sounding the alarm about the risks that Donald Trump faced to democracy since I was the general
00:00:05.300
counsel to Hillary Clinton's campaign. You and I did a lot of television sounding the alarm before
00:00:12.240
the 2020 election and what we saw afterwards. And I am here to sound a larger and louder alarm today
00:00:19.280
than I ever have before. I mean, the fact is that Donald Trump has proven himself desperate. As you
00:00:25.260
point out, the redistricting has not worked out the way he wished. I'm proud that my law firm
00:00:29.460
represented the Democratic Party in defeating the Republican effort that just we just won in the
00:00:34.540
Supreme Court. But the fact is that when that didn't work out, he then went to Plan B. And Plan B is what
00:00:40.220
we are seeing. It is political prosecutions. It is the threats of more political prosecutions. It is
00:00:46.100
the dry running of how one seizes ballots. Yes, he's interested in 2020, but he's really interested
00:00:51.180
in setting up the mechanism to be able to seize ballots in 2026. He has found a prosecutor in
00:00:58.020
Missouri, not in Georgia, in Missouri, seizing ballots in Georgia. That prosecutor in Missouri
00:01:03.660
apparently has nationwide jurisdiction. So he has found a willing prosecutor to do these things.
00:01:09.980
The record is in court after court and tribunal after tribunal that nothing untoward happened in
00:01:17.580
Fulton County. So that's been established again and again, litigated extensively and definitively
00:01:25.120
established. And then in terms of protecting the election, since the beginning of Donald Trump's
00:01:33.020
pivot to full on authoritarianism, which came after he lost the 2020 election and then challenged
00:01:42.620
those results, not just in Georgia, but all over the country in six states, all over the country.
00:01:51.440
The democracy movement and the civil rights movement has been fully deployed and has been successful
00:01:58.440
in court, stopping efforts to delegitimize election outcomes. I was a part representing states
00:02:07.480
pro bono of many of those 63 cases that Donald Trump lost in the aftermath of the 2020 election.
00:02:19.300
My organizations, Democracy Defenders Fund and Democracy Defenders Action were in every place where there
00:02:27.680
was an election in 2025, Eugene. And in none of those, we had DOJ observers and others.
00:02:36.220
In none of those places, there was little blip in New Jersey. We went to court. We got an order
00:02:41.860
election day, stopping an effort to mess with the polls there. So it's been unsuccessful. And there
00:02:50.120
are literally hundreds of groups around the country that are ready to protect the election in 26th.
00:02:57.540
But don't touch the nannies or the gardeners or the ones who are picking up the jalapeno peppers
00:03:03.320
or the oranges or the berries or the ones in the dairy houses. Come on. Those people are helping us
00:03:08.680
eat better, cheaper homes, cheaper vegetables and better fruits. So those are the ones that we are
00:03:17.560
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on
00:03:28.380
these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people had a belly full
00:03:35.700
of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop
00:03:39.380
that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share
00:03:43.720
the big line? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:03:51.980
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,
00:03:58.880
this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:04:05.300
You're in the War Room. It's Thursday, February 5th in the year of our Lord, 2026. Quite the explosive
00:04:19.280
cold open. You know you've hit a nerve when you got Mark Elias and Norm Eisen going both on MS Now or
00:04:27.240
whatever the clownish name they have for that failing network is to basically cry about what Steve Bannon
00:04:33.040
has said, which if you distill it down into what it really is about, it is that only citizens should
00:04:38.680
be able to vote in U.S. elections. Not a conspiracy theory. That's not radical. You can't put America
00:04:45.420
first if you can't even ensure that it's only Americans who are voting in elections. It's really
00:04:53.280
quite a tell. Now, the Democratic Governors Association, of course, they love to, you know,
00:04:59.220
crisis act. Maybe they should rename their thing to the Democratic Grifters Association,
00:05:03.520
put out this long form statement, of course, talking about how President Trump is setting out
00:05:09.480
to rig the 2026 midterms. And you sort of saw it with what Norm Eisen and Mark Elias of, you know,
00:05:15.400
stealing all elections ever, not just here, but also internationally fame. I don't know about you
00:05:21.740
guys. I think I'm old enough to remember. I thought elections couldn't be stolen, right? Didn't
00:05:26.440
these people tell us that elections were super safe and super secure? And now all of a sudden,
00:05:30.740
these paper tigers fold because of a few threats about a couple of ICE agents enforcing that everybody
00:05:37.480
who's voting is actually a citizen? That doesn't sound like you have a lot of confidence in the
00:05:43.280
system that you are supposedly so sure that it was free and fair that you staked your entire
00:05:49.680
reputations and careers and livelihoods and frankly, probably billion, if not at least hundred million
00:05:54.580
dollar checks from all of the dark money groups that prop up your lawfare organizations.
00:06:00.720
But no, apparently now all of a sudden, because we're going to put ICE agents at the polls,
00:06:05.020
suddenly, oh no, we're sealing elections. Now, it's sort of, I put it through the lens of,
00:06:11.280
you know, what the Chinese Communist Party did with COVID, right? They basically hide all the evidence
00:06:17.080
and they say, well, you can't prove that we did it. Well, I would think that sunlight is the best
00:06:20.640
disinfectant. I mean, what? We've only been lectured by these freaks, these people for what
00:06:26.740
feels like decades. I guess it's only been a few years about how we are so skeptical of elections
00:06:31.720
and how we're all conspiracy theorists and how all we do is spread misinformation. Well, then these
00:06:36.700
should be the people who are calling for audits of election results, calling to have people at the
00:06:42.020
polls, ensuring that it's only citizens voting. Let's audit these voter rolls. Well, the issue is when
00:06:48.600
that happens, like what we see happening right now in Georgia, you see complete and utter apoplexy
00:06:54.380
from all of the people who said that we were crazy for calling for investigations about what went on
00:06:59.840
in Fulton County. You know, they're just scared of what they're going to uncover there. So that's,
00:07:05.920
of course, why they're melting down. I don't think they're sleeping too well. Our hearts,
00:07:10.560
I don't know if we're losing sleep over you, Norm, I isn't anymore.
