On two fronts right now, news out of key, President Zelensky and European leaders are
00:00:04.860
calling for a 30-day truce with Russia starting Monday. We've also just learned of a ceasefire
00:00:11.160
between Pakistan and India. It is something that even before this country was founded,
00:00:18.800
it was incredibly important in England and then in the United States to have this ability to go
00:00:26.040
to court to say, produce the body, that if you have been improperly charged, improperly seized,
00:00:33.020
that you had ability to go to court and say under a writ of habeas corpus, a judge has to determine
00:00:39.840
that it was valid for the state to do this to you. It is such a fundamental part of our freedoms.
00:00:48.060
That is why what Stephen Miller is saying is both not going to happen, but to Michael's point,
00:00:54.320
is incredibly dangerous. For anyone who is a lawyer, it has to be the most fundamental right
00:01:01.340
in terms of freedom in any country that thinks of itself as a rule of law country.
00:01:08.280
And now we learn half an hour ago from Donald Trump on Truth Social, President Donald Trump
00:01:14.080
announcing that his negotiators, Marco Rubio, we knew was involved here, have been working
00:01:20.040
through the night and have agreed a full and immediate ceasefire. President Trump offers
00:01:25.260
his congratulations to both sides. Look, I've been getting some sense of the back channel
00:01:30.620
diplomacy that's been going on from my sources over the past couple of days. Yesterday, they
00:01:34.920
were saying, look, we're pausing for diplomacy. But when India hit Pakistan in the early hours
00:01:39.460
of the morning, it appeared that that window had shut and Pakistan had this massive response
00:01:44.900
firing back. But it seems that that diplomacy continued to play out. The Saudis playing
00:01:49.340
a role, the Turkish playing a role as well. Marco Rubio talking to his opposite number
00:01:53.580
in India, his opposite number here in Pakistan, of course. And this sense that has been in
00:01:58.960
the background that Pakistan didn't want to engage against what it was feeling was provocation
00:02:04.620
coming from India over the last few days while its, quote, friends were trying to help.
00:02:09.180
It didn't want its, quote, friends, the United States, Saudi, the Turks here, to get caught
00:02:13.680
in the middle. And it does appear that this has been worked out to a degree. How it works
00:02:19.680
out at the front lines, we don't know. And I think the other big question has to be, what
00:02:23.060
do they do about the issue of water that's existential for Pakistan? This concern that India has said
00:02:28.820
that it will shut this vital water has shut this vital water from three major rivers coming
00:02:34.140
into Pakistan. How that gets resolved, that's existential for Pakistan, not clear. But sense of relief
00:02:40.360
here right now. That's 24 hours as we're looking at this big budget budget bill. There's now this
00:02:47.720
idea coming from the White House that Donald Trump could be open to raising taxes on the wealthy as
00:02:53.500
well as potentially closing the carried interest loophole. If you're not familiar with it, it is
00:02:58.220
basically a giveaway to the private equity industry that year after year lawmakers on both sides of the
00:03:03.500
aisle say, God, that's ridiculous. We're going to get rid of it. Yet it never goes anywhere.
00:03:07.820
Do you believe there's truth to this, that Donald Trump does actually want to increase taxes on the
00:03:14.920
rich and close this carried interest loophole? Do you believe this? Because guess what? He does
00:03:18.660
need to find a way to get this budget passed. I don't know that Donald Trump wants to do that.
00:03:25.020
I don't think he has any particular philosophy of that. I think Steve Bannon does.
00:03:28.420
Do you know what I mean? To me, this feels like the disembodied hand of Steve Bannon reaching in,
00:03:33.100
right? So I think that's true. I think they have to find the money somewhere theoretically.
00:03:39.300
It's not enough. I mean, they carried interest to the surrounding area in the federal budget.
00:03:43.060
And what he's talking about wouldn't get you there.
00:03:45.520
Like, it's not going to be like- No, it's taxing the rich. They're talking about people who earn
00:03:48.520
over $2.5 million a year. That is 0.1% of the population. That's another number that won't get
00:03:55.320
you there. Right. It's like the wealth tax has not touched you. The fact that this is where their
00:03:58.640
head is going, right, which is that we are going to take away people's right to due process and we
00:04:04.720
are going to deport them. Maybe we'll deport them to their home country. Maybe we'll put them in
00:04:10.240
the jail four hours north of me in Louisiana and make them sit there for a month. There was a young
00:04:15.880
woman in Georgia the other day who was brought here when she was four, was stopped at a traffic stop.
00:04:21.020
She got sent to some ICE detention center three hours away, shackled, you know, put into a prison,
00:04:27.100
right? Like, who knows? They're floating, sending people to Libya. We already know that they're
00:04:31.380
putting people in the El Salvador prison. Like, this is absolutely fundamental. And this is a threat
00:04:37.000
to every American. Obviously, people that are here on a green card or on a visa or on an over,
00:04:42.680
you know, they're at more threat if you're not a U.S. citizen. But if these guys on the White House
00:04:47.420
lawn are going to say, we're going to continue this, like, this is our objective. We are going
00:04:52.440
to take people and we don't care what the court says. We don't care what the law says. And we're
00:04:57.480
going to throw them in a foreign prison or throw them in a war-torn African country or throw them in
00:05:02.460
a jail across the country. Like, that is a deep, scary, fundamental threat. And it must be rejected
00:05:09.600
and it must be pushed back against aggressively. And that's why I appreciate what the mayor and others
00:05:13.300
are doing in New Jersey. This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies
00:05:23.160
because we're going medieval on these people. Here's the time I got a free shot at all these
00:05:28.760
networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like
00:05:34.060
hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going
00:05:36.960
to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:05:41.460
MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:05:48.960
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:05:55.900
this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:06:02.300
It's Saturday, 10 May, Year of Our Lord, 2025. Absolute avalanche of massive news from late
00:06:16.780
yesterday afternoon until we came on, it's still coming on. We didn't even get a chance to mention
00:06:21.780
that the Chinese negotiators seemed to get up and walk out of the meeting with Secretary of Treasury,
00:06:28.940
Scott Besson and Jameson Greer, the trade rep, in Switzerland. But then they came back in a little
00:06:35.220
while and they said, oh, we're just taking a break. So intense negotiations going on there.
