00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies,
00:00:08.000 because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:15.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:17.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country,
00:00:40.000 this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:52.000 The idea of equal justice is not playing out here.
00:00:56.000 And so that's a real concern to all Americans.
00:00:59.000 So as a policy maker, elected officials,
00:01:02.000 we want to make sure it's equal justice for all.
00:01:04.000 We want to look that it's a weaponization.
00:01:06.000 Now, you're with CNN, right?
00:01:08.000 Yeah.
00:01:09.000 Okay, so let's talk about this even further,
00:01:11.000 because when somebody weaponizes government,
00:01:14.000 and they actually get removed from government,
00:01:16.000 let's take Andrew McCabe, okay?
00:01:17.000 Former deputy...
00:01:18.000 But this is a different case.
00:01:19.000 No, no, let me answer the question.
00:01:20.000 This is a different set of circumstances, right?
00:01:22.000 I mean, the former president is accused of misleading law enforcement,
00:01:26.000 of a conspiracy of obstructing justice.
00:01:29.000 That's a different set of facts.
00:01:31.000 Are you prepared to defend him as the former president?
00:01:34.000 And what other actions will the House take in the House Judiciary Committee,
00:01:37.000 in terms of funding?
00:01:39.000 Are you prepared to defend your network, CNN?
00:01:42.000 I'm asking your question, Mr. Stephen.
00:01:44.000 I'm answering your question.
00:01:45.000 You could ask me any question you want,
00:01:47.000 but I'm entitled to answer the question, okay?
00:01:49.000 You can't put words in my mouth.
00:01:51.000 Even though your network can hire Andrew McCabe,
00:01:54.000 who was fired from the FBI for leaking classified documents.
00:01:59.000 Did you remove him from your network?
00:02:01.000 No, you continue to put him on to give judgment against President Trump.
00:02:04.000 Mr. Speaker?
00:02:05.000 You also hire Clapper.
00:02:07.000 Clapper has come out publicly...
00:02:09.000 Mr. Speaker, what steps is the House going to take,
00:02:13.000 in terms of is there any effort to defund the FBI,
00:02:17.000 any effort to defund the Department of Justice,
00:02:20.000 after what you've seen over the last several days?
00:02:22.000 So your network hires Clapper,
00:02:24.000 who literally lied to the American public,
00:02:27.000 one of 51 other individuals that had briefings
00:02:31.000 and used it politically to tell the American public
00:02:35.000 that a laptop was Russia collusion,
00:02:38.000 even though it had all this information about the Biden administration.
00:02:42.000 Are you prepared to get rid of those people from your network?
00:02:45.000 Because my concern as a policymaker
00:02:48.000 is that when you weaponize government
00:02:51.000 and now you're weaponizing networks, that is wrong.
00:02:54.000 So we will take all of our power to make sure
00:02:57.000 that the legal system in America gets the blinders back on
00:03:01.000 and people are treated fairly.
00:03:03.000 I have a real problem that your network actually pays people
00:03:07.000 who did classified information
00:03:10.000 and then lied to the American public
00:03:12.000 to try to influence a presidential election
00:03:14.000 and then you put them on your network to give an opinion
00:03:17.000 But I'm asking you a question about the former president, Donald Trump.
00:03:20.000 And I'm answering your question.
00:03:21.000 But you're not answering what the House is prepared to do.
00:03:23.000 Oh, very clearly, because what your network has done
00:03:25.000 has weaponized at the same time.
00:03:27.000 I think equal justice is important for us.
00:03:29.000 Some of the former President Trump's allies have also talked in pretty bellicose terms about what's happening.
00:03:37.000 Congressman Andy Biggs said we've now reached the war phase, saying an eye for an eye.
00:03:41.000 Steve Bannon said we're at war.
00:03:43.000 Carrie Lake suggested that President Biden, the Attorney General Garland and the Special Counsel
00:03:49.000 would have to go through millions of gun-owning Americans to get to the former president.
00:03:53.000 Do you have any response to that kind of rhetoric?
00:03:56.000 And what danger do you think it presents in our country?
00:04:00.000 So, look, what I will say is what I just kind of reiterated, what the president's focus is on.
00:04:09.000 He's focusing on delivering for the American people.
00:04:11.000 As it relates to any kind of protest, we have said this before, we have said this in other iterations of this,
00:04:19.000 is that we are always prepared and don't want to speculate from here.
00:04:25.000 And I think the Admiral kind of stated this as well, is how we just function on a day-to-day basis.
00:04:32.000 And we're just going to stay prepared.
00:04:35.000 All the people that have gone out there against the mainstream media and said,
00:04:39.000 you're going to call us racist.
00:04:41.000 You're going to call us potential Timothy McVeigh's. 1.00
00:04:44.000 F*** you. 1.00
00:04:46.000 War. 1.00
00:04:50.000 War.
00:04:54.000 Monday, 12 June, Year of the Lord, 2023.
00:04:57.000 Zen master, was it Jean-Pierre?
00:05:01.000 Not going to be any big protest.
00:05:02.000 Don't care about protest.
00:05:03.000 Irrelevant.
00:05:04.000 You should understand, we're coming for the Biden crime family.
00:05:07.000 We're on offense here.
00:05:08.000 We could care less about everything else.
00:05:10.000 This administrative archives discussion and debate bores us because it doesn't rise to the level of crimes. 0.83
00:05:20.000 It's a bunch of nonsense.
00:05:21.000 We're bored. 0.86
00:05:22.000 His poll numbers go up.
00:05:23.000 He's on offense.
00:05:24.000 Boris Epstein, you're actually there, I think, at Doral.
00:05:27.000 Give us an update on what the thinking is and what to anticipate for tomorrow, sir.
00:05:33.000 Steve, honor to be with you.
00:05:34.000 Honor to be with the posse.
00:05:35.000 The thinking is that we're on offense all the time.
00:05:39.000 The thinking is that President Trump is dominating this race.
00:05:42.000 The CBS poll yesterday has him in the 60s.
00:05:45.000 The Florida governor's in the low 20s.
00:05:47.000 Poll came out this morning.
00:05:48.000 President Trump, it get right at 60.
