Transcript

00:00:00.000 That contrast, President Biden and you have both warned that democracy is at stake in
00:00:05.980 this election, that if Trump wins the second term, women's rights will continue to be decimated,
00:00:12.920 that international alliances will be frayed, that's to say the least, that your work,
00:00:20.500 rebuilding the middle class, will be destroyed, that rights for minorities will be rolled
00:00:25.160 back. If the contrast is so obvious, what's going on? Why does it poll so closely? Why is the race so
00:00:33.320 close? These races are always close. It's the election of the President of the United States
00:00:40.620 and everyone in an election for President of the United States will critically examine all of the
00:00:49.320 issues and make a decision. But at the end of the day, we're going to win. We're going to win.
00:00:54.220 You're confident. It's not going to be easy and we're going to win.
00:00:58.660 Well, you know, if things don't work out, we could always move back here and be just fine.
00:01:06.820 We're going to win this election. We have to win this election. Literally,
00:01:11.440 our country, our world depends on us winning this election. That's what's going to happen.
00:01:17.500 Joining me now is Caroline Leavitt. She is Trump campaign national press secretary. Caroline,
00:01:21.840 thanks very much for being here on the show. We played that to remind everyone that that was some
00:01:28.800 of what they saw on the debate stage in 2020. Of course, President Trump went on to lose that
00:01:33.420 election to Joe Biden. Can you tell us what Donald Trump is going to do differently on the debate stage
00:01:38.300 this time? Sure. Well, President Trump is well prepared ahead of Thursday's debates. Unlike Joe
00:01:44.780 Biden, he doesn't have to hide away and have his advisors tell him what to say. President Trump
00:01:49.120 knows what he wants to say. And he's going to relay his vision to the American people
00:01:53.420 to make this country strong, safe, secure and wealthy again. He's been doing that across this
00:01:58.520 great nation to all corners of this country. That's why he was in Detroit, Michigan last week.
00:02:03.080 He was in Philadelphia for a big rally on Saturday night. And that's why President Trump is knowingly
00:02:07.960 going into a hostile environment on this very network on CNN with debate moderators who have made
00:02:13.200 their opinions about him very well known over the past eight years and their biased coverage of him.
00:02:17.020 So President Trump is is willing to bring his message to every corner of this country,
00:02:21.520 to voters, to ensure that he wins this election in November. He looks forward to doing that.
00:02:26.720 And I know the American public look forward to hearing from him.
00:02:29.660 So so I'll just say my colleagues, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash have acquitted themselves as
00:02:34.460 professionals as they have covered campaigns and interviewed candidates from all sides of the aisle.
00:02:40.760 I'll also say that if you talk to analysts of debates previous, that if you're attacking the
00:02:45.560 moderators, you're usually losing. So I really want to focus in on what these two men are going
00:02:51.360 to do and say when they stand on the stage. Now, now we have a little bit of what Donald Trump,
00:02:57.820 your boss, has said in trying to set expectations for this debate. I want to play some of a series
00:03:02.860 of his comments and then we'll talk about it. Watch.
00:03:05.720 Maybe I'm better off losing the debate. I'll make sure he says I'll lose the debate on purpose.
00:03:09.760 Maybe I'll do something like that. I assume he's going to be somebody that will be a worthy
00:03:14.840 debater. Should I be tough and nasty and just say you're the worst president in history or
00:03:19.940 should I be nice and calm and let him speak?
00:03:25.980 So he's basically saying there, well, will I let Joe Biden win? It does seem as though many
00:03:32.340 Republicans have set the bar very low in terms of arguing that Joe Biden is basically senile.
00:03:38.460 Now you have people like Doug Burgum coming out and saying, well,
00:03:42.040 President Biden's very accomplished, trying to set expectations in a different place.
00:03:46.340 What do you expect from Joe Biden?
00:03:49.860 Well, first of all, it's to take someone five minutes to Google Jake Tapper,
00:03:54.300 Donald Trump to see that Jake Tapper has consistently.
00:03:56.760 Ma'am, we're going to stop this interview if you're going to keep attacking my colleagues.
00:03:59.760 Ma'am, I'm going to stop this interview if you continue to attack my colleagues.
00:04:04.120 I would like to talk about Joe Biden and Donald Trump, who you work for.
00:04:07.520 If you are here to speak on his behalf, I am willing to have this conversation.
00:04:12.340 I am stating facts that your colleagues have stated in the past.
00:04:15.540 Now, I'm sorry, guys, we're going to come back out to the panel.
00:04:17.780 Caroline, thank you very much for your time. You are welcome to come back at any point.
00:04:21.720 She is welcome to come back and speak about Donald Trump.
00:04:25.420 And Donald Trump will have equal time to Joe Biden when they both join us now at next early,
00:04:31.700 later this week in Atlanta for this debate.
00:04:34.920 Our thanks to Caroline.
00:04:35.940 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:04:43.940 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:04:49.140 I got a free shot.
00:04:50.400 All these networks lying about the people.
00:04:53.400 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:04:55.380 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:04:56.820 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:04:59.420 It's going to happen.
00:05:00.480 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:05:04.100 MAGA Media.
00:05:05.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:05:10.940 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:05:14.640 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:05:21.000 War Room.
00:05:21.840 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:05:23.820 It's Monday, 24 June in the year of our Lord, 2024.
00:05:31.740 You're in the War Room.
00:05:33.020 We had a lot of things we were going to start with today, given it's a historic week at the Supreme Court on politics,
00:05:41.760 the war, these wars that are expanding moment by moment.
00:05:45.100 But we have to go back just to good old-fashioned politics.
00:05:48.600 I've never seen anything like this in my entire life.
00:05:51.180 Caroline Levitt, this audience knows Caroline.
00:05:53.860 She's been on the show hundreds of times, both as running in a congressional primary, as a congressional candidate,
00:05:59.300 as spokesman for various PACs for President Trump, and just a leading member of MAGA, of the Make America Great Movement.
00:06:08.520 Now she is national press secretary for President Trump in his campaign.
00:06:14.120 Let me repeat that.
00:06:15.100 She is national press secretary.
00:06:17.540 This is not a grundoon.
00:06:18.920 This is not somebody just up there for an opinion.
00:06:20.700 This is one of the most senior officials in the entire Trump campaign and one of the most senior advisors to President Trump.
00:06:31.500 Caroline, thank you.
00:06:32.720 And I've really got to say, obviously this clip's going around.
00:06:35.800 This happened this morning.
00:06:37.880 Everybody, the feedback I get from all the War Room posse and from everybody seeing this is just your, as always,
00:06:43.060 your total class, total composure, discernment, all of it.
00:06:48.540 We're so proud of you, of how you represented the president, how you represented MAGA, how you represented yourself,
00:06:54.440 with Cassie Hunt just out of control.
00:06:56.320 But I want to get to the heart of it, is that how are we possibly having a debate with a network that's not,
00:07:03.660 it's so biased that they show absolutely no respect to the president's national press secretary.
00:07:09.560 When you were bringing up what we refer to as news items, it is a news story and a news item that Jake Tapper hates President Trump
00:07:17.640 and has a history of it on social media.
00:07:19.260 Same with Dana Bash.
00:07:20.240 How can they not address that?
00:07:22.960 And why are we in Atlanta, ma'am, with CNN, who controls the microphone on Thursday?
00:07:29.200 Caroline, love it.
00:07:30.620 Steve, it's great to see you.
