00:00:00.000 Either way, it's so big. It's so massive. It's the one secret. He's not going to leak himself
00:00:05.940 just yet. Make that make sense. But we know we can expect Donald Trump's primetime address on
00:00:12.180 Thursday to be dangerous for our country, to be part of a string of his consistent assault
00:00:20.380 on American elections and American democracy. After Thursday, because this is important for
00:00:25.320 people to understand, this is just part of laying, could be, we don't know what's in the
00:00:29.500 speech exactly, but everything we've seen from reporting could be laying the predicate here
00:00:34.920 to do further investigations, to seize more ballots. Where do you think it goes?
00:00:41.160 I think, again, I think that he is trying to create some pretext for an abuse of federal power,
00:00:46.760 trying to create cover for state and local allies to get up to no good in those jurisdictions
00:00:50.880 and try to lay the groundwork for some kind of potential challenge to the results. That's what
00:00:55.460 I think his goal is. But I think they're divided within the White House and the administration on
00:01:00.020 this. And here's what I would say. If you're working in the Trump administration right now,
00:01:04.380 if you're, say, CIA director John Ratcliffe and you see what's about to happen, that they're
00:01:10.280 going to selectively declassify some nonsense to try to lay the foundation for some kind of
00:01:15.760 mischief, this is the last chance to jump ship and speak out because you will be forever tainted
00:01:21.040 by your association with these kinds of shenanigans it's all a lie it's all been a lie 0.94
00:01:26.440 um the man is the loser and losers typically don't like losing and in that reality they find
00:01:33.380 ways if they can to rewrite the story and tell you for guys we've all had the conversation with
00:01:38.580 that brother you know and you're hearing you go wait a minute i was there and that's not what
00:01:42.320 happened uh what no that's not the way that went down i'm sorry she wasn't even in the room and
00:01:49.060 And that that conversation is what this is like with Donald Trump, because it's over and over and over again.
00:01:56.720 The lying, the capitulation by those who support the lie.
00:02:01.580 The only way it stops is the American people.
00:02:03.740 Y'all going to be lied to on Thursday night.
00:02:05.480 John Ratcliffe is currently the CIA director.
00:02:09.000 And to your point, he was the DNI in 2020.
00:02:11.120 He was the DNI in 2020 and made it clear that, for example, when it came to China, it made no assertion that there was direct Chinese interference that would have changed the vote outcome of the 2020 election.
00:02:23.720 And I think that this is important when we take into account Tulsi Gabbard is no longer the director of national intelligence.
00:02:29.780 And I just want to read a quote to you from a current administration official who is emphasizing that we need to consistently talk about Bill Pulte and John Solomon, the former journalist and special government employee.
00:02:40.960 Both of those men brought in one month ago into these roles.
00:02:44.340 And the way that it's framed to me is that essentially John Solomon is the one that is pushing a lot of the conspiracy theories, then claims that there is raw material that the intelligence community has access to that they're not released.
00:02:57.700 and that he is the one putting this into the ear of Donald Trump, that there is actually evidence that would support his claim that the election in 2020 was stolen.
00:03:06.060 But then it's Bill Pulte, the current director of national intelligence, the acting one, who is essentially the one that is promised the president,
00:03:12.200 we are told by multiple sources, is the one that is essentially doing whatever it takes to carry it out.
00:03:16.980 The quote, I just want to read to you, we're publishing on MS.NOW right now, but we wanted to get this on air.
00:03:21.700 Quote, this is an administration official who has been familiar with the raw intelligence available across the intelligence community, and that is, quote, it's that network of people, referring to Solomon and Pulte, that is the real effing problem.
00:03:34.680 They try to put bits and pieces together and then make these conclusions.
00:03:38.120 Everything I have seen, it's not what's there.
00:03:40.820 And the reason that I'm emphasizing this is the fact that for the first time, I would say, in the second Trump administration, to your point, Nicole, there are factions within this White House.
00:03:49.120 And there is one faction that is clearly winning out. And it is that Bill Pulte, John Solomon faction, those that have lifted up and supported claims made by people like Michael Flynn.
00:03:59.340 And in the last months, they have had greater access to the president of the United States than ever before.
00:04:04.720 And it is people like Susie Wiles and other in this administration that have effectively last year, I am told, saw all of this, essentially the assessments from people like John Ratcliffe and Tulsi Gabbard and knew what was available through the intelligence community and clearly made the determinations that there was not enough to go public at that point in time.
00:04:24.880 Fast forward to June of 2026, Donald Trump has turned to two people who have made the
00:04:28.940 commitment to do just that for him.
00:04:30.860 And that is what is happening now.
00:04:32.960 It's those two individuals that are making good on what the president has demanded for
00:04:36.300 five and a half years.
00:04:37.040 When Donald Trump is scheduled to give a big rant to spew election conspiracy theories
00:04:43.400 on Thursday, do you think that TV networks should run it?
00:04:45.960 Do they have an ethical obligation?
00:04:47.080 A big ad?
00:04:48.040 Rant.
00:04:48.920 Rant.
00:04:49.660 A speech.
00:04:50.260 speech, you know, he's basically doing a made-for-TV podcast about election fraud and conspiracy
00:04:57.120 theories and all the rest on Thursday.
00:04:59.380 I don't think that we should be contributing to any platforming of lies about our election.
00:05:11.680 And so I think that, you know, I mean, many of these, many news outlets oftentimes may
00:05:19.120 receive transcripts. And I think that we have an ethical obligation to not air things that undermine
00:05:26.240 our election that are not rooted in evidence and fact. And so, you know, of course, it depends on
00:05:36.420 the contents of his speech, but that's my take. Tonight, anonymous officials inside Donald Trump's
00:05:42.220 White House are raising alarms about the president's big speech on Thursday. MS now reports
00:05:47.460 that in his speech, Trump will focus on false claims about voting machines and foreign influence
00:05:52.160 in American elections. He'll also, at least the plan is now, release related to classified
00:05:57.280 intelligence documents with the help of that guy, Bill Pulte, and other cronies willing to spread
00:06:01.920 conspiracy theories about 2020. At least that's the plan. We'll see what happens by Thursday.