00:05:50.000 The Florida governor under 20.
00:05:51.000 President Trump is winning this race and the heat around the MAGA movement, 0.98
00:05:56.000 the heat around President Donald J. Trump has only gotten higher and higher and higher as these absolutely craven, deranged maniacs continue to come after him. 0.88
00:06:06.000 And the longer now it's been as people have digested this absolute joke of an indictment, they see that there's no legal premise whatsoever. 0.79
00:06:13.000 There's one law that applies to President's indictments, and it's called the Presidential Records Act.
00:06:18.000 How many times is that mentioned in this quote unquote indictment?
00:06:21.000 Zero.
00:06:22.000 And under the Presidential Records Act and under the famous decision by Amy Berman Jackson, a Democrat,
00:06:28.000 President Trump did everything right.
00:06:30.000 As he has said time and time and time again, and he continues to dominate all across the spectrum.
00:06:38.000 Boris, what can we anticipate for tomorrow, brother?
00:06:43.000 I think, you know, Steve, I don't want to get too in the weeds, Steve.
00:06:45.000 I think what you'll see tomorrow is President Trump being resolute, continue to be the leader that this country needs.
00:06:53.000 And in terms of the specifics of it, that's almost less mature than the fact that President Trump is going to give an address tomorrow evening from Bedminster
00:07:00.000 and speak to the American people about the need to end weaponization of law enforcement, of targeting a political opponent, and to get our country back.
00:07:10.000 Close our borders, secure our borders, secure our country, and restore America to what it should be. 0.96
00:07:16.000 And as we said, Steve, to make America great again, which is not a slogan, it is a mission statement,
00:07:21.000 that it's going to be a powerhouse for President Trump tomorrow evening.
00:07:25.000 Boris, how do people get to you? I know you've got to jump back in your meetings.
00:07:29.000 Where do people, how do people follow you during the day?
00:07:32.000 Steve, thanks so much for having me. The website is hot.
00:07:34.000 Send it right now, BorisCP.com. Hot on BorisCP.com. Hot on Getter at BorisCP.
00:07:38.000 Twitter at BorisCP. Hot on YouTube social at Boris.
00:07:40.000 And the hottest on the gram, Boris underscore Epstein.
00:07:43.000 Stay strong, God bless, and all offense.
00:07:47.000 Boris, thank you very much. I'll tell you what I want to do.
00:07:50.000 I want Denver to play the Open again. I want to play for Dr. Peter Navarro.
00:07:53.000 I want to play the Kevin McCarthy part.
00:07:55.000 Okay, folks, so we're not going to chase rabbits here.
00:07:58.000 There's a lot going on. We still have the House floor.
00:08:02.000 We're making power moves all over the place because of this audience.
00:08:05.000 We're not going to back off and to not focus on what's important.
00:08:12.000 We're obviously going to cover President Trump's situation wall to wall.
00:08:15.000 We've got a big team down there tomorrow.
00:08:17.000 Can I go ahead and play the Kevin McCarthy? Let's just play the Kevin McCarthy.
00:08:20.000 I want Dr. Peter Navarro to listen to it, and I've got some observations to make about this.
00:08:23.000 Let's go ahead and hear it.
00:08:25.000 The idea of equal justice is not playing out here.
00:08:28.000 And so that's a real concern to all Americans.
00:08:31.000 So as a policymaker, elected officials, we want to make sure it's equal justice for all.
00:08:37.000 We want to look that it's a weaponization.
00:08:39.000 Now, you're with CNN, right?
00:08:41.000 Yeah.
00:08:42.000 Let's talk about this even further because when somebody weaponizes government and they actually get removed from government.
00:08:49.000 Let's take Andrew McCabe, okay?
00:08:50.000 Former deputy.
00:08:51.000 But this is a different case.
00:08:52.000 No, no, let me answer the question.
00:08:53.000 This is a different set of circumstances, right?
00:08:55.000 And the former president is accused of misleading law enforcement, of a conspiracy of obstructing justice.
00:09:02.000 That's a different set of facts.
00:09:04.000 Are you prepared to defend him as the former president?
00:09:07.000 And what other actions will the House take in the House Judiciary Committee, in terms of funding?
00:09:12.000 Are you prepared to defend your network, CNN?
00:09:15.000 I'm asking you a question, Mr. Speaker.
00:09:17.000 I'm answering your question.
00:09:18.000 You could ask me any question you want, but I'm entitled to answer the question, okay?
00:09:22.000 You can't put words in my mouth, even though your network can hire Andrew McCabe, who was fired from the FBI for leaking classified documents.
00:09:32.000 Did you remove him from your network?
00:09:33.000 No.
00:09:34.000 You continue to put him on to give judgment against President Trump.
00:09:37.000 Mr. Speaker.
00:09:38.000 You also hire Clapper.
00:09:40.000 Clapper has come out publicly.
00:09:42.000 Mr. Speaker, what steps is the House going to take in terms of, is there any effort to defund the FBI?
00:09:50.000 Any effort to defund the Department of Justice after what you've seen over the last several days?
00:09:55.000 So your network hires Clapper, who literally lied to the American public, one of 51 other individuals that had briefings
00:10:04.000 and used it politically to tell the American public that a laptop was Russia collusion, even though it had all this information about the Biden administration.
00:10:16.000 Are you prepared to get rid of those people from your network?
00:10:18.000 Because my concern as a policymaker is that when you weaponize government and now you're weaponizing networks, that is wrong.
00:10:27.000 So we will take all of our power to make sure that the legal system in America gets the blinders back on and people are treated fairly.
00:10:36.000 I have a real problem that your network actually pays people who did classified information and then lied to the American public to try to influence a presidential election.
00:10:47.000 And then you put them on your network to give an opinion about the president.
00:10:52.000 And I'm answering your very clearly because what your network has done has weaponized at the same time.
00:11:00.000 I think equal justice is important.
00:11:02.000 OK, Dr. Navarro, McCarthy does a good job of standing his ground.
00:11:10.000 But the point, this is one of the reasons we control the House floor.
00:11:13.000 People should know there's intense negotiation, maybe a little smash mouth going on right now about all of it.
00:11:21.000 So stay tuned.
