.360 been hearing about the report i'm like i don't care i i write books i don't need a report we want

00:27:29.240 indictments here that's the most important thing and if we don't get them this will continue we saw it

00:27:35.540 in 2020 and we can expect more of this in 2024 exactly the same sort of partnership between the

00:27:44.260 services the intelligence services big tech and the media we will see it again guaranteed in 2024

00:27:51.500 if we're not already seeing evidence of it now lee can i ask you to hold through it and i appreciate

00:27:58.100 you change your schedule around today come on if we can hold lee smith and by the way the buried

00:28:03.500 lead and what lee just told us it was bar's responsibility in the summer of 2020 to to

00:28:11.620 basically bring this out and start indicting people and getting serious about this in 2020 before the

00:28:17.320 last election the summer of 2020 when bar sat in the oval office and lied to the president about what

00:28:23.640 he was doing about antifa and blm in the summer of love when they tried to burn down the country 0.99

00:28:28.680 in major cities he also spit the bid on this why because the controlled opposition republican

00:28:37.380 establishment is part of the problem part of the problem short commercial break lee smith

00:28:44.720 we're going to get if we can pull it off rudy g yes america's mayor is going to join us

00:28:50.840 to talk about durham and maybe a couple of other topics short break also got naomi wolf we're pretty

00:30:17.740 take action action action one is a 70 page complaint that was filed in state court in new york on monday

00:30:25.400 this is someone who worked for rudy giuliani who alleges not only sexual assault and harassment but

00:30:31.800 that she has evidence that he tried to sell pardons for two million dollars apiece

00:30:37.380 which he and president trump would split do you think that that's possible

00:30:41.720 uh you know i i'm skeptical about that i don't i don't think rudy giuliani would do that i hope he

00:30:49.500 wouldn't uh but i don't know finally to follow up on you you said you weren't endorsing the former

00:30:57.940 president in this run he is up pretty much in every poll that you look hang on hang on bill bar's

00:31:05.760 the problem here i've been telling that bill bar is the problem here and and to have that well i

00:31:11.520 don't think but you never know no and i've got rudy on right now merit and by the way merit

00:31:16.600 this is so outrageous you're not going to respond and i'm not going to let you respond this is so

00:31:23.180 outrageous there's a point one point i could make one nice point okay go ahead yep they investigated 0.98

00:31:30.900 me for it they investigated me for it that big jerk investigated me for it that was one of the 0.95

00:31:36.700 allegations and when when they went through every single thing that i have in the last 20 years 0.94

00:31:42.280 obviously they found no evidence of that's one of the things that was alleged but it's

00:31:47.140 rudy but these charges don't even raise to the level i mean this is just uh you know and i know

00:31:53.440 more information is going to come out about this more information is coming out but they're trying

00:31:57.980 to smear you in every way possible remember they understand rudy's as tough as boot leather

00:32:03.480 yeah they're coming after you and then but then to throw this in there oh that he and trump

00:32:08.580 were scheming to sell pardons for two million dollars that's a bald-faced lie just a bald-faced lie

00:32:12.960 but but but but but exactly but here's the thing exactly he but here's the thing my complaint

00:32:22.580 is not about someone who would go do this because that's the thing itself and you got to deal with it

00:32:27.340 and it'll be dealt with my problem is that fox actually takes it as a legitimate thing this is

00:32:34.200 the murdochs this is the murdochs this is the murdochs every they're pulling out every thing they can 0.99

00:32:41.000 pull out to defeat trump these scumbag foreigners this demonic old man okay this demonic old man who 1.00

00:32:49.200 just when he found out his fiance uh was an evangelical christian he he dumped her the family dumped 1.00

00:32:55.120 you don't need to watch succession just watch every day of what's happening with this corrupt 1.00

00:32:59.940 group of foreigners that puts up stupid tv every day and is trying to defeat they're the tip of the 1.00

00:33:06.060 spear trying to defeat trump to have that question bar and my question to you is about what lee smith 0.99

00:33:12.900 just said was it the responsibility rudy giliani of bill bar in overseeing this thing to actually start

00:33:20.820 to take action in the summer of 2020 sir of course it was i mean he was the attorney general in the

00:33:27.600 united states it was the biggest case in the country i work for two attorneys general and two

00:33:32.760 administrations every big case they were briefed on every day and since i ran the criminal side of the

00:33:39.520 justice department i was the one who did it or my chief deputy like the president gets briefed every

00:33:46.200 major criminal case the attorney general is briefed on unless he's recused well this guy hasn't recused

