Bannon's War Room - Episode 3707： Hatred Of The Supreme Court From The Left

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to

00:00:09.700 medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people

00:00:16.300 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to

00:00:20.360 do everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen

00:00:23.480 and where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any

00:00:31.480 of these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that

00:00:38.220 answer is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:47.260 monday 24 june year of the lord 2024 i have mark payoletta uh with us and uh mark i want to put

00:00:56.660 in perspective because about the historical historic nature this week which we're going to get to in a

00:01:01.280 moment of these massive cases that deal with the administrative state the way america is governed

00:01:08.520 high tech the suppression of tech with our tech feudal overlords a huge uh decision on fisher about

00:01:16.120 all j6 president trump on immunity not just president trump immunity for presidents and and on and on i

00:01:22.260 think there's 18 left all historic of nature and it shows you what this court is is is is is doing is

00:01:29.300 is prepared to take on and and think through for the american people this is why and and for no short

00:01:38.080 measure there's two people that come on this show a lot that people should know are absolutely were

00:01:44.460 absolutely in the trenches and are two of the most important people about why we even have this

00:01:48.800 week and that's mark payoletta and mike davis who were there the original fights and helping think

00:01:54.840 this thing through etc you've made the case and i think it's pretty evident that this is not really

00:02:00.340 the roberts court i'm not denigrating uh the chief justice roberts it is the thomas court

00:02:05.740 and because it is the thomas court because of his judicial philosophy as an originalist

00:02:13.020 uh they hate that number one but they particularly hate the fact that he's not a white progressive

00:02:20.360 uh harvard educated liberal and they hate him for it uh and so they've gone now to both go after him

00:02:28.060 and alito to shrink the court to get people to pull their punches on these uh massively important

00:02:33.560 decisions to come out to then later win the white house the senate the house and then expand the

00:02:39.180 court impact the court like fdr did when it was only the supreme court that's that kept us from being

00:02:44.960 a quasi-socialist country even as bad as some people think the new deal was there been a thousand times

00:02:49.620 worse they hadn't stopped it in that regard and they call us the anti-institutionalists and we're the

00:02:56.160 ones putting people in danger they have gone after two individuals and particularly justice

00:03:01.200 associate justice thomas with a vengeance on not just nitpicking but i mean they're trying to put

00:03:07.860 his life in jeopardy and i say that just like down in mar-a-lago and i don't care if merrick garland

00:03:12.160 likes it i don't care if lisa monaco doesn't like it i don't care if anybody i don't care if the bureau

00:03:17.240 of prisons likes it or doesn't like it i don't care you're not going to shut me up you've put that

00:03:22.720 you we had an assassination attempt on kavanaugh okay because they look the other way and they

00:03:28.280 instigate this stuff and now you you wait to this ladies and gentlemen it's going to be a firestorm

00:03:33.880 by friday like you've never seen before there's going to be a couple of these decisions go the way

00:03:39.200 that i think an originalist would do mark paoletta there's going to be a you think you've seen them

00:03:44.140 on alito and thomas you ain't seen nothing yet mark paoletta steve you you hit it um the the left

00:03:53.200 has been trying to destroy the supreme court uh i track it back you know many years in terms of

00:03:58.200 going after justice thomas but particularly senator schumer right the leading democrat in the senate

00:04:02.180 going after uh kavanaugh and gorsuch threatening them on the steps of the supreme court uh in in

00:04:08.320 march of 2020 they knew the court was moving away from the kind of the the the de facto left-wing

00:04:14.600 legislative body had been for generations you are right too in terms of fdr again the democrats and

00:04:21.120 talking about institutionalists no they like to destroy institutions that don't follow their

00:04:25.980 dictates and that's what fdr did or tried to do in in the 30s when he tried to pack the court

00:04:31.940 he was successful right because some of those justices were broken right justice roberts

00:04:38.380 was the person who changed his vote to uh to go along you know to go along with what fdr wanted so he

00:04:46.560 didn't have to pack the court he did it by bullying the court i think that's why the left thinks that

00:04:51.540 this is this is the the way to go um i'm getting some feedback on my my computer my screen

00:04:59.320 i tell you what let's go ahead and dump let's let's let's take you down and we'll reboot you 1.00

00:05:04.720 because i need to have i need to have your uh be able to communicate to the audience let's go ahead and

00:05:09.340 reboot mark this week at the supreme court and this gets to everything with you know you talk about

00:05:16.980 uh the uh kevin roberts and for those of you that didn't catch a saturday show dr k dr um

00:05:24.100 dr um kevin roberts went into the lions den on msnbc on saturday talking about the deconstruction

00:05:32.680 of the administrative state and the in the mandate for change and this is just one of many

00:05:36.180 we kind of covered under project 2025 but cra is doing something uh steven miller's um america first

00:05:45.000 legal is doing something um the folks down in texas at america first policy institute are doing

00:05:50.480 things there's all these groups that are working together uh and sometimes independently to come up

00:05:54.680 with policies and vet people etc that's the central heart of this is to take on the leviathan that was

00:06:01.480 never planned in our constitution about our founders and to start taking it apart brick by brick to

00:06:05.460 get back to a a government that one we can afford to finance and two is doing those things uh that

00:06:11.980 are uh that are necessary to make sure that we have peace and prosperity and that the american people

