00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies,
00:00:08.000 because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 You're just not going to get a free shot
00:00:13.000 at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:53.000 Peter K. Navarro in for Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:57.000 You are here in the War Room.
00:00:58.000 I'm hosting for Steve the weaponized justice system, such as it is.
00:01:06.000 Garland, Smith, Bragg et al,
00:01:12.000 putting folks like me and Steve in prison, trying to put Donald Trump in prison.
00:01:16.000 That's why I'm here.
00:01:19.000 And the beat goes on with the latest gambit by Jack Smith.
00:01:25.000 We need to do something about this.
00:01:29.000 Let me do a quick read for you on Birch Gold.
00:01:33.000 I never mind doing this because Kamala Harris's inflation, which she caused when she broke the tie-breaking vote for two of the biggest spending bills in our nation's history, which are fueling inflation, have really given legs to gold as an inflation hedge.
00:01:56.000 And in these crazy times, there's peace of mind, insecurity for our country, our leaders, mostly for our families.
00:02:07.000 If you're not financially secure, you don't want all your eggs in one basket.
00:02:11.000 Gold and silver are an excellent way to diversify your savings.
00:02:16.000 They're a hedge.
00:02:17.000 As an economist, I can tell you, it's like gold, hedge, gold, hedge, hedge against inflation.
00:02:23.000 Birch Gold, you can actually own physical gold and silver in a tax-sheltered retirement account.
00:02:29.000 Secure your family savings today.
00:02:31.000 Text BAND into 989898 and receive a free info kit on gold.

00:02:49.000 You saw this on the cover of Sergio Gore's book here, Trump's new book.
00:02:55.000 Trump boldly raising his fist the moments after the attempt on his life.
00:03:00.000 Don't miss your chance to own this special piece of history, the celebration of a leader dedicated to our security, preserved in the security of a precious metals coin.

00:03:14.000 Text BAND into 989898 today.
00:03:18.000 That's BAND to the number 989898.
00:03:23.000 All right.
00:03:24.000 So, first of all, I want to just talk a little bit about Kamala Harris again.
00:03:34.000 Denver, if you can cue that ad.
00:03:36.000 I want to go through that one more time, and then we'll do the Carvel thing.
00:03:39.000 When you're ready, let me know.
00:03:41.000 But the thing about Kamala Harris is that she's a creature of California politics.
00:03:52.000 And California politics, other than, say, maybe a city council race in a small town, that's not what we call retail politics.
00:04:06.000 It's not a kind of environment, California, where you can go out, walk door to door, walk precincts, shake hands, show up at malls and shake hands, go to rotary clubs and do all that kind of stuff.
00:04:27.000 I'm well familiar with how that works.
00:04:29.000 When I ran for mayor back in 1992 in San Diego, I walked a good part of that.
00:04:36.000 It's a big city, but I walked a good part of a lot of precincts there.
00:04:39.000 You could do that.
00:04:41.000 You can't do that, though, in California once you go to, for example, the state assembly, state senate, congressional districts, and then lieutenant governor, governor, attorney general, secretary of state.
00:04:57.000 It's strictly a money game.
00:04:59.000 The only way you win in California is by raising a ton of money.
00:05:06.000 So you either got to be independently wealthy or you got to get it from special interests.
00:05:11.000 And the special interests where the money is in California are all bad guys.
00:05:18.000 They all want stuff that's contrary to the interests of the people of California.
00:05:24.000 Silicon Valley is a big, big money pot these days, but you got the big developers that have ruined cities like Los Angeles with overdevelopment.
00:05:38.000 And so Kamala's rise, and I think I'm better equipped to describe this than a lot of people because I was in California as she rose.
00:05:53.000 And it was inexplicable to me at one level until I thought a little bit about it.
00:05:59.000 So she starts with her connection with Willie Brown.
00:06:04.000 And, you know, I'm not going into the sex stuff, okay?
00:06:07.000 That's kind of irrelevant.
00:06:08.000 That stuff happens.
00:06:10.000 The problem with the Willie Brown connection with Kamala Harris is that in order for her to move up the political ladder, as she did when she got to be in law enforcement as a government official,
00:06:28.000 was that Willie would come to her and say, hey, go soft on these folks.
00:06:35.000 Or in some cases, go hard on these folks, right?
00:06:39.000 And when Kamala was going soft on folks for Willie Brown, it was people who were well-heeled, who gave Willie Brown a lot of money so he could maintain his power structure.
00:06:52.000 And they got their money by ripping off the poor people of California, okay?
00:06:59.000 That's the fruit of the poisonous Kamala Harris tree.
00:07:05.000 You understand this?
00:07:06.000 Okay?
00:07:07.000 She's a young, attractive, rising star, person of color.
00:07:17.000 Willie latches on to her, enjoys all the fruits of her labor, but most importantly, uses her as a pawn in his game to raise money, not just for himself in the assembly, but so he could pay for other races.
00:07:34.000 And then they would be beholden to him and he could maintain his speakership, okay?
00:07:40.000 And Willie Brown did tremendous, tremendous damage to the state of California.
00:07:44.000 Just a thorn in the side of whoever tried to govern California.
