00:00:00.000 I don't believe he's ever had a security clearance.
00:00:03.680 He clearly has no experience in intelligence.
00:00:06.000 He has no geopolitical experience, no international connections,
00:00:09.540 the sorts of things you would look for.
00:00:10.660 Whoever told the president to go ahead and commit to this publicly before vetting it
00:00:15.000 should lose their jobs because they should know that the math just works against Pulte being confirmed.
00:00:20.280 Someone could have told the president that.
00:00:21.720 What's that?
00:00:22.380 Someone could have told the president that, and it still happened.
00:00:25.740 That may be true, but then it saw the president.
00:00:30.000 Senator, forgive me because I did demote you to the lower chamber before I teed up that sound.
00:00:35.880 But in addition to hearing from. He did. He didn't even flinch.
00:00:38.840 He took it with grace. I'm a proud former House member.
00:00:41.680 So I take it all past and present. I thought that was interesting.
00:00:47.140 I thought what we heard in a statement from Senator McConnell was notable.
00:00:51.320 The senator saying very few Senate confirmable positions come with statutory eligibility requirements.
00:00:57.460 anyone performing this role of such immense public trust must have the extensive national
00:01:02.740 security experience required by statute and no nominee who falls short of this requirement will
00:01:08.100 earn my vote the sense we've been getting senator talking with your colleagues is that
00:01:12.360 the expectation is that this president knows that he doesn't have the votes in the senate and is
00:01:16.980 just gonna from now on have acting heads of a variety of agencies i wonder both if you agree
00:01:22.760 with that analysis. And if that is the case, to your point about checks and balances, where that
00:01:28.420 leaves the U.S. Senate in acting as a check on this president? Yeah, it is. It is a problem that
00:01:34.740 you put in a basically an acting director here. They can serve for a little over 200 days and
00:01:41.840 then you have to have a Senate confirmation. But there's a way to get around that, too. The rule
00:01:45.840 is then if he were to nominate somebody that is then going through the process, basically, Mr.
00:01:51.620 Pulte could stay in that job. And who knows, he could put somebody up there that there's no way
00:01:56.160 the Senate's going to take up. But because there's a nominee forward under the under the rules,
00:02:01.400 he can stay there. And I certainly appreciate Senator Tillis's comments. This is a guy who
00:02:06.400 has absolutely zero experience in one of the most important jobs that we have in the federal
00:02:11.180 government at a time when we're in war and we're facing threats from terrorist threats that are
00:02:16.780 very real. You expect to have an intelligence director who actually understands the job,
00:02:22.180 has experience in the job, and can provide unbiased, qualified opinions and recommendations
00:02:28.980 to the president. You're not getting that. And unfortunately, this appointment to this acting
00:02:35.500 position really follows the pattern of what we've seen from this president, that he doesn't care
00:02:39.400 about qualifications. He doesn't care about experience. The only thing he cares about is
00:02:44.120 loyalty. Are you going to be 100 percent loyal to him? And that's not in the American interest
00:02:50.400 to have somebody in this key position, the director of intelligence that needs to provide
00:02:57.340 the kind of insight and expertise that a president needs to make sound decisions that protect us and
00:03:03.220 keep us safe. To have an unqualified person, let's be clear, it makes America less safe and
00:03:09.400 It puts people at risk in our country like a new record, I think, in terms of of being out there.
00:03:16.260 This is a guy who has zero or less than zero, if you can, intelligence experience.
00:03:23.420 Does he have a security clearance?
00:03:27.000 Knowing absolutely nothing about this 18 intelligence agencies.
00:03:32.380 How long will it take him just to, you know, to know what he's in charge of?
00:03:37.940 They'd get some idea of what he's in charge of, let alone get up to speed.
00:03:42.760 And it's not as if there's nothing going on in the world.
00:03:46.800 So if if if we actually need to have this job, someone coordinating the agencies, which some people thought we didn't need.
00:03:55.800 But if we need to have it, we need to have somebody who can who can who can act, who can make our agencies better and more efficient and more effective.
00:04:06.840 And clearly, that's not Bill Pelosi.
00:04:09.380 It's just not going to happen.
00:04:10.540 It's also a reminder that they are going to pursue an all-of-the-above approach.
00:04:13.900 They are going to mess with maps.
00:04:15.500 They're going to try to seek information on voters from specific states.
00:04:20.500 There's been all of these references to ICE showing up in polling places.
00:04:24.300 And that is why it's interesting to me, Michael, that you had Senate Dems convening this meeting.
00:04:29.360 And I just if I could ask you for a second to put on your chairman hat, your thoughts on that happening through Senate leadership rather than happening through the National Committee.
00:04:39.760 Look, I mean, I think it's important that the Senate leadership is already looking at legislatively what they can do and getting getting lawyers and those who are going to be a part of efforting a reconstruction of the deconstruction of voting rights in this country.
00:05:00.340 And so I think it's important to take it out of the politics from that standpoint and to begin to frame it legislatively, because that's really what's going to have to happen here is the course correction is going to be legislative action at all levels of our government and all expanses in areas of our government.
00:05:20.240 It's not just in this sweet spot of voting rights, but you've got abortion.
00:05:24.500 You've got other civil rights out there that are going to be that are under duress, not to mention just general operation of the government.
00:05:32.440 So it's good to have it legislatively start.
00:05:35.000 And the people who are fighting against this know that, which is why they're trying to keep that legislative option from coming down by trying to steal this next election.
00:05:42.320 Be vigilant, folks.
