Bannon's War Room - Episode 3293： The Smearing American History

00:00:00.000 I've made the preservation of American democracy the central issue of my presidency.

00:00:04.240 I believe in free and fair elections and the right to vote fairly and have your vote counted.

00:00:10.520 There's something dangerous happening in America.

00:00:13.520 There's an extremist movement that does not share the basic beliefs in our democracy.

00:00:18.480 All of us are being asked right now, what will we do to maintain our democracy?

00:00:24.480 History's watching. The world is watching.

00:00:27.140 Most important, our children and grandchildren will hold us responsible.

00:00:32.840 The vice president and I have supported voting rights since day one of this administration.

00:00:37.480 And I ask every American to join me in this cause.

00:00:41.680 America is still a place of possibilities where the power resides with we, the people.

00:00:47.400 That's our soul. We are the United States of America.

00:00:51.560 There is nothing beyond our capacity and we act together.

00:00:54.480 I'm Joe Biden and I approve this message.

00:00:58.180 Tomorrow, the president will travel to Pennsylvania to give a speech tied to the anniversary of the day the American history of a peaceful transfer of power ended.

00:01:07.220 Mistakes, well, they couldn't be higher as disinformation around the January 6th insurrection continues to grow.

00:01:13.140 The Washington Post is out today with a new poll that found that 25 percent of Americans,

00:01:16.800 25 percent, believe the false conspiracy theory that the January 6th insurrection was instigated by the FBI.

00:01:23.900 Joining me and Michael, former chief spokesperson for the vice for Vice President Harris and our co-host on the new weekend show, The Weekend, Simone Sanders Townsend.

00:01:32.700 Hello. Hello, my friend.

00:01:34.420 Simone, what did you make of that ad?

00:01:35.540 I thought the ad was powerful and I frankly thought the ad is important.

00:01:40.620 Look, every campaign has a theory of the case, right?

00:01:43.160 In 2016, Bernie Sanders' theory of the case for his campaign was we live in a rigged economy, kept in place by a system of corrupt campaign finance.

00:01:50.080 In 2020, Joe Biden's campaign theory of the case was we're in a battle of the soul of this nation.

00:01:54.780 I'm running to restore the soul of this nation on all these different tracks.

00:01:58.140 His theory of the case for 2024 and his reelection campaign seems to be democracy and we're and he is running to preserve democracy.

00:02:08.100 And because democracy is on the line, that is why it is important that I step up.

00:02:12.940 And so this is I is in Joe Biden.

00:02:15.140 So I think this is the opening salvo, if you will, for 2024.

00:02:18.360 I know that people on the Internet and sometimes, you know, some hosts of some random radio shows, they like to say all Joe Biden does is talk about Trump.

00:02:25.220 But he doesn't actually all he does and they do is they've talked a lot about the economy and their achievements, not as much about Donald Trump and the threat.

00:02:35.040 And so this I think we're going to see the president start to lay the groundwork for what hit, what the what the the calling card, if you will, for the 2024 campaign is going to be with specifics.

00:02:46.920 And if they're talking about democracy, a lot of things fall into that bucket.

00:02:50.500 Right. Abortion, gun safety, our children, health care, all of these different things.

00:02:58.200 And so I think it is a message that has legs. Right.

00:03:00.660 Record numbers streaming across our border, costing taxpayers billions and almost as many Americans killed from fentanyl as killed in World War Two.

00:03:09.780 Yet Haley and Biden oppose Trump's border wall, confirm warnings of terrorists sneaking in through our southern border.

00:03:16.980 Yet Haley joined Biden in opposing Trump's visitor ban from terrorist nations.

00:03:22.180 Haley's weakness puts us in grave danger.

00:03:25.300 Trump's strength protects us.

00:03:28.020 I'm Donald J. Trump, and I approve this message.

00:03:32.880 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:03:36.940 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:03:43.380 I got a free shot.

00:03:44.640 All these networks lying about the people.

00:03:47.640 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:03:49.620 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:03:51.060 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:03:53.660 It's going to happen.

00:03:54.960 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:03:58.340 Mega media.

00:03:59.760 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:04:04.360 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:04:08.860 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:04:15.360 War Room.

00:04:16.120 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:04:18.240 Bannon.

00:04:18.560 Welcome to the late afternoon and early edition of the War Room.

00:04:28.340 It is Thursday for January, Year of Our Lord, 2024.

00:04:32.580 We are packed for the next couple of hours with a lot of news, a lot of analysis, and a ton of guests.

00:04:40.160 Talk about things both breaking and also things that are a signal.

00:04:44.500 Right there, I want to make sure the audience understands this.

00:04:50.680 This is the opening salvo of Joe Biden.

00:04:53.060 That's the best you got.

00:04:55.080 In fact, if we can cut a Simone Sanders Townsend, if we can cut that a little second, tell me we got it.

00:05:00.540 I want to replay that.

00:05:02.640 This is it.

00:05:04.080 He goes to Biden, goes to Valley Forge.

00:05:08.180 Remember, he won't stray very far away from Delaware, so he does a lot of – he goes to Scranton a lot.

00:05:14.680 He goes to Philadelphia a lot.

00:05:15.900 He's going to go to Valley Forge right outside of Philadelphia.

00:05:20.600 Tomorrow, he's going to give his big J6 speech about the end of democracy. 0.92

00:05:25.460 Remember, a guy's running as an incumbent.

00:05:27.580 So when you're an incumbent, you have literally all these achievements that you have.

00:05:34.540 Every incumbent runs with the power of incumbency.

00:05:37.760 And although he's illegitimate, he's been there for, what, three years, going on four years?

00:05:44.120 This is literally his opening salvo.

00:05:47.600 It's we've identified the enemy and it is you.

00:05:50.500 That essentially 55 or 60 percent of the country is the enemy and he's fighting for democracy.

00:05:57.900 Like we even have any concept of what he's talking about.

00:06:01.760 This is the party that's trying to take Trump off the ballot in these states.

00:06:05.120 Mike Davis is going to join us.

00:06:06.760 That's how much they believe in democracy.

00:06:08.880 That's how much they believe in it.

00:06:10.140 They want you to have a fully – they believe in voting rights.

