Bannon's War Room - Episode 2805： Mainstream Meltdown Over Holes In Trump Document Case

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.400 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.000 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.740 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.340 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.160 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.080 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bannett

00:00:47.540 neil katyal he uh was able to stay quiet in the courtroom but uh there he is tonight the

00:00:59.120 actually the first person to speak in his defense publicly uh since the courtroom today since his

00:01:04.920 lawyers didn't say a word of defense today yeah lawrence i mean watching those excerpts from trump

00:01:11.580 tonight at ben minster i feel like i have to scrub my eyeballs and cleanse them uh i can't can't unsee

00:01:18.600 what i just saw but it was ludicrous i mean the idea that he's complaining about the presidential

00:01:24.860 records act what language in the presidential records act is he citing i mean i've i wrote one

00:01:31.240 of the authoritative memos on that act and it's just not in there i mean he's complaining that the

00:01:36.840 indictment doesn't cite the presidential records act i mean give me a break the indictment doesn't

00:01:41.400 cite the bankruptcy code of 1978 either that's because it has nothing to do with this case and

00:01:47.640 bankruptcy may have a lot to do with donald trump but not with respect of this particular indictment

00:01:52.200 and so the upshot is tonight we have a two-time indicted two-time impeached now two-time arrested

00:02:00.660 uh you know person in donald trump and of course he's entitled to the presumption of innocence but at

00:02:07.360 this point i haven't heard any defense from donald trump that i think is going to hold up i mean in

00:02:12.680 court you can't just someone send someone to the witness stand and start screaming about hillary's 1.00

00:02:18.840 email or about joe biden's garage you can't start making up mind declassification powers that don't

00:02:25.740 exist i mean these defenses may work for trump's base but they're not going to work in a court of law

00:02:31.820 i need to say that former president trump has just started uh making public remarks just as he did on

00:02:37.440 the evening of his first arraignment on criminal charges that was april when he was booked on 34

00:02:42.360 felony counts brought by the state of new york now tonight after his arraignment on federal felony

00:02:47.020 charges he's speaking again this time to an audience of his supporters that's gathered for a campaign

00:02:52.340 fundraiser tonight at his his golf club and summer home in new jersey um we knew heading into this that he

00:02:59.620 was planning to make these remarks we are prepared for his pre-fundraiser remarks tonight to again be

00:03:04.940 essentially a trump campaign speech because of that we do not intend to carry these remarks live

00:03:10.720 um as we have said before in these circumstances there is a cost to us as a news organization to

00:03:17.440 knowingly broadcast untrue things we are here to bring you the news it hurts our ability to do that

00:03:23.680 if we live broadcast what we fully expect in advance to be a litany of lies and false accusations no matter

00:03:32.060 who says them and i do not say this with any glee i hope it is clear that this is not a glib decision

00:03:38.260 we take our responsibilities seriously we revisit decisions like this all the time we make the best

00:03:43.800 call that we can in real time every time but tonight our call is this we will monitor that speech by the

00:03:50.860 newly indicted former president we will not carry his remarks live if he says anything newsworthy we

00:03:57.220 promise we will turn that right around and bring it back to you indictment versus the damage of the

00:04:01.720 allegations is proven true and it's just not even a fair way senator marco rubio's evolution

00:04:08.040 absolutely not on donald trump's access to and handling of classified documents yeah i agree it's not even

00:04:15.420 a close call uh you weigh whether uh you believe as the 11th circuit said that the foundational principle

00:04:24.000 of this country that no man is above the law and you balance that uh against whatever marco was saying

00:04:31.100 we should balance it against and that's right but you know willie i just i just you will notice

00:04:37.400 you will notice of all of the noise out there of all the ground noise nobody is saying he is innocent

00:04:49.620 nobody is saying he did not commit the crimes that will put him in jail like for over a hundred years

00:04:57.240 if convicted in all things i can't think of one person who has said this man did not do it so what

00:05:02.640 they say is but what about hillary and i mean but they had a long time to do that we had a smart 0.84

00:05:10.080 lawyer yeah we have should we i'm just a simple but no because i'm just a simple country i don't really

00:05:16.420 know the way you do things sequentially or whatever but i will tell you this willie

00:05:21.780 what is so fascinating we've got a great group oh do we really yeah what's so fast

00:05:27.900 what's so fascinating is they don't say he's innocent no they all basically say he's guilty

00:05:36.700 but what about hillary right yep 1.00

00:05:38.720 two tiers of justice right

00:05:44.500 first of all yes the obama administration under james comey twice closed the case

00:05:52.100 today we witnessed the most evil and heinous abuse of power in the history of our country

00:06:02.800 very sad thing to watch a corrupt sitting president had his top political opponent arrested on fake and

00:06:10.740 fabricated charges of which he and numerous other presidents would be guilty right in the middle of

00:06:17.580 a presidential election in which he is losing very badly

00:06:21.820 this is called election interference and yet another attempt to rig and steal a presidential election

00:06:31.580 more importantly it's a political persecution like something straight out of a fascist or communist nation

00:06:39.600 this day will go down in infamy and joe biden will forever be remembered as not only the most corrupt

00:06:46.360 president in the history of our country but perhaps even more importantly the president who together with 0.83

00:06:53.120 a band of his closest thugs misfits and marxists tried to destroy american democracy 1.00

00:06:59.440 wednesday 14 june year of the lord 2023 it's flag day we're gonna come back and get into the flag day 0.59

00:07:11.120 commemoration that will offset that desecration that took place by the biden regime on saturday

00:07:16.940 at the at the white house more about that in a second rachel mattis says oh but msnbc we would

00:07:22.440 never we could never have anybody on here to lie we had to make a tough decision uh shifty shift

00:07:27.200 there'll be a vote on the house floor 230 today going to try to get dc drain on here 0.89

00:07:32.260 anna polina luna's resolution expulsion and and finding a shift comes to the house floor 0.80

00:07:38.380 uh congressman massey's already said he's not going to vote for it thinks it's unconstitutional