00:05:43.100 That comes as President Trump is expected in the coming days to nominate acting attorney
00:05:47.620 general Todd Blanche to serve in the role permanently.
00:05:50.840 That is according to a senior administration official speaking to MS Now.
00:05:54.520 In April, Trump appointed Blanche, his former personal attorney, to lead the DOJ in an acting
00:06:00.640 capacity after firing then-attorney general Pam Bondi.
00:06:04.440 Blanche, as I said, previously served as the personal attorney to the president.
00:06:08.680 Here's what Trump said yesterday during an interview with the New York Post.
00:06:13.100 Will he be attorney general? Have you decided? I think you will. You haven't got someone else in mind? No, no. I wanted to see how he's received. You know, we put him as acting and he's done a very good job.
00:06:27.140 blanche's nomination to be attorney general to senior administration official told ms now
00:06:36.600 has the same blanche has developed good relationships with republican lawmakers on
00:06:41.740 capitol hill that might help to allay some confirmation issues he inevitably will face
00:06:47.360 ultimately they said his confirmation may hinge on whether or not that so-called anti-weaponization
00:06:53.100 fund is actually dropped. This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies
00:07:04.500 because we're going medieval on these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying
00:07:11.100 about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that.
00:07:15.900 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:07:18.760 It's going to happen.
00:07:20.100 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:07:23.500 Mega Media.
00:07:24.420 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:07:30.300 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:07:34.060 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:07:40.360 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:07:49.160 Thursday, 4th, June, in the year of our Lord, 2026, of course, it is the Tiananmen Square
00:07:55.380 happened.
00:07:56.460 I kicked off the new federal state's annual commemoration of this last night at about
00:08:03.240 seven o'clock, which would be dawn or just about dawn in Beijing.
00:08:07.240 I will talk more about that later in the show.
00:08:09.640 Just some pattern recognition.
00:08:11.680 President Trump is now, I think, selecting individuals that he has faith in that are
00:08:16.760 going to be fighters.
00:08:17.340 And this whole thing with the United States Senate, just so you can connect some dots, I think there's a poll out last couple of days, shows Collins down six to eight in Maine.
00:08:27.860 I think there's a poll out with, or saw numbers, they may still be private, Watley down eight in North Carolina.
00:08:34.700 And then there's a poll just came up that shows Sherrod Brown up eight in Ohio.
00:08:41.420 I'm noticing some pattern recognition.
00:08:43.140 a do-nothing Senate, a Senate that blocks President Trump's agenda is not going to come,
00:08:48.860 is not going to be real. People are not going to go door-to-door for this. It's just not going to
00:08:52.420 happen. You're seeing the numbers now. And these are big deficits to make up, given that we're in
00:08:58.880 June. And so we have to turn now to action, action, action. I want to bring in Mike Davis. Mike,
00:09:05.380 you know Todd Blanche quite well. I think it's an incredible selection for the president to be
00:09:13.040 the permanent attorney general. Todd has really revved things up over there and is kind of hitting
00:09:17.620 on all cylinders. Give me your assessment of him. I want your assessment of him first,
00:09:21.740 and I want to talk about the confirmation battle. So tell us about Todd Blanche.
00:09:26.800 Todd Blanche is a bold and fearless warrior for the Constitution. Todd Blanche put everything
00:09:34.520 thing on the line to defend President Trump against the Democrats' unprecedented Republican
00:09:43.700 lawfare against President Trump. Todd Blanche was in the courtrooms, in several courtrooms,
00:09:52.400 defending President Trump against bogus charges, completely bogus charges. He gave up. He was a
00:10:00.440 former federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York, Assistant United States
00:10:05.440 Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
00:10:08.040 Then Todd Blanche was at big white shoe law firms, and he gave that up to go defend President
00:10:15.180 Trump.
00:10:15.600 And I don't think people understand the legal, political, financial risks that Todd took
00:10:23.140 to go do that.
00:10:24.700 And then he has done a phenomenal job as President Trump's deputy attorney general and now acting attorney general.
00:10:34.100 He, more than anyone, has seen it from all sides.
00:10:37.520 He's seen this as a federal prosecutor.
00:10:40.180 He's seen this as a defense attorney.
00:10:43.620 He has seen this as the top leader in the Justice Department.
00:10:47.600 When you're the deputy attorney general, you're the number two.
00:10:49.980 You're the chief operating officer of the entire department.
00:10:53.520 you run the department and now he's doing both he's the deputy attorney general and the acting
00:10:58.500 you know attorney general because president trump likes to give people six jobs uh yeah as marco
00:11:04.820 learned the hard because that's yeah but that's as because that's what he trusts people people say
00:11:09.160 well he wasn't maggie was a democrat hey a guy named donald trump was a democrat okay todd
00:11:14.360 blanchroy but when you and because he went back to the law firm and said and this is in the darkest
00:11:20.160 days, folks, when Boris was trying to put together a team, Emma Bovee and Todd, they
00:11:26.020 went back. Todd went to his law firm, a white shoe law firm where he was a partner and said,
00:11:31.140 hey, look, I'm going to represent the president of the United States. They go, no, you're
00:11:33.680 going to have to leave the firm. 99.9% of people that have spent years as federal prosecutor
00:11:40.180 not making any money and live in these cities like Washington, D.C. and New York City, you
00:11:45.020 don't make any money. You've been a federal prosecutor for a while. You finally get to
00:11:48.720 law firm. You're finally making some money after all the years of law school and all of it. And
00:11:53.200 they tell him, no, you're not. You can't represent Trump and be at this firm. He says, okay, I'm not
00:11:59.520 going to be at this firm. And remember, folks, in those days, these were the long shots of the
00:12:05.300 long shot. There was no talk in the media about Trump coming back and being president again. There
00:12:09.120 was no talk in the Republican Party. All the people that have sucked up to Trump in the last 0.94
00:12:13.620 couple of years were all against us. Todd Blanche proved his courage and proved he's full MAGA,
00:12:20.280 a lot more MAGA than a lot of people that run around say they're MAGA, okay? Mark, Tel Aviv
00:12:24.700 Levin. This guy gave it all up to defend. And what they had to do, Mike, as you know, in those years,
00:12:31.380 because you were part of helping out here, they had to weave in, I mean, one mistake and it's all
00:12:37.880 over. President Trump's in the White House today because of Todd Blanche and Emil Bovey and that
00:12:44.700 great job of Boris put together that team when everybody in the world turned us down, sir.
