Bannon's War Room - Episode 4479： The Strategic Decoupling

00:00:00.000 Chinese have an economic plan called dual circulation and with dual circulation our goal

00:00:06.300 is to make sure dual circulation means export and domestic use. Dual circulation cannot mean that

00:00:15.420 China overproduces and that only Chinese goods are consumed in China and then they export the

00:00:22.840 excess to the rest of the world. So we have had the equivalent because of these high tariff rates

00:00:28.880 of an embargo on China and those goods are going to leak to the rest of the world. So you know our

00:00:35.180 negotiations we don't need to tell other countries what they need to do. They are seeing this wave of

00:00:41.500 Chinese goods coming to their shore. They have to find a home and that could be at a discount price

00:00:48.480 undercutting local producers. And again one of the most important things that we're doing

00:00:53.920 we do not want a generalized decoupling from China but what we do want is a decoupling 1.00

00:01:00.080 for strategic necessities which we were unable to obtain during COVID and we realized

00:01:07.240 that efficient supply chains were not resilient supply chains. So we are going to create our own

00:01:15.340 steel they protect our steel industry they work on critical medicines on semiconductors. So we are

00:01:24.660 doing that and the reciprocal tariffs have nothing to do with the specific industry tariffs. What has

00:01:33.840 to happen is it has to be fair for the American people but in January 2020. That's Scott Besson so

00:01:40.340 today historic day Secretary of Treasury Bennett Besson and Ambassador Jameson Greer live from Geneva

00:01:49.340 this morning. Scott Besson is flying to Saudi Arabia I think even as we speak. So they started

00:01:54.500 off at three o'clock eastern time with a live press conference to explain this 90-day kind of process

00:02:03.220 with the Chinese Communist Party and the key key takeaways number one he said this is a strategic

00:02:13.220 decoupling at first he said decoupling and then he refined it later strategic decoupling what he means

00:02:18.780 by that is that not all industry is going to come back they're not going to make a forced effort and all

00:02:23.140 industries are going to focus on high value added manufacturing particularly precision engineering precision

00:02:29.220 manufacturing. So in 90 days the tariffs here won't everybody understand the tariffs as structured now are 50% on

00:02:38.220 Chinese products. How do I get to that math quite simple 20% from Trump's first term that Biden never took off

00:02:45.220 because there's too much pressure not to take off the Chinese mentioned that in the first round of negotiations

00:02:50.220 that's 20% 20% on fentanyl which has not been taken off and he kept he took the escalatory

00:02:57.220 reciprocity tariffs that were 145 I think 125 to 145 he brought those down to 10%

00:03:04.220 you add that up it's 50% China's 10% with us and that's the pressure the Chinese economy 0.57

00:03:09.220 as everybody knows is under enormous enormous pressure not just the real estate industry

00:03:13.220 not just the commercial banks the manufacturing they're having plants closing because up until

00:03:18.220 today there's been a complete and total embargo of essentially both countries the two largest

00:03:24.220 trading partners in the world complete and total embargo and I think what 1.2 trillion dollar

00:03:31.220 running annual deficit the total trade deficit 25 trillion dollars ladies and gentlemen 18

00:03:37.220 trading of that right to the Chinese Communist Party as you can know from Italy to France and

00:03:42.220 particularly Germany the Chinese Communist Party is rapacious and how they destroy industries and 1.00

00:03:48.220 take them to to China so good news out of this I know for many of the hawks people on our side

00:03:54.220 the one totally decoupling not a hundred percent victory but that's fine it's a process and this

00:03:59.220 shows serious engagement Scott Besson very very serious tremendous move on this and they're going

00:04:05.220 to hammer away key thing on on semiconductor and all the high value added manufacturing that's all

00:04:10.220 coming back here and remember Besson says some of the days quite important this is a whole package

00:04:16.220 you're going to have tax relief you have massive deconstruction administrative state to lead to

00:04:20.220 deregulation lower energy costs all that combined with a tariff with basically protectionist tariff

00:04:26.220 barriers will add to a complete picture this is why you're going to see I think it's up to two