00:07:49.000 And Kamala was his B word.
00:07:53.000 I mean, let's be honest about that.
00:07:56.000 So as she moves up the ladder, Attorney General is the state office, the only way you win those races is by spending an S ton of money on TV ads, okay?
00:08:16.000 But during her rise, during most of her rise, social media wasn't like an expenditure, right?
00:08:22.000 It was radio and TV ads blanketing the state.
00:08:26.000 And we're talking like tens and tens and tens of millions of dollars that you had to spend even for something like Attorney General, right?
00:08:35.000 And so two things there become quickly evident.
00:08:40.000 One is she's used to sucking on the teat of special interests to get that money, serving essentially the whims and wishes of the Silicon Valley interests, the big developers, whoever are screwing up the state.
00:09:00.000 Even as she's making her bones as a prosecutor, putting young, proud black men in prison for selling nickel bags of pot, right?
00:09:12.000 So, I mean, there's no public interest there.
00:09:17.000 She goes soft on real criminals, big criminals, so that she gets the money she needs to advance up the ladder.
00:09:27.000 So, I was, she wasn't on my radar screen when she was Attorney General, frankly.
00:09:34.000 But when it came time for a Senate candidate, I was just like amazed.
00:09:41.000 It's like she was the anointed child.
00:09:44.000 It's like there was no question that Kamala Harris was going to be the next senator from California when Boxer, I think it was Boxer, when Boxer went away.
00:09:57.000 It was like it was a coronation.
00:10:00.000 I mean, the election was a foregone conclusion.
00:10:04.000 Nobody even really challenged her in the primary.
00:10:07.000 Once you win the primary in California as a Democrat, you win the election.
00:10:12.000 So, this is Kamala's shtick, right?
00:10:16.000 She raises a bunch of money.
00:10:18.000 She positions herself so that she's the chosen one.
00:10:22.000 She doesn't have to go out and debate anybody.
00:10:27.000 So, she's never developed those skills.
00:10:31.000 And everything that comes out of her mouth is canned.
00:10:35.000 And she's good because she's in the land of Hollywood at running really slick commercials.
00:10:43.000 And so, this is exactly what we're seeing now.
00:10:52.000 This is unprecedented where the presidential candidate nominee for a major political party did not receive a single vote in the primary.
00:11:10.000 She just got coronated, anointed, and it was a Barack Michelle Obama op.
00:11:18.000 On Monday, we showed you a clip, and maybe we can get that back up too at some point if you can find it, of how Obama like openly boasts in an interview how,
00:11:29.000 well, I don't need a third term, all I need to do is pick up a phone and tell who's ever in the oval what to do.
00:11:36.000 And that's clearly the vision here.
00:11:38.000 Because remember, for Kamala to secure the nomination after Biden got his legs cut out from under him by Kamala and the press,
00:11:50.000 it wasn't a sure thing that Kamala would get the nomination, but Barack came in and put the knife in Joe's heart and gave the thumbs up, as Michelle did, to Kamala, and that deal was done.
00:12:07.000 And so, she's there as the anointed child, once again, like in California.
00:12:14.000 She, you know, last time she ran for president, she had to drop out, she had 3% polling numbers.
00:12:25.000 And here we go again.
00:12:28.000 And look, you have to laugh at the kinds of, I think this is like a stupid mistake.
00:12:36.000 I mean, everybody knows now that the CNN interview having Tim Waltz there, the vice president, the older guy,
00:12:42.000 is simply a lifeline hand-holding experience, so she doesn't screw up.
00:12:48.000 It's like, Timmy, Timmy, save me in case I say something stupid, or in case I get asked a tough question.
00:12:54.000 You watch, Tim will jump in, he'll jump in, and you watch, too, that the moderators won't call that.
00:13:01.000 I'm calling CNN out right now.
00:13:04.000 If Tim Waltz tries to save Kamala's sorry ass from saying something stupid, you damn well better jump in, CNN,
00:13:11.000 or we're going to be all over your ass, and more importantly, the American public's going to be all over your ass.
00:13:17.000 And the drinking game I proposed, as the homage to you know Jack, remember that old drinking game, it's like Jack Bauer.
00:13:32.000 Like, this is, every time Tim Waltz comes in to save Kamala's sorry ass from saying something stupid,
00:13:41.000 you've got to chug a bottle of Chinese rice wine.
00:13:45.000 I expect that by the end of that, the X million or so watching will be two sheets to the wind
00:13:52.000 and laughing their ass off at this drinking game.
00:13:58.000 So that's Kamala Harris in a nutshell, and it's sad that the media is allowing her to pull this off.
00:14:07.000 It's going to be a slick media campaign.
00:14:10.000 She's going to hide.
00:14:11.000 Oh, I'm doing debate prep.
00:14:12.000 Oh, I'm on with Tim.
00:14:14.000 And American public could well get stuck with the worst president in history,
00:14:23.000 and Joe Biden has set a very high bar for that.
00:14:26.000 I'm Peter Kay Navarro.
00:14:28.000 We'll be right back.

00:15:00.000 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:01.000 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.
00:15:06.000 Their gold?
