00:00:00.000Saudi Arabia, they're now involved in this thing. What does this mean for the war?
00:00:06.820Well, I don't think Egypt is involved yet, which is really an important
00:00:10.720kind of nuance here is that the Iranians don't actually know who struck a U.S. LNG
00:00:18.220facility. It's not exactly a facility, a platform in Egypt. Egypt hasn't responded,
00:00:25.820and I don't think they will. I'm not sure Iran wanted, I don't think they wanted Egypt to0.99
00:00:33.240respond, but this is part of a potential kind of horizontal and vertical escalation of what's going0.50
00:00:41.160on, right? That we're seeing more territory horizontally, more geography involved, but most
00:00:47.420of it is aimed at U.S. and then also Saudi assets. But the kinds of assets are also changing. So we're
00:00:56.880seeing this vertical escalation in terms of not just U.S. military bases, but also this kind of
00:01:03.820logistics or energy facilities. And so we are seeing an escalation now. And again, today,
00:01:12.380Iran has responded with attacks on Jordan and Kuwait. And so we're seeing this tip for tat,
00:01:20.180Kate. And, you know, there's some big questions here because there's got to be an off ramp at
00:01:25.880some point. But the president now is deciding. No signs of diplomatic progress. President Trump
00:01:32.140getting increasingly frustrated with this war that appears to be widening, opening up multiple fronts
00:01:38.080in this region. And overnight, the U.S. intensifying strikes after Iran targeted
00:01:44.180Egyptian infrastructure for the first time in this conflict, really underscoring how
00:01:49.200challenging it is going to be to get those diplomatic talks back on track.
00:01:54.120CENTCOM saying in a statement that the U.S. Central Command Forces successfully completed
00:01:59.400a heavy wave of strikes against Iran in response to yesterday's attempted missile attacks on U.S.
00:02:05.000forces. CENTCOM assets, they say, struck dozens of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps targets in
00:02:10.320Iran, including military command centers, missile and drone facilities, coastal surveillance and
00:02:15.200defense sites, and maritime capabilities. Iran, meanwhile, says that the Strait of Hormuz is
00:02:20.660going to remain closed. And notably, this comes after on Wednesday into Thursday, the U.S. teamed
00:02:27.160up with Saudi Arabia to launch joint strikes against Iranian proxies in Iraq. And notably,
00:02:34.640And Saudi's defense minister Khalid bin Salman traveled to the U.S. for a brief visit,
00:02:39.800meeting with both Vice President J.D. Vance and President Donald Trump.
00:02:43.500Now, according to sources who tell our colleague Jennifer Hansler over at the State Department,
00:02:49.080Saudi Arabia's assessment is that Iran is going to seek to create leverage through escalation.
00:02:55.180Of course, the Saudi stance is they prefer to see this de-escalate.
00:02:59.080But Iran also still believes that it has political leverage over President Trump with this war just three months away from the midterm elections.
00:03:08.080And that comes as it remains deeply unpopular with the American people.
00:03:12.140About 28 percent of respondents to a recent CNN poll approve of Trump's handling of this war.
00:03:18.240But many of the president's advisers want him to publicly show that he is focused on the economy.
00:03:23.260President Trump yesterday spending time revealing upgrades to Dulles International Airport instead.
00:03:28.360This is something that, you know, all of us who are watching this closely have been saying for weeks now is that there doesn't seem to be a very clear off ramp.
00:03:39.360Someone has got to basically, I don't want to say capitulate, but has got to stop in order to get the negotiations back.
00:03:48.480But it takes two to tango. And I think what Iran is showing that, you know, they escalated during the pause. Right.0.61
00:03:55.920So we had this pause, and then they did this surprise attack on Jordan.
00:04:27.980The Saudi Houthi issue is slightly separate, obviously connected,
00:04:34.560but the Houthis also have their own problem with the Saudis in terms of a blockade on Yemen that they want broken.
00:04:43.860So now it's all coming together, and in a couple hours, we're going to see the head of the Houthis give a press conference,
00:04:50.600and at that press conference, they're going to threaten to escalate some more against the United States, which they have not yet.