00:04:31.220 trillion dollars now of companies saying they're bringing manufacturing jobs back here not not not

00:04:36.220 not not sovereign wealth funds now the sovereign wealth funds President Trump's going to do that

00:04:39.220 in the next couple of days he's leaving shortly and we're going to cover that live my crack producer

00:04:45.220 the guys in Denver and in West Palm Beach we want to make sure we get President Trump he's going to

00:04:48.220 I think walk out and take Air Force take help take Marine one out to Andrews Air Force base he's

00:04:54.220 leaving for Saudi Arabia here momentarily so that's on the trade part remember it's peace deals it's trade deals

00:05:02.220 and it's uh peace deals and uh and trade deals and tax deals today also drug deals the drug deal he did

00:05:09.220 something that was absolutely epic and historic with Bobby Kennedy and Dr. Oz by his side but Bobby

00:05:15.220 Kennedy a really part of the royalty of the Democratic Party stepped up to the microphone and said hey

00:05:21.220 Republicans and Democrats have tried to do this for 50 or 60 years they've been too intimidated because the money

00:05:26.220 of big pharma President Trump who all the big pharma guys ran to him uh after member Mar-a-Lago you had

00:05:33.220 the news media everyday big farmers down there having meetings doing this we then this is the reason we got

00:05:38.220 Bobby Kennedy confirmed President Trump was bold in his pick of Bobby Kennedy this show this audience

00:05:43.220 bombarding the guys in the Senate that didn't want to vote for Bobby Kennedy today is the reason that you got

00:05:49.220 Bobby Kennedy in there as Secretary of Health and Human Services why Bobby Kennedy helped work with Dr. Oz

00:05:54.220 who's going to manage this process to go to the president say hey here's what we can do here's the

00:05:59.220 executive order you should sign and Bobby Kennedy called out Bernie Sanders by name he said Bernie

00:06:04.220 Sanders has talked about this he built his campaign around this if you watch this phony cosplay

00:06:09.220 uh oligarchs uh roadshow he's got with AOC one of the big things they bring up is this well today

00:06:15.220 President Trump did it in the Oval Office up to 80 percent and what this is doing is essentially the

00:06:20.220 the American people have been underwriting Europe this is where the profits of the drug companies are

00:06:25.220 made and in in the United States they they sell at a very different price in Europe that's now coming

00:06:30.220 back that he's put them on notice that's starting immediately and that is going to this is what I said

00:06:35.220 is so important this is going to start to you're going to see the cost of Medicaid drop the cost of

00:06:39.220 Medicare drop these you know when Medicaid and Medicare are trillion dollars you're going to start to see the

00:06:43.220 the cost coming out of there just like lower energy costs are are lowering uh you know the cost of

00:06:48.220 living all around this another big aspect of it so absolutely totally uh historic working on getting

00:06:53.220 Jack Posobiec up Jack is uh back he's back from Rome Saturday night we got a lot to talk about about

00:06:59.220 that also about China he's got a lot to say here so historic day the president's about to leave for

00:07:05.220 Saudi Arabia uh and in Saudi Arabia right now we understand there's going to be a lot of discussion it's

00:07:11.220 principally about uh about investment and about investment in the United States investment in the

00:07:17.220 global market he's going to be in Saudi Arabia also UAE and Qatar right not my favorite country but he's

00:07:23.220 going to go to all three uh all this is really talking about investment but remember he's saying

00:07:28.220 that the foundation of investment is what's going to lead to peace of course discussions in um about

00:07:34.220 uh about what's happening in Gaza and particularly um more of the hostages being released President

00:07:39.220 Trump pretty brutal right there and saying hey uh only 20 are still alive the rest are dead the

00:07:44.220 families want the dead bodies he's working to make sure that both the dead bodies and the uh in the

00:07:48.220 hostage himself he dropped a bomb there at the end he did mention that Erdogan is hosting the peace

00:07:55.220 discussions the ceasefire discussions in Istanbul uh this uh Thursday and President Trump said hey I'm in

