00:00:00.000 Jordan has asked Jack Smith to appear in front of the House Judiciary.
00:00:03.600 You mean deranged, Jack? He's a deranged individual, yeah.
00:00:06.560 He's asked him to do it at the House.
00:00:07.720 Well, they should. I'm surprised it takes so long.
00:00:10.300 You know, we're talking about violent crime.
00:00:11.860 What about the crime against a political opponent?
00:00:14.700 That's what we have to talk about, too.
00:00:16.360 Jordan would like to understand the full extent to which the Biden-Harris Justice Department weaponized federal law enforcement.
00:00:23.240 What do you think the committee will find out, Mr. Smith?
00:00:25.560 I think it was the worst weaponization of a political opponent in the history of the world, let alone this country.
00:00:32.180 And I hope that everybody's, you know, they're involved in it.
00:00:35.500 I'm not. I'm the one that had to suffer through it and ultimately win.
00:00:39.720 But what they did was criminal.
00:00:42.820 Deranged Jack Smith, in my opinion, is a criminal.
00:00:46.020 And I noticed his interviewer was, I think that was Weissman.
00:00:50.600 And I hope they're going to look into Weissman, too.
00:00:52.920 Weissman's a bad guy.
00:00:55.560 The weaponization of the DOJ, the media often says your department is weaponizing the DOJ.
00:01:01.180 That's the opposite.
00:01:02.240 That's the opposite.
00:01:02.980 Todd, you represented President Trump in probably the greatest weaponization of the DOJ by Alvin Bragg.
00:01:09.480 You know firsthand, if you can describe what you saw under the Biden administration, how they weaponized the DOJ.
00:01:16.440 Well, I mean, I think it's hard to describe what happened in those last four years against President Trump.
00:01:25.620 Alvin Bragg, a local prosecutor, his office staffed by somebody from DOJ.
00:01:30.820 Jack Smith, picked as a special counselor, staffs his entire office with DOJ prosecutors.
00:01:36.160 And then there are countless things that happened, all in writing, most of them on the docket, that require no explanation except for a complete abomination of the place that the Attorney General and I run now and Director Patel.
00:01:49.160 So when people talk about this department weaponizing, it's embarrassing.
00:01:54.100 Because there's no scenario in which you can look at what we're doing, restoring justice, doing the right thing in every single case, and say that that's weaponization, and yet remain eerily silent about what happened for the past three years.
00:02:10.020 I mean, you read these articles and giggle.
00:02:12.680 Because it cannot be true that people really think that what they did to him, not once, not twice.
00:02:19.120 I'm still counting three, four times, but we're the ones that are weaponizing.
00:02:23.800 So this man is not weaponizing the Department of Justice.
00:02:26.320 We're not weaponizing the Department of Justice.
00:02:28.000 It's the opposite.
00:02:29.140 I mean, and also, nobody questions what I'm saying because it's true, because we all lived the past four years.
00:02:35.440 So, listen, they never want to bring up the details, but I watch the fake news, and, oh, he's weaponized.
00:02:43.900 And he wants to send them to prison.
00:02:46.200 They indicted me like five times.
00:02:51.680 I took a mug shot.
00:02:53.680 Who would have thought it turned out to my favor because it was a good shot?
00:02:57.340 But I had to take a mug shot.
00:02:58.820 It's right out there in the door, New York Post, front page of every paper in the world.
00:03:04.600 I had a mug shot.
00:03:05.820 They wanted to send me.
00:03:06.780 Nobody says that.
00:03:08.000 They say, he's acting very, very tough.
00:03:10.960 He's acting unfair.
00:03:11.800 Let me tell you, if they've been nice to anybody, it's to those criminals, because they are so good having to do with all of the things we're talking about today with violent crime.
00:03:22.940 But, if anything, I think this Justice Department has been so respectful of the law because the other Justice Department, with Rita or Lisa and all of that scum, real scum, what they did to the political opponent of a guy that has a seriously low IQ.
00:03:43.700 Now, in his case, it was low, based on his career, but it got real low, okay?
00:03:52.440 It was descending rapidly.
00:03:55.200 But what they did to go after his political opponent is legendary.
00:04:01.800 Worse than any third world country, banana republic.
00:04:04.780 And what we're doing is nothing.
00:04:09.520 Are you kidding?
00:04:10.520 Nothing.
00:04:11.620 They write stories.
00:04:12.700 Why aren't they doing this, this?
00:04:14.980 And we'll leave.
00:04:17.400 I don't have to leave it up to them, but I choose to, at this moment, at least.
00:04:22.260 But there's never been anybody treated in the history of politics.
00:04:26.000 You know, they say the two worst-treated presidents by the media, etc., was that man right there, the late, great Abraham Lincoln, and this guy right there, Andrew Jackson.
00:04:39.020 They say Andrew Jackson was treated terribly.
00:04:43.140 They give him number one and number two.
00:04:44.780 But that was before I came along, Newt.
00:04:46.760 I say I have number one times ten.
00:04:50.420 Nobody's been treated like I've been treated.
00:04:53.060 And I did a great job.
00:04:54.320 You know, we had a great first term.
00:04:56.960 And we had one of the most successful economies in history, etc.
00:05:00.180 I rebuilt the military.
00:05:01.220 We did a tremendous amount.
00:05:02.960 The last part, we had a horrible thing called COVID.
00:05:07.880 And we handled that well.
00:05:09.320 We made ventilators for nations all over the world.
00:05:13.220 I mean, we did a great job.
00:05:14.640 Probably never get credit for it.
00:05:16.160 Look at the therapeutics, the Regeneron, all the different things, the vaccines, all the things we did.
00:05:21.360 We did a great job.
00:05:22.740 But we had a focus on that.
00:05:24.980 But we had the best economy in the history of our country.
00:05:28.280 We're blowing it away right now.
00:05:29.720 Look at the stock market.
00:05:30.720 It hit another all-time high today.
00:05:33.160 That's 48 days out of the few days that I've served.