00:12:49.820 That's exactly right. Boris Epstein, John Sauer, the solicitor, general of the United States,
00:12:58.420 Todd Blanche, who's going to be the attorney general of the United States, Emil Bovey,
00:13:01.760 who's now a judge on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. I hope John Sauer and Emil Bovey both
00:13:07.420 go on the Supreme Court of the United States, along with Eileen Cannon and maybe some others.
00:13:13.640 But these people put everything on the line to save our country. And we've talked about this
00:13:20.520 on your show so many times since the Mar-a-Lago raid, Steve. This was so much bigger than Donald
00:13:28.440 J. Trump. This was so much bigger than one president, one former president, one election.
00:13:33.420 These were republic ending tactics by these lawfare Democrats. They were going to, for the first time in our history, throw in prison a former president of the United States. And they didn't do it just once. They tried to do it four different times for non-crimes.
00:13:52.480 They tried to bankrupt him. They tried to throw him off the ballot. When that all failed, they tried to take off his head. And then when the American people put him back in the White House, they tried to sabotage his presidency with their Democrat plaintiffs and their Democrat attorneys going to their Democrat judges and Democrat hellholes like D.C., New York, Atlanta.
00:14:15.080 It's been Todd Blanche as the tip of the spear against all of this.
00:14:21.040 So I don't want to hear anyone say, oh, he's a Democrat. 0.89
00:14:24.020 Who gives a damn? 0.99
00:14:25.300 I saw so many Republicans who were such cowards doing all this. 0.98
00:14:29.760 Anybody says he's not MAGA. 0.95
00:14:31.300 Anybody says he's not MAGA, all these influencers. 0.71
00:14:33.460 Where in the hell were you?
00:14:35.120 What did you guys give up?
00:14:37.420 Todd Blanche has been a warrior in the trenches.
00:14:39.680 President Trump knows that.
00:14:40.880 That's what put him as acting.
00:14:41.900 Now we're going to have to push it.
00:14:45.080 over the top to get it done and president trump understands they're still going to come after
00:14:50.900 everybody if we're to lose some of these elections uh david's going to stick around
00:14:55.900 short commercial break back in a moment for the first time since world war ii our national debt
00:15:02.960 held by the public has exceeded gdp america this is a wake-up call our sins of the past
00:15:10.640 reckless government spending have finally caught up to us. So what's next? Higher inflation,
00:15:16.940 higher prices, higher cost of living expenses, and higher interest payments on the national debt.
00:15:23.020 Every dollar Washington spends on interest is a dollar it has to tax, borrow, or print. Smart
00:15:30.320 retirement planners prepare for potential setbacks, and they can do that by diversifying with a time
00:15:35.840 tested asset known for weathering the storm. That is physical gold. Now, physical gold you can get

00:16:21.160 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:26.880 Mike, I made your acquaintance because you're the Sherpa. You did all the big confirmations in the
00:16:34.080 first term, they go to Mike Davis when they got a tough one. Are you going, not that Todd Blanche
00:16:39.040 is going to be tough, but are you going to be the Sherpa? Are you going to, are you going to
00:16:42.660 manage the confirmation of Todd Blanche? Can I break some news here? No, and I don't want to
00:16:47.800 torpedo his nomination by having someone as charming as myself doing the outreach to squishy 0.99
00:16:54.720 Republican senators. So no, I don't think that, I didn't finish charm school, so I don't think
00:17:01.920 I'll be doing that.
00:17:03.700 Let me just, they just asked a question about Thune.
00:17:05.580 Thune said the committee,
00:17:06.720 the judiciary committee is going to take it up.
00:17:08.240 They asked Thune point blank, 0.99
00:17:10.220 will Blanche have a hard time getting confirmed?
00:17:12.600 This is Thune, this is a profile in courage.
00:17:15.380 Thune, hard to say.
00:17:16.940 Most of our members are pretty differential
00:17:18.400 to who the president wants
00:17:19.760 in some of these key positions.
00:17:21.700 He's obviously serving in the role already
00:17:23.540 and clearly has experience in it.
