00:00:00.000 There's a lot of positive things to say about Todd Blanche.
00:00:02.860 And you are confident that he will uphold the Constitution with the upcoming elections?
00:00:07.500 There are Democrats saying he may not.
00:00:09.240 Well, of course, there's always this existential anxiety.
00:00:11.600 Yes.
00:00:11.920 But I am as confident as you can be about the future you are.
00:00:16.560 Yeah.
00:00:16.720 I cannot predict the future, and this is not a black or white decision, but I'm confident on that. 0.78
00:00:21.180 I do solemnly swear
00:00:26.660 that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States
00:00:33.860 against all enemies foreign and domestic
00:00:38.740 that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same
00:00:44.740 that I take this obligation freely
00:00:49.240 without any mental reservation
00:00:51.100 without any mental reservation
00:00:53.440 or purpose of evasion
00:00:56.120 and that I will well and faithfully discharge
00:00:59.000 the duties of the office on which I am about to enter.
00:01:01.720 And that I will well and faithfully discharge
00:01:03.820 the duties of the office of which I am about to enter.
00:01:06.800 So help me God.
00:01:08.880 Congratulations.
00:01:09.540 Yay!
00:01:21.100 moments ago Todd Blanche was greeted by DOJ staffers shortly after he was sworn in as attorney
00:01:28.520 general there he is getting out of his SUV those are the cheers among DOJ staffers at the DOJ
00:01:36.520 building in Washington DC you can see some handshakes as well he was sworn in by another
00:01:41.960 former Trump attorney and current sitting judge Emile Bove if the midterms don't go Trump's way
00:01:48.660 this fall. Is there any world in which Todd Blanche turns up to Trump if he's asked to find
00:01:53.660 some fake evidence of voter fraud? Or are we screwed now? We're screwed. Great. That's what 0.73
00:02:00.400 I suspected. The scary thing here is that as a matter of authority, very little has changed
00:02:06.060 because of this vote. Todd Blanche was the deputy attorney general, acting attorney general,
00:02:10.620 and could have continued as the acting attorney general for the rest of the term.
00:02:14.540 But as a practical matter, that that may not change much. But what this essentially does is endorse a constitutional theory that the Department of Justice is Donald Trump, that the norms of separation no longer apply.
00:02:29.540 And you heard an exchange when Todd Blanche was before Congress with Senator Coons, who asked him whether he would maintain any independence of the Justice Department.
00:02:38.040 And he said that Article 2 of the Constitution gives Donald Trump the authority of the executive branch, period, full stop.
00:02:46.240 That is the unitary executive theory.
00:02:48.800 And the idea here is that Congress created the Department of Justice in 1870.
00:02:54.740 Congress can define the scope of its authority.
00:02:57.040 Congress can fund its appropriations.
00:02:59.020 This is a novel theory, but it is one that has a lot of power.
00:03:03.200 I wonder if that's a real possibility, Scott.
00:03:04.820 Do you see that as a real possibility that people won't have a spine,
00:03:09.380 they won't stand up to this, and they'll see their own political prospects?
00:03:13.080 They'll put their own political prospects in power above rule of law and democracy.
00:03:18.880 A lot of local election officials are much more prepared for the next wave of disinformation.
00:03:24.760 They dealt with it six years ago.
00:03:26.900 They're ready for lots of different peculiar arguments from Trump, and they're ready for Trump to sow seeds of distrust before the election, on election day and after.
00:03:36.380 They have attorneys who are more prepared.
00:03:38.560 The discrediting of Trump to judges shouldn't go understated.
00:03:43.380 Him bringing Todd Blanche to make arguments to the courts about election fraud now, it's going to be even harder than it was six years ago when it was rushed out of court.
00:03:51.260 bringing these things to court and standing by them it's like giving kids carrots and lima beans
00:03:57.600 for dessert you can try it it's just not going to go over well it's not going to land it's not
00:04:02.200 going to work yeah well there's that there's also the what could happen if they just don't
00:04:09.820 want to accept it and whether another january 6 might be possible this is the primal scream
00:04:17.860 of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval on this
00:04:23.860 people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people
00:04:29.740 the people have had a belly full of it I know you don't like hearing that I know
00:04:33.280 you try to do everything the world to stop that but you're not gonna stop it
00:04:35.760 it's going to happen and where do people like that go to share the big line mega
00:04:40.720 media I wish in my soul I wish that any of these people had a conscience ask
00:04:47.440 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:04:51.040 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:04:57.240 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:05:05.540 Monday, 10 August in the year of Lord 2026.
00:05:09.180 Welcome. Thank you for joining us for the afternoon and early evening edition of The War Room.
00:05:15.160 Matt Boyle is going to join us for the entire six o'clock hour. Matt is over in Greece, but got a lot. We're going to talk about regarding Iran, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Ukraine, the war. Also, we're going to spend a lot of time talking about and analyzing domestic politics in the run up to the midterm elections.
00:05:36.280 Todd Blanche, you just saw about Todd Blanche, now Attorney General of the United States.
00:05:40.260 Cleta Mitchell joins us.
00:05:41.400 Cleta, I wanted to have you on for getting updated on all this, but then Talking Points Memo and some of the more important publications on the left have been picking on Mike Cleta pretty hard.
00:05:55.940 You're living rent-free in their head, but we're going to get to all that in a little while.
00:05:58.900 Talk to me about John Solomon's task force, the information that's come out on election integrity, the issue's still down in Fulton County with the ballots, Maricopa County, the Chinese Communist Party, everything's been exposed.
00:06:14.280 Todd now is in permanently.
00:06:16.140 There'll be just naturally that he's not interim.
00:06:18.520 There'll be some reorganization into the DAG, the PDAG.
00:06:22.440 The White House just had a huge move over the weekend to coincide with this.
