00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.220 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.420 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.700 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.660 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.060 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.800 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.740 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.400 MAGA media.
00:00:28.300 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.200 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.940 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.300 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:00:51.820 It's Thursday, 9 May, Year of the Lord 2024.
00:00:54.460 We're absolutely packed today, but I wanted to open with a show that leads into us every day,
00:01:00.300 a special report with Tara and Miranda.
00:01:02.420 You guys are here.
00:01:03.320 Thank you very much.
00:01:04.260 Thank you for having us.
00:01:05.320 I haven't had the opportunity to be in Palm Beach since you guys started the show,
00:01:08.540 and we know our audience loves it.
00:01:10.440 And now I know why.
00:01:11.840 Because normally we're getting ready in the last 30 minutes running around.
00:01:14.820 I haven't really focused on your last segment.
00:01:17.300 It's brutal.
00:01:18.560 It's absolutely brutal.
00:01:20.520 You're two of the nicest people I know around, and that is a brutal segment.
00:01:25.780 You go full mean girl.
00:01:27.920 You go full mean girl.
00:01:28.780 Yeah, well, maybe a little.
00:01:30.540 We take the stories that kind of get glossed over, but kind of show the culture that we're in today,
00:01:37.420 the woke culture, a lot of the woke stories of the day.
00:01:40.780 Talk to me about, you know, late afternoon has become the new prime time.
00:01:45.840 You know, even the big broadcasters, Nicole Wallace over at MSNBC,
00:01:51.580 those are some of the highest rated shows they've got.
00:01:53.600 It's where the big advertisers go.
00:01:54.620 Tell me about doing a show, our audience, later in the afternoon.
00:01:57.780 How do you curate the stories?
00:01:59.260 How do you guys think them through?
00:02:00.300 What are you trying to present different than people that do, you know,
00:02:03.520 early morning when people are first getting up?
00:02:05.280 Well, I think what we're trying to do different is really, like,
00:02:09.080 showcase all of our different talents.
00:02:11.540 You know, Tara, obviously, you know Tara.
00:02:13.920 Background in national security.
00:02:15.800 She's been overseas multiple times in war zones.
00:02:19.680 She's covered the border.
00:02:21.040 So we want to cover that.
00:02:22.160 So you do the mercenary part with Tara, right?
00:02:24.500 With Tara, right.
00:02:25.340 That's my fault, Steve.
00:02:26.600 That's usually what, yeah, she focuses on.
00:02:28.440 And then, you know, everyone kind of has a wheelhouse.
00:02:30.880 Kaylin comes on.
00:02:32.220 Obviously, he was a marketing director during, you know, Trump's campaign.
00:02:34.760 So anything race, you know, 2024, anything that's going viral on social media,
00:02:38.740 it's a little mix, a little mix of it all, right?
00:02:41.540 Yeah.
00:02:41.840 Yeah.
00:02:42.600 Talk to me.
00:02:43.220 Six months.
00:02:43.780 We're roughly six months out.
00:02:45.600 Four months and four, I think North Carolina ballots dropped the first week of September.
00:02:50.680 As you guys see the underlying driving force of this, you're covering Biden every day.
00:02:57.240 You're covering the White House.
00:02:58.120 You're covering the news.
00:02:58.840 Where do you think we are in this campaign?
00:03:00.460 I just gave a speech last night, and that's what everybody wants to know.
00:03:03.140 Where are we?
00:03:03.640 Where are we?
00:03:05.040 Trump?
00:03:05.660 Yeah.
00:03:06.080 Trump's way ahead.
00:03:07.300 I mean.
00:03:07.700 There's no doubt.
00:03:08.460 No doubt.
00:03:08.980 No doubt.
00:03:10.420 Whatsoever.
00:03:11.300 Of course, they say that in 2020.
00:03:13.380 As you look at the poll.
00:03:14.420 Well, that's the question.
00:03:15.540 What are they going to try?
00:03:16.760 It's the pulse of the American people.
00:03:18.620 Yeah.
00:03:19.280 You know that.
00:03:20.080 You're always out amongst the people.
00:03:21.600 Well, and I remember this even in 2020, leading into 2020, what I thought was really eye-opening
00:03:28.200 is I didn't see anybody enthusiastic about Biden, and you really don't see it now.
00:03:32.680 You're saying that, hey, you guys took the Aaron Burnett.
00:03:34.740 Tell me about the Aaron Burnett interview.
00:03:36.580 Pretty stunning last night.
00:03:38.100 Yeah.
00:03:38.240 Aaron Burnett backed him into a corner on inflation, and he didn't like it at all.
00:03:41.960 No, but, I mean, that's the reality.
00:03:43.520 We always said on the show, Bidenomics, worst marketing campaign ever.
00:03:47.740 They dropped it.
00:03:48.560 They dropped it.
00:03:49.280 They dropped it.
00:03:49.920 They don't say it.
00:03:50.860 They don't say it.
00:03:51.580 Internally, they said they're not going to talk about it.
00:03:53.480 What about, Axios had the story the other day, they will not talk about the 81 million
00:03:57.240 votes.
00:03:58.060 They're focused on the six battleground states, what they call the 6% of the seven.
00:04:02.700 What are your thoughts on that?
00:04:05.200 No, well, I think the one thing to watch for is, A, the voter turnout, right?
00:04:09.580 But then also, Steve, the illegals voting and what is going to be done with the DMVs, because
00:04:14.940 you automatically get registered to vote.
00:04:16.840 And I know Congress had that vote yesterday where the Democrats voted to give the illegals
00:04:20.400 for the census.
00:04:21.220 Yes.
00:04:21.740 But, which thankfully didn't pass, but that's what they're going to try to do.
00:04:25.560 And I think that's the number one thing that we need to get in front of.
00:04:28.220 As you remember in the White House, we took the illegals out of the census, right?
00:04:32.560 And we had to go to court and the Commerce Department.
00:04:35.000 I mean, it was one of the President Trump's common sense.
00:04:36.900 And President Trump knew it would lead to a portal for illegal voting.
00:04:42.700 What do you think they're trying to pull to take it away from Trump?
00:04:47.000 How won't they try to pull to take it away from Trump?
00:04:48.720 Well, I think they're trying to, A, arrest him, put him in jail.
00:04:51.460 But I think they're, I think they're starting.
00:04:53.340 Do you think Stormy, I got Mike Davis, I got Boris, we're going to get into it.
00:04:56.480 Today, do you think Stormy Daniels, more of the sleaze that's out there?
00:04:59.340 Do you think it's going to impact the voters?
00:05:01.700 Okay, maybe in New York.
00:05:06.380 But, I mean, her credibility is shot.
00:05:08.220 I mean, I don't know who's worse, Cohen or her.
00:05:11.840 I mean, they're both liars, well documented.
00:05:15.080 She lied twice.