00:04:57.780It's only been Saudi, but if the United States resumes full-scale war against Iran,
00:05:03.580the Houthis say they're coming in and they're going to block the Bab el-Mandeb straight for everyone, not just Saudi ships.
00:05:10.040So again, more escalation is in the picture.
00:05:13.860Thursday 30 July your ruler 2026 I'll have more about the war later particularly the
00:05:20.460expanding nature of it to the Red Sea and to the into the Suez Canal right our great allies NATO
00:05:28.400where art thou want to start though with John Solomon get John Solomon by phone John you put
00:05:34.680a story up I don't know like 6 a.m. this morning on just the news coming out of this kind of Bill
00:05:41.580Palty of D&I, your task force at the White House, these revelations. I never thought I'd see the day
00:05:48.720that I had all four major intelligence services agree on something, particularly about the
00:05:54.300Chinese Communist Party. Can you walk through what you guys have delivered? You bet. I think
00:06:00.140it's such an important moment. And it's a reminder that those legacy media reporters that every day
00:06:06.120live in their ivory tower telling us that they're the guardians of truth have actually been a naval
00:06:10.920blockade against the truth. You look at the coverage after the president's historic speech
00:06:15.620two weeks ago, and you saw things like, there's no non-citizens really voting in elections. And
00:06:21.860the New Jersey governor comes out a couple of days later, oh, 6,600 registered, 400 did,
00:06:25.780and we've known about it for a while. And they came out and said, China didn't interfere
00:06:30.260in the 2020 election. And what the chiefs say in this statement today is that
00:06:34.800And the assessments in 2020 may have said that, but it didn't include the information that we knew at the time that China had targeted our voter registration data files, meaning 220 million of them is what they acquired through.
00:06:50.820Some of them were purchased lawfully, some of them were stolen, and some of them were hacked.
00:06:56.060What the chiefs say today is the targeting of those files constitutes an act of election
00:07:02.380interference under the definition of the intelligence community.
00:07:07.160The intelligence community has very specific definitions, but targeting voter files is
00:07:10.900considered an act of election interference.
00:07:13.520So the reporters relied on the 2020 analyses, even though the president provided evidence
00:07:19.220in his speech two weeks ago that that analysis was hijacked by people who didn't want the
00:07:24.600truth to come out. And the intelligence chiefs came out today and said, hey, if this had been
00:07:30.600put in the inference of their statement today, if we had acknowledged that we had this data and we
00:07:36.020knew that China was stealing, hacking and buying voter files, that in fact, it would have been
00:07:41.960considered an act of election interference. And it is so now. That is an amazing knockdown of the
00:07:46.780media. And then there's one other piece of it that I think is important because the media went on
00:07:51.040right up to speech, no big deal. All China got were the commercially available files that anyone
00:07:55.880could buy. And the chiefs today say no, to the contrary. As we tell you, these were hacked and
00:08:01.620stolen and they include non-public data. In other words, they're not the commercial files. They
00:08:06.040have data that only can be gotten through illicit means. Those three knockdowns are a direct
00:08:12.260response to a media that has been dishonest about the president's speech and the documents.
00:08:16.620And they're very helpful to the American public. They help the American public understand
00:08:19.960what the intelligence community currently thinks about the body of evidence.
00:08:24.000The final statement, also for those who suggested that President Trump was relitigating the 2020
00:08:29.160election or hijacking the truth, the four spy chiefs made very clear in their final
00:08:35.760bullet point of their fact sheet that the language that the president used about all
00:08:39.960the documents they personally approved as accurate. Today was a pretty big bitch slap0.98
00:08:45.360of the mainstream media. It was really knocked down by the intelligence chiefs.0.98
00:08:48.960And bravo for the intelligence chiefs for helping the American people get the truth around the mainstream media.0.63
00:08:55.800Look, the ability of the Chinese Communist Party to hack it and to manipulate it, and then you've got the 250 to 275,000 non-citizen foreigners, whether illegal aliens or here, quote-unquote, legally, on voter rolls in four states, which you extrapolate out to millions.
