Bannon's War Room - Episode 2923： The Hunt For Trump; Impeachment Inquiries Are Imminent

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.000 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:16.600 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:20.360 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:23.940 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:31.760 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:39.700 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:46.920 um it's hard to understate what this moment means but there's also a different reality for a large

00:00:58.540 part of this country who will not see or will not feel um that this indictment is anything but

00:01:04.720 as donald trump has framed in the past a political witch hunt well that that's exactly right and i

00:01:10.920 think the word used today gravity is right we're looking at a former president who likely is to be

00:01:15.600 charged for trying to overturn our democracy and undermine the very republic that's a grave matter

00:01:21.860 it is a complex matter because he is now likely a major party nominee and possibly the next president

00:01:28.220 of the united states once over that creates a complexity that we haven't seen if he was not a

00:01:32.980 current candidate it's still a grave matter where we're trying to dispose of justice on someone who

00:01:37.700 tried to overturn the election but he is now asking more for political judgment to be rendered by the

00:01:43.480 american people and almost ignoring the criminal justice process seeing those two play out creates

00:01:49.020 a pretty existential question a dangerous one for democracy i think the question the very broad thematic

00:01:54.960 question for our body politic is jack smith and the prosecutors able to change the current narrative

00:02:01.720 about donald trump in a substantive way donald trump wants to let you think that he's just brash he's

00:02:07.900 transactional i wasn't trying to break the law i was asking for people to help me i have a right to

00:02:12.160 think that i won the election i didn't do anything wrong does the indictment actually present a

00:02:17.260 different donald trump someone who was methodical who masterminded laying the predicate of the big lie

00:02:23.040 executing on trying to change state electors inviting people to washington and ultimately giving them

00:02:29.520 the charge to go to the capitol with strength not weakness that's the actions of a mastermind a

00:02:34.360 methodical mastermind does jack smith have such evidence and to barb's point can it be presented in

00:02:40.280 such a cogent way that the country begins to look at donald trump as a criminal mastermind not just

00:02:45.940 as a guy who was trying to hold on to office the answer to that might inform the political judgment

00:02:50.560 that donald trump is seeking to alleviate his current criminal justice concerns final word right now in

00:02:56.980 this singular american moment where do you think we go from here well i think there actually is some

00:03:04.280 optimism in all of this and it's a very important theme line and that is uh we talk about being in the post

00:03:14.760 truth era where facts don't matter and uh and uh as we know the old way facts did matter and there are

00:03:28.040 roughly four standards in establishing facts do you have witnesses do you have participants do you have

00:03:38.740 contemporaneous notes do you have documents look at this indictment what is what underlies every element of it

00:03:51.640 every fact a first-hand witness a participant

00:03:56.900 wednesday 2 august year of our lord 2023 we're getting at all that we are highly optimistic here at the war room

00:04:05.600 because according to bob woodward facts matter and baby we get to adjudicate the 2020 election in a federal

00:04:15.580 court uh with what he call it facts uh witnesses participants all of it the two-prong approach

00:04:23.780 here the two-prong strategy is we're going to go on offense trump's defense is going to be pure offense

00:04:30.160 to put forth before the american people and the world in a federal court

00:04:36.260 the evidence of the stealing of the 2020 election in addition coming from another in a pincer move

00:04:48.080 there's going to be a massive movement to really knock off the games you get down to the impeachment

00:04:54.280 of joe biden for selling out his country when he was in charge of the pivot to asia under president

00:04:59.880 obama to sell his country out to the chinese communist party for money we're going to get to

00:05:03.320 that momentarily i want to bring in boris upstein i know boris is busy in fact we cut our cold open

00:05:09.260 short to accommodate a boris because he's got a lot going on a boris uh your thoughts and observations

00:05:15.080 having looked at the um i don't know what you call they call it a talking thing it looks like it's kind

00:05:20.460 of like a a cheap uh novel but tell me your your initial thoughts because i i love this i'm highly

00:05:26.540 optimistic we finally we've wanted a chance and a platform to adjudicate the 2020 and and and their

00:05:32.820 bloodlust to take down trump they gave it to us sir steve honored to be with you honored to be with

00:05:38.520 the posse this morning here's the bottom line president trump has never wavered on the fact

00:05:42.940 that the 2020 election was absolutely rigged and stolen he's always fought to uphold the american

00:05:49.300 system of justice our body of law and of course our constitution and there's nothing in this quote

00:05:55.600 unquote speaking indictment that suggests the opposite all they have is you know a bunch of hearers

00:05:59.940 saying this and conjecture and really all they did was they took the unselect committee's report

00:06:04.720 condensed it by a little bit and threw it in a in a form of a legal document in front of it in front