00:06:41.020
Overnight, it looks like President Trump has been able to broker at least some sort of ceasefire
00:06:46.620
or step down between Pakistan and India. Jerusalem Post is reporting that President Trump is going to
00:06:54.080
announce a two-state, a Palestinian state as a solution or part of a solution. I guess a non-Hamas-run
00:07:02.840
Palestinian state. Witkoff under incredible pressure, getting hit from every side by the neocons.
00:07:11.020
Matt Bull, an incredible interview with Witkoff being attacked by everyone that is a neocon,
00:07:19.140
saying Witkoff's not up to it as he's trying to negotiate with the Russians in this, you know,
00:07:25.000
temporary ceasefire in Ukraine. Of course, the last 72 hours have had Xi and Putin rubbing up on each
00:07:32.880
other, buddy-buddy in Moscow for the Russians' version of victory in Europe Day or victory in the war,
00:07:40.900
the part of the war that they cared about, which was the European war. Not just that, you've got so
00:07:47.020
many things happening in the courts. And of course, a radical judge in San Francisco is taking us down
00:07:54.640
another mile marker to the constitutional crisis, which I predict will happen in mid-June, mid to
00:08:00.820
late June. Mike Davis is with us. And Mike, I greatly appreciate you taking time away from the family.
00:08:05.880
I know you've got family matters you're dealing with today. But thanks for joining us. I want to start
00:08:12.000
with the judge in San Francisco. He's he present Trump's Article Two powers of letting people go, slashing
00:08:23.180
budgets, shutting down agencies. I think there's 21 agencies that this judge ruled on. Can you explain to us
00:08:30.600
We have a San Francisco Clinton judge, Susan Ilston. You've never heard of her before today, but she
00:08:41.280
just issued a so-called temporary restraining order, ordering that the president of the United States
00:08:48.920
cannot carry out reductions in force or other reorganizations of the executive branch
00:08:56.220
for like 20 agencies. This is clearly a lawless order. Again, the president ran, campaigned on the
00:09:05.880
fact that he's going to hire Elon Musk. He's going to set up the Department of Government Efficiency or
00:09:12.040
Doge, and he's going to cut waste, fraud and abuse in our government. And not only does he have the
00:09:17.620
right to do this, the constitutional right to do this, he has a constitutional duty to do this because
00:09:24.160
he has a constitutional duty to take care that our laws are faithfully executed. And when we have
00:09:30.880
waste, fraud and abuse in our executive branch, he has a duty to make sure that that is eliminated.
00:09:37.580
And the president's executive orders are very clear. He's doing what he's allowed to do within the
00:09:45.060
statutory framework that Congress has provided. He's not violating any statute when he does this. And so
00:09:52.680
in this case, we have labor unions, nonprofits and local governments running to a San Francisco
00:10:00.320
Democrat activist judge and getting a so-called temporary restraining order that the president
00:10:06.080
can't continue with these reductions in force in this reorganization of the executive branch.
00:10:13.520
What makes this really illegal is under Rule 65C of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,
00:10:22.160
posting security or a bond is required when you get an injunction like this. And so this judge
00:10:28.540
just wrote in an order, no big deal, you don't have to have a bond. That's a direct violation of the
00:10:33.300
law. Because guess what? When a higher court says that the president can do what he's doing,
00:10:39.720
the federal government's going to be out a lot of money, tens of millions of dollars to have to pay
00:10:45.220
people, pay people and pay contractors that he otherwise wouldn't be paying but for this Democrat
00:10:52.140
operative judge's unlawful order, unconstitutional, illegal order. And so here we are. Another activist
00:10:59.700
judge is not performing judicial review. Another Democrat activist judge is performing judicial
00:11:08.040
judicial sabotage. And it's really judicial sabotage of the American people because the American people
00:11:14.980
elected the president of the United States to do what the president is doing, regardless of his name
00:11:20.920
is Trump or whatever his name is. Take Trump out of the picture. Take Trump derangement out of the
00:11:26.180
picture. This is judicial sabotage of our democracy that these Democrats are pretending that they protect.
00:11:32.560
They know what works, though. I mean, this is the one parlor trick. We're going to get into the
00:11:42.300
arresting the mayor of Newark and other things, habeas corpus and the D.C. attorney situation. But
00:11:49.720
this is what they know works. They know going to these radical judges, which they pre-shop to go in and
00:11:56.700
have these TROs, which are nationwide. And this and her and her lecture in her opinion was he's got to
00:12:03.060
work with the with the legislative branch, with the Article One people. Well, he is. This whole budget
00:12:08.440
takes all these down. He's doing this in the beginning of this. So he is working with he is
00:12:15.340
working with Congress. He's not avoiding Congress on this. He's put forward a budget. These things are
00:12:19.740
getting taken down and there'll be rescissions. So I don't understand what her logic is. But it's working.
