In this episode, Todd McCartan talks about the Biden/Harris DOJ weaponizing the DOJ, and how it relates to the case against President Trump. He also discusses the lack of transparency from the DOJ regarding the case, and why it's so embarrassing.
00:01:02.980Todd, you represented President Trump in probably the greatest weaponization of the DOJ by Alvin Bragg.
00:01:09.480You know firsthand, if you can describe what you saw under the Biden administration, how they weaponized the DOJ.
00:01:16.440Well, I mean, I think it's hard to describe what happened in those last four years against President Trump.
00:01:25.620Alvin Bragg, a local prosecutor, his office staffed by somebody from DOJ.
00:01:30.820Jack Smith, picked as a special counselor, staffs his entire office with DOJ prosecutors.
00:01:36.160And then there are countless things that happened, all in writing, most of them on the docket, that require no explanation except for a complete abomination of the place that the Attorney General and I run now and Director Patel.
00:01:49.160So when people talk about this department weaponizing, it's embarrassing.
00:01:54.100Because there's no scenario in which you can look at what we're doing, restoring justice, doing the right thing in every single case, and say that that's weaponization, and yet remain eerily silent about what happened for the past three years.
00:02:10.020I mean, you read these articles and giggle.
00:02:12.680Because it cannot be true that people really think that what they did to him, not once, not twice.
00:02:19.120I'm still counting three, four times, but we're the ones that are weaponizing.
00:02:23.800So this man is not weaponizing the Department of Justice.
00:02:26.320We're not weaponizing the Department of Justice.
00:03:11.800Let me tell you, if they've been nice to anybody, it's to those criminals, because they are so good having to do with all of the things we're talking about today with violent crime.
00:03:22.940But, if anything, I think this Justice Department has been so respectful of the law because the other Justice Department, with Rita or Lisa and all of that scum, real scum, what they did to the political opponent of a guy that has a seriously low IQ.
00:03:43.700Now, in his case, it was low, based on his career, but it got real low, okay?
00:04:17.400I don't have to leave it up to them, but I choose to, at this moment, at least.
00:04:22.260But there's never been anybody treated in the history of politics.
00:04:26.000You know, they say the two worst-treated presidents by the media, etc., was that man right there, the late, great Abraham Lincoln, and this guy right there, Andrew Jackson.
00:04:39.020They say Andrew Jackson was treated terribly.
00:04:43.140They give him number one and number two.
00:04:44.780But that was before I came along, Newt.
00:09:04.740And I think that obviously his answer said it all, that six and a half minute or so response from President Trump seemed to be a little angry towards the end of answering that question.
00:09:16.860What I loved about the question, and we'll rework this and play it tomorrow morning again, you got Todd Blanche.
00:09:27.820I think for the first time, Todd's been able to sit there and walk through all of it and say this is a total joke and talk about the weaponization against his client at the time, President Trump, 45.
00:09:59.680And to top it off, President Trump, and I tell people, this guy knows the history of it.
00:10:04.060He says, hey, only two guys in the history of this country have they've ever gone, the media has ever gone, the establishment have ever gone worse than me.
00:10:11.780And he pointed to the two portraits that he has put in the Oval Office, Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Jackson.
00:10:17.840I thought that was incredibly powerful.
00:10:19.260The president showed the personal connection he has with those two great leaders from the 19th century.
00:10:49.100My first question for President Trump was, and really was to everyone, is what have you done to those individuals that unlawfully had a gun that you took out of their hands and you're going to prosecute them for the crimes?
00:11:02.180And they absolutely answered it and said they will.
00:11:04.480The amount of fentanyl that has been taken off the streets is insane, enough to kill everyone three times over on the population.
00:11:13.840So the massive success they've had in Memphis in just a short time, the massive success they had in D.C. since they've been here for a little over a month or so, and then the continuation.
00:11:25.420And, Steve, I thought this was interesting.
00:11:27.320He talked about Boston quite a bit and said, look, if that mayor can't get things straight there, we'll move that World Cup that's scheduled in Boston.
00:11:40.920Oh, yeah, he also mentioned Los Angeles in the same regards, that, you know, we've got to get Los Angeles cleaned up, get the state of California, specifically San Francisco.
00:11:51.280That was the city he named at the top of the press conference.
00:11:55.000But if you live in Boston and you're a soccer fan and you want that to happen, you better make sure that your city officials welcome President Trump to clean up your city, or you know what?