00:06:10.560 of a dc judge and they hope jury so what the bottom line is steve is that the buying regime is so

00:06:18.560 desperate is so desperate to criminalize the america's first amendment rights and president trump's not

00:06:26.000 first amendment rights but duty as the commander in chief as the president to ensure free and fair

00:06:32.580 elections they are now criminalizing that behavior and why are they so desperate because they know

00:06:38.980 that joe biden did not get 81 million votes they know that joe biden did not win the 2020 election

00:06:45.140 and they will stop at nothing as they will now are now showing us in order to prevent and to scare

00:06:51.740 americans from saying those facts but president trump as he said in a statement will not be deterred

00:06:58.180 he will not be stopped from fighting for america and americans and he will keep calling out these

00:07:03.440 witch hunts this election interference and prosecutorial misconduct not just the election interference i mean

00:07:10.620 every time you have another massive development in the impeachment uh effort uh in fact gathering for

00:07:16.900 the against the biden crime family they got to drop you know they got to try to bigfoot it the next day

00:07:20.620 it's pretty obvious this is a pure lawfare it it should it shouldn't be shocked to people all the

00:07:25.080 santa paul cnn with harry enton all these polls came out of the weekend shows wait for it forget the

00:07:31.020 primary that's done i'm talking about he's taken on biden that's had the whole media with him wall

00:07:35.900 street that the uh the uh oligarchs silicon valley he's beating biden everywhere including a spread of 0.94

00:07:41.940 19 points 19 points among independents boris your thoughts

00:07:46.660 the american people want president trump back in office as soon as possible that's that's clear

00:07:52.520 and it's also crystal clear that the crooked joe biden regime wants to do anything they can

00:08:01.040 to obfuscate the facts steve as you said that they have been selling out the biden crime family has been

00:08:05.980 selling out the american people for decades for decades including when he was vice president that

00:08:12.580 testimony by devin archer earlier this week was debilitating it was an absolute nuclear earthquake

00:08:19.260 and what happens the next day you know this quote-unquote case is brought in washington dc

00:08:23.780 against president trump who the american people are now saying loud and clear is the only one that they

00:08:28.620 see can save us from the destroyed southern border from our destroyed economy from runaway inflation

00:08:36.480 and from this country being debilitated once and for all so as the backing for president trump gets

00:08:44.060 stronger so hang on yeah yeah yeah they have to they have to the only way they can't be trump of the

00:08:51.280 battle box boris last thing uh another small event happened yesterday that we're gonna have to spend

00:08:58.260 time on in the evening shows and maybe if i can tuck in a little bit here in the morning but uh fitch the

00:09:04.520 rating agency downgraded uh downgraded the uh the united states um government securities last night

00:09:11.020 what from a triple a to a double a plus the reason was the financial mess of the biden regime overspending

00:09:18.980 uh to still quantitative easing all of it of course they tried to oh yeah it had something to do with

00:09:24.660 the debt ceiling for you hey the debt ceiling because the people that try and get the house in order

00:09:29.520 are just not going to comply with this this is not a war room saying this fitch came out and literally

00:09:35.920 eviscerated the biden regime and janet yellen's trying to put up some defense this is why they 1.00

00:09:42.300 understand they cannot beat donald j trump in the trump movement at the ballot box and they're going

00:09:47.680 to come at him from every different angle this ain't the last of it boris it is not the last of it steve

00:09:54.240 they're coming with everything they've got and they're doing it because they have the strongest

00:09:57.800 toughest toughest most magnetic but also most accomplished adversary they've ever had in

00:10:03.540 president donald j trump and if you compare including this disaster with fitch if you compare

00:10:07.940 that to what he accomplished it is just four years while fighting the deep state while fighting the

00:10:13.900 democrat and republican establishments it is clear why these polls are so clearly and so

00:10:19.660 unabashedly stating that the american people want to get rid of joe biden and the biden crime family

00:10:27.060 and bring president trump back to office as soon as possible and as you said steve these kibler

00:10:32.060 elves as you call them the pretenders the others the the tier b the the the second rung of the 0.76

00:10:38.000 the quote-unquote candidates in the republican primary they need to stop now they need to stop

00:10:43.280 they need to realize what the american people are calling for back president donald j trump and let's

00:10:48.500 go win the white house back and let's save our country yeah we're going to talk about the donors

00:10:53.860 in the establishment because the knife trust me the knives are out right now but we'll take care

00:10:58.060 of that it'll take 48 hours to 72 hours to put that down as we are going to put it down boris uh how

00:11:02.620 do people get your morning newsletter and to follow you on social media sir as it looks like the whole

00:11:07.900 world is uh is following boris epstein now steve honor to be with you honor to be on the show