00:12:25.800
I mean, to delay is to deny. And this is another delay tactic because you have to go to you have
00:12:30.980
to go to appellate court. And, you know, that'll be a week or two. And then maybe the Supreme Court on
00:12:36.380
this. So this seems to be working. And it doesn't look like Congress is stepping in to cut budgets or
00:12:43.240
to be an enforcer here. Mike, am I missing that? No, you're exactly right, Steve. And I would say,
00:12:49.440
remember, if you are a fired federal employee, you have recourse. You go to the Merit Systems
00:12:56.800
Protection Board and you file a claim there. If you are a fired federal contractor, you have recourse.
00:13:02.900
You go to the Court of Federal Claims and you file a lawsuit there. But this idea that you can go to
00:13:08.060
an activist judge in San Francisco, you can just randomly pick any of these 670 district court judges
00:13:15.660
around the country and go to their courtroom whenever you feel like it and get a temporary
00:13:21.160
restraining order that's not temporary without posting a bond. And it's going to cost the
00:13:25.640
taxpayers tens of millions of dollars. And part of a temporary restraining order is you have
00:13:31.640
exigent circumstances. Here we are. We are on May 10th, right? These executive orders came out months
00:13:38.660
ago. So why did they wait until May 10th to May 9th to bring this complaint with this activist judge
00:13:48.600
in San Francisco? They're clearly judge shopping. This is clearly a coordinated effort by these Democrat
00:13:55.600
plaintiffs going to these Democrat judges. And again, this is judicial sabotage. President Trump
00:14:01.780
has four years and about a 30% chance of saving America. We are going off of a cliff. We are going
00:14:09.380
off the fiscal cliff. And we're not going to come back for this. We have so much debt that it's
00:14:18.040
unsustainable. And if you don't start cutting the size of our bloated, wasteful executive branch,
00:14:24.360
you're never going to get this under control. And you say this, Steve, Congress isn't going to do this.
00:14:28.380
And that's the problem. Like we have to drain the swamp, but guess what? The reptiles are not
00:14:35.180
going to drain the swamp. Why would the hell, why the hell would Congress and the budget's coming up?
00:14:40.240
It's got no cut to the federal judiciary. At least I haven't seen a Mike Davis. Hang on for one second.
00:14:45.180
Mike Davis joins us today from the hinterland. We've got a lot to get through in the next couple
00:14:52.040
hours, a packed, packed news weekend, short break back in a moment.
00:14:55.820
This July, there's a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro, the block of emerging
00:15:05.780
superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia are meeting with the goal of displacing
00:15:12.560
the United States dollar as the global currency. They're calling this the Rio reset. As BRICS nations
00:15:19.780
push forward with their plans, global demand for US dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of
00:15:24.880
the dollar in your savings. While this transition won't not happen overnight, but trust me, it's going
00:15:31.720
to start in Rio. The Rio reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively
00:15:38.860
from a theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality. Learn if diversifying your savings into gold

00:16:27.040
We're going to be saying that a lot. You know, we're going to be saying a lot. If they can do
00:16:31.400
this to fill in the blank, they can do it to the rest of us. We need to gird ourselves to what is
00:16:37.620
coming. Look, you've got Stephen Miller on the lawn of the White House, right? Telling America,
00:16:44.640
oh yeah, we're looking at ways to suspend habeas corpus, right? That, you know, the supreme law of the
00:16:50.320
land, the constitution, yeah, we can do what we want with it to violate what is very clear in the
00:16:58.820
law and in the constitution that they cannot do. That the president just can't willy-nilly suspend
00:17:05.740
habeas corpus. I mean, think about in the middle of a friggin' civil war, Abraham Lincoln caught a
00:17:11.240
whole lot of hell for making, for attempting and in fact suspending habeas corpus and paid a price
00:17:18.900
politically for that. So look, this is, this, there's no invasion here and they're using language
00:17:25.600
to sort of dumb down the seriousness of what they're doing to us. And I think this moment,
00:17:31.540
to your point, Simone, is, is a seminal moment in, in the changeover to the eradication of the rights
00:17:40.200
of everyone, that the migrants, immigrants, those, that's just, that's just the sidebar.
