00:00:59.120 to characterize the motivations of this judge, but this decision and the handling of this case start

00:19:49.560 Yeah. So let me tell you how this is an extraordinary appeal. You're getting interlocutory

00:19:59.520 court because this, remember this Kemp judge down in Georgia, he's a little wimp. And he said,

00:20:05.700 oh, well, you know, yeah, of course there's a conflict of interest here, or at least an

00:20:10.100 appearance of a conflict of interest. But Fannie, you get to decide. You can stay on the case if

00:20:15.660 you want, or you can fire your dumb, unqualified boyfriend. That's not how the law works. The

00:20:20.560 whole office must get disqualified. The entire Fulton County DA's office must get disqualified. And then

00:20:27.240 the attorney general, along with others, need to reassign it. They can reassign it to another

00:20:33.200 DA in Georgia who's not corrupt, who's not conflicted like Big Fannie and her dumb boyfriend

00:20:39.640 were. And what I imagine is going to happen is this is going to get reassigned to another DA

00:20:46.240 in Georgia. And this case is going to get dismissed because any DA who looks at this

00:22:30.120 zombie case against Trump. We still don't know their legal theory. Four weeks into the trial, this case

00:22:37.120 was passed over by the prior Manhattan DA, the Manhattan U.S. attorney, the Federal Election

00:22:43.160 Commission and Bragg himself until this Biden operative got deployed to Bragg's office to

00:22:49.020 bring this lawfare. Matthew Colangelo is a total political hack. He worked for Obama and Eric Holder

00:22:57.000 and Tom Perez in the Justice Department in the Civil Rights Division. He followed Tom Perez when he became

00:23:02.800 Obama's DNC chairman. He went to, he was in the Obama White House as a labor relations guy. He went to

00:23:24.040 Biden is driving this lawfare with Matthew Colangelo. You also, with this New York case, you have,

00:23:30.320 you have Michael Cohen. Michael Cohen is this convicted perjurer and disbarred attorney who was

00:23:43.960 of this case on TikTok. He's making these videos on TikTok and profiting off of it. He's one of the

00:23:49.860 star witnesses, along with porn star Stormy Daniels, who has changed her story. She wrote a letter in 2018

00:23:57.800 saying, none of this happened. Now she's changing her story. Oh, by the way, she has a pinned tweet

00:24:03.280 on X on Twitter where she's promoting her porn sites. Well, you know, she's, she's profiting off

00:24:10.320 this trial too, just in other ways. Right. And then you have this Biden donor judge,

00:24:17.440 Juan Mershon, who donated to Biden and another anti-Trump cause in 2020, whose adult daughter,

00:24:24.920 Lauren Mershon, is profiting off of her father's unprecedented trial of Trump. She's raising

00:24:31.080 millions of dollars as a leading Democrat fundraiser for Biden, Harris, Adam Schiff,

00:24:36.960 many other Democrats. Even a former Clinton judge went on CNN, on Caitlin Collins' show on April 5th,

00:24:43.840 and said that this judge has to recuse under New York statute because of this daughter's

00:24:48.200 fundraising off this trial. This judge responded to that by expanding this unconstitutional gag

00:24:55.240 order against President Trump and threatening to throw him in jail if he mentions Michael Cohen or

00:25:00.700 Stormy Daniels or Lauren Mershon or even number five, even if President Trump merely mentions that

00:25:06.820 this Manhattan jury pool voted 87 percent for Joe Biden. Somehow that is contempt under this

00:25:14.960 vague and overbroad gag order, this sort of Damocles that they have over Trump's head.

00:25:20.500 Trump can't talk about the fact that Mershon rigged the jury selection process with Bragg and

00:25:25.620 Colangelo to weed out. It's already 87 percent for Biden, probably more than that. Right. And so

00:36:47.580 puzzle is now in place in this expose that we ran on an individual called Donnell Harvin,

00:36:54.440 a deep state never-Trumper who curiously made one of the most, if not the most,

00:37:02.060 bizarrely accurate predictions about J6 in the entire sphere of J6 commentary.

00:37:09.080 His office, he was at a local office, he was the head of Homeland Security and Intelligence for

00:37:16.140 a D.C.-based office called the Homeland Security Emergency Management Agency. And the Washington Post

00:37:23.380 did a big puff piece on him, essentially saying all of the federal agencies got it wrong. They were

00:37:29.320 caught flat-footed. Of course, that's not true. They weren't flat-footed. They knew it was coming,

00:37:33.580 and they didn't want to stop it because they needed it to promote their narrative. But that's another

00:37:37.820 story. Their narrative was all these federal agencies were caught flat-footed. And this one

00:37:44.300 Nostradamus-type figure, this one prodigy, this one genius, this one clairvoyant from the D.C.

