00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going
00:00:10.080 medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people
00:00:16.740 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to
00:00:20.820 do everything the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and
00:00:24.260 Where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:00:27.540 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.880 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.300 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.060 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.260 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:47.680 friday 17 july year of our lord 2026 okay let's go back to the scene of the crime let's go back
00:00:58.580 to uh to the uh first trump turn i want to bring in jeff clark uh jeff is one of the smartest
00:01:05.260 lawyers uh we've got and i know that as a fact because at the end of at the end of the first
00:01:12.320 term in DOJ. How many departments reported to you, sir? What was your title? What were you
00:01:17.980 working on? So, Steve, I was the Assistant Attorney General for the Environment Division,
00:01:24.200 Senate confirmed back in 2018. And then I was also asked to take over the Civil Division
00:01:29.360 in 2020. So I had a total of 1,400 lawyers reporting to me that I directed.
00:01:35.860 And the civil division is a pretty main battery division. It's like the equivalent of the criminal division, correct?
00:01:46.180 Yeah, it's very large. It's 1,000 lawyers standing alone.
00:01:51.320 And so people thought highly enough of you to put those two under your office, and you were Senate confirmed on the 1st.
00:01:58.580 talk to me about i want you to last night what was revealed what solomon these people putting
00:02:04.040 folks just remember and this is why mainstream media has got to kill it in the crib because
00:02:09.340 more revelations are going to come out in the days and weeks ahead and this is why i believe hey
00:02:14.300 i'm just a simple mick with a microphone but i happen to believe we're heading towards
00:02:19.100 a national security emergency about this because obviously the our election process is a complete
00:02:25.720 and total joke. Jeff Clark, give me your thoughts last night when you heard the president address
00:02:30.740 the nation. Sure. So Steve, look, this is a personal vindication for me. So I was particularly
00:02:37.420 pleased. The president covered four topics. So let me just list them quickly before I go through
00:02:43.200 them. One is the Chinese election penetration and the fact that they have 220 million plus
00:02:51.300 of our voter files in ways that they can manipulate. Second, the component that we know 0.85
00:02:58.520 from Venezuela, that the computer election systems can be hacked in undetectable ways. 0.73
00:03:05.720 The second thing is that, sorry, the third thing is that we have at least 220,000 non-citizens on
00:03:13.440 the voting rolls. And that's even with the blue states not cooperating with Harmeet Dillon and
00:03:19.620 others at DOJ to turn over their voter rolls. So it's even more than 220,000 illegals on the
00:03:24.640 voter rolls. And I have a particular win about that I want to highlight in litigation from
00:03:29.540 Arizona against Adrian Fontes and Chris Mays. And then lastly, there was the exposure last night of
00:03:38.140 the fact that there was a massive fraud operation uncovered in Michigan. And actually, you did a
00:03:43.400 show about that with Andrew Kloster, who actually had had spotted that issue, he tried to run it up
00:03:50.480 the DOJ flagpole, and it was blocked. And that's a common theme here, even going back to the
00:03:56.780 Chinese thing. So on the Chinese revelations, which was the first thing I started with,
00:04:02.960 we have the fact that, you know, we have these millions of files that they can penetrate into.
00:04:08.760 And we have the fact that that was deliberately hid from the president of the United States.
00:04:14.120 I mean, this is treasonous conduct by this woman, Nikki Flores, who was the head of counterintelligence and then was also involved in the foreign election task force.
00:04:27.940 She's the one who also gave the phony briefing to try to set up Chuck Grassley, Senator Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson. 0.71
00:04:35.700 Her fingerprints are over everything.
00:04:37.260 Not only did she have this shadow government email where she said, don't worry, I've set up an entire shadow government to keep this from President Trump.
00:04:45.480 She also, in the documents, admits that she engaged in massaging presidential daily briefs, which, as Peter Navarro said earlier today on your show, you know, these things are sacred.
00:04:57.280 So we have somebody who's a mole essentially inside the process.
00:05:01.080 Now she works at a high ranking position over at Microsoft, of all things.
