Bannon's War Room - Episode 3863： Marxist Indoctrination Of Minnesota; Biden Pulls Attack Dog Off Jeff Clark

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies,

00:00:08.000 because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:11.000 Here's another time I got a free shot

00:00:13.000 at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,

00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.

00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.

00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.

00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul,

00:00:30.000 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:33.000 Ask yourself,

00:00:34.000 what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country,

00:00:40.000 this country will be saved.

00:00:43.000 War Room.

00:00:44.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:00:53.000 Welcome to the War Room.

00:00:54.000 It's Natalie G. Winters hosting today,

00:00:56.000 Tuesday, August 27th,

00:00:58.000 in the year of our Lord,

00:00:59.000 2024.

00:01:00.000 We've got a packed show for you,

00:01:02.000 and frankly,

00:01:03.000 had a packed show for you,

00:01:04.000 even before the news of a new superseding indictment

00:01:06.000 against President Trump from Jack Smith

00:01:09.000 just dropped,

00:01:10.000 I guess about 20 minutes before the show.

00:01:12.000 I guess they knew they had to get it in

00:01:13.000 before 5 p.m.

00:01:14.000 War Room starts.

00:01:15.000 We're going to have Mike Davis joining us shortly

00:01:17.000 to walk us through that.

00:01:18.000 But before we get into all of that,

00:01:20.000 I'm honored today to bring on our first guest,

00:01:22.000 Michael Knowles.

00:01:23.000 Michael Knowles.

00:01:24.000 Now, I'm not just bringing him on,

00:01:25.000 because we have a trauma bond,

00:01:26.000 because we've both done,

00:01:27.000 A, the whatever podcast,

00:01:29.000 but B, we watched Kamala Harris's DMC speech last week

00:01:33.000 doing live coverage for the Daily Wire.

00:01:36.000 I think you build a connection when you have to witness that

00:01:40.000 and go through that.

00:01:41.000 But I saw a story that made me think of you out in The Federalist today

00:01:45.000 walking through how Tim Waltz in Minnesota wanted to establish

00:01:49.000 basically a program, and did establish,

00:01:51.000 where teachers have to be certified and comply with new regulations

00:01:56.000 that they have to affirm the most radical gender ideologies of students,

00:02:01.000 the most radical gender transitions,

00:02:03.000 basically anything that social justice says, it's a go.

00:02:06.000 And if the teachers don't do it, they won't be certified,

00:02:08.000 and they won't be allowed to teach.

00:02:10.000 And you, obviously, we discussed a lot about, you know,

00:02:12.000 the kind of fear-mongering narratives about book bans,

00:02:16.000 the looming book bans that Republicans are trying to wage warfare

00:02:19.000 across this country over.

00:02:20.000 And I think it's an interesting juxtaposition there, right,

00:02:23.000 with what is culturally acceptable and appropriate to be taught in classrooms.

00:02:27.000 I don't even really cede ground to the left on discussing this

00:02:30.000 and calling it book bans.

00:02:31.000 We're not trying to ban books.

00:02:32.000 We're trying to ban just degenerate material, pornography materials

00:02:36.000 that children as young as six and five shouldn't be reading.

00:02:39.000 But I'd love to just kind of get your thoughts on this story,

00:02:42.000 and more broadly, the discourse that we've seen developing,

00:02:45.000 and really, I think, kind of increasing over book bans.

00:02:48.000 Tim Walz's decades-long obsession with pushing weird sex stuff on kids

00:02:54.000 is quite disturbing.

00:02:56.000 You saw this, obviously, as he was pushing tampons

00:03:01.000 into the fourth grade boys' bathroom.

00:03:03.000 You saw this as he was insisting that Minnesota become a sanctuary,

00:03:07.000 a refuge for trans kids.

00:03:10.000 Leave your family's kids and come over here to Minnesota. 0.99

00:03:13.000 He wanted to turn Minnesota into the windowless white van of the Midwest,

00:03:17.000 and it seems that he succeeded largely at that.

00:03:20.000 And it's ironic because he's painting the Republican ticket,

00:03:23.000 Trump and JD Vance, as weird.

00:03:25.000 He's positioning himself as normal.

00:03:27.000 Of course, there's nothing normal about trying to turn a little boy

00:03:30.000 into a little girl.

00:03:31.000 There's nothing normal about talking about all this weird sex stuff with kids.

00:03:35.000 But there you have it.

00:03:36.000 He's been pushing this, especially on the schools.

00:03:38.000 It is a reminder for Republicans not to take the Democrat bait.

00:03:43.000 The Democrats have been arguing that Republicans wanna ban books.

00:03:48.000 Tim Walz has been pushing this.

00:03:50.000 Josh Shapiro, the governor of Pennsylvania, was picked over for Kamala's running mate.

00:03:54.000 He pushed this at the DNC.

00:03:56.000 And I guess Republicans wanna deny it and say we don't wanna ban books from schools.

00:04:01.000 But I'll speak for myself at least.

00:04:03.000 I certainly do.

00:04:04.000 I don't think we should be peddling weird pornography in schools,

00:04:07.000 the kind of pornography that the left has been pushing all the way down to elementary schools.

00:04:11.000 I do wanna ban those books from schools.

00:04:14.000 But the Democrats wanna ban books too.

00:04:17.000 The only difference is while the Republicans wanna ban pornography from the schools,

00:04:21.000 the Democrats wanna ban the Bible, for instance.

00:04:23.000 And the Bible has been banned from public schools for about 70 years now.

00:04:27.000 So there's not a question of free speech versus censorship.

00:04:32.000 It's just a question of what kind of standards we're gonna live under.

00:04:35.000 And this is why the transgender issue is so polarizing.

00:04:38.000 Because either a man can become a woman or he can't. 1.00

00:04:41.000 And if he can, then I guess that's true for everybody, including kids.

00:04:45.000 And if he can't, as obviously men cannot,

00:04:47.000 then we shouldn't be peddling this on kids or adults for that matter.

00:04:51.000 And you've kinda gotta pick a side.

00:04:53.000 That's what elections are about.

00:04:54.000 It's about picking a side. 0.94

00:04:55.000 Are you on the side of Tim Walls and scandalizing kids and peddling weird sex stuff to everybody?

00:04:59.000 Ori on the side of, and I'll use the word that they really like, the normal people like Donald Trump and J.D. Vance and the Republicans.

00:05:08.000 Sort of the same, I think, legal and dictionary jujitsu that they play with misinformation and disinformation and conspiracy theories where they don't really want to describe what exactly the books are that were banning.

00:05:18.000 Make it seem like we just wanna, you know, take out any book that wouldn't have, you know, fit under Donald Trump's 1776 project.