00:17:47.160
The real core is every one of us that are left. And I think we need to be mindful of that and be
00:17:53.540
prepared to stand up against it. Okay. We're going to get into this, the habeas corpus and what
00:17:59.780
happened with the Newark mayor, but Mike, just because we're hurtling towards a constitutional
00:18:04.480
crisis on many fronts. I mean, what's going to happen here? They went to San Francisco
00:18:10.480
because the casual observers like myself say, oh, they're going to get the appellate in the most
00:18:18.860
radical appellate court, the ninth, right? And they'll get a stamp or approval there. And then
00:18:24.360
this thing will go to the Supreme court with a lot of backing. Your thoughts on timing, seriousness of
00:18:31.560
this, what's going to happen at the ninth and when is this going to get to the Supreme court? And what
00:18:35.500
is Roberts going to have to do? So fortunately in president Trump's first term, uh, there was like,
00:18:41.960
I think it was like an 11 seat advantage on the 29 member ninth circuit for Democrats. And I think
00:18:47.740
president Trump got down to only a three seat advantage for Democrats and president Trump appointed
00:18:53.500
rock solid constitutionalist to the ninth circuit, uh, like Lawrence Van Dyke and Patrick Boumette
00:19:00.380
and many, many others. And so I would say that, you know, the, the ninth circuit is still, uh,
00:19:07.240
leans Democrat, but it's not the judicial hell hole that it once was eight years ago. So that's
00:19:13.560
number one, where I think this should go is that the government's going to seek an emergency stay in
00:19:20.320
the ninth circuit of this whack job, San Francisco Democrat judges ruling. And then if the ninth circuit
00:19:27.140
doesn't, uh, issue a stay of the temporary restraining order, this needs to go to the
00:19:33.140
Supreme court on the emergency docket. And I would say this again, I say this to the chief justice,
00:19:39.200
John Roberts, who, who I like personally, I clerk clerked for justice Gorsuch. He's a good man
00:19:44.960
personally, and I like him, but he is doing, uh, if you could write a playbook on how to destroy
00:19:51.960
the federal judiciary's legitimacy, uh, with the American people and therefore with Congress and
00:19:57.900
therefore with, uh, affecting its jurisdiction and funding, I think John Roberts is, is running
00:20:04.380
that playbook unintentionally, of course, because he thinks he's a masterful politician in a rope,
00:20:09.600
but he's not. I mean, I, I can't think of anything more destructive to the judiciary than these
00:20:16.580
dozens of Democrat activist judges around the country, trying to sabotage the American people
00:20:23.900
in their election of the president of the United States. This is a judicial coup. Uh, this is a
00:20:29.460
judicial assault on American democracy that these Democrats pretend to protect. And it's going to,
00:20:36.280
it's unacceptable. We are getting to the red line when the president of the United States is getting
00:20:41.540
an order, like we saw in San Francisco, where he can't lay off federal workers. He can't
00:20:46.460
reorganize executive branch agencies. Again, he's doing this within the parameters laid out
00:20:52.800
in the statutes. He's allowed to do this. And to say that he can't do this, to say that,
00:20:58.900
to say that you're going to put an order on the president, that he can't do this, that you're not
00:21:02.800
going to make these plaintiffs go through the regular, regular channels, like the merit system
00:21:07.740
protection board and the court of federal claims and posting a bond under rule 65 C that's mandatory.
00:21:14.560
Uh, this is lawlessness. This is judicial activism. This is judicial
00:21:18.540
sabotage. It's unacceptable. And if the courts are going to do this, I say, this is someone
00:21:23.800
who clerked on the Supreme court who clerks on a, an appellate court court, who was the chief counsel
00:21:29.200
for nominations on the Senate judiciary committee with the oversight portfolio
00:21:32.900
of the federal judiciary. If this is what our judiciary is stands for is this sabotage,
00:21:39.160
then we need to burn down the whole, uh, the whole federal judiciary and start over. We need to,
00:21:44.180
we need to start gutting the, these, these courts. We need to start eliminating these judgeships. We
00:21:50.380
need to start playing hardball because this is unacceptable for these judges to sabotage the
00:21:55.320
American people like this. Uh, as his, uh, article two power as commander in chief, uh, in Newark,
00:22:03.320
the mayor was arrested, but there was a major incident that led ice to do this. Walk us through
00:22:08.460
that. Uh, now you've got brazen, just absolute brazen, um, you know, political, these radicals
00:22:15.820
that are, that are contesting president Trump's, um, actual powers as commander in chief, sir.
00:22:21.780
Yeah. So the president campaign on the facts he's going to secure our border. He's going to deport
00:22:28.320
illegal aliens, all of whom are criminals. Every single one of them are criminals under our federal
00:22:33.440
criminal statutes. And president Trump's going to focus first on trend day Aragua and MS 13 terrorists
00:22:40.320
and gangbangers. Right. And the American people liked what they heard. They give him a broad electoral
00:22:45.280
mandate, 312 electoral votes, all seven swing States, the popular vote. This is like a, an 80 20 issue,
00:22:51.440
right. And the president is doing what he promised voters. He would do cutting waste front abuse and
00:22:57.340
getting and securing our border and getting these illegal aliens, violence, dangerous terrorists,
00:23:02.120
the hell out of our country. And if you have these operatives, these Democrat politicians trying to
00:23:07.760
sabotage that, uh, exposing these ice operations, interfering in these ice operations, this is a,
00:23:14.280
these are very serious federal crimes. You're talking about obstruction. You're talking about
00:23:19.400
conspiracy. You're talking about trespass. You're talking about assaults on federal officers. Uh,
00:23:26.380
the, I, I promise you, uh, knowing what I know about my friend, Alina Habba, president Trump's U S
00:23:33.000
attorney in New Jersey, she's, she's not going to turn a blind eye to this. She's going to prosecute
00:23:38.440
these people. And she absolutely should, whether it's the mayor who needs to be prosecuted under our
00:23:44.000
federal laws. And also these members of Congress, members of Congress generally have speech and
00:23:48.880
debate immunity under our constitution where they can't be arrested, uh, for performing their official
00:23:54.160
duties. But I don't think, uh, trespassing, obstructing federal law enforcement, assaulting
00:24:00.180
federal officers can conspiring to do all this. I don't think that's part of your official duty. So I
00:24:05.460
think the Trump justice department should move forward and indict these members of Congress as well.