00:07:32.300 And we're in Atlanta on Thursday because President Trump delivers on his promises.
00:07:37.220 And he said, repeatedly, came from him, he will debate Joe Biden anytime, anywhere, anyplace.
00:07:44.900 And so here we are.
00:07:45.660 We're headed to Atlanta Thursday night, but CNN showed their hand with me on their network this
00:07:51.040 morning.
00:07:51.400 The fact that they cut off my microphone simply for repeating words that Jake Tapper himself
00:07:57.680 has said, lies about President Trump.
00:08:00.000 So Jake Tapper can go on the air and spew those lies all they want.
00:08:04.180 But when I simply try to repeat them, which is relevant because he's a moderator at Thursday's
00:08:09.420 debate, they cut me off and kicked me off.
00:08:11.560 It was honestly shocking what occurred this morning, but it shows that this is not going
00:08:18.240 to be a fair debate on Thursday.
00:08:19.520 And President Trump knows that, Steve.
00:08:21.300 He knows that.
00:08:22.320 He knows he's going into a lion's den.
00:08:24.260 It's going to be a three-on-one fight with Crooked Joe, who's been getting doped up and
00:08:29.500 hiding away in the woods at Camp David all week, and Dana Bash and Jake Tapper.
00:08:33.780 But it just speaks to President Trump's determination and resolve.
00:08:37.240 This was his decision.
00:08:38.300 He's determined to go forward and bring his winning message to voters across this country,
00:08:43.640 and God bless him for doing it.
00:08:46.760 OK, I want to get to the facts of Tapper and Dana Bash, but I have to – and I would
00:08:50.640 never correct Caroline Levitt, and I certainly would never correct the national press secretary
00:08:55.440 of President Trump, but they didn't cut off your mic.
00:08:58.660 They dumped you and went to another break.
00:09:01.580 I've never seen such disrespect.
00:09:03.080 They have never in the history of television ever, ever taken a national press secretary
00:09:10.500 and treated her with such lack of respect.
00:09:13.220 Cassie Hunt owes you an apology.
00:09:15.300 CNN owes you an apology today.
00:09:17.680 And we don't get that apology to Caroline Levitt and to the Trump campaign and to MAGA today.
00:09:23.100 President Trump should cancel this.
00:09:24.720 It's not three-on-one.
00:09:26.060 They have the entire news apparatus because she had a producer – you know, Caroline,
00:09:29.720 you've done so much TV – she had a producer in her ear saying, you know, cut her off,
00:09:34.200 cut her off, cut her off because you had the facts.
00:09:36.700 Tell me, what is your beef?
00:09:38.300 What is Caroline Levitt's beef with Jake – with fake news Jake Tapper and Dana Bash, ma'am?
00:09:46.720 Well, I thought you were going to ask what my beef with Cassie Hunt is.
00:09:49.420 I was going to say I don't have any.
00:09:50.640 I've never even met this woman.
00:09:51.940 I was brought on the program to simply talk about debate prep.
00:09:55.900 And again, we thought it was fair game to bring up past statements that Jake Tapper especially
00:10:01.940 has made about Donald Trump in the past.
00:10:05.160 For instance, after Joe Biden was installed in the White House, Jake Tapper said that the
00:10:09.860 long national nightmare of Donald Trump's presidency has finally come to an end.
00:10:14.600 Jake Tapper was one of the lead voices pushing the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, which we now
00:10:19.220 obviously – we always knew it all along.
00:10:21.000 But CNN has been forced to admit that was manufactured by Hillary Clinton and the Democrats.
00:10:25.540 Jake Tapper allowed Joe Biden to lie on CNN years ago.
00:10:29.740 And I wanted to bring this up this morning, but time didn't allow.
00:10:32.760 I hope CNN will ask Joe Biden if he wants to correct himself when he said on CNN four
00:10:37.440 years ago that the Hunter Biden laptop was disinformation.
00:10:40.260 Jake Tapper allowed him to dispute this lie.
00:10:42.580 Jake Tapper has pushed the Charlottesville hoax lie that they've been ramming against President
00:10:46.860 Trump for years.
00:10:47.960 He also has frequently compared President Trump to Hitler.
00:10:51.260 So this is a guy who has clearly made his opinions about President Trump.
00:10:55.720 No, it's not me making that up.
00:10:57.740 This is who he is.
00:10:58.780 He's an anti-Trump leftist who's a former Democrat staffer, yet he's given the privilege
00:11:04.140 of hosting this debate.
00:11:05.220 And so I thought it was worthy bringing those comments up.
00:11:08.560 Clearly, CNN doesn't want their audience to know the truth about fake Tapper.
00:11:12.360 They want people to believe they're truly the most trusted name in news, yet they can't
00:11:16.040 even handle a spokesperson for the leading candidate in this race, bringing up facts and
00:11:20.540 truths about what one of their debate moderators have said.
00:11:25.440 Let's go back to that, to the incident itself.
00:11:29.460 You brought up facts.
00:11:32.440 It's not insurmountable for CNN to argue.
00:11:34.980 I'm not saying it's correct.
00:11:36.460 But why do they go to the nuclear option?
00:11:39.140 If you go back and deconstruct that, literally a producer's blown in her ear immediately.
00:11:45.780 They're so sensitive to this.
00:11:47.580 Caroline, you were off.
00:11:49.580 I think they made the decision in 15 seconds.
00:11:52.280 What is it?
00:11:53.060 Why are they so sensitive to the fact that they would take the, let me repeat, she's not
00:11:57.720 coming on as a supporter of Trump.
00:11:59.620 She's not coming on as a former congressional candidate.
00:12:01.880 She's not coming on as one of the top people in the MAGA and the Trump movement.
00:12:05.940 She's coming on as the national press secretary for Donald J.
00:12:11.260 Trump and his campaign, which they would treat everybody else.
00:12:14.720 They get down.
00:12:15.280 Oh, you guys are so special.
00:12:16.580 What was it that you said that she wouldn't even take in as a news person?
00:12:21.460 Well, let me hear those facts.
00:12:22.800 Let me deal with that.
00:12:23.940 But to not just cut your mic off, but to dump you from the show and essentially go to a
00:12:28.900 panel or a commercial break, ma'am.
00:12:31.080 Well, they are triggered by the truth.
00:12:33.340 That's what it comes down to.
00:12:34.700 CNN is a propaganda network for the Democrat Party and for Joe Biden.
00:12:39.300 They have pushed endless lies about President Trump, like I said, from Russia hoax to the
00:12:44.340 Charlottesville lie to the Hunter Biden laptop they've covered for Joe Biden over the last
00:12:49.120 several years.
00:12:49.880 They don't talk about his crisis at the border, honestly.
00:12:53.260 They don't highlight the migrant crimes that are ravaging this country, taking the lives
00:12:57.600 of innocent Americans.
00:12:58.580 They don't honestly take a look at what's going on in this world with war in Ukraine,
00:13:03.840 war in the Middle East because of Joe Biden's weakness in foreign policy.
00:13:07.640 They blame Donald Trump for all of the problems that the American people are facing, even though
00:13:11.340 he hasn't been in office for three and a half years.
00:13:14.220 And so, again, they try to pretend like they are this unbiased news network.
00:13:18.600 But it just simply is not the case.
00:13:21.200 And again, I think it just speaks to my bosses and President Trump's determination and courage
00:13:26.900 to walk into an atmosphere like that on Thursday night and still being willing to go to bat.