00:17:25.420 So that'll serve him well,
00:17:27.000 but this is an environment where nothing is,
00:17:29.340 nothing's a safe or sure bet these days this is how you lose the united states senate if you're
00:17:35.880 not turfing out thune right now tell hey you're eight down in ohio you're eight down in maine
00:17:41.900 you're eight down in uh in north carolina you should win all three of those that's all maga
00:17:47.520 country you're down in georgia you're down every we're gonna kick alaska and kansas and others in
00:17:53.440 here in iowa they're all going to get thrown in there because as a response is a response like 0.99
00:17:58.920 that acceptable mike davis john thune is such a pussy and he just proved it with that statement 0.99
00:18:07.020 there is no question that todd blanche is qualified there's no question that todd blanche 0.99
00:18:12.920 will get confirmed because chuck grassley my former boss will make damn sure it happens
00:18:17.840 John Thune can't even get the Senate to pass legislation with the support of 80 percent of Americans, including a supermajority of Democrats and a supermajority of minorities, the Save America Act. 0.99
00:18:35.620 John Thune's a pussy. 0.99
00:18:38.660 Closing, give me some thoughts on Pulte. 1.00
00:18:41.760 The Pulte, you know, all the senators saying, well, he doesn't have a qualification, doesn't know anything about intelligence.
00:18:46.160 These guys, are they like Alan Dulles or John Foster Dulles?
00:18:52.020 Are all these guys, are they Wild Bill Donovan?
00:18:54.480 Do these guys all come with tremendous expertise?
00:18:56.920 You know them, Davis.
00:18:58.040 I don't know how in the hell you worked in the Senate for so long and came out such a warrior, sir. 1.00
00:19:03.660 Well, I was only there for 18 months, and I broke every piece of china in the Senate and left. 1.00
00:19:09.980 And I can assure you I'm not in the Senate Staff Hall of Fame. 1.00
00:19:13.420 My picture may be on their walls, maybe on their dartboards, but I'm certainly not in the Senate Hall of Fame.
00:19:19.820 I got a lot of stuff done and I had to deal with these senators.
00:19:23.040 And it's amazing to me when these senators, if you look at their backgrounds and they pretend like they are somehow qualified to get intelligence briefings and make decisions on our national security, they're somehow qualified, but others are not.
00:19:40.040 Let me say this about Bill Pulte.
00:19:41.580 This guy is someone who has been a very successful businessman from a very successful residential home building family for many years in Florida.
00:19:53.800 The president likes him. The president trusts him.
00:19:58.380 He's a good executive. He's a bold and fearless reformer.
00:20:01.840 President Trump put in Bill Pulte to go shake up things at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
00:20:07.880 There's a corporate entity that runs that, that Bill Pulte runs that now, and now President Trump wants Bill Pulte to go serve as the acting director of national intelligence to go shake up the place.
00:20:20.460 I like the fact that Bill Pulte is not part of the intelligence community.
00:20:26.820 He's not part of the military-industrial complex.
00:20:29.780 He's not James Clapper, for example, who had a career in the military and intel and then was able to weaponize the DNI against political enemies.
00:20:40.120 Bill Pulte can go in there as a serious, bold reformer to shake up the politicized and weaponized intel agencies, and that's exactly what he's going to do.
00:20:53.680 And the Senate Republicans should allow the president to pick his own people to do this. 0.97
00:21:00.040 he doesn't pick their dog crap Senate staffers. And so they should let the president pick his 0.96
00:21:07.740 trusted aides to help him carry out his electoral mandate to bring serious reforms to a politicized
00:21:15.520 and weaponized intel community that's led by the DNA. Bill Pulte is over the target when you hear
00:21:25.020 these cowardly Senate Republicans crying about it.
00:21:30.380 Mike, Article III, you're going to lead the effort here, particularly on Todd Blanche.
00:21:34.000 Where do people go right now, sir, to get more information about all this and follow
00:21:37.680 your social media?
00:21:39.180 We will fight like hell at the Article III project to ensure that Todd Blanche is our
00:21:45.280 next Attorney General.
00:21:47.280 And if any Senate Republican gets in the way, we will make their lives hell.
00:21:52.540 And I promise you that, promise you that.
00:21:55.640 It's article3project.org, article3project.org.
00:22:01.660 You can follow us on social, donate, but only what you can afford.
00:22:06.020 When the president makes the official announcement, you will see a Fox News opinion piece from me supporting Todd Blanche's nomination to be the next attorney general.
00:22:15.140 And you will see an action page to light up both of your home state centers.
00:22:19.560 But we don't want to get ahead of the president.
00:22:21.240 So stay tuned.
00:22:23.560 Thank you, Mike Davis.
00:22:24.760 Appreciate you, sir.
00:22:26.280 I appreciate your taking the lead on Todd Blanche.
00:22:29.240 The worm's going to be all over this.
00:22:30.600 I'll have more about this.
00:22:32.100 I got Metaxas.
00:22:33.260 Eric Metaxas joins us, the book's revolution.
00:22:35.660 Folks, if we do our job here, this book's going to open.
00:22:38.840 It's New York Times number one bestseller.
00:22:41.700 And that will send shockwaves through the progressive culture in this country.
00:22:48.140 This book is absolutely the best summary of the revolution I've ever read.
00:22:52.260 And I read it all 600 pages in a weekend.
00:22:54.720 I devoured this book.
00:22:56.240 It was that good.
00:22:57.080 Metaxas, you only got a couple of minutes to know you got to bounce.
00:23:00.040 Make the pitch.
00:23:00.880 Why should people, with everything else going on, why should they take time to not just
00:23:05.920 purchase this book today, but to get into it and start reading this book before the
00:23:11.520 4th of July?
00:23:13.200 Well, first of all, thanks for having me on, Steve.