00:24:10.660
We initiated this idea here in the war room with DC Drano. The, uh, we've talked about it now for
00:24:17.300
years about president Lincoln, what president Lincoln had to do with his wartime powers in the
00:24:21.960
civil war. This is an invasion. In fact, it's a worse invasion than in the civil war. There's 10
00:24:27.660
million illegal alien invaders in this country. President Trump as commander in chief, uh, has said
00:24:33.200
he's going to remove them all starting with the worst of the worst. Uh, your thoughts on, because I
00:24:38.540
know you've, you've been very, Hey, we got to really think this through your thoughts on this
00:24:42.000
whole, given where we are, given where these political demonstrations by these politicians
00:24:47.520
going to continue your, uh, your thoughts on suspension of habeas corpus. Well, I would say
00:24:53.760
this to the chief justice and his, uh, you know, commanding general John Roberts and his six
00:24:59.220
lieutenant generals who still have an unconstitutional, illegal injunction on the president of the United
00:25:05.820
States, starting on good Friday, where the president of the United States could not repel
00:25:10.380
a foreign invasion of trend day, Aragua and MS 13. That is the president's highest constitutional
00:25:15.460
duty as the commander in chief, let alone. He has that power under the alien enemies act,
00:25:21.140
but the Supreme court seems to think that they're, they're generals now, and they're going to tell
00:25:26.160
the president he can't conduct military operations. I would say this, if these judges actually think
00:25:32.160
that foreign terrorists who have invaded our country, uh, are entitled to years of court proceedings
00:25:39.440
and due process to get them the hell out, then we need to suspend the writ of habeas corpus because
00:25:45.080
this is an invasion. We've had Joe Biden working with these NGOs to let in over 10 million illegal
00:25:52.600
aliens, including the most dangerous people in the Western hemisphere, trend day, Aragua and, uh,
00:25:58.840
MS 13. And that's okay for these globalist elite because they don't have to deal with them and their
00:26:05.460
wealthy enclaves. They want these, uh, illegal aliens to go rape, kidnap, torture, murder, the lake and, uh,
00:26:14.180
lake and rallies of the world. They want them in Aurora, Colorado. They don't want to have to deal with
00:26:17.860
these illegal aliens, but they want the cheap labor. And so they, they, they, they, they, they want their
00:26:23.680
serfs. They're illegal alien serfs, uh, to over 10 million of them. And they don't care if that means
00:26:29.820
we're letting in vicious murderers, rapists, robbers, terrorists from trend day, Aragua. So if the courts
00:26:37.320
are, are, are, are not going to allow the president of the United States, if the courts are going to say
00:26:41.160
that these terrorists have, uh, habeas rights, which they don't, if that's what the courts are going to
00:26:47.500
say, then the president has a constitutional duty to, to suspend the writ of habeas corpus and repel this
00:26:56.840
Mike, I know you got a bolt, um, article three. Um, I have Mike back on Monday. We're going to talk about Ed
00:27:01.460
Martin and judge Dineen, a lot going on there. And the article three project led the way on that. Mike, real
00:27:06.780
quickly, uh, this constitutional crisis is going to have to be solved in the Supreme Court or not. I say it's mid to late
00:27:13.340
June. Is that a good timeframe or do you think it'll take longer?
00:27:17.500
Yeah, I think that's about right because the Supreme Court justices go on their two month siesta after, after
00:27:24.460
the term ends in June. And so I, I imagine that they're gonna, I think your timing spot, spot on Steve. And I
00:27:30.220
would say to these justices, uh, they need to wake the hell up, right? I, I, I know that they are in their little
00:27:36.340
cocoons right now. And, and, you know, the Chevy Chase, they, they go between the Chevy Chase Country Club and then to the
00:27:42.780
Supreme Court where their sycophants, uh, treat, treat them like gods, but the, their decisions have
00:27:48.540
real consequences right now. And you're going to learn about the legitimacy of the federal judiciary.
00:27:53.180
If they think that illegal aliens are staying in our country.
00:27:57.020
Where, where do they go for article three? Where do they go to get you, sir?
00:28:00.220
Article three project.org, article number three project.org. You can donate there, but only what
00:28:05.340
you could afford. Follow us on social media. There are two action items that we need to pursue right now.
00:28:11.340
We need to impeach Judge Boasberg and we need to cut $2 billion out of the $10 billion federal
00:28:17.020
judiciary's budget because the Supreme Court, uh, Judge Ali, piss it away.
00:28:27.020
Health isn't just a personal issue. It's a family issue, a community issue.
00:28:31.340
We're living in unpredictable times. Supply chains can break down. Hospitals can get overwhelmed. And
00:28:36.140
let's not even start on the natural disasters. These aren't hypotheticals. They're happening.
00:28:41.020
You see it here in the war room and we all know it. The question is simply, are you ready?
00:28:46.860

00:29:32.780
I didn't get to the fact that they dropped at least 28 pages of the tax bill. Brattle joined me in the
00:29:46.460
second hour for that and Ben Hardwell in the second hour from the Vatican, from Rome. A lot to go over
00:29:53.740
there as the New York Times. The situation in Rome was 100% gun decked, as we say in the Navy. Look at
00:30:02.700
this. For a divided church, Pope Leo's First Mass is an echo of Francis. Look at that front page of New
00:30:08.780
York Times today. Just all over how great this is. This was completely and totally rigged.
00:30:18.300
How was I the only guy that called this 10 days beforehand? I'm not that smart. It was pretty
00:30:26.540
evident what was going on. And if you hear even more of the chatter, this was a guy that was totally
00:30:31.660
unknown. They had just been made a cardinal a couple years ago. They put him in charge of the dicastery
00:30:38.380
of selecting the archbishops so we get to know people. But absolutely, given the other stature
00:30:48.140
of even the progressives and the moderates and the conservatives or really even the progressives
00:30:53.740
and the moderates, essentially a nobody. Completely and totally rigged. Completely and totally rigged.