00:05:06.820 she got rewarded in 2022 with that. I mean, this woman needs to be indicted, Steve. I mean,
00:05:13.580 it's off the charts as to what happened to President Trump. And how does this relate to
00:05:18.340 my experience inside DOJ? So, you know, I got to be careful here. I'm going to rely only on
00:05:24.500 the public report that later came out from the intelligence community, where the majority of
00:05:31.880 the intelligence community said there was no foreign election interference in 2020, but there
00:05:36.820 was a dissent by Radcliffe, who was the head of ODNI at the time. And there was also, in large
00:05:45.000 part, a dissent from Barry Zulauf, who was the ombudsman of ODNI. And they spotted the fact
00:05:54.220 that the intelligence community did not treat 2016 and 2020 even-handedly. And I can tell you,
00:06:00.680 having seen things behind the scenes on that, and that being part of my big showdown meeting
00:06:07.240 on January 3rd, 2021, about who was going to run the Justice Department and whether we're going to
00:06:12.280 keep investigating the 2020 election or not, that they kept these things from President Trump. And
00:06:19.140 in particular, they also kept from him the fact that evidence was uncovered in Albany that the
00:06:24.820 Chinese using data from TikTok could create fake registrations. No one told President Trump that
00:06:31.860 at the time. So DOJ was keeping information from him and ODNI, I should say the entire
00:06:38.380 intelligence community with the exception of Radcliffe dissenting and Zulaf were keeping
00:06:42.840 information from President Trump as well. And that's just bombshell. Let me turn to the second
00:06:48.260 thing, which is the non-citizens. Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on. I want to real 1.00
00:06:54.140 quickly. You were kind of, I'm not saying a beloved character, but you were a highly respected. In
00:07:00.040 fact, give me the law firm. You were one of the youngest partners ever. You were a very highly
00:07:04.540 respected guy, only talked of in kind of glowing terms that this is one of the smartest guys we've
00:07:09.280 got. I think you're a Harvard college graduate. You went to a prominent law school. You partner
00:07:15.460 at a major firm. You came in as kind of a wunderkind and you had all these, you had
00:07:21.380 Barr and these guys thought enough of you to give you this massive responsibility.
00:07:26.680 That all changed quickly.
00:07:29.060 They tried to disbar you, all of it.
00:07:31.460 At the moment, in the heat of battle here, that Barr was going to step down, your name
00:07:36.900 was mentioned, I guess, as potentially stepping in as acting attorney general.
00:07:41.080 Am I correct there?
00:07:42.000 I'm not saying that's a fact, but that's at least what the media was talking about.
00:07:46.320 Well, no, Steve, actually, it is a fact.
00:07:48.960 as I put forward, even in my bar defense. And they're still trying to take my bar license,
00:07:55.920 just like they took John Eastman's bar license. So yeah, I was one of the youngest deputy assistant
00:08:01.520 attorney generals in history at DOJ, starting in 2001. Then I became a partner at Kirkland-Ellis
00:08:09.060 after I left the Bush administration. And then I was given two divisions. I was the only assistant
00:08:14.000 an attorney general who ran two divisions at the same time. And yes, everything was going well. I
00:08:18.900 was even beginning to talk about returning to big law, to private practice, when the 2020 election
00:08:24.740 came down. And I was suspicious of it. And I wanted it investigated. And I insisted that it
00:08:29.120 be investigated. And that's when all hell broke loose and people came after me. And I was the
00:08:34.940 acting attorney general for about nine hours before they launched a whole resignation plot
00:08:42.300 against me. And, you know, you've seen those over the years going back to the Saturday Night
00:08:47.660 Massacre within the Nixon administration. This is one of the deep state's plays of if they can't
00:08:52.620 get their way, then they're going to start triggering resignations to try to make, in this
00:08:57.200 instance, President Trump look bad. So that's, you know, the fact that I spotted the foreign 0.98
00:09:03.500 election report as a big cover-up operation, that's been massively vindicated as of last night.
00:09:09.440 We'll get you back on and go through this in more detail later. Hang on. But I just want to remind you that Barr said that he had talked to all the field offices of all the states involved and they had nothing to report. There was totally a clean and fair election. He actually it's in his book, chapter and verse.
00:09:24.720 We know because the Epoch Times later on a FOIA request got information from all those field offices that said they had never been requested, and there was no reports they had, and they had never been requested, and they had never talked to the Attorney General Barr at the time, except for the Pennsylvania, I think, Philadelphia office.
00:09:43.720 this guy ran for, I think, governor later. He actually said he sent a letter to Barr,
00:09:48.560 which we've seen in his letter. He says, hey, there's so much potential massive fraud here in
00:09:53.960 the mail-in ballots. I think we've got to slow everything down to certification. We need to get
00:09:57.960 involved. And Maine Justice told him to shut up and move on. So I just want to put that out there.
00:10:03.720 We'll have you back on later. Tell me about your victory. So the victory relates to the
00:10:08.880 non-citizens on the roll, Steve. So Adrian Fontes and Chris Mays, you know, she's the 0.94
00:10:14.640 attorney general who was prosecuting John Eastman and Giuliani and Mark Meadows and
00:10:19.760 Christina Bob out in Arizona. And she says she's going to re-indict them after her indictment got
00:10:24.960 dismissed. So I challenged their election manual for the oversight project with the Pima County
00:10:30.880 Republican Party and its chair, Kathleen Wynne. And we got a preliminary injunction against a
00:10:37.520 key provision of that election manual where they were trying to basically block out Republicans
00:10:43.480 in a clever way from voting, which is they said that if you wear your law enforcement uniform
00:10:49.400 or your military uniform into the polls, that's inherently or at least potentially
00:10:55.200 intimidating to the voters. And because it's intimidation, we can call the police on you
00:11:01.260 and have you kicked out. And this was clearly a move as a result of knowing that there are
00:11:06.120 legals on the election rolls to try to keep ICE out of policing the polls as part of the midterms.
