Bannon's War Room - Episode 4848： Rebuilding Begins In Gaza And What Will We Uncover; US Navy Began With A Fishing Boat

00:00:00.000 period of time like I think nobody's seen before and we had tremendous stuff as you know in

00:00:07.740 Israel and now we're in a country where a friend of mine is a very powerful leader

00:00:13.740 and my friend is right here the president also the general you know sometimes I call him usually

00:00:21.660 I call him the general because he's both and he's good at both and they've done a fantastic job

00:00:27.700 and they have very little crime you know because they don't play games that's why they don't play

00:00:33.440 games like we do in the United States with governors that have no idea what they're doing

00:00:38.700 but they don't have crime I ask about crime and they almost don't even know what I'm talking about

00:00:43.600 so it's uh it's a great tribute to this man he's done a fantastic job in bringing this country

00:00:50.380 together and the United States is with them all the way and they had a very important role with

00:00:56.140 Hamas in fact that the general was uh right here was very instrumental because Hamas respects 0.90

00:01:02.800 this country and they respect the leadership of Egypt so we had a you played a very important role

00:01:09.580 I appreciate it very much thank you it's a tremendous day for the Middle East and you can see that this

00:01:16.780 is probably the greatest assemblage of countries in terms of wealth and power maybe ever assembled

00:01:23.200 and it's just an honor to be a part of it we're going to be signing a document that's going to

00:01:29.400 spell out of a lot of rules and regulations and lots of other things and uh it's very comprehensive

00:01:37.140 but we've already signed documents in the Middle East and having to do with Israel and Hamas and just

00:01:43.820 about everything else and it's uh it's really working out incredibly well the hostages as you know were

00:01:50.520 let go on time on schedule uh the very sad situation of bodies which was always a sad situation

00:01:59.080 and they're being sought out and they're working with uh many different people finding some were

00:02:04.860 brought in and some were not and they're working out to find out where those bodies are it's hard

00:02:11.820 to believe that you even have to say something like that it's so sad it's so sad but what's not sad

00:02:17.600 is that we have finally after I guess they say 3,000 years I've heard from 3,000 years to 500 years

00:02:23.900 but whatever it is it's a lot but this was the one this was the granddaddy of them all and frankly uh

00:02:31.140 I thought this was probably going to be the toughest and maybe in many ways it was but we had a lot of good

00:02:36.120 talent Steve Woodcoff Jared and Marco and Pete and uh General Kane was so great uh John Ratcliffe was

00:02:46.080 incredible we had uh an amazing array of talent today for the first time anyone can remember we

00:02:52.800 have a once in a lifetime chance to put the old feuds and bitter hatreds behind us and

00:02:57.640 that's why so many people in this room uh they didn't get along some did some didn't but they're

00:03:04.480 getting along now this has brought the people together this is the first time the middle east

00:03:08.520 crisis has brought people together as opposed to driving them apart

00:03:11.860 and to declare that our future will not be ruled by the fights of the generations past which is

00:03:18.460 foolish so together let us continue in the spirit of cooperation and goodwill that has

00:03:24.120 finally brought us to this incredible historic breakthrough if we do together 0.99

00:03:30.760 we will reach the middle east's incredible destiny a safe and prosperous and beautiful crossroads of

00:03:38.440 culture and commerce faith in humanity and geographic center this will be the geographic center of the

00:03:45.100 world we've all agreed that supporting gaza must be done to lift up the people themselves but 1.00

00:03:52.160 we don't want to fund anything having to do with the bloodshed hatred or terror as has happened in the

00:03:59.640 past and for the same reason we're also agreed that gaza's reconstruction requires that it be

00:04:05.940 demilitarized and that a new honest civilian police force must be allowed to create a safe condition for

00:04:13.360 the people in gaza so you have armenia and you have bahrain you have canada it's so great to have

00:04:21.400 in fact the president called and he wanted to know uh if it's worthwhile he knew exactly what it was he

00:04:29.760 knew the importance where's canada by the way where are you where are you he knew the importance of this

00:04:37.640 he said i want to be there so many people have done that they called i mean they heard about it and these

00:04:43.200 are not people that can do that very easily they have pretty big schedules to put it in mind the most

00:04:47.180 powerful people and uh i appreciate you being here very much mr president fantastic fantastic

00:04:54.320 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies

00:05:16.680 because we're going to medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks

00:05:22.600 lying about the people the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know

00:05:28.580 you try to do everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen

00:05:32.060 and where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any

00:05:40.060 of these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer

00:05:47.320 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k baff

00:05:55.820 it's a monday 13 october in the year of our lord 2025 it is both uh columbus day and it is also