00:11:14.120 always signal not noise for the audience the website is hot boris cp.com sign up right now boris cp.com

00:11:20.320 hot on getter at boris cp twitter at boris cp hot on truth social at boris and the hottest on the

00:11:25.560 gram boris underscore epstein stay strong god bless on all offense

00:11:29.300 boris thank you very much let's go to uh representative one of my favorite states the

00:11:35.360 great state of montana that would be matt rosendale congressman rosendale your thoughts

00:11:39.840 on this indictment it's another hoax steve uh we've seen it you know i'm not an attorney so i can't

00:11:47.440 dissect these charges bit by bit sentence by sentence word by word but i tell you what i can

00:11:53.200 do and that is talk to the regular man on the street across the state of montana which we are

00:11:58.540 now uh released from the prison of washington dc for the next 30 days and i will be doing for the

00:12:04.140 next 30 days and already uh in three days back in district i've got an overwhelming amount of support

00:12:12.100 uh for president trump people can see with their own eyes that these charges are are false again

00:12:18.540 they're artificial again uh bob woodward i was i was listening to the clip before i came on here

00:12:25.140 and to hear him say yeah we have to base it on the truth we have to base it on the facts oh my gosh

00:12:30.140 what about the fact that we have a sitting president that was receiving funds from china and his son

00:12:35.040 who was uh uh forcing money out of ukraine uh and has been going on for quite some time what about the

00:12:42.260 uh former secretary of state who had uh 30 000 uh emails in her uh laptop that we never were able to

00:12:51.160 see and we've got a president now okay who's being charged president trump and he was the only guy steve

00:12:58.940 i was there on january 6th 2021 he was the one who tried to get additional security around the

00:13:07.420 capitol knew there was going to be a big crowd wanted to have adequate crowd crowd control in place

00:13:14.020 and nancy pelosi rejected it mayor bowser rejected it and and we've got other people that were mixed in

00:13:20.360 with the crowd trying to incite uh these activities what about all of that how come they aren't pursuing

00:13:26.900 that that's my question instead of of drumming up and creating these charges out of thin air

00:13:34.040 uh to go against uh president trump we know why because it's election interference and they want

00:13:40.400 to keep him out of the white house hey congressman if you could just hang we're gonna take a short break

00:13:46.160 here i've got we do have two lawyers we have cash patel and mike davis are going to be with us we're

00:13:50.480 going to talk two things we're going to talk about the impeachment of joe biden and obviously we're

00:13:54.540 going to talk about what axis breaks down as a five-part uh actions uh in this indictment of

00:13:59.980 president trump and we're going to talk about the you know the what i'm so enthusiastic about

00:14:04.060 we get a chance to adjudicate the stealing of the 2020 election it's no it is no way joe biden got 81

00:14:12.260 million legitimate certifiable chain of custody votes from people called american citizens and we get a

00:14:19.360 chance in a federal court to prove that short commercial break congressman matt rosendale

00:14:22.940 from uh the great state of montana will join us after a short commercial break

00:14:27.260 everything's just beginning but the games you want to play bring it on and now we'll fight to the end

00:14:38.200 just watch and see it's all started everything's begun and you are over

00:14:44.780 we are days away from the durban accords the greatest threat to the united states dollars global 0.85

00:16:21.980 i i want to make sure that we always keep in mind because you know we would love to spend time

00:16:34.940 on transhumanism and and the currency and geopolitics and the the the crushing of the

00:16:42.020 nuclear family all that and we are going to obviously spend a lot of time on that those topics

00:16:47.340 uh day in and day out uh the important topics of the signal not the noise but we're going to have to

00:16:54.860 spend a significant amount of time on this show right because you this audience on two things number

00:17:01.940 one is the defense of the constitution in this republic by donald j trump in those days from

00:17:10.680 three november the evening of three november all the way through january 6 and beyond until he left

00:17:18.300 uh to go to mar-a-lago on the late morning of the 20th of january of 2021

00:17:23.460 uh and we will be uh framing and making that case in quite a lot of detail in addition and i want to

00:17:32.940 make sure everybody kind of understands the the up the other side of this joe biden this is not about

00:17:39.480 just influence peddling this is not about just some uh drug addict pervert degenerate uh you know

00:17:48.660 man child hunter biden or or the rest of the biden uh crime family this is about an individual

00:17:56.800 when he was vice president of the united states that monetized his office to our greatest enemy

00:18:04.500 when he was put in charge by obama of the pivot to asia his family had an active program then and

00:18:10.700 thereafter to monetize access to him to assist our enemies to assist our enemies one of the central

00:18:20.780 most important companies in the one belt one road which is everyone knows that follows the show is the