00:11:11.820 So we think it's a major victory. And we think that President Trump's, you know, revelations
00:11:17.940 last night about the 200,000 plus illegals on the voter rolls, you know, it totally vindicates
00:11:26.240 and supports that and is of a piece with it. Well, we also have the 278 just from four states
00:11:34.140 shows you we're going to have to have ice. It's going to be a minimum requirement. You're going
00:11:40.540 to have to have ice at these polling stations, correct? I think the president should have ice
00:11:46.940 there to deter people who are illegals from coming and trying to sneak in and vote at the 1.00
00:11:52.680 very least. And it's not, you know, if that's intimidation, Steve, that's intimidation of 0.93
00:11:58.300 people who should not be voting, right? So this is just intimidation. The people who shouldn't
00:12:02.840 be intimidated are people who are citizens, right? But they also picked this idea of if you come
00:12:08.480 wearing a law enforcement uniform or a military uniform, they know that law enforcement and
00:12:12.840 military members are more likely to be Republicans. So if they try to say they can't vote in uniform,
00:12:18.180 especially if they're coming off a shift or something on election day, they're like
00:12:22.100 disproportionately trying to hurt and target Republicans. So that's, you know, Fontes and
00:12:27.140 Mays in action. And the last thing I wanted to flag for you is that you had Andrew Kloster,
00:12:33.720 who was at the White House in OPM in Trump 45, and then became the general counsel of
00:12:40.960 the Office of Personnel Management in Trump 47, on about the fact that he was tied into seeing
00:12:51.140 that there was a massive fraud scheme in Michigan. They were paying people and they were paying them
00:12:55.860 on a piece, you know, by piece basis, you know, bring in a fraudulent registration and we'll pay
00:13:02.280 you X dollars in gift cards. That was revealed last night by President Trump as well. I haven't
00:13:06.940 seen that get a lot of attention. Andrew Kloster was on your show years ago, talking about that
00:13:12.380 and talking about the fact that when he raised that to people at DOJ, they buried it. So again,
00:13:18.100 whether we have this Nikki Flores person, and people should look at the Oversight Project's
00:13:23.140 tweet stream from last night, thread about her and all of her problematic dealings over the years,
00:13:30.480 or we're talking, and so she's at the FBI, or whether we're talking about, you know, DOJ lawyers,
00:13:35.020 the issues that should have been brought to President Trump's attention about how the 2020
00:13:39.200 election was corrupted were deliberately kept from him via, to use Nikki Flores's words,
00:13:45.540 a shadow government, Steve. And that is just off the charts nuclear.

00:18:41.180 Now we're going to go to Secretary of Homeland Security, giving a brief over in the executive
00:18:46.260 office building on the White House compound.
00:18:48.900 Mark Wayne Mullen, let's go ahead and let it rip.
00:18:55.260 Good morning, everybody.
00:19:10.700 Thank you so much for being here.
00:19:14.780 You know, President Trump is correct when he said that election security is national
00:19:20.420 security.
00:19:21.980 And one of the greatest privileges I have is being Secretary of the Department of Homeland.
00:19:26.420 And part of that is that we secure our elections.
00:19:31.660 It surprised me when we first started getting in and digging into the elections.
00:19:38.480 And this isn't about rehashing the 2020 election.
00:19:41.680 This is just exposing what took place and to make sure it never happens again.
00:19:49.500 And there's some really easy steps that can be taken to secure our elections.
00:19:55.200 And it shouldn't be a partisan issue.
00:19:58.180 This should be something that every American, regardless if you're a Republican, you're
00:20:03.180 a Democrat, you're an Independent, you're a Libertarian, regardless if you live in a
00:20:06.300 blue state or you live in a red state, everybody should know that their vote counts.
00:20:13.740 And we have individuals that are voting that shouldn't be.
00:20:16.640 It cancels out someone that should be.
00:20:20.720 So I want to go through some things in a little bit more depth than what we were able to expose last night.
00:20:29.880 Because President Trump, he hit the highlights.
00:20:33.540 And those should be scary for everybody.
00:20:35.400 What we're going to do is dig in just a little bit deeper and then we'll take some of your questions.
00:20:39.660 So first of all, Department of Homeland Security, we've identified 250,000 non-citizens registered to vote in just four states.
00:20:50.960 Mind you, we have 46 other states and just four states we've identified 250,000 non-citizens
00:21:04.880 registered to vote in California and Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Nevada.
00:21:14.080 We also worked with proactive states to identify 28,000 non-citizens on their voter rolls,
00:21:23.920 plus 400,000 individuals that are still registered to vote that are deceased.
00:21:32.540 Now these 23 states, they proactively worked with us on the SAVE program.
00:21:39.480 Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, Idaho, Alabama, Missouri, Louisiana, Kansas, Arkansas, Wyoming, Montana, Iowa, Florida, South Dakota, Indiana, Arizona, South Carolina, Utah, Nebraska, Michigan, and my great home state of Oklahoma.
00:21:58.740 what's what's interesting to me is we're getting pushback from activist judges
00:22:07.560 that are saying that hold on the save act or the save program they are trying to put a stop to
00:22:16.980 currently because of the same program we have a pending appeal because activist judges are saying
00:22:24.820 what? They don't want to secure our elections? Once again, how is this a part of a partisan issue?