00:12:06.420Hey, I think the Olympics, the 84 Olympics, I'm telling you, the out-of-control, neoconfederate, insurrectionist attitude of the mayor out there and Governor Newsom, which I think is totally out of control.
00:12:21.680My recommendation, let's move the Summer Olympics to, I don't know, let's go to Dallas, right?
00:12:27.340It'll be a little hotter, but, hey, Olympic athletes are tough.
00:12:37.400I think the Olympics are in play here because you can't have these out-of-control cities fighting ICE, fighting law enforcement, and particularly as President Trump sends in the troops to back up the citizenry and to put down crime.
00:12:50.820If they're going to fight, if these Democrat mayors are going to fight it and these radical Democrat governors are going to fight it, particularly Newsom, who may be even more radical than Pritzker, if he's going to throw down and challenge the president, well, guess what?
00:13:02.920If we just take all the federal money that's going to be used for protection and we move it to Dallas, Texas, that would be my recommendation.
00:13:10.680Yeah, yeah, you know, that conversation, I remember last year people talking about that, how Texas would be a good place specifically to have this, and we've got the right infrastructure for someone who has a house in the Dallas area.
00:13:23.780I know very well that they've got nice stadiums, nice track and field events.
00:13:28.120Now, the surfing along the coast here in the Gulf Coast, you could probably need to do something else with that, but it is the perfect place to do that, and I know that people in the great state of Texas would probably support that.
00:13:40.080Governor Abbott would be all in support, and you know what?
00:13:43.520If they want to bring in as many National Guardsmen to protect it, that's a great idea, and Texas will welcome it.
00:13:50.020By the way, maybe we leave, maybe we do leave the surfing in Newport Beach, but the rest of it comes back.
00:13:55.760Anyway, I agree, and we'd love the Coliseum, we'd love to have it there.
00:13:59.360The 84 was great, but hey, first off, you have to guarantee the safety of the Olympics and the National Security of the Olympics.
00:14:05.860Brian Glenn, you're the new Helen Thomas.
00:14:08.680She ran those press conferences, always asks the best question from United Press International.
00:14:14.720She's long gone, and I think UPI is too.
00:14:17.260Brian Glenn at Real America's Voice, what's your social media, brother?
00:14:20.940Well, you can check me out on X, at BrianGlennTV, on Getter as well, BrianGlennTV, on Truth Social, at Brian.
00:14:31.260And I warn you, I like to mix it up in the comments, so if you're going to come after me, I will punch back occasionally and have some fun with that.

00:15:56.860I encourage you to diversify your savings into gold.

00:16:10.900Again, text my name, Bannon, to 989898.
00:16:14.940You will get the ultimate guide, which is free, for investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.
00:18:33.480But I just, you know, got my question in.
00:18:35.800I actually thought she was going to carry on without even responding to me.
00:18:39.540And then I knew the second she turned around and pointed that little old finger right in my face that I had struck gold.
00:18:46.820I was shocked when she told me to shut up as if it's, you know, a sin for asking questions that many American people still want to know answers to.
00:18:56.680As you know, she just, you know, shamed me and scolded me for wanting to know the truth about what happened on January 6th.
00:19:03.500And I guess, you know, if you're a Republican, that doesn't make you a serious reporter.
00:19:54.820It's a basic question of information the public needs to start thinking about this January 6th situation as now the Justice Department is indicting Comey.
00:20:06.720They're going to indict many more people in regards to this.
00:20:19.780I mean, I had the same reaction from Congresswoman Maxine Waters, who basically told me to not ask questions when I was asking about health care for illegal aliens.
00:20:32.600Democrats don't want to be asked questions unless they're pre-approved by their friendly media outlets, their fake news outlets that they're all nice and cozy with.
00:20:40.960I mean, now it's getting to the point where some of their handlers are trying to pre-screen me and asking me who I'm with before I'm allowed anywhere near these Democrat members of Congress, which I just find laughable.
00:20:52.220Honestly, I'm a legitimate member of the press.
00:20:58.360And then they give me a hard time for asking questions that the majority of Americans want answers to.
00:21:02.480I'm sorry if they're, you know, used to their softball interviews from CNN and MSNBC.
00:21:07.000But Lindell TV is there to get real questions in and try to get the real news out to the people.