00:06:08.540 Wednesday, 15 July, Year of the Lord, 2026. The reason Chris Hayes leaves it, leaves it,
00:06:12.940 leaves it as an open question is that there's obviously a big move inside the Trump administration
00:06:23.260 to make sure that Thursday doesn't happen. And right there, I'm actually stunned how brazen
00:06:29.440 certain White House officials are in essentially using their names to thwart this. Von Hilliard,
00:06:35.000 I think, outed them, but we'll get to more of that in a second. John Solomon, thank you for
00:06:40.580 joining us appreciate you and appreciate all the work and the country appreciates all the work
00:06:45.300 uh you've been doing of course i haven't talked to you in a couple of days and the reason is we've
00:06:50.120 been hunkered down trying to make sure that we can um frame this properly so the president has
00:06:55.620 a shot on thursday but your name's been taken in vain by certain white house personnel that have
00:07:00.920 come to me and said that you're causing all kind of problems uh any can you give us some observations
00:07:06.280 on that, sir? Well, if truth is a problem, then I'm a problem, I guess. You know, if you're worried
00:07:13.560 about truth, then you should be concerned because we're going to put, you know, the president will
00:07:18.740 put some significant truth out there. Listen, over the last couple of days, I was formally
00:07:22.940 accused of leaking something to you when I haven't even talked to you. The only time we've talked in
00:07:27.180 the last week was over planning a special coverage event. We haven't talked about any of my work. I
00:07:31.720 I turned down every opportunity to go on your show because I'm busy.
00:07:35.320 I'm just in the room doing the work.
00:07:37.620 So, yeah, people come out and they accuse you of something that's not true.
00:07:41.620 I didn't see your show yesterday.
00:07:43.080 Is there anything on your show that I gave you yesterday?
00:07:46.200 Absolutely zero.
00:07:47.400 But you can tell with MSNBC, let's be blunt.
00:07:51.520 Senior members of the Trump White House, and MSNBC has already framed this.
00:07:56.340 They've already been given this 72 hours in advance.
00:07:58.860 They've framed this now.
00:08:00.060 It's disinformation.
00:08:01.500 It's lies.
00:08:02.300 You see Vaughn Hilliard wrote, all of them already saying, not even seeing the evidence,
00:08:07.300 not even seeing what has come up with.
00:08:08.980 It's lies.
00:08:09.620 It's different separation.
00:08:11.320 You know, AOC is begging channels from around the country not to take it.
00:08:14.480 Yet senior White House officials are quoted by the one network that's the biggest enemy
00:08:21.080 to the president of the United States and has stirred up a lot of the hate and discontent
00:08:25.340 that have led to the attempted assassination attempts on him, like in Butler, Pennsylvania.
00:08:29.880 They continue to stir it up, and they are actively trying to stop the program that you've been brought in for a task force and Bill Pulte.
00:08:38.300 Any observations?
00:08:39.520 I've never seen anything like it, quite frankly, and I think there needs to be a major housekeeping, a house cleaning after Thursday night, sir.
00:08:47.600 I'm sure the president will do the right thing.
00:08:49.780 I can't talk about the speech.
00:08:51.460 Normally, I'm a journalist.
00:08:52.360 I could, but in this case, I'm working as a special government employee, unpaid.
00:08:56.300 But I will say this.
00:08:57.800 You could do the country a favor.
00:08:58.920 Take two clips first. The first clip of that NBC moron insulting me. Send that to me so I can send 1.00
00:09:05.600 it to my lawyers, because I think after Thursday night I'll have a good litigation case against
00:09:09.340 them. And then to the Department of Leaks at the White House, just send them your clips so they
00:09:13.660 know that nothing on your show yesterday came from me. They can maybe go back to focusing on
00:09:17.760 the president's business. Think about this. Yesterday we had the largest drop in inflation
00:09:24.700 in six years. We have the president doing one of his few primetime presidential addresses.
00:09:31.900 We have war in Iran and people were calling you asking if I was leaking to you.
00:09:36.380 The answer is no. I'll take a polygraph. I'll let you sweep my phone. But shouldn't you be
00:09:42.340 focused on what the president's business is instead of these petty grievances? That's what
00:09:46.180 I would say to those people. Meanwhile, there's important news that's happening every day. You
00:09:50.880 see what Chuck Grassley just put out yesterday with Senator Ron Johnson, and they deserve a lot
00:09:55.640 of credit for doing this. 44 members of Congress had their personal text messages taken by Jack
00:10:02.880 Smith, and according to the records, not even following the rules that protect for separation
00:10:09.440 of powers. Now, that turns out to be true. That's an incredible abuse, but there weren't 44 members 0.95
00:10:14.180 of Congress who were prosecuted. By the way, there were zero members of Congress, but people like
00:10:19.740 Lindsey Graham and Senator Grassley and Senator Johnson, who were chairman, had their messages
00:10:25.260 grabbed by a prosecutor for unexplained circumstances. That is a dragnet that invades
00:10:31.400 the privacy. And if they can do it to that powerful of people, imagine what they could be doing to you
00:10:36.520 and me. And so these are the stories that should matter. These are the stories that administration
00:10:41.100 officials should care about. These are the stories that civil libertarians should care about. These
00:10:46.260 other stories that news media should be focused on, but they love anonymous stories because they
00:10:51.340 can always claim afterwards their sources just weren't right. I guarantee you on Monday morning
00:10:56.520 people will wake up and they will feel good that the president gave a primetime speech. I'm sure
00:11:00.560 of it. He's going to say what he's going to say, but they pick primetime speeches because they're
00:11:06.980 important. So I'll leave it at that and let the American people judge, but I think there'll be
00:11:10.920 plenty there i think the white house should understand is that the people at msnbc were not
00:11:16.680 shy about sending around to everybody uh exactly who they've been talking to so we know who they've
00:11:22.420 been talking to we know who these are that's unfortunate to hear yeah but listen washington
00:11:27.700 has been full of leaks they they went they went to the enemies of the let me be blunt
00:11:31.880 they went to a network that has driven the hate and dissension this country that led
00:11:37.400 to the assassination attempts on the president of the United States.