00:07:14.380
But to this point of election stealing, I want to bring it to that second, or I guess the third
00:07:21.820
clip that we played. It's hard. Sometimes you confuse Norm Eisen and Mark Elias since they're
00:07:26.600
basically cut from the same grifter democracy, destroying Saul Alinsky-ite cloth. But that's
00:07:33.980
Maria Salazar. You probably would think that she's a Democrat because she is so boldly proclaiming
00:07:40.440
her infatuation with open borders, illegal aliens, and legal immigrants. I guess at this rate,
00:07:47.880
maybe we should just make every person on the planet an American. Then maybe finally neocons
00:07:52.680
would be satisfied, though probably not. But that's actually a Republican. That's Maria Salazar.
00:07:59.880
She's like the gift that keeps on giving. She won't go away. It seems like every congressional
00:08:04.540
cycle. She feels the need to introduce more and more radical legislation whose sole purpose is to
00:08:11.360
destroy the United States of America demographically from a national security perspective, certainly from
00:08:17.480
an immigration perspective. This time, we got a resurfaced call for the Dignity Act. We also had
00:08:25.540
the one and only Mike Lawler from the great state of New York making the rounds. I believe he was
00:08:30.360
on Fox and CNN earlier today saying that we need to push for this legislation. This is our way out
00:08:36.760
of the Minnesota debacle. And here's what's so radical about this legislation. Basically,
00:08:43.860
every illegal alien who has entered the United States post-2021 would just get to stay here.
00:08:51.500
They would get that much beloved and talked about pathway to citizenship because I guess they were smart
00:08:57.980
enough to come into the country when Joe Biden, remember I was going to say held the floodgates
00:09:02.420
open, but no, they permanently welded those open so we could get the maximum amount of illegals possible
00:09:07.320
in. So all of those people would just get to stay here because, I don't know, Maria Salazar can't give
00:09:13.420
an answer other than because apparently they're the people who are picking your peppers and doing your
00:09:17.960
chores. Well, Maria Salazar, I would like to inform you that you sort of created the problem
00:09:24.200
that you're actually setting out to fix. And that is that you, she's a very wealthy woman,
00:09:30.800
and your elite friends are the only people who can afford the help that you import and then you pay
00:09:37.800
cheap wages. You've hollowed out industries like American manufacturing, every factory ever. You
00:09:44.380
ship those over to China. You made the wages for agricultural work so depressed and so low that
00:09:49.520
Americans realistically won't do it. And now you want to sit on the house floor and basically give
00:09:56.080
yourself a pat on the back for creating an economic reality that necessitates you importing mass amounts
00:10:01.920
of foreign cheap slave labor. I mean, screw you. I am so sick and tired of this revisionist history
00:10:11.620
that the establishment Republican Republicans want to throw and shove down our throats that what we
00:10:19.360
voted for in 2024 was anything less than complete and utter mass deportations.
00:10:28.560
There were no asterisks on the deportations. The signs that people held up said mass deportations,
00:10:35.000
not the worst of the worst, not criminals, all of them, at least 20 million, probably 30 million.
00:10:42.000
Even those of you who say 65 million, I probably agree with you.
00:10:45.660
Right? Immigration policy for MAGA is, always has been, and always will be about scale, not these
00:10:53.740
one-off cases. That's what build the wall is about. It was treating immigration as a sovereignty problem,
00:11:00.580
not an optics or perception management problem that these weak people like Maria Salazar and frankly,
00:11:07.400
every other Republican president ever are so scared to actually hold the line on.
00:11:15.000
It's absolutely disgusting to see these calls for softening our approach on immigration to only the
00:11:21.480
criminals. And then realistically, they're probably going to give a pathway to citizenship to these
00:11:26.320
people anyways, because they're so obsessed with the cheap labor. This is exactly what the Republican
00:11:32.120
Party did in 2013 after Mitt Romney's loss, where they exploited it to say the path forward for the
00:11:38.980
Republican Party to win elections is to go soft on immigration. It's comprehensive immigration reform.
00:11:46.560
You've heard that before, right? Well, worst of the worst and only the criminals is the new version of
00:11:53.160
that. We should be doubling down. We should not just be going after the illegal aliens themselves.
00:12:00.760
We need to be going after Secretary Mayorkas. The fact that not a single person from the Biden DHS
00:12:07.400
has been indicted, let alone thoroughly investigated, deposed, subpoenaed, had to testify, is beyond absurd.
00:12:17.540
What about the NGOs? All these big businesses go after the companies that are employing these people.
00:12:24.940
How can we put America first if we cannot even define what it means to be an American?
00:12:30.220
And apparently now the only definition for people like Maria Salazar, of course, Democrats,
00:12:35.140
is that you get to be an American so long as you weren't, what, a third degree felon who murdered
00:12:40.880
eight people? Then fine, maybe we'll fly you to Somalia. Then you're probably just going to come back on a
00:12:45.660
refugee visa and get a bunch of government handouts anyways under the next Democrat president.