00:05:16.440 You're saying credibility, one a lying lawyer, the other a porn star.
00:05:19.520 Who's got the worst credibility?
00:05:20.940 Yeah, I don't know.
00:05:21.760 It's a toss-up.
00:05:22.360 Who do you think is worse, Cohen or Stormy Daniels?
00:05:24.440 I would actually say Cohen.
00:05:26.160 I think because Stormy Daniels, she's a porn star, but she is who she is, right?
00:05:29.680 Former.
00:05:30.360 Former porn star.
00:05:31.760 Not anymore.
00:05:32.520 Well, that we know of.
00:05:33.660 But she is who she is, where Cohen is deceptive, he's deceiving, he worked with Trump, he turned
00:05:38.840 on Trump.
00:05:39.420 I think that's worse, I think, because she is who she is, she always has been.
00:05:44.340 Yeah.
00:05:44.660 Cohen is deceptive.
00:05:46.920 Do you think her testimony has gotten through?
00:05:49.140 Because they're not arguing a crime.
00:05:51.300 We still don't know what the crime is, right?
00:05:53.080 Do you think it's breaking through?
00:05:55.340 Because there isn't a crime.
00:05:56.260 Okay, that's the point.
00:05:57.180 Do you think the narrative that Trump is sleazy, Trump associates with porn stars, do you think
00:06:02.200 that's breaking through to America?
00:06:04.980 I would say if you already support Trump, no, you're not phased by it.
00:06:08.700 In fact, if anything, you're just more motivated.
00:06:10.520 What about if you're that 10%, the mythical 10% people are trying to get to?
00:06:14.900 I think her credibility is still shot.
00:06:17.760 I mean-
00:06:18.280 So you don't think lawfare is working right now?
00:06:20.900 I think it's working in his favor.
00:06:22.620 In his favor, why?
00:06:23.700 I think if they want to put him in jail, go for it, because I think his numbers-
00:06:26.320 You would say, I'd say, call the bluff, Netanyahu to call the bluff of Biden and Rafa.
00:06:33.140 Trump ought to call the bluff on the judge with the gag order.
00:06:36.960 You think so?
00:06:37.600 Absolutely.
00:06:38.080 A night in jail wins him the election?
00:06:40.440 I think he's already won it, but it certainly wouldn't hurt.
00:06:42.780 So you would recommend to the president, if you're talking to him right now, blow through
00:06:47.520 the gag order, throw down hard on this, don't stop, he throws you in jail for a night?
00:06:52.100 Why not?
00:06:52.560 Everything that they've thrown at him has only increased his poll numbers, only increased
00:06:56.780 his fundraising.
00:06:57.340 So you think it's working?
00:06:59.840 Yeah.
00:07:00.120 The lawfare is working on our side?
00:07:01.880 Yeah.
00:07:02.160 I think it's working on our side, too, and it shows who Trump is, and it shows that he's
00:07:05.940 been fighting.
00:07:06.580 He's saying that the Constitution is worth more than if he has to go to jail.
00:07:10.340 He's going to stand for the Constitution.
00:07:11.840 You know more than anyone, Steve.
00:07:13.180 You've been out on the front, and you're standing for our country, saying whatever comes your
00:07:16.820 way, you're going to do it.
00:07:17.920 You know, that's where people look, and then we fall behind you guys, because you guys
00:07:22.540 are the ones in front.
00:07:22.560 Well, no, that's why I'm so proud of President Trump, and quite frankly, I'm proud of Peter
00:07:25.480 Navarro.
00:07:26.120 I'm proud of you, Steve.
00:07:27.060 Well, I'm proud of, thank you.
00:07:28.320 I'm proud of Navarro.
00:07:29.040 He's in a prison down here.
00:07:30.780 Now, Jim Jordan sent today another strongly worded letter to get the Bureau of Prisons to
00:07:35.440 testify, because she said she won't let Gates or anybody go see him, because he's too
00:07:39.660 notorious.
00:07:40.740 Special report.
00:07:41.560 What should people know about it?
00:07:42.580 Where should they go?
00:07:43.660 Social media, all that.
00:07:45.500 Social media, yes.
00:07:46.680 But please join us on Rumble, especially, Getter.
00:07:50.340 The Rumble crowd, the Rumble live audience is a little rough.
00:07:53.000 I like them.
00:07:53.620 You like them?
00:07:54.380 Yeah, they come in.
00:07:55.260 They don't hold back.
00:07:56.220 Yeah, Rumble, Getter.
00:07:57.200 If they like this segment, it's good, but if not, they're going to tell you right at the
00:08:00.020 beginning.
00:08:00.320 Yes.
00:08:00.940 Do they relate to the Mean Girls last segment?
00:08:03.960 That thing's brutal.
00:08:04.860 That thing is brutal.
00:08:05.740 I thought we were that mean.
00:08:06.380 That thing is so brutal.
00:08:07.760 Christy Noam will never recover.
00:08:09.380 Aw.
00:08:10.100 Is that story of the year so far?
00:08:12.340 We played it, but we didn't say anything.
00:08:13.600 We're all bark and no bite.
00:08:14.920 All bark and no bite.
00:08:15.920 Oh, too soon?
00:08:18.460 Sorry.
00:08:19.660 Too good.
00:08:20.140 Okay.
00:08:20.720 Thank you.
00:08:21.140 Special report every day.
00:08:22.720 Every day.
00:08:23.440 And you've got a new show.
00:08:24.520 What's your new show?
00:08:25.380 It's going to premiere.
00:08:26.140 Yeah, a new show coming up, Threat Assessment, and that's going to be airing the first week
00:08:30.140 of June.
00:08:30.740 And we will just talk about if it's an internal Inside America Threat War and Energy, the deep
00:08:35.700 state.
00:08:36.240 We'll talk about Israel, Iran, China.
00:08:39.720 This is where you're putting your CIA mercenary.
00:08:41.580 I'm just kidding.
00:08:41.820 Yes.
00:08:42.600 She's awesome.
00:08:44.460 Tara's been everywhere.
00:08:45.260 From Burma to the Nineveh to the hardest, to Kurdistan, everywhere.
00:08:50.000 Just unbelievable.
00:08:51.100 So that first week of June, we can see that.
00:08:53.140 First week of June.
00:08:53.820 Yes.
00:08:53.960 Fantastic.
00:08:54.600 Thank you, guys.
00:08:55.160 And then hopefully you can join us on special report.
00:08:57.580 Maybe get over here on the sofa.
00:08:59.580 Yeah.
00:08:59.820 For the last block.
00:09:00.840 For the mean girls.
00:09:01.220 Okay, fine.
00:09:01.760 As long as I don't get picked on.
00:09:03.820 No.
00:09:04.240 Definitely not.
00:09:04.540 Don't put that to a vote and rumble.
00:09:05.940 Right.
00:09:06.200 Don't get picked on.
