Bannon's War Room - Episode 3072： Motion To Vacate Pushes On In The House

00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:07.640 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:12.880 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:17.160 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:19.080 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:20.520 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:22.240 but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:23.180 It's going to happen.

00:00:24.440 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:27.840 Mega Media.

00:00:28.760 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:34.640 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:38.380 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:00:44.780 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:00:53.260 From what, for what persons does the gentleman from Florida now seek recognition?

00:00:57.200 Mr. Speaker, pursuant to Clause 2A1 of Rule 9, I rise to give notice of my intent

00:01:02.320 to raise a question of the privileges of the House.

00:01:07.720 The gentleman will state the form of his resolution.

00:01:10.580 Declaring the office of Speaker of the House of Representatives to be vacant.

00:01:14.320 Resolved that the office of Speaker of the House of Representatives

00:01:17.140 is hereby declared to be vacant.

00:01:21.580 Under Rule 9, a resolution offered from the floor by a member other than the majority leader

00:01:26.000 or the minority leader as a question of the privileges of the House

00:01:29.000 has immediate precedence only at a time designated by the chair

00:01:32.140 within two legislative days after the resolution is properly noticed.

00:01:36.020 Pending that designation, the form of the resolution noticed by the gentleman from Florida

00:01:40.640 will appear in the record at this point.

00:01:43.400 The chair will not at this point determine whether the resolution constitutes a question of privilege.

00:01:48.520 That determination will be made at the time designated for consideration of the resolution.

00:01:53.300 As you try to build support, I imagine, from Democrats in this case,

00:01:57.460 I imagine they're going to try to drive a hard bargain.

00:02:00.140 You know what, they haven't asked for anything, and I'm not going to provide anything.

00:02:02.920 And let's just be clear, when Nancy Pelosi was the minority leader,

00:02:07.840 she would always come in and she told Boehner and Paul

00:02:10.840 that she didn't believe in them utilizing this, how they removed Boehner,

00:02:15.280 that she would always vote it down, not based upon saving an individual,

00:02:19.180 but based upon what's good for government, what's good for the institution as a whole.

00:02:24.680 And that's the question has to be, are we now in a situation in our government

00:02:29.100 that we just provided keeping government open,

00:02:33.500 that we're going to play politics with how you become speaker?

00:02:37.020 If that's the case, then I think we've got real problems.

00:02:40.420 As a Democrat votes to pass it, has he been doing that?

00:02:43.020 Do you know the same people that he's...

00:02:44.940 The real challenging part is he's been offering them subpoena power.

00:02:49.280 I don't know how he has the right to do that, but yeah, he's worked it hard.

00:02:52.460 Look, he works hard at trying to make this happen.

00:02:55.620 He's focused on doing this.

00:02:56.900 I'd rather people focus on solving the problems for the American people.

00:03:00.900 Will you be able to table it in the first vote?

00:03:03.220 Do you think will that happen?

00:03:04.420 What is your...

00:03:05.560 How do you handicap it?

00:03:06.880 That will tell everything.

00:03:08.300 I mean, you always want me to handicap everything.

00:03:10.920 And I keep giving you the same answer.

00:03:12.740 You're an optimist.

00:03:13.860 I'm an optimist.

00:03:15.180 You know what?

00:03:16.700 These are opportunities every challenge before you.

00:03:20.140 And I think if people raked how many times they would have killed me in the past, I would

00:03:25.000 have been dead long ago.

00:03:26.340 But I think the one focus of why we continue to survive is what do we focus on?

00:03:31.940 And you know what?

00:03:32.840 I don't think the clock ever runs out.

00:03:34.940 If there's an obstacle, find a way around the obstacle.

00:03:37.820 Do you have any idea who those...

00:03:40.940 What do we call them?

00:03:41.720 The gang of...

00:03:42.460 I don't know.

00:03:43.160 The gang of what?

00:03:44.280 It's half a dozen?

00:03:45.140 We don't...

00:03:45.600 If we knew, we knew whether it gets tabled or not.

00:03:48.840 We don't know how many there are.

00:03:50.140 But do they have any idea...

00:03:52.500 No one...

00:03:53.060 Would anyone else take this job?

00:03:54.540 No one else wants it.

00:03:55.640 You know, who...

00:03:57.500 Now, Mr. Jeffries, there are many Democrats, as you know, who say, yeah, no, we're not

00:04:01.460 going to help this speaker.

00:04:02.660 The one who opened the floodgates of an impeachment inquiry and all the other legislation that you

00:04:07.440 disapprove of, they say, broke a budget deal with President Biden.

00:04:11.860 Is it your sense that there are enough Democrats who might be willing to just say, hey, the House

00:04:17.480 of Representatives is working, he's going to keep his job and to vote to support him?

00:04:22.940 Well, that remains to be seen.

00:04:24.360 We do know that the House of Representatives has largely been turned over to the most extreme

00:04:28.440 elements of the House Republican Conference.

00:04:31.300 And that's not good for the American people.

00:04:33.760 Welcome to the home.

00:04:35.520 Welcome to the home of the extreme elements, Tuesday 3, October 23.

00:04:38.680 Let's go.

00:04:39.240 Do we have a live feed?

00:04:40.460 President Trump is at the courthouse in Manhattan.

00:04:43.240 Let's go there.

00:04:44.120 Here, President Trump.

00:04:44.960 We'll come right back for assessment and analysis about the House in a moment.

00:04:48.820 What they were worth, many times, what they were worth in the financial statements.

00:04:55.520 And the statements are actually much lower than the actual net worth.

00:05:02.320 She knows that, but she's fraudulent.

00:05:05.680 Because of the fraudulent numbers she's given, many of which, Mar-a-Lago is just one example.

00:05:11.000 We have other examples that are almost as good and in some cases might even be better.

00:05:15.520 But this case should be dismissed.

00:05:18.320 This is not a case. 0.55

00:05:20.360 And she should probably be dismissed also because she's terrible and grossly incompetent, as I've said. 1.00

00:05:28.780 But at a minimum, she should start looking for the murderers and the criminals, the violent criminals all over New York. 0.88

00:05:35.360 Do something about all of the illegal migrants pouring into our city and state. 1.00

00:05:40.940 and not spend the next six months in a courthouse because she's been caught early. 0.57

00:05:47.680 Her numbers are fraudulent. 0.99

00:05:49.400 She's a fraud. 1.00

00:05:50.620 Her numbers are fraudulent. 0.96

00:05:52.320 And this case should be dismissed.

00:05:54.600 And they ought to get on to violent crime in solving the problems of New York City and New York State.

00:06:00.880 Thank you very much.

00:06:01.660 Mr. President, why did you decide to come?

00:06:03.320 You didn't have to be here today.