00:05:36.980 48 days have already hit record highs.
00:05:39.600 And we have, maybe most importantly, the number we have now, we're saying 17.
00:05:44.940 It's over $18 trillion is being poured into our country.
00:05:49.560 It's because of the election and because of tariffs.
00:05:52.120 Without the tariffs, you wouldn't have probably 18 cents.
00:05:56.040 It's because of the tariffs.
00:05:57.400 Because there are no tariffs if they build on our country, in our country.
00:06:01.460 And they understand that.
00:06:03.700 So we have medical companies coming over.
00:06:05.500 We have the AI.
00:06:06.440 We're dominating China in AI.
00:06:08.960 Everybody said that's impossible.
00:06:10.320 We're dominating.
00:06:11.560 I'm letting these massive plants build their own electric generating plants.
00:06:15.600 They're becoming utilities in addition to everything.
00:06:17.960 Maybe they'll make more money with that.
00:06:19.240 Who knows?
00:06:20.020 But they're building their own electric.
00:06:22.340 Because we have an old grid.
00:06:23.460 You wouldn't be able to do that.
00:06:25.100 And we're dominating China.
00:06:26.480 We're dominating with AI, which seems to be the new big thing.
00:06:30.020 That's the new internet.
00:06:31.100 That's the new whatever.
00:06:32.980 So we're very happy with the job we're doing.
00:06:34.940 I'm very happy with the job they're doing.
00:06:36.780 But when you tell me about attacking a political opponent, there's never been, and I'm a legitimate opponent.
00:06:43.180 I watch my son.
00:06:44.020 He's got the number one bestselling book now.
00:06:46.540 My son, Eric, he's a wonderful kid.
00:06:48.180 That guy spent so much time with subpoenas.
00:06:51.300 He got more subpoenas than anybody in the history of our country.
00:06:54.500 Think of it.
00:06:55.380 And he's an innocent, good boy.
00:06:57.400 He's a good kid.
00:06:58.280 He's always been a good kid.
00:07:00.180 All of my children are good.
00:07:01.560 They went through hell.
00:07:02.900 My children went through federal grand juries on a hoax.
00:07:06.920 Think of it.
00:07:07.840 You have Adam Schiff and Hillary Clinton and others make up a hoax.
00:07:12.180 And then wanting to put, so they know it's a hoax.
00:07:15.040 And they go before the press, say Donald Trump Jr. will go to jail because of what he's done with Russia.
00:07:23.500 I'll never forget.
00:07:24.400 I get a call from my son, Don, and he said, Dad, I'm being accused of something with Russia.
00:07:30.780 I don't know anything about Russia.
00:07:32.940 He didn't know anything about it.
00:07:34.800 Think of it, how bad they are.
00:07:36.800 They say he'll go to prison for the rest of his life.
00:07:40.040 He knew nothing about it.
00:07:41.220 On a hoax, the Russian hoax, Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, on a story that they made up.
00:07:49.840 And they made it up in order to explain why Hillary Clinton lost an election, that she lost by pretty good numbers.
00:07:57.040 The second one, that this one, actually the second one was even better.
00:08:00.620 But the third one, this one was too big to rig.
00:08:03.660 It was just too big to rig.
00:08:04.660 They tried to rig it.
00:08:09.540 Wednesday, 15 October, Year of Our Lord, 2025.
00:08:13.240 The book is Under Siege, the story of Eric Trump and the family and the persecution by not just the Democratic Party,
00:08:20.320 but the deep state, the apparatus.
00:08:22.540 Brian Glenn is live at the White House.
00:08:25.160 Brian, your question, wow.
00:08:28.440 It started with Todd Blanche, went to the president.
00:08:32.080 It's extraordinary.
00:08:33.300 Tell me about it, sir.
00:08:36.000 Yeah, it was one of those questions, I think, Steve, that it had to be asked.
00:08:40.560 Because a lot of the media claims that the Trump administration is weaponizing the Department of Justice.
00:08:46.320 And in fact, we all know the truth, that it was under Joe Biden that that really occurred.
00:08:50.920 And obviously, particularly, Todd represented President Trump in terms, in regards to Alvin Bragg.
00:08:56.820 And what a sideshow that was and what a weaponization of that turned out to be.
00:09:03.140 It had to be asked.
00:09:04.740 And I think that obviously his answer said it all, that six and a half minute or so response from President Trump seemed to be a little angry towards the end of answering that question.
00:09:16.100 Rightfully so.
00:09:16.860 What I loved about the question, and we'll rework this and play it tomorrow morning again, you got Todd Blanche.
00:09:27.820 I think for the first time, Todd's been able to sit there and walk through all of it and say this is a total joke and talk about the weaponization against his client at the time, President Trump, 45.
00:09:40.480 It was a brilliant answer by Todd.
00:09:42.320 Todd, finally, we got Todd to be able to answer it.
00:09:45.260 The situation today was the FBI about violent crime.
00:09:48.260 You had Pam Bondi, the Attorney General of the United States.
00:09:50.740 Of course, our own Cash Patel was there.
00:09:53.280 But you actually gave a platform for Todd, who's been pretty quiet this entire time, to kind of come forward.
00:09:58.720 I thought it was brilliant.
00:09:59.680 And to top it off, President Trump, and I tell people, this guy knows the history of it.
00:10:04.060 He says, hey, only two guys in the history of this country have they've ever gone, the media has ever gone, the establishment have ever gone worse than me.
00:10:11.780 And he pointed to the two portraits that he has put in the Oval Office, Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Jackson.
00:10:17.840 I thought that was incredibly powerful.
00:10:19.260 The president showed the personal connection he has with those two great leaders from the 19th century.
00:10:26.080 Thoughts?
00:10:26.520 No, I agree.
00:10:29.900 And, of course, that came after they did a recap of what they call the FBI summer heat.
00:10:35.680 And this is some of the numbers, Steve, across not only in Memphis, but what they've confiscated here in D.C. as well.
00:10:43.220 If you just go over the numbers, over 8,600 arrests.
