Bannon's War Room - Episode 5137： Withdrawal From Minneapolis End Of Metro Surge

00:00:00.000 You and the president nominated Eric Siebert, a 15-year career prosecutor, to be your U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.

00:00:09.560 But after five months of investigating Letitia James and James Comey, he found no evidence to justify criminal charges.

00:00:17.660 So you forced him out.

00:00:19.100 You replaced him with Lindsey Halligan, Trump's personal lawyer from the Mar-a-Lago documents case,

00:00:24.260 who had zero prosecutorial experience and no qualifications.

00:00:28.280 And then you were humiliated when a federal judge found that this corrupt appointment was blatantly unlawful and threw out Halligan's indictments entirely.

00:00:37.500 And grand juries of American citizens have repeatedly rejected your vendettas and baseless indictments brought by the hacks left at DOJ.

00:00:45.440 Now, with two different grand juries in Virginia voting down indictments against Letitia James in a single week. 0.91

00:00:50.660 And just yesterday, another grand jury shut down your vendetta factory by rejecting indictments against the six members of Congress who had spoken out to remind all service members that they have a duty to refuse illegal orders.

00:01:05.140 You tried to get a grand jury to indict six members of Congress who are veterans of our armed forces on charges of seditious conspiracy simply for exercising their First Amendment rights.

00:01:17.120 I hope you will keep the wisdom and the constitutional patriotism of those grand jurors and not try it again by doubling down on that humiliation.

00:01:25.760 As your best lawyers are sacked for having participated in the January 6 case or just flee for the exits.

00:01:32.740 Attorney General Bondi, glad you finally made it here after hiding for four months from this committee.

00:01:37.780 I understand why you're hiding from us.

00:01:41.080 You're one of the worst attorney generals in our history and an instrument of Donald Trump's lawless authoritarian agenda.

00:01:48.920 And I'm glad the American people are seeing who you are, how you act and the lack of good values.

00:01:55.840 You weaponize the Department of Justice to target immigrants, working families and anyone that Trump deems an enemy of the state.

00:02:05.440 There was one redaction out of over 4,700.

00:02:09.580 And we invited you in.

00:02:12.800 This guy has Trump derangement syndrome. 0.99

00:02:15.240 He needs to get, you're a failed politician. 0.62

00:02:17.340 I find it interesting that she keeps going after President Trump, the greatest president in American history.

00:02:23.140 And if they could maintain their composure.

00:02:25.720 You don't tell me anything.

00:02:26.960 Oh, I did tell you because we saw what you did in the Senate.

00:02:29.500 You're a lawyer, not even a lawyer.

00:02:31.000 Maybe we'll be in.

00:02:31.660 You're obsessed with Donald Trump. 0.78

00:02:33.440 You have Trump derangement syndrome.

00:02:34.920 All of you who participated in those impeachment hearings against Donald Trump, you all should be apologizing.

00:02:41.560 You sit here and you attack the president.

00:02:44.400 And I am not going to have it.

00:02:45.940 I'm not going to put up with it.

00:02:47.500 The Dow is over 50,000 right now.

00:02:51.580 The S&P at almost 7,000.

00:02:54.940 And the NASDAQ smashing records.

00:02:58.140 Americans' 401ks and retirement savings are booming.

00:03:02.360 That's what we should be talking about.

00:03:05.340 Trying to intimidate and punish these ladies. 1.00

00:03:08.660 Your time is up.

00:03:09.940 Intelligence should guide and ground the mission, not the other way around.

00:03:14.380 And yet, and yet, how else is one expected to interpret the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard,

00:03:20.740 not so covertly attending a raid on an elections office in Fulton County, Georgia?

00:03:25.860 One initiated, as we now know, thanks to an unsealed affidavit by a Trump administration lawyer whose previous work includes trying to overturn the results of a free and fair election in 2020.

00:03:37.840 Fresh reporting in The New York Times adds new detail to the days leading up to that highly controversial raid,

00:03:44.140 during which the FBI seized more than 650 boxes of ballots and other election-related materials.

00:03:50.300 Quote, in late January, Tulsi Gabbard was leading a meeting on Syria in the Situation Room when Donald Trump abruptly changed course by reminding her of an earlier chat on the subject he regarded as even more urgent.

00:04:03.380 Ms. Gabbard's role in reopening and expanding the investigation of the 2020 election.

00:04:08.580 Now Trump was ordering Tulsi Gabbard to help oversee an FBI investigation of his baseless claims of irregularities in the vote.

00:04:16.160 That's according to people with knowledge of the meeting. Quote, you go do that, you get it done, Trump suddenly told her.

00:04:22.440 Attorney General can respond.

00:04:23.380 I find it interesting that she keeps going after President Trump, the greatest president in American history.

00:04:29.180 And if they could maintain their composure, this isn't a circus, this is a hearing.

00:04:34.840 I find it interesting she keeps going after Donald Trump.

00:04:37.600 She doesn't say how much money she took from Reid Hoffman, did you?

00:04:40.680 None.

00:04:41.300 And, nor did she post anything.

00:04:43.240 She posted nothing on her X account, on her Twitter account, during the Biden years.

00:04:51.040 Gentle lady.

00:04:51.600 Yet now, all of a sudden, there was no question asked.

00:04:54.100 She's going after her point of order.

00:04:56.200 There was no question on the Attorney General.

00:04:58.740 She doesn't just get to speak.

00:04:59.920 The committee will be in order.

00:05:01.200 I have a point of order, Mr. Chairman.

00:05:03.180 The committee will be in order.

00:05:04.380 Point of order, Mr. Chairman.

00:05:05.380 The gentleman, you can state her point of order.

00:05:06.700 When a witness attacks...

00:05:10.740 Not a valid point of order.

00:05:11.660 You've got to state...

00:05:12.060 She hasn't completed her point of order yet.

00:05:13.740 Please let her speak, Mr. Chairman.

00:05:14.900 Let's have some regular order here.

00:05:16.200 Regular order is you've got to state the rule.

00:05:17.800 I am trying to make a point of order that the witness...

00:05:21.340 And what rule are you referring to?

00:05:22.820 Without responding to a question has attacked me personally.