00:06:14.080 They want you to have the right to vote for whoever you want to.

00:06:17.340 Oh, no, you can't do that.

00:06:18.580 He's an insurrectionist.

00:06:19.760 Can't do that.

00:06:21.440 Think about it for a second.

00:06:23.060 His entire campaign is going to start tomorrow in the Sacred Valley Forge.

00:06:29.760 Sacred Valley Forge of the darkest days of the revolution.

00:06:34.240 He's going to start there and he's essentially going to mock the party that are the patriots in this country,

00:06:42.340 the ones that want to get back to the revolutionary generation, the founding generation.

00:06:45.760 This is a guy that has planned, executed, and exacerbated and lied about an invasion.

00:06:56.220 We have 8 or 10 million illegal aliens in the country.

00:06:59.900 You saw today with the total scam down the border of Ben Burkwam, right?

00:07:05.200 And we're going to have – I think Oscar Blue Ramirez is going to join us here in a little while to talk about it in addition.

00:07:11.400 We're going to have – O'Keefe is going to join us in the 6 o'clock hour.

00:07:14.720 Raheem is going to join us in the 6 o'clock hour.

00:07:16.080 They've got all kind of breaking analysis about that secret center run in Phoenix by the International Relief,

00:07:23.120 another one of these NGOs that you're putting up a half a billion dollars a year to pay for your own destruction.

00:07:28.780 And he has the gall.

00:07:30.240 Look, don't make it too easy, bro.

00:07:32.440 If this is what you're going to do, the democracy thing, another – was it Dark Brandon?

00:07:37.480 Give me Dark Brandon.

00:07:38.380 Because, bro, you're going to get – we're going to get as dark as you want to get when we start the impeachment

00:07:42.380 and we go through the checking account of Hunter Biden and how it ties back to you and the Chinese Communist Party.

00:07:51.340 This is – they are starting a presidential election by saying over half the country is an enemy.

00:07:59.280 Over half the country.

00:07:59.980 Do we have it?

00:08:00.460 Let's – I want to play – Simone Sanders Townsend, she was a spokesman for Bernie Sanders, very bright, got her own show. 1.00

00:08:07.320 She can't even make anything out of this.

00:08:09.160 This is a woman who does this professionally. 1.00

00:08:11.020 She was the comms director.

00:08:12.520 She helped craft Bernie Sanders' left-wing populist message. 0.84

00:08:16.920 She's got a show. 0.95

00:08:17.900 It's a big show.

00:08:18.580 She's got it on MSNBC.

00:08:19.980 So she's a professional communications expert.

00:08:25.020 Look how she's gobsmacked and even addressing what in the hell he's talking about.

00:08:31.300 OK, let's go ahead and play it.

00:08:32.380 His theory of the case for 2024 and his re-election campaign seems to be democracy and we're – and he is running to preserve democracy.

00:08:42.900 And because democracy is on the line, that is why it is important that I step up.

00:08:47.780 And so this is – I is in Joe Biden.

00:08:49.960 So I think this is the opening salvo, if you will, for 2024.

00:08:52.720 This is the opening salvo.

00:08:57.640 She's in the mumble tank.

00:08:59.920 I'm not – hey, I feel for her because who in the hell knows?

00:09:03.780 It's another one of these bizarro ads.

00:09:05.940 You see Trump.

00:09:06.620 I wanted to juxtapose Trump.

00:09:07.900 Trump comes out of the 32nd spot.

00:09:09.280 Hey, boom. 0.92

00:09:10.660 Biden's allowing an invasion.

00:09:12.180 You have 10 million invaders in the country. 1.00

00:09:14.420 You got crime.

00:09:15.220 You got fentanyl.

00:09:15.920 More fentanyl.

00:09:16.420 We have more fentanyl deaths than casualties in World War II, the big one.

00:09:21.080 Pretty powerful, pretty to the point.

00:09:22.760 And Joe Biden's responsible.

00:09:23.860 And he's running for democracy.

00:09:25.280 I wonder how that's going to play in Scranton, Joe.

00:09:28.460 But you have nothing – here's the tell.

00:09:31.600 He won't talk about anything he's done.

00:09:33.640 You see any mention of Bidenomics there, right?

00:09:36.180 Any mention of really Bidenomics?

00:09:37.680 Any mention of securing the southern border?

00:09:39.740 Any mention of the geopolitical situation?

00:09:42.180 None.

00:09:42.620 Zero.

00:09:43.420 Seb Gorka is going to join us.

00:09:44.880 Mike Davis is going to join us to go through because, remember, their belief so much in

00:09:50.880 democracy, all they're spending their time is either trying to trump off a ballot to make

00:09:55.620 sure he goes to prison as an insurrectionist, to strip him of all his money.

00:10:00.160 This is how much in democracy they believe.

00:10:03.160 But I've got to start.

00:10:05.780 Elise Stefanik is on a roll.

00:10:08.700 And so to continue to roll today, she actually pulled – this happens very rarely because

00:10:12.820 I know, Elise, when she comes in and backs him, she backs him.

00:10:15.260 She actually pulled – this is a story in The Hill and in CNN.

00:10:19.180 She actually pulled – she had an endorsement and she pulled it from a guy I think named

00:10:24.520 Rydell out in Ohio who's in a primary who's running against J.R.

00:10:30.700 Majewski, who is known to this show.

00:10:33.280 It has a lot of fans here in the war room.

00:10:34.860 J.R. is running in the primary chair.

00:10:37.120 He's endorsed by Gates.

00:10:38.780 He's endorsed by Byron Donalds.

00:10:40.520 He's endorsed by Cash Patel.

00:10:42.460 He's endorsed by Rick Grinnell.

00:10:44.300 He's endorsed by J.D. Vance.

00:10:46.400 He's endorsed by Corey Mills.

00:10:48.260 I mean this is kind of murderer's row.

00:10:50.440 He joins us.

00:10:51.780 So tell – what happened?

00:10:52.960 It's kind of confusing because Elise is not somebody – when she's in, she's in, right?

00:10:56.660 People know.