00:08:02.220 the neighborhood you don't know maybe I'll drop by he said I'm open to it so that's a bombshell

00:08:07.220 Jack Posobiec joins us now Jack you're just back from Rome uh first give me your uh thoughts on what

00:08:13.220 you heard you're a you're an old China hand uh your thoughts on uh on uh Scott Besson Jameson Greer

00:08:19.220 and at least this interim uh deal we have on uh with the CCP well look Steve I think that the uh

00:08:26.220 the Trump deal with the CCP is much better than the Vatican deal with the CCP which I certainly hope is

00:08:33.220 something that Pope Leo is going to be addressing within uh if not the first few days easily within

00:08:39.220 the first couple hours of this uh look when it comes to dealing with the CCP it's trust but verify

00:08:45.220 at the end of the day it's all trust but verify and that's why you've got to use the carrot and the

00:08:51.220 stick and for the very first time Steve since all the way back in the 1990s and then into 2001 when we

00:08:58.220 gave them most favored nation status when we allowed them this corrupt criminal cabal into the 0.89

00:09:03.220 World Trade Organization by the way a a move that was opposed by the entire left at the time the entire

00:09:11.220 and I mean like Antifa left was totally opposed to China they they fought riots up in Seattle over this

00:09:17.220 about allowing China into the World Trade Organization for the first time finally someone is fighting back

00:09:23.220 for the American people and actually saying you know what these guys have been lying to us they've

00:09:28.220 been lying from the start the only way that they will be able to be held to account is to make them

00:09:33.220 pay it's as simple as that and what the levels where they are it's it's good but again it's all

00:09:39.220 going to come down to this uh what we're seeing now I think is a slow decoupling and say we're not

00:09:44.220 going to decouple but it is going to be a slow decoupling and zero hedges the guys up there

00:09:48.220 they maybe get a little over their skis saying all the ships have ended I think some of the ships

00:09:53.220 are still coming but you eventually want to slow it down and get this decoupling to where it needs to

00:09:58.220 be so people get back on their feet I want to I want to tee up we're gonna go to break here in a

00:10:02.220 moment I want to tee it up real quickly President Trump disintermediates the mainstream media he had

00:10:07.220 Scott Besson on in a live press conference in Geneva three o'clock in the morning then he's doing this

00:10:11.220 today for an hour talking about the deal disintermediates takes questions the Vatican has a secret deal with the

00:10:17.220 Chinese Communist Party they're taking cash money from the Chinese Communist Party to allow

00:10:21.220 the CCP and the PLA to select bishops to give me give me a minute on compare and contrast that before

00:10:27.220 you go to break sir you can't do these things in secret and by the way who are the three people

00:10:33.220 who made that deal it was McCarrick Pope Francis and Cardinal Parolin right so Cardinal Parolin

00:10:41.220 who we were told was the guy that was in and this is something I've heard from sourcing on the ground

00:10:46.220 I just got back from the Vatican it was at the conclave I heard that Parolin was pushing

00:10:50.220 Pope Leo that he was pushing Prevost that this was the guy he said look I know that I've been out

00:10:55.220 there too much I'm a little bit older there's some health issues blood pressure issues that's

00:10:59.220 why I want Prevost Prevost is the guy so that he went into the conclave before they closed the doors

00:11:04.220 say as if that he was going to be the front runner and then behind closed doors the very first thing

00:11:08.220 that I'm told that Parolin was doing was pushing for Prevost

00:13:31.220 uh jack so joins us kind of a truncated show today because we've uh actually we've been up uh live since

00:13:37.420 3 a.m this morning uh watching this historic day starting in geneva on the chinese deal and then

00:13:42.580 going to the white house uh the president just left on marine one a minute ago from the lawn of the

00:13:47.220 south lawn of the white house they'll be in andrews we'll go to the pool feed to see everybody loading

00:13:52.360 up for this uh it's not a great flight to saudi arabia i've done this once with the president the

00:13:56.620 air force one which folks here i don't i know there's a controversy about this new plane but air