00:05:26.600 I think it's pathetic that she can't answer the questions and instead has attacked members of the committee. 0.71

00:05:30.340 That is not even close to a point of order. 0.90

00:05:32.000 The gentleman from Wisconsin is recognized.

00:05:33.800 First, you showed it.

00:05:36.400 I find it.

00:05:37.060 How many have you indicted?

00:05:38.460 Excuse me.

00:05:39.140 I'm going to answer the question.

00:05:40.580 Answer my question.

00:05:41.640 No, I'm going to answer the question the way I want to answer the question. 0.99

00:05:44.640 Your theatrics are ridiculous. 0.97

00:05:46.120 No, you're going to answer the question the way I asked it. 0.99

00:05:46.700 Chairman Jordan, I'm not going to get in the gutter with these people.

00:05:49.420 But I'm going to answer the question.

00:05:50.840 How many have you indicted?

00:05:52.080 Again, the time belongs to me.

00:05:53.480 Reclaiming my time.

00:05:54.260 The time belongs to me.

00:05:54.860 I think it's very interesting.

00:05:56.140 Reclaiming my time.

00:05:56.800 I think it's very interesting.

00:05:58.140 When he talks about they indicted, the president said they indicted him twice.

00:06:03.160 Mr. Chairman, please stop the clock and restore his time.

00:06:06.640 Oh, okay.

00:06:06.860 Here we go with these theatrics.

00:06:08.620 The time belongs to the gentleman from New York.

00:06:11.420 We will give you a few more seconds.

00:06:12.980 We will do that.

00:06:13.640 But when you ask a question, the witness gets to answer.

00:06:16.560 You may not like the answer, but she gets to answer.

00:06:19.220 I don't think anyone should kid themselves.

00:06:21.040 The president of the United States tells you what he's going to do before he does it.

00:06:25.440 He said we should federalize the elections.

00:06:29.360 That means the federal government, that means him, run all of our elections in 50 states.

00:06:33.940 Literally opposite to how our founding fathers set up our voting system so that no one could become a king.

00:06:40.820 He's been talking about, and members of his cabinet have been talking about,

00:06:44.080 we may have to deploy federal law enforcement around voting locations if there's a problem.

00:06:48.300 He sent the federal government into Georgia to go collect ballots from 2020 because he hasn't accepted that he lost that election.

00:06:56.600 The man tells us what he's going to do.

00:06:59.420 So at this point, I mean, there are certainly groups of us up here who take that, take him at his word,

00:07:04.680 and are working to make sure that we have free and fair elections come November.

00:07:09.020 It's the most important thing we can do.

00:07:10.840 So, no, I take him at his word.

00:07:12.840 But the United States government is actively working to prosecute and attempt and arrest people who are in opposition in the government's mind to the president.

00:07:25.740 Yeah.

00:07:26.040 This is, if this were another country, we would be talking about it as a breakdown in their democracy.

00:07:33.540 And I think far too many people in this country are just going along like, here go the president again, trying to get retribution.

00:07:38.640 Not today.

00:07:40.600 But this is actually very serious.

00:07:42.660 And I hear Senator Murphy about how, oh, this needs to be a bipartisan response.

00:07:47.940 But even Todd Tillis couldn't, had to, came with a both sides-ism on this today.

00:07:52.700 He posted on X, political law fair wage by either side undermines America's criminal justice system, which is the gold standard of the world.

00:08:00.260 This ain't either side.

00:08:01.620 The government is arresting journalists.

00:08:04.320 They are attempting to arrest lawmakers from the opposition party.

00:08:09.180 What are we doing?

00:08:10.280 Right.

00:08:10.940 Well, I came to Congress and I've been one of the most bipartisan members of Congress for many terms.

00:08:16.960 Right.

00:08:17.400 Because I believe in legislating.

00:08:18.720 I believe in governing.

00:08:19.640 I believe in coalition building.

00:08:21.640 But this is not a normal time anymore.

00:08:23.600 And I'm not going to act like it.

00:08:25.160 And I'm not going to sit back and just, you know, sing kumbaya and work across the aisle on small bills while the very fabric of our democracy is under threat.

00:08:35.780 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:08:43.160 Pray for our enemies.

00:08:45.120 Because we're going to medieval on these people.

00:08:48.380 Here's the reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:08:52.640 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:08:54.540 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:08:55.740 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that.

00:08:57.760 But you're not going to stop it.

00:08:58.700 It's going to happen.

00:08:59.980 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:09:03.360 Mega media.

00:09:04.260 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:09:10.180 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:09:13.880 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:09:20.280 War Room.

00:09:21.100 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:09:28.240 It's Thursday, 12 February, Year of the Lord, 2026.

00:09:31.100 You saw yesterday, that was the House Judiciary Committee, a total fracas all day long.

00:09:36.980 Pam Bondi giving as good as she got.

00:09:39.280 And she got a lot.

00:09:40.340 That was the entire time.

00:09:43.460 I know a lot of you that watched it, we streamed it live during the show and then after.

00:09:47.620 A lot of you got to see it as it happened.

00:09:50.380 And there's another big hearing, Rand Paul, about Minneapolis and ICE.

00:09:55.500 We've got Neil McCabe up there.

00:09:57.020 We're going to go to him in a moment.

00:09:59.060 Tom Emmer already lit up Ellison.

00:10:00.940 Ellison is going to testify.

00:10:02.160 Now, Rand Paul is trying to find some middle ground.

00:10:05.320 There is no middle ground.

00:10:06.780 There's no middle ground.

00:10:07.700 We passed the Save Act, Save America Act, I think, yesterday, Senate of the Senate.

00:10:14.040 Right now, Mike Lee's putting up that, you know, Caputo of West Virginia and John Thune

00:10:19.680 are signing on as co-sponsors, I think, gets it up to 47 in the Senate.

00:10:24.700 But the Senate's planning on leaving today, right?

00:10:28.060 They've got to go to the Munich Security Conference.

00:10:30.300 That's the globalist, you know, arms dealers that they have to go to.

00:10:33.960 And then next week, they're off for the President's Day weekend, but they're in recess.