00:13:31.580 And when he gets punched, he punches back 10 times harder.
00:13:34.960 But again, you know, whether Cassie Hunt just simply couldn't handle it anymore, whether
00:13:39.140 there was a producer in her ear, which if you look back at the clip, it does seem like that
00:13:42.580 was the case.
00:13:43.340 She clearly showed CNN's cards.
00:13:46.180 I mean, she literally proved our point by dumping me off the air.
00:13:50.300 It was shocking.
00:13:51.060 And, you know, Steve, as you know, when you do these television hits, my monitor actually
00:13:55.580 didn't show me her body language.
00:13:57.040 So I didn't realize how fragile she was getting.
00:14:00.020 And I thought I was still on the air.
00:14:01.660 So I was talking about immigration and inflation and our message moving forward with her question,
00:14:07.040 what she wanted to know.
00:14:08.380 And then I get the producer in my ear saying, hey, sorry, we cut you.
00:14:11.740 I went upstairs and watched on my own television.
00:14:13.820 And wow, it was shocking, to say the least.
00:14:17.740 Caroline, can you just hang on for one second?
00:14:19.740 Because this will be the most watched television program maybe in history this Thursday.
00:14:25.400 As you know, we've been quite strong advocates here in the war room about what are we even
00:14:30.400 doing here?
00:14:30.780 And they proved it today.
00:14:32.580 The control room controls this.
00:14:34.520 It's not President Trump going to three on one.
00:14:36.700 He's going in against an entire media apparatus, one of the most powerful media apparatus in
00:14:41.920 the world that are setting a trap for him to come in there and to control it because Biden
00:14:46.600 can't take Trump on himself.
00:14:48.440 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:14:49.700 The national press secretary for President Trump and his campaign, Caroline Leavitt,
00:14:54.360 will join us after a short commercial break.
00:14:56.040 Can your savings weather an economic storm?
00:15:02.380 Think about what you've put away for the future.
00:15:05.420 Inflation can render cash worthless.
00:15:09.260 Real estate can crash like in 2008.
00:15:11.840 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.
00:15:15.540 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.
00:15:21.920 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.
00:15:26.760 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.
00:15:30.160 It's why people are flocking to it now, why Birch Gold is busier than ever.
00:15:35.000 Through a little-known tax loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account into
00:15:40.200 a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold.
00:15:43.680 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:15:46.800 Let me repeat that.
00:15:47.960 It doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:15:50.440 To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N,
00:15:55.580 to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold.
00:16:00.160 Let me ask you this again.
00:16:03.340 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming?
00:16:08.560 If it can't, call the people I trust.
00:16:11.560 That's Birch Gold.
00:16:12.300 Text Bannon to 989898.

00:16:18.020 Birch Gold Group.
00:16:19.300 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:24.060 To show we're equal opportunity on this, it's not just about CNN.
00:16:28.640 We're going to pivot in a second and go to Fox and what Fox is pulling over the weekend
00:16:32.140 with Karl Rove and these bogus numbers and all this.
00:16:34.260 We'll get to it in a second.
00:16:35.220 This is not because CNN is a left-wing propaganda arm.
00:16:39.360 We're going after Fox, too.
00:16:40.840 So I just want to make sure everybody knows.
00:16:42.240 Equal opportunity here.
00:16:44.000 This is also...
00:16:44.760 Let me be blunt about this.
00:16:46.160 This is not about Jake Tapper.
00:16:48.080 This is not about Dana Bash.
00:16:50.320 This is not about Cassie Hunt.
00:16:52.160 This is not even about Caroline Leavitt.
00:16:54.520 Take the personalities out.
00:16:56.760 These are about billets and about institutions.
00:16:59.140 The institution of CNN owes the national press secretary for Donald J. Trump in his campaign
00:17:07.500 an apology.
00:17:09.280 The producer, the segment producer, Cassie Hunt, CNN, the CEO, they own apology.
00:17:15.400 And they owe a commitment that that will never happen again no matter what the topic is.
00:17:20.360 If that can't be it, then why...
00:17:22.080 In the campaign, Caroline, you have Jason Miller, Stephen Chung, Chris Lasavita, Susie Wiles,
00:17:26.480 you have experienced, practical, no-nonsense, let's get on with it, right?
00:17:33.380 Let's get it done.
00:17:35.240 Low-cost operation, as you know, low overhead.
00:17:39.260 Senior people, and I think it's now time, the senior people got to weigh in here,
00:17:43.960 not to protect you, but to protect the institution of Trump's campaign
00:17:49.600 and what is going to be the second term.
00:17:51.260 If we let him get away with this, this just shows you, yeah, okay, fine,
00:17:55.060 you can just take punches on Trump's second term because they're coming.
00:17:58.040 This Thursday debate is totally 100% rigged.
00:18:03.860 They've got control of the microphone, and now they'll show you,
00:18:07.200 and please tell me where the unreasonable debate is.
00:18:09.840 I would like you to repeat, National Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt,
00:18:13.600 just Jake Tapper's, the couple things you put out about Jake Tapper a minute ago,
00:18:18.140 and please tell me, public, that that is not worthy of a discussion, not to be cut off.
00:18:24.340 Just repeat that.
00:18:25.280 Just do the Jake Tapper thing again, will you, Caroline?
00:18:28.240 Yeah.
00:18:28.900 Most heinously, he has compared President Trump to Hitler multiple times on various occasions.
00:18:35.060 He pushed the Hunter Biden laptop Russian collusion lie,
00:18:39.540 which we know was not a smear campaign by Russia like Joe Biden and Jake Tapper like to say it was real.
00:18:45.660 Jake Tapper has never apologized for that.
00:18:47.580 Jake Tapper was one of the lead voices in the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax,
00:18:51.100 the Charlottesville lie that has also been debunked just yesterday by a left-wing fact checker.
00:18:56.360 And Jake Tapper described President Trump's presidency as a long American nightmare.
00:19:03.320 Those are his words, not mine.
00:19:05.360 These are opinions that he has made evident on CNN, on air.
00:19:10.200 Yet they don't want spokespeople and defenders of the president to go on that same network and bring them up.
00:19:17.060 It is, you know, it speaks to a larger problem we have in this country, Steve,
00:19:21.420 as you were just pointing out, that we have an entire institution in this country.
00:19:25.160 The fake news mainstream media that covers up the truth and pushes lies.
00:19:31.240 And the bias of omission is arguably the most dangerous bias of all,
00:19:34.880 because they will refuse to just let anyone talk about these truths that they don't want their audience to know,
00:19:40.780 whether it's truths about Jake Tapper, whether it's truths about migrant illegal criminal aliens
00:19:46.180 who are brutally raping and murdering innocent civilians across this country.
00:19:50.660 You know, they don't want to report on those facts because they don't want Americans to know about them.
00:19:55.980 And it is, it's a quite, it's quite scary.
00:19:58.460 It's communism, really.
00:19:59.660 An organizing principle, when you talk about businesses and you do financial analysis
00:20:05.940 and talk about financing businesses, you always go back to what's the organizing principle of this business?
00:20:10.780 The organizing principle of CNN is a hatred of Donald Trump and the MAGA movement.
00:20:16.940 To the core of their being, they hate, not disagree, not have policy differences.
00:20:22.880 They hate Donald J. Trump and they hate the MAGA movement.
00:20:29.240 Now, Caroline, I've known you for many years.
00:20:31.440 You're not somebody who's ever going to defend yourself.