00:11:22.000 By the way, number two zero to two, two, two, five, three, one, two, one.
00:11:26.000 Call in there and have the back of the dirty dozen. 0.99
00:11:29.000 Peter, why didn't McCarthy call for?
00:11:32.000 Why wasn't any of these bills stripping Clapper and these people, the security clearances so they couldn't dine off?
00:11:38.000 You couldn't dine off? No one knows the administrative state in the deep state element of that better than Dr.
00:11:44.000 Peter Navarro. He fought it every second of every day because they're pro CCP, sir.
00:11:50.000 Dr. Navarro.
00:11:53.000 See, that clip pissed me off for a lot of reasons.
00:11:56.000 First of all, I think he did a good job.
00:11:58.000 I think that CNN reporter handled him better than he handled her.
00:12:03.000 The problem we have with the McCarthy House right now is that they fight these wars only with hot air.
00:12:10.000 Whether it's Gallagher's China Commission, whether it's Comber's Weaponization Commission, whether it's McCarthy's jibber jabber right there, they're not doing anything.
00:12:22.000 They're not following the canon of Bannon, which is action, action, action.
00:12:27.000 The other thing that pisses me off here is we don't need Kevin McCarthy rehabilitating his reputation by coming to the rescue of Donald Trump after he surrendered to Joe Biden on the worst economic crisis this country may face in its lifetime.
00:12:45.000 So unhappy all the way around.
00:12:48.000 I think the one thing McCarthy did was stress the dual system of injustice.
00:12:52.000 Hold it, hold it.
00:12:53.000 Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:12:55.000 Yeah, but the dual system of justice.
00:12:56.000 I understand cash and those guys are doing it, but that's a Republican consultant talking about it.
00:13:01.000 I got to do two systems of justice.
00:13:02.000 But hey, I don't want to hear that.
00:13:04.000 We know that.
00:13:05.000 I don't want to hear the theoretical.
00:13:06.000 It's not a talking point, Steve.
00:13:08.000 It's like they do one thing to Donald Trump and they do another.
00:13:12.000 Look, but Pence and Biden have a, there's a prima facie case against them.
00:13:17.000 I know, but it's so obvious they're doing that.
00:13:21.000 It's obvious for you and me, but the American public is still getting it, okay?
00:13:25.000 I mean, we've got polls showing that over half the people won't trust the FBI.
00:13:30.000 Yeah, go ahead.
00:13:31.000 Yeah, we've done that.
00:13:33.000 But that's my point.
00:13:34.000 McCarthy had the leverage.
00:13:36.000 He could have stopped all this by playing smash mouth with the Justice Department.
00:13:40.000 They could have called the special prosecutor.
00:13:42.000 They could have defunded the prosecutor.
00:13:43.000 He could have done all that.
00:13:45.000 Why did he not do it?
00:13:46.000 Why did he not do it, sir?
00:13:47.000 Because he's part of the frigging uniparty, Steve.
00:13:50.000 Haven't we figured that? 0.99
00:13:51.000 How many times does he have to smash us in the mouth?
00:13:54.000 Look, Chris Ray is the poster child for the McCarthy problem, right?
00:14:00.000 Chris Ray is a Republican.
00:14:03.000 Chris Ray, for years now, since I was in the White House, has talked tough on China, talked tough on this, tough talk on that.
00:14:12.000 He sat on Hunter Biden's laptop for a year before the election, and thereby, that was like a seditious conspiracy.
00:14:19.000 Him and Bill Barr, I handle this in the Substack, the great article, PeterR.Substack.com.
00:14:25.000 I, like, laid that all bare.
00:14:27.000 Bill Barr, I'm just enraged at this guy.
00:14:30.000 He goes on the Rhino Fox network, a.k.a. Fox News, on Sunday, trashes Trump when this guy sat on the laptop for a year.
00:14:41.000 For a year, that's seditious conspiracy.
00:14:43.000 Okay.
00:14:44.000 That changed the election yourself, Steve.
00:14:46.000 Hang on.
00:14:47.000 Hang on.
00:14:48.000 Uh, he's so good, we're gonna keep him through the break.
00:14:52.000 Dr. Peter Navarro joins us shortly.
00:14:59.000 Well, Congress once again allowed itself to be pushed into appeasing the administration and raising the debt ceiling for the 79th time.

00:16:14.000 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989-8-9-8.
00:16:19.000 Do it today.
00:16:20.000 Follow the central banks of the BRICS. 0.72
00:16:23.000 Take action, action, action.
00:16:26.000 And take that action today.
00:16:28.000 The host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:31.000 The Justice Department, some of the former President Trump's allies have also talked in pretty bellicose terms about what's happening.
00:16:42.000 Congressman Andy Biggs said we've now reached the war phase, saying an eye for an eye.
00:16:46.000 Steve Bannon said we're at war.
00:16:48.000 Carrie Lake suggested that President Biden, the Attorney General Garland, and the Special Counsel would have to go through millions of gun-owning Americans to get to the former President.
00:16:58.000 Do you have any response to that kind of rhetoric, and what danger do you think it presents in our country?
00:17:05.000 So, look, what I will say is what I just kind of reiterated, what the President's focus is on.
00:17:14.000 He's focusing on delivering for the American people as it relates to any kind of protest.
00:17:19.000 We have said this before.
00:17:21.000 We have said this in other iterations of this, is that we are always prepared and don't want to speculate from here.
00:17:30.000 And I think the Admiral kind of stated this as well, is how we just function on a day-to-day basis.
00:17:37.000 And we're just going to stay prepared.
00:17:40.000 All the people that have gone out there against the mainstream media and said,
00:17:44.000 you're going to call us racist, you're going to call us potential Timothy McVeigh's. 1.00
00:17:49.000 F*** you. 1.00
00:17:51.000 War. 1.00
00:17:55.000 War.
00:18:00.000 Welcome back, Dr. Navarro.
00:18:03.000 We've got a lot to go through.
00:18:04.000 I'm going to talk about China and the Chinese, the envelopment of the United States, 1.00
00:18:07.000 which the Biden regime is lying about.
00:18:10.000 Talk about Admiral Kirby lying about.
