Bannon's War Room - Episode 5045： Trial For Maduro; Next Steps In Venezuela

00:00:00.000 Nicolas Maduro is back at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after a dramatic

00:00:04.420 appearance in federal court. When asked to confirm his identity by the judge,

00:00:09.520 quote, are you Nicolas Maduro Moros? Maduro responded in Spanish. I am Nicolas Maduro

00:00:15.460 Moros, president of Venezuela. I am here because I have been kidnapped since Saturday. I was

00:00:21.680 captured at my home in Caracas, at which point the judge interrupted, saying there will be time

00:00:27.980 to address this through motions. This is not typical for these sorts of arraignments.

00:00:32.880 Then asking for his plea, Maduro responded, I am a decent man. I am innocent. I am not guilty.

00:00:40.320 Then as the hearing wrapped, when Maduro stood up to exit the courtroom, a man behind him provoked

00:00:45.800 him in Spanish, saying you will pay. Maduro turned around and responded back in Spanish,

00:00:51.040 telling him, I am a man of God. I am a prisoner of war. It has not even been 72 hours since Maduro and

00:01:00.520 his wife were taken from their home in their pajamas, seconds before trying to lock themselves

00:01:05.360 into a steel safe room. Taken from a palace with all the comforts of an authoritarian to a notorious

00:01:11.720 jail, infamous for what federal judges have called barbaric conditions. Allegations of freezing

00:01:18.060 temperatures, brown water, cockroaches on the food, mold in the shower, and medical conditions

00:01:23.440 that go untreated. Conditions victims of Maduro's regime will have no sympathy toward, as those who

00:01:30.280 fled Venezuela and those who remain celebrate his downfall. But what exactly happens to Venezuela now?

00:01:37.500 Maduro is gone, yes, but his regime is still very much in place. And it's still sounding a lot like

00:01:43.140 the guy who was just arraigned, saying Maduro is innocent, and he's still the president.

00:01:49.560 All right, ready. Whoa, wait a minute.

00:02:07.520 There, that's better.

00:02:08.460 But I cannot abide the actions of the political leadership in Washington. These opportunists

00:02:14.800 are willing to hurt our people to score cheap points. They and their allies have no intention

00:02:20.640 of helping us solve this problem, and every intention of trying to profit off of it.

00:02:26.420 Which brings me to this. 2026 is an election year. Election years have a way of ramping up the

00:02:32.960 politics at a time when we simply can't afford more of that in Minnesota.

00:02:36.460 Minnesota. In September, I announced that I would seek a historic third term as Minnesota's

00:02:41.560 governor, and I have every confidence that if I gave it my all, we would win the race.

00:02:46.720 But as I reflect on this moment with my family and my team over the holidays, I came to the

00:02:51.220 conclusion that I can't give a political campaign my all. Every minute that I spend defending my own

00:02:58.180 political interest would be a minute I can't spend defending the people of Minnesota against the

00:03:03.300 criminals who prey on our generosity and the cynics who want to prey on our differences.

00:03:07.840 So I've decided to step out of this race, and I'll let others worry about the election while

00:03:13.020 I focus on the work that's in front of me for the next year.

00:03:15.440 I'm passing on this race with zero sadness and zero regret. I did not run for this job to have the job.

00:03:24.540 I ran for the job to do the job. Minnesota faces enormous challenges this year, and I refuse to

00:03:31.040 spend a single minute doing anything other than rising to meet this moment. Minnesota has always

00:03:37.160 come first and always will. That's what I believe servant leadership demands of me. As an optimist,

00:03:43.340 I'll hold out some hope that my friends on the other side of the aisle will consider what servant

00:03:48.740 leadership demands of them in the moment. We can work together to combat against the criminals.

00:03:54.620 We can work together to rebuild the public's trust and make our state stronger. But make no mistake

00:04:00.420 about it, if Republicans continue down the path of abusing power, smearing entire communities,

00:04:05.940 and running their own fraudulent game at the expense of Minnesotans, I will fight back with everything

00:04:11.880 that I have. I am absolutely confident a Democratic and a DFL-er will hold this seat come November.

00:04:19.040 I'm confident that I'll find ways to contribute to the state that I love long after next January.

00:04:24.260 But there'll be time to worry about all that later.

00:04:26.620 It is over. It's just a matter of time. And Donald Trump will have done something that saluted America

00:04:33.540 since the 50s. Deal with a communist dictatorship 90 miles off the coast of Florida. I can't wait

00:04:40.600 till the day comes. To our Cuban friends in Florida and throughout America, the liberation of your

00:04:46.600 homeland is close.

00:04:49.580 Nicolas Maduro walking haltingly, slowly, very deliberately, trying to scam the crowd. We know

00:04:57.960 now, based on sources telling MSNOW, that he sustained some injuries during the operation that

00:05:03.820 led to his being in domestic law enforcement custody. The same is true, according to her lawyers,

00:05:09.620 of his wife, Silvia Flores de Maduro, whose lawyers said that she sustained not only bruising on her

00:05:15.480 forehead, which was visible to everybody in the courtroom, but that she may have also sustained

00:05:19.680 a fracture to her ribs. Of course, both of them entering pleas of not guilty. And as you noted,

00:05:26.220 saying very firmly in Spanish that they are not guilty. But in many other respects, this was far from

00:05:32.860 ordinary. And obviously, the least ordinary moment was that confrontation that you mentioned between

00:05:38.180 a Venezuelan man who was there as a spectator and Nicolas Maduro. Our producer, Que Guerrero, and I had an

00:05:45.040 opportunity to interview Pedro Rojas. He is a Venezuelan national who is now applying for political

00:05:50.880 asylum. He is a member of a political opposition party in Venezuela called Primero Justicia, or Justice

00:05:57.060 First, and served four months in a Venezuelan prison for his political activities. He told us that it was

00:06:03.680 incredibly important to him to come here today and confront Nicolas Maduro to say to him, as you noted,

00:06:10.080 you will pay, because he felt that it was incredibly important, not just that Nicolas Maduro was held to

00:06:16.260 account by the U.S. justice system, but that someone from his own country, a country that, according to

00:06:21.460 Pedro, he has victimized and burglarized, was able to look him in the eye and tell him, you are illegitimate, 0.98

00:06:28.340 you are a burglar, you are a criminal. And of course, Maduro defiantly looking at him back and saying, 0.97