00:06:26.000 Will Scharf is now going to be the White House counsel.
00:06:28.040 So put all this in perspective, the legal and where people want to know where in the hell do we stand with accountability and enforcing of what happened in the 2020 election and everything that came from that and how we're going to protect ourselves since the Senate just slapped us in the face and left for six weeks vacation, how we're going to deal with this November.
00:06:49.900 With that, ma'am, the floor is yours.
00:06:53.380 Well, it's a lot, Steve.
00:06:55.280 I mean, I would say what John Solomon is doing is nothing short of phenomenal and a game changer, because he and his work with the task force in the White House, they're putting out the documentation, they're bringing the receipts, as people say, to show that the 2020 election was, in fact, not the most secure election in the history of the country.
00:07:19.340 and showing the Chinese involvement and the involvement by Iran and other adversaries to the United States.
00:07:28.100 And, you know, then we saw just last week about the guy who downloaded over 600,000 voter files in Maricopa County.
00:07:36.840 And then last Friday, I spoke with, that was posted early, first thing Friday morning.
00:07:42.880 And I spoke to a number of the people that I work with in Arizona, the election integrity leaders.
00:07:48.600 And they're getting ready to file open records requests because it would appear that the Board of Supervisors and remember, Adrian Fontes was the Maricopa County recorder at the time of the 2020 election.
00:08:00.680 He's now the secretary of state. And they believe very strongly that he lied to the American, to the people of Arizona and Maricopa County at the time when this was first, when it was first known about this hacking.
00:08:15.400 And, you know, so we have all this evidence of things that went wrong.
00:08:20.560 We have that.
00:08:21.580 We know that.
00:08:22.700 Everything that the Election Integrity Network, our volunteers, and the American people themselves,
00:08:28.120 everything we thought was true has been proving day by day to be true.
00:08:33.100 Now, notwithstanding that, so that part of it is going well.
00:08:36.820 My concern is what is the administration doing about each one of these revelations?
00:08:42.660 And I frankly don't know what all they're doing. I can say some things they ought to be doing. I know that Department of Homeland Security does have legal authority to act, and they have taken some steps. I want them to take more steps. The Department of Commerce, Howard.
00:09:00.000 Hold it. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Slow down. Slow down. Slow down. Slow down. Slow down. I want people to fully understand this.
00:09:08.260 What you're saying is that, hey, Steve, I know we're beating on the Senate for the Save America Act.
00:09:12.560 I know you and Wayne Allen Root and Peter Tinkin and others are banging on the drum that if we don't get that, we need a national security emergency memo written immediately.
00:09:23.540 You're saying something quite different. You're saying, hey, look, I love that. I love that. Thank you.
00:09:28.700 However, there's enough things in law already that DHS and commerce have a massive amount of power they could use now, and they don't need any authorizations.
00:09:41.100 They've got the authorization.
00:09:42.240 Let's take it and break that down.
00:09:44.160 This is what the audience needs to hear.
00:09:45.860 What does DHS have as their ability to do things, and what does commerce have?
00:09:49.900 Well, just remember that when Jay Johnson, Obama's Secretary of Homeland Security, in January of 2017, on his way out the door, the Obama administration, through Jay Johnson, issued a declaration, a memorandum.
00:10:07.720 I don't even really know the exact wording or legal terminology that they relied upon,
00:10:14.260 but they declared and determined that elections, elections writ large, not just one part of the
00:10:21.440 elections, not just voting machines, elections are critical infrastructure, period. That means
00:10:28.420 the Department of Homeland Security and its secretary have a great deal of statutory authority
00:10:35.200 to take mitigating steps if there is identified a threat to a vulnerability to elections,
00:10:44.880 because elections are critical infrastructure. So Mark Wayne Mullen is sitting there with all
00:10:51.000 kinds of legal authority to be able to address the voting machines, to tell commerce, okay,
00:11:00.220 Now this vulnerability has been established, and here are the five things you need to do to make sure that the voting machines that are used in this fall's elections are not compromised.
00:11:11.080 Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Slow down for a second.
00:11:16.660 Mark Wayne Mullen, didn't he go and have a press conference?
00:11:20.480 President Trump on that Thursday addressed the nation, and even myself, who's pretty grounded in this material,
00:11:29.200 I was stunned by some of the new revelations.
00:11:31.920 It was kind of draw-dropping, and particularly since we beat the drum on the anti-CCP thing all the time, to know that they had 270 million or 250 million voter files, and they weren't purchased.
00:11:42.040 They were hacked by one of the most advanced cyber groups that they have to know that.
00:11:47.300 Mark Wayne Mullen the next day came out and went to a whole litany of things he was going to do.
00:11:53.060 Do you think that he's focused on that?
00:11:55.280 Is that actually getting done, or is that just to pat people on the head?
00:11:58.120 and say, oh, we hope you feel better because, you know, this is all about optics?
00:12:03.780 Or do you actually think, given the punch list he gave us, is that the right punch list?
00:12:08.520 And is he getting those things done?
00:12:10.680 Well, I think that it is the right punch list, but I think there's more.
00:12:15.980 And I think there's more that they're not talking about.
00:12:17.980 And the thing I keep saying to anyone and everyone who will listen is you need to be talking about this.
00:12:23.880 People need to know what steps you're taking.
00:12:25.860 You have a lot of authority. If you're using it, tell us. If you're not using it, you need to get busy using it. One of those things is making sure that the, remember this, we do not have a single voting technology system used in America today that is not made in whole or in part in China.