00:37:52.320 Intelligence Fusion Center, Donnell Harvin, he got it right. He knew. And the level of specificity here

00:38:00.020 is remarkable. I'll give you some quotes from this Washington Post piece. It says,

00:38:04.240 for the first time from coast to coast, centers were blinking red. The hour, date, and location

00:38:11.520 of concern was the same. 1 p.m., the U.S. Capitol, January 6. That's interesting. So Donnell's office

00:38:20.360 was concerned not only with the Capitol on January 6, but with the specific time 1 p.m.,

00:38:26.500 which is right when the certification was to begin and right when that initial Ray Epps orchestrated

00:38:32.440 breach occurred. And of course, it's right when both pipe bombs were just by sheer coincidence

00:38:38.480 independently discovered within a 15-minute timeframe, perfectly synchronized to the

00:38:45.840 certification proceeding and to the unfolding attack on the Capitol. But it gets even better.

00:38:50.960 So it says Donnell is so concerned about January 6 that he's calling for body bags. He's calling the

00:38:58.340 local hospital saying, we need body bags. This is going to be a mass casualty event.

00:39:02.440 Now, in spite of his dramatic concern for January 6, the story goes on to say he puts a junior

00:39:10.280 analyst, this mysterious junior analyst, he puts a junior analyst in his office on the case to sort of

00:39:17.380 do a threat assessment of January 6. And this junior analyst has the most remarkable prediction. He says

00:39:24.620 the junior analyst was concerned that a worst case scenario of January 6 would be that someone would

00:39:31.600 plant explosives near the Capitol and that these explosives could serve as a diversion

00:39:39.440 of resources and personnel such that it would make it easier for the mob to storm the Capitol.

00:39:49.440 Now, I just want to spell out why this is such an amazing prediction, because this is actually the

00:39:56.160 dominant theory of the case for the pipe bombs. Those who've been following this case know that

00:40:00.720 the pipe bombs didn't go off. They weren't even capable of going off. They had one hour mechanical

00:40:06.400 timers. The latest they could have gone off was the previous evening of January 5. In a back alley,

00:40:12.560 it would do nothing. No, the remarkable thing about the pipe bombs is that they were discovered exactly as

00:40:18.320 the attack on the Capitol was unfolding. And that precise synchronicity led, for instance,

00:40:24.080 Steven Sun, the former head of the Capitol Police, to hypothesize that they were planted not to go off,

00:40:30.000 but as a diversionary event. Of course, if the person who planted the bomb wanted to divert,

00:40:35.120 they'd have to count on people finding those bombs at that precise time. How you could count on

00:40:41.760 random pedestrian and plainclothes law enforcement to discover the bombs exactly when you need them to,

00:40:49.120 that is also a puzzling question. But for now, I'd like to focus on this junior analyst prediction.

00:40:55.840 Now, it would be one thing to say we're concerned with explosives because of the destructive impact of

00:41:01.440 explosives. That might make some sense. But to say that our chief concern about explosives is not that

00:41:09.600 the explosives would go off and kill people, but the explosives would divert resources for people to

00:41:16.640 storm the Capitol. That's a very strange prediction. If you're predicting in advance and your chief concern

00:41:23.520 about explosives is not that they blow up and harm people, but that somehow through some bizarre

00:41:29.520 mechanism, they divert resources away. Why wouldn't the person just put the explosives at the Capitol?

00:41:36.320 Why invent this convoluted concern of people planting explosives near the Capitol and that

00:41:43.520 diverting resources? So that very specific and bizarre prediction by this mysterious and unnamed junior

00:41:50.640 analyst is something that is quite interesting coming from Donnell Harvard's office.

00:41:55.920 But, but, but, but hang on, Don, his brilliant analysts in this, in this superstar, here's what I get at that,

00:42:03.120 in the time that they did it, correct me if I'm wrong, there was no, there was no crowd or mob or anything.

00:42:09.840 I mean, they actually said this in a, in a real time basis before that it even transpired. It was another

00:42:15.680 hour, hour and a half before it got, before it got big. Right.

00:42:18.480 This was days, this specific prediction was days before. This was days before. That's why this is

00:42:25.760 so remarkable. This was days before. It's, it's one thing for Donnell Harvard to say, oh, January 6th is

00:42:33.040 such a concern. We need body bags. We didn't match casualty event. But somehow this junior analyst in

00:42:38.560 his office made this extremely specific prediction that corresponds with the unlikely and unusual events

00:42:46.960 that have to do with the fact that the bombs weren't set to go off, that they were discovered

00:42:51.280 at this precise time, that they were, you know, that that's why Steven Sund and others think they're

00:42:56.080 diversionary. That is not a natural prediction to make. Again, if anything, if you're concerned about

00:43:02.080 explosives, you're concerned about the explosives directly killing people. You don't have this weird

00:43:08.400 twist where you're saying the explosives will divert resources away from the Capitol and then people

00:43:14.320 were stormed. That level of specificity and convolution that exactly corresponds to what

00:43:20.400 actually unfolded is what's so bizarre. This is why you haven't seen the analyst's name

00:43:26.720 because he clearly said in a planning meeting, he clearly said in a planning meeting and leaked it.