00:07:42.940 202-225-3121 went to man the ramparts uh house and a house uh homeland security i think my york

00:07:52.060 is today about an investigation there's a lot going on we're going to get you a lot of actionable

00:07:56.640 information because you're moving the needle but we have requested the presence of donald trump

00:08:02.280 jr here to put this into the perspective stephen collinson the smartest guy over at cnn

00:08:07.740 has a quite brilliant piece as the lead story in cnn that really talks about the stakes here this is

00:08:13.480 you can't bridge this gap you can't negotiate this away one side is going to win this argument

00:08:18.580 and one side is going to lose uh and the argument is yes yesterday by the way the reason

00:08:24.080 they're melting down about the presidential uh elected elected uh presidential records act is

00:08:29.100 that president trump had full authority of that watch our lips not only is he innocent

00:08:35.080 he's beyond innocent we're not doing what about isn't about hillary clinton

00:08:39.400 we're focused on offense right with marco polo and these other groups are focused on offense

00:08:46.220 on uh the traitorous and treasonous activities of joe biden in the biden crime family to sell our nation

00:08:53.220 out to the chinese communist party and others for money cash money donald trump jr uh joins us uh don

00:09:01.980 jr put this in perspective for our audience what do we have here what is this all about

00:09:06.880 well listen i think actually what it's all about is what tucker actually said last night

00:09:12.060 uh which is that the one thing you're not allowed to do in washington dc is stop the forever wars that

00:09:18.500 seem to get everyone so rich you're not allowed to go up against china that the billionaire donor 0.92

00:09:24.060 class from both sides benefits so much from you're not allowed to call out those kinds of things

00:09:28.640 you can do a lot you can say a lot but when you actually start putting that into action that's where

00:09:35.640 they draw the line and the uni party takes over uh that's the unforgivable offense uh that has

00:09:41.500 culminated in seven years of trying to destroy uh my father for doing what's right for the american

00:09:46.500 people for putting america first uh and you know i mean we are witnessing the end of the republic if

00:09:52.780 this is allowed to go through uh this is the stuff that we've seen come out of the communist and

00:09:59.140 socialist regimes and dictatorships around the world these are the kinds of things that if they were going

00:10:04.920 on in other countries uh america would be talking about doing an invasion and getting into another war

00:10:10.300 to prevent it from happening and yet it's happening right here in our backyard steve

00:10:14.020 with your father's campaign and this is why we are saying that the primaries over the kibler elves

00:10:21.500 uh are totally and completely irrelevant and now instead of being a nuisance they're going to cause

00:10:28.060 problems because they're diverting attention away from this what is your recommendation what is your

00:10:32.380 action plan uh what do you think we ought to be focused on on action uh going forward because i think

00:10:38.880 you tucker others have have definitely laid out what the case is uh what do we do about it now sir

00:10:45.020 listen i think we have to get everyone being very vocal about this i think that every dollar spent to

00:10:50.780 help someone that's polling at 0.2 percent right now is a dollar that we don't have to go up against

00:10:56.680 the regime machine uh it's a dollar that we don't have to fund the ballot harvesting operations that

00:11:02.660 we're going to need to have to win uh and that's why some of these people are going to stay in the

00:11:07.660 race again their consultants their donors they don't want donald trump to win and these are the

00:11:13.660 republicans that we're up against but they're okay to be in there to drain the coffers to make sure we

00:11:20.620 are ill-equipped to fight the battle from the democrats whether you know the soros funded billions

00:11:26.700 that are going to go in to harvest ballots in the inner cities where there's going to be people you know

00:11:32.240 giving ballots that have no idea who's even on the ballot those are going to be votes counted for an

00:11:37.300 incompetent leader like joe biden bringing us to the brink of world war three bringing us to economic

00:11:43.020 ruin ceding to china you know we're going to be up against a lot like it's not that oh americans see 0.94

00:11:49.060 it their eyes are opened people have no idea what's actually going on and every dollar spent to drag out

00:11:55.860 this ridiculous primary to give someone a you know a chance at a msdnc contributorship as the

00:12:02.640 the republican voice uh is is a dollar wasted uh it's a dollar that's going to go towards destroying

00:12:10.380 the future of our country and all of the values and beliefs that we so truly believe in steve

00:12:15.240 don jr the brachel maddow said the quiet part out loud the other day on when the the indictment was

00:12:21.940 announced on uh lawrence o'donnell that she said oh one of the strategies here if if trump would quit

00:12:27.400 and go home and go away that all this would drop uh do you believe that that's their core thing that

00:12:32.620 this is all to stop donald trump in the trump movement all this whether it's in new york city

00:12:37.440 atlanta georgia coming from these uh the jack smith that this is all about stopping trump politically

00:12:43.440 100 again you know republicans have said some of the things that trump was saying uh for decades

00:12:50.300 they just haven't acted on them they just actually haven't gotten them accomplished if you look at

00:12:55.520 trump's record of success and you look at all of a sudden the people on the republican side who

00:13:00.280 believed at least in words all of those things that then turned against him that wouldn't go forward

00:13:06.480 with it right paul you know the wall was very popular it elected the people but paul ryan wasn't

00:13:10.820 going to bring that to the vote in the house so you could have the house you could have the senate you

00:13:14.520 could have the presidency and still not get those things done there's a difference between talk and

00:13:20.520 action and the american people saw that trump was about action but so did the deep state

00:13:25.120 so did the unit party so did permanent washington dc and that was what was unforgivable again we see it

00:13:31.940 from all of these guys they can talk they can talk and in the end they do nothing uh so that's what this

00:13:36.740 is all about you see them talking well we're not going to cover his speech because it it's just a

00:13:42.340 campaign contribution you're not going to cover a the leading leader of the political

00:13:48.280 dissident party to the leadership uh being thrown in jail by said leadership like are we really doing

00:13:55.020 this we're we're going to pretend that that doesn't matter you see you know joe biden essentially saying

00:14:00.720 we're not going to comment on this and you know of course the media will go right in line oh they

00:14:05.160 they must have nothing to do with jailing their political opponents if they're not going to talk about

00:14:10.700 it steve i mean they're obviously uh big believers and firm believers in democracy and the republic

00:14:16.800 uh it's all one big game to them it's all nonsense and donald trump's the only threat

00:14:24.820 uh again to permanent washington dc that's why both sides are going after him the way that they are

00:14:32.140 don jr how did they get to your podcast how did they get to your aggregation site

00:14:37.920 uh you you can check me out on rumble uh i'm live uh mondays and thursdays at 6 p.m that stuff's up

00:15:00.880 itself to be pushed into appeasing the administration and raising the debt ceiling for the 79th time paving

00:15:07.900 the way for continued reckless spending and further devaluation of the u.s dollar as our national debt

00:17:29.800 We want our kids just to be kids running around and, hey, eating too much sugar.