00:15:07.000 To dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.000 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:17.000 Your every move tracked like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.000 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:25.000 Fortunately, you can fight back.

00:17:23.000 All right.
00:17:26.000 Hit me with the raging Cajun.
00:17:31.000 Jim Carville.
00:17:32.000 Let's watch this.
00:17:34.000 I have a riddle.
00:17:35.000 Let me pose the riddle first.
00:17:37.000 Okay?
00:17:38.000 What would you rather listen to?
00:17:40.000 James Carville or flatulence?
00:17:43.000 All right.
00:17:44.000 Hit me with James.
00:17:45.000 There have been 51 million jobs created in the United States.
00:17:50.000 50 million were created under Democratic presidents and 1 million under Republican presidents.
00:17:56.000 That's 50 to 1.
00:17:58.000 You've got to be able to tie.
00:18:00.000 First of all, I love you.
00:18:03.000 I love Clinton.
00:18:04.000 That's a bullshit thing to say.
00:18:05.000 Okay.
00:18:06.000 Because as we both know, well, am I right?
00:18:08.000 Yeah.
00:18:09.000 As we both know, jobs created, it has a lot to do with what the last guy did.
00:18:14.000 Clinton got rid of Glass-Steagall.
00:18:15.000 Did that have anything to do with the collapse in 2008 of the economy?
00:18:19.000 I think it did.
00:18:20.000 So maybe some of the jobs that were lost.
00:18:22.000 I'm sorry.
00:18:23.000 It's just a bull**** to say.
00:18:25.000 I don't think it is.
00:18:26.000 You've got to tie a policy to an outcome.
00:18:28.000 Everybody knows he's a liar.
00:18:30.000 Everybody knows he can't tell the truth.
00:18:32.000 And all the vice president needs to do is show up on September 10th at the appointed place, at the appointed hour.
00:18:39.000 And if he's not there, fine.
00:18:43.000 Okay.
00:18:44.000 Okay.
00:18:45.000 The Raging.
00:18:46.000 Okay.
00:18:47.000 What would you rather listen to, James Carville or Flatfields?
00:18:50.000 I think it's a dead heat there.
00:18:52.000 Look, I'm seeing too much of that, dude.
00:18:58.000 I'm just seeing way too much of Carville just endlessly spinning crap on America.
00:19:07.000 James, I think it's time you just stayed home or hit the gym or something or do something to be a little bit more appealing to America.
00:19:20.000 I mean, it's like, what is going on with you, dude?
00:19:23.000 It's like that thing you did with Maher.
00:19:26.000 I'm glad at least Bill Maher counted, counted, counted, called you out on that.
00:19:33.000 I mean, come on.
00:19:34.000 Come on, dude.
00:19:35.000 Come on, dude.
00:19:36.000 And this whole thing about the debate, let's make it really clear what happened there on Chris Cuomo's show.
00:19:43.000 Now, what happened there was the Harris campaign agreed to the same set of rules as the CNN debate.
00:19:53.000 No hot mics, yada, yada.
00:19:57.000 No sitting down, taking notes, this, that, and the other thing.
00:20:02.000 They come back and they want her to be able to have a pad in front of her with notes and props and this, that, and the other thing.
00:20:09.000 They want the hot mic so the boss might attack her.
00:20:12.000 And then it's like, oh, attacking a woman.
00:20:14.000 I mean, we know what their game is.
00:20:17.000 Carville is their pimp.
00:20:19.000 James, James, James, James, James, James, man.
00:20:23.000 It's time for you to hang up your cleats, brother.
00:20:27.000 Hang them up, brother.
00:20:29.000 All right.
00:20:30.000 Let's go to one of my favorite sponsors, Patriot Mobile.
00:20:37.000 And we're going to bring Lee in from Patriot Mobile.
00:20:40.000 And what I love about Patriot Mobile is that they're on board with democracy and getting folks in the posse to the polls to make sure that your voices are heard.
00:20:54.000 So start us off with that, Lee, and then tell us what you got working here in terms of specials for our special posse.
00:21:03.000 Absolutely.
00:21:04.000 Hi, Peter.
00:21:05.000 Thanks so much for having me.
00:21:06.000 So we want everyone, we want all of the patriots to make sure they're registered.
00:21:11.000 And I want to reiterate that you may think you're registered, but if you have moved addresses, you need to go make sure all of that is up to date.
00:21:18.000 So if you go to patriotmobile.com slash voter info, patriotmobile.com slash voter info, you can hover over your state.
00:21:27.000 You can see what the early voting dates are.
00:21:29.000 And if you click on your state, it will take you to a website that will walk you through getting registered or updating your registry.
00:21:36.000 We want all the patriots registered.
00:21:38.000 We do not want patriots to get to the polls in early voting or on election day in November and realize that their voter information is not up to date and where their voice won't be counted with their vote.
00:21:50.000 Cool.
00:21:51.000 Now, so tell us about, you got a couple of things that might be really useful for the posse in terms of your products.
00:22:04.000 Start me out with one.
00:22:05.000 Let's hear what you got.
00:22:07.000 So, you know, conservatives today are getting very concerned about how much they're being tracked.