00:10:57.060 She's a pretty tough hombre. 0.73

00:10:58.200 Why did she pull – why would Elise Stefanik pull an endorsement? 1.00

00:11:03.000 Well, Steve, I think it goes to the rationale behind her endorsement initially.

00:11:08.420 She endorsed Craig Riedel when I was not in the race.

00:11:11.220 I was actually out of the race because my mother had to have open heart surgery, so I was taking care of her.

00:11:15.880 But it boils down to the fact that Craig Riedel went on a phone call with one of the strongest Republican donors in the country

00:11:24.420 and bashed Donald Trump on a recorded phone call for over five minutes.

00:11:29.500 And Charlie Kirk put out that video here on your channel, and it hit the mainstream pretty hard.

00:11:36.640 And he's suffering for the fact that he's not aligned with the district.

00:11:40.420 He's not aligned with national Republicans.

00:11:44.280 So tell us – there was a little controversy around you last time.

00:11:47.280 Has that all been sorted out, and are you the guy that – you've got some great –

00:11:52.040 I mean, this is fantastic endorsements, but can you win in the general?

00:11:55.860 Yeah, I believe so.

00:11:56.840 I'm highly confident.

00:11:58.180 We were on path to win last cycle, and that's why the Democratic Party went so hard against me

00:12:03.020 because we were on track to unseat the chairwoman of the Ukrainian caucus,

00:12:08.060 the dinosaur Marcy Kaptur, who's been in office for 41 years.

00:12:11.320 And they were so scared of that that the Pelosi PAC dumped a ton of money against me

00:12:16.620 and lied about my military service.

00:12:18.480 But we've unwrapped every one of their lies.

00:12:20.980 In fact, we did the majority of that unwrapping during the general election last cycle.

00:12:25.360 But unfortunately, we were inundated by the mainstream media to the point where the hive minds just took over the narrative.

00:12:34.860 Is it going to be hard for you to run, given what's happening in your district,

00:12:38.440 when you see Biden's opening salvo is about democracy and half the country are the enemies and they're domestic terrorists?

00:12:45.900 How's that going to play in your district?

00:12:47.280 How's it going to play in Ohio 9?

00:12:48.320 I think it's been playing out perfectly, to be honest, for America First.

00:12:52.960 I mean, the district is waking up.

00:12:54.900 We're seeing – I mean, when I'm out on the road, Steve, you know I'm the kind of candidate that goes out and shake hands,

00:12:59.180 and I actually meet the people.

00:13:00.940 And my time out on the road has been invested in meeting new people.

00:13:04.060 And a lot of those folks are – they're flooding to the Republican Party.

00:13:08.600 They're coming to the realization that they've been lied to for the past six years.

00:13:12.120 And a lot of them are picking up the Trump 2024 banner where they – last cycle they were victim to the propaganda.

00:13:19.660 But this cycle, doing the work for Trump on his own, you can't lie to people over and over and over again and expect them to continue believing it,

00:13:31.200 especially when we're in a border district theoretically here in Ohio, being so close to Lake Erie and the Canadian border,

00:13:38.240 and we have the I-75, I-80.

00:13:40.640 We're one of the top districts in the country for trafficking.

00:13:44.000 People are seeing this in their neighborhoods, and they're done with it.

00:13:51.660 J.R., how can people find out more about you, where they go to catch up on what you're doing in your social media?

00:13:56.580 J.R., sure. My social media is J-R-M-A-J-E-W-S-K-I, and my website is J-R-F-O-R-O-H-I-O, J-R for Ohio dot com.

00:14:08.600 J.R., that's quite an impressive list of endorsements, so good luck.

00:14:12.160 Look forward to having you back on.

00:14:13.660 Thank you, sir.

00:14:14.480 Targeting the folks that we believe in.

00:14:16.180 We're going to win, and we're going to be right there when Trump wins the presidency in 2024,

00:14:21.220 and I'm happy to be along for the ride.

00:14:25.560 Amen, brother.

00:14:26.340 They're Kash Patel, Rick Rennell, J.D. Vance, Byron Donaldson, Corey Mills, and the Matt Gaetz.

00:14:31.480 Pretty impressive list.

00:14:32.820 Okay, maybe Stefani joins that. 0.99

00:14:35.100 Not like her to pull an endorsement. 0.99

00:14:36.780 That's a big deal.

00:14:37.580 Out in Ohio 9.

00:14:39.440 Okay, short commercial break.

00:14:40.520 Dr. Seb Gorka is going to join us next in the war room.

00:14:43.440 As we head toward a presidential election in November, one thing you can be sure of, 2024 will be a tumultuous year like no other.

00:16:16.600 Action. Action. Action.

00:16:18.440 I've made the preservation of American democracy the central issue of my presidency.

00:16:23.420 I believe in free and fair elections.

00:16:25.680 And the right to vote fairly and have your vote counted.

00:16:29.760 There's something dangerous happening in America.

00:16:32.760 There's an extremist movement that does not share the basic beliefs in our democracy.

00:16:37.620 All of us are being asked right now, what will we do to maintain our democracy?

00:16:43.740 History's watching.

00:16:45.440 The world is watching.

00:16:46.400 Most important, our children and grandchildren will hold us responsible.

00:16:52.100 The vice president and I have supported voting rights since day one of this administration.

00:16:56.760 And I ask every American to join me in this cause.

00:17:00.940 America is still a place of possibilities where the power resides with we, the people.

00:17:06.660 That's our soul.

00:17:08.120 We are the United States of America.

00:17:10.820 There is nothing beyond our capacity.

00:17:12.820 And we act together.

00:17:13.740 I'm Joe Biden, and I approve this message.

00:17:17.240 I don't want to get too nitpicky, but did he drop the of?

00:17:22.540 United States of America?

00:17:23.780 I mean, Seb, you've got to help me out here, brother.

00:17:28.900 This is more.

00:17:30.020 You've had three years.

00:17:32.100 No.

00:17:33.460 No.

00:17:34.180 What even is this?

00:17:35.980 What is it?

00:17:36.980 I don't.

00:17:37.300 This is the way you start.

00:17:38.240 You don't talk about anything, what you've accomplished, your vision.

00:17:41.060 It's all about this thing, democracy.

00:17:42.860 Take it away, brother.

