Bannon's War Room - Episode 4711： Recap Of The Alaska Summit; Warlords Want Boots On The Ground And Article 5

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:11.000 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.600 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:21.360 the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people

00:00:24.940 like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:00:32.760 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:00:40.700 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:47.920 it's saturday 16 august the year of our lord 2025 uh the morning after now you might be sitting

00:00:59.960 there if you're a longtime war room audience member part of the war room posse and think wow

00:01:04.680 we would think today of all days that you know the crack production team at war room coupled

00:01:10.940 with our crack uh production distribution team a real america's voice up in denver would have just

00:01:17.520 an amazing cold open that would get us our heads blowing up uh we do have that but we want to

00:01:23.480 kind of bifurcate this into signal and noise uh last night it was pretty obvious when president trump

00:01:30.880 came back and on the plane had a one and a half hour phone call uh from air force one um the uh

00:01:40.660 hour and a half one hour was with zelinski and uh a half hours with the eu the leaders of you know

00:01:49.240 certain of the leaders of the european union remember the objectives for this war from the

00:01:55.220 beginning for the globalist are to have ukraine as a member of the european union and a member nato

00:02:03.120 okay full stop that's what they that's what they've instigated this war over the longest period

00:02:08.100 of time yes they talk about democracy and all that yet they overthrew in the color revolution a

00:02:13.640 democratically elected although yo a rigged definitely but a rigged or at least had all the

00:02:21.080 aspects of a rigged election backing ukraine russia had the got the candidate they want but the color

00:02:26.340 revolution overthrew that and zelinski you can't say zelinski's any more democratic since he essentially

00:02:32.080 has dictatorial powers and refuses to have a uh another election and now you've seen the rancor

00:02:38.560 in uh in his um his parliament and particularly around his corruption and the cronies and oligarchs

00:02:44.540 around him the corruption but the enlightening part of yesterday is clearly uh putin is not uh open

00:02:51.660 to a ceasefire he says i need a comprehensive deal and the reason he's not going to go to ceasefire he

00:02:55.740 says hey i'm winning on the battlefield i may not be winning it may be inch by inch but i'm winning on

00:03:01.080 the battlefield so why should i give us ceasefire that's only going to give him a time to rearm and

00:03:04.780 regroup it's also give him time it once a ceasefire it'll just stretch on so it's all or nothing you

00:03:10.500 give me a peace deal let's work through a comprehensive peace deal nothing no no no ceasefire

00:03:15.320 now what whether that was a misinterpretation by anybody on president trump's staff and the negotiating

00:03:19.460 team who knows but they were pretty i think blunt that no ceasefire let's get right into a

00:03:24.500 comprehensive deal the eu has now leaked the european union has now leaked the conversation

00:03:31.000 of president trump and they put out a declaration that declaration and if uh if we can put if we

00:03:36.440 can pull that i think i've got it up on getter at least i've linked a part of it on getter

00:03:39.720 the european union is is really in president trump's grill talks about security guarantees it implies a

00:03:47.080 massive financial commitment for the reconstruction of ukraine uh and in in in the security guarantee

00:03:54.160 they basically say in an american-led security guarantee and oh by the way we're there to help

00:03:58.760 we're also there to assist okay we're there to assist um zelinski's put out a series of if that's

00:04:06.300 not bad enough zelinski's put out a series of demands and he's been invited to the white house

00:04:12.200 on monday he's put a series of demands out of which the security guarantee and the financial

00:04:17.640 reconstruction is all part of it so if you have the massive financial and we've talked about the

00:04:23.240 the ukraine deal which you know we don't love in fact we hate it but if it leads to some some

00:04:27.900 getting some sort of peace maybe it's okay the minerals deal this is much different than that and

00:04:32.960 more importantly is the american security guarantee which is equivalent to article 5 of nato

00:04:39.060 if both of these were take place as a condition precedent to a peace deal have the europe have

00:04:45.020 the globalists not achieved their objectives essentially if you have a massive american commitment

00:04:49.240 over and above the minerals deal are they not inextricably linked with the european union

00:04:55.780 economically of course they are and if we have the equivalent of an american-led or as they said

00:05:02.360 even on i think nbc news put up or excuse me it was uh it was axios this morning put up on a summary

00:05:10.120 that americans been leaked by the europeans and by zelinski that the americans are warming to

00:05:16.940 a bigger commitment on american security guarantee is it not equivalent to having them in nato

00:05:22.880 or it's the moral equivalent right or the practical equivalent so i want to go to two through two

00:05:30.380 things one the warning yesterday on the show and then what happened and then that's going to take the

00:05:36.140 a block then the b block we have a traditional coal open we're going to show you all the vitriol of

00:05:41.620 president trump nothing president trump can do in this regard is good enough for him remember this

00:05:48.220 is the globalist and the globalist media that started this war the only thing i would say to you

00:05:53.560 i think a perfect outcome is like the outcome we're getting right now with the seditious conspiracy

00:06:00.640 in the in the multiple uh criminal grant juries that are going on right now that john solomon talked

00:06:06.740 about that first you defeat them and then you try them this whole situation of how we got so deeply

00:06:16.900 involved in ukraine how the money got there the weapons got there what the americans said what the

00:06:22.460 british said what they all said all has to at some point in time have the same exact criminal grand jury

00:06:28.800 you're seeing on the seditious treason of of of obama and comey and brennan and all of it and many of