00:05:26.000 You know, or it's rather the 1619 project, right?

00:05:29.000 If it's not full-blown revisionist history, get it out of the classrooms.

00:05:33.000 But I think your personal kind of experience with this illustrates the problem perfectly.

00:05:37.000 I believe it was the University of Buffalo was just revealed today that you were added, you're a new persona non grata.

00:05:45.000 I don't know if you ever had any standing there to begin with.

00:05:47.000 I know you spoke there.

00:05:48.000 But you're apparently transphobic and they denounced you.

00:05:51.000 Can you walk the audience through just how crazy it is?

00:05:54.000 This was a strange story.

00:05:55.000 I was just informed by the Young America's Foundation that the University of Buffalo Media Studies Department, one of their academic departments,

00:06:02.000 has a permanent denunciation of me on the homepage of their website.

00:06:08.000 This is paragraph number two.

00:06:10.000 They devote several sentences to denouncing me because I said that men and women are different.

00:06:16.000 The same topic we were just talking about.

00:06:18.000 I am not a graduate of the University of Buffalo.

00:06:21.000 I have never been employed by the University of Buffalo.

00:06:24.000 I gave a speech there one time, a year and a half ago, on a different topic actually.

00:06:30.000 But because of another speech that I gave at CPAC, now more than two years ago, this publicly funded university has devoted space on a homepage to denouncing me.

00:06:41.000 And so the story, I find it kind of funny because it involves me personally.

00:06:45.000 But this is a story for every normal minded person out there.

00:06:50.000 No matter how degraded you think American higher education has become.

00:06:55.000 No matter how degraded you think our political order has become.

00:06:59.000 The reality is about 100 times worse.

00:07:01.000 This is a taxpayer funded university in New York.

00:07:05.000 And what message does this send to parents?

00:07:08.000 If you don't want your child to be mutilated, to be told that he's the opposite sex?

00:07:13.000 Well, I guess you have no place at the SUNY University of Buffalo.

00:07:18.000 Well, this audience knows that I was kicked out of my sorority for being transphobic at the University of Chicago.

00:07:28.000 So I guess we both have that shared scarlet letter.

00:07:30.000 We have solidarity and being disavowed by higher education institutions, which I think is a badge of honor.

00:07:37.000 But I want to sort of bring this full circle to another story that I saw in the news cycle that I'd love to get your take on, too.

00:07:42.000 Of course, you know, the Democrats deal in projection.

00:07:45.000 I always say they had the frickin' DNC in Chicago.

00:07:47.000 They, of course, deal in the Alinsky rule of accusing the enemy of what you're guilty of.

00:07:51.000 But I think it's quite ironic for them to be pushing all this, you know, book ban nonsense when it's just revealed yesterday in that statement,

00:07:58.000 which we'll get into later in the show, that Zuckerberg put out, right?

00:08:02.000 Saying that the White House was basically pressuring them into censoring stories about COVID-19,

00:08:07.000 pressuring them to censor the Hunter Biden hard drive story.

00:08:11.000 So it doesn't really seem to me that they take issue with banning or censorship, right?

00:08:15.000 It's just about what exactly it is they're kind of issuing those censorship diktats on.

00:08:20.000 I'm just curious to get your thoughts on the impetus behind Zuckerberg's letter and just sort of the broader implications there.

00:08:26.000 Well, we have to take ourselves back to 2016 when the Democrats were convinced that there was a 99% chance that Hillary was going to win.

00:08:34.000 And so they took their eye off the ball specifically on social media, which is effectively the public square right now.

00:08:40.000 And the Trump campaign was excellent at social media and they were aggressive and they used it to their advantage.

00:08:47.000 And they won and they weren't supposed to win.

00:08:50.000 And so not that I have a great deal of sympathy for Mark Zuckerberg.

00:08:54.000 In many ways, he's tried to flip and succeeded at flipping elections to Democrats.

00:08:59.000 But in this case, I have a little bit of sympathy for him because he was caught holding the bag.

00:09:03.000 Social media, especially Facebook, was caught holding the bag.

00:09:07.000 And the Democrats blamed these big tech platforms for not doing enough to censor Trump in 2016, for not doing enough to censor from conservatives who supported Trump in 2016.

00:09:18.000 So you saw in 2020, the government and the liberal Democrat apparatus really come down hard on the big tech platforms.

00:09:26.000 So much so that the big tech platforms then suppressed even private messaging of the Hunter Biden laptop story.

00:09:32.000 You had intelligence officials lying about the story as Russian disinformation.

00:09:36.000 We now know it was totally true.

00:09:37.000 The government has admitted it's totally true.

00:09:39.000 I think Zuckerberg is coming out right now and exposing some of this in part because he doesn't wanna take the heat.

00:09:46.000 Whatever happens in November, he's going to receive some blame for it because a handful of oligarchs in Silicon Valley control the public square in a republic where speech is politics.

00:09:57.000 So I think this is really a defensive measure because no matter what happens, but especially if Trump wins again, they are going to be coming for Zuckerberg's head.

00:10:07.000 And speaking of projection, of course, there's ongoing back and forth about debates between Kamala and the Trump team.

00:10:14.000 Now it's seeming that Harris, of course, the stellar debater, she's demanding that she be able to have notes and muted mics and all these special privileges and preferences and priorities. 1.00

00:10:24.000 Although I get why she would be scared to debate Donald Trump.

00:10:27.000 But your kind of assessment, your analysis, if you think the debate is A, going to actually happen, and just the optics of it, how you think it'll come together.

00:10:36.000 It'll happen, but I love everything that Trump is doing in the lead up because when he says he might not debate, then he proposes these other debates that she's running away from, and then he points out the rule changes.

00:10:47.000 This is all negotiation, this is all the art of the deal, and it's shifting the narrative.

00:10:51.000 Don't forget, at the outset of Kamala's takeover of the nomination, she demanded that Trump abide by the debate agreement that he'd come to with Joe Biden for her.

00:11:04.000 So Donald Trump never came to an agreement with Kamala Harris.

00:11:09.000 He came to an agreement with Joe Biden, the legitimate nominee of the Democrat Party.

00:11:14.000 He beat him so badly in the first debate that Biden is no longer the nominee of the party.

00:11:19.000 And Kamala said, okay, well, we want you to respect the things that you agreed to with Biden when it comes to us. 0.95

00:11:24.000 And Trump said, well, that's kind of silly.

00:11:27.000 I never agreed to anything with you, but okay, fine, I'll do that.

00:11:30.000 And then five seconds later, Kamala says, well, except for this rule, and except for this rule, and except for this thing that might disadvantage me.

