00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies,
00:00:08.000 because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:00:26.000 Mega Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:00:53.000 Welcome back.

00:01:30.000 That's HomeTitleLock.com, promo code Bannon.
00:01:35.000 Well, staying somewhat on the theme of property, let's continue now with Sophia Georges talking about another development in the property market, which is this lawsuit settlement with the Realtors, National Realtors Association.
00:01:56.000 Sophia, can you break this down for us, please, and just explain what the background of this is?
00:02:02.000 Because, again, I think it's an act of perhaps legislation that is going to sort of have the primary consequence that people buying property will end up spending more money unnecessarily on it due to commission charges.
00:02:17.000 Yes.
00:02:18.000 So this was a class action lawsuit that was brought by sellers against the National Association of Realtors and brokerages that were earning more than $2 billion in sales a year.
00:02:31.000 This law has become effective in New Jersey August the 1st and nationwide August the 17th.
00:02:36.000 Basically, the premise of the lawsuit was that the real estate companies and the realtor associations were colluding in these 5% and 6% commissions, were fixing these commissions.
00:02:51.000 So the result of this lawsuit was a settlement that we had to make with the current Department of Justice, which involved a mandated buyer's agency agreement,
00:03:05.000 now potentially have the buyer paying their own commission, whereas before it was in consultation with the listing broker, a split that was given to the buying side.
00:03:18.760 And that was normally to entice buyers to come to see your home, and it was cooperating with brokers so you can get the maximum exposure possible on your home.
00:03:27.840 So potentially now in this chaotic market already with high interest rates, low affordability, adding this extra layer of uncertainty with this lawsuit has really caused buyers to take a pause because they're concerned, they're not aware of this, and this is probably the number one question that I get when I go and I do my seminars and talks and when I sit down with consultations with sellers and buyers is about this lawsuit.
00:03:55.840 There's a lot of confusion and don't know what it means.
00:03:59.840 For me and my business, it doesn't really change my approach because my approach has always been to have integrity and honesty and negotiating commissions because everybody's got a unique situation.
00:04:13.600 But this does affect overall the industry because this is the government agencies putting a thumb once again on trying to tilt the scales artificially.
00:04:25.460 And whenever you try to do that, it really does not result in what the intent is, which is to help people.
00:04:34.000 But in this case, it will actually raise prices because the buyers, on addition to their closing costs, the expenses that they have, potentially now they could be paying extra commissions out of this.
00:04:46.720 So, Sophia, I'm very grateful that you've come on the show today to break down some of these developments in the domestic property market for us.
00:04:56.060 Where do people go?
00:04:57.100 Where does the war in posse go if they want to catch up with your analysis or your commentary on property and movements in the property market?
00:05:07.340 Where can they go to get more information?
00:05:09.580 OK, well, our website is RealSophieRealEstate.com.
00:05:14.440 I have a podcast every month that has this information.

00:05:33.400 We break these numbers down in detail and give you all the latest news in real estate.
00:05:36.860 And I think it's very important for people to be educated so that they make the best informed decisions for their families.
00:05:42.800 So thank you so much.
00:05:44.660 Absolutely, Sophia.
00:05:45.560 Thanks very much.
00:05:46.460 We look forward to catching up with you on the show again soon.
00:05:49.560 Thank you.
00:05:49.920 God bless.
00:05:50.820 Thank you.
00:05:52.920 Well, you know, as an occasional viewer on American mainstream media, I could easily get the impression that we don't even need to have an election on November the 5th now,
00:06:05.180 because it's a foregone conclusion, that the buoyancy behind the Kamala Harris-Tim Walls campaign is so strident, so enthusiastic.
00:06:17.420 They don't need to count votes on November the 5th.
00:06:19.420 They can just throw them in the basket and weigh them en masse.
00:06:22.240 Apparently, however, that's actually – you might get that impression by watching the propaganda peddlers of the regime's propaganda peddlers of the mainstream media.
00:06:35.800 But apparently, that's actually not the underlying reality.
00:06:39.080 Matt Boyle, Washington Bureau Chief of Breitbart, joins us now.
00:06:43.320 Good morning, Matt.
00:06:44.100 So you were sort of telling me before the show this morning that there are some polls here.
00:06:51.720 For example, interactive polls show that Trump in Arizona is on 47 percent.
00:06:57.640 Harris is only on 44.
00:06:59.980 Or, for example, in Pennsylvania, Trump is on 48.
00:07:03.360 Harris is on 47.
00:07:04.260 This isn't exactly what we'd be expecting to see from – if our news intake was solely based on the mainstream media.
00:07:14.540 Tell me something, if you wouldn't mind this morning, on Trump's path to victory here.
00:07:20.660 Is it widening on a state-by-state basis?
00:07:24.500 Yeah.
00:07:24.760 So look, obviously, to win the presidency, someone needs to win 270 electoral votes, right?