00:06:07.840 the 250th anniversary commemoration of the birth of the united states navy patrick k o'donnell is going

00:06:14.180 to join us i want to make sure that even given everything we did with navy 250 that we don't

00:06:19.780 miss the actual day itself and patrick uh the best combat historian of his generation is going to join us

00:06:25.020 um this afternoon so the president took um was in israel for eight hours and um then he went to egypt

00:06:37.640 and i think he ran over the clock there so he's now airborne i believe we'll be back at the white

00:06:42.580 house around midnight to focus on two pressing priorities zielinski our favorite guy here at the

00:06:51.440 white house right back in that right and back in netanyahu uh is going to come to the white house

00:06:56.160 on friday and they're going to have a um a quite important meeting where they're going to talk about

00:07:02.680 really america's commitment to this uh war in the bloodlands and particularly maybe potentially

00:07:10.560 tomahawk missiles or other offensive missiles anyway the the whole discussion and strategic discussion

00:07:16.240 about the kinetic part of the third world war which we're deep into will be discussed then

00:07:22.420 between now and then when the president gets back a pressing concern is uh the actual breakout of

00:07:29.360 blatant economic warfare by the chinese communist party against the united states of america this comes

00:07:35.660 with a uh letter the um the um chinese communist party xi sending notifications to countries about

00:07:44.740 component parts and about trade restrictions and controls part a big part of this gets down to

00:07:50.140 rare earths particularly heavy rare earths that are used in our industrial process and people have

00:07:55.640 argued that particularly with magnets these other things that president trump thought they worked out

00:07:59.480 a rapprochement or an accommodation back in june with scott besant uh and peter navarro and uh our trade

00:08:07.380 representative that we had worked out a rapprochement the chinese company party does not look at it like

00:08:14.200 that they look at this as a leverageable moment um and this is quite serious you've got guys on cnbc

00:08:21.880 today and in the financial time saying hey we should have stockpiled these things yes yes yes yes yes

00:08:26.080 we talked about this on breitbart radio in 2015 when in the east china sea was shut down

00:08:34.720 by the chinese communist party not the south china sea the east china sea was shut down and they shut down

00:08:40.960 uh rare earths they threatened rare earth shut off to japan for its industrial process

00:08:45.460 because of an issue with fishing boats that were really pla spy boats uh vessels it got pretty

00:08:53.260 gnarly on air rights and and navigation rights into the east china sea and the first time the ccp used

00:08:59.940 rare earths and if i remember correctly i think we had a guy named eric prince and others on the show

00:09:06.220 we were doing the daily show at that time had him on the daily show we said this is a very big deal

00:09:11.320 because the japanese could actually vapor lock on manufacturing that's what the president faces when

00:09:17.160 he gets back the reality of the two major conflicts on the eurasian landmass one an advanced military

00:09:24.840 conflict bloodier than the first couple of years of world war ii that would be in ukraine with like 0.91

00:09:30.360 no uh no sign of abatement and president trump the empathetic president trump which kurt mills i think

00:09:38.000 today on the overnight show did such a great job and president trump listening taking an hour as tired

00:09:43.800 as he must have been to spend an hour with the hostages families hearing their heart rendering stories

00:09:49.300 of what they went through as hostages over the last year uh president trump clearly uh very moved by

00:09:56.720 the slaughter and that's what it is the slaughter in ukraine with i think now getting close to two

00:10:02.540 million dead and wounded on the ukrainian side a million to a million and a half wounded on the

00:10:08.000 russian side these numbers are just horrific something else that president trump is going to see

00:10:13.500 that i think is going to be a quite big issue and you know kurt mills is a quite controversial figure

00:10:20.800 but nobody i've known kurt now for 10 15 years is one of the smartest guys around he said hey

00:10:26.240 because dave brett made this brilliant point about transparency and over the next couple of days

00:10:32.020 you're going to see transparency both on the hostages side of what they really went through

00:10:35.840 but also as people start getting into gaza and the footage we've seen coming out of gaza is pretty

00:10:41.360 horrific kurt mills referred to it as the world's biggest crime scene uh and the what's going to happen

00:10:47.880 because a lot of the media or some of the media haven't been into certain areas of town

00:10:51.340 there's going to be i think a uh as kurt said a cyclone of media and we're going to have to see

00:10:58.400 how it falls out so on that front uh there's a lot more to come president trump has to deal with

00:11:04.660 really two wars one an economic war with the chinese communist party which they're looking for

00:11:10.440 a diverted america because it's one of their uh basics of their philosophy of military endeavor

00:11:17.820 uh is is a uh a a enemy or an opponent that is uh totally focused on something else

00:11:26.220 they have a history of striking at that moment and over the people around president trump are quite