00:18:26.720 central element and central part of the consolidation of the eurasian landmass to uh to break pax americana

00:18:35.040 and lead to a rising hegemony of a brutal gangster dictatorship that is every bit as bad as hitler

00:18:43.480 goebbels goering all of them him in the 1930s every bit as bad in his fact has murdered more people

00:18:50.120 murdered more people

00:18:52.240 he sold us out one guy defended this republic and the other guy sold out the republic that is exactly

00:19:02.920 what we're talking about to put it in just very simple context one individual stood up and stood in

00:19:09.660 the breach to defend the constitution and defend this republic and the other consciously sold out his

00:19:17.340 nation its citizens its safety its security congressman rosendale when you're around um montana

00:19:27.720 which i think is a pretty good indicator of where the american people are given the the hard-nosed

00:19:33.620 common-sense patriotism of the folks out there in big sky country give me your sense of of uh how

00:19:40.320 rapidly should we be gathering facts and moving towards an impeachment of an individual that sold

00:19:45.500 his country out to the chinese communist party sir oh the people across montana are ready to uh begin

00:19:52.620 the impeachment proceedings investigation on on biden absolutely they are they are ready to begin the

00:19:59.360 impeachment uh proceedings and uh investigations on mayorkas because they see that these individuals

00:20:06.220 absolutely uh do not have our country's best interest at heart and that they are doing serious

00:20:13.280 serious damage both economically both from a national security standpoint and as you summarize

00:20:20.080 very well uh this started a long time ago uh with the biden family when when joe biden decided to start

00:20:28.600 uh making himself uh benefit from his office i like to say steve when you come to washington dc you've got

00:20:36.020 to make a decision you've got to make a decision whether you're going to be a public servant or a profiteer

00:20:40.840 and i think that we've got two grand examples of people who have made two stark starkly different

00:20:48.700 decisions we've got donald trump who decided to come to washington dc to be a public servant and gave up

00:20:56.180 uh a lot in order to be there and took on a lot of attacks he took on a loss of financial worth

00:21:04.480 uh personally okay and then we see joe biden and his family that came to washington dc to be profiteers

00:21:13.380 to use every connection and every uh authoritative position that they were placed in to uh angle and

00:21:22.780 and and receive more money from more people uh both globally and domestically so that it would benefit

00:21:29.080 them uh congressman uh leadership do you how far down the path of this is leadership or once again

00:21:37.900 because i've already heard the donors and everybody they're saying oh trump's electability

00:21:40.860 you know in the last 24 hours although trump is leading biden and virtually in every poll uh what

00:21:46.640 about leadership are they going to move uh with with dispatch on this impeachment issue sir i i think

00:21:54.120 what we have seen uh consistently is that leadership are a bunch of weathermen uh they they take their

00:22:00.940 finger they stick it up they say which way the wind is blowing and then they uh climb around in front of

00:22:06.040 the parade and and and try to lead it uh we saw the same thing you talk about the credit ratings

00:22:10.400 dropping steve look man we worked really really hard at the beginning of this year to try and put

00:22:16.480 together a debt ceiling package that changed their trajectory of our spending and and there was a lot

00:22:22.000 of effort i was meeting with senators i was meeting with house members where a lot of effort was put in

00:22:27.160 to claw back a lot of this biden spending to uh change the uh the freeze the actual spending amounts

00:22:34.000 and and unfortunately after we were able to pass that that package uh leadership went around behind

00:22:40.580 us again struck a deal president biden put a debt ceiling limit into january of 25 so that we don't have

00:22:48.180 much leverage to do much of anything and so when the financial ratings come out and they reduce us down

00:22:53.900 from triple a to double a ratings it says right in there and we had this happen uh previously when

00:22:59.800 we had a government shutdown the reason that the credit ratings went down was not because of any

00:23:04.160 shutdown it wasn't because of uh unknowns within what congress was doing it was because of the

00:23:12.240 unknowns of the financial markets of the uh increasing debt ceiling and no absolutely no plan to address it

00:23:21.080 matt rosendale speaks the truth if matt rosendale's plan had big it wasn't the debt ceiling negotiations

00:23:28.160 fitch is talking about if matt rosendale's plan had been accepted there would have been no downgrade

00:23:32.540 the leader would not have been sold out no downgrade no impossible mccarthy sold out the plan

00:23:40.420 that the rating agencies would have said okay it's not perfect but i see how you guys i can see how you

00:23:46.400 get there i see how you get there and you're making some significant changes but because leadership

00:23:52.540 sold that out and signed it with biden now we've got the biden downgrade and and uh you've got the

00:23:57.900 secretary of treasury whining about it congressman we've got to bounce uh how do people follow you sir

