00:06:21.080 I want to just start by setting the scene, because it's so important to be talking about this right now.
00:06:25.320 We're a decade after basically the floodgates were open, starting with Germany,
00:06:29.260 but really all over Europe, where many unvetted Syrians were let into Europe and have, I mean,
00:06:38.020 fortunately, the immigration crisis has just gotten out of control.
00:06:40.680 We're at a decade after that has happened.
00:06:42.100 And we've seen just a string of violent crime unfold across the continent.
00:06:46.180 And the statistics are kind of finally able to show it now in more of a holistic way.
00:06:50.760 We've seen a lot of isolated incidents here and there.
00:06:53.840 And especially, of course, during the Christmas market season, it's especially troublesome.
00:06:57.360 But what we've really seen now is in Western Europe, especially in the UK, Germany, France,
00:07:01.520 Spain, we're seeing so many disproportionate representations of crime coming from this foreign
00:07:06.780 population.
00:07:07.260 And there's no really way to step around it.
00:07:10.100 A lot of these unvetted aliens, illegal aliens, do not share our Western European values.
00:07:14.880 They're coming from completely culturally consonant, sorry, unconsonant places.
00:07:19.120 And what I think is really remarkable is that at this exact moment, the U.S. Department of
00:07:23.960 State has broken with sort of the D.C. tradition of either not saying anything or just denying
00:07:28.740 that this is happening to our Western allies who are the most civilizationally compatible
00:07:34.280 and important to us.
00:07:35.620 And so luckily, the State Department has made, I think, very clear that they're treating these
00:07:40.320 instances of crime as human rights violations.
00:07:43.020 They would like embassies to start reporting on them.
00:07:45.160 And that's completely in line, luckily, with the president's rhetoric, which is he's been
00:07:48.880 very unapologetic about saying that Europe is destroying itself.
00:07:53.120 It's basically this concept of suicidal empathy, of opening up its borders with really no plan
00:07:59.800 to stop this crime and actually just inviting it in, like letting the conquering army in, so
00:08:03.960 to speak.
00:08:04.640 And it's really something that I'm glad that our administration is spotlighting it, but it
00:08:08.300 also very much needs to be tackled in Europe.
00:08:10.540 The reason it's so important to have you up today, as the timing's unbelievable, but the
00:08:15.900 national security strategy memo came out a week ago Friday.

00:08:30.460 And this weekend, the Syrian civil war, and I got Tej Gill, who can tell you a lot about

00:08:37.160 That Syrian civil war, and we were on this at Breitbart all the time, this is one of the
00:08:40.860 things that led President Trump to power, because he said, hey, Europe's letting them
00:08:45.440 in, they're coming in here, they're unvetted, and I'm going to stop it.
00:08:48.280 He stopped it in the first week.
00:08:49.660 This was the whole travel ban.
00:08:51.160 We stopped it in the first week of the first term.

00:09:12.520 the Germans would come out, and they would have flowers, and they'd be whelping all these
00:09:15.900 Syrian immigrants, this is all going to be fine.
00:09:18.720 It's turning into a debacle when her political party's been turfed out, or she's been turfed
00:09:23.360 out, talk to me, what is suicidal empathy, ma'am?
00:09:28.680 The way I see it, it goes back to, there's a really good quote by Arnold Toynbee about
00:09:32.600 civilizations die by suicide, not by murder, and it's this idea that we, I mean, there's
00:09:37.440 two main enemies, I think, facing the West right now, and it's leftism, which is all
00:09:41.020 the sort of, that sort of empathy of, or sort of false empathy of, like, let's just let
00:09:45.140 people in without any sort of real sense of reality and pragmatism and consequences,
00:09:49.440 obviously, that come from this sort of mentality.
00:09:51.240 So it's the suicidal sort of piece of leftism, and then it's Islam, right?
00:09:55.520 Because we're letting in the conquering army, we're letting in people that do not respect
00:09:59.240 our values, have incompatible values, and you're seeing the results of this.
00:10:03.880 And what's really, really disturbing is that there is this sort of inability to talk about
00:10:09.060 it, I think, among European elites, and to acknowledge the obvious, which is that this
00:10:12.940 is not working, and that innocent citizens are getting hurt, and that people are actually
00:10:16.860 self-censoring because of it.
00:10:18.060 And that's the whole part of the suicide aspect.

00:10:21.280 Europe is a beautiful place.

00:10:44.560 arrested, Kash Patel and the FBI have announced they've arrested four people associated with
00:10:48.880 some pro-Palestinian group, some Turtle Island liberation group.
00:10:53.780 They've arrested them on charges that they were plotting a New Year's Eve attack in, I guess,
00:10:59.800 the greater Los Angeles area.

00:11:55.120 At the same time, we've got Chris in the day talking about how the authorities are trying

00:18:43.080 And so what I would say to the president is that make it abundantly clear to Europe that these conversations on security, on trade, on defense are really sort of contingent on the civilizational piece, meaning the extent to which our allies actually uphold their values and are working with us to keep the West great.
00:19:00.280 You know, Prime Minister Maloney, I think, is actually a very good example of someone, a leader in the West who has said the words make the West great again, but also back that up with real policy.
00:19:09.180 So to the extent I think that that's a response to President Trump or just her own leadership, I think it's a bit of both.
00:19:14.020 But I think we as America don't always realize until I at least I always realize it more when I go abroad that we have so much influence and really a lot of a lot to say when it comes to Europe.