00:31:00.780
This is as rigged or more so than the 2020 election. And we're going to pay a price for it. Trust me.
00:31:09.500
So we're going to get more into that. Ed Martin and Judge Deneen. In 2016, 2017, we offered Judge Deneen
00:31:22.060
the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York. That's Brooklyn. And since it covers Kennedy
00:31:27.980
Airport, you may have seen this on films like, is it Goodfellas? It controls, everything goes on in
00:31:36.140
Kennedy. I mean, it is a major, it's probably, I don't know, the third or fourth most important.
00:31:41.180
You've got Southern District of New York. You've got D.C. You have maybe, maybe Los Angeles or Chicago
00:31:49.660
and then Eastern District. Maybe East District is even higher than that. But it's incredibly powerful,
00:31:53.500
U.S. Attorney. Judge Deneen, as people know, had cancer, was fighting cancer in the 16 campaign.
00:32:02.220
She never missed an episode of her show on Saturday night while undergoing chemo.
00:32:09.660
She is a hero, a patriot and a fighter like you cannot believe. If you know her, if you
00:32:14.540
have the pleasure to know her personally, she is a fighter beyond all. I mean, not just for Trump,
00:32:20.700
the country, but she's one of Trump's fiercest defenders. Did not miss an episode while going
00:32:26.220
through chemo for cancer. In fact, she should keep a bucket on the things. So because she was sick,
00:32:34.460
she was sick. As you know, the people have chemo or ill nauseous because of the brutality of the
00:32:41.740
regimen to get you better. That's what type of hero she is. Never missed a show.
00:32:54.620
She will be absolutely amazing as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
00:33:04.300
And she will hit this place like a flamethrower, like it needs to be hit.
00:33:09.340
But we should have never given up on Ed Martin.
00:33:14.140
We are undefeated when it comes to confirmations, if they put the confirmation through.
00:33:19.260
Gates would have gotten confirmed. Ed Martin would have gotten confirmed. Now, Ed's going over for a
00:33:24.860
great job over in Maine Justice, this weaponization task force and head of pardons, which is very
00:33:31.980
important. You know, Peter Navarro, myself and Jared and others are working very closely with the
00:33:36.780
Bureau of Prison guys to make sure the major reforms are with the Bureau of Prisons. So having Ed
00:33:43.100
over on the pardons side is brilliant. To have him on the heading up the working group on weaponization
00:33:49.020
is fantastic because I know they're so overwhelmed over there of what they're doing that this can
00:33:55.340
only help. But Judge Jeanine in this position is perfect. But we are sending the wrong signal
00:34:04.220
to the Tillises of the world. And now they came up with five other names or six other names. Fine,
00:34:09.980
put their names up. Let's roll. We've gone through this before. That's how Hegs is there. That's how
00:34:17.580
Tulsi's there. Right? That's how Bobby Kennedy's there. That's how Cash is there.
00:34:26.060
They were all controversial. They're all not going to get confirmed. So
00:34:32.620
and about Cash, look, I love I love me some Cash Patel. I'm not ecstatic when I see a budget
00:34:39.340
committee hearing and we're talking about the Trump administration wants to cut, I think,
00:34:44.380
500 million dollars from the from the FBI's budget and Cash wants to add a billion dollars or
00:34:48.780
something. The budget this FBI should be cut. The FBI should be cut in half like this week.
00:34:55.820
Cut in half this week. We are burning. And this is why Gene, I think Judge Jeanine is going to be
00:35:00.860
great. We're burning and having Ed in Maine justice. However, we still need a special counsel on this.
00:35:06.940
The Tom Fitton idea still need it because we're burning daylight. You see what they're doing now
00:35:13.180
with these judges we're going to have before their term ends and they go on there, you know,
00:35:18.220
July, August, September vacation because they come back in the first, I think the first Tuesday in October.
00:35:25.020
Before they take the summer off, we're going to have to sort this mess out.
00:35:28.460
We're hurtling towards a constitutional crisis. I mean, we have a constitutional crisis right now.
00:35:33.500
We're hurtling towards a was it Denimoire to get the solution here? Because these judges,
00:35:41.100
we now have judicial supremacy. That's not in the Constitution. The founders of the nation
00:35:46.380
would have never done that. They talked about the Supreme Court in the in the Constitution,
00:35:51.580
but didn't get it in any specific details. That was all done later when they set up the federal judiciary,
00:35:56.380
which was quite controversial in the first decades of the founding of the Republic.
00:36:04.380
And yes, they have judicial review, but now we have judicial supremacy
00:36:09.820
and judicial sabotage. This thing last night, these
00:36:15.740
radical Democrats are smart about where they go. They know this. This is why taking on the law firms is
00:36:20.860
so important. This is why taking on the Ivy League schools is so important. This is why breaking
00:36:26.540
these institutions is so important to us now. And it must continue. And we cannot flinch.
00:36:32.460
If we flinch, we lose. If we flinch, then everything in 2024 is just given away.
00:36:40.460
So Mike will come back. We'll talk more on. So Ed Martin to Maine Justice.
00:36:44.620
He's going to start right away. And I'm we're tracking very closely when they arrest
00:36:59.660
It should be booked and not let, you know, no, no bond.
00:37:05.100
Somebody as crude as that's going to come up to somebody that's a public servant sitting right there
00:37:08.940
giving an interview over at Newsmax and spit on him. The only way to stop this is to stop it.
00:37:17.100
And we cannot flinch and we cannot be weak. You saw the stunt they pulled in Newark.