00:17:45.420 Steve Bannon, why aren't you paying attention to the gimcrack of the Epstein lists?

00:17:50.240 I'm shocked at you not paying attention to the gimcrack.

00:17:52.880 By the way, if you don't know what that word is, an MI officer in the army taught me that word.

00:17:56.840 Look it up.

00:17:57.340 It's real.

00:17:58.160 Okay, gimcrack.

00:17:59.360 The shiny object you're supposed to look at.

00:18:01.600 I don't want to be, I made Bannon laugh.

00:18:07.220 That's quite an achievement.

00:18:08.920 It's, politics is very simple if you're the incumbent.

00:18:13.620 Okay, if things are going well and you're the incumbent, you just have to ask a very simple

00:18:18.320 question.

00:18:19.580 Are you better off now than you were when I came into office?

00:18:24.260 If you are, vote for me, right?

00:18:26.940 It's what Reagan said, okay, 1980, to destroy Carter.

00:18:32.060 If you're not better off than the incumbent, then vote for me.

00:18:36.680 And it's so strange that there's not one mention.

00:18:39.840 Nothing.

00:18:40.540 Nothing.

00:18:41.540 Not the student loans.

00:18:44.380 Nothing.

00:18:45.740 Absolutely zero with regards to his policies.

00:18:49.700 So why is that? 0.87

00:18:51.240 Because it's a stinking cesspit of a disaster of a presidency. 0.77

00:18:56.940 But, of course, they talk about democracy. 0.96

00:19:00.360 The Democrats who, unelected officials and representatives and people in black robes, want

00:19:07.460 to strike from the ballots of a private entity, the GOP, the actual right for you to vote for

00:19:14.420 an individual in their primaries.

00:19:17.080 They're the people who are going to defend democracy.

00:19:20.320 The individuals who've let at least 16 million illegals into this nation the last three years.

00:19:26.040 The people who are screaming to defund the police.

00:19:28.840 The people who kowtow to China, who fund to the tune of billions of dollars our enemies 0.71

00:19:36.740 in Iran.

00:19:37.940 The people who say, well, with regards to Ukraine, it depends whether or not it's a serious incursion

00:19:43.520 or not.

00:19:44.480 Those people are labeling us the threat to democracy.

00:19:49.040 So I guess the Liberty Hall red-bathed speech about half the nation being fascists wasn't enough.

00:19:58.240 And tomorrow, outside of Valley Forge, she's going to do it again.

00:20:02.800 You know, I don't want to be Pollyanna-ish about this.

00:20:07.180 But I think people are waking up.

00:20:08.920 I think people who aren't political freaks like you and me who eat, drink, and sleep this stuff,

00:20:13.980 just normal Americans who want to make the car payment at the end of the month, they see 0.97

00:20:18.220 through all this garbage.

00:20:19.560 And really, we should take this for what it is, an absolute empirical piece of evidence 0.75

00:20:25.120 that they have nothing, Steve.

00:20:30.420 Dr. Gorka, this audience, as you know, and your audience are the inheritors of the revolutionary

00:20:36.800 generation, the great patriots that won our freedom from the British.

00:20:40.420 But there's already been a sacrilege by him going to Independence Hall, what, two years

00:20:46.420 ago and giving the red-bathed, he's going to Valley Forge, probably one of the most, like 0.96

00:20:52.120 with Gettysburg and a few other places, most sacred, not an actual battlefield, but an encampment

00:20:58.540 that we barely got through when Winter almost took the troops out.

00:21:01.420 Is that another sacrilege?

00:21:03.120 Is he smearing American history by going to these places and then demonizing 60%, 65% of the

00:21:10.000 American people?

00:21:11.960 Oh, absolutely.

00:21:12.960 But let's make a distinction here.

00:21:15.880 I mean, I don't think Biden knows anything about Valley Forge or doesn't understand the

00:21:21.580 deep symbolism of the sacrilege he's about to perform.

00:21:26.280 He apparently, according to Corrine Jean-Pierre, he met with a group of historians yesterday.

00:21:34.340 Yesterday, the press secretary for the White House couldn't give us the names of those

00:21:40.520 historians, but we know who they are.

00:21:42.700 They're the people who said before the midterms, quote unquote, a presidential historian, you

00:21:48.100 know who I'm talking about. 0.99

00:21:49.300 If the Republicans win, Democrat children will be killed. 0.99

00:21:54.240 Actually said that on cable TV. 0.98

00:21:56.220 We know who these people are.

00:21:57.440 So when they put the president in front of Liberty Hall, when they put the president in

00:22:03.480 front of a podium that is close to Valley Forge, the people writing the speeches know

00:22:10.840 exactly what they're doing. 0.99

00:22:12.540 This is a dunderhead, as Dan Bongino calls him. 1.00

00:22:15.580 He's a rotting bag of oatmeal. 1.00

00:22:17.900 He has no idea of the symbolism. 0.88

00:22:19.860 He just knows the script he has to read.

00:22:21.860 But these people who write the script know what Colorado, what California, what Maine

00:22:29.100 are attempting to do, because, you know, here's a history check for the ideologues.

00:22:34.420 When was the last time that they tried to remove a Republican president's name from a ballot

00:22:42.000 prior to an election?

00:22:43.760 It was 1860.

00:22:45.680 And that individual was the first Republican president.

00:22:49.060 His name was Abraham Lincoln.

00:22:51.080 And that individual was, well, they tried to sabotage him before the election.

00:22:57.320 And what was the result?

00:22:59.620 The greatest loss of human life in America in any war. 0.81

00:23:03.500 And it was Americans killing Americans.

00:23:05.540 So they have, what do they say?

00:23:07.860 What do the bookies say, Steve?

00:23:09.340 They have form.

00:23:11.120 They have form, whether it is sacrilege on hallowed ground from the revolution or from

00:23:19.700 the civil war.

00:23:20.740 And also, when they tried to remove our candidate from the ballots, they've done that before

00:23:26.820 with somebody called Abraham Lincoln.

00:23:28.560 They know exactly what they are doing.

00:23:31.180 And they are spitting on the founding principles of our republic.