00:21:13.560And we are really honestly shut down at every opportunity that we're even given.
00:21:18.060I'm actually concerned that they're plotting against us right now to stop us from going and continuing to ask these questions that people want to know answers to.
00:22:46.400Allison, I'm watching your social media, but before you give it to me, what we did today, we started with Real America's Voice, Brian Glenn, who's now kind of the leader of the White House press corps.
00:22:55.960Why? He asks good, tough questions and gets great responses.
00:23:00.100And Allison Steinberg, she's not going to be backed down.
00:23:05.140She's got unbelievable courage, and the Democrats got to understand something, and particularly when these indictments start coming, you're not going to break these people.
00:23:13.380Brian Glenn and Allison Steinberg have guts and courage and smarts and toughness, and they have companies like Real America's Voice and Rob Sigg and Lindell TV and Mike Lindell in the war room have their back.
00:23:24.240So they're only going to come and come harder.
00:24:42.080You know, you go back—you guys, they tried to cancel our voice over four years ago now, back in January of 21, where they canceled 1.2 million Americans on all the video platforms that were out there.
00:24:54.300Then you had the fake news and the Fox Newses that don't report anything.
00:24:58.980They're like a weather channel that doesn't report anything.
00:25:49.140They're still going to—they dropped everybody else's, but Mike Lindell and MyPillow.
00:25:52.240And then Smartmatic in Minnesota, a judge just ruled that MyPillow and Mike Lindell is guilty of defamation without even going to trial, Steve.
00:26:03.660This judge made a ruling that MyPillow was guilty by—basically by association, vicariously liable.
00:26:10.880So MyPillow, my employees are guilty by association of defamation.
00:26:16.440Mike Lindell is also guilty without going to trial.
00:26:19.640Now, the only thing—if we don't appeal this, basically you go to trial and the jury decides, let's see, of the $1.5 billion, how much does he owe?
00:26:27.520And did Mike do this intentionally or did he do this viciously?
00:26:30.880And, Steve, the ramifications of this, if I don't appeal, which I'm not, of course, would be if you're a company in this country, you better be worried about what your employees are out there saying because you could be held liable because what they're doing on their own time.
00:26:46.820MyPillow had nothing to do with everything I've been fighting to get to paper ballots and count it.
00:26:54.120If I don't appeal this, they will use this to set a precedence that you could never question a government private contractor again without the threat of being sued for defamation.
00:27:06.320So any—let's say you had a government contract or something and your products or whatever, somebody questioned them.
00:27:13.040I'm sorry, you just—you don't get to look inside them.
00:27:16.240We're just going to sue you using lawfare.
00:27:18.740So this is so important to our country, Steve.
00:27:21.060It's one of the most important cases that I would say.
00:27:24.480And for them to do this rule without even getting to jury, I mean, you see where this judge is in Minnesota of all places.
00:27:31.660So it's very important that we appeal it.
00:27:33.780Hang on for one second, will you, sir?
00:33:24.240Let's go ahead and play his cold open.
00:33:25.520I mean, the fact is that the Supreme Court of the United States heard a case today that, to be clear, no one brought to them.
00:33:34.260The case that was brought to them out of Louisiana was argued last term, did not challenge the underlying constitutionality of the Voting Rights Act.
00:33:45.360We all waited for a decision by the end of last June in the case that was actually brought by the plaintiffs and the petitioners in that case.
00:33:54.700Instead, what happened is the Supreme Court decided that it wanted to hear a different case.
00:33:58.620So it ordered the parties to brief and re-argue a broader question, the question of whether or not Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act remains constitutional.
00:34:07.780And if so, how does it get severely limited?
00:34:10.860And that was what the argument was about today.
00:35:09.500Explain to the War Room Posse what's going on here.
00:35:16.360After the Civil War, we enacted the Civil War Amendments to the Constitution.
00:35:22.560The 13th Amendment, which outlawed slavery.
00:35:25.880The 14th Amendment, which provided due process and equal protection to the freed slaves.
00:35:32.860And the 15th Amendment, which provided voting rights to the freed male slaves.
00:35:37.220That was extended to women in 1920 to the 19th Amendment.
00:35:41.060And as part of Congress's civil rights reforms in the 1960s, we had the Voting Rights Act of 1965 that Congress enacted pursuant to the 15th Amendment.