00:11:41.420 They went to them and privately briefed them on what's going on.
00:11:45.600 You and Bill Pulte, to me, are in four weeks.
00:11:50.120 You guys are eligible, to me, should be nominated for the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
00:11:55.760 What you guys have accomplished in four and a half weeks is more than we did in the first administration
00:12:00.800 and more than we've done in the first year and a half of this administration
00:12:04.400 with people who were specifically empowered to go do this and failed to do it.
00:12:09.440 And as MSMC tells us, people knew this information and suppressed it.
00:12:14.960 Knew this information and suppressed it.
00:12:16.760 John, you and Pulte deserve the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
00:12:21.060 Listen, they want us to talk about the leaks.
00:12:24.400 That's why they're baiting us into these things.
00:12:26.120 I'm going to stay focused on the truth and the facts and the information
00:12:28.820 and the project that the president was kind enough to give me.
00:12:32.100 I think when people say the facts, there's no amount of interpretation that the spin
00:12:35.500 nicers can do.
00:12:36.240 The facts are the facts.
00:12:37.660 By the way, there's a large number of people who have worked on this.
00:12:40.360 This is not two people or one person or seven people.
00:12:43.240 It's a group of trained intelligence experts who've gone through this.
00:12:47.660 We're very careful.
00:12:48.940 You'll see how careful we were.
00:12:50.420 But they want us to focus on the fake.
00:12:53.240 They want us to get into disputes with each other.
00:12:56.240 I think we should focus on the truth.
00:12:57.960 Keep our eyes looking forward.
00:12:59.240 When you look in the rearview mirror, you end up crashing your car sometimes.
00:13:02.180 Just stay focused on the truth, what the future is.
00:13:04.880 I think Americans will wake up next Friday and the Friday after that and the Friday after that being informed in ways that they weren't,
00:13:11.220 and they can make their own minds up.
00:13:12.560 I trust the American people to make up their minds regardless of what MSNBC or whatever they call themselves today does.
00:13:19.980 They're smart.
00:13:20.580 The American people are smart.
00:13:21.620 They will absorb this, and they'll make the right decision.
00:13:24.860 John Solomon, I want to thank you for all the work you've been doing.
00:13:27.760 We're in two hats.
00:13:28.680 You've still got the show going with Amanda.
00:13:31.320 It's fantastic, and you've been doing 20 hours a day in this volunteer job,
00:13:36.120 and I know the president appreciates it, and the country appreciates it, and MAGA appreciates it.
00:13:40.940 It's an honor to do it.
00:13:41.600 Thank you so much.
00:13:43.040 Thank you for jumping on this one.
00:13:44.240 I appreciate you.
00:13:45.520 Yeah, no problem.
00:13:46.220 Bye-bye.
00:13:48.000 You know, this is going to get us back to go back to figure out the taping
00:13:52.440 that Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan bragged so much about in the Situation Room.
00:13:59.980 We have these verbatim quotes. Something quite dark is happening at the White House. Let me be blunt. And here's the beauty. They got no leverage on the boardroom. This is Roger Ailes and Fox in August of 2015. Don't owe him nothing.
00:14:21.800 We're going to do what we're going to do.
00:14:24.220 This information is going to change the direction of politics.
00:14:29.540 And yes, it is laying a predicate to save this nation.
00:14:33.860 If you're not up for that fight, then get the hell out and move on.
00:14:37.940 In the war room, we're ready for the fight.
00:14:41.340 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:14:43.160 Other fights, DHS blinked right away.
00:14:47.680 President of the United States came out and said,
00:14:49.300 hey, we're still going to be stopping cars because we're going to do mass deportations.
00:14:54.120 Mike Davis joins us next.
00:14:57.980 For the first time since World War II, our national debt held by the public has exceeded GDP.
00:15:06.780 America, this is a wake-up call.
00:15:09.120 Our sins of the past, reckless government spending have finally caught up to us.
00:15:14.620 So what's next?
00:15:15.500 Higher inflation, higher prices, higher cost of living expenses, and higher interest payments on the national debt.
00:15:23.020 Every dollar Washington spends on interest is a dollar it has to tax, borrow, or print.
00:15:30.040 Smart retirement planners prepare for potential setbacks, and they can do that by diversifying with a time-tested asset known for weathering the storm.
00:15:39.580 That is physical gold.
00:15:42.020 Now, physical gold you can get from my trusted friends at Birch Gold Group.
00:15:45.860 Text the word Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898,
00:15:50.840 and Birch Gold will send you a free info kit on converting an existing IRA or 401K
00:15:57.580 into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold.
00:16:01.500 You don't pull the ripcord on your parachute once you've already hit the ground.
00:16:06.020 Don't wait for economic turbulence to diversify.
00:16:08.860 Diversify. Text Bannon to the number 989898. Again, text Bannon to 989898. Own some gold and own it from Birchgold.
00:16:20.240 Thank you very much, Chairman Grassley, and thank you, Senator, for that introduction. I appreciate you and your friendship.
00:16:26.600 good morning um chairman grassley ranking member durbin and the other members of the committee
00:16:34.460 thank you for for having me um as as uh senator durbin said a minute ago i would like to offer
00:16:42.580 each of you my condolences for the loss of your colleague senator graham he was a patriot
00:16:48.760 and a friend to so many to so many of us it's a loss for the american people and i think honoring
00:16:55.660 him today, and as he's been honored for the past several days, is the right thing to do.
00:17:02.280 17 months ago, I sat at this table as the nominee to be the Deputy Attorney General,
00:17:07.380 and I told you that serving in the Department of Justice was my American dream. Since then,
00:17:15.700 I have helped lead it, first as Deputy and now as Acting Attorney General,
00:17:19.580 and I'm here today to earn your trust once more. I've lived the American dream.