00:22:12.000 And we are offering the new UpPhone.
00:22:15.000 The UpPhone is a surveillance-free, secure smartphone designed by cybersecurity experts for everyday use.
00:22:24.000 It's an experience kind of like an Android.
00:22:26.000 And what it does is it stops Apple and Google from tracking you.
00:22:31.000 It is different from a regular smartphone in that you're not going to have the tracking capabilities.
00:22:38.000 You're going to be able to have a secure and private experience.
00:22:43.000 But it's about the size of, I have a 15 Pro.
00:22:47.000 It's about the size of a 15 Pro Max.
00:22:50.000 So it's, you know, it looks like, you know, feels like a regular phone.
00:22:55.000 It's, you know, nothing scary here.
00:22:57.000 The good news is, is I'll tell you, we should be really scared of how much of our daily activities are being tracked.
00:23:03.000 Patriot Mobile is offering a solution to that with the UpPhone.
00:23:09.000 And you go to PatriotMobile.com and click the banner.
00:23:12.000 Learn how you can get that.
00:23:13.000 I also have another interesting product that I want to tell you about.
00:23:18.000 It's about the size of a hockey puck.
00:23:20.000 It fits in even my smallest purse.
00:23:22.000 I never traveled without it.
00:23:24.000 It is the Patriot Mobile Connect.
00:23:26.000 It's a router and a hotspot.
00:23:28.000 You can have the best cellular service.
00:23:31.000 But sometimes these, these hotel rooms are like built with concrete walls and Fort Knox.
00:23:36.000 And I just pop this baby in the window of the hotel room and I'm doing streaming video meetings.
00:23:43.000 Never, never miss a beat.
00:23:45.000 So Patriot Mobile, not only are we on all the major networks, 4G, 5G, excellent experience.
00:23:50.000 We have all of these multiple product offerings for our Patriots.
00:23:55.000 Go to PatriotMobile.com or call 972-PATRIOT where you will get all U.S.-based customer service.
00:24:03.000 And how does it work?
00:24:04.000 Are you able to tap into the same networks as the big guys and stuff like that because they're common carriers?
00:24:12.000 Absolutely.
00:24:13.000 You don't build your own networks, right?
00:24:15.000 You're able to get into those things, right?
00:24:17.000 No. Federal deregulation required the big mobile carriers to allow access.
00:24:22.000 And so basically, think of it like this.
00:24:23.000 Think of it like we're buying wholesale and taking a lot of that profit margin away.
00:24:28.000 And, you know, the big mobile profit margin that goes to causes they believe in that are not the causes that we believe in.
00:24:35.000 And the causes that we believe in, we give a portion of every dollar we earn to freedom-loving causes, nonprofits, and organizations.
00:24:45.000 We have four pillars that we focus on.
00:24:47.000 The First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Sanctity of Life, and we support our military and our first responders.
00:24:54.000 And what are some of the organizations you guys share that profit with?
00:25:00.000 Well, so we have military.
00:25:03.000 Military Folds of Honor.
00:25:05.000 We are doing the boot campaign.
00:25:07.000 And we're adding more every day.
00:25:10.000 We're in conversations right now with an organization that creates prosthetic assistance for soldiers who've been injured and can't stand on their own.
00:25:18.000 And this equipment is really expensive.
00:25:21.000 So we're helping that nonprofit get off the ground.
00:25:24.000 There are tons and tons in the military.
00:25:28.000 We support our police.
00:25:29.000 We support our first responders.
00:25:30.000 We're going down to the border next month to encourage and help our border patrol who, I'll tell you, I think there's some of them.
00:25:39.000 Our border patrol are some of the most, in my opinion, abused law enforcement.
00:25:43.000 And we are, their suicide rates are skyrocketing.
00:25:47.000 They're not given the tools they need.
00:25:49.000 A couple of years ago we asked them what they wanted and they told us what they needed.
00:25:53.000 And we drove it down to them.
00:25:55.000 You know, Texas is a huge border state.
00:25:57.000 Yeah.
00:25:58.000 We are getting inundated with the fentanyl and we're trying to help our border patrol encourage them, feed them, and just love on them and pray over them.
00:26:06.000 You know, Kamala Harris treats them like they're the Ku Klux Klan.
00:26:11.000 We treat them the way that they should be treated as patriots.
00:26:16.000 Amen.
00:26:17.000 At the front lines of a border that, again, Kamala Harris played the most important role in not securing.
00:26:26.000 Tell us once more the website for the voter information stuff.
00:26:29.000 So if you go to patriotmobile.com, there's a banner that's going to stay scrolling at the top.
00:26:35.000 You can go to patriotmobile.com forward slash voter info, or you can click the banner that scrolls.
00:26:42.000 And then when it comes to the voter information, there's the patriot mobile one.
00:26:46.000 That's another product that we have.
00:26:48.000 It will tell you how to get to it.
00:26:50.000 And you can click on that map.
00:26:54.000 If you hover over the map of your state, you can see the early voting times.
00:27:00.000 And let me tell you, we're encouraging everyone to early vote.