00:18:12.000 And that's not me saying it, baby.
00:18:14.000 That's Andrea Mitchell and her guest today in the 12 o'clock hour.
00:18:18.000 Shocking.
00:18:19.000 Talking about this.
00:18:21.000 When you talk, when you say Ray and Barr, you know, the laptop from hell was dropped off in the in December of 2019.
00:18:30.000 Rudy said today the 100 page report he sent to the the U.S.
00:18:34.000 Attorney and went to main justice was in January.
00:18:36.000 In those 60 days, Peter, you've you've followed politics for a long time.
00:18:41.000 Biden finishes what fourth in in Iowa, fifth in New Hampshire.
00:18:46.000 He's dead man walking and they've got the goods.
00:18:49.000 What about what about they had the goods as the two senior law enforcement officials in the Trump administration?
00:18:55.000 What say you, sir?
00:18:56.000 Well, the unit party figured out that Biden was the was the best choice in the Democrat side to take on Trump.
00:19:07.000 So they took out for the second time in two cycles.
00:19:10.000 Bernie Sanders.
00:19:11.000 I mean, that guy.
00:19:12.000 Yeah.
00:19:13.000 He should have been there instead of Hillary. 0.88
00:19:15.000 And then they do it to him again.
00:19:17.000 And he.
00:19:18.000 Yeah. 1.00
00:19:19.000 Talk about a pussy. 1.00
00:19:20.000 I mean, he. 1.00
00:19:21.000 He didn't really fight.
00:19:22.000 And he let Biden kind of grab that brass ring.
00:19:25.000 But the bottom line here is polls clearly indicate, Steve, that if people knew about what was what's in the Hunter Biden laptop and they believed it to be true, which it is.
00:19:38.000 Instead of being fed this line by the American intelligence community and the CNN folks that McCarthy mentioned that it was somehow Russia disinformation, that would have swung the election instead of having a stolen election that was close.
00:19:54.000 We'd have we would have had a landslide.
00:19:56.000 OK, Trump landslide.
00:19:57.000 Boom, done.
00:19:58.000 And if it had been broken earlier, you're right.
00:20:01.000 Biden never would have been the nominee.
00:20:03.000 But that's who the unit party wants.
00:20:06.000 And as bad as the Bidenites are in propagating this system of justice, which is used to just get Trump, as Dershowitz says, I think Barr and Bill Barr and Chris Wray are worse because they're these wolves in sheep's clothing.
00:20:27.000 And, you know, I talked a lot about Bill Barr in my books about how he sold us out on China, how he sold us out on the election integrity issue.
00:20:39.000 He looked me in the eye and said the DOJ doesn't get involved in that.
00:20:44.000 And then a week later says they looked into it and there was nothing there.
00:20:47.000 That's like B.S., Bill.
00:20:48.000 I'm calling you on your B.S.
00:20:50.000 And then he's just trashing Trump.
00:20:52.000 He's the designated hitter. 0.95
00:20:54.000 And so all of these guys, you know, Mulvaney, acting chief of staff Mulvaney, that little twit is he's like talking about prison time for Trump now.
00:21:03.000 And so he picks up his paycheck at CBS. 0.94
00:21:06.000 These people, they are corrosive.
00:21:09.000 But there's some of them, Steve, this seditious conspiracy.
00:21:15.000 Ray and Barr are guilty of that because they resulted in the overthrow of the Trump government.
00:21:22.000 And then you look at Comey, Page, Rubenstein, Clapper, Strzok, all those folks which propagated the Russia hoax.
00:21:30.000 Their goal was the overthrow of the Trump government to prevent him from ever getting in in 2017, January.
00:21:38.000 And then once he was there to try to get him out.
00:21:41.000 So, you know, this is this is the time, you know, we've crossed the Rubicon. 0.94
00:21:47.000 Today's sub stack title is, you know, we crossed the Rubicon and American democracy has gone into Pakistani fascist hell. 0.99
00:21:55.000 And look, Steve, the parallels are amazing.
00:21:57.000 I mean, you look at Imran Khan, the former prime minister of Pakistan, ran on a populist economic nationalist platform, got elected like Trump.
00:22:08.000 And the military took him out.
00:22:10.000 And today, Steve, I don't even know this.
00:22:12.000 After they put him in jail, the Supreme Court got him out, but he still prevented from running again for president.
00:22:19.000 That's the goal with Trump in both scenarios in the same boat, Steve.
00:22:23.000 He's on trial this month, Steve, on trial this month by a tribunal, not a jury trial.
00:22:30.000 And if he's found guilty of trumped up charges, he can't run in the next two presidential elections.
00:22:36.000 That's what these people do.
00:22:38.000 It's it's like just a frontal assault by the left on democracy.
00:22:43.000 And it's happening here in the global beacon of democracy that we used to be.
00:22:49.000 I mean, the founding fathers are just they're just rolling around in their graves like like whirling dervishes right now, because this, Steve, this cannot stand.
00:22:59.000 It's wrong.
00:23:00.000 And it's just from the main thing is like this economic crisis.
00:23:05.000 Go ahead.
00:23:06.000 Lest I rant.
00:23:07.000 It's not going to stand.
00:23:08.000 I want to play.
00:23:09.000 I want to play.
00:23:10.000 I want to play something.
00:23:11.000 I want to play something from Andrea Mitchell for you.
00:23:13.000 I cut.
00:23:14.000 But I just want to say before we play that Joanna Miller and Garrett Ziegler, two of the best young people in the White House in the first term.
00:23:21.000 They were the deputies for Peter Navarro.
00:23:24.000 He knows how to he knows how to pick talent.
00:23:26.000 He knows how to train talent.
00:23:27.000 So hang over a second.
00:23:28.000 Let's play this.
00:23:29.000 Let them let them develop.
00:23:32.000 Yes.
00:23:33.000 Great job.
00:23:34.000 Let's go ahead and play the cut.
00:23:36.000 We have an update today about China's efforts to spy against the United States using Cuba as a spy base for years.
00:23:42.000 According to a White House official, that does not preclude initial reports that China is ramping up its spying capability with a new contract with Havana, which is cash poor because of the American embargo.