00:11:32.300 aware of this of course friday was zelinski and tomahawk missiles so once again a day that starts

00:11:38.140 off with a historic day and the historic part of this to be blunt is what happened in egypt and people

00:11:46.080 should take this you know president trump has a a very strong personal relationship with erdogan

00:11:51.360 now i'm not a fan of erdogan's but the president thinks very highly of erdogan

00:11:55.600 so highly that the president united states now we know the story the president united states

00:12:00.240 in route and once he got to israel uh got general el-sisi on the phone and he's very close to el-sisi

00:12:07.380 you saw at the beginning how how highly speaks of el-sisi and this comes from the fact that el-sisi is

00:12:12.380 really the first international figure he met in the uh 2016 during the u.n when we were in the race

00:12:18.900 against hillary clinton and president trump's the first person he met and they got along famously in

00:12:23.420 fact el-sisi canceled the meeting with hillary clinton said don't need to see her i think this

00:12:27.600 guy's going to win and i like the cut of his jib he convinced el-sisi to invite netanyahu had not

00:12:34.940 been part of this i think that was part of political reasons el-sisi just can't be seen

00:12:39.320 having uh given the controversy of egypt's relationships with israel in the past and

00:12:46.280 driving peace deals it's quite controversial sadat was assassinated for his role in that so

00:12:51.700 he was not invited the president worked el-sisi and el-sisi gave a invitation now we know from

00:12:59.120 reporting from major news sources is that erdogan was in the air from turkey coming in erdogan said

00:13:04.420 ho ho hang on for a second let me get this right netanyahu's been invited well here's what we're

00:13:09.360 going to do and to the president of the united states now cc if netanyahu comes i'm out and since

00:13:15.040 the turks are providing the security force for gaza you see where i'm going on this am i telegraphing

00:13:24.180 this too much a total reordering of the middle east happened today not in jerusalem it happened in

00:13:32.320 the uh resort on the uh on the shores of the red sea in egypt what did president trump say we're going

00:13:40.780 to uh put the old feuds and bitter hatreds in back of us and this is now the new geographic center of the

00:13:47.700 world he has a very strong relationship with turkey with erdogan with egypt with el-sisi with

00:13:55.260 the family that runs qatar very close he's given him an article 5 protection article 5 protection for

00:14:02.700 qatar and of course mbz in uae you can tell in the spring meeting i think mbz and probably president

00:14:09.820 trump have the strongest relationship those four relationships are all stronger than the one he has

00:14:15.040 metanyahu i know uh seb gorka my good friend dr seb gorka i've worked with for years think very

00:14:21.260 highly of we do come down on different uh differently on this topic and he said my comments

00:14:28.040 today were risible about tel aviv levin in the israel first crowd but them is just the facts doc

00:14:35.100 just the fact it's very obvious what's happening here a palestinian state with two million

00:14:42.540 palestinians is being created in the gaza strip with uh gulf emirate money and turkish arms this is

00:14:51.280 the turks who would not come to a meeting if netanyahu was there think about that for a second

00:14:57.160 short break back in a moment let me be blunt gold is up around 40 percent this year that's not

00:15:05.440 speculation that is reality and if a portion of your savings isn't diversified into gold you're

00:15:11.160 missing the boat here's the facts inflation is still too high the u.s dollar is still too weak

00:15:16.060 the government debt is insurmountable this is why central banks are flocking to gold they're the ones

00:15:21.880 driving prices up to record highs but it's not too late to buy gold from birch gold group and get in

00:16:36.860 um i want the audience to um remember this and remember this day the um nations of the earth

00:16:52.640 including the most powerful nations in western europe all of the most powerful nations in the arab

00:17:00.340 and muslim world gathered today on the shores of the red sea and signed a document

00:17:08.160 uh in that document they 20 points of a peace plan the sign the entire time was peace in the middle east

00:17:17.300 this peace plan calls for huge commitments of capital to be invested into um into uh the war-torn

00:17:28.340 it's not war-torn let's say what it is looks like dresden in 1945 right it's really repulsive

00:17:33.540 what gaza looks like and as people start going through there as we say in the navy i think you

00:17:40.580 should stand by for some heavy rolls um because i think on this topic of transparency what happened

00:17:50.320 to the hostage is terrible we still don't know about october 7th and the reason we don't know about

00:17:56.160 october 7th is netanyahu's government has blocked any attempt to have an inquiry formal inquiry and

00:18:02.480 should get to the bottom of it and as an american citizen i think we should all demand that we know

00:18:09.300 exactly what went on until we buy into any more of what's happening over there but with the most

00:18:15.820 powerful nations on earth signing a document a deal a 20-point deal with huge commitments of