00:09:17.020why is this not putting a fire under a john thune in the senate i mean this needs immediate
00:09:24.020the effort of your task force has been monumental the president is back of this
00:09:28.200no matter how much the mainstream media try to denigrate it it turns out that the chiefs the
00:09:33.840intelligence chiefs understand what's going on here why why don't we have the save america act
00:09:40.260at the top of the agenda given the overwhelming evidence of not just historic voter interference
00:09:46.520But the Chinese Communist Party could have could continue to do this, do other means, sir.
00:09:52.920I think the truth of the matter is it's the same reason we don't have a vote today on the attorney general, Todd Blanche.
00:10:00.980And the same reason that much of the president's agenda outside of the big, beautiful bill hasn't been enacted.
00:10:06.080Why scores of bills that are 70, 80 percent popular with the American public and passed by the House die in the Senate.
00:10:12.480because the Republican Party has elected a large number of Republicans,
00:10:17.840enough of them who don't share the president's view,
00:10:20.320don't share the current American citizen's view.
00:10:22.560They have their own view that doesn't jive with their own constituents,
00:10:26.180and they're allowing that view to be the guiding force of their votes.
00:10:32.440And so they're just blocking an agenda that a majority of Americans voted for,
00:10:36.280that their president is pushing through, that their own colleagues in the House passed.
00:10:41.020They have put personal interest ahead, personal political interest, ahead of their country's
00:12:23.600You were great on giving us a heads up on this, and it's turned out to be, I think, even bigger than we thought with the four service chiefs signing off about the CCP.
00:12:31.500Directionally, where is the task force going?
00:12:33.920We've got a little bit more to reveal on election integrity and vulnerabilities that still need to be plugged.
00:12:40.200We want to make sure that local and state officials understand that systems are as vulnerable as the CIA said in that assessment.
00:12:47.060And then we're going to pivot to some of the extraordinary abuses that occurred under the color of law at the FBI and inside the Intelligence Committee.
00:12:53.920There's going to be some crazy bombshells there over the next few weeks.
00:12:57.520But we'll begin to show how civil liberties were harmed in the name of law enforcement.
00:17:05.940it just doesn't have to be the fed that raises interest rates right that that yes that's kind of
00:17:11.540the was it the libor and the fed funds rate all the very important don't get me wrong and now
00:17:17.300there's a discussion about warships thinking about raising rates or at least you know they came out
00:17:22.800neutral yesterday was a lot of discussion however just the free market of the bond market is
00:17:29.300something do not take your eyes off of i think this is also response i mean overnight we've had0.55
00:17:34.740i think a major escalation of the war at least geographically and now the hutis are uh you know
00:17:41.940threatening the red sea and the suez canal and we've had no help from nato there's supposed to
00:17:46.440be a naval conference i think today if my memory serves me correctly in london to discuss all this
00:17:53.080but the war is expanding the bills are setting up for the war i mean i don't see saudi chipping in0.67
00:18:00.320I see Saudi doing some bombing runs, you know, great, good on you, but I don't see Saudis
00:18:05.660writing a check, I don't see UAE writing a check, I don't see the Israelis writing a0.67
00:18:08.940check, Netanyahu's over here again with his handout, right, and they're jamming, trying
00:18:14.320to jam this NDA through with 19 that's going to merge the two industrial bases, not the
00:18:19.820militaries, anybody says it's going to merge the militaries, incorrect, but it's going
00:18:23.340to merge the industrial bases that will eventually, particularly in the categories they're talking
00:18:28.360about uh drive that um so birch gold now more than ever i think you need to talk to philip patrick
00:18:35.360and the team you need a still point in a turning world geopolitically domestically in global capital0.57
00:18:42.300markets it's starting to spin like a fourth turning should uh take your phone out bannon b-a-n-n-o-n
00:18:49.860at 989898 talk to philip patrick and the team today they got all types of methodologies of how
00:18:55.540to do tax-deferred rollovers of your existing 401ks or IRAs, but more importantly, you talk
00:19:02.600to them about gold as a hedge during times of financial turbulence. And turbulence we got,
00:19:07.840folks, those numbers on the 30 and the 10 are not good news and going to have an impact on your life.