00:12:50.860
But it's absolutely disgusting to be told that our concerns as to why we want to mass deport all of
00:12:59.720
the illegal aliens are only allowed to be permitted or only okay if it's criminals. Because you know what?
00:13:06.780
We are all victims of illegal immigration. You don't have to just be a victim of illegal immigration
00:13:11.340
because they killed your kid or they killed your father or they killed your grandmother.
00:13:14.960
All of those, there are plenty of cases to go off. But it is an injustice to this audience,
00:13:22.200
to all of the American people who have seen their culture, their economy, I mean, their neighborhoods,
00:13:27.900
the safety of their children degraded because we've imported so many people from backwards,
00:13:33.520
third world countries that to their core hate this country. So I guess no wonder why the Democrat
00:13:39.260
party loves them and why they're so apoplectic over enforcing ICE agents or enforcing citizenship
00:13:46.160
verification when it comes to voting. I mean, I've been told we're instituting Jim Crow 2.0 by asking
00:13:54.680
for voter ID laws. I don't think that's all that radical. If it were up to me, we'd go after mail-in
00:14:01.520
balloting, ballot harvesting. We do even more investigations. We're going after Georgia. We should
00:14:06.500
be going after Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania. How about that one? Really give them something to
00:14:12.260
freak out about. And like I said, we should be going after all of certainly the leadership,
00:14:18.180
but everybody who worked at DHS under Biden and let this happen. That's how you ensure that this
00:14:22.500
doesn't happen again. You don't let these people get off scot-free, make millions at their new cushy
00:14:26.960
consulting gigs. It's disgusting. And shame on Maria Salazar and these rhinos who think they can
00:14:33.520
shove mass amnesty down our throat for what feels like the hundredth time. We don't want you guys.
00:14:39.700
We certainly don't want illegal aliens and we don't want to make them citizens. Please
00:14:44.560
listen to yourselves. I'm fired up on this Thursday afternoon. We got some news breaking
00:14:52.160

Welcome back to the War Room. Honored to be joined by someone from the West Coast. I'm envious. I know
00:17:53.040
it's probably cold there. It's really cold here in D.C. From Washington, the wonderful Matt Brown.
00:18:00.300
You're the chair of Yakima GOP. I believe you're also the mayor there. You've been promoted.
00:18:05.600
Congratulations. But I wanted to have you on because I think there's really some concerning
00:18:10.840
trend lines with what Washington state is doing to punish ICE agents that I could see replicating
00:18:18.140
across the broader country, trying to strip them of the ability to work in any future jobs in law
00:18:26.120
enforcement, banning them from wearing masks, some really radical stuff, all the while pushing,
00:18:32.240
I think, illegal aliens into these jobs. I know we say the great replacement theory is a hoax,
00:18:36.640
but it seems pretty real. Walk us through some of the unique tactics that Washington state
00:18:42.320
Democrats, I'm sure aided and abetted by Republicans, too, are using to make ICE's life a living hell.
00:18:49.520
So, you know, right now we're in session in Olympia, and I always tell our folks here in
00:18:55.040
Washington when Olympia is in session, just hold your hats on because it's going to get rough.
00:18:59.640
Um, and, uh, so right now they've got a bill. It actually didn't make it out of, uh, committee
00:19:05.520
luckily yet, but doesn't mean it's dead forever, which is HB 2641. And it, um, was proposed by
00:19:12.980
representative Simmons. And it basically says that they don't want ICE agents to, uh, work for any
00:19:19.240
sort of, be able to work for any sort of law enforcement in Washington state. So state patrol,
00:19:23.620
local, um, municipalities, sheriff's departments, any of them. Now, luckily it didn't make it out of,
00:19:29.520
uh, committee yet, uh, doesn't mean it won't, uh, in the future, but, uh, cause with all things in
00:19:35.040
Olympia, it doesn't ever die. Um, but, uh, the one thing that's interesting, I would like to
00:19:40.260
tell with viewers with this bill is that, uh, Tara Simmons is a former felon, uh, who, who actually,
00:19:46.160
uh, presented the bill. And so you've got a felon who is presenting the bill to keep ICE agents.
00:19:52.980
And the reason why she said is, well, if they, if this is a judge of character on the ICE agents
00:19:57.880
in this moment, if they're wanting to work in law enforcement right now, and they're a current
00:20:02.900
ICE agent and not doing this, then they should not be allowed to be in law enforcement. And I just
00:20:09.280
think it was comical that it was coming from her. Um, and, and this isn't the first bill that, uh,
00:20:15.080
old Tara Simmons has put forward. There's other bills as well, uh, that are actually, um, you know,
00:20:21.520
when I said stuff doesn't die in Olympia, uh, last year, there was a bill, uh, Senate bill 5068
00:20:27.020
that, um, we thought we had killed, but it was actually allowing, uh, visa card holders to be,
00:20:33.280
uh, law enforcement. So allowing local, you know, sheriff's departments, municipalities,
00:20:39.280
and state patrol to actually hire folks that are, uh, you know, carrying visas, uh, to be
00:20:45.220
law enforcement. So not only, uh, you know, are we, uh, prohibiting ICE on that front, but now we want
00:20:53.540
to just allow anyone to be a law enforcement and take away our constitutional rights, uh, for whatever
00:20:59.000
they deem necessary. And then the last one that's been, you know, kicking up a lot of storm, we have
00:21:03.540
a sheriff here, uh, in Pierce County, his, um, his name's Keith Swank. He's gotten a lot of pushback,
00:21:08.140
actually, even from our own sheriff's association, uh, which is, uh, they would like to decertify
00:21:13.940
sheriffs in Washington state if they don't abide by what Olympia is telling them they need to do.