00:07:30.540 So Trump has more pathways to 270 electoral votes than Kamala Harris does.
00:07:38.040 This really starts with the fact that several states that used to be battleground states have become redder and are not being competed in by Democrats.
00:07:49.260 This is Florida, Ohio, and Iowa have all moved red.
00:07:54.560 And the Democrats have essentially ceded those states.
00:07:56.980 They are not competing in Florida.
00:07:58.740 They are not competing in Ohio.
00:07:59.980 And they are not competing in Iowa.
00:08:02.440 That is a total of 53 electoral votes between the three states.
00:08:06.020 That's almost equivalent to California, which has 54 electoral votes.
00:08:10.940 So if you put that together with the traditionally red states out there, you get to around 218 electoral votes that Trump starts at when he is moving into the battleground states, the states that we're talking about.
00:08:26.600 Both Georgia and North Carolina have 16 electoral votes, so if Trump is able to flip the whole North Carolina, which he won in 2016 and 2020, and flip Georgia back, then he gets to 250 electoral votes.
00:08:43.160 If Trump wins Maine's second congressional district, which is Maine is one of those two states out there that splits its electoral votes by congressional district, then Trump has won Maine's second district, both in 2016 and 2020.
00:08:59.920 Then he'd have 251, and Pennsylvania is 19 electoral votes, and that would put Donald Trump over the top, even without an Arizona, even without a Nevada, without a Michigan or Wisconsin.
00:09:13.220 The fact is that Kamala Harris almost has to pull a perfect inside straight across all of these battleground states, because there's all sorts of different combinations that Donald Trump can put together to get there and get over the top for 270 electoral votes or more.
00:09:28.920 And the current polling in these places is looking very strong for Donald Trump, so in Georgia, we see a detente that has been reached between Governor Kemp and Donald Trump.
00:09:41.620 Obviously, they have their issues, and they go back many years, but the two of them have put their differences aside and say they're working together.
00:09:48.440 And all the evidence there is pointing in the right direction, and any public polling and private polling that we've seen seems to suggest that Georgia is almost a lock for Trump.
00:09:59.300 Trump's going to keep doing the work there.
00:10:01.120 Kamala and Walz are going to do their bus tour there this week.
00:10:04.480 But Georgia, it seems to be trending in the right direction for Trump.
00:10:08.140 North Carolina, similar type of a story, right?
00:10:10.820 Like the Democrats are trying to compete there, but it doesn't seem like they're breaking through.
00:10:14.280 And then out of Pennsylvania, we're seeing public polling and private polling show that Donald Trump has the edge in Pennsylvania, which has 19 electoral votes.
00:10:24.260 Pennsylvania's nickname, of course, is the Keystone State, and it probably will put whichever candidate wins it over the top in terms of 270 or more electoral votes.
00:10:34.200 Also, Arizona out there has 11 electoral votes.
00:10:38.060 Donald Trump is leading there by all indications.
00:10:41.620 And the folks at Turning Point Action who have been engaged in a ballot-chasing operation, particularly Arizona-heavy, are very confident there.
00:10:50.960 I've been talking to them as well.
00:10:52.100 So what we're seeing is numbers across the board, whether it's Pennsylvania, whether it's North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, et cetera, Nevada, seem to show that Donald Trump is the favorite candidate right now, by far, over Kamala Harris, despite the Democrat National Convention and all the joy and hope and energy that you saw last week at the DNC.
00:11:15.180 It doesn't seem to be, it doesn't seem to have moved things, and the national polling seems to indicate that as well.
00:11:20.760 So what we've seen out of Morning Consult is the same margin from before and after the convention for Kamala Harris versus Donald Trump, and Echelon Insights poll as well.
00:11:34.300 Donald Trump actually leads Kamala Harris nationally.
00:11:36.860 So all of those things combined would suggest that Kamala Harris has less pathways to the presidency than Donald Trump, and Donald Trump has more.
00:11:47.380 And I remember doing a similar interview on War Room in Detroit about a few weeks before the debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, which that was the point at which everybody admitted that Donald Trump was, had the edge, you know, that Biden was doomed to fail after the debate.
00:12:10.520 But a few weeks before the debate, the establishment media were out there saying that Joe Biden had the edge in the election.
00:12:16.500 That obviously was untrue.
00:12:18.080 I remember breaking down the pathways in the Electoral College on War Room from Detroit at the Turning Point People's Convention.
00:12:27.400 And then obviously a few weeks later, we saw the whole thing blow wide open, and Biden's campaign collapse to the point where he withdrew from the presidential campaign.
00:12:36.540 A similar type of phenomenon is happening right now.
00:12:39.200 There are plenty of other states beyond those traditional battleground states as well that Donald Trump could compete in.
00:12:47.380 And we could watch Virginia very closely.
00:12:50.600 We've been seeing some polls showing a tight race in the presidential race in Virginia.