00:11:36.000 And so she's trying to have her cake and eat it too. 1.00

00:11:39.000 She's trying to have it both ways. 1.00

00:11:40.000 She's only agreed to debate on ABC because ABC is so egregiously in her camp.

00:11:46.000 The chief journalist over there in politics is George Stephanopoulos, who was the chief propagandist for the Democrats in the White House for Bill Clinton, who apparently one of Kamala's close friends is helping to run ABC News.

00:11:59.000 And so she feels that she's gonna get every advantage there, and she's still trying to get more advantage.

00:12:04.000 I suspect that Trump is going to debate regardless because he can beat her.

00:12:09.000 He's just simply a much better debater than she is.

00:12:11.000 She was so bad.

00:12:12.000 She didn't make it past or even into the first Democrat primary in 2020.

00:12:17.000 But I love the shifting of the narrative.

00:12:19.000 Now the narrative is Kamala's running away from the debate.

00:12:22.000 Kamala's changing the rules. 0.94

00:12:23.000 Kamala wants to rig it. 0.75

00:12:24.000 And that narrative happens to be true.

00:12:26.000 Yeah, I think if you can't handle Fox and you need to bring notes to a debate, you're probably not gonna do too well going up against foreign meetings, whether it's the moles in Iran, the Chinese Communist Party, the oligarchs in Ukraine, what's going on in the Middle East. 0.61

00:12:40.000 I think you failed the test.

00:12:42.000 Michael Knowles, if people want to follow you, get your show, even get the cigars.

00:12:47.000 I know our audience will probably love Mayweather.

00:12:49.000 Where can everyone go to do that, support you, and follow you?

00:12:52.000 So you can catch my show at The Daily Wire.

00:12:54.000 That's The Michael Knowles Show.

00:12:55.000 You get it wherever you get your fine podcasts.

00:12:57.000 And then I'm so glad you teed me up for that, Natalie.

00:13:00.000 Of course.

00:13:01.000 The most important thing to get is, of course, Mayflower Cigars.

00:13:04.000 MayflowerCigars.com, named after good old American history, some of my family.

00:13:09.000 And we remember, even when we think about spiritual things and cultural things, that the body is a temple.

00:13:14.000 The temple needs incense, so you can get your Mayflower cigars at MayflowerCigars.com.

00:13:19.000 I love it.

00:13:20.000 That's some good branding.

00:13:21.000 Michael, I'll have to have you back on soon.

00:13:22.000 Thank you so much for joining us.

00:13:24.000 Thanks for having me.

00:13:25.000 Great to be with you.

00:13:26.000 Thanks for having me.

00:13:27.000 Of course.

00:13:28.000 Warren Posse, you can also check out birchgold.com to get the latest installment of The End of

00:13:33.000 the Dollar Empire.

00:13:34.000 If you're missing Steve, I think we're up to the fifth installment.

00:13:37.000 You can give Philip Patrick a call.

00:13:40.000 He's so busy, we can only have him on the show on Saturdays, so make sure you reach out

00:13:44.000 to him.

00:13:45.000 In the meantime, we're gonna cold open next block with sort of a CNN package walking you through,

00:13:50.000 like I said, the latest superseding indictment, which they slightly revised to be more in

00:13:55.000 line with an earlier SCOTUS decision, right, of course, on presidential immunity.

00:13:59.000 We'll be joined after the break by Mike Davis to walk us through why the lawfare seemingly

00:14:05.000 isn't stopping, and I'm going to walk you guys through that Zuckerberg letter.

00:14:09.000 They're sort of teed up with Michael, but I think, honestly, I'm gonna take counterposition

00:14:14.000 to, I think, what the prevailing consensus has been in conservative media.

00:14:18.000 I actually think that this letter from Zuckerberg is actually a smoke signal and a very, very

00:14:23.000 ominous sign that more censorship is ahead, particularly when it comes to election results

00:14:30.000 and election integrity, because if you notice, he didn't mention that in the letter, and I'm

00:14:35.000 sure this audience knows very, very well that that was probably the primary offending issue

00:14:41.000 that got you deplatformed or kicked off of any meta-platform, right?

00:14:45.000 They say COVID-19, they mention the Hunter Biden hard drive, but they don't talk about

00:14:49.000 the irregularities of the 2020 election.

00:14:51.000 Mike Davis after the break on the superseding indictment.

00:14:54.000 We'll be right back after this short break.

00:15:00.000 The elites are getting desperate.

00:15:01.000 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.

00:15:06.000 Their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies,

00:15:12.000 which they control.

00:15:14.000 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.

00:15:17.000 Your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country. 0.56

00:15:21.000 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.

00:15:25.000 Fortunately, you can fight back.

00:15:27.000 You can fight back.

00:15:28.000 I believe owning gold is the best solution.

00:15:30.000 Why?

00:15:31.000 Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings.

00:16:13.000 Major breaking news.

00:16:14.000 Major counsel Jack Smith has just filed a superseding indictment in the federal election

00:16:18.000 interference case against the former president, Donald Trump.

00:16:21.000 Let's go straight to CNN's Kalen Polantz.

00:16:23.000 Kalen, this is just happening right now.

00:16:25.000 What more do we know?

00:16:26.000 That's right.

00:16:27.000 This is the special counsel's effort to get this case back on the road toward trial.

00:16:31.000 This is the January 6 federal election case in court in Washington, D.C. against Donald Trump.

00:16:37.000 The charges, the four charges that Donald Trump has been facing for quite some time now,

00:16:42.000 they're the same in this, what's called a superseding indictment.

00:16:46.000 So a rewritten version of the criminal charges against the former president for conspiracy

00:16:51.000 and other counts related to what he did after the 2020 election.

00:16:55.000 But what the special counsel's office is saying they're doing here is they needed to go back to the grand jury, Phil,

00:17:02.000 and rewrite those charges so that they would incorporate what they need to say that's in line with what the Supreme Court told them they must do.

00:17:10.000 Remember, the Supreme Court just in June made that decision on presidential immunity,

00:17:16.000 saying that some of the things in this case had to be cut out, such as things that were allegations that may be part of Donald Trump's official duties as president,

00:17:26.000 especially his interactions with others below him in the administration.

00:17:30.000 So I'm still going through the superseding indictment documents that we have.

00:17:34.000 It's a 36-page document.

00:17:36.000 And so what we have here now in this filing is that there are co-conspirators listed,

00:17:43.000 but one of those people that we had before that would have been heard by many people on the jury if it had gone to trial,

00:17:50.000 there would have been a lot of information about that official Jeffrey Clark.

00:17:53.000 He's not one of the co-conspirators anymore. He was a Justice Department official.

00:17:59.000 Now it is six different private people, five private attorneys plus a private political consultant.