00:12:51.040 China is a foreign adversary. We now have identified, they have all the threat identification 0.77
00:12:58.760 they need. I want to say they, I'm talking about commerce, to impose and invoke regulations that
00:13:06.760 were adopted and finalized during the Biden administration. President Trump started it in
00:13:12.500 2019. Those regulations were finally published and finally became law in 2024. And it provides
00:13:21.000 that the use of any technology that is derived from, has come from, and it lists the countries,
00:13:29.920 China is one of them, that the Secretary of Commerce can order mitigation and changes in
00:13:40.540 the way that technology is used. It's not just the acquisition. The law says the use of that
00:13:48.280 technology. So the use of the voting systems that are used in every jurisdiction in America
00:13:55.000 is subject to those regulations. They need to be telling the American people and election
00:14:00.180 officials in every one of the counties in America, every one of the states, here's how we're going
00:14:05.800 to make sure that they're not able to screw with the election this fall. That's what I'm waiting
00:14:11.280 for. They have the authority right now to do that. And I'm waiting for Mark Wayne Mullen and Howard
00:14:16.540 Lutnick to announce what they are doing and to instruct every state election official and say,
00:14:22.260 here's how we're going to do this. Hang on. You're going to stick to the break.
00:14:26.260 What Cleta is saying is that, hey, your national security emergency, hey, maybe
00:14:31.060 you guys work on that. The SAVE Act, it ain't happening. But there's plenty of authorities
00:14:38.340 already that certain cabinet heads have particularly dhs and commerce that they could
00:14:47.460 effectuate and not just that could they must put into action to guarantee at least a modicum
00:14:55.100 of fairness in the upcoming midterm election short break clean you don't wait until your
00:15:00.840 house is on fire to install a smoke detector and you don't wait until the wind and rain
00:15:05.760 hammer your windows and the power goes out to prepare for a hurricane and you don't reach for
00:15:12.760 your seat belt after the impact because after the crash the hurricane or the house fire it's too
00:15:18.720 late similarly you don't wait until the dollar goes to zero before you buy gold it's too late
00:15:24.940 then diversify with precious metals and diversify now because you never know what will threaten your
00:15:31.740 savings next persistent inflation a weakening dollar unexpected financial disruptions you don't

00:16:10.760 Take action and do it today.
00:16:12.840 War Room.
00:16:13.860 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:17.420 Okay, there's a piece in the New York Times.
00:16:20.880 Excuse me.
00:16:21.760 Correction.
00:16:22.440 Bloomberg.
00:16:23.760 Behind Besant's moves.
00:16:26.120 And remember, Bloomberg is the new service.
00:16:28.180 It's the TV channel.
00:16:29.100 And I recommend particularly to get more up to speed on things that the T the channel itself has actually got great financial news on it.
00:16:35.460 But they have this this device that sits on the desk of all bond trades.
00:16:39.680 That's where that's how Bloomberg ended up being worth 90 billion dollars.
00:16:45.320 Bloomberg's got a story behind Besant moves.
00:16:48.460 Wall Street sees sign of bond market angst.
00:16:52.500 This is the move in Japan, as we said that.
00:16:55.160 Yes, they're our ally. They're central to the fight against the anti-CCP to stop China from becoming a hegemon in East Asia, the Central Pacific, all of it.
00:17:05.980 That's all correct. And there's a close relationship with President Trump and the prime minister, as it was with Abhi and the president.
00:17:13.860 Yes, but the central fact of that is to protect the U.S. Treasury's market, as we told you.
00:17:18.700 The bond market has turfed out more governments in history than howitzers.
00:17:23.000 So watch the bond market.
00:17:24.840 Now, what does that mean for you?
00:17:26.780 That means you have to understand the connection between the bond market, right?
00:17:31.940 The largest capital market in the world and gold.
00:17:35.240 Well, how do I do that, Steve?
00:17:37.060 You can do it for free with something that's taught in graduate schools of finance.
00:17:41.640 I'm so proud of that.
00:17:42.380 Graduate schools of finance now take the end of the dollar empire and they make it part of their curriculum.
00:17:48.680 Why is that?
00:17:49.200 It's very accessible how we've gone back since the beginning of the Republic and talked to you about how populist economic policies, economic nationalism, gold as a hedge against times of financial turbulence.
00:18:03.500 And we've had some turbulence in this country.
00:18:06.360 Right after the Civil War, we had a huge crash at probably as bad as the Great Depression, 1873.
00:18:13.960 and driven by, guess what?
00:18:18.440 Kind of speculative investment in, wait for it,
00:18:21.500 railroads, the artificial intelligence of its day.
00:18:26.020 Understand all that.
00:18:27.140 Totally free.
00:18:28.140 End of the dollar empire.
00:18:29.100 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:18:30.740 End of the dollar empire.
00:18:32.540 Eight free installments and the ninth free installment
00:18:34.760 is coming shortly.
00:18:37.200 And talk to Phil Patrick.
00:18:38.980 And you get, even if you never buy gold,
00:18:41.340 It's a great lesson in why gold's been a hedge and how world financial markets move.
00:18:46.900 We're very proud of it.
00:18:47.900 Go check it out today. 0.82
00:18:50.240 Cleta, I'm going to get to Talking Points Memo because, Cleta, you're in the heads of the smartest people on the left. 0.94
00:19:01.240 Talking Points Memo is written by a team over there.
00:19:04.240 They're very smart about separating out signal from noise.
00:19:08.740 It's not a place that runs around with its air on fire.
00:19:10.840 And man, you are living rent free in their head. But I got to ask you, as you see it right now, because you're kind of the person people turn to, as you see it right now, given everything we've worked on, everything has been revealed.
