00:12:41.220 which would reopen the strait on their terms, requires that the U.S. pay reparations for war

00:12:54.940 Zoukader, said not only that, he's the head of the, in effect, the National Security Advisor

00:34:03.200 within 24 hours, this is how they work. Within 24 hours, they initiated an investigation on Sessions

00:34:10.520 right after they initiated a formal investigation against President Trump about being a Russian

00:34:16.100 asset, sir? Yeah, you have it exactly right. Basically, any spaghetti they could throw on

00:34:21.380 the wall to make a case to get this out of the Justice Department where the Russia collusion

00:34:26.200 case was dying, throw it over a wall and get it to a special counsel named Robert Mueller. That

00:34:31.040 was the goal. As we saw, as we mentioned last week, when they accused the president of being

00:34:35.840 a Russian asset, they had zero evidence, zero zilch. In fact, almost all the evidence that

00:34:40.820 had come in, they had disproven. They have the same problem when they try to predicate an

00:34:45.200 investigation on Jeff Sessions. They use a two-month-old letter from two Democrat senators

00:34:51.060 and one story from the Huffington Post, a liberal left-leaning news organization,

00:34:56.780 and those two things suggest, well, maybe he didn't give accurate testimony,

00:35:01.000 but they had Jeff Sessions' personal letter to the Senate showing, hey, he clarified immediately.

00:35:06.700 He told them, hey, I didn't mention this because I didn't consider it an official act. It was a

00:35:10.540 social event. That letter would have nullified any predicate for an investigation, except if it's

00:35:17.000 inside the Comey-McCabe era of the FBI, where predicates and facts and evidence seem to matter

00:35:21.940 less and effect in politics seem to matter more. And so there was no basis to open up on Jeff

00:35:27.840 Sessions. He had already clarified his testimony. The Senate was comfortable with it. The evidence

00:35:33.680 that they were citing was from two Democrats on a lefty news site, but that's how they predicated

00:35:39.480 investigations back then if they had a political reason to do it they wanted to taint they wanted

00:35:44.840 to taint sessions that it was no way he could ever come and have an arm's length exact defensive

00:35:51.460 defensive of trump i want to go back to something you just said in your story and you're reporting

00:35:56.160 the task force which is more egregious it wasn't that there was evidence against it or a governance

00:37:05.440 task force is going to continue to turn out this evidence. And Steve, you pointed out something

00:37:09.140 really important. The FBI and the Justice Department in that 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, all the

00:37:14.300 way to 24 timeframe, it's acting more like an opposition research arm of the Democratic Party

00:37:19.260 than it is a neutral, fact-based, evidence-based law enforcement and intelligence-driven agency.

00:37:27.220 Its sources for Donald Trump is a Russian asset or Sessions gave misleading information.

00:37:34.620 is Hillary Clinton's campaign, Pat Leahy, and Al Franken, a former comedian turned senator,

00:37:42.180 and a liberal news site. What you saw back in that time frame was that the Democrats basically

00:37:47.620 could send anything into the FBI, and they would turn it into a weaponized criminal investigation

00:37:52.260 against Trump and his followers. I think that's what concerns people who look at the body of

00:37:56.300 evidence. In any other era, the Sessions case would never have been started, nor would Trump

00:38:03.500 is an asset because he fired comey investigation but in the comey mckay bear that's how things

00:38:09.740 roll politics drove the agency not evidence so where do you think we go from here i know the

00:38:18.360 task force is burning away and i don't want to i don't want to get ahead of uh or over our skis

00:38:58.260 to the Crossfire Hurricane investigation, which was get Donald Trump, even if it's fake evidence,

00:39:04.360 when you got to a point where there was real evidence against Joe Biden, the same intelligence

00:39:08.700 agencies, the same law enforcement agencies, they flipped to try to protect Biden so he's viable

00:39:13.720 against Trump. And I think the body of evidence that we'll put forth in the next six weeks will

00:39:18.160 really make that clear and I think be eye-opening to people. There's also more China influence into

00:39:23.500 the political and election sphere of the Democratic Party. We'll get some of that out

00:39:27.660 in the next few weeks. And then there's still some vulnerabilities, things that people are

00:39:32.060 concerned about in the election system. We'll get that out and just keep digging. We've got millions

00:39:37.880 of pages of documents and we mine them every day. And almost every day we find something newsworthy

00:39:42.960 that we're going to be able to get forward. We're basically dropping documents every couple of days

00:39:47.080 now. So that's pretty exciting. We're on a good rhythm. And the intelligence agencies on a formal

00:39:53.080 basis are cooperating? Yeah, FBI, CIA, NSA have been sensational. Homeland Security Department

00:40:01.280 have been pretty darn good. ODNI have been fantastic. Dave Warrington, who we mentioned,

00:40:06.820 he's leaving, but he's been fantastic as the declassifier for the president.

00:40:11.380 Susie Wiles has been supportive. So you've got a really great team, and everybody is interested

00:40:16.620 in the mission of transparency. And what's interesting is as you go through these things,

00:40:20.460 you start having discussions with the intelligence agencies, sometimes we'll find something like,