00:06:36.640 those characters will be involved in this too this is a crime how we got in this situation

00:06:42.000 president trump and they put the entire burden on president trump let's go ahead and play i want to

00:06:47.620 kick off with this then we're going to take a break i've got jim rickards is coming in from overseas

00:06:54.280 uh he's been so fascinated by this and made so many great calls on this jim rickards will join us we'll

00:06:59.440 also have a traditional coal open to open the b block so that can get your blood pressure up and uh and

00:07:05.340 maybe have you reaching for another pot and put another pot on of warpath coffee let's go ahead

00:07:09.780 and play yesterday's cold open part of it and two things i think we have to be very concerned about

00:07:16.640 and and and and and uh uh offer advice to president trump is to avoid two things one a huge underwriting

00:07:23.880 commitment to the redevelopment of ukraine we have more than over 37 trillion in debt and two trillion

00:07:30.480 dollar deficits and no end in sight and inflation the inflation that say are driven not by terrorists

00:07:36.740 but driven by the keynesian stimulus we still put in with these deficits and with congress refusing to

00:07:42.900 consider rescissions or pocket rescissions or impoundments that this orgy of spending just

00:07:48.420 continues on and on and on that we have to avoid us stepping up and being a major commitment and

00:07:55.840 even american financial institutions their focus should be the united states of america we have

00:08:01.900 more than enough need for development in this country tremendous needs for development in this

00:08:07.140 country you don't need to look in europe and particularly ukraine uh for the united states to

00:08:11.720 be involved other and not just the development guarantees and the capital guarantees even darker are

00:08:17.300 what we call security guarantees security guarantees essentially mean american not just arms but american

00:08:23.880 now maybe it starts off american troops aren't uh aren't aren't there but you set up a tripwire

00:08:30.500 like it was it'd be tantamount to including uh ukraine and nato as an article 5 country if the russians

00:08:37.580 are doing anything in the future so a security guarantee and any type of economic guarantees we really have

00:08:43.000 to fight to make sure that we don't get entrapped further remember the whole purpose of america first is to

00:08:49.220 get out of these entanglements to let the europeans and the russians figure it out i i'm an advocate

00:08:55.920 that after this is deal is done i don't even know why we have any more combat troops in europe world war

00:09:00.940 ii is over this is the 80th commemoration you put this part of the war to bed it's no need for american

00:09:08.060 combat troops in germany that the tens of thousands of combat troops we have we have more than enough

00:09:12.680 needs uh for hemispheric defense uh throughout the cities of the united states the border of the

00:09:19.020 united states down in panama taking back the panama canal in the pacific in our territories not in

00:09:24.940 foreign territories but in our territories as rapid deployment forces this should be the focus

00:09:30.180 we're following several breaking developments on talks to end russia's war in ukraine a first a

00:09:36.860 european official tells cnn that part of their overnight conversations with president donald trump

00:09:41.740 included article five type security guarantees for ukraine with european and u.s backing in the

00:09:49.380 event of a peace deal president donald trump got back to joint base andrews a few hours ago fresh off

00:09:55.200 a summit with president putin in anchorage he just posted new details about the summit and his phone

00:10:01.060 call with ukrainian president zelensky and nato leaders on the flight home here's what we know trump says

00:10:06.420 everyone agreed that the best way to end the war would be to go straight to a peace agreement

00:10:11.980 not a ceasefire deal he went on to say that zelensky would come to washington dc on monday and if that

00:10:18.940 works out they would schedule a meeting with putin the hours before zelensky said on x that ukraine is

00:10:25.680 ready to go full tilt to achieve peace and he supports president trump's proposal for a trilateral

00:10:32.140 meeting after friday's summit both trump and putin claimed progress that's the fight we have today

00:10:38.940 and this is why we've got to get out of this ukraine with no money and no security guarantees and out of

00:10:44.360 the middle east that's their problems our problems are here at home yeah the key development today 1.00

00:10:51.520 appears to be the nature of the security guarantees that appear to be the sweetener for any deal for

00:10:57.800 ukraine here now we don't have a full readout of the u.s position on this but we've just heard uh from

00:11:05.020 european uh leaders statement with the uh eu head ursula von der leyen and eight other nations referring to

00:11:11.980 uh the need for concrete security guarantees something that's been added to by french president

00:11:17.520 emmanuel macron just now in a social media post referring to the u.s willingness to contribute to

00:11:23.740 those security guarantees we have to keep that in mind no security guarantees and no

00:11:29.580 un unopening the checkbook for ukrainian development let the europeans they're wealthy nations they want

00:11:36.640 to do it let them do it this is their war they instigated this they're the ones that brought this

00:11:43.360 down on ukraine and fought to the last ukraine why are we even in this situation today the brave

00:11:49.680 ukrainians are now 60 year old people are now uh allowed to go to the battlefield and they're

00:11:56.040 recruiting them as fast as they can because ukrainians are naturally patriotic they've been very courageous

00:12:02.900 as a people it's been pretty amazing but it's not it's not about that the this war is has nothing to do

00:12:13.020 with the vital national security interests the united states you know what does what's happening in los

00:12:17.960 angeles what's happening in chicago what's happening and gonna happen in new york after this election

00:12:23.400 president trump what he's doing in washington dc today with seizing the institutions and seizing the

00:12:30.460 nation's capital and turning it around from being a crime-ridden graffiti uh uh marked hellhole