00:33:52.260 himself and the reality is these all of these things were called from the top i mean nobody even asked

00:33:59.800 did bar know about the hard drive a year and a half they covered up the hard drive probably one of the

00:34:05.880 biggest crimes in american history did the attorney general know about it he didn't know about it he

00:34:11.720 it's not just it's not just it's not just hang on it's not just a hard drive would you invite me up

00:34:20.320 to look at and you and i talk in five minutes you can tell the compromise by the chinese congress

00:34:24.340 party but rudy look at what mtg look what comer and the oversight committee is finding the sarge reports

00:34:32.160 from 2015 and 16 bars doj had to know about that they have to know about this the the evidence of the

00:34:40.620 biden's corruption the evidence of their protection by fbi and doj is out there all you have to do is

00:34:47.640 open your eyes and see it 100 i mean lee has put his finger on the key to this that they're ignoring

00:34:55.340 and running away from nobody wants to look at bar and he's actually the key person in this whole thing

00:35:00.460 and the reality is he was a guy who kept on top of this stuff so there's something seriously wrong

00:35:08.500 with bar to to to keep all that confidential while they're running off a fraudulent election right

00:35:16.960 i mean that election forget the vote counting the election was a fraud before we ever got to the

00:35:22.660 ballot box by keeping away the most relevant information ever presented in a presidential

00:35:27.000 election and a big conspiracy to do it he had to be part of it it could not be done without him

00:35:33.560 could not be done rudy just nailed it right there let me go back to hang on for a second man we'll

00:35:39.400 go back to lee smith by the way on my getter account i put up last night the first person we're going to

00:35:45.300 prosecute in january 2025 is going to be bill barr lee smith what would you have liked to seen bar what

00:35:50.880 what should bar have done to satisfy your very high standards in the summer of 2020 sir before the last

00:35:58.660 election well i know that the the the main person the big person that congressional investigators

00:36:05.540 were looking at from the beginning was andrew mccabe that was the key target going after mccabe right

00:36:12.980 there he was the linchpin um so instead they instead they they they let uh they let mccabe walk

00:36:20.620 right bar bar uh bar's doj declined to uh prosecute him on on uh lying charges right when he briefed the

00:36:30.660 press they declined to prosecute on that right so that that in itself was a very big deal they let

00:36:37.060 uh kevin clinesmith uh they let kevin clinesmith get off the hook and here's one of the things we

00:36:43.560 learned from the durham report this is astonishing everyone at the time thought well they're going to

00:36:48.220 let clinesmith walk because he's going to help them out he's going to point them to different

00:36:52.500 directions and they're going after bigger fish well as it turns out clinesmith declined to uh declined

00:36:59.120 to uh submit to any interviews for the durham report so not only did he not help point out uh bad actors

00:37:06.180 in the fbi and doj he said actually i'm not going to talk to you anymore here's the other key thing to

00:37:12.380 understand about bar what was going on at the same time we know this from the twitter files

00:37:18.060 we know this from reporting of people like mike benz right uh executive director of the foundation

00:37:23.820 for freedom online the fbi has an enormous unit right an enormous cyber unit working out of san

00:37:30.960 francisco and then there's the what what is the the the foreign interference task force

00:37:36.120 at least dozens of people who are in communication all the time with social media organizations and press

00:37:45.400 organizations there is an enormous unit of fbi agents under william barr's supervision as attorney

00:37:53.540 general of the united states who are actively interfering in the 2020 election it's not just

00:38:00.520 that he failed to hold people accountable for 2016 but under his direction there is interference

00:38:07.420 in the 2020 election so the nerve of bar after the election to come out after and say there's no

00:38:14.580 evidence trump is crazy i don't know what he's talking about i don't know what any of these

00:38:18.140 people are talking about it happened on his watch someone could this is why hang on this is why bill 0.81

00:38:27.500 barr went to the oval office and lied to the president to saying i've done a report we've done reports from

00:38:33.640 the field offices there's no election interference remember that epic times goes out and does for your

00:38:39.920 request every field office comes back and said we never did report we were never asked to do a

00:38:44.740 report the only one that didn't was mcswain in philadelphia as u.s attorney that sent a letter

00:38:50.360 to main justice said we've got voter fraud here on the mail-in ballots okay and they in main justice said

00:38:57.260 stand down bill barr is the beating heart this is why this is why the durham thing is trash this is why

00:39:05.080 there was nothing done in bar and the people of justice that are rhino appointees had every bit 1.00