00:23:15.100 and I got to say, you know, it's not about selling books. God forbid, right? This is about
00:23:21.000 saving our nation, right? So first of all, if a book like this is at the top of the New York
00:23:28.400 Times list, you got to make it too big to rig. They don't want to put a book like this at the
00:23:32.720 top of the list, and maybe they won't. Jill Biden's book might be there. So I ask your audience,
00:23:38.600 if you don't mind, if you're going to buy a Father's Day copy or something, please buy it
00:23:42.600 immediately because this actually matters. But the story in this book is a story that
00:23:48.000 I had no idea when I set out to tell the story that it would be as significant as it is. I said,
00:23:53.460 I want to tell, you know, just, and thanks for your praise of the readability, just to gallop
00:23:57.500 through the amazing story of stories in Lexington and Concord and the shot heard around the world
00:24:02.980 in Bunker Hill. There's all these amazing stories. We should all know the stories, but in the course
00:24:07.780 of writing it, the character of the men involved in this and what they were actually doing,
00:24:13.220 it just kind of hit me like a Mack truck. I was stunned. I said, I've not heard this.
00:24:18.680 We've been sold this lie, the secularist enlightenment, you know, deist version,
00:24:24.400 total nonsense. This was profoundly Christian. It's inescapably Christian. And of course, 0.99
00:24:30.560 what's at the heart of Christian faith, religious liberty. So Christians don't force other people
00:24:35.480 to convert to their religion, unlike some religions might do. It's all about liberty,
00:24:41.680 but what is the nature of liberty? It is profoundly about God's definition of liberty.
00:24:46.500 The founders understood this, and they wanted to go back to the Sinai Covenant. They wanted to be
00:24:50.280 without a king, governing ourselves. How come I've never heard this? How come most Americans
00:24:55.140 don't hear this? How come PBS doesn't mention this? For that matter, how come PBS doesn't
00:25:00.040 mention Nathan Hale and all of these great heroes who were profound men of Christian faith. And
00:25:06.100 again, this is not about, you know, Christian faith, but it's about America. But why haven't
00:25:10.800 we heard this version of it? Because there are some people, they don't like it. And so they push
00:25:15.040 the secular enlightenment narrative. And again, my book is not about, you know, what I've just
00:25:19.480 mentioned. My book is just a gallop through the history, but behind it is something so beautiful
00:25:25.540 and sacred. The faith of George Washington, anybody ever calls him a deist, laugh at them.
00:25:30.860 It's like saying, I believe the earth is flat. It is insane. So all of this is our story. We've
00:25:37.140 forgotten our story. And again, people listen to this program, far less guilty of that. But I
00:25:41.800 myself was amazed at what I had forgotten. I said, I want to write one book for the 250th because
00:25:47.920 this is the last exit before the toll. This is the existential crisis, America. We either get it now,
00:25:53.140 we either save the nation or it's gone forever. This is our moment. And I think the 250th is an
00:25:59.280 example. It's a moment where many mainstream people are going to revisit American history.
00:26:05.480 I hope they do it with my book to get the true version. But the fact of the matter is every
00:26:09.160 American used to know this stuff. It's why we were a great country. If you want to make America great
00:26:13.700 again, everyone has to know the true story of who we were and how these people suffered and for what
00:26:20.940 they suffered and how they saw it as a moral and spiritual battle, how Washington was strict with
00:26:27.480 his officers that you will not cede the moral high ground. We're not going to stoop to the
00:26:32.900 barbarism of the British elites who were monsters. I didn't know the British elites were monsters, 0.94
00:26:37.420 and that's all through my book. It's a true story. It's a battle between good and evil. 0.98
00:26:42.740 I honestly did not know that. And when I learned these things, I just kind of go crazy. I just
00:26:47.700 think i i've got to put it in a book i've got to make it exciting and then i've got to tell the
00:26:51.800 world about it but this is about america and and you know what it is my prayer and hope that people
00:26:57.360 around the world including in england today would become part of this larger revolution to govern
00:27:03.640 themselves to take back their governments because this isn't just meant for us on this continent
00:27:08.600 the whole world this is meant for the whole world and i think that people are looking at us today
00:27:13.000 like a shining city on a hill and saying how can we get that we've had enough of this nonsense
00:27:17.300 So I hope that's happening in Great Britain as we talk.
00:27:19.800 You get the strategy, you get the combat history, you get the philosophy, you get all the politics, all of it, the economics.
00:27:26.600 We've got 30 seconds.
00:27:27.700 Where do people go to get the book today and where they go to find out where you're going to speak or do book signings?
00:27:33.040 My name is Eric Metaxas, ericmetaxas.com.
00:27:36.620 I'm going to be all over the country starting in Houston this weekend.
00:27:40.040 I'm going everywhere, ericmetaxas.com.
00:27:43.500 Buy this book.
00:27:44.280 Please buy copies for Father's Day.
00:27:46.160 If you're going to buy any copies, please buy them now.
00:27:49.320 The opening weekend, it makes every bit of difference.
00:27:52.540 God bless you, and God bless America.
00:27:54.140 Thank you, Steve, for your support, because you're a hero to me.
00:27:57.740 Thank you very much.
00:27:59.200 Thank you, Eric.
00:28:00.080 Appreciate the kind words, but it's this audience.
00:28:02.760 The Army of the Awakened.
00:28:05.600 Consider this one of your training manuals.
00:28:08.160 How about that?