00:18:24.200 financial resources to rebuild a commitment that the two million palestinians will not leave 0.72

00:18:30.220 gaza will not leave gaza they will not be driven out into the sinai to live in tents or die or ethiopia

00:18:38.660 you know the horn of africa all those crackpot ideas and they were crackpot ideas have all been

00:18:48.680 thrown aside in addition there's a working of a security guarantee which looks like would not have

00:18:55.360 american troops which obviously we would oppose dramatically we don't need to do that there is 1.00

00:19:00.120 going to be some coordinating factor from doha from um centcom in fact the aberrant charges sound

00:19:07.420 if you saw today in the footage of at the knesset they had three or four american generals and an

00:19:13.740 admiral and a couple of generals there they are the i think the centcom commanders are the heads of

00:19:19.080 centcom and aspects of the secretary of the the war department pete hexis with his heir um that will be part

00:19:27.040 of this but it will be a you got to quote what it is it kind of an arab or muslim legion that will

00:19:35.020 provide the security coordinated by turkey the ottoman empire and the caliphate and we know what

00:19:41.820 erdogan is about the caliphate those are just facts uh netanyahu was not invited not in the room not in

00:19:51.880 the deal when the negotiation of those points took place ambassador dermer and ron dermer is a good

00:19:57.100 man if you get if you ever know him he's a he's a good man he's obviously one of netanyahu's top

00:20:02.900 guys has been ambassador here uh really knows washington knows the trump knows jared very well

00:20:08.840 knows whitkoff knows the entire knows maga a good man he was not really part of the negotiations they

00:20:15.280 really weren't looking for israel's inputs and i hate to be so blunt about it but there's so much

00:20:21.480 happy talk coming out of the israel first crowd that just doesn't face reality reality is you got

00:20:29.740 yourself a two-state solution and not just a two-state solution but a two-state solution

00:20:35.120 with big time muscle in back of the palestinians big time money from the gulf emirates and big time

00:20:42.420 security from the combination of muslim and arab nations who even sell in arms to and training their 1.00

00:20:48.300 military for decade after decade after decade including a nato member i might add which is turkey

00:20:54.960 that will seize up the same turkey that the very mention that netanyahu was even coming had been

00:21:02.340 offered an invitation told him in the air if that is the case and netanyahu is coming i'm turning my

00:21:09.020 jet around even though i'm in egyptian airspace i want you to contemplate that to what reality is

00:21:15.620 that's reality and people can put the spin on it in any way but what's going to happen in judeo-samaria

00:21:22.960 is not going to be any more uh israel if if the historic homeland and heart of it of which i've

00:21:31.100 said hey there's there's a compelling argument there and this is why on a christian state which

00:21:36.720 i say if you don't have a christian if you don't have a christian state within 20 years i'm not sure

00:21:42.920 you're gonna have israel joel gilbert today independent filmmaker a very smart guy about the uh the region

00:21:48.920 and obviously took he he said some things about uh gaza and the palestinians that are maybe not

00:21:56.200 backed up and you know he got called down a little bit by kurt mills they got into a little bit that's

00:22:00.020 fine people have different opinions and maybe garner facts in their own way but joel gilbert's even

00:22:06.000 more he's more adamant than i am about the political defeat of netanyahuism in this uh in this

00:22:15.240 endeavor and of course tel aviv levin is out saying about you know president trump said about the

00:22:20.440 bombing and the bombing and then the bombing was so central come on man knock it off the bombing was

00:22:25.560 not about the bombing was to shut down any chance that netanyahu would be able to drive president

00:22:32.240 trump to support regime change and to finish the argument totally of total obliteration

00:22:38.180 and also netanyahu not learning his lesson because what he did there was try to decapitate

00:22:43.840 the iranian command particularly to kill the negotiators he didn't want to negotiate a deal

00:22:49.020 they killed the negotiate they target the negotiators whitkoff couldn't go to a meeting because they were

00:22:53.660 all dead or at least purported to be dead i think later it came turned out that they all were not dead

00:22:59.600 but they were targeted but he killed the hamas guys weeks later without getting president trump's

00:23:06.060 authority or even a fare thee well no no no indication all to the missiles i think were airborne

00:23:12.460 that is i keep saying you got to go pretty far in the woods to hit president trump's tripwire

00:23:17.640 and that's where it hit it and the outcome of that is what you saw today if you wanted the signal

00:23:23.540 that was by the red sea if you wanted the noise that was what's happening in israel

00:23:28.600 it's a celebratory day but the generations in 67 and 73 that built israel and took on every arab army 0.99

00:23:38.300 that did sneak attacks from 48 to 67 to 73 they would have never found themselves in this situation

00:23:45.740 i understand and particularly president trump understands because he spent an hour with the