00:10:46.280 We've got over 2,300 firearms seized.
00:10:49.100 My first question for President Trump was, and really was to everyone, is what have you done to those individuals that unlawfully had a gun that you took out of their hands and you're going to prosecute them for the crimes?
00:11:02.180 And they absolutely answered it and said they will.
00:11:04.480 The amount of fentanyl that has been taken off the streets is insane, enough to kill everyone three times over on the population.
00:11:13.840 So the massive success they've had in Memphis in just a short time, the massive success they had in D.C. since they've been here for a little over a month or so, and then the continuation.
00:11:25.420 And, Steve, I thought this was interesting.
00:11:27.320 He talked about Boston quite a bit and said, look, if that mayor can't get things straight there, we'll move that World Cup that's scheduled in Boston.
00:11:36.320 We'll move it somewhere else.
00:11:37.340 We'll contact FIFA, and we can do that.
00:11:39.460 He also mentioned Los Angeles.
00:11:40.920 Oh, yeah, he also mentioned Los Angeles in the same regards, that, you know, we've got to get Los Angeles cleaned up, get the state of California, specifically San Francisco.
00:11:51.280 That was the city he named at the top of the press conference.
00:11:55.000 But if you live in Boston and you're a soccer fan and you want that to happen, you better make sure that your city officials welcome President Trump to clean up your city, or you know what?
00:12:05.380 You may not have that match.
00:12:06.420 Hey, I think the Olympics, the 84 Olympics, I'm telling you, the out-of-control, neoconfederate, insurrectionist attitude of the mayor out there and Governor Newsom, which I think is totally out of control.
00:12:21.680 My recommendation, let's move the Summer Olympics to, I don't know, let's go to Dallas, right?
00:12:27.340 It'll be a little hotter, but, hey, Olympic athletes are tough.
00:12:31.120 They can take it, right?
00:12:32.360 We've had it in Athens and other places in Rome.
00:12:34.540 They've had some hot spots before.
00:12:36.480 Let's go to Dallas.
00:12:37.400 I think the Olympics are in play here because you can't have these out-of-control cities fighting ICE, fighting law enforcement, and particularly as President Trump sends in the troops to back up the citizenry and to put down crime.
00:12:50.820 If they're going to fight, if these Democrat mayors are going to fight it and these radical Democrat governors are going to fight it, particularly Newsom, who may be even more radical than Pritzker, if he's going to throw down and challenge the president, well, guess what?
00:13:02.920 If we just take all the federal money that's going to be used for protection and we move it to Dallas, Texas, that would be my recommendation.
00:13:10.680 Yeah, yeah, you know, that conversation, I remember last year people talking about that, how Texas would be a good place specifically to have this, and we've got the right infrastructure for someone who has a house in the Dallas area.
00:13:23.780 I know very well that they've got nice stadiums, nice track and field events.
00:13:28.120 Now, the surfing along the coast here in the Gulf Coast, you could probably need to do something else with that, but it is the perfect place to do that, and I know that people in the great state of Texas would probably support that.
00:13:40.080 Governor Abbott would be all in support, and you know what?
00:13:43.520 If they want to bring in as many National Guardsmen to protect it, that's a great idea, and Texas will welcome it.
00:13:50.020 By the way, maybe we leave, maybe we do leave the surfing in Newport Beach, but the rest of it comes back.
00:13:55.760 Anyway, I agree, and we'd love the Coliseum, we'd love to have it there.
00:13:59.360 The 84 was great, but hey, first off, you have to guarantee the safety of the Olympics and the National Security of the Olympics.
00:14:05.860 Brian Glenn, you're the new Helen Thomas.
00:14:08.680 She ran those press conferences, always asks the best question from United Press International.
00:14:14.720 She's long gone, and I think UPI is too.
00:14:17.260 Brian Glenn at Real America's Voice, what's your social media, brother?

00:16:52.800 Congresswoman Pelosi, are you at all concerned that the new January 6th committee will find you liable for that day?
00:16:59.360 Are you at all concerned about the new January 6th committee finding you liable for that day?
00:17:04.040 Why did you refuse the National Guard on January 6th?
00:17:08.780 Thank you, Bill.
00:17:09.660 Shut up.
00:17:10.740 I did not refuse the National Guard.
00:17:12.780 The president didn't send it.
00:17:14.180 Why are you coming here with Republican talking points as if you're a serious journalist?
00:17:18.580 The American people want to know.
00:17:19.640 We still have questions.
00:17:21.000 Thank you.
00:17:24.800 I love that so much.
00:17:28.340 We're going to just play it on a loop here in the war room.
00:17:30.920 Rob Sieg, Parker Sieg, the Real America's Voice team.
00:17:34.560 We always work very closely with Lindell TV, the great Lindell TV.
00:17:38.300 Allison Steinberg is the Capitol Hill reporter for Lindell TV.
00:17:43.140 She joins us now.
00:17:44.620 Allison, have you gone to like a priest for an exorcism?
00:17:48.240 Because did Nancy Pelosi put a spell on you?
00:17:50.600 What did you?
00:17:51.560 She triggered her worse.
00:17:54.500 You got her worse than anybody in political history.
00:17:57.180 She's never turned with that vicious Nancy Pelosi nature that the public never sees.
00:18:03.640 Ma'am, what happened there?
00:18:06.160 Yeah, I got to say, Steve, it was honestly terrifying.
00:18:09.220 I was actually a little apprehensive to even go up to her because I felt this very weird, evil sort of force surrounding her.
00:18:16.460 But I'm like, you know what?
00:18:17.000 This is my chance.
00:18:17.700 I just got a strike while the iron is hot.
00:18:19.800 So that's what I did.
00:18:20.540 I just charged right up to her.
00:18:21.760 It was a very tiny window of time that I had to actually go up there.
00:18:25.160 Because as you can see, she was very heavily surrounded by her carriers and her guards there that have to help her walk.
00:18:32.020 I guess she's having trouble walking.
00:18:33.480 But I just, you know, got my question in.