00:06:33.920 I'm a prisoner of war. Before Pedro was ejected from the courtroom, incredibly powerful discussion

00:06:48.160 with Pedro about what led him to come here today from Atlanta, where he operates a mechanics business,

00:06:55.100 basically doing mechanics work on cars. Woke up at four in the morning and took a flight here

00:06:59.980 for the specific purpose of having that historic confrontation with Maduro, the likes of which

00:07:06.460 I've never seen in a courtroom. And just to illustrate for you and our viewers how out of

00:07:10.500 the ordinary it is, I have attended a trial in this very courtroom. In fact, one of the E.G. Carroll

00:07:16.120 trials where the president's advisor, Stephen Chung, was kicked out of the courtroom because his phone

00:07:23.260 rang. Now contrast that with somebody standing up in the middle of the courtroom and wanting to have

00:07:29.520 words with a defendant, it was silent in the courtroom and people were watching as if it were a tennis

00:07:35.900 match, you know, heads going back and forth and back and forth to see the interplay between Mr. Maduro

00:07:41.260 and Mr. Rojas. They've chosen not to live this way anymore. And unlike Obama, President Trump has not

00:07:48.400 turned his back on the people of Iran. So I pray and hope that 2026 will be 0.57

00:07:54.880 the year that we make Iran great again. Democratic vote because they wouldn't vote for these things.

00:08:04.180 Round two, what I want, I want to go after welfare fraud. I want to rewrite the way the programs work.

00:08:10.460 I want to make sure that every state, before they get a dollar for food stamps or any form of welfare,

00:08:17.620 that they send biometrics to the federal government proving that the person exists and they're eligible for

00:08:23.840 the services in question. I want to go after the fraud that's so rampant in Minnesota and throughout

00:08:28.960 these blue states through reconciliation. And second, I want to do an affordability package,

00:08:35.220 making America more affordable to the hardworking men and women of this country

00:08:39.900 through reconciliation. Stay tuned. It is coming.

00:08:44.100 You're going to hear for the first time today that it is my plan to convert.

00:08:48.940 So I still have time, but my understanding is you're never too late. And on top of that,

00:08:59.020 any skepticism I have about reality would certainly be instantly answered if I wake up in heaven.

00:09:07.280 I do believe that the dominant Christian theory is that I would wake up in heaven if I have a good

00:09:14.900 life. Yeah. I don't necessarily have to, you know, state something in advance. And so to my Christian

00:09:23.120 friends, yes, it's coming. So you don't need to talk me into it. I am now convinced that the risk reward

00:09:32.920 is completely smart. If it turns out that there's nothing there, I've lost nothing,

00:09:40.520 but I've respected your wishes. And I like doing that. If it turns out there is something there,

00:09:46.940 and the Christian model is the closest to it, I win. So with your permission,

00:09:55.540 I promise you that I will, I will convert.

00:10:00.080 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on

00:10:11.360 these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people have

00:10:17.960 had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything

00:10:21.720 in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people

00:10:25.300 like that go to share the big line? MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people

00:10:33.120 had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save

00:10:40.780 my country, this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:10:48.180 Monday, 5 January, Year of Our Lord,

00:10:56.320 2026. Actually, I guess technically the real first workday back from the Christmas holiday of

00:11:04.060 2025 and New Year's holiday of 2026. Thank everybody for joining us in the late afternoon,

00:11:09.400 early evening edition of The War Room. A lot to go through. All signal, no noise today. At the end

00:11:15.440 right there was Scott Adams, the cartoonist, social commentator, you know, MAGA philosopher,

00:11:22.820 I think you could say. Dave Bratt joins us. I've got Glenn Story, Neil McCabe, Joe Allen,

00:11:29.100 much more going on. We've got a lot of people to get through and a lot of stories to talk about

00:11:34.280 and analyze in the next two hours. First off, Scott, for those that don't know it, Dave Bratt,

00:11:39.840 Scott Adams, I guess it's terminal cancer, but his thinking or people around him is that he

00:11:47.780 only has a couple of weeks to live. Of course, he has been discussing and right there discussing

00:11:52.880 his conversion to Christianity. Your thoughts, sir?

00:11:58.420 Yeah, well, our prayers go out to him. We certainly pray God's grace goes before him,

00:12:05.480 with him. For the people listening, the Christian message isn't, if I lived a good life, I'm okay.

00:12:15.280 It's kind of the opposite of that. He sounded a little too rational about it. I don't want to

00:12:19.960 give him a hard time, but I just want to make sure we got it straight. Jesus said, why do you call me

00:12:24.680 good? No one is good except your Father in heaven. So the whole point and the crook on the cross next

00:12:30.700 to Jesus made it most clear how you get to heaven. And we know the evidence is because today, Jesus

00:12:36.300 said, today you're going to be with me. And that crook on the cross said, I'm scum, I'm nothing to 0.99

00:12:41.640 the other crook. And he said, this guy's the son of God. That's how you get into heaven. Your heart 1.00

00:12:47.060 is up before God. God sees your heart and your heart is good in the eyes of God. We don't decide,

00:12:53.420 right? God knows the heart. But when you proclaim with your lips, hey, this is the son of God.

00:12:59.760 And I don't deserve nothing. That gets you into heaven.

00:13:06.340 You know, it's interesting in the New Testament, that is probably the two most profound witnesses

00:13:11.980 that the criminal on the cross at the very moment or close to the moment when Christ died,

00:13:16.840 professing his faith, and then the Roman centurion that didn't need, you don't need to come anywhere

00:13:24.240 to say the word. And he will be healed. And what did Christ say in all of Judea? He had not seen

00:13:34.660 faith such as that. Pretty amazing. Okay. There's a lot going on. We've got a lot of logistics. There's

00:13:42.360 things happening in March, January 6th. There's a briefing about to happen on Capitol Hill.

00:13:47.080 A West Point grad now, a Democrat in Congress, I think his name's Dan Ryan, has accused Marco

00:13:54.020 Rubio, the Secretary of State, of perjury and lying to Congress already for, I guess, previous

00:13:59.820 briefings he's given on Venezuela. Dave Bratt's going to break that down for us. We've got a huge event

00:14:04.400 in Texas this Friday, Glenn Story, Patriot Mobile. The best folks around is going to be here to talk

00:14:11.600 about that. Neil McCabe is going to get us up to speed on all the moving pieces tomorrow, content,

00:14:17.540 press conferences, marches, pilgrimages, all of it in commemoration of January 6th. President has been

00:14:25.720 up on True Social telling you what he thinks about the stolen 2020 election. We'll get into that also.