00:12:54.780 Trump was beating Biden in Virginia, and it's very possible that he ends up beating Kamala Harris there.
00:13:00.360 But beyond Virginia and New Mexico, Minnesota, also always possibilities, Colorado, you never know, New Jersey or New York even.
00:13:10.100 Those are states that are near and dear to Trump's heart.
00:13:12.360 But the point is that the pathways that Donald Trump has to 270 electoral votes are plentiful, and the pathways that Kamala Harris has are very few and far between.
00:13:23.940 That was a magisterial synthesis, Matt.
00:13:28.000 We'll need to spend a few moments breaking that down.
00:13:30.660 Firstly, however, I just want to ask you where things stand today.
00:13:34.560 If there were an election held today, am I right in assuming from what you've just been saying you think Donald Trump would win?
00:13:42.340 Yes, so if the election was today, yes.
00:13:45.980 But don't take anything for granted at this point, right?
00:13:48.880 Like, so, but like I'm saying here, the numbers in Pennsylvania, even Jake Tapper from CNN, it was funny, I was watching the intro there.
00:13:56.160 It gets me every time when Jake Tapper's bashing conservative media, right?
00:13:59.860 But the point is that even Jake Tapper from CNN says that the internal campaign polls from the various campaigns from the Harrison Trump campaign show Trump winning Pennsylvania by about 2% right now, which matches with that poll that you mentioned there from SoCal, which, you know, interactive polls on Twitter highlighted.
00:14:21.280 But the point is that there's Trump up one.
00:14:23.840 And then we've been seeing the voter registration numbers in Pennsylvania moving very, very high towards the Republicans.
00:14:30.320 Just over the last week, the new numbers came out yesterday, just over the last week, literally during the DNC, while the Democrats were having their little super spreader COVID party in Chicago, the Republicans were working the doors in Pennsylvania and moved votes about 2,000 more the Republicans' way in just the last week.
00:14:50.520 Matt, stand by.
00:14:52.380 Yeah.
00:14:52.740 Stand by.
00:14:53.660 We'll dig into this in two minutes' time after the break.
00:14:59.780 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:02.000 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.
00:15:06.460 Their goal?
00:15:07.360 To dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.500 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:17.520 Your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.280 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:25.940 Fortunately, you can fight back.

00:16:26.940 Your God-given freedoms are up for the taking.
00:16:30.520 Even worse, those doing the taking are the same people who've sworn to defend your freedom.
00:16:36.220 They think they can violate your right to protect your own family.
00:16:40.340 They think they can force their delusions onto your children.
00:16:43.340 They think they can control the media and hide the truth.
00:16:47.900 But you know what they can't take away?
00:16:50.040 Self-reliance and peace of mind.
00:16:52.980 Got water infiltration?

00:17:46.500 Matt Boyle, what happened?
00:17:51.620 Perhaps you can shed some illumination for me on this.
00:17:55.160 What happened to Kathleen Kamala's post-convention bounce?
00:18:02.260 Yeah, look, I think that the big part of the reason why you're not seeing a bounce out of the convention for Kamala
00:18:07.940 is because of the fact that the Democrats have been telling everybody to have joy
00:18:12.420 when things are not joyful in America right now, right?
00:18:15.280 Like, we see the economy.
00:18:17.040 Who are you going to believe?
00:18:17.820 Me or your lion eyes, right?
00:18:19.140 Like, we know that the economy is a mess right now with Kamala Harris and the White House.
00:18:22.720 We know that the border is a mess right now with Kamala in the White House.
00:18:25.960 We know that women in American cities are getting raped and murdered by illegal aliens
00:18:30.700 that Kamala Harris ushered into the United States, right?
00:18:33.620 We know that the people are less safe.
00:18:35.640 We know that just three years ago, obviously yesterday was the anniversary of the Abbey Gate bombing in Afghanistan,
00:18:42.520 that the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan that Kamala Harris encouraged Joe Biden to do.
00:18:47.160 She was the last person in the room.
00:18:48.420 And she bragged about it publicly that cost American lives.
00:18:52.480 Obviously, that bombing would not have happened had Kamala Harris not been the vice president of the United States
00:18:56.880 and Joe Biden not the president of the United States.
00:18:59.780 People can see that these things are not joyful, right?
00:19:04.400 This is murder and mayhem and economic devastation.
00:19:09.560 They want to answer.
00:19:10.660 They want to get a plan of how they're going to get out of it.
00:19:13.580 And they're not getting that from the Democrats.
00:19:15.240 What they're getting from the Democrats is to told—they're being told—this is what J.D. Vance told me last week.
00:19:20.800 I was with him in Valdosta, Georgia.
00:19:23.500 He says that they're telling people that, you know, if they don't vote—if they vote the wrong way, in their view, right,
00:19:32.840 which is for Trump advance, that they're evil people.
00:19:36.460 That's the message that they're giving people out of the convention, whereas they're pushing this nonsensical view of joy.