00:22:31.620 This shouldn't be a partisan issue. This should be that any judge and any God-fearing
00:22:39.940 individual that loves this country should want to make sure that our elections are secure.
00:22:46.500 And we have created inside DHS the SAVE program that allows states to proactively
00:22:53.540 look at their roles. And so when you have 278,000 individuals that are
00:23:00.080 non-citizens registered to vote, plus 400,000 that have already been
00:23:06.440 identified just in 23 states, what can we find? We have all 50 participating with
00:23:14.840 us. We know, talking about our machines, we know for sure that our foreign
00:23:24.020 adversaries, not our allies, foreign adversaries have parts that are vital
00:23:32.420 pieces in our voting machines. We know that they can access what they consider
00:23:38.180 the key to the back of these vote to these machines. We know that they can
00:23:43.240 change voter registration and your vote. We know it's possible. There's not a question.
00:23:51.840 It's not even for debate. One thing that I love about numbers and I love about facts is they don't
00:24:00.720 lie. This isn't something that I'm trying to tell you to spin a narrative. This is what is going on.
00:24:08.760 And what we are saying is that every state should partner with us to work to secure this.
00:24:15.500 Once we identify the problem, everybody should be informed.
00:24:21.080 Working with Secretary Lutnik, we are going to make our security enhancements mandatory.
00:24:29.180 Meaning that if these states want a grant and they want to be reimbursed to work or to run federal elections, they're going to have to implement security issues.
00:24:44.660 Just security issues.
00:24:46.140 We're not trying to get into anything else, but we're saying that the machines have to be secured and that your voter registration list needs to be scrubbed.
00:24:55.860 We need to make sure that individuals that are legally able to vote are voting. 0.97
00:25:03.320 We know that Iran hacked our state voter files and attempted to compromise, is the best word I can use,
00:25:13.640 our systems where military members used to vote.
00:25:17.540 So we're working with Secretary Hegseth and the DOW to safeguard those systems and protect our military voters.
00:25:25.860 What's frustrating again in this is that the Biden administration knew this.
00:25:32.160 And our intel community knew this.
00:25:35.800 And not only did they withhold it from President Trump in his first term,
00:25:40.680 but they withheld it, it looks like, President Biden in his term.
00:25:45.940 They withheld this information from the public.
00:25:50.720 They withheld it from Congress.
00:25:52.780 That should never happen again, and because of President Trump's leadership, we're not allowing that to happen.
00:26:00.680 We're telling the American people not to scare them, but to ensure them that we are watching it.
00:26:07.900 We're taking it serious. We will secure our elections.
00:26:11.320 Underneath President Trump's directive, he has gave the Department of Homeland Security and myself the tools and the resources we need to secure the election.
00:26:22.780 but we have to have the states partner with us. If they choose not to, then the voters
00:26:30.640 should hold them accountable. When I was sworn in just over 100 days ago by President Trump,
00:26:38.340 and I can tell you honestly I haven't quit smiling, I think this is the greatest
00:26:42.020 job that I could possibly have. I said at that time that I'm going to fight for your yard
00:26:51.080 and your backyard like I do mine, regardless if it's a blue state or it's a red state.
00:26:57.620 The Department of Homeland Security isn't just keeping you safe on your streets,
00:27:01.140 but we're keeping our voters safe and our elections safe.
00:27:06.900 But we can only do that if we have full participation.
00:27:11.080 Right now, as I said, we only have 23 states participating with us.
00:27:16.100 Out of just four blue states, to repeat that number, we found 250,000 non-citizens registered to vote.
00:27:27.640 So for us, we're going to take proactive and reactive measures.
00:27:34.800 At President Trump's direction, our cybersecurity team and CISA will release an updated election infrastructure plan,
00:27:43.140 and it will be public within 30 days.
00:27:46.100 Meaning that will give the states the resources they need to help from the cyber side.
00:27:53.180 From us, if they participate in the SAVE program, we'll provide the resources and training
00:27:59.140 to support state and election integrity.
00:28:02.720 We're not trying to change the outcome, we're trying to make sure that American people can
00:28:07.060 trust our voting system.
00:28:10.220 Real ID does not prove citizenship and does not give you the right to vote.
00:28:19.740 You must be a U.S. citizen and you must be eligible to vote. 0.98
00:28:25.860 Before and after the election, we will scrub all election records looking for illegal aliens
00:28:30.900 and those who are ineligible to vote, including those that somehow voted, yet they were deceased.
00:28:39.600 If you're illegal and attempted a vote, or you tried to vote illegally for someone else, we will find you and we will charge you.
00:28:53.460 Illegal voter registration and illegal voting both carry penalties up to five years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines.
00:29:03.660 We will pursue maximum pressure on this.
00:29:08.000 To let you know, we will be proactively looking at early voting, and then after post-election, we will continue to scrub all those that did vote.
00:29:24.980 Those states that don't participate with us, they have public records of those that voted, which is where we found the 250,000 from the four states that don't participate with us.
00:29:35.220 We will go through those records one by one, and we will pursue everybody.
00:29:42.640 We will make sure that people know they can trust our elections.