00:18:06.000 Those are the people that are called co-conspirators here before the grand jury and now in this indictment against Donald Trump.

00:18:13.000 The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting, of course, that Sun Tzu axiom in reference to kinetic warfare.

00:18:22.000 But I think if you apply it to the Trump political campaign and the Trump family more broadly,

00:18:27.000 the supreme act of war is to subdue the enemy with lawfare.

00:18:31.000 And I think we're seeing that on full display right now.

00:18:33.000 Mike Davis, I think we got you down the line.

00:18:36.000 Walk us through what, in CNN speak,

00:18:39.000 please translate it to the actual truth and reality of what's going on here.

00:18:44.000 So Jack Smith has become the Freddy Krueger of this lawfare against President Trump.

00:18:51.000 He keeps getting destroyed and coming back to life.

00:18:55.000 This is like Freddy Krueger part six with Jack Smith.

00:18:59.000 Look, the Supreme Court has already ruled in the Fisher decision that the Biden Kamala Justice Department illegally politicized,

00:19:11.000 weaponized, contorted a post Enron obstruction of justice statute to go after corporate fraud that Biden and Kamala used to go after their political enemies.

00:19:22.000 Those are two of the four charges to the two of the four counts in this superseding indictment like before.

00:19:29.000 So Jack Smith still included these obstruction charges that the Supreme Court said are bogus.

00:19:37.000 Right. Jack Smith is going to face another hurdle, which is presidential immunity.

00:19:42.000 Jack Smith filed this superseding indictments.

00:19:45.000 President Trump presumably will move to get moved to get rid of these charges again under presidential immunity.

00:19:54.000 And then I think this goes back to D.C. Obama judge Tanya Shutkin.

00:19:59.000 And she's going to have to decide what what President Trump did in his official capacity and the outer perimeter of his official capacity under the Nixon case.

00:20:10.000 That decision is immediately appealable to the D.C. Circuit.

00:20:15.000 So that will take several months.

00:20:17.000 That decision is appealable if the Supreme Court decides to take it to the Supreme Court of the United States.

00:20:23.000 The bottom line is there's no chance in hell that President Trump is going to be tried before the election.

00:20:29.000 Presumably Trump's going to win so long as his supporters get out and vote as early as possible and not wait till Election Day.

00:20:36.000 And then I hope and I will push President Trump on day one to fire Jack Smith and to open a probe on Jack Smith for this obvious criminal conspiracy against President Trump to violate his constitutional rights.

00:20:51.000 One of the charges that's in this indictment against Trump.

00:20:54.000 So what do you make of the timeline of this case?

00:20:58.000 And if you think it doesn't really have any merit, you know, why are they even bringing it?

00:21:02.000 Is it something that they're more concerned about the court of public opinion or what sort of the driving factor here?

00:21:07.000 It's it's obvious Biden Kamala Democrat lawfare and election interference. 1.00

00:21:13.000 What I think Jack Smith is trying to do is get Tanya Shuck and D.C. Obama judge Tanya Shuck in a total partisan hack who just got reversed by the Supreme Court on presidential immunity.

00:21:25.000 I think they're going to try to rush and have a mini trial and evidentiary hearing on presidential immunity between now and the presidential election.

00:21:34.000 I think Jack Smith, that's the goal is to interfere in the election with this mini trial on presidential immunity because Jack Smith has to know that he's not going to be able to try Trump before the election.

00:21:46.000 So this is Freddy Krueger, Jack Smith's last attempt to try to take out Trump before the presidential election.

00:21:55.000 And, of course, House Republicans have done virtually nothing.

00:21:58.000 I know we may disagree a little bit there to help combat this.

00:22:01.000 But, Mike Davis, if people want to follow you, support what you guys got going on at the Article III Project, where can they go to do all that?

00:22:08.000 Well, I'd say House Republicans have done a lot.

00:22:10.000 They funded Jack Smith.

00:22:11.000 And so you can go to article3project.org, article3project.org.

00:22:18.000 You can donate there.

00:22:20.000 You can take action there.

00:22:21.000 You can follow us on social media.

00:22:23.000 And, again, Jack Smith is Freddy Krueger.

00:22:25.000 He's not going away.

00:22:26.000 And neither is the Article III Project.

00:22:30.000 It's like that crazy ex you just can't get rid of.

00:22:33.000 Mike Davis, thank you for joining us.

00:22:35.000 We'll have you back on soon.

00:22:38.000 Now, Warren Posse, I want to walk you guys through this Mark Zuckerberg letter because, like I said, I think there are a lot of smoke signals contained in this letter that we should not merely applaud and say, oh, this is so great.

00:22:50.000 Mark Zuckerberg has certainly come around.

00:22:52.000 And, finally, he's on our side.

00:22:53.000 And he thinks government censorship is wrong.

00:22:55.000 And, oh, he's seen the light on the origins of COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines.

00:22:59.000 I don't think that that is the case.

00:23:02.000 And, frankly, even if that were, even if Mark Zuckerberg had had his red pill moment where he suddenly reversed course on all the horrible policy decisions that Meta has been plaguing this country with for years, over a decade.

00:23:15.000 Why would he do it now after the Telegram CEO was just arrested in Paris?

00:23:20.000 Right?

00:23:21.000 Sort of odd timing.

00:23:22.000 And why would he do it, as Mike Davis just discussed a few minutes ago, when the Biden regime is cracking down on anyone and everyone who dares to express anything short of fealty to them?

00:23:33.000 Especially when it comes to issues that are so sensitive as censorship and the Praetorian Guard that they have set up to run cover, not just for Hunter Biden, but for the entire scam that they have up going on at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

00:23:45.000 Now, there are some buried leads, I think, in this article that is important to go through.

00:23:50.000 I encourage everyone to actually read the statement that Mark Zuckerberg put out.

00:23:55.000 And here's why.

00:23:56.000 When they talk about COVID-19, they don't actually specify if they're talking about origins of COVID-19 stories, mask mandates, the efficacy of vaccines, right?

00:24:07.000 It's just sort of a limited hangout in the sense that they think, well, if we just say COVID-19, we'll let them take that as whatever they may think it may be.

00:24:15.000 They'll construe it.

00:24:16.000 They'll give us the most meaningful and, I think, gracious interpretation of that as possible.

00:24:21.000 But in reality, I don't see anything in this letter coming down, cracking down, specifically about what they did on COVID-19 vaccines or the efficacy of mask mandates.

00:24:30.000 Now, the other interesting thing, they, of course, get into the Hunter Biden hard drive.

00:24:34.000 That's sort of the third paragraph in the letter.

00:24:37.000 But there's nothing about the censorship of the 2020 stolen election.