00:21:20.540
And, and Sheriff Swank went in and just basically roasted them because said, you know, most of you
00:21:25.680
as representatives probably couldn't even pass a, um, couldn't even pass a background check yourself.
00:21:31.060
And you're wanting to decertify sheriffs because you don't believe in what they believe. And so it's
00:21:36.060
a very interesting time to be in Washington. We've got a lot of stuff going on and, uh, you know,
00:21:41.200
we're, we're hanging on by our bootstraps right now.
00:21:45.680
Walk us through a little bit of the opposition. Obviously, you know, Minnesota has been front
00:21:50.040
and center, the organized protests, but I I've seen clips of some pretty wild stuff
00:21:54.260
going down in Washington too. What's the, the, the vibe on, on the ground there when it comes
00:21:59.600
to these left-wing groups mobilizing or protesting?
00:22:02.240
Oh man, they're, they are, they are mobilizing in mass right now. Um, I mean, it's been kind
00:22:11.060
of, you know, I'm sorry if you're hearing a bunch of jets taking off. I just literally right
00:22:15.220
now, as I'm sitting here at my office, which is at the airport too, uh, looks like two F-22s
00:22:20.140
are getting ready to take off from here. It's kind of wild. Um, anyways, but, uh, needless
00:22:25.420
to say the, um, uh, they have been mobilizing and organizing, uh, in all forms across the
00:22:31.720
state in local government. Uh, they have been showing up to school board meetings, showing
00:22:36.320
up to, um, you know, city council meetings in mass. And it's been quite interesting to
00:22:42.340
kind of watch how they're mobilizing. A lot of the folks that, you know, as I've been, our
00:22:47.000
team has been tracking some of them. They're not even from Washington state. A lot of the folks
00:22:50.940
are being organized or coming out of Portland or, uh, Seattle. Uh, so I guess they're in
00:22:57.400
Washington state, but Portland is not. And so they're kind of mobilizing and moving people
00:23:00.840
around. And so it's very interesting to kind of watch, uh, you know, almost a mobilization
00:23:06.860
going on in Washington state at that level that, you know, in previous years, uh, if, you
00:23:12.560
know, conservatives will be doing this, uh, we were, you know, targeted by, uh, Homeland
00:23:17.360
security as being domestic terrorists and, you know, just being able to show up to a
00:23:21.820
school board meeting. And so it's very, very interesting times in Washington state and
00:23:25.800
they're, and they're showing up in, you know, mass. I mean, it's, I mean, they had a, a movie
00:23:31.300
event the other night where they had close to a thousand people show up to their event.
00:23:34.900
I mean, that's, and that's in some of our most red counties in Washington state. So a little
00:23:41.760
You're very involved with the grassroots, uh, situation out, out there in Washington.
00:23:47.260
And I remember got to tell the audience, the number of doors that you have collectively
00:23:51.060
helped knock with, with your, uh, County GOP is truly insane. It's staggering. Um, but
00:23:56.860
what is the vibe on the ground when you talk to, you know, president Trump's voters, the
00:24:01.380
MAGA coalition, um, about the immigration enforcement stuff, particularly this sort of
00:24:07.120
reframe of mass deportations to be only going after the criminals. Is that something that
00:24:12.440
you think the base wants, or is there an appetite to go after all 20, 30, 40, 50
00:24:19.940
I mean, I think, I mean, I, I living in Yakima County where we have a predominantly Hispanic
00:24:24.940
population, it's kind of always mixed a little bit when it comes to how this is portraying
00:24:29.500
now. However, I have had recently a lot of pushback, um, saying, you know, we, we want
00:24:35.760
more immigration enforcement. We want, um, we want more of that to take place. Actually,
00:24:40.820
even at my city council meeting last night was, or yeah, two nights ago was, uh, I had two
00:24:45.720
gentlemen come up to me and say, we need more of this, not less of this. And, you know,
00:24:50.040
so I think there is appetite for that. I also think that, um, you know, I would say the base
00:24:56.280
is getting growing tired of Republicans at the national level, not passing president Trump's
00:25:00.820
agenda. They're not passing the save act. They're not passing, uh, any of the things
00:25:06.080
that are his, um, you know, executive orders into law. And that is, you know, people are growing
00:25:11.840
tired of this form of Republican party. If you're not, if you're just going to show up
00:25:15.780
and not do something, that's get out of the way, get out of office, resign, move on. We're
00:25:20.440
done dealing with this. We do not have time to continuously just sit here and pacify you
00:25:28.800
And Matt, just, just one more time on the election integrity front, the save act. Is that something
00:25:33.600
that, that you feel the grassroots really supports and wants to see passed?
00:25:37.720
Yes, actually we ran an initiative this last year, uh, to try to get a voter ID on the ballot.
00:25:44.740
And, uh, you know, we came up just short. Scott Pressler came out. Uh, we were just a little bit
00:25:49.660
short. We're actually working on redoing that right now so that we can still get it on the
00:25:53.580
November ballot this year. Um, however it, it, the amount of signatures that we had and the amount
00:25:59.240
of Democrats that we actually had signed, this was, uh, actually kind of shocking to me. And,
00:26:05.660
and when I started to see that come in, I went, you know, this issue actually might be more like
00:26:10.040
an 80, 20 issue. I didn't realize it was that high. And then the more people that I've talked
00:26:14.300
to, the more polling that keeps coming out, I'm going this, everyone wants a secure election. You
00:26:19.660
cannot have a, um, safe country. You cannot have a country that is having elections that are not safe.