00:14:31.820 Joe Allen's back, and Joe Allen's got a lot to get us up to speed on in the fight

00:14:35.260 against out-of-control artificial intelligence. And there's a new vaccine schedule. Only 11.

00:14:45.060 Bobby Kennedy announced the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Just 11, I guess, mandated.

00:14:50.020 We're going to have the activists that made that happen. All in the next two hours,

00:14:55.100 live in the war room. Short commercial break. Back in a moment.

00:14:59.840 If you could make one holiday wish, would you wish to be free from your credit card and other debt?

00:15:05.920 Let's see if we can help you with that. If we could give yourself one gift this holiday season,

00:15:12.080 would it be finally to get some relief from your credit card and other debt?

00:15:15.440 I might have a solution. Here's why now is the time to make a move. This time of year,

00:15:21.520 credit card and loan companies close out their books. They clean up past due accounts.

00:15:27.060 They sell a write-off to debt to clear their books. That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid

00:15:33.100 bills, lenders may be more open to negotiating and settling your account before you're in. That means

00:15:39.800 right now, and I mean right now, you may actually have leverage. And Done With Debt knows how to use

00:15:47.200 this to your advantage. They monitor lender trends and understand the year-end pressure on creditors.

00:15:53.360 They use that timing to negotiate hard on your behalf. Now's the time to get out from under crushing

00:15:59.800 debt and interest payments without bankruptcy or taking on new loans. Done With Debt goes to work

00:16:07.040 for you month one with one clear goal, to reduce your total debt and leave you with more money

00:16:13.740 every month. Get started now because your leverage may disappear at the end of the year.

00:17:04.280 Okay, welcome back. Scott Adams, as the engine room informs me, and Dave Brett did also during the

00:17:08.940 break, that Scott Adams was going to have assisted suicide, but waved off that. So our best wishes

00:17:15.820 to Scott. I know it's horrible what he's going through. And I thought it was very moving, this

00:17:20.260 discussion about conversion to Christianity. And Brett, you keep saying you're a dour

00:17:27.860 Dutch Reformed, are you not? You're the hardest, you're the most dour of the dour. 1.00

00:17:34.300 Yes, I'm dour, and I'm happy to share my brain, my heart with Scott. We're all praying for you, 0.92

00:17:39.400 brother. I'm just telling you the way Jesus said it. I just want everybody to have full

00:17:44.240 information so we get really good news in the end.

00:17:46.520 Good news. Maybe we can set that up. I'll reach out to him. See if we can set that up.

00:17:53.120 I think it would be great for you to talk to him.

00:17:54.240 Beautiful. Yeah.

00:17:56.520 The talk about Christians and a Christian company, Glenn's story, and Jenny and the team over at

00:18:02.300 Patriot Mobile. Glenn, there's something going on in Texas, and we would rather do something on Friday

00:18:09.280 than have this conference. But this conference, we have to have it, and we have to have it now,

00:18:13.480 about what's going on in the state of Texas. And it's not about religious freedom at all.

00:18:18.240 It's about something totally different. Talk to us about, and I think I understand now from all

00:18:23.620 your team that we're completely sold out. I'll still put the number up in case anybody wants to

00:18:28.120 get on a waiting list, but it turns out that we're totally sold out. What are we trying to accomplish

00:18:33.660 on Friday in Texas with our event that we're inviting Gert Wilders from Netherlands to come and

00:18:39.480 address? Well, yeah. It really just boils down to, we want to educate folks here in Texas. We work a

00:18:48.080 lot. We hunt. We do our things. But there's some things operating underground. This Sharia law 1.00

00:18:54.040 thing is going on with Muslims. And what's really interesting is we want others to know. It's just 0.62

00:19:02.620 happening under, it's an undercurrent. And, you know, there's no better day than today to learn

00:19:09.720 about what's really going on. And, you know, we brought a bunch of different groups, America's

00:19:14.580 Freedom Alliance, the Denton County Republican Party, the Real America's Voice, you name it.

00:19:20.660 There's about 22 different groups that said, hey, we want to know about it. They've shared it with

00:19:25.920 all of their constituency, and it sold out. We've expanded the room three times, and now we've

00:19:33.600 maxed out. It's just incredible. The 22 groups, what would bring 22 disparate groups together

00:19:41.580 so quickly? Because this really, over the holiday, it happened just a couple of days before Christmas.

00:19:47.480 What is the power of what's happening to bring 22 disparate groups together so quickly?

00:19:52.620 You know, it's pretty simple. Folks love their country. They love their creator. And they want

00:20:01.220 to, we all know that this country was founded on biblical principles, right? And that we're all

00:20:08.820 fighting for our God-given right and freedoms. And the real interesting piece is when you tell them

00:20:14.100 this is what's really going on, people want to learn because they see what happened in New York City.

00:20:19.500 They see what really what happened in Europe. I mean, Europe has been basically invaded and taken

00:20:25.980 over. And what we want to do is, look, we believe in the freedom of religion, but we do not believe in

00:20:31.220 the institution of Sharia law in this country. You know, our founding documents really talk about

00:20:40.160 this, really about how this was founded on the Christianity.

00:20:48.340 Talk to me about where do people go. I want to thank Patriot Mobile for putting,

00:20:53.660 sustaining us and putting this together. It's sold out. It's going to be absolutely packed. We've got

00:20:58.520 Gert Wilders coming in from the Netherlands. Gert, for the last 20 years, has really up until about the

00:21:04.780 last five or 10 years, been a voice in the wilderness warning against this, the Islamization 1.00

00:21:09.040 of Europe. And you're seeing it, whether it's in Paris, whether it's in London, whether it's in

00:21:13.140 Brussels. Today, I think Austria announced that 40 percent of births in their country are coming

00:21:20.340 from people that do not hold Austrian passports. They're being absolutely overwhelmed. We cannot and 1.00

00:21:25.780 we will not allow this to happen in the United States of America. And certainly we're not going to

00:21:29.400 allow it to happen in the great state of Texas. Texas is the jewel of the crown of the union and

00:21:35.640 it can't happen. And that's what they've targeted. This is to be very specific. We understand exactly

00:21:40.800 what they are doing. We understand exactly how they're going to do it. We understand their

00:21:45.560 playbook. Governor Abbott was courageous enough to identify and call out the Muslim Brotherhood and 1.00

00:21:54.320 care as terrorist organizations. And already he thinks, you know, that he's put something on the

00:21:59.480 books. There's enough about Sharia law. I think folks out there think there's not there's a gap.