00:06:17.900 don't have to live under tyranny and have the full fruits of liberty the other aspect of that is the

00:06:24.060 judicial side the chevron deference which is like the mac daddy of everything regarding the law that has

00:06:31.380 been basically radically shifted over 30 or 40 years to basically feed the leviathan

00:06:37.180 is the chevron deference that's coming up this week it's gorsuch and kavanaugh and these guys are

00:06:42.440 absolutely brilliant in their analysis of this for years that's one of the reasons they're on the supreme

00:06:47.040 court so mark pay a letter i want to go back to their they are they've singled out thomas

00:06:52.520 it's it's very saul alinsky they've they've and they didn't randomly pick first of all they've

00:06:58.860 hated thomas from the beginning andrew breitbart would tell me all the time the reason he started

00:07:03.700 to shift is when he saw the uh when he started watching the uh the confirmation hearings of justice

00:07:09.520 thomas uh he came from a progressive start to become a conservative they've hated him from the

00:07:14.680 beginning they hate even the idea of him or the concept of him because it goes against their

00:07:19.420 narrative but now and they never envisioned because he used to mock him all the time about

00:07:24.660 his intellect and everything like that they never envisioned that 40 years later his intellect and

00:07:30.360 his understanding as an originalist would actually be the center of gravity of the court sir and that's

00:07:37.880 why they're full and they're in full attack mode sir steve you're hitting it's dead on this is the

00:07:43.900 thomas court if you go all the way back right on all of these big cases right this is what's really

00:07:48.480 important for the posse to understand from abortion to affirmative action to religious liberties you're

00:07:54.160 talking about the administrative state and taking that on that was clarence thomas in 2015 2016 who wrote

00:07:59.840 these seminal cases opinions um in dissent and some concurrences talking about the out of control

00:08:06.920 administrative state and how it was unconstitutional that congress had delegated all of this power over

00:08:12.100 to the bureaucracy for them to do what they want um and and and run wild so it was really thomas

00:08:18.940 gorsuch a great justice and kavanaugh great justice came along after that but it was clarence thomas who

00:08:24.760 laid the the foundation for this uh relook at the administrative state and the constitutionality

00:08:31.240 of what's been going on there and i and again so on all of these issues thomas thomas thomas thomas it is

00:08:37.480 the thomas court all of his dissents from 30 years ago right he's been on the court for 33 years right

00:08:44.160 going on his 34th year um are all becoming majority opinion so he is the leader and he shows the strength

00:08:52.240 as i was just talking before owen roberts justice owen roberts broke under the attacks by fdr when he

00:08:58.600 was saying this court is terrible we need to pack it he broke so he didn't need to pack the court

00:09:03.160 i think that the left thinks let's do this again let's rerun this again and see if we can get some

00:09:08.540 of them to break and so that is that that this is that this is the thomas court they have headed him

00:09:13.760 long before steve he even went on the court he joined the reagan administration in in january of 81

00:09:19.940 um and he was attacked because they knew he was coming in december of 1980 uh was the first attack on

00:09:27.080 justice thomas and it is because he triggers he exposes the left's racism right the left believes

00:09:33.900 that a black person has to have certain thoughts right or you are not black it literally is the most 1.00

00:09:39.780 racist thing you will find and and if you step out of line they will attack you and destroy you 0.98

00:09:45.540 if you sing from their song sheet they will praise you to the high heavens i urge the posse to watch

00:09:51.400 created equal clarence thomas in his own words or read the book of the same name which i co-edited or

00:09:56.040 justice thomas's memoirs he says these exact things in that book it is a unvarnished look into

00:10:03.160 views of what just thomas justice thomas thinks about what the left is doing and has done over

00:10:09.460 these years and so yes the court and with these attacks right now with this op-ed and i really

00:10:14.940 appreciate you having me on to talk about it these attacks are to undermine and try to undermine and

00:10:20.720 destroy justice thomas because they have lost the battle of the ideas right and again

00:10:26.020 we can't you know sort of credit president trump enough with those three justices that he appointed

00:10:32.020 that really put thomas you know the thomas court into play um there was a there's a great lawyer

00:10:38.780 chuck cooper who wrote a piece in 2015 2016 talking about those thomas opinions i talked about on the

00:10:45.000 administrative state and how they would never become a majority in his lifetime okay and that was i think

00:10:50.000 in 2015 2016 he wrote this piece and a few short years later it's the it's gonna you know it's gonna

00:10:55.720 be the majority and and so that is the revolutionary effect that that that you know thomas has had

00:11:02.200 intellectually right on the court and then put in the sort of turbo charge of president trump with

00:11:07.220 those three appointments and that's why the left is going crazy people need to understand this they

00:11:12.320 want to destroy the supreme court because they don't control it all of these ethics attacks are

00:11:16.720 absolutely fraudulent and bogus and full of lies okay i dissected the the wall street journal ran

00:11:23.380 my piece today very grateful for it there's so much more right in terms of the the the the dishonesty

00:11:30.480 and the falsehoods that are that are in the fix the court uh fix the court chart but going back to

00:11:36.340 the court it's an incredibly big week monumental decisions coming down and the left is trying

00:11:42.720 whoa whoa whoa hang on hang on hang on i want to get to the week but i gotta give people some