00:10:40.760 Of course, they're not going to have – they're not actually going on recess.

00:10:44.360 It's a phony recess because to go on recess, President Trump could actually make some recess

00:10:49.600 appointments.

00:10:50.220 So that's not going to happen.

00:10:51.180 You're seeing right now the Senate trying to thwart him.

00:10:53.880 We're not going to get – and Thune has already said there's not the votes there for

00:10:59.120 the Save America Act just on a majority.

00:11:02.220 And you're going to need 60.

00:11:03.160 There's not the votes there from the Republicans.

00:11:05.120 And he's nowhere near close to the votes for changing the filibuster to a standing or talking

00:11:12.480 filibuster.

00:11:13.900 So the number one legislative priority right now for President Trump, he just said yesterday,

00:11:18.200 hey, if we get this passed, I guess we're done to Election Day.

00:11:21.880 It looks like it's going nowhere unless somebody's got some special deal they're thinking about

00:11:27.020 we haven't heard yet.

00:11:27.840 You've got Eric Schmidt and other aggressive kind of immigration, mass deportation, and

00:11:33.680 border hawks are putting up other legislation and talking about, hey, if they want to shut

00:11:38.580 down the – they want to shut down DHS or want to shut down the government, let them do

00:11:42.820 it.

00:11:42.940 Because we're talking about a topic that is not just for our voters, but many of the

00:11:48.940 middle-of-the-road are independents wholly support this way President Trump won.

00:11:52.840 Now, what happened as we were coming on air was Tom Homan, I think, in Minneapolis, he

00:12:00.520 just gave a press conference.

00:12:01.860 We're going to play clips of it when we get back before we go to Neil McCabe up on Capitol

00:12:06.040 Hill that says, I think we're doing a drawdown.

00:12:08.920 I think we're totally pulling out of the total surge in Minneapolis, I believe, is over.

00:12:14.720 And I think Tom Homan is going to tell you that.

00:12:16.400 I'm not sure that's the way – you saw yesterday.

00:12:21.340 They called the administration for hours and hours and hours a lawless administration.

00:12:28.220 These are the same guys that we saw in the cold open that are completely freaked out because

00:12:34.020 Kash Patel at the FBI and Tulsi Gabbard over in DNI finally have the ballots or are looking

00:12:39.380 to get to the bottom of the stolen election of 2020.

00:12:43.700 These are people that stole an election, knew they stole an election, put an illegitimate

00:12:49.080 regime in, and then basically foisted a program that they had totally worked through with

00:12:56.300 NGOs and others to allow 15 to 20 million illegal alien invaders in the country, which we've 1.00

00:13:03.600 been totally obsessed with, not just sealing the border, which President Trump did in the

00:13:06.540 first 60 days, but now the removal of this.

00:13:09.340 And they don't even want the worst of the worst, the bad hombres or the insane asylum.

00:13:13.280 We're all for the mass deportations.

00:13:15.220 That's not even close to being on the agenda right now.

00:13:20.940 And so they're calling the Trump administration lawless for trying to enforce immigration law.

00:13:26.680 You have guys like Garrett Schmidt are telling you this every day.

00:13:30.140 And yet what we've just done is I think – and the White House is now negotiating with

00:13:35.560 the Democrats, Shermer and these guys, on actually these 10 items in the DHS.

00:13:40.700 And we don't know really.

00:13:41.840 I think they sent a letter about what the bid and the ask is there.

00:13:45.940 But Schumer, my understanding, can't even get all the Democrats on board.

00:13:49.240 Most of them are taking a hard party line.

00:13:51.140 And if they see, I think, a retreat from Minnesota, from Minneapolis, they're going to take a harder

00:13:56.420 line.

00:13:57.220 They want to obstruct everything President Trump's trying to do.

00:14:00.120 They even – you saw yesterday, we had two million phony jobs.

00:14:05.080 What more do people need to understand?

00:14:07.240 That the illegitimate Biden regime was totally illegitimate, and they know that.

00:14:11.000 That's why they created these phony two million jobs to kind of convince you that the economy

00:14:15.580 was doing okay.

00:14:16.840 We now know from Bureau of Labor Statistics we had E.J.

00:14:19.340 and Tony on last night.

00:14:20.720 A total and complete lie.

00:14:23.380 And yet they called the Trump administration lawless.

00:14:27.000 So there's no – I would love to say we could have a group hug and there's unity here,

00:14:31.000 but there's not.

00:14:32.380 And we're going to walk through what exactly their model is and what's – this country

00:14:36.660 is now on a highly leveraged bet on artificial intelligence and the promotion of more H-1B

00:14:43.340 visas.

00:14:43.680 So you better understand what exactly is going on in front of your face.

00:14:48.680 Short commercial break, we're going to go to Capitol Hill next.

00:14:54.680 A new year means new financial goals, like making sure your savings are secure and diversified.

00:16:25.360 Okay, one of the most extraordinary things that's happened, you can see this during this

00:16:38.740 have to understand the highly leveraged bet this country and corporations are making about

00:16:48.600 and American technology.

00:16:50.620 Birch Gold Gold has been on a roll.

00:16:52.520 Why has that?

00:16:53.200 We nailed it five years ago, I think in 2021, 2020, 2021, with Birch Gold.

00:17:02.800 We're here to work at a program that you can learn why gold has been a hedge and base it

00:18:00.040 Check out it today, birchgold.com, promo code BANNON.

00:18:02.200 Check it out.

00:18:02.720 Okay.

00:18:03.480 Neil McCabe, you're actually up on Capitol Hill right now.

00:18:08.320 And another contentious, you've got some clips.

00:18:10.920 We're going to play them in a second.

00:18:12.380 But let me, before I get you on, I want to play Tom Homan, just had a presser in Minneapolis.

00:18:18.300 Let's listen to Homan. 0.96

00:18:19.660 I want you to hear it and then put it in context of this hearing that's going on right now

00:18:22.920 about Minneapolis and about ICE and about Customs and Border.

00:18:26.420 Let's go ahead and play it.