00:23:53.000 And the fact that the Soviets left decades ago leaving a vacuum for China to fill.
00:23:58.000 Secretary of State Antony Blinken talked about U.S. efforts to respond to China's spying campaign from Cuba just moments ago.
00:24:05.000 The strategy begins with diplomacy.
00:24:08.000 We've engaged governments that are considering hosting PRC bases at high levels.
00:24:12.000 We've exchanged information with them.
00:24:14.000 Our experts assess that our diplomatic efforts have slowed down this effort by the PRC.
00:24:21.000 It's something that we're very carefully monitoring and, as I said, taking steps to counter.
00:24:26.000 PRC being China, Dan DeLuz is joining me now, NBC News national security and global affairs reporter, who has been covering this story for the last couple of days, ever since the Wall Street Journal first broke it on Thursday, that a major contract was being discussed.
00:24:41.000 And I've confirmed that reporting independently.
00:24:44.000 But it was denied immediately by the National Security Council on this program by John Kirby.
00:24:50.000 And when I asked the follow up, it was just a flat denial rather than it was a very carefully worded denial.
00:24:57.000 And then on Saturday and you're reporting with Carolee and Courtney Kuby and team, the NSC issued a clarifying statement.
00:25:06.000 That's right.
00:25:07.000 Really a reversal.
00:25:09.000 They said it was inaccurate initially.
00:25:11.000 And then they said it was actually something that has been there for years, that there's been this electronic surveillance base for years since 2019 that they inherited the problem.
00:25:21.000 So really a completely different line.
00:25:23.000 And it's really interesting because it's similar to how they phrased the situation with the spy balloon.
00:25:30.000 When that all happened, they started saying, well, we inherited this problem as well, that that the Chinese have been flying these surveillance balloons for years prior to us coming into office.
00:25:40.000 And so they're opening themselves up to these accusations that they're somehow playing these things down because they very much want these talks to happen.
00:25:49.000 And and Anthony Blinken, of course, scheduled to go to Beijing later this month.
00:25:54.000 In fact, very, very, very soon.
00:25:56.000 In fact, we were told in a matter of weeks.
00:25:59.000 So this is basically, you know, don't blame us.
00:26:02.000 We inherited this problem.
00:26:04.000 And let's not the subject we think is maybe let's not mess up the relationship with China right now at a critical time.
00:26:11.000 That's the criticism they're facing.
00:26:13.000 They'll reject that.
00:26:14.000 But, you know, it is a difficult moment, right?
00:26:18.000 They very much want some kind of a dialogue with China.
00:26:21.000 Biden sent his CIA director there, as you know, Bill Burns, and they want to bring down the temperature.
00:26:27.000 For very good reasons.
00:26:29.000 For obviously.
00:26:30.000 And the allies also want this Asian allies in particular.
00:26:33.000 On the other hand, there's this risk that perhaps they don't don't kind of draw a line.
00:26:40.000 But trying to when some of these incidents happens, whether it's a plane flying too close to too close to our plane, etc.
00:26:46.000 Exactly.
00:26:47.000 Dandelous all over the story.
00:26:48.000 Thank you so much.
00:26:49.000 Yeah.
00:26:50.000 You think Peter Navarro caught in a bald face and a bald face.
00:26:55.000 A bald face.
00:26:56.000 A bald face.
00:26:57.000 And they're not blaming that out on us, Steve.
00:26:59.000 Go ahead.
00:27:00.000 OK.
00:27:01.000 I'm doing this on this on Wednesday.
00:27:02.000 And I'm telling you, it's like I never heard a whiff of a spying place in Cuba when I was in the White House.
00:27:11.000 And there's only two possibilities there.
00:27:13.000 That's a lie.
00:27:14.000 One, it's BS.
00:27:15.000 Or two, and I don't rule this out, the intelligence community purposely kept us from that information so that they could pursue their appeasing China policy.
00:27:27.000 But this, Steve, this is just wrong.
00:27:30.000 That's 90 miles away from Miami.
00:27:33.000 And we almost had a nuclear war the last time somebody tried that in 1962.
00:27:39.000 And Biden is just sitting on his hands again, counting his illegal gotten money that Hunter got the big guy.
00:27:47.000 And they're doing nothing.
00:27:48.000 And this is, again, why we need Trump back.
00:27:52.000 OK.
00:27:53.000 I know you've got to bolt, but I've just got to keep you shortly on the other side of this.
00:27:58.000 This is how a tributary state in the Chinese empire for millennia, this tributary states kowtow.
00:28:08.000 This illegitimate regime has turned America into a tributary state to the Chinese Communist Party. 0.75
00:28:14.000 This is humiliation.
00:28:15.000 And the Chinese are just humiliating you more and more and more and more each day. 1.00
00:28:21.000 And see how much you take. 0.95
00:28:23.000 Short break.
00:28:24.000 Navarro next.
00:28:28.000 Friends, I can't believe the dire headlines we're facing in the world today.
00:28:31.000 Everywhere you look, things are falling apart.
00:28:33.000 That's why the smartest investment you can make right now is in your family's food security.
00:28:39.000 Let me repeat that.
00:28:40.000 Your family's food security.
00:28:43.000 The reality is you might not be able to find food when the next disaster strikes.
00:28:48.000 Grocery stores will be empty because roads will be closed and trucks won't be able to make deliveries.
00:28:53.000 When that happens, you need emergency food in full supply.
00:28:58.000 That's why I urge you to grab a three month emergency food kit from my Patriot Supply.

00:29:45.000 Do it today.
00:29:46.000 Your host, Stephen K. Banff.
00:29:53.000 Okay, welcome back.
00:29:55.000 Peter, before I let you go, I know you're going to write Substack.
00:29:58.000 And hopefully we'll have you on tomorrow during President Trump's situation.
00:30:01.000 And we're going to be covering a wall tomorrow.
00:30:03.000 So is Real America's Voice.
00:30:05.000 Caroline Wren is going to be there.
00:30:07.000 Natalie Winner is going to be there.
00:30:08.000 She's going to be anchoring for us there at the war room.
00:30:10.000 Real America's Voice is going to be throughout the day.
00:30:13.000 Captain Bannon is going to be down there.