00:24:42.000 There's nothing about people who I'm sure, you guys in this audience, your accounts that were banned, censored, basically unpersoned for daring to question the integrity of the 2020 election results.

00:24:55.000 Absolutely nothing in there about that.

00:24:57.000 And that leads me to, I think, my point, which is this letter, which I think is a similar tactic we've seen, whether it's with the pandemic preparedness guys like Peter Dorschach at EcoHealth Alliance, trying to make an example out of people like him.

00:25:09.000 Whether when they started to wheel out, whether it was, you know, Chris Cuomo or Dr. Ashish Jha, Biden's COVID-19 response coordinator on the media saying, oh, actually, we're going to take your COVID-19 vaccine claims seriously.

00:25:20.000 I'm sure just in time for the next pandemic.

00:25:22.000 Oh, wait, we just had new COVID boosters announced yesterday.

00:25:25.000 Right.

00:25:26.000 But it's very interesting because I think this article lays the predicate for Facebook to now say, what do you mean?

00:25:31.000 The way we're censoring stuff is in line with the First Amendment.

00:25:35.000 We're not coordinating with the government.

00:25:37.000 In reality, it's projection because I bet the Biden regime is already relaunching and re-upping their efforts, reaching out to Meta and every other social media platform to get ready to crack down ahead of the 2024 election.

00:25:47.000 That's why they don't explicitly mention it in this article.

00:25:49.000 And that's why they're putting, this letter rather, and that's why they put out this letter in the first place.

00:25:54.000 Right?

00:25:55.000 They're slowly anesthetizing us to the crimes, the crimes, I use that word intentionally, that they committed in 2020, trying to do a little bit of a mea culpa, a little bit of a limited hangout.

00:26:04.000 But it doesn't work.

00:26:06.000 And I think the other buried lead and almost the more concerning thing that even if you take this letter at face value, you guys know that Meta, Facebook, Instagram, all these platforms, they are the bread and butter of human traffickers and especially illegal border smugglers.

00:26:19.000 Right?

00:26:20.000 This is how they coordinated, that and TikTok, but we're focusing on Meta right now.

00:26:23.000 You're telling me that the White House has time to reach out and censor stories about COVID-19, vaccines, mandates, or the origins of it, but they don't care and they're turning a blind eye to human trafficking and the facilitation of sex trafficking of minors across the southern border?

00:26:40.000 Because that's essentially, if you take this letter at face value, that's what it means.

00:26:44.000 The White House has enough resources and time to put together, compile people to make sure that you're censored for saying the COVID-19 vaccine didn't work.

00:26:51.000 But they don't care enough to do anything about human trafficking, which I guess is fitting for the Biden regime.

00:26:56.000 They were after all the ones who erased the DOJ's kind of subheading and subsection on combating child trafficking, as I reported a few years ago.

00:27:04.000 So I guess that would sort of check.

00:27:06.000 But I think this letter is actually very concerning because they're laying the predicate that Facebook censorship should not be viewed as something that is inherently political.

00:27:15.000 So when they start cracking down on your posts about the 2024 election, they will point to this letter and say, look, we disavowed.

00:27:21.000 We're not working with the White House anymore.

00:27:23.000 This is coming uniquely and organically from us.

00:27:25.000 There's no collusion here.

00:27:27.000 Why would Mark Zuckerberg put this letter out otherwise?

00:27:30.000 Even if he, like I said, took the red pill, sees the truth is going to come out and support Trump.

00:27:33.000 Maybe there's a whistleblower coming.

00:27:34.000 Who knows?

00:27:35.000 Why would he do it now when he knows the Biden regime would just come after him?

00:27:38.000 He knows he has protected.

00:27:40.000 He's part of the protected class, right?

00:27:42.000 The regime protects its own.

00:27:44.000 So it's only natural that House Republicans would refer to this letter as, quote, a huge win on Twitter.

00:27:51.000 Yet no thanks to you guys. 1.00

00:27:53.000 And that shows how dumb and feckless you guys are. 0.99

00:27:55.000 And if that's what you think winning is, then no wonder why you guys probably didn't do anything to overturn the 2020 stolen election, 0.99

00:28:00.000 because that's about as legitimate of a win as this letter is.

00:28:03.000 We'll be right back after this short break going through this letter some more.

00:28:08.000 See you soon.

00:28:11.000 Another day, another breaking news story buried.

00:28:15.000 They rather talk about anything else than what's really going on.

00:28:18.000 It's not because they don't know what's happening.

00:28:20.000 The media pundits and talking heads just don't want to pay any attention to it.

00:28:24.000 And they particularly don't want you paying any attention to it.

00:28:27.000 The real stories, you have to look beyond the headlines for them.

00:29:27.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:31.000 Welcome back to The War Room, where we are evolving, because you can't just go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.

00:29:41.000 I'm seeing now that you can text Bannon to 989898 to get access to birchgold and all their wonderful experts and learn why gold and silver have always been a hedge against inflation and price controls and all these crazy policies that Kamala Harris, not even that they secretly want to roll out, but that they're admitting in the open.

00:29:59.000 So you can only imagine how much more radical the policies are going to be behind closed doors.

00:30:03.000 But just to conclude my thoughts before we bring our next guest on on this Mark Zuckerberg letter, because like I said, this is very important because it is not even a smoke signal.

00:30:12.000 It is an in-your-face sign that they're getting ready to do this again ahead of the 2024 election. 0.69

00:30:18.000 This is how dumb, and I use that word in the most intellectual way possible, House Republicans are, tweeting out, 0.94

00:30:25.000 Mark Zuckerberg just admitted three things. 0.99

00:30:29.000 Biden-Harris admin pressured Facebook to censor Americans.

00:30:32.000 Facebook censored Americans.

00:30:34.000 Facebook throttled the Hunter Biden laptop story.

00:30:37.000 Big win for free speech.

00:30:39.000 Now, frankly, this actually makes sense because if House Republicans think that a big win or a victory is a strongly worded letter,

00:30:47.000 I guess that'd be on brand and maybe in some ways cultural appropriation for what House Republicans are used to doing.

00:30:53.000 But I don't know about you.

00:30:55.000 If Mark Zuckerberg actually colluded with the federal government to deprive American citizens of their First Amendment rights, that's crime.

00:31:02.000 And you should be treated accordingly.

00:31:05.000 You shouldn't get a free pass with a weekly worded letter that I would say at best is an opening bid that you can beg for our forgiveness, but you're not going to get it.

00:31:16.000 There are lasting ramifications for the debates that you stifled and censored intentionally, might I add.

00:31:22.000 And I'm sure all the crazy woke engineers that you enjoy, that you employ at Facebook, they would have done it, okay, even without the urging or demanding from the Biden White House.