00:17:37.420 To laugh with the friends that we wish we saw more often.

00:17:41.760 To find solace in the arms of people who see us for who we are.

00:17:47.020 To celebrate the beauty and the resilience of this community.

00:17:52.620 On the exposure incident on the South Lawn, having received the statement that the White House believes that was inappropriate,

00:17:59.800 disrespectful, is there going to be a greater effort in the future to communicate a code of conduct for White House guests?

00:18:06.620 Look, as you mentioned, the statement that we put out, you heard from us earlier today, the behavior was simply unacceptable.

00:18:15.060 We've been very clear about that.

00:18:16.480 It was unfair to the hundreds of attendees who were there to celebrate their families.

00:18:23.020 So, you know, we're going to continue to be clear on that.

00:18:27.380 And that type of behavior is, as I said, unacceptable.

00:18:31.860 It's not appropriate.

00:18:32.680 It's disrespectful.

00:18:34.020 And let's not – it really does not reflect the event that we hosted to celebrate the LGBTQ plus families.

00:18:40.820 Okay, okay.

00:18:41.400 Everything you did, everything you did was beyond disrespectful.

00:18:44.900 It was a desecration.

00:18:46.420 If we can get up the still shot of – if Denver can put up the still, put up the still of the old glory, and we're going to go momentarily to the Flag Day commemoration in a moment.

00:19:03.360 We've got D.C. Drano.

00:19:04.700 We've got a lot going on.

00:19:05.700 I want to thank Don Jr. for changing his schedule around to join us and put it in perspective.

00:19:09.240 But this is about actionable items, and it's about information that's actionable.

00:19:19.100 That flag in the middle, we've got – oh, that's the Democratic Party flag.

00:19:23.980 This whatever, this progressive LGBTQ plus, that flag in the – that's their flag.

00:19:29.940 That's the banner.

00:19:30.720 That's their standard.

00:19:31.840 Fine.

00:19:32.140 You're – you're – you're – you're – you're – you know, make those decisions.

00:19:38.120 But you're going to have to defend that.

00:19:39.680 And Jean-Pierre caught out – the whole thing was a desecration.

00:19:43.680 The entire thing was a desecration.

00:19:45.280 And Joe Biden to sit there and say the bravest people I've ever met on the grounds of the White House in front of the American flag.

00:19:55.120 You know, it was happening 79 years ago.

00:19:59.300 And let me know when D.C. Drano's ready.

00:20:01.320 He's good.

00:20:02.200 He's good?

00:20:02.700 Okay, I'm going to go to D.C. Drano's second.

00:20:04.280 We'll go to Flynn and the flag.

00:20:06.140 79 years ago in Normandy, courageous, dedicated, patriotic young men were being thrown into the charnel house of the Battle of Normandy that were not well-trained.

00:20:25.400 They weren't.

00:20:26.260 There was so much focus on just getting across the beach and taking the beach and getting a beachhead that they didn't spend a lot of time, virtually no time, training for the rest of the battle.

00:20:41.220 This is why a lot of people don't talk about the Battle of Normandy.

00:20:44.140 We're going to cover it.

00:20:46.060 In fact, we have Congressman Colonel Keith Self on this afternoon talk about the victory yesterday on the pistol brace, but also talk about this.

00:20:56.640 Those are the bravest people you ever met.

00:20:59.260 Those are the bravest that gave it all for old glory, not this freak show.

00:21:05.160 This is why – this is not negotiable.

00:21:08.880 That's what they believe?

00:21:09.780 Fine.

00:21:11.280 This is what we believe?

00:21:12.780 Hey, one side is going to win and one side is going to lose.

00:21:16.180 Rachel Maddow – talk about Rachel Maddow would not cover – they would not cover one second of President Trump's speech last night from Bedminster.

00:21:22.820 We told you all day it was the most important event of the day.

00:21:24.800 And what her justification was – her justification, we can't put out knowing falsehoods.

00:21:30.020 He's just going to put out falsehoods.

00:21:31.400 We can't do that as a news organization.

00:21:33.900 Rachel Maddow was the person that platformed Shifty Shift every second of every day during the whole nullification project of the Russia hoax. 1.00

00:21:44.820 Every day, Shift would come out, look the American people in the eye and say,

00:21:49.360 I just came out of a skiff and I can't give you the specific details, but I have seen absolute proof of Russian collusion, absolute hardcore proof of Russian collusion, all a lie.

00:22:01.860 Hey, and I got a legal bill from the Moeller Commission in House Intel.

00:22:06.920 I spent 16 hours getting a proctology exam by Shifty Shift, okay, and the traitor Swalwell, right?

00:22:15.740 I got the battle scars to prove that.

00:22:18.480 They got nothing, zero.

00:22:20.440 She gave a platform to her stone-cold liar, and it takes a freshman, APL, Anna Polina Luna, to hold him to account.

00:22:32.000 And today's the day is going to be held to account.

00:22:33.980 D.C. Drano joins us, sir.

00:22:36.540 Why is this – why are we even whipping this vote in the – I'm confused, D.C. Drano, so you've got to help me out here.

00:22:42.560 I thought this would be a –

00:22:43.740 Why are we even having a – why are we whipping this vote?

00:22:47.480 This is a slam dunk, is it not, sir?