00:29:47.880 If states want the grant funding to recap, they must secure the elections.
00:29:54.880 I want to thank President Trump's proactive approach to this.
00:30:00.140 He has put together a remarkable team that not only is informing the public about what's going on, but we're also informing Congress, we're informing our states, and we're going to secure our elections.
00:30:17.260 States must be aware of the real threats for voter registration and the system breaches.
00:30:23.660 And I do want to reemphasize the system breaches.
00:30:27.680 Our machines are vulnerable.
00:30:29.400 There are steps that can be made right now that can secure those.
00:30:36.820 I would ask not just the public, but the media.
00:30:42.240 That question should be asked of blue states, because we have red states participating with us.
00:30:47.820 We have some red states that aren't.
00:30:50.040 Every state that's not participating with us should be asked the hard question, why not?
00:30:54.460 What are you afraid of?
00:30:55.640 If they're not willing to do it, it should raise serious questions.
00:31:02.160 It's not that hard.
00:31:03.960 This isn't a partisan issue.
00:31:06.780 So in conclusion, to recap, under President Trump's leadership, DHS is well prepared to support all states, red states, blue states, and local election officials ahead of the midterms.
00:31:19.300 States must do their part to secure our election system, and we stand by to help.
00:31:27.160 If you are an illegal or you're voting illegally, we will hunt you down, we will find you, and we will prosecute you.
00:31:39.360 The American people must have confidence in our elections.
00:31:42.820 Election security is not a partisan issue, and homeland security, we're here to support everybody.
00:31:49.300 American people, the states, even the media to get access and the information they need
00:31:56.740 to hold the states accountable. So with that, I'll open up for questions. Yes, ma'am.
00:32:08.020 I think I like the daily caller better than the Daily Mail. I really don't like the Daily Mail.
00:32:11.540 First of all, great question.
00:32:34.400 Thank you.
00:32:34.780 When we start talking about can we can we ensure that the that the midterm elections are going to be secure?
00:32:41.040 Yes, we absolutely can build confidence in the American people, but the states have to do their part.
00:32:47.440 I will tell you, if the states that choose not to participate with the SAVE program and they choose not to participate in securing the elections,
00:32:55.400 we will make sure that we make those states a priority to look at who voted in their states and hold then the election officials accountable.
00:33:03.560 If the election officials, once we gave them the information they need to secure their elections, and they chose not to, then those individuals can also be held accountable by fines, by penalties, and even, depending on how far it goes, prison time.
00:33:23.160 Let me look at a follow-up question, and I'll get it to you guys.
00:33:25.640 There's no question the intelligent community from the FBI, CIA, and even other places within DHS, not underneath President Trump's leadership, but that was underneath the Biden administration, kept it from President Trump and the American people in Congress.
00:33:54.160 We are currently going through those lists.
00:33:56.980 We will hold each one of them accountable.
00:33:58.680 Some people aren't here.
00:34:00.760 Some people are no longer in the agencies.
00:34:02.880 Those that are, we will be held accountable.
00:34:05.120 Those that abused their role in this will definitely be held accountable because there is no excuse.
00:34:11.300 If you purposely disobeyed the law and you purposely went around statute, then you have an accountability.
00:34:19.560 you have a legal reason to be held accountable.
00:34:25.820 Yes, sir.
00:34:49.560 Sir, I have not heard that at all, but we understand that it's being investigated and
00:34:55.360 we'll allow the investigation to go through.
00:34:57.480 That's all I'm going to say about that.
00:35:00.000 Thank you so much.
00:35:01.460 Kara Castronova from Lindell TV.
00:35:07.140 Thank you so much for doing this briefing today.
00:35:09.120 Is there any analysis on what went wrong with SISA in 2020 and the premature analysis that
00:35:13.940 it was the most safe and secure election?
00:35:16.320 It's now being revealed that obviously it was not.
00:35:18.420 Will Chris Krebs or anybody that was involved in that premature analysis be held accountable?
00:35:23.100 Everybody that purposely misled the American people, abused their power and their authority,
00:35:29.200 and decided not to continue doing their job will be held accountable.
00:35:34.420 What does that accountability look like?
00:35:36.260 I don't know.
00:35:36.720 Is it criminal?
00:35:37.660 We'll pursue criminal charges.
00:35:39.260 If it is not criminal, we'll make sure you never work for the federal government again
00:35:43.420 and you never have the ability to have a clearance again.
00:35:46.100 Yes.
00:35:46.420 So those that we've identified, the 278,000 noncitizens and the 400,000
00:36:16.300 deceased. We are now going through that record. We're standing up at an apartment in DHS. Heather
00:36:21.840 Honey, who is doing a great job exposing all this and working with the team together.