00:27:03.000 A couple of years ago when people were told not to early vote, that was a huge mistake.
00:27:07.000 It cost conservatives millions and millions of votes.
00:27:11.000 Early vote.
00:27:13.000 Conservatives work.
00:27:14.000 We have jobs.
00:27:15.000 We will wind up having a business trip on election day.
00:27:17.000 Get your vote early.
00:27:18.000 Get it counted.
00:27:20.000 All right, Denver, I want you to get that clip out.
00:27:23.000 Grace, that was buried the lead there, Lee.
00:27:27.000 Buried the lead.
00:27:28.000 Patriot Mobile.
00:27:29.000 They are patriots at Patriot Mobile.
00:27:31.000 Peter Kay Navarro, I'll be right back in the war room.

00:27:44.000 Write it with you.
00:27:45.000 Another day, another breaking news story buried.
00:27:55.000 They rather talk about anything else than what's really going on.
00:27:58.000 It's not because they don't know what's happening.
00:28:00.000 The media pundits and talking heads just don't want to pay any attention to it.
00:28:05.000 And they particularly don't want you paying any attention to it.
00:28:07.000 The real stories, you have to look beyond the headlines for them.

00:29:05.000 Action, action, action.
00:29:07.000 Bill, it's not uncommon for a prosecutor to do this.
00:29:12.000 It's actually a smart move.
00:29:14.000 With the trouble that he's having with the now former, but as of an hour ago, current indictment, he now supersedes, he streamlines, and he tries to take that indictment further.
00:29:30.000 I mean, it really is a smart move on Jack Smith's part.
00:29:34.000 Whether it'll survive is unclear right now, but it is a slick move.
00:29:40.000 Instead, the very first words of this are not Donald Trump was the 45th president of the United States, but it now says Donald Trump was a candidate for president in 2020.
00:29:49.000 And it frames it in all of these instances as a candidate for office, as opposed to a president engaging in official conduct.
00:29:58.000 I think it's clearly an effort to try to do more election interference from Jack Smith.
00:30:02.000 He should be ashamed of himself, and it's one of the reasons why we have to win, because he should not be anywhere near power.
00:30:07.000 Peter K Navarro in for Stephen K Bannon.
00:30:12.000 This is yet another dark day in America for our injustice system.
00:30:21.000 This gambit, which CNN seems to think is a, quote, smart move, a slick move.
00:30:28.000 You know, not smart or slick at all in my judgment.
00:30:38.000 We have Jeff Clark in, and Jeff Clark, interestingly, plays a role.
00:30:47.000 I guess, Jeff, you're the dog that didn't bark, at least in Jack Smith's mind, meaning that for somehow you've been taken out of the indictment so that they can do this ruse about how it was campaigning and not official because you were in the government at the time.
00:31:09.000 Break this one down for me, Jeff, and on a scale of one to ten, how surprised were you by this?
00:31:16.000 How outraged are you by this, sir?
00:31:18.000 So thanks for having me, Peter.
00:31:22.000 Look, quick word about what you just referred to about me, but I want to put the focus on this, you know, new dastardly act against President Trump to try to stop him from getting reelected by Jack Smith.
00:31:33.000 But look, I was unindicted co-conspirator number four in this original indictment, and then I've been dropped out.
00:31:42.000 And so that's caused a lot of speculation in the Xverse, the Twitterverse, that, oh, well, now I must be cooperating with Jack Smith.
00:31:50.000 So let me just say and set the record straight, I don't think anybody in the war room posse or you, you know, thought that that was the case.
00:31:58.000 But look, I am not cooperating with Jack Smith.
00:32:02.000 I would not do that.
00:32:03.000 I have resisted the January 6 Committee, the House Oversight Committee, the Senate Judiciary Committee, Fannie Willis, you name it.
00:32:13.000 You know, I've resisted.
00:32:14.000 I'm not, you know, going in a different direction now.
00:32:18.000 President Trump did nothing wrong.
00:32:20.000 Let me help clear this up for you.
00:32:23.000 Sure.
00:32:24.000 You were in the government at the time.
00:32:26.000 Yes.
00:32:27.000 And what was your position?
00:32:29.000 I was an assistant attorney general of two different divisions out of the seven at Maine Justice in the U.S. Justice Department.
00:32:38.000 Okay.
00:32:39.000 So what Jack Smith is doing by taking you out of the loop is eliminating the argument that whatever President Trump was alleged to be doing had nothing to do with official business because you were part of the official team.
00:32:57.000 So I did never even occurred to me that somehow this was you cooperating with him.
00:33:04.000 That would never happen with Jeff Clark.
00:33:06.000 So this was simply taking you out of the loop so that they could do this ruse about how somehow the president of the United States on January 6th, still 14 or 15 days out before he would turn the reins of power over, was somehow not president on that stage that day.
00:33:29.000 Somehow it was candidate Trump.
00:33:30.000 Somehow it was candidate Trump.
00:33:31.000 I mean, it's ludicrous on its face.
00:33:32.000 It's a clear end run around the Supreme Court.
00:33:36.000 It'd be interesting to see what the Supreme Court thinks about this kind of ruse.