00:23:35.560 Dr. Gorky, you spent much of your professional career before you came to the White House as a

00:23:42.460 counter-jihad specialist.

00:23:44.700 In the last 72 hours, we've had a targeted drone assassination strike by either the Mossad

00:23:52.520 or the IDF in Beirut of a Muslim Brotherhood Hamas leader in Beirut.

00:23:57.860 And we've had a massive kind of mass casualty event massacre that the Sunni ISIS Muslim Brotherhood 0.99

00:24:04.880 crowd has taken credit for in Persia itself.

00:24:08.460 Is this war metastasizing them against each other and against us?

00:24:13.960 Well, let's put it into the context of target sets if you're a Sunni jihadi. 1.00

00:24:20.540 And by the way, it's no surprise what happened in Beirut and in Lebanon.

00:24:24.000 That country, the Mossad has amazing human assets in the whole region and best of all in that

00:24:32.860 country because of the various factions in Beirut.

00:24:36.380 But what happened, again, rule number one of all war, and you know this better than anyone 0.96

00:24:40.640 else, I didn't comment on the events yesterday because every initial report from war is wrong.

00:24:46.060 So rule number one, wait 24 hours.

00:24:48.820 What were they attacking?

00:24:49.960 They were attacking the Persians, the Shiites in Iran. 0.98

00:24:53.480 If you're a Sunni extremist, if you're a Sunni fundamentalist, who's at the top of the 0.83

00:25:00.560 target list protocols?

00:25:02.280 It's not Jews and Christians, by the way. 0.66

00:25:04.100 We're at the bottom. 0.93

00:25:05.240 The number one is the apostates, the person who leaves Islam. 1.00

00:25:09.400 They have to be killed first. 1.00

00:25:10.980 Then come the heretics, the splitters, okay? 1.00

00:25:14.840 Those who follow the occultation of the hidden imam. 0.81

00:25:18.180 The Shia. 0.96

00:25:19.100 So number one, apostates. 0.88

00:25:20.640 Number two, Shia. 0.98

00:25:21.640 Then come Jews, then comes Christians. 0.98

00:25:24.420 And that's why it's no surprise that, you know, 48 hours later, we know the claim of

00:25:30.420 responsibility came from the Sunni extremists that are ISIS.

00:25:33.660 So to answer your question, yeah, this isn't just metastasizing.

00:25:39.540 Everyone knows this is a war between barbarians and the civilized peoples. 0.83

00:25:43.940 Whether they're, you know, young girls at a music concert in the deserts of Israel, or whether

00:25:51.900 they're, you know, innocent tourists on the streets of Stockholm, or whether they're office

00:25:56.720 workers in Manhattan.

00:25:58.220 This is the war between Judeo-Christian civilization and those who wish to destroy it. 0.96

00:26:03.940 The trouble is, we are living in the most perverse time in history when our civilization, including

00:26:10.180 America, is being run by people who hate our country and hate our civilization.

00:26:17.800 It's not Republican and Democrat anymore. 1.00

00:26:20.000 Just toss that into the garbage pail.

00:26:22.540 It is between those who love America and our civilization and those who hate it, whether

00:26:28.820 it's the president of Harvard or whether it's the president in the Oval Office.

00:26:35.080 Dr. Gorka, how do people get to your content, all of it, the writing and the podcasts and

00:26:39.120 the radio?

00:26:40.260 Yeah, easiest way is just look for my name, Seb Gorka, on social media.

00:26:44.760 I've got my own website, sebgorka.com, sebastiangorka.com.

00:26:48.740 I'm on Rumble, like you guys, on all the podcasts, and I have my own sub stack for original content

00:26:54.500 by me, written by me, with direct access to me.

00:26:57.540 That's my whole name is one word, sebastiangorka.substack.com.

00:27:01.460 But just hit me up, Seb Gorka or Sebastian Gorka on the interwebs, on, as Chris Plant says,

00:27:06.780 Al Gore's amazing internet, and you'll find me.

00:27:11.300 Dr. Gorka, thank you very much for joining us on your Thursday hit.

00:27:15.560 Happy New Year, Steve.

00:27:15.860 Happy New Year, Steve, to you and all the posse.

00:27:20.060 Thank you, sir.

00:27:20.900 You're beloved by this audience.

00:27:23.680 Valley Forge.

00:27:24.560 Okay, we're going to be doing a J6, as you would expect. 0.53

00:27:28.180 The War Room is going to do a J6. 0.77

00:27:29.920 We're going to have counter-programming to Joe Biden.

00:27:33.160 Who'd have thunk it?

00:27:34.720 Of course, in the War Room counter-programming, we're going to have the great Julie Kelly as my wingman. 1.00

00:27:39.540 She's going to be co-host.

00:27:40.860 The one individual in this country who spent more time analyzing this, looking at videos, reading the reports,

00:27:46.780 going to the courtrooms, all of it.

00:27:48.240 Julie Kelly's going to be my co-host. 0.99

00:27:49.240 Cash Patel, and many others, we're going to get down and dirty about J6, the reality.

00:27:54.580 Remember that Washington Post poll quoted by MSNBC, 25% of the American people, 25%, believe the FBI instigated it.

00:28:04.880 Short commercial break.

00:30:02.420 Just bringing our chief lead, Alanis Dan Abrams.

00:30:04.600 Rachel just said it right there.

00:30:05.700 You've got this challenge in Maine.

00:30:06.920 You've got Colorado, several other states.

00:30:08.820 This is definitely going to the Supreme Court.

00:30:10.260 Yeah, and there's no question the Supreme Court's going to hear it, right?

00:30:12.820 Because a lot of the time, cases will be brought to the Supreme Court, and they'll have to decide,

00:30:16.920 do we take the case or do we not take the case?

00:30:18.800 There is no doubt in my mind that they are going to take this case.

00:30:22.440 They have to take this case.

00:30:24.060 They're going to rule in this case.

00:30:25.400 And the advantage that the Donald Trump team has is that if they accept any one of the arguments, he wins.

00:30:33.600 Meaning, we could go through the five or so arguments that he has.

00:30:38.180 You have a due process argument.

00:30:39.800 You have definitional arguments.

00:30:41.500 You have questions about whether it's self-executing or whether you need Congress to make laws.