00:11:48.060 history here because the players uh this fight and the players around this fight have been doing this

00:11:54.460 for a while let's go back in time yeah and this is for people this is for the fox crew the people

00:12:00.660 yeah go ahead sir no i was just gonna i i was i worked on justice thomas's confirmation in 1991 i was

00:12:07.760 there every minute of that assault on him and it was absolutely despicable and they thought they

00:12:14.080 thought they had him they thought he was going to withdraw if you look at the news nbc news was

00:12:19.120 reporting justice thomas was was going to withdraw before he came back and blew up the united states senate

00:12:24.760 uh with you know with the high-tech lynching and calling it out for what it was so yes i saw that

00:12:30.960 firsthand what they did to this good man right how he withstood it right we just just went for his soul

00:12:38.720 uh and that you know that's what they're willing to do to people who don't obey them and that is that

00:12:45.160 is the truth this is thomas this and i say like with paul ryan character is about that defining moment

00:12:55.280 in that the moment when you in that moment you have to make the decision that's his one that's when

00:13:00.120 you see true character thomas had every incentive to just withdraw and to fade into history fade and

00:13:05.920 you know fade over time he didn't he came back and stood his ground and testified for himself

00:13:10.960 he testified for himself in one of the most dramatic moments in american history

00:13:15.200 right and they didn't and so their smears didn't work in 16 remember who was the who was the clinton

00:13:22.520 nominee it was merrick garland merrick garland would have been a lifetime appointment that little worm

00:13:27.880 in the justice department that crook that criminal that treasonous criminal would have been a lifetime

00:13:33.140 appointment on the supreme court it was wisconsin michigan and pennsylvania right in the in maga that

00:13:39.780 stopped that if if hillary clinton had lost and this for all the trump haters the country was done

00:13:44.940 they had the senate they had the house they they would they would have had the supreme court with merrick

00:13:49.440 garland as a permanent appointment to the supreme court that was stopped now let me remind you one

00:13:55.700 of the things i'm gonna hold you through the break mark hang on in the moment who else they

00:14:01.060 they in kavanaugh when they made up all this stuff on kavanaugh and they were trying to destroy him

00:14:07.060 at that moment when the pressure was on trump and kavanaugh on trump and kavanaugh to pull

00:14:13.320 to pull his nomination that's character kavanaugh said no i'm not gonna and he went like thomas went

00:14:21.340 and defended himself and that's right and president trump had his back you remember pay a lot of the

00:14:26.320 pressure to have kavanaugh stop and then the last thing i will say until we go to break if you remember

00:14:32.620 the day he was i was actually in europe at the time working on the the uh the 2019 european parliamentary

00:14:39.260 elections for the populace in the right wing when i saw that video of when he was not in the senate it

00:14:45.240 looked like the french revolution they sprinted across the the plaza of the capital they went to

00:14:50.720 those doors in the supreme court and they were banging on those doors like the french revolution 0.59

00:14:54.780 if they'd gotten in they would have destroyed and torn apart every person in there they're demons

00:14:59.340 can your savings weather an economic storm think about what you've put away for the future

00:15:04.760 inflation can render cash worthless real estate can crash like in 2008 economies built on a mountain

00:15:13.380 of debt can fall like a house of cards there are very few physical assets you can invest in that can

00:15:19.760 stand the test of time gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia i actually think

00:15:27.520 for 8 000 years of man's recorded history it's why people are flocking to it now why birch gold is

00:15:33.480 busier than ever through a little known tax loophole birch gold lets you convert a retirement account

00:15:39.900 into a tax sheltered ira in physical gold and the best part it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket let

00:15:46.900 me repeat that it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket to learn more about this to immerse yourself

00:15:59.440 let me ask you this again can your ira or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming

00:16:07.960 if it can't call the people i trust that's birch gold text bannon to 9-8-9-8-9-8 secure your savings

00:16:16.720 today birch gold group here's your host stephen k bann

00:16:21.680 so mark payoletta give us some inside baseball on both thomas uh and and particularly kavanaugh

00:16:31.400 before we move forward because folks have to understand this is a war the progressive left

00:16:36.280 and and they think of actually the court and the legal system to them they must control it you see

00:16:43.220 on these disbarments and all that with eastman and rudy and all of it it this is this is sacred

00:16:49.320 to them this is more so than the legislature even the executive branch the federal judiciary

00:16:54.380 running the courts and you see what they can do with like mershon in in in new york with trump

00:16:59.020 they understand that their belief is the potential for total control comes to the legal system in

00:17:05.600 the courts am i in and that's why they freak out so much particularly on federal judges in the supreme

00:17:10.240 court sir yes steve uh 100 the other the other piece of it too right is that the bureaucracy and

00:17:17.340 controlling the bureaucracy so that's how they get their pincer movement of implementing their

00:17:21.540 policies left-wing uh courts you know from the district court right up to the supreme court and

00:17:27.700 that's that's what's changed there's a lot of bad decisions still come down but they get up to the

00:17:31.740 supreme court and they are they are you know they are much more constitutional originalist decisions

00:17:37.780 which puts an end to a lot of the craziness that the left has been doing over the years so that's

00:17:42.720 why that's why it is a war that's why the left wants to win at all costs right even in the most

00:17:48.020 dishonest ways uh by attacking the the justices you know making up making up these recusal standards to