00:19:25.520 the FBI and DNI were down in Fulton County months ago. You've now had these massive revelations on
00:19:31.560 a primetime address from the east wing of the White House. As you see it now, given how the
00:19:38.240 Rhino Republican Party doesn't want to deal with this, but it must be dealt with. Are you comfortable 1.00
00:19:45.060 right now, 80, what, eight days away from the midterm elections, that the midterm elections
00:19:50.940 are going to be safe and secure, ma'am. Not unless, I will not be comfortable unless
00:19:58.640 the Department of Commerce exercises its responsibility to make sure that the voting
00:20:04.180 machines accurately capture the votes of the American people and reflect the will of the
00:20:09.260 American people. They have the authority to do that, the power to do that. They need to be
00:20:13.200 working with the election officials to make sure that there are manual confirmations of what is
00:20:20.380 produced by the voting technology. They have to do that. They have the authority. They need to
00:20:24.620 get busy and do it. DHS has been doing a lot of good things over the last year under the radar.
00:20:31.480 I would say not under the last year, under the last six months. They have finally realized their
00:20:36.780 role in protecting our elections as critical infrastructure. And so there are things this
00:20:43.460 administration still can do. Now, you know, the left has done everything they can do to block
00:20:48.680 all of the steps the president has been trying to take by executive order. But interestingly
00:20:55.540 enough, there are a few little glimmers where at least one court is saying, well, the president
00:21:01.760 has the authority to make sure that ballots are not delivered to addresses that don't exist,
00:21:06.840 et cetera, et cetera. That's a big step forward. We just have to keep pressing forward with the
00:21:12.740 with the Postal Service. And, you know, that's a big problem because the chairman of the Board
00:21:19.100 of Governors of the U.S. Postal Service is a rabid left winger who runs, they did run the
00:21:26.060 National Vote at Home Institute, which wants to get rid of polling places altogether. She's the 0.99
00:21:30.880 chairman of the Board of Governors of the U.S. Postal Service. She was one of the very first
00:21:35.400 pit nominees for anything that biden sent forward in january of 2021 so yes there are things that
00:21:43.500 can be done but and we have to do those things but i i do not see the movement yet by the
00:21:51.720 administration public movement to do some of these things and my view is just keep doing it start
00:21:57.780 doing it mark elias and the uh the left-wing crazies who want corrupt elections they remember
00:22:04.040 that. They want corrupt elections. They don't want the people to have the voice. They want the
00:22:09.220 establishment. They want themselves to have the voice. So they're going to fight everything. Just
00:22:14.840 move forward. Keep doing it. Just help me out here. Just keep after it. I want to turn to this
00:22:19.540 talking points moment because it's very important, and I want to just at least get it out there,
00:22:22.960 and we'll have you back on to go more depth. But just one more time. It's been drilled down on us
00:22:27.620 that DHS had the responsibility of the machines, all this. How does commerce, once again, just take
00:22:32.540 a minute, how does commerce fit into this? And Lutnick's never been mentioned as a player in
00:22:37.940 this. Has somebody informed the secretary that this is his responsibility? What specifically
00:22:42.960 does commerce have in the ecosystem of the electronic voting machines?
00:22:51.360 Commerce has the statutory oversight of what they call technology transfer. They have a whole
00:22:59.160 division of the Department of Commerce, whose responsibility it is to address the issues of
00:23:05.980 technology that is manufactured and then shipped to the United States in the private sector.
00:23:15.200 Commerce has this responsibility to make certain, and there are particular regulations that have
00:23:21.260 to do with technology that originates, as I say, in whole or in part in one of the countries
00:23:28.960 that is defined as adversarial to the United States.
00:23:32.560 But hang on, but I thought that given certain revelations
00:23:37.160 and certain change of ownership, that Dominion
00:23:40.700 and these other companies, that the technology that came from
00:23:44.680 Venezuela and that came from China has been eliminated.
00:23:48.140 Is that not the case? Are we still relying upon foreign technology?
00:23:53.320 Honestly, that whole thing
00:23:56.080 where No Inc., the electronic pole pad company, has acquired Dominion, that whole thing should
00:24:03.660 be investigated by the Department of Justice. I mean, it stinks to high heaven. That wasn't
00:24:08.120 a real acquisition. And it doesn't change one thing about where the machines, the Dominion
00:24:14.540 machines are manufactured as of this moment. And there are no machines, there's no voting
00:24:21.800 machines in the United States that are manufactured completely in the United States,
00:24:26.880 using parts completely manufactured in the United States. And we know the vulnerabilities have been
00:24:33.300 well documented. So we know the threat, we know the vulnerabilities that triggers responsibility
00:24:41.000 because elections are critical infrastructure, that triggers mitigation and steps that have to
00:24:47.800 be taken by the Department of Commerce to address those vulnerabilities. And I'm just saying,
00:24:54.420 let's get to it. Let's get to it now. Now, I promise you, by tomorrow morning, Mark Elias's
00:25:00.040 daily newsletter is going to be hair on fire about me saying this. And I don't care because I know
00:25:06.960 they want corrupt elections. I know they would prefer to have communists controlling the outcome
00:25:11.740 from afar of our elections. That's what they want. We're here to say no. We want to make sure that
00:25:17.520 that does not happen and that the election machinery is subjected to manual confirmation
00:25:24.200 and that we are sure that they are not manipulating the outcome of the election.
00:25:29.860 Is Commerce Secretary Lutnick, do you know if he's actually been informed of this or
00:25:35.260 is this something that's even on their plate?
00:25:38.800 I have no idea.
00:25:40.380 I do know that I raised this question to the White House in January.
00:25:45.760 And the response that I got back was, well, they don't normally do this because the machines have already been acquired.
00:25:54.120 And my response was tell them to go back and reread the regulations because it talks about the use of technology that has already been acquired.
00:26:02.720 It's not just the acquisition. It is also the use.
00:26:06.980 And that can be regulated and subject to oversight by the Department of Commerce.