00:24:02.600 at rep rosendale all my platforms at rep rosendale glad to take input glad to hear back from you

00:24:10.660 and and like uh most of the conservative solid conservatives across the nation we always need

00:24:15.840 your support and congressman please give our uh greetings to all the great folks out in montana we

00:24:22.740 have a big audience out there we're very proud of it and love those folks so make sure you tell them

00:24:26.100 that the war room's always thinking about them i will thank you so much for having me on again steve

00:24:30.800 appreciate you appreciate the positive thank you brother i've got uh we've got cash and we have uh

00:24:38.480 cash patel mike davis cash i'll start with you uh give me your assessment uh and here's the thing

00:24:43.800 mike and cash are two uh lawyers and and and two of the heavyweights in dc so cash give me your cut

00:24:50.800 on this first yeah look everybody knows that the january 6th event citing insurrection treason sedition

00:24:58.380 conspiracy when the doj had the ability to charge donald trump with any of those events like they

00:25:03.920 unlawfully impeached him with they failed because they knew he did not violate the law just like the

00:25:09.760 classified documents case steve remember the mar-a-lago case the prosecution had the opportunity

00:25:14.580 to charge donald trump with unlawfully possessing actual classified material they didn't use that

00:25:20.340 statute they went back to 1917 to use a national defense information espionage act statute before

00:25:25.760 classified documents ever existed the doj has admitted in their own filings donald trump never possessed

00:25:31.900 unlawfully classified information and he was never an insurrectionist a seditionist or a co-conspirator

00:25:37.860 to treasonous activity why is that important because they have now utilized charges which we when we ran

00:25:45.460 russiagate we referred criminally the architects of russiagate comey mccabe strock page etc for the exact

00:25:52.680 same charges the doj has now charged donald trump with and the department of justice laughed us out of

00:25:58.500 their halls they literally said we do not use these statutes to prosecute anyone and what do we see

00:26:03.540 here a two-tier system of justice so that's what we have we have the doj actually exonerating

00:26:09.340 president trump in both of these indictments by failing to apply the law and selectively applying

00:26:14.300 the politicization of political speech it is donald trump's right from now until the end of time to

00:26:20.660 say he won every election he ever ran in that is not criminal activity and america's waking up to it

00:26:25.680 real quickly because i'm gonna hold you through break and mike's gonna join us i go tell me go back

00:26:32.460 to that again about the comey mccain what'd you guys i tell you what hang on hang on cash we're great

00:28:04.580 oh be swift my soul to answer him

00:28:07.820 be jubilant my feet

00:28:10.200 our god is marching on

00:28:16.500 glory

00:30:03.300 well i think there actually is some optimism in all of this and it's a very important theme line and that is uh we talk about being in the post truth era where facts don't matter

00:30:20.780 and uh and uh as we know the old way facts did matter and there are roughly four standards in establishing facts do you have witnesses do you have participants do you have contemporaneous notes do you have documents look at this indictment

00:30:47.780 okay okay what let me have it is what underline the answer is yes yes because we're gonna adjudicate 2020 you guys asked for it you're a bloodlust the other thing they think too they think it's a loser at the polls i homie don't think so 0.52

00:31:04.500 i think we start presenting the case the case of how they stole it in the details in the receipts in the granularity

00:31:11.900 i don't think that's going to stand up too well to the american people say well hang on for a second

00:31:16.400 why are we just finding this out now in the summer of 2024 why are we just finding this out

00:31:21.020 cash patel before i turn to mike quickly go back i want people to understand this is quite important

00:31:27.920 about comey mccabe mccabe and what you did and and and what uh you were using what you were citing as the ability to charge them and you got laughed out of the building

00:31:38.880 walk me through that one more time yeah look all roads lead back to russiagate it's the same corrupt

00:31:43.520 actors we referred everybody that got retired or resigned or fired from the fbi and doj as a result of

00:31:48.940 our investigation all 17 of them and i'm going to post the letter the classified letter that we got

00:31:54.100 unclassified later on truth social referring them for conspiracy conspiring to actually defraud the united

00:32:01.060 states of america along with other charges that you see in this trump indictment and rosenstein and

00:32:06.280 company just basically said absolutely not we never use these they're on the books this is laughable

00:32:10.940 that would be a political prosecution against people wrong it would have been a righteous criminal

00:32:16.660 prosecution against people who actually broke trusted in america and violated their roles as the

00:32:23.340 leaders of law enforcement but that's just not enough all those guys are the reason we went to the

00:32:31.200 federal court to sue fusion gps to find out where the money came from from the steel dossier why is

00:32:37.640 any of that important do you know where that case landed steve before judge chutkin i was in federal