00:37:22.220
They're going to be more of that. They're going to be more of that.
00:37:25.820
They think it's working. So it's going to be more of it. You got to shut it down.
00:37:29.660
You have to shut it down now and you have to shut it down hard.
00:37:32.060
The two congressmen should be thrown in. They should have been in jail last night.
00:37:41.100
They're violating federal laws. If you're going to obstruct ICE officers doing their job in these deportations.
00:37:47.660
Remember, folks, we haven't gotten to the hard deportations yet.
00:37:51.340
These are the easy ones. These are the obvious criminals.
00:37:55.100
These are the obvious people that have to leave the country immediately.
00:37:58.140
The mass deportations of 10 million, which all have to happen or you don't have a country.
00:38:04.860
Because if you don't do it now, it will come back.
00:38:09.980
First of all, these people will be in the country and it will come back.
00:38:15.180
Tej Gill, you've got some dude on a day like today.
00:38:19.500
The night or the news overnight was overwhelming.
00:38:22.380
I haven't scratched the surface of what's going on globally or even politically.
00:38:26.380
But now more than ever, I need a cup of hot Warpath coffee.
00:38:32.940
We've got it, Steve. We've got plenty of coffee.
00:38:53.340
It says, never lose, always win, and conquer everything.
00:39:02.140
And we've got a new landing page for the War Room Posse.
00:39:05.020
So when you go to our website, warpath.coffee, you type in warpath.coffee forward slash war room.
00:39:13.260
So it's the same website. You just put in forward slash war room.
00:39:16.620
And it's a website specifically built for the War Room Posse.
00:39:20.940
And you can get our coffee because everybody knows our coffee is the best coffee.
00:39:38.940
We're almost up to 10,000 five-star reviews right now on the website.
00:39:43.500
So go check it out at warpath.coffee forward slash war room and use promo code war room.
00:39:50.940
And you get 15% off this weekend for Mother's Day weekend.
00:39:54.420
So promo code war room, warpath.coffee forward slash war room.
00:39:59.900
We're out here at the range in Idaho shooting guns, drinking coffee this morning, doing good American things.
00:40:14.600
Yeah, the landing page is warpath.coffee and it's forward slash war room.
00:40:20.900
And it's going to take you to all the specials we have for the war room posse.
00:40:25.960
And it's got some video of you and I talking about the coffee.
00:40:30.880
It's built specifically for the war room posse.
00:40:40.920
So you're doing what you like doing best on a Saturday morning, shooting and having some hot warpath?
00:40:55.760
This is what we do on a Saturday morning in Idaho.
00:41:06.000
You can have suppressors here, silencers on your rifles.
00:41:21.100
That whole area they call the American Redoubt.
00:41:26.160
That part of Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, eastern Washington, eastern Oregon.
00:41:38.400
That's kind of the fulcrum of changing this country and setting things right is up there.
00:41:49.860
Tej, where do they go one more time for the landing page?
00:41:55.300
It's warpath.coffee and then forward slash war room.
00:42:04.360
But it's warpath.coffee forward slash war room.
00:42:15.220
The page is specifically built for the war room posse.
00:42:25.400
I don't know if a picture of me is what you want to see early in the morning.
00:42:28.400
But, hey, if you get great coffee, if it gets you to the champagne of coffee, coffee, you can drink black.
00:42:34.700
You don't want to put cream and sugar in it because you need to kill the acid.
00:42:40.460
Maybe you have to suffer through some photos of me.
00:42:52.360
That's why I love these Saturday morning shows.
00:43:00.560
President Trump, I mean, what an overnight piece of getting at least a stand down in Pakistan and in India.
00:43:08.520
That thing on the line of control, I'm telling you, folks, that's a tinderbox.
00:43:18.780
President Trump getting it done again on a Friday night, early Saturday morning.
00:43:24.820
We're going to be back in the War Room on a Saturday.
00:43:33.300
What if he had the brightest mind in the War Room delivering critical financial research every month?
00:43:45.360
A former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.
00:43:51.980
Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.
00:44:00.660
Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future.
00:44:08.420
His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to national security.
00:44:20.440
Right now, War Room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence.
00:44:27.220
This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence.
00:44:45.820
You know, a report out of, and we had the head of Bloomberg here, the author of the book,
00:45:01.400
Saliha Motion for a Full Hour, Paper Soldiers, remember about a week ago.
00:45:06.280
She was not as concerned by the scale of the, of what the market for dollars is.
00:45:14.320
In the world, but then there's a, a report out of Bloomberg this morning by one of her colleagues that, and by the way, she's one of the smartest reporters in this, in this imperial capital, particularly covering economics.
00:45:30.380
She said, yeah, people are coming after it, but it's still the basics of the world's system.
00:45:38.340
Well, President Trump, the post-war international rules-based order, President Trump is trying to massively structure that because the trade deals, we were upside down on every commercial relationship and trade deal.
00:45:48.900
He's trying to, he's trying to, at the same time, really confront the economic warfare that the Chinese Communist Party has been engaged against the United States in.
00:46:01.260
One of the foundations of this is going to be the U.S. dollar as the prime reserve currency.
00:46:06.320
Now, obviously, it's currently the prime reserve currency and will be for a while.
00:46:09.560
Now, there are tremendous benefits of being the prime reserve currency.
00:46:14.340
One of the benefits is you can, you know, you finance your debt out of this because people have to essentially buy it because they need dollars.
00:46:22.740
And you're not like Argentina or not like the U.K. when Liz Truss got turfed out because they don't need to take pounds.