00:14:01.620 force one as it exists and remember president trump made his decision his first term to make a new one

00:14:06.340 air force one is essentially a military a flying military command center with a small set of

00:14:13.260 compartments for his staff and for some media but it's basically a military command center

00:14:17.200 and it has all the comfort of a military command center which is not much it's like flying in a

00:14:21.780 cargo plane uh jack basovic i want to go back to this very important point you just made and all this

00:14:27.580 and i don't want to say happy talk or nonsense but i'll call it happy talking nonsense particularly

00:14:32.540 coming from some of the traditionalists maybe social media saying oh cardinal burke had a big 0.94

00:14:37.860 blocking thing and parallel that's all nonsense all crap okay how was i able to call this 10 days

00:14:43.100 before because i did my research on what was going on jack this was set up and cooked even before it

00:14:48.920 for a guy who's been a cardinal less than two years that's virtually unknown but to his other american

00:14:54.680 cardinals as they said at the press conference the other day virtually unknown right that's been a that was

00:14:59.980 put into the dicastery for archbishops so he could kind of help uh bergoglio select who was there

00:15:07.100 it's impossible for that guy to win on basically the third or fourth ballot right with any big

00:15:12.820 consternation unless it's cooked by the curia and the powers of be and here's what they wanted they

00:15:17.740 wanted somebody in complete continuity with bergoglio 100 he's been selecting the archbishops for this

00:15:23.780 entire thing number two and more importantly social media folks this was not burke they didn't try to push 0.84

00:15:29.580 peril in this not some deal in the latin mass this is all about the finances of the vatican the wall

00:15:34.900 street journal lays it out and what was this this is the traditional the growth part of the catholic

00:15:40.000 church in america cut off the vatican from the collection plate the finances have dropped i think

00:15:45.680 50 from america from the american church they need the big donors to come back they need the guys of the

00:15:50.920 papal foundation to come back they needed an american so what they do they got a guy in peru for what 40

00:15:55.880 years he was born in chicago nice enough guy he's going to be bergoglio's absolute lineage on what

00:16:02.400 he's trying to execute in their radical nature of this kind of whatever this reformed uh almost

00:16:07.800 protestant-like uh catholic church not traditional catholicism and in addition he's going to have

00:16:13.900 acts he's going to give the appearance of access to the big american donors so the cash comes back the

00:16:18.740 wall street journal had an article on the first day of the conclave that showed the deficit in the

00:16:23.880 vatican the operating deficits not that they don't have assets they have they're not bankrupt because

00:16:28.040 they have assets all over the world but they don't want to sell them or monetize them what they've done

00:16:31.840 is three times the deficit they have a two billion dollar i think two billion euro gap in their pension

00:16:36.740 fund posobic this was more rigged and people have to understand this this was more rigged and more

00:16:42.780 thought through in the curia than the stolen election of president trump in 2020 sir well steven uh look i was

00:16:49.760 in rome when it happened you know nobody could believe that they're in in just 24 hours of a

00:16:54.440 conclave so people say it was day two but remember on day one there was actually one vote taken so this

00:16:59.200 was the fourth overall ballot all the way through you remember the speaker of the house election the

00:17:04.720 last one was longer than this so which functions a similar kind of election the entire city of rome was

00:17:11.860 was shocked to see white smoke on after just 24 hours they were an absolute shock that it could come

00:17:18.920 so quickly with and at the time no information coming out whatsoever about the situation so

00:17:25.420 cardinal dolan goes up there and he's throwing trump under the bus which he did do by the way to

00:17:30.580 the road do the media the roman media there in italy when they asked him about the the meme lighthearted

00:17:35.860 meme trump post he said oh i don't like it it's a bad meme it's terrible so that's and the other

00:17:40.340 italian car excuse me the american cardinals were saying well we don't really know about trump we're not

00:17:44.060 really or this uh prevost we don't know about this guy this guy you know he's he's not no look as as an

00:17:48.860 american catholic i'll tell you right now that people were stumbling over his name at church

00:17:53.480 this weekend and uh you know that no one knows who this guy is no one's heard of him before except