00:19:14.660There's no free lunch. You keep pursuing a war like this, you keep pursuing a war like this,
00:19:20.680and you're going to have particularly $40 trillion.
00:19:24.400And the Senate's looking to play all kind of games as only the Senate can play on the debt ceiling.
00:19:30.140Remember, they gave a $5 trillion just a couple of years ago, which was outrageous.
00:19:33.920Well, we're going to hit up against that sometime next year.
00:19:37.480So I think you need to now look at gold as a hedge against the times of financial turbulence.
00:19:42.340Check it out. Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
00:19:45.480Jeff Clark. Jeff, I got you on here for a huge topic, and that is Joe Biden.
00:19:50.180It kind of ties to Fauci about what are we going to do with all this horrible, horrible, horrible situation from the illegitimate Biden regime because the service chiefs or the intelligence chiefs are signing off to essentially tell you it was rigged.
00:20:06.960OK, the deep state's eventually going to come around after we bang their heads enough and we get to Jeff Clark, get some big revelations on Biden.
00:20:14.000But on a first star, Todd Blanche is the president's AG.
00:20:21.520But what galls me, it's being held by one guy, Cornyn, John Cornyn, who is Trump's best friend.
00:20:27.200He was the great, you know, I'm Trump's best friend.
00:20:29.480I spend, you know, I have overnights every other day in the Lincoln bedroom before Ken Paxson blew him out in Texas.
00:20:37.380And now he's Trump's biggest enemy, as he always been in trying to block this.
00:20:41.940How outrageous is it to be blocking at judiciary with a guy like Cornyn even to get a vote on the floor of a guy trying to hold him hostage on, you know, whether it's the weaponization program or anything else he's made?
00:20:56.760He's got something about they're trying to hold up Carrie Lake.
00:20:59.700I think they pulled her from from being confirmed as an ambassador for AIDS to Africa.
00:21:06.580Just your overall thought on a guy like John Cornyn, Jeff Clark.
00:21:11.940Steve, look, I don't understand why John Cornyn's essentially aligning himself with the Jamie Raskin view of the world in the House, right?
00:21:20.840I mean, you know, it's the other party.
00:21:22.640I can totally understand why Jamie Raskin wants to kill any attempt to repay those who suffered from the lawfare during the Biden administration.
00:21:32.880But I don't understand why it's such a bugaboo for an ostensibly conservative Republican senator.
00:21:38.860It feels like he's upset about the fact that Trump endorsed Paxton in the primary and that Paxton has won, and he's kind of engaging in payback.
00:21:52.700I think people would look back better on John Cornyn if he just did the right thing and voted to approve Todd Blanche in committee, and then he went to the full floor and got confirmed.
00:22:02.960President Trump needs his fully confirmed attorney general.
00:22:06.440And if we look at how things work out on the flip side, I mean, the Republicans just seem to roll over for whomever Democrat presidents want to put in place.
00:22:15.060You know, Merrick Garland sails through and, you know, Todd Blanche, who comes out of the Southern District of New York, which the left otherwise seems to like, is a candidate that mainstream Republicans like John Cornyn should be approving.
00:22:30.940And I think it's very curious that he's trying to to block him and extract a kind of pound of flesh and a pound of flesh that I don't think that Republican voters want him to try to extract.
00:22:42.260I mean, President Trump deserves some, you know, recompense for the fact that his tax returns were disclosed in terms of that case down in Florida.
00:22:50.680And I think people deserve compensation for weaponization.
00:22:54.820And so, you know, just doing backbends to try to stop those things does not seem like a very conservative Republican position, Steve.
00:23:04.360And they bent over backwards, kind of get some rapprochement, but Cornyn is trying to be a big shot here.
00:23:09.640So we're going to get to about how we're going to light the phones up this momentarily.0.83
00:23:48.860This is why we were banned on social media everywhere.0.94
00:23:50.880It's the War Room and a small handful of others that went after, you know, maybe Tony Lyons and Bobby Kennedy and a handful of these great sites that came up, Naomi Wolf and others that went after Fauci, hammering Tong every day about the liar and psychopath he was.