00:18:35.800 I actually thought she was going to carry on without even responding to me.
00:18:39.540 And then I knew the second she turned around and pointed that little old finger right in my face that I had struck gold.
00:18:46.820 I was shocked when she told me to shut up as if it's, you know, a sin for asking questions that many American people still want to know answers to.
00:18:56.680 As you know, she just, you know, shamed me and scolded me for wanting to know the truth about what happened on January 6th.
00:19:03.500 And I guess, you know, if you're a Republican, that doesn't make you a serious reporter.
00:19:08.020 That's more or less what she told me.
00:19:09.400 And I just find it fascinating that that was her response to what happened with the National Guard on January 6th.
00:19:15.860 When, let's not forget, she is on record admitting that she should have deployed the National Guard on January 6th.
00:19:23.840 Look, here's Allison.
00:19:25.360 Here's where you hit her tripwire.
00:19:26.660 Is that you saw her doddering away, which is shocking.
00:19:30.200 The footage your cameraman got is unbelievable.
00:19:32.500 I mean, she looks like she's 100 years old, right?
00:19:34.760 They got the guy helping her.
00:19:36.720 But the reason she turned, she understands the pardon that she went on her belly and crawled up to to get as an autopend pardon.
00:19:43.380 So it's not going to protect her, okay?
00:19:46.140 They're very nervous about January 6th.
00:19:48.080 I want to go back to your question.
00:19:50.660 Help me out here.
00:19:51.660 Is there anything wrong?
00:19:53.760 Walk me through that question.
00:19:54.820 It's a basic question of information the public needs to start thinking about this January 6th situation as now the Justice Department is indicting Comey.
00:20:06.720 They're going to indict many more people in regards to this.
00:20:10.020 Those grand juries are seated.
00:20:11.480 What is her problem with your question, which is a quite basic question, ma'am?
00:20:18.240 It's amazing, isn't it?
00:20:19.780 I mean, I had the same reaction from Congresswoman Maxine Waters, who basically told me to not ask questions when I was asking about health care for illegal aliens.
00:20:30.420 These people don't want questions.
00:20:32.600 Democrats don't want to be asked questions unless they're pre-approved by their friendly media outlets, their fake news outlets that they're all nice and cozy with.
00:20:40.960 I mean, now it's getting to the point where some of their handlers are trying to pre-screen me and asking me who I'm with before I'm allowed anywhere near these Democrat members of Congress, which I just find laughable.
00:20:52.220 Honestly, I'm a legitimate member of the press.
00:20:55.460 I've acquired my credentials.
00:20:56.880 I have every right to be there.
00:20:58.360 And then they give me a hard time for asking questions that the majority of Americans want answers to.
00:21:02.480 I'm sorry if they're, you know, used to their softball interviews from CNN and MSNBC.
00:21:07.000 But Lindell TV is there to get real questions in and try to get the real news out to the people.
00:21:13.560 And we are really honestly shut down at every opportunity that we're even given.
00:21:18.060 I'm actually concerned that they're plotting against us right now to stop us from going and continuing to ask these questions that people want to know answers to.
00:21:26.700 Oh, no.
00:21:27.820 We're going to have your back.
00:21:28.800 I'm going to play this.
00:21:29.940 If my RAV team in Denver, let's reboot this and play it again in its entirety.
00:21:34.260 Let's go ahead and let it rip.
00:21:34.980 Pelosi, are you at all concerned that the new January 6th committee will find you liable for that day?
00:21:42.220 Are you at all concerned about the new January 6th committee finding you liable for that day?
00:21:47.520 Why did you refuse the National Guard on January 6th?
00:21:52.500 Shut up.
00:21:53.680 I did not refuse the National Guard.
00:21:55.580 The president didn't send it.
00:21:56.980 Why are you coming here with Republican talking points as if you're a serious journalist?
00:22:01.400 The American people want to know.
00:22:02.440 We still have questions.
00:22:03.800 Thank you.
00:22:04.280 Allison Steinberg, it's a very legitimate question, and she's damn worried about it.
00:22:12.640 She's damn worried about it.
00:22:13.820 You could tell right there.
00:22:15.520 By the way, Allison, are you going to shut up?
00:22:17.780 Are they going to shut you up?
00:22:19.760 Absolutely not.
00:22:20.660 We're fighting harder than ever, and we will continue to do so.
00:22:24.020 Even if they try to plot together to get us out of reporting at the Capitol, I mean, I think that will only strengthen us, to be honest.
00:22:31.420 You know what happens when Democrats try to cancel us conservatives and truth-tellers.
00:22:36.580 So, no, we're going to double down, and we're going to go after it harder than ever before.
00:22:40.560 So expect more from us here at Lindell TV.
00:22:42.460 I want to say one thing.
00:22:46.400 Allison, I'm watching your social media, but before you give it to me, what we did today, we started with Real America's Voice, Brian Glenn, who's now kind of the leader of the White House press corps.
00:22:55.960 Why? He asks good, tough questions and gets great responses.
00:23:00.100 And Allison Steinberg, she's not going to be backed down.
00:23:02.620 They're not going to chase her off.
00:23:05.140 She's got unbelievable courage, and the Democrats got to understand something, and particularly when these indictments start coming, you're not going to break these people.
00:23:13.380 Brian Glenn and Allison Steinberg have guts and courage and smarts and toughness, and they have companies like Real America's Voice and Rob Sigg and Lindell TV and Mike Lindell in the war room have their back.
00:23:24.240 So they're only going to come and come harder.
00:23:26.620 Allison, what is your social media?
00:23:28.060 Great day today.
00:23:29.420 Thank you so much, Steve.
00:23:30.580 It's Allison in the know.
00:23:32.740 That's Allison with one L-A-L-I-S-O-N in the know on X and Instagram.
00:23:37.740 Find me there.
00:23:38.440 Follow me there.
00:23:39.020 We give live updates every day.
00:23:41.760 Great DC Live program at 1 p.m.
00:23:44.100 Eastern every day, as well as great clips like the one you just watched here.