00:22:50.100 It's an absolute slam dunk.

00:22:51.740 I don't know why anyone's even hesitating on this.

00:22:54.800 This is a guy that for years tormented the American people with this farce.

00:23:01.300 And now we found out after the Durham report that they were illegally spying on the U.S. president.

00:23:08.100 The FBI, the DOJ, the CIA, they were all involved.

00:23:12.100 Adam Schiff knew it was a farce.

00:23:14.700 He weaponized his position to bog down the government to go after President Trump.

00:23:22.220 He needs to be held accountable.

00:23:24.000 And what I'm hearing, which is boggling my mind, is that there are House Republicans that we fought like hell to put in there and stop this stuff who are wavering on their commitment to hold him accountable.

00:23:35.180 They are scared to even censure Adam Schiff.

00:23:38.280 Never mind fine him.

00:23:39.520 And it just boggles my mind.

00:23:40.760 It shows how deep the swamp is, and it's just frustrating as a voter.

00:23:46.680 No, it shows you how deep the gutlessness is.

00:23:50.360 It takes moral courage to do this vote, but that should be easy for these guys.

00:23:56.200 So you're telling me right now, by the way, the number is 202-225-3121.

00:24:01.660 Light them up today and say you must vote for Anna Paulina Luna's resolution.

00:24:08.320 This is what I'm saying.

00:24:10.800 What are their arguments against this?

00:24:12.920 This is black and white.

00:24:14.460 He lied for years.

00:24:16.540 He lied.

00:24:17.280 This wasn't a misinterpretation of evidence.

00:24:19.800 This wasn't reading something classified.

00:24:22.780 He would go into the skiff and he would come out as House of Intel and say, 0.72

00:24:26.640 I can't give you the details, but I have seen inconvertible truth and facts that Donald Trump is a puppet of Putin and a puppet of the Russian government. 0.94

00:24:35.900 Stone-cold lies, D.C. Drano.

00:24:38.320 So to my knowledge, the leader of the resistance is actually Representative Thomas Massey, who put out a tweet this morning saying that he's objecting to this vote on two grounds,

00:24:48.900 the Eighth Amendment to the Constitution and the 27th Amendment.

00:24:52.800 The Eighth Amendment protects against unreasonable fines and punishments, cruel and unusual punishments.

00:24:58.000 There is a $16 million fine in this bill for Adam Schiff, who was the House Intel chairman, and that investigation costs over $32 million.

00:25:08.300 Representative Anna Paulina's justification is that he should pay for at least half of these wasted tax dollars that were spent on Russian collusion.

00:25:14.820 And then Thomas Massey also thinks the 27th Amendment, which prohibits increasing or decreasing a congressional salary during that term, right?

00:25:25.400 So this was kind of put in place that Congress couldn't just jack up their payments.

00:25:30.500 They have to do it for the incoming House.

00:25:32.940 And he is saying, well, I'm currently in litigation against Nancy Pelosi because she fined me for not wearing a mask.

00:25:39.480 I think this is kind of the same thing.

00:25:41.720 It's different on multiple grounds.

00:25:44.060 First off, this is not a congressional salary.

00:25:46.260 The House Ethics Committee issues fines, sometimes tens, hundreds of thousands of dollars against members of Congress all the time.

00:25:54.440 I'd say illegally spying on a U.S. president while he's in the Oval Office is worthy of the biggest fine of all time.

00:26:02.160 That's just me.

00:26:02.980 And then to say that, you know, you know, this is so he can pay this in the resolution, give Representative Paulina Luna a lot of credit.

00:26:14.880 She worked with House Legal.

00:26:17.100 And this is not just a personal fine.

00:26:19.480 They can actually pay this with campaign funds.

00:26:21.360 So this is a little different than just his salary.

00:26:23.440 So it gets around that.

00:26:25.440 And, you know, this is just a referral to the House Ethics Committee.

00:26:29.100 This isn't this isn't.

00:26:31.480 Sorry, I just got an incoming call.

00:26:33.160 This isn't, you know, an automatic fine that he has to pay.

00:26:36.320 So we're referring him to the House Ethics Committee to get censured for what he did, which is unprecedented.

00:26:40.820 They just indicted the leading candidate for the 2024 election yesterday.

00:26:45.540 And we have Republicans in the House who will not even censure someone that illegally spied on a U.S. president.

00:26:51.380 It's just insane to me.

00:26:55.540 D.C. Drano, what is your social media coordinates?

00:26:58.160 How do people follow you on this?

00:27:00.960 D.C. underscore Drano.

00:27:02.820 I'm going to be publicizing names, phone numbers today.

00:27:07.280 The vote is at 2.30 p.m.

00:27:08.820 We aren't letting this go.

00:27:10.460 I would love for the War Room Posse to get involved, put some heat on these guys to do the right thing.

00:27:15.580 We need to hit back after what they did to us yesterday.

00:27:20.160 No doubt, sir.

00:27:21.240 Every day, every day in every way.

00:27:23.220 Thank you, D.C. Drano.

00:27:24.400 Well, make sure D.C. Drano, make sure Moe and Captain Bannon and Grace, if you can push D.C. Drano's.

00:27:30.760 I want to make sure we name names.

00:27:32.720 We already got Massey. 1.00

00:27:34.280 202-225-3121.

00:27:36.500 Call right now.

00:27:37.320 Tell your representative to support and vote yes with Anna Polina Luna.

00:27:42.240 D.C. Drano, thank you very much.

00:27:43.580 Honored to have you on here, brother.

00:27:45.220 Thank you.

00:27:45.700 An honor to be on.

00:27:48.120 Thanks.

00:27:48.580 What a start for a day.

00:27:49.820 Don Jr. and D.C. Drano.

00:27:51.280 Talk about two people that like to mix it up.

00:27:55.860 No back down in that group.

00:27:57.900 Okay, we got a lot of work to do and catching up.

00:28:02.400 We got Jan and Benzman together in a massive illegal alien city in the United States of America that the Biden regime is nurturing.

00:28:13.440 Down in Texas, beloved Texas.