00:23:50.660 families just hearing their stories and sitting there and asking questions so he could hear more

00:23:55.600 a man that came off an eight hour red eye and had to do one major evolution after the other he cleared

00:24:01.400 time and actually became very late getting to egypt to hear their stories at the end of the day was 20

00:24:08.700 hostages and i realized israel's celebrating and i think that says more about the therapeutic society

00:24:15.580 than the culture they in the united states used to have is what i'm saying hard and tough yes it's hard

00:24:22.180 tough that's one of the reasons i have people watch the film 12 o'clock high 12 o'clock high is one of

00:24:26.760 the hardest movies you'll ever watch about war where they understand the sacrifices that have to be made

00:24:34.160 and quite frankly the sacrifices that you don't get any say so in that you're just going to be you are

00:24:41.320 expendable and you're going to be expendable you're going to be expendable for a greater cause

00:24:45.860 today did change it was an inflection point in the middle east and uh you're not going to unwind it

00:24:53.400 you're not going to unwind it so i think we have to be realist but i stick by what i said at the

00:24:57.920 national national conservatism convention i think i gave the keynote that wrapped it up or close to

00:25:03.620 wrapping it up in the geopolitical world today where president trump has to deal with the bloodlands

00:25:10.780 this week and is america going to get engaged as a offent as a supplier of offensive uh become an 0.99

00:25:19.300 offensive combatant on the supply side which changes russia's already said hey if this thing goes down

00:25:24.940 like this nato's open open season that is going to be a major major thing that will change this country's

00:25:34.060 life and your life but that even pales in comparison to what the chinese communist party's doing the

00:25:39.300 chinese communist party understands they have an amazing they have incredible leverage over us

00:25:44.460 right now we have said this now for years and years and years if you've listened to the show that

00:25:50.100 we warned we have to decouple and yeah decouple may may have a couple of speed bumps in it but if you

00:25:54.600 don't have decouple they're going to put a gun to your head one day when they think they've got you

00:25:58.540 and president trump i think has already bounced off the uh the 100 percent terrorist but i might add

00:26:03.680 don't take it from steve bannon let's take it from the market of something that's been a hedge for

00:26:10.680 5 000 years gold gold today blew through 4100 i think it's 4139 it's up 130 but blew through 4100

00:26:19.100 that is a world of sophisticated investors saying yo uh i think i need part of my assets in physical gold

00:26:27.820 right because we are in very uncertain times geopolitically financially and uh the market's

00:26:36.720 telling you something of course the stock market came back today because president trump said i'm

00:26:40.580 not going to hit him with 100 percent terrorist but the chinese communist party is playing smash 0.99

00:26:44.600 mouth here they're playing smash mouth that's basically the way they know how to play and president

00:26:50.860 trump put out true social say hey look she had a bad day he and i are friends we're going to work

00:26:56.380 this out we only wish good to the chinese people into china of course we in the war room always wish

00:27:02.440 well to laobaijing the chinese people but unfortunately they're they're uh they're under

00:27:08.660 the rule of the worst most brutal dictatorship in modern history and as i've said many times i include

00:27:17.780 the nazis in that i include stalin i include the bolsheviks i include pol pot let's throw the imperial

00:27:24.940 japanese high command you know you pick them and uh that this week are the two major events

00:27:32.560 president trump going back to washington to work with scott bess and others to deal with the chinese

00:27:38.560 communist party and then to sit down with zelinski this guy does not get a second this trip today was

00:27:45.760 a day trip he took a red eye flew there to israel first come total historically historic what he did

00:27:53.100 in in uh israel then goes to egypt then gets on a plane and comes back he'll be there for charlie

00:28:01.000 kirk's the awarding of charlie kirk of the presidential medal of freedom to learn short break

00:29:34.160 proud and mighty nation pushing forward through the currents and through the spray of raging combat and

00:29:40.520 the fog of naval war from the american revolution until today the story of the u.s navy is a tale of

00:29:48.100 loyalty sacrifice and commitment stretching back 250 years the navy has never failed to hunt kill

00:29:56.260 and to win through it all the united states navy has kept the stars and stripes soaring high and proud above

00:30:03.380 you've conquered raging oceans and brave ferocious storms to vanquish america's enemies america's navy never

00:30:11.880 ever gives up the ship we own the skies we stalk the depths and we rule the seas god bless the united

00:30:20.600 states navy

00:30:21.640 wow i love that uh and uh real clear defense which is one of the most prominent sites around

00:30:32.400 aggregation site sister site to real clear markets and real clear

00:30:36.200 politics put up a special on our navy 250 and cleo pascal myself and others talking about the

00:30:44.280 geopolitics of the 21st century i'm gonna have cleo's actually with admiral masso and others in