00:20:33.280 You're just going to get on with it.
00:20:34.340 But I tell you, for this audience, we need to now, we need to contact the Trump, like I said,
00:20:38.940 the Trump team is pound for pound as best as you could ever get.
00:20:43.600 These are hard-nosed, tough people.
00:20:45.080 This thing with CNN, Caroline Levitt in all her class and discernment and judgment today
00:20:52.680 approved a point that Cassie Hunt, one of the rising stars over there, right,
00:20:57.960 for their big early morning show, one of their rising stars, and the producer in her ear,
00:21:01.820 made an institutional choice not to actually discuss and debate facts,
00:21:07.800 but to not just cut the mic, but to totally dump with no respect, they've not contacted her.
00:21:12.840 This is not acceptable.
00:21:13.900 It's not acceptable as an institution.
00:21:15.680 It's not acceptable for the Trump second term.
00:21:17.860 It's not acceptable for Trump's campaign today, for the institution of CNN.
00:21:22.260 And let me say the quiet part out loud.
00:21:25.140 Donald J. Trump gave CNN, from a business perspective, a life preserver.
00:21:30.600 It is a dying business.
00:21:32.240 It's sinking.
00:21:33.020 It's missing its numbers.
00:21:34.360 And Trump went and said, CNN, you can do it first.
00:21:37.640 It'll be the most watched political event, I think, in modern history.
00:21:41.600 And President Trump graciously, graciously, because he's a class guy, went and did that
00:21:49.580 and essentially bailed out.
00:21:51.660 What he's doing on Thursday will bail them out for the entire year.
00:21:56.060 And you see the raw hatred and disrespect they have for MAGA, for the American people, even
00:22:04.040 from people on the left that should have had the opportunity here, Caroline Leavitt, and
00:22:08.440 have Cassie Hunt blow her out of the water.
00:22:10.720 Right.
00:22:11.520 Caroline, how do people follow you and follow this?
00:22:14.160 Because this is going to be a firestorm right now, I can guarantee.
00:22:16.720 I've never seen our audience more upset about anything here recently.
00:22:20.220 Where do people go to follow you at the campaign on social media?
00:22:23.100 Well, thank you.
00:22:24.640 And we love the war room and the war room posse.
00:22:26.760 I'll tell you, Steve, I go on a lot of TV shows, but no one, no TV show has a more loyal
00:22:31.840 audience than yours.
00:22:32.740 When I'm in the grocery store in my home state of New Hampshire, wherever I am, people come
00:22:36.580 up to me and say that they're part of the posse and they watch this show.
00:22:39.440 But you can follow our campaign at Trump War Room, Team Trump.
00:22:43.820 You can follow me at KLevittNH, as in my home state of New Hampshire.
00:22:47.640 And we appreciate what you do so very much.
00:22:50.500 We don't expect an apology from CNN for the record.
00:22:53.680 I'm sure they'll continue to defend their veteran journalists who are so honest.
00:22:58.800 Hey, it's very, by the way, you're beloved by this audience.
00:23:03.320 And the reason is you've been a fighter since you came on here many years ago as a very young
00:23:08.300 woman.
00:23:08.840 But no, we have to have it or you don't show.
00:23:11.760 I think it's institutionally because this is deeper.
00:23:15.480 This was not cutting off Caroline Leavitt.
00:23:17.680 This was dumping the Trump campaign on what are issues of the day.
00:23:22.520 How can you possibly expect that these things will be fair?
00:23:25.720 They either apologize to the campaign, they apologize to the president and they apologize
00:23:29.360 to you or let him let him get Joe Biden.
00:23:32.300 Let's see what kind of audience they draw with Joe Biden up there, ma'am.
00:23:35.860 They won't have one.
00:23:37.080 That's for sure.
00:23:37.700 They need President Trump.
00:23:39.220 They need him for his ratings.
00:23:40.560 And as you mentioned, that's their entire business model to talk about him.
00:23:44.900 And one more thing on Jake Tapper.
00:23:46.680 He is the host on CNN who has also not just they haven't just dumped me.
00:23:50.880 They've done President Trump's speeches all the time.
00:23:53.240 He'll be mid-speech.
00:23:54.460 And Jake Tapper has clicked it off and said enough of that.
00:23:57.240 Like he can't stand to hear President Trump talking about making this country wealthy and
00:24:02.020 safe and prosperous again.
00:24:03.480 They have such a disdain for President Trump and for MAGA, as you said.
00:24:07.960 It's clear as day.
00:24:08.820 And the fact that they try to pretend like people are stupid enough to believe that they
00:24:12.640 don't is honestly laughable.
00:24:17.460 Caroline Leavitt, we'll have a lot more to say throughout the day, ma'am.
00:24:20.400 Thank you for your class and smarts and toughness.
00:24:23.740 Thank you, ma'am.
00:24:24.700 Thanks.
00:24:25.120 We'll see you soon.
00:24:25.700 This is the young generation of MAGA right there.
00:24:27.460 She represents the young generation of MAGA.
00:24:30.160 I hate to say, let's go back to the old saying, no good deed goes unpunished.
00:24:36.260 President Trump threw him a life raft.
00:24:40.920 It's not possible.
00:24:42.300 It's not possible for CNN to make it unless they had something like this.
00:24:46.740 President Trump gave him the biggest bonanza, the biggest windfall in modern media business
00:24:54.720 history.
00:24:55.480 You're taking a network that can't give away its advertising.
00:24:59.580 Why can't he give away its advertising?
00:25:01.480 Have you seen the prime time of CNN?
00:25:04.260 Have you seen the prime time of CNN?
00:25:07.280 Who?
00:25:08.080 I mean, Aaron Burnett's whole show now is is is fetishizing about my prison sentence.
00:25:13.980 Come on, ma'am.
00:25:14.980 It's like it's not that big a deal.
00:25:17.320 OK, it's not that big a deal.
00:25:19.900 This is this is what they pass for news today.
00:25:22.740 The immaturity, lack of judgment, lack of new sense, total bias.
00:25:27.980 And it's not just Trump.
00:25:29.540 They hate the American people.
00:25:31.140 They're too awfully, awfully.
00:25:32.260 Remember, CNN really thinks to the party of Davos's network.
00:25:35.620 They're much more.
00:25:36.320 They're much more comfortable in London reporting from London, reporting from Davos, from Milan,
00:25:42.320 from Rome, from Paris or for more exotic locales throughout the world where they think that
00:25:47.500 they're they think they're the modern version of the BBC.
00:25:49.640 This is what they've always done, this big global network, the leader in global news.
00:25:55.800 CNN sucks.
00:25:57.620 You can't watch.
00:25:58.600 Here's here's how, you know, I'm going to give you here's how you know it sucks.
00:26:02.200 We curate both of them and we put we play 90 percent MSNBC.
00:26:07.740 Why is that?
00:26:09.740 Because they're only 100 times better than CNN.
00:26:12.780 Don't get me wrong.
00:26:13.900 They hate us, but they do a professional job in their hatred.
00:26:17.940 They do a very good job about breaking down MAGA and what they perceive to be the evils of MAGA
00:26:24.260 and the evils of Trump and evils of all of it.
00:26:26.860 And it's well produced and informed.
00:26:29.620 And I tell people, if you're MAGA, you can learn a lot by watching MSNBC.
00:26:33.920 Now you've got to get through the hate.
00:26:35.240 But once you get past that, you'll start to learn some things.