00:09:07.080 Definitely not.
00:09:07.760 Let's go to Mike Davis.
00:09:08.820 Is Mike Davis with us?
00:09:09.840 Hey, Mike, today we heard that Mike Johnson said he cannot possibly cut off Jack Smith.
00:09:20.180 The day after the vote, the day after the vote that saved him by the Democrats, we now
00:09:25.640 find out he says there's nothing they can do about Jack Smith.
00:09:29.160 Mike Davis is wrong.
00:09:30.360 Steve Bannon's wrong.
00:09:31.720 Marjorie Taylor Greene's wrong.
00:09:33.700 Well, first, I would say that you have these two beautiful and smart women, and then you
00:09:37.780 have these faces for radio.
00:09:39.880 These two Irish myths come on.
00:09:41.340 This is not really fair.
00:09:43.140 No, no, no, no, no.
00:09:44.700 The reason I had to get the good looking smart girls off of here, I'm afraid Rob Sig's on
00:09:48.720 check ratings, I'm going to lose my five o'clock hour.
00:09:51.100 So continue on, Davis.
00:09:53.500 So I would say this about these House Republicans.
00:09:56.720 They need to find their backbones.
00:09:59.240 This lawfare and election interference by President Biden, by Merrick Garland, by Jack Smith, by
00:10:07.140 Jonathan Suh, by Matthew Colangelo, Alvin Bragg, Tish James.
00:10:12.680 But hold it.
00:10:13.040 But Mike, Mike, Mike, hang on.
00:10:14.500 Hang on.
00:10:14.880 Yo, Mike Johnson's listened to you.
00:10:16.880 Don't get me wrong.
00:10:18.060 They cut clips in the war, and we're beating on him all the time.
00:10:21.320 He's heard that.
00:10:22.700 He's saying Mike Davis is wrong.
00:10:24.520 He told Politico, I've thought about it.
00:10:27.180 There's nothing I can do about it.
00:10:28.920 I can't.
00:10:29.480 There's nothing I can do about Jack Smith.
00:10:31.440 It just is what it is.
00:10:32.860 President Trump's going to have to take the incoming.
00:10:34.740 Davis is wrong.
00:10:35.920 Bannon's wrong.
00:10:36.940 War Room's wrong.
00:10:38.820 Is he wrong?
00:10:39.700 Are there things we can do today with hearings and other things to basically start, begin the process to expose Jack Smith and shut this thing down?
00:10:50.620 Absolutely.
00:10:51.220 The reason this lawfare has gone on for 22 months, the reason we are in week four of this unprecedented bogus criminal prosecution of a former and likely future president of the United States is because these Biden Democrats, Biden and these Biden Democrats have walked through an open door.
00:11:12.000 There has been very little resistance, no effective resistance from House Republicans, and they have subpoena power.
00:11:19.860 They should be issuing subpoenas constantly for testimony, for staff depositions, for documents, for these witnesses.
00:11:29.580 They should be threatening to cut off funding through these appropriations writers like Andrew Clyde has.
00:11:36.320 Look, they should have public hearings.
00:11:39.140 The reason that these Biden Democrats are on offense is because we don't have them on defense.
00:11:45.300 They have had no resistance, and I can blame the House Republican leadership, and that includes Mike Johnson now.
00:11:51.820 That includes Jim Jordan.
00:11:54.300 These are Republican-ending tactics by these Biden Democrats.
00:11:58.400 Jack Smith is running a corrupt prosecution against President Trump.
00:12:03.320 You had Jay Bratz, who allegedly threatened Stanley Woodward, Trump co-defendant Walt Nada's attorney, threatening Stanley Woodward that if Walt Nada did not turn on President Trump, that Stanley Woodward's application before for the D.C. Superior Court would be negatively affected by Jay Bratz.
00:12:24.680 That is obstruction of justice.
00:12:26.140 You have Jay Bratz working in the Biden Justice Department, working with the political hacks at the National Archives and others in the Justice Department, and Jonathan Suh in the Biden White House Counsel's Office to concoct this political hit, the Mar-a-Lago raid for presidential records that President Trump was allowed to have.
00:12:51.060 You have evidence in front of Judge Cannon now that they doctored the evidence.
00:12:55.760 They put in these highly classified cover sheets and sent out a photo of the Mar-a-Lago raid that that's not how they found the evidence.
00:13:03.920 This is a political hit by President Biden, his Justice Department, against President Trump.
00:13:10.980 And Speaker Mike Johnson, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, including Weaponization Subcommittee Chairman Jim Jordan, should be doing a lot more.
00:13:21.840 And if they're not going to do a lot more, then we need to find people for these jobs who will do more.
00:13:28.020 And this is unacceptable that there's no congressional oversight.
00:13:31.880 They have the power of the purse.
00:13:33.740 They have the power to make sure that these executive branch officials are following the law.
00:13:39.520 They have the power to make sure that federal funds that have been spent on these state and local prosecutions are not for political purposes.
00:13:46.960 And it's very clear that this is an organized hit against President Trump to interfere in the election and to deprive him of his civil rights as an American, right?
00:13:56.440 His civil rights, including the right to speak.
00:13:58.960 He has an illegal gag order on him.
00:14:01.000 And House Republicans need to do a lot more.
00:14:03.640 They need to cut off this funding.
00:14:04.660 These Biden Democrats waited 30 months to bring these unprecedented criminal prosecutions, and they timed these back to back to back for these trials to happen during the middle of the presidential campaign.
00:14:15.880 This is unacceptable, and it's unacceptable that House Republicans are not doing more.
00:14:21.160 Mike, just hang on for a second.
00:14:22.380 I know you've got to bounce, but I just want to hold you through the break for a couple more questions.
00:14:26.780 Seb Gorker is going to join us.
00:14:28.040 Boris, actually, at the courthouse when they walk out.
00:14:30.980 Boris is going to join us.
00:14:31.960 Andrew Giuliani is at the courthouse.
00:14:33.780 We've got a lot going on this afternoon around lawfare.
00:14:38.740 Also, Seb and I are going to talk about Victory Day in Russia and what's happening in Israel.

00:14:56.860 Can your savings weather an economic storm?
00:15:02.820 Think about what you've put away for the future.
00:15:05.960 Inflation can render cash worthless.
00:15:09.740 Real estate can crash like in 2008.
00:15:12.340 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.
00:15:16.000 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.
00:15:22.440 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.
00:15:26.540 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.
00:15:31.220 It's why people are flocking to it now.
00:15:33.000 Why Birchgold is busier than ever.
00:15:35.500 Through a little known tax loophole, Birchgold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax sheltered IRA in physical gold.
00:15:44.180 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:15:47.300 Let me repeat that.
00:15:48.440 It doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:15:50.380 To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold.
00:16:00.660 Let me ask you this again.
00:16:03.820 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming?
00:16:09.040 If it can't, call the people I trust.