00:30:15.000 Caroline Wren is going to be down there in the crowd.
00:30:18.000 Mike Davis is going to join us for commentary.
00:30:22.000 I think we're going to try to get Mike Lindell for commentary if we can.
00:30:25.000 Although he's got a big day today tomorrow also.
00:30:28.000 Peter, real quickly, Kirby caught ball.
00:30:31.000 This is the important thing.
00:30:32.000 Yes.
00:30:33.000 He balled face.
00:30:34.000 They looked.
00:30:35.000 Look, nothing could be more important right now
00:30:37.000 than the relationship between the CCP and the United States.
00:30:40.000 They're at war with us.
00:30:42.000 She over the weekend, Wall Street Journal reporting that he's getting he's prepping his people for a kinetic war because they're already an unrestricted war for us.
00:30:50.000 So we have to be very precise.
00:30:52.000 They're so desperate to get blinking this in the CIA.
00:30:55.000 They are crawling to the Chinese Communist Party in the CCP does not respect this.
00:30:59.000 They respect strength.
00:31:01.000 Admiral Kirby looks the American people in the eye.
00:31:04.000 It's a bald face lie.
00:31:05.000 And Andrea Mitchell and her national security reporter have to call him out on Saturday after two days on her show.
00:31:12.000 They lied.
00:31:13.000 Looked it in the eye.
00:31:14.000 Just like they did on the spy balloon.
00:31:16.000 Your thoughts, sir.
00:31:17.000 How about a court martial for Admiral Kirby for lying to the American people?
00:31:23.000 Biden. 0.85
00:31:24.000 It's a silly balloon, not a spy balloon. 0.91
00:31:27.000 Oh, not not a spy place in Cuba. 0.90
00:31:31.000 No, no, no, no. 0.99
00:31:33.000 Steve, just keep jamming this up up their butt because they lie to the American people. 0.99
00:31:41.000 It's simply the wrong strategy. 0.98
00:31:43.000 The only way we did this in the Trump White House, the only way the Communist Chinese will back down or back off is peace through strength. 0.87
00:31:52.000 I mean, we learned that with Reagan.
00:31:53.000 We learned that with Trump.
00:31:55.000 I sat across the way the table from Xi Jinping numerous times.
00:32:00.000 I watched the interplay between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping.
00:32:04.000 And it was only when we were bargaining from strength that that dude kowtowed and he kowtowed.
00:32:11.000 I saw him kowtow a number of times.
00:32:13.000 And we didn't have war with Russia.
00:32:15.000 We didn't have war with China.
00:32:17.000 We didn't have war with North Korea.
00:32:19.000 We didn't have war with Iran.
00:32:21.000 Right now, we've got problems all across that spectrum as well as Ukraine.
00:32:26.000 And that's Joe Biden.
00:32:28.000 So lying to the American people just won't cut it.
00:32:32.000 I'm digging deep into this spy thing for the Substack on Wednesday. 0.51
00:32:36.000 It's really, you know, I grew up in Florida, kind of working class kids, a servant class in Palm Beach when JFK was there in 62.
00:32:46.000 And he had his house down there.
00:32:48.000 And they were building literally a nuclear bomb shelter on Peanut Island about two miles from where I lived in the middle of Lake Worth.
00:32:56.000 And we were being told to hide under the desks.
00:32:59.000 And that was the Soviets putting missiles in on Cuba.
00:33:03.000 I'm telling you, what China's doing right now is an even greater threat than missiles in this new unrestricted warfare. 0.87
00:33:10.000 Because there's all sorts of things they could do 90 miles away.
00:33:13.000 It's cyber.
00:33:14.000 It's cyber.
00:33:15.000 It's cyber.
00:33:16.000 It's the nuclear equivalent of cyber war.
00:33:19.000 And this last thing I'll say, Steve, this BS about how they're trying to seek some kind of accommodation with China.
00:33:28.000 And Andrea Mitchell says, yeah, and for good reason.
00:33:30.000 No, Andrea, not for good reason. 0.90
00:33:33.000 OK, these people are trying to kill us.
00:33:35.000 They steal everything from us.
00:33:37.000 And we just sit back and take it.
00:33:39.000 That's no, no, no.
00:33:41.000 Yeah.
00:33:42.000 That's the establishment talking.
00:33:44.000 Peter, real quickly, Heather, get to your Substack. 1.00
00:33:46.000 Yeah, sure.
00:33:47.000 PeterNavar.Substack.com.
00:33:49.000 Great piece today on the fascism that we've turned into in our democracy.
00:33:54.000 Wednesday, the Cuba spy thing.
00:33:57.000 PeterNavar.Substack.com, sir.
00:34:00.000 Admiral, see you tomorrow.
00:34:02.000 Thank you, brother.
00:34:03.000 Thank you, brother.
00:34:04.000 Fantastic job.
00:34:06.000 Mike Lindell.
00:34:08.000 Normally, you would be the lead person on the stage tomorrow outside for the rally to get people jacked up.
00:34:16.000 But you can't be there.
00:34:18.000 What's happening with Mike Lindell tomorrow?
00:34:20.000 That's actually outweighs you being a breakout.
00:34:24.000 Yeah.
00:34:25.000 See, there is good news.
00:34:26.000 I am going to be I switched one thing I had tomorrow.
00:34:31.000 The big case I have to go to is in Minneapolis or in St. Paul at the federal courthouse on Wednesday.
00:34:37.000 So tomorrow night or tomorrow afternoon, I'm going to Bedminster to be with our real president, Donald Trump, having an event there where he's going to speak after he has the date tomorrow.
00:34:49.000 Perfect.
00:34:50.000 So that's that's I'll be able to give a hold it.
00:34:53.000 So hold it.
00:34:54.000 Hold it.
00:34:55.000 So we're breaking some news here.
00:34:56.000 You have changed things around.
00:34:57.000 You're in court on Wednesday.
00:34:58.000 We want to know about it.
00:34:59.000 You're going to actually be at Bedminster when President Trump addresses the nation.
00:35:03.000 Yeah.
00:35:04.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:35:05.000 I was able to switch around.
00:35:08.000 And so I will be there.