00:26:38.660 CNN.
00:26:39.000 CNN, the most ridiculous is when they have these 30 people panels because they don't have confidence.
00:26:45.220 They don't have confidence in their producing ability for news.
00:26:48.740 You don't need 30 people on a panel saying two things about a debate.
00:26:52.220 It's redonkulous.
00:26:53.240 It's stupid.
00:26:54.260 It shows you lack self-confidence.
00:26:56.400 It's a channel and a network that has no self-confidence in what they do.
00:27:00.080 This thing is totally rigged.
00:27:03.400 They must apologize to the Trump campaign.
00:27:07.120 It's not just Caroline Leavitt.
00:27:08.400 It's the national press secretary.
00:27:10.440 Never in the history of media, ever, have they ever cut off and dumped a national press secretary
00:27:16.980 that was actually sitting there talking about things that are facts.
00:27:21.240 Those facts about Jake Tapper are incontrovertible.
00:27:24.200 Now, you can spin it, you can have a thing, and Cassie Hunt should have done that.
00:27:28.800 And they should have been prepared for it.
00:27:30.680 They weren't prepared for it.
00:27:32.400 And to know they're not prepared for it shows you how unprofessional they are
00:27:36.180 and how much they hate Trump and how much they disrespect MAGA.
00:27:40.000 This morning you got pure and complete and total disrespect.
00:27:44.720 So why should the president of the United States, who had the 2020 election stolen,
00:27:50.060 why should he walk into a trap?
00:27:51.880 And they're basically near their corporate headquarters down there,
00:27:55.780 a trap with no audience, and they control the mic?
00:27:59.420 The same Yahoo Schmendrick in the control room that cut off and dumped Caroline Leavitt
00:28:06.620 will have control of President Trump's mic and ability to cut away?
00:28:11.060 No.
00:28:12.000 No.
00:28:12.700 Impossible.
00:28:13.820 Impossible.
00:28:14.720 It's totally rigged.
00:28:15.800 Short break.
00:28:16.380 We're going to take on Fox next.
00:28:19.180 Most emergencies come without warning.

00:29:30.500 Talk to the consultants.
00:29:31.500 MyPatriotSupply.com.
00:29:32.740 What the stakes are for journalists if Trump is re-elected?
00:29:38.120 Is that something you worry about and you've been focusing on your show?
00:29:40.280 I think about it.
00:29:41.620 Kash Patel, who's a key Trump spokesperson who may have a cabinet position if Donald Trump becomes president,
00:29:47.560 has said, we will go after journalists civilly and criminally, which I think is interesting.
00:29:55.320 What you see in places like the ones you described, other parts of the world, two things.
00:29:59.900 One is they do sometimes go after journalists criminally.
00:30:02.040 This has happened to Maria Ressa in the Philippines, who has won a Nobel Prize for her work in terms of criticizing the government.
00:30:08.840 We hear stories about it at the Committee to Protect Journalists, you know,
00:30:12.660 journalists who walk around their own countries always with a bulletproof vest because they're worried about the government.
00:30:17.880 But the harassment is another department.
00:30:20.520 It's the idea that suddenly you're getting audited or suddenly your family's getting phone calls or threats.
00:30:25.900 You don't have to implement laws.
00:30:28.440 You just have to scare enough journalists off to say, go cover something else.
00:30:33.740 Go back to covering economics like I did.
00:30:35.900 Go cover sports.
00:30:36.760 Go cover cooking or whatever the case is.
00:30:39.440 Don't cover us critically.
00:30:41.160 But this fits into something that Donald Trump has been saying about going after his enemies.
00:30:46.280 He uses the term retribution.
00:30:48.040 I am your retribution, which sort of mocks what Mussolini said.
00:30:52.760 I'm your avenger.
00:30:53.940 So I do think about this.
00:30:56.000 I think if you fall into the category of critic, that might mean journalist, might be an opposition leader, might mean prosecutor, might mean witness, might mean juror, might mean anybody.
00:31:05.480 I think there's some threat that Donald Trump will come for you or the Trump administration will come for you.
00:31:11.280 All right.
00:31:11.520 Now, I know a lot of these folks who also shared your same concerns about Donald Trump have sort of said, all right, we're rallying around Donald Trump.
00:31:19.580 You had said, though, that would not be the case with you.
00:31:22.500 You had said that he's a populist and an authoritarian narcissist, that character is too important to me, and it's a job that requires the kind of character he just doesn't have.
00:31:33.780 That's pretty strong.
00:31:34.740 Yeah, that's the way I feel.
00:31:36.200 I agree with that.
00:31:37.320 I don't support Biden either.
00:31:38.360 I think his policies are terrible.
00:31:40.100 I hate the fact that I feel like I had to write in a Republican like I did the last time in 2020.
00:31:44.520 I voted for him in 2016, hoping that there was going to be a different kind of person in office.
00:31:49.340 And I do think character is a really important issue.
00:31:52.260 If you put yourself above the Constitution, as he has done.
00:31:55.440 But what happened?
00:31:56.200 What turned you on?
00:31:57.620 What turned you on?
00:31:58.220 Was it the whole January 6th thing?
00:32:00.320 That's a part of it.
00:32:01.000 I think it's a contribution of factors.
00:32:02.300 But I think it really is just character at the end of the day.
00:32:04.660 And the fact that if you're willing to put yourself above the Constitution, an oath you swear when you take office in federal office, whether it's president or a member of Congress, you swear an oath to the Constitution.
00:32:13.340 And if you're willing to suborn it to yourself, I think that makes you unfit for office.
00:32:17.920 So I want you to start out with that Fox News poll.
00:32:21.340 This would suggest I know it's only one poll, but this would suggest with some other evidence that there's been some movement towards Joe Biden since the felony conviction of President Trump.
00:32:31.580 You agree?
00:32:32.920 I agree.
00:32:33.600 In fact, take a look at the evidence.
00:32:35.220 Here it is.
00:32:36.100 These are the polls since June 1st.
00:32:38.640 If they're in red, Donald Trump won them.
00:32:40.620 If they're in blue, Joe Biden is leading.
00:32:42.900 And if they're in green, it's a tie.
00:32:44.460 And take a look from the first of the month where it's Trump up by one, Trump up by two, Trump up by one, Biden up by one, a tie, Trump up by two, Biden up by two, tie, Biden up by two.
00:32:55.660 So there's been a trend since the May 30th guilty verdict in the New York case.
00:33:01.540 In fact, if you look at the real clear politics national average, which is 11 polls national average, it's Trump up by one half of one percent.
00:33:11.620 And if you look inside that of the 11 polls, number nine, excuse me, number 11 has them up by five points.
00:33:19.320 And excuse me, number nine has them up by five points and number 11 has them up by two.
00:33:23.380 When those get moved out, assuming that we continue to see close numbers, we're likely to see that lead dissipate because the most recent polls have had Biden ahead.
00:33:35.280 Karl Rove goes on and says Trump's not going to win and not going to win in November.
00:33:39.620 So you see, this is Fox making their move.
00:33:43.380 Cash Patel joins us.
00:33:44.760 Cash, obviously, from Brother Veltje's.
00:33:46.680 And all weekend, they're pounding Cash Patel as a as as a principal thinker of the MAGA movement and President Trump.
00:33:54.100 You've got an explosive story exclusive on the Gateway Pundit specifically about a sitting member of the board of directors,
00:34:00.520 which you broke here a little bit on I think was Friday or Saturday about Paul Ryan, a board member at Fox.
