00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:08.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:15.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:17.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:52.000 Like it or not, there does seem to be this perceived politicization of the agency.
00:00:56.000 What would your message be to the American people?
00:00:59.000 We're all about the facts.
00:01:00.000 We do our work objectively and relentlessly and hunt down the facts, whatever they are.
00:01:06.000 And that's it.
00:01:08.000 Senator Furst, as I said before, your assertion or anyone who makes the assertion that the FBI is politicized, I reject it wholeheartedly.
00:01:18.000 It's wrong.
00:01:19.000 The average Joe hears that and says, that sounds fishy.
00:01:24.000 So why don't you tell me what your job is?
00:01:26.000 Is it to defend and shield Joe Biden?
00:01:28.000 Or is your job to protect this country and the Constitution of the United States?
00:01:34.000 Which is it?
00:01:35.000 Say you're elected, you're in office, what guardrails would you have to be sure that your son, your brother Jimmy, doesn't do anything to trade on the family name?
00:01:49.000 Look, if you want to talk about problems, you know, let's talk about Trump's family.
00:01:54.000 So now we've confirmed that the document exists.
00:01:56.000 That's progress because the FBI director initially denied that it exists.
00:01:59.000 Why did he do that?
00:02:01.000 Today, I signed an order appointing Jack Smith to serve as special counsel.
00:02:07.000 Oh, son of a bitch.
00:02:09.000 We have already and previously acknowledged the existence of documents.
00:02:13.000 Yeah, after you first denied it, now when a member of this committee read it.
00:02:18.000 This is their effort to try to intimidate people that stand up to Donald Trump and to ratify the former president.
00:02:25.000 I can't speak to exactly when we had a laptop available.
00:02:29.000 Is it classified?
00:02:30.000 The document is not classified.
00:02:32.000 Will you commit to releasing it?
00:02:34.000 Let's see if we can see him in there.
00:02:35.000 There he is right there.
00:02:36.000 There's Hunter Biden.
00:02:37.000 Hunter!
00:02:38.000 Hunter!
00:02:39.000 Were you brought by Ukraine?
00:02:40.000 So as they're going after President Trump, they're ignoring Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
00:02:46.000 How about just a yes or no?
00:02:47.000 Will you commit to releasing this unclassified document that alleges that the president of the United States
00:02:53.000 has taken $5 million or more in bribes from a foreign nation?
00:02:57.000 Senator, the document, as you know, contains sensitive information, and I hope you would take that seriously.
00:03:03.000 Oh, I take it very seriously.
00:03:05.000 But I also take seriously the fact that your institution has repeatedly abused its authority.
00:03:09.000 I've said that it's totally unacceptable.
00:03:12.000 Who's been fired for it?
00:03:14.000 Individuals involved are handled through the disciplinary process.
00:03:18.000 Who's been fired for it?
00:03:20.000 We have fired people in the past.
00:03:22.000 I'm sorry, what does that word salad mean?
00:03:25.000 When we find intentional incidents.
00:03:27.000 Were you saying that the 278,000 queries were unintentional?
00:03:29.000 I believe that's correct.
00:03:30.000 I believe that's correct.
00:03:32.000 Wow.
00:03:33.000 278,000 times American citizens' information was queried by your agency unintentionally?
00:03:42.000 That's your testimony?
00:03:43.000 Josh Hawley right there.
00:03:55.000 It's Saturday, 17 June, Year of Lure 2023.
00:03:58.000 Brian Kennedy and John Eastman are going to join me here.
00:04:01.000 I want to just go to, if we can put the cover up, the New Republic.
00:04:07.000 Now, the New Republic is kind of, I guess, equivalent to the National Review on the left, on the center left, as the National Review is, I guess, the centrist.
00:04:17.000 The old, the Buckley magazine has kind of become a centrist magazine or news source for the controlled opposition Republicans.
00:04:27.000 The, the, they have a huge article a couple days old, the administrative state is under attack.
00:04:36.000 Huge podcast piece in an article, why progressives must protect institutions that help safeguard the public.
00:04:43.000 And it goes down and they go, what's interesting to me about these new Bannonite attack on the administrative state, because earlier they talk about my, you know, the, when I talked to CPAC about the deconstruction of the administrative state and how that was a focus of the Trump first term.
00:05:00.000 What's interesting to me about these new Bannonite attack on the administrative state is I don't think it's just libertarianism of the familiar kind.
00:05:11.280 There's really a white supremacist ideology wearing a different set, wearing a different set of clothes.
00:05:19.280 It's about dismantling the parts of government that are trying to create a more inclusive, egalitarian society and leaving unchecked and unshackled the parts of government that terrorize communities of color.
00:05:31.820 Obviously nothing could be farther from the truth, but you've got their attention and they're nervous because that's kind of a, the new Republic, like the national review is kind of a fat cat.
00:05:45.400 It's a, it's a magazine for fat cats, right?
00:05:48.000 That's who really reads it and funds it.
00:05:51.300 Brother Kennedy, I'm going to get Eastman up here in a second.
00:05:53.600 I got posted to follow your, your, your thoughts on this, on the outright war.
00:05:59.780 It's us versus them on the administrative state.
00:06:01.760 And as I said in, and get her this morning, like I said, last week, it's a threefold strategy.
00:06:06.460 Number one, take the moral high ground and particularly exemplify the woke and weaponized DOJ and FBI.
00:06:13.460 Number two is unite those Republicans and the people like the Bobby Kennedy crowd that are your natural allies and expose like the 20 this week that wouldn't hold shift to account, expose the controlled opposition Republicans in air quotes, but work.
00:06:33.760 And there's lots of people that following Kennedy right now that are, are kindred souls.
00:06:38.320 We do not agree on everything.
00:06:40.540 In fact, we do not agree on a lot, but in the rank order of the things that we have to do to save this Republic, I think we agree on quite a lot.
00:06:49.520 And number third, number three is to make sure we're on offense, on offense completely and totally against the Biden crime family and everything it represents about the sellout of our nation into metaphorically burn it to the waterline.
00:07:06.880 Brian Kennedy, your thoughts and observations, sir.