00:17:28.040 I waited tables to get through college, moved to New York with my wife and two young kids,
00:17:34.520 went to law school at night, read textbooks on the late train home while I worked days as a
00:17:41.340 paralegal at the U.S. Attorney's Office. From that start, I became a prosecutor and spent nine years
00:17:49.060 prosecuting violent gangs and drug dealers. I rose through the ranks of the Department of Justice as
00:17:55.340 a line prosecutor, then a division chief, then as of last year deputy attorney general and now
00:18:01.520 acting attorney general, but I did not take that path for a title. I took it to make a difference
00:18:08.720 for American families and the towns they call home. I am exceedingly grateful to President Trump for
00:18:17.280 his trust and to my family who have carried me through every long day and late night my wife
00:18:25.320 christine our wonderful children sydney and justin my granddaughter blaine who's here today all of
00:18:30.960 them are here today my wonderful friends many of whom are here today are really what what make this
00:18:37.900 worth it and what gets me through my days and so i want to thank them for not only being here today
00:18:42.960 and supporting me, but also being with me every step of the way
00:18:47.480 in the journey that we're on together.
00:18:50.720 My family's blessings should be available to all Americans.
00:18:54.980 When a family can send their kids to school,
00:18:58.240 walk their neighborhood after dark,
00:19:00.220 and build a life without fear,
00:19:02.600 every promise of the American dream is within reach.
00:19:06.120 When they cannot, none of it is.
00:19:09.100 That's my job, securing safety for every American.
00:19:12.960 i'm pleased to testify again today to tell everybody here that we are doing just that
00:19:20.680 we are keeping america safe since president trump took office it's been said a few times
00:19:27.120 this morning already but it bears repeating murders are down roughly 20 percent nationwide
00:19:33.600 we have the lowest murder rate since 1900 violent crime arrests are up nearly 114 percent we've
00:19:42.800 taken almost 5,000 child predators and human traffickers off the streets, and the Department
00:19:51.400 of Justice has filed nearly 100,000 indictments and informations since January 20th, 2025.
00:20:01.160 Additionally, in just the last four weeks, in just the last month, we've paid $96 million
00:20:07.940 dollars in claims through the Public Safety Officers Benefits Program to eligible surviving
00:20:14.420 families of fallen public safety officers, even while fewer law enforcement officers were killed
00:20:21.500 in the line of duty than the prior years. And obviously, these are not just numbers. Each one
00:20:29.920 is a family that still has its son or daughter and an officer who came home for dinner. If you look
00:20:36.960 at Washington and Memphis as examples, where we have worked with federal, state, and local partners
00:20:43.040 pulling thousands of criminals off the streets in those two cities. Homicides in D.C. are down
00:20:50.480 about 60%, and overall crime in Memphis declined by more than 40%. We've seized thousands of
00:20:57.780 illegal guns, brought more than 150 missing children home in those two cities, and cleaned
00:21:03.700 up parks and spaces family once avoided, so you can take your kids and loved ones there
00:21:10.280 once again.
00:21:12.640 We are enforcing our borders.
00:21:15.740 We are prosecuting the smugglers who profited from an open border, removing criminal aliens
00:21:21.060 and dismantling gangs like MS-13 and TDA.
00:21:25.380 We're smashing the cartels and ending the scourge of drugs in our communities.
00:21:30.920 We designated the major cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, because that's exactly
00:21:37.820 what they are.
00:21:39.660 And we're using every tool that unlocked, narcoterrorism charges, forfeiture, and extraditions.
00:21:46.960 Dozens of cartel leaders are now in American custody, drug seizures are skyrocketing, and
00:21:52.880 overdose deaths are finally falling.
00:21:57.320 We are protecting taxpayers.
00:22:00.280 Last year, the department brought the largest healthcare fraud takedown in American history,
00:22:05.460 more than $14 billion, and another $11 billion in total fraud in just the last three months.
00:22:14.880 That's money stolen from the FISC, stolen from Medicare, from seniors, working families,
00:22:20.460 and we're clawing it back.
00:22:22.500 We're doing all of this, I will add, through partnership.
00:22:27.000 agents, state troopers, county sheriffs, local officers, and state attorneys general in your
00:22:33.240 home states, all pulling in the same direction. That is what happens when we fight crime together,
00:22:40.020 and I want to bring that model that we've done in a few towns to more communities in every state.
00:22:47.460 Above all, we are restoring American trust. In recent years, we watched the Justice Department
00:22:55.440 turned against many of you and a former president, and it damaged the public's faith in justice.
00:23:03.160 We are fixing that. Members of this committee on both sides have fair questions about the
00:23:09.740 hard debates of the past year, and I welcome them. I'm proud of what we've done to help
00:23:15.100 American families see safer streets and to have a fair shot at the life they're working to build.
00:23:22.240 None of this is a Republican or Democrat issue.
00:23:25.920 Every senator here has constituents who just want to be safe.
00:23:30.080 The men and women of this department are the finest people I have ever worked with,
00:23:35.420 and leading them is the honor of my professional life.
00:23:41.100 We are keeping America safe, and we are just getting started.
00:23:47.160 I love this country. I love the Department of Justice.
00:23:51.240 Thank you very much, Chairman, for the opportunity to appear before this committee today, and I look forward to answering your questions.
00:23:58.640 Thank you.
00:23:59.960 Okay, Mike, I'm going to hold you through this break because we've got other stuff to get on about Department of Homeland Safety.
00:24:07.040 And I don't think, the Warren Posse knows it, but I don't think Americans know it, and most Republicans don't.
00:24:13.980 Todd Blanche is a good man.
00:24:16.420 And in the darkest days, you know you were there with us.