00:17:55.100 shrink the court as i've talked about uh you know going back to justice alito's wife flying a flag

00:18:00.060 and somehow i mean it's so absurd but that's what we're talking about in terms of trying to get these

00:18:05.040 guys to recuse his wife is flying an american flag uh and he has to recuse himself uh just

00:18:09.720 nutso stuff but this is where we are but those are the stakes at at at play with justice thomas as i

00:18:16.800 said i was there when he went back to testify he he said to i think it was uh justice uh to senator hatch

00:18:22.980 i'm not here to get on the supreme court i'm here to clear my name i don't care about serving on

00:18:27.880 the supreme court you know and so when he lost i mean when he was confirmed uh and he um uh was asked

00:18:34.720 how long he's going to serve he said they took away my first 43 years by smearing me okay that's

00:18:39.960 how old he was when he was when he's confirmed to supreme court and i'm going to serve 43 more i'm

00:18:44.620 going to serve 43 years on the supreme court so i think we're in as i said 33 34 years um and so he's

00:18:50.820 he's got he's got 10 more years to go to um to to to to hit that mark um justice kavanaugh again same

00:18:58.360 thing uh it you know they they smear a good man a good good good man uh and then when he comes back

00:19:06.660 to testify and he's angry as he should be they criticize his temperament i mean this is the game

00:19:13.420 they play uh of trying at every single despicable dishonest argument to try and stop uh justices

00:19:21.640 from being confirmed last thing i do think you know we the the the conservatives republicans should

00:19:27.780 make this the supreme court an election issue on and go on off inside in 2016 that's exactly what

00:19:35.760 happened right president bush released a list and the late breakers i do believe that that not going

00:19:41.180 forward with merrick garland um it resulted in uh donald trump in a big way being elected because

00:19:48.160 the late breakers went for the supreme court and and it was a conservative supreme court that they

00:19:52.920 wanted and this is why and this is why fox by the way it was president trump put the list out and then

00:19:57.880 we put another list after i'm going to put another list that gorsuch was actually on later it definitely

00:20:02.940 and the late breakers a lot of people particularly more standard stock republicans that were done about

00:20:08.480 trump i said look at this list and they went and hey it's it's worked out because now and let's talk

00:20:13.960 about this week now now you're seeing the fruits of that this is a historic week what you want to

00:20:18.440 walk to a couple of these cases and how important they are sure a presidential immunity uh one of the

00:20:23.220 biggest most historic of course the president has has immunity for his official acts it's never been

00:20:27.920 questioned before they haven't sued presidents they haven't tried to you know prosecute former

00:20:32.580 presidents uh in the past so that that one i i don't even i i i listened to the argument um you

00:20:39.740 know i i think the court will send it back down and then say what's official what's what's not but

00:20:45.000 again the left just like the four remember the 14th amendment case right to disqualify president trump

00:20:51.300 from the ballot was such an insane argument right but the left had like built it up that it was the

00:20:58.040 you know um slam dunk decision that it would be able to disqualify him and it was a nine zero decision

00:21:04.540 so i think you're going to see this court um you know on a lot of them hopefully there'll be

00:21:08.880 more than just six threes um or five fours but but larger majorities um the the january 6th you know

00:21:15.980 using this statute which was uh an enron related i actually did the enron investigations when i was up in

00:21:21.840 congress but the legislation that came out of that was about disrupting um obstructing

00:21:27.400 official proceedings by essentially destroying documents uh was what the statute is is what was

00:21:33.100 was was enacted to do they're using a statute and there's been other cases that jack smith has done

00:21:38.480 where um in the past where his his his theory has been overruled by the supreme court by nine zero

00:21:44.280 uh the mcdonald uh prosecution uh several years ago the former governor of of um of virginia so using a

00:21:51.680 statute to prosecute all of these people uh from january 6th that has no business being used in my

00:21:58.580 opinion i think the court again will will look at that statute and say this is not what it was for

00:22:03.900 and set aside all of those those uh those convictions uh or please um um uh the chevron deference

00:22:13.200 uh you know gigantic we've been talking about that a little bit this is something where what's grown

00:22:19.440 over the years steve is that congress doesn't like to make the hard choices so they pass these broad

00:22:25.040 statutes right and and then tell the the administrative agency the epa whatever the hhs whatever it is um

00:22:32.820 you write the reg and you have you know kind of and then enforce it and of course it's going to be

00:22:38.600 something that's much broader or much you know kind of going much further than the statute

00:22:43.020 and the this this chevron deference basically says if um we're going to rely on the agency's uh

00:22:51.300 interpretation of it and we're going to be subordinate to that the supreme court the supreme

00:22:55.440 court is the body that determines what the law says so they've inverted over the years to allow the

00:23:00.940 agency to determine what the law is um and we saw neil gorsuch with this great opinion i think in 2015

00:23:08.220 or so right before he was nominated where he showed that an agency had actually switched its

00:23:13.960 its interpretation of the statue after a court had ruled that it was wrong they they changed this the

00:23:21.280 the definition of this of the of the regulation to do what they were not allowed to do and it just

00:23:27.000 showed the inanity of turning all this over to the administrative state so i do think the court

00:23:32.280 will significantly cut back uh if not overrule completely hopefully they will but again with