00:35:09.000 I'll give a full report of that on the following day if you want.
00:35:14.000 And but the following day, I'll also be in federal court in Minnesota.
00:35:19.000 This is the appeal.
00:35:20.000 Everybody wonders what happened to my cell phone case.
00:35:23.000 Well, remember, we shoot the government and the FBI.
00:35:26.000 And this.
00:35:27.000 So this is a big case that's going to go on on Wednesday.
00:35:31.000 And this appeal that presents an important amendment issue.
00:35:35.000 The government may not retaliate, retaliate against individuals who bring to the public's attention a matter as vital as unlawful interference in elections.
00:35:44.000 The actions taken by the government against me were clearly intended to punish me for discovering illegal activity and the efforts by the Secretary of State to destroy evidence of that illegal activity.
00:35:57.000 And it goes on and on and on, Steve.
00:35:59.000 This is so important, everybody, because it's kind of backdoors the evidence that we have up on Frank's speech from the Mesa County image.
00:36:10.000 If everybody goes back, this goes back to the Tina Peters case in Colorado where she took a forensic image, backed up her computer as well.
00:36:20.000 We have what's inside those computers, those Dominion machines right on Frank's speech.
00:36:25.000 So this Steve White, this could end up all the way to the Supreme Court.
00:36:29.000 I'm really excited.
00:36:30.000 Tell me about, give me your thoughts about what's happened with President Trump and also your understanding.
00:36:39.000 Since they've come after you as hard as anybody.
00:36:42.000 Right. And you were a very successful or you still are a very successful entrepreneur, but never had any problems whatsoever until you started backing President Trump.
00:36:50.000 And then, quite frankly, saying, hey, it's not about my backing Trump.
00:36:54.000 It's the fact that this election has been stolen.
00:36:57.000 Give me your give me your assessment of what tomorrow means in Miami, sir. 0.96
00:37:03.000 Well, it's disgusting.
00:37:04.000 First of all, this is they don't want him to be our president no matter what.
00:37:08.000 This has been, this goes on way back when I met him for the first time in August of 2016.
00:37:15.000 I was America's, the media's darling.
00:37:18.000 I'd say, how many more employees you got, Mike?
00:37:21.000 And everybody, they'd come out, ABC, NBC, CNN, Fox, all of them.
00:37:25.000 Well, as soon as I got back and did a press release that I had met Donald Trump, I was attacked.
00:37:31.000 I was called a racist, everything you could imagine.
00:37:34.000 And that was clear back in 16.
00:37:36.000 Then, obviously, that was training for when I started speaking out about stolen elections in 2020.
00:37:43.000 And it's just been an attack ever since.
00:37:46.000 This is how bad they do not want him to be president.
00:37:49.000 But evil is greedy, Steve.
00:37:51.000 And when they keep doing these things, his poll numbers keep going up.
00:37:55.000 I just did a big event in Missouri yesterday where I spoke to hundreds of people there, and everybody was saying the same thing.
00:38:05.000 A lot of them that I talked to since then have been, call them independents or even Democrats, and they're going, you know, this is, you know, they obviously don't want him to be our president.
00:38:17.000 And everybody remembers back when December of 2019, what his presidency had manifested to that point right before the China virus.
00:38:27.000 Everybody's greatest consumer confidence in history, lowest unemployment.
00:38:32.000 Everything was physically getting better in our country.
00:38:35.000 And people remember that.
00:38:37.000 And all people remember that.
00:38:39.000 And so I think I look at the silver lining, you know, and everything.
00:38:42.000 And I just think that we're going to look back on these things and say, you know what, this thing tomorrow just solidified him being the candidate for the Republican Party.
00:38:52.000 If I was DeSantis or those people out there running, they should just endorse him and get it over with.
00:39:01.000 Walk me through your logic.
00:39:03.000 Why should DeSantis and the rest of the Keebler elves who are now all, I think he's at 20% in the CBS poll and the rest of them all at 1%, why should the Keebler elves just pitch it in and back Trump? 0.89
00:39:17.000 Well, they should, you know, to unite the Republican Party.
00:39:21.000 I mean, we as the people have been united.
00:39:24.000 Donald Trump is a uniter.
00:39:26.000 I don't care what anyone said.
00:39:27.000 Not a divider.
00:39:28.000 And I'm talking about people.
00:39:30.000 I'm talking about Democrats, Republicans, Independents.
00:39:33.000 We, the people, have gotten into this common sense bucket of Donald Trump, which is the new Republican Party.
00:39:41.000 And the rest of this establishment, they better, if they want, if they're afraid of losing to the Democrats, they better get on board with the common sense party.
00:39:52.000 And starting with Iran, Trojan horse DeSantis, I think he should be the first one to go, hey, you know what? 0.99
00:40:01.000 We all got to unite here behind this great president and get our country back, save our country.
00:40:08.000 This is it.
00:40:09.000 We get one chance at this, everybody.
00:40:11.000 None of those other guys could even think about doing what needs to be done now.
00:40:15.000 You're one of the closest voices that the president listens to.
00:40:21.000 What's your recommendation for him tomorrow when he addresses the nation from Bedminster at 815 Eastern Daylight Time when he's back?
00:40:29.000 What is Mike Lindell's advice?
00:40:31.000 What should that address?
00:40:32.000 What should be the structure of it?
00:40:34.000 What should be the content of it?
00:40:36.000 Well, I think it should be, you know, obviously showing, you know, these frivolous, these attacks are what they are.
00:40:44.000 They're attacks.
00:40:45.000 He's got the material there to just go back and say, this wasn't true.
00:40:50.000 This wasn't true.
00:40:51.000 This wasn't true.
00:40:52.000 And the one coming in Georgia is not true.
00:40:54.000 These are all hoaxes.
00:40:55.000 These are all attacks.
00:40:56.000 But I also think that this is a good time, Steve, where he'll have the whole world again watching, just like he did a few months back when I was at Mar-a-Lago.
00:41:05.000 And I see more media there than I ever have.
00:41:08.000 And I think it's a good time for him to use his use that for campaigning, for actually saying, you know, here's what I did then.
00:41:17.000 And here's what we have to do to get out of this and say the positive things that he is, the positives that, you know, I think he needs to know.