00:28:16.380 We got a lot to go through.

00:28:17.720 We're going to chop a lot of wood between now and noon.

00:28:20.120 Strap in.

00:28:20.960 Get ready.

00:28:21.740 Next.

00:28:28.420 When's the last time you checked the legal title to your home?

00:28:31.080 Why?

00:28:32.080 Because most victims of home title theft don't know they're a victim until it's too late.

00:28:38.240 Like this homeowner.

00:28:39.900 She pulled onto her street and saw a bulldozer demolishing her home.

00:28:44.320 Her lifelong home was being torn down right before her eyes.

00:28:47.560 She was the victim of a devastating crime called home title theft.

00:28:51.220 A criminal had forged his way onto the deed to her home and sold it.

00:28:56.020 Now the new owner was tearing it down for a rebuild.

00:28:58.680 This is why I say if you own a home or property, get home title lock.

00:29:04.580 Your home, your property, and the equity in it are your most valuable assets.

00:29:09.300 It's estimated that 89% of the net worth of the average American is tied up in their home equity.

00:29:16.160 And home title lock helps you protect them.

00:29:18.480 Home title lock puts a 24-7, 365-day-a-year shield around your home's title.

00:29:24.880 The instant they detect activity or tampering, they help shut it down fast.

00:29:29.960 First things first, you need to verify you aren't already the victim of home title theft.

00:29:59.080 Do it today.

00:30:00.040 Use your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:30:02.400 The reason we see a border in crisis and chaos is simple.

00:30:08.080 The Biden administration has dismantled all of the proven and effective policies put in place under the last administration.

00:30:14.080 That includes well-known policies like the Remain of Mexico and the Asylum Cooperative Agreements with the Northern Triangle.

00:30:19.740 But it also includes more than two dozen lesser-known but effective policies, such as a third-country transit asylum bar, a humanitarian asylum review process, a prompt asylum claim review, a regulation to end fake families in the cruel recycling of migrant shelter.

00:30:35.420 This is a live hearing of Homeland Security about my Yorkers.

00:30:39.520 We're going to continue with it.

00:30:40.520 Bring Todd Benzman in a moment.

00:30:42.720 Expedited removal.

00:30:44.440 Ending nationwide catch and release.

00:30:46.560 Maxing out ICE detention capacity.

00:30:49.740 And exceeding annual deportation targets.

00:30:52.220 And the list goes on.

00:30:54.020 And every one of those have been torn down.

00:30:57.240 By comparison, this administration has embraced ineffective and unlawful policies that have made American communities dangerous and have enriched the Mexican cartels.

00:31:06.140 These policies include a nationwide catch and release scheme that incentivizes millions and millions of other illegal aliens to enter illegally.

00:31:14.120 A 100-day deportation freeze for all illegal aliens, including criminals.

00:31:17.900 Releasing illegal aliens on an honor system to self-report to ICE field offices.

00:31:23.620 Exempting 99% of illegal aliens from deportation.

00:31:27.060 The lowest level of ICE detention capacity.

00:31:29.140 Lowest deportations in modern history.

00:31:31.540 Terminating remaining Mexico. 0.86

00:31:33.460 And fully exempting children from Title 42.

00:31:35.420 This is dangerous and this is an inhumane approach that need not occur.

00:31:42.000 The laws did not change between administrations, just the decision by this one not to follow the laws.

00:31:47.240 The reasons cited here and others I'm happy to discuss, it is my professional opinion that this administration is derelict in its duty to faithfully execute the laws as written and protect American communities.

00:31:56.480 Thank you, and I look forward to your questions.

00:32:01.300 I now recognize Mr. Edlow for five minutes to summarize his opening statement.

00:32:06.060 Thank you, Chairman Green, Ranking Member Thompson, and distinguished members of this committee.

00:32:10.240 I appreciate the opportunity to present testimony today regarding the continuing threats to the integrity of our immigration system caused by the Secretary and the Department of Homeland Security's willful disregard of our country's immigration laws.

00:32:23.000 The Biden administration, through the Secretary, has seen fit to ignore the law, instead favoring poorly conceived and poorly executed policy decisions.

00:32:32.580 Actions through executive orders, departmental memos, and rules lay waste to the INA and congressional intent.

00:32:38.120 It has eroded our immigration system and propelled the crisis to current levels.

00:32:42.880 As the Chairman said, Section 102 of the INA charges the Secretary of Homeland Security with administration and enforcement of the Act,

00:32:50.240 and further vests in the Secretary the power and duty to control and guard the boundaries and borders of the United States against the illegal entry of aliens.

00:32:57.860 The massive number of encounters recorded by CBP and the small number of alien removals by ICE, however,

00:33:03.920 suggest that this Secretary has failed to faithfully execute the laws entrusted to him.

00:33:08.120 Since day one of the administration, the Department has taken aggressive action to undermine immigration enforcement.

00:33:15.420 Nowhere is that clearer than Secretary Mayorkas' September 30, 2021 memorandum outlining the appropriate instances in which DHS was authorized to take action against aliens,

00:33:27.140 either unlawfully present or unlawfully present but removable.

00:33:30.860 Specifically, Secretary Mayorkas outlined three main buckets for removal.

00:33:35.840 Threats to national security, threats to public safety, and threats to border security.

00:33:40.060 While in theory this would seem to encompass many aliens, in reality the numerous carve-outs, loose definitions, and required factors for consideration

00:33:47.480 made it nearly impossible for ICE to move forward with most enforcement actions.

00:33:51.860 These poorly defined categories gave even some of the most serious of criminal aliens a free pass in the interest of equity.

00:33:58.740 Let me be clear.

00:34:00.080 There is a time and a place for prosecutorial discretion which has been recognized by the Supreme Court.

00:34:05.020 However, memos targeted at whole groups and not on a case-by-case basis do not comply with contours of such discretion.

00:34:14.520 Categorical prosecutorial discretion is not discretion at all.

00:34:18.680 It is instead an effort to undermine the enforcement mechanisms clearly found in the law.