00:39:11.440 of knowledge about this and did nothing about it and as lee smith just said the quiet part out loud

00:39:16.600 actually had a hand an active hand in making sure that donald j trump did not close on the sweeping

00:39:24.780 74 million uh vote victory that he had rudy um give me your summary give me two minutes because i'm

00:39:32.800 crammed for time your two minutes summary given that you've given your life for this of your

00:39:37.920 summary of the bar report the bar report is part of the entire excuse me dur dur dur dur dur dur dur

00:39:44.800 report dur report i'm sorry well you can call it the bar report the durham report is the uh one of the

00:39:51.480 pieces probably not the summary there's more to go it's one of the pieces that fits into the entire

00:39:56.040 conspiracy number one to stop trump from being president number two to depose a lawfully elected

00:40:01.800 president and now to stop him again and a bar figured it right into the process the minute i

00:40:07.400 heard the schedule that they were not going to get it out before the election and they announced

00:40:13.640 before the election they weren't going to indict the key figures because they sure didn't want any

00:40:18.900 speculation out there that maybe the key figures were going to get indicted i said to myself uh this guy's

00:40:24.700 a sellout and i've i could have gotten that done i'm not bragging i mean my accomplishments are there

00:40:31.400 i i or people with half my talent could have gotten that done by april of 2020 first of all you have to

00:40:40.240 do all of it you just got to do the main part i had all that evidence i read through that two times

00:40:45.220 i checked off four things i didn't know none of which were relevant to a prosecution so either this

00:40:53.020 hold on hold it hold it don't bury it don't bury it don't bury the lead you're saying in the 306 page

00:40:59.740 report there were four items that you didn't already know or talk about yeah i should say that would be

00:41:07.260 important to a prosecution everything else was there for an unbelievably overwhelming rico case

00:41:12.560 that could have been brought i'd say in april or may of 2020 if anybody had any doubt about it i did

00:41:19.520 two podcasts back then showing you how to do the rico case right yep

00:41:24.560 this is this is a terrible marriage of justice at the highest level

00:41:30.280 terrible but lee uh before we go just let me just quickly reference this amazing piece and i'll have

00:41:37.780 you back on about brennan you actually connect the dots to brennan and other guys on the 51 tell me

00:41:42.840 about brennan who's a central figure that should be prosecuted big time there's a lot of people who

00:41:49.600 make note of this uh of brennan's handwritten notes when he says that he briefed um that he briefed

00:41:56.900 obama biden and comey as well as loretta lynch about that they uh knew there was a clinton plan

00:42:05.180 to frame trump trump as a russian agent the case i make in my piece here is that um that briefing

00:42:12.460 never happened uh obviously it didn't happen because the idea that john brennan is going to

00:42:17.680 stand there and tell jim comey hey by the way the investigation you guys opened three days ago it's

00:42:23.000 just based on some hillary uh clinton campaign trick so never mind right this didn't happen 0.99

00:42:28.800 right it appears that what happened um is is that uh brennan brennan probably went back afterwards

00:42:36.920 to cover his tracks right because they found this referral uh memo from the cia to the fbi that made

00:42:44.540 note of this clinton plan right so that would have exposed the whole thing and it would have shown

00:42:50.260 that brennan comey obama biden lynch the whole lot of them knew of course they did all know what was

00:42:56.980 going on they knew it was a clinton campaign plan and most significantly we forget this all the time

00:43:02.300 right we talked about the clinton campaign remember these are barack obama's spy chiefs

00:43:07.260 right not just one all of them right so none of this happens without barack obama signing off on

00:43:14.380 this so it's important to keep obama uh obama as well as biden in the middle of this it's not just

00:43:21.280 hillary clinton amen uh lee how do people get to you we'll have you back on to go in this more detail

00:43:27.460 how do people get to you all your writings and great articles i wish they would check out my new

00:47:18.920 on dailycloud.io is about musculoskeletal adverse events of special interest and it turns out that

00:47:27.260 they affected 8.5 percent of the post-marketing data set in pfizer's uh report or database including

00:47:36.340 four children and one infant women were affected at a ratio of almost four to one over men and you'll

00:47:43.060 remember that i've often said joint pain is the number one side effect in the pfizer documents

00:47:48.340 cdc doesn't mention it but think of all the people around you people are having must um shoulder

00:47:54.380 replacements knee replacements their ankles are giving out uh hip replacements young healthy people

00:48:00.260 are having joint pain limping this explains why um so this is by dr barbara garrett dr joseph garrett