00:32:43.360 court with federal subpoenas to get the bank records to prove that the democrats and hillary paid for it and

00:32:49.700 on the eve of the decision do you know what judge chutkin did she recused herself because she is so

00:32:56.140 entrenched with the democratic national committee and the bureaucracy and regime to take out donald trump

00:33:02.240 she could not unbiasedly and un uh and unbiasedly participate in the judicial proceedings that is why she 1.00

00:33:09.920 needs to be recused right now that is a public filing i'll go get that for us

00:33:14.980 fine hang on for one second mike uh can you help me out here my framing of one guy that stands in the breach

00:33:23.060 to defend the constitution of the republic another guy who sells out his country remember it's not

00:33:28.480 about hunter biden hunter biden's just some drunk pervert right and it's not about james biden the 0.50

00:33:32.920 brains of the operation it's about it's about a guy that obama entrusted to uh to oversee the pivot to

00:33:40.640 asia which was the confrontation with china which he tells us he started buddying up with with uh

00:33:45.320 xi is bob woodward right is this going to be a search for truth in fact sir you know i'm actually

00:33:52.760 quite thrilled that the washington post now cares about facts and the truth when it was the washington

00:34:00.240 post and the mainstream media who peddled the russian collusion hoax in 2016 falsely accusing

00:34:08.940 trump of colluding with the russians which ended up to be just complete nonsense and 2020 the washington

00:34:16.860 post and their fellow travelers in the mainstream meaning liberal media uh peddled the the the hoax

00:34:24.980 that's hunter biden's laptop containing clear evidence of joe biden's foreign corruption uh that

00:34:32.760 he's compromised that he would be compromised as the president of the united states these 51 former

00:34:37.800 intel goons said that that was russian disinformation so it's good that the washington post actually cares

00:34:45.140 about information now what what they're leaving out is is that it is not illegal to object to

00:34:51.400 presidential elections or any elections in america it's only illegal to object to elections

00:34:57.160 and third world marxist hellholes until yesterday when merrick garland and jack smith charged trump 0.73

00:35:05.160 with a non-crime of objecting to a presidential election just just let me because you guys are the 0.75

00:35:12.540 lawyers i'm just a dumb mick didn't president trump have an obligation didn't president trump have an 0.72

00:35:19.800 obligation to do this didn't he have a duty to do this he was commander-in-chief he's chief magistrate 0.90

00:35:24.740 right he's chief magistrate i know i know in this modern interpretation of the independence of the

00:35:31.100 justice department the fbi which is concocted by the administrative state and the praetorian guard

00:35:36.200 but he's the chief magistrate he's the chief executive he's the commander-in-chief of the united

00:35:40.960 states armed forces did he not sir have a duty and an obligation to do everything that he did in order

00:35:49.980 to make sure that this was a that this election had actually been fair and the and the counts at the

00:35:55.940 end were actually fair to the american people and and by all the rules and regulations laid out thereof

00:36:02.760 sir yeah i mean he has a it's his job as the president as the head of the executive branch to make

00:36:08.480 sure that the laws are faithfully executed and separate from that he had the right under the

00:36:14.700 electoral count act of 1887 to object to the presidential election just like the democrats did

00:36:21.680 in 1968 2000 2004 and 2016 he also had the right under the first amendment to twist arms politically to

00:36:32.560 try to advocate for his position and try to win through the legal and political processes that is

00:36:39.100 not a crime it's only a crime to object to presidential elections in third world marxist hell holes and now 1.00

00:36:46.980 in joe biden's america you you bring up a thing because i keep saying the ceremonial post the ceremonial

00:36:54.100 post the ceremonial post all the write-ups help me out here mike davis the electoral count act of 1887

00:37:00.680 which you've mentioned was not the same electoral count act that in the middle of the night

00:37:05.660 back last december that was changed that i changed a significant change that they couldn't get passed

00:37:11.540 in the house or the senate if you had to do it in broad daylight they tucked that in to a 2000

00:37:16.680 page omnibus bill and passed that essentially changed that is that the same electoral count act of 1887

00:37:23.400 that you refer to sir that is the same electoral count act of 1887 so it's very interesting that the

00:37:30.480 democrats advocated for this exact same position to have alternate slates of electors uh for prior

00:37:38.580 elections and all of a sudden they want to charge trump with a crime and if you look at what jack smith

00:37:43.140 is doing here it's actually quite sneaky he goes out there and does a press conference and talks about

00:37:49.100 the so-called insurrection on january 6th apparently when insurrectionists get into a nation's capital and

00:37:56.500 get to the senate floor insurrectionists don't burn down the damn place they take selfies and then walk 0.73