00:33:42.000 But what's disturbing to me, Jeff, about this, besides the fact that it's just kind of in your face, is that it's clear it's election interference to me.
00:33:52.000 So tell me, tell the audience what his legal theory is and whether you think he's committed election interference, which would expose him to prosecution when President Trump gets elected.
00:34:11.000 Sure.
00:34:12.000 So first, Peter, a word on the surprise question you asked me.
00:34:18.000 Look, I actually was surprised by this because he told the world, he told Judge Chutkin that he was consulting inside the Justice Department and that's why he needed some extra time.
00:34:28.000 What he was really doing was he was, and grand jury processes are inherently secret, he was running a secret grand jury process.
00:34:35.000 And what's amazing about that is, you know, the media, they watch the courthouse like hawks.
00:34:40.000 They did not report at all that there was any possible new grand jury proceeding going on.
00:34:45.000 So they allowed this idea of, well, he's just doing internal consultations to go forward.
00:34:50.000 And then they surprised us with this thunderbolt yesterday of a new indictment.
00:34:54.000 The new indictment doesn't surprise me as a tactic.
00:34:58.000 I think that they, he would almost have to do that.
00:35:01.000 But what surprises me is that he did not tell the judge in advance that I'm opening a new grand jury and I'm going to be issuing, you know, pursuing a superseding indictment and please put things on hold for that.
00:35:13.000 How do, how do we know he didn't tell Chutkin?
00:35:16.000 It's possible he told her behind the scenes, but that would be an ex parte contact and prosecutors shouldn't be doing that, Peter.
00:35:23.000 He might have told the parties.
00:35:25.000 You don't think he cares about that, come on, Chutkin.
00:35:28.000 Do you think Chutkin knew?
00:35:30.000 I mean, let's suppose Chutkin knew about this, right?
00:35:34.000 Well, it's hard for-
00:35:35.000 Could she be a co-conspirator?
00:35:38.000 It's hard for me to imagine-
00:35:40.000 Is he committing a crime?
00:35:43.000 Is he committing a crime?
00:35:45.000 I would argue that this is a case of election interference, even though election day is November 5th, which is more than 60 days out.
00:35:56.000 It's also true that early voting starts within about less than 20 days.
00:36:03.000 And by the time 60 days are over, the election is probably going to be decided because, I don't know, 60, 70% of the votes will have been cast.
00:36:12.000 Clearly, it's election interference.
00:36:14.000 He's interfering with every vote that's going to be taken over the next 60 days.
00:36:21.000 So, is there any grounds to prosecute him here using any of the arguments that he's used to prosecute folks like Donald Trump and others?
00:36:36.000 So, Peter, it's absolutely election interference.
00:36:39.000 I think that it's contrary to the spirit of the Justice Department policy that you don't bring a case like this this close to an election.
00:36:46.000 And you're right that now that we don't have a single election day in America anymore, and I think we should get back to that, we have all this high lead time mail-in voting.
00:36:56.000 It's clear that he's interfering with people who are engaged in that early voting, and that's just unconscionable for somebody to do.
00:37:03.000 And why does he do it?
00:37:04.000 He does it because he's been given only one target.
00:37:08.000 Only President Trump is his target.
00:37:10.000 He's not weighing anything else like an ordinary prosecutor would.
00:37:13.000 We have many eminent prosecutors over time who've explained that the prosecutor can't just go after one man.
00:37:20.000 He has to actually be looking at a crime and then try to find the culprits, and this is turning that system on its head.
00:37:26.000 Now, you asked the question of could he face legal consequences?
00:37:30.000 He could, but if they were brought against him, no doubt, ironically, a huge irony would be he would assert that he is immune, that he has absolute prosecutorial immunity.
00:37:40.000 He wanted to deny that to President Trump, who is the chief prosecutor of the United States, after all, when he was president.
00:37:45.000 But he would then, you know, seek that as his blanket to protect himself.
00:37:50.000 So, interestingly, Peter, this now 11th Circuit appeal that's going on about the case coming out of Judge Cannon's court down in Florida will be very interesting,
00:37:59.000 because if he has no authority because he is an improperly appointed official because he was not Senate-confirmed, then he may lose the protections of that immunity defense.
00:38:12.000 When is that case likely to be settled?
00:38:17.000 The briefing is going to occur through the fall, and I think probably an oral argument, you know, maybe at the earliest in December or something like that.
00:38:27.000 It depends on how fast the 11th Circuit decides to proceed.
00:38:30.000 Now, with respect to this new indictment, is it going to tie up more resources of the president?
00:38:40.000 Is he going to have to be reporting to court and get arraigned and all that stuff again?
00:38:46.000 Or how is this going to unfold?
00:38:48.000 I saw a cover filing that Jack Smith made yesterday, Peter.
00:38:52.000 And in the cover filing, he said that, you know, he would agree to waive arraignment.
00:38:58.000 I think there's going to be a whole heck of a lot of motions practice about this because he's framed a new indictment.
00:39:04.000 I think, you know, President Trump is entitled to his lawyers will file a new motion to dismiss the indictment.
00:39:09.000 That will get responded to and replied to, and then Judge Chetkin will have an oral argument.