00:23:37.800 these majorities um you know um i think they'll they'll strike that down really carve back chevron

00:23:44.420 deference um and then the the the government using uh their power to force social media platforms or

00:23:53.180 companies to to take things down uh and and again i think that's a that's a violation of the first

00:23:58.960 amendment uh and we're gonna you know hopefully we're gonna see the court rule in that regard too so

00:24:03.040 huge cases uh that are coming down this week that's why these attacks are going to happen

00:24:08.740 continue this week continue on justice thomas i hope they finish up this this this week i think it

00:24:15.020 was in 2020 they fell into july early july but hopefully this friday uh the court has announced

00:24:21.360 decisions for wednesday of this week um if they don't finish up on wednesday then they'll announce

00:24:26.180 another day either thursday friday or maybe into next week uh historic week at the supreme court

00:24:33.960 and i believe if fisher gets overturned if chevron deference gets overturned and if they even have

00:24:38.840 limited immunity for president trump you will see a firestorm from the left-wing media like you've

00:24:44.320 never seen before and i gotta tell you i hope i hope now that the security not just the court

00:24:51.460 marshals and the federal marshals but real security for these justices because these people are out of

00:24:56.940 control you saw that the day kavanaugh was i was in europe at the time i think it was in italy

00:25:02.140 working on the 2019 uh european parliamentary elections and when i saw what happened that running

00:25:08.780 from the senate and across that plaza the beautiful plaza of the capitol to the supreme court of those

00:25:13.140 massive historic doors and banging on it it was like revolutionary france if they had got if they had

00:25:19.720 gotten inside they would have been pulling people out and if they had a guillotine they'd be using the 0.92

00:25:23.740 guillotine i've never seen so much out of control and that shows you how dangerous these people are

00:25:29.220 particularly comes to the topics of the supreme court and you know god bless uh justice kavanaugh and

00:25:35.460 thomas and alito but and gorses these guys i just hope that this time you know because they played

00:25:40.480 games you know garland these guys played games last time they played word games and you had an

00:25:44.840 assassination attempt on on kavanaugh and uh and they shouldn't be terrorizing their families how

00:25:50.060 they they terrorize ted cruz's family every saturday morning uh here and nobody does anything about it

00:25:56.260 at his home mark paoletta how they get the books how you get all your writings about uh justice thomas

00:26:02.300 uh and where they go at cra the website to find out everything about what a historic week it is at the

00:26:07.800 supreme court sure thanks thanks steve at mark paoletta is my um my x handle and um i put up

00:26:14.780 all my pieces uh please go to it get educated um take some of those things and go to uh what senator

00:26:20.880 white house go to the left of raskin as you mentioned and put those pieces below you know uh

00:26:26.200 their their their tweets on on attacking the court just to put you know get it in their channels

00:26:31.300 go on offense um my website is uh mark paoletta.com it has my articles up there has some testimony up

00:26:38.420 there uh center for renewing america is doing a great job we're going to be coming out um another

00:26:43.680 topic we might want to talk about steve is the empowerment control act and why that's unconstitutional

00:26:47.420 we'll have a piece on that later this week yeah on in a new new piece but but it's really a big week

00:26:53.120 for the court uh but it's important to defend the court it's important to to show the court right

00:26:58.740 that people believe in it and trust in it and support it because when the left goes on these

00:27:05.060 you know you know attacks that are overwhelming it sometimes is is a lonely place for these justices

00:27:12.320 to be being attacked time in and time out without anyone defending them

00:27:16.320 and that's why you got warriors like mike davis on the kavanaugh situation pay a letter and mike davis

00:27:22.680 service to the country service to the republic and i'm telling you these two guys are tough as boot

00:27:27.700 leather pay a letter thank you brother appreciate you thanks steve mike davis another patriot get

00:29:44.140 opened the door to mass unskilled labor in a way we never even approached anything like in the entirety

00:29:51.640 of our history and all the conservatives have done despite boris's promises is to actually increase it

00:29:58.740 net migration which ran from the late 1940s until nearly the millennium at 30 to 40 000 a year

00:30:07.420 is now running at nearly 750 000 a year and yes this should be the main topic of conversation

00:30:16.720 because the impact of that population increase is being seen on our infrastructure it's being seen

00:30:24.120 with the traffic on our roads it's pretty obvious isn't it but it's also giving a younger generation

00:30:31.000 an almost impossible situation rents have risen by 20 to 30 percent since 2021 it's simple demand supply

00:30:41.960 and so our young people who go to work find themselves spending over half their income simply on

00:30:48.860 rent and they rent or live with their parents because houses are simply unaffordable for virtually everybody

00:30:56.780 getting on the housing ladder unless you've got wealthy parents is now an impossible dream

00:31:02.560 and think about this just because of the levels of net legal migration we have to build a new home

00:31:10.580 every two minutes in this country just think of the number of new builds all over kent

00:31:18.000 they're springing up everywhere aren't they and yet they're not even meeting demand for net migration

00:31:24.360 let alone the shortages that exist okay and the sheer absurdity if you notice some similarities that

00:31:31.000 could have been that could have been taken from the philadelphia speech on friday night of president

00:31:34.800 trump or saturday night excuse me from philadelphia near temple university temple university

00:31:39.460 or at the temple university almost word for word exactly the same issues rahim gassam