00:30:50.920 philadelphia at the uh at the parade and also the um the dinner tonight for the navy's 250 we've got uh

00:30:59.160 my favorite combat historian uh patrick k o'donnell joins us patrick walk us through this you you've been in

00:31:05.560 in bed with the marines by the way we're doing marine corps 250 although the marine corps 10 i think

00:31:11.640 november we're gonna do the marine corps 250 this saturday uh from camp pendleton we're gonna start

00:31:19.000 with the war room at 10 a.m in the morning eastern daylight time and go all throughout the day you

00:31:24.440 won't want to miss this as uh one of the former marines that knows cleo very well and watched watch the

00:31:32.280 navy said tell bannon uh the marines are really looking forward when he does the men's department

00:31:38.200 department of the navy so uh we love the marine corps it's gonna be very special i already know

00:31:43.880 from the guys putting it on it's going to be incredible uh so patrick k o'donnell you've been

00:31:49.000 in bed with the marines you know the naval traditions the importance of the navy and building the country

00:31:53.880 the floor is yours sir well i have a great article in breitbart on the front page today

00:32:01.400 on the 250th anniversary of the navy which has some very humble origins a fishing boat that was outfitted

00:32:09.880 to attack the greatest navy in the world at the time the british navy and they went after um they went

00:32:16.040 after the supply ships and it's really a remarkable story and that begins when washington arrives in

00:32:23.240 cambridge in the summer of of 1775 and to his utter horror he realizes that his men only have 30 to 40

00:32:32.680 cartridges in their cartridge box they could not repel the british if they attacked out of boston

00:32:39.160 it was a very uh they were very challenged by the lack of gunpowder first thing he does is actually

00:32:45.480 takes the riflemen that come up and puts them out and demonstrates how accurate they are these snipers

00:32:51.560 um and then they start taking off british heads keeping people down their heads down but then he has to

00:32:57.640 come up with an idea on how to get more gunpowder and he decides to to to go to the man that's actually

00:33:04.200 guarding his camp john glover who has a number of naval ships they trade across the world and glover's

00:33:12.760 mariners um have their own ships that they've been trading you know for for years and he decides to

00:33:20.520 outfit one of his fishing boats with four guns and then go after uh british supply ships and this

00:33:28.600 ship is called the hannah it's the summer of 1775 and this is the humble origins of the united states navy

00:33:37.160 and it's all done um without congressional approval washington authorizes glover to outfit the boat

00:33:44.120 behind the back of congress and glover is who was broke exactly and then there's a fascinating story

00:33:55.320 because you are able to own cannons at this time unlike you know what joe joe biden said and john

00:34:01.720 glover has is you know a number of cannons that they used it on their ships to protect themselves against

00:34:07.240 pirates and other vessels and you know the there's a kind of great get off my lawn story where uh in

00:34:15.960 1773 they um they help uh with a they create a smallpox uh hospital in marblehead and the loyalists

00:34:25.640 in the town aren't having it and they surround glover's house but he takes one of these four pound guns

00:34:32.280 and puts it in the foyer of his house as the mob surrounds the house he orders the front door thrust

00:34:39.000 open and he has a a torch in his hand and he says disperse and the people you know this crowd of

00:34:47.320 loyalists with pitchforks and torches uh disperse that's uh at the site of that's quite trumpian six

00:34:54.280 that's maga uh john glover who has this now both is going out with four pound guns four of them

00:35:03.320 and they then attack the um you know they have a a letter of mark basically to act as privateers

00:35:11.880 exactly hang on they were all freebooters and privateer privateers letters of mark

00:35:17.640 it's amazing story here's i want people to keep in mind the royal navy uh as an institution

00:35:24.120 became one of the most powerful and important institutions in world history it's the way that

00:35:29.800 and they started as freebooters they started with francis drake and these guys just taking 20 off

00:35:34.680 the top and giving the rest of the crown as freebooters but they built an institution that 0.51

00:35:39.560 changed world history and built the british empire this is how a small island nation um

00:35:45.560 became a uh a global you know global dominance really a small island nation that didn't have a

00:35:52.360 tremendous maritime history at the time they kind of learned it and and then built an institution

00:35:59.560 that institution when you have supply ships the logistics of it the coordination if you go back

00:36:04.440 and look at the world navy at the time it ran like a like a uh like a swiss watch it was so organized

00:36:10.760 and down to everything i mean every move the way the the way the crews uh uh worked the way the officers

00:36:17.000 uh train things the way you had logistics trains and you had the uh you had uh the boats that would

00:36:23.640 go and escort it was highly sophisticated and here a bunch a collection of freebooters with a letter of