00:07:10.540 Well, that's a great summation, Steve, of where we are today.
00:07:15.920 I think when we look at where we are in the new republic and they're trying to criticize the dismantling of the administrative state that you're talking about, I think it's worth saying that the country has gone from a republic to something for at least the last hundred years of a progressive administrative state.
00:07:38.200 And that administrative state piece has become very large, very intrusive, very ineffective, but somewhere between when you said dismantle the administrative state and today, I think we've, we've crossed over into something more like a totalitarian democracy.
00:07:58.260 Which is a regime that has aspects of totalitarianism, but with many of the forms of democracy.
00:08:05.940 And the worst part about all that is anybody who says anything about that, who criticizes that, who would suggest that we're losing our freedom, who doesn't follow the regime narrative, as it were, if you do that, you're going to get arrested.
00:08:24.440 So Trump disagrees with that and so he gets arrested and I know you're going to have John Eastman coming up soon.
00:08:31.980 But so John tries to defend the president and he's going to get disbarred or they're going to try to disbar him because the whole idea of totalitarian democracy and the administrative state where we are today is that you have to lie and deceive.
00:08:50.620 And so to say that this is somehow this criticism is anything to do with white supremacism, that's just utter nonsense.
00:08:58.560 That's lies and deception, gaslighting of the, of the worst possible kind.
00:09:04.640 And then we're going to step, we're going to lie about you.
00:09:08.040 We're going to arrest you in the case of Trump and we're going to intimidate you and cause you not to be able to make a living.
00:09:15.360 And so we're going to look up all the facts about you, Senator Hawley talking to the deputy director of the FBI.
00:09:23.060 There's something very evil and deceptive here that those conservatives who believe in freedom need to understand.
00:09:33.660 They don't.
00:09:34.740 They think this is about tweaking things here and there and everything's going to get back to normal.
00:09:41.580 It's not.
00:09:42.220 But this, that republic that we love, that's been dismantled.
00:09:46.800 Yes.
00:09:47.800 This is what, when Tom Massey came out, Thomas Massey came out and said, oh, you know, I constitutionally, I don't think she'd be fine.
00:09:55.400 And all this kind of what I call a feat intellectualism.
00:09:59.180 The constitution has been shredded.
00:10:01.140 Mark Levin and Cruz say much better than I, we're in a post-constitutional America, sir.
00:10:05.580 Absolutely.
00:10:08.080 The political scientist, John Marini from Claremont, he described this 30 years ago, literally 30 years ago, that we're living in a post-constitutional age.
00:10:17.440 We have the forms of a constitution, but it doesn't have real meaning in the lives of everyday Americans.
00:10:23.700 That the government that is meant to follow, to be restrained by the constitution, it doesn't seem to restrain them, does it?
00:10:32.900 And so it's big, it's not even like big government run amok, as if it's just a bunch of bureaucrats spending too much money.
00:10:40.420 This is, as I say, a kind of totalitarianism, and you've got to be careful how you talk.
00:10:46.840 When I say those kind of things, we have to be careful not to seem extremist here, but totalitarian in that it tries to control the totality of our existence.
00:10:58.740 And so that's from speech to the way we live our lives to the way we raise our children.
00:11:04.080 And so this is something we really have to wrap our minds around.
00:11:09.200 By the way, it's hand in glove with the old friends here.
00:11:16.100 The administrative state's got their old friends in technology, just like she does.
00:11:20.100 Why does she have that?
00:11:21.240 Because the totalitarian state of the Chinese Communist Party is old friend Bill Gates, an American technology that allows that to happen.
00:11:29.620 Remember, this show, we're banned on Twitter, we're banned on Facebook, we're banned on YouTube.
00:11:36.880 Banned.
00:11:37.620 Why?
00:11:38.120 Because of talking about the vax, talking about the election being stolen, talking about Fauci and Chris Wright.
00:11:43.340 You think we're not going to talk about that?
00:11:45.080 Am I just going to shut up and not do that because these platforms, these tech oligarchs?
00:11:49.300 Not in one zillion years.
00:11:52.220 Not in one zillion.
00:11:53.900 Brian, before I go to John Eastman for a second, I want you to hang around.
00:11:56.840 Now, is there any doubt in your mind if Donald Trump, Rachel Maddow said the choir part of the lab,
00:12:01.640 Donald Trump just walked in front of the sticks this morning after he played his morning golf round,
00:12:06.600 said, upon further review, I'm dropping out of the presidential race in the Trump movement.
00:12:12.440 I really appreciate folks.
00:12:13.600 It's been great.
00:12:14.700 But I'm going to go work on my real estate business.
00:12:17.360 That all of these efforts to put him in prison for 500 years, would they go away, sir?
00:12:22.820 I don't believe so at all.
00:12:24.380 I believe they would up their game even more because that's the whole idea, the kind of ritual humiliation that would be involved with putting him in jail.
00:12:35.540 That's what they want because they want to intimidate everybody who disagrees with them.
00:12:42.460 So you would say to get Trump in prison, even if you said that, to get Trump in prison, to show he's the Bangalore torpedo,
00:12:54.220 he's the armor-piercing shell that's going to breach that seawall that the rest of us are going to run up and back of
00:12:59.620 and take the high ground at Omaha Beach and then into Normandy.
00:13:02.900 They want to humiliate that.
00:13:05.640 They want to send the signal that if you do that, if you go down that road, you will be imprisoned, you'll be bankrupted, and you'll be humiliated, sir?
00:13:14.380 Yes, absolutely.
00:13:15.760 And Donald Trump knows that.
00:13:17.620 He understands there's something going on here.
00:13:20.340 When he says we've gone from just being woke to actually communist, he's on to something.
00:13:27.220 He understands who these people are.
00:13:29.820 He dealt with them for four years in his administration.
00:13:32.980 He sees the look on their face now.
00:13:35.300 These aren't people following the Constitution.
00:13:37.980 These are not people following the rule of law.
00:13:40.460 There is something else about them.
00:13:42.480 They want to destroy MAGA and the belief that human beings in the United States can govern themselves in a free society.