00:36:26.920 Joe Edlow with USCIS and other teams. We are going through these files one by one. And one,
00:36:35.020 identifying the individual. Two, did they vote? And three, where did they vote at? That's a hard,
00:36:40.220 it's it's easy with states that participate so the 28,000 that that we identified with the 23
00:36:46.540 states that are working with us that that system can be very easily exposed all 28,000 the problem
00:36:54.800 is is an activist judges now have put a hold on it and so we're pending the case once it's turned
00:36:59.200 back on we'll be able to move fast the 400,000 or the 250,000 in the four just four of the blue
00:37:05.700 states uh meaning uh what were the states so i got it right california pennsylvania new jersey
00:37:11.640 and nevada those are going to be a little bit tougher because we're going to file um we're
00:37:17.060 going to file paperwork for foia even us to try to get that information from the states and but
00:37:22.300 we will i don't care how long it takes we will go by this uh one by one and everybody that did
00:37:28.660 vote illegally we will prosecute we'll bring up for prosecution yes
00:37:32.400 By the way, it's very smart wearing a red dress
00:37:38.160 because it catches everybody's eyes. 0.95
00:37:40.680 Same thing with the...
00:37:41.880 What color shirt is that? Peach?
00:37:45.280 Orange? I don't think that's orange.
00:37:47.120 That's peach. That's definitely peach.
00:37:49.860 My first question for you is given that
00:37:52.080 the lawmakers, the media has already suggested
00:37:55.080 that the president's entire schedule
00:37:56.960 that's discredited, it seems likely
00:37:59.320 that the states will not participate in your efforts.
00:38:01.800 So how do you plan to respond to that?
00:38:04.220 And then my second question, on the traffic stops, did the president know about that decision before you made it, and at what point did you learn about it?
00:38:12.880 Yeah, so let's talk about the major networks not willing to carry the president of the United States' address to the nation on election security.
00:38:22.140 How shameful is that?
00:38:23.780 I think it was ABC, NBC, and I don't know if CBS, did CBS carry it?
00:38:28.360 anybody CBS carried it so ABC and NBC not carrying that why what are they trying to cover up why
00:38:35.380 wouldn't they want to inform the American people why are they calling themselves a news outlet
00:38:41.140 if they're not actually trying to put the news out there we wasn't giving spin on the election
00:38:47.280 the president wasn't trying to re-litigate what happened in 2020 although he definitely could at
00:38:53.480 this point, the president was giving facts, what we have exposed, what the Biden administration
00:39:00.260 covered up, what the intelligence community held from the American people, Congress,
00:39:07.940 and the executive branch, and we're putting it out there. And yet, two major networks
00:39:13.440 didn't want to cover it? I think the question really should say why. Because they sure covered
00:39:21.820 the other part of it when they were saying that it was the most secure election ever what facts
00:39:26.200 did they have because they didn't have facts they were taking someone's word for it president trump
00:39:31.080 gave facts today we're giving facts um when you start talking about the president and i the president
00:39:37.080 and i are are very close um i was texting with him this morning uh he and i are in let i mean
00:39:44.920 there's no daylight between us and the enforcement. In fact, we have ramped up our enforcement and
00:39:52.860 our arresting illegals. Just to give you some numbers on this so everybody knows, and I want 0.99
00:39:58.980 to get them correct, so I brought them with me. Last year total in 2025, we deported. Now, these
00:40:05.900 are not including self-deportations. These are just ones that we had to go through. We had to
00:40:10.680 arrest. We had to go through the system, and we had to deport, and they tried to stay inside the
00:40:14.880 country, and they had no legal status to do it. 442,637 total deported last year in 25.
00:40:25.980 To date, well, these are yesterday's numbers. We have 403,294 that we've done in 2026.
00:40:33.960 Our arrests are up. We're hitting single-day records every single day. But what we've done
00:40:40.200 is I've turned down the temperature of the stove to try to get it correct without boiling over.
00:40:46.120 We're trying to perfect our ability to work with local law enforcement, state law enforcement,
00:40:53.320 and get illegals and criminals off our streets. 70% of the arrests we do daily are felons or have
00:41:03.540 pending felony charges. 70%. We should all be able to work together with that. Total
00:41:09.320 removals is 3 million.
00:41:14.520 Total removals, 3 million.
00:41:16.760 1.4 total aliens have been, since we've been put in place, 0.62
00:41:22.820 have ever volunteered to be deported, yet we paid for them or we forced them.
00:41:30.640 But as I said, total removals have said, hey, we're leaving the country and did it on themselves was over 3 million.
00:41:35.720 Yes.
00:41:39.320 I want to ask about foreign interference in our elections, but just first, since you mentioned
00:41:50.660 turning down the temperature, what assurances can you give Americans that ICE officers will
00:41:56.140 face the consequences if they violate DHS's use of force policy, and who will make that
00:42:02.600 determination and can you permit now to making that determination public? Let me clarify, when I say turn down the temperature, when I turn down the temperature with you guys, we're turning up the heat on the streets. We're out there working harder than we ever have because we've empowered our law enforcement to do their job. What I'm trying to do is remove us from the headlines every single day. But everybody will be held accountable. I don't pick and choose which laws I'm going to enforce.
00:42:33.060 I enforce our nation's laws.
00:42:34.800 That means I'll enforce it with our own agency, and I'll enforce it with the criminals on the streets.
00:42:39.860 That's my assurance.
00:42:42.040 Yes.
00:42:43.480 Go ahead.