00:24:19.020 in the darkest days of 21 and 22, when no law firms, when the powerhouse law firms that I had
00:24:26.000 paid millions of dollars to told me that they had to fire me, not because of me, but because
00:24:33.460 their corporate clients were telling them they could not represent President Trump or people
00:24:37.940 that were closely associated with President Trump. I go, what? They go, yes, our corporate
00:24:43.020 clients said they're going to walk if we continue to have you, Trump, and a handful of others as
00:24:47.720 clients. Todd Blanche working at a very prestigious, and he's, you know, he comes from a hard
00:24:52.260 scrabble kind of, you know, working class. He did law school at night. He gets a partnership 0.55
00:24:58.340 at a prestigious white shoe law firm. And he goes to them, hey, I'm going to, I've been asked to
00:25:03.540 represent the former president of the United States and a guy who's going to run again. And,
00:25:07.900 you know, he's been persecuted, et cetera, et cetera. And they go, hey, fine. If you want to
00:25:11.800 do that, there's the exit. Mike Davis, tell us about Todd Blanche. Todd Blanche is a bold and
00:25:18.780 fearless warrior. As we say, he's exactly who should be leading the Justice Department. He is
00:25:25.040 the right man at the right time for the right job. As you said, Steve, Todd Blanche worked his way
00:25:33.220 up the legal food chain. He put everything on the line to support and defend President Trump
00:25:41.580 when no one else would do it because Todd Blanche saw a grave injustice, a republic-ending
00:25:48.660 injustice against a former president of the United States. And he gave up his white shoe
00:25:56.700 law partnership in New York, started his own boutique shop with Amo Bovey, who is now a judge
00:26:03.900 on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. And they teamed up with Boris and Will Scharf and John
00:26:10.780 sour and uh outside groups like the article three project with you bannon and uh we fought this
00:26:18.680 unprecedented republican in lawfare and we won and todd was the tip of the spear he was in many
00:26:24.920 courtrooms uh all over the country defending president trump and now he's the deputy attorney
00:26:32.220 general of the united states after serving as a former federal prosecutor and paralegal in the
00:26:37.540 southern district of new york he's done that job well he has all the powers of the ag now he's the
00:26:43.020 acting ag and he's going to be confirmed as our next attorney general uh by august recess with
00:26:49.900 the help of the war room posse going to article three projects.org take action light up both of
00:26:57.900 your home state senators democrat and republican and tell them to confirm todd blanch as president
00:27:04.600 trump's next attorney general we're gonna get to that we're gonna get to that punchline but
00:27:09.380 we're i'm gonna bring you back and here's what we're gonna do there's two phases of todd blanch
00:27:14.000 the courage to step into the breach when the odds look long and look like they were sending
00:27:19.740 president trump to prison remember that does everybody forget that the mugshot
00:27:23.320 same to prison bankrupt him that's one then the second is in the years in the wilderness
00:27:29.440 we had a chance with the people at Heritage, American First Law, CRA, Russ Vogt, and Mike
00:27:36.560 Davis at the tip of spear to say no. This is the true power. Trump is coming back as the true chief
00:27:44.240 executive, commander-in-chief, and chief magistrate, and chief law enforcement officer of the United
00:27:49.320 States government. Those years in the wilderness were absolutely central to the theory of the case
00:27:55.620 that underpins President Trump's presidency,
00:27:59.240 of which, as Deputy Attorney General,
00:28:02.680 Todd Blanche was the tip of the tip of the spear.
00:28:05.720 There are two things here for his courage and bravery.
00:28:08.660 And it has not been perfect.
00:28:10.760 Nothing's perfect.
00:28:12.300 As you know, as the Warren Posse knows,
00:28:14.700 Mike Davis on the other side.
00:28:19.280 If you're 65 or already on Medicare,
00:28:22.760 listen up, folks, and grab a pen.
00:28:25.620 maybe even a number two pencil. Call 845-WAR-ROOM. That's 845-WAR-ROOM. Call it right
00:28:33.760 now. I'm serious. Call it. Now, here's why. The insurance companies and their lackeys in the
00:28:39.400 Washington swamp have built a Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off. Rising
00:28:46.240 premiums, denied claims, fine print nobody but a lobbyist understands. Millions of American seniors
00:28:52.620 are paying too much and getting too little. And worst of all, most don't even know it. Hey, that
00:28:58.560 could be you. That's why if you're already on Medicare or will be soon, you need to talk to
00:29:04.820 our friends at Chapter. They have a team of advisors trained to serve American seniors,
00:29:09.620 not the insurance companies. In under 20 minutes, they can find you the best plan for your needs
00:29:15.880 at the lowest cost. Why? They're a data company. They have all the data on every plan. It's totally
00:29:22.760 free. There's no pressure, no BS, just straightforward, honest help from fellow
00:29:28.280 patriots. So don't wait. Call 845-WAR-ROOM right now. That's 845-WAR-ROOM. Tell them Bannon
00:29:34.260 sent you. Now listen, in the first couple of days of the launch of this company with the Warren
00:29:39.000 Posse, Posse members saved tens and up to hundreds of thousands collectively of dollars
00:29:45.680 in these fees. Go check it out today. That's chapter. Call 845-WAR-ROOM. Do it today.
00:29:52.940 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:56.840 I want to thank our sponsor, Birch Coil. Particularly, we do these. We're going to go

00:30:13.360 the army um the great army war college up there and uh also a i think still armory uh he's going
00:30:20.800 to do a defense industrial today a presentation we'll cover that live soup to nuts um birchgold.com
00:30:31.020 end of the dot birchgold.com slash bandit end of the dollar empire philip patrick's going to be
00:30:36.560 with me on saturday where i go through these deficits the debt um what's happening to the
00:30:42.460 dollar the middle east all of the economics of all this so um make sure you you see us on saturday
00:30:48.980 also i want to thank a birch gold a great sponsor particularly has been doing charlie kirks

00:30:58.600 particularly with sarin's birchgold.com i'd also take out your phone it's maybe easier just text
00:31:03.960 my name bannon at 989898 get the ultimate guide for investing in gold and precious metal it's a
00:31:10.060 good starter. All the information from Birch Gold is free, and it has no obligation. You don't have
00:31:16.240 to do anything. That's why just learn. If you want to just get into the phase of learning, now's the
00:31:20.240 time to learn. But get to Philip Patrick and his team. Mike Davis, there's two parts of this.