00:16:12.040 That's Birchgold.
00:16:12.780 Text Bannon to 989898.

00:16:24.160 Okay, welcome back.
00:16:25.140 Remember, it's times of turbulence.
00:16:26.800 It's just not the end of the dollar empire.
00:16:28.840 I need you to go to birchgoldtoday.com slash Bannon and ask for Philip Patrick and the team.
00:16:34.960 We do the macro here, the capital markets, the macroeconomics, all of that.
00:16:40.220 They do the micro there.
00:16:41.580 Go talk to them.
00:16:42.400 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:16:43.900 Talk to Philip Patrick.
00:16:45.300 Remember, we get sponsors.
00:16:46.560 We make sure that you have access to the senior executives in the company.
00:16:51.160 So go check it out.
00:16:51.860 He's their lead analyst.
00:16:53.260 You will learn a lot from him about why gold has been a hedge in times of financial turbulence for, I don't know, about 8,000 years of recorded history.
00:17:01.380 Not too shabby.
00:17:04.200 Mike Davis, amazing.
00:17:06.380 Henry Rogers, chief national correspondent of the Daily Caller, has an exclusive just popped on Daily Caller.
00:17:13.300 Amazing.
00:17:14.300 It talks about, and if Denver can be so nice, eventually get it up there.
00:17:18.000 It's talking about Trump's favorite lawyer and his blueprint, his master plan to stop lawfare.
00:17:24.120 I know you've got to bounce, but can you take a minute or two and walk us through this?
00:17:28.900 Well, I met with the Conservative Opportunity Society chaired by Congressman Ralph Norman last Wednesday, and there are over a dozen House Republicans there, and these are the real deal House Republicans.
00:17:44.080 These are the tip of the spear types who are ready to launch a counteroffensive against this Biden-Democrat lawfare and election interference.
00:17:53.300 And their main job is, is I arm them with information, and so they can go to Jim Jordan on the House Judiciary Committee and on the Weaponization Committee and House Speaker Mike Johnson and let them know that they're very serious about ramping up this counteroffensive against Biden and these Democrats who are waging this republic-ending lawfare and election interference against Trump.
00:18:18.600 These Democrats waited 30 months to bring these cases against President Trump.
00:18:23.000 They can wait.
00:18:23.760 They can pause these cases until after the presidential election, and there's no reason they can't do that.
00:18:30.820 They can wait until after the election.
00:18:32.940 They need to stop this election interference.
00:18:35.340 This is a criminal conspiracy by Biden and Garland and Jack Smith and so many other Democrat prosecutors, Matthew Colangelo, Jonathan Suh, Alvin Bragg, Tish James, Fannie Willis, the Arizona AG.
00:18:48.560 This is a criminal conspiracy.
00:18:50.300 And your point is it must start now.
00:18:53.420 We cannot wait for President Trump to come back to the White House.
00:18:56.120 We have to take the burden off him.
00:18:58.040 This must stop now.
00:18:58.980 There's no doubt in your mind.
00:19:00.280 Because they're putting out stuff.
00:19:01.360 Every time we mention something or you mention something, there's a letter that comes out.
00:19:04.500 There's a request that goes out.
00:19:05.960 But it's not a coherent plan to go forward and to look at this as a vast conspiracy of what it is.
00:19:11.960 It's kind of like doing onesies, twosies.
00:19:14.200 They need to get sorted, get the staffs together, and just hit and then let the subpoenas fly but have some sort of concept or construct of which you volunteered to go in and to basically free of charge be an advisor, be a counsel to the committees and to walk them through this.
00:19:31.540 Is that correct, sir?
00:19:32.880 I mean, I already work 20 hours a day, so I'm happy to work 24.
00:19:36.360 I'm happy to go volunteer my time and show these guys, I'll be nice, these guys on the House Judiciary Committee how to do their jobs.
00:19:46.300 I've been pretty successful at things on the Hill like transforming the Supreme Court for President Trump, and I can show them how to do their jobs, maybe some baby steps so they can just get the hell out of my way and I can do their jobs for them.
00:20:00.660 But they need to step up, right?
00:20:02.440 Where is this weaponization committee?
00:20:04.540 Why has it not been staffed up?
00:20:06.540 What the heck has it been doing for the last nearly two years, right?
00:20:11.760 And I can represent here on War Room that you would be open to go see Speaker Johnson and his staff immediately to walk them through why Speaker Johnson's wrong and why you actually can get involved and get engaged in this right now and begin the process of shutting this down?
00:20:30.420 No question.
00:20:31.300 I don't fear anyone, as you know, and I will gladly go tell anyone when they're wrong.
00:20:36.780 And I think Mike Johnson is wrong here to say that they should not be pausing.
00:20:42.640 I guess if you read the article, he says he doesn't want to defund the office.
00:20:47.000 Well, at a minimum, he can support Congressman Andrew Clyde's appropriations writers that were championed by the Article III project to pause these federal and state prosecutions of a major presidential candidate until after the election.
00:21:01.500 If these cases are so good, wait till after the election, and then if they still want to move forward after Trump's elected by the American people, if they still want to move forward with these prosecutions after the election, then we can deal with them.
00:21:13.640 But between now and the election, it is unacceptable that President Trump is stuck in a New York courtroom and illegally, unconstitutionally gagged for several weeks instead of on the campaign trail because Joe Biden is so weak and corrupt and compromised.
00:21:30.580 And these Democrats know that he'll go crap his pants if they let him out too far in the White House.
00:21:35.720 If they put him on the campaign trail, they're going to have to change his diaper mid-speech, and they know that.
00:21:40.880 That's why they want Trump in a courtroom and even a jail cell instead of on the campaign trail.
00:21:48.180 Mike Davis, where do people go for Article III?
00:21:50.660 Not just to learn a lot about it, but people are telling me they love the action site.
00:21:55.120 Where do they go for all of it?
00:21:57.340 Article3project.org.
00:21:58.380 Article3project.org.
00:22:00.060 You can take action there, including supporting the appropriations writers by Andrew Clyde.
00:22:06.060 There are patch-through phone calls to both your senators and to your representative.
00:22:10.920 There are emails that we set up for you.
00:22:12.940 There are social media that we set up for you.
00:22:14.700 It's very easy at the Take Action site.
00:22:17.800 At Article3project on Getter, Twitter, Truth.
00:22:21.320 My personal is at MRDDMIA.
00:22:25.280 MRDDMIA.
00:22:27.200 And thank you, Steve.
00:22:27.840 Mike Davis, I've got the 20 hours a day.
00:22:31.560 If you go volunteer, I've got a way to clear up and carve back some stuff.
00:22:35.640 We'll just cut half of your, you know, 30 media hits a day just to let you go to work for Jordan.
00:22:41.180 God, what a media.
00:22:42.400 We've created a monster, Mike Davis.