00:17:59.180 the people of peru and the people of the vatican where he only became a cardinal just a few uh just a

00:18:05.560 few months ago really when it really comes down to it in the grand scheme of things so it's it's a

00:18:09.960 stunning rise however it makes sense because if you remember folks where was bergoglio originally

00:18:15.480 he was from argentina so he was in south america now you've got prevost was in south america so you

00:18:21.860 can see where the nucleus of this comes from and steve here's the other part of it that that i would

00:18:25.560 just add to what you're saying about the finances the vatican is broke okay the vatican is broke and

00:18:30.540 people need to understand that so when they say oh we got all these people in latin america we got all

00:18:34.660 these new catholics coming in africa etc etc look you're not getting money out of there they want money 1.00

00:18:39.480 out of north america and what just happened in north america that cut off one of their major

00:18:45.200 funding sources was the catholic charities migrant refugee program the fact that that got shut down

00:18:52.440 by the trump administration by the way working with those working with steven miller and all the rest of

00:18:56.880 it that represented a huge line item to the vatican to the catholic church and i'm saying because

00:19:04.900 people you have to understand you're looking at an operation when we're talking about illegal aliens

00:19:09.360 people say oh it's just this this thing it's just natural flows and it's just natural and no it's

00:19:14.060 not no it was any idea how much money it cost to move people from here to there absolutely you know

00:19:19.420 someone who does get this by the way i'll tell you one guy who gets this uh it might not be rob

00:19:24.700 prevost but lou on the other hand the brother i think he gets this quite well so maybe we can steve

00:19:30.920 maybe we here at the war room or human events daily can fund uh lou to go over there and spend some

00:19:37.480 time with his brother and get him right on a few of these issues the politics of it look on the mass

00:19:42.640 deportations is clearly he's going to be up in our face but that let's leave that to the side

00:19:46.220 here and in in today you have even a lot of the tradition saying you know two most powerful guys in

00:19:51.220 the world and the liberals saying this offsets trump you have uh president trump you have an american

00:19:55.780 born uh pope uh cardinal prevost or pope leo um but they're both dealing with a central issue today

00:20:04.000 the president sits there is negotiating one of the most complicated trade deals in history because

00:20:09.000 you're taking essentially 60 percent of the trading in the world's economy two biggest you know two

00:20:13.340 biggest economies uh what one's uh you know 30 some trillion dollars the other's high 28 trillion

00:20:20.360 uh so you got over 50 trillion dollars of commerce trying to reorganize it he's sitting there doing it

00:20:25.880 live on television talking about every detail bessen gives a huge press conference answers every

00:20:30.580 question trump does pope leo you got a secret deal with the chinese communist party first off the

00:20:37.420 vatican state by definition of being part of the san francisco charter to be in the united nations

00:20:42.220 you cannot have secret deals why that's what led to world war one and world war two that's what they

00:20:47.980 were outlawed after world war two they have a secret deal they're taking money from the chinese 0.99

00:20:52.300 communist party mccarrick did this paralyne's up to his neck and folks out there paralyne pushed

00:20:57.800 prevost don't think it was any block that paralyne was going to get it and cardinal burke and all these

00:21:03.040 guys had some big block there was no blocking of this this was gundec he got there in the third uh he

00:21:08.300 got there in the third round jack what does what does uh pope leo the 14th need to do immediately

00:21:14.720 on the chinese deal to make sure that just like president trump let's see everything what do we

00:21:19.080 need to do in this chinese deal and here's why the vatican won't do it and why paralyne won't do it

00:21:23.640 because they've given the author the authority to choose bishops to the chinese communist party in the

00:21:29.400 pla cardinal zen told you about that he's the best guy they got he's the one that should be pope

00:21:34.280 he told you about it that's and they're taking money from the chinese communist party this is how

00:21:39.160 they're keeping afloat jack basobiec well steve not only are they keeping them afloat where did

00:21:44.360 they get that idea well they got the idea from the obama administration and the bush administration

00:21:49.460 because guess what boys and girls that's who bailed us out after the 2008 financial crisis