00:31:31.000 So I get it, you're trying to pass the blame, but I think the question is why you're trying to pass the blame right now.

00:31:36.000 And it makes no sense in coordination with what happened with Pavel Durov, right, why you'd be sticking your neck out and going against a regime that just re-upped a superseding indictment against President Trump.

00:31:46.000 But the most important part of this letter is the last paragraph, where Zuckerberg gets into the 2020 election spending.

00:31:56.000 And he says,

00:32:03.000 So you want to pump nearly $1 billion into our election administration and you think the best apology, oh, sorry, that's hailed by House Republicans as a big win that you're going to give the American people?

00:32:18.000 Is one, like, sixth grade level English paragraph apologizing?

00:32:35.000 And by the way, the analyses that you're citing, you can't even put them in the paper, you can't even give us a footnote linking to any of this analysis?

00:32:43.000 Oh, that's because they don't exist.

00:32:46.000 Because every analysis, every rundown of the hundreds of millions of dollars that you gave to groups that have just rebranded and are still at work in the 2024 election, they all went to Democratic districts.

00:32:58.000 And I'm not even talking like a plurality or 60% or 70% or 80% or even 90%, I'm talking 99, in some cases 98%.

00:33:07.000 So sorry, House Republicans, it's not a big win that Mark Zuckerberg gave us a low class, by the way, the last paragraph, so you can see how important that was, mention, saying, yeah, sorry, I rigged the 2020 election.

00:33:22.000 I'm not going to do it again.

00:33:23.000 I don't want to look like I have partisan politics.

00:33:26.000 And of course, House Republicans would hail it as a big win, because you guys have done absolutely nothing on any front, not even talking the Biden impeachment inquiry.

00:33:35.000 Stopped holding my breath a long time ago on that one.

00:33:38.000 Absolutely shameful that they would call this a big win.

00:33:42.000 It's not a big win until Mark Zuckerberg is in jail, along with all these other tech CEOs who have deprived you of your First Amendment rights on a myriad and litany of issues that aren't included in this letter.

00:33:55.000 So no offense, not a big win, maybe for the tech lobbyists in D.C., but short of that, I don't think it's a big win for the American people, Jim Jordan, respectfully.

00:34:05.000 Now, to move on to something that also gets me equally passionate, which is, of course, the just decimation of American manufacturing jobs intentionally by design.

00:34:16.000 Someone who saw that up close and personal is, of course, Joanna Miller.

00:34:19.000 She worked very closely with Peter Navarro in the White House.

00:34:22.000 Now, Joanna, you sort of brought to my attention that there's some collusion going on between Mexico.

00:34:26.000 Of course, the Chinese are always in on it. 1.00

00:34:28.000 But trying to take even more factory jobs away from American workers in the Biden White House, the regime is just basically writing carte blanche checks to let them do whatever they want.

00:34:36.000 Can you walk the audience through the latest on the kind of domestic policy, domestic manufacturing front?

00:34:41.000 Natalie, first of all, I'd never want to get on your bad side after that monologue.

00:34:46.000 Thank you.

00:34:48.000 Yeah, so China and Mexico are indeed colluding together to further rip us off on trade. 0.65

00:34:55.000 With this weak administration and weak Vice President Harris running for president now, they smell blood.

00:35:02.000 China is building a large industrial park in Mexico.

00:35:06.000 This plant is going to grow from 10 companies to 35 companies.

00:35:10.000 It's going to employ 15,000 workers.

00:35:12.000 And you, as a China expert, know when China arrives in any country and starts building industrial parks and setting up shop, they bring their workers there.

00:35:21.000 They use all Chinese workers and they do nothing for the local economies. 1.00

00:35:25.000 And because China is setting up in Mexico, they are fully in compliance with the United States-Mexico-Canada trade agreement that President Trump established during his term.

00:35:35.000 And they can freely export goods to the United States.

00:35:39.000 And this is stuff like construction equipment, furniture, and even steel.

00:35:44.000 Both Mexican companies and Chinese companies have been illegally dumping steel into the United States.

00:35:50.000 And we have steel companies like Zeckelman Industries, one of the largest privately owned steel companies in the US.

00:35:56.000 They just shut down in Long Beach, California.

00:35:59.000 Hundreds of workers were laid off.

00:36:01.000 China was caught by Biden's Department of Commerce for ripping the steel workers off on trade and dumping steel into the United States at unfair prices.

00:36:12.000 And they put Wyarton, Cleveland Cliffs steel out of business in West Virginia.

00:36:17.000 Biden's Commerce Department caught this activity.

00:36:20.000 The US International Trade Commission court shut it down and said, nope, we're not going to actually allow tariffs to be invoked on China for this.

00:36:28.000 And guess what? Biden did nothing about it.

00:36:31.000 Biden most recently had a nice little chat with Mexico saying, hey, listen, you should limit your exports to the United States.

00:36:38.000 But still nothing has changed.

00:36:40.000 And now, Natalie, even worse, not many people know about this.

00:36:44.000 The Chinese Communist Party is building a steel factory near Pittsburgh, our US steel capital of the country.

00:36:51.000 And they're using all their Chinese workers as a Chinese front company. 0.94

00:36:55.000 And they lied to our government about being American owned and operated. 0.83

00:36:59.000 You can't make this stuff up.

00:37:00.000 And it's only going to get worse if we elect Kamala Harris and Tim Walls with all of their China connections. 0.98

00:37:06.000 Yeah, and I mean, all the companies, especially the American automobile ones that Hunter Biden was involved in negotiating the mergers and acquisitions with, they all outsourced the jobs to China.

00:37:16.000 I think it was Avic Industries, right?

00:37:18.000 It's par for the course with that family.

00:37:20.000 But I'm just curious how you think that plays more broadly with the economy.

00:37:23.000 Obviously, the Harris team is trying to do a rebrand, acting like they're all America first when it comes to anything fiscal policy.

00:37:30.000 Of course, I don't think people will buy it.

00:37:32.000 But can you just give us some kind of more examples, maybe drill down on that Pittsburgh example a bit more, just how backwards their policies truly are?

00:37:40.000 Well, absolutely. You know, these policies, the radical Green New Deal agenda is sending inflation through the roof. 0.95

00:37:47.000 And if you do a quick Google, you know, manufacturing plants that are shutting down in X state, it doesn't take long to find out that each state has tons of manufacturing and energy companies that are going out of commission.

00:37:58.000 This is affecting our coal plants. By 2026, we're expected to lose half of our coal power generating capacity while China's building a coal plant every day, it seems like.

00:38:09.000 And if you look at the recent jobs report, there were about a million jobs that never existed in the economy.