00:18:27.120 With that, and success that has been made, arresting public safety threats and other priorities since this surge operation began,

00:18:35.500 as well as the unprecedented levels of coordination we have obtained from state officials and local law enforcement,

00:18:42.460 I have proposed, and President Trump has concurred, that this surge operation conclude.

00:18:47.520 A significant drawdown has already been underway this week and will continue through the next week.

00:18:59.580 We have a lot of work to do across this country to remove public safety risk who shouldn't even be in this country.

00:19:07.400 And to deliver on President Trump's promise for strong border security and mass deportation,

00:19:13.940 law enforcement officers drawing down from this surge operation will either return to the duty station

00:19:18.880 or be assigned elsewhere to achieve just that.

00:19:22.500 A small footprint of personnel will remain for a period of time to close out and transition full command and control

00:19:27.940 back to the field office, as well as to ensure agitator activity continues to decline

00:19:33.800 and that state and local law enforcement continue to respond to ensure officer and community safety.

00:19:41.240 Additionally, federal government personnel assigned to conduct criminal investigation into the agitators,

00:19:46.380 as well as the personnel assigned here for the fraud investigations,

00:19:50.180 will remain in place until their work is done.

00:19:54.420 I will also remain on the ground for a little longer to oversee the drawdown of this operation

00:19:59.840 and ensure its success.

00:20:02.460 Again, but prioritization doesn't mean forget about everybody else.

00:20:05.580 That means you have a criminal alien here, a non-criminal here. 0.61

00:20:08.400 The criminal always comes first because he's the biggest threat to the communities.

00:20:11.800 We're going to continue to force immigration law, but we won't get back to the footprint here, 1.00

00:20:15.880 the normal footprint here.

00:20:17.480 But there will be some security teams staying here, the QRFs, 1.00

00:20:22.620 until we're assured that those agitators incidents either stay low or further decline.

00:20:29.060 I'm not going to remove everybody out of the state to order for officers.

00:20:32.980 But like I said, Operation Metro Surge is ending.

00:20:38.340 And in the next week, we're going to deploy the officers here in detail back to their home stations

00:20:44.280 or other areas of the country that are needed.

00:20:47.000 But we're going to continue to enforce immigration law.

00:20:49.080 That's what the American people voted for.

00:20:51.300 But it has to be a priority of criminals.

00:20:55.060 And look, I hear all the hate about, you know, you should arrest everybody.

00:21:00.460 But we are.

00:21:01.960 But we're prioritizing those who are the biggest threat to our community. 0.72

00:21:05.800 The rapists, the murderers, the child molesters.

00:21:09.420 That's the right thing to do. 0.96

00:21:10.960 But I'll say it again.

00:21:11.900 President Trump made a promise of mass deportation, and that's what this country is going to get.

00:21:16.800 I want to thank Governor Walz for his messages focusing on peace

00:21:20.220 and his support for the Minnesota state troopers to respond to unlawful situations

00:21:25.020 that put federal officers and the public at risk.

00:21:28.280 I also want to thank Mayor Fry for taking a public stance against agitators setting up barricades

00:21:32.800 that block streets and endanger public safety.

00:21:36.240 And for directing the police to take those roadblocks down.

00:21:41.900 I just want to thank Police Chief O'Hara, Sheriff Witt, and various other local law enforcement

00:21:48.120 for their responsiveness and efforts to maintain law and order in the streets.

00:21:52.940 We've seen a big change here in the last couple weeks.

00:21:56.540 And it's all good changes.

00:22:01.120 I'm also pleased to report that we're seeing a notable decrease on unlawful agitator activity

00:22:06.440 here in Minneapolis and overall throughout the state.

00:22:09.120 This is great news from Minnesota communities.

00:22:11.900 They have been adversely impacted by the lawlessness and chaos on the street.

00:22:16.680 So again, prioritization of public safety threats don't mean to forget about everybody else.

00:22:20.640 We're going to enforce the immigration law, and we're going to have a mass deportation.

00:22:23.760 President Trump promised that, and we're committed to that.

00:22:27.000 However, it shouldn't be a partisan issue that you arrest public safety threats

00:22:34.500 and the safety and security of a jail. 1.00

00:22:36.240 Releasing public safety threats back in the public is just stupid. 0.99

00:22:39.640 It shouldn't be a partisan issue about repelling the invasion, sending everybody home. 0.98

00:22:47.900 Mass deportation has used this three times.

00:22:49.620 Look, Tom Homan's a good man, and he was put, obviously, in a tough situation.

00:22:53.540 We thought Bovino was doing a great job.

00:22:56.020 Let's be blunt.

00:22:56.800 This is a color revolution.

00:22:57.760 It's not, these are not like peaceful protesters.

00:23:01.320 That was not, their whole focus was to surge in, the Marxist jihadist was to surge in and

00:23:10.420 to kind of break the spirit of ICE and customs and border.

00:23:13.960 And here we're announcing that, and President Trump, I think, is trying to show that he's

00:23:19.240 prepared to accommodate and negotiate.

00:23:21.980 This is what he's doing up in the Senate right now.

00:23:23.780 Because he doesn't have, he's having to negotiate with his own party.

00:23:28.240 Because in the Senate right now, they're sitting there going, why should we back this guy?

00:23:32.740 It shouldn't be a lawsuit.

00:23:33.660 The House yesterday, six Republicans voted against the Canadian tariffs.

00:23:38.120 Also, the tariffs were announced yesterday.

00:23:39.840 It's one of the reasons that the financial, the economic deficit is down below $100 billion.

00:23:45.060 Because of increased revenue.

00:23:47.080 And those increased revenues are principally driven by tariffs.

00:23:49.660 And you have not seen a concomitant rise in prices.

00:23:53.240 It does not happen.

00:23:55.600 And so in this, you know, this dispute we have with Canada, six Republicans thwarted the

00:24:02.000 president, went against the president to vote to end the Canadian tariffs.

00:24:05.600 And that's not going to go anywhere, and he would veto it anyway.

00:24:08.420 But it's symbolic.

00:24:09.320 President Trump is trying to accommodate.

00:24:10.960 He's negotiating.

00:24:11.620 He sent a counterproposal on the list of 10, of which we in the Warren Posse agreed.