00:22:44.240 I love you, brother.
00:22:45.140 Keep fighting.
00:22:46.560 Thank you.
00:22:46.940 Cold open.
00:22:48.020 Thank you, sir.
00:22:48.900 Cold open now for Dr. Seb Gorka.
00:22:54.660 Now to Russia and the country celebrating Victory Day, which is held each year to mark the defeat of Nazi Germany during the Second World War.
00:23:03.400 The centerpiece is a huge military parade in Red Square beside the Kremlin in Moscow.
00:23:09.000 President Vladimir Putin used the occasion to warn that his forces were always ready for combat and that he would not allow anyone to threaten his country.
00:23:17.900 He also took the opportunity to praise the Russian soldiers fighting in Ukraine.
00:23:22.380 All the participants in the military operation, those are our heroes.
00:23:31.720 We bow our heads before your resilience.
00:23:36.280 Together with you, the whole of Russia believes in you and the moral supremacy of your exploits.
00:23:52.380 The moral supremacy.
00:23:54.400 So, Seb, they commemorate what they call victory in Europe, victory of the Nazis on the 9th because of the time difference.
00:24:03.460 Very different than you saw yesterday the way we commemorate the 79th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day.
00:24:09.440 I mean, it couldn't be more stark.
00:24:11.280 Tell us, why is that, sir?
00:24:12.420 Well, it was very weird because it was a kind of, you know, dollar store, dollar general version of the stuff that we remember from the Cold War, Steve.
00:24:24.780 I mean, do you remember how long those parades lasted in the 1970s and 80s?
00:24:31.120 You know, the SCADA missile launchers, the ZSU-324s, all the coolest, latest kit.
00:24:39.400 Today, they had one, count them, one T-34 tank.
00:24:44.500 Not even, you know, a squad of T-80s.
00:24:48.980 A tank that is almost 100 years old.
00:24:51.860 The rest of the T-34s being used up in Ukraine.
00:24:55.400 And then the size was small by comparison to past victory parade that was less than 10,000.
00:25:03.020 About 9,000 people were involved, which by comparison to prior years is very small.
00:25:09.400 And then we have the constant mention.
00:25:11.460 I just want to get it right because, you know, in Russia, if you use the word war for Ukraine, you can actually be charged with a crime and put in prison.
00:25:18.260 The constant mention by Putin, the former KGB colonel, of special military operation.
00:25:25.440 Not a war, but a special military operation.
00:25:27.960 So, you know, I don't know if it smacks of desperation, Steve, but very different from what we were used to watching as Cold War warriors in the 70s and 80s.
00:25:38.020 Is that because they're actually being bled out quite a bit in Ukraine?
00:25:43.080 I mean, it's very tough to actually find out because even the intelligence agencies are gun-decking this information.
00:25:49.920 Is your sense that they're being bled out?
00:25:52.140 I mean, this is a slugfest down there.
00:25:54.020 Ukrainians, forget Zelensky and all these guys.
00:25:56.720 I mean, their troops, particularly the average age of 42 years old, are giving as good as they're getting.
00:26:02.840 Are they not?
00:26:04.280 Well, you know how it works.
00:26:06.720 When you're defending your own territory, it's a heck of a lot easier than when you're using conscripts you're having to ship in from hundreds of miles away.
00:26:16.960 As I said from the beginning, irrespective of who Zelensky is or how corrupt Kiev is, Ukraine, after the Holomodor, is going to fight not to the last man, Steve.
00:26:28.000 They're going to fight to the last 12-year-old girl who's got a pointy stick.
00:26:32.160 Let's just do the math of it.
00:26:33.520 You remember the military balance from RUSI, from RUSI in London.
00:26:38.700 Every year they'd collect all the open-source intelligence on the military of every nation in the world, and you could do the math.
00:26:46.060 The military balance was very clear two and a half years ago.
00:26:49.820 Ukraine was ranked 27 in the world – sorry, 22nd in the world in terms of military power.
00:26:56.980 The Russian Federation was ranked second under us.
00:27:00.200 Now, you know, second versus 22nd should have been a cakewalk if you believed the statistics.
00:27:08.600 If you, like Mark Milley, are a moron and said, oh, yeah, Kiev's going to fall in 72 hours.
00:27:14.620 And we're almost three years later.
00:27:16.840 And, yes, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians killed, hundreds of thousands of Russians killed.
00:27:21.240 But the second-ranked military power in the world should have had this finished by the first Christmas after they invaded.
00:27:28.840 So, yeah, Putin's in trouble.
00:27:31.840 And remember what really stopped the war in Afghanistan?
00:27:34.940 Yes, it was us giving stingers to the Mudge.
00:27:37.280 But it was also the grandmothers back in Moscow protesting the tin caskets coming home.
00:27:46.080 When the grandmothers weren't afraid of Brezhnev, weren't afraid of the gerontocracy, that's when things really started to crumble for the Soviet Union.
00:27:56.020 So maybe there are too many funerals back home already for Vlad.
00:28:00.740 But, Dr. Gorka, hang on for one second, Seb.
00:28:05.260 We're going to take a short break.
00:28:06.140 We're going to talk about Israel.
00:28:07.520 Ben Harnwell joining us at 6.
00:28:09.800 He and I are going to go through this recruitment crisis they're having in Ukraine with young people.
00:28:15.780 We'll do that at 6.
00:28:16.740 Short break.

00:29:43.840 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:29:45.800 Bannon.
00:29:47.220 So, Dr. Gorka, Biden, for the first time, this is after the House authorized money.
00:29:52.660 In fact, I thought they impeached Trump over this, or they tried it in the first phony impeachment.
00:29:56.980 Biden is now saying he's not going to send bombs, not going to send offensive weapons.
00:30:00.600 Should Bibi call his bluff and just get into Rafa and let's get it on right now?
00:30:05.820 Oh, please, Lord, please.
00:30:10.900 I mean, at Yad Vashem, today, or rather, you know, in the evening in Israel, that's what Bibi said.
00:30:17.180 He says, we don't need anybody.
00:30:19.180 We're going to save our nation from the jihadis.
00:30:22.420 I had a very angry monologue on my show today because he's Jihadi Joe.
00:30:27.860 I mean, do you remember when President Trump was on my show a month ago?
00:30:30.740 And he was on for an hour, and there's this one line that made the international news front page of the Daily Mail when President Trump said,
00:30:37.820 if you're an American Jew and you vote for Biden, you hate Israel.
00:30:42.140 Right.
00:30:42.360 That one just exploded.
00:30:44.100 Well, excuse me.
00:30:45.880 What was just proven last night?
00:30:48.140 There's a nation where Jesus walked the earth that is the only functioning nation in the Middle East fighting to not only avenge the women and children murdered on October the 7th,
00:31:02.340 but fighting for survival against the bloodthirsty animals of Hamas.