00:19:43.780 So, again, the numbers are showing across the board that Kamala Harris has not received any kind of a bounce out of the convention.
00:19:50.040 One other reason why I think that's the case is that you saw the energy for Kamala kind of—it's almost like they hit peak energy over the last month or so in the lead-up to the convention.
00:20:01.000 Right? They got—they juiced everything they possibly could out of it.
00:20:04.560 And so the honeymoon's officially over.
00:20:07.380 The question now becomes is, you know, she's plateaued, no doubt, right?
00:20:11.520 Like, the question is, is she on the way down?
00:20:13.900 And it looks like it, right?
00:20:15.300 Like, it looks like it from the polls.
00:20:16.760 So we'll see as the next couple of weeks develops here.
00:20:19.980 But I would much rather—back to our original point here—much rather be Donald Trump right now than Kamala Harris.
00:20:25.940 But that being said, nobody out there should take anything for granted, and people should keep working.
00:20:31.580 I was mentioning the voter registration numbers in Pennsylvania.
00:20:34.380 Things have swung significantly back the Republicans' way since 2020, and especially over the last week and the last month.
00:20:41.780 The last week, it's moved 2,000 votes more the Republicans' way.
00:20:45.260 The last month, 6,000 votes the Republicans' way.
00:20:47.680 But the point is that people need to keep doing the work and keep going out there and, you know, fighting and run like you're five points behind, even if you're five points ahead.
00:20:58.200 So to synthesize what you're saying just now, you think her campaign's messaging is wrong.
00:21:06.220 Perhaps the joy, the hope nonsense.
00:21:08.680 It might go down well with the actual party members and activists, but that's a core that you need to move beyond, just as Donald Trump is moving beyond, to some extent, his core, which he needs to do in order to get to 270.
00:21:24.580 Her campaign messaging, however, isn't going to break out of the core vote because her joy and hope message simply isn't resonating with the vast majority of non-Democrat.
00:21:38.680 member Americans, and it's not resonating with the reality that they're living.
00:21:46.800 And look, I get why the party faithful, the people that show up at the Democrat National Convention in Chicago and, like, go wait in giant long lines, hours long lines to get inside, you know, on the off chance that they might get to see Beyonce, who never showed up.
00:22:02.040 I get why they would have joy, why they would have hope, because their candidate before they switched to Kamala was half dead, right?
00:22:11.500 Like, so, I mean, Joe Biden couldn't stand up there on the debate stage for 90 minutes and string sentences together like a logical human being, right?
00:22:20.380 Like, I mean, he's got one foot in the grave, right?
00:22:22.840 Like, and so they have a candidate who's a walking, talking, alive person now, right?
00:22:28.100 Like, so, of course, they're going to have hope, and of course they're going to have joy.
00:22:31.420 But is the country as a whole feeling that?
00:22:33.920 No.
00:22:34.380 Like, and the country as a whole is upset.
00:22:36.940 They're in a dark place.
00:22:38.240 They know that our economy is in shambles.
00:22:40.740 Look, just literally during the DNC, they revised, the Biden administration's Labor Department revised the jobs numbers to remove nearly a million jobs that they said they created last year over the course of a year.
00:22:54.960 I mean, that's devastating to the economy.
00:22:57.880 And, by the way, all this talk about the Fed gunning rates, the Fed's probably going to cut rates in September.
00:23:02.260 I don't know what they do or they don't do.
00:23:04.000 But the point is that that would normally probably help a party in power.
00:23:08.460 But in this case, it's an admission that the economy is so weak and that the Biden administration's been lying about jobs.
00:23:14.480 Remember, just before the DNC, they were telling us all how great the Biden economy was, and now they're admitting that it's a lie.
00:23:21.280 They're admitting that it's fake, right?
00:23:22.860 Like, and that they lied about the jobs.
00:23:24.800 And I think that the average person out there knows that they're being sold a bill of goods by the Democrats.
00:23:29.820 So the question is, does this translate into votes?
00:23:32.740 And the numbers are beginning to show that it probably does.
00:23:36.160 So on the right, the key is that the right needs to go out there and continue to work hard, get people registered to vote, get the work as hard as you can to get people to actually vote, right?
00:23:47.820 Like, when you do that, I think that this goes the right way.
00:23:51.800 So we'll see what happens.
00:23:52.720 Matt Boyd, my final question for you before you bounce is this.
00:23:59.000 I think Kamala has been either the presumptive nominee or the formal nominee for about 37, 38 days now.
00:24:06.640 She hasn't given a press conference, one press conference yet.
00:24:10.360 And you might guess that the reason that she's avoiding that is the same reason that Joe Biden avoided at all costs speaking to the press.
00:24:18.180 How much longer, my final question, 30 seconds, how much longer can this go on for, this running away from actually being, not interrogated, but having any serious conversation with interlocutors?