00:39:15.000 None of that really requires President Trump's presence.
00:39:18.000 And then whatever she does, whether she says, oh, he, you know, I have to strip out parts of even this new indictment, or no, we're just going to go forward with this new indictment.
00:39:29.000 President Trump will then be entitled to another interlocutory appeal, which means an appeal that interrupts the whole process.
00:39:36.000 Judge Chetkin has to stop again and wait for first the D.C. Circuit and then potentially the Supreme Court to adjudicate that set of immunity defenses.
00:39:46.000 So, Jack Smith is not a political consultant.
00:39:53.000 He knows that the action he's taken is going to have an impact on the election.
00:40:03.000 It's blatant election interference.
00:40:05.000 He himself doesn't know whether it will help Trump or hurt him because he's a lawyer, not a political consultant.
00:40:12.000 Doesn't it have to be the case that he consulted with Kamala Harris and her political team, strategy team, before he did that?
00:40:23.000 And if that is the case, is she not culpable as well and subject to possible prosecution?
00:40:30.000 Look, we know, Peter, that Fannie Willis was consulting both with the White House counsel to President Biden, you know, and with the January 6 committee.
00:40:44.000 So it's really inconceivable to me that Jack Smith does not have some kind of political feelers out there.
00:40:52.000 And the idea that that he is even able to proceed.
00:40:56.000 Right. It he is an inferior official at the Justice Department when it's convenient to him.
00:41:01.000 He argues that while I'm under the attorney general supervision, while the attorney general is under President Biden's supervision.
00:41:08.000 So Garland's got to know about this. Garland's got to know about this at a minimum.
00:41:12.000 Oh, absolutely. And there's no way Garland if Garland knows about it.
00:41:17.000 Kamala's got to know about it. I mean, Biden's out of the loop.
00:41:21.000 I mean, he's he's in a basement again somewhere. This is Kamala's thing.
00:41:26.000 I can't imagine Garland and Smith doing something contrary to what they think is Kamala's interest.
00:41:33.000 So they're in on it together. Can we just can somebody just say that out loud in the legacy media, please?
00:41:40.000 Please, Jeff, your final thoughts on this. 60 seconds, brother.
00:41:45.000 Sure. Look, this is a tactic that is a dagger at the heart of the Republic.
00:41:51.000 This lawfare must end. There must be consequences for those who pursued it and who tried to disrupt the electoral process in the United States.
00:42:00.000 And I think that President Trump will bring that justice back to the country when he is inaugurated on January 20th, 2025.
00:42:07.000 All right, Jeff Clark, you are a patriot, sir. You will always keep us posted on what's going on.
00:42:13.000 You have any social media to share with us? I know you've got a legal defense fund and I strongly encourage people to support Jeff.
00:42:21.000 What do you got?
00:42:22.000 Sure. So I'm at Jeff Clark U.S. on Getter and X and at Real Jeff Clark on Truth Social.
00:42:30.000 And we are at the Center for Renewing America, America Renewing dot com.
00:42:34.000 And last thing, since you mentioned it, the defense fund is that give send go to give send go dot com slash Jeff Clark on the Web.
00:42:44.000 Yeah. And the tip of the hat to give send go. That thing is a godsend to patriots. It's it's really helped me as well.
00:42:53.000 All right. Well, we're on top of this story. You're getting things that you don't hear on legacy media.
00:42:58.000 Peter Navarro in the war room. Stay right here for the grand finale and fast finish.
00:43:06.000 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts.
00:43:11.000 First, think back to nine eleven shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:43:16.000 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:43:24.000 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author,
00:43:31.000 is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:43:37.000 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:43:45.000 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms or even vote MAGA,
00:43:52.000 the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts. I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:44:01.000 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming
00:44:08.000 and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:44:14.000 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:44:19.000 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:44:26.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Banff.
00:44:31.000 Hey, Peter K. Navarro here in the war room. We've seen it time and time again.
00:44:35.000 Somebody exposes the truth just to be labeled a conspiracy theorist, only to be proven right later on.
00:44:43.000 Well, let me tell you about the next thing you should be concerned about. Government geo-tracking of your phone and other devices.
00:44:50.000 We've seen the government use geo-fencing to track the devices of individuals on January 6th, leading to unwarranted arrests without evidence of wrongdoing.
00:44:59.000 Stop big tech and government overreach. There's no other option you have to protect yourself.
00:45:04.000 Silent offers an efficient and easy solution to protect your location and personal data.
00:45:10.000 Their Faraday products block all incoming and outgoing signals so no one can get their hands on your information.
00:45:19.000 Simply place your device inside, close the sleeve, and that's it.
00:45:23.000 You're off the grid, untrackable and safeguarded from unauthorized access.

00:45:56.000 All right, we got the great Mike Lindell coming up shortly, but just in the next few minutes, I want to kind of bring a close.
00:46:11.000 A big theme of the segment today had to do with this gambit by Jack Smith.
00:46:21.000 And I said at the beginning of the show, and I unfortunately mean this, that if Kamala Harris is elected president, Donald Trump will go to prison and spend his life there.