00:22:04.240 And that's one of the reasons people are having a great call to action to make sure that this cannot

00:22:09.700 happen in in Texas, because Texas is too precious to this union and too precious to the freedom of the

00:22:16.280 world to allow Texas to fall. New York's fallen. New York's fallen. You've got a Ugandan Marxist 0.98

00:22:21.640 jihadist, uh, as a, and who I think it could be denaturalized in an afternoon. If somebody would

00:22:27.860 get focused, uh, that's running New York city and New York city is already a mess. It's going to be

00:22:32.760 a bigger mess after this. So where do they go right now? Uh, if they want to get on a waiting list

00:22:37.700 and I want to specifically, where do people go to talk about Patriot mobile over at 972 Patriot,

00:22:42.220 where they go and who they talk to? Yeah. You know, you can call 972 Patriot, but if you want to get on

00:22:48.160 the list, it's really Patriot mobile.com forward slash save Texas. And, and Steve, you just brought

00:22:54.520 this up. What was going on in Austin last week was crazy. The protest and just unruly behavior of

00:23:02.100 groups. And I'll tell you what, if we did that, it, we'd all be thrown in jail. So, I mean, it's like

00:23:08.100 this two different levels of law, one for us and one for them. And we're not going to let it happen.

00:23:14.400 We're going to, we're, we're going to educate everybody that attends. We're going to have another

00:23:19.080 one. We'll do one of these every quarter. And if we have to every month, and it's really the hottest

00:23:26.220 topic from my perspective. And it's really working together different groups that are goals that do

00:23:33.020 different things. We kind of get together. It reminds me in biblical times, the rebuilding of wall,

00:23:39.360 the ancient wall around Jerusalem, you know, the different groups didn't get along. We're

00:23:44.160 working together to get that wall built to protect their city. And quite frankly, that's what we're

00:23:50.200 doing here.

00:23:53.560 Glenn Story, I want to thank you. You have the back of first responders. You have the back of

00:23:58.780 conservative groups. You have the back. You're a Christian company and you put your values to work.

00:24:03.920 I really want to appreciate you. Saw you guys in action over the last summer, whether it's redistricting

00:24:08.820 or this issue about Islamization. And for you guys, you can rally the troops quickly to do this

00:24:13.720 in 10 days is pretty extraordinary. So I want to thank you, you and Jenny and the entire team over

00:24:18.660 at Patriot Mobile. Thank you, sir. Appreciate you.

00:24:22.240 Well, we want to thank you for participating and sharing this with the posse. If it weren't for the

00:24:28.080 posse, it wouldn't be able to happen either.

00:24:29.860 Well, the posse exists because of guys like you. We give people access to information and news and

00:24:39.000 groups that empowers them and allows them to use their agency. This is what this is about.

00:24:44.040 There's a big problem down in Texas. And Glenn said something quite powerful.

00:24:48.460 The behavior of these groups, when they get riled up and the police play patty cake with them,

00:24:53.940 got to stop. Can't have two systems of law. Can't do it. And you're seeing the people in Texas.

00:24:58.940 I can tell you how important this is. An event like this put together over the holidays is people

00:25:04.340 will tell you it just can't happen. It came together like that. We've could have sold this

00:25:07.260 room out two or three times the size. That's the level of interest of people that want to come and

00:25:12.960 see this. Neil McCabe joins us. Neil, we've got a bunch of things happening tomorrow in commemoration

00:25:19.740 of I Hope One Day is made a national holiday about patriots. That's January 6th. We've got a press

00:25:27.360 conference. There's marches. There's all types of things going on. We're putting out music. We've

00:25:34.040 got a film coming out. Can you walk us through the punch list of exactly what is happening, sir?

00:25:39.340 Yeah, of course, the documentary is The Sleeping Giant, which not only talks about J6, 1.00

00:25:45.720 but that sort of that struggle for these guys and girls to recover from J6. It's not really fair

00:25:53.320 that a lot of them got a pardon. 14 of them only had their sentence commuted. But they got clemency

00:26:00.520 from the president, which we're all grateful for. But it's not really fair to ask these guys to say,

00:26:05.660 OK, now go on and have a normal life. There's a lot of recovery for these guys. And that documentary

00:26:12.660 digs into it and really makes it real. Tomorrow at 11, there's going to be a press conference that

00:26:19.400 will carry live Real America's Voice. And then there'll be a speaking program at the Ellipse at

00:26:25.760 1145. And when that speaking program is over, there's going to be a peaceful and patriotic march

00:26:32.860 to the Capitol, Steve. And at 244, they're going to lay some flowers down. And of course, 244 is the

00:26:41.900 time that Lieutenant Byrd murdered Ashley Babbitt. And so it's going to be jam-packed. There's going

00:26:49.900 to be a lot of people there. Before you ask another question, I just want to get it out to people

00:26:54.880 that you probably want to take the Federal Triangle or Metro Center, Metro stops, rather than

00:27:02.860 trying to drive in. And also be aware that this is a National Park Service permitted event.

00:27:10.000 So treat it like a concert or a ballgame. So there's no strollers, no backpacks, no aerosol

00:27:17.400 cans. Like there's a whole list of things that you just treat it like a ballgame or a concert

00:27:22.620 and everything will go smooth, Steve.

00:27:27.740 So, yeah, we're going to do the press conference, the kickoff press conference during the war room.

00:27:32.820 That'll be from the Willard Hotel. That'll lead into a speaker event,

00:27:36.020 that they'll have a speaker event at the Ellipse. And then just like on January 6th, what, five years

00:27:41.380 ago, there's going to be a peaceful march up to the Capitol, just like it was then,

00:27:48.000 Neil McCabe. And then, of course, we're going to honor Ashley Babbitt. I'm trying to get Ashley

00:27:52.620 Babbitt's mom on tonight or tomorrow morning at some time. Neil, can you just hang on one second?