00:13:51.400 That's what they're really after.
00:13:53.420 Trump understands that.
00:13:54.900 That's why he's running for office, and that's why he's not going to back down.
00:14:00.780 And that's why he's going to win.
00:14:04.180 Up 45-39 right now.
00:14:06.700 Hey, don't get me wrong.
00:14:07.720 Mark Elias and these guys, all the evil geniuses on their side,
00:14:10.660 that they're working nonstop about how they're going to steal it.
00:14:13.520 That's what it's going to get down to.
00:14:16.680 Stopping them from stealing this one, the 81 million votes, quote, unquote.
00:14:23.600 Brian Kennedy, hang with me.
00:14:25.180 We're going to take a short break.
00:14:26.300 We're going to return.
00:14:26.880 We've got John Eastman joins us.
00:14:29.520 John Eastman, they are bound and determined to destroy him professionally, personally, bankrupt him, all of it.
00:14:38.040 As they turn the gun sights on to Brother Eastman, we're going to break it all down and expose what they're trying to do here in the war room.
00:14:50.900 We will fight till they're all gone.
00:14:53.140 We rejoice when there's no more.
00:14:55.060 Let's take down the CCP.
00:14:56.960 In my younger days, I was a naval officer on a destroyer.
00:15:02.820 In fact, I was the A-gang officer in charge of all the engineering systems that were not main propulsion.
00:15:09.280 And one of those was air purification.
00:15:11.780 And I can tell you, the standards of the United States Navy are second to none.
00:15:15.320 If all home air purifiers are the same, why did the U.S. Department of Defense select EnviroCleanse to protect and purify the air on board our Navy ships?
00:15:25.540 Because of EnviroCleanse, advanced mineral technology goes beyond ordinary HEPA filters to destroy airborne illness causing cold and flu viruses, including COVID.
00:15:37.400 EnviroCleanse is the new science in air purification.
00:15:40.800 And now you can order one for your home.
00:15:43.200 This is how you help stop colds and flus from taking your whole family down.
00:15:47.960 This is how you destroy allergy-inflaming toxins and mold from the air your family breathes.
00:15:52.640 In fact, this hospital-grade technology is so powerful that it promises far fewer colds and allergies and better sleep.
00:16:00.520 Visit ekpure.com.
00:16:02.940 That's ekpure.com.
00:16:04.800 And use the code STEVE for 10% off your EnviroCleanse home purification unit.
00:16:10.740 You also receive a free air quality monitor, plus fast, free shipping.
00:16:18.520 That's $150 savings right there.
00:16:21.440 That's ekpure.com, code STEVE.
00:16:24.600 ekpure.com, code STEVE.
00:16:27.300 Okay, birchgold.com slash Bannon need to go there and get the debt trap, the third in the series.
00:16:41.220 But I need everybody to get totally up to speed on the prime reserve currency.
00:16:44.420 Philip Patrick and I are right now working on the fourth installment.
00:16:50.260 That'll be out shortly, but you need the other three.
00:16:52.360 It kind of builds upon itself.
00:16:54.660 Also, make sure you talk to one of the representatives and ask the question,
00:16:59.380 why are the central banks of the BRICS buying gold, hand over fist at record rates?
00:17:04.940 What do they know that I don't and explain it to me?
00:17:07.140 That's all you need to do.
00:17:08.200 Just ask that question.
00:17:10.120 I'm not telling you what you do.
00:17:10.980 Just ask that question.
00:17:12.260 Get the response.
00:17:12.920 Two things I want to get up.
00:17:14.460 I'm not going to have time today, but I will do it Monday.
00:17:17.240 I want to show this Bill Ackman's long tweet on the Kennedy Joe Rogan interview.
00:17:26.920 And I want to show David Sachs.
00:17:28.700 David Sachs had one up.
00:17:30.800 To show you, these are supposed to be the smartest guys in the universe.
00:17:33.680 This audience is 100 times better informed, more knowledgeable,
00:17:40.260 and understands what actionable information is.
00:17:42.920 And these are the smartest guys in the universe.
00:17:44.860 Sachs, that interface between technology and finance,
00:17:48.480 is Elon Musk's partner and Ackman, one of the most prominent and powerful hedge fund managers.
00:17:53.540 I keep telling you, I know this.
00:17:54.420 They don't know anything.
00:17:56.080 They know how to buy stocks.
00:17:58.240 You get them outside that, they're like 11-year-old kids.
00:18:01.960 Oh my gosh, wow, that's amazing.
00:18:03.900 But we'll go through that on Monday.
00:18:07.620 This audience is everything.
00:18:09.960 It's you.
00:18:12.240 It's you.
00:18:12.980 And Trump understands that.
00:18:16.840 He understands the power of the movement.
00:18:18.460 He understands he's not a politician.
00:18:21.600 One of the things they're trying to do is destroy everybody.
00:18:24.640 Hey, I understand what they're doing.
00:18:28.160 Obviously, I don't agree with it.
00:18:30.040 But I understand what they're doing.
00:18:33.440 But we have to fight back and understand that.
00:18:35.480 You have to use that to fight back and to take the fight to them.
00:18:39.980 John Eastman now joins us.
00:18:41.140 John Eastman, before I talk about what they're doing this week,
00:18:44.640 just give me a quick synopsis.
00:18:46.060 Give me a minute or two on your curriculum vitae, sir.
00:18:49.240 Well, I'm a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School,
00:18:53.960 one of the top law schools in the country.
00:18:55.680 I clerked at the Supreme Court for Justice Clarence Thomas.
00:18:59.260 I was a law professor of constitutional law
00:19:01.940 and dean at Chapman Law School for over 20 years.
00:19:06.840 I also represented President Trump in the 2020 election
00:19:11.860 in the Supreme Court, in a couple of matters,
00:19:15.120 in a federal action down in Georgia.
00:19:16.660 And, of course, for that effort,
00:19:20.440 I'm being targeted by groups like the 65 Project
00:19:24.560 who filed a bar complaint with me
00:19:26.480 in the Supreme Court of the United States
00:19:28.660 and this group called States United Democracy Center,
00:19:33.900 misnamed United States, States United.