00:24:06.960Another one is these Biden tapes, and they really tried to sweep this under the carpet because of the explosive nature of it.
00:24:14.420Jeff, you've gone and done Yeoman's work.
00:24:16.880I want you to take a second and walk us through because this hasn't gotten a lot of air.
00:24:20.500We remember when he had these tapes, it was with a biographer, and it was supposed to be, oh, they don't want to show it because it may show he's got a bad memory or he had a couple of old man moments.
00:24:32.440That turns out not really to be the case here.
00:24:34.820There's a major national security issue regarding these tapes, sir?
00:24:38.400Yes, Steve. And look, the Fauci issue and the Biden issue are intertwined because of the fact that there's the national security issue, which you want me to get into and I'm going to get into next.
00:24:53.780But there are big gaps in his memory. It shows that he's failing and they still put him up for president.
00:25:00.880And so it's not surprising when we get to his administration starting in 2021 that it's an auto-pen presidency, right?
00:25:07.040And the pardon for Fauci is auto-penned.
00:25:10.840That should be looked at very heavily.
00:25:12.500So that's a link between the two issues.
00:25:55.260Steve, look, I mean, I think they should try to do that because that's the justice that Fauci
00:26:02.020deserves, right? You mentioned, you know, Naomi, you mentioned Robert Kennedy, right? And that all
00:26:08.440ties to the Maha movement. I think the Maha movement really wants to see accountability
00:26:12.840for Fauci. So, you know, go forward with a case against him, case or cases, and then he interposes
00:26:19.360the pardon, and then we see what the courts say, potentially all the way up to the Supreme Court.
00:26:23.000I mean, there's really only one of three outcomes. Either they decide the pardon is valid.
00:26:28.280OK, well, then, you know, you tried or they decide the pardon is invalid because they look behind it and they see that it was maybe not issued by Biden at all.
00:26:38.440Maybe it was issued by an incompetent Biden and therefore is very questionable.
00:26:42.780Or they say, look, we're just not going to look behind pardons at all.
00:26:46.020And they establish new doctrine about that. But we should have clarity in the law about that.
00:26:50.940I think the American people are not going to be happy with just giving Fauci a pass and not trying to probe into whether that pardon is really valid or not.
00:30:44.400Tell me, why is it Jeff Clark and not legions of media types have done this?
00:30:49.980You've gone through this situation with his biographer, right?
00:30:54.000And they they they they they moved heaven and earth to keep us from getting to those tapes.
00:30:59.900Now we know why. It's not simply the fact that he's an aged, you know, he's he's an old man with the beginnings of dementia.
00:31:07.780It's actually, I think, deeper than that. Walk us through what you found.
00:31:10.960And I want to make sure we maybe even do a split screen and put Jeff's put Jeff's Twitter feed up there, sir.
00:31:16.680Steve, look, yes. There are major revelations about Joe Biden turning over classified information
00:31:25.260to Mark Zwanitzer, his ghostwriter for his biography, Promise Me Dad. And that guy,
00:31:32.420Mark Zwanitzer, was not cleared to get that information. So that's a clear violation
00:31:35.960of the Espionage Act. And Biden took these documents, you have to remember, we're talking
00:31:40.620about him giving these interviews to the ghostwriter in 2016, 2017. He took the documents
00:31:46.200It's going back to when he was senator and when he was vice president.
00:31:49.080He had no ability to declassify, and he had no ability to take these documents out of Senate skiffs or out of the West Wing or out of the old executive office building.
00:32:03.360And yet Robert Hur gave him a free pass, which I find at this point is something that should be definitely revisited.
00:32:10.940I have a little spreadsheet up here to my left.
00:32:13.300Let me just take a glance at it and give you.
00:32:15.140And this is just, you know, maybe 15 percent of the spreadsheet to tell you, you know, the magnitude of classified information that's involved and why they fought tooth and nail.
00:32:25.280So February 10th, classified DOD information revealed extends for over two minutes.
00:32:33.620February 16th, classified CIA and other national security information.
00:32:38.280April 10th, disclosure of DOD classified information.