00:24:34.580 Well, she's going to try to do, yeah, she'll try to do some easy interviews first.
00:24:39.660 But I think that the time for that is coming to an end.
00:24:44.200 And they're already talking about inside the campaign what they're going to do and so on and so forth.
00:24:49.160 So we'll see how it goes.
00:24:50.540 But the fact is, is that they're going to have to start doing some interviews.
00:24:54.860 They're going to have to do a press conference.
00:24:56.280 They're going to have to go out there and face the questions.
00:24:58.200 And they're running out of time here.
00:25:00.920 So as you were saying, her campaign is basically plateauing now, having had a honeymoon period in the convention.
00:25:07.360 It's now plateauing.
00:25:08.440 And then after she does have her starts doing press interviews and press conferences, the absolute vacuity of what she has to say will start to carry her down on a negative trajectory, one might expect.
00:25:22.100 Matt, I know you're going to be co-hosting The War Room, guest hosting, excuse me, The War Room next Tuesday, I think, at 6 p.m.
00:25:30.760 So we'll all be tuning in with great interest for that.
00:25:34.480 In the meantime, where do folks go to get hold of your writings and your analysis?
00:25:40.000 Yeah, just go to Breitbart.com.
00:25:41.400 I'm also on X at mboil1 and on True Social at Real Matt Boyle.
00:25:45.960 So you can go see any of that stuff up there.
00:25:48.500 We've been rolling out interviews with Trump and J.D. Vance.
00:25:52.000 We've got in-depth stories, analyses.
00:25:54.860 Our whole team is working hard at Breitbart.
00:25:56.980 So, and yeah, next Tuesday, I think we're going to do a big breakdown of the pathway to victory, right?
00:26:02.760 Like, I think that's the key.
00:26:04.020 So, yeah.
00:26:05.060 Great, great.
00:26:06.020 Matt Boyle, thanks very much indeed for coming on the show today.
00:26:08.900 God bless.
00:26:09.320 You can.
00:26:09.840 Anytime.
00:26:11.240 Thank you.
00:26:11.840 Well, another opening has emerged.
00:26:19.080 And Todd Benzman, I think you're really the only person to have hit this point, to discover this, a weakness in the Biden-Harris narrative.
00:26:30.420 And that is the open border is destroying indigenous Americans' land and way of life.
00:26:38.380 And, in fact, you've written an article with pretty much that exact title in the New York Post.
00:26:43.960 Good morning.
00:26:44.980 And what can you tell us or tell us some more about this potential line of attack that you yourself are responsible for opening up?
00:26:54.040 Right, well, I'm just fresh back from Colombia and Panama, the Darien Gap.
00:27:01.180 And while I was on the Panama side of the gap, I was able to luckily and fortunately meet with the five chiefs of the Imbara tribe of Panama that live right in the smack dab in the middle of the mass migration hurricane coming out of the gap,
00:27:25.820 the trails that empty out of Colombia right into their villages, their rivers, close to two million in the last three years of the Biden border crisis.
00:27:39.940 And nobody's ever spoken with these chiefs before.
00:27:43.040 They said they've never given an interview.
00:27:44.660 Nobody's ever asked for an interview with them.
00:27:47.720 And they wanted to talk about to anybody who would listen.
00:27:51.800 And I agreed to listen.
00:27:54.000 I sat down with all five of five of them in Meta T, Panama, and they proceeded to just lash out at the Biden-Harris administration for creating this mass migration through their territory.
00:28:12.400 Another day, another breaking news story buried.
00:28:15.120 They rather talk about anything else than what's really going on.
00:28:18.180 It's not because they don't know what's happening.
00:28:20.320 The media pundits and talking heads just don't want to pay any attention to it.
00:28:25.080 And they particularly don't want you paying any attention to it.
00:28:27.640 The real stories, you have to look beyond the headlines for them.
00:28:31.540 You know the truth is being covered up.

00:29:27.840 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:29:30.340 Welcome back.
00:29:36.900 Todd Benzman, you were saying there just before the break how on your recent visit to the Darien Gap, you've spoken to a number of local indigenous tribes there.
00:29:47.500 Why don't you carry on about your point here about how the open borders policy enabled by the Biden regime is decimating these communities' way of life?
00:29:57.120 Well, this is from the five chiefs of the Embara tribe that lives right there smack dab in the middle of the immigration hurricane that was created by the Biden-Harris administration three years ago.
00:30:13.360 At least a million and a half pushing to two million foreign nationalists have poured through at the invitation of the administration to cross our border and have destroyed the Embara cultural lifestyle by corrupting them with money.
00:30:32.680 The young men have left their traditional ways of life, this is according to the chiefs, to run boats and immigrants on the rivers coming out of the gap.
00:30:45.500 And they take that money and buy drugs and alcohol and they stop planting, hunting, fishing.