00:12:39.320 let's just cut to the heart of it we're gonna play in the b-block you're gonna get all the noise

00:12:45.600 and all the sturm and drung and all of it let's just cut to the let's just cut to the heart of it

00:12:49.360 you're adults you're the most important political force in the country it was you're having the back

00:12:56.680 of president trump that he led to victory and you helped drive to victory so let's have an adults

00:13:02.380 conversation let's just cut to the chase in related news i've got up on getter also

00:13:08.860 oh just a tweet that claus uh schwab has been found you know not responsible for any the any of the

00:13:18.260 things he did at uh at davos and stealing all the money right they they exonerated him the world

00:13:24.740 economic forum but they announced a new co-head larry fink larry this is larry fink that said that the

00:13:33.880 united states he would put a trillion dollars of capital or back a trillion dollars of american

00:13:38.560 capital going into the reconstruction of the ukraine you notice he didn't say the reconstruction of

00:13:43.680 detroit or st louis or or camden uh new jersey right we're either going to be america first or we're not

00:13:52.160 when uh the japanese attacked pearl harbor in the memoirs the seven volume memoirs of um

00:14:03.680 winston churchill he said when he got the call that the japanese attacked that i think he cried and

00:14:12.120 said a small prayer that he knew the second world war was over because the americans were now going to 0.97

00:14:18.560 join the conflict and i'm not disparaging winston churchill on this but whether it's the regime

00:14:26.560 change in persia was the occupation of gaza whether it's peace in ukraine peace at these terms 0.96

00:14:33.800 every nation on earth is always trying to suck the americans in their young men and women now 0.88

00:14:44.200 and their money and resources and their time attention and focus we're either america first 0.96

00:14:53.080 or we're nothing short break

00:16:49.620 okay everything president trump's trying to do to bring peace to the world and it means nothing

00:16:58.420 it's like when president trump i said the meeting between rush limbaugh and president trump after

00:17:02.340 president trump won the first time because he and rush had a had a at that time had a problematic

00:17:08.380 relationship um and rush spent they spent about two or three hours with each other president trump

00:17:13.700 couldn't get enough it absolutely loved it at the end rush when i got there to see rush off

00:17:20.820 he said this the essence in front he said the essence what i told president trump was that no matter

00:17:25.880 what you do no matter what legislation you pass no matter what you do there is nothing you can do

00:17:33.540 nothing legislative law executive order that will ever turn them from wanting to destroy you they're

00:17:41.480 out to destroy you that meeting has haunted me what rush limbaugh said to president trump that day and

00:17:47.700 it got president trump's attention and it turned out to be one thousand percent true one million percent

00:17:53.640 true we had amanda head last night amanda head goes through she's putting a big article of everything 0.57

00:17:58.960 president trump's done i think of stopping seven wars it doesn't matter to these people you see that

00:18:04.560 the coverage yesterday the mainstream media was the worst i've ever seen on anything related to trump

00:18:10.860 even even the the the uh the fake crimes and impeachments the viciousness they're foaming at the

00:18:17.900 mouth in their hatred of this individual and what he's trying to do so now we're going to play

00:18:23.180 our traditional coal open you're going to have it in all its glory and jim rickard's on the other

00:18:27.640 side it's treating him um in a friendlier tone than he treats most of our allies yeah um that's what

00:18:36.740 it seemed like i mean those images of him just standing there waiting um and then clapping even

00:18:43.360 before putin had come up to him and then the hearty handshake i think the world has just seen two

00:18:49.520 americas right now one america that welcomed uh a war criminal and another america that has a free

00:18:55.520 press in which journalists stand there and get to ask questions that putin never hears anywhere else

00:19:02.820 he goes if you had to grade it on a scale of one to ten so i i think the meeting was a ten in the sense

00:19:11.340 that we got along great and it's good when you know two big powers get along especially when they're

00:19:16.780 nuclear powers you know we're number one they're number two in the world and uh it's a big deal

00:19:23.980 that's a big deal you never want to even mention that word the word nuclear but uh we have a tremendous

00:19:31.900 nuclear you know i rebuilt it when i was president first term and i hated to rebuild it it was the one

00:19:37.980 thing i hated to rebuild but we had to and we have uh the greatest nuclear force we have the greatest

00:19:44.380 military in the world actually uh and uh they have a big nuclear presence also we have a very good

00:19:51.340 meeting today but we'll see i mean it's you know you have to get a deal we agreed on a lot of points

00:19:55.740 i want to see people stop dying in ukraine and that's what's happening we're losing five six seven

00:20:01.740 thousand uh they're russians mostly russians and they're ukrainian soldiers there's some people dying

00:20:07.660 in cities and towns where they're trying to blow up missile uh manufacturers and other things in some

00:20:14.060 cities i don't know if you know what's going on there but uh there are a lot of people dying and

00:20:18.780 if we can end that war it would be very good and i was very happy to hear him say if i was president

00:20:23.020 that war would have never happened just let's just to be completely transparent with our viewers we

00:20:27.100 were prepared for the possibility of a minimalist outcome we were also prepared for the possibility

00:20:31.340 of a maximalist outcome we have maps of russia and ukraine such that if we're going to be talking

00:20:36.620 tonight we'd have ali velchi at the big board walking us through which territories were where

00:20:41.340 and why they were of critical need and want to both um we had full screens about what membership to

00:20:48.380 nato means to ukraine um there was so much that could have been discussed tonight including donald trump