00:31:27.660 One was the defense of the president and seeing up close and personal lawfare and everything the
00:31:32.320 illegitimate Biden regime was doing. The second part is actually in those years in the wilderness,
00:31:38.080 As we built up the case, number one, for why it's logical for President Trump to come and try to reverse the damage done by the illegitimate Biden regime, which we'll get to in a moment, about the 20 million illegal aliens they actively worked to get into the country.
00:31:55.280 Also, the theory was what was really the office of the president? 0.51
00:31:58.500 What did the founders deem it to be and what it should be, particularly as it goes in regards to the Justice Department?
00:32:05.620 You know, number one, chief executive can fire anybody, hire anybody. He can, you know, cut the budget. Number two, or cut spending with rescissions and other means. Number two, he's commander in chief and the real expanded powers of what being commander in chief is.
00:32:21.800 at number three and the most the one that dc hated the most was his chief magistrate and chief law
00:32:28.980 enforcement officer and this is why in the second or third day of his second term he went over to
00:32:34.380 the justice department and say howdy and they melted down as he went into the temple of like
00:32:39.200 the vestal virgins right um your thoughts about todd blanche's journey in both of those because
00:32:45.540 He's been at the tip of the spear in the government of implementing the expanded or the real Article II powers of the office of the president, sir.
00:32:57.520 Todd Blanche is uniquely qualified to serve as the next attorney general in this most crucial time.
00:33:05.800 Todd Blanche has been in the belly of the beast.
00:33:09.300 He was a paralegal in the Justice Department while he went to night school to get his law degree.
00:33:16.620 He's been an assistant U.S. attorney, a federal prosecutor, a line attorney in the prestigious Southern District of New York.
00:33:23.360 He was a unit chief.
00:33:25.400 So he knows how the Justice Department works from the line attorney and paralegal level.
00:33:32.160 He went and defended President, he's been at big law firms, New York law firm.
00:33:36.080 He defended President Trump against this politicized and weaponized Biden Justice Department that started under the Obama Justice Department, Biden and Obama White House Justice Department, Intel Community.
00:33:50.200 And so he's been the deputy attorney general, the number two, the chief operating officer for the last 16 months nearly.
00:33:59.700 He has all the statutory powers, almost almost all the statutory powers as the AG.
00:34:05.160 He was able to fire the bad people, hire the good people, close the bad cases, open the right cases.
00:34:16.200 He hired Joe DiGenova, for example, as the acting attorney general.
00:34:19.980 He's been the acting attorney general for several months.
00:34:22.420 This guy, Todd Blanche, knows exactly what we need to do to make sure that our Justice Department, our intel agencies are never politicized and weaponized against political enemies again.
00:34:38.180 And that requires serious reforms, which Todd has been doing since he got there, and accountability, which is definitely has happened with the hirings and firings and closing of cases and opening of cases, and will definitely come under Joe DiGenova, who Todd Blanche hired to help Jason Redding Quinones down in the Southern District of Florida.
00:35:00.960 We see the public reporting of the grand juries opening in Fort Pierce, Fort Lauderdale.
00:35:07.140 The grand juries are operating in Miami as well.
00:35:11.120 You see reporting about subpoenas going out.
00:35:14.880 Accountability is definitely on the way.
00:35:17.480 Justice is definitely coming as it must. 0.80
00:35:20.720 So we can get the Justice Department back to prosecuting real criminals, including violent criminals, including migrants, criminals,
00:35:29.340 real criminals who are harming real Americans in real America. Instead of going after
00:35:36.060 Trump, his top aides, his allies, his supporters, parents, Christians, as we saw under the Biden
00:35:42.760 Justice Department, we're going to turn our Justice Department back to fighting for Americans
00:35:48.900 under Todd Blanche. And today, look, he's going to get eviscerated because they're going to
00:35:55.120 relitigate every move that the Trump administration has made. We're going to give you highlights of
00:35:59.940 that, maybe dip into live as we get through this. I got it. When we talk about the prosecution of
00:36:06.480 President Trump's, the central beating heart was to reverse the illegitimate regime of Biden,
00:36:15.860 working in conjunction with NGOs and dark money from overseas to basically structure an evasion
00:36:23.320 of our country of at least 20 million illegal aliens now part of that is what do we do we've
00:36:29.160 sealed the border but what do you do you get criminals you get the bad hombres but you've
00:36:32.520 also just got still you just got 20 million here uh the you know dhs has been right now with
00:36:40.240 bavino gone ice has kind of been working with one hand behind their back there was an incident in
00:36:45.020 maine and immediately we we fell into the left wing trap of that we're gonna no more traffic
00:36:51.460 stops whatsoever. Walk me through that, because that's now been reversed by a guy called the
00:36:56.220 commander in chief. President Trump's going to say, what are you talking about? Of course,
00:37:00.160 we're going to have this. But just go through the mindset of how we continually fall into this trap
00:37:05.960 of trying to appease the Georgetown cocktail set. And MSNBC is not going to be appeased.
00:37:11.440 They haven't even seen what's going to be released tomorrow night. They are saying it's
00:37:15.260 lies, it's phony, it's Trump trying to steal the 2020 election, all of it. So tell us what
00:37:21.980 happened on this DHS situation. Well, let me just say this directly to Mark Wayne Mullen,
00:37:28.840 who is President Trump's new secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. You work for
00:37:35.620 President Trump. You don't work for Senate Democrats. You don't work for Susan Collins.