00:30:51.640 They're fighting amongst themselves for the money and the chiefs are extremely pissed off and upset about the NGOs and the United Nations that have set up shop to facilitate this destructive traffic without their permission, without consulting them, without asking or begging forgiveness for anything.
00:31:18.340 It's literally a story like out of the old American West where, you know, all of these, you know, greater powers are pursuing their own agendas at the, you know, destructive expense of a native tribe, of an indigenous people.
00:31:35.420 This was the first time that they said they've ever gotten anybody to listen to them.
00:31:41.580 I published everything that they said in the New York Post yesterday.
00:31:47.580 I hope people pay attention to it.
00:31:49.820 They just want a seat at the table.
00:31:52.200 They've asked for the candidates running for U.S. president right now to shut their border down from Colombia into Panama.
00:32:02.880 They want this stopped.
00:32:04.920 They want it ended because they are, they say, look, they're killing us.
00:32:09.580 You guys are killing our people.
00:32:11.380 We're, we're, we're almost finished off here because of what you've done and nobody will listen to us.
00:32:17.440 Nobody will hear us.
00:32:18.920 I don't hear Donald Trump talking about it.
00:32:21.320 I certainly don't expect to ever see Harris talking about this, but, you know,
00:32:27.040 I always thought that indigenous tribes had their own human rights groups that come out and protect them and speak for them.
00:32:35.380 But they said that no human rights, indigenous protection rights groups have ever even one time come out there to,
00:32:43.000 to do a welfare check or, or represent them or see how they're doing in the midst of all of this.
00:32:49.660 And they say they are doing terribly.
00:32:51.960 They want this over.
00:32:56.500 Todd, I think you've done an incredible service here to indigenous Americans.
00:33:01.140 And you're absolutely right that no one has been mentioning this.
00:33:03.500 I'm going to get this out to, to, over to Elizabeth Ravenant now, who handles the Warren's Telegraph channel.
00:33:10.080 We'll get, we'll get that out on there and on the Warren's other social media channels as well.
00:33:15.240 It's very, it's a brilliantly written article.
00:33:17.940 And I, I tip my hat to you that this is an issue that I had never considered before.
00:33:22.760 I'd never put these two things together.
00:33:24.500 You say that Donald Trump hasn't mentioned this.
00:33:27.720 He certainly should be doing.
00:33:29.400 He, he absolutely should be doing.
00:33:30.960 And I think he sort of just exposes the heartlessness on another front.
00:33:37.460 You know, you're, you know, you're, you're, you're one of the, the leading commentators, uh, on, on the border, uh, just, just highlighting the crime and the chaos coming across.
00:33:48.660 Um, it's absolutely great.
00:33:50.400 I think that, that you, that you've connected these points here, um, and spoken up for indigenous Americans.
00:33:56.140 We're going to push out this, this article, um, headline, if you want to Google it and get it before we spread it out.
00:34:03.400 But it's Biden-Harris open border is destroying an indigenous tribes land and way of life.
00:34:10.100 That's on the New York post, but we'll get the link out.
00:34:12.620 Todd, where did folks go, um, to, to get, uh, either this article or your writings in general?
00:34:21.680 Right.
00:34:22.240 Well, I work for the center for immigration studies, CIS.org.
00:34:27.380 Uh, they keep all, all, all, all, most of my writings there.
00:34:30.440 I publish for other, lots of other publications like the New York post and the daily mail, et cetera.
00:34:36.320 Uh, you can go to Todd Benzman.com to get my social media and also to sign up for my free newsletter.
00:34:44.240 Every time I publish something, I put it out on that and alert people that, that there's a new, uh, piece that's just out.
00:34:51.020 I have much more coming from my Darien Gap, uh, exploration in the next week and two, in the week after, uh, as well.
00:35:00.860 Lots more to come.
00:35:03.260 Well, Benzman, absolutely amazing.
00:35:05.540 Thanks for coming on the show.
00:35:07.100 Thank you.
00:35:08.580 Thanks.
00:35:09.280 Catch up again with you soon.
00:35:10.380 God bless.
00:35:10.840 Um, okay.
00:35:13.060 Carol Swain, um, you were once, good morning.
00:35:16.660 You were once a Democrat.
00:35:18.180 You left the Democrat party, um, became an independent.
00:35:23.340 Um, and you were born.
00:35:25.480 So, uh, you tell me this.
00:35:27.660 I don't believe it.
00:35:28.760 I only have your word for this.
00:35:29.820 I'd say you, you're a lot younger.
00:35:31.280 You were actually born in the same year as RFK Jr.
00:35:35.680 Um, who's done a similar journey out of the, um, the Democrats.
00:35:40.840 To becoming an independent and then endorsing, um, Donald Trump.
00:35:46.380 You have, uh, a fantastic article yourself just published, um, discussing this and other
00:35:52.540 points, uh, on, on, on the Fox News channel.
00:35:55.560 And that's the only mention I'm going to give them.
00:35:57.340 Um, and I'm only mentioning it because of your, your article.