00:24:16.520 There's nothing to negotiate there.

00:24:17.620 He's trying to say, hey, I'm reasonable, and let's do it.

00:24:21.320 Right there, what you see with Tom Holman, they're reasonable.

00:24:23.800 But when he keeps saying mass deportations, they don't want the bad hombres out. 1.00

00:24:28.920 Their whole business model is they did this.

00:24:32.800 And to compliment Walls and Frye is, you know, and Tom Holman is a good man, and he's trying

00:24:39.900 to do it, but that, it's just not going to wash.

00:24:42.340 Frye and Waltz, and trust me, they're going to spike the football all day on MSNBC and all

00:24:46.800 day on CNN.

00:24:48.380 This is like first Fallujah and Najaf. 0.88

00:24:52.560 That's what it is.

00:24:53.840 And what we need is a second Fallujah. 0.98

00:24:56.880 You need to realize all these bad guys and all these people that are fighting, these Marxist

00:25:01.800 jihadists that are united in this cause to make sure that 15 to 20 million illegal aliens

00:25:07.600 in the country, because this is how they keep power.

00:25:09.200 This is going to have, they're going to win elections.

00:25:11.440 Neil McCabe, you're up there, and we don't have time now to play the clips, but the clips

00:25:15.380 and the hearing are going to kind of reinforce how there's no area for compromise right now.

00:25:20.980 Neil McCabe, you just heard Tom Holman.

00:25:22.640 You're in the middle of this in Capitol Hill.

00:25:24.060 Your thoughts?

00:25:24.540 First thought is that this all has to be seen in the context of the Homeland Security bill,

00:25:33.500 which is sort of that shutdown after the shutdown was averted.

00:25:36.960 That bill expires Friday.

00:25:39.880 It should also be seen in the context of the White House pulling National Guard out of different

00:25:44.380 blue cities.

00:25:45.100 Because I have to believe that Holman's decision, approved by the president, to pull out of

00:25:52.440 Minnesota was somehow tied to a compromise that's in place for the Homeland Security bill.

00:25:58.440 Otherwise, it's just sheer incompetence that you would offer something like this without

00:26:04.080 getting anything in return, Steve.

00:26:06.040 Have you heard anything on the Hill that it is tied, that this is part and parcel or inextricably

00:26:10.860 linked with some deal that we're going on?

00:26:12.040 Because the Senate is, I think they're flying out tonight.

00:26:15.380 They're not going to miss the Munich Security Conference.

00:26:17.480 This is the globalization, the weapons dealers that keep them in power.

00:26:21.220 They would never miss that.

00:26:22.420 It's like a high holy day for them.

00:26:24.600 So have you heard anything that it's like?

00:26:26.860 I agree with you.

00:26:27.980 To have it make sense, you would think it would be part of a package.

00:26:32.000 But we did agree to put body cameras on before we had a deal, right, of the 10 things.

00:26:36.740 Noam came out and agreed to body cameras.

00:26:38.300 We've got about a minute.

00:26:39.180 Have you heard anything on Capitol Hill?

00:26:41.060 And this hearing you're outside of right now, Rand Paul's trying to get into, you know,

00:26:45.360 trying to be a moderate here.

00:26:47.400 And this thing has started off very contentiously, has it not?

00:26:52.840 Yeah.

00:26:53.340 Tom Emmer came over, which is always strange to see a congressman testifying on the Senate

00:26:57.340 side.

00:26:57.840 He's the House whip and he's from Minnesota.

00:27:00.160 And he absolutely laid into Ellison.

00:27:02.780 And really, he laid down a marker for these senators not to back off.

00:27:06.860 And he also, you know, talked about the corruption.

00:27:09.500 And he talked about the fact that Ellison's the one who created this problem when he told

00:27:13.940 Minnesota law enforcement not to not to cooperate.

00:27:17.260 And so, you know, that's what we're at now.

00:27:19.800 Ellison came up and he said, hey, I don't want masks.

00:27:22.820 I want to add full access to detention centers.

00:27:25.640 And he wants to create a paperwork nightmare that will stop any kind of enforcement.

00:27:30.680 Well, they want what they want is judicial warrants.

00:27:33.460 That's impossible.

00:27:34.320 Take us take us 15 million years to get 15 million people out of the country.

00:27:38.360 They don't want any of them to leave.

00:27:40.880 Right now, make sure that your dream, every dream you've ever had is in that home.

00:29:51.080 Phone data shows that 77% of those it has detained in Minnesota have no criminal record at all.

00:30:00.600 Notoriously, some of those detained have been children.

00:30:03.000 Is 5-year-old Liam Canejo Ramos the worst of the worst, or 10-year-old Elizabeth Zunia Castaguano?

00:30:11.460 The surge is contributing to violent crime, members.

00:30:15.000 It's contributing to violent crime.

00:30:16.840 Two of the three homicides committed in Minneapolis in 2026 have come at the hands of federal immigration nations.

00:30:25.300 Recently, the government has said the purpose of the surge is to gain cooperation from state and local officials and immigration enforcement,

00:30:32.360 but the Minnesota Department of Corrections already follows state law that requires Minnesota to notify federal authorities when a non-citizen incarcerated for a felony.

00:30:43.240 Second, under Minnesota law, no jail can keep someone incarcerated on an ICE detainer longer than they're otherwise legally allowed to incarcerate them.

00:30:52.820 This is not unique to Minnesota.

00:30:55.820 Several of our federal and state courts have reached a broad consensus that aligns with our law.

00:31:00.880 So after dismissing all of the pretexts, what's clear, this surge is all about what Donald Trump said it was all about.

00:31:09.980 In a true social post on January 13th, he wrote retribution and reckoning was coming to Minnesota.

00:31:18.640 This war on Minnesota is retribution, to be sure.

00:31:22.520 Our policies, our values, and how we vote, and it comes at a great cost.

00:31:26.640 Senators, it comes at a cost of the lives of two U.S. citizens, Renee Good and Alex Preddy.

00:31:33.340 It comes at the cost of shuttered businesses, Mr. Chairman, disruptions in education for tens of thousands of children,

00:31:42.300 lasting harm to Minnesota's economic prosperity and social cohesion.