00:27:56.960 Just hang on a minute. Neil McCabe joins us. We got Joe Allen. We're packed this afternoon.

00:28:04.540 What did Madeira say? I am a prisoner of war.

00:28:09.760 Things throwing down pretty hard. His compadres in Venezuela throwing down hard, too.

00:29:58.580 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.

00:30:07.020 Neil, before I let you go, I do want to go through the logistics some more because I want all our

00:30:11.060 viewers, everybody to understand we have a full day in celebration of the, in commemoration of,

00:30:17.340 of J6 and its meaning and purpose. The president has been up all day, you know, last night about the

00:30:23.680 machines in Venezuela. He had a, uh, had a, uh, a text of, uh, of a report by, I think it was Dr.

00:30:30.720 Michael Schur, who was the head of the, uh, Ben Laden, um, tracking group at the CIA at the time.

00:30:36.760 And he's, he's a left the CIA many years ago. And he's adamant that, uh, three November of 2020 was a

00:30:44.120 CIA driven coup. This is a guy that worked for the CIA his entire life. Um, so I want to go back to the

00:30:53.440 logistics, but doing that before doing that, given your military experience,

00:30:58.640 Pete, there's a process that started today. The process started is against Mark Kelly.

00:31:04.700 And I think Mark Kelly, if he hasn't lawyered up already, he should have lawyered up today

00:31:09.280 because Pete Hex has started the process, sending a letter of censure, turning over to the secretary

00:31:13.520 of Navy. It's pretty evident to me that they're going to recall Kelly to active duty, bust him first,

00:31:20.100 recalling to active duty and court-martialing. And I think the brothers looking at Leavenworth,

00:31:27.040 your thoughts, sir. Yeah, absolutely. There's this, um, I don't know what you call it a myth,

00:31:32.740 but there's this perception that once you've retired from the military, especially if you're

00:31:36.660 an officer that you're free and clear, if you're receiving a pension, that pension is actually a

00:31:44.840 retainer because you are ready to be recalled at any moment. So basically if you, if you receive

00:31:52.360 that retainer, you know, you can be called back. And that's what Kelly, if Kelly's receiving that

00:31:57.560 money, he's on the hook, he's a member of the fleet reserve. And so they can call him back. They

00:32:03.620 could call him back today and put him in Syria. They could put him in Iceland or they can put him in

00:32:08.080 the brig. Now, the letter of censure is pretty strong because he really goes after good order

00:32:14.240 and discipline and his conduct as an officer. And that's, uh, article 133 of the Uniform Code of

00:32:20.520 Military Justice. And there's actually a court case called U.S. v. Hooper where, where the U.S.

00:32:27.280 claims court ruled flat out citing Supreme Court precedent that, hey, if you're an officer and you're

00:32:34.920 on retainer, it's just like you're on active duty. It's like you have the exact same status.

00:32:41.200 And so Kelly was really playing with fire, Steve, because, you know, they tried to be cute by one

00:32:46.060 turn, right? But actually the whole purpose of that video was to suggest that military personnel

00:32:53.680 were receiving illegal orders and that illegal orders was actually a present threat that was going

00:33:02.120 on currently. And so that, that absolutely undermines good order and discipline, Steve.

00:33:08.200 No, no. Okay. Look, let's step back and look at a real world example. Uh, the other night on the

00:33:14.800 extraction, you have 12,000, uh, to 14,000 fleet Marines and sailors, uh, air air airmen, all of it.

00:33:24.400 The, the, the complexity of making that work. And that gets down to the deck plates of the engine

00:33:29.760 room and damage control on the cruisers, on the destroyers, on the aircraft carrier and the flight

00:33:34.880 deck. Everybody has to work in unison because they train all the time, particularly as deployments

00:33:40.680 at sea, you can't put it in a seaman's mind. You can't put it in a young fireman's mind or deckhand's

00:33:46.500 mind that they have some option, uh, you know, where they can sit there and be a sea lawyer.

00:33:50.960 You have to work as a team. What Kelly did, particularly Kelly's, you know, understanding

00:33:56.760 it's unacceptable and he has to be court-martialed. He has to be sent to Leavenworth and people have

00:34:02.300 to know if you're going to be cute, as president Trump said, no gains because, because the evolution

00:34:07.900 that took place is not just the super elite shooters and gunmen to go and kick down the 0.85

00:34:12.740 door and kill the 32 Cubans. Obviously they're at the, they're at the highest level of military 0.99

00:34:17.160 training, but it's everybody. Remember the military takes essentially the common man and woman

00:34:21.660 and turns them into a warrior. That, that meshing of people together is the purpose of the process.

00:34:30.460 You can't quite, and for them to do that was to throw a monkey wrench in against Donald John

00:34:36.680 Trump as commander in chief of the armed forces. And you see how the armed forces are operating under

00:34:42.620 him. Whether you agree with the politics of it or not, whether you agree with the geopolitical

00:34:47.120 strategy of it or not, the expeditionary hit to end the 12 day war and what just occurred in

00:34:53.420 Venezuela, they're masterpieces. You cannot be prouder of the men and women, the armed forces for

00:34:59.780 what they do to practice, practice, practice as a learning organization. And anybody that would try

00:35:05.460 to get in the way of that for common political gain, I'm sorry, Mark Kelly, you're just a pompous ass. 0.99

00:35:11.240 You have been for many, many, many years. You're going to Leavenworth brothers. So they can do all 0.99

00:35:16.060 the whinging and whining on MSNBC, by the way, MSNBC beautiful today. It starts trading publicly

00:35:21.220 with Jim Cramer and the stock tanks. It went down 7% at the open. This, that thing is such a dog.

00:35:30.520 Anyway, Neil, your thoughts on, on Mark Kelly before I go back to the logistics.