00:37:42.800 And President Trump has a broad electoral mandate, 312 electoral votes, all seven swing states, kept the House on a comfortable margin in the Senate because of immigration as a key issue. 0.99
00:37:59.640 The American people want illegal aliens the hell out of our country, and not just the worst of the worst, all of them. 0.97
00:38:07.760 We had an invasion of our country under Joe Biden, 20 plus million people who destroyed our sovereignty. 1.00
00:38:16.360 We've been fighting like hell to make sure that President Trump has the right team in place.
00:38:22.220 We've been fighting like hell against the judicial sabotage.
00:38:25.900 We get to the Supreme Court. We win monumental cases on temporary protected status.
00:38:32.000 or Haitians and Syrians have been here for over 14 years. That's not temporary. And what does
00:38:38.540 Mark Wayne Mullen do the second we win those Supreme Court cases? He goes on CNN and tells
00:38:45.420 Jake Tapper, oh, no problem that these Haitians and Syrians can apply for permanent residency.
00:38:52.680 Hell no. We don't want them in our country. They don't share our values, right? That's number one. 1.00
00:38:57.800 That was strike one. Strike two is Mark Wayne Mullen instructed ICE to stop doing traffic stops because these left wing activists, these Democrat senators, Susan Collins, is in his ear. 0.89
00:39:13.640 This guy needs to stop being a wimp. He needs to stop being weak. He needs to stop being stupid. 0.84
00:39:19.800 If he's not up to doing the job, get the hell out of the job and we'll put someone there who can. 1.00
00:39:24.300 uh right before i let you go uh that's quite powerful so um right before i let you go when
00:39:34.660 you were working on this in those years in the wilderness about what a new trump presidency
00:39:40.300 would look like to be even be more powerful and more focused than the first term and you were
00:39:45.240 working with you know people at heritage and steven miller and all the people in and in russ
00:39:49.380 vote and mark payoletta jeff clark the entire team and you guys were going back to original
00:39:54.900 documents thinking that uh president trump would actually be for the first time kind of break this
00:40:00.940 watergate you know mold because they make the thing about oh the the his you know he's president's
00:40:06.460 lawyer well william french smith was ronald reagan's lawyer forever and was his attorney
00:40:11.680 general bobby kennedy i realized the pre-war here bobby kennedy obviously was nobody was closer than
00:40:17.440 jack kennedy than bobby uh and you've had this you've had you've had this other times that
00:40:22.600 doesn't rule him out but in the project itself and particularly all the court cases and both
00:40:28.800 as the chief executive as commander-in-chief and as chief magistrate the three-legged stool
00:40:33.600 that makes up what is what the founders and the revolutionary generation thought was the
00:40:39.440 office of the president where do you think we are in that project i think we're in a good place and
00:40:45.620 I would say this. What I'm doing at the Article 3 Project is fighting every day for American sovereignty.
00:40:53.400 We, the people, are the sovereign citizens of America.
00:40:56.940 We have the power. We have that given rights, and we lend power to our governments through the loan agreement called the Constitution.
00:41:05.720 We do not report to a king or a queen. We are not subjects. We are sovereign citizens.
00:41:10.700 And if there is anyone who doesn't understand that, whether that's Mark Wayne Mullen, who is letting an invasion continue in our country, or Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who just constitutionalized and gave out birthright citizenship to 1.5 million Chinese birth tourists, if anyone gets in the way of American sovereignty, I'm going to light their asses up. 0.96
00:41:35.040 And I don't care who they are.
00:41:36.380 That is my mission at the Article III Project, is to fight for American sovereignty.
00:41:42.480 That means we protect our border.
00:41:45.500 That means we decide as we the people who comes and goes and who becomes one of us. 1.00
00:41:50.360 And if you were too weak, if you were too stupid to understand that, you need to get the hell out of the way. 0.99
00:41:57.320 Mike Davis, one more time, social media coordinates and Article III Project. 1.00
00:42:01.820 And people, we've got to go to the ramparts later in the day to support Todd Blanche.
00:42:06.500 Where do people go once again, Mike? 1.00
00:42:09.880 Todd Blanche is not weak or stupid. 1.00
00:42:12.120 He's a warrior. 0.99
00:42:13.040 And he has proven that over many years of fighting for President Trump to help President
00:42:17.020 Trump get back into this place right now in the White House where he can save our country.
00:42:22.100 And we are dangerously teetering on that edge.
00:42:25.700 And if we have people like Mark Wayne Mullen and Justice Amy Coney Barrett who don't get
00:42:30.060 that, we're going to lose our country.

00:43:52.100 Listen up, patriots.
00:43:53.320 President Trump is dropping a 100 trillion dollar bomb on the globalist. Jerome Powell's term has come to a close and he's installing a real America first Fed chair who will, according to Jim Rickards, slash rates and supercharge our reindustrialization.
00:44:11.880 This is what one man is calling Trump's gift on America's 250th anniversary, unleashing a historic super cycle in American mining, rare earths, uranium and gold.
00:44:24.240 The same forces that turned five thousand dollars into over a million in less than five years during China's booms are hitting here now.
00:44:32.200 Jim Rickards, the former CIA, Pentagon and White House advisor, has the battle plan.
00:44:37.640 the gold royalty stock that could skyrocket in the next few years, and the Iranian power for AI.
00:44:46.540 Don't miss this. 0.56

00:45:13.120 Do it and do it today.
00:45:15.240 Good morning, Mr. Blanche.
00:45:16.460 Good morning.
00:45:17.980 Why won't you tell us what became of the $50,000 in confidential money that the FBI reported that it gave to Tom Homan?
00:45:30.760 I'm not aware of what you're speaking about.
00:45:33.180 To the extent that there have been public reporting about an investigation, I know nothing about it.
00:45:39.020 Well, the public reporting is that the FBI reported giving $50,000 in the nature of a bribe to Tom Homan,
00:45:46.180 and there's been no report of what became of that $50,000.
00:45:49.660 Will you answer that question?
00:45:52.400 Not now, but will you answer that question?
00:45:54.320 Because we've been asking for a long time now.
00:45:55.820 Your department certainly knows what's happening.
00:45:58.080 I'm not aware that that's true.