00:28:51.900 seize your retirement, and even your home. If you owe or haven't filed, it's not a question of if

00:30:06.440 to act take advantage of first mover advantage you move war room here's your host steven k man
00:30:16.020 um ej and tony is going to be up we're going to talk about capital markets are also going to talk
00:30:22.600 about employment and what is happening in employment particularly with uh foreign workers
00:30:27.120 first american workers uh birch gold now more than ever you saw the mac daddy on uh drugs the
00:30:34.660 last couple of days about as we reported and broke you the story broke the story to you
00:30:39.040 in October right we told you it was going to happen last June July at the Rio reset where
00:30:48.340 we sent the team from a birch gold Philip Patrick and the team went down yeah just hold that right
00:30:54.640 now for a few minutes can we get that back up thank you people need to see my lovely visage
00:31:00.180 um central banks it's now official central banks buying uh more physical gold than they're buying
00:31:08.840 u.s treasuries scott besson's got to and scott's over ways and means right now we're going to try
00:31:14.840 to pull some clips from that um also we're streaming the markup of the ndaa we're going
00:31:21.120 to get all over this section 224 this uh where the merging of the industrial basis of uh israel
00:31:28.140 the united states can't happen don't do it with the british don't do with nato we shouldn't do
00:31:31.900 it with taiwan we shouldn't do with anybody okay uh there there's no ally that close to us that we
00:31:37.900 should do it and the israel first greater israel are not allies and president trump very blunt
00:31:43.820 about that the last couple of days uh so we got to get that out of the nda because this is a
00:31:48.540 backdoor way they're trying to get rid of uh this memorandum of understanding which we also have to
00:31:52.780 kill. And we got to put NATO on notice. President Trump's going over to the G7 and to the NATO
00:31:59.800 meeting. I think NATO's in Turkey. And you got to put these guys on notice. They're not giving us
00:32:05.780 any help whatsoever in the straight-over moves. They're not giving us any help
00:32:09.260 in the Red Sea. The president did come out and say he does not intend, doesn't think there's
00:32:14.720 going to be any more big uptick in kinetic activity. So that's quite important. What does
00:32:21.680 all mean? It all means we've got to get our arms around the deficits. The plan was to grow
00:32:25.880 ourselves out of this. We're going to grow ourselves out of it. At some point, you've
00:32:30.980 got to cap spending. I think that's got to start with, obviously, these social programs and all
00:32:36.560 the fraud. You've got to get all of that out of there. And we're burning daylight. It has to
00:32:40.540 happen. But in addition, I'm not so sure you can go to a $1.5 trillion defense budget. We have to
00:32:45.780 go through that line by line. And we do have to start to rebuild the United States Navy. So
00:32:51.060 all of that's got to be factored in there scots and ways means today and um we'll be doing
00:32:56.920 highlights of that birchgold.com slash bannon into the dollar empire go but most importantly
00:33:02.060 get the philipatrican team and ask them the question flat out why are now that's reported
00:33:07.860 everywhere daily telegraphs done these huge stories about it now that's reported everywhere
00:33:11.740 that central banks throughout the world are buying gold instead of to at a greater extent
00:33:17.400 then u.s securities what does that all mean what does it mean for me what does it mean for gold
00:33:22.700 what does it mean for geoeconomics how should i think about that we want people to be informed
00:33:28.440 smart in fact that's if you buy revolution and you carry it around people will think you're smart
00:33:36.400 because this is not is it's a 600 page history of the revolution if you carried around they'll
00:33:43.120 think you're smart. If you actually read it and take your pen out and mark it up and think about
00:33:48.480 it, you're going to be smart. How about that? Would that be a great gift for yourself for the
00:33:56.780 revolution, for the honoring the revolutionary generation? John Bolton flash just come across
00:34:05.680 CNN. John Bolton's going to plead guilty to a felony charge for holding classified information.
00:34:11.540 I don't think there's anything yet about what the penalty is going to be, but this is more of the Todd Blanche trying to sort this mess out.
00:34:18.660 Also, Tyler O'Neill joins the Southern Poverty Law Center, Todd Blanche in the Justice Department.
00:34:23.780 So what did they do last night?
00:34:25.580 Tyler, you're our expert in this because you have covered this extensively for years.
00:34:32.160 What happened last night?
00:34:33.560 Todd Blanche in the Justice Department refiled a new charging document?
00:34:39.600 Yeah, this was Tuesday night.
00:34:41.540 There's a superseding indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center.
00:34:45.600 This fleshes out a lot of the government's claims and reveals a lot of things that are even more shocking than we saw in the first indictment.
00:34:55.100 So in the first indictment, we saw that one of the organizers of the Charlottesville Unite the Right rally was on the SPLC payroll.
00:35:03.780 Now we know the SPLC had reimbursed people for cross-burning materials, for KKK hoods and KKK robes, and particularly, you know, and there's the whole list, creating racist paraphernalia, donating to extremist leaders, paying living expenses, creating new chapters of extremist groups, and then growing existing ones.
00:35:30.360 And of course, attending and hosting extremist rallies. This is what the SPLC's so-called, you know, their field sources used the SPLC's money to do.
00:35:42.460 And this just underscores how large of a scandal this is, that the Southern Poverty Law Center, while it went to donors and said, we exist to dismantle white supremacy and hate in America, we're trying to dismantle these groups.
00:36:02.420 In the meantime, it was paying people that the SPLC says are informants, but then that money actually propped up these people.
00:36:10.780 hang on hang on hang on how does todd blanche's uh justice department and yourself as an outside
00:36:17.520 kind of uh investigative reporter on this we've been bombarded since your first appearance on the
00:36:24.660 show talking about your book and these charges and uh and and todd and more you know discussion
00:36:30.580 about these charges by the mainstream media particularly new york times washington post
00:36:35.580 uh in msnbc just completely uh coming at us in a tidal wave that oh my gosh this is just how they
00:36:45.740 do investigations this is purely investigations this is the right the crazed right wing taking
00:36:53.280 what this organization does to stop hate and to do in a very systematic way they're taking what
00:36:59.920 their actual strength is, and it's turning it against them. And it's not just unfair,
00:37:05.260 it's unjust. And it shows you how craven the far right is, sir.