00:38:01.400 out but separate from that what jack smith is uh is trying to do is he's trying to invoke this insurrection 0.92

00:38:08.340 in the capitol police and then trying to backdoor in these bogus allegations that president trump

00:38:15.100 somehow committed multiple felonies four felonies because he objected to a presidential election but

00:38:21.060 trying to lump this all together uh you you go still leave it to mike davis to bring up the second

00:38:28.900 major point so not only correct me if i'm wrong because i'm not a lawyer but we get the way that

00:38:34.840 jack smith's laid out the case we get to we get to adjudicate all of 2020 in a federal court because

00:38:40.880 knowingly he knowingly uh lied about his belief about the 2020 so we get to adjudicate that that's

00:38:47.840 central part of jack smith also the whole issue of the fed surrection because jack smith of what he

00:38:54.000 actually said at his press conference right is what's in this document do we not also get to go

00:38:58.740 back as i've said we needed to do this is what the country needs to do we get to go back and look at all

00:39:04.380 of it you know what what happened about pelosi the federal agents all of it gets to be put in play

00:39:09.880 in a federal court mike davis i mean yeah i mean there are jack smith merrick garland and jack smith

00:39:16.340 are alleging that president trump knew he lost the election and defrauded the the government somehow

00:39:22.520 by bringing these elect these election challenges on january 6th so it trump's gonna say no i didn't

00:39:30.820 know i lost the election i actually i actually think i won the election and here is why and that's the

00:39:36.460 evidence that he's going to be able to put forward in court to show that he had no fraudulent intent and

00:39:42.140 so uh this will be a wonderful opportunity for the american people to get into the nitty-gritty i

00:39:47.440 think what do they have four four four different charges across seven different states this is going

00:39:52.980 to be quite fun what this is going to be why not so cash cash this is why i said we're my optimism

00:40:01.260 this is a blessed day divine providence once again has intervened and now we've always fought for

00:40:09.540 venue we've always fought to be able to adjudicate this and jack smith and their own deranged uh the

00:40:16.720 trump deranged syndrome the bloodless to get trump the law of unintended consequences is now upon us

00:40:24.160 am i wrong cash is mike davis wrong do we not get to adjudicate the stealing and the illegitimacy of

00:40:30.240 joe biden and his presidency and at the same time the fed surrection that went down on january 6th do we

00:40:38.220 not get to put in front of the entire nation and the world sir all of the facts of both of those

00:40:43.940 yeah bannon you're only wrong once a day davis is never wrong but listen you are absolutely right

00:40:51.040 here's here's what i put out on truth social last night and i'm going to send it to the president

00:40:55.820 i can't wait for this trial to come because the subpoena list that donald trump should execute in

00:41:03.520 this proceedings is going to be monumental i want him to subpoena every government gangster that has

00:41:10.840 ever called him out bogusly i mean garland think about it we're going to subpoena garland

00:41:16.500 ray we're going to put all them in the hot seat we're going to go back to russiagate we're going to

00:41:21.060 get rosenstein and uh and um all the other gangsters from that era we're going to get documentation

00:41:27.140 from everything because under the constitution and as a federal public defender i know this

00:41:33.840 you are entitled not just to the discovery the government gives you but every piece of information

00:41:39.300 the government possesses and every witness they have to stand up your defense that's due process

00:41:44.760 and so the amount the deluge of subpoenas that is going to come out you're right it's going to boomerang

00:41:51.380 these people bit way more than they can chew and i can't wait to see the list of people that come in

00:41:58.380 the crosshairs from the defense perspective and i hope the defense team for donald trump listens

00:42:03.220 and puts it out there so mike is cash right that we get do we get to do all this because i'm saying

00:42:10.680 what's not to like here what's not to love here because they forced this and ran so fast and so quick

00:42:15.420 right they stumbled and they gave us they gave us what we've always wanted the ability to adjudicate

00:42:20.740 january january 6 and what led up to it the federal government's involvement in it and also the

00:42:26.440 stealing of the 2020 election so is cash right i mean he's he's right on paper the problem is is we

00:42:33.240 have a problem called judge tanya chukkin who is the district court judge who is overseeing this case

00:42:40.540 and you know she used to be a federal public defender for many years she used to she used to care 1.00

00:42:46.080 about defend defendants rights of course that was before republicans and trump supporters started

00:42:51.680 getting charged in washington dc and started facing lawfare in washington dc i guarantee you that

00:42:57.960 donald trump is not going to get a fair trial in washington dc he's not going to get a fair appeal

00:43:03.520 with the obama stacked dc circuit court of appeals uh he will not be able to get to the supreme court

00:43:10.080 before the presidential election this is going to have to be resolved by the american people on november