00:36:31.160 mark from a government that doesn't really even exist the continental congress and washington because

00:36:36.040 the kind of congress is broke he's not even looking for if he goes and asks for money they're going to

00:36:40.200 say no so this is i'm going to beg forgiveness and ask permission he tells me it's better than that

00:36:45.720 just put some guns put some guns on the boat and just go out there and take them on they put the guns

00:36:51.480 on the boat and they go after supply ships and the first ship that they capture is it's a it's a ship

00:36:59.400 that is manned by british sailors and they are extremely excited to to have their first prize

00:37:06.040 and they bring it into court and they realize that the british have just they have recaptured a ship

00:37:14.200 that was owned by a member of congress john langdon and what happens is washington is horrified

00:37:23.640 but the men these marbleheaders have said look hey we barely got it this was a british ship

00:37:29.400 that was a prize ship and what happens is you have one of the first mutinies that takes place

00:37:35.320 and the crew literally mutinies on board i tell the story in the indispensables and washington quells

00:37:41.880 it and then they go back out and they start to hunt but this is the organ what's amazing about

00:37:47.880 this story steve is this is the beginning of sovereignty for a we're not even a united states yet

00:37:56.280 a collection of states no but when you are starting to build and outfit vessels you are creating

00:38:03.560 a sovereign nation a sovereign nation a sovereign nation has vessels the first flag is the appeal

00:38:09.720 to heaven and that comes from these ships as well this is washington's navy or washington's cruisers

00:38:17.160 and it's all done behind congress for several weeks and then eventually on october 13th today 250 years ago

00:38:26.360 congress makes the authorization to to outfit armed vessels to go against uh great britain and it's then

00:38:37.080 that washington reveals that he has his own secret navy

00:38:42.520 which then folds but think about it the continentally yeah after lexington and concord

00:38:50.360 after the siege of boston bunker hill these guys are smart guys it's just like the run-up to world

00:38:56.600 war one before pearl harbor these guys this is 1775 folks the fourth of july independence day the

00:39:03.960 declaration signing the declaration is not till next july 4th in 1776 and then immediately the largest

00:39:11.880 expeditionary forces we have every year on peter we have patrick o'donnell on our fourth of july special to

00:39:18.600 talk about what was already coming to staten island in the in the vast armada that was going to be

00:39:23.960 there patrick we got to bounce i want everybody grace if you put this story up everybody go to

00:39:28.360 breitbart we're going to put it up for this amazing story it's also on my uh my twitter account at

00:39:33.800 combat historian and patrick o'donnell.com uh the book is the indispensables it tells the story of the

00:39:41.000 first navy and this is asymmetric warfare steve this causes the insurance rates to skyrocket

00:39:48.600 on all commercial vessels and its economic war against great britain

00:39:55.000 if you want to read two books back to back they'll explain the revolution to you like nobody's

00:39:59.400 business like you're reading a novel washington's immortals about that amazing regiment coming out

00:40:05.000 of uh coming out of maryland and then uh the indispensables just incredible about the the marble

00:40:11.240 the men of marble head the cussedness the cussedness and grit we stand on the shoulders of giants when

00:40:19.560 you read these books you just you're in awe virtually every page patrick o'donnell one more time where's

00:40:24.760 your where's your social media where do people go get you at combat historian on x and getter and

00:40:31.720 patrick k o'donnell.com you can also order the books or bestsellers we're almost at two thousand

00:40:37.080 five-star reviews for the indispensables on amazon.com come on man it's been a runaway bestseller for

00:40:43.240 it's amazing years we we got we got we got to get five thousand five stars it's a classic thank you sir

00:40:49.320 appreciate you honored thank you steve to go from something you should be very proud of about your

00:40:57.240 country kind of the grit of the american you know working man and woman building this country to

00:41:04.920 something that you're not gonna not gonna love here's what i don't get uh dave walsh uh they're

00:41:11.480 telling me that if you backed out data center investment that gdp would only be like 0.1 percent

00:41:17.800 i don't totally believe that but everything as you warned us on ai on the ai bubble or the ai job

00:41:24.360 apocalypse is driven by energy and maybe water is a subset but energy what is going on we got a

00:41:31.880 governor's race in new jersey that's going to come down i think to about energy and out of control

00:41:37.240 energy prices that are run away and down in florida you still haven't sorted out that mess with florida

00:41:43.560 power and light sir i'm working on it now the uh the data center ai thing the tip of the spear in

00:41:51.560 the country for the moment is virginia northern virginia pennsylvania over to new jersey and

00:41:56.680 maryland north of washington where you've got the biggest concentration of ai and data centers and

00:42:02.040 now this battle and the growth of ai between rate payers who are short of electricity and pjm that