00:19:37.420 What they're trying to do is divide us pretty radically.
00:19:40.480 And they filed bar complaints against attorneys all over.
00:19:43.040 But, okay, hang on for a second.
00:19:45.880 Slow down.
00:19:47.100 Up until the time that you stepped up and represented,
00:19:50.360 you did not know Trump.
00:19:51.920 Correct me if I'm wrong.
00:19:52.880 You didn't know Trump or had a deep relationship with him
00:19:55.820 prior to the 2020 election?
00:19:58.880 I'd met him once,
00:20:00.440 and he'd read my article on birthright citizenship
00:20:03.240 and found it fascinating.
00:20:04.880 And he invited me for just a get-to-know-each-other meeting
00:20:08.120 at the Oval Office in August of 2019.
00:20:10.220 But that's the only direct connection I had with him
00:20:13.920 until after the 2020 election.
00:20:17.120 And that was about this kind of landmark article
00:20:19.560 you wrote about birthright citizenship, correct?
00:20:22.180 It was, indeed.
00:20:23.240 Possibly.
00:20:23.620 And, yep.
00:20:25.660 And he just wrote the University of Colorado.
00:20:27.580 I came up way surprised.
00:20:30.360 He wasn't in a meeting to have any particular agenda.
00:20:33.760 He just wanted to get to know me a little bit.
00:20:37.780 That's his style.
00:20:38.620 And you were a faculty member of the University of Colorado,
00:20:42.500 and you were still a dean,
00:20:44.480 or still one of the top guys at Chapman Law School
00:20:46.940 before the 2020 election?
00:20:48.820 Am I correct in that?
00:20:49.060 I was.
00:20:49.460 I wasn't a dean anymore.
00:20:50.900 I was a tenured professor with an endowed professorship,
00:20:54.900 and I was a visiting professor at the University of Colorado
00:20:57.840 at the time of the 2020 election.
00:21:01.000 You were a tenured professor
00:21:03.000 with an endowed tenured professorship.
00:21:05.640 That's kind of money good in academia, correct?
00:21:09.800 It is.
00:21:10.480 I'm very proud of that,
00:21:11.600 because it was the Henry Salvatore Professor
00:21:14.440 of Law and Community Service.
00:21:16.000 And, of course, Henry Salvatore was a member
00:21:18.280 of President Reagan's kitchen cabinet,
00:21:20.280 and I was deeply honored to have held that chair.
00:21:24.920 Are you, today as we speak,
00:21:27.720 are you the tenured endowed professor at Chapman,
00:21:32.000 the Salvatore professor,
00:21:33.260 and are you on the faculty of University of Colorado?
00:21:36.620 No, neither.
00:21:37.940 You know, a lot of people have been canceled.
00:21:39.620 I think I hold the distinction of being canceled
00:21:41.600 from two universities in the same week.
00:21:44.520 So, yeah, no, the left brooks no dissent anymore.
00:21:48.140 What Brian Kennedy was talking about a little bit ago,
00:21:50.460 we now live, he called it totalitarian.
00:21:53.040 I call it sometimes authoritarian.
00:21:55.720 The government has taken a position,
00:21:57.800 how dare you question us,
00:21:59.060 and there's a narrative.
00:22:01.260 And if you question the narrative,
00:22:02.500 no matter how solid your facts are,
00:22:04.560 they have to destroy you.
00:22:05.960 And you've seen it with COVID,
00:22:07.140 you've seen it with CRT,
00:22:09.020 you've seen it with all sorts of things.
00:22:11.860 And this is,
00:22:14.460 it's a scary world in which we find ourselves,
00:22:16.880 I've got to tell you.
00:22:19.600 Walk me through the events
00:22:22.300 that are happening this week
00:22:23.320 about with all your University of Chicago
00:22:26.000 clerking at the Supreme Court,
00:22:27.960 being a tenured, endowed professor
00:22:29.900 at a terrific law school,
00:22:32.700 being on the University of Colorado faculty,
00:22:35.300 all of that,
00:22:36.560 your disbarment this week,
00:22:38.400 Project 65 Project.
00:22:40.000 Walk me through what's happening
00:22:41.140 and what is your defense?
00:22:42.780 Well, the California one
00:22:44.040 is not the 65 Project,
00:22:46.020 although it's, you know,
00:22:46.960 fellow travelers,
00:22:48.640 the States United.
00:22:50.260 They filed a complaint against me
00:22:52.540 in the California Bar
00:22:53.460 back in October of 2021.
00:22:56.000 The bar folks spent over a year
00:22:57.760 investigating it
00:22:58.720 and countless untold amounts of money.
00:23:01.100 It's rather extraordinary.
00:23:02.880 And their claim is
00:23:04.040 I had no evidence
00:23:05.480 on which to base my legal challenges
00:23:07.680 and no basis in law
00:23:09.460 and that no reasonable attorney
00:23:11.780 or constitutional attorney
00:23:13.640 would have taken the positions I did.
00:23:15.780 Of course, everything I did
00:23:16.780 was well-supported, well-documented.
00:23:19.100 And those that are saying otherwise,
00:23:20.960 quite frankly,
00:23:22.160 don't hold a candle to my expertise
00:23:23.700 on the meaning of the Constitution.
00:23:25.240 But they filed this complaint
00:23:27.360 and we spent months and months and months
00:23:30.620 responding to their investigative demands.
00:23:33.520 They said no evidence.
00:23:34.760 I provided them with tens of thousands
00:23:37.000 of pages of evidence.
00:23:38.680 And that didn't deter them.
00:23:40.080 They went ahead and filed
00:23:41.000 a notice of disciplinary charges
00:23:42.800 in January.
00:23:46.000 And now the trial begins on Tuesday.
00:23:49.220 And it's a full-fledged trial.
00:23:51.180 I mean, they're pulling out all the stops.
00:23:52.700 It's really extraordinary
00:23:54.120 the amount of taxpayer resources
00:23:55.660 that are going in
00:23:56.620 to trying to disprove claims
00:24:00.140 that I made.