00:21:55.060 this is the part see the hollywood with the big short and all they kind of they kind of skip over a

00:22:00.020 couple of things where was it that the u.s got all the money for those t-bills oh right it was the

00:22:06.440 chinese communist party that bailed out the treasury that's how they could do the bailouts

00:22:10.720 it was a chinese bailout of wall street which became the underwriting of wall street by the

00:22:15.380 chinese communist party that's why i call this the elite merger not the not the elite capture no it was

00:22:21.640 done free will it was done saying this is the way to get into the new system well you see the same

00:22:27.340 thing with the event why because china is cash heavy right now they're cash heavy because they're an

00:22:31.160 export economy because we go through this every day here on the war that they they are a cat they are

00:22:36.160 cash heavy because they're export driven economy because they they send the products out they don't

00:22:40.380 import that much in other than oil and natural resources so they are cash heavy and what do

00:22:44.720 they do with that cash they go around and you see with qatar as well and saudi's and all the rest of

00:22:48.180 it we see we see all the same in these situations so when they become cash heavy then they go and say

00:22:53.020 oh we can buy up some debt we're going to buy up some of that vatican debt we just need a couple

00:22:56.060 three things on the other side so they went to francis and said see unless you got some cash flow issues

00:23:00.940 over here at the vatican we can help that out for you we just want to make sure that wait a minute

00:23:05.400 because i remember there was a pope steven correct me if i'm wrong but there used to be a pope by the

00:23:10.540 name of john paul ii i think i saw his tomb i was i was sitting there kneeling with my brother and we

00:23:15.520 were praying in front of it and and uh thanking him and and for all that he did to fight communism in

00:23:21.960 his day as the pope when he went behind the iron curtain when he went and led the people of

00:23:29.320 poland against communism are we going to see pope leo go to china steve do you think we're going to see

00:23:34.800 him go to beijing you think you think we're going to see any of that is he going to go to taiwan is

00:23:38.700 he going to go to any is he going to go to the hinterlands of western china i i don't know i'd love

00:23:43.420 to see that but the very first thing just show us the show us the boilerplate all right let us know

00:23:47.960 what the deal was behind the scenes of between the between the vatican and the chinese communist

00:23:54.340 party jongnan high so they got the vatican controls the church jongnan high controls the prc

00:23:59.480 what was the deal is the residence of we're the senior we're the senior cadre of the chinese

00:24:06.720 communist party we just got a couple of minutes you also did an amazing interview in romania before

00:24:11.240 you came back give us an update on romania election there we got poland on sunday uh next sunday and we

00:24:17.480 got romania sir where do we stand with both of them yeah that's the same day so the romania this will

00:24:22.820 be the second round of their presidential election um to see who gets over 50 percent for

00:24:26.940 poland it'll be the first round of their election they go to a second round on june look you're seeing

00:24:31.480 the rise of populist nationalism in romania remember this is the second time they've had a

00:24:37.100 presidential election it's a do-over after the constitutional court overturned the original

00:24:42.460 election uh of chuchesco uh girogesco in back in december what's the difference now now you got

00:24:49.040 trump in play so you got trump there you got rubio there and you even have the

00:24:52.420 ambassador and the u.s state department as well as jd vance when he went to munich saying we are

00:24:56.740 keeping eyes on what you're doing in romania we are not going to allow you to do this again and i got

00:25:00.560 to tell you steve you know i i sat down and did the interview with george simeon i know you had had

00:25:05.880 him on the show as well i mean this guy he's walking around and we went out afterwards and went to rest

00:25:10.440 everybody's coming up to him everybody's taking pictures with him uh they're doing you're seeing

00:25:14.200 videos and songs all over tiktok just it's just like we saw with trump in 2024 where he became this

00:25:21.580 viral sensation you're seeing the exact same thing in romania with the nationalist populist

00:25:26.720 canada and you're starting by the way to see it as well in poland with carol navrovsky and what's

00:25:32.360 the what's the through line of all of this steve what's the through line of all of this between