00:43:15.420 5th 2024 because he uh trump is going to get railroaded in washington dc with jack smith this

00:43:23.520 democrat partisan hitman as the special counsel this obama judge overseeing this trial and this 95

00:43:31.100 percent trump deranged jury pool called washington dc uh mike if you can hang on a second cash uh we'll

00:43:39.880 take a quick break i know mike you got a jump we'll clean up with you and we're going to hold cash

00:43:43.660 talk about impeachment short commercial break mike davis and v cash patel next in the world

00:43:50.920 right now many americans are feeling powerless you know the feeling the economy isn't stable crime

00:45:37.940 know is that there are 200 000 open committee man seats in the republican party these party members

00:45:44.360 are the ones who determine the future of the gop let's take our country back one precinct at a time

00:45:49.900 visit precinctstrategy.com now

00:45:53.200 okay we're gonna have a deeper discussion on this the precinct strategy and everybody out there

00:46:00.380 in the war and posse the next 72 hours are quite important because the republican establishment i know

00:46:05.120 this is gonna shock you the knives are out for a guy named donald j trump they're gonna make the big

00:46:10.100 case for the next 72 hours electability electability electability you see you wait to the arraignment on

00:46:14.920 thursday uh mike davis my theory of the case you said is uh yeah that's the constitution all that but

00:46:22.420 that's not what jack you don't think jack smith's walk me through there because it's not about the

00:46:27.300 rule of law it's not about uh you know justice being blind this is about law fair which is quite

00:46:32.440 different give me jack smith's strategy i mean i think your theory is quaint and it should be how it

00:46:37.440 how it works in america but it's not going to be how it works in this case and we have a track record

00:46:42.640 with jack smith with the virginia governor bob mcdonald case jack smith does not care if he gets

00:46:49.080 overturned by the supreme court two or three years from now this district court judge this obama district

00:46:55.620 court judge in dc tanya chudkin does not care if uh president trump gets to present evidence fairly in

00:47:03.240 his trial and she gets reversed by the supreme court two years from now the whole goal here is law fair

00:47:09.260 to take out president trump as a presidential candidate for november of 2024 like jack smith did

00:47:17.360 with virginia governor bob mcdonald back before 2016 when he was a likely republican presidential

00:47:23.980 candidate jack smith got reversed eight to nothing by the supreme court it would have been nine to nothing

00:47:29.400 but justice scalia passed away it is very hard to get reversed a criminal conviction reversed by the

00:47:35.680 supreme court it is nearly impossible for that to happen unanimously and jack smith found the way he is

00:47:42.460 a hit man he is a political scud missile that uh that president biden and merrick garland are deploying

00:47:49.500 to take out president trump politically because they fear they can't beat him in november 5th 2020

00:47:56.420 and your point is to get it get a conviction and it gets reversed by the supreme court in a couple

00:48:02.960 years but it's all about the politics of november 2024 mike davis social media particularly your personal

00:48:09.280 uh twitter account or a company formerly called twitter and uh and uh how do they get to article

00:48:15.640 three sir you can donate at article three project.org article number three project.org we're gearing up

00:48:23.080 for all this lawfare so uh check us out there at article three project at article number three

00:48:29.700 project i'm getter twitter truth and my personal is at m r d d m i a m r d d m i a my initials in

00:48:40.620 iowa and thank you steve thank you brother appreciate it uh cash patel this judge you've dealt with her

00:48:48.420 before should she recuse herself absolutely steve look when we were doing russiagate and people told

00:48:54.500 me i was out of my mind for daring to connect hillary clinton and the democratic national party

00:48:59.160 to the steel dossier that comey mccabe and struck who should have been prosecuted then for the crimes

00:49:04.540 that jack smith is bringing now against president trump rammed through the fISA process unlawfully

00:49:09.020 i ended up in federal court because the dnc fusion gps and the hillary clinton machine didn't want it

00:49:15.140 revealed that we had caught them funding the illegal steel dossier that the fbi used illegally

00:49:20.120 and when we went to federal court to litigate it we were on the verge of winning access to the bank

00:49:24.840 records and judge chutkin recused herself from the proceedings after finding out the depth of details

00:49:32.860 and the involvement about donald trump about the democratic national party and them trying to bamboozle

00:49:37.860 donald trump she recused because she's so entrenched through her past legal representations 0.98

00:49:43.140 and family unto the democratic national party and the hillary clinton campaign that she could not be a 0.99

00:49:49.560 fair detached and archer arbitrary neutral arbiter of facts that is the standard that must apply in

00:49:56.240 this case she cannot preside over the donald trump criminal prosecution if she could not preside over

00:50:02.980 the adjudication of a congressional subpoena involving the baseless investigation of donald trump