00:35:34.560 Oh yeah. That, that, we used to say that stock is such a goat. It eats cans. The, uh, first of all,

00:35:40.400 you were a deck watch officer. So, you know, even if there wasn't a shot fired, when you have that many,

00:35:46.060 ships at sea, things happen. And if I'm a nozzleman going in to fight a fire in a compartment,

00:35:51.860 I can't be wondering, is this, is this operation even legal or constitutional? When I deployed,

00:35:57.820 they told to Iraq, they said, Hey, the soldier who thinks is dead. You cannot be contemplating

00:36:05.880 the wither and that you have to act as you were trained and as you are ordered. And so these guys

00:36:12.960 are absolutely playing a dangerous, dangerous game. So it sent a crazy message. Frankly,

00:36:17.760 if these guys didn't do that video, I'm sure Maduro might've come to the table and some of our other

00:36:23.180 enemies may have come to the table. It's really bonkers that they would play this kind of game game,

00:36:28.680 Steve. Well, well, you gotta help. You gotta, the system has to hold people accountable and Kelly's

00:36:34.560 been out there, you know, he talks a big game. Now you're going to get a chance, brother. You're going

00:36:38.080 to get busted down to a deck. I think a semen apprentice, I hope. I don't, I just don't 0.99

00:36:44.040 know if they can take him to lower. Obviously I think it's a semen apprentice and then we're

00:36:46.780 going to put you on trial. Then you're going to be found guilty. Then you're going to go to

00:36:50.040 Leavenworth. Anyway, Neil logistics, some argument, give it, give it to me one more time. We want

00:36:54.460 anybody in the area to show up, but particularly, obviously people are going to be real America's

00:36:58.780 voice. We're going to cover it wall to wall starting in the war room at 11 AM Eastern standard

00:37:04.140 time. But what do you got for us, Neil? Right. So I'll be out and about and doing some

00:37:10.020 of the earlier shows. Perhaps the presser is at 11. The speaking program begins at the

00:37:15.380 ellipse at 1145. The best Metro stops are going to be Federal Triangle and Metro Center. After

00:37:23.600 the speaking program, there'll be a peaceful and patriotic march to the Capitol where they

00:37:29.460 will lay flowers in memory of Ashley Babbitt and the others who died that day at 244,

00:37:36.520 which is the moment when Lieutenant Byrd murdered Ashley Babbitt. And it's going to be a very

00:37:42.460 powerful event. And I'm really looking forward to being a part of it. It's going to be epic,

00:37:46.740 Steve.

00:37:48.400 Did I miss my, we covered Maduro in detail today. Did I miss, did the war room miss the perp

00:37:55.280 walk of Lieutenant Byrd? Has he perp walked yet for the murder and cold blood of Ashley

00:37:59.340 Babbitt?

00:37:59.780 I believe he's still at Liberty. He still walks the earth as a free man. Uh, Kelly may be

00:38:06.460 in jail before Byrd.

00:38:09.780 Well, no, the Byrd thing's got to be taken care of. It's got to be taken care of. It's, 0.73

00:38:12.840 it's outrageous.

00:38:13.460 There's no statute of limitations on murder.

00:38:15.480 And, and, and murder and having a commemorating, commemorating with Ashley Babbitt's mother and

00:38:21.960 her family. Uh, and nothing's been done about this. Anyway, Neil, what's your social media?

00:38:27.040 You can find me on all the socials at reporter McCabe, Steve.

00:38:32.700 Thank you, Neil. Appreciate you.

00:38:35.820 Nick, uh, Nick Fretis joins us from the Commonwealth, Virginia. We have Nick up.

00:38:39.760 Hey, Nick, you, you put something up on Twitter the other day that I found, uh, very

00:38:45.580 relevatory. You're a special forces green beret. You've done these kinds of actions that, uh,

00:38:51.320 that are in places like, uh, Venezuela, you laid out what you thought were two broad alternatives.

00:38:58.600 Can you walk the audience through those, sir? Because both alternatives kind of have

00:39:02.080 involvement of, uh, of American personnel. So can you take your two alternatives that you

00:39:06.580 think is available to the president of the United States to get this thing sorted down

00:39:09.480 there? Sure. The, what I tried to lay it out was kind of a best case and worst case scenario.

00:39:14.660 Um, and, and again, I say, this is someone that considers myself a, a major supporter of

00:39:19.100 the Trump administration. I've been very happy with the changes that have taken place in the

00:39:23.600 military. I don't just say that as a veteran, I say it is also the father of a, of a son who's

00:39:27.880 a young infantryman in the 101st airborne division. Um, when we look at, we'll start off with worst

00:39:33.100 case scenario. Worst case scenario is if we find ourselves in a situation where whatever

00:39:38.560 government ends up being somewhat implemented or, or put into position, uh, with the support

00:39:43.880 of the United States government, if they don't have adequate support, which is to say that

00:39:48.360 they don't have the funding necessary in order to pay off military and other security personnel.

00:39:52.940 If we see within the anti-Maduro political parties within Venezuela, if we see a lot of fracturing

00:39:58.560 and fighting over control of the government, we could very well end up in a situation where

00:40:02.940 a drastic increase of U S military personnel is required in order to provide for security.

00:40:08.840 We could see, uh, the various cartels that have been operating currently within the government

00:40:12.760 now operating separate from the government, launching a variety of terrorist attacks against

00:40:17.560 both Venezuelan security personnel and U S military personnel. And, and we can all see how this could

00:40:22.800 devolve very quickly where we're having to send more and more troops. We're sustaining more

00:40:26.660 casualties. Hang on. And one, and one, and one thing that, you know, today Maduro

00:40:31.860 was as arrogant as you possibly be in a federal court. When you go into a federal court, you're

00:40:36.480 supposed to say yes, sir, no, sir. Three bags full, sir. I mean, it's a federal judge. It's

00:40:40.200 got a certain way of roles. I mean, Maduro sitting there going, I am the president of, uh, Venezuela.

00:40:45.740 I was kidnapped from my home. Uh, I'm a prisoner of war. So this guy's, uh, demeanor today was

00:40:53.880 not somebody that's, uh, looks like he's trying to cut a deal or it looks like he's, uh, he's

00:40:58.900 going to cooperate in any matter. He couldn't have been more defiant, including when one of

00:41:02.780 the spectators in the court called him out and said, you're finally going to get justice

00:41:06.780 is going to be served on you. Dirtbag. Uh, he was not, uh, you know, he didn't back down 0.84

00:41:11.040 on that. So this is something, my point is that we're not saying this is going to happen,

00:41:15.320 but it is a, as they're planning now, Stephen Miller and, and Pete Hegseth and, and, and

00:41:20.800 secretary of state Marco, and they're up right now briefing. Brad's going to tell us what

00:41:24.840 it's like, they're briefing on Capitol Hill right now. And you've already had a West