00:46:46.400 biggest one is that there's this alleged junior analyst. Now, again, why he would pick the most

00:46:50.960 junior analyst, given that he thought January 6th would be such a big deal is not explained.

00:46:56.160 But I guess it was a lucky choice because the junior analyst was responsible for the most

00:47:00.480 amazing January 6th prediction, namely that the worst case scenario would be someone would plant

00:47:06.800 explosives. Not that the explosive would kill people, but the explosives would divert resources in

00:47:11.280 the capital and then people would storm the capital. Remarkably precise that happens to align to the

00:47:17.280 bizarre and unusual configuration of what actually happened with these pipe bombs.

00:47:21.440 So the next part of the story is interesting because we never hear anything about this

00:47:26.000 junior analyst again. But Donnell Harvin is everywhere. He's doing the media rounds. He's going on MSNBC,

00:47:33.440 CBS. He's doing everything, promoting his clairvoyant powers. In fact,

00:47:38.800 the typical thrust of the Donnell Harvin segments are the news anchors chastise the federal agencies for

00:47:47.120 being caught flat footed. And they champion Donnell Harvin for understanding what J6 would be in

00:47:53.200 advance. The only bizarre thing is in all of these segments designed to amplify the clairvoyant powers of

00:48:01.200 Donnell Harvin, the most amazing and accurate prediction that came out of his office

00:48:06.800 is strangely neglected. Not a word about this junior analyst and not a word about this remarkably specific

00:48:15.360 prediction that aligned perfectly with the pipe bomb scenario. Why would they forego the opportunity

00:48:20.880 to remind the public of this dangerous MAGA pipe bomb for one? And why would they forego the best

00:48:28.080 example of Harvin's alleged clairvoyant powers or at least the powers of his local office that they're

00:48:35.440 trying to trump up in relation to the federal offices? So that's another very bizarre thing about

00:48:41.520 his victory tour. Now, of course, if you dig into his history, he is as never Trump as they come. He wrote

00:48:49.680 an op-ed saying that Trump is the number one national security threat in the country. In fact, he explicitly

00:48:57.280 said Trump is more of a national security threat than China. He actually said this. This is the guy

00:49:03.680 whose office made this amazing prediction in relation to the pipe bomb that happened.

00:49:08.400 Hang on. He said this as a federal employee when Trump was a commander in chief. He said it at the time.

00:49:18.720 Let me check the date of this. It might have been when he retired. Let's see.

00:49:26.160 I mean, that would be in real time.

00:49:29.280 The place is infested. See, this is the problem. This was in 2023. So he is retired at this point,

00:49:37.440 but speaking as a homeland security expert and educator with over 30 years of public safety service.

00:49:44.160 And something tells me that this is not a new position that he held these views about Trump

00:49:49.840 when he was in office as well. And that might have inflected the way he did his work. But he has a very

00:49:56.160 extensive record of anti-Trump commentary to the point of saying Trump's even more of a threat than

00:50:01.520 China. When Trump was indicted, he said the only truth here is that it was a very good day. And it's

00:50:09.200 not just Trump. He's, of course, anti-Tucker. He was fuming when Tucker released some of the January 6th

00:50:15.600 tapes. He's, of course, anti-Musk. He was fuming that Elon Musk shared a meme of Pepe the frog. I'm not

00:50:22.320 kidding. And he touts the ADL, which deems Pepe the frog and the OK symbol as a hate sign. And he

00:50:28.880 endorses that, too. He says the OK symbol is a hate sign. He uses that to attack George Santos. And of

00:50:35.040 course, we wouldn't be complete without a reference to you, Steve. He's he wishes you a lovely time in

00:50:40.880 prison. He says, quote, wishing you well in the clank, Steve. What a charming guy. And then finally,

00:50:46.720 just for good measure, I'm sorry to those who saw this, but he put a tweet out of him getting

00:50:52.400 a pedicure, which is absolutely disgusting. So I just put that there just to emphasize what

00:50:56.960 a disgusting guy this is. But this is a never Trump radical in the deep state who thinks that

00:51:04.320 Trump is the number one national security threat, even greater threat than China. This is the guy who

00:51:10.800 has the clairvoyant powers to predict that January 6th would be a mass casualty event in advance.

00:51:17.040 Despite that, he puts a junior analyst on the case. And that junior analyst happens to

00:51:21.040 British almost exactly the pipe bomb scenario. Then the last one. Yeah, go ahead.

00:51:27.440 Last part of the piece, which, again, everyone needs to go and read. This is a major piece. If

00:51:31.840 people have been following along, the previous piece was about Ashen Benedict, who we know

00:51:37.840 very, very with high level of conviction that this is a cover up guy, Ashen Benedict. Now we have