00:37:12.000 Yeah. Yeah. I mean, the left's narrative on this, they have consistently said from almost
00:37:18.000 the beginning, you know, I testified before Congress last December on the SPLC. And at the
00:37:24.160 time, you know, the Congressional Black Caucus and many left-leaning activist groups said that
00:37:29.760 criticizing the Southern Poverty Law Center, this was before any indictment, that criticizing the
00:37:34.800 SPLC was attacking civil society. And so now we see, you know, they've been saying that after this
00:37:41.800 indictment comes out that this is an attack on civil society. I'm sorry, there are few organizations
00:37:48.140 in America that pose a threat to civil society worse than the Southern Poverty Law Center. I mean,
00:37:54.480 And the SPLC puts mainstream conservative and Christian groups on a map with chapters
00:37:59.820 of the KKK, saying that this is the infrastructure upholding white supremacy in America.
00:38:06.140 And, you know, deranged people have used that map to carry out an attempted mass shooting.
00:38:11.880 After the SPLC put Turning Point USA on the map, a man went out and allegedly assassinated
00:38:20.080 Charlie Kirk, aiming to, as prosecutors say, silence his hate. That doesn't prove that the
00:38:26.540 SPLC caused that attack or inspired it, and the SPLC condemned it. But over and over again,
00:38:33.380 we have this repeating cycle where the SPLC will demonize someone on the right, and then there
00:38:40.980 will be violence against that person, and then the SPLC will refuse to take that person off of the
00:38:47.040 hate map. And over and over again, we see the SPLC going to big tech, going to social media,
00:38:53.500 going to banks, saying that people need to de-bank, de-platform, de-list any conservative
00:39:01.100 group that is on this hate map. And of course, the hate map does include real hateful organizations
00:39:07.680 that are very small and tend not to have an impact politically. Groups like Adam Woffin
00:39:13.920 division where members have been convicted in court of planning violent attacks.
00:39:19.420 But then it also props up these groups.
00:39:23.140 That's all marginalia, and we now know that they're propping them up to try to make them
00:39:27.720 bigger than they actually are.
00:39:29.760 America is not a hateful country.
00:39:31.480 There's very little hate.
00:39:32.340 The hate comes from the progressive left.
00:39:34.600 The hate comes from the red-green alliance that hates this country.
00:39:38.120 and the secret police force and secret police information center for this is a southern poverty
00:39:44.300 law center now tell me how the superseding indictment addresses this specific concern
00:39:50.200 that oh it's just not them doing their investigative work the superseding indictment
00:39:54.640 tells me what yeah so the superseding indictment shows that an SPLC employee who is actually
00:40:02.040 supervising one of these so-called informants, you know, who is part of the neo-Nazi group
00:40:08.120 National Alliance, the SPLC employee was in a romantic relationship with this person and they
00:40:15.300 shared bank accounts. So when the SPLC paid this so-called confidential informant, that money then
00:40:22.180 was spent by the SPLC employee to furnish their supplies, their living expenses for the couple
00:40:29.240 together. And so, you know, the level of connection here, we have someone who at the SPLC, an employee,
00:40:36.420 is literally in bed with a neo-Nazi, or at least someone who is paid to stay in neo-Nazi groups.
00:40:43.260 Meanwhile, we had multiple people, there are at least three individuals who were involved with
00:40:49.320 the KKK, went to the SPLC, asking the SPLC for help to leave the KKK, and then the SPLC gave them
00:40:57.760 money and said, no, you need to stay in the KKK and work on our behalf in these organizations.
00:41:05.340 Then that money was directed to things like cross-burning materials and things like KKK
00:41:12.380 hoods and enabled these groups. I mean, one of these people who wanted to leave the KKK
00:41:18.620 and then was convinced by the SPLC to remain in the KKK later became a leader of a KKK group.
00:41:26.220 And so when it comes to the overall claim, I mean, the indictment says the SPLC used donor money, which donors gave to the SPLC to combat hate.
00:41:36.560 The SPLC used that money to prop up the very hate that it claims it exists to oppose.
00:41:42.620 So we're talking here about a firefighter who greenlights or who moonlights as an arsonist.
00:41:49.520 We're talking about an exterminator who is planting rats in people's houses to justify his own job.
00:41:58.840 That's what is happening with the SPLC, according to this indictment.
00:42:03.080 And, you know, what I've heard over and over again, you know, people have said that this is normal.
00:42:08.340 I'm sorry, none of this looks normal to me. 0.67
00:42:10.460 I talked to an expert who had been following the history of Jewish groups that had been paying informants decades ago, and he said that nowhere did one of these Jewish groups ever promote and trumpet the fact, you know, one of their informants. 0.54
00:42:30.680 Never did the Jewish groups go about and say, oh, this person who, and the group's not revealing that it's an informant, this person proves that hate is on the march and you need to give us money.
00:42:43.100 This is such a duplicitous move that the SPLC has done because they go online and they release this extremist profile. 0.59
00:42:50.640 And little does anybody know who sees this profile, this person that the SPLC is parading is a dangerous extremist that you need to give to the SPLC so we can combat this person.
00:43:03.140 That very same person is on the SPLC's payroll.