00:36:00.620 Um, what, what do you, um, what are your takeaways then just for the war room audience, um, about
00:36:06.740 one of the Democrats, or a seon of their perhaps most important, most emotive Democrat family
00:36:14.000 now endorsing Donald Trump?
00:36:17.660 Well, first of all, I have deep respect for Robert Kennedy Jr.
00:36:22.680 because I see him as a true believer, an old style Democrat.
00:36:28.100 We both were born in 1954.
00:36:31.520 If I appear younger, it's because I am trans young.
00:36:35.600 I identify as a 35 year old.
00:36:38.180 And so that's my secret.
00:36:39.600 But, uh, Kennedy being born in 1954, uh, a couple of months before I was, he, uh, attended
00:36:48.840 the 1960, um, Democratic convention where his uncle received the nomination.
00:36:54.760 He, like me, witnessed the assassinations of the 1960s.
00:37:00.940 But our generation grew up thinking about John Kennedy's challenge as not what your country
00:37:08.000 can do for you, but for what you can do for your country.
00:37:11.700 We're so far removed from that.
00:37:14.200 And I left the Democratic Party in early 2000, uh, after I had had a Christian conversion experience.
00:37:22.620 I became an independent.
00:37:24.420 I was an independent for a number of years.
00:37:26.640 Uh, George W. Bush appointed me, uh, to a couple of, uh, low-level political appointments.
00:37:33.260 Obama renewed one of those appointments.
00:37:35.520 And then, uh, President Trump appointed me, uh, vice chair of the 1776 commission.
00:37:41.800 And I left the Democratic Party because it was not the Democratic Party, uh, that I believed
00:37:48.640 I knew in my youth.
00:37:50.320 And at that time, like Kennedy, I saw the Democrats as the party of civil rights.
00:37:55.480 They were the party of the working people.
00:37:57.520 They were the party of the poor.
00:37:59.300 That's what I thought.
00:38:00.880 But, um, you know, I became a professor.
00:38:03.880 I taught at Vanderbilt.
00:38:05.260 I taught at Princeton.
00:38:06.420 Tenured at both places.
00:38:07.940 I learned about the Southern strategy and how the parties had flipped on civil rights.
00:38:12.800 And I believed that for a long time until I started digging.
00:38:16.720 And I don't believe, you know, there was a great switch.
00:38:19.720 The Democrats have always deceived and used Black people.
00:38:23.380 The only reason that they made any shifts in the 1960s was because of the Voting Rights Act.
00:38:29.640 Uh, to be able to preserve that party, they had to appear to be open.
00:38:33.620 And so that's when they started anointing certain Black leaders and using those Black leaders
00:38:39.040 to control the masses.
00:38:40.160 Um, incredible.
00:38:45.580 So with your, with your story and the narrative here, uh, that you have your, your personal story,
00:38:51.220 do you, you think it's, um, is this, is this an epoch change in defining, an epoch defining moment?
00:38:58.420 The fact that a Kennedy endorses Donald Trump?
00:39:02.100 I believe so.
00:39:04.600 And with Kennedy, you know, he cares about children.
00:39:07.880 He cares about health.
00:39:09.420 He knows that the vaccines are dangerous.
00:39:12.060 And, you know, I, again, I'm in, I'm 70 now and I don't take the vaccines.
00:39:17.400 Uh, they're not the vaccines of my childhood.
00:39:20.040 And so Kennedy is a true believer.
00:39:23.380 And ideally we would have people coming across the political spectrum, Democrats and Republicans
00:39:29.080 working together for the good of our nation.
00:39:32.540 We don't have that.
00:39:34.160 And the whole thing about Marxism, Marxism has just taken over our nation.
00:39:39.540 It is destroying families.
00:39:41.180 And so the Kennedy family, we used to say blood was thicker than water and all of this stuff
00:39:46.460 about blood.
00:39:47.260 But the Bible says there would be a time when brother would turn against brother, your own
00:39:53.300 family members would deliver you up to death.
00:39:55.480 We see the biblical, uh, narrative as opposed to this family that had so much tragedy, they
00:40:03.000 are attacking their brother.
00:40:04.360 They should be attacking the Biden administration for not providing him with secret service protection,
00:40:09.740 but they have been totally consumed by the party.
00:40:13.400 The party controls them and they're showing us, you know, just how bad it can get when people
00:40:20.000 are more loyal to the party than they are to what should be their loved ones.
00:40:25.040 I think I saw that, um, the secret service protection that he did have has now been, uh, ended and that now that RFK has, um, suspended his campaign.
00:40:36.680 So, uh, in just a couple of moments that we have remaining, um, could you just, uh, tell me you're still in touch,
00:40:42.880 I guess, uh, with, with lifelong friends of the Democrats, um, when they hear your story and the passage of time and the things that, that you, that your fears and your analyses, uh, have been proven right by, by events.