00:31:46.140 And it comes at a cost, Mr. Chairman, to our Constitution.

00:31:49.740 In 2021, with Attorney General Keith Ellison as the chief law enforcement officer in our state,

00:31:56.040 the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office issued a directive which prohibited the county's cooperation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

00:32:04.020 Four years later, Ellison issued two legal opinions arguing that Minnesota law prohibits state and local law enforcement agencies

00:32:12.080 from holding someone based on an immigration detainer if the person would otherwise be released from custody

00:32:18.140 and limiting county sheriff's ability to enter into 287G cooperation agreements with federal law enforcement.

00:32:26.540 What happened as a result?

00:32:28.440 Criminal illegal aliens were released back onto our streets, putting innocent Minnesotans' lives at risk.

00:32:34.980 Take the case of Victoria Alene Harwell, for example, a Minnesota mom who was allegedly killed by an illegal alien in a drunk driving car crash.

00:32:44.620 Hennepin County ignored detainer requests and let this criminal walk not once, but twice, citing Attorney General Ellison's opinion.

00:32:53.100 Flash forward to December 2025, when the Trump administration launched Operation Metro Surge in Minneapolis,

00:32:59.480 fulfilling the border security mandate they were given by 77 million Americans and following the uncovering of rampant Somali fraud throughout our state. 0.99

00:33:10.340 As of last week, 4,000, 4,000 illegal aliens have been arrested since Operation Metro Surge began.

00:33:20.680 That includes the worst of the worst off our streets.

00:33:24.700 But in response, Tim Walls and Keith Ellison sued the Department of Homeland Security for simply deploying federal law enforcement to enforce federal law.

00:33:34.460 That lawsuit was ultimately rejected by a Biden-appointed federal judge.

00:33:38.980 And now, Trump border czar Tom Homan has been working with Minnesota officials to scale back Operation Metro Surge

00:33:45.840 on the condition that local law enforcement be allowed to cooperate with federal law enforcement.

00:33:51.500 Something, by the way, that occurred under President Obama's administration.

00:33:56.980 It's important to note that it didn't have to be this way.

00:34:01.440 The chaos in Minneapolis was entirely preventable had local law enforcement been allowed to work with federal law enforcement from the beginning.

00:34:09.720 We see that in states like Texas, Florida, Utah.

00:34:13.440 We also see that in eight Minnesota counties, including Sherbourne County, which is in my district.

00:34:18.280 Sherbourne and these seven counties have proactively partnered with federal law enforcement to prevent criminal illegal aliens from roaming free,

00:34:26.840 despite threats of ridiculous lawsuits by the ACLU arising from Attorney General Ellison's dangerous guidance.

00:34:35.720 It's really that simple.

00:34:37.200 By allowing local law enforcement to notify federal law enforcement when they arrest illegal aliens and detain them until a federal officer can come and get them,

00:34:46.680 we limit the Fed's footprint and keep dangerous criminals off our streets.

00:34:51.480 It's a win-win for all parties involved.

00:34:53.940 But Tim Walls, Keith Ellison, and Jacob Fry are so beholden to their radical sanctuary state and city agenda that they've lost all common sense.

00:35:02.800 And now here we are today with innocent lives lost and chaos in our streets.

00:35:07.200 It's horrible, but entirely preventable.

00:35:09.880 Tom Emmer gave that address or those comments, the testimony, let's call it, the testimony in front of the committee,

00:35:19.460 virtually at the same time Holman was thanking him.

00:35:22.600 And Emmer's right.

00:35:23.300 And look, Emmer's got the, you know, he's the situation with the Somalians.

00:35:26.340 Let's just leave that, put a pin in that for today.

00:35:29.220 He, this is my point.

00:35:30.800 These are not things you can compromise. 0.80

00:35:33.720 Ellison is bald-faced lying.

00:35:35.340 And that gap between what Emmer's saying and what Ellison's saying is not bridgeable.

00:35:41.280 Not bridgeable.

00:35:43.100 And President Trump is trying to accommodate these people.

00:35:45.780 It's part of, I agree, some sort of rapprochement on trying to make sure it's funded.

00:35:50.240 But that shows you how radical.

00:35:51.780 They don't care if they shut down FEMA. 1.00

00:35:54.520 They don't care if they shut down TSA.

00:35:57.580 They don't care if they, all the Joint Terrorism Task Force and everything we have to do with looking at, you know,

00:36:05.380 making sure that DHS, that employees turn to 60,000 people.

00:36:08.980 They don't care about that.

00:36:10.820 What they care about is their, these are their voters.

00:36:14.180 They can't convince Americans to vote for them, American citizens.

00:36:17.680 So they imported 15 to 20 to 25 million.

00:36:20.400 And it's very obvious by stealing the 2020 election and then doing this very organized as we covered every day since November of 2020.

00:36:30.520 And then even going before that on the Summer of Love.

00:36:32.860 And guess where?

00:36:33.620 Where was that?

00:36:34.080 Oh, that was in Minneapolis.

00:36:36.420 You're up there today.

00:36:37.680 You're, you're watching this.

00:36:39.000 And I realized it's not going to be as yesterday was one of the most out of control hearings I've ever seen.

00:36:47.560 And that was judiciary, which is normally a lot of discernment.

00:36:51.360 You saw that that was hours of just personal combat between the Democrats and, and Pam Bondi today.

00:36:59.840 Give me your, give me your thoughts on Homan and tie together what you just heard in this committee before you step back in, Neil.

00:37:08.440 Yeah.

00:37:08.960 First of all, you know, Emmer, his even coming here is unusual to have a car, even though he's in house leadership.

00:37:16.080 And Emmer has never really been any kind of wild conservative.

00:37:20.440 He was always considered, you know, a soft conservative on the leadership track.

00:37:26.120 And you're really seeing Emmer use this to emerge and present himself as a MAGA stalwart on immigration to the, to the extent that he'll come and testify at a Senate committee.

00:37:36.900 And obviously Ellison was completely lying.

00:37:40.460 And as the senators come in and out because they're voting or going to other meetings or other hearings, Josh Hawley came out and said he was shocked that Ellison hasn't been indicted yet because Ellison took campaign contributions from an organization that was under investigation.