00:45:59.760 well, take a look at it, and it's publicly reported, and the FBI reported it, and you
00:46:08.560 should answer the question. That's not the only one. Here's a list of unanswered questions that
00:46:18.200 I have just asked. I don't know how it is that the chairman thinks that you've cooperated
00:46:24.720 with the committee or that you've been transparent with the committee. That is not
00:46:29.460 my experience. You said earlier that you welcome our questions. Great. Answer our questions. That's
00:46:36.580 the real point. Where we've failed to get answers to our oversight questions, we've actually had to
00:46:43.000 revert to the Freedom of Information Act, the general law of government transparency, to try
00:46:49.880 get answers from the Department of Justice. Here's how we did. Not well. We
00:46:59.120 have this stack of questions that you haven't answered in the nature of
00:47:06.200 oversight. We have this stack of FOIA requests that you haven't answered and I
00:47:14.000 I think it's important for us to believe
00:47:17.640 that you actually take seriously
00:47:20.600 your constitutional oversight responsibilities
00:47:24.440 in order to confirm you.
00:47:26.680 That you actually take seriously your obligations
00:47:29.080 to this committee, irrespective of party,
00:47:31.720 majority or minority, in order to confirm you.
00:47:34.780 So I will ask before we get to a vote on this
00:47:37.900 that you take a look at these and get us answers.
00:47:41.200 Where we have had answers, Mr. Blanche,
00:47:43.280 They have not been informative.
00:47:45.120 They have been blow-offs.
00:47:47.200 So let's move on to Trump versus IRS.
00:47:56.040 Our research indicates that senior DOJ officials
00:48:00.680 have never in the history of the department before
00:48:04.000 faced a judicial inquiry into a fraud on the court
00:48:09.000 on the court participated in by the Department of Justice.
00:48:14.000 That was the inquiry opened in Florida.
00:48:17.000 The question about fraud on the court committed by the Department of Justice
00:48:21.000 remains open in the judge's decision.
00:48:25.000 Here's what she did find.
00:48:29.000 She found that the Department of Justice colluded with the Trump plaintiffs,
00:48:36.000 that the Department of Justice violated DOJ policies
00:48:40.000 and that collusion, that department attorneys
00:48:43.220 were derelict in their responsibilities as DOJ attorneys,
00:48:49.280 that the department failed to zealously advocate
00:48:52.640 on behalf of the United States of America, its true client.
00:48:58.220 And as I said, the fraud on the court question remains open,
00:49:02.820 an unprecedented allegation about the department.
00:49:09.180 As a result of that, the order was transmitted
00:49:12.820 to the New York State Bar
00:49:14.680 for potential disciplinary proceedings.
00:49:19.460 I would like to ask, in addition, since this is new news,
00:49:23.300 the decision was, what, two days ago?
00:49:25.640 I would like to ask that you say to us
00:49:28.340 that you will be willing to provide all of the documents
00:49:31.640 and communications between the Department of Justice
00:49:34.260 and the Trump plaintiffs in that matter?
00:49:39.820 I'm not aware of any communications.
00:49:41.800 I didn't have any.
00:49:43.100 So if you put a request in, we'll look at it.
00:49:45.820 I mean, obviously that's active continued litigation
00:49:48.820 in the Southern District of Florida.
00:49:51.260 So it depends on-
00:49:54.040 Explain how it is active continued litigation
00:49:57.300 in the District of Florida.
00:49:58.800 Well, there's been several indications
00:50:00.880 that the parties, I never entered notice of appearance,
00:50:04.260 but that the parties intend to appeal
00:50:06.960 the judge's Monday 56-page decision.
00:50:13.820 Well, it'll be interesting.
00:50:14.920 Do you intend to appeal the Department of Justice?
00:50:18.200 We weren't really even part of that decision,
00:50:20.780 so to the extent there's something that we can't appeal,
00:50:23.560 I very vigorously will encourage the department to do so.
00:50:27.780 Well, here's the tell.
00:50:29.540 In that case, the Department of Justice filed no answer,
00:50:35.420 filed no agreement with respect to the extension of time,
00:50:39.500 filed no response to the case or controversy amici,
00:50:44.720 filed nothing related to the withdrawal of the complaint,
00:50:49.780 filed no settlement, and filed no response
00:50:53.740 to the fraud on the court inquiry.
00:50:56.900 To me, as a one-time litigator,
00:51:00.340 that looks like really weird behavior.
00:51:03.140 And when for the first time in history
00:51:04.820 there's inquiry into fraud upon the court
00:51:06.840 committed by the Department of Justice,
00:51:08.600 the silence from the department in response to that
00:51:11.400 is deafening, Mr. Blanche, deafening.
00:51:15.020 And it strikes me that the stratagem here
00:51:19.280 was to file no pleadings,
00:51:22.260 to try to keep the department out
00:51:25.140 of the authority of the court
00:51:28.260 when what the department knew to be a collusive
00:51:32.420 and false enterprise was blown up in that court.
00:51:37.060 Now, it didn't work because the court found collusion
00:51:40.820 and it takes two to collude.
00:51:43.820 And they also went on and made the other adverse-
00:51:46.340 We're gonna come back to this.
00:51:47.760 Right there, Sheldon Whitehouse,
00:51:49.280 just to put this in perspective for the Warren Posse,
00:51:52.140 is that one of the leading attackers
00:51:54.980 constantly against president trump he's a former litigator senator from rhode island
00:52:00.660 he is the like the lead demon and going after trump this is about the irs settlement
00:52:05.700 and they're trying to disbar by the way they're trying to move to disbar todd
00:52:09.460 these people are going to do everything in the world to destroy anybody that works for
00:52:13.220 the president just be advised that we're going to get back to this bowling's going to join us
00:52:17.700 a lot of economic news we're going to go in and out of this hearing uh as you can tell it's a
00:52:22.420 constant barrage against uh todd uh and the president really attacking the president and
00:52:27.620 getting after todd for defending him as he should uh the office of the presidency uh