00:34:22.900 The Department's failure to enforce the full INA in the name of prioritization and discretion is a dereliction of duty.

00:34:29.600 The rampant parole abuse that we now witness is exactly why Congress saw fit to change the law in 1996.

00:34:35.640 Replacing emergent reasons or for reasons deemed strictly in the public interest with,

00:34:40.320 on a case-by-case basis for humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit,

00:34:45.060 Congress signaled its intention to clamp down on the process.

00:34:47.560 It specifically wanted to guard against ad hoc programs meant to supplement existing immigration programs.

00:34:55.220 Regardless of the plain language as it currently stands, parole has become a favorite tool of the administration.

00:35:01.040 While first used as an alternative to detention,

00:35:03.640 parole programs have subsequently played a large role in artificially decreasing border numbers.

00:35:08.460 The expanded categorical parole programs for nationals of Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Haiti are wholly unlawful.

00:35:15.560 While certainly the previous administration utilized programs,

00:35:19.160 the number of parolees were a small fraction compared to what we have seen on a monthly basis over the past two and a half years.

00:35:26.800 I would be remiss if I did not mention the Department's regulatory agenda,

00:35:30.580 which seeks to upend the credible fear process in the name of orderly processing.

00:35:34.760 Starting with the presumption that every economic migrant is entitled to protection,

00:35:38.360 in 2022, DHS issued an interim final rule on credible fear screening.

00:35:42.660 Under the new process, a positive credible fear determination by an asylum officer

00:35:48.040 will lead to a non-adversarial asylum interview before another DHS asylum officer.

00:35:53.380 This impermissibly changes the process and undermines congressional action

00:35:57.420 by shifting adjudication authority from DOJ to DHS.

00:36:01.580 Even more concerning, written summary of the original credible fear interview

00:36:05.140 now doubles as an alien's asylum application,

00:36:08.220 rendering moot the requirement that an alien file one at all.

00:36:11.300 This shifts the burden to present and prepare a meritorious claim for protection.

00:36:15.980 While this does not ensure an asylum grant,

00:36:18.300 it certainly provides a path for fraud and renders certain anti-asylum fraud measures moot.

00:36:24.240 A second final rule issued last month appears to be tough on illegal border crossers,

00:36:28.760 making them ineligible for asylum.

00:36:30.660 However, the number of exceptions and the easily rebuttable presumptions belie its stated purpose.

00:36:35.800 This rule will have the opposite effect, as it will ultimately incentivize aliens 1.00

00:36:40.140 to make the dangerous trek northward with families in tow.

00:36:43.880 Mr. Chairman, we would not be sitting here today if the secretary and the department

00:36:47.220 simply enforced the law as written.

00:36:50.060 Instead, the department has, in an effort to remove barriers and to create a subjectively orderly system,

00:36:55.740 conflated law and policy, and ensured that when the two were in conflict, that policy won the day.

00:37:02.100 A return to the rule of law is the only cure at this point,

00:37:04.880 and it is incumbent upon Congress to use its oversight and lawmaking authority

00:37:08.380 to repair the damage done by the department.

00:37:10.940 Thank you, and I look forward to your questions.

00:37:12.340 Thank you, Mr. Edlow.

00:37:14.500 I now recognize Mr. Scott for five minutes to summarize his opening statement.

00:37:19.260 Chairman Green, Ranking Member Thompson, members of the committee,

00:37:22.980 thank you for letting me testify here today.

00:37:25.280 The career professionals at DHS, and specifically Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Border Patrol,

00:37:29.720 deserve our praise and appreciation.

00:37:30.560 We're going to come back.

00:37:31.740 We're going to come back.

00:37:32.800 We're going to come back.

00:37:33.920 We're going to come back to that in a moment.

00:37:36.680 That's a live hearing.

00:37:37.760 Let's bring in Todd Bensman.

00:37:39.060 Todd, you're on special assignment down in the Houston area.

00:37:41.940 But tell me, what are we listening to right there?

00:37:45.460 Because it's quite powerful.

00:37:46.620 I believe this is the start of the formal investigation into Mayorkas that will lead to his impeachment.

00:37:51.900 But walk me through what you're hearing.

00:37:53.760 What you're hearing there is a very appropriate and accurate description of policies

00:38:00.420 that an executive branch undertook for the first time in U.S. history

00:38:06.700 that caused the greatest mass migration crisis in the history of the country, broke every single record.

00:38:14.440 That was a very accurate, albeit partial description of the policies and the attitude and the shell game processes that they put in place

00:38:30.020 in order to just bring in as many people, foreign nationals as possible into the country.

00:38:35.920 From everything I heard right there, it was very accurate.

00:38:39.260 And I hope that, you know, you bring back that hearing.

00:38:43.280 We need to have more hearings like that. 1.00

00:38:45.460 We're having one.

00:38:46.400 We're having plenty.

00:38:48.420 Yeah.

00:38:48.540 But tell me, when you say partial, give me the parts that were not hit.

00:38:56.360 Well, I think CBP won the use of humanitarian parole.

00:39:01.280 He touched on it there.

00:39:03.280 The abuse, the mass abuse of humanitarian parole just needs a little bit more description.

00:39:09.200 The administration is relying on complexity to hide what it's doing.

00:39:13.860 These policies are probably the biggest secret in American government.

00:39:19.300 People do not understand how they're hiding the ball.

00:39:25.220 And what I mean by CBP won is that, you know, they are processing, they're handing out entry permits

00:39:30.840 to tens of thousands of foreign nationals in Mexico and beyond and bringing them over the bridges

00:39:38.580 and bringing them over ports of entry and flying them from foreign airports into U.S. airports.

00:39:45.560 All of that has to be described in greater detail.

00:39:50.000 I've advocated that they have at least one full hearing about CBP-1 and its mass abuse

00:39:58.440 and hiding what they're doing from the American public.

00:40:03.060 It has to be excavated out.

00:40:04.700 Now, just remember, for the traitors, the 149 that voted for the debt ceiling, right, 0.66

00:40:12.880 they voted to fully fund all this.