00:25:36.260 trump and besant and the pope and romania and poland by the way romanian poland key supply routes

00:25:43.140 to ukraine those are nato's two largest borders with ukraine so understand this is all interconnected

00:25:50.120 what's the through line globalism globalism is the face of all of this that's the system we're

00:25:56.280 trying to break of the corrupt deal not just between the vatican and the ccp but the west 0.98

00:26:01.460 and the ccp that is the underpinning of globalism the globalist party davis jack where do people go 0.53

00:26:07.800 on social media get your interview uh with uh the the romanian the future romanian president

00:26:13.900 and everything you got up there on rum which is fantastic great coverage

00:26:17.340 well thank you he's absolutely going to win uh we're up at human events daily at apple podcasts

00:26:22.960 and spotify anywhere get your podcasts and of course we're up on x and get her and i'm going to be on uh

00:26:28.100 going to be on piers morgan a little bit later today talking about the rise of what i call

00:26:32.220 the woke light these uh these liberal globalists trying to censor uh those of us who who dare who dare to

00:26:39.780 uh say that we like our country the way it is who dare to read oh my gosh pat buchanan oh no

00:26:46.300 perish the thought yeah it'll be fun jack pasovic uh great job on a one to ten scale

00:26:53.760 ten being he's there is president trump going to uh is president trump going to uh there's

00:26:58.560 president trump right there president trump going to turkey

00:27:00.540 uh i'll give it a five right now because it's trump he could go either way i'd love to see him

00:27:08.440 there man i would absolutely love to see it's trumpian i'll tell you that short break president

00:27:12.220 trump goes up the steps right now jack so thank you we're going to take a short commercial break

00:27:16.340 back in a moment we will fight till they're all gone we rejoice when there's no more let's take down

00:30:04.820 done with debt dot com and do it today

00:30:06.820 okay there's air force one getting ready to take off with the president heading to saudi arabia not the

00:30:19.360 most pleasant trip in the world you get there in the middle of the uh let's see no yeah i actually

00:30:24.980 let me get there don't i gotta do the math last time it was uh long and uh and you're sleeping on

00:30:29.740 the deck there's no there's no accommodations for bed president's got a cabinet cabin all the way 0.69

00:30:34.980 forward all the way forward is his cabin and then he's got his office cabin and then it's where the

00:30:40.200 senior staff sits and then you've got the conference room where you can have meetings very

00:30:44.320 cramped on air force one uh so there you see it right there um historic day started in geneva went

00:30:51.780 to the white house uh so much going on we're going to cover this also we had tons of guests this

00:30:58.220 morning they're going to move to this afternoon a lot going on first off and let's take the three

00:31:03.280 verticals on the kinetic part of the third world war major negotiations going to go in turkey

00:31:08.160 president trump said hey i'm in the neighborhood maybe i dropped by on thursday don't know but we'll

00:31:12.240 cover that this afternoon also in israel all types of controversy and there is a sounding of the war

00:31:18.420 toxins on this bombing run in persia we're gonna get frank gaffney uh you know some of the older hands

00:31:24.920 around here are very adamant about this of course we're quite adamant that we haven't put the economic

00:31:29.280 warfare part of this on nearly enough and uh but there are people say hey there's a military solution

00:31:35.020 of course we do not think that here in the war room but many of our colleagues people we have very high

00:31:40.920 opinions of do and so i think we're gonna try and get frank gaffney on mike davis all types of things

00:31:45.220 the copyright office uh person in charge was fired there's a lot going on in the background of that a

00:31:50.740 lot on artificial intelligence natalie winters is going to be with us this afternoon mike davis is

00:31:54.500 going to be with us this afternoon the hurtling towards the constitutional crisis and when i said

00:31:59.580 this with jason and jason said this is the number one thing with all the budget stuff's going on all the

00:32:03.520 tax stuff's going on i'll have that all broken down in the five o'clock and six o'clock hour

00:32:07.840 uh this hurtling towards a constitutional crisis which we are hurtling towards