00:46:28.500
So the bond market is much more in control of you.
00:46:32.880
But there's reports out of Asia that leading up to the Rio reset, that countries in Asia right now are thinking through.
00:46:40.340
And these are even countries that are going to sign up on these trade deals with us of ways they can get away from the total control that Washington has over economic warfare, sanctions, all of that.
00:46:53.880
And also the drop in the purchasing power of the dollar.
00:47:00.480
This is why we're making such a big effort about the Rio reset.
00:47:02.960
And you saw, I'm just telling you, they couldn't have been cozier.
00:47:12.800
If you saw Xi and Putin giggling and laughing and looking at the parades and talking to some of the old veterans.
00:47:20.780
Somebody said, Richard Stengel said, well, you know, the world condemns Russia.
00:47:27.060
I said, dude, they had Lula of the Brazil and Xi of China.
00:47:30.620
They had two of the biggest nations in the G20 and two of the two biggest outside of India in the BRICS sitting up on their stage with him.
00:47:39.080
That's why Birch Gold, we did the, the latest free installment is the Rio reset.
00:47:48.960
Birchgold.com slash Bannon to get it, study it.
00:47:52.680
Because here's what's going to happen if you think about it.
00:48:00.540
And remember the three crises, the three things that President Trump had top of his page was number one, stopping the kinetic part of the third world war.
00:48:08.140
And he's getting ready next week to go to the Middle East, Riyadh, the UAE, Qatar, to talk about investments and other types of maybe expanding the Abraham Accords.
00:48:19.880
But essentially trying to tap down this war in Gaza for metastasizing and the situation with the Houthis, which supposedly we have some sort of interim agreement with us.
00:48:32.340
So they're not going to be shelling our two carrier battle groups anymore.
00:48:38.440
But the Rio reset is an important, is going to come at the same time as the end of June.
00:48:45.080
It's going to come on the 6th of July, right at the time when the Supreme Court's going to have to make some decisions here about the president of the United States and the office of the presidency.
00:48:58.760
They're going to try to delay it to the end of their term.
00:49:03.440
So that's going to get sorted at the same time they're meeting in Rio.
00:49:09.660
And they're not going to shift off the dollar immediately, but they're looking for all these mechanisms that they can begin to shift away.
00:49:18.160
And we have to have a national conversation of do we want to be the prime reserve currency?
00:49:22.960
Is it worth the responsibilities and the obligations?
00:49:26.540
And the lords of easy money are going to have to jump in here and we're going to have to have a debate.
00:49:30.960
This is why right now they just released the 28 pages.
00:49:33.420
I'm trying to go through it because there's not a lot of substance there.
00:49:36.460
But look, here's just let me just cut to the chase.
00:49:38.760
We'd like to just make it basic without all the people running around with their hair on fire.
00:49:43.280
We have the federal spendings out of control and the political class cannot cut it.
00:49:49.740
They were hoping this is why they were rubbing up on Elon.
00:49:52.780
They hoped Elon came in here with the magic wand and gave him a trillion dollars of a fraud.
00:49:58.240
That didn't happen as we told you wasn't going to happen.
00:50:00.480
So now we're here with having now we're in reality and the cuts are not there.
00:50:07.240
The hundred sixty three billion are not even a beginning of what has to happen.
00:50:11.480
And you hear that you hear that going over the top on this because you haven't touched defense and you're going to have to do something smart.
00:50:21.100
Medicaid, if you look at the making the taxes of the tax cuts permanent for the middle and working class, not just extend the 2017, but make sure we never have to address it again.
00:50:38.260
I'm telling you now they haven't put out the revenue side or the side because I'm telling you right now with what they're talking about is cuts.
00:50:49.360
I want to hear about this coming fiscal year, 26.
00:50:52.980
Right now, it's a two and a half trillion dollar deficit, not 25.
00:50:56.920
25 is going to be a two tree over a two trillion dollar deficit.
00:51:00.520
And Scott Besson just told us, oh, by the way, when he's getting on the plane to Switzerland, hey, I've done the calculation now and we hit the debt ceiling.
00:51:13.520
Well, the big, beautiful bill ain't going to be done by August.
00:51:17.700
So you got the debt ceiling and we're going to see what they're going to ask for in the relief of debt ceiling.
00:51:23.320
This audience is going to have to do a gut check.
00:51:29.500
Because it's going to be upon your shoulders to try to sort all this out.
00:51:36.940
Because I will tell you, we've done a great job of changing the electorate in the Republican Party.
00:51:46.220
That's where President Trump had the massive victory.
00:51:49.420
That people gravitate to him as a leader in his positions as a populist nationalist.
00:51:58.280
We haven't changed the formal Republican Party.
00:52:01.220
They're still here with this insane Republican orthodoxy that's not sustainable.
00:52:16.900
You've got the kinetic part of the Third World War, which is expanding now to Pakistan and India.
00:52:23.200
And you've got this judicial revolt on top of, guess what?
00:52:31.120
The urgency we need to deconstruct the administrative state and destroy the deep state.
00:52:50.000
You diet, lose weight, but gain it all back, plus a few extra pounds for the effort.
00:52:55.320
Then later, you lose it again and regain it again and on and on and on.
00:53:02.620
Studies show that you can increase your risk of heart attack, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and other health problems.
00:53:09.160
Breaking free of your yo-yo diet pattern is a main reason doctors created Lean.
00:53:14.920

00:53:22.220

00:54:14.320

00:54:25.840
So, that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements.
00:54:30.940