00:37:58.260 And that investigation stopped. And that same organization gave money to his son.

00:38:03.800 And so, you know, I, I'm glad to hear that, that, uh, Homan is saying that the investigations into fraud will continue, but it was all connected.

00:38:12.060 And so, you know, I, I don't know what to tell you.

00:38:14.780 I mean, Emmer said there were 4,000 people who were removed.

00:38:18.160 He was happy about it.

00:38:19.600 He applauded the administration.

00:38:20.960 He was here to buck up the administration.

00:38:23.780 And then they just basically pulled the plug while he was talking.

00:38:27.860 Well, and they got, we've got to get back.

00:38:29.600 We'll double back in the second hour on the Somalian situation, because I don't know how many Somalians have been arrested, uh, for fraud or how many of these, you know, the leering centers have been shut down.

00:38:38.580 Neil McCabe, social media, you're going to step back in the hearing.

00:38:40.640 We'll check with you later.

00:38:41.800 Uh, social media.

00:38:44.820 They can find me at reporter McCabe on all the socials, Steve.

00:38:49.360 Thank you, sir.

00:38:50.120 Appreciate you.

00:38:50.640 Okay.

00:38:51.060 We're going to get back.

00:38:51.900 Rosemary Jenks is going to join us in a moment.

00:38:53.820 And, uh, Brendan, uh, Steinhauser is going to join us about artificial intelligence.

00:38:58.160 That that's exploding exactly where we are in that.

00:39:00.620 I want to bring in the founder, CEO, Michael Kunzler of all family pharmacy.

00:39:05.760 Uh, Michael, you've got an amazing offer.

00:39:08.380 And we really appreciate you doing this for the war and posse for president's day, but talk of, first off, when we talk medical freedom and we do a lot of coverage of Maha, we do a lot of coverage of Bobby Kennedy.

00:39:19.160 And his fight against big pharma.

00:39:21.920 You're the other half of that equation.

00:39:23.720 If you want real medical freedoms, tell people why it just can't be going after big pharma.

00:39:28.860 You also have to talk about the distribution network.

00:39:31.020 Look, if you really want informed consent, if you want your medical freedom, you've got to think of the other part of the equation.

00:39:37.200 That's why you started all family pharmacy.

00:39:38.880 Yeah.

00:39:40.760 Medical freedom starts with pricing transparency and, you know, being able to just have a simple conversation with the doctor without being, you know, pushed to the side, like you're a number in line.

00:39:50.740 Um, and that's here at all family pharmacy.

00:39:53.120 We give you the opportunity to have that conversation with the patient, which we love.

00:39:57.700 Um, we love when people come to us with research with, Hey, this medication has always worked for me.

00:40:02.700 I'd like to try it.

00:40:03.640 I'd like to be prepared, uh, for the winter storm.

00:40:06.480 I'd like to be prepared for flu season.

00:40:09.220 That's what people do when they come to all family pharmacy.

00:40:11.580 And on top of that, there's off label use that people also come to us for, and they need somewhere safe to come and have a conversation with somebody because they're going to use it, whether a doctor prescribes it or not.

00:40:23.500 And so if they come to us, we have a doctor who can, you know, medically prescribe it, hopefully as long as it's safe and effective.

00:40:29.900 And then we do have pharmacists that can help and guide them in the right direction.

00:40:33.860 So medical freedom is about helping everybody, uh, whether, you know, they're elderly or they're just, you know, a 25 year old young kid who's, you know, off on his own.

00:40:43.480 It's about everybody, all Americans.

00:40:45.940 So walk people through the process.

00:40:47.580 They're hearing this right now.

00:40:48.740 Where do they go?

00:40:50.060 How do they sign up?

00:40:51.100 Who do they talk to?

00:40:52.120 What's the process?

00:40:52.780 And then tell us about the special offer that you're putting out, which we're pretty blown away by.

00:40:58.220 Yes.

00:42:02.180 They will get, uh, prescriptions, uh, uh, prescriptions above board, no issues.

00:42:07.620 Yes.

00:42:08.100 Everything goes through our, uh, physicians to start.

00:42:10.740 It has to be medically approved by those doctors.

00:42:13.800 The doctors do have to abide by state and federal laws, which is great.

00:42:17.880 Um, and then when they come to prescribing, if you have conversations, if you have questions, we do also have, uh, four pharmacists every day on staff at all times to have those conversations.

00:42:27.600 When it comes down to the drug or medication level, we have highly trained staff.

00:45:38.860 Take advantage of first mover advantage.

00:45:42.040 You move.

00:45:44.220 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:45:46.320 Bannon.

00:45:49.320 President Trump is trying to get a deal.

00:45:52.080 He's trying to get a deal in Iran.

00:45:53.340 He's trying to get a deal on Capitol Hill.

00:45:55.540 Sometimes, you know, you can't get, we've been a big advocate.

00:45:58.860 And there's a huge article up about how Scott Besson has brought the Aitole to his knees

00:46:05.060 by destroying their currency through financial warfare, not even economic warfare, financial

00:46:10.740 warfare.

00:46:11.260 That's how you take care of them.

00:46:13.100 We're going to get into the complexity of all of that, the military strike, the negotiations,

00:46:16.900 et cetera.

00:46:17.260 President Trump, really with this color revolution here in the United States, that's what it is.

00:46:22.460 The Democratic Party has, that's what they are now.

00:46:26.480 These are not Democrats.

00:46:27.380 Even in Obama, this is a group of radicals, like French Revolution or Bolsheviks.

00:46:32.480 They're the political party.

00:46:33.440 And they can't get elected normally, just like the Bolsheviks, or never more than 15 or 20%. 0.96

00:46:38.660 They all say democracy, democracy, democracy.

00:46:41.560 Is it democracy when you bring in 15 to 20 to 25 million illegal alien invaders? 1.00

00:46:47.380 At the same time, artificial intelligence is coming for your job and maybe for your life.

00:46:52.280 We're going to get into all this.

00:46:53.000 It's a huge week this week on artificial intelligence.