00:06:05.640 How big is your apartment in Trump Tower?

00:06:07.740 Are you telling the truth?

00:06:08.860 Okay, let's keep that shot.

00:06:16.960 You don't have to come in a minute.

00:06:18.220 There we are right there in the New York course.

00:06:19.880 President Trump making comments today and letting you know what he thinks.

00:06:25.120 It's all about stopping President Trump.

00:06:29.460 We have a little history that's going to be made today.

00:06:31.660 I think in the House they've set a vote.

00:06:35.100 You have to understand something.

00:06:36.100 McCarthy, pretty incredible.

00:06:39.460 President Trump steps right up there and just hammers, hammers, hammers, hammers.

00:06:44.820 You saw the fiasco yesterday that the judge is a, and I say this, he's like a judge from Stalin's Russia or from Nazi Germany.

00:06:54.140 He's one of those Nazi judges. 0.88

00:06:55.320 He's, in fact, there was a great video made yesterday about the judge, how bad he is, and I think over on Getter, I think it's on Twitter, but Getter pulled it down.

00:07:04.700 And the great Max Evans made one.

00:07:09.380 Okay, we've got a lot to go through.

00:07:11.200 President Trump's in court again today.

00:07:13.620 He's decided to show up for the second day.

00:07:15.980 Yesterday I thought it was quite effective.

00:07:17.660 He came out and made his case, and I thought it blew away.

00:07:20.960 And the judge got so bad, the judge is whining to the New York Post and other media outlets.

00:07:24.960 Oh, you've got to stop saying that I valued the Mar-a-Lago at only $17 million.

00:07:31.760 No, we're not going to stop on anything.

00:07:33.400 We're going to get, this judge is a disaster, right?

00:07:37.340 Remember, they're trying to liquidate and bankrupt President Trump, trying to liquidate his properties in New York, take away his business license to operate in New York, the New York real estate empire.

00:07:47.560 In the Capitol, the other front of the 30-front war, there's going to be a vote at 130.

00:07:54.800 McCarthy does not have the votes.

00:07:56.720 If Hakeem Jeffries and the Democrats just vote, just vote basically to support Hakeem Jeffries, the Gates and these guys have the votes to remove him.

00:08:09.360 Not to make a new speaker, but remember, it's a two-part process, but they have the votes to remove him.

00:08:13.660 And if your congressman is not on this list that you see circulating around, and I think if Grace can put up the latest list that's bouncing around, 202-225-3121 is the House, particularly people in red districts, particularly people who have these men and women on the bubble.

00:08:32.460 Today's a defining moment.

00:08:35.440 Now, what McCarthy's going to do is some parliamentary tricks.

00:08:39.300 The reason he's calling this so early, he doesn't have the vote, so he wants to slow this train down.

00:08:45.660 And he still refuses to answer the question, still refuses to answer the question about the Ukraine deal, the side deal.

00:08:54.220 And now they're trying to play another gimmick and try to attach it to border security to get it passed through.

00:09:00.400 They are running the tables on the American Republic.

00:09:03.940 CNBC, and I'm going to ask my guys to go back, if one of my team can look at that CNBC, the entire CNBC interview.

00:09:10.240 I don't think they asked him any meaningful questions.

00:09:13.840 And this is Joe and the team over there.

00:09:15.420 I don't think they asked him any meaningful questions about really the economy, and particularly debt and deficits and what he's brought on, the deal that he basically gave Biden.

00:09:25.060 If we can put up, if Denver could put up, I'm going to give you some signal right now, because here in the Capitol, there's a lot of noise.

00:09:32.460 Let me give you a signal.

00:09:34.600 Jamie Dimon yesterday.

00:09:36.200 Now, Jamie Dimon is chairman and CEO of J.P. Morgan.

00:09:40.220 I would argue, if not the most powerful financial institution outside of, like, the Black Rocks.

00:09:48.920 I mean, it's a commercial bank and an investment bank, so it can both underwrite debt, issue debt, and it can underwrite bonds, stocks, securities, M&A, all of it.

00:10:00.560 Full service, money-centered bank, arguably the most powerful bank in the world.

00:10:03.580 I think, along with Goldman Sachs, people would say it has the most elite client list, and probably J.P. Morgan, if you go throughout the world, high net worth individuals.

00:10:14.700 Jamie Dimon says yesterday, he says, hey, I'm a little bit of a contrarian, but he says, I don't think rates have peaked.

00:10:22.760 And I think there's a potential, a real potential, for basic core interest rates, Federal Reserve, 7%.

00:10:31.380 7%.

00:10:34.000 Remember, we've talked about this with E.J. and Tony and Peter Navarro, Navarro Beyond 11.

00:10:39.400 We've talked about this, the basically, the slaughter in the bond market because interest rates are rising.

00:10:45.000 Why?

00:10:45.280 An article the other day about Bidenomics, they think they made a mistake.

00:10:49.600 A lot of the consultants think the Democrats made a mistake by attaching Biden's name to a set of economic policies that are failing.

00:10:55.700 The core policy of this is massive federal spending.

00:11:00.420 We spend 40%, think how big the federal government was even in 2019.

00:11:05.880 Think about it in 2019.

00:11:07.060 The federal government's spending is up 40% since then.

00:11:11.880 40%.

00:11:12.400 4-0.

00:11:15.280 This town's getting wealthier, more powerful.

00:11:18.600 Kevin McCarthy is part of the problem.

00:11:20.780 He is the symbol of the problem.

00:11:24.100 And anybody that is on a TV or radio saying, oh, no, chaos, the same people that were arguing were going to be in chaos in January, and we didn't have chaos.

00:11:34.280 You actually had the beginning of regular order.

00:11:37.120 You had the beginning of a system forced upon him, forced upon him by this show and those brave patriots that stood up round after round after round.

00:11:45.280 And basically got the concessions.

00:11:47.200 They would have never given him.

00:11:49.220 Then in the debt ceiling, you fought the debt ceiling.

00:11:51.600 And guess what?

00:11:53.000 They got the Democrats and passed it.

00:11:54.580 And the debt ceiling has been a debacle.

00:11:56.420 It's led to the destruction of the United States of America and your personal finances.

00:12:01.020 And this is what we're up against.

00:12:05.300 The CR, the same thing.

00:12:06.800 They're going to roll it up into an omnibus.

00:12:09.300 The cartel, the D.C.

00:12:10.980 Uniparty cartel continues to control the imperial capital.

00:12:16.280 And it's not going to change.

00:12:19.500 They're just not going to hand it to you.

00:12:21.980 You know, this is not, you can't be Rebecca Sunnybrook Farm here and think that, get your seventh grade textbook out in civics.

00:12:28.840 That's not the way it works.