00:23:48.120 So thanks so much.
00:23:49.220 I really appreciate it, Steve.
00:23:51.940 Thank you, ma'am.
00:23:52.700 Mike Lindell.
00:23:55.800 Lindell TV, you've got to be so proud.
00:23:57.300 You've got to be so proud of her.
00:23:58.680 That is the—folks, you've got to understand, that's the real Nancy Pelosi you saw right there.
00:24:04.080 That young woman got the real Nancy, the facade, the mass drop, and you saw her and all her viciousness.
00:24:09.720 And I mean it.
00:24:10.800 I think, Allison, I think, Mike, you've got to call a priest tonight.
00:24:13.280 I think we need an exorcism.
00:24:15.660 She put voodoo on her, right?
00:24:17.340 No, no.
00:24:17.900 Nancy Pelosi was as mad as she's ever been.
00:24:20.540 Mike Lindell.
00:24:21.120 Yeah, I'll tell you, Allison, she's just courageous.
00:24:24.940 She goes right into it.
00:24:26.500 Maxine Waters last month and now Nancy Pelosi.
00:24:29.540 I'm so proud of her.
00:24:30.800 She's been—she's just got the courage and just gets right in there and wants to get the truth out.
00:24:36.760 And, Steve, the—and that's what we need.
00:24:41.380 That's what we need.
00:24:42.080 You know, you go back—you guys, they tried to cancel our voice over four years ago now, back in January of 21, where they canceled 1.2 million Americans on all the video platforms that were out there.
00:24:54.300 Then you had the fake news and the Fox Newses that don't report anything.
00:24:58.980 They're like a weather channel that doesn't report anything.
00:25:01.960 And hurricanes or tornadoes.
00:25:03.720 But that's what we need.
00:25:05.360 And having these reporters, like you just said, Brian Glenn, Allison, Steinbeck there, and having this—we are getting to these people.
00:25:12.800 We are getting to these people.
00:25:14.220 I mean, it's going viral.
00:25:16.100 I just looked up.
00:25:16.900 I think it's the number one—it's number five trending right now.
00:25:20.600 And people see their true colors.
00:25:23.060 It's perfect.
00:25:24.400 Yeah, it's going to be number one.
00:25:27.840 She's—hold it.
00:25:29.200 I thought number one was going to be in—there are articles out there.
00:25:32.780 You've settled with Smartmatic.
00:25:34.380 You got down—you got down and you begged Smartmatic not to pick on you anymore.
00:25:39.440 Is there any truth to that rumor?
00:25:41.620 There's two things going on.
00:25:43.080 There's Dominion over here that says they dropped their lawsuits, which they didn't.
00:25:48.020 That's a big lie.
00:25:49.140 They're still going to—they dropped everybody else's, but Mike Lindell and MyPillow.
00:25:52.240 And then Smartmatic in Minnesota, a judge just ruled that MyPillow and Mike Lindell is guilty of defamation without even going to trial, Steve.
00:26:03.660 This judge made a ruling that MyPillow was guilty by—basically by association, vicariously liable.
00:26:10.880 So MyPillow, my employees are guilty by association of defamation.
00:26:16.440 Mike Lindell is also guilty without going to trial.
00:26:19.640 Now, the only thing—if we don't appeal this, basically you go to trial and the jury decides, let's see, of the $1.5 billion, how much does he owe?
00:26:27.520 And did Mike do this intentionally or did he do this viciously?
00:26:30.880 And, Steve, the ramifications of this, if I don't appeal, which I'm not, of course, would be if you're a company in this country, you better be worried about what your employees are out there saying because you could be held liable because what they're doing on their own time.
00:26:46.820 MyPillow had nothing to do with everything I've been fighting to get to paper ballots and count it.
00:26:52.000 And here's the big one, everybody.
00:26:54.120 If I don't appeal this, they will use this to set a precedence that you could never question a government private contractor again without the threat of being sued for defamation.
00:27:06.320 So any—let's say you had a government contract or something and your products or whatever, somebody questioned them.
00:27:13.040 I'm sorry, you just—you don't get to look inside them.
00:27:16.240 We're just going to sue you using lawfare.
00:27:18.740 So this is so important to our country, Steve.
00:27:21.060 It's one of the most important cases that I would say.
00:27:24.480 And for them to do this rule without even getting to jury, I mean, you see where this judge is in Minnesota of all places.
00:27:31.660 So it's very important that we appeal it.
00:27:33.780 Hang on for one second, will you, sir?
00:27:37.860 I'm going to bring you back.
00:27:39.180 Mike Davis, a landmark argument in front of the Supreme Court today, the Louisiana case.
00:27:44.860 This has a huge impact on redistricting.
00:27:47.360 Mike Davis is going to join us.
00:27:48.820 Also, Nick Solheim.
00:27:51.500 Mondami made his guess—I think his launch today on Fox.
00:27:56.700 It was absolutely disgusting how Fox glazed him.
00:28:01.560 This is a Marxist shahadist.
00:28:03.600 I guess you're not surprised.
00:28:05.320 Gold blown to $4,200.
00:28:07.020 What does it all mean?
00:28:08.940 I was tempted to explain it this morning, but I'm going to do a little more this afternoon.

00:30:38.180 This has been platinum for me.
00:30:40.820 And then to have Allison Steinberg hit, have Nancy Pelosi hit her tripwire.
00:30:47.580 Bang.
00:30:48.600 Doesn't get any better than that.
00:30:50.480 This is just an amazing day.

00:33:09.720 This is outrageous what happened in Minnesota.
00:33:13.320 It's outrageous what's going on against Mike Lindell and the team.
00:33:15.840 Thank you, brother.
00:33:17.420 And by the way, Lindell TV is on fire.
00:33:20.200 Glad to be associated with it.
00:33:21.660 Okay.
00:33:22.080 The Viceroy is in the house.
00:33:24.240 Let's go ahead and play his cold open.