00:40:15.760 I don't want to hear the happy talk on appropriations and going back to 22.

00:40:19.560 The woke and weaponized itself is still in there.

00:40:22.580 Your tax dollars, your hardworking Americans right now on the way to work, at work,

00:40:29.800 are coming back from work if you've got the overnight shift or if you're trucking across the country.

00:40:37.000 Remember, your money is paying for your own destruction, paying for your children's destruction,

00:40:42.760 paying for your grandchildren's destruction.

00:40:45.060 They're paying you.

00:40:46.860 They're taking your money because they're giving them the tickets in here.

00:40:50.480 They're flying them into the country.

00:40:51.620 They're giving them the food stamp cards, the cell phones, all of it.

00:40:57.300 You got that.

00:40:57.920 They get full medical care.

00:40:58.980 You got that.

00:40:59.700 No, you don't have that.

00:41:00.860 That's what they're doing.

00:41:03.180 Todd, you're on special assignment right now.

00:41:05.400 Tell us, we're going to have Jan on this afternoon.

00:41:07.660 He's been on night patrol, but you guys are down there on a tag team.

00:41:12.500 Tell me where you are.

00:41:13.880 Are you in Mexico, sir?

00:41:15.080 Are you in Mexico or are you in the United States of America?

00:41:18.380 I mean, I might as well be in Mexico.

00:41:20.100 I'm about 45 miles northeast of Houston in a county of Texas called Liberty, Liberty County,

00:41:28.940 which is the site of the largest city of illegal immigrants in the United States.

00:41:37.100 Probably between 75,000 and 100,000 illegal immigrants are settling in this county right here,

00:41:45.760 sight unseen.

00:41:46.580 The area is called Colony Ridge.

00:41:52.260 You can look it up.

00:41:53.340 My book, Overrun, dedicates an entire chapter, the final chapter to this community.

00:41:58.700 And I came out here because there is a vast expansion underway.

00:42:04.500 Government officials are saying that the developer here has purchased another 35,000 acres.

00:42:12.320 Already there's at least 40 square miles of this illegal alien settlement here.

00:42:18.180 We had our drones up yesterday just showing just, I mean, it had to have been thousands and thousands of acres of clear-cut forest still being bulldozed.

00:42:31.060 I've given you guys the video.

00:42:32.640 Maybe you can play it or put it up on the site of what this looks like, just how vast this is.

00:42:37.840 And I believe that this warrants its own hearing because it's not just who's coming over the border.

00:42:44.200 It's what they're doing once they're here, how we are, what we're dealing with on the interior.

00:42:50.660 Hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:42:53.820 We're going to get to this.

00:42:54.700 We're going to hold you to another block.

00:42:55.680 And I know you've got responsibilities starting at 11.

00:42:58.580 This is a city of 75,000 to 100,000 illegal aliens.

00:43:03.160 Your government.

00:43:03.680 But where's the state of Texas, too?

00:43:05.640 Where's Abbott, right?

00:43:07.560 They removed Paxton because Paxton was on top of this.

00:43:10.760 Where are the local officials?

00:43:12.980 We have a city of 100,000 illegal aliens.

00:43:15.260 They just bought 35,000 acres to bring in more in the state of Texas.

00:43:20.980 And you don't think they're using this to turn Texas blue?

00:43:24.080 This is an outrage.

00:43:26.360 And it's an outrage at every level.

00:43:27.900 Todd Benzman is going to join us after the break, give us more details.

00:43:32.260 Michael Yahn will be on this afternoon.

00:43:33.860 He was on night patrol about this because it's crime infested.

00:43:38.360 And it's human trafficking infested.

00:43:41.220 All next in the war room.

00:43:45.260 Because we're taking down the CCP.

00:43:49.180 Spread the word all through Hong Kong.

00:43:51.540 We will fight till they're all gone.

00:43:54.220 We rejoice when there's no more. 0.95

00:46:24.380 We're going to dip into the flag, the commemoration for Flag Day to honor old glory.

00:46:29.760 But I got Benzman's going to hold for a second.

00:46:32.060 He's down in Houston at this sanctuary.

00:46:34.540 It's a Brianna sanctuary city.

00:46:35.680 It's a no-go zone.

00:46:37.360 100,000 illegal aliens.

00:46:39.080 Buy your government.

00:46:39.860 State of Texas doing nothing.

00:46:41.940 Let me get Mike Lindell.

00:46:43.000 Mike Lindell is on the courthouse steps of a federal court.

00:46:46.040 Mike, what do you got for us?

00:46:47.060 I'm actually inside the courthouse.

00:46:49.740 I just stepped out of the courtroom, Steve.

00:46:51.520 I don't know if this is legal or not, but we'll give it a shot.

00:46:54.920 This is the 8th District Court of Appeals, everybody.

00:46:57.980 And this is about my cell phone and our First Amendment rights.

00:47:01.300 This appeal presents an important First Amendment issue.

00:47:04.420 The government may not retaliate against individuals who bring to the public attention a matter as vital as unlawful interference in our elections.

00:47:13.900 The actions by the government against me clearly intended to punish me for discovering illegal activity

00:47:19.800 and the efforts by the Secretary of State of Colorado to destroy evidence of that illegal activity.

00:47:26.100 And then they wanted to deter me and others for continuing to let the public know of illegal activities.

00:47:32.320 Steve, we really need to win this appeal today because it's not just about my phone.

00:47:37.320 It's about protecting our rights so we don't get our doors bashed in by the FBI

00:47:41.540 and we don't get our devices taken away to cover up crimes.

00:47:45.780 The biggest crime this country's ever seen and the biggest cover-up this country's ever seen.

00:47:53.700 Mike, honored, can we commit to you?

00:47:56.780 Can you commit to us when you come out on the – when you finish this this afternoon, you'll come back on the afternoon show?

00:48:01.400 I sure will. I better get back in there before I get in trouble, Steve.

00:48:07.400 Okay, Mike. Mike Lindell reporting from – laying out his case from the Federal Appeals Court up there in Minneapolis, I think.