00:38:15.000 If you put that in, there's a downward adjustment of 115,000 manufacturing jobs. Manufacturing companies typically employ about 200 workers each.

00:38:25.000 So that's about 460 companies worth of jobs that just didn't exist, apparently, in the last year.

00:38:31.000 And it's just telling of what the future will bring if we elect Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.

00:38:37.000 They have globalist trade policies. They've got sketchy allegiances to China. More jobs are gonna be shipped overseas.

00:38:43.000 And countries like Mexico and China are gonna continue to cheat on trade without fear of ramification for what it's gonna do to our relationship, to our mutual U.S. and whatever country trade relationship.

00:38:55.000 Because Kamala Harris is doing nothing about it. There has not been a national security review of the plant being set up in Pittsburgh. How is that even possible?

00:39:05.000 The Chinese Communist Party is taking over our steel industry, which we use for our military. Steel is used for our border wall.

00:39:12.000 And we're allowing it to happen on our home turf, and it's completely unacceptable.

00:39:16.000 And when President Trump comes back, we're gonna invoke universal baseline tariffs, we're gonna attract domestic investment in our manufacturing industry,

00:39:23.000 And we're gonna make sure that our factories stay here in America for our national security and economic prosperity.

00:39:28.000 And walk us through. I mean, I always say food security is national security, too.

00:39:33.000 But there's some new data coming out of agricultural economists saying that over half the numbers are insane.

00:39:39.000 Farmers feel like we're already in a recession or barreling towards one.

00:39:43.000 Can you walk us through how that sector has been plagued by similarly abysmal policies, too?

00:39:48.000 Absolutely. Well, if you look at Virginia, one of our largest agriculture producing states, Tyson Foods, which we see in our grocery stores, just shut down its largest poultry processing facility in Virginia.

00:40:00.000 They laid off 700 workers. What's the definition of a recession? A decline in economic activity over a given period of time.

00:40:08.000 And especially looking at indicators like GDP and production. Our production of agriculture is declining all over the place.

00:40:15.000 Pork production and the pork industry had its lowest profits in about 20 years. How's that even possible?

00:40:22.000 The agriculture industry is suffering. And going back to the Tyson Foods example, the Virginia state government has had to set up a new financial incentive program for Virginia's farmers because they can't sell to Tyson Foods anymore.

00:40:36.000 These plant closures are affecting everybody. And it's not just metal manufacturing steel workers. It's our food. It's our agriculture processors. So this this economy is tanking and Kamala Harris is absolutely responsible.

00:40:51.000 But if we get to the ballot box, we elect Donald Trump, we secure our elections, we are going to rescue all these industries and make sure they are made great again.

00:40:58.000 And Trump's track record on all these issues, whether it's trade, China, I mean, it's it's unparalleled.

00:41:06.000 But like I was saying, you worked with Peter Navarro. You were in the room and a lot of these policies were being crafted.

00:41:12.000 You know, make your case for why you think President Trump is is able to reverse what is this?

00:41:17.000 I mean, truly precipitous decline managed accelerated decline.

00:41:20.000 I think that's the stage we're at that we've witnessed under Kamala and Joe.

00:41:25.000 Absolutely. Well, if you look at President Trump's tariffs, Kamala Harris is branding them as Trump taxes.

00:41:30.000 When did we ever complain about inflation during the Trump administration when we had tariffs on three hundred and fifty billion dollars worth of Chinese goods?

00:41:39.000 Trump is the blue collar billionaire. He has an ability to understand why an industrial base is vital for economic and national security.

00:41:47.000 Our military got the largest contract ever to make sure that we were battle ready, but not entering foreign wars.

00:41:54.000 We had a strong leader who cared about our industrial base and our tariffs produced billions in domestic investment.

00:42:01.000 Ford and General Motors, they were expanding rapidly in places like Michigan.

00:42:06.000 We're going to make sure that happens once again and prevent companies like Ford, who is now leaving the country and going to set up shop in Mexico.

00:42:15.000 It's going to be unacceptable, just as President Trump did before our steel industry.

00:42:19.000 President Trump was the only president in decades to create thousands of steel jobs.

00:42:24.000 Biden is tanking the steel industry again.

00:42:26.000 And many presidents before President Trump, there was like a downward progression in steel production.

00:42:32.000 So we're going to make sure that happens once again and reinstate all of President Trump's Buy American policies.

00:42:38.000 Joanna, if people want to follow you, check out everything you're working on.

00:42:41.000 Where can they go to do all that?

00:42:43.000 Joanna M. Wisher. I'm on Truth, Getter and Twitter.

00:42:47.000 That's Joanna M. Wisher.

00:42:49.000 And thank you so much for having me, Natalie.

00:42:51.000 Of course, as always, thank you for coming on the show.

00:42:54.000 I wouldn't want to be on your bad side either.

00:42:59.000 Thank you so much, Joanna.

00:43:00.000 We'll see you soon.

00:43:01.000 Fun fact, Tim Waltz was an ardent supporter of going after Trump's tariffs when it came.

00:43:08.000 I think he actually went on a delegation overseas to Japan to try to kind of subvert him on the global stage and say,

00:43:15.000 I don't know what he's doing.

00:43:16.000 These are crazy policies.

00:43:17.000 We don't back them.

00:43:18.000 I guess that's what America last policy looks like in the flesh.

00:43:22.000 We'll be right back after this short break.

00:43:24.000 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts.

00:43:31.000 First, think back to 9-11 shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:43:36.000 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.

00:43:44.000 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author,

00:43:51.000 is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:43:57.000 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:44:05.000 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,

00:44:12.000 the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:44:16.000 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:44:22.000 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming

00:44:29.000 and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:44:34.000 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:44:39.000 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:44:41.000 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:44:45.000 I guess as a follow up on Scott's question, you're sitting in these hearings with prosecutors and judges at the courthouse down the street.

00:44:52.000 They're increasingly expressing concerns about the upcoming transfer of power and the potential danger of another January 6th.

00:45:00.000 Do you share those concerns at all?

00:45:03.000 I think our prosecutions have made clear what we think about people who try to interfere with the peaceful transfer of power,

00:45:13.000 which is an essential and fundamental element of our democracy.

00:45:17.000 I quibble about whether we have 1,500 or slightly less than 1,500, but we have way more than 1,400 now prosecutions,

00:45:26.000 and we have a substantial number of convictions.

00:45:28.000 I think that's shown to everybody how seriously we take an effort to interfere with the peaceful transfer of power.

00:45:35.000 The last January 6th, the coming January 6th, and every January 6th after that.

00:45:41.000 I want to make clear to anybody who is thinking about interfering with that, they can see what we've done with respect to the January 6th prosecutions,

00:45:49.000 and the Justice Department will continue to protect our democracy.