00:42:44.140 I saw you stand up.
00:42:46.660 I'll get to you next.
00:42:47.500 Go ahead.
00:42:47.740 Thank you, sir.
00:42:48.240 Could you speak more to how you're going to put pressure on the states to cooperate in doing this investigation?
00:42:53.840 Yeah.
00:42:54.580 In previous instances where you had ICE already inquired about registration,
00:43:00.560 So when we start talking about enforcing, first of all, the states to work with us and then the scope moving forward, I obviously can't force the states, but the states always look to us for reimbursement when it comes to when it comes to helping with the elections.
00:43:29.200 it's expensive to put on election. I mean think about every precinct in every county and then
00:43:33.280 statewide. We are not going to spend taxpayer dollars reimbursing a state that is refusing to
00:43:40.560 secure their elections. And we're not saying do it alone. We're saying we're going to help you.
00:43:44.960 We're going to give you the tools to need it. We're going to give you the training to need it.
00:43:47.360 We're going to give you the funding to do it. We're going to expose the vulnerabilities and
00:43:52.240 all you have to do is use those that information and the finances and the training we're going to
00:43:57.600 to give you to secure it. If you do it, we'll reimburse you. If you don't, we won't. Last
00:44:03.880 question. 1.00
00:44:05.780 I'm going to have a guy right there in the back.
00:44:07.540 Thank you, Mr. Secretary. Neal W. McCabe, Real America's Voice. What are your former
00:44:12.200 Republican Senate colleagues telling you? Are they in a mood to oust Majority Leader
00:44:19.820 John Kuhn if he refuses to pass the Save America Act or can't figure out how to pass the Save
00:44:25.500 I haven't heard that at all from the Senate saying they're willing to vote John out.
00:44:29.920 John is a good friend of mine.
00:44:32.900 He's a good friend of most people in there.
00:44:34.780 Now, there's a difference of opinion.
00:44:36.500 I think the SAVE Act should be passed tomorrow.
00:44:39.360 I think it should have already been passed.
00:44:41.220 There's no excuse for it not being passed.
00:44:44.360 However, he has a vote problem.
00:44:46.600 There's a number.
00:44:49.040 Leader Thune supports the SAVE Act.
00:44:50.880 He voted for the SAVE Act when it came up during the Voterama.
00:44:55.500 except he everybody controls their own card and uh even i think the last time the vote came up
00:45:02.260 there was 49 that voted even if we did away with the filibuster it still requires uh 51
00:45:07.860 so that i know leader thun is working hard on that um but it's he's got a very very difficult
00:45:14.280 task ahead yes let me let me let me just get i'm sorry i told this guy with a paper i'd get to him
00:45:21.020 And then this is the last question. I have to go. I'm so sorry. Yes.
00:45:25.040 I'm just wondering if the officers involved in the Houston shooting as well as the main shooting, are they still on administrative leave?
00:45:31.160 Is that how long? Why? Why? Why? Any investigation that is going through.
00:45:34.800 I don't care which law enforcement. I don't care if you're local PD, if you're county, if you're state or if you're federal.
00:45:41.400 When there's a shooting involved, standard practice is that individual goes on administrative leave while the investigation is going through. 0.59
00:45:50.600 And we do it the same way.
00:45:53.380 So thank you guys so much.
00:45:54.420 Appreciate it.
00:46:01.000 Let me be blunt, as only the war room can be, I was decidedly unimpressed by that.
00:46:06.580 Use of the passive voice.
00:46:07.880 We need to see names.
00:46:08.740 I mean, and solutions.
00:46:11.080 I think we've got to hit rewind on that and do it again next week.
00:46:15.980 also i i don't get the mumbo jumbo you know you're sitting there going you know i want to
00:46:22.520 get out of the headlines you guys i got the problem with hey screw the media if they got
00:46:26.000 if they're going to bellyache about getting out 20 million illegal aliens that uh that invaded
00:46:31.720 the country so be it of course the left-wing media is going to be up in your face is that
00:46:37.600 to mean that you're taking action so we avoid being in the headlines every day brother you
00:46:42.860 don't understand the job. Trust me. Okay, short break. We'll talk about Kung Fu Plumber when we
00:46:48.280 get back. Listen up, patriots. President Trump is dropping a $100 trillion bomb on the globalist.
00:47:00.700 Jerome Powell's term has come to a close, and he's installing a real America First Fed chair
00:47:07.180 who will, according to Jim Rickards, slash rates and supercharge our re-industrialization.
00:47:14.480 This is what one man is calling Trump's gift on America's 250th anniversary,
00:47:19.860 unleashing a historic super cycle in American mining, rare earths, uranium, and gold.
00:47:26.280 The same forces that turned $5,000 into over a million in less than five years
00:47:30.720 during China's booms are hitting here now.
00:47:34.240 Jim Rickards, the former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor, has the battle plan.
00:47:39.680 The gold royalty stock that could skyrocket in the next few years and the uranium power for AI.

00:48:15.300 Do it and do it today.
00:48:17.720 Here's your host, Stephen K. Banff.