00:32:41.140information. April 10th, again, disclosure of CIA national security information. April 24th,
00:32:47.440disclosure of classified DoD information. Again, the 24th, CIA information. The 24th, again,
00:32:55.180more CIA information. And the 24th, again, more DoD information. And so if you listen to the tapes,
00:33:02.400you're not going to hear that with exceptional clarity because basically they redacted the
00:33:07.640audio tapes as well as the transcripts. So you just hear dead air during that time. But if you're
00:33:14.380careful and you're doing what we're doing and we're kind of piecing together, looking at the
00:33:18.720transcript as well, the exemptions that DOJ cited when they redacted certain information,
00:33:25.480we can tell this is redacted because it relates to the CIA. This is redacted. It relates to DOD.
00:33:30.760So that's just all over these tapes and the transcript form of those tapes.
00:33:36.820And it was a crime for Joe Biden to disclose that.
00:33:40.320So it's a, you know, for Robert Herr to give Trump, I mean, give Biden a free pass based on the idea that he had a failing memory.
00:33:50.720He's not even looking at the right time period, Steve.
00:33:53.260The right time period is what was Joe Biden's state of mind when he left the Senate?
00:33:58.540What was Joe Biden's state of mind and took classified documents?
00:34:02.220What was his state of mind when he took documents that he didn't have the ability to keep with him to his residence when he was vice president?
00:34:11.080And we don't know exactly where his, you know, dementia level or his senility level was at that time.
00:34:17.060I don't really see that Robert Hurt analyzed that.
00:34:19.400And the main thing for the future, because I know the audience wants accountability, and this should be looked at by the current DOJ, is what Robert Hurd did in recommending that Biden not be prosecuted is not binding on the current acting attorney general, Todd Blanche.
00:34:37.620And President Trump's really the one who we've discussed many times, Steve, actually wields all of the prosecutorial powers of the United States at the Justice Department.
00:34:46.920OK, they came after Trump and wanted to put him in prison because of things that didn't even matter.
00:35:04.120He is, but I think he's a Republican that Merrick Garland knew would play ball and knew would give this kind of the limited hangout, once-over treatment.
00:35:14.320And I also think, you know, maybe I'm being too conspiratorial, but I'll take one one little inch out step further and say it had the whole feel of a kabuki dance.
00:35:24.740So when her came out and said that that Biden was, you know, a kindly old man with a poor memory.
00:35:31.300And so therefore he probably wouldn't be convicted in D.C. and at no indication that they really thought about bringing charges against him anywhere else.
00:35:39.420And since he was a senator, et cetera, he's taking these documents to his residence in Delaware.
00:35:43.180That was at least another venue that they could have looked at prosecuting him in.
00:35:48.340You know, then Biden, you know, savages her and says, like, oh, I'm not incompetent.
00:35:54.080There's no evidence of any national security classified information being disclosed.
00:35:59.020You know, and he was allowed to get away with that, even though we now know, since we have the tapes and the transcripts, that Biden was completely lying.
00:36:08.180They tried to cover it up by having Biden intervene in our case at the Oversight Project to block disclosure of the documents, saying it was all about family privacy, Steve, that it was the equivalent of a family diary, that Joe Biden has a privacy interest in the sound of his own voice, which is about the dumbest legal claim I've ever heard and which the D.C. Circuit on appeal raised their eyebrows about as something that didn't make any sense.
00:36:33.340So that was all like a cover-up operation, and it's disgraceful.
00:36:37.020Okay, what are you recommending? What are you advocating to Todd Blanch and DOJ and the president to do? What course of action do you believe is appropriate, sir?
00:36:49.220I think they need, Steve, to go back and look at, and they have the unredacted forms of these things, right? Now we and the public, the American people, just have the redacted versions.
00:36:59.200They can look at how serious the information is that was national security protected, that Joe Biden just blabbed out to his, you know, uncleared ghostwriter.
00:37:09.500And I think there's a criminal case there. Then I think they need to look at where would they bring that criminal case.
00:37:14.840And then they need to totally reassess her's idea that in lawyers terms, Joe Biden didn't have the requisite science or the evil criminal state of mind because he was senile.