00:24:02.520 Or more importantly,
00:24:03.600 that I had no basis whatsoever
00:24:05.280 for making claims
00:24:06.260 that election officials
00:24:07.660 violated the law,
00:24:09.500 acted unconstitutionally
00:24:10.740 in the conduct of the election.
00:24:12.320 And so that's what the trial will be.
00:24:13.820 And the bar is calling me
00:24:15.060 as its first witness
00:24:16.280 on Tuesday.
00:24:17.920 And the judge has ordered
00:24:20.180 that it's going to be live-streamed.
00:24:21.740 So it'll be quite a media circus,
00:24:23.860 I suspect.
00:24:26.940 This is what Mal Saitong
00:24:29.640 in the Red Guard,
00:24:30.680 this is John Eastman's struggle session.
00:24:33.060 Is it not, sir?
00:24:34.520 Well, it is.
00:24:35.620 You know, we've decided
00:24:38.120 to fight every charge head-on
00:24:40.260 with as much resources
00:24:42.220 as we can marshal.
00:24:43.100 But, you know,
00:24:43.540 we're being outgunned
00:24:44.520 because, you know,
00:24:45.740 I don't have the state budget
00:24:47.660 of California behind me
00:24:48.860 like they do.
00:24:51.520 If it's all right,
00:24:52.700 I would encourage people
00:24:53.700 to go to my litigation defense fund.
00:24:56.180 We've raised a good amount of money,
00:24:57.740 but we are much in the hole
00:25:00.660 for what this is costing us.
00:25:02.480 And so it's givesendgo.com
00:25:05.800 slash Eastman.
00:25:06.880 Or people can just Google
00:25:08.240 Eastman litigation fund
00:25:09.820 and it'll come up
00:25:10.600 and help out.
00:25:12.700 And they can also send prayers
00:25:14.080 at that site,
00:25:14.800 which is very helpful
00:25:15.840 for me and my family
00:25:17.380 to see the kind of support
00:25:18.560 we get from around the country.
00:25:21.540 Now, you're a beloved figure.
00:25:23.440 About your defense,
00:25:25.560 are you fully,
00:25:26.900 I mean, they're going to be
00:25:27.660 throwing everything at you.
00:25:28.640 Do you have the opportunity
00:25:29.500 to mount a defense
00:25:30.960 and have a number of experts
00:25:32.640 you know stand up
00:25:34.320 in your defense, sir?
00:25:35.580 Well, we do.
00:25:36.580 We've identified,
00:25:37.620 I forget, 15 witnesses
00:25:38.760 or something,
00:25:39.320 although they've already moved
00:25:40.780 to block four
00:25:42.980 of my seven expert witnesses.
00:25:45.860 And so I guess
00:25:48.980 they don't want to hear
00:25:49.600 from people that know,
00:25:50.820 that, you know,
00:25:51.680 can verify
00:25:52.520 what we're talking about.
00:25:55.380 But that's, you know,
00:25:56.720 that's par for the course,
00:25:57.700 I suppose.
00:25:58.720 I will post reports
00:26:00.860 from those expert witnesses
00:26:02.100 up on my Substack page
00:26:03.580 so people can see
00:26:04.760 what they would have done.
00:26:05.400 Why did the judge rule
00:26:09.600 that you couldn't have
00:26:10.240 certain expert witnesses?
00:26:12.000 Well, we had one
00:26:13.740 who's a left-of-center
00:26:15.200 law professor,
00:26:16.620 a specialist
00:26:17.200 on First Amendment law
00:26:18.460 and how it applies
00:26:20.200 in the bar disciplinary processes.
00:26:22.860 And the judge
00:26:24.080 granted their motion
00:26:25.420 to block her
00:26:26.300 on the ground
00:26:27.360 that interpreting the law
00:26:28.660 is the judge's role
00:26:29.580 rather than an expert.
00:26:32.040 Although some judges
00:26:33.380 have the discretion
00:26:34.320 to take expert testimony
00:26:36.780 on complicated areas of law
00:26:38.520 as this certainly is,
00:26:39.980 this judge decided
00:26:41.140 she didn't need that.
00:26:42.260 So that was blocked.
00:26:43.560 Another witness we had
00:26:45.000 was Janice Rogers Brown
00:26:46.260 who was a longtime
00:26:47.640 California Supreme Court justice.
00:26:49.880 And the California Supreme Court
00:26:51.080 has supervisorial authority
00:26:52.820 over the bar disciplinary process.
00:26:55.980 And she was going to testify
00:26:57.060 that this is unprecedented
00:26:59.160 and appears to be
00:27:00.280 even beyond
00:27:00.920 the statutory authority
00:27:02.000 of the bar.
00:27:02.720 And also, you know,
00:27:03.780 quite frankly, dangerous.
00:27:04.880 We're talking about
00:27:05.680 using the bar discipline process
00:27:08.300 to go after lawyers
00:27:14.760 who have a different view
00:27:16.060 than the government's view
00:27:17.500 on legal issues
00:27:20.100 and legal interpretation.
00:27:21.660 And you think about that.
00:27:22.680 And my lawyer put out
00:27:23.500 a statement yesterday
00:27:24.560 to the press.
00:27:26.580 But think about
00:27:27.080 what that would have meant
00:27:27.980 for Thurgood Marshall
00:27:29.160 who for 20 years
00:27:30.360 was bucking
00:27:31.060 well-long established precedent
00:27:33.140 to overturn
00:27:33.960 the egregious separate
00:27:35.920 but equal decision
00:27:36.800 of the Supreme Court
00:27:37.580 and ultimately led
00:27:38.600 to Brown versus
00:27:39.180 Board of Education.
00:27:40.620 But if the rule
00:27:41.400 that the bar
00:27:42.280 seems to be trying
00:27:43.140 to apply here
00:27:45.000 were in effect,
00:27:46.120 he could have been
00:27:46.660 disbarred decades before
00:27:48.000 Brown versus Board of Education
00:27:49.440 for pressing
00:27:50.760 aggressive legal theories
00:27:52.220 in order to advance
00:27:55.140 his cause
00:27:56.280 and his clients,
00:27:57.520 which is certainly
00:27:58.180 what I was doing.