00:42:09.400 those states are in pjm ford auction prices up by a factor of 10 times for electric power because of

00:42:15.960 the existing shortage of electricity now you've got ai owners demanding gigawatt thousand megawatt

00:42:22.680 two thousand megawatt generation facilities to be built to steal electrification resources from

00:42:28.920 rate payers so you've got a big battle and it comes it comes to the fore in the electricity rates new

00:42:34.440 jersey looks like going up by a factor of four times maryland by a factor of potentially uh 50 in

00:42:40.920 in the next couple of years and even pennsylvania in in a region particularly full of natural gas

00:42:46.840 because of this domination now demand on top of the existing shortage we've been talking about for

00:42:53.320 three years due to solar and wind the shortage now accelerated by ai and data centers

00:43:01.000 hang on one second i want to hold you through the break when we get to this because this is

00:45:00.040 birchgold.com one of the big things the chinese communist party is trying to do is de-dollarization

00:45:05.560 working with the brics nations but also working with others to make sure transactions are now

00:45:10.120 not converted into dollars they're trying to break the dollars the prime reserve currency

00:45:14.360 uh if that happens um it will not be good i am not saying we need to be the prior reserve currency

00:45:21.720 we have to because tons of obligations internationally come with it but if we're not going to have it it

00:45:27.560 should be through a national discussion that it's a decision made by citizens of the united states of

00:45:33.240 america uh that's not what's happening now we're being driven into it birchgold.com promo code bannon the

00:45:38.680 end of the dollar empire get it most importantly talk to phil patrick we first started working with

00:45:43.480 them goal was 1100 bucks an ounce the reason we came up with this concept to teach people about

00:45:48.680 capital markets to teach people about fiat currency to teach people why gold's been a hedge for 5 000

00:45:54.200 years is because i said at the time uh dark clouds are coming and uh gold is going to be a hedge more than

00:46:01.000 ever but eventually it's going to become an asset class that central banks and money center banks are

00:46:07.960 going to start buying instead of things like the euro and guess what voila we're here baby but you

00:46:15.160 need to understand that don't take it from me this show is not about me sitting here going yelling and

00:46:19.160 screaming at you and it's to give you information so go check it out today you need to do this for

00:46:31.400 like these deficits we're running if you got an issue with the irs it ain't going to go away

00:46:37.080 irs is going to look for every penny they got because we're running i don't know 1.8 to 2 trillion

00:46:42.520 deficits a year they're coming for everybody's money if you if they think you owe it and i know

00:46:48.680 you might have a different opinion if you fail to file you late finally or you've got a discrepancy

00:46:53.880 with them you got a letter with them don't curl up in a in a ball in the corner reach out to tax

00:46:59.240 network usa they solved a billion dollars worth of tax issues nothing you tell them is going to shock

00:47:04.200 them they've heard it all and they know the guys to work with 800-958-1000 and tell them steve

00:47:10.040 bannon sent you to get a free consultation do that today dave walsh uh one of these things is about

00:47:15.400 energy and about the data centers and quite frankly these i thought things like florida power and light

00:47:21.400 i thought they had citizens i thought they were set up as public utilities so they could get feedback

00:47:26.120 from these folks called rate payers the the uh our our schmendricks out there called american

00:47:32.280 citizens or this case florida citizens why is this why is that system not working why do they seem to

00:47:37.560 be going down this decarbonization crazy uh green new deal scam of these massive massive capital

00:47:45.960 investments from the president united states against it and more importantly the folks in florida against it

00:47:51.080 sir according to the state office of public council who i speak to periodically a record number of

00:48:01.480 interveners and complainers have stepped up about the present 10 billion dollar rate case an all-time

00:48:07.640 national record high rate case that fbnl have pushed forward for the next four years now reduced to 7

00:48:14.120 billion so some progress is being made but that's about building 130 more utility scale solar farms

00:48:21.080 at a cost of about 7 7 billion at this point um for the next four years the next 10 years the three

00:48:27.560 regulated utilities duke fbl and teco tap electric have a plan to build 49 billion dollars worth of solar

00:48:35.320 farms and utility scale battery storage which if it were combined cycle would cost less than half of

00:48:41.400 that to build natural gas fired power that runs all the time but no they're opting for the far more

00:48:47.160 expensive capital cost two and a half times more costly capital cost solar and battery storage

00:48:53.400 to make more money through their rates they get a ten and a half to eleven percent rate recovery

00:48:59.160 on capital investments and the more they invest of course the more they make and they're opting for

00:49:03.880 between the two choices solar and gas they're opting for solar which is very part-time here five hours

00:49:09.880 five hours a day and ruins reliability and also ruins the opportunity for data centers and server