00:40:57.840 It's ditto RFK Jr. Um, do you detect any weakening or resolve now that the Democratic party is?
00:41:08.240 Absolutely. And, uh, my oldest son, uh, Benjamin, I don't, I know he doesn't mind me sharing his name because he's active on Facebook, but, uh, he, um, has gone from, you know, being a Democrat to a staunch Trump supporter.
00:41:23.760 He's more active on social media, media than I am on, uh, Facebook, uh, battling, you know, his friends and people on the job.
00:41:33.160 And, uh, you know, he loves Trump. Uh, it took a while for him to get there. I know he voted for him, uh, in 2020. I'm not sure about 2016, but among my family members and many of them working class, poor people,
00:41:46.600 I know that there are Republicans, uh, today because of Donald Trump. And so there's something about Trump that really has resonated with black America.
00:41:56.400 And for myself, I knocked on doors in 2016 and 2020 for Trump. And I was a part of black voices for Trump. I'm not a part of black voices for Trump today. And I'm not knocking on doors, but I'm a Trump supporter.
00:42:10.720 And I have, you know, taking a posture, uh, Donald Trump doesn't need everyone to be a yes man or yes woman and not say what they believe he's doing wrong.
00:42:21.740 And I think he met, he's made plenty of mistakes such as using the euphemism reproductive rights that we know is code for abortion.
00:42:30.060 And some of the things that were done with the Republican platform, I don't like that, but I will, you know, support Donald Trump, but I wish he would listen to, uh, you know, some people other than the paid advisors, the people that are around him for what they can get.
00:42:46.540 There are too many people that he listens to that spiritually. I don't know that they, uh, know the spiritual significance of Trump's election. How many people prayed and fasted for that and how some evangelical Christians feel like that. He just kicked them to the curb.
00:43:04.160 I've tried to get 15 minutes with, uh, president, uh, Trump because I believe I have, uh, I have had a message to convey. I can't get my 15 minutes, but I'm still supporting him.
00:43:16.540 Um, Carol, stand by. We'll give your social media contacts after the break. Back in two minutes.
00:43:26.400 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts. First, think back to 9-11 shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:43:36.760 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the internet.
00:43:44.260 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence, and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:43:58.320 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:44:05.700 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:44:16.740 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:44:22.260 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:44:34.580 Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:44:40.340 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:44:42.360 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:44:46.840 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:44:54.060 Welcome back.
00:44:55.060 Make sure you go over to SacredHumanHealth.com and check out the grass-fed beef liver, which is getting amazing feedback from the War Room Posse.
00:45:03.320 For those who don't know, grass-fed beef liver is one of the most dense sources of nutrition on the planet that helps optimize the body's metabolic functions and is key to supporting a healthy heart, brain, and immune system.
00:45:18.540 SacredHuman's beef liver capsules are a great replacement for synthetic multivitamins as they come in a natural form that the body can easily recognize and absorb.
00:45:29.900 So many customers have had amazing things to say and are raving about the energy boost they feel.
00:45:36.160 So go check SacredHumanHealth.com and immerse yourself in information on their site.
00:45:43.420 They also have plenty of other natural supplements to choose from to keep you covered along your health journey.
00:45:52.580 Carol Swain, I have to say your testimony just now before the break was absolutely amazing.
00:45:56.900 Very emotive, very powerful, and I think that's the thing that we should get spread out on our social media channels for people to see.
00:46:08.840 Anything that gets people, I think, to look at things again, Democrats, I'm saying specifically, to look at things, think about things in a new way is always extremely valuable.
00:46:20.180 That article you mentioned on Fox News and your other writings, where can people go to stay in touch with your output?
00:46:28.980 I am very active on X, and my handle is Carol M. Swain.
00:46:36.500 I'm also on Getter, Instagram, and Facebook.
00:46:40.540 And on X, you know, if people want to support my work, you can become a subscriber for $3.
00:46:49.500 And before I leave, I want to say, if Steve is watching, Steve, I love you.
00:46:54.220 And if Kamala gets elected, I think a lot of us will be joining you.
00:46:59.220 So I'm preparing for not being so comfortable if Kamala gets arrested, because I think she will go after all the Trump supporters.
00:47:08.040 Kamala, you're amazing.
00:47:11.340 You only said one thing on the show today, which didn't quite sound true.
00:47:15.360 It was a bit of a false note, was that you claimed to be born in 1954.
00:47:18.640 Don't believe it.
00:47:20.840 Thank you.
00:47:21.580 Come back on the show.

00:52:48.840 My name is Trevor Comstock.
00:52:50.240 I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human.
00:52:52.360 And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.
00:52:56.720 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.
00:53:07.020 So, unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.
00:53:18.000 So, that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements, and, of course, the beef liver being our flagship products.
00:53:26.280 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.
00:53:35.720 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.
00:53:48.320 So, we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com and cheers to your health.