00:26:12.980 So I don't know the answer to your question. They've been informed. They said, we don't normally do this. I don't care if they normally don't do this. They need to do this. This is their responsibility. And I would call on Secretary Lutnik today to make sure that he is taking steps to actually protect our elections as he has the statutory and regulatory responsibility and authority to do.
00:26:34.940 I do want to turn to, and I'd like to hold you just through the break for a minute, but if we can put up on the screen, and then I'll come back to Cleta.
00:26:45.340 But on the screen is this Talking Points memo, a story with four writers and investigators.
00:26:52.480 Four.
00:26:53.780 That is how they put four of their best people on this. 1.00
00:26:57.300 The headline is how Cleta Mitchell continues to make herself relevant in the election meddling universe. 1.00
00:27:06.680 Actually, Cleta, our audience would say how how Cleta Mitchell continues to be at the forefront of making sure that we have free and fair elections. 0.99
00:27:16.480 It's broken down into pieces. The first one is still meddling. 0.91
00:27:21.300 The second part is an MBA and a failed idea.
00:27:24.720 Anyway, the past is also prime.
00:27:28.320 So we're going to get to all that on Talking Points Memo.
00:27:31.940 We're going to make sure Grace and everybody get it out.
00:27:34.540 It's a must-read.

00:28:06.080 I'll have more to say about this after we get back for a break.
00:28:10.960 You know, just a few years ago,
00:28:12.460 if you told someone you were stocking up on emergency food,
00:28:14.960 they would have called you a tinfoil hat conspiracy theorist.
00:28:19.320 Not anymore. We've all seen supply chain chaos, devastating natural disasters,
00:28:24.820 inflation, war, civil unrest, and preparedness has gone mainstream. That's why we're so excited

00:29:43.720 Okay, with the Tax Network team, just call 866-513-5516.
00:29:49.220 If you got the extension to October, that's going to be here sooner than you think.
00:29:53.920 With your approval, they can go and pull your tax file.
00:29:57.700 They've got an entire file on you that they can get access to
00:29:59.960 and then start working through what you filed for the extension.
00:30:03.720 That's $49.
00:30:05.120 So, I mean, to get a professional opinion on that, it's worth its weight in gold for you.
00:30:09.780 $49.
00:30:10.600 Then, for about $300, I think it is, but talk to them.
00:30:14.240 They can then actually file the taxes so you make it by the extension.
00:30:18.520 So don't let that extension slip by because there's obviously fees, penalties, all that.
00:30:23.860 So make sure you check it out.
00:30:24.880 866-513-5516, Tax Network USA.
00:30:29.340 Cameron Kinsey, who was in President Trump's first term, is making all this available over there.
00:30:35.260 So we've got to thank her.
00:30:36.900 Eight, one more time, 866-513-5516.
00:30:40.980 If you ask for an October extension, don't let it slip.
00:30:44.560 You've been giving warnings.
00:30:46.280 Let's get on it.
00:30:47.120 Action, action, action.
00:30:49.820 Cleta, this Talking Points memo, and like I said, these are some of the smartest people on the left.
00:30:56.380 They really go after you.
00:30:57.780 in the first part of the chapter, still meddling.
00:31:01.060 It's about to clean in everything she does on the worm
00:31:04.140 and all our other activities at the Election Integrity Network.
00:31:07.680 But it gets deeper than that.
00:31:09.020 You're living rent-free in their head,
00:31:10.720 but that's not the only.
00:31:11.600 Another super professional deep investigative is ProPublica.
00:31:16.980 They're doing a big piece on you.
00:31:18.940 And here's the reason.
00:31:20.300 They know that you're speaking to the one of these.
00:31:22.560 It's the railhead of so many of the problems,
00:31:24.880 It's a stolen 2020 election in this mess that our election system is in and how the left has fought tooth and nail to stop it because, you know, Mondami wins with, I don't know, 80 percent of his voters being foreign born, quote unquote.
00:31:40.720 Same things happening in Dearborn, Michigan, all of it.
00:31:43.280 This is the only way that they can take over the country is this way.
00:31:46.020 And they understand that, like Horatio on the bridge, Cleta Mitchell stands right there.
00:31:52.640 So, Cleta, your response, we're pushing these all out.
00:31:56.580 I want people to read them all because when they fear you, they go after you.
00:32:01.480 And when they really fear you, the smartest, like Talking Points member and ProPublica, not the Huffington Post and this crap, serious people on the left who are seriously concerned about Cleta Mitchell.
00:32:13.920 Your response, ma'am, thoughts and observations?
00:32:16.000 Well, number one, I do think it's the one thing I'm most interested in is they've got a new name now, election meddling.
00:32:25.860 Remember, we've been election deniers for five years.
00:32:29.440 Now we're election meddlers, because I think that as John Solomon's work is proving, we may be denied.
00:32:36.360 They're the ones who are the deniers.
00:32:38.120 They're the ones who are not seeing the truth and the facts because they've tried to keep us silent.
00:32:43.100 They've kind of gaslighted us.
00:32:45.260 But the fact of the matter is none of that is working.
00:32:47.240 So now we're meddling.
00:32:48.040 That's the first thing.
00:32:49.200 But as I have said to these people, it's not me.
00:32:53.440 It is my strength is not Cleta Mitchell.
00:32:56.380 What I have done, what I've worked on the last five years is mobilizing American citizens
00:33:03.880 to be able to have a say and final say over their election processes, just like parents
00:33:11.280 have learned they cannot just leave it to the school boards and leave it to the teachers that
00:33:16.440 they've got to be involved in their children's education and they've got to know what's going
00:33:20.100 in the libraries they got to know what the curriculum is they got to know what's happening
00:33:23.920 in the restrooms and the sports teams and that's the way it is with elections we cannot any longer
00:33:30.100 leave it to the left they have had this as their playground this being the election system for 30
00:33:36.940 40, 50 years with none of us. Well, I've been working on it, but me and about five people.