00:41:28.560 Point grad accuse the secretary of state, Marco Rubio, Dan Ryan, a West Point grad,

00:41:34.200 accuse him of perjury and lying about what the real status is. This thing is going to

00:41:38.260 become intensely political immediately. Uh, and so that's what we got to look through

00:41:43.580 both scenarios. Well, this is the part two that people need to understand. Like, I don't

00:41:47.820 want the worst case scenario to happen, but it's something that we have to plan for

00:41:51.580 because one of the things that rebels understand fighting the United States is you never, you're

00:41:55.620 not fighting the United States military. You fight the United States military, you will 0.98

00:41:58.740 get your ass kicked, right? That's not what they're trying to do. They're trying to influence 1.00

00:42:02.380 public opinion within the United States because if they can effectively do that, what ultimately

00:42:07.540 ends up happening is you have negative election results. And those negative election results result

00:42:12.200 in U S forces being either pulled out prematurely or not being deployed adequately or supported

00:42:17.060 adequately. And the end result is, is that you trade one bad regime in Venezuela

00:42:21.380 for another one. That's what we want to avoid. Now, having said that we need to understand

00:42:25.200 Venezuela is not Iraq. It's not Afghanistan, but there are things that we can learn from

00:42:29.800 Iraq and Afghanistan in order to help us on what happens next within Venezuela. Again, being 1.00

00:42:35.360 a green beret, our job was by through and with our job was to develop host nation capacity.

00:42:40.760 So Americans don't have to be fighting the war and running the country. And so there's another

00:42:45.620 scenario here where we gain a strong strategic ally within South America in the form of

00:42:51.120 Venezuela. We, we remove, um, the benefits that Venezuela currently gives to strategic,

00:42:56.900 you know, opposition, the United States, China, Russia specifically, but also more geographically

00:43:02.100 relevant in Cuba, right? There there's, there's all kinds of good things that can potentially

00:43:06.260 happen from this. I would argue that the United States doesn't need to deploy a massive amount

00:43:11.260 of troops in order to actually make this thing work. But I don't see any scenario where some

00:43:16.380 aren't deployed. The question is who? So seven special forces group, they are the special forces

00:43:22.200 group. There's five active duty groups, two guard groups, seven special forces group is the one that

00:43:26.700 is responsible for Latin America. They're very, very accustomed to training in this area. They're

00:43:31.420 accustomed to the culture. You have a lot of those guys, they speak the language. So you could see an

00:43:35.620 environment where seven special forces group. Hey, Nick, Nick, just, just hang on for a second.

00:43:40.280 We'll take a commercial break. I'm going to hold you over and go through this in more detail. Nick

00:43:44.980 joins us here. We're going through, um, Venezuela as they are doing on Capitol Hill and a highly

00:43:51.580 classified brief, even as we speak shortly. If you could make one holiday wish, would you wish to be

00:44:02.260 free from your credit card and other debt? Let's see if we can help you with that. If we could give

00:44:13.640 and other debt? I might have a solution. Here's why now's the time to make a move. This time of year,

00:44:20.700 credit card and loan companies close out their books. They clean up past due accounts. They sell

00:44:27.160 a right off the debt to clear their books. That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills,

00:44:32.720 lenders may be more open to negotiating and settling your account before you're in. That means

00:44:38.980 right now. And I mean, right now you may actually have leverage and done with debt knows how to use

00:44:46.380 this to your advantage. They monitor lender trends and understand the year end pressure on creditors.

00:44:52.140 They use that timing to negotiate hard on your behalf. Now's the time to get out from under crushing debt

00:44:59.320 and interest payments without bankruptcy or taking on new loans. Done with debt goes to work for you

00:45:06.760 month one with one clear goal to reduce your total debt and leave you with more money every month.

00:45:14.340 Get started now because your leverage may disappear at the end of the year. Chat with a done with debt

00:45:22.160 specialist at done with debt.com. That's done with debt.com done with debt.com. Do it today.

00:45:31.540 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:45:33.640 So Nick Freitas joins us, Nick, uh, continue on the seventh, uh, the seventh, uh, special operator

00:45:44.580 group down there. Yes. What kind of, what kind of, what kind of, what's kind of shocked me is that the

00:45:50.940 two alternatives you laid out, both had the insertion of American troops. Do you see a

00:45:56.300 scenario? Cause right now we're using Naval power, right? We're using a quarantine. He's putting

00:46:00.920 pressure. Uh, he said it'll exert pressure. They won't allow any oil to go out. They'll have no

00:46:05.780 cash. Nothing goes to Cuba. Uh, I'm sure they're going to do an air quarantine also and only allow 0.95

00:46:11.180 in what they want to allow in. Do you not think that that, as you see it right now, like I said,

00:46:15.840 they're briefing up on Capitol Hill, highly classified briefing of this to the, uh, to the

00:46:20.340 big shots on Capitol Hill that need to, I think it's need to know bases only today. I think they

00:46:24.700 brought it out in the next couple of days, but you don't see a scenario where we can get through this

00:46:28.880 and do what the president said he wants to accomplish without the insertion of American

00:46:33.900 troops. And the president said, Hey, if you've got boots on the ground, you got to have boots on

00:46:36.740 ground. I'm not afraid of that, sir. Yeah. I think it's a question of what boots on the ground you

00:46:41.340 have. I don't think we need to go in there with massive division size, uh, troops. Again,

00:46:46.240 when you're talking about a group like seven special forces group, these are guys that our

00:46:49.780 whole mission was by through and with, we do foreign internal defense. We do counter insurgency.