00:37:27.740Because, again, the issue isn't, was he senile in 2024 when Robert Herr interviewed him?
00:37:33.760The issue isn't, was he senile even exactly when he was sitting down with Zwanitzer, the ghostwriter?
00:37:38.340The issue is, what was his state of mind when he illegally took and retained those documents?
00:37:45.900And I want to know what evidence there is about that.
00:37:48.680If he didn't have mental problems back then, he clearly had the scienter to commit criminal acts, and I think he did.
00:37:54.480Are you saying we target her and then to get to Biden?
00:37:58.940Or are you saying that also Biden, the former president with these phony auto pen, because the auto pen things are completely phony, that we also should go after Biden for what he did on national security here?
00:38:10.620No, I'm talking about going after Biden.
00:38:13.680I think, you know, Robert Hurd giving Biden a free pass for reasons that I think are really inexplicable without, you know, doing a downtown job to penetrate into the right time period of Joe Biden's state of mind.
00:38:28.580How would you recommend this a big bite?
00:38:33.860But how would you go after because, you know, gutless the Senate is in the United States.
00:38:38.200How would you how would you go about going after Biden?
00:38:41.260What would be your recommendation to Todd Blanch to do this, to execute on this?
00:38:45.900Sure. Look, again, I'd look at bringing a grand jury in Delaware, and I would look at what evidence there is of exactly when the relevant classified documents were taken by Joe Biden, which I don't think we have any information about at this point.
00:39:01.180We just know that in 2016, 2017, he had them. He tells his ghostwriter, oh, I found the cache of classified documents at my house, right, in the garage. But, you know, how far back does that go? And what was his state of mind then? And then I would do an analysis of the likelihood of bringing a successful criminal prosecution in an available venue using the right state of mind time period.
00:39:27.680you you you are recommending i just want to make sure because clark you're a highly respected guy
00:39:34.400and particularly in the mega movement i know the justice department and the president thinks very
00:39:38.360highly of you know you're now over with the the judicial watch guys um i just want to make sure
00:39:44.180i got this clear you're you're you're advocating you're advocating right now that you believe
00:39:51.520that Todd Blanch, the guys at Maine Justice, working with the U.S. Attorney in Delaware,
00:39:57.800impanel a criminal grand jury in Delaware and start to bring a case against Joe Biden?
00:40:06.660Yes. And look, there's far more of an ability to do that than the Jack Smith hyped up grand jury
00:40:17.380that he brought in D.C., and then he transferred it down to Florida because that was the proper
00:40:23.520venue. You know, and you don't need to use a special counsel for this, Steve. Like the people
00:40:28.040at Maine Justice, the people in the relevant U.S. attorney's offices, they could work on doing that.
00:40:34.160I think it should be looked at very seriously. And, you know, there'd be resistance from the
00:40:39.540career people, from the kind of deep state inside justice about this, because they would say,
00:40:43.800Well, the special counsel, Robert Herr, he looked at this.
00:40:47.080Look, Robert Herr is not the equivalent of the finger of God coming from, you know, the mountain writing the Ten Commandments, right?
00:47:04.460Oh, I'm the best friend he's ever had.
00:47:06.320I sleep in the Lincoln bedroom every other night.
00:47:08.060I'm with him for border protection, anti-ism.
00:47:09.980all of it a lie. You can see the lie right now. So make sure you go fire up on corner and say
00:47:15.640enough is enough. Back off Todd Blanch and get a vote at Judiciary and let's move on today and get
00:47:24.440Bill Blaster. It's the reason that it's been downloaded by so many people. The numbers are
00:47:29.160crazy because Grace and the team built something that's so easy for you to use. Bill Blaster.
00:47:35.360Mark Lucas, I want to get you on here. First, I want to get a serviceman. Your thoughts about
00:47:38.940As you saw it yesterday, as a vet and a guy that defended this country in uniform, what were your thoughts about Fauci?
00:47:48.200What kind of relationship do you have at the hands of Dr. Fauci?
00:47:52.840It was great to watch Dr. Fauci squirm underneath those bright lights to be held accountable for the actions he took.
00:48:00.900And what he did, along with President Joe Biden and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, had an incredibly adverse impact on the on the military.