00:31:07.760 And America doesn't want to give them the munitions to finish the job.
00:31:14.320 That's the moment where every Jew in America has to say, yeah, the Democrats are the home of institutionalized bigotry, anti-Semitism.
00:31:24.440 The party of the KKK wants Israel to fail.
00:31:27.780 If this isn't a wake-up call, if you don't realize you are supporting the jihadis with your vote for Biden, nothing is.
00:31:36.640 I've calmed down a little bit since then, but the fact is, you know, hashtag jihadi Joe, everybody in the posse has to make that very popular today.
00:31:46.280 Seb, talk about you were in counterterrorism for a long time.
00:31:49.260 You were a trainer down at Quantico, writer of many of these great books, editor with us over at Breitbart.
00:31:56.720 And you did this in the White House, although your most significant mandate was the CCP at the time, on college campuses.
00:32:02.960 Is this an organized Sharia supremacist uprising?
00:32:08.600 It is not only an organized anti-Western, anti-American, anti-Jewish supremacist effort.
00:32:17.380 It's not just care.
00:32:19.220 It's not just the usual suspects.
00:32:21.360 It's not just, you know, Iran funneling money or the CCP funneling money.
00:32:26.680 Look at what we found out from left-wing sources.
00:32:29.360 This is fascinating.
00:32:30.360 Left-wing MSM sources this week told us what?
00:32:35.040 Who are the big backers?
00:32:36.780 The Pritzker family, George Soros, and David Rockefeller Jr.
00:32:43.880 I mean, enough said, Steve?
00:32:47.000 Have we said enough?
00:32:48.380 Those who detest their own nation, detest their own civilization, are funding the American citizens who are chanting from the river to the sea, which is a genocidal chant, as they are pulling down the stars and stripes, raising the watermelon flag of the Palestinians, and chanting death to America.
00:33:11.600 You can't, you know, if you took my credit card to REI, you wouldn't be able to fill the whole quad at UC Berkeley, at Columbia, at Harvard, with exactly the same brand new camping equipment, tents across the quad.
00:33:26.440 That is funded, Steve.
00:33:28.940 Everyone who's got eyes to open and a heart with a pulse knows this is where we're at.
00:33:34.860 It's like Katie's new book, Next Gen Marxism.
00:33:38.580 This didn't happen under Obama.
00:33:40.080 This didn't happen under Biden.
00:33:41.120 This is a hundred-year plan from Gramsci to Alinsky, the Frankfurt School, all the way up to having, you know, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar in the Democrat Party today.
00:33:56.480 This is the most perverse time in history.
00:33:58.640 This is like your fourth turning, you know, obsession.
00:34:02.260 We are living in a time, Steve, where the elite detests their own civilization.
00:34:07.600 Yes, the Romans were decadent.
00:34:09.060 Yes, the Greeks were decadent.
00:34:11.120 But never before has an elite actually detested the nations that they lead and the civilization of which they are a part.
00:34:21.000 That's why November 5th isn't a political thing, Steve.
00:34:24.560 It's a civilizational thing.
00:34:28.240 Brilliant.
00:34:28.960 Seb, where do they go for the show, the podcast, your books, the writings, all of it?
00:34:34.560 Just look for Seb Gawker or Sebastian Gawker on all the platforms except the fascists at YouTube.
00:34:39.740 We stream the daily show on Rumble.
00:34:42.360 My sub stack is sebastiangawker.substack.com.
00:34:45.380 And let me ask you a question.
00:34:46.680 I meant to ask you this offline, but I should do it in front of everybody.
00:34:50.160 I want to send something to Peter Navarro.
00:34:53.060 I want to send him a letter, support him.
00:34:55.460 Is there a way to reach out to our former colleague in prison?
00:34:57.740 Yes, yes, yes.
00:34:58.900 We talk to him everywhere.
00:35:00.120 We'll get it to you right after the show.
00:35:01.520 We'll get it to you and make sure you get it to me.
00:35:02.700 Let's do that and let's post it as well so everybody, all the posse members can also write him as well.
00:35:07.420 Well, Peter Navarro is being overwhelmed with letters right now.
00:35:12.580 He's running the deal over there.
00:35:14.620 He's getting ripped.
00:35:16.680 Of course, Jordan sent a letter today because the Bureau of Prisons would not let Gates go visit him because they said he's too notorious, Seb, and he's in for a misdemeanor.
00:35:26.700 He's in for a misdemeanor.
00:35:27.340 You remember we used to arrive pretty early to the office, like before 7 o'clock.
00:35:31.340 When we arrived to the White House, Peter was already coming back from his morning run.
00:35:35.940 The guy's pretty hardcore.
00:35:38.440 Pretty hardcore.
00:35:39.560 Dr. Gorka, we got to get Katie on too about our new book.
00:35:42.260 I'll talk to you about it right after the show.
00:35:44.680 Thanks, buddy.
00:35:45.060 The new chairman over at Fairfax.
00:35:46.480 Okay, bro.
00:35:48.860 Andrew Giuliani.
00:35:50.440 He is live outside the courthouse.
00:35:53.120 Andrew, you told me before the show when you're getting ready that you think,
00:35:56.640 and you follow this every day, you think President Trump may have had his best day ever.
00:36:00.860 Tell us about it.
00:36:02.300 Yeah, I do.
00:36:02.880 First off, I got to thank Cassandra Watkins who helped me with the reporting in the courtroom.
00:36:06.540 We're using her setup right now.
00:36:08.080 She's done a fantastic job.
00:36:09.300 Won't be able to do the job without her.
00:36:11.780 Steve, there were a couple of really key moments today.
00:36:13.960 First off, the defense did an incredible job leading off of the cliffhanger on Thursday, on Tuesday, showing that there was motive, that money was a motive for Stormy Daniels.
00:36:23.620 They showed that Stormy Daniels has changed her story from the time that she gave the InTouch magazine interview to when she went on with Anderson Cooper to just her testimony a few short days ago in terms of whether she was threatened by President Trump or not threatened by President Trump.
00:36:39.960 Originally, she said she was not threatened by President Trump.
00:36:43.220 This is after she violated her gag order and alleged that they did, in fact, have sex.
00:36:49.800 And then you get to what I thought might have been the real key of the entire day.
00:36:55.120 Madeline Westerhout, somebody that you and I worked with in the White House, somebody who, frankly, I didn't have a great relationship in the White House because I suspected her of leaking what she ended up getting fired for.
00:37:04.560 This is somebody who could have been really, really, really tough on the Trump team over here.
00:37:10.500 She ended up breaking down and crying during the prosecution's questioning here, saying that she knows President Trump to be a good man.
00:37:19.600 He's misconstrued by the media and that she knows that he and Melania have a great relationship.
00:37:25.200 She's observed many times with he and Melania laughing very hard in the Oval Office.
00:37:30.080 I think that was a curveball that maybe the prosecution, even though it was their witness, did not see coming.