00:46:54.220 These guys go in an advisory role. They can do combat operations as well. Obviously that's what

00:46:58.380 we're doing in Iraq and Afghanistan, but it doesn't have to be Americans out front doing the heavy

00:47:02.360 lifting. One of the biggest things that we're going to have to look at here is when Trump was talking

00:47:06.440 about the United States getting down and actually running and managing the oil infrastructure,

00:47:09.860 that's critical because if you don't have the oil infrastructure up and running,

00:47:13.800 then how are you paying soldiers? How are you paying law enforcement? Well,

00:47:17.260 the cartel's got to manage, they got a mechanism for doing it. That's how the government's been

00:47:20.800 running. And one of the most important things we have to do initially is ensure that the security

00:47:25.760 forces in place are capable, that they can actually carry out their operations and they can actually

00:47:30.840 maintain security and that they're loyal to the government that comes in. I have a hard time seeing any

00:47:35.840 way that we do that without any sort of U.S. military presence. Now, maybe it's possible that

00:47:40.900 the president certainly has access to information that I do not. And again, I would argue that this

00:47:46.120 is not something where we need to go in with overwhelming U.S. force, but there needs to be

00:47:50.660 something to ensure that guys don't take their rifles, walk off the job, and then go to the highest

00:47:56.180 bidder. One of the biggest problems that we had in Iraq was that we had these smart guys come in and

00:48:01.640 decide that they were going to go through complete debathification. And the next thing you know,

00:48:05.360 we got tens of thousands of military age males with guns and no job. That's not what you want. 0.98

00:48:11.300 That's not a good recipe for maintaining security. So as long as we can maintain that security initially,

00:48:16.760 ensure that it's loyal to the government, and then allow Venezuelans to do the vast majority of the 0.65

00:48:21.240 heavy lifting when it comes to maintaining security, then you can actually see a pathway where all of a

00:48:25.940 sudden there's faith restored in the government. The Venezuelan people are starting to see the benefits of

00:48:30.460 the incoming government as opposed to the oppression that they saw under Maduro. And the United States

00:48:34.900 picks up a strategic ally which has an incredible amount of potential, both from their oil wealth

00:48:40.300 as well as other features of Venezuela. But those are the two scenarios that I see. Again, I don't

00:48:46.900 claim to have special information as the intel on the ground that the president does, but just knowing a

00:48:52.400 little something about fighting against terrorism and insurgents and what it takes to do that

00:48:56.760 successfully, these are some of the things that I anticipate going forward.

00:48:59.600 No, and this is one of the controversies in MAGA about is this nation building or are we getting

00:49:05.360 too involved here? So this is going to develop over the next couple of days. And Nick, you know the

00:49:09.820 president very well. In fact, we have, the president was putting up a true social last night. He's putting

00:49:14.680 a lot of things up about now the machines and Venezuela's involvement. I'm honored to have the two

00:49:20.320 gentlemen, Dave Bratt and Nick Freitas, who were, who the CIA, I think, had something to say about the two

00:49:27.080 elections of Spanberger. The current governor of Virginia won. Talk to me about that. You actually won

00:49:33.740 election day. You were winning on election night. I mean, 2020, we were with you guys the entire time.

00:49:38.720 And then, Nick, you went from the winner. And remember, in this, in the 2020 election,

00:49:43.980 Trump won 14 house seats from Nancy Pelosi. We netted 12, but we won 14. Nick Freitas would have

00:49:53.120 been 15, but tell the audience what happened. You were, you won election day on election night,

00:49:58.160 you were winning. And then what happened, sir? Well, first of all, I didn't want to run for

00:50:02.800 Congress. I wanted my good friend, Dave Bratt to be in that seat in Congress. Um, when, when we ran,

00:50:08.540 we had certain goals that we wanted to hit for our numbers. We vastly exceeded those goals. We were,

00:50:13.200 we went into election day, very, very confident. And again, on election night, we were winning the

00:50:17.200 by the next morning, we, we still were winning. And I kid you not a, a thumb drive showed up in

00:50:23.020 Enrico County, which was the bluest County in the district. They had mislabeled it. Uh, 15,000 votes

00:50:28.940 were on that. And that was enough to erode our lead and have us lose by less than two points. Uh, so it

00:50:34.660 was definitely very, very frustrating. A lot of people are like, why didn't you fight it more? Believe me,

00:50:38.860 we tried. The problem was, is you either run out of money or you have, you don't have standing.

00:50:44.200 One of the most nefarious things that happened with the election and across the country and

00:50:49.020 specifically in Virginia is they had changed so much in the election laws in Virginia that a lot

00:50:54.320 of the stuff that they were doing was technically legal. And what ended up happening is it made it

00:50:58.540 very, very difficult to identify fraud when it was actually happening, when there was a high degree

00:51:02.920 of probability that it could be happening. And so you found yourself in a situation where they could

00:51:07.300 essentially run you out of money. And, um, it's kind of where we found ourselves.

00:51:13.120 Nick, where can people get you? I want to make sure everybody reads your, uh, your social media.

00:51:17.100 I'm sure you have a lot more to say. I, and I know there's going to be a lot of discussion on

00:51:22.120 Capitol Hill as soon as this briefing's over, where do people go and get, uh, and get you, sir?

00:51:26.800 Well, people can find me at, uh, Nick J Freitas, all of our social media is Nick J Freitas. And, uh,

00:51:31.540 and again, I'll just emphasize this. I think within those of us who, who love this country,

00:51:35.740 who support the Trump administration, we need to be able to have candid conversations about what

00:51:39.980 happens next. But when it comes to the socialist left complaining about this, I couldn't care less

00:51:44.640 what their concern is. They're just mad that a socialist dictator was removed for power. That's

00:51:49.120 my favorite part of all of this. So now let's do the next part of this, right? Nick, thank you.

00:51:55.260 You're a patriot and a hero. Thank you for joining us, sir. Appreciate you. Thank you, sir.

00:51:59.000 Grant, um, right now we got about a minute. They're up on Capitol Hill and they're with the

00:52:05.520 top people and they're briefing, uh, on Venezuela. There'll be a couple of three leaks when they

00:52:10.140 come out after this, correct? Yeah, no, that's right. Uh, we heard about, uh, Pat Ryan, the New

00:52:15.920 York Congressman accusing, uh, of lying, uh, Rubio of lying. Uh, perhaps he has not read, uh,

00:52:21.740 President Trump's national security policy. It's called hemispheric dominance. Uh, it's been

00:52:27.560 very clear what's going to happen. The overall strategy, of course, you're not going to announce

00:52:31.240 the New York times, uh, but you would think, uh, politics would end at the water's edge. He was on

00:52:36.320 Dana bash is inside politics. That was the name of the show when he launched his tirade on, uh, you 0.61

00:52:43.200 know, you know, the differences between, uh, Venezuela and Iraq. The biggest difference,

00:52:48.580 and I'll conclude on this is that what president Trump is doing can in no way be attached to the big

00:52:54.760 globalist forces that have run this country for the past 30 years. He's digging our way out of

00:53:00.460 that mess. And so I applaud him, uh, for this step. Hey, stick around. The second hour is going to be