00:33:42.720 But now everybody wants to say, no, we're not going to let you have our elections. We're going
00:33:47.800 to fight back. That's why they hate me, because I have tried to engage, mobilize, educate the
00:33:55.740 American people. And we have this vast network of citizen patriots all over this country. Many
00:34:01.720 members of the posse are engaged in activities in their home states and their counties.
00:34:06.040 And they hate that. And that's why we have to keep doing it. And the fact that they have been unsuccessful in making us go away, they couldn't get me indicted. They'll probably try to do that again after President Trump leaves office, because they were very upset they couldn't get me indicted before.
00:34:23.260 There was nothing to be indicted for, but they managed to indict nearly 100 people anyway who were supporters of President Trump.
00:34:30.520 And they're trying to destroy our country, and I'm not going to let them without a fight, and that's why they hate me.
00:34:37.560 But I don't like them either, so it's mutual.
00:34:40.240 played up where do people go to keep up with you social media the election integrity network where
00:34:46.560 i want people to go that don't follow you you have a vast following from the world posse but
00:34:51.520 these news breaks uh are coming every day because we only got 80 some days to sort this mess out
00:34:58.420 and it's far from sorted and if it's to get sorted cleta mitchell be in the middle of it so where
00:35:03.580 do you go ma'am all right you can follow me on x just at cleta mitchell and then also go to our
00:35:10.080 website, electionintegritynetwork.org. And then on X and in Facebook and Instagram, you can follow
00:35:19.240 the Election Integrity Network at EI Watchdogs. EI Watchdogs is on X and Election Integrity Network
00:35:28.120 on Facebook. Sign up. We published, I'm sure one of the things that these lefties are going crazy
00:35:34.340 over, is that we have published the Model Election Laws Handbook, which is available on Amazon for
00:35:41.160 $17.76. And you've got a hard copy, paperback version that has all the laws that we need,
00:35:49.320 all the resources to support those laws. We're going to update it every quarter because things
00:35:54.320 change. But the fact of the matter is we are arming the American people with the tools necessary
00:35:59.900 to get our elections back under the control of the people
00:36:03.820 and away from the control of these left-wing crazies
00:36:06.940 who want corruption, they want fraud, 0.93
00:36:09.580 they want no accountability,
00:36:11.060 they don't want the numbers of ballots
00:36:12.580 to match the number of votes,
00:36:14.620 and they don't want the number of voters
00:36:15.880 to match the number of votes.
00:36:17.880 These people have wrecked our elections,
00:36:19.640 and they're mad that we're not going to let them
00:36:21.980 get away with it without a fight.
00:36:24.620 Cleta Mitchell, thank you, ma'am. 0.99
00:36:26.900 Fight on.
00:36:27.540 You're a patriot and a hero.
00:36:29.900 Thank you so much, Steve.
00:36:30.960 So are you.
00:36:31.840 Amazing.
00:36:32.620 Okay, everybody, we'll read that talking points memo.
00:36:35.880 Immerse yourself in it.
00:36:37.320 Birch Gold, take your phone out, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 989898.
00:36:42.200 Easiest way, simplest way to get access to all the totally free, no obligation information from Birch Gold.
00:36:48.980 Now that gold's a little on fire, but that's not the reason.
00:36:52.660 Know about it as the still point of turning financial world of ups and downs, particularly, as we said earlier,
00:36:59.900 The bond market, we just intervene in Japan to make sure that we can stabilize it and that they don't cough up U.S. government securities bonds because we need them as we finance these massive deficits.
00:37:10.420 That's over the Bloomberg story I put up early in the day.
00:37:13.420 We're having a little technical issue.
00:37:14.560 We're getting Todd Benzman right up.
00:37:18.080 Yo, Todd, Benzman joins us.
00:37:19.680 We had a little technical issue.
00:37:20.680 Todd, I'm glad you're up.
00:37:21.540 I want to get to this because I've got Matt Boyle in the next hour from Greece, and we're going to get into the situation of what happened.
00:37:30.200 Is it Spanish Morocco?
00:37:32.120 You've got a very interesting take on this, Benzman, and you know this area pretty well.
00:37:37.360 You're saying this thing was solved by the left-wing socialist, not just Squish, but open borders guy using Trump tactics.
00:37:45.160 So talk to me before I get on with Boyle.
00:37:47.660 What exactly happened?
00:37:48.660 Is this thing over? Because I saw some, I think, TikToks from some local citizens.
00:37:53.320 The women are sitting there going, I can't even go out of my house because I got all these essentially North Africans wandering around the neighborhood. 1.00
00:38:00.980 What's up in Spanish Morocco? And how is this thing solved by using Trump-like tactics? 1.00
00:38:09.240 I mean, the way I judge whether a crisis is on or off is whether they're still coming.
00:38:14.900 There are very few, if any, that are still coming by land or sea to Sueta.
00:38:22.300 And that is, to me, the litmus test right there.
00:38:26.280 Now, there is mop-up operations.
00:38:28.180 There's still a few thousand that are there.
00:38:30.380 But the vast majority of those 70,000 that came in are now back in Morocco.
00:38:36.520 There's a couple thousand unaccompanied miners.
00:38:39.000 It's basically a mop-up operation at this point.
00:38:42.380 I declare it over.
00:38:44.120 other than for a few cleanup things that they have to do.