00:37:36.220 They ended their questioning of Madeline Westerhout, the former executive aide to President Trump, in the Oval Office.
00:37:42.980 And the defense ended up taking that questioning.
00:37:45.940 It was an emotional moment.
00:37:47.200 If this, Steve, is not actually about the facts of an alleged crime, of which we still don't know what the underlying felony is, and it is about painting Trump to be a bad guy, which is what the prosecution seems to be trying to do, man, did they end up getting a hit to their case with Madeline Westerhout this afternoon.
00:38:06.060 So this is why – let's go through why Madeline Westerhout is so important.
00:38:10.700 If people remember during the transition when the TV cameras were in the lobby of Trump Tower, Madeline was the person you saw all the time, young woman that was escorting people, VIPs, potential cabinet selectees.
00:38:24.280 Your father, Rudy, who was coming up all the time, up there, and she then rolled in to be the person right next to the Hope Hicks on the little office right aside, the Oval Office.
00:38:34.440 You had Hope Hicks, and you had Madeline.
00:38:36.500 So she was a key person in just seeing the flow of people coming in and out and the president having conversations with people.
00:38:43.060 Is that correct, Andrew?
00:38:45.340 Yeah, that's absolutely right, Steve.
00:38:47.100 And, you know, at least certainly when I worked in the White House, she was there for two and a half of the years.
00:38:50.880 You know, you'd have to basically go through Madeline.
00:38:53.980 Steve, I know you had direct access, but I know that there were times basically where Madeline knew that you were in the Oval Office or not.
00:39:00.460 So basically everything that ended up happening with President Trump when he was in the Oval Office had to go somehow through Madeline Westerhout.
00:39:09.080 And that grew and grew and grew throughout her two and a half years in there.
00:39:12.400 She ended up getting promoted to director of Oval Office operations.
00:39:15.800 So basically there was almost nothing that happened with President Trump in the White House, in the West wing of the White House, without Madeline Westerhout knowing.
00:39:25.100 I think the prosecution thought that they could get some really, really salacious details out of Madeline Westerhout that turned a complete 180 on them.
00:39:33.780 And Madeline Westerhout testified that President Trump is a good man and that she saw many times of Melania and President Trump laughing very hard in the Oval Office.
00:39:45.960 I believe that she said that she even wishes she has a relationship like that.
00:39:51.260 So it turned out to be really, I think, actually a shocking moment in this trial and one that the jury will sleep on.
00:40:00.280 We'll put it that way.
00:40:02.160 Talk to us about it.
00:40:03.140 Put us in the room.
00:40:04.200 You could tell the prosecution all of a sudden realize, hey, this is not going the way we want.
00:40:08.640 And it was they were very interested in trying to shut this down, this line of inquiry on a prosecute murmur.
00:40:14.680 She's a prosecution witness and she's the prosecution witness, I think, coming right after Stormy Daniels.
00:40:19.920 So you're now getting like murderers row of the most important witnesses.
00:40:23.460 Could you tell the prosecution one to jump in and kind of shut this thing down?
00:40:27.600 Yeah, you absolutely could tell.
00:40:29.180 You could tell how quickly they ended up ended their questioning.
00:40:32.220 It seemed to me like the prosecution was going to continue to question Madeline Westerhout till the end of the day.
00:40:37.980 The judge was going to end it for before he heard some mistrial arguments, of course, which he ended up declining those mistrial arguments from Blanche.
00:40:45.480 But that's beyond the point.
00:40:46.860 The prosecution basically wrapped up within two or three minutes of Madeline Westerhout breaking down, becoming emotional on there.
00:40:54.820 And you could then see it with the body language of both President Trump and his defense team, along with the district attorney's office.
00:41:03.660 President Trump marched out of there, looked like a conquering general as he was walking out the back of the room, where the assistant district attorneys looked slumped over.
00:41:12.280 They looked, what's the best way to describe this, similar to the way that Lawrence O'Donnell was described by President Trump a couple days ago.
00:41:20.140 So tell me about, listen, they haven't brought up a crime yet.
00:41:23.340 We still don't know what the crime is.
00:41:24.620 It's something about election interference in 2016, right?
00:41:27.540 It's kind of very amorphous.
00:41:28.760 But the whole thing they're trying to do is the narrative that Trump's a bad guy, Trump's a sleazy guy, Trump's somebody for the women in America, Trump's somebody you don't want to be around.
00:41:38.260 You certainly don't want him in the Oval Office.
00:41:40.260 How did the cross-examination, and we'll hold you to the break, but how did the cross-examination, the cross by Trump's attorneys, go on the Stormy Daniels story?
00:41:49.220 On the Stormy Daniels story specifically, you know, it was, are you, I'm sorry, Steve, were you talking about, there was a horn in the background there.
00:41:59.760 Were you talking about the Stormy Daniels story to Madeline Westrout or specifically the cross-examination?
00:42:04.100 No, no, no, no, no, the cross-examination, just the cross-examination, how did Trump's, because they've been waiting for this a long time to cross Stormy Daniels.
00:42:11.200 And, hey, it shouldn't be, it shouldn't go, you know, there are no coincidences.
00:42:15.700 Today they announced that Miss December, the Playmate Bunny is not even going to testify.
00:42:20.740 I think the prosecution was leaked.
00:42:22.040 The prosecution told them that the Playmate Bunny of 1999 is not going to even testify.
00:42:30.800 I assume that's because they're not that happy with how Stormy Daniels did on the stand.
00:42:37.160 Yeah, I think that's right.
00:42:38.520 And I think the Trump team did a great job in cross-examination showing how Stormy Daniels' story has changed throughout the years.
00:42:46.060 Of course, with the nondisclosure agreement that she ended up signing, where she said that she never ended up having any kind of sexual encounter with President Trump.
00:42:55.060 That changed in 2018 when she gave an interview to InTouch magazine and then to Anderson Cooper, where she said that they did engage in sexual relations.
00:43:05.020 But she never, ever felt threatened, that Trump was a complete gentleman, were the words that were said.
00:43:10.860 That testimony was very different when the prosecutors questioned her on Tuesday, where she said she did feel threatened, where she felt like the blood was rushing to her head, that she was going to pass out.
00:43:22.680 And by the way, Susan Nichols, I think, did a great job pointing out that Stormy Daniels is somebody who has acted and directed in over 200 pornographic films, how it may be tough to believe that somebody who has done that experience.
00:43:38.520 Andrew, hang on for one second.
00:43:40.860 We'll come right back to you.
00:43:41.680 Can't pay the IRS?
00:43:45.520 You haven't filed in a while?

00:43:49.820 Hey, it's about to get worse.

00:45:16.800 Today, I don't think we have to do any explaining.
00:45:21.480 I'm not allowed to anyway because this judge is corrupt.
00:45:24.440 He's a corrupt judge.