00:32:12.020 it must be um resolved by the end of june when the supreme court leaves for the summer they're not

00:32:18.380 back to october this cannot fester over the summer this issue particularly about the deportation

00:32:23.740 something else i believe certain members of congress should be arrested this afternoon for

00:32:29.560 their activities on this situation up in newark the mayor was already arrested i think stephen miller

00:32:34.740 as we started here on the show with uh rogan o'hanley and dc drano to talk about the suspension

00:32:41.300 of the writ of habeas corpus like president lincoln did during the civil war that this is something that

00:32:46.620 has to be on the table i believe that this is going to be even a bigger part of the controversy i think

00:32:51.980 it's going to become part of the conversation i know stephen miller and the crack team over there

00:32:55.420 he's deputy white house council chief of staff for policy i think stephen and his team are all over

00:33:01.440 this remember stephen ran america first law which is outstanding did so much of the great work this

00:33:06.520 is the this is the convergence of the crises right you have the constitutional crisis on the mass

00:33:11.240 deportations and really president trump's power under article two the judge in san francisco on

00:33:15.740 on friday said he doesn't have the ability to either cut costs of personnel at 21 separate federal

00:33:20.580 agencies so the whole article two powers of the president now being challenged by let's face it

00:33:26.000 radical marxist neo-marxist a judicial supremacist in the federal judiciary it's got to be it's got

00:33:31.540 to be taken care of they asked me at the financial times a situation on a saturday uh saturday night

00:33:36.920 what happens to supreme court's rules i said hey we're going to see at the time it's that open a

00:33:41.100 question number two this whole thing about the kinetic part of the third world war president trump's

00:33:45.520 in the middle east it's quite interesting this they're being very upfront about this they're not

00:33:50.400 talking about really the abraham accords being expanded or or even the uh talk about uh persia

00:33:56.560 or the talk about gaza that's all part of it but he's there principally to talk about investments and

00:34:00.920 talk about economic opportunities which is quite extraordinary there's this peace conference on on

00:34:06.080 thursday of course the russians and the chinese could not have been closer last week in moscow during

00:34:11.680 the 80th uh commemoration of victory in europe from the uh from the russian point of view so all of

00:34:17.880 that's going on we're going to be covering all this uh this afternoon we're going to have a lot

00:34:20.940 more time now i think president trump took so long day which i think is great he disintermediates the

00:34:24.840 media as he sits there in the roosevelt room of the oval office where he can take all the questions

00:34:29.200 are pretty extraordinary uh of what's going on last but not least the spending and i said at the

00:34:34.340 financial conference hey i got to do the numbers but right now without in the tax bill as jason miller

00:34:39.520 said a little light on the details kane over at citizens free press this brother is on fire go to

00:34:46.560 citizens free press he's highlighting in green and in red some of the outrageous things going on

00:34:51.040 steve scalise we're going to break down steve steve scalise's interview on squawk boss today

00:34:56.440 completely and totally unacceptable scalise shows you the republicans what they're going to do is

00:35:01.480 defend they defend uh um carried interest which is outrageous no no uh no tax increases uh for the

00:35:08.220 wealthy he doesn't know about cuts there's no way to pay for this the what scalise and these guys

00:35:12.460 have on the table right now is a three trillion dollar deficit in fiscal 26 without gimmicks it

00:35:18.540 can't be any gimmicks here and the bond market is going to reject it the bond market is going to

00:35:22.920 say so look at the 10-year treasury right now we've warned you about this our ability to make decisions

00:35:28.440 it's getting narrower and narrower and scott besson said first week august is when you hit the debt ceiling

00:35:33.840 the japanese who are going to sign i think a memorandum of understanding on trade deal they said

00:35:38.700 the one the over one trillion dollars of uf government securities they own are going to be

00:35:43.220 part of the trade discussion as it should that's fine you want to talk about it let's talk about it

00:35:48.320 first thing you have to do is cut radically cut federal spending at least so far i'm pretty uh i'm

00:35:54.820 pretty uh uh i'm glad at least the angle of attack they're taking on medicaid okay we got mike