00:48:14.420 Okay, Mike, thank you very much. Don't do anything illegal there.

00:48:20.520 Only Mike Lindell. Trump one day, Lindell the next.

00:48:23.340 Look, they're coming for everybody, so you understand that.

00:48:27.880 And here's the thing. I want to go back to Benzman.

00:48:29.740 There's a hearing going on right now about beginning the process on the impeachment of Mayorkas.

00:48:34.620 That's what this testimony is today, about a fundamental investigation about his impeachment.

00:48:38.940 You're hearing tremendous testimony.

00:48:41.060 In fact, if we can get ready, maybe I'll dip back into that.

00:48:43.400 But, Benzman, I want you to explain, because we've got to make this place famous.

00:48:49.840 There's 100,000, 75,000 to 100,000 illegal aliens right now in one area of Houston, Texas.

00:48:57.040 Remember when O'Keefe broke the story, had the government whistleblower that talked about Houston and talked about the 80 –

00:49:03.920 I think they had 80 houses there where they were hiding the kids, stashing the kids?

00:49:10.060 This is where the human trafficking takes place.

00:49:12.500 And this is a no-go zone, you're telling me, Benzman, for police.

00:49:15.840 Authorities won't go in there. It kind of runs itself.

00:49:19.620 That's right. I regard this as the ultimate sanctuary city.

00:49:23.600 When I interview the illegal immigrants who live here, one of the attributes of this place, in addition to the fact that they're allowed to buy land, you know, direct from the developer, is that ICE doesn't bother them here.

00:49:38.440 The cops don't bother them here.

00:49:39.820 They can live peacefully without having to look over their shoulders.

00:49:43.860 They can, you know, work illegally in the underground black market, labor market.

00:49:50.280 It's a big attribute.

00:49:51.880 And that's one of the reasons, as well as the land purchase prospect for them, that so many are coming here.

00:49:59.660 This area really ballooned.

00:50:03.500 It boomed starting about five or six years ago.

00:50:06.500 But it has really gathered steam.

00:50:09.380 It is absolutely booming like I've never seen it.

00:50:12.020 I was here a year ago reporting for my book.

00:50:15.260 And I came back yesterday, put the drones up, and it is just this vast expanse of cleared land.

00:50:22.240 I mean, the immigrants coming over the border now are going to live here. 1.00

00:50:27.100 They're going to end up living here.

00:50:28.240 Many thousands of them are going to be living here.

00:50:31.800 This is just bulldozing.

00:50:33.500 This is one area.

00:50:35.160 35,000 acres the developer has just purchased.

00:50:39.140 New acreage are always approved for new sales of land plots.

00:50:47.500 This thing just goes.

00:50:48.400 You can drive for miles and miles and miles.

00:50:50.800 Now, the illegal aliens are buying this all cartel money. 0.97

00:50:55.220 This is how the money laundering, they're taking the illegal cash and money laundering into property in the sacred soil of Texas.

00:51:03.160 When everybody, all the patriots out of Texas understand this, you're being sold out right now.

00:51:08.300 The authorities are looking the other way.

00:51:09.520 You know why they're looking the other way?

00:51:11.140 People are making lots of money.

00:51:14.600 Okay?

00:51:15.120 Lots of money.

00:51:16.740 The Biden administration, this is another reason he's got to be impeached.

00:51:20.060 This is Mayorkas, Merrick Garland, and Biden.

00:51:23.080 Don't stop at Mayorkas. 1.00

00:51:24.760 Don't stop at Tiny Town.

00:51:26.300 We're going to go for the big guy.

00:51:29.640 This is why you've got to move this forward.

00:51:31.140 Benzman, I know you've got to go.

00:51:32.660 We're going to have, hopefully, Jan on Saturday and you again.

00:51:35.840 You're down there.

00:51:36.540 Tell us, where do people go to follow what you're doing right now?

00:51:40.780 Because this is one of the most important assignments you've done of all the important assignments you've done.

00:51:46.540 Right.

00:51:47.020 This is the interior, transformational interior impact of the mass migration that Biden did.

00:51:53.600 You can reach me at Benzman Todd.

00:51:56.160 You can follow me on Twitter.

00:51:57.480 I'm posting.

00:52:01.380 You can buy it anywhere books are sold.

00:52:03.060 It's in bookstores.

00:52:04.280 All about this mass migration crisis.

00:52:07.280 How we got here and how to get out of it.

00:52:09.520 It's an invasion of the nation.

00:52:12.840 Todd, look forward to having you on in Benzman this afternoon.

00:52:15.320 Thank you, brother.

00:52:16.920 Thank you.

00:52:18.760 This is, if you support, by the way, this is what this election is about.

00:52:23.900 It's not about Trump's legal problems.

00:52:25.420 Trump's legal problems are going to go away.

00:52:26.600 That's all going to be dismissed. 0.95

00:52:27.500 It's ridiculous on the face of it. 0.94

00:52:29.380 It's absurd. 0.94

00:52:30.520 Mike Davis is going to lay that off for you.

00:52:32.380 We're going to spend time on that because the absurdity, they show you the absurdity, but we're on offense.

00:52:37.380 This is what they're doing.

00:52:38.860 They're transforming your country on your nickel.

00:52:42.320 Okay?

00:52:42.660 And people are making a lot of money.

00:52:44.020 That's what continues on.

00:52:45.380 You take what happened at the White House on Saturday, the freak show.

00:52:49.640 That's the Democrat Party. 0.54

00:52:51.280 You want to see what they're doing?

00:52:52.740 They're taking the sacred soul of Texas and allowing the cartels to buy it.

00:52:57.860 As they're exacerbating, instigating and exacerbating an invasion of the southern border.

00:53:05.280 100,000?

00:53:06.060 That's more than the American troops that landed on Normandy 75 years ago.

00:53:13.920 That's about the size of the army we had fighting there right now as they ramped up.

00:53:20.720 Veterans, you know we have been all over this supply chain issue with China and medications and the active pharmaceutical ingredients.

00:53:30.240 China has a stranglehold on us where there's a way to break that. 0.82