00:30:45.840 Whether the president is even covered.

00:30:46.760 Exactly.

00:30:47.500 Is the president even covered?

00:30:48.680 If he wins on any one of those arguments, he wins.

00:30:52.660 And that's the challenge that the other side is going to have.

00:30:55.660 We were talking about this before, Eric.

00:30:57.120 I think you and I both begin from the premise that the Supreme Court simply does not want to step in and decide the election.

00:31:02.800 That there's no way they're going to uphold the Maine decision or the Colorado decision.

00:31:06.800 We may be proven wrong, but what's the argument?

00:31:08.940 Well, the argument that the other side is going to make is that under the clear words of the 14th Amendment, Section 3, this should apply, right?

00:31:19.140 And that's where a lot of people start.

00:31:20.520 And they say, wait a sec, look at this.

00:31:22.120 This was an insurrection, et cetera.

00:31:23.680 But then when you get into the little definitional aspects of the 14th Amendment and you look at other sections of the 14th Amendment, there are various arguments to be made.

00:31:31.880 And I think the most important one is this argument about due process, right, which is where has he been charged with an insurrection?

00:31:39.480 Who has decided?

00:31:40.740 In Colorado, they would say, well, it was a judge that resolved this question, et cetera.

00:31:45.520 But there are real legal arguments that Donald Trump has.

00:31:49.640 And because there's a menu of outs for the court, they're going to find one, I would think, that will say Donald Trump can remain on the ballot.

00:31:58.420 A far different case also coming, whether the president, former president, has immunity from criminal prosecution.

00:32:04.300 Right.

00:32:04.460 And that's a much more of a long shot argument.

00:32:06.560 The idea that the president of the United States has total immunity in his role as president, I can't see how the court would determine that.

00:32:15.420 And this is a nice way, by the way, if they want to take up both together to make it clear they're being fair, which is, no, the president doesn't have total immunity.

00:32:23.920 But, yes, he remains on the ballot.

00:32:25.540 Dan Abrams, thanks very much.

00:32:26.540 Okay, so Mike Davis, ABC, the viewers of ABC, which are vast, just saw that yesterday.

00:32:33.180 You told us this on the 14th Amendment, actually on the day that the bogus Leonard Leo paper came out, I don't know, six months ago now.

00:32:44.400 That was literally what you told everybody.

00:32:46.440 So I want to go back through the immunity thing first, and then I want to talk about, excuse me, 14th Amendment first, and then talk about immunity because I know you disagree with Dan Abrams.

00:32:54.520 Excuse me. He agrees with you on the 14th Amendment. 0.89

00:32:56.720 Are you pretty confident now the court will take it up, and are you pretty confident about the arguments as Dan Abrams and Stephanopoulos, who's the leading Trump hater?

00:33:04.180 Well, the Supreme Court has discretionary review.

00:33:07.740 They don't have to take this case, but I don't know how the Supreme Court avoids this case because you have these four partisan whack jobs on the Colorado Supreme Court, along with this non-lawyer, unelected partisan whack job, main secretary of state, Jenna Bellows, whatever the hell her name is, 1.00

00:33:28.000 just decreeing that under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment that Trump cannot be on the Republican primary ballot in those states.

00:33:36.900 Now, they have stayed their orders once Trump files the appeal.

00:33:41.080 So Trump's going to go on the ballot on those states unless the Supreme Court rules quickly, which they're not going to do.

00:33:48.300 So the Supreme Court could try to dodge this and say that Trump's on the ballot.

00:33:56.460 There's no rush here.

00:33:57.720 But the problem is that these Democrat operatives are going to use these precedents, these egregiously wrong precedents in Colorado and Maine to try to knock President Trump off the ballot in swing states.

00:34:10.240 They fear that the only way they're going to stop President Trump, because the American people are supporting President Trump, according to every poll, he is going to beat Biden like a drum on November 5th, 2024.

00:34:23.160 Apparently, those two impeachments for nonsense, these four indictments for non-crimes, the two illegal gag orders, the trying to bankrupt Trump for non-fraud, that all backfired, as we've been predicting, Steve, since the Mar-a-Lago raid in August of 2022.

00:34:39.200 They've turned President Trump into Nelson Mandela, and now they just want to take him off the ballot.

00:34:45.040 That's not going to fly.

00:34:46.600 And the Supreme Court, they're going to have to put on their big boy pants. 0.99

00:34:49.860 I know they don't want to take any Trump cases because they pretend like they have this lifetime tenure and this pay protection, and they're not political, but they're politicians in robes.

00:34:59.160 They're going to have to take off their partisan robes and put on their big boy pants and actually take a Trump case.

00:35:04.120 Now, I told Lindell this.

00:35:07.180 They don't want to touch these things.

00:35:08.500 This one, they're going to have to.

00:35:09.760 Do you agree with Dan Abrams?

00:35:11.640 He comes down pretty harshly on the immunity side, and he also gets into the politics.

00:35:15.760 He says, hey, they'll give him – they'll make sure he's not off the ballot on the 14th, but they won't back his total immunity.

00:35:22.440 What are your thoughts on this immunity and the filings that have gone on?

00:35:25.200 That's – I disagree with him on that.

00:35:27.820 This is what I think the Supreme Court is going to do.

00:35:30.520 Members of Congress, through the speech or debate clause in the Constitution, have immunity for their official actions, both civil immunity and criminal immunity.

00:35:40.540 Federal judges have both civil immunity and criminal immunity through their judicial immunity.

00:35:46.600 The president right now only has civil immunity because we've never had criminal charges against a president of the United States until the Democrats, including Joe Biden's White House brought – Joe Biden's White House and Justice Department brought four bogus indictments against Trump, right?

00:36:03.620 So now we have these cases where we have to decide whether the president has immunity for what he does within his official capacity as the president of the United States and under a Supreme Court president in the civil immunity context, the outer perimeter of his official capacity.

00:36:20.420 If judges have immunity both civil – civilly and criminally and members of Congress have immunity both civilly and criminally, why the hell wouldn't the president of the United States?

00:36:29.720 And why wouldn't the president of the United States have criminal immunity from prosecution for his official acts if he has civil immunity?