00:45:54.000 They're getting ready, they're gearing up to do what they did for the 2020 election in 2024.

00:45:59.000 I think that dovetails quite nicely with the ominous warning I gave you about that Zuckerberg letter.

00:46:04.000 They're getting their censorship and, of course, their domestic lawfare apparatus in place and ready to roll out.

00:46:10.000 And someone who's been on the receiving end of that, not just Stephen K. Bannon or Peter Navarro,

00:46:14.000 is Jeff Clark, who joins us by phone now, who was removed as a co-conspirator, I gather, from the superseding indictment.

00:46:21.000 Jeff, if you want to sort of walk the audience through, first of all, just what that means generally,

00:46:25.000 but why you think this is happening.

00:46:27.000 And as Julie Kelly had pointed out in a tweet, where do you go to get your reputation back

00:46:31.000 after what they've done to you despite removing you now?

00:46:34.000 That's a very good question, Natalie.

00:46:37.000 And that's a historic reference back to, I believe it was the Labor Secretary Donovan in the Reagan administration,

00:46:44.000 but I could have the wrong name, who was put through the ringer and then eventually got through it okay,

00:46:53.000 but not until after his reputation was damaged.

00:46:57.000 So that's what Julie's referring to there.

00:46:59.000 So, look, here's the new development for today.

00:47:02.000 Jack Smith, who is Never Say Die and seems to pursue President Trump like Inspector Javert,

00:47:09.000 has gotten another indictment against President Trump, a superseding indictment which he got from a new grand jury.

00:47:17.000 And I think the reason why he got a new grand jury is because he knew if he went back to the old grand jury,

00:47:23.000 even if it could be reconstituted, the argument would be that it was tainted by hearing evidence

00:47:28.000 that violated the July 1st Trump the U.S. immunity decision.

00:47:33.000 And that decision has in it not just a whole scheme of immunity, which I've described before on the war,

00:47:40.000 but also an evidence exclusionary rule that says that basically things that are occurring inside the executive branch

00:47:48.000 are not the kind of thing that can be aired in court against President Trump.

00:47:52.000 And so a lot of the prior indictment, a lot of what the first grand jury heard,

00:47:57.000 inevitably would have been evidence that violated the evidence exclusionary rule in the Trump decision.

00:48:02.000 So that posed a quandary for Jack Smith, and he had to pull that stuff out.

00:48:07.000 And then he went to a different grand jury, I suppose,

00:48:11.000 so that he can argue that they were entirely untainted by hearing any of the prohibited evidence.

00:48:17.000 And the indictment, therefore, that's been issued is basically the same indictment.

00:48:22.000 I'm going to read it carefully tonight.

00:48:25.000 You know, calls, et cetera, have been coming in fast and furious.

00:48:29.000 But it looks like it's just been slimmed down to take away things that they think obviously walk into the Trump exclusionary rule

00:48:36.000 or in the different categories of immunity.

00:48:39.000 I mean, indictments kind of, you know, shed nine pounds, nine pages, I should say, or nine pounds.

00:48:46.000 And, you know, it's another election interference tactic to slap Trump right before we really get into the height of campaign season

00:48:57.000 with the debate coming up in less than two weeks at this point.

00:49:01.000 And, Jeff, we're up against the end of the show, so I've got to let you go.

00:49:04.000 But if people want to follow you on Twitter, get up to date on everything that's happening.

00:49:08.000 Where can they go to do that?

00:49:10.000 Sure.

00:49:11.000 So I am at JeffClarkUS on Twitter and Getter and at RealJeffClark on Truth Social.

00:49:18.000 And you can also always check in with the activities of the Center for Renewing America at americarenewing.com.

00:49:23.000 And you have a stellar reputation here in the war room.

00:49:27.000 No whitewashing necessary.

00:49:29.000 Jeff Clark, thank you so much for joining us.

00:49:31.000 We'll have you back on soon to go through this in more detail.

00:49:33.000 You know what else is a stellar reputation?

00:49:35.000 Home Title Lock.

00:49:36.000 You've got to go to HomeTitleLock.com slash Bannon to protect your house, your mortgage, your investment from hackers.

00:49:42.000 Because, you know, CISA and all the Biden apparatchiks are too busy probably stealing the 2024 election

00:49:46.000 as opposed to engaging in any meaningful form of cybersecurity.

00:49:49.000 I think the same probably goes for all the USDA and agriculture people, too.

00:49:53.000 They don't care about your health.

00:49:54.000 Certainly not over at HHS.

00:49:55.000 But, Crom, Carmichael does.

00:49:57.000 Crom, we've got a minute real quick.

00:49:59.000 Give us why the audience needs to check out Soul Tea.

00:50:02.000 Thanks, Natalie.

00:50:03.000 I'm going to hold up my bottle, as I always do, of Soul Tea.

00:50:06.000 And, you know, RFK has spent a lot of time talking with Donald Trump.

00:50:10.000 And one of the things that I found fascinating was how the two of them care so much about our food supply.

00:50:17.000 And Soul Tea, all of our tea product comes from organic tea.

00:50:23.000 And we have spent 20 years developing an extraction process that eliminates all the chemicals.

00:50:29.000 And so it's a very, very healthy product.

00:50:32.000 It's great for your cardiovascular system.

00:50:34.000 It will help you manage your cholesterol.

00:50:37.000 And it'll just give you a healthy heart.

00:50:39.000 I've been taking our product for over 20 years.

00:50:42.000 And I take no prescription drugs.

00:50:44.000 And I just turned 76 years old.

00:50:46.000 Zero prescription drugs.

00:50:48.000 And I think a lot of the reason is...

00:50:49.000 And you look great, Crom.

00:50:50.000 We're coming up against the end of the show.

00:50:52.000 So you've got to real quick get the audience where they can go to get it.

00:50:55.000 Go to warroomhealth.com.

00:51:09.000 Thank you so much, Crom.

00:51:10.000 We'll have you back on soon.

00:51:12.000 Someone else we're going to have to have back on soon.

00:51:14.000 But right now we got him for about a minute is Mike Lindell.

00:51:16.000 This is Operation Warp Speed with the good guy.

00:51:19.000 No.

00:51:20.000 Mike Lindell hit us.

00:52:48.000 My name is Trevor Comstock.

00:52:49.000 I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human.

00:52:52.000 And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.

00:52:56.000 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.

00:53:07.000 So unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.

00:53:18.000 So that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements, and of course the beef liver being our flagship products.

00:53:26.000 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.

00:53:36.000 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.

00:53:48.000 So we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com.

00:53:54.000 And cheers to your health.