00:12:30.700 That's the way it should work.

00:12:32.840 That's the way the framers intended it to work.

00:12:34.980 It doesn't work like that.

00:12:35.920 It's a concentration of money that takes power.

00:12:41.600 And the moneyed interest, the money, anybody that's arguing for Kevin McCarthy is arguing the case of the moneyed interest, of the moneyed interest.

00:12:53.400 And look what they've done.

00:12:54.400 If the moneyed interest had delivered, you know, prosperity and none of this debt and this massive deficit payments and basically had paid for it themselves or had gone back to what we call capitalism and let it evolve that way, you know, maybe you wouldn't have the bigger problem with them.

00:13:13.600 You still, no group should ever have this type of power in the United States.

00:13:17.440 But hey, maybe, you know, maybe we just go play golf and, you know, we watch the bread and circuses of modern Rome and football, the NFL football, right?

00:13:29.940 We go chase signal all our life or go chase noise all our life, just chase noise, chase noise, chase noise, maybe.

00:13:36.620 But they didn't do that.

00:13:39.380 Just to make sure there's no confusion at all.

00:13:42.300 What Kevin McCarthy wrought, what he wrought, even given Biden the second year, is a situation we will never pay off one penny ever.

00:13:54.180 There's no forecast.

00:13:55.320 We will never pay off one penny, one penny of the principle of the $33 trillion, which is rapidly going to go to $34, $35, $36, $37.

00:14:08.380 Inexurably drawing the American Republic to her doom.

00:14:15.080 That you, your family, people under 40, particularly your children, your grandchildren, all of it, will be debt slaves to global capital markets.

00:14:24.960 Global capital markets that will not include the dollar as the prime reserve currency.

00:14:30.860 Debt slavery to the United States of America.

00:14:33.020 You could break your chains beginning today.

00:14:36.320 202-225-3121.

00:14:39.540 We'll talk about Kevin McCarthy and the way he's put the knife in President Trump when we return in the war room in a moment.

00:14:45.660 Do you get the feeling that the unthinkable is going to happen soon?

00:15:04.080 Well, I do.

00:15:05.660 But between the distractions and smokescreens in the media, we probably won't see it coming.

00:15:10.440 That's why it's smart to invest in emergency food right away.

00:15:15.140 As they say, it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

00:15:20.680 My Patriot Supply is the nation's leader in high-quality emergency food.

00:15:25.380 Let me repeat that.

00:16:22.240 Take action, action, action.

00:16:25.320 War Room.

00:16:26.500 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:16:29.320 Okay.

00:16:33.280 McCarthy, in a panic mode, I think is putting up the vote today to do a parliamentary maneuver to delay it.

00:16:41.200 A motion to table.

00:16:43.740 This is all going to come down, and you've got to call and find out.

00:16:46.800 There's about, I don't know, anywhere from 5 to 10 no's.

00:16:50.240 There's probably another 5 to 7 or 8, you know, looking for some moral backup.

00:17:01.120 Because think of it.

00:17:02.720 To do this, you step out.

00:17:04.660 McCarthy's guys are going to throw you off committees.

00:17:06.900 They're going to crush you.

00:17:07.720 So this is not without great peril to these insurgents.

00:17:13.100 You should see what they're doing to Matt Gaetz nonstop.

00:17:16.540 The one guy that stood in the breach here.

00:17:18.380 And the others.

00:17:19.080 The other guys can tell you.

00:17:20.100 The other men and women can tell you.

00:17:21.140 The pressure is enormous.

00:17:22.300 From donors to power players in the Capitol to say, your career's over.

00:17:27.880 You're finished.

00:17:28.600 You've taken this too far to smear you.

00:17:30.380 And, of course, you've got the Murdoch News organization that's 1,000% in.

00:17:34.400 I think you can take it as an axiomatic that whatever the Murdoch News network's for, you should be for the exact opposite.

00:17:42.820 It's always wrong.

00:17:44.880 Always.

00:17:45.360 Ask them about, you know, they're the cheerleader for the Ukraine war, the cheerleader for the Afghan war, the cheerleader for the Iraq war.

00:17:57.140 Essentially the cheerleader for all the bailouts of Wall Street back in 2008.

00:18:01.260 Just cheerleaders. 1.00

00:18:03.400 Cheerleader for the debt ceiling deal.

00:18:05.120 Cheerleaders.

00:18:06.760 Cheerleaders.

00:18:07.320 Yeah, they talk about there's some problem.

00:18:08.840 You know, we got to spend too much money.

00:18:10.260 If you want to stop it, if you want to stop it, it's going to be brutally tough.

00:18:16.840 But you don't have a choice.

00:18:17.760 You're either going to stop it or the country's finished.

00:18:19.840 So pick them.

00:18:21.540 You're going to stay in the breach and fight this.

00:18:24.160 And you saw the fight beginning with going through these appropriations bills line by line.

00:18:28.160 And it ain't pretty.

00:18:30.220 It's ugly.

00:18:31.040 It's going to get a lot uglier.

00:18:32.660 The cuts have to be made.

00:18:33.840 And you think that's ugly.

00:18:35.040 Wait till you have to increase.

00:18:37.000 I'm not talking about increasing your taxes.

00:18:38.560 Your tax burden is already great enough.

00:18:40.420 I'm talking about increasing the tax burden of the corporations, the progressive, woke corporations, dramatically.

00:18:49.260 And the super wealthy, all the progressives that have foisted all this on you.

00:18:55.060 Why would you tax them?

00:18:56.980 They want this.

00:18:58.380 They're pushing this.

00:18:59.780 That's what we've never seen.

00:19:00.480 You see the progressive Democrats ever have come up with the meaningful taxes for the super wealthy?

00:19:06.080 No, because all the super wealthy are all woke progressives.

00:19:09.460 They've got the greatest system in the world.

00:19:11.240 You're paying for it.

00:19:12.160 Why not keep it on?

00:19:14.400 Deficits keep running.

00:19:15.280 They're making fortunes all over the place.

00:19:17.980 Federal Reserve's bailing them out all the time.

00:19:20.980 It's a great system.

00:19:22.300 That's why they don't want you to understand it.

00:19:25.780 Don't take it from me.

00:19:26.720 Take it from Jamie Dimon.

00:19:27.820 You think your credit card, you think your APR hurting you right now?

00:19:30.980 You're living paycheck to paycheck?

00:19:32.120 You've got a big old credit card amount, and you're barely keeping up with the monthly payment?

00:19:38.000 That's going to get worse.

00:19:40.320 Now, Jamie Dimon is talking about the Fed.

00:19:41.720 We're going to have Navarra on here, the 10-year Treasury up, 30-year Treasury.