00:38:49.840 But the point that I make in my Daily Signal piece today that just went up this morning
00:38:56.620 is that the very left-wing socialist pro-illegal immigration Prime Minister Sanchez,
00:39:08.380 who all of his career has been a welcome mat to mass illegal immigration, just offered amnesty
00:39:16.520 to 500,000 of them who are there illegally, more than a million applied, which tells you how many
00:39:22.540 he's let into that country. That's the kind of guy he is. But when his power is threatened,
00:39:29.800 like it was under the glare of international media with all those thousands and thousands 1.00
00:39:34.420 of Alwa Akbar and guys coming into Soweto, suddenly he needed to do something radically
00:39:42.960 different from his own playbook, and that was to tear a page from the Trump playbook
00:39:47.900 that all socialists and all liberals know is what really stops mass migration, which
00:39:56.420 is to expel them all, to make sure that there is no just reward at the end of the trail
00:40:03.460 for them, that they all have to go home or the vast majority of them have to go home. And
00:40:09.260 when that happens, this is a universal principle of mass migration. We saw this at our own border 0.84
00:40:16.340 for years. If you let them in, they will come through the breach by the millions. If you let 0.95
00:40:23.320 them, they will come. If you let them stay, they will come. When Trump got in, he expelled them
00:40:31.360 all. And that ended the border crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border for almost on day one, I'd say,
00:40:38.200 and all the way to the present time. So it's a really simple, almost self-evident rule. It's a
00:40:44.280 universal principle. But hang on, hang on. Sanchez copied Trump in that regard. The issue is they
00:40:55.200 know whether it's in Spanish Morocco or in northern Mexico or once they get in once it
00:41:02.740 shifts from absolute border because remember Spanish Morocco is separated by the Mediterranean
00:41:09.560 in the Straits of Gibraltar and Gibraltar is not even a it is a part of Spain but not quite Spain
00:41:18.140 itself but once they're in this is why the 1.2 million applied they only have 500,000 in right
00:41:24.820 now it's the internal uh enforcement provisions that's the problem once they get through you're
00:41:32.900 done getting them out is laborious and expensive and that's why i know european nations really even
00:41:39.600 taking that on some have and somewhat but these guys understand whether it's in north africa
00:41:44.540 sub-saharan africa or coming through to mexico or getting in his tps from haiti once you get inside
00:41:51.380 once you've breached the wall or the barrier, once you're in, there's been no real political
00:41:57.920 will or appetite to get them out. Has there a Todd? Right. In, in Spain, no, uh, not except in
00:42:06.260 this, these, uh, kind of quasi Spanish territories, they're disputed. Of course, Morocco says they're
00:42:11.920 theirs, but, uh, those that have a little bit more of a hard line, a hard edge to them, uh, 0.97
00:42:18.460 that they were thinking, the immigrants were thinking, we're going to get let into the mainland
00:42:23.400 here because of the Supreme Court ruling and the fact that Sanchez is not deporting our brethren
00:42:29.880 who are already in there. So together those things. But he kind of threw a surprise on him
00:42:35.480 and did not provide food or shelter and then brought the military in to create a cordon and
00:42:43.760 then start using truncheons uh and like forcing them back out over to morocco and i i think the
00:42:53.160 the number is like 60 if he had not if if if he we're gonna go to break i'm holding through the
00:42:58.040 break if he had not done this do you think his government would have fallen that's why he took
00:43:02.740 the action that was an existential political threat that's when they go trump my point is
00:43:09.900 That's when even the most left socialists go Trump.
00:43:15.100 He went full Trump to say they they hate Trump, but they'll go full Trump when they're out to save themselves.
00:43:22.280 Short commercial break. The Todd Benzman with us on the other side.
00:43:27.480 We rejoice when there's no more. Let's take down the CCP.
00:43:32.440 They have all died for too long. We will end what they do wrong. 0.59
00:43:36.680 It feels like our country finally has momentum again with our leaders fighting to restore common sense in America first.
00:43:46.580 But we've seen this before.
00:43:48.240 Conservatives get comfortable and the left starts taking background inch by inch.
00:43:53.180 We cannot let that happen in these midterms.
00:43:56.580 America needs every one of us in the fight.
00:43:58.940 And a big part of that means supporting companies that actually stand for our values.

00:44:59.360 to make the switch today war room here's your host stephen k man
00:45:05.660 the lesson for bensman's peace is when they want to save themselves because sancho's government
00:45:12.440 would have fallen they and their open borders guys the worst they go right back to president
00:45:16.600 trump's tactics of what he did to save the united states of america uh todd i've only got a couple
00:45:21.620 minutes i know you got to bounce i want to thank you for doing this in the in the late afternoon
00:45:25.300 an early evening uh the haitians uh there's another another raft of stories about maga i
00:45:33.120 think it was the wall street journal magas put the maga enforcers i think they call us i'm putting
00:45:37.760 pressure on uh on the dhs secretary particularly incensed by the situation with the haitians do
00:45:45.400 you have any updates i mean why todd you you've worked in the government you know the mechanics
00:45:49.200 of things you've been around this topic now for most of your professional life why is it taking
00:45:54.460 so long they get these videos out with guys on ankle bracelets and they're crying and said you
00:45:58.480 can't do this to us why are you putting an ankle bracelet on somebody it's implying he's going to
00:46:02.800 be around for a while why are the buses not pulling up and people going to the planes and
00:46:07.280 the planes going back to haiti sir first of all the expectation is that without tps they are
00:46:16.640 deportable so deport them start arresting and deporting those who are deportable the final
00:46:22.920 orders of removal all the rest of that uh i think that what's happening right now is
00:46:30.460 that there's some hesitation in the administration about uh the health uh i don't know i guess we'll
00:46:39.840 call it the uh elder care industry and some other industries which are you are you are you hang on
00:46:47.320 Are you serious that they actually are buying DeWine's garbage coming out of Ohio?
00:46:53.640 Is your sources telling you they're actually giving that a second thought?
00:46:57.340 Is that just pure speculation?
00:46:59.880 I don't have insight into that, Steve, but what I'm saying is that there was pressure.