00:46:55.700 Rosemary Jenks, we're going to have you back in the segment, artificial intelligence, talk 0.89

00:46:59.880 about H-1B visas and the destruction of the American male and female working man and woman.

00:47:06.980 But I just want to make sure I get this right.

00:47:09.280 You're saying, hey, everything they're talking about, the $170 billion, right?

00:47:13.680 It was already approved, but the appropriations that normally go just to fund ICE will be just

00:47:19.400 like TSA and just like FEMA. 0.94

00:47:21.520 The core of ICE will be shut down because you've checked with appropriation.

00:47:24.880 They're saying no.

00:47:26.040 That's part of this.

00:47:26.980 That could be part of the shutdown, correct?

00:47:29.380 That is absolutely correct.

00:47:30.720 And I have verified this with the Appropriations Committee.

00:47:33.360 The standard operating costs for the Department of Homeland Security, including ICE and Customs

00:47:41.080 and Border Protection, are not funded by the One Big Beautiful Bill.

00:47:45.520 So that $170 billion has to be spent on the things that were designated in that bill.

00:47:52.440 And that includes new personnel, new equipment, new border wall, not standard operating costs.

00:47:59.820 So when the Department of Homeland Security shuts down tomorrow night, there will be thousands

00:48:07.180 of officers and agents who are putting their lives on the line who are not getting paid.

00:48:13.920 Now, immigration enforcement will continue because these patriots will keep doing their 0.93

00:48:19.220 jobs.

00:48:19.960 They will not be paid, however.

00:48:22.540 Their families will suffer.

00:48:24.740 You know, they may not be able to pay their bills.

00:48:27.580 So this is what the Democrats are doing to immigration enforcement.

00:48:31.880 They absolutely intend to shut down immigration enforcement.

00:48:35.600 It's not going to work, but they're going to make it as painful as possible for the patriots

00:48:40.460 who are doing it.

00:48:41.900 OK, hang on.

00:48:43.380 That's a brutal reality check right there.

00:48:45.820 I don't think anybody else is talking about.

00:48:47.180 So hang on for a second, Rosemary.

00:48:49.020 I want to bring up two landing pages and talk about them as I bring Brendan in.

00:48:54.780 Everybody knows, Cain over at Citizens Free Press, he started the whole site because of

00:49:01.640 his concern about debt and deficits.

00:49:03.160 Now, the New York Times and others on this Congressional Budget Office, let's get Citizens 1.00

00:49:07.440 Free Press up.

00:49:08.800 You see the green right there.

00:49:10.360 When he wants to highlight something, he either puts it in red and green.

00:49:12.500 He's got a series of articles all of the New York Times, their clips.

00:49:17.680 And it talks about, you know, Scott Besson has made this bet.

00:49:21.440 The president made this bet.

00:49:22.340 You're going to outgrow the deficit.

00:49:24.200 And so far we are.

00:49:25.020 However, if you just look at the scale of the problem we have, they're talking about

00:49:29.620 adding, I don't know, another $23 trillion in debt.

00:49:33.180 This is where we are highly leveraged today.

00:49:35.620 And we're about to get incredibly leveraged.

00:49:38.440 This is the government side.

00:49:39.680 Now, let's go to let's go to the drudge.

00:49:42.840 But the drudge has got five or six headlines about issues with AI.

00:49:46.540 The intersection of this is that the and I want people to go to both.

00:49:51.240 And if Elizabeth and Mo can put them up in grace, you can click through to these stories.

00:49:57.020 The leveraged bet of the country on AI is one thing.

00:50:01.560 However, we are also crowding out now barring in the credit markets because you saw we're

00:50:07.060 going to spend seven to eight hundred billion dollars this year by corporations, which it

00:50:13.160 looks like Bloomberg's reporting they're going to try to borrow most of them.

00:50:16.540 Remember, we talked about the analysis earlier in December, November, where we came up.

00:50:21.140 I think it was the CFO of OpenAI.

00:50:23.320 She talked about a trillion dollars of government support.

00:50:26.660 They're going to borrow this.

00:50:28.000 My point is between corporations and government, we have essentially a leverage.

00:50:31.740 We are doing a leverage, highly leveraged financing on a unproven technology.

00:50:38.900 That's totally.

00:50:39.360 I mean, it's it's proven at a very basic level.

00:50:42.080 That's why he's seeing these these layoffs.

00:50:45.720 But man, this is scary.

00:50:47.100 And people have to think this through because this is it.

00:50:50.720 Brennan Steinhauser joins us.

00:50:52.060 Brennan, we've got about two or three minutes here.

00:50:53.720 I'm going to hold you through the break.

00:50:55.000 You're the you've kind of left doing your your your traditional political job.

00:51:00.180 You're one of those respected guys on Capitol Hill.

00:51:02.100 You're now the head of the Alliance for Secure AI.

00:51:05.400 There's been a hell of a week in AI, but we've got to tie it all together.

00:51:08.560 This is the riskiest bet, not just in the technology, but so leveraged at a at a country level and a company level that we're betting everything on this, sir.

00:51:19.340 We are.

00:51:20.180 Yeah.

00:51:20.380 And it's really dangerous.

00:51:21.220 And it's not just dangerous for the reasons that you've talked about on the show for a long time.

00:51:25.160 But what you're discussing right now, I saw an article today about how, you know, if we don't get this right, if this goes the wrong way,

00:51:33.220 we can have a so much social and political instability that we can have a revolution on our hands.

00:51:38.640 This AI revolution could lead to a revolution of people that say we don't want this, especially if it leads to financial disaster and ruin for our people.

00:51:48.100 And so I think that's a real possibility.

00:51:50.080 I'm really worried about young people in particular, the people that are coming out of college or they're in student loan debt, or even if they're trying to do a trade, go to trade school.

00:51:58.740 I really worry about their future.

00:52:00.360 And I'm very, very skeptical of what these big tech companies are doing on the financing side of this, this circular financing.

00:52:06.260 And I'm very, I'm very concerned about all of this.

00:52:08.880 And I think there's a lot that we have to pay attention to right now.

00:52:12.440 Brendan, I'm going to hold you through the break.