00:48:10.500You know, I refused the COVID-19 vaccine and I was sat down and I was formally counseled.
00:48:16.580I was called insubordinate for refusing an unlawful order.
00:48:20.960And I was even forced to watch a COVID-19 CDC propaganda video as a part of my counseling that we knew was false.
00:48:29.260Half of those claims were already proven to be untrue, and we lost so many service members.
00:48:37.120But I also think about those pilots that were adversely impacted by the vaccine, the heart irregularities.
00:48:43.780Think about the national security risk by grounding so many pilots.
00:48:47.360So I believe that Dr. Fauci should serve life in prison for what he did.
00:48:53.140You don't come on here with your hair on fire.
00:48:55.880You actually believe, as I do, that Fauci should be sentenced to a federal prison, probably Leavenworth, and serve out the rest of his life there, die there?
00:49:05.700I believe that Dr. Fauci will go down in world history as one of the most evil men who ever walked the face of the earth.
00:49:12.600And he deserves life in prison, absolutely.
00:49:15.100And as a husband and as a father, to see what my kids had to endure based off all of his lies and himself enriching himself.
00:49:22.700You know, Senator Hawley had an incredible line of questioning that just really called Dr. Fauci out on the carpet.
00:49:29.880So I believe that life in prison is an easy way out for Dr. Fauci.
00:49:35.540Mark, help me. I'm confused about this veterans bill.
00:49:40.020We have such a vast audience of veterans that watch the show. Tell me what's going on here.
00:49:44.160And I kind of I don't understand why this thing's just not got more momentum and sailing through, sir.
00:49:50.080Well, VA Secretary Doug Collins has been a complete and utter disaster for veterans.
00:49:58.020Meanwhile, President Trump has been the greatest president by far in modern day history for our veterans.
00:50:05.020And Doug Collins is undermining President Trump's top legislative priority, which is to take care of America's Veterans Act.
00:50:44.280What this bill will do is help codify President Trump's historic victories for veterans that, Steve, you and I saw in his first term, which was the VA Accountability Act and the VA Mission Act.
00:50:54.660The Take Care of America's Veterans Act contains the Veterans Access Act, which will give veterans choice in health care.
00:51:01.340Hang on. My brain's hurting. If we can grab that political article, I want everybody to read the political article because it kind of laid out.
00:51:07.000help me out here we've got a president that puts veterans first has done more for veterans than any
00:51:14.780other president and he's obsessed with this whole tangle in the va and how you make it better
00:51:19.540you've got this bill that's working and veterans love it pushing it and yet doug who wanted to be
00:51:25.440the va head right and we we got him in everybody supported him why is he fighting it that's what i
00:51:31.900understand why is collins fighting the very bill the president trump and the trump team wants and
00:51:36.400veterans want, sir? The worst kept secret at the VA is that Doug Collins wants to run for Senate
00:51:43.860in Georgia in 2028. And he views any VA reform that could be controversial as being harmful for
00:51:52.300his potential race down in Georgia. And he is being held hostage by these VA bureaucrats. There's over
00:51:59.760300,000 union members at the VA. And this is the same stuff that we dealt with in Trump's first
00:52:06.020term that the Democrats leverage the labor unions they say that any type of
00:52:10.700reform will help will hurt veterans and Doug Collins is falling for that when
00:52:15.240instead he should lean in I've pulled this veteran legislation with Rasmussen
00:52:19.940I took it to the White House I took it to the VA I briefed VA secretary's chief
00:52:25.940of staff I said VA choice has over 90% approval with the American people and
00:52:31.580this bill that Trump is promoting contains the Veterans Access Act and we
00:52:35.580find that veteran voters are 75% more likely to vote for a candidate that supports this bill.
00:52:41.600So not only is Secretary, not only is he not doing the right thing for veterans, but Secretary
00:52:48.040Collins is also harming House Republicans in vulnerable districts that want to pass
00:52:53.240these bills to help veterans. Hang on one second, I'm going to hold you through.
00:52:57.980We've got Metaxas at Oxford, Navarro at the White House, and Bill Gertz about China.