00:28:00.660 John, where do people go
00:28:02.120 to find out more about this?
00:28:03.600 What sites do they go to?
00:28:05.240 Well, I'm going to be
00:28:06.320 posting updates
00:28:07.500 on my Give, Send, Go
00:28:09.340 legal defense fund.
00:28:10.640 Give, Send, Go

00:28:14.160 And there'll be links

00:28:16.560 Including the link
00:28:17.280 to the live stream.
00:28:17.840 We're going to put the link
00:28:18.620 up right now
00:28:21.180 in the live stream.
00:28:22.420 John Eastman,
00:28:23.340 we'll have you back
00:28:24.220 early in the week.
00:28:25.900 Short break.
00:28:26.420 Veterans, you know,
00:28:28.620 we have been all over
00:28:29.420 this supply chain issue
00:28:30.760 with China

00:28:33.300 and the active
00:28:35.740 pharmaceutical ingredients.
00:28:37.480 China has a stranglehold

00:28:48.700 of medication
00:28:49.380 and warned that
00:28:50.220 critical antibiotics
00:28:51.180 are in extreme short supply

00:30:18.760 If you would indulge me
00:30:43.360 could we say
00:30:44.680 a quick prayer
00:30:45.600 not in Aramaic
00:30:46.820 not in English
00:30:48.020 but in Latin.
00:30:49.580 Can we practice
00:30:50.140 a little Latin today?
00:30:51.720 I know there's been
00:30:52.500 some talk about
00:30:53.360 not doing the Latin Mass
00:30:54.720 anymore
00:30:55.140 but I disagree.
00:30:56.720 The more they tell us
00:30:57.780 to not have the Latin Mass
00:30:59.140 the more people
00:31:00.000 will fill church
00:31:01.320 after church
00:31:02.120 after church
00:31:03.080 praying in Latin
00:31:04.300 the way our forefathers
00:31:07.460 prayed.
00:31:09.440 In the name of the Father
00:31:10.160 and the Holy Spirit
00:31:10.960 and the Holy Spirit
00:31:11.240 and the Holy Spirit
00:31:11.420 and the Holy Spirit
00:31:11.480 Amen.
00:31:11.680 father nostril quies in celes sanctificator nomen tuum advenia regnum tuum fii volantes tua
00:31:42.780 well if jack basobig wasn't under investigation by the fbi before yesterday he certainly is now
00:31:56.280 because not just an alpha male that knows how to inspire a crowd and be a leader and won't back
00:32:01.580 down and is fearless uh he's also obviously doesn't doesn't not just speak perfect mandarin
00:32:08.500 but not too shabby in latin either jack tell us what yesterday was about and what this victory means
00:32:14.140 steve as we said yesterday this is about our most powerful weapon this is about the rosary this is
00:32:23.840 about our faith this is about christians and the faithful actually coming forward and taking a stand
00:32:31.540 with through public displays of faith steve public displays because for so long the western church
00:32:39.720 has completely surrendered the public square and and john yep and catholics for catholics and the
00:32:46.640 thousands of people that came out steve even the la times was forced to admit that we had 2 000
00:32:51.700 so you know if they are admitting we had 2 000 yet we had we had at least four because the even the
00:32:56.060 times had to admit that it was 2 000 right so yeah this the church has been in so many church leaders
00:33:03.280 in the west they've been saying for so long just go pray your bible for 365 days a year show up to mass
00:33:09.720 and then and that's all you have to do keep your head down don't worry about what's going on the public
00:33:14.380 square don't worry about the courthouses taking down the 10 commandments don't worry about any of those
00:33:18.980 things don't worry about the drag nuns showing up at the la dodgers just just say a prayer you'll be
00:33:23.100 fine we know something steve every single mass that i've ever gone to in my entire life ends with
00:33:28.940 the same phrase go forth we are told told to go forth and that means by the way that's for the
00:33:37.140 people that actually stay till the end of mass you can't be running out to the parking lot right after
00:33:41.180 eucharist folks i seen you in there remember judas did that and so when you go to that mass the very
00:33:47.420 last line you have to take it seriously and it's time for christians to go forth with public displays
00:33:54.740 of the faith but public displays of the faith coming together and standing strong i noticed i think
00:34:02.160 the crowd was 5 000 at least and i noticed a big proportion a big part of that were hispanic men
00:34:09.080 hispanic man i would say the 90 hispanic and it was at least 90 hispanic which which made them so
00:34:17.460 upset by the way that's why they have to call it christian nationalism now right because they
00:34:21.680 realized they said oh they're a bunch of they used to call they used to call it white nationalism right
00:34:25.420 but then they would see these crowds and they would say well wait a minute you know there's there's
00:34:30.100 way too many hispanics here for us to go to get away with this all right we'll go with we'll go with
00:34:34.240 christian nationalism because when you look at that crowd steve there's there's tons of hispanic
00:34:39.660 men and you can see there's another clip we're going to have up later today where right in front
00:34:44.480 of dodger stadium the pill and because we blocked the road and we blocked that's gate a of dodger
00:34:49.160 stadium and when we were blocking that gate that's when these false sisters of demonic possession were
00:34:57.320 in there so nobody was able to get inside nobody was inside during their false ceremony
00:35:03.320 uh because unfortunately we ruined it for them so sorry that happened to you and there was me
00:35:09.900 and it's an entire group of hispanic men standing right in front of the gate praying of the full
00:35:16.440 rosary in latin the police kept saying you have to go you have to leave you have to get going and we
00:35:21.520 just kept praying louder we just kept praying louder until we were finished we said we're going to
00:35:25.540 finish all 50 decades we finished all or all fit all five decades all 50 rosaries uh hail mary's
00:35:31.340 the idea is steve that they can't put this in a box and by the way i know you mentioned before
00:35:38.740 earlier the parents out of glendale steve all the armenians of glendale were there they all came down
00:35:43.540 all the parents people were coming up to me showing me their wristbands people who got arrested moms and
00:35:48.600 dads who got arrested in glendale were showing up the armenians were showing up they said we're here
00:35:53.800 to support this the first christian nation remember armenia they're there to support this the hispanics
00:35:59.060 are there the the abuelas are there steve the fired up based abuelas hundreds of them showed up there
00:36:07.500 dressed in white wearing the veils and it was hot it was a scorcher down there in the ravine but you
00:36:13.220 know what it didn't matter because the thing we were hotter we were hotter than la we were hotter than
00:36:19.020 that ravine because we were filled with the fire of the holy spirit where we just had pentecost a few