00:33:25.520 I mean, the fact is that the Supreme Court of the United States heard a case today that, to be clear, no one brought to them.
00:33:34.260 The case that was brought to them out of Louisiana was argued last term, did not challenge the underlying constitutionality of the Voting Rights Act.
00:33:42.640 We went through briefing.
00:33:43.960 We went through oral argument.
00:33:45.360 We all waited for a decision by the end of last June in the case that was actually brought by the plaintiffs and the petitioners in that case.
00:33:54.700 Instead, what happened is the Supreme Court decided that it wanted to hear a different case.
00:33:58.620 So it ordered the parties to brief and re-argue a broader question, the question of whether or not Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act remains constitutional.
00:34:07.780 And if so, how does it get severely limited?
00:34:10.860 And that was what the argument was about today.
00:34:13.000 Like, make no mistake.
00:34:14.520 I never predict with certainty what the outcome of cases will be.
00:34:19.620 You never know what the dynamics are among the justices.
00:34:22.780 But this was a case that was set up to do immense damage to the crown jewel of American democracy,
00:34:28.780 which is what Democrats and Republicans have called the Voting Rights Act for decades.
00:34:33.720 And that is where this court today signaled it wants to go.
00:34:37.600 Again, understanding it may not get there.
00:34:39.700 It may back away from it.
00:34:41.240 It may, at the last minute, decide not to do this.
00:34:44.220 But everyone needs to be clear-eyed that that is what the court is poised to do.
00:34:47.740 And if it does so, it will have dramatically detrimental effect to black and Hispanic and other minority voting rights.
00:34:54.920 And it will also potentially tilt the balance of power.
00:34:58.800 Yeah.
00:34:59.540 Yeah.
00:35:01.200 Mark Elias goes on.
00:35:02.420 So the Viceroy, Mark Elias, Mark Elias has worked up Viceroy.
00:35:07.760 Is he correct about this, sir?
00:35:09.500 Explain to the War Room Posse what's going on here.
00:35:16.360 After the Civil War, we enacted the Civil War Amendments to the Constitution.
00:35:22.560 The 13th Amendment, which outlawed slavery.
00:35:25.880 The 14th Amendment, which provided due process and equal protection to the freed slaves.
00:35:32.860 And the 15th Amendment, which provided voting rights to the freed male slaves.
00:35:37.220 That was extended to women in 1920 to the 19th Amendment.
00:35:41.060 And as part of Congress's civil rights reforms in the 1960s, we had the Voting Rights Act of 1965 that Congress enacted pursuant to the 15th Amendment.
00:35:55.080 The 15th Amendment outlaws intentional racial discrimination in voting, right?
00:36:03.060 And what we've seen since 1965 are these activist judges have misinterpreted the Voting Rights Act of 1965, Section 2, to create these DEI districts, these House districts where you have black or Hispanic Democrats who control these districts.
00:36:24.560 And let's just be very plain here.
00:36:27.640 Mark Elias, these other Democrats do not care about minority representation.
00:36:33.400 They care about Democrat representation.
00:36:36.540 If we had a black member of Congress who's a Republican, they would chase that black member of Congress out yesterday.
00:36:43.680 So let's just be very clear with what we're dealing with here.
00:36:45.880 So this is before the court.
00:36:47.860 Louisiana has a map where they had six districts.
00:36:52.620 One of them was majority-minority.
00:36:54.720 One of them was a black district out of the sixth.
00:36:57.980 The courts challenged – they challenged this in the courts, and then they came to two districts, right?
00:37:02.760 And now it's before the court, and the Supreme Court heard oral arguments today whether under Section 2, if you're considering race as the issue, whether that violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment and violates the 15th Amendment's guaranteed of – outlaw of intentional racial discrimination in voting.
00:37:25.780 It looks like the Supreme Court is finally going to end this Democrat charade where they have these DEI districts that, again, they don't care.
00:37:37.080 These Democrats do not care about racial discrimination.
00:37:40.680 They care about Democrat power.
00:37:42.540 And so the Supreme Court, I think, is going to hold that this interpretation of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 that requires DEI districts violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment and maybe the 15th Amendment.
00:37:58.300 That's where this is likely heading, and that means that the Congressional Black Caucus and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, these two Democrat caucuses, are going to get a lot smaller.
00:38:12.540 They know with all the discussion of how gun-decked the census was and doing a new mid-decade census where you're taking out illegal aliens and getting the algorithm right or just – and do our massive redistricting, which we're working on every day.
00:38:29.240 It gets the 21 gross amount of districts realigned or votes realigned.
00:38:34.100 Coupled with this, it's a kill shot on the Democratic Party, right?
00:38:38.520 I mean there's no way they can come back from both of them, sir?
00:38:41.000 Yeah, I mean think about this.
00:38:43.080 They want congressional power to be based off of illegal aliens and DEI districts.
00:38:49.900 And it's very racist what these Democrats are arguing.
00:38:53.720 They are arguing that black Americans need a black member of Congress to represent them, right?
00:38:59.640 That is racism in itself.
00:39:02.300 And that's what Justice Clarence Thomas, who actually grew up dirt poor in the Deep South during Jim Crow segregation, Justice Clarence Thomas, the conservative hero of the court, that's what he pointed out to me.
00:39:17.020 If you look at the breakout just based upon oral argument, it looks like you have Justice Thomas, Justice Alito, and Justice Gorsuch, my old boss, based upon their questioning today, who are going to say that you can never use race when you're considering these congressional districts.
00:39:35.400 You can't have DEI districts.
00:40:05.380 And I think that's the only way, if you have strong evidence of intentional racial discrimination in voting, that you're ever going to have a remedy under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act for these race-based districts.
00:40:24.520 And so I would say to the Congressional Black Caucus, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, pack your bags, because about one-third of you are going to lose your jobs.
00:40:36.500 What happened—you're a court guy.
00:40:38.400 What happened in the court today, either in the arguments and or the questions?
00:40:42.220 Because these folks are worked up.
00:40:44.900 Mark, a lot—and tonight's even going to get worse, because we're getting a little time to work it.