00:31:45.100 ben burquam join us uh first off guys tell us exactly where you are it's quite historic

00:31:51.020 where you are and why why is nigel farage down in kent 0.98

00:31:54.980 yes steve thank you we are standing in dover uh right at the uh the base of the white cliffs of dover

00:32:04.400 an incredibly obviously uh iconic setting um over history and historic setting i was telling uh i was

00:32:11.220 telling ben before uh as we were setting up here that you know these these views of this part of

00:32:16.120 england are some of the last views that many saw before they went off to europe and fought for their

00:32:21.740 countries uh you know almost a century plus ago and you know what's happening here now what you heard

00:32:29.140 from nigel there and we stand right in front of uh an area in which uh there are dozens and dozens

00:32:35.340 of boats coming over uh every single week and hundreds and hundreds of illegal migrants being

00:32:42.000 brought up on shore here every single week the numbers are really quite staggering when you consider

00:32:48.440 britain's population especially when you consider kent's population uh and and you'll see behind us 0.94

00:32:54.800 uh the port of dover uh and a small white building where they're actually processing a lot of the illegal

00:33:00.400 migrants as they come in here so steve this is this has been an historic location uh for centuries

00:33:06.560 it remains a historic uh location perhaps uh all the more for the wrong reasons this time

00:33:11.960 yeah and steve one other point to mention is what we hang on a second ben hang on go ahead steve

00:33:18.460 ben hang on a second rahim isn't it uh odd that almost line by line what nigel's saying about 0.94

00:33:26.480 younger generations reason the younger generations flock into trump that these arguments that he's

00:33:32.100 making in the run-up to the parliamentary election are the exact same arguments you're hearing from

00:33:37.040 president trump sir yeah the exact same arguments that you're hearing in philadelphia the same

00:33:43.620 arguments you're hearing in kent in england and they'll be the same arguments that you'll be hearing

00:33:47.740 in paris uh at the moment as well because as you know the uh parliamentary the french parliamentary

00:33:53.340 elections were called just after those european parliamentary elections so the whole continent

00:33:57.680 the whole continent and as i stand here and talk to you by the way i am looking directly across the

00:34:02.240 english channel at france the entire continent now is having the same conversation is how can this

00:34:08.400 possibly go on how many thousands upon thousands upon thousands of migrants both legal and illegal by

00:34:14.220 the way can these nations continue to subsume and by the way when we were out today at that rally

00:34:19.180 in kent that was again the main topic of conversation that was what everybody wanted to

00:34:23.940 know is how could this possibly keep going on rishi sunak promised to end the small boats the prime

00:34:29.220 minister promised to bring it to zero it remains at record figures before i go to ben burquham today's

00:34:36.600 front page of the financial times of london is how voters in france are now coming to le pen on the

00:34:43.400 economics right wing just like president trump this is shocking the party of davos brussels

00:34:49.000 the city of london ben burquham you've gone all over the world going back to the source of this

00:34:54.560 you've been uh what in spain you've been uh at the darien gap all throughout mexico central america your

00:35:00.700 thoughts as you're seeing this play out in europe well it is it's uh it's the same enemy we talk about

00:35:07.820 this all the time it's the same united nations these globalist uh ngos that are operating all over

00:35:13.000 the world and what's interesting here though in england in particular is as rahim was talking about

00:35:17.760 nigel was talking about the impacts not just of illegal immigration because obviously the the

00:35:22.280 barrier the uh english channel is a little more significant barrier than the rio grande river

00:35:26.860 but they're still having hundreds there are actually thousands coming across uh just a couple days ago

00:35:32.020 there were almost 900 came across in one day but the bigger problem in in england is the legal

00:35:37.920 migration that they have coming basically coming in to replace the the natural born citizens the 1.00

00:35:43.280 english citizens taking the jobs and and causing all of the prices to skyrocket what's interesting 0.55

00:35:48.080 here is it's all of the what we call rhinos in america it's the so-called conservatives the tories

00:35:54.320 that are inviting this they continue to say that they're going to stop it and they're doing the exact

00:35:58.300 opposite it's the exact same reason what we saw in america when we had rhinos continue to lie to us

00:36:03.540 to pee on our leg and tell us it was raining that you needed somebody like trump to come along and

00:36:07.840 say i'm actually going to do what i say i'm going to do and that's really where nigel is he's that 0.91

00:36:12.100 figure for the english people and here what's what's you know what you see here these these boats that

00:36:18.160 continue to come across every single day is really more of an example uh illustration of what's

00:36:23.340 happening in europe as a whole that it's basically a balloon that is about to pop the pressure from

00:36:29.560 this illegal immigration that's coming in from north africa and the middle east is destroying these 1.00

00:36:33.860 countries we were in france we were in sweden we were in the netherlands we were all over europe

00:36:37.940 as just in romania and it's the same thing everywhere in europe and every single one of

00:36:42.920 these countries is being destroyed what's a little different here is the populist nationalist movement

00:36:48.560 you know is is really that's nigel and the refer the reform party and so there we're going to see that

00:36:55.000 play out over the next five years as the labor party uh unfortunately looks to take over because

00:37:00.460 the conservatives the tories have been so pathetic um but it is it's all the same enemy and it's and

00:37:06.080 it's the same impact on the the small guy the you know the common man it's the same the same people 0.99