00:36:38.140 The whole point is that these government officials shouldn't have to fear that their successor is going to throw them in prison for doing their jobs.

00:36:46.720 And that's exactly what Biden's trying to do.

00:36:48.440 Think about it this way.

00:36:49.740 They're trying to say that President Trump didn't call the National Guard quickly enough to put down the riots on January 6th, and they're going to try to charge him for that.

00:36:58.480 Okay, can a presidential candidate call the National Guard?

00:37:02.420 No.

00:37:03.000 Can a private citizen call the National Guard?

00:37:05.360 No.

00:37:05.940 Only the president of the United States has the power to call the D.C. National Guard to put down a riot.

00:37:11.860 So how is that not within his official capacity as president of the United States?

00:37:16.520 And think about it one step farther.

00:37:18.700 When Trump's back in office, should his Justice Department, should the Trump 47 Justice Department indict for murder President Obama for ordering a drone strike on two American citizens without a court order, extrajudicial killing of two American citizens, including a 16-year-old?

00:37:38.480 Should we indict President Obama for capital murder for doing that, right?

00:37:42.660 And then look at Biden.

00:37:43.960 He was too slow. 1.00

00:37:45.120 He bungled the Afghanistan withdrawal, which led to service members getting killed because Biden is a total buffoon. 0.98

00:37:53.000 Is that manslaughter? 0.56

00:37:54.620 Should the Trump 43—Trump 47, excuse me—Justice Department indict Biden for manslaughter for his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan?

00:38:04.640 This is what I want to say to the Democrats.

00:38:06.100 Do you want to play this game?

00:38:07.640 Do you really want to go down this path where you're going to put a president in prison for his official duties and say that he doesn't have criminal immunity?

00:38:15.400 What happens when the American people say, we don't care if President Trump has been indicted and convicted by this Trump-deranged prosecutor, this Biden special counsel Jack Smith, this D.C. Obama judge Tanya Shukkin, this 95 percent Trump-deranged D.C. jury pool?

00:38:34.660 Well, it's actually probably 99 percent Trump-deranged because even the Republicans in D.C. are Trump-deranged.

00:38:40.180 And then they convict Trump, and he still wins the White House, and he's back in the White House.

00:38:44.460 Do we really want to play this game?

00:38:46.140 I would say to the Democrats, let's play this game. 0.94

00:38:48.660 I would love to see President Obama go to prison for murdering two American citizens.

00:38:53.720 If you want to go down this path, let's go down this path.

00:38:58.680 Mike Davis, you've been on point on all of these.

00:39:01.560 How do people get to your social media where you're putting up information all day, and where do they go to find out more about Article III?

00:39:08.100 It's article3project.org, article3project.org.

00:39:12.520 You can donate there, at Article III Project, at Article III Project on Getter, Twitter Truth.

00:39:18.400 And my personal is at M-R-D-D-M-I-A, M-R-D-D-M-I-A.

00:39:24.460 And as I said last time, look out, Article III Project's putting up a new website with an action page.

00:39:30.260 So we're really going to get the War Room posse fired up and engaged.

00:39:34.440 Awesome.

00:39:34.460 They love it.

00:39:36.260 They love their humanity.

00:39:37.560 Mike Davis, particularly for all the left-wing media that watches us and all the left-wing political operatives, on the short list to be the Attorney General of the United States in Trump 47.

00:39:48.760 So thank you very much for joining us, brother.

00:39:50.120 Appreciate it.

00:39:51.180 Thank you, Steve.

00:39:51.800 I'm going to play a clip.

00:39:56.340 I'm going to play that Trump spot again.

00:39:57.660 Oscar Blue Ramirez is in Tijuana.

00:39:59.540 We're going to have him review this.

00:40:00.840 And come on, let's go ahead and play it, guys.

00:40:02.600 Record numbers streaming across our border, costing taxpayers billions and almost as many Americans killed from fentanyl as killed in World War II.

00:40:11.660 Yet Haley and Biden oppose Trump's border wall, confirm warnings of terrorists sneaking in through our southern border.

00:40:18.500 Yet Haley joined Biden in opposing Trump's visitor ban from terrorist nations.

00:40:24.100 Haley's weakness puts us in grave danger.

00:40:27.220 Trump's strength protects us.

00:40:29.920 I'm Donald J. Trump, and I approve this message.

00:40:34.280 Oscar Blue Ramirez, you've put yourself in harm's way over the last three years to cover the most important story in the United States of America,

00:40:41.140 the invasion of our country now with 10 million illegal alien invaders.

00:40:44.920 What say you about that ad, sir?

00:40:48.500 Well, it tells me a lot, Steve.

00:40:49.820 It tells me about these politicians, that they should behold for treason against, you know, the United States of America,

00:40:55.260 what Joe Biden has done, the Democrats have done, all of the people that they are involved, the corrupt.

00:41:00.720 Also, not only Democrats, Steve, but also some Republicans, that they have not done anything.

00:41:05.180 And they're trying to step in the way of Donald Trump to become president again,

00:41:08.800 because they know that as soon as he steps in into office, this will end.

00:41:12.520 He will pull out of the United Nations Global Compact on Migration.

00:41:15.620 He will put security on again at the United States border, and he will held accountable all the people that they were part of this treason.

00:41:21.820 And also, he will put punishment for smugglers and traffickers. 0.91

00:41:24.660 Not only that, the wall, this administration is one of the most hypocritical administrations ever, Steve.

00:41:30.080 I remember back in 2016, before that, and after that, there were massive protesters, activists, you know,

00:41:37.780 progressive liberal activists over here in Mexico protesting against the wall.

00:41:41.700 Not too far away from here, Steve, on the side of the water with Imperial Beach, Joe Biden is still building the wall.

00:41:49.840 It's still going with what Donald Trump started. 0.96

00:41:52.080 So it's one of the most hypocritical administrations. 0.95

00:41:54.960 And ultimately, they're trying to step in the way of him becoming again president, 0.74

00:41:58.520 because law and order will become again into the United States, Steve.

00:42:03.080 We're going to have O'Keefe and Raheem on in the second hour to talk about this secret facility O'Keefe found in Phoenix.