00:36:24.280 days ago we were filled with that spirit and that's why you're saying because steve let me just tell you
00:36:28.340 something the left and the regime is not going to like what happens when the catholics get spun up
00:36:35.180 let me tell you we've got a little bit of a track record
00:36:37.640 the um but the the diocese the cardinal it was a gomez and his wingman told you jack all they wanted
00:36:46.800 to do was dialogue you should dialogue you should dialogue uh with these perverts and groomers what
00:36:52.840 say you sir you know that's the exact same thing that the church that's some members of the church
00:36:58.800 used to say back in poland during the solidarity movement when the communists were in control and
00:37:04.880 the church would come let's do a dialogue let's have the solidarity and we'll have a local priest
00:37:09.540 we'll bring in the communist leader and we'll have dialogue and we'll keep talking we'll keep talking
00:37:14.260 and eventually you get nowhere you get absolutely you know i'll tell you something right now steve
00:37:19.380 i will not dialogue with evil i will not dialogue with demons i will not dialogue with blasphemers
00:37:28.060 we will not dialogue with them we're going to defeat them and that's what we did yesterday and to
00:37:33.180 the major league baseball teams around the country guess what not only are we going to be leading boycotts
00:37:38.620 of every single other time you do this all the parish stuff we're no no more day at the ballpark
00:37:43.840 none of it we are going to show up every time you try to do something like this and guess what
00:37:48.220 because we're already in discussion with members of congress and members about of the senate you know
00:37:54.260 that nice little nice little carve out you guys have called the antitrust exemption i think it's time
00:37:59.980 we take a look at that because if you guys want to get political then i'm not sure why you should be
00:38:04.500 given this special carve out deal protection that nobody else in the business world gets big time
00:38:09.840 uh-oh big time by the way at at the at the very moment that you guys were forming out there the uh
00:38:16.980 close of the stock market 28.8 billion dollars market cap wiped out of uh from target to anheuser
00:38:24.360 bush these woke uh it's corporation coals uh is this going to spread is this now people tired of this
00:38:32.200 being forced down their throat and uh and having their kids targeted no pun intended or people had
00:38:38.820 a belly full of this now is this revolt going to spread steve we're gonna keep going we're gonna
00:38:45.520 keep going we're gonna turn bud light and target and the la dodgers any other organization any other
00:38:52.680 team any other company any other if then you see church leaders that are coming co-signing this kind
00:38:57.840 of stuff we're putting you all on the list we're putting you all on the list so take notice we are
00:39:03.940 putting you on notice we will show up with thousands and thousands to drive you out of business we're
00:39:12.040 going to drive you into the shame and by the way go look at the headlines just look at the headlines
00:39:15.640 from last night every world headline they try right they try to find some way to go after the crowd who's
00:39:21.720 there and then when they show the actual images of the people praying of the people singing the bagpipers
00:39:29.340 that we had out steve and and i said this in uh you know when i spoke to the crowd i said we're not they
00:39:34.160 they get it all wrong we're not doing this out of hate we're doing it out of love love for our families
00:39:41.380 love for our countries love for our children this is our way of life and you're not going to take it away
00:39:46.880 from us victory begets uh victories uh jack it was incredibly powerful let me bring in brian kennedy
00:39:54.840 observations i know you're a long uh time uh dodger fan and uh um resident of southern california
00:40:01.940 your your observation by the way daily mail lead story last night after it was over it was quite
00:40:07.080 complimentary jack with the photographs of what happened the catholics were catholics so so the number
00:40:12.480 one new site in the world was very complimentary of what you guys did in in breaking this uh brian
00:40:18.660 kennedy your thoughts well one great job jack at dodger stadium it really does show you though that this
00:40:27.300 is a war between good and evil and that there's something really powerfully demonic going on here with
00:40:34.580 the dodgers and with all this transgenderism i actually think transgenderism is going to be
00:40:41.320 on the ballot in november of 2024 americans are going to have to decide whether or not they're going
00:40:48.840 to have a president who's going to fight the woke communist agenda that is permeating the united states
00:40:55.820 or are they going to have a president who defends that agenda i think it has to be that stark and you
00:41:03.220 will see the forces of light which we which we represent the forces on behalf of god and
00:41:11.260 the family and human freedom on one side and you will see this darkness on the other where people
00:41:17.840 are trying to twist and pervert everything that is good and true about humanity starting first with
00:41:25.420 this destruction of god in the public square and this this horrible thing that happened in los angeles
00:41:31.820 with these these awful people doing this americans have a healthy live and let live attitude this is not
00:41:39.220 about that this is about demonic forces at play in the public square and we're going to have to stand
00:41:46.820 up against them and and thankfully jack and others did that in los angeles last night you know a a working
00:41:54.780 class crowd that was 90 hispanic hispanic a big portion of hispanic men that prayed the rosary said prayers
00:42:01.760 in the official catholic church these cardinals and bishops they got the cathedral and they're living like fat cats
00:42:09.620 in these rectories right and in in the in the archdiocese of la had a massive suit settlement of cash money
00:42:18.860 because of the pedophile problem that those church officials hid from people as they moved
00:42:24.980 them from parish to parish to parish and knew this for decades and decades and decades that corrupt
00:42:31.860 incompetent and quite frankly quasi demonic because this is nothing to dialogue there's no discussion
00:42:39.360 here there's not there's not anything you can reason out here you're on one side of this issue or the
00:42:44.320 other and they chose what side they were on they went back to the hegelian oh let's dialogue there's
00:42:51.780 nothing to dialogue about the only thing to dialogue about is why you still have jobs why people still give
00:42:59.020 money to what you represent and what you do yesterday was a defining moment defining moment for modern
00:43:07.740 catholicism and christianity and you had working class people the backbone of this nation right there