00:46:35.000 Let me say it again, a little better this time.
00:46:38.000 If Kamala Harris is elected, Donald Trump will go to prison for the rest of his life.
00:46:48.000 That's their agenda.
00:46:52.000 Now here's, there's a lot of things wrong with that.
00:46:56.000 There's a lot of things wrong with that.
00:46:59.000 The first is that this is America.
00:47:03.000 This, that's the kind of stuff they do in Brazil.
00:47:06.000 Bolsonaro, the Trump of Brazil.
00:47:08.000 He can't run for president.
00:47:09.000 They're trying to put him in jail.
00:47:11.000 The guy was president of Pakistan.
00:47:14.000 They did the same damn thing to him.
00:47:16.000 If you're in Russia and you try to challenge Putin, they poison you.
00:47:23.000 And communist China, they take you up to the top of the building and see how fast you can go to the bottom there.
00:47:32.000 See if you can beat Newton's law of gravity.
00:47:37.000 Here's what bothers me.
00:47:38.000 Pelosi didn't guard the Capitol Hill perimeter.
00:47:40.000 She's still free to destroy California.
00:47:43.000 Adam Schiff repeatedly lied to Congress and will likely be the next California senator.
00:47:48.000 No charges pending.
00:47:50.000 FBI brass Lisa Page allegedly conspired in a coup.
00:47:54.000 Just got a big payoff from the DOJ for her sedition.
00:47:59.000 Joe Biden will pardon himself.
00:48:01.000 His brother and Hunter as his lack to act as president.
00:48:05.000 Hunter will never see a day behind bars.
00:48:08.000 Take that to the bank.
00:48:09.000 Tony Fauci roams free with millions after killing millions.
00:48:15.000 This all pisses me off.
00:48:17.000 Should piss everyone off in this country who believes it's wrong to put people in prison for partisan reasons.
00:48:23.000 And I'm the poster child for that.
00:48:25.000 I went to prison.
00:48:27.000 I went there so you won't have to.
00:48:29.000 Just look at what they did to me.
00:48:31.000 Look what they're trying to do to Donald Trump.
00:48:33.000 And make sure you get to the ballot box before November 5th.
00:48:39.000 And you take friends and colleagues there.
00:48:41.000 If we lose this election, we lose this country.
00:48:45.000 Mike Lindell.
00:48:47.000 Let's bring in Brother Mike.
00:48:49.000 That mustache is growing faster than a lawn in Florida after a thunderstorm, brother.
00:48:57.000 What do you got for us today, brother?
00:48:59.000 Well, I want to tell everybody that, you know, when I did that whole stunt in Chicago, was for one day of filming, getting the attention of the country on a day of filming we did last week.
00:49:11.000 And we were taking all that content when we had upwards of 100 Democrats in the room that voted for Biden.
00:49:19.000 And we put this all into film.
00:49:21.000 And now they're voting for Donald Trump.
00:49:23.000 And, Peter, it was so powerful what came out of their mouths.
00:49:26.000 One gal, once she was 25 years old, she says, I'm voting for Donald Trump now for two reasons.
00:49:32.000 One is the illegals have taken my friend's jobs.
00:49:34.000 And number two is, I was promised by Biden that her student loan was going to be paid and he lied to me.
00:49:42.000 But there was all different reasons.
00:49:45.000 And when those Democrats hear from other Democrats that are switching, it's like their eyes get opened.
00:49:52.000 I mean, we had some there that, you know, we're still caught in the mix.
00:49:56.000 They're getting brainwashed.
00:49:57.000 One guy compared it to, he said, it's like being in an abusive relationship in the Democrat Party.
00:50:03.000 So they promise this, they burn us, and then they do it over again and over and over and over again.
00:50:10.000 So we're going to be taking these clips, putting them out there everywhere and getting people pulled into this bucket of common sense, which is our great real president, Donald Trump.
00:50:21.000 So I'm very excited about that.
00:50:23.000 We're getting the plan out there for everybody to secure their mail-in ballot and to not open that mail-in ballot.
00:50:29.000 And when you go to vote, if they say you've already voted, you say, no, I have not.
00:50:34.000 It then becomes identity theft.
00:50:36.000 We're going to need this.
00:50:37.000 We have lawyers in place all over the country.
00:50:39.000 We're very proactive on this election.
00:50:41.000 Hang on, Mike.
00:50:42.000 I know you're on a roll here.
00:50:44.000 Sell some pillows now, though, because we've got to keep the employees employed.

00:52:28.000 My name is Trevor Comstock.
00:52:29.000 I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human.
00:52:31.000 And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know
00:52:35.000 of us yet.
00:52:36.000 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission
00:52:41.000 being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.
00:52:47.000 So unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include
00:52:52.000 things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting
00:52:57.000 your health.
00:52:58.000 So that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements.
00:53:03.000 And of course, the beef liver being our flagship products.
00:53:06.000 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as
00:53:11.000 vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.
00:53:16.000 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients
00:53:22.000 far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin
00:53:27.000 in general.
00:53:28.000 So we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go
00:53:32.000 to sacredhumanhealth.com and cheers to your health.