00:45:25.660 This judge, what he did, and what his ruling was, is a disgrace.
00:45:30.980 Everybody saw what happened today.
00:45:33.200 He's a corrupt judge, but he's totally conflicted.
00:45:36.600 And I got to get back on the campaign trail.
00:45:39.460 I'm not supposed to be here.
00:45:41.480 We are so innocent.
00:45:43.220 There's never been anything like it.
00:45:44.820 Read every single analyst, legal analyst.
00:45:48.200 I'm innocent, and I'm being held in this court with a corrupt judge who's totally conflicted.
00:45:54.440 Take a look at his conflict.
00:45:56.200 It's a disgrace to the city of New York, to the state of New York, and to the country.
00:46:00.920 Thank you very much.
00:46:01.460 Did you let him get messed up?
00:46:04.520 Wow, he walked out like a conquering general.
00:46:06.660 And I got to tell you, Andrew Giuliani, I've been saying President Trump.
00:46:10.920 First of all, Netanyahu called Biden's bluff.
00:46:13.700 President Trump called the judge's bluff.
00:46:16.580 Right?
00:46:16.840 People should become, Matt Gaetz, these Republicans, call the Republicans you think are going to go to Raheem Jeffrey's side.
00:46:23.080 I don't believe it.
00:46:23.800 Call their bluff.
00:46:24.440 It's a time now.
00:46:25.180 Call bluffs.
00:46:26.280 President Trump, hey, gag order, no gag order.
00:46:29.480 I think he, correct me if I'm wrong, Andrew, does President Trump think the judge is corrupt?
00:46:36.900 Steve, that would be safe to assume.
00:46:39.480 And Steve, I have to tell you, in being in that courtroom, there are just a lot of things that end up happening with this judge where it certainly makes you question.
00:46:46.320 I mean, the fact that the judge have admitted that the prosecution led the witness, Stormy Daniels, outside the guardrails that he said, but put it on Trump's defense team to object to that rather than a mistrial.
00:46:58.820 Remember, the judge can object to that if he sees a witness going across those guardrails that he said, basically making it irreparably damaged in the eyes of the jury there.
00:47:12.420 And the judge chose not to do that.
00:47:14.680 You can just see it whenever Blanche, the president's attorney, argues versus the district attorney's office about mistrials, about the gag order.
00:47:23.580 There is never, ever a time that I can remember where the judge has interrupted any of the assistant district attorneys.
00:47:30.820 And he interrupts Blanche often, including in this last argument right here.
00:47:36.960 It certainly seems to me time and time again that the judge is very predictable in what he's going to say.
00:47:44.340 And almost every time it lines up with the assistant district attorney's office.
00:47:48.760 And look, to President Trump's point over here, I think it's very important in pointing out when he talks about the judge being as conflicted.
00:47:55.220 His daughter has profited to the tune of $90 million.
00:47:59.620 Her firms have profited to the tune of $90 million.
00:48:02.860 $37 million off of Adam Schiff's campaign.
00:48:05.940 $7.5 million off of Kamala Harris.
00:48:08.080 More than $2 million off of the Biden for president campaigns.
00:48:11.200 $90 million off of Democratic candidates.
00:48:13.780 And Steve, on my social media feeds, guess what?
00:48:16.740 I have a picture of me and my family up there on the top of my social media.
00:48:21.540 Well, she has a picture of Donald J. Trump behind bars.
00:48:24.840 That is the daughter of the judge who's supposed to be unbiased, ruling in the very first case that we have of a leading candidate for president on trial.
00:48:35.240 It's absolutely unbelievable.
00:48:36.760 Last thing, and this is David Zier, what he gave us the other day.
00:48:41.080 You brought it up to us.
00:48:42.580 When Madeline Westerholt was there and actually saying the good things about President Trump, were the keyboards of Maggie Haberman in the New York Times, were they banging loudly?
00:48:51.600 Or was it silent, Andrew Giuliani?
00:48:54.840 Steve, you can always tell when it's good news for President Trump because there is silence in the courtroom.
00:49:02.360 Except for me, where I continue to type and let people know what's happened, good or bad.
00:49:07.140 But it's very funny.
00:49:08.700 I said this the other day.
00:49:10.080 When the prosecution was out there questioning Stormy Daniels, it was a non-stop chatter of keyboards.
00:49:16.720 As soon as Nicholas, President Trump's attorney, was questioning, those keyboards stopped.
00:49:22.240 That happened today again when Madeline Westerholt broke down on the stand.
00:49:26.500 You could hear a complete silence in the courtroom.
00:49:29.600 And you're walking out.
00:49:30.540 You could see the Trump team was all smiles walking out today.
00:49:34.680 They know what happened.
00:49:35.980 And they know that what would happen in the eyes of an unbiased jury.
00:49:39.420 It was a great day for Donald J. Trump.
00:49:42.900 Andrew Giuliani, your social media, how do people get you?
00:49:46.120 Reporting for Real America's Voice there in the courtroom.
00:49:49.200 Of course, with the backup of all the folks you've got, just tremendous.
00:49:52.020 Where do people go?
00:49:53.520 Thank you, Steve.
00:49:54.480 At Andrew H. Giuliani.
00:49:55.960 And I am live-tweeting, live-truthing about all the things that are happening in there.
00:50:00.820 We saw CNN doing some misreporting a few days ago, and I decided to make sure that we had real facts out there.
00:50:07.220 There are certainly opinions that I put in parentheses, but I at least want the American people to know what is being said by the witnesses, by the defense, and by the prosecutions.
00:50:18.700 Andrew, thank you so much.
00:50:20.220 Honored to have you on here, brother.
00:50:21.840 Great job.
00:50:23.540 Is this guy one of the best?
00:50:25.480 Better than any of the networks.
00:50:27.800 I mean, remember, he's not on a teleprompter.
00:50:29.880 That's just bang.
00:50:30.760 He's just giving it to you right there from his heart.
00:50:33.040 Just incredible.
00:50:34.260 Speaking of heart, hopefully get Mike Lindell over the next couple of days.
00:50:36.640 He's got a lot to report.
00:50:38.620 But one thing you want the War Room Posse to know, that there's absolutely no charge for shipping.
00:50:44.140 No charge for shipping of all the goods that you get from either mystore.com, promo code WARM, or mypillow.com, promo code WARM, or when you call 800-873-1062.
00:50:56.560 Free shipping for all the War Room Posse.
00:51:00.580 Let me repeat that.
00:51:01.940 Free shipping, no matter how big your order is.
00:51:07.060 This is a special from Mike Lindell.
00:51:09.000 Make sure you take advantage of it.

00:53:12.640 You're in the War Room.
00:53:13.240 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:53:22.080 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:53:26.080 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:53:34.100 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:53:47.780 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:53:55.660 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:54:05.900 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:54:11.980 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:54:24.580 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