00:26:26.860
And this seems like a no brainer to me. I don't understand why, uh, you know, the, uh, Senator
00:26:32.920
Leader Thune and those guys cannot get on the page with this, like get this thing done. This is a
00:26:38.120
no brainer and the base wants it. And, you know, and there's, they are mobilizing to remove some of
00:26:44.580
these folks that are not going to pass this agenda. We, we're not putting up with this anymore.
00:26:50.380
Indeed. We are not. Matt Brown, if people want to follow you, check out Yakima GOP if they're in the
00:26:54.720
Washington area, where can they go to do that? Yeah. So if you're on X, uh, it's just, uh, Yakima
00:27:00.380
GOP. You can find me on there or, uh, Matt for Yakima on X. Um, and you know, I'm, I'm on there.
00:27:07.260
You can find me as on that or, um, you know, yakima.gop for our website and, um, just, or just
00:27:14.400
Google Matt Brown. You'll find me. I'm not hard to find. Thank you, sir, for joining us. And thank
00:27:20.480
you for fighting the good fight. Thanks, Natalie. Have a good one.
00:27:24.720
Of course. We're going to be joined after the break by, I believe, Ken Paxton to talk about his
00:27:30.280
latest lawsuit against radical Islamic extremist terrorist organizations. Could use a lot more
00:27:36.200
adjectives there, but a quick message from one of our sponsors. Let me tell you something. When
00:27:41.520
you need medication, the last place you want to be is stuck waiting on appointments, insurance

00:29:37.740
Welcome back to the war room. Now, no shade to our friends who live in the state of Washington,
00:29:51.380
but you sort of come to expect, right? The radical policy certainly from, from the West coast. I'm a
00:29:56.320
California refugee, so I get to say that, but it makes me quite sad and angry that the next guest we're
00:30:02.500
about to have on, I feel like I have now just come to expect just massive amounts of Islamic and Muslim
00:30:08.840
infiltration in the beautiful, great state of Texas. Luckily, they have a wonderful slate of elected officials
00:30:15.380
from the state level, even to the federal level, who are actually pushing back. Of course, we've been
00:30:19.980
highlighting the Sharia Free America caucus. Steve has been spending a lot of time there, but it really is wild,
00:30:25.480
the subversion at the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood we're seeing going on in that state. But I want to bring on
00:30:31.140
Attorney General Ken Paxton, who is fighting back as hard as he can. You announced a new lawsuit today
00:30:37.620
against CARE, the Council for American Islamic Relations, and the Muslim Brotherhood, kind of
00:30:43.740
declaring them as foreign terrorist organizations in some capacity. Can you walk us through your new
00:30:47.920
lawsuit? Yeah, well, thanks for having me on. Obviously, an important issue to our state and really our
00:30:52.820
whole country. Texas is doing what it can, and so we, we sued CARE and several of their affiliates, CARE,
00:30:59.140
for Austin CARE, Texas CARE in the United States, and we sued them for three main violations. One is we have a ban
00:31:07.560
on entities engaging in terrorism, and we think they are a foreign terrorist organization, and they're affiliated
00:31:15.120
with the Muslim Brotherhood, and they are obviously a terrorist organization that's affiliated with Hamas.
00:31:19.680
Second, we have a prohibition of transnational criminal organizations owning property. So we, if we're defining them
00:31:26.120
as a criminal organization, which we believe they are, they can't own property. And then we have public nuisance
00:31:32.460
statutes barring terrorist groups from engaging in gang activities, which we think they're involved in. So those are the
00:31:39.500
three challenges. Those are the three things that we sued CARE over.
00:31:43.500
And you've been doing some other great work against Epic City. All that stuff, I'm sure,
00:31:50.380
our audience is very familiar. It's very concerning. But walk us through where we sort of stand on that
00:31:56.000
front and how you think this lawsuit will be similar or what time frame people can sort of expect to see
00:32:02.280
results or the outcome. So Epic's a very different lawsuit. It's a community that actually is not far
00:32:08.160
from where I've had a home for decades. And it's a, it's a, it's a group, it's a group that's
00:32:14.240
organizing around being Muslim. And they are, we think that they have violated state and federal
00:32:21.420
securities laws and putting, putting their group together. And we're in the meantime, investigating
00:32:27.580
them for potential other violations. So it's really more about following our laws. I'm fine with
00:32:33.660
Muslims worshiping however they want. But when you cross the line and start pushing Sharia law,
00:32:39.620
or you don't follow our laws, then I've got a problem with any group. And that includes this
00:32:43.840
group. And you've also been taking the fight to the H-1B visa front. You're, you're really, uh,
00:32:51.240
hitting all, all issues that this audience cares about. It's great to see, uh, walk us through what
00:32:56.560
you've been doing on that front too. Well, obviously that's a federal program. They control it.