00:20:55.260 saying if he is not willing he being putin willing to agree to a ceasefire then there are going to be

00:21:00.940 consequences we had lists of tariffs and secondary tariffs pulled up the possibility of

00:21:06.300 sanctions it is not clear that any of that was discussed it is possible we were more prepared

00:21:13.340 for this meeting than he was they have a world war ii veteran in attendance they're honored and

00:21:18.300 they're given a flag by some player that isn't playing that night it is who we are world war ii

00:21:23.420 is part of the fabric of who we are as a country and today we had an american president standing next to

00:21:29.100 uh a ruthless dictator who got that american president to refuse to affirm who we are and

00:21:36.300 our commitment to nato and our commitment to this sort of post-world war ii global order it's it's a

00:21:41.740 we shouldn't i mean there's so much in the optics that are so galling that that's where my sort of brain

00:21:47.980 has gone like a cat chasing the laser but if you sit down and let this sink in and i've been able to do

00:21:53.340 that listening to some of you guys this was a cataclysmic event in the american experiment the

00:21:59.100 idea that we're an idea nothing that happened today is consistent with the idea of america and vladimir

00:22:05.740 said just a little while ago he said i've never seen anybody do so much so fast he said your country

00:22:11.500 is like hot as a pistol and a year ago he thought it was dead everybody thought it was dead

00:22:18.380 i i i want to be optimistic too but i i'm just not sure and i think this goes back to kind of the

00:22:25.500 preparation for this meeting there was reporting first in the european press about steve whitkoff

00:22:30.540 the president's uh envoy who met with putin and european leaders are saying that that whitkoff 0.98

00:22:36.700 understood a critical part of the conversation with putin whitkoff thought that putin talked about

00:22:41.820 withdrawing russian forces from part of eastern ukraine to two areas when in fact it looks like putin was

00:22:47.820 talking about ukrainian forces withdrawing forces um so that is a tremendous misunderstanding that

00:22:55.420 might have raised expectations in washington that this kind of meeting could have succeeded but you

00:23:00.940 know as far as we know at this point uh it did not succeed and it's there's got to be some questions

00:23:06.300 i think asked about um whitkoff he's been criticized for not bringing his own translator to meetings with

00:23:12.380 putin that's sort of shocking to most american diplomats and and just in general not being skilled

00:23:17.660 enough or adequately prepared enough for this high level diplomacy well if you're europe you're quite

00:23:23.820 worried now because you just saw the president of the united states achieve zero and they will have

00:23:30.700 to ask themselves what more are they willing to do knowing that they too could be thrown under the bus

00:23:35.660 if russia ever moved uh farther west uh but as far as objectives i was hoping to hear that there would

00:23:43.180 be a trilateral meeting that didn't come out of this i was hoping to hear there'd be a ceasefire that

00:23:46.540 didn't come out of this i was hoping to at least hear about the territory uh that would be proposed

00:23:51.900 or uh exchanged by both sides that didn't come out of this look alicia i don't know if donald trump

00:23:58.780 is or is not a russian asset i do know that at press conferences like this and like at helsinki he

00:24:05.900 certainly acts like one and that is cold comfort for anyone in the united states particularly in our

00:24:11.260 military that the commander-in-chief would be so flattering of and and so charming to a ruthless

00:24:19.020 dictator like vladimir putin here's a lot of points i mean a lot of points we're agreed on

00:24:23.740 there's not that much there's you know one or two pretty significant items but i think they can be

00:24:29.340 reached now it's really up to president zilinski to get it done and i would also say the european nations

00:24:36.700 they have to get involved a little bit but it's up to president zilinski i think we we are and if

00:24:41.900 they'd like i'll be at that next meeting they're going to set up a meeting now between president

00:24:45.580 zilinski and president putin and myself i guess you know i didn't even i didn't ask you about it not

00:24:51.580 that i want to be there but i want to make sure it gets done and we we have a pretty good chance of

00:24:56.700 getting it done if we had a very good meeting today and i think a lot of points were uh negotiated

00:25:03.020 uh on behalf of ukraine and on behalf of you know the whole nato situation where we're dealing very

00:25:10.380 well with a lot of foreign countries that are great european countries uh so look as far as i'm

00:25:17.980 concerned there's no deal until there's a deal but we did make a lot of progress now what has this

00:25:23.580 summit done to america's place sort of on the global stage well it's really united nato in ways

00:25:31.100 that are helpful to nato and ukraine as you saw after trump decided that he was going to announce

00:25:37.420 a one-on-one meeting saying that oh yeah he would consider you know doing land swaps and giving away

00:25:42.140 parts of ukraine you saw the european leaders get on the phone talk to each other they really figured

00:25:48.460 out that they also need to work trump in a way that putin and others have and zilinski's gotten

00:25:53.820 better at it too to the point where day by day the white house lowered the stakes what was going to

00:25:59.020 happen at this meeting and ultimately you know by the time this meeting happened it was called a

00:26:04.140 listening session that that's all this was going to be and that again that's to the credit of the

00:26:08.860 diplomats and european allies realizing what it is they have to deal with with trump that they they

00:26:14.940 are they have to be part of trump's education about putin his history his mindset it's not something

00:26:22.300 that president trump figured out or learned on his own you know in the last 10 years or even in the

00:26:27.500 first go-around in the white house now with that said that also means that europe and other powers