00:34:07.900 And people should understand this.
00:34:09.820 CNN has set a trap for President Trump on Thursday and they should either apologize and President Trump should be a no show
00:34:15.480 and should show no respect.
00:34:16.680 Don't even tell him.
00:34:17.480 Just don't show.
00:34:18.500 Let him have Joe Biden up there and see how that plays.
00:34:21.040 See what their advertisers say about that.
00:34:23.460 But Fox is even worse.
00:34:26.180 They're pushing the narrative now before the sentencing that President Trump cannot win reelection.
00:34:32.220 And they've got a board of directors member who's driving this Paul Ryan.
00:34:35.900 Talk to me about the crimes of Paul Ryan, because what you're talking about, I think, is a crime.
00:34:40.320 Cash Patel.
00:34:41.940 It's great to be with you, Steve.
00:34:43.400 And look, what I want to focus on is Speaker Paul Ryan, who said character was the reason he did not vote for Donald Trump and will not support Donald Trump.
00:34:52.740 Well, let's look at your character, Speaker Paul Ryan, and rewind the tape to 2016.
00:34:57.580 And I remind your audience, nobody knew the depths of Russiagate then.
00:35:01.180 Nobody knew that the FBI, the Hillary Clinton campaign, the DNC, and so many others in the media collaborated to unlawfully surveil Trump's campaign.
00:35:09.920 It was being done under the cabal at the FBI, DOJ, and mainstream media.
00:35:15.180 But once the Steele dossier was leaked by BuzzFeed in January of 2017, Paul Ryan, as Speaker of the House, ordered his Select Committee on Intelligence to investigate fully all matters related to Russia collusion and the Russian investigation and the Steele dossier.
00:35:32.580 And this, again, was before anyone knew that the FBI FISA's against Trump campaign were soaked with remnants and lies from the Steele dossier.
00:35:42.880 So I was brought on as a chief investigator, and our mandate was simple, find out the truth.
00:35:47.500 Who is connected to the Steele dossier?
00:35:49.280 Who paid for it?
00:35:50.440 How did it get to the FBI?
00:35:52.120 Anyone had a relation for it.
00:35:53.420 We put 70 witnesses under oath in the latter parts of 17 and 18 to get this information.
00:35:59.460 But here's the kicker.
00:36:00.940 Paul Ryan and his chief of staff were one of the first people at the end of 2016, early 2017, to get the entire Steele dossier.
00:36:09.500 They got their eyes and ears on the entire Steele dossier.
00:36:13.380 As Speaker of the House, he ordered us to investigate the Steele dossier and never told us he possessed it the entire time, or at least its contents.
00:36:23.400 And his chief of staff then would go on the air and issue the ultimate D.C. deflection by stating, oh, I didn't get it from Christopher Steele directly.
00:36:31.880 And this was resulting litigation in British and American courts for my investigation of Russiagate that forced Jonathan Burks, Paul Ryan's then chief of staff, to say, but I didn't know about it.
00:36:43.160 You mean we reported to you, the Speaker of the House, and his chief of staff directly, as is pursuant to the chain of command in Congress, and you sat there and lied to us for a year every week when we told you we were taking apart the Steele dossier page by page?
00:36:56.820 You had it? We would have asked him who gave it to you. Why did you take it? Why didn't you tell us? Was there money involved?
00:37:02.780 There's so many other questions, and this guy, Paul Ryan, wants to talk to us today about Donald Trump's character.
00:37:08.500 You, as the Speaker of the House of the United States Congress, lied to the American people and jerry-rigged an investigation before it ever started because you despised Donald Trump.
00:37:17.500 You have an ultimate failure in a leadership position in service to this country, and your character has been blown open completely by your unethical, unlawful, and untruthful conduct.
00:37:30.640 And Speaker Paul Ryan and his chief of staff and others need to be put under oath immediately.
00:37:34.680 Immediately. And didn't he also force one of the smartest guys I've known about intelligence, Devin Nunez?
00:37:44.200 Didn't he force Nunez, knowing what he knew about the Steele dossier and didn't tell the Intelligence Committee chief investigator, didn't tell the Republican head chairman of the committee?
00:37:54.260 He then forced Nunez to recuse himself and turned it over essentially to Shifty.
00:37:59.880 I was there. I got, I think, grilled for over 20 hours or 25 hours, something like that, in front of the House Intelligence Committee.
00:38:07.580 It was, I can tell you, it was run by Shifty's shift in Swalwell.
00:38:12.140 The Republicans just kind of sat there with the goofball that's over at Fox now that did the Benghazi screw-up.
00:38:19.320 They were just sitting there like little lambs.
00:38:21.100 That didn't Paul Ryan force Nunez off to turn it over to Shifty's shift into Swalwell, sir?
00:38:28.200 Well, now we know the depths of it.
00:38:29.740 I didn't know this at the time.
00:38:31.020 Again, reminding your audience, in 2017, at the end of 2016, beginning of 2017, we hadn't exposed Russiagate yet.
00:38:39.060 The Nunez memo that we would write would come a year later.
00:38:42.860 I quarterbacked 70 interrogations under oath.
00:38:45.320 Everyone on the Hillary Clinton campaign, from John Podesta, Mark Elias, Fusion GPS, and Steele's partners, we questioned them under oath.
00:38:53.180 We reported that to Paul Ryan and his chief of staff every single week, every time I wanted a subpoena, every time I wanted to take any action.
00:39:01.500 I had to go to the speaker because that was a chain of command.
00:39:04.000 It was his select committee on intelligence.
00:39:05.960 He gave the mandate, but he rigged it before the investigation even started.
00:39:10.020 And then, after the investigation started, Chairman Nunez was forced aside temporarily, and now we are starting to learn the depths of the depravity of the Speaker of the House, then Paul Ryan.
00:39:20.060 And we should start talking about his character, since he likes to throw that in our face on the mainstream media about how we don't have character.
00:39:25.700 The only thing I've ever cared about is the truth.
00:39:28.100 And the only thing I ever cared about at Russiagate and the deal I made with Devin Nunez was whatever we find, because I didn't know Donald Trump then and never spoken to him, whatever we find is the truth and we're putting it out.
00:39:37.220 It is just shocking even to me to find out that Paul Ryan hid from us, us, his chairman and his chief investigator on Intel who ran Russiagate, hid from us the truth, and his chief of staff and him lied to the world about it for years.
00:39:50.420 The day of reckoning has to come, and the media must call him out for it, whether it's MSNBC, CNN, Fox, or anywhere else.
00:39:56.700 The truth is the only thing that matters, and we now have caught the Speaker of the House destroying the truth for political personal gain.
00:40:03.100 And so I'm done listening to him about his lectures of character in Donald Trump.
00:40:07.220 Cash, where do we get – you've got the new movie Government of Gangsters coming out.
00:40:12.300 We're going to announce a bunch of details of the premiere this week.
00:40:15.440 All your writings, everything, where do people go?
00:40:18.280 Well, yeah, just go to at Cash on Truth Social.
00:40:20.300 Check out the op-ed, Steve, that we just launched this morning thanks to our partners at Gateway Pundit who had the courage to put this out there and you and the War Room Posse for blasting it out.
00:40:28.960 I can't stress enough, the Russiagate investigation was the most consequential oversight investigation of our times, and the individual that authorized it, Paul Ryan, then Speaker of the House, rigged it before it started because he and his team got their hands on the Steele dossier before anyone knew anything about the Steele dossier and lied about it for years.