00:19:47.220 These are numbers that no one forecasted above the 4%.

00:19:51.940 The financial infrastructure in the country as it rolls down to the individual consumer can't bear this for too long.

00:20:03.320 Of course, you've got some of the consumers.

00:20:04.760 Hey, they're like the last days of Pompeii.

00:20:07.740 They're spending on Taylor Swift concerts, and they're going on trips.

00:20:11.200 That's fine.

00:20:11.820 That's all good.

00:20:13.420 That's fine.

00:20:14.720 The free COVID money's run out.

00:20:16.220 Remember, that was just a pay.

00:20:18.160 The free COVID money's run out.

00:20:20.520 And the credit card's now to 27% APR.

00:20:24.560 Okay.

00:20:25.880 Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow is another day.

00:20:31.060 Right?

00:20:31.360 Was that Vivian Lee?

00:20:32.400 Tomorrow's another day.

00:20:34.240 Don't worry about tomorrow.

00:20:35.180 Unfortunately, people that care about this republic and care about our obligation and our duty to bequeath this to our children and to future generations take a little more serious note of this.

00:20:50.160 And that's why you have been at the vanguard of doing what is right for this country, to put this country's interest first, to put this republic's interest first, to put her citizens' interest first.

00:21:03.400 That's not what's going on.

00:21:04.620 Think about this.

00:21:05.660 In this massive fight over these cuts and $2 trillion deficit now and in perpetuity, they can't lie about it anymore.

00:21:13.880 And all the problems we have here, the massive invasion on the southern border, Eric Adams going down to Darien Gap, Michael Yon and Van Der Steele and Oscar Blue Ramirez and Ben Burkwam, hat tip, folks, you finally smoked him out.

00:21:29.760 He's going to go down there and he's going to say, hey, guess what?

00:21:32.160 There's 500,000 people coming through here.

00:21:34.040 They're coming to New York City.

00:21:34.780 You can't.

00:21:35.120 And he's going to sit there and go, you can't come to New York.

00:21:37.820 Yo, bro, thanks.

00:21:39.240 Where's my ticket?

00:21:40.120 I got a plane ticket from the Biden regime.

00:21:42.320 All I got to do is get somewhere in Mexico and they're going to fly me in on taxpayer money.

00:21:49.160 The country is no longer managed to climb by our elites.

00:21:51.960 It's a full, total implosion.

00:21:54.080 And all they're doing up there, all McCarthy and anybody defends him, all they're doing is grabbing with both hands while the collapse goes on.

00:22:02.500 Don't take it from me. 0.93

00:22:04.300 Ask your own lying eyes. 0.95

00:22:05.760 Look at the schools. 0.97

00:22:09.420 Look what they're doing on the on the on the drag queens. 1.00

00:22:12.100 Look what they're doing on the transgender ideology. 1.00

00:22:14.520 Look what they're doing in the libraries. 0.99

00:22:16.640 Look what they're doing to the American family. 0.95

00:22:18.500 Look what they're doing to call you domestic terrorists.

00:22:23.140 Look what they're doing on the southern border, exacerbating an invasion of this country, a massive invasion.

00:22:29.200 A massive invasion.

00:22:31.620 The same forces all aligned against you.

00:22:33.640 And I mean, get into the the mass, the vaccines, the lockdowns, all that, which they all want to happen again.

00:22:40.080 All of it.

00:22:41.700 But they can't get, you know, the sustainable, you know, net carbon zero, all of it.

00:22:47.000 The one thing they can't get away from, though, is the law of large numbers, big math.

00:22:53.380 And the math is on our side.

00:22:56.080 And we're saying you have to stop this madness now.

00:23:01.820 And the powers that be in the economic forces that be in the way this imperial capital is run.

00:23:09.140 Is the powers that be have control of it and they're not prepared to give it up to the American people and particularly not prepared to give it up.

00:23:16.600 To the hobbits.

00:23:18.400 They don't.

00:23:20.200 I'm going to give you a new I'm going to give you some inside baseball.

00:23:23.180 Maybe it's time for a number two principal to come out.

00:23:25.660 You ready?

00:23:26.320 OK, some of you are not.

00:23:29.000 You're ready now.

00:23:29.880 You're ready.

00:23:31.340 I'm going to give you a scoop.

00:23:33.180 We're going to break some news here.

00:23:35.880 They don't think very highly of you.

00:23:38.900 They don't think very highly of your decision making.

00:23:41.080 They don't think very highly of your values.

00:23:45.160 They don't think very highly of the way you comport yourself.

00:23:48.620 The way you raise your family.

00:23:51.280 They don't think very highly of your ability to think through complex topics.

00:23:59.120 They are the manager elite backed by a financial elite.

00:24:05.120 They think that they know better.

00:24:11.980 I can tell you about that.

00:24:13.420 I'm going to bring in Natalie Winters.

00:24:16.000 Incredibly educated young woman.

00:24:17.840 She's gone to some of the finest educational institutions in our country.

00:24:22.380 And she's been with both Raheem over National Pulse and now with us at Warren for the last couple of years.

00:24:28.200 She is, I think, the finest investigative reporter in town.

00:24:32.600 In fact, at a very tender age, she's become quite cynical.

00:24:36.840 She has because she's seen the way the imperial capital rolls.

00:24:42.520 Natalie, your latest on Ukraine.

00:24:44.540 And remember, McCarthy's lined you with a straight face because if he didn't have a secret deal with Biden, then we just say, hey, look, let's just then just hold off.

00:24:54.520 Nothing to do in Ukraine.

00:24:55.640 Let's just put it put it off to the side for a second.

00:24:57.840 And, you know, we'll do all the regular order and let's get back to business.

00:25:01.100 You notice McCarthy, you know, not doing anything over the weekend.

00:25:04.440 He got out of here at noon on Saturday or as soon as Saturday as the vote was over.

00:25:08.940 Why?

00:25:09.360 Because he didn't want to have people put in motion to vacate and throw him out right then.

00:25:13.620 So he had to get out of town.

00:25:15.020 Didn't come back till 6 o'clock or yesterday.

00:25:17.100 No votes till 6 o'clock.

00:25:17.980 He has no intention to move or anything.

00:25:19.920 For a big argument over there right now, people saying, hey, stop.

00:25:23.160 We got, you know, we're not going to be able to get all the independent, you know, appropriations bills.

00:25:27.420 We're going to have another CR.

00:25:28.560 That's the sucker's play they're giving him.

00:25:32.980 Also, just as a note, and I'll get into this.

00:25:34.580 Mike Davis will come up next.

00:25:36.380 McCarthy has not allowed Comer and Jordan to issue any subpoenas.

00:25:42.820 The whole thing on impeachments, you understand, there's a total fraud.