00:26:34.060 have realized that the united states can be played that they need to play the united states and that

00:26:40.060 someone else needs to be the global defender of democracy on the world stage

00:26:48.220 okay uh swalwell right there why have we not opened the criminal uh investigation on him and the chinese 0.92

00:26:55.180 spy that he was sleeping with why he sits there and calls president trump not only does he call

00:27:02.220 president trump a russian asset we're back to that he references helsinki that we now know from the

00:27:08.780 emails coming out that was a total setup by the intelligence by the deep state that president trump

00:27:17.020 was accurate when he came out on that stage and actually supported what putin said at the time

00:27:23.580 because his intelligence services of of you know inspired by brennan and comey and clapper and

00:27:30.700 that entire crew hayden were feeding him false information and trying to take down his presidency

00:27:37.980 trying to have a coup d'etat swalwell references that and calling the president a russian asset it's time

00:27:43.980 look it's only going to stop when you make it stop it's time now to play smash mouth with these people

00:27:52.460 and not do their bidding of what they want whatever they want we don't want we want the exact opposite

00:28:20.300 of energy blackouts could increase by ten thousand percent over the next few years it's because of

00:28:25.340 massive energy demand from artificial intelligence data centers we talk about that all the time here

00:28:31.100 in the war room and we have a fragile power grid it just cannot keep up with that demand i don't know

00:29:38.860 tell president trump he's prepared to back off some of the territorial demands just give me the donesk

00:29:43.260 uh you know kind of even i'm not even sure where the battle lines are drawn maybe even a little bit back

00:29:48.700 so um definitely some movement uh jim records uh so i'm going to go to australia for records

00:30:00.300 about this and the pacific and the main thing the chinese communist party start with jim records jim

00:30:05.500 give us your assessment you said the other day don't get your hopes up on this meeting that you're

00:30:09.740 not going to get a peace deal you may get the process you're not going to get a peace deal your

00:30:13.100 your thoughts particularly how the europeans curse starman all these guys coming out saying trump's

00:30:17.980 done such a great job you know and he's stepping up you know they're talking about stepping up for

00:30:21.900 these security guarantees financial guarantees etc the europeans loving on this are they not sir

00:30:28.860 they are um and you know steve i was on the wood war room with the posse last tuesday and i said

00:30:34.220 there's not going to be a deal that's not what i wanted but i said that's what's going to happen

00:30:38.460 and it wasn't a guess i mean i explained why putin has had uh five conditions he had them before the

00:30:44.060 war started in late 2021 he said here's what it will take to prevent the war no one agreed then the

00:30:49.740 war started and he said here's what it will take to end the war but those conditions have not changed

00:30:53.740 and you have to understand putin he's very methodical he doesn't say a lot actually but

00:30:57.740 when he does every word is chosen carefully he does not shoot from the hip and he doesn't bluff

00:31:02.460 that's really all you have to know so that knows when he says something believe him you don't have

00:31:06.620 to agree but you better believe what he's saying um and and he said it all along so i i said that you

00:31:12.700 know on the on the war room last tuesday then the rest of the week i was keeping up with the news

00:31:16.700 i couldn't believe what i was hearing all this you know uh you know sanctions and uh ultimatum and uh

00:31:23.580 you know putting more truths more money into it and all the bad things were going to happen if uh

00:31:28.220 if putin didn't agree as if as if somehow trump could just walk into the room dictate to putin and

00:31:32.860 sign the deal and that was going to be it so it was very delusional i have to admit i don't watch msnbc

00:31:37.580 unless i see a clip on a show like yours on on the war room and uh i was just shaking my head i mean i've

00:31:42.860 had these massive on-air uh you know live air knockdowns with the stephanie rule and the rest 0.53

00:31:48.300 of them but i i just you know again i had to use cliches but what what planet are they living on so

00:31:53.500 so what are what are putin's uh terms um he wants neutrality for ukraine not unprecedented by the way

00:31:59.980 austria was neutral during most of the cold war uh not today they're pro-west but they were they

00:32:04.940 were neutral so neutrality for ukraine no nato obviously demilitarization they might have a paramilitary

00:32:11.020 force kind of like uh you know uh federalies or something but but no military and then uh putin

00:32:17.260 and then russia was going to get the land they were going to get donesk luhansk zappos ria kershaw and

00:32:21.820 of course they already have uh crimea and that was it uh and unless you're prepared to do and you could

00:32:27.260 have that deal in five minutes with a phone call with trump trump's not quite there yet so what so it

00:32:32.300 was easy to see that there wasn't going to be a deal now what did happen in the summit what what happened

00:32:37.420 in the room and yeah i wasn't an accurate just to be clear but it's not easy to um uh together not

00:32:43.660 difficult to gather the information the the biggest benefit the best thing that came out of this uh

00:32:48.620 summit was that trump got to listen to putin unfiltered one-on-one in the back of the car

00:32:54.460 in the room etc maybe two other people in the room but but that was it um you didn't have marco

00:32:59.500 rubio fighting for the europeans you didn't have general kellogg fighting for the ukrainians you

00:33:04.220 didn't have lindsey graham and tom cotton talking about bone crushing sanctions you know that's

00:33:08.140 their their their favorite word you didn't have all those filters um around them you just had trump

00:33:13.980 and putin and trump is you know obviously smart enough to uh more than smart enough to listen to

00:33:18.860 putin and take him at his word now trump walks out says okay we're not going to have a bad deal