00:33:01.040
However, uh, we have discovered three companies in Texas that we think are basically scam, running a
00:33:06.840
scam. They're not, it's not, they're not really helping people. They're not really following the
00:33:10.880
rules. And of course, H-1B visas have many problems in and of themselves. And that, you know, there are
00:33:17.540
lots of Americans that could potentially be taking some of these jobs. They were, this program was
00:33:22.020
designed for, you know, specialty jobs that, you know, we didn't have enough of America. And if that
00:33:27.540
were actually happening and these people were being vetted better, I don't think people would
00:33:31.820
have as much of a problem, uh, with this program, but it's, it's gotten out of control. And certainly
00:33:36.460
when you've got all these companies that are lying to consumers and lying to people about
00:33:41.140
what they can do for them, then now we've got a problem in the state of Texas that we can address,
00:33:46.120
which is consumer fraud. Last question for you. There's been a lot of pushback I've seen in sort
00:33:52.920
of the left-wing media, also the, you know, global jihadist fronts that just are obsessed with,
00:33:59.740
with Islam. And I'm not just talking about apparently Western feminists, but this idea
00:34:04.240
that like the new right-wing boogeyman, especially in Texas is Islam. And that we're just, I don't
00:34:09.900
know, maniacally obsessed with it for some reason. I don't know why maybe look at the history of the
00:34:15.000
clash of civilizations. Um, but, but that aside, they're sort of intimating that there is no,
00:34:19.920
they're there. In other words, you know, we're, we're chasing ghosts. The threat that we're going
00:34:24.600
after isn't real in, in your experience, having, you know, been around Texas, you're, you know,
00:34:29.720
from there, is this something that has gotten worse in recent times due to the mass migration?
00:34:36.440
Is this a homegrown radicalism problem? What exactly is making this issue flare up right now?
00:34:42.740
I think it's, you know, we have a history now watching what's happened in Europe. And again,
00:34:48.740
I don't think Texans have trouble with people worshiping the way they want or having their own
00:34:52.600
particular religion. That's, that's been fundamental to, you know, our constitution or
00:34:56.960
first amendment rights. It's when you start pushing a different set of laws than following
00:35:02.880
our U S constitution or following our federal and state laws. And you have your own set of laws.
00:35:07.160
And certainly that's occurring in, in, in Europe and it's occurring in certain parts of our country.
00:35:11.800
And I think when it, when it's kind of flaring up here, people are worried that that's what's
00:35:17.820
happening in Texas. And unlike Michigan, uh, I don't think Texans are going to want to put up
00:35:22.260
with that. They want, they don't mind immigrants from all over the world. What we do mind is we
00:35:27.780
find that people don't want to follow our laws and they want to create their own laws. That is
00:35:31.880
unacceptable. And if you're Muslim or you're not Muslim, you should be under our constitution,
00:35:37.400
under our federal laws, under our state laws, and not have your own system of law, whatever it is.
00:35:43.780
A.G. Paxson, thank you so much for joining us. And thank you for these wonderful lawsuits. If the
00:35:48.080
Warren Posse wants to follow you, stay up to date with everything you guys are doing in the great
00:35:53.420
state of Texas, uh, support you, where can they go to do that? Well, thank you for having me on.
00:35:58.460
It's KenPaxson.com that we certainly need help as I run for a U S Senate. And then, uh,
00:36:03.220
at KenPaxsonTX is our Facebook and Twitter handle.
00:36:07.400
Thank you, sir, for joining us. We'll have you back on soon.
00:36:16.000
Warren Posse, we are going to pivot to, you guys know, well, maybe second to immigration today.
00:36:22.020
My favorite thing to talk about that is the Chinese Communist Party and their quest for global
00:36:25.900
hegemony, whereby they are aided and abetted by the West. We've seen the full kowtows on display,
00:36:32.380
uh, these last few weeks from Canada to the UK. It's embarrassing. It's, it's horrible, but it's,
00:36:39.200
uh, as I've been told by Mark Carney, it's the new world order. So, uh, so buckle up. Um, but there's
00:36:44.900
been some huge developments. I want to bring on Cleo Pascal, who has done wonderful work with
00:36:49.700
everything going on in CNMI, uh, Diego Garcia, the Chagos, everything. You've just been doing
00:36:55.680
wonderful work. I really admire your dedication and courage on this issue. Um, but it seems like
00:37:01.420
President Trump has weighed in on one of these very important and significant, uh, geopolitical
00:37:07.120
events for the fate, not just of the UK, but the United States, I would argue, walk us through his
00:37:12.800
comments today. And in general, that region, what you think our audience needs to be paying attention
00:37:17.120
to. Thank you very much, Natalie. And, and to, uh, just to reciprocate a little bit, your substack
00:37:23.000
has been on fire. So thank you very much for the reporting you've been doing on China. It's been,
00:37:27.040
uh, helping to shape understanding of what's going on, uh, globally, very helpful. Um, so we have a
00:37:33.400
situation where one of the most critical U.S. military bases in the world is on an island called
00:37:40.140
Diego Garcia in the Southern Indian Ocean. So this is the base where the B-2 bombers can take off from
00:37:45.980
if they're, uh, heading, oh, for example, uh, say the Middle East, uh, you can reload the nuclear
00:37:51.000
submarines, uh, you can port an aircraft carrier. It's an island in, uh, an archipelago of islands
00:37:57.660
called the Chagos Islands. And that whole Chagos Islands region, Chagos Archipelago belongs to the
00:38:03.740
United Kingdom. Inexplicably, as per, uh, President Trump's Truth Social post, uh, from a short while
00:38:11.480
ago, a few weeks ago was saying that inexplicably, uh, the UK has decided to give the entire Chagos
00:38:18.840
archipelago to Mauritius, uh, and to lease back just Diego Garcia. Now, the Brits have been arguing
00:38:27.220
that they need to do this as per international law, but the only international law that they can
00:38:31.340
quote is a non-binding finding from the, uh, ICJ, a few other minor things, none of them are binding.