00:25:46.160 On Mayorkas, on Ray, on Merrick Garland, on Biden, on any of them, the Hunter Biden, they haven't issued any subpoenas.

00:25:55.360 McCarthy's guys, his lawyers, that inner circle, he has no intention of impeaching anybody.

00:26:00.620 He has no intention.

00:26:01.860 And unfortunately, in Trump's inner circle, there are people up there that are very close to McCarthy.

00:26:09.620 Let's just talk truth to power right here.

00:26:13.040 But President Trump has to understand McCarthy puts the shiv in him every day, every day.

00:26:18.620 That inner group, why do you think they put, why do you think they push the 47-day, the 47-day CR to push it past November?

00:26:26.720 So that Junkin's massive donors, led by the Hungarian, another foreigner, I see a consistent pattern here. 0.99

00:26:35.980 I think I got some pattern recognition.

00:26:39.000 That's going to meet down at Virginia Beach on the 17th of October to plan Junkin's run and plan his huge run.

00:26:47.120 Because the Keebler elves have fizzled, failure to launch all of them.

00:26:51.980 And now President Trump and the team around him, Lassavita and Susie Wiles, they come out finally, you know, late, but better late than never, and said, we've got to cancel the third debate.

00:27:02.980 We've got to cancel all this.

00:27:03.980 It's absurd.

00:27:06.340 And quite frankly, Ronald McDaniel ought to be turfed out.

00:27:08.500 She doesn't cancel the third one.

00:27:09.460 She ought to be turfed out.

00:27:11.280 They're going exactly against the will of the people here.

00:27:14.560 And small donors should cut them off 100% until they start canceling these primaries and focus resources back where President Trump wanted, which is on election integrity.

00:27:25.200 They have not issued a subpoena.

00:27:26.800 This is McCarthy's guys, have not allowed Comer, have not allowed Jordan, have not allowed these committees to issue any subpoenas.

00:27:34.040 That's why we're sitting here in October and nothing's happened.

00:27:36.640 Except some, you know, slapstick comedy.

00:27:39.820 Black comedy. 0.89

00:27:40.840 Dark comedy last week.

00:27:42.100 It's all performative.

00:27:46.440 Unless you, when you get the bayonet out, they'll react to the degree that the bayonet presses the flesh in back.

00:27:53.120 To the degree you put pressure on them, they'll react, they'll give you this much.

00:27:57.300 As long as it's constant, continual pressure.

00:28:00.360 And then you're called the agent of chaos.

00:28:02.220 You're called the, you know, the hobbits don't know what they're doing.

00:28:05.640 They're just angry.

00:28:07.080 No, actually the hobbits have thought through the problem.

00:28:09.780 And the problem starts with an imperial capital that had the interest of the elites first and not this republic.

00:28:18.660 And Natalie Winters is going to show you how next in the world.

00:28:21.800 You should choose an air purifier like your life depends on it.

00:28:31.500 Because it just might.

00:28:33.460 More than 35,000 wildfires have devastated the U.S. this year.

00:28:37.420 The toxins and particles in wildfire smoke can penetrate our lungs and threaten our health.

00:28:43.080 That's why EnviroClean's developed military-grade air purification for your home.

00:28:48.300 And they just announced their biggest sale of the year.

00:28:51.560 Save a massive 30% off during their Labor Day sale.

00:28:55.840 EnviroClean's is specifically designed to wipe out airborne chemicals and viruses known to cause illness, allergies, and difficulty breathing.

00:29:04.480 Even toxic gases and particles found in wildfire smoke are no match for EnviroClean's.

00:29:09.500 That's why the Department of Defense chose EnviroClean's to protect the air on board our Navy combatants.

00:29:17.180 And EnviroClean's comes with a free professional air quality monitor so you know your family's breathing purified air.

00:29:23.940 Now's the time to save 30% off your air purification unit.

00:29:28.080 Get the free air quality monitor and fast, free shipping.

00:29:31.380 That's a $250 savings.

00:29:34.260 Visit ekpure.com and use code STEVE.

00:29:37.700 That's ekpure.com, code STEVE.

00:29:41.680 Let me repeat, ekpure.com, code STEVE.

00:29:47.520 Ekpure.com, code STEVE.

00:29:49.940 Take action.

00:29:50.820 Use your agency.

00:29:52.100 Do it today.

00:29:52.780 Get the benefits of the sale.

00:29:55.000 Why not?

00:29:56.520 Rip the mandate off here or what?

00:29:58.600 Why not?

00:29:59.640 You know, look, I think Matt has planned this all along.

00:30:03.040 It didn't matter what we transpired.

00:30:04.780 You know, he would have done it if we were in shutdown or not.

00:30:07.540 But I firmly believe it's the right decision to keep government open, to make sure our military is still paid, our border agents are still paid.

00:30:16.220 And if that makes a challenge based upon whether I should be Speaker, I'll take that fight.

00:30:20.360 So you're calling us a lot.

00:30:21.960 Yeah.

00:30:22.180 What was your conversation like when you're Jeffrey's wife?

00:30:26.200 Okay.

00:30:27.200 We'll come back to more of that.

00:30:28.460 A lot going on in the Capitol, as you can tell you.

00:30:31.320 I'll tell you what we'll do.

00:30:32.260 Maybe in the next segment we'll get up a list.

00:30:35.480 But 202-225-3121.

00:30:38.380 Let's assume it's the hard six, right?

00:30:41.980 And find out where your congressman, call them.

00:30:44.920 Find out where they're not on there.

00:30:45.920 Decision day to toss McCarthy.

00:30:51.340 You see it right there?

00:30:52.280 Well, you know, the same lies on the CR.

00:30:54.020 You could have done all the appropriations.

00:30:57.260 It's just like the lies they told you about the debt ceiling.

00:31:00.480 There was no possibility.

00:31:02.180 It was impossible to default on government securities.

00:31:04.660 Not the way they're defaulting, with the interest rates climb.

00:31:09.620 The purchasing power, they're defaulting on it all the time.

00:31:12.260 That's why the purchasing power of your money is much less than when the Biden regime started with the collaborationist Republicans in the McCarthy set.

00:31:22.700 They're defaulting on you every day.

00:31:26.340 It was all live at the debt ceiling.

00:31:28.120 There was no possibility to default.

00:31:29.440 There's plenty of cash coming in to pay the interest and what principle came due or could roll over.

00:31:38.860 You could take care of all that.

00:31:43.100 Not a problem.

00:31:45.440 And just like here, the CR.

00:31:47.720 So, yes, you're in a jam.

00:31:49.180 Don't take it from me.

00:31:50.600 Take this CNN article and look at the CNBC interview. 0.99

00:31:54.280 The CNBC interview today on McCarthy was pathetic. 0.90

00:31:57.660 The business press is part of the problem. 0.98

00:31:59.100 They won't ask any tough questions.