00:33:23.340 we're going to start a peace process that's what putin has said all along he doesn't want this to be

00:33:28.380 just about ukraine he wants this to be about the european security situation basically as you put

00:33:34.140 it getting war two behind us and going on uh going on in the future he wants a much bigger platform

00:33:40.380 by the way one not to not to nitpick but in uh trump's interview with hannity he said you know

00:33:45.420 it's serious when two nuclear powers come together yeah that's true he said we're number one russia's

00:33:50.220 number two that's not correct russia's number one we're number two they have more they have 8 000

00:33:54.700 nuclear warheads so trump had the right instinct that this was this could not have been more serious

00:33:59.660 but russia actually has a larger nuclear arsenal than uh than we do so trump's um trump had wins

00:34:06.300 and losses his losses were he looks bad on the ultimatum he laid down an ultimatum nothing came

00:34:11.020 of it he looks bad on secondary sanctions he threatened them and you know again nothing came

00:34:15.420 of it um india got slapped a little bit but india doesn't care uh and then the third thing he said

00:34:20.620 there'll be terrible consequences if putin doesn't putin doesn't agree and there are no consequences

00:34:25.340 they're going to have continuing dialogue by the way it's it's good that trump failed on those

00:34:29.660 three things they were all they were all bad ideas and i said so at the time so so that's good so now

00:34:34.300 we're moving on to what putin has always wanted which will give us peace in ukraine which is a much

00:34:39.500 broader settlement uh along those lines as far as the europeans are concerned stevie but they're vassals

00:34:46.060 i mean there's no better way no no other way to understand the european world they're vassals

00:34:51.180 of the united states it's unusual for vassals to talk back to the master but you know whatever

00:34:56.060 you got to tolerate it they don't have it they don't have any military they russia has uh 20

00:35:01.420 divisions in ukraine and 20 more ready to go you know back in russia ready to move in europe couldn't

00:35:08.060 put together three divisions if they tried i mean that would be probably two from the uk and maybe one

00:35:12.620 from germany and france they'd have to scrape together some french foreign legion they don't have

00:35:16.140 any troops they don't have any weapons they don't have any money other than that you know it's all good

00:35:20.860 so so europe is uh but in a way and this is strange europe comes out of this as a winner

00:35:26.620 and here's why they want the war to continue well the war is going to continue because trump didn't

00:35:34.300 apparently get the message what putin really wanted early enough and they've done everything

00:35:38.300 possible they did everything possible to blow up this summit and to that extent they succeeded now

00:35:43.020 you're gonna have more dead ukrainians on their on their hands put blood on their hands but they 0.98

00:35:46.620 don't really uh really seem to care so the war is going to continue um and again why should you

00:35:52.220 know you asked uh last week you said well i hear all that i hear all that but that that's the that's

00:35:57.580 that's that's the process these things all have a process right it's all process and i get that but

00:36:03.580 this gets down to two fundamental issues that the europeans are too broke and not prepared to commit

00:36:08.940 that the the reconstruction of ukraine the financial reconstruction of ukraine now you got larry fink over there

00:36:14.140 is as head of the party of davos that the the reconstruction of ukraine which they've already

00:36:19.340 said is going to take a trillion dollars or more the united states has got to be a big part of that

00:36:23.420 and more importantly they want a equivalent of an article five security guarantee that means and

00:36:29.740 and the ukrainians here's the thing there's enough people in ukraine one thing that's been constant in

00:36:35.020 this war is the courage valor uh urgency ingenuity of the of the ukrainian military they had a drone

00:36:45.660 strike like i said curtis lemay as head of the strategic air command can never even think about

00:36:51.820 in in giving a security guarantee the ukrainians are kind of like the irish you're going to have a

00:36:56.940 third of them and say no we didn't want to stop this war they're always going to be pushing the envelope

00:37:01.340 just don't think it's going to be peace in the valley that you're just going to sit there and

00:37:04.620 say okay we have this deal and and putin's got the russian-speaking you know even donesk if he

00:37:09.980 doesn't take kershov and all these others right he just takes what he's already got there's going to be

00:37:14.460 a lot of people over there say hey we got sold out by the americans we got to get these brothers right

00:37:19.500 so a security guarantee is this is going to be an occupied territory uh like the west bank this is and

00:37:28.060 they're going to have an article five with america being the big guarantor like america's the guarantor

00:37:32.700 of nato this is a no-win situation for for the americans they've laid it out this requires and my point

00:37:38.860 is like hey zelinski's coming over you said it the vassal states acts like the masters you got zelinski 0.98

00:37:45.580 the the mediates lead headline this morning was zelinski gives trump a list of demands as he comes

00:37:53.580 over to have a meeting in the oval office i thought we ran this twerp out of here six months ago right

00:37:59.420 when he had demands at that time now he's coming over with another list of demands it's going to be

00:38:03.660 endless and as long as uncle sugar is there to back him up financially and to back him up militarily

00:38:11.020 then the objectives of how they got the world into this mess and they should stand trial for this as

00:38:16.300 criminals how they got the world into this mess and let a million ukrainians dead or wounded and a

00:38:22.300 million russians dead or wounded they're going to be the beneficiaries jim records am i am i is

00:38:27.820 anything there i'm not seeing in the clarity of where we are no you're exactly right and it goes back

00:38:34.140 even much further than you described from the beginning all zelenskis wanted and very much uh 1.00