00:40:47.960 But I've got to tell you, coming out this afternoon, man, oh, man, they are mad as hornets on this thing.
00:40:54.240 Something happened.
00:40:55.280 It just wasn't the way the thing was brought, as Elias lays out.
00:40:58.380 But clearly, they did not have a good day on the field, sir.
00:41:02.940 Because Democrats only care about power.
00:41:06.640 They don't care about black Americans.
00:41:08.820 Democrats have trapped black Americans in fatherless homes, the failed government school monopoly, crime-ridden neighborhoods, and intergenerational poverty for decades.
00:41:22.740 If these black DEI Democrats, if these congressmen actually represented their constituents like they pretend they do,
00:41:31.680 they wouldn't trap their constituents in intergenerational poverty like they've done for decades.
00:41:37.900 People like Mark Elias know that they have to stir the racial pots to get people worked up.
00:41:44.160 And maybe they're going to try to do the Dobbs approach, where they try to scare the hell out of these justices in their homes again,
00:41:52.500 like they did before the Dobbs abortion ruling.
00:41:54.640 Because killing babies provides the financial resources to the Democrat Party.
00:42:02.060 Planned Parenthood monopoly funds a lot of the Democrat Party and the outside groups.
00:42:06.300 Mark Elias and these Democrats know that if they don't have these DEI districts, they're going to lose a lot of power and a lot of money.
00:42:15.460 So there's a lot at stake for the Democrat civil rights industry and the Democrat Party more broadly.
00:42:26.820 Mike Davis, Article 3, the vice chair, you've done an amazing job now more than ever because we're in this fight about the president's powers
00:42:34.800 and about other changes according to the 14th Amendment.
00:42:37.560 We will not get this ruling until June.
00:42:41.860 Do you think it will come earlier so that people can actually start doing primaries, etc.?
00:42:45.760 Do you expect this is one of the ones they give and then get out of town?
00:42:49.000 No, I think they're going to have to decide this in January because they need to be able to set the districts for the midterm elections.
00:42:56.800 So I don't think they're going to wait until June on this one.
00:43:01.600 Mike Davis, social media and Article 3, where do people go, sir?
00:43:06.120 Yeah, Hakeem Jeffries, good luck winning back that majority after this ruling by the Supreme Court.
00:43:12.840 It's Article3Project.org, Article3Project.org.
00:43:18.840 You can follow us on social media, donate, but only what you can afford and take action, action, action, action into Hakeem Jeffries.
00:43:27.520 Your DEI districts are going away, buddy.
00:43:32.720 Mike Davis, thank you for taking time away today.
00:43:34.820 Appreciate you.

00:44:54.860 Up by 13 points.
00:44:57.200 It looks like you've got the wind at your back.
00:44:58.940 You've got a big debate coming up tomorrow night with the other candidates,
00:45:02.660 Andrew Cuomo and Curtis Sliwa.
00:45:03.960 Obviously, New York City policy is front and center,
00:45:07.980 but I would imagine that some of the big headlines recently are going to come up tomorrow night as well.
00:45:12.620 So I want to get to all the policy issues in New York, but I wanted to ask you this first.
00:45:16.940 If you are asked tomorrow night if you give credit to President Trump
00:45:21.660 for the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas and the return of the 20 living hostages,
00:45:27.920 would you raise your hand?
00:45:29.820 You know, first, I want to say it's a real pleasure to be here.
00:45:32.120 Thank you for having me.
00:45:33.100 And it's an honor to have this opportunity to speak to so many New Yorkers and Americans across the country.
00:45:38.740 And when it comes to the ceasefire, I am thankful and I have hope that it will actually endure
00:45:45.280 and that it will be lasting.
00:45:46.840 And I continue to have concerns because I've seen reports still,
00:45:50.100 just in the last few days, that five Palestinians were killed by the Israeli military.
00:45:53.560 And that's what gives me pause about issuing any kind of praise or celebration at a moment
00:45:58.640 when it is still so in its infancy.
00:46:00.600 And what I will tell you is that in that same moment,
00:46:03.700 it is also one that requires a focus on ensuring that that hope,
00:46:08.520 that belief in a better future is one that is emblematic in our policies right here in New York City as well.
00:46:13.420 And that's what we're hoping to lead with.
00:46:14.740 Would you give President Trump credit or not, to any extent, credit or not?
00:46:17.920 I think it's too early to do so.
00:46:19.200 Too early to say.
00:46:19.800 But if it proves to be something that is lasting, something that is durable,
00:46:23.420 then I think that that's where you give credit.
00:46:25.280 So you've denounced Israel and the United States for the response to the slaughter on October the 7th.
00:46:31.640 In fact, at times, you've called it a lasting stain, the response.
00:46:35.820 And at times, you have left October 7th out of your statements completely around this issue.
00:46:42.360 Right now, you just talked about Israelis killing some Palestinians,
00:46:45.140 but Hamas is killing Palestinians within Gaza.
00:46:49.800 And they have not returned the bodies that they promised to return,
00:46:53.420 including two Americans, Itai Chen and Omar Noutra,
00:46:57.760 whose families we have interviewed over these months.
00:47:00.420 So what is your response to what Hamas is doing now?
00:47:03.760 I think those are bodies and remains that should absolutely be returned.
00:47:07.260 And I think that I have no issue with critiquing Hamas or the Israeli government,
00:47:11.880 because my critiques all come from a place of universal human rights.
00:47:15.000 And my focus, however, is right here in New York City
00:47:17.100 and transforming the most expensive city in America
00:47:19.100 into one that's affordable for each and every New Yorker.
00:47:21.200 But, okay, and I want to get to that, absolutely.
00:47:23.920 But do you believe that Hamas should lay down their weapons
00:47:27.120 and leave the leadership in Gaza?
00:47:29.600 I believe that any future here in New York City
00:47:32.480 is one that we have to make sure that's affordable for all.
00:47:34.780 And as it pertains to Israel and Palestine,
00:47:36.880 that we have to ensure that there is peace.