00:41:28.000 I believe he knows by the poll numbers that people don't believe this garbage and they haven't for a long time because the world we're in right now is we know the establishment, the unit party, the CCP, all these that have attacked us and especially Donald Trump and him being between us and them.
00:41:48.000 I think he's really got to use it for an opportunity.
00:41:52.000 I think this is a great opportunity not to try and defend himself in any way.
00:41:58.000 Everybody knows he hasn't done anything wrong.
00:42:00.000 I think it should be more focused on the positives that what got us here and what got us to a great place before the election was sold and before the China virus.
00:42:14.000 I think he should use it as an opportunity for positives and he did kind of like he did last time.
00:42:21.000 And and obviously he has to get the point across to the the people that are going to be watching that are going, oh, did he really do this?
00:42:29.000 Well, absolutely not.
00:42:30.000 What did he do?
00:42:31.000 Nothing.
00:42:32.000 There's been nothing wrong that he has done.
00:42:34.000 And I think we've got the whole world stage and I really think it needs to be used for an opportunity to get both the message that this is a hoax and that they the great things going forward.
00:42:49.000 We've got about 45 seconds.
00:42:51.000 Walk us through.
00:42:52.000 Where should people go on this massive inventory?
00:42:54.000 So you've got this for the for the summit.

00:45:18.000 From the beginning, but questions swirl around President Biden's handling of classified documents.
00:45:24.000 Found in President Biden's garage.
00:45:26.000 Multiple classified documents.
00:45:28.000 You and the former president are both now under investigation by the Justice Department.
00:45:32.000 But they didn't indict Biden.
00:45:34.000 Instead, Biden's DOJ went after Trump.
00:45:37.000 Anything to block him from becoming president again.
00:45:39.000 Stand with President Trump against Biden's corruption.

00:46:19.000 I have Brett Stern, the wingman of Steve Stern.
00:46:24.000 But breaking news here, and we're going to try to get it and play at the six o'clock hour.
00:46:29.000 Grassley has just given a speech in the engine room of the war room.
00:46:35.000 In fact, we ought to try to track down Mike Davis also.
00:46:42.000 Breaking Grassley floor speech.
00:46:44.000 And we quote, foreign national allegedly has audio recordings, 17 of the 15 audio between
00:46:52.000 him and Hunter and two audio recordings between him and then VP Joe Biden.
00:46:57.000 Kept it as an insurance policy from Grassley, who knows how to run an investigation.
00:47:02.000 Mike Davis used to work for him.
00:47:04.000 We're trying to track down Mike for the six o'clock.
00:47:05.000 We will play this floor speech.
00:47:07.000 Now you know the timing of this.
00:47:09.000 This is why you have the timing of this.
00:47:12.000 This is, and this is why we're not going to spend a lot of time going through every perturbation
00:47:16.000 because it doesn't matter.
00:47:18.000 It just matters.
00:47:19.000 You stand with President Trump now and we're going on offense.
00:47:22.000 Okay.
00:47:23.000 We're being fed stuff all the time from what's happening on Capitol Hill.
00:47:26.000 And I'm telling you, there's high crimes and misdemeanors.
00:47:31.000 Brett Stern.
00:47:32.000 By the way, it couldn't be a more timely for the flag day commemoration that your father's
00:47:40.000 worked so hard on.
00:47:41.000 Tell me about it, Brett, because the desecration, that's what it was.
00:47:44.000 The American flag, old glory was desecrated at the White House this weekend, put in a inferior
00:47:49.000 position to the gay pride flag that was put in the middle hanging from the banner outside
00:47:55.000 on the portico of the White House.
00:47:58.000 Absolute humiliation for old glory for our beloved American flag.
00:48:04.000 And on the 14th, on Wednesday, Steve Stern, Brett, and the entire team will put together
00:48:09.000 a full day.
00:48:10.000 Brett, tell us about it.
00:48:12.000 I'm a pinch hitter tonight for my dad, but this event is going to be amazing.
00:48:16.000 It's about getting this country more patriotized.

00:49:46.000 And that's what this country is based on is entrepreneurship.
00:49:49.000 And, Steve, I want to thank you so much for always having him on and supporting us and supporting our great nation and this flag that they have.

00:50:12.000 Brett, thank you so much.
00:50:15.000 You're a pretty good pinch hitter.
00:50:17.000 I know you're very proud of your dad.
00:50:18.000 Dad is a great man.
00:50:19.000 This desecration over the weekend, we're going to set things right on Wednesday with the day after President Trump.
00:50:26.000 The situation out of Miami, it couldn't be better to have a commemoration of Flag Day.
00:50:31.000 So thank you very much.
00:50:33.000 I want to push out all of the Patriotize website of how people go. 0.96
00:50:37.000 Brett Stern, you're a damn good pinch hitter. 0.87
00:50:40.000 Thank you for joining us. 0.97
00:50:45.000 This thing is unbelievable, what they did over the weekend.
00:50:48.000 Fittin is all over them right now.
00:50:50.000 And I'm so glad that Steve Stern and Brett Stern and the whole company now is putting up this Flag Day commemoration.
00:50:55.000 Krom, we've got a bunch of Lionhearts.
00:50:59.000 They're getting ready for the second hour of the show.
00:51:01.000 How do we keep their hearts healthy, brother?
00:51:04.000 Steve, thanks so much for having me on.
00:51:07.000 By the way, I bought my flag shirt from flagshirt.com, and it's a beautiful shirt.
00:51:14.000 I'm looking forward to wearing it between now and the 4th of July and thereafter.
00:51:19.000 But I want to talk a little bit about Soul Tea.
00:51:21.000 This is a bottle right here that I'm holding.
00:51:24.000 It has 60 soft gel capsules in the bottle.
00:51:28.000 And Soul Tea is a super enriched green tea extract that we've been making the extract for 18 years.
00:51:35.000 And what we do is we take fresh green tea.
00:51:39.000 We have a fermentation process that extracts the particular molecule called theoflavin.
00:51:45.000 And we end up, instead of with a 1% concentration, which is what's normal in fresh green tea, we end up with a 22% concentration.