00:48:21.500 We need people that have a sense of urgency and understand this is a war. 0.99
00:48:27.020 And now we've got the Chinese Communist Party and all these bad actors 0.93
00:48:29.760 and the deep state and all of it it just can't be business as usual right there you just heard
00:48:33.760 business as usual i think if it was even that i think he's wrong on both counts i didn't see any
00:48:40.440 sense of urgency or real action plan of how are we taking care of this today how i do i have people
00:48:46.200 working 30 hours a day to to all this we have to do we have we understand the voter rolls machine
00:48:52.980 we got that part what are you doing today what action is taking a day what are you doing also
00:48:58.440 for people that either knew about and didn't do it or work for the other side. Krebs, Chad Wolf,
00:49:06.320 the predecessor of Mullins, should, to me, be indicted by a grand jury. And whoever says,
00:49:11.020 well, he's a good guy. He's working at America First. I don't give a damn. Krebs worked for him.
00:49:15.680 He allowed Krebs to go on TV and say his safest election in mankind's history was a bald-faced
00:49:21.340 lie. It's just a bald-faced lie. That's a bald-faced lie. And if you're up at the chain
00:49:26.960 of command there's a chain of command for a reason you get all the prestige of being a cabinet
00:49:30.280 secretary but dude you got to take the the heat back to mark wayne mullins everything you said
00:49:36.120 70 of the people you're arresting are felons that's not a good statistic 90 of the people
00:49:42.920 you should arrest should have no criminal background at all except how they got into
00:49:47.040 the country and they're criminals now it's called mass deportations the other function
00:49:51.720 is a law enforcement function certainly we got to get the felons out and if they're not cooperating
00:49:58.220 with you you ought to arrest the police are not cooperating with you these are these are hardcore
00:50:02.120 felons yes obviously they have to go out and i understand some of the the the you know the
00:50:08.140 minnesotas of the world are going to try to stop you on that i understand that but that's not the
00:50:11.580 bar he doesn't understand so it doesn't click through that skull of his that when you say 70
00:50:18.540 percent of the people are felons, that's not a good, that's not a statistic that MAGA wants to
00:50:23.280 hear. They want to hear mass deportations. What are you doing in mass deportation? And the defense
00:50:28.800 of Thune, oh, he's a good guy. I don't give a damn. He's a good guy. He's a great guy. I know
00:50:32.900 him. He's a great guy. He's got a good family. That's not the point. The point is we're at war
00:50:37.940 and we need warriors. Has Thune taken away any chairmanships? Has Thune taken away offices and
00:50:42.960 said, hey, I'm going to move you out to the parking lot? Do you think LBJ and these guys,
00:50:47.100 when they were running the Senate as Senate leader?
00:50:49.600 They played patty cake?
00:50:50.980 Hell no. 1.00
00:50:52.420 They twisted arms and really twisted them.
00:50:55.140 And they weren't good guys.
00:50:57.020 But they got a lot done for what they wanted to get done.
00:51:00.300 Now, we want the strength and, quite frankly, 0.57
00:51:05.040 the cunning of an LBJ to get done what the Republic has to be done.
00:51:08.380 Don't tell me he's a good guy.
00:51:09.380 I don't give a damn.
00:51:11.360 He hasn't done anything. 0.89
00:51:14.020 You're supposed to put pressure on these people,
00:51:16.280 pressure on these people it's not getting done it's not going to get done and they treat trump 0.93
00:51:22.400 like a uh like a lame duck worse than lame duck they don't show any respect mark wayne mullins
00:51:28.620 did you push for having recess appointments for going on actual recess and telling them we can't
00:51:32.980 do this anymore no you did not did you try to move the anything in the senate no you did not
00:51:40.000 You played patty cake with your buddy, Thune.
00:51:43.840 It's not good enough.
00:51:45.260 We're at war.
00:51:47.760 We're burning daylight, and your department's not getting it done.
00:51:51.460 I don't, tell me 70% of who we, you know, who we, you know, pick up every day as a felon.
00:51:57.720 That ain't a good statistic, dude.
00:52:00.560 I want 1% of the people you pick up felons and get all the felons because we want, wait
00:52:06.640 for it, mass deportations.
00:52:08.560 the word that you sloughed off in your hearing and all that.
00:52:12.420 That's what the country needs now more than ever after the revelations last night.
00:52:17.140 The 278,000 that are voting in just four states,
00:52:22.440 there's millions and millions of illegal aliens voting.
00:52:27.840 And Mark Wayne Mullins, the passive voice,
00:52:30.260 somebody that's a speechwriter, use the active voice.
00:52:34.840 Stop using the passive voice.
00:52:37.440 it's a passive organization where's bovino when you need him bovino reminds me of the guys
00:52:46.480 caesar had when he pacified gall and that's what we need right now bring back bovino
00:52:53.500 unbelievable fox news didn't cover any of that as bad as it was fox news didn't do anything on the
00:53:02.600 look the Murdochs are 100 they hate Trump they hate MAGA anybody if you watch Fox and support 0.99
00:53:07.860 that crap you are part of the problem they didn't do they had the vanity last night was embarrassing 1.00