00:32:01.200 Not that McCarthy could answer a tough question, but you've got to ask it to him.

00:32:05.700 Natalie, before I get into Ukraine, because this is all kind of lies.

00:32:08.300 Their focus is on Glenn Youngkin in Ukraine.

00:32:14.300 Understand that's their priorities.

00:32:16.340 And the priorities because Youngkin, he's the next one up. 0.84

00:32:18.840 He's the next batter to take on Trump because Trump's evil. 0.97

00:32:22.120 Trump's bad. 0.93

00:32:23.180 You know.

00:32:23.400 Natalie, that performance last week, why have they not?

00:32:27.480 Can you get anywhere on this until you start issuing subpoenas and get serious?

00:32:31.080 We're now, what, 10 months into this?

00:32:33.460 Is anything happening here, ma'am, in your mind, being an investigative reporter?

00:32:37.260 Not at all.

00:32:39.220 And I want to read you a headline from a discussion that we had back in November of 2022, where we came to the conclusion that Kevin McCarthy will block meaningful congressional investigations, exposing the establishment's corruption because he's in on it.

00:32:55.920 And I would say that that take has aged pretty well when it comes to the efficacy of these investigations, whether it's the China committee, the effort to impeach Joe Biden, weaponization.

00:33:06.040 It really has been just that performative.

00:33:09.380 And as much as they like to slam people like me and you and our allies like Matt Gaetz as, you know, agents of chaos and arsonists, in reality, what we saw at that impeachment hearing last week, that is the definition of chaos.

00:33:22.800 But I think what the worst part, really, what the ultimate, you say, I'm cynical, maybe I am, but really the ultimate black pill is on Republican leadership is that it is chaos that was actually designed to be just that, to be a failure.

00:33:37.160 So we could not justify pushing forward with an impeachment inquiry of Joe Biden, when in reality, we have more evidence probably 100, if not 1,000 times, than what Democrats ever had on Donald Trump and what was going on in Ukraine.

00:33:50.960 But I think that's sort of the point we're at with Republican leadership.

00:33:54.280 It's not incompetence.

00:33:55.600 I wish it were.

00:33:56.480 That's certainly a feature of it.

00:33:58.360 But it's intentional because at the end of the day, these people are part of the swamp.

00:34:03.820 All that you need to know is the fact that they call people like Matt Gaetz who want to change the way that business is done in Washington, D.C., as inflicting chaos.

00:34:12.240 It's not inflicting chaos if you want to actually align the way that politics are conducted in this country with most of the grassroots.

00:34:20.260 Just look at the fact that all of the people on Twitter who are posting, the congressmen, that they support McCarthy.

00:34:25.720 Steve, I've never seen people get ratioed so heavily.

00:34:29.600 I mean, they get like 200 likes and there are thousands of comments absolutely dragging these people.

00:34:35.080 It's amazing to see.

00:34:36.300 In the break, people should go and pile in.

00:34:38.880 But you're so right, Steve. 1.00

00:34:39.840 These people think we're idiots. 0.99

00:34:41.880 Do you remember during the debt ceiling negotiations when your favorite, Garrett Graves, trying to be all funny, tweeted out saying that he would go on any media outlet to defend his deal that he made with Joe Biden? 0.99

00:34:56.300 Since he tweeted that out, we reached out to him repeatedly, to his comms director.

00:35:00.940 So many media outlets offered to have him on to defend it.

00:35:03.500 He did not reply to a single one.

00:35:05.040 He's never come on War Room.

00:35:06.580 And sure, that's anecdotal.

00:35:07.820 But, Steve, that shows you these people don't care about the grassroots.

00:35:11.880 These people don't care about the people who are electing them. 1.00

00:35:14.980 They think we're idiots. 1.00

00:35:16.720 And I hope this motion to vacate passes and we get rid of Kevin McCarthy because it will actually show them, well, if we're a bunch of idiots, we just removed you. 1.00

00:35:24.560 We actually changed Washington, D.C. 0.99

00:35:26.420 So what does that make you?

00:35:27.620 I could not say it better.

00:35:32.480 Mike Davis, this is your line of country.

00:35:36.420 We're now into October.

00:35:37.960 No subpoenas, nothing.

00:35:39.160 This is obviously the fix is in, sir.

00:35:43.260 Why?

00:35:43.740 You know, we've been saying for a long time, Steve and Natalie, that the House Republicans need to step up.

00:35:52.280 The fact that there are not subpoenas on a regular basis, there are not subpoenas for documents, for subpoenas for witnesses.

00:36:01.880 There are not staff depositions on a constant basis, on a daily basis, that there are not public hearings.

00:36:11.360 This is lawfare.

00:36:12.580 Remember, there is smoking gun evidence that President Biden is corruptly on Chinese, Ukrainian, Russian oligarchs payrolls.

00:36:26.340 And so is every single family member, it seems, except for the five-year-old granddaughter, who they just acknowledged under political pressure after five years.

00:36:35.860 We have diamonds going to Hunter.

00:36:39.160 We have Porsches going to Hunter.

00:36:41.360 How much more evidence do we need to move forward aggressively?

00:36:45.380 We have a compromised president of the United States, and he's compromised by the worst countries in the world.

00:36:52.800 And I would say this.

00:36:56.140 Do you think there's any chance that if there were any, even 1% of this evidence against President Trump or Don Jr. or Eric or any of the other Trumps,

00:37:07.260 do you think there's any chance that the House Democrats, if they were in charge of, do you think there's any chance they would wait nine months or 10 months to issue subpoenas?

00:37:19.220 Hell no.

00:37:20.080 This is lawfare. 1.00

00:37:20.860 The reason that the Democrats are on offense in this lawfare is because Republicans are weak and stupid, and we don't have them on defense. 1.00

00:37:30.040 Let's put them on defense. 0.99

00:37:32.040 Let's make them lawyer up and spend $200,000 on lawyers, because we're actually investigating real crimes by the Bidens instead of these non-crimes against President Trump.

00:37:42.900 If this republic is to be saved, it's people like Natalie Winters and Mike Davis.

00:37:48.900 Fair, smart, tough individuals are going to save it.

00:37:55.840 Maybe they don't come in this predisposed to dump on these people, but it's the facts.

00:38:00.220 Natalie, I want to go to your reporting over the last – yesterday we had you in the show, but I want to redo that with the updates,

00:38:05.940 because we need the nation and MAGA to understand how the imperial capital works.

00:38:14.880 And this is why there's no investigation, because they're all – the uniparty are on the side of the oligarchs here.