00:38:38.380
Um, and the argument is that the Chagosians, the people who lived on those islands, were forcibly
00:38:43.480
expelled by the British in the late sixties and early seventies to build the base. The Chagosians
00:38:48.860
themselves, uh, some of whom are in Mauritius, some in the Seychelles, but a lot are in the UK
00:38:53.000
are so opposed to being handed over to Mauritius with whom they have very little in common. It's not
00:38:58.960
the same language or culture or ethnicity that they formed a government in exile and have directly
00:39:04.560
appealed to President Trump saying, please stop this deal. And we'll name an Island after you.
00:39:09.420
They are, uh, petrified of, of losing any further claim they might have to their homeland. So the
00:39:16.300
moral argument, which is what the British started out with makes no sense. The Chagosians have pushed
00:39:20.800
back against it. Regardless, they're pushing through. And the concern is that they hand the
00:39:26.800
base over to Mauritius and then they lease back just the base and they have to pay billions of pounds
00:39:33.620
or billions of dollars over 99 years. And if they miss one lease payment, the Mauritians can terminate
00:39:41.240
the lease. Now we know how close the Mauritians are to China and we know how, uh, how the British may
00:39:46.860
not be able to pay their bills for 99 years, which would leave the U S high and dry. Today, uh,
00:39:53.680
President Trump put out a true social, uh, implying that he, uh, was that this, he was being told that
00:40:01.160
this was the best deal the British could get. That is, uh, bad advice. The president is not getting
00:40:08.200
accurate information. There was no need for this deal in the first place. Even if you just go by
00:40:13.460
the international community, the UN itself has come out against this deal because of how bad it is for
00:40:18.160
the Chagosians. So I don't, I don't know who's advising him. Uh, but I do know that the minute the
00:40:24.220
lease goes through the UK, um, washes its hands of many aspects of this and puts the base in jeopardy.
00:40:30.840
First of all, they're just leasing back Diego. So the entire buffer zone around the base,
00:40:35.580
the rest of the Chagos islands can be leased to Chinese entities. Chinese so-called fishing
00:40:40.840
fleets can come close to the Island. Um, the, there's a nuclear free zone treaty that Mauritius has
00:40:47.480
signed, which could, uh, basically mean that the, through Mauritius nuclear inspectors from Africa,
00:40:56.040
including potentially South Africa, which is also close to China could come, could ask to come onto
00:41:01.740
the base to take a look, which would, again, the U S would, I think would probably say no, but then
00:41:06.240
would isolate the U S even more. It's hard to see how this isn't designed to increasingly isolate the
00:41:11.600
U S and the president says that he will defend the base no matter what, but, um, there may be
00:41:18.120
different presidents over the next 99 years who feel differently. So the U S is, uh, really being put in a
00:41:24.140
position by the UK. And we saw what prime minister Starmer looked like when he visited China, uh, just
00:41:29.140
not that long ago in a position where one of the most critical strategic assets the U S has is going
00:41:35.760
to be at put at risk, uh, by the UK, uh, to the benefit of China for absolutely no reason whatsoever.
00:41:45.140
Who do you think could possibly be telling president Trump to, to support this? Do you think this is
00:41:50.740
something that there's just so many things going on, you know, maybe it's not a priority. I would
00:41:55.600
push back on that, or I know you've tracked, you know, the kind of somehow CCP infiltration, even
00:42:01.200
of this administration on certain issues in the region. Do you think it could be something like
00:42:05.520
that? I, I, I don't know. Um, I don't know what's happening on the U S side. I think president
00:42:12.580
Trump, uh, has the benefit, gives sometimes other leaders, the benefit of the doubt. And I,
00:42:18.760
and he prefaces his, his truth social by saying he just spoke to prime minister Starmer and,
00:42:24.760
uh, he, he, you know, there is, he has a fondness for the UK, his, uh, his grandmother,
00:42:31.860
you know, mothers from, from there. Um, and it's very difficult in spite of what the national security
00:42:38.700
strategy says about Europe, it might be difficult to think that a five eyes partner is, um, perpetrating
00:42:47.260
such a level of betrayal. Uh, but we really need to think about it. You, you, in your introduction,
00:42:52.220
you mentioned Canada as well. The allies are not necessarily the allies that they used to be.
00:42:58.000
And this, I think is probably just the beginning of a process of taking a hard look at how, uh, how
00:43:04.020
traditional Western allies, uh, are going to potentially compromise U S's security all around
00:43:11.100
the world. Because of course, the UK isn't just the UK. It has these possessions elsewhere,
00:43:16.480
although it's giving them up now. And it looks like to Mauritius instead of, for example,
00:43:20.080
to the U S, uh, France is the same way. It has possessions in the Indian ocean and in the,
00:43:25.380
and we've got to jump to break. I want to hold you so we can pick up where you left off and look at
00:43:30.740
some other, uh, countries that you've been doing some wonderful work. And we'll be right back after

00:45:57.040
they're gone. Welcome back to the war room. We're still with Cleo Pascal, who does such wonderful work
00:46:05.980
on the Chinese Communist Party. First hand, I was reading that article you sent me. You spent
00:46:09.920
several days on the deck of a Chinese vessel. You're going to have to walk the audience through
00:46:14.120
that. But pick up where you left off and then let us know about what is going on in Micronesia with
00:46:19.940
the CCP building. No conspiracies, no coincidences, but dual use. I guess in this case, it's not even
00:46:26.300
dual use. It's just straight up military infrastructure in these kind of island territories
00:46:31.820
around the world. Thank you. So just to finish off with Chago's deal, it is, as Senator Kennedy
00:46:39.180
recently said, he has rocks in his driveway that are smarter than this deal. So I don't know how it's
00:46:46.480
even gotten this far. The UK, the House of Lords, oddly enough, has been doing their best to stall it.