00:40:49.180 Check it out at at Cash on Truth Social and over at Gateway Pundit.
00:40:52.140 And the War Room Posse, let's go pound the truth and the pavement for Donald Trump.
00:40:57.820 Yeah, Jim Hoff's got it up.
00:40:59.320 So Moe, Grace, Carly Bonet, Elizabeth, everybody, let's pound this.
00:41:02.300 We've got to drive this.
00:41:03.100 We've got to drive this narrative.
00:41:04.420 An amazing piece up there, Cash.
00:41:06.820 Thank you so much.
00:41:08.200 Thanks, brother.
00:41:09.040 Government Gangsters, Cash Patel.
00:41:10.980 Cash was the chief investigator, and I'm telling you, he knows – the guy is incredible, knows what he's doing.
00:41:16.220 Congressman Bob Good joins us.
00:41:17.560 Congressman Good, I am more freaked out now on Monday morning than I was on the first day of this, and I'm concerned about November when I see what's happening.
00:41:26.020 Just get us up to date on the facts and details of – it looks like a fiasco in Virginia 5 to run a primary, sir.
00:41:34.220 Yeah, the bottom line is we can't certify this election.
00:41:37.140 There's great concern of inappropriate activity relative to the biggest city in the district, Lynchburg City.
00:41:44.000 They did not secure their drop boxes.
00:41:46.600 There's no accountability for when those boxes were opened.
00:41:49.440 They were apparently left to be stuffed for two or three days after the election.
00:41:53.760 There's no accountability for who opened those, how many ballots came out.
00:41:57.120 And actually, you've had both sides in the city council races, those supporting me and those supporting my opponent, who've acknowledged the lack of integrity, lack of security with the drop boxes in Lynchburg.
00:42:06.260 Again, the biggest city in the district.
00:42:07.700 I won that city, but we didn't win it by the margin we thought we would.
00:42:11.220 But apparently, it's my home base, my home city where I grew up.
00:42:14.820 We have overwhelming support there.
00:42:16.500 You've got all kinds of other things.
00:42:17.720 We've got data concerns that we can demonstrate where the trends and the data just don't make any sense.
00:42:22.060 I'm not going to get into particulars on those because we don't want to tip our hand to the opposition.
00:42:26.180 Bottom line, Steve, this has exposed our vulnerability for November.
00:42:30.200 Our elections are not secure.
00:42:31.860 Our processes in place are designed for those who are honest, those who are fair, those who want integrity.
00:42:38.360 It'd be like running the bank, Steve, with no locks on the door, no security, no guards, nothing like that, and assuming no one would ever steal money from the bank.
00:42:45.540 That's how our election processes are working, or I should say not working right now.
00:42:49.320 And so this race, as you know, has national implications.
00:42:52.640 Conservatives across the country, millions are furious about this race, hundreds of thousands in Virginia.
00:42:58.180 Unfortunately, if my opponent were to prevail, it would impact the president in Virginia.
00:43:01.640 It would put this seat vulnerable on the Republican side in November if my opponent were to prevail.
00:43:07.100 So we're going to do everything, Steve, to try to block certification this election, to have a full investigation of the evidence of some potential malfeasance here,
00:43:15.180 and make sure this election actually reflects the intent of the voters who legitimately and legally participated.
00:43:22.360 Congressman, just hang over one second for the break.
00:43:24.140 I just got a couple more questions.
00:43:25.260 This has – I got to tell you, Virginia is potentially in play for President Trump in November.
00:43:29.260 But guess what?
00:43:30.940 You have to have an election that –
00:43:33.620 Can't pay the IRS.
00:43:35.460 You haven't filed in a while.
00:43:37.220 Receiving threatening letters.
00:43:39.760 Hey, it's about to get worse.
00:43:41.500 You know why?
00:43:42.060 The IRS is hiring an army of agents targeting hardworking Americans like you.
00:43:47.320 They ain't going after the billionaires.
00:43:49.120 They're coming after you.
00:43:50.900 And you need warriors on your side.
00:43:53.800 You need Tax Network USA.
00:43:55.680 Tax Network USA has a brilliant strategy to solve your IRS problems quickly and in your favor.
00:44:01.860 For instance, they discover a limited special offer that the IRS is willing to waive $1 billion in penalties.
00:44:09.100 Let me repeat that.
00:44:09.860 The IRS is prepared to waive $1 billion in penalties.
00:44:14.800 But you have to find out today whether you qualify.
00:44:19.440 Never let the IRS come at you alone.
00:44:22.400 Let Tax Network USA's attorneys handle it.
00:44:26.180 They have preferred direct lines to the IRS.
00:44:28.700 They know which agents to work with and which agents to avoid.
00:44:32.840 They've resolved over $1 billion in tax debt and offer a best-in-class guarantee.
00:44:38.400 Let me repeat that.
00:44:39.320 They've already solved for folks, just like yourself, $1 billion in tax debts.
00:44:45.960 Now schedule your free consultation.
00:44:48.040 Let me repeat that.
00:44:48.760 It's a free consultation now.
00:44:50.700 Call 1-800-245-6000.
00:44:54.800 That's 1-800-245-6000.
00:44:57.380 Or visit the website TaxNetworkUSA.com slash Bannon.
00:45:02.480 That's TaxNetworkUSA.com slash Bannon.
00:45:06.260 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:45:09.180 Bannon.
00:45:12.400 So, Congressman, good.
00:45:13.520 Just what is the certification process?
00:45:16.400 I thought canvassing was finished today.
00:45:17.940 I don't know how you certify when you have all these discrepancies in Lynchburg.
00:45:23.140 And people got to get this sorted because November, Virginia is in play.
00:45:26.920 And the 5th District is absolutely critical and a huge turnout of MAGA in November is critical for President Trump to be competitive and maybe even take Virginia.
00:45:37.300 If you take Virginia, you've changed the dynamics of the entire race, sir.
00:45:43.160 You're exactly right.
00:45:44.020 And we're going to be making the legal challenge in the next couple of days to demonstrate that Lynchburg, the biggest city, can't be certified.
00:45:49.360 There's other concerns across the district with the results.
00:45:52.460 But Lynchburg is the big key.
00:45:53.660 That can't be certified.
00:45:54.460 There's no confidence in Lynchburg's results from either side, quite frankly, on the city council basis along with the congressional basis.
00:46:00.760 Steve, but we cannot win if we're going to elect swamp creatures.
00:46:03.740 Just look at who's supporting my opponent.
00:46:05.480 It is the Paul Ryan, Kevin McCarthy, Eric Cantor types, the swamp folks, the rhinos for whom the endless wars, allegiance to the industrial military complex.
00:46:14.140 That's who's funding my opponent.
00:46:15.600 That's who's supporting my opponent.
00:46:16.840 He would vote very differently than me in Washington.
00:46:19.000 I hate to be crass about it, Steve, but we depleted resources trying to win this primary.
00:46:22.740 We believe we did win the primary, even though we're vastly outspent.
00:46:25.820 I need help funding the recount challenge, the challenge to the certification, the challenge to getting a hand count, a paper ballot match to this, Steve.
00:46:34.120 So go to bobgoodforcongress.com slash recount.
00:46:36.960 Support this effort if you want true conservators to win and not swamp creatures, because that's what this race is about on a national basis.
00:46:45.340 Congressman Good, thank you very much.