00:38:23.560 They're on their side because they're making – as I said, they're making more money as the country collapses than they made on when the country was ascended.

00:38:33.100 Natalie Winters, walk through what you got for us on Ukraine the last couple of days.

00:38:36.000 Sure, it's not just managed decline, it's accelerated decline.

00:38:40.180 I said that yesterday, and I stand by it in two of the stories that we just put out today, I think, really underscore that theory.

00:38:46.300 I'll start with the first one, but a former Democratic congressman, Jim Moran, who, of course, became a lobbyist after leaving Washington, D.C.

00:38:55.280 Believe it or not, one of his new clients, as of about six days ago, is the Ukrainian government.

00:39:00.160 He's receiving $25,000 a month for at least a year to basically lobby his former colleagues to give them more foreign aid in the form of weapons, arms, and I'm sure billions of taxpayer dollars.

00:39:12.460 But what's so curious is that I actually obtained the letter detailing the agreement between Moran Global Strategies and the Ukrainian government ministry, showing their terms of work, the payment.

00:39:24.340 And what's so interesting is that the payment you can see in red on the screen there, it's not actually coming from the government ministry.

00:39:31.060 It's coming from a shady nonprofit that basically you can't even find online.

00:39:36.040 You know, an investigative reporter, I can find almost about anything.

00:39:38.980 There's absolutely no trace of this entity.

00:39:41.220 It's a group very innocuously named Ukraine Freedom.

00:39:44.820 And that is who is funneling the money to this D.C.-based consulting firm, like I said, a former Democratic member of Congress who's now making what will be at the end of the year six figures, just lobbying his old colleagues to give Ukraine more taxpayer dollars.

00:39:59.640 You always talk about socializing the risk in this country and the elites getting the upside.

00:40:04.260 The Ukraine war is no different.

00:40:06.120 And on the Victoria Nuland front, which dovetails with the story that I put up yesterday, this is, of course, one of the key figures back in 2014.

00:40:14.000 She was really an instrumental person in orchestrating what many have called a coup in Ukraine to ask the democratically elected president.

00:40:20.560 So it's very curious to me that what the data we've obtained from White House visitor logs show not only that she was meeting with Joe Biden privately in the very early days of the Ukraine-Russia war,

00:40:31.020 but the timing around when she meets with Joe Biden, for example, June 8th of this year, was the very same day that the DOD released billions more to Ukraine for more weapons that they don't need.

00:40:43.060 But I think the real smoking gun here, Steve, when you talk about the global basement that is Ukraine and who is really pulling the strings, 1.00

00:40:50.300 in the early, early days of the conflict, July 19th of 2022,

00:40:54.000 the White House, I would argue, fabricated this intelligence report that Russia was planning to annex parts of Ukraine.

00:41:01.800 And if you read the report, they say just like they did in 2014.

00:41:05.020 In other words, they were taking Victoria Nuland's old 2014 talking points, refashioning, repurposing them.

00:41:11.480 And they used that so-called intel report to justify, for months, giving Ukraine billions more in aid.

00:41:19.480 So it's the same people. And I think that it really underscores the point that this has never been about Ukraine,

00:41:24.880 never been about the actual fighting going on there.

00:41:27.520 It's always been about these Western elites, the Nulands of the world, Jim Rands of the world, 1.00

00:41:32.840 trying to create another forever war so they can continue to launch or and funnel U.S. taxpayer dollars back into their pockets.

00:41:40.680 Now, we've stopped the funding even over the weekend in this massive giveaway.

00:41:47.100 We stopped the funding on both. McConnell, the first time his conference stood up to him,

00:41:52.760 as much as they tried to push it in the House, couldn't go.

00:41:56.700 And now all they're talking about, and McCarthy's denying a secret deal.

00:42:00.220 If they don't have a secret deal, Natalie, would anything come forward here?

00:42:05.060 Couldn't we just wait a couple of months?

00:42:06.380 Is the reason we're not waiting, is everybody, all the elites, everybody's on the payroll,

00:42:11.540 everybody's on the tits so that you can't have a break? It's got to be continuous?

00:42:16.420 Of course. I mean, look at the news cycle right now.

00:42:18.700 I know you and I were talking about that Atlantic piece, you know, decrying MAGA for not being pro-Ukraine.

00:42:24.000 But just in the last 24 hours, it seems like the Ukraine news cycle has just been dominated by article after article,

00:42:30.460 slamming MAGA Republicans, the MAGA movement for not being Ukraine, 0.57

00:42:34.020 and our intellectual superiors, the Jonah Goldbergs of the world,

00:42:38.000 trying to lecture to us why it's so imperative to be Ukraine.

00:42:41.600 Obviously, we've struck a nerve.

00:42:43.920 And I think that that Jim Moran story is a perfect example of why these people care about Ukraine.

00:42:49.360 And Steve, let's even link it back to the story that we published yesterday,

00:42:52.580 from these strategy papers that these consulting firms linked, if not founded,

00:42:57.500 by high-level players in the Biden regime, all the way up to Secretary of State Blinken,

00:43:01.560 and these strategy papers outlining what they want to happen in Ukraine,

00:43:05.460 they're already talking about a, quote, multi-decade approach to foreign aid.

00:43:10.640 They want to turn this, like I said, into another forever war, another way to keep enriching themselves.

00:43:16.420 Maybe the Chinese Communist Party grift has, you know, dried up a little bit,

00:43:19.860 because Hunter Biden made it so outré to do that.

00:43:22.780 But on the other hand, too, this white paper, if you read it,

00:43:26.260 it says that the Ukraine war has allowed them to implement changes

00:43:30.560 that would not have been politically achievable otherwise.

00:43:34.440 Hang on for a second.

00:43:35.680 So great.

00:43:36.380 You just hang on.

00:43:37.340 Natalie Winters.

00:43:38.700 David's going to stick with us.

00:43:53.000 Let's take down the season.

00:43:54.940 For war room veterans, you know, we have been all over this supply chain issue

00:45:37.900 A lot going on at Capitol Hill.

00:45:39.680 Make sure you weigh in.

00:45:41.680 202-225-3121.

00:45:44.860 Particularly in MAGA districts, let them hear from you today.

00:46:01.080 This thing's a total con.

00:46:03.600 Don't take it from me.

00:46:04.600 Take it from Jamie Dimon, chairman, CEO of J.P. Morgan.

00:46:10.580 Arguably one of the most powerful financial institutions in the world.

00:46:14.680 With a client list that is a five-star client list.

00:46:20.620 I'm telling you, it could go to 7%.

00:46:22.960 Remember, Jamie Dimon hates Trump.

00:46:25.200 He's one of the biggest never-Trumpers on Wall Street.

00:46:27.540 And has aspirations to run for president himself.