00:43:07.760 I mean, so when the left comes out and says that this is normal.
00:43:14.000 Hang on.
00:43:14.640 I want to just hold that.
00:43:15.860 I want to hold that for we're going to take a short commercial break.

00:44:11.080 Fellow patriots, the Federal Reserve has portrayed America for over a century.
00:44:17.720 Printing fiat, inflating away your savings, serving globalist masters, but President Trump
00:44:24.240 is ending it. President Trump is wielding a 112-year-old law to reclaim control from the
00:44:32.060 rogue Federal Reserve. He's replacing Jerome Powell, slashing rates, igniting America's
00:44:38.440 re-industrialization. Now, this is not theory. Government-backed industry plus low rates
00:44:44.060 unleashes super cycles. History does repeat. Gold's already exploding. Miners are up over
00:44:51.320 400 percent in the last year. What Rickards is calling Trump's gift is wealth for American
00:44:58.140 patriots, not global handouts. Now it's America's turn. Jim Rickards, former CIA and Pentagon
00:45:05.800 veteran says act now go to insider2026.com that is insider2026.com to get Jim Rickards

00:47:21.740 me saying hey look what tyler's laying out aren't they aren't they instigating hate because what
00:47:27.880 they do is they put you on the hate map you know war room charlie kirk then they goad it and then
00:47:34.760 when charlie kirk gets assassinated they're oh well you know we're so sorry with thoughts and
00:47:38.400 prayers with charlie kirk's wife screw you southern poverty law center you're one of the
00:47:43.220 reasons he was assassinated let me be blunt and i hope that uh i hope the great scott besant what
00:47:51.260 i haven't seen yet is ngos and these donors that give to them they're just the people that 800
00:47:57.760 million dollars think about they're sitting on 800 million dollars we got all these uh not-for-profits
00:48:03.260 on the right that are living hand to mouth they have 800 million dollars every person that gave
00:48:07.960 them a penny ought to be investigated because they're part of the problem i think they ought
00:48:13.160 to be charged because everybody knew what the scam was this is like this is like the information
00:48:18.540 department of the gestapo tyler o'neill are there hate crimes here can they be prosecuted as todd
00:48:24.740 blanche got a lot more uh that's going to come on this and a lot longer a lot farther to go to
00:48:29.960 really put this thing out of business and to send these perps to uh to prison well i'm not
00:48:37.860 sure about hate crimes. What I do know is that hate crimes require an underlying criminal act
00:48:44.060 and then a bias that shows that people engaged in the activity in order to attack people of a
00:48:51.700 certain race or of a certain identity. And so what we see here is, and the indictment
00:48:59.220 constantly claims that we have a scheme to prop up hate. And that leads to, you know,
00:49:08.680 people having more bias against. And of course, this is the downstream effect. So the criminal
00:49:14.480 act here that's being alleged is a few steps higher up. And then if you look at the downstream
00:49:21.240 effects, you have the SPLC engaging in this routine defamation against conservatives.
00:49:26.620 And I think, I mean, there are defamation cases that are still working their way through the courts.
00:49:33.200 We have to see where they end up, but some of them are very strong.
00:49:37.240 That said, you know, we have your answer, the answer to your question about bankrupting them, about weakening their money, the train, the gravy train for the SPLC.
00:49:48.160 The answer actually there is in this superseding indictment where they're going for forfeiture of funds that were secured through this scheme or artifice if the SPLC is convicted of this behavior.
00:50:03.680 So a lot of people have been noting that there aren't specific names of specific individuals in the indictment, that nobody has been arrested as of yet.
00:50:13.000 But I think what we're looking at here is an attempt to prevent the SPLC's propping up of hate, to stop this scheme and artifice, and then to say that if they are engaging in this scam to raise their money, then that money can be forfeited to the U.S. government.
00:50:34.000 And that's what we're seeing in this superseding indictment. I think the SPLC is going to fight very hard against that. But when we're talking about a scheme to defraud donors and lie systematically in the way that they raise money, that's very powerful charges.
00:50:53.120 And some of these charges, I think, are very clear in black and white, particularly the bank fraud charges, where we have clearly misstatement, you know, false statements to a bank that say one thing and then statements that say the exact opposite a few years later.
00:51:09.220 I mean, this is a very damning indictment for the SPLC. And I know our friends on the other side of the aisle want to continually make light of this shocking, damning scandal. But if you read this indictment, you can't come away with the idea that this is normal activity. I mean, it's astonishing.
00:51:31.160 finishing. Tyler, you're doing the best job of keeping up to date with this. Where do people go
00:51:36.640 for your writings on this? Because there's going to be a lot more coming out of the Justice
00:51:40.600 Department and the U.S. Attorney's Office on this. And you're going to see perp walks. You're going
00:51:44.580 to see arrests. You're going to see people that have been funding this. They're going for a kill
00:51:49.480 shot here. And this is why the left's going crazy. So where do people go to follow you, sir, in your 0.99
00:51:53.860 reportage. Yeah, thank you. I'm most active on X at Tyler2, the number two O'Neill. I'm also on

00:52:27.660 in this organization and you know i i had to get i had to get an update because it's just jaw

00:52:49.100 for this forever anything associated with it the senate the house sure shut down should be all over
00:52:55.140 these groups associated these are the drivers of hate in this country and they're drivers of things
00:53:00.740 like the assassination of charlie kirk tyler thank you so much sir appreciate you stick around ej and
00:53:07.020 tony with his own confirmation fight why was that why'd the senate roll over on him uh let me think