00:47:38.400 And that is the future that we have to fight for.
00:47:40.320 But you won't say that Hamas should lay down their arms
00:47:42.380 and give up leadership in Gaza?
00:47:43.820 I don't really have opinions about the future of Hamas and Israel
00:47:46.880 beyond the question of justice and safety
00:47:48.880 and the fact that anything has to abide by international law.
00:47:52.260 And that applies to Hamas, that applies to the Israeli military,
00:47:54.680 applies to anyone you could ask me about.
00:47:55.840 Okay, one last thought on that.
00:47:58.060 You have said that you would arrest Netanyahu
00:47:59.800 if he came to the United States.
00:48:01.300 You've been very outspoken in your criticism of him.
00:48:03.860 Do you stand by that?
00:48:04.700 You would arrest him if he came here, if you were mayor?
00:48:06.900 I've said that this is a city that believes in international law
00:48:09.540 and this is a city that wants to uplift and uphold those beliefs.
00:48:13.640 The United States doesn't stand by the International Criminal Court.
00:48:16.260 It hasn't signed the Treaty for the International Criminal Court.
00:48:18.240 The International Criminal Court, however,
00:48:19.340 has issued a warrant for the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu.
00:48:21.800 But what grounds in the United States could you arrest him on?
00:48:23.960 As it has for Vladimir Putin,
00:48:26.100 I've said that I believe that we should uphold
00:48:28.220 arrest warrants by the International Criminal Court
00:48:30.300 and that you should do so
00:48:32.520 only in abiding with all of the laws in front of us.
00:48:34.720 I'm not going to make a new law
00:48:35.900 to ensure that we can actually do this.
00:48:37.340 Do you think that Commissioner Tish
00:48:37.980 would allow you to arrest Netanyahu in New York City?
00:48:41.300 Let me have it.
00:48:41.780 Okay, Nick Solheim from American Moment.
00:48:46.780 You're one of the groups out there highlighting this issue
00:48:50.780 with Sharia supremacy.
00:48:53.220 Right there you have a Marxist, Sharia supremacist, jihadist,
00:48:57.700 who's put the happy face on and is trying to glide into this
00:49:02.180 without any tough questions.
00:49:03.480 Fox right there, I thought it was a below average interview
00:49:06.920 and getting this guy's face about everything he said.
00:49:09.960 Your thoughts, sir?
00:49:12.080 Yeah, you told me before we started
00:49:14.580 when you sent me that clip
00:49:15.600 that it would make me throw up in my mouth a little bit.
00:49:18.360 And what I was expecting was
00:49:20.300 that it was going to throw up in my mouth a little bit
00:49:22.240 about the things that Momdani said,
00:49:25.000 which I did do a little bit,
00:49:26.940 but I was honestly more disgusted
00:49:28.700 by the interview itself on Fox.
00:49:32.560 I mean, in what sense is it appropriate,
00:49:35.340 you know, we have a Muslim communist running for elected office
00:49:40.280 in the biggest city in the United States.
00:49:43.560 And the first question that we ask him
00:49:45.240 is about a foreign conflict.
00:49:47.840 And while we're on, you know, that topic in particular
00:49:50.960 and what he had to say about that,
00:49:52.820 I think it's very notable
00:49:54.960 that many of these prominent Democrats,
00:49:57.080 and it seems to me that the more left-wing you get,
00:49:59.360 the more noticeable that this is,
00:50:01.700 they refuse to say the president's name.
00:50:04.980 Not in a single point in time
00:50:07.260 in that nearly four and a half minute clip
00:50:10.120 could he say that the president
00:50:11.880 had achieved something remarkable.
00:50:13.740 And let's be very clear, he did.
00:50:15.400 At no point in my lifetime
00:50:17.120 has the president of the United States
00:50:18.720 or any other world leader for that matter
00:50:20.740 been able to achieve such a complicated deal
00:50:26.060 and let alone do it in the first year of his presidency.
00:50:29.480 So to sum it all up,
00:50:31.060 I'm pretty disgusted across the board.
00:50:34.940 Listen, Saurabh,
00:50:36.620 your founder of America Moment
00:50:38.040 is now in the White House
00:50:38.940 and a very important job over in personnel.
00:50:42.140 You've taken over the leadership.
00:50:43.640 This is a young generation of leaders.
00:50:45.720 Do you think that people understand
00:50:48.020 the catastrophe that's about to unfold
00:50:51.560 in New York City with a Marxist,
00:50:53.960 jihadist, Sharia supremacist
00:50:56.580 about to take over the basically apparatus
00:50:59.180 of the city government, sir?
00:51:01.060 No, I don't think the Fox business
00:51:05.420 or Fox News crowd
00:51:06.960 or the vast majority of Senate
00:51:09.440 or House Republicans understand
00:51:11.460 just genuinely how much young people
00:51:15.720 are struggling in this country right now.
00:51:18.160 And this is something I believe
00:51:19.720 I've heard you talk about before.
00:51:20.960 But, you know, the reason that someone like Mamdani
00:51:24.240 is allowed to rise in New York City
00:51:27.260 is because the young people of this country
00:51:29.060 are concerned about things like housing,
00:51:32.280 like the amount of immigrants that are here
00:51:34.760 taking their jobs
00:51:35.700 and that sort of thing.
00:51:37.900 And they don't have the ability to make it anymore.
00:51:40.060 And so what's the solution when right?
00:51:45.040 But they're also taught by terrorists
00:51:48.000 or terrorist-affiliated individuals, radicals.
00:51:53.140 The teaching, the public schools, the private schools
00:51:55.360 have formed the young people
00:51:57.080 they're going to put in my dominant office
00:51:58.440 working, they're canvassing.
00:52:00.040 Nick, I'm going to have you back on here
00:52:01.360 early next week.
00:52:02.680 And you've got some other examples of this
00:52:05.320 that we've got to get into.
00:52:06.200 Where's your social media
00:52:07.460 and how do people get to American Moment?