00:37:11.400 are getting screwed in england that are getting screwed in america raheem isn't it what's striking 0.53

00:37:17.900 to me now particularly when we look at the cross tabs of the polls is the anger of the voter for who 0.95

00:37:24.280 was in charge in the tories it's like they hate them for having lied to them the same in france

00:37:30.060 that's what macron now is polling under 20 percent i think like at 19 percent the the the the voters are

00:37:37.380 saying you guys are in charge macron in france the tories in england you lied to us you didn't do

00:37:43.100 anything about this you tapped us along you had a lot of talk but at the poll and this is you're

00:37:48.140 going to turn over to labor at least for a while but the vitriol of the voters against those in charge

00:37:53.080 should be a lesson to people particularly here in the united states of america sir

00:37:57.260 do you know what steve it's really funny because i remember fighting this the same sort of campaign

00:38:03.700 on the similar themes uh back in 2015 when net migration into the united kingdom was about 300

00:38:10.480 000 every year we're now looking at about 700 750 000 every year but when you talk to people

00:38:16.040 especially given the unseasonably warm weather that we're having in england at the moment when you

00:38:20.240 talk to people actually uh what you feel is a sense of of despondence what you feel is a sense of

00:38:26.260 especially the working class vote especially that old labor vote who kind of can't believe that the

00:38:31.020 party of their fathers and their grandfathers and their great grandfathers have now become this

00:38:35.700 globalist uh pro-mass migration pro-transgender pro-dei type of party and they're sort of throwing

00:38:43.220 their hands up and say well won't somebody save us from this nonsense now from for a lot of those

00:38:47.380 people you know of course that savior is or he would like to be nigel farage but i am also finding as

00:38:53.360 we go around a lot of those people are just sick of it they don't want to vote they don't want to

00:38:59.000 give the system the credibility and the credence and of course nigel has to make that pitch to say 0.95

00:39:03.380 to people look no you you have an alternative at this point we have put the apparatus and the party

00:39:08.120 together and you can do this and you can change your country if you turn out to vote on july the 4th

00:39:13.100 turnout as it will be in the united states will be everything uh about 2024 and so you know as we

00:39:19.260 continue to go around england to talk to people to follow farage on the campaign trail you know we

00:39:24.440 will bring you those updates and a reality check really because that's what 20 that happened in

00:39:29.080 2016 remember i mean the reality check of brexit not just of course the ramifications it had over

00:39:34.720 in the united states but all across the continent and all across the world when you look at what came

00:39:38.920 after that uh when you look at what happened with uh narendra modi and yeah bolsonaro and now

00:39:45.120 what's happening in argentina with malay too those are all knock-on effects can it happen again on

00:39:50.800 july 4th in the united kingdom can it then filter over through on november the 5th in the u.s

00:39:55.980 uh ben where are you going to go tell us what your travels are you guys going to go to france

00:40:02.400 because we got france on the 27th the first round then the uk on the 4th of july then back for the

00:40:07.840 second round in france i think on the 7th of july and this french thing i keep telling people i think is

00:40:12.920 monumental what are your travels over the next week or so yeah we're going to be heading into

00:40:18.580 france uh we're debating on uh the the timing and the scheduling on that we have a couple things we're

00:40:22.440 working on here uh but i will tell you real quick steve too everyone we've been interviewing the same

00:40:26.940 thing we see all over america the number one issue when you ask them what's the problem it's all

00:40:31.900 illegal immigration it's all mass migration the same thing we're hearing so we're going to be 0.99

00:40:36.260 talking to the folks here we're going to be talking to the folks in france and everywhere we go

00:40:39.960 we can expose what's actually happening we'll be doing that yeah ben's working on his french i'm

00:40:44.200 leaving him down here on the coast so that he can brush up speak to some of the illegals 0.98

00:40:47.920 uh national pulse uh where do we go how do we follow this this is monumental it's every biggest

00:40:55.640 bit as important as when you were with nigel on brexit back in 16 uh and running breitbart london so

00:41:02.020 where do we go uh where we go rahim yeah i mean and i'm delighted to announce that actually we've

00:41:08.620 just hired another one of my original team from breitbart london over to the national pulse dot com

00:41:13.620 so people can head over there support our work the national pulse dot com forward slash war room and

00:41:19.480 we're covering all of this uh at a kind of minutiae basis right there's this big argument going on

00:41:25.020 uh about russian collusion over this weekend and accusations being made against nigel farage the

00:41:30.840 national pulse by the way is the only media outlet at some of these events because they're so small

00:41:35.940 and they're so closed door and they're just for the public but of course nigel farage has politely

00:41:40.660 granted us uh real america's voice at war room and at the national pulse access to these events so we

00:41:46.720 can bring you the minute by minute updates fantastic ben where do people go for all your content brother

00:41:53.440 frontlineamerica.com is my website obviously americasvoice.news stay here we're going to be on

00:42:00.840 all the shows throughout the days leading up and then all social media getter at ben burquam

00:42:05.560 and then our new substack frontline america on substack as well see you tomorrow gentlemen good

00:42:11.700 from the white cliffs of dover raheem kasam and ben burquam thank you guys

00:42:16.520 we're actually going to be in wisconsin tonight at the six o'clock show with a judge gableman about