00:46:53.240
There's questions about whether Prime Minister Starmer is going to last much longer. He is close friends
00:46:58.120
with the person who negotiated the deal on the Mauritian side, raising all sorts of conflict of
00:47:03.820
interest questions. So hopefully this can at least be stalled, if not killed, for long enough for the
00:47:12.240
President to understand truly what's going on and how people are trying to play him. And I think once
00:47:19.060
he actually understands what's going on, there will be no question that this deal will be dead. The U.S.
00:47:23.880
can kill it. It has a pre-existing 1966 agreement with the U.S. and the U.K. do, where the U.K. promised
00:47:34.100
in that deal that they wouldn't give up the serenity over the whole Chago's archipelago until 2036. So if
00:47:42.100
they won't even stick by that deal, I don't know why anybody thinks they would stick by this new deal
00:47:46.920
with Mauritius and not leave the U.S. high and dry. And walk us through this. Yes. Yeah, go ahead.
00:47:55.760
Okay. So, so, Micra, so I'm just back from, yeah, now this is, this is, this is the U.S. front line,
00:48:03.000
near the U.S. front line. And I hope that that worm finally sends you to go out and visit those
00:48:08.460
Americans in Guam and in the Commonwealth of Northern Marianas. The U.S. shares a maritime
00:48:13.140
boundary with Japan in the, in the Commonwealth of Northern Marianas. These are the islands of
00:48:18.920
Saipan and Tinian. And Peter Schweitzer mentions them in his most recent book because it's a hotbed
00:48:25.180
of birth tourism in Saipan. And part of the reason is Chinese can still arrive without a visa,
00:48:31.960
without any visa at all on U.S. soil in the Commonwealth of Northern Marianas Islands. We've,
00:48:36.600
still inexplicable. I don't know why that loophole hasn't been closed. This is completely in the
00:48:42.520
purview of the Department of Homeland Security. Secretary Noem could close it in a minute.
00:48:47.240
And I think there are a lot of members of Congress who wish you would. So that's an
00:48:52.000
unaccomplished goal, I think, of the war room is to make sure that any Chinese coming into the United
00:48:57.580
States of America, anywhere it is, has a visa. Near that, if you go a little bit further to the south
00:49:02.880
of Guam, you have the Federated States of Micronesia. Now, that's an independent country,
00:49:07.800
but it is a compacted free association with the U.S. So many Americans died in this region during World
00:49:14.080
War II. Places like Peleliu and nearby Palau, in Truck Lagoon, where the Imperial Japanese fleet
00:49:21.680
was destroyed. This is a place that many, many American presidents realized was so important you
00:49:28.780
had to have a special relationship with them in order to defend U.S. interests. Because you can't get
00:49:34.020
to the first island chain unless you can get through the center of the Pacific. The center of the Pacific
00:49:37.840
really is this geographical pivot of history. Now, the U.S. has this agreement, which is a compacted
00:49:43.960
free association. Secretary Hegseth announced about $2 billion worth of military investment in Yap,
00:49:50.780
the main island of Yap. And those negotiations are going on at this very moment. But also at this
00:49:55.980
very moment, in the next few days, in a different island in the state of Yap, a runway is going to be
00:50:02.680
opened up that was built by the Chinese. It's an old Imperial Japanese runway on the island of
00:50:09.560
Woolley Eye. It's about 400 miles or so from Guam. It's kind of inexplicable how this was allowed to
00:50:19.320
happen. The people of Woolley Eye really needed a runway. This could have been done by the Seabees. It
00:50:25.020
could have been done under the compact. But for some reason, the ball was dropped and you've got this
00:50:32.140
Chinese runway opening up. And there's going to be a massive opening ceremony. People are,
00:50:37.260
the Chinese contractors are coming in, the president of the country is coming in.
00:50:42.860
And as it lasted, no Americans are going to be there for it. What would be great is if there was
00:50:49.400
a civil affairs team, Seabees team helping rebuild the high school, something to show that the Americans
00:50:55.980
Americans care, know where Woolley Eye is. And the Chinese may come and go, but that runway is going
00:51:01.440
to be used for good purpose. For example, by Pacific Mission Aviation, which is the missionary airline
00:51:06.300
that does free medevacs and things like that. So far, the infrastructure is neutral. But unless
00:51:12.540
the good guys claim it and use it for good things, it is yet another dot in that encircling
00:51:20.200
noose that is potentially going to cut off Guam and CNMI and make it very difficult for those
00:51:27.020
Americans to survive in the context of an attack on Taiwan.
00:51:31.300
Cleo, you do wonderful work. If people want to follow you, stay up to date with everything
00:51:35.600
you've got going on, where can they go to do that?
00:51:38.580
Head over to X, just my name, Cleo Pascal, and I'll post there some information on Pacific
00:51:45.080
Mission Aviation. We mentioned it last time on War Room, and many of the posse went over and
00:51:51.380
checked them out and supported them. They're looking for pilots, mechanics, construction
00:51:55.080
workers. If you want to be on the front line of the battle for the soul of Micronesia, Pacific
00:52:00.700
Mission Aviation is a very interesting organization to know about, and I'll put some more information
00:52:07.860
on it up there soon. Thank you so much for joining us. We'll have you back soon.
00:52:15.200