00:46:46.700 Appreciate you.
00:46:47.240 And we'll stay we'll stay in touch and make sure we follow you on social media.
00:46:51.360 Keep up with all the updates.
00:46:53.040 Thanks, Steve.
00:46:53.740 Appreciate it.
00:46:54.860 Emphasize.
00:46:55.520 I can't emphasize enough.
00:46:58.260 Now, this is actually going to another level of problem.
00:47:00.520 Because the state, when the Yunkin race, remember, MAGA turned out for Yunkin like 120 percent because it was so important symbolically.
00:47:11.060 And those, I don't think there were issues there.
00:47:12.860 Now you get a federal.
00:47:13.840 Now you get a federal where you got, you know, Congress and you're going to have it a presidential in a Senate race.
00:47:21.080 You got Hung Cow there running for the Senate.
00:47:24.760 But you got this, you know, and the Commonwealth is back in play.
00:47:27.580 And, hey, I'm the guy that told Trump in 16.
00:47:29.520 I don't think we're that close.
00:47:30.640 We're wasting time.
00:47:31.820 We're burning daylight being down there.
00:47:34.700 President Trump wanted to focus on Minnesota as other ones, obviously Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, where President Trump knew and had a feel because he's a field player.
00:47:45.820 That's like in golf.
00:47:46.780 He's a field player.
00:47:47.460 He knew that we were very close in all three of those and we're going to take them.
00:47:52.480 He turned out correct.
00:47:54.280 He was also all over me about Minnesota, of which I was saying, hey, let's focus on what we got.
00:48:00.660 You know, and he was right on that.
00:48:02.680 We spent that.
00:48:03.280 We spent one day in Minnesota.
00:48:04.900 Why?
00:48:05.380 Because Paul Ryan told us we could not come to Wisconsin on the Sunday before the election because we're going to lose by three to five points.
00:48:13.380 And he didn't want to be associated with it.
00:48:15.200 We told him he was wrong.
00:48:16.320 He was adamant.
00:48:17.460 That's what type of guy.
00:48:18.440 That's character, baby.
00:48:19.460 And when it counts, that's character.
00:48:21.200 I just think character.
00:48:22.080 As soon as I hear that, I think character.
00:48:24.680 And President Trump won Wisconsin and almost came within an eyelash and went in Minnesota.
00:48:31.400 And he was absolutely correct.
00:48:32.500 If we had spent more time in Minnesota, we would have won that, too.
00:48:35.340 Virginia is that now.
00:48:36.600 The Commonwealth of Virginia is in play in President Trump.
00:48:40.760 And if you put Commonwealth of Virginia in play by September, October, it totally changes the field dynamics of this race.
00:48:47.440 And now we've got to make sure this thing's high and tight.
00:48:52.540 There can't be any questions.
00:48:54.120 First off, we can't allow them to steal it, number one.
00:48:59.760 And number two, when President Trump wins, it has to be incontrovertible because they're going to come.
00:49:04.580 You don't think they're going to come.
00:49:06.340 Nobody asked them, hey, you're going to accept the election.
00:49:08.200 You think Jamie Raskin is going to accept the election?
00:49:10.800 Yeah.
00:49:10.980 Check in with us on January 6th when it comes to certifying the election with Jamie Raskin and these demons.
00:49:16.600 Do I have to pay a letter up?
00:49:19.640 Is Mark pay a letter with us?
00:49:21.200 So, Mark, I'm going to hold you to the break.
00:49:23.200 First off, this is one of the most historic weeks in the history of the Supreme Court and therefore the country with the scale and number and importance of decisions coming up.
00:49:33.860 I want to get to that in a second, but it's hard to shock me, brother.
00:49:38.280 But the unrelenting attack, and they say we're the anti-institutionalists.
00:49:42.920 The unrelenting attack on the institution of the Supreme Court and then particularly a couple of originalist justices is breathtaking.
00:49:55.640 They're relentless and not giving up.
00:49:57.080 And finally today in the pages of the Wall Street Journal, you push back.
00:50:01.320 Can you give me – can you walk us through your analysis that's in the Wall Street Journal this morning?
00:50:07.860 Thanks, Steve.
00:50:08.820 Steve, the left is determined to do everything they can to destroy Justice Thomas, including making the most dishonest chart I've ever seen.
00:50:18.340 There is a story that went around a couple – about a week ago, a little bit more, about how Justice Thomas allegedly accepted $4.2 million in gifts.
00:50:26.060 And then they compare it to other justices.
00:50:28.900 And it's – every single aspect of this chart is false and deceptive and dishonest.
00:50:34.480 You know, they count as gifts literally going to their friends Harlan and Kathy Crowe's home in the Adirondacks.
00:50:41.660 As a gift, I think it was worth over $600,000, right?
00:50:46.400 They count as a gift Justice Thomas going to an event to speak at a civil rights conference in 2022, but they – valued at $68,000.
00:50:55.880 But they don't count the 230 trips that Justice Breyer took, including 17 funded by the Pritzker family, right, the billionaire Democrat Pritzker family, to fly them all around the world.
00:51:09.120 And then the valuation of these gifts is just absurd and beyond absurd.
00:51:15.140 They say that Justice Thomas' trip, again, with his friends to Indonesia cost – was a gift of $500,000, right, because they calculate it as him chartering the boat and the plane by himself.
00:51:29.440 I mean, just absolutely absurd numbers.
00:51:31.840 They count – a scholarship that was set up in Justice Thomas' son's name, right, didn't get any value from it, didn't get any money from it, as a gift to him for $35,000.
00:51:41.600 But they don't count a gift that Justice Ginsburg received of $1 million that she distributed to her favorite charities and, by the way, made them promise to keep it secret.
00:51:53.560 So it is the – they've literally constructed this chart to make Justice Thomas look, you know, terrible.
00:52:01.580 And that's what they do.
00:52:02.860 They want to undermine the court.
00:52:04.360 They want to undermine all the conservative justices on the court, but in particular, Justice Thomas.
00:52:09.680 And that's what's so despicable and so outrageous about this.
00:52:14.160 And it gets – what they count on is that the truth never catches up with these lies, OK?
00:52:20.420 They rely on – they rely on ProPublica, OK?
00:52:23.400 ProPublica is so shoddy in their reporting.
00:52:25.820 They talk about this yacht trip around the Bahamas that Thomas allegedly took.
00:52:31.920 He never took it.
00:52:33.020 The owner of the yacht wrote to this –
00:52:34.580 Hang on, hang on.
00:52:36.040 Mark, Mark, hang on.
00:52:37.040 I want to go through the details of this.
00:52:38.440 I'm going to take some time.
00:52:39.300 Just stick around.
00:52:39.900 We're going to take a 90-second break.
00:52:41.540 Mark Paioletta, one of the finest individuals this country has ever produced, Associate Justice Supreme Court Clarence Thomas.
00:52:49.380 This is Clarence Thomas' court.
00:52:51.000 Here's what they hate about it.
00:52:51.920 The progressive left hates that a black man who happens to be an originalist on the Constitution basically is – it is his court.
00:53:00.940 And they are out to destroy him.
00:53:03.540 Short commercial break.
00:53:04.620 Back in a moment.
00:53:05.180 They're called debt traps.
00:53:08.160 And that debt trap you're caught in isn't your fault.
00:53:10.600 You didn't cause inflation.
00:53:12.060 You didn't set gas prices or make credit card companies jack up interest rates.