00:46:34.120 Birchgold.com slash war room.

00:46:36.420 Make sure when you go, you get the end of the dollar empire.

00:46:38.820 Particularly the fourth installment, the assassination of American prosperity.

00:46:43.480 About the Nixon administration, what they did in 1971.

00:46:48.160 As we kind of drop a bomb, which a lot of people, and they never talk about.

00:46:51.700 He did all this.

00:46:52.880 He took, he stopped convertibility of the Federal Reserve.

00:46:56.120 No, your dollar into gold.

00:46:58.160 At $35 an ounce.

00:47:00.400 With, because of, with an executive order.

00:47:05.620 Mike Davis, I'm going to talk about the Supreme Court and the administrative state.

00:47:10.120 But you're an expert.

00:47:11.040 You know, you're either going to be Attorney General or White House Counsel.

00:47:13.720 In the second Trump term.

00:47:15.500 Executive orders can be, we threw out all Obama stuff.

00:47:18.860 With just new executive orders.

00:47:20.160 As Biden came in and did that.

00:47:22.300 Executive orders can be overturned by an executive order rescinding it.

00:47:26.120 Is that correct, sir?

00:47:28.040 Well, that's generally the case.

00:47:29.480 But it seems like with President Trump, they made a Trump derangement exception to that with immigration.

00:47:36.220 So you had, you had immigration fiats by Obama.

00:47:39.760 And then President Trump tried to get rid of those immigration fiats. 1.00

00:47:44.240 And the Supreme Court said he couldn't.

00:47:46.220 And then Biden comes in and then Biden can get rid of Trump.

00:47:49.920 So it really depends on if President Trump's in office or not.

00:47:52.400 And if the, if the, if the Republican appointed Supreme Court justices find their backbones that particular day.

00:48:00.140 Well, speaking of their backbones, it kicks off today, correct?

00:48:07.360 This is the first Tuesday in October.

00:48:10.320 Do, on the agenda this year, there's some pretty big cases.

00:48:14.720 Particularly, can you tell us about Chevron?

00:48:16.900 I mean, this is the case about the administrative state, is it not, sir?

00:48:20.700 Yeah, we have two big cases that are going to be dealing with the powers of the federal government.

00:48:25.580 One deals with Chevron, which is how much deference courts are supposed to give to these executive branch agencies while they go about running over Americans and our rights.

00:48:36.560 And then this, another case is about this new agency called the CFPB that was started after Dodd-Frank's, that they essentially have the Fed give them an unlimited budget, or that's what it seems.

00:48:49.180 And so the Supreme Court's going to look at that.

00:48:51.320 But we just have to step back and remember what our Constitution is.

00:48:55.380 Our Constitution is a loan agreement between we, the people, and our governments, whether it's the federal governments or our state governments, right?

00:49:04.080 And we loan our federal government specific, enumerated, and separated powers, right?

00:49:11.380 We give Congress the power to legislate.

00:49:14.000 We give the executive branch the power to enforce.

00:49:17.380 And we give the judiciary the power to adjudicate cases, to decide cases and controversies.

00:49:23.480 And over time, all three of these divided powers have been consolidated in the executive branch.

00:49:30.220 And more troublingly, the federal government as a whole has assumed powers that we did not lend it under the Constitution, powers that are supposed to belong to states and we, the people.

00:49:40.400 So the federal government, since FDR, has grabbed way too much power over our lives.

00:49:45.860 And on top of that, we have that power consolidated in the executive branch instead of divided among the three branches.

00:49:54.260 And then we have the courts just deferring to the executive branch and saying, we're going to defer to you if these statutes are ambiguous and Congress passes intentionally ambiguous statutes, the courts just defer to the executive branch on what the executive branch thinks is right.

00:50:10.220 So an example of a case that's coming before the Supreme Court is there is this federal maritime fishing agency.

00:50:18.740 And there's this statute that says that these marine fishermen somehow have to have an observer on their fishing boats, right?

00:50:27.360 But the statute doesn't say who has to pay for these very expensive observers on these marine fishing boats.

00:50:33.960 And so the agency has just said, you know, it's ambiguous who pays for this.

00:50:40.100 So, of course, the agency says, we're not going to pay for it.

00:50:42.520 We're going to make these fishermen pay for these observers, right?

00:50:45.840 And so the Supreme Court is going to decide whether they should give Chevron deference to these administrative agencies, this made-up judicial precedence where the Supreme Court and the lower courts just defer to the agencies when they grab too much power.

00:51:03.080 So that's number one.

00:51:04.980 And on top of that, the Supreme Court is going to look at the CFPB that was started after Dodd-Frank's.

00:51:11.380 We have these so-called predatory lenders who are suing and saying that the way that the CFPB is funded by the Fed and not through Congress violates the Appropriations Clause of the Constitution.

00:51:25.080 If you want to fund these federal agencies, it needs to be through regular appropriations by Congress, people who are elected and accountable to the American people instead of through the Fed, who are – the Fed is unaccountable.

00:51:40.160 And then they do this funding scheme where there's zero accountability and virtually an unlimited budget for the CFPB.

00:51:47.460 Gorsuch is the – he made his bones on the Chevron deference, right?

00:51:54.380 He's considered the leading judicial thinker about this brain.

00:51:59.480 Would you concur with me on that?

00:52:02.260 Well, yeah.

00:52:02.780 I mean I clerked for him.

00:52:03.820 And when you were in the Trump White House, you helped picked him, so you know that.

00:52:07.200 That was his major selling point was – look, Chevron came down when Justice Gorsuch's mother ran the EPA, right?

00:52:16.100 And I think Justice Gorsuch has seen his entire life how this federal government is out of control and how an out-of-control federal government really harms real Americans in real America, whether it's farmers or ranchers or fishermen.

00:52:32.680 Our founders never intended for our federal government to be this big, not even close.

00:52:38.920 The powers that are not specifically enumerated in the U.S. Constitution for the federal government, they don't have these powers unless it's specifically spelled out in the Constitution.

00:52:49.440 But we've had that flipped on its head, the switch in time that saved nine when FDR threatened to pack the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court changed its commerce cause jurisprudence.

00:52:59.840 We have an out-of-control federal government, and these executive branch agencies are unaccountable and have way too much power, legislative, executive, and judicial power.

00:53:08.200 Yeah, just hang – I know you've got to bounce.

00:53:11.020 Just hang on for 90 seconds.

00:53:12.100 We have a short break, top of the hour.

00:53:14.320 We'll come back.

00:53:15.180 We've got Mike Davis.

00:53:16.280 We're going to wrap up about the administrative state.

00:53:19.020 Navarro's here.

00:53:19.800 We've got a lot of politics.

00:53:21.380 Natalie's going to hang around.