00:42:10.720 It turns out that $500 million of taxpayer money go to the NGOs like you've identified,

00:42:16.340 this international relief organization, $500 million of our money to go to pay for it.

00:42:21.400 But we're hearing that the cartels are making $32 million like a week on trafficking people just in one sector.

00:42:29.160 What say you, Oscar?

00:42:32.180 That's not even – that's petty cash, Steve.

00:42:34.860 Thirty-some million dollars, that's petty cash.

00:42:37.460 And that's not only counting what they do with synthetic drugs, with fentanyl, with everything that they're trafficking,

00:42:42.920 with building tunnels and the amounts and amounts of fentanyl and synthetic drugs that they're trafficking underneath a tunnel

00:42:49.620 and through the wall and jumping through the wall.

00:42:52.120 The cartels have grown massively, Steve.

00:42:54.840 And this is a thing that nobody – that we have talked to it about.

00:42:58.380 And the parts of Sono and the Lukeville, Arizona, and the other side that is Sonoita, there's a war going on.

00:43:03.280 And we have mentioned this.

00:43:04.100 My colleague Van Berkwam said it a couple of days ago.

00:43:06.840 Six gunmen were shot down by the military.

00:43:09.460 Six cicatios were shot down by the military.

00:43:11.480 These people are fighting relentlessly to control open border gaps.

00:43:16.060 This was not happening under the Trump administration, not as relentless as it is happening right now.

00:43:22.600 And, you know, and the NGOs, they have become more powerful right now due to the fact that they are giving out millions and millions of federal –

00:43:30.160 this is the federal grants, American taxpayer money.

00:43:32.460 It is going to the NGOs.

00:43:33.640 This is the number one thing, Steve, that needs to be cut as soon as Donald Trump comes back to office.

00:43:39.680 What's your social media?

00:43:40.820 How do we follow you, Oscar Blue?

00:43:43.240 Oscar Blue Ramirez all around, sir.

00:43:46.060 Thank you so much for inviting me, sir.

00:46:08.400 I believe in free and fair elections and the right to vote fairly and have your vote counted.

00:46:14.680 There's something dangerous happening in America.

00:46:17.660 There's an extremist movement that does not share the basic beliefs in our democracy.

00:46:22.520 All of us are being asked right now, what will we do to maintain our democracy?

00:46:27.900 Okay.

00:46:29.400 Okay.

00:46:30.620 Welcome to the headquarters of the extremist movement.

00:46:33.100 It's called the Liberty and Freedom Movement, MAGA.

00:46:36.540 Make America Great Again.

00:46:37.840 Our leader is Donald J. Trump.

00:46:40.140 He won in 2016.

00:46:41.480 He won again in 2020, but he got stolen.

00:46:43.700 He's leading now in 2024.

00:46:46.020 And that's the opening salvo.

00:46:47.720 That's the best Biden's got.

00:46:49.060 Breaking news.

00:46:49.960 I want to get this.

00:46:50.780 Mike Lindell is going to Germany give his assessment.

00:46:52.580 Because Biden wants free and fair elections and all legitimate votes to count.

00:46:56.220 Mike Lindell, just write that down.

00:46:57.460 And I'm going to come to you.

00:46:58.320 Eric Adams.

00:46:59.120 Remember, Eric Adams is the head of the biggest sanctuary.

00:47:01.540 He's very proud.

00:47:02.480 But, you know, he's a tough guy.

00:47:03.680 Big shot.

00:47:04.720 He called Sanctuary City, New York Sanctuary City.

00:47:07.560 Hill newspaper, breaking news.

00:47:09.640 The mayor of New York has dropped a $700 million lawsuit against who is he selling?

00:47:14.620 The charter bus companies who are bussing in the migrants from other places that are saying,

00:47:20.760 hey, they all get in.

00:47:21.940 They come in the country and say, we want to go to New York.

00:47:23.740 We're going to go to the Big Apple because it's a sanctuary city. 1.00

00:47:25.940 Eric Adams, suck on this, bro. 0.99

00:47:28.620 I'm not so sure you're going to get a lot of traction on that. 0.99

00:47:30.960 $700 million lawsuit as a sanctuary city against the bus companies.

00:47:37.000 Mike Lindell, you saw right there the opening salvo, a one-minute ad.

00:47:40.620 We've played it three times already today.

00:47:42.260 This is his, you know, for an incumbent.

00:47:44.280 This is all he's talking about.

00:47:45.700 That he supports free and fair elections.

00:47:48.000 Are you buying that, Brother Lindell?

00:47:49.280 Yeah, isn't that something?

00:47:52.200 You know, and we should do an ad, Steve, as you've shown the other day on your show.

00:47:57.000 Forty percent of the United States people now believe that the election was sold in 2020.

00:48:02.720 And 70 percent of America does not trust our election platforms.

00:48:07.740 So, you know, it's like you're just making more awareness, Biden, for he's actually, evil is greedy, Steve.

00:48:15.240 And, you know, when you're doing something, you're, you know, evil is, or good is evil, evil is good.

00:48:21.320 They're trying to flip it on its head.

00:48:22.760 And those ads are, it actually is going to help.

00:48:26.980 I think it's going to help our great real president more than hurt anything.

00:48:30.560 He's actually helping us.

00:48:31.860 Of course, everybody wants fair elections.

00:48:34.360 That's what we're, that's what we've been pushing for three years, which they've been attacking us every day for.

00:48:39.740 If they had nothing to hide, they would have opened up the computers.

00:48:43.240 They would have opened up everything and said, hey, let's make sure, everybody.

00:48:48.080 They would have rubbed your, they would have rubbed, Rachel Maddow would have been a tutorial every night. 0.99

00:48:52.240 They would have rubbed our nose in it. 0.93

00:51:09.740 And guess what I'll be talking about?

00:51:13.080 What a concept.

00:51:15.500 The Election Crime Bureau.

00:51:17.500 800-873-1062.

00:51:19.980 That's Mike Lindell.

00:51:28.160 You see the convergence of both the political and the legal.

00:51:32.420 There's also a ton going on.

00:51:34.680 A lot of back and forth we have right now.

00:51:37.420 All the information about January 19th.