00:42:23.640 this recall uh but ben harnwell is going to i couldn't get to ben this morning we're going to talk about

00:42:28.560 a lot about france also about ukraine in this firestorm over nigel farage essentially taking

00:42:35.440 the maga line about the ukraine war and uh of course the establishment and that includes mi5 and mi6

00:42:42.400 went after him in the worst possible way this uh this uh over this weekend so we'll break all of that

00:42:48.200 down at the six o'clock hour the um a bunch of stuff in uh in the punch bowl this morning about the

00:42:56.460 budget process about the appropriation process i will get to that hopefully this afternoon i'll

00:43:00.820 break it down tomorrow very detailed about the appropriations process uh what does it show i'm not

00:43:06.740 so sure we're going to get the budget cuts in the in the top line cuts that we actually need what does

00:43:10.960 that mean once again the pressure on the dollar is going to be massive the purchasing price of the

00:43:16.900 dollar is down what 17 to 20 percent under biden the spread on gold has uh continued to increase

00:43:22.920 we give you the macro but you need to talk to the experts you need to go to birch gold and talk to

00:43:27.940 philip patrick and the team they're the experts we're not birchgold.com slash band and you get the

00:43:33.060 end of the dollar empire all of our content just like at the war room there it's all free you can

00:43:37.680 download it but talk to philip patrick and the team and do it can't pay the irs you haven't filed in a

00:43:43.840 while receiving threatening letters hey it's about to get worse you know why the irs is hiring an army

00:43:51.780 of agents targeting hard-working americans like you they ain't going after the billionaires they're

00:43:56.960 coming after you and you need warriors on your side you need tax network usa tax network usa has a

00:44:04.840 brilliant strategy to solve your irs problems quickly and in your favor for instance they discover

00:45:17.660 just making laws the pro-love movement is providing health care housing job training child care it's

00:45:26.360 being the hands and feet of jesus to women in crisis pregnancies and taking care of those women

00:45:33.100 and their unborn children and their babies that's what being pro-love is all about

00:45:39.920 at patriot mobile we're so committed to protecting life that we made it one of our four pillars of

00:45:49.140 giving and we're not just a regular company we exist to give we just celebrated our 10-year anniversary

00:45:56.260 and in those 10 years we have given over 1.4 million dollars to pro-life organizations

00:46:03.120 okay lee wamsgan lee was that because there were many things this weekend that you and glenn story

00:46:13.560 and the team were back for i think at the lincoln memorial the faith and freedom over at the hilton

00:46:18.540 where did that where was that speech given that speech was given in front of the lincoln memorial in

00:46:24.140 washington dc on saturday morning it was the national celebrate life weekend celebration which is the

00:46:31.640 two-year anniversary of the dobbs decision that overturned row so tell me about the weekend you

00:46:39.120 guys are this was a show of force and why is this such a big deal to patriot mobile well the big deal

00:46:45.580 to patriot mobile on celebrating this weekend and providing these amazing pro-life warriors the resources

00:46:51.140 they need is uh we're so serious about the pro-life as i said in the speech that we made it one of our four pillars

00:46:57.260 of giving and the pro-life community is coming together learning messaging learning about resources available

00:47:05.080 we wanted to fund these organizations christian hawkins with students for life of america

00:47:10.380 is sort of the spearhead of this uh anniversary and this year was probably three times what we had last year

00:47:18.920 so it was really a huge successful event the patriot mobile team had two conferences in washington dc so we

00:47:25.780 we slept very little this weekend so in addition to sponsoring the rally and the national celebrate life

00:47:34.740 weekend we sponsored the faith and freedom coalition conference and that was a group where an amazing

00:47:41.920 group of patriots came together one of the best speeches i've ever heard uh virginia governor glenn youngkin

00:47:48.680 spoke and just had us on our feet of course uh president trump did show up and of course uh as always

00:47:55.620 was was amazing um they're doing some wonderful things with that organization

00:48:00.260 what uh before i let you go there's a lot of questions whether the life community is going to

00:48:07.280 show up in force like they always have particularly in in in 16 uh to to support president trump we just had

00:48:14.300 an hour we talked about the supreme court justices and how important these justices are to continue

00:48:19.340 to control the court um your thoughts about coming out of this weekend where's the life movement is

00:48:25.060 a 120 percent in back of president trump you know that's what it appears to be um i certainly can't

00:48:31.720 predict it but i can tell you this not one person should sit home on the couch and as you know um our

00:48:37.760 organization has a state political action committee in texas we're working on motivating all of those

00:48:43.720 voters i do think the pro-life committee community is going to show up but as ralph reed said this weekend

00:48:50.940 we have got to make sure that we show up to vote and we take every one of our friends with us if you have

00:48:58.080 to drive and pick them up and drive and drive them to the polls everything's at risk from school boards

00:49:03.580 you know uh states on up you know texas is a huge target and uh patriot mobile is really committed

00:49:11.180 to helping c4s educate voters about the issue and also we've helped we fund a political action 0.96

00:49:19.280 committee in texas to try to save texas that's uh texas is you know hugely important without those 40

00:49:24.920 electoral votes we'll never have a another republican president so it's all hands on deck uh needed like

00:49:31.540 no time before a christian company with christian values stop giving your money to people that hate

00:49:39.020 you and your values that's why you got to focus on patron mo and the services unparalleled lee where