00:38:40.380 emmanuel macron um and the german chancellor's also been a couple of them they want american boots on

00:38:46.060 the ground they'll start with two boots and they'll they'll it'll be 200 000 and it'll be

00:38:50.540 a half a million or more and by the way that's why i keep bringing up vietnam it's not old news

00:38:54.940 this is a replay of what happened to lbj in vietnam but they want american boots on the ground

00:38:59.100 and they want article 5. americans really have to understand what article 5 says it says an attack

00:39:04.140 on one is an attack on all so if ukraine has article 5 guarantees even if they don't join nato

00:39:10.620 if they have a treaty that gives them the security guarantee the equivalent of article 5 protection

00:39:15.980 and you put american boots on the ground and one russian kills one american which will happen that

00:39:20.460 that i guarantee that will happen then all of a sudden u.s and right the us and russia at war it

00:39:25.340 is world war three we are talking about nuclear arsenals and uh and zelensky doesn't seem to care

00:39:30.860 it's incomprehensible to me i mean i know what it is i can't imagine why anyone thinks that's a good

00:39:35.660 idea the best thing for the us is just to get out and by the way steve you know last tuesday we told

00:39:40.380 the audience what was going to happen in alaska and it played out let me tell you what's going to happen

00:39:44.540 next can we this is yeah sorry guys by the way just just to make sure people understand the the

00:39:50.780 attack on and for against russia strategic assets all came out of wiesbaden with british you know mi6

00:39:58.220 the cia dia german intelligence all of them kind of running the operation the ukrainians are there

00:40:04.380 and when you look at those villages people should sit there and look at the carnage that's happened

00:40:09.340 this is world war level world war one western front level carnage like in belgium in the low

00:40:16.460 countries okay this is western front with not a not a tree standing houses destroyed every one of

00:40:23.020 those houses has dead ukrainian children dead ukrainian women these guys brothers their

00:40:28.540 sisters the ukrainians are like the irish they're hotheads a llama hotheads they're gonna sit there and go 0.80

00:40:33.020 hey these guys killed it i want vengeance a security guarantee is going to be every day it's going to be like

00:40:38.940 the west bank or like you had the troubles in northern ireland you got two groups that don't

00:40:43.180 like each other that have centuries of hate and animosity and now you've got blood all over the

00:40:48.540 place they're not going to sit there and go oh this is a new day dawning let's give a group hug it

00:40:52.140 ain't going to be a group hug okay particularly when the territories the russian army is not going to

00:40:57.020 give up the territory they're sitting on okay and people say hey that's our territory a security

00:41:01.340 guarantee is just not something theoretical it's practical and the records the question for you

00:41:06.860 can we get an overall russian rapprochement right and some overarching deal with the russians

00:41:13.900 if we don't somehow insert ourselves in the ukraine or can the russians just keep pounding ukraine 0.99

00:41:20.140 and somehow the americans work out a deal with the russians say hey that's a european problem is that

00:41:25.580 practical is that not practical in the unfortunate real world we deal in sir i i don't see how this

00:41:32.540 comes to an end without involvement by the u.s i don't necessarily mean i don't mean boots on the

00:41:36.060 ground don't mean that at all we're already supplying them with weapons and uh you know the

00:41:39.580 the brits and germans and the intelligence satellite surveillance all that stuff and by the way steve i

00:41:44.620 don't denigrate the heroism and role of the ukrainian troops but these drone strikes on moscow which

00:41:50.700 you referred to they're all coming from from us and uh basically u.s technology would help them

00:41:55.660 the uk and the germans so it's really us operating through a through a proxy the ukrainians really

00:42:00.620 can't do that uh can't do that on their own but um the u.s is going to have to be involved in the

00:42:05.020 settlement basically you got to agree to putin's terms i i laid out what they were there's no reason

00:42:09.900 putin should reduce those terms because he's winning that when you win you get to keep stuff that

00:42:15.100 that you know i've said that before you know what how did israel get the you know the west bank and

00:42:18.940 the golan heights and uh um uh you know parts of syria and east jerusalem well they kept winning

00:42:24.940 wars and they got to keep it and the same thing with russia in eastern ukraine so um but uh you

00:42:30.860 can end the war on putin's and putin's terms because he won now the key the key to that is getting

00:42:37.180 rid of selensky and that's what's going to happen next selensky standing the way he's not just a

00:42:41.900 war monger he's very much a pawn of the the the banderas banderistas the uh you know those 0.95

00:42:48.300 political and intellectual descendants of stephan bandera who was a pro-nazi sympathizer and ukraine

00:42:54.060 was very active supporting the wehrmacht in the holocaust and they were those those you know in

00:42:59.100 the u.s we throw the word nazi around i don't but a lot of people do loosely well if you want to find

00:43:02.940 real nazis go to ukraine yeah hang on one second it's the middle of the night

00:43:08.780 where uh where our brother jim records is i'm gonna ask you to hold on we're gonna take a short

00:43:14.140 break uh we've got captain finnell where it's late afternoon we're gonna get it all done

00:43:20.060 today in the war room short break

00:44:51.100 okay they're trying to put the entire burden on this on president trump uh there's a big story on

00:44:57.500 getter i think on the daily news over the daily news a brief that getter does about um the russia

00:45:02.780 already sterned it up with uh the brics nations of which they're one of the most important about 1.00