00:48:07.060 our wonderful dr chris flowers and laurie brit a very distinguished commentators and the bottom line is

00:48:13.180 there were 3600 cases of musculoskeletal adverse events 8.5 as i mentioned the 3600 patients reported

00:48:24.280 3640 adverse events of this kind of these 44 were classified by pfizer as serious and this is actually

00:48:34.780 report 71 um and so it's about joint pain and muscle pain so this is really important the time from the

00:48:42.300 administration to the adverse event ranged from less than 24 hours to 32 days and half of the

00:48:49.460 adverse events the bad things started within the first 24 hours after injection so there's your

00:48:56.260 smoking gun cause and effect um again gender we've seen this throughout the reports steve uh it's women 0.99

00:49:03.480 being targeted three to one four to one up to eight to one not that men are unscathed but once again we

00:49:09.700 see racial hang on when you say targeted you mean the the vax itself it's not that the pfizer

00:49:17.180 specifically targeted but just in the composition of the vax itself it seems to target that's my second

00:49:23.580 that's going to be my second headline but i'll just say fine i'll just say uh suffered right and

00:49:30.040 you know as a woman when you see over and over women suffering and you don't stop it turns into

00:49:35.540 targeting but i will take your point and keep going um mostly these were adults affected not elderly

00:49:41.460 people whom you'd expect to have joint pain arthritis uh but healthy adults and two adolescents

00:49:49.180 four children and one infant the volunteers note that this injection was not approved for use in

00:49:55.860 individuals under 16 years of age so once again pfizer is somehow sourcing children and babies and

00:50:02.740 injecting them criminally um the most common adverse event was anthralgia or joint pain in 97

00:50:09.320 percent 70 arthritis 26 rheumatoid arthritis just a second whoa whoa when you say injecting them

00:50:17.200 criminally what do you mean by that well so this again as the volunteers noted um this injection was

00:50:26.400 not approved for use in individuals under 16 years of age so they were they were injecting uh in their

00:50:35.120 own records two adolescents four children and one infant without approval and when you you know when

00:50:42.980 you experiment on people without approval without authorization with a medical intervention that is a

00:50:49.560 criminal act hang on i understand you get other stuff and you get a bounce of love so maybe we have to do

00:50:55.000 this but here's what i don't get with evidence like this is coming out of remember people these are

00:51:00.280 their records this is just people doing research off of their raw data that they had to provide

00:51:05.540 because a federal court said you couldn't hold it for 75 years thank god right but with this type of

00:51:11.660 why are there not attorney generals why and i realize you've got civil suits going but why are there not

00:51:17.240 local prosecutors and why are there not uh attorney generals and why are people and parents not going to

00:51:22.940 people and say hey i want these people criminally pursued because i've either got a i've got a

00:51:27.900 hurt of you know grandfather i got a dead child whatever this seems to be pretty compelling and i don't

00:51:34.880 know why we're getting crickets from criminal prosecutions ma'am well there is as i mentioned here

00:51:41.400 attorney general ken paxton in texas who's starting an investigation um and two attorneys general in

00:51:49.400 louisiana and missouri have um also secured investigations of collusion about silencing

00:51:57.220 discussion around these issues but honestly you know i don't know if you hate or or don't hate my

00:52:03.420 answer every time you know the balls in your team's court you know they are the ones who have to

00:52:09.560 bring this evidence this document we just got a grant to send this book to you know to members of

00:52:16.120 congress and to to hospitals um they're the ones who have to bring this forward they're the ones who

00:52:20.860 have to hold an investigation they're the ones who have to bring the data our volunteers have found

00:52:25.860 uh into the public eye and ask rochelle walensky why she kept going after she knew that babies were

00:52:33.180 dying why she said it was safe and effective and she recommended it for pregnancy and you know ask the

00:52:38.900 head of the nih ask dr fauci why he kept going you know ask ask the head of hhs why they kept going

00:52:46.420 uh ask the head of the fda like all of these are the criminals you know we've documented the crime

00:52:51.540 thoroughly we're doing all we can with the wonderful george smith and his 10 plaintiffs in ohio and by the

00:52:57.300 way um they were they rejected our case and were appealing and they said we're rejecting it because

00:53:04.460 it's too detailed which is ironic um but you know we you have you have congress you know like i don't

00:53:11.760 mean you personally but they're the ones who have to yeah no no naomi real quickly how do people get

00:53:18.720 to you particularly these latest reports i know you get a bounce so we'll come back to you in more