00:43:14.180 working class people that are not going to back down and not going to the reason their faith their
00:43:19.720 families and particularly their children they are not prepared to have their children sacrificed
00:43:24.920 on the bonfire of modern political correctness they won't do it short break at brian kennedy got jack
00:43:34.220 vasobik we're getting an assessment of uh the much heralded long-awaited
00:43:39.100 hundreds and billions of dollars spring offensive in ukraine not quite turning out
00:43:44.880 how the biden regime told you it's going to turn out next in the war room

00:45:30.620 okay um jack and if we could put it up i know people are going to be quite focused on this um brave
00:45:42.100 books this publisher that focuses on christian books for young children very powerful now more than ever
00:45:49.280 let's get the website you're one of the authors jack can you give me a minute about brave books your book
00:45:53.740 in particular but what they're trying to accomplish by really focusing on these uh books about the
00:45:58.980 judea or christian west oh steve i mean brave books is this is the answer the conservative answer
00:46:05.720 to everything that you've seen from the left so i've got a book up there kirk cameron libs of tiktok
00:46:13.140 ashley saint claire um honestly everyone you can think of in the movement steve we got to get you
00:46:19.820 a brave book by the way we got to put that together because what we've done is created a series it's an
00:46:24.580 interlocking series so you can read them you know uh one by one but they also fit together john
00:46:30.120 solomon has a great book out by the way his is sort of a mystery book uh mine's a book about the dangers
00:46:35.640 of communism uh the wolves come in and they're promising uh free ice cream etc but then then they go and
00:46:42.500 find out where the wolves live and it's basically a mashup of east germany and uh and the communist
00:46:48.700 cuba and everybody's got to escape while they're being run out for their lives but it's it's set up
00:46:53.560 for kids in a way stories where children can read these i read them to my kids i get to the point where
00:47:00.280 my kids ask for them again and again because they're fun stories but they impart those same timeless
00:47:06.480 morals because steve anybody who goes into a bookstore these days the very first thing you see
00:47:12.420 public libraries are the same way anywhere in the country you see that table anti-racist baby
00:47:18.580 transgender baby all of these things they're shoving it down obscene throat with the and then
00:47:26.620 of course the drag queen story hours that's why you need brave books every conservative should be
00:47:31.980 getting this and you can set up a subscription service where you just get one one month comes
00:47:35.960 right to your door let's let's let's i want to make sure everybody goes to the site grace and moe
00:47:40.860 put it out push it out okay jack because i've run out of time just give me two minutes of jack
00:47:45.840 posovic's headlines what people should be focused on i'll get you back on monday about the ukraine war
00:47:50.740 you've been ahead of that you've been ahead of the curve here from the beginning from the very first
00:47:55.040 day now the much heralded spring offensive once again ukrainian troops and civilians are getting
00:48:01.580 getting mauled jack posovic they're getting chewed up they were carrying it at this point it is now
00:48:07.320 uh june 4th is when it started today is 17 june steve they have yet to get beyond the line of contact
00:48:15.340 they are still fighting in that gray zone before the first line of defense that the russians have
00:48:21.520 established because they set up eight months that's what happened when uh when the ukrainians
00:48:27.320 and biden himself was saying all the counter offensive is coming at first it was the winter
00:48:30.640 counter offensive then it was the spring counter offensive and now because we know that in mid
00:48:36.300 july july 15th they've got the nato summit in vilnius coming up they need something to go forward
00:48:41.580 and show for this they're setting themselves up for failure because they told the russians what they
00:48:47.800 were going to do what did the russians do they dug in they laid minefields they laid traps and american
00:48:53.100 armor nato armor is being torn up people are being scorched alive these ukrainian soldiers some western
00:49:00.160 volunteers that have even gone in on this they've got no air defense whatsoever the russian helicopters
00:49:05.800 the russian missiles are drone strikes are just kamikaze drones they are destroying cooking soldiers
00:49:12.620 alive in these tanks and joe biden goes on air by the end but they just asked biden by the way
00:49:18.440 i think yesterday he's coming out of the thing in philadelphia you're gonna let ukraine and nato he
00:49:22.500 says no he says they need to meet the standards steve they've been walking them down the primrose path
00:49:29.140 from day one with this thing and then biden from his own mouth says no nation
00:49:36.020 mersham mersham mersham mersham told us jack how they get to the new show at two o'clock how they

00:51:20.020 to do the checking home title lock.com homework assignment over the weekend i'm going to check
00:51:24.640 papers and grade them on monday brian kennedy give me a minute on uh on on ukraine your thoughts about
00:51:30.860 this debacle that we've led the ukrainian people into sir well steve you know i'm always more
00:51:37.200 interested in what the effect's going to be on the people of the united states and from the get-go
00:51:43.080 it looks to me anyway that much of what was going on here was designed to strengthen the security state
00:51:52.420 in this country and use it to be able to to strengthen the biden regime that if we're fighting
00:52:00.920 a war supporting a war over in ukraine then the republicans who have this sort of remnant
00:52:06.640 belief in in you know the military and military spending is all important then they were going
00:52:13.060 to focus on that rather than holding the biden regime to account for all of its malfeasance and
00:52:20.080 so what did we see last year we saw the that big omnibus bill that republicans signed on to
00:52:26.400 which was an enormous amount of money that didn't need to be spent which is adding to the inflation we
00:52:34.120 have today yeah the republicans did that because ukraine was just so important and today the
00:52:41.140 republicans in congress and in the senate are not going in my judgment adequately against the biden
00:52:46.900 administration because they're nominally on the side of this war in ukraine which it takes is taking
00:52:53.300 political precedent over everything that's going on in this country so it turns out ukraine's been a
00:52:59.400 very useful tool for the biden administration yeah and and they're talking about a supplemental
00:53:04.680 we're killing that uh real quickly what's your social media how do they get to you brian