00:45:06.940 de-dollarization that's a trigger word you want to trigger president trump and get him roaring mad

00:45:12.460 talk about de-dollarization this is one of the reasons he's so focused on lula in this collection

00:45:18.060 of uh folks in brazil by the way bolsonaro eduardo great photo don't know if i put it up yet uh from the

00:45:24.780 treasury department with our own secretary scott besson the other day just absolutely incredible

00:45:30.300 shook the world down in brazil want to learn more about this want to get totally up to speed and also

00:45:35.660 think about your own financial stability go to birchgold.com promo code bannon the end of the

00:45:40.220 dollar empire seven free installments we are coming out with a print edition i can announce that now

00:45:46.460 after labor day and we'll talk to you about how you can get it and we've got a new eighth and ninth

00:45:51.660 free installment coming right now so make sure you get totally up to speed on the world of capital

00:45:56.620 markets debt deficits and the dollar as the prime reserve currency and why that's so important in

00:46:01.580 your life not that we don't need a national debate on that because we do need a national

00:46:05.420 debate whether we want to be the prime reserve currency or not there are a lot of benefits but

00:46:10.060 also it comes with a ton of responsibilities and sometimes our financial leads shirk those

00:46:15.340 responsibilities captain jim finnell joins us captain finnell uh and i want to set

00:46:20.860 aside the natural bias you and i have as pacific fleet sailors but look over the strategically you're

00:46:28.620 you're the best i know at keeping the main thing the main thing that our twilight struggle with the

00:46:35.100 chinese communist party uh as the existential threat to the not just citizens of china but to the citizens 0.99

00:46:42.700 of the world particularly the united states of america and what you've seen in the last week or so

00:46:47.100 and particularly yesterday and what's forecast for happening on monday and going forward where do we

00:46:53.420 stand sir well steve uh first of all i don't think we have to apologize for being sailors in a maritime

00:47:01.180 theater but that's another story um the most important thing is what we saw yesterday i woke at 2 30 in the morning

00:47:09.580 here i watched the uh the arrivals of both presidents then i watched the statements that were made in that

00:47:16.460 12 minute conference or press statement and i thought okay this is step forward then i started turning on

00:47:25.180 the social media and the newspapers and all of a sudden it's all the only word i saw was failure failure

00:47:31.820 failure and i'm thinking to myself well what do you want you want more death you've already had a million

00:47:37.500 people killed these are the same people for 35 years that told us we must unabashedly engage with

00:47:44.460 the chinese communist party and give them access to the world trade organization give them access to our

00:47:50.460 markets and sell sell every sell our people out for them and then allow fentanyl to come in and kill 0.99

00:47:55.340 hundreds of thousands so i don't understand i do understand because these people are hypocrites and 0.98

00:48:01.100 they're pushing everything they're pushing is based on their hatred of one man and their love of the deep

00:48:06.860 state and the federal bureaucracy over the constitution but what this means in terms of

00:48:12.140 relationship between the united states and russia and russia and china and china and the united states

00:48:17.900 is very important for instance in this last few months as you've talked about on the show the united

00:48:23.180 states sends two aircraft carrier strike groups into the middle east to help the europeans have their

00:48:30.460 waterway their key choke point the red sea and the suez canal stay open because of huti rebel attacks

00:48:36.700 while that while at the same time nato nations the uk um france and italy uh sent aircraft carriers

00:48:47.100 from europe into the pacific what is that about it's just more of the same for the last 40 years of not

00:48:54.860 really taking uh responsibility for what's the most important thing in the area where you live

00:49:01.180 so instead of sending those european aircraft carriers out to the pacific why weren't they staying

00:49:07.100 and assisting us and relieving some of our burden to attack the houthis and open up that critical

00:49:13.020 waterway for them while our carriers could be out here in the pacific helping to deter the aggression 0.89

00:49:19.900 that we're seeing from the chinese like we saw this week and so i think we're at a point right now 1.00

00:49:25.980 where you know president trump is doing what's required to end this war to stop the bleeding but more

00:49:32.220 importantly to get america to be able to shift our attention as our whole of government off of only europe

00:49:41.340 and get it into focusing on the main thing which is what the chinese are doing and the knife that they 1.00

00:49:47.740 have to our jugular vein that they've built over the last 35 years and it's it's incredibly important

00:49:53.900 to do that and for those who would say well this guy doesn't really know anything about you know

00:49:58.620 russians and all that well i will just say when i was a lieutenant i tracked ballistic soviet ballistic

00:50:04.140 missile submarines and 10 years ago when i was the chief of intelligence for the u.s pacific fleet i tracked

00:50:09.020 russian long-range bombers that flew 50 miles off the coast of san francisco when barack hussein obama was

00:50:15.260 president we didn't do anything about it so i won't take any of that we shouldn't take any of

00:50:19.500 those kind of accusations from the likes of nicole wallace and these other charlatans we know what's 1.00

00:50:25.180 important we know that the relationship with russia is very significant we know as jim ricker just said

00:50:30.780 they got more nuclear bombs than we do so it's a very important situation but we got to get our act 0.87

00:50:37.420 together about dealing with the people's republic of china and we have not done that for 35 years and it's

00:50:43.260 time that we have our whole of government doing that and president trump is turning the ship the

00:50:49.100 state towards that and he's taken arrows for doing what is the right thing for our national security

00:50:57.820 okay uh here's what we're going to do we're going to keep we got captain finnell we've got jim