00:47:05.180 There probably still is pressure.
00:47:06.900 That's number one.
00:47:07.760 Number two is that the Haitians and Venezuelans and others that are losing their TPS are fleeing to other legal safe haven tactics.
00:47:20.380 For example, applying for defensive asylum, which gum it up a little bit. 0.59
00:47:25.900 That means that you can maybe pick them up, but you might not be able to deport them right away if they have an asylum claim.
00:47:32.800 There's other things happening about that too.
00:47:35.340 How can they have an asylum claim? Hang on. They just lost a temporary permanent status. How can they have an asylum claim? They can't just get them on a plane and get them out of here. That's just people in the administration looking for an excuse not to ship these folks out.
00:47:48.340 Well, the other thing is that that I have heard is that there are plans to start arresting and deporting those that they can, that they legally can.
00:48:01.740 So my expectation, and I think yours as well, is that go round them up and start flying them out either to, you know, the countries that they were living in. 0.99
00:48:13.320 Let them make the argument from Haiti.
00:48:15.800 Let them make the argument from Venezuela.
00:48:17.420 Let them make the argument from everywhere. 0.99
00:48:18.880 Send them.
00:48:19.580 If you've got an argument, put a stamp on it and send us a note.
00:48:24.240 That's where they round them all up.
00:48:26.020 And the administration got to show some stones here, right?
00:48:29.700 They all have to go.
00:48:30.740 This is very, this is, it's practical, but it's symbolic.
00:48:34.100 If we can't even do this after 16 years, I mean, this is when people get depressed and don't vote.
00:48:40.620 The administration has to understand this, that people are watching this and they're watching rhinos like DeWine try to protect them or the healthcare industry try to protect them.
00:48:51.180 It's not good enough.
00:48:53.000 Todd, are you – anyway, Todd, I want to do this.
00:48:56.100 You've got another huge story you're working on on Tallarico, correct?
00:49:00.600 Yeah, I mentioned in the break I was going to write an analysis of his border policies that he's claiming.
00:49:08.180 You know, he always says he's known for saying we're going to put a welcome mat at the border, but the door is going to be locked, which is sort of contradictory to me and not nuanced.
00:49:21.880 Some people think, oh, it's brilliantly nuanced. No, it's not. So I'm going to kind of dig down into that.
00:49:27.540 And what I'm going to tell you about that is that he's an open borders guy, full stop open borders guy.
00:49:35.860 His plan, when you dig down into the things that he says, Tallarico, is that, yes, we're going to welcome them to apply for asylum.
00:49:46.240 We'll quickly adjudicate those asylum claims, and then he leaves it at that.
00:49:52.200 But they're only going to deport the hard-convicted criminals, which tells you everybody else gets in.
00:49:58.180 That's open borders.
00:49:59.160 Where do they go? Because I want to come back and have a more detailed discussion on this Haitian thing, and we'll make sure that you and I can go through it. Also, your Tallarico piece. Where do folks go? Get your writings. Where are they following you on social media?
00:50:13.840 Right. Well, it's at Todd Benzman on X and Getter and Truth Social. So you can go to the Heritage Foundation and find my page there and get most of my recent writings. Todd Benzman dot com has all my media and writings on it, too.
00:50:33.960 Unbelievable. Including a bunch of hits for you.
00:50:37.860 Todd, you're amazing. Thank you. And thank the folks at Heritage, too. Really appreciate you.
00:50:44.320 Trevor Comstock, let's finish the first hour of the late afternoon, early evening edition.
00:50:48.980 Matt Boll is going to be joining us from Greece next.
00:50:51.740 What do you got for us at Sacred Human Health, sir?
00:50:55.320 Yeah, great to see you, Steve.
00:50:56.980 Today, I just wanted to highlight our flagship product, which, of course, is our 100% grass-fed beef liver.
00:51:03.340 Just because I know, you know, after all these years, there's still a ton of people that aren't familiar with the benefits of beef liver.
00:51:08.920 And they don't know just, you know, how powerful beef liver is when it comes to overall nutrition.
00:51:13.480 but you know oftentimes it is called nature's multivitamin for a pretty good reason and that's
00:51:19.140 just because it is one of the most powerful superfoods on the planet and it is packed with
00:51:23.480 highly bioavailable nutrients within it so you'll get things like iron zinc vitamin a coq 10 folate
00:51:30.740 the list kind of goes on and on but all these nutrients are essential for things like healthy
00:51:35.440 skin hair heart immune system as well as brain function but then with the beef liver to take it
00:51:41.660 step further it is also or contains many other critical vitamins and minerals that a lot of
00:51:47.100 people are deficient in so within it you'll get things like choline k2 selenium and copper and
00:51:53.340 then lastly of course one of the biggest things people tend to notice is just the natural energy
00:51:57.660 boost they get after taking it so you know we get flooded on a daily basis with reviews and emails
00:52:03.340 from folks just letting us know how much their energy levels have improved and how great they
00:52:07.340 they feel afterwards so it's always a major bonus uh and uh i think why people love the product so
00:52:13.260 much but of course you know it is a whole food supplement so your body can actually obtain and
00:52:17.620 absorb these nutrients as opposed to just flushing them out like if they're taking a synthetic
00:52:21.620 multivitamin so right off the bat you're getting a much better bang for your buck and then last but
00:52:26.780 not least i wanted to mention that we third-party lab tests all of our products especially the beef
00:52:30.680 liver um there's no fillers within it or anything synthetic so it's pretty powerful what what where
00:52:35.780 do they go right now i wanted to read the reviews immerse themselves these reviews are amazing where
00:52:39.840 they go yeah you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com and then as always you can use code war room
00:52:45.760 for 10 off any one-time order thank you brother thank you for being here appreciate you appreciate