00:35:55.080The 15th Amendment outlaws intentional racial discrimination in voting, right?
00:36:03.060And what we've seen since 1965 are these activist judges have misinterpreted the Voting Rights Act of 1965, Section 2, to create these DEI districts, these House districts where you have black or Hispanic Democrats who control these districts.
00:36:54.720One of them was a black district out of the sixth.
00:36:57.980The courts challenged – they challenged this in the courts, and then they came to two districts, right?
00:37:02.760And now it's before the court, and the Supreme Court heard oral arguments today whether under Section 2, if you're considering race as the issue, whether that violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment and violates the 15th Amendment's guaranteed of – outlaw of intentional racial discrimination in voting.
00:37:25.780It looks like the Supreme Court is finally going to end this Democrat charade where they have these DEI districts that, again, they don't care.
00:37:37.080These Democrats do not care about racial discrimination.
00:37:42.540And so the Supreme Court, I think, is going to hold that this interpretation of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 that requires DEI districts violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment and maybe the 15th Amendment.
00:37:58.300That's where this is likely heading, and that means that the Congressional Black Caucus and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, these two Democrat caucuses, are going to get a lot smaller.
00:38:12.540They know with all the discussion of how gun-decked the census was and doing a new mid-decade census where you're taking out illegal aliens and getting the algorithm right or just – and do our massive redistricting, which we're working on every day.
00:38:29.240It gets the 21 gross amount of districts realigned or votes realigned.
00:38:34.100Coupled with this, it's a kill shot on the Democratic Party, right?
00:38:38.520I mean there's no way they can come back from both of them, sir?
00:39:02.300And that's what Justice Clarence Thomas, who actually grew up dirt poor in the Deep South during Jim Crow segregation, Justice Clarence Thomas, the conservative hero of the court, that's what he pointed out to me.
00:39:17.020If you look at the breakout just based upon oral argument, it looks like you have Justice Thomas, Justice Alito, and Justice Gorsuch, my old boss, based upon their questioning today, who are going to say that you can never use race when you're considering these congressional districts.
00:40:05.380And I think that's the only way, if you have strong evidence of intentional racial discrimination in voting, that you're ever going to have a remedy under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act for these race-based districts.
00:40:24.520And so I would say to the Congressional Black Caucus, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, pack your bags, because about one-third of you are going to lose your jobs.
00:40:55.280It just wasn't the way the thing was brought, as Elias lays out.
00:40:58.380But clearly, they did not have a good day on the field, sir.
00:41:02.940Because Democrats only care about power.
00:41:06.640They don't care about black Americans.
00:41:08.820Democrats have trapped black Americans in fatherless homes, the failed government school monopoly, crime-ridden neighborhoods, and intergenerational poverty for decades.
00:41:22.740If these black DEI Democrats, if these congressmen actually represented their constituents like they pretend they do,
00:41:31.680they wouldn't trap their constituents in intergenerational poverty like they've done for decades.
00:41:37.900People like Mark Elias know that they have to stir the racial pots to get people worked up.
00:41:44.160And maybe they're going to try to do the Dobbs approach, where they try to scare the hell out of these justices in their homes again,
00:41:52.500like they did before the Dobbs abortion ruling.
00:41:54.640Because killing babies provides the financial resources to the Democrat Party.
00:42:02.060Planned Parenthood monopoly funds a lot of the Democrat Party and the outside groups.
00:42:06.300Mark Elias and these Democrats know that if they don't have these DEI districts, they're going to lose a lot of power and a lot of money.
00:42:15.460So there's a lot at stake for the Democrat civil rights industry and the Democrat Party more broadly.
00:42:26.820Mike Davis, Article 3, the vice chair, you've done an amazing job now more than ever because we're in this fight about the president's powers
00:42:34.800and about other changes according to the 14th Amendment.
00:42:37.560We will not get this ruling until June.
00:42:41.860Do you think it will come earlier so that people can actually start doing primaries, etc.?
00:42:45.760Do you expect this is one of the ones they give and then get out of town?
00:42:49.000No, I think they're going to have to decide this in January because they need to be able to set the districts for the midterm elections.
00:42:56.800So I don't think they're going to wait until June on this one.
00:43:01.600Mike Davis, social media and Article 3, where do people go, sir?
00:43:06.120Yeah, Hakeem Jeffries, good luck winning back that majority after this ruling by the Supreme Court.
