00:07:01.700 since he backed down, his engagement with the Chinese has been so much more respectful,

00:07:07.880 so much more stable in the relationship. It's a complete 180 from where he was when he decided

00:07:14.660 that he was going to force the Chinese to surrender to the Americans. That's exactly

00:08:05.600 smaller partner, as President Trump has certainly been saying. But it's not as if the Israelis are

00:08:11.940 going to follow everything that the Americans say. They're a sovereign country with a leader

00:08:17.600 who is facing getting ousted in his own presidential elections,

00:08:20.960 excuse me, his own national elections, coming up in October.

00:08:25.460 And so if you're Israel, your willingness to continue to occupy Lebanon,

00:08:31.700 the south of Lebanon, your willingness to continue to fight against Hezbollah,
